- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Right here we go.
- 0:03Speaker 3: Good morning, everybody, Welcome to a brand new day. Ricky
- 0:06Speaker 3: Sanchez has those three things.
- 0:07Speaker 4: A bill to allow.
- 0:08Speaker 5: School districts to deny undocumented students enrollment has now been.
- 0:13Speaker 4: Put on hold.
- 0:14Speaker 5: Earlier this month, version of the bill passed in the
- 0:16Speaker 5: state Senate nineteen to thirteen vote, but it didn't make
- 0:19Speaker 5: it through the House before lawmakers ended this year's legislative
- 0:23Speaker 5: session on Tuesday afternoon. So their legislative session is done.
- 0:27Speaker 5: You're not gonna get him more news about anything happening
- 0:29Speaker 5: with that. The bill targets pleilo vers do a Supreme
- 0:35Speaker 5: Court of the United States decision that says that schools
- 0:37Speaker 5: cannot deny any undocumented child access to the K through
- 0:41Speaker 5: twelve education because it violates the equal Protection clause of
- 0:45Speaker 5: the Constitution. During a press conference, House Majority Leader William
- 0:48Speaker 5: Lambert mentioned that if they can find a way for
- 0:51Speaker 5: the bill not to impact federal funding, he does plan
- 0:54Speaker 5: to bring it back. So just know that that's in
- 0:57Speaker 5: the works for next time around. Wednesday season two teaser
- 1:02Speaker 5: trailer and the premiere dates have been released by Netflix.
- 1:06Speaker 5: Trailer shows Wednesday returning to her school nevermore and reuniting
- 1:10Speaker 5: with her very opposite from her roommate, as well as
- 1:14Speaker 5: some really strange other scenes, like some creepy dolls things
- 1:16Speaker 5: like that. We don't really have a full idea of
- 1:18Speaker 5: where they're gonna go just yet this season, but the
- 1:21Speaker 5: show is going to be released in two different batches.
- 1:24Speaker 5: First part's going to be released August sixth, the second
- 1:27Speaker 5: will be released September third, which I think is perfect
- 1:29Speaker 5: timing for Halloween time. Fall Fields totally makes sense. So
- 1:34Speaker 5: those are the two batches that it'll come in. And
- 1:37Speaker 5: this is really cool, and we were talking about this
- 1:39Speaker 5: on the show recently.
- 1:40Speaker 4: Duo Lingo is getting a chess course.
- 1:44Speaker 5: So the platform's new chess course is gonna use short
- 1:46Speaker 5: puzzles as like a way to teach you how to
- 1:50Speaker 5: play chess. You will be playing with their character Oscar,
- 1:53Speaker 5: who's going to coach you through lessons. The course is
- 1:56Speaker 5: going to offer lessons for a wide range of skill levels,
- 1:59Speaker 5: so you know how to play chess or you have
- 2:02Speaker 5: absolutely no clue, there's different levels for you. A chess
- 2:05Speaker 5: course is launching in beta testing in iOS in English
- 2:09Speaker 5: in four to six weeks. You're gonna start to see
- 2:11Speaker 5: it pop up if you have dual Lingo, and then
- 2:13Speaker 5: it's gonna go to Android. It's gonna be available in
- 2:15Speaker 5: other languages down the line. This is in addition to
- 2:18Speaker 5: I had no idea about this. They have a math
- 2:21Speaker 5: course and a music course. I started taking their music
- 2:24Speaker 5: course last night. What yeah, because I had no clue.
- 2:26Speaker 4: That they had that.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Do you have to pay for it?
- 2:28Speaker 5: Well, you don't have to pay for it. Oh, it's
- 2:29Speaker 5: dual lingo, like it's you could do dual lingo. There's versions.
- 2:33Speaker 5: I pay for due Lingo because I also learned Spanish
- 2:35Speaker 5: because I'm not very good at it.
- 2:36Speaker 4: I've lost a lot of it.
- 2:38Speaker 5: At the time, so I use it to like help
- 2:40Speaker 5: me with my Spanish. And I also found the music one,
- 2:42Speaker 5: so I started doing the music one last night.
- 2:44Speaker 4: It's very very cool.
- 2:45Speaker 5: And whenever the chess one comes out, I will be
- 2:47Speaker 5: taking that course as well. Just so you know, we
- 2:49Speaker 5: were talking about chess this week.
- 2:51Speaker 2: We were Ricky.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Sanchez and those are the three things you need to know.
- 2:54Speaker 3: I think I wanted to the two of my kids,
- 2:56Speaker 3: who are eight and six, they know how to play
- 2:58Speaker 3: chess and they always want to play chess with me,
- 2:59Speaker 3: and I.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Don't know how to play jazz.
- 3:01Speaker 4: Yeah, you should learn.
- 3:02Speaker 3: I'm embarrassed that I don't know how, so I think
- 3:03Speaker 3: I'm gonna learn to do a lingo. Thank you for that, Ricky,
- 3:05Speaker 3: appreciate within ten minutes your chance to call and win
- 3:09Speaker 3: these tickets to see Nightly at the Rhyme.
- 3:11Speaker 2: And we have those for the first caller of the day.
- 3:13Speaker 2: On the way on the.
- 3:14Speaker 4: River, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning, Bailey.
- 3:17Speaker 5: In Watertown, Good morning, Happy Thursday. Welcome to one of
- 3:21Speaker 5: seven five of the River.
- 3:21Speaker 4: How you doing?
- 3:23Speaker 5: I am doing good every Thursday.
- 3:25Speaker 4: Come with I'm so excited for Friday. You have no idea.
- 3:31Speaker 2: What are you doing today? What are you on? Way
- 3:33Speaker 2: to work?
- 3:33Speaker 3: I am imadic to work.
- 3:35Speaker 4: I'm working Lebmon, so I've got a little.
- 3:37Speaker 6: Bit of a job.
- 3:38Speaker 7: What do you do in Lebanon?
- 3:40Speaker 1: I'm working as an oral surgery as this.
- 3:43Speaker 6: Oh my goodness, you're in people's mouth all day long.
- 3:46Speaker 3: It is I love people. I've always liked getting my.
- 3:49Speaker 4: Footh clean, so it felt like a good job.
- 3:52Speaker 6: Wait, let's rework to Bailey. You've always liked getting your
- 3:56Speaker 6: teeth clean.
- 3:56Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a great feeling.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Yeah, you don't like that.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Oh, I'm with Zach on this.
- 4:00Speaker 4: I love it.
- 4:01Speaker 7: Petrified of the dentists, now.
- 4:03Speaker 3: Well, I get that a lot of people are.
- 4:05Speaker 7: And I mean, we tried to make you as comfortable
- 4:07Speaker 7: as possible.
- 4:08Speaker 5: I get that. I like you.
- 4:11Speaker 2: I'm not scared. I just don't like the feeling of
- 4:13Speaker 2: having your mouth open that long. Your jaws starts to hurt,
- 4:16Speaker 2: and then they got their hands in there. They're trying
- 4:18Speaker 2: to talk to you. No offense, Bailey, but this is
- 4:20Speaker 2: not the time to talk.
- 4:21Speaker 5: I don't know if that is so funny we do that.
- 4:26Speaker 4: We catch ourselves and we're like, oh, I guess to
- 4:28Speaker 4: get out of there.
- 4:29Speaker 6: Wait to answer that a old question as you're cleaning
- 4:31Speaker 6: someone's teeth, do you want the patient's eyes open or closed?
- 4:34Speaker 7: Clo Okay, now we know.
- 4:37Speaker 5: Wow to stare at you, it's so awkward. Well, Bailey,
- 4:43Speaker 5: thank you for answering our weird questions and listening to
- 4:46Speaker 5: how scared both Zach and Kevin are. I'm learning this
- 4:50Speaker 5: for the first time. I feel like about Kevin. Zach
- 4:52Speaker 5: I knew didn't like it, so this.
- 4:53Speaker 4: Is a new thing for me.
- 4:55Speaker 5: Comfortable, Bailey, You're the first color of the day, though,
- 4:58Speaker 5: on one of seven five the River. You're to get
- 5:00Speaker 5: these tickets to go see Nightly at the Ryeman on
- 5:02Speaker 5: May thirtieth.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Oh, well, that is awesome, awesome, awesome.
- 5:06Speaker 3: They're a great mand It's gonna be a great show.
- 5:08Speaker 3: And no disrespect to your profession, because I do appreciate
- 5:11Speaker 3: you know, everybody in the dental field.
- 5:12Speaker 2: It's just it's not comfortable. But I'm sure you're great.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Sure, No, you are fine.
- 5:16Speaker 2: I'm good it.
- 5:17Speaker 3: I mean, that's why I'm trying to coach everybody, make
- 5:19Speaker 3: them feel better.
- 5:20Speaker 5: You saund like you have a great like vibe and
- 5:23Speaker 5: that you do make everybody feel better.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, hang on the one so we can
- 5:27Speaker 3: get your information. Hope you have a great day. Okay,
- 5:29Speaker 3: good deal, y'all too.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Thank You'll thank you. Hope nobody looks into your eyes
- 5:33Speaker 2: while you're in there.
- 5:34Speaker 4: P see how that could be so awkward though.
- 5:36Speaker 3: It's good to know, though, everybody, when you go to
- 5:38Speaker 3: the Dennis, close your eyes. Yeah, we have more of
- 5:40Speaker 3: these Nightly tickets tomorrow, same time.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Thanks for being a part of our morning.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning one O.
- 5:46Speaker 5: Seven five the River. Zach has a bone to pick
- 5:50Speaker 5: with schools. I just want to mention he doesn't have kids.
- 5:53Speaker 6: I don't have he's not going to school, but he
- 5:55Speaker 6: has a bone to pick with school I do. I
- 5:57Speaker 6: got a bone to pick with the schools here in
- 5:58Speaker 6: middle Tennessee.
- 5:59Speaker 7: And I'm really upset about.
- 6:00Speaker 2: What are you mad with whom? Heaven you? And you're
- 6:02Speaker 2: a kid going to school.
- 6:03Speaker 5: Now it's about right now, in this moment in time,
- 6:06Speaker 5: he's really upset with.
- 6:08Speaker 7: Us and confused, like, why are you doing this?
- 6:12Speaker 2: We'll find out what it is right after Gracie Abrams.
- 6:15Speaker 5: Confused because you went to these public schools, Dangha.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Ricky Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 6:23Speaker 5: All right, we're about to hear why Zach has a
- 6:25Speaker 5: bone to pick with a school system despite the fact
- 6:28Speaker 5: that he's not in school and he doesn't have children.
- 6:30Speaker 4: It's Ricky Zach Amano in the morning on one O
- 6:32Speaker 4: seven five of the River. You're really confused about one
- 6:35Speaker 4: specific thing.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Can I make a guess? Did you get another ticket
- 6:37Speaker 3: for speeding through a school?
- 6:39Speaker 1: So?
- 6:39Speaker 5: No, Kevin, all right, that one's very confusing for him.
- 6:43Speaker 2: It was no.
- 6:44Speaker 6: So my niece is graduating from fifth grade. She's graduating
- 6:47Speaker 6: from elementary school and going to middle school. So they
- 6:50Speaker 6: sent around the family group text yesterday of the invitation
- 6:53Speaker 6: for her graduation. It is at nine am on a Thursday.
- 6:58Speaker 6: Who can make that?
- 7:00Speaker 3: Yeah, as a parent with two kids in school, I
- 7:03Speaker 3: don't know who can make some of these events, Like it.
- 7:05Speaker 6: Makes no sense to me, Like most people work, and
- 7:08Speaker 6: if you don't work, if you're a stay at home
- 7:10Speaker 6: partner or mom or dad, great, cool, find wonderful, you
- 7:13Speaker 6: can probably make that. But a majority of people, like
- 7:16Speaker 6: the other part of the family wouldn't be able to
- 7:18Speaker 6: make it.
- 7:18Speaker 7: Like it's just so confusing to me.
- 7:20Speaker 6: And then I feel bad now because I can't make
- 7:22Speaker 6: it to the graduation, Like, of course I want to
- 7:25Speaker 6: be there, but who can be there at nine am?
- 7:27Speaker 4: What is she graduating from?
- 7:29Speaker 7: Fifth grade?
- 7:30Speaker 4: I don't think that that really matters.
- 7:33Speaker 5: I'm gonna sound really mean by saying that, but I
- 7:36Speaker 5: just feel like kindergarten graduations, fifth grade grade, I don't
- 7:39Speaker 5: understand them. Again, I don't have kids. That might be
- 7:42Speaker 5: why I don't get it.
- 7:43Speaker 6: Fifth grade is kind of a big deal because you're
- 7:45Speaker 6: going from elementary school to middle school, Like you're leaving
- 7:48Speaker 6: the school to go to another to.
- 7:49Speaker 2: A different building, a different school.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Really, okay, I get that.
- 7:52Speaker 6: So you're graduating from like this building and going to
- 7:55Speaker 6: middle school.
- 7:56Speaker 7: It's kind of like when you graduate high school and
- 7:58Speaker 7: you go to college.
- 7:59Speaker 4: No, not even close.
- 8:01Speaker 7: To the building.
- 8:04Speaker 4: Entirely different schools for entirely different reasons.
- 8:07Speaker 6: But I'm just so confused on how they expect any
- 8:09Speaker 6: parent to act.
- 8:10Speaker 5: I don't think they do expect every parent to be there.
- 8:12Speaker 5: I think they just know that there's going to be
- 8:13Speaker 5: a bunch of parents that can't make it. Also, Devil's
- 8:16Speaker 5: advocate here, as a fiance to a teacher, what makes
- 8:21Speaker 5: you think that the teacher, after working all day with
- 8:23Speaker 5: your kids, wants to come back at seven pm to
- 8:26Speaker 5: have a fifth grade graduation?
- 8:29Speaker 7: I mean that is very true.
- 8:32Speaker 5: Sure that every parent can go, or hopefully every parent,
- 8:34Speaker 5: because it's still not every parent's going to be able
- 8:36Speaker 5: to go.
- 8:37Speaker 4: There's no winning that situation.
- 8:38Speaker 2: There More parents can go these days, now that a lot.
- 8:41Speaker 3: Of people are working from home, working remote, I think
- 8:43Speaker 3: it's probably easier. I will also say, Zach, I'm speaking
- 8:46Speaker 3: for Ricky now on behalf of the rest of your
- 8:48Speaker 3: team here. You want to leave on that Thursday at
- 8:50Speaker 3: eight thirty to make this graduation. You have our blessing go.
- 8:52Speaker 7: Well, that's very kind of you.
- 8:54Speaker 4: But I just think I want to take a day
- 8:56Speaker 4: to go to the fifth grade graduation.
- 8:57Speaker 1: I will.
- 8:58Speaker 2: I want to go.
- 8:59Speaker 6: I just feel bad for everybody else, especially the kids
- 9:01Speaker 6: that doesn't that don't have anybody there to support them.
- 9:04Speaker 6: And then you have these parents that are like hooting
- 9:06Speaker 6: and hollering with signs and everything.
- 9:07Speaker 4: So signs, yeah for a fifth grade graduation?
- 9:10Speaker 1: People?
- 9:12Speaker 4: Am I in the twilight? So is this a real thing?
- 9:15Speaker 5: Am I that connected from kids that I don't know,
- 9:18Speaker 5: like from having kids that I didn't know that.
- 9:20Speaker 4: That was the thing.
- 9:21Speaker 3: I don't think people hold up signs.
- 9:25Speaker 5: I'm just making sure that I'm not crazy because I've
- 9:29Speaker 5: never heard of that.
- 9:30Speaker 6: Well, I'm going to bring a sign and you have
- 9:31Speaker 6: to bring like a bouquet of flowers like everything, like
- 9:34Speaker 6: a regular graduation.
- 9:35Speaker 4: Okay, flowers.
- 9:41Speaker 5: I also might just have a totally different outlook on
- 9:44Speaker 5: this too, because like both of my parents worked, so
- 9:48Speaker 5: they weren't like around for any of these things for me,
- 9:50Speaker 5: and that was like normal to me.
- 9:52Speaker 6: Yeah, that was normal for you at the time. I
- 9:55Speaker 6: just feel so bad for the other kids that won't
- 9:56Speaker 6: have anybody there supporting them. Of like, oh, I'll have
- 10:00Speaker 6: my entire cheering section. And here comes little Caleb walking
- 10:03Speaker 6: across the stage, and there's no one there for him.
- 10:05Speaker 2: We're approaching seven o'clock here.
- 10:07Speaker 3: We don't have enough time to unpack the fact that
- 10:09Speaker 3: Ricky's parents are never there for her.
- 10:10Speaker 5: There is no other way to survive.
- 10:16Speaker 2: Lots to circle here in a future, a future day.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Three things.
- 10:21Speaker 3: All right, a bit past seven o'clock here on this
- 10:23Speaker 3: Thursday morning, Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 10:26Speaker 5: The NFL Draft starts today, well tonight. The Titans have
- 10:31Speaker 5: the first overall number one draft pick, so they have
- 10:35Speaker 5: decided they will be selecting during that pick. They will
- 10:38Speaker 5: not be trading for anything. So the expectation is that
- 10:42Speaker 5: they'll go with Miami quarterback cam Ward. We'll see how
- 10:45Speaker 5: that goes, obviously, and obviously things can change from now
- 10:49Speaker 5: until then. But they have said in a press conference
- 10:51Speaker 5: that they are totally taking advantage of having the overall
- 10:54Speaker 5: number one draft pick, which I think makes sense. I
- 10:57Speaker 5: don't know why anybody would give it up when they can,
- 10:59Speaker 5: you know, get the best, so the best there. They
- 11:01Speaker 5: currently hold eight picks for the year's draft, but only
- 11:04Speaker 5: one between now and then the later on the draft.
- 11:07Speaker 4: The draft takes days. This isn't just like oh, one
- 11:10Speaker 4: night and then it's done.
- 11:11Speaker 5: It's days of The draft starts tonight at eight pm.
- 11:15Speaker 4: It's happening in Green Bay.
- 11:17Speaker 5: Obviously, if you want to watch it, it's gonna be broadcasted.
- 11:19Speaker 5: But like I said, they have the number one overall
- 11:21Speaker 5: draft pick starts at eight that's when they're going to
- 11:23Speaker 5: tell you exactly who they're gonna pick. Max has announced
- 11:26Speaker 5: that they will start to limit password sharing.
- 11:29Speaker 4: With extra member add on feature, So it's priced at
- 11:32Speaker 4: seven to ninety nine a month.
- 11:34Speaker 5: You can add a friend or a family member onto
- 11:36Speaker 5: your primary account.
- 11:37Speaker 4: That doesn't live in the same house as you. This
- 11:41Speaker 4: is something that.
- 11:42Speaker 5: Netflix started doing because they wanted to get rid of
- 11:44Speaker 5: sharing because they want more money.
- 11:45Speaker 4: All of these companies are like, we're not.
- 11:47Speaker 5: Making enough money off of you, so now we're gonna
- 11:50Speaker 5: make you pay so that you can have people on
- 11:52Speaker 5: your account in other households.
- 11:54Speaker 4: Max has just joined in on that, so.
- 11:56Speaker 5: Expect everybody else to also follow suit very soon, which
- 11:59Speaker 5: is very, very depressing.
- 12:01Speaker 4: I can't afford all these.
- 12:02Speaker 2: Freaking subscription service to keep track like.
- 12:05Speaker 5: It's out of control. It's absolutely insane. Almost all of
- 12:09Speaker 5: gen Z and millennials have regrets about buying a house.
- 12:13Speaker 5: This was interesting when I started reading it because I
- 12:15Speaker 5: was not expecting this. But this is especially true for
- 12:17Speaker 5: buyers who took advantage of the very low interest rates
- 12:21Speaker 5: during the pandemic. I guess a lot of people felt
- 12:23Speaker 5: like they needed to just jump on it. If they
- 12:25Speaker 5: had parents like mine, they.
- 12:26Speaker 4: Were like, buy a house, now, just do it.
- 12:29Speaker 5: And then they realized that's not the house that they
- 12:31Speaker 5: wanted and they don't want to live where they're at,
- 12:33Speaker 5: and now they regret it.
- 12:34Speaker 4: We're goal to state.
- 12:35Speaker 5: Website open Door found that ninety four percent of gen
- 12:37Speaker 5: Z first time home sellers have regrets over buying a house,
- 12:41Speaker 5: and eighty six percent of millennial first time home buyers
- 12:44Speaker 5: said the same. Wow, those are high percentage rates. So
- 12:48Speaker 5: if you bought a house.
- 12:49Speaker 4: And you regret it and you're gen Z or millennial,
- 12:51Speaker 4: just know you're not alone.
- 12:52Speaker 3: I mean, I'm a homeowner and I just I'm miss
- 12:54Speaker 3: renting because everything breaks all the.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Time when you're all the time.
- 12:57Speaker 4: Yeah, all the time.
- 12:59Speaker 5: And uh know, if you just like I said, if
- 13:01Speaker 5: you know you do that, you're not alone. I'm sure
- 13:03Speaker 5: a lot of you can't sell your house now, just
- 13:04Speaker 5: can't afford another house.
- 13:05Speaker 4: So it's just kind of catch twenty two. You are
- 13:07Speaker 4: not alone in that feeling though. I'm Ricky Sanchez and
- 13:10Speaker 4: those are the three things you need to know.
- 13:11Speaker 2: Thank you, Ricky.
- 13:12Speaker 3: This is Gigi Perez right after sailor song, Zach Woodward standing.
- 13:17Speaker 2: By with a fact. We call it zaxvax. He's got
- 13:19Speaker 2: something for us. Next, we're learning together on.
- 13:21Speaker 1: The river, Ricky second man in the morning.
- 13:25Speaker 5: River next looking at me a very specific way. So
- 13:27Speaker 5: I don't know where this is gonna go right now,
- 13:29Speaker 5: but it's Zack spax on one of seven five of
- 13:31Speaker 5: the river.
- 13:31Speaker 6: Well, your factor of the day is that Oregon is
- 13:33Speaker 6: the only state with a state nut. You're not even
- 13:39Speaker 6: gonna ask me what nut it is. I was getting there,
- 13:42Speaker 6: what nut is it? But it's the hazel nut. It's
- 13:45Speaker 6: the state nut of Oregon. Okay, And there's your fact
- 13:49Speaker 6: of the day.
- 13:50Speaker 3: That's a state that I never feel confidence saying because
- 13:52Speaker 3: I don't know if it's Oregon or Oregon or again
- 13:54Speaker 3: organ Oregon.
- 13:56Speaker 4: Who I used to say Oregon.
- 13:59Speaker 2: Why Oregon. Yeah, Steve died of dysentery.
- 14:03Speaker 3: Dysentery, Yes, Mike died from a hazel note allergy.
- 14:07Speaker 1: Okay, Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 14:13Speaker 5: Good old tax season is coming gone for some of us,
- 14:16Speaker 5: not all of us. We have the extension here in Tennessee.
- 14:18Speaker 5: But some of us did our taxes and have them done.
- 14:21Speaker 5: And uh, you know, when you get a tax refund,
- 14:23Speaker 5: typically you haven't planned what you're going to do with
- 14:25Speaker 5: that tax money. Man, Yes, you know exactly what you're
- 14:28Speaker 5: gonna do with that. It's typically not.
- 14:31Speaker 4: The things you're supposed to do tax refund.
- 14:34Speaker 6: We did get a call during those two songs. She
- 14:36Speaker 6: did not want to be on the air, which makes
- 14:38Speaker 6: totally sense when I tell you why, because she got
- 14:40Speaker 6: a tax refund. Doesn't want to tell her husband that
- 14:43Speaker 6: she got a tax refund. So she's doing the smart
- 14:46Speaker 6: thing and putting it in savings.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Because do you think he would spend it?
- 14:50Speaker 7: Would try and spend it.
- 14:53Speaker 4: Okay, Hey, that's the right thing that you're supposed to do.
- 14:56Speaker 5: Everybody says when you get your tax refund, you should
- 14:58Speaker 5: put it into savings or fund or pay off debt.
- 15:02Speaker 5: Those are the things that you're supposed to use your
- 15:03Speaker 5: tax That's just not fun though.
- 15:06Speaker 4: That's not exciting at all.
- 15:08Speaker 5: The main thing that it seems like a lot of
- 15:10Speaker 5: people do with it is actually go on vacation.
- 15:13Speaker 3: Yeah, that's fun and exciting, but one day, you know,
- 15:15Speaker 3: when you really need that money, you're gonna wish it
- 15:17Speaker 3: was there.
- 15:18Speaker 7: Or you have reminisciation memories that you had on vacation,
- 15:21Speaker 7: or either.
- 15:22Speaker 4: Of you there.
- 15:23Speaker 5: We are either of you getting a tax refund because
- 15:25Speaker 5: I think I did my tax is wrong.
- 15:26Speaker 4: I owed the government money.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Yeah, we're definitely not getting back in our house. But
- 15:31Speaker 3: if I did get it back, I'd probably just donate
- 15:33Speaker 3: it to charity.
- 15:33Speaker 2: That's what I do. I'm just that kind of a guy.
- 15:36Speaker 4: Okay, Zach, what do you plan to do? Are you
- 15:40Speaker 4: getting a tax refund?
- 15:41Speaker 6: I am, but I don't even want to talk anymore
- 15:43Speaker 6: because I'm gonna sound awful after Kevin, what with your tax?
- 15:48Speaker 6: We're redoing our bathrooms in our house because we bought
- 15:50Speaker 6: our house almost five years ago and they still have
- 15:52Speaker 6: those ugly big build or grade mirrors and every single bathroom,
- 15:56Speaker 6: So we're just replacing all of the Mirrors Glee.
- 16:01Speaker 3: It's also a good use of money, you know, charity
- 16:03Speaker 3: vers home improvement.
- 16:05Speaker 4: Do his home for equity. I get it. There really
- 16:09Speaker 4: was no following off Keny.
- 16:11Speaker 3: No, I'm gonna go donate, but back today you're trying
- 16:16Speaker 3: to steal your thunder is I'm not getting any bed.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.

- 16:54Speaker 4: need to know.
- 16:55Speaker 5: You don't need to guess the celebrity today, I guess
- 16:57Speaker 5: the song.

- 17:12Speaker 2: Here we go.
- 17:13Speaker 8: But you didn't have to cut me off, make out
- 17:16Speaker 8: like it never happened and that we were nothing, and
- 17:18Speaker 8: I don't even need your love, but you treat me
- 17:22Speaker 8: like a stranger and that feels so rough.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Thank you, Taylor.
- 17:25Speaker 5: It's very it's very dramatic, and it kind of sounds
- 17:28Speaker 5: like Taylor. It's not actually hearn Ai, it's Ai, but
- 17:31Speaker 5: that's kind of crazy.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Yeah, that was a good one.
- 17:33Speaker 4: Some of them really sound like that.
- 17:34Speaker 3: Glad you finally liked one six, one five seven, three seven,
- 17:37Speaker 3: nine one oh seven if you can identify that song.
- 17:40Speaker 2: The tickets are.

- 18:02Speaker 2: minutes ago.
- 18:03Speaker 3: Today's audio clue, it was Taylor Swift doing a dramatic
- 18:06Speaker 3: reading of lyrics.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Will play it again for you in a second.
- 18:08Speaker 7: But that did sound like Taylor, didn't it kind of does?
- 18:11Speaker 4: It's weird.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Oh yeah, it's pretty weird.
- 18:13Speaker 7: Yeah, you're usually flightly off, but that one was pretty
- 18:16Speaker 7: spot on.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Glad I finally got Ricky on board with this game.
- 18:18Speaker 2: She all week long has not thought any of them
- 18:21Speaker 2: sounded real.
- 18:21Speaker 4: I don't know that I'm on.
- 18:22Speaker 5: Board with the game yet, but let's see if Robbie wins,
- 18:25Speaker 5: maybe that'll change my minds.
- 18:26Speaker 3: All right, Pilgrimage Festival passes, if you can tell us
- 18:29Speaker 3: the song again, like I said, we'll play one more time.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Here is today's audio clue. Take it away, Taylor Swift.
- 18:33Speaker 8: But you didn't have to cut me off, make out
- 18:36Speaker 8: like it never happened and that we were nothing and
- 18:38Speaker 8: I don't even need your love, but you treat me
- 18:42Speaker 8: like a stranger and that feels so rough.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Thank you, Taylor Swift, Robbie and Mount Juliet.
- 18:47Speaker 3: Name that tune, Gody somebody.
- 18:51Speaker 2: That you're going to Pilgrimage Festival. Yeah, yeah, been kind
- 18:56Speaker 2: to go to this show for years. Oh great, this
- 18:58Speaker 2: worked out perfectly. Then we're happy for you.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Did you do you know what the second you heard
- 19:01Speaker 3: it or did you have to think about it or
- 19:02Speaker 3: google it or what?
- 19:03Speaker 7: I had to hear the part where it SI feels
- 19:06Speaker 7: so rough right at the end, and I was like,
- 19:08Speaker 7: I recognize the thought.
- 19:09Speaker 5: Sure, congratulations, you're gonna have so much fun. It really
- 19:13Speaker 5: is a great time. I'm glad that you finally get
- 19:16Speaker 5: to go. And since Robbie's so excited and this is
- 19:19Speaker 5: something that he's been trying to do for so long,
- 19:21Speaker 5: I kind of do like the game of the day
- 19:23Speaker 5: right now.
- 19:23Speaker 6: All right, finally got her.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you, Robbie. I owe you, man, I appreciate it.
- 19:28Speaker 2: All right, hang on, have a great day and have
- 19:30Speaker 2: a great time at the festival.
- 19:31Speaker 4: Thank you so much.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Yes, here we go just past eight o'clock. Wreek, He's
- 19:36Speaker 2: got those three things.
- 19:38Speaker 5: Jelly Roll is one step closer to a pardon for
- 19:40Speaker 5: his past crimes.
- 19:41Speaker 4: Davidson County Sheriff Darren.
- 19:43Speaker 5: Hall said that about a year ago he asked Governor
- 19:46Speaker 5: Bill Lee to fully pardon Jelly Roll and now that
- 19:49Speaker 5: request has been unanimously recommended by the board and is
- 19:52Speaker 5: in the hands of Governor Lee. His most serious convictions
- 19:55Speaker 5: include a robbery at seventeen and drug charges at twenty three.
- 19:59Speaker 5: One of the reasons that Jellyrow needs a pardon isn't
- 20:02Speaker 5: he can't travel to certain places like Canada, makes it
- 20:05Speaker 5: really hard with a criminal record, so it's harder for
- 20:08Speaker 5: him to go and perform for people. And obviously he
- 20:11Speaker 5: had a lot of people come to his events to
- 20:13Speaker 5: say that he has completely rehabilitated himself and the ways
- 20:17Speaker 5: that he gives back to the community here in Nashville,
- 20:20Speaker 5: the ways that he gives back to those who are
- 20:22Speaker 5: still in the system and prison and jails, and the
- 20:25Speaker 5: way that he's trying to make a better impact through
- 20:28Speaker 5: learning from his past mistakes. So he's one step closer.
- 20:32Speaker 5: We just got to wait to see what Governor Lee
- 20:33Speaker 5: does with that. The National Predators announced plans to renovate
- 20:38Speaker 5: Bridgetone Arena. This is wild six hundred and fifty million
- 20:42Speaker 5: dollar renovation. Some of the things that they plan to
- 20:45Speaker 5: do is add a sixty thousand square foot rooftop and bar.
- 20:50Speaker 5: They want to relocate the main entrance to Fifth Avenue
- 20:52Speaker 5: and extending the.
- 20:53Speaker 4: Roofline over the plaza.
- 20:55Speaker 5: They're going to grow the capacity from six hundred to
- 20:58Speaker 5: seven hundred seats, one hundred thousand square foot of new
- 21:02Speaker 5: restaurant and retail space for the area visible from Broadway.
- 21:06Speaker 5: It's a lot of different things. It sounds amazing and
- 21:11Speaker 5: it's really cool because obviously we're getting a new Nissan Stadium,
- 21:14Speaker 5: if you update Bridgestone. All of these things are happening
- 21:17Speaker 5: in Nashville to just make the city bigger and even better.
- 21:20Speaker 3: It's hard to imagine how they're gonna get all this
- 21:21Speaker 3: work done because they're so busy over there bridge and
- 21:24Speaker 3: there's an event there every single day.
- 21:26Speaker 5: Yeah, most of the construction is slated for completion ahead
- 21:29Speaker 5: of the twenty twenty nine twenty thirty hockey season, So
- 21:32Speaker 5: it's gonna be you know, bits and pieces for little
- 21:36Speaker 5: tiny things over the course of a few years, but
- 21:38Speaker 5: hopefully by that time everything will be done and we'll
- 21:40Speaker 5: have basically a brand new Bridgestone at that point.
- 21:43Speaker 4: I'm really pumped about the rooftop that sounds sick.
- 21:47Speaker 2: Yeah, rooftop bars on Broadway.
- 21:50Speaker 4: It's gonna be a really big rooftop. I think that's amazing.
- 21:53Speaker 5: I'm really excited to see all of this and online
- 21:56Speaker 5: pet sort Chew. He has debuted a new wedding collection
- 21:59Speaker 5: for pets.
- 22:00Speaker 4: This is adorable.
- 22:01Speaker 5: So they got toxedos, little bridle gowns, they have Pet.
- 22:04Speaker 4: Of Honor bandanas.
- 22:05Speaker 5: They have little tiny ring pouches for pups and for kittens.
- 22:09Speaker 5: The outfits or priced under thirty dollars. The idea here
- 22:13Speaker 5: is that it works into people involving their.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Pets in their weddings.
- 22:17Speaker 5: So if they have their dogs walk down the aisle
- 22:19Speaker 5: with their rings or dressed up. They have these things
- 22:23Speaker 5: all brand new. You can find it at Chewy's online store.
- 22:26Speaker 4: They're so cute the pictures. It makes me really happy.
- 22:29Speaker 4: Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you need.
- 22:31Speaker 1: To know, Heiky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 22:35Speaker 5: You want to know what you hoard way too much
- 22:38Speaker 5: of in your pantry.
- 22:39Speaker 4: Zach and I were having a chat.
- 22:40Speaker 5: Yesterday about the things that are significant others are constantly like,
- 22:44Speaker 5: why do we have so much of this, or we
- 22:45Speaker 5: ask why do we have so much of this? For you?
- 22:48Speaker 4: It's hot sauce packets.
- 22:49Speaker 6: Every single time I go to Taco Bell, I'll get
- 22:51Speaker 6: more fire sauce packets. So my entire pantry is just
- 22:53Speaker 6: full of fire sauce packets from Taco Bell.
- 22:55Speaker 2: Are you going to do with them?
- 22:56Speaker 6: I don't know, but I saved them every single time,
- 22:59Speaker 6: and like soy sauce from Chinese.
- 23:01Speaker 2: Restaurants, I'm guilty.
- 23:02Speaker 7: I have all of the packets, and I don't know why.
- 23:05Speaker 5: I had to kind of teach my fiance a lesson
- 23:08Speaker 5: in this, and I'll explain that.
- 23:09Speaker 3: Don't worry, please, because I need that lesson as well.
- 23:11Speaker 3: Six one seven, three seven nine one seven. Whether it's
- 23:14Speaker 3: you or a family member, what are you hoarding? You
- 23:16Speaker 3: have way too much of one?
- 23:20Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Menno. In the morning, Zach brought up
- 23:22Speaker 1: all of.
- 23:23Speaker 2: His hot sauce from Taco Bell. What's it called fire stuff?
- 23:25Speaker 2: Fire sauce?
- 23:26Speaker 7: I'm Talko Bell. I have so many of them in
- 23:28Speaker 7: my pantry.
- 23:29Speaker 4: It is at least the best sauce that they have.
- 23:31Speaker 3: It is you can't get rid of it. He's a
- 23:32Speaker 3: hoarder with fire sauce. We want to know what you
- 23:34Speaker 3: have way too much of in your pantry. And Easton
- 23:38Speaker 3: is calling us Eastern or are you throwing your mom
- 23:40Speaker 3: under the bus here?
- 23:41Speaker 2: No, who's who's responsible for hoarding them?
- 23:47Speaker 4: Twist right now?
- 23:49Speaker 2: You got you better eat those fasts because those get hard.
- 23:52Speaker 4: Oh peeps.
- 23:53Speaker 5: For a second, I heard peaks and I was like,
- 23:54Speaker 5: what are pets? And I thought I was missing something.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Peep peeps.
- 23:58Speaker 4: How many peeps do you have Easton that you're in
- 24:00Speaker 4: the pantry. I get them that Krogers for a dollar.
- 24:05Speaker 4: I mean, at least it's a steal.
- 24:08Speaker 7: And everywhere everywhere.
- 24:10Speaker 4: Have them under my pillows, under my bed, don't.
- 24:14Speaker 7: Oh you're going to all your secrets now.
- 24:18Speaker 4: Got to make sure mom doesn't eat the peeps.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Ye, well you better get to eat the Measton, because
- 24:23Speaker 3: I can tell you first hand. We've got peeps at
- 24:25Speaker 3: our house right now, and those get.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Hard like that I snapped.
- 24:28Speaker 3: I don't if you could hear the snap, but they
- 24:29Speaker 3: get hard real fast.
- 24:31Speaker 4: We hoard like probably ketchup.
- 24:35Speaker 3: Yeah, it's hard with the packets of stuff that come
- 24:37Speaker 3: in delivery items, so you don't know what to do
- 24:40Speaker 3: you don't just awsome.
- 24:41Speaker 4: I don't like to taco bell hot sauce.
- 24:43Speaker 6: That's nast Easton, Easton, you really woke up and chose violence.
- 24:50Speaker 4: We are shocked and appalled.
- 24:52Speaker 2: Thank you guys for calling. Have a great day you too, Bye.
- 24:55Speaker 7: Guys.
- 24:57Speaker 4: See.
- 24:57Speaker 5: I hoard things in my pantry and I had to
- 25:01Speaker 5: like kind of teach this to aj my fiance.
- 25:04Speaker 4: I hoard cans of stuff.
- 25:06Speaker 5: Oh, because whenever there's a situation where we're like, oh,
- 25:10Speaker 5: we don't have anything that we need to like that
- 25:11Speaker 5: we can cook, or we have a few ingredients and
- 25:13Speaker 5: not a lot of things, I always go, We'll look
- 25:15Speaker 5: in the.
- 25:15Speaker 4: Pantry, what do we have in cans? Because I have
- 25:17Speaker 4: like cans of black beans, chickas, all.
- 25:19Speaker 5: Sorts of stuff, and it's easy to throw something together
- 25:22Speaker 5: when you have it all sitting there, it doesn't go bad.
- 25:24Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what they tell you the stockpile. In case
- 25:27Speaker 2: of emergency.
- 25:27Speaker 4: You'll see a lot of cans in my pantry.
- 25:30Speaker 6: So if we ever need anything, go to Rickey's house.
- 25:33Speaker 6: They're all in her pantry.
- 25:34Speaker 7: All of the cans that you can't find at Kroger,
- 25:36Speaker 7: they're at Rickey's house.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Haik zach and in the morning.
- 25:41Speaker 5: Today's daily double tab on one O seven five the
- 25:43Speaker 5: river goes out to all the dads who have just
- 25:45Speaker 5: had enough with their adult children.
- 25:48Speaker 4: Because this dad is over it.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Can we just take out the word adult? Please? Children?
- 25:55Speaker 5: We're talking about his specifically adult children though.
- 25:58Speaker 4: And Easter.
- 25:58Speaker 2: Okay, today's daily double up here we go after East.
- 26:01Speaker 4: Everyone kind of aggravated with these gifts for these kids
- 26:05Speaker 4: twenty two and twenty It's a joke. When does it
- 26:09Speaker 4: end for a father?
- 26:12Speaker 1: Never in a father just do something for himself for once?
- 26:17Speaker 4: How much longer does this need to go on?
- 26:21Speaker 2: I pray for all the father Thank you struggling.
- 26:24Speaker 1: What about the mothers?
- 26:26Speaker 6: The mothers are.

- 26:31Speaker 3: Thank you for choosing this as today's the other day,
- 26:32Speaker 3: I mean Mother's Day. Ride around the corner show, this
- 26:35Speaker 3: is what we went with.
- 26:36Speaker 5: I also I understand that you know the mothers are
- 26:39Speaker 5: a nightmare thing just because moms will hold on to.
- 26:41Speaker 4: That forever, like they're Easter baskets.
- 26:44Speaker 5: They're twenty and twenty two, Like mom, stop letting the
- 26:48Speaker 5: Easter bunny know, like you know the Easter bunny stops
- 26:51Speaker 5: at a certain point.
- 26:52Speaker 6: I feel like, unfortunately, you will be in that boat
- 26:55Speaker 6: of which of what your wife will one hundred percent
- 26:58Speaker 6: still get your.
- 26:58Speaker 4: At Easter Bunny.
- 27:00Speaker 3: I mean, I kind of that's sad for me to
- 27:02Speaker 3: think about the day that my kids don't get an
- 27:03Speaker 3: Easter basket.
- 27:04Speaker 2: So I'll probably be right there with her. Oh, they'll
- 27:07Speaker 2: get baskets when they're adults.
- 27:09Speaker 5: Where Aster money can only go to so many places.
- 27:12Speaker 2: For the hundredth time, you are not one of my children.
