- 0:09SPEAKER_00: Good morning, everyone.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: Tom Grossofi, AgBull, Media Ag Bull Trading.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: I'm here in Nashville, Tennessee at Nesfake Trading Office.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: If you ever make it to Tennessee, downtown Nashville, we are right next to the Ryman Theater.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: It's pretty quiet this morning.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: It looks like all the partiers are gone.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: But the markets were partying last night.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: We're going to talk about it.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: Today is July 13th.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: We have an action-packed show.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: Judge Jed took the morning off.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: He'll be in here in a little bit.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: I think he went to a country concert at Wrigley Field last night.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: I can't wait to hear about that.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: Don't forget to check in every afternoon with Davis Michelson.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: This afternoon, Davis Michelson, I have the one and only Connor Bridgman.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: Connor is a friend of mine, a coworker, great dude.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: He's over at Agmarket.net.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: Make sure you check in for that.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: With this, we have weather to talk about.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: We have Iran.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: We have so much more.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: I'm going to quote up the markets, talk about how cattle are struggling.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: Grains are doing okay, but I brought a couple charts to the show to show you.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: Don't get too excited.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: We're just back to where we was where we've always been.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: All right, stick around.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: I'm going to take a look at the markets real quick and quote them up for you.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: These markets are provided by plus 500.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Plus 500 is who we use for trading software and quote software.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: They've provided software for all of us at AgBull Media, Ag Bull Trading.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: We really enjoy using them.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: By far most important thing going on.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: Crude oil up 270.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: Upon recording this at 7:20 a.m.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: on Monday.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: Crude oil up 270, 74.12.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: Let's get into the grain markets real quick.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: As we look at the grain markets, corn's up six and a half.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: That's December.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: No beans up six.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: Wheat's down a tiny bit.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: Oats are up.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: Oil, soybean oil's up good.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: Meals up a little bit.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: Uh the wheats are definitely struggling.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: Hard red spring, Minneapolis is up, canola's up.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: That's a look at that.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: Outside markets are tumbling.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: That definitely is tied to crude oil.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: Looking at the SP 500 down 30 and the NASDAQ down 300.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: Lots of moving parts, folks.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: What's this mean to you and farmers?
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: Well, it's it's good and bad.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: As fast as crude goes up, other things go up, but your expenses go up.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: So crude's tied to everything.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: It really, I mean, if you're hoping for higher crude, fine, I get it, because it usually drags corn up in some ways and soybean oil and stuff like that.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: But it's just going to make the price of everything go up.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: And when the price of everything goes up, that means interest rates go up.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: And that's a no bueno here in ag because it's never been more expensive to buy a load of cattle.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: It's never been more expensive to just run your farm.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: I get it.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: Uh land prices are staying firm.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: That's good.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: But yeah, it's tough out there.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: I understand.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: We have people text us if you want to get a hold of us.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: If you just watch the show and say, hey, I want to get a hold of you, go to www.agbull.com.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: Go under request, you know, you can just send us a message and get there.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: With that, I'm going to talk about cattle real quick.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: Cattle aren't open right now, but last week cattle had a tough week.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: But Grains had a stellar week.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: And if you missed it, I hope you didn't.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: But if you did, you got to go catch Mr.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Jim Wiesmeyer and myself yesterday.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: We did a 55-minute special on uh called Wiesmeyer's Perspectives.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: That's a free show, folks.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: It's still free, but as you can see, I'm hinting to you, it's not going to be free for much longer.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: But Wiesmeyer's Perspectives Free.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: Jim and I spoke about a lot of things.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: I think you should catch that.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: That's available on Apple, Spotify, and YouTube.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Of course, this is Axquak AM, Ag Squawk P.M.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: with Mr.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: Davis Michelson.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Now let's get into the show.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: All right, we talked about the cattle.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: They had a tough week last week.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: They closed lower Friday.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: They've been trading both sides.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: This morning, first thing is at 7 45 NASVID does a conference call with Mike Sands.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: That is for subscribers only.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: It's called Before the Bell.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: That is a five-minute conference call on just cattle.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: It's a must see.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: I do hope you take the leap of faith here and join$25 a month,$250 annually.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: We do have a couple sponsors to the show, but really, you know, we are the sponsors.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: We are the show.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Our sponsors are one plus 500.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: We use them for software and quotes.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: And number two, trade the news.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: Trade the news is an audio squawk service.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: And uh that's folks, I live by it.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: I have it every laptop I have, I have trade the news on.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: It's an audio squawk service.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: So I could be doing the show, and trade the news could say something in my ear and I can hear it.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: It's a really cool service.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: If you want a free trial, trade the news, go to trade the news and tell them the Agble boy sent you and you want to get a free trial.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: I think it's pretty cool.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: All right, let's get in the show.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: We got breaking news, breaking news, breaking news.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: Of course, the drama continues.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Iran, it just doesn't stop.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: It's a ticking time bomb.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: We actually have a video for it because the drama never stops.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: Obviously, we've solved this.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: Uh, we've had a peace deal with them.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: I I don't even know.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: I don't want to exaggerate.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: 20 times, maybe.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: It's just getting old.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: Let's not bullshit each other as we're on the Ag Bull show here.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: What's going on in Iran's getting real old?
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: But I did find this tidbit.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: Maybe this will make you smile, maybe it'll make you cry.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: But this is the last thing I saw before I went to bed last night.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: This is pretty much the hours of straighter her moose.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: Open Monday through Friday.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: It closes Saturday and Sunday.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: I don't know why this made me laugh, but this is just if you want to summarize what the heck's going on over there, that's what's going on.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: It's actually an embarrassment for everyone.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: It's disrupting the markets.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: Let's talk about weather.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: That white stuff over there, weather's provided by Mr.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: Craig Solberg.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: Nesvik Trading has its own meteorologist.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: I think that's really cool.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: That's one of the benefits here of coming to Nesvik Trading and moving Ag Bull Trading over here is that we have our own in-house weather guy.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: It's really good.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: But pretty much we're coming into pollination.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of white there.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: Where there is color and rain, those areas have had rain and they don't necessarily need it.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: Now, as we come into pollination, everyone needs a rain.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: You want you know perfect temps and rains every few days.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: I get it.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: We're not getting that.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: Now, what's going to happen is this dome, is it going to break down?
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: There's this word they keep saying, ridge riders, watch for the ridge riders.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: If you ask why is corn not up 10 or 15, because within this dome, there's it's going to break down.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: They they think, you know, the weather guys, they think it's going to break down.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: Watch for these ridge riders.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: So if you're out there and you're using one of those cheap apps on your phone, they every one of you says there's no rain for 10 days.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: That's you know, Craig Solberg suggested last night in the video, it's not necessarily true.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: So he's going to keep a good eye on that.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: Of course, Craig's updating us here with information all day, all night.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: It's really cool.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: All right, moving along here, what else do we have for you?
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: We got the weather.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: This is just we got we talked about weather.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: It's not only an American problem, it's a European problem.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: Keep an eye on border trade wheat, case wheat, Minneapolis wheat, all eyes on the European Union.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: They're having a tough time over there.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: Now I know some of our states could produce more than all these guys.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: You know, we could add it up, and I'll get that statistic for you.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: How much grain is actually produced?
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: But with what's going on with Ukraine and Russia, that's what shot up wheat.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: Border Trade and CC Wheat were up 30 on Friday before the USDA report.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: We did have a USDA report, pretty friendly in corn, pretty pumped up about that.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Check out the balance sheet.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: This is what I wanted to bring to you.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: This is a chart here, and I use my plus 500 software to get that.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: But pretty much, guys, I broke down and gals.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Thanks for the gals who watch.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: I broke down a December corn chart and I broke it down into a weekly.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: Pretty much the bottom line, not pretty much, the bottom line is 440.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: The top line is 480.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: This is a weekly going all the way back to 23, 24, 25, 26.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: 440 seems to hold a lot of times.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: 480 seems to be a place where people want to sell and protect.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: Could we go above that?
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, absolutely.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: We could.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: We won't know till we know, but keep an eye on those levels.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: We did gap and go last night.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: We took out last week's high.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: That was pretty good.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: Let's see if we can hold.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: Okay, wrapping things up here on today's calendar, folks.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: We have watch the Fed speakers.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: The the folks at the Fed are out speaking.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: And with this new Fed chair, we could have some interesting comments.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: Of course, on the grain side, we have export inspections at 10 a.m.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: crop progress at 3.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: We'll, you know, for paying clients, whatnot, we'll get those out to you right away.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: I do want to talk about who was on premium today for paying clients.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: You'll be sent this video here in a little bit.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: Mr.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: Paul Neefer.
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: I've known Paul for over, oh god, at least 15 years.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: Paul Neefer's the best in the business.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: Paul Neefer, the Ag CPA, exclusively for Ag Bull subscribers and clients of Paul.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: With that, again, make sure this afternoon you check in with the one and only Davis Michelson.

- 9:15SPEAKER_00: He is an absolute pleasure to work with.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: And he we got two weeks in the books, and it's just getting better and better.

- 9:40SPEAKER_00: Great partner.
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: That's our clearing firm or FCM.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: They are both an FCM and they have a software package, and we use trade the news for news.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: With that, that's it for this morning.
