- 0:21Speaker 2: big sports fan. You may have seen him in the
- 0:23Speaker 2: Super Bowl ad with Posty, so this feels like a
- 0:26Speaker 2: good fit. The SP's are happening in July sixteenth. I
- 0:29Speaker 2: believe who did it last year? Was it Serena Williams
- 0:33Speaker 2: did it last year?
- 0:34Speaker 3: Did she host?
- 0:35Speaker 2: I think she hosted last year? Please do, please do,
- 0:38Speaker 2: because you know following big Shoes if that's the case.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Tony Hawk has teamed up with Taco Bell for his
- 0:44Speaker 2: own lux Cravings box. It features all of his favorites,
- 0:48Speaker 2: so cheesecase, Adia, crunchy taco chips with nacho cheese, and
- 0:52Speaker 2: a lipt in iced tea very specific order we have here.
- 0:56Speaker 2: The collub is available now through their app and their website,
- 1:00Speaker 2: tied to the upcoming release of Tony Hawk pro Skater
- 1:02Speaker 2: three and four on July eleventh. Pro Skater that just
- 1:06Speaker 2: brings you back Tony Hawk pro skater. It's wild to
- 1:10Speaker 2: think about. Like my brother and I used to play
- 1:12Speaker 2: all the time together. So fans actually have a chance
- 1:15Speaker 2: to win a bunch of in game gear and you know,
- 1:18Speaker 2: a bunch of skateboards and all sorts of stuff early
- 1:22Speaker 2: game demos by ordering through the app and also by
- 1:25Speaker 2: becoming a Taco Bell Rewards member. So if you are
- 1:28Speaker 2: one already, go check out all the things you have
- 1:30Speaker 2: a chance of winning. Some of them are autographed skateboard decks,
- 1:33Speaker 2: which is pretty sick, So go check that out, especially
- 1:36Speaker 2: if you love Taco Bell as well, and order in.
- 1:38Speaker 3: The app all the time, real quick before you move
- 1:40Speaker 3: on to story number three. Yes, Serena Williams did host
- 1:42Speaker 3: last year.
- 1:43Speaker 2: It was correct Big Shoes to fill their Shane, so
- 1:46Speaker 2: we'll see how he does. And Tennessee has been ranked
- 1:49Speaker 2: among the most dangerous states for commuters. I know that's
- 1:53Speaker 2: not so great to hear as you're driving around right now,
- 1:56Speaker 2: but it's just the reality. According to the study, Tennessee
- 2:00Speaker 2: to four point four accidents per ten thousand commuters, making
- 2:04Speaker 2: it number four on the list. With the state's average
- 2:07Speaker 2: twenty five minute commute time It also is the longest
- 2:10Speaker 2: commute on the top ten most dangerous states for commuting.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Number one on the list was Illinois, which I was
- 2:17Speaker 2: not expecting. I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three
- 2:20Speaker 2: things you need to know.
- 2:21Speaker 3: When was the last time you were in an accident
- 2:22Speaker 3: here in Tennessee.
- 2:24Speaker 2: I wasn't in an accident here in tenn Okay?
- 2:26Speaker 4: Good?
- 2:27Speaker 2: Yeah, never never. I don't drive a lot either.
- 2:29Speaker 1: I try to stay my little Yeah, you live five
- 2:32Speaker 1: minutes away.
- 2:32Speaker 2: From work, Let drive all that far.
- 2:34Speaker 3: That makes sense.
- 2:35Speaker 2: My friends is very jealous.
- 2:36Speaker 3: My wife nor I have been in an accident.
- 2:39Speaker 2: That's surprising.
- 2:40Speaker 3: Well, yeah, I'm a terrible driver.
- 2:41Speaker 2: But are horrific.
- 2:43Speaker 3: I'd just like to go, like to get places quickly.
- 2:46Speaker 2: You're bad.
- 2:47Speaker 4: I'm surprised I don't get more there.
- 2:49Speaker 5: What am I doing?
- 2:49Speaker 1: I shouldn't be throwing myself under the bus like this.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Good morning, thanks for being here. We've got those Noah
- 2:55Speaker 1: Siris tickets. He's going to be at the rhyme and
- 2:56Speaker 1: we've had them all week for the first caller of
- 2:58Speaker 1: the day.
- 2:58Speaker 3: You can get those within ten minute.
- 3:00Speaker 6: It's right here on the river seven.
- 3:03Speaker 7: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 3:05Speaker 2: Wonder in Nashville. Welcome to one oh seven five the River.
- 3:08Speaker 2: How you doing this morning?
- 3:10Speaker 8: Great?
- 3:10Speaker 6: How are you?
- 3:11Speaker 2: I'm good. I'm a little sleepy, but I'm all right.
- 3:13Speaker 2: I don't like the weather right now.
- 3:15Speaker 4: I'm so over at being hot.
- 3:17Speaker 8: Oh same way, too hot?
- 3:19Speaker 2: Yeah, as we got days more of this.
- 3:22Speaker 1: It's like dangerously hot outside. Take care of your elderly
- 3:25Speaker 1: friends and your pets and your neighbors and everything.
- 3:27Speaker 3: What are you doing right now? Hunter?
- 3:29Speaker 8: Drive into work?
- 3:29Speaker 3: Tell us what you do.
- 3:31Speaker 8: I'm attack to count it.
- 3:33Speaker 2: That's what I used to tell people when they asked
- 3:35Speaker 2: what I did for work, because nobody asks you questions
- 3:38Speaker 2: when you say.
- 3:39Speaker 3: That you're attacked, I'm sorry.
- 3:43Speaker 8: Uh no.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Do you enjoy it?
- 3:44Speaker 6: Yep?
- 3:45Speaker 4: Not too bad.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Is this like a sort of a downtime for you guys?
- 3:48Speaker 1: Are you still busting your hump over there?
- 3:50Speaker 8: No, it's down.
- 3:52Speaker 4: It could be worse.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Do you find that people like actually do ask you questions?
- 3:56Speaker 2: Because now I'm curious.
- 3:58Speaker 9: Sometimes I just feel like I I don't know anything
- 4:01Speaker 9: about it enough to ask questions.
- 4:03Speaker 4: Like you're just like, oh, you're an accountant, okay.
- 4:05Speaker 3: What kind of calculator do you have?
- 4:09Speaker 4: Kevy.
- 4:09Speaker 8: Yeah, I work in the music industry, so it does
- 4:12Speaker 8: make it a little more interesting.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Okay, fine, cool, which also makes sense, I guess. I
- 4:17Speaker 2: mean you're here in Nashville. There's probably plenty of musicians
- 4:19Speaker 2: that need tax accountants.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Right, Can you tell us one of them that should
- 4:23Speaker 1: go to jail for tax fro Kevy Man, Nope, you
- 4:28Speaker 1: tell us off the air.
- 4:29Speaker 8: Nope.
- 4:31Speaker 2: You're good at this. You're good at this, and you're
- 4:34Speaker 2: going to being the first caller of the day because
- 4:35Speaker 2: that's what you are. Today. You're getting these tickets to
- 4:37Speaker 2: go see Noah Cyrus on October fifteenth at the Ryeman.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Amazing, awesome, congratulations. Zach is going to be there, so
- 4:45Speaker 1: make sure you look for Zach at the show. He
- 4:46Speaker 1: can probably ask you to do his taxes or something.
- 4:48Speaker 9: To probably be in the front row screaming. So when
- 4:50Speaker 9: you see the psychopath, that's me.
- 4:53Speaker 8: Sound be good?
- 4:54Speaker 3: All right, Hunter, Thanks for calling, buddy, have a great day.
- 4:56Speaker 8: Thanks you too.
- 4:57Speaker 1: We have more of those tickets Noah Cyrus the Ryman
- 5:00Speaker 1: tomorrow for the first.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Caller of the day.
- 5:02Speaker 7: One oh seven five Reiky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 5:06Speaker 2: They were with us yesterday listening. You know that Zach's
- 5:09Speaker 2: birthday was yesterday, but he was not here. Correct, that's
- 5:12Speaker 2: because it was ruined.
- 5:14Speaker 4: It was ruined.
- 5:15Speaker 9: It's not like I called out because it was my birthday,
- 5:17Speaker 9: which is something that I would very much.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Say, that's the natural assumption.
- 5:20Speaker 2: But then people wouldn't be able to say happy birthday
- 5:22Speaker 2: to you.
- 5:23Speaker 4: That's true, So that was not the reason someone ruined
- 5:25Speaker 4: it for me.
- 5:26Speaker 1: You spent your birthday at the hospital, basically, yeah, not
- 5:30Speaker 1: where you want to spend your birthday. We're gonna play
- 5:31Speaker 1: one song, Chiboozy good News, and we're gonna find out
- 5:34Speaker 1: what happened to Zach on his birthday where he was
- 5:36Speaker 1: big Bummer one.
- 5:37Speaker 7: Seven five Reiky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 5:41Speaker 2: I'm sad to say that Zach's birthday yesterday was entirely
- 5:45Speaker 2: ruined by a very unfortunate event. It's one oh seven
- 5:48Speaker 2: five the River. Yesterday was Zach's birthday. He was in here,
- 5:52Speaker 2: which we talked about the fact that it sounds like
- 5:54Speaker 2: a normal Zach thing to not come in on his birthday. Sure,
- 5:58Speaker 2: but that was not the plan.
- 5:59Speaker 1: And I will point out that we tried to celebrate
- 6:01Speaker 1: on the air was exactly this time. Yesterday we called
- 6:03Speaker 1: you and we sang and your voicemail you did.
- 6:05Speaker 9: Indeed, it was really beautiful singing say thank you for plea.
- 6:08Speaker 2: We really tried, we like practiced and everything beforehand.
- 6:12Speaker 4: I feel like maybe we should keep the practice going.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Okay, what happened yesterday that ruined your birthday?
- 6:19Speaker 9: So my boyfriend on Monday passed out and hit his
- 6:24Speaker 9: head in the shower. So I had to leave the
- 6:26Speaker 9: show early on Monday to go pick him up, take
- 6:29Speaker 9: him to the doctor, see what was going on.
- 6:30Speaker 3: You'll literally pick him up, literally picked he couldn't really move.
- 6:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:34Speaker 9: Come to find out, apparently he has like a bulging
- 6:36Speaker 9: disc that was like pinching a nerve in his spine.
- 6:39Speaker 4: So yesterday I had to take off because we had
- 6:41Speaker 4: to go.
- 6:42Speaker 9: Get an MRI at seven point thirty in the morning,
- 6:44Speaker 9: and then we had the doctor's appointment afterward, and then
- 6:47Speaker 9: had to be the caretaker all day long of making
- 6:49Speaker 9: sure that he got his medicine on time.
- 6:53Speaker 1: And Zach counts down the days starting like January fourth, Yeah,
- 6:59Speaker 1: his birthday when he can be taken care of, everyone
- 7:02Speaker 1: can pamper him. And yet this man spent his entire
- 7:04Speaker 1: birthday taking care of someone else.
- 7:06Speaker 9: I will say it definitely gave me a new perspective
- 7:09Speaker 9: and so much more gratitude for caretakers and people that
- 7:12Speaker 9: like do in home health care.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Do you want to tell the class how annoying David
- 7:17Speaker 2: was to you?
- 7:17Speaker 4: I was exhausted.
- 7:20Speaker 9: I literally like, I don't know how people do this
- 7:22Speaker 9: for a full time living.
- 7:23Speaker 4: Like I was exhausted.
- 7:24Speaker 9: We were eating lunch, we had Chipotle, and he like
- 7:27Speaker 9: dropped a couple of things of rice on the ground.
- 7:29Speaker 4: He goes, oh no, there's rice on the ground. Can
- 7:32Speaker 4: you get that for me?
- 7:33Speaker 9: There are two very capable golden retrievers right next to
- 7:37Speaker 9: him that could have eaten the rice.
- 7:40Speaker 1: I mean, you can't expect him. You didn't expect him
- 7:42Speaker 1: to get it there with this bulging disc right, No,
- 7:43Speaker 1: I didn't.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Expect him to get it.
- 7:45Speaker 9: But it was just like the pitiful way that he said,
- 7:47Speaker 9: making you do everything.
- 7:48Speaker 4: Oh no, there's rice on the ground. I was like,
- 7:50Speaker 4: oh no, darn.
- 7:53Speaker 2: I will say I love David so much. He is
- 7:56Speaker 2: not great when he doesn't like feel good.
- 7:58Speaker 4: No, he is the worst patient lot of us.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Real honestly, most man's terrible too. If he is a
- 8:04Speaker 2: cold You would think this man is dying.
- 8:07Speaker 9: The smallest inconveniences the end of the world.
- 8:09Speaker 2: And they mope about it, and it's like, oh, I
- 8:11Speaker 2: just really don't feel good. Get over yourself.
- 8:15Speaker 1: So once David kind of recovers from all this and
- 8:17Speaker 1: you guys get on the other side of it, are
- 8:18Speaker 1: you going to make him make this up to you
- 8:20Speaker 1: in any way?
- 8:20Speaker 3: Are you like a little bit bitter about how he
- 8:22Speaker 3: stole your thunder on your birthday?
- 8:24Speaker 9: No, I don't think I'm gonna make him make it
- 8:26Speaker 9: up to me, because he did buy me gifts, so
- 8:29Speaker 9: I still got presents and had things to open on
- 8:31Speaker 9: my birthday, and my mom had cake delivered to the house,
- 8:34Speaker 9: so we still got to have a birthday celebration.
- 8:36Speaker 4: This man was just high out of his mind on
- 8:38Speaker 4: pain medication.
- 8:39Speaker 2: And Zach does have his actual birthday celebration happening this weekend,
- 8:43Speaker 2: so you will have a day to celebrate.
- 8:45Speaker 3: Unless David comes, God allowed you.
- 8:48Speaker 2: We'll just lock him in the bedroom.
- 8:49Speaker 4: He's just laying made the music loud.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Enough we won't hear him perfect.
- 8:54Speaker 3: I like, well, happy birthday, buddy, We're happy to have
- 8:57Speaker 3: you back.
- 8:57Speaker 9: Thank you for holding down the fort and let me
- 8:59Speaker 9: go take care this pitiful, pitiful man.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Of course, three things you need to know, Well, good morning,
- 9:05Speaker 1: Thank you so much for starting your day with us.
- 9:06Speaker 1: We really do appreciate that he made a great choice.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Ricky Sanchez over here has those three things.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Bonnarou is looking for your feedback on new dates for
- 9:14Speaker 2: the festival. They sent out a survey to a bunch
- 9:16Speaker 2: of fans. If you've ever gone to Bonnaroo, you probably
- 9:19Speaker 2: got one. They're trying to gauge when they should do
- 9:22Speaker 2: the festival next year, so there were options that were
- 9:24Speaker 2: given for later in the summer, in late September or
- 9:27Speaker 2: early October, or even to do it every other year
- 9:30Speaker 2: instead of yearly. This obviously is all because the second
- 9:34Speaker 2: rain related cancelation has happened in four years. This year,
- 9:38Speaker 2: all the camp sites were flooded, attendees were stranded in
- 9:41Speaker 2: the mud. It was a whole thing. Obviously, a lot
- 9:44Speaker 2: of people were concerned about trying to get out, as
- 9:48Speaker 2: well as the fact that they put so much money
- 9:50Speaker 2: and effort into going to Bonnaroo and that wasn't going
- 9:52Speaker 2: to happen anymore. So the survey is looking for input
- 9:55Speaker 2: on different potential challenges of a fall festival, if school
- 9:59Speaker 2: schedules are other concerns would deter somebody from buying tickets.
- 10:03Speaker 2: They're really trying to get as much information from fans
- 10:06Speaker 2: as humanly possible. Organizers say they want fans to be
- 10:09Speaker 2: a part of this planning process. They're going to continue
- 10:12Speaker 2: to seek feedback in the coming months before they actually
- 10:14Speaker 2: announce any dates for the festival next year. If you
- 10:18Speaker 2: want to give your input to this, they do have
- 10:20Speaker 2: the survey on their website. You can look it up
- 10:22Speaker 2: right at just like googling bonaroo to pop up and
- 10:25Speaker 2: you can give all of your feedback of what you
- 10:27Speaker 2: think they should do next year. Five Points Pizzas new
- 10:30Speaker 2: slice window is officially open in the Gulch. I love
- 10:33Speaker 2: this so you'll find it at the Grand Level at
- 10:35Speaker 2: Canopy Nashville and the Gulch. They're serving cheese, pepperoni, and
- 10:39Speaker 2: veggie slices daily from eleven thirty am to eleven pm.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Walk right up to the window in order what you
- 10:45Speaker 2: want and walk away. I love it too. It's a convenient,
- 10:48Speaker 2: obviously good pizza. Great way to get late night food too,
- 10:52Speaker 2: since they're open to eleven PM. Not a lot of
- 10:53Speaker 2: places in Nashville or open that late to eat, so
- 10:56Speaker 2: go check them out when you get a chance. And
- 10:58Speaker 2: Target is keeping back to just supplies at last year's prices.
- 11:02Speaker 2: So this includes their twenty essentials under twenty and a
- 11:05Speaker 2: five dollars backpack that they're bringing back by popular demand.
- 11:09Speaker 2: There's a thousand items priced under five dollars. College door
- 11:12Speaker 2: must have under forty dollars, and students and teachers can
- 11:16Speaker 2: get an extra twenty percent off through the Target Circle
- 11:19Speaker 2: program as well. So save your money as much as
- 11:22Speaker 2: you possibly can. Imrique Sanchez and those are the three
- 11:25Speaker 2: things you need to know.
- 11:26Speaker 1: I wonder if there's any like, you know, psychological reasoning
- 11:29Speaker 1: why kids love the Target balls.
- 11:31Speaker 3: You know those big red balls outside of Target.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Yes, my kids always want to go lay on those
- 11:35Speaker 1: and hug them, and they get so excited to see
- 11:36Speaker 1: the Target balls.
- 11:38Speaker 2: I didn't know that was a thing. I don't have kids, though,
- 11:39Speaker 2: so I guess it makes sense that I w I
- 11:41Speaker 2: wonder if that's all kids are just my kids Mano family,
- 11:44Speaker 2: they could be.
- 11:45Speaker 3: I don't know, you all kids like Target bus.
- 11:47Speaker 4: That's a good question.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Here's Grazie Abrams right after this song we're gonna learn
- 11:50Speaker 1: Zach's pax next one seven five The.
- 11:53Speaker 7: River, Freaky Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Even though it's not Friday, I feel like we should
- 11:57Speaker 2: do the song since Zach wasn't here yesterday. Point you ready, Yeah,
- 12:00Speaker 2: I'm ready. Zax's got effect, Zax got effect. Zax's got
- 12:04Speaker 2: effect just for you. On one O seven five The River.
- 12:07Speaker 9: Did you guys know that Abraham Lincoln was a licensed bartender?
- 12:11Speaker 4: Like before he was president?
- 12:13Speaker 9: He co owned a general store and was a licensed
- 12:15Speaker 9: bartender in Salem, Illinois.
- 12:17Speaker 2: I didn't even know that you had to be a
- 12:18Speaker 2: licensed bartender back.
- 12:20Speaker 9: Then, back in eighteen thirty three shocks. I know, well,
- 12:23Speaker 9: and then he was president.
- 12:24Speaker 3: You know what I would have ordered if somebodies and
- 12:27Speaker 3: I were at the bar?
- 12:28Speaker 2: What what?
- 12:29Speaker 3: Four more and seven?
- 12:31Speaker 1: Oh, I can't finish this pun uh four.
- 12:35Speaker 3: More and seventh eleven seven?
- 12:38Speaker 4: What you know?
- 12:39Speaker 3: Like four score and seven years.
- 12:40Speaker 4: Ago, Kevin, you tried really hard.
- 12:42Speaker 9: I just have to say that Ricky and I were
- 12:45Speaker 9: both licensed bartender. So this opens us up for presidency.
- 12:48Speaker 7: Oh.
- 12:49Speaker 4: I love that we're going to be president.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Can we run together?
- 12:52Speaker 4: Yeah? Co ticket, I love it.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Four more and seven beers to go, and there's your
- 12:57Speaker 1: fact of the day and your bad Pune.
- 13:00Speaker 7: The river Rickie, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Welcome to the heat wave of Nashville. It's disgusting outside
- 13:06Speaker 2: and unfortunately it's gonna be disgusting for a few days.
- 13:10Speaker 2: But it's kind of just something that the entire country
- 13:12Speaker 2: is dealing with right now. And this brings us to
- 13:15Speaker 2: a question that we have for you. Some sayings that
- 13:18Speaker 2: involve the heat.
- 13:19Speaker 3: It's hotter than a blank? What is that classic old saying?
- 13:21Speaker 1: Maybe it's been in your family for a long time,
- 13:23Speaker 1: like it's so hot the chickens are laying hard boiled eggs.
- 13:27Speaker 4: I like that one.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Thanks something along those lines, if you have one six, one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 13:33Speaker 1: one oh seven. I know, especially living in Tennessee, you
- 13:36Speaker 1: know these old Southern sayings with the Southern heat that
- 13:38Speaker 1: there's so many of them that maybe your parents or
- 13:41Speaker 1: grandparents used to say.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Some of them are really clever, some of them confuse
- 13:44Speaker 2: the heck out of me. So I'm excited to hear we're.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Gonna try to keep it clean.
- 13:48Speaker 1: I feel like we uh might get some that have
- 13:51Speaker 1: to get bleeped on live radios to try to keep
- 13:54Speaker 1: it clean.
- 13:54Speaker 3: But if you have one of those sayings about the heat,
- 13:56Speaker 3: we want to hear it. Six one, five, seven, three, seven,
- 13:59Speaker 3: nine one.
- 13:59Speaker 6: Seven Rachie's Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 14:04Speaker 2: We're currently in a heat wave here in Nashville. It
- 14:06Speaker 2: is gross outside. It's rickey. Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 14:11Speaker 2: On one oh seven five the River. We got Janis
- 14:13Speaker 2: and Clarksville on the line. Good morning, Janis, good morning.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Tell us you're hotter than a blank saying.
- 14:20Speaker 5: So we had to switch it up a little bit
- 14:23Speaker 5: in our house. And you guys may have heard of before,
- 14:25Speaker 5: but we switched it hotter than a witch's broom, hotter than.
- 14:29Speaker 2: A witch's broom, broom because the other one cannot be
- 14:31Speaker 2: said on the radio, because.
- 14:33Speaker 5: The other one cannot be said, So we say it's
- 14:35Speaker 5: hotter than a witch's broom in our house hold.
- 14:37Speaker 1: On though, going back to the other one, I thought
- 14:38Speaker 1: it was colder than a witch's thing.
- 14:40Speaker 3: We can't say is it hotter hotter?
- 14:43Speaker 5: Oh, okay, we've we've said it the opposite way. I'm
- 14:46Speaker 5: not sure.
- 14:47Speaker 1: I feel like my mom always to say colder than
- 14:49Speaker 1: I don't know, we'd have to ask a witch.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Maybe it also changes depending upon where you live, like
- 14:54Speaker 2: maybe you know, because it gets real hot down here
- 14:56Speaker 2: where you grew up, and we get real colder.
- 14:58Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 14:59Speaker 5: And we've also had the saying that hot enough to
- 15:01Speaker 5: fry an egg on a sidewalk.
- 15:03Speaker 4: Yeah, there you go.
- 15:04Speaker 3: That's a good one.
- 15:04Speaker 2: It's a classic.
- 15:05Speaker 3: Janis, thank you both.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Good yep I Warren in Nashville, Good morning, Welcome to
- 15:11Speaker 1: the river.
- 15:12Speaker 3: Do you have a saying when it's this hot?
- 15:14Speaker 8: I do.
- 15:14Speaker 4: One time I heard my grandpa say it's so hot outside.
- 15:18Speaker 7: I thought fighting over a dog?
- 15:20Speaker 2: You saw two fire hydrants fighting over a dog.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Because they wanted to get they want to get cooled
- 15:25Speaker 1: down by the dog.
- 15:27Speaker 3: What dogs do to fire hydrants?
- 15:29Speaker 4: That's good?
- 15:31Speaker 3: All right, thanks Warren, appreciate it.
- 15:32Speaker 4: Man.
- 15:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I like hotter than a toaster and a tanning salon.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Okay, that's pretty good. That's good. I have this one.
- 15:40Speaker 2: It's so hot out. I saw a hound dog chasing
- 15:43Speaker 2: a rabbit and they were both walking.
- 15:47Speaker 4: Facts.
- 15:48Speaker 9: I found one that's it's hotter than a two dollars pistol,
- 15:52Speaker 9: and I was like, what does that mean? Apparently, like
- 15:55Speaker 9: back in the nineteen hundreds. Poor pistols with.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Like over heat and explode, oh like cheap little pistols.
- 16:03Speaker 4: Yeah, that's where they're saying. We've come from a two
- 16:04Speaker 4: dollars pistol.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Oh, Zach, I appreciate the backstory on that, buddy.
- 16:08Speaker 4: I know you were gonna ask question.
- 16:11Speaker 3: You gotta have question you very much.
- 16:14Speaker 1: If you have one six, one five, seven, three, seven,
- 16:16Speaker 1: nine one oh seven hotter than a blank.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Also, don't forget Maroon five tickets. You can win them
- 16:20Speaker 3: next with the Game of the Day one seven five.
- 16:23Speaker 6: Rickie, Zach and Menno in the morning to play Kevin

- 16:34Speaker 2: you could be there if you win right.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Yes, the game is inspired by the band, you know,
- 16:39Speaker 1: Maroon color five number. So all of these trivia questions,
- 16:43Speaker 1: the answers will have a number or a color.
- 16:46Speaker 3: How you feel and you feeling confident?
- 16:48Speaker 1: I have one open World Cup, so mendium I feel
- 16:53Speaker 1: confident for you.
- 16:54Speaker 8: Jeff, okay, great.
- 16:56Speaker 1: I appreciate you waking up and just immediately putting the
- 16:59Speaker 1: radio on and call on the river here.
- 17:00Speaker 3: So thank you.

- 17:08Speaker 1: What zombie movie with a number in its title is
- 17:12Speaker 1: currently playing in theaters? Later?
- 17:18Speaker 4: Nice?
- 17:19Speaker 3: Well done, Well done.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Point on the board.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Another movie question.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Jack Harlowe recently starred in a remake of what nineties
- 17:28Speaker 1: movie with a color in its title? His new version
- 17:34Speaker 1: came out like two years ago, classic nineties movie remake.
- 17:42Speaker 8: It's on tip of my tongue.
- 17:43Speaker 5: I remember Wesley's Nights and fighting.
- 17:48Speaker 7: Joe.
- 17:48Speaker 3: If you did it, wow, nice job. All you needed
- 17:51Speaker 3: was one eye open.
- 17:52Speaker 7: You win.
- 17:55Speaker 2: Congrats Jeff. You're going to go see my room five
- 17:57Speaker 2: when they play Bridge shown arena. I had faith in you.
- 18:01Speaker 6: Thank you. I didn't even realize the one.
- 18:03Speaker 8: I thought I had one more to go. I'm still
- 18:04Speaker 8: so slaty.
- 18:05Speaker 3: We can give you another. We can make this a
- 18:06Speaker 3: three out of five situation if you want.
- 18:08Speaker 1: No, no, no, congratulations, brother, Thank you for listening, Thank
- 18:13Speaker 1: you for calling.
- 18:14Speaker 3: Have fun at the show, all right, thank you so much.
- 18:16Speaker 4: You're welcome. Hang on the line.
- 18:17Speaker 2: So we can get your info.
- 18:18Speaker 3: Kay, Okay, what a way to start to day for Jeff.
- 18:21Speaker 3: I know you can just hear his smile still stunts.
- 18:24Speaker 7: Yeah, great, three things you need to know.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Just after eight o'clock. Thank you for being here, friends.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Ricky's got those three things.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Tight End University had a special guest last night, Miss
- 18:35Speaker 2: Taylor Swift. If you're confused about what tight End University is,
- 18:39Speaker 2: no worries, I got you. It's a program for tight
- 18:41Speaker 2: ends in the NFL to bond during the off season.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Travis Kelce, George Kittle, and Greg Olsen created it back
- 18:48Speaker 2: in twenty twenty one. It's been happening since Monday. You've
- 18:52Speaker 2: probably seen reports of Taylor and Travis popping up all
- 18:55Speaker 2: over Nashville. They were seeing at La Jackson and Jason
- 18:58Speaker 2: al Dean's the other night, and she made a surprise
- 19:00Speaker 2: appearance at the charity concert for tight End University at
- 19:04Speaker 2: Brooklyn Bold last night. She performed shake It Off with
- 19:06Speaker 2: our friend Kane Brown at a sold out show. Here's
- 19:09Speaker 2: a little piece of that.
- 19:21Speaker 3: And the crowd goes absolutely wild.
- 19:24Speaker 2: No one expected her to actually perform. She didn't have
- 19:27Speaker 2: a guitar. She actually thanked Chase Rice beforehand for lending
- 19:31Speaker 2: his guitar to her because she was not actually planning
- 19:34Speaker 2: to perform. Two years ago. Attendees raised eight hundred k
- 19:37Speaker 2: last year, raised nine hundred k this year. The hope
- 19:41Speaker 2: is to pass a million dollars for charity, so fingers
- 19:44Speaker 2: crossed for that and hopefully they did make all that
- 19:46Speaker 2: money because we love a good cause. Travel experts expect
- 19:50Speaker 2: a record number of Americans to travel for the fourth
- 19:53Speaker 2: July weekend. According to tripa A, more than seventy two
- 19:56Speaker 2: million Americans are expected to travel fifty miles or more
- 20:00Speaker 2: between June twenty eighth and July sixth, which is up
- 20:03Speaker 2: nearly two million from last year. Sixty one million people
- 20:06Speaker 2: are going to drive to their destinations, which is the
- 20:08Speaker 2: highest number ever recorded for the holiday, so keep that
- 20:11Speaker 2: in mind if you are driving anywhere, and about six
- 20:13Speaker 2: million are expected to fly, with top domestic destinations being Orlando, Honolulu,
- 20:19Speaker 2: New York, Seattle, and Miami. So all things to keep
- 20:22Speaker 2: in mind if you are traveling for the holiday, you
- 20:25Speaker 2: want to make sure you give yourself enough time to
- 20:26Speaker 2: get to where you're getting too. And Nashville Pride Festival
- 20:29Speaker 2: is this weekend at Bicentennial Capital Mall State Park. It's
- 20:33Speaker 2: a full weekend packed with things like a parade activations.
- 20:36Speaker 2: They have shows featuring headliners like Kimpetres, Big FRIEDA four
- 20:40Speaker 2: non blondes. Go show up, show out, dress in your
- 20:44Speaker 2: most glittery, exciting outfits and celebrate Pride this weekend in Nashville.
- 20:49Speaker 2: My name is Ricky Sanchez and those are the three
- 20:51Speaker 2: things you need to know.
- 20:52Speaker 6: One seven five the River, Reikie, Zach and Meno in
- 20:55Speaker 6: the morning, I want to know what you think twenty
- 20:57Speaker 6: sixty five is going to look like.
- 20:59Speaker 2: This is something that you think, oh scary. I was hoping, like,
- 21:02Speaker 2: you know, we're actually gonna have flying cars or something. Yes,
- 21:06Speaker 2: that never happened, not yet.
- 21:08Speaker 1: I think this has the potential to get real dark.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Should we try to keep it light? Because yeah, I
- 21:12Speaker 1: mean I feel like I think you.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Guys are the only ones making this dark. I was,
- 21:15Speaker 2: like I said, thinking like flying cars. I'm thinking like
- 21:19Speaker 2: fun stuff.
- 21:19Speaker 3: Our phones are outing our brains. We're getting dumber.
- 21:22Speaker 1: So twenty sixty five we're gonna be I mean, okay, okay,
- 21:25Speaker 1: maybe we'll.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Try to be fussed by God. Six one five, seven, three,
- 21:28Speaker 2: seven nine one oh seven, what do you think twenty
- 21:30Speaker 2: sixty five is gonna look like?
- 21:32Speaker 3: And we're gonna try to be positive flying cars.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Yes, we're always positive.
- 21:36Speaker 3: What is your prediction for the future. We want to
- 21:38Speaker 3: hear it right now on the river? What seven five
- 21:41Speaker 3: the river?
- 21:42Speaker 7: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 21:44Speaker 1: You're looking ahead to the future twenty sixty five. What
- 21:47Speaker 1: are you predicting? What do you think the world will
- 21:49Speaker 1: look like in twenty sixty five? Sean and Hendersonville, Good morning.
- 21:53Speaker 3: What do you think?
- 21:53Speaker 8: Good morning? Well, you know, given the studies about societal
- 21:58Speaker 8: collapse and resource you see, I think we have a
- 22:02Speaker 8: almost like a great filter to get fast before twenty
- 22:05Speaker 8: sixty five even becomes any kind of realistic, you know,
- 22:10Speaker 8: futuristic thing for us to live in. And it's dark
- 22:13Speaker 8: about it.
- 22:14Speaker 4: What do you mean by a Greek filter?
- 22:16Speaker 8: Well, a great filter we have. We have unressolved conflicts
- 22:20Speaker 8: in the world, we have the planet heating up and
- 22:23Speaker 8: new viruses being introduced.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Okay, so Sean's just a really negative ways just like
- 22:28Speaker 2: Kevin Exach. Did I love that all of you guys
- 22:30Speaker 2: got real negative, real fast?
- 22:32Speaker 8: Well, I mean you have you have to understand that
- 22:35Speaker 8: just look at our current society and how divided we are.
- 22:38Speaker 8: We have to fix a lot of things before we
- 22:41Speaker 8: get to a point where we're willing to make those
- 22:43Speaker 8: strong advancements.
- 22:44Speaker 4: Sean, are you over the age of thirty five?
- 22:47Speaker 8: I am forty six with a military and intelligence community
- 22:51Speaker 8: career behind me.
- 22:52Speaker 4: I only asked, you want to like, make you run
- 22:55Speaker 4: for president?
- 22:56Speaker 2: Sounds so intelligent, right, he sounds like he has a
- 22:59Speaker 2: military intelligence Like that's so well spoken.
- 23:01Speaker 3: Well, you're not ninety though, you can't run quite yet.
- 23:05Speaker 8: That's that's right, That's right. Maybe when I get a
- 23:08Speaker 8: little older.
- 23:09Speaker 3: I mean, we've been very with this conversation. We got weird,
- 23:12Speaker 3: but we've been a very divided nation in the past.
- 23:14Speaker 1: I'm confident we will find our way back again at
- 23:17Speaker 1: one point.
- 23:19Speaker 8: But what of might I suggest a way to get there?
- 23:21Speaker 3: Sure? Go ahead, a.
- 23:22Speaker 8: Centrist party where compromise is a real word.
- 23:25Speaker 2: Compromise that's a big there, Sean, or it's.
- 23:28Speaker 8: A real word. And I feel like right now there
- 23:31Speaker 8: is no compromise or cooperation. There's nothing we can agree
- 23:34Speaker 8: on it.
- 23:35Speaker 3: I'm trying so hard to get in here. What do
- 23:37Speaker 3: you think we'll have flying cars?
- 23:39Speaker 2: Well?
- 23:40Speaker 8: We have well, we have flying cars now. You can't
- 23:43Speaker 8: afford it, you know, yeah not never drive. Yeah, yeah,
- 23:46Speaker 8: I don't think anywhere. If we if we get our
- 23:50Speaker 8: quote stuff together, we will be slightly yawned that the
- 23:55Speaker 8: flying car metric by twenty sixty five will be in
- 23:58Speaker 8: vision powered vehicles that are putting us you know, one
- 24:03Speaker 8: hundred miles within you know, fifteen minutes. It'll be really that,
- 24:08Speaker 8: It'll be real development.
- 24:11Speaker 2: That's what I'm talking about.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Thank you for calling, buddy. You were the perfect person
- 24:14Speaker 1: who call us for this. It got a little too
- 24:17Speaker 1: real maybe, but we appreciate.
- 24:19Speaker 8: Sorry, Hey you guys, have a good day, you too.
- 24:22Speaker 2: Thank you so much for calling.
- 24:23Speaker 3: Ah bye, I need to go lay down after that.
- 24:25Speaker 4: That it was real.
- 24:26Speaker 9: I feel like we should like make it a little
- 24:28Speaker 9: bit brighter because I feel like in twenty sixty five,
- 24:30Speaker 9: I'm going to be the most stunning, bit and attractive
- 24:33Speaker 9: seventy three year old man on the planet.
- 24:35Speaker 2: That's what I'm talking about, Zach.
- 24:37Speaker 9: Yet, I'm gonna speak it into existence, and I'm going
- 24:39Speaker 9: to be the hottest grandpa to exist.
- 24:41Speaker 3: Be his running mate.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Yeah, there is a reason we're asking this though.
- 24:45Speaker 3: Right there was like a survey of gen.
- 24:47Speaker 2: Z and it was like there were some negative things
- 24:50Speaker 2: on here, but a lot of positive things. Like a
- 24:52Speaker 2: lot of them think that we could travel to space
- 24:54Speaker 2: super easy. It's going to be a normal situation to
- 24:56Speaker 2: just go to space for vacation kind of thing, okay, Katie,
- 25:00Speaker 2: which's kind of cool and more like not that like
- 25:03Speaker 2: just for rich people, but for everybody that can go
- 25:05Speaker 2: to space. They also think the work week is going
- 25:07Speaker 2: to be thirty hours. That's phenomenal.
- 25:10Speaker 9: Starting with that conversation, what's super negative?
- 25:15Speaker 1: I think I do think thirty hours might be more
- 25:17Speaker 1: than what I'm putting in now.
- 25:18Speaker 3: Though, so I don't think I like that.
- 25:20Speaker 2: I think you are a weird situation.
- 25:24Speaker 7: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 25:27Speaker 3: The River, it's time for the daily double tap.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Every day about this time, just before nine o'clock, we
- 25:31Speaker 1: played some audio from a video that one of us found.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Actually we kind of stumbled upon this one in the
- 25:36Speaker 1: studio here. Ricky and I went to Zanies last night.
- 25:38Speaker 2: We did. We had a great time.
- 25:39Speaker 1: We went to a comedy show and this is not
- 25:41Speaker 1: audio from that show, but this is a stand up comedian.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Yes, it's about being older and you're at a bar
- 25:47Speaker 2: and the bar gets a little too bari.
- 25:50Speaker 4: It is so relatable.
- 25:51Speaker 3: Yeah, for sure. Here thirty seven.
- 25:53Speaker 5: If I'm at a bar and I'm drinking and I
- 25:55Speaker 5: see a DJ start setting up.
- 26:00Speaker 1: I react like a storm cloud is approaching the beach.
- 26:04Speaker 3: I'm like, pack it up, let's go.
- 26:06Speaker 4: We gotta go.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Leave your phone.
- 26:08Speaker 3: He's white, it's d M.
- 26:09Speaker 2: We gotta go.
- 26:11Speaker 9: That's literally as soon as I see the DJ, I'm like,
- 26:14Speaker 9: and I'm done here.
- 26:15Speaker 3: It's just so loud.
- 26:16Speaker 2: You talk some nights that's what you're looking for, Yeah,
- 26:19Speaker 2: very rarely. And then some nights you're like, I can't
- 26:23Speaker 2: hear myself think. And that's how you know you're getting older. Yeah,
- 26:26Speaker 2: you can't have a conversation, you can't think straight. You're like,
- 26:29Speaker 2: what is wrong with me?
- 26:30Speaker 7: You know?
- 26:31Speaker 1: My favorite thing at a bar is the like, if
- 26:33Speaker 1: I'm out with some friends, the jukebox, the touch tunes
- 26:35Speaker 1: thing where they.
- 26:37Speaker 4: Should have those.
- 26:37Speaker 3: They should have those with the grocery store, Like I
- 26:39Speaker 3: want to be able to, Oh my.
- 26:40Speaker 2: God, could you imagine touch tunes at the grocery.
- 26:42Speaker 3: I would love it. It would be literally everywhere.
- 26:45Speaker 2: I think you're something. Yeah, I don't know if you've
- 26:47Speaker 2: ever had a better idea.
- 26:50Speaker 3: I appreciate, I'll take
- 26:50Speaker 7: It's Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
