- 1:12Speaker 1: people think podcasts about work are boring, and sure they
- 1:16Speaker 1: definitely can be, But understanding of professionals routine shows us
- 1:20Speaker 1: how they achieve their success little by little, day after day.
- 1:24Speaker 1: It's like banking with P and C Bank. It might
- 1:27Speaker 1: seem boring to save, plan and make calculated decisions with
- 1:30Speaker 1: your bank, but keeping your money boring is what helps
- 1:33Speaker 1: you live or more happily fulfilled life. P and C
- 1:36Speaker 1: Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since
- 1:41Speaker 1: eighteen sixty five is a service mark of the PNC
- 1:44Speaker 1: Financial Service Group, Inc. P and C Bank National Association
- 1:48Speaker 1: Member FDIC.
- 1:51Speaker 2: And the online GAMO situation. Billions of dollars have been
- 1:55Speaker 2: targeted community, specifically to the Black community worked, and it's worked.
- 2:01Speaker 2: I know firsthand. When I saw online gamblin five years ago.
- 2:05Speaker 2: Shot to my man Larry, he he won big and
- 2:09Speaker 2: it wasn't as big as it is now, nowhere near
- 2:10Speaker 2: as big as it is now. So I actually watched
- 2:12Speaker 2: the growth happen over the course of top and it
- 2:14Speaker 2: was strategically done. They have Joe Button podcasts, they have
- 2:18Speaker 2: Cavin Mace's podcast, They have Gillian Wallow's podcast. They have
- 2:22Speaker 2: Shannon Sharp's podcast. I mean you name it right, They
- 2:27Speaker 2: have Gilbert Arenas's podcast, so it's like, man, they spit.
- 2:32Speaker 2: They have Drake as a brand ambassador. Like people don't
- 2:37Speaker 2: even realize what's happening because they're just like, oh, Drake
- 2:39Speaker 2: lost three hundred and fifty thousand dollars, he got probably
- 2:42Speaker 2: one hundred million dollar contract and it's worked and it's barstool.
- 2:51Speaker 2: It's one thing like even I was talking to my
- 2:53Speaker 2: cousin and a few people in jail have told me
- 2:55Speaker 2: this shot to my guy album as actually I'm being
- 2:59Speaker 2: ree on Wednesday. Butlong story short, with United, im one
- 3:02Speaker 2: for there's a few things that you stay away from
- 3:04Speaker 2: in jail, A few things I won't name, but one
- 3:08Speaker 2: thing in particular that they all said it's gambling. Don't
- 3:10Speaker 2: don't gamble in jail because you're gonna you know what.
- 3:14Speaker 2: The reason why I say don't gamble because you're going
- 3:16Speaker 2: to lose, and if you're going to lose, you could
- 3:18Speaker 2: potentially get killed. So to stay away from it, just
- 3:20Speaker 2: don't gamble. I say that to say this gambling thing
- 3:25Speaker 2: is a losing game. It ruins lives. That's a fact.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Like It ruins people's lives. It causes households to break up,
- 3:34Speaker 2: it causes people to go into debt, it causes people
- 3:37Speaker 2: to do irrational things. It's just like drinking alcohol. It's
- 3:40Speaker 2: the same thing, like you drinking too much alcohol. If
- 3:42Speaker 2: you have a no alcoholics nobody, it doesn't end well.
- 3:45Speaker 2: The alcohol thing doesn't end well for people. It's like drugs.
- 3:48Speaker 2: And this gambling thing is not helpful. It's not And
- 3:52Speaker 2: I like even jaywan I said it like that was
- 3:54Speaker 2: insightful for them to say, like yo, like it can
- 3:56Speaker 2: humble you, Like you know what I mean, Like you
- 3:58Speaker 2: you're gonna lose. Majority of people that's gambles want to lose.
- 4:02Speaker 2: It's targeted to black people, and they made billions of
- 4:04Speaker 2: dollars off of it, and at some point in time,
- 4:06Speaker 2: you got to have an investigation on this, like it's
- 4:08Speaker 2: the same thing. It's the same thing that happens every
- 4:10Speaker 2: fifty years. Previously it was the lottery that was the
- 4:14Speaker 2: thing that was targeted to black and it was like,
- 4:16Speaker 2: I see my grandmother spend probably hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- 4:19Speaker 2: These are poor people that's spending ten dollars, fifteen dollars
- 4:21Speaker 2: with their hope that they're going to hit ten fifteen
- 4:23Speaker 2: million dollars over the course of their lifetime. If they
- 4:26Speaker 2: would have invested that money, they'd be millionaires. It just
- 4:33Speaker 2: gets reincarnated. But it's always targeted. If they called the
- 4:35Speaker 2: poor tax, it's targeted to the most vulnerable population. I
- 4:39Speaker 2: said this years ago. Rich people teach their kids about stocks.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Poor people teach their kids how to gamble. So it's
- 4:43Speaker 2: like everybody knows how to play ce Loo and talk
- 4:47Speaker 2: and all of these card games, and now they know
- 4:49Speaker 2: how to do over under parlays, but they still don't
- 4:53Speaker 2: know about how to invest in real estate or how
- 4:54Speaker 2: to buy stocks. That's a problem. But we look at it,
- 4:57Speaker 2: it's like it's entertainment. It's really dangerous, and it's something
- 5:00Speaker 2: that is harmful. It's really harmful for the black community.
- 5:02Speaker 2: And sometimes at some point in time, we got to
- 5:04Speaker 2: have a real conversation because it's white. It's only white
- 5:07Speaker 2: people that's making money from this. At the highest level,
- 5:09Speaker 2: all these companies are owned by white people, and they
- 5:11Speaker 2: only targeted the majority of the people that they targeted
- 5:14Speaker 2: is poor educated black people.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Well, and this is the reason why, and everybody that's
- 5:20Speaker 1: watching this show right now, from the beginning when I
- 5:24Speaker 1: told you about the portfolio. What was the company that
- 5:27Speaker 1: I said this should invest in.
- 5:28Speaker 3: Yep, Draft.
- 5:32Speaker 1: The writing was on the wall. In fact, shout and
- 5:34Speaker 1: shout to Larry, and they brought up LG. Larry actually
- 5:38Speaker 1: lost his mom last week, so resting peace, Rest in
- 5:42Speaker 1: peace to him, his mom and the entire grand family.
- 5:44Speaker 1: I thought, some prayers are with you, my brother. But yeah,
- 5:47Speaker 1: me and like we were doing that. We were in
- 5:49Speaker 1: fan duel, so we was in DraftKings. We was making money,
- 5:53Speaker 1: not lots of money, but no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 5:57Speaker 1: I'm getting it. I'm getting there. We were making money.
- 6:00Speaker 1: In fact, it would the same way I would be studying,
- 6:02Speaker 1: like I'm you know, like I'm upset and so like
- 6:05Speaker 1: I'm doing that. I'm winning money, but it's not like
- 6:08Speaker 1: substantial money. He got to a point where he was
- 6:11Speaker 1: betting real money and making substantial money. I've never seen
- 6:14Speaker 1: a two week, three week run like he had was incredible.
- 6:17Speaker 1: What I started thinking, like, well, if we're at this
- 6:20Speaker 1: level and this thing isn't even legal in every state,
- 6:23Speaker 1: right There was times when me and my boy were
- 6:24Speaker 1: called to Vegas like yo, can you put this placement
- 6:27Speaker 1: in like his because his sister lived out there or
- 6:30Speaker 1: New York didn't have it legal, so we'd have to
- 6:32Speaker 1: be like, yo, somebody go to Greenwich to put this
- 6:34Speaker 1: placement in for us. When it started to get to
- 6:36Speaker 1: that level, I'm like, oh, we'll onto something. I said, DraftKings.
- 6:39Speaker 1: If you look at DraftKings, how it's performed during the
- 6:42Speaker 1: pandemic since the pandemic, that's not going anywhere. The other one,
- 6:44Speaker 1: and at the time it was FanDuel, But in order
- 6:47Speaker 1: to know FANDU, you got to figure out who owns FanDuel,
- 6:49Speaker 1: So Flutter was the other company. Look at what Flutter
- 6:51Speaker 1: has done over the past two years that like this,
- 6:54Speaker 1: this isn't slowing down. So like, yes, if you're going
- 6:57Speaker 1: to do that, and yes, I feel his predatory like
- 7:00Speaker 1: that is obvious.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Right.
- 7:01Speaker 1: I'm watching Bill Belichick and then I see Button Joe
- 7:03Speaker 1: Button in the commercial and Cam in the commercial. I'm like, damn,
- 7:07Speaker 1: this is okay, I get it. But now as you
- 7:09Speaker 1: run down the list of all that, I'm like, damn,
- 7:11Speaker 1: this is really something. How do you combat that invest
- 7:14Speaker 1: in that side or if you're that's against your moral compasses?
- 7:17Speaker 1: Don't but look at it from macro micro. We got
- 7:24Speaker 1: to figure it out.
- 7:25Speaker 3: The assets that are most important to invest in are
- 7:28Speaker 3: always going to be marketed as the most boring stock,
- 7:31Speaker 3: real estate, private equity, government contracts. The things that are
- 7:35Speaker 3: most exciting music industry, pornography, drugs. Yeah, but we'll seem
- 7:39Speaker 3: excited and pay a smaller dividend and aggregate always and
- 7:45Speaker 3: a lot of these games were taken out of our
- 7:46Speaker 3: community and then whitewashed and then sold back to us.
- 7:50Speaker 1: That's why you gotta be disruptive. You got to create
- 7:54Speaker 1: a show where people actually realize that they can make
- 7:56Speaker 1: money other ways. You gotta be disruptive, y disrupt the
- 8:00Speaker 1: whole thing.
- 8:01Speaker 3: So prise ptank when we run into them.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Bob, let's say market one day spots of by prize Pick.
- 8:09Speaker 1: We said all that just to say, like, yo, what's up?
- 8:11Speaker 3: Why I call it?
- 8:14Speaker 4: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 8:18Speaker 4: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 8:22Speaker 4: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 8:26Speaker 4: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 8:30Speaker 4: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 8:34Speaker 4: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 8:38Speaker 4: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 8:42Speaker 4: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 8:46Speaker 4: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 8:49Speaker 4: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 8:53Speaker 4: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 8:57Speaker 4: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 9:01Speaker 4: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 9:05Speaker 4: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 9:10Speaker 4: border and families will be protected. Sponsored by the United
- 9:13Speaker 4: States Department of Homeland Security.
