- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:04Speaker 1: In this episode we're picking up where we left off
- 0:06Speaker 1: with the grand jury transcripts from Florida and Detective Ricari
- 0:11Speaker 1: is going to be the first witness back on the stand.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Miss Belahovlik, you're still under oath. Who was in the
- 0:18Speaker 1: home when the search warrant was executed? Answer by Ricari,
- 0:23Speaker 1: several designers from New York City and Janice Banasik, his
- 0:26Speaker 1: current houseman. Belahovlik, okay, and where were those people located
- 0:31Speaker 1: in the mansion? Answer, in the kitchen area, and there
- 0:34Speaker 1: were some that were in the main living room area. Belahovlik, downstairs. Answer, downstairs,
- 0:40Speaker 1: first floor. Belahovlik, okay, computers were seized. Answer, one computer,
- 0:45Speaker 1: two computers were seized. One was the covert cameras, and
- 0:49Speaker 1: the other one was Mr. Banasik's personal computer. Belahovlik, On
- 0:54Speaker 1: either of the cameras or the personal computer, did you
- 0:57Speaker 1: find any evidence documenting the sexual activity of these girls? Answer, no.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Bela Hovlik, you spoke earlier about a twin torpedo that
- 1:06Speaker 1: was found in Nadia's bedroom. Answer, correct. Bela Hovlik, using
- 1:11Speaker 1: the diagram prepared by Investigator Parkinson, can you indicate where
- 1:15Speaker 1: which bedroom that was taken in the house? Answer, it
- 1:20Speaker 1: would have been down towards the bedroom here, I believe.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, and where was the massage table? Answer, the massage, well,
- 1:28Speaker 1: each room has various massage tables. And this, this was
- 1:32Speaker 1: the master bedroom with his master bath. And there was
- 1:35Speaker 1: massage tables here, here, and as well as photographs all
- 1:39Speaker 1: through here. Bella Hovlich, okay, and the massage tables the
- 1:43Speaker 1: girls described, was it in this room? Answer, correct. It
- 1:47Speaker 1: was in the master bedroom here. Bella Hovlich, okay, and
- 1:51Speaker 1: other than that, the twin torpedo... There were no other
- 1:54Speaker 1: sexual toys found in the house other than the jelly
- 1:56Speaker 1: from the bedside? Answer, the joy jelly. That's it. Belahovlik,
- 2:01Speaker 1: any other questions for Detective Rakari? Jur, what is Jeffrey
- 2:05Speaker 1: Epstein's occupation, just for the record? Rakari, he's an investor.
- 2:10Speaker 1: He invests billionaires' monies. Belahovlik, alright, thank you very much. Jur,
- 2:15Speaker 1: is he a... one more, sorry. Is he a United
- 2:18Speaker 1: States citizen? Rakari, yes. Jur, born here? Rakari, yes. Belahovlik,
- 2:25Speaker 1: all right. Thank you, Mr. Rakari. You are excused. Belahovlik,
- 2:29Speaker 1: I'm going to ask you to stand up for a
- 2:31Speaker 1: second and raise your right hand. Do you swear to
- 2:33Speaker 1: tell the truth? The whole truth and nothing but the truth,
- 2:36Speaker 1: so help you God? The witness, yes. So it looks
- 2:41Speaker 1: like this is a witness that's going to be up
- 2:43Speaker 1: here in an anonymous fashion, considering there's no name of
- 2:47Speaker 1: this witness here and just says witness. Please go ahead
- 2:50Speaker 1: and have a seat. Belahovlik, you're redacted. Answer, yes. Belahovlik,
- 2:55Speaker 1: all right. Redacted, I'm going to request you to do
- 2:58Speaker 1: one thing while you're here, or two. Tell the truth,
- 3:01Speaker 1: number one. And number two, any questions you're asked, make
- 3:04Speaker 1: sure you answer yes or no. Not uh-huh or uh-huh.
- 3:08Speaker 1: It doesn't come out real clear. Answer, okay. Belahovlik, okay.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Okay is good, too. All right, how old are you? Redacted,
- 3:16Speaker 1: introduce yourself. What's your name? Answer, redacted. Belahovlik, redacted. Answer, yes. Belahovlik,
- 3:24Speaker 1: how old are you? Answer, 18. Belahovlik, when's your birthday? Answer, redacted. Belahovlik,
- 3:31Speaker 1: where do you live? Answer, in redacted. Belahovlik, how long
- 3:35Speaker 1: have you lived there? Answer, probably about 15 years or so. Belahovlik,
- 3:40Speaker 1: who do you live with? Answer, my father and his girlfriend. Belahovlik,
- 3:44Speaker 1: where did you go to school? Answer, redacted school. Bella Hovlik,
- 3:48Speaker 1: are you still in high school? Answer, no. Bella Hovlik,
- 3:51Speaker 1: did you graduate? Answer, I got a GED. Bella Hovlik,
- 3:56Speaker 1: and when did you do that? Answer, February. Bella Hovlik, alright,
- 4:02Speaker 1: of this year, 2006? Answer, yes. Bella Hovlik, okay, what
- 4:06Speaker 1: grade were you in when you left high school? Answer, 12th. Question,
- 4:10Speaker 1: do you know someone named Redacted? Answer, yes. Question, how
- 4:15Speaker 1: do you know Redacted? Answer, I met her through school
- 4:18Speaker 1: and mutual friends. Bella Hovlik, how old is Redacted in
- 4:21Speaker 1: relation to you? Are you the same age, older, younger? Answer,
- 4:26Speaker 1: I believe she's about a year older than me. Bella Hovlik, okay. Answer,
- 4:32Speaker 1: if not the same age. Bella Hovlik, was she in
- 4:34Speaker 1: school with you? Answer, yes. Bella Hovlik, was she a
- 4:37Speaker 1: senior when you were a senior? Answer, I think she
- 4:40Speaker 1: was one grade ahead of me. Bella Hovlik, okay, what
- 4:43Speaker 1: kind of relationship did you have with Redacted? Answer, well,
- 4:48Speaker 1: we were friends, you could say. Bella Hovlik, okay, you
- 4:51Speaker 1: know somebody named Jeffrey Epstein? Answer, yes. Bella Hovlik, how
- 4:56Speaker 1: did you go about meeting Jeffrey Epstein? Answer, Redacted introduced us.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Bella Hovlik, did she take you over there one day,
- 5:04Speaker 1: or did she talk to you about going over there
- 5:06Speaker 1: before you went? Answer, she talked to me a little
- 5:08Speaker 1: bit about it beforehand, and then went with me. Bella Hovlich, okay,
- 5:14Speaker 1: let's talk about that conversation. The one between you and Redacted,
- 5:17Speaker 1: what was it about? Answer, she said that there was
- 5:20Speaker 1: a man that lived in Palm Beach and that he
- 5:23Speaker 1: was looking for young girls to really, all she said beforehand,
- 5:27Speaker 1: was that it would be a massage. Bella Hovlich, did
- 5:29Speaker 1: she describe to you how you would have to dress
- 5:32Speaker 1: to do the massage? Answer, she said to dress very girly,
- 5:36Speaker 1: but that was all she really said beforehand. Bella Hovlich,
- 5:41Speaker 1: did she talk to you about how young he wanted
- 5:43Speaker 1: the girls? Answer, no. Bella Hovlich, did she ever talk
- 5:47Speaker 1: about if you were asked your age, what you would say? Answer, no.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, okay, when did you first go to Jeffrey
- 5:54Speaker 1: Epstein's home? Answer, um, I'm really not sure. Bella Hovlich, okay,
- 5:58Speaker 1: approximate time. Were you in your senior year at school
- 6:02Speaker 1: or was it your junior year at school? Answer, my
- 6:05Speaker 1: junior year. Bella Hovlich, so you would have been. How
- 6:08Speaker 1: old were you in your senior year? Answer, I, well.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, you turned 18. Answer, I turned 18. Bella Hovlich,
- 6:17Speaker 1: in your senior year? She answers, yes, my senior year.
- 6:20Speaker 1: So I was 16 or 17 in my junior year.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, during the time that you went to Jeffrey
- 6:26Speaker 1: Epstein's home, you were 16 or 17? Answer, I believe
- 6:30Speaker 1: 16 the first time. Bella Hovlich, and then your birthday's
- 6:34Speaker 1: in Redacted. Answer, yes. Bella Hovlik, 2004 you turned 17,
- 6:38Speaker 1: and then 2005 you're 17 when you go there? Answer, yes.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Bella Hovlik, tell us about the first time that you
- 6:46Speaker 1: went there. Bella Hovlik, I know this is difficult. They've
- 6:50Speaker 1: heard other things, so don't be embarrassed. They just need
- 6:52Speaker 1: you to be honest. Answer, I came in and he
- 6:56Speaker 1: asked me to take off my shirt, and I gave
- 6:58Speaker 1: him a back massage, and that was more or less
- 7:01Speaker 1: all that it was the first time. Bella Hovlich, okay,
- 7:04Speaker 1: did you take your shirt off when he asked you to? Answer, yes.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, was that the only item of clothing you
- 7:11Speaker 1: took off that time? Answer, yes. Bella Hovlich, did he
- 7:14Speaker 1: give you money for giving him a back massage that
- 7:16Speaker 1: first time? Answer, yes. Bella Hovlich, how much? Answer, $ 200.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, now you said the first time that you
- 7:25Speaker 1: think you were 16. After that, you were 17? Answer,
- 7:29Speaker 1: I may have already been 17. I'm not 100% sure.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Bella Hovlik, okay, you may have been 17 even the
- 7:37Speaker 1: first time. Answer, right. Bella Hovlik, how did it come
- 7:41Speaker 1: about that you went back to his house? Answer, redacted
- 7:45Speaker 1: asked me if it would be okay if or if
- 7:48Speaker 1: she gave them my phone number and I said yes.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Bella Hovlik, how were you contacted about going back again? Answer,
- 7:56Speaker 1: one of the girls that lived at the house would
- 7:57Speaker 1: call me. One was Nadia and the other I can't
- 8:00Speaker 1: remember her name. Bela Hovlik, was it Sarah? Answer, Sarah, yes.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Bela Hovlik, okay, and they would call your cell phone? Answer, yes.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Bela Hovlik, how many times do you think they went
- 8:12Speaker 1: back to Jeffrey's home? Answer, maybe ten or so. Bela Hovlik,
- 8:16Speaker 1: do you recall telling the detectives you thought maybe fifteen times? Answer, possibly,
- 8:22Speaker 1: I'm not really sure. Bela Hovlik, numerous times. Answer, yes.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Bela Hovlik, okay, the first time was just a massage
- 8:29Speaker 1: and you got two hundred? Answer, yes. Bella Hovlich, did
- 8:33Speaker 1: it progress to something other than just massaging him? Answer, yes.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, tell us about what it progressed to. Answer,
- 8:41Speaker 1: he asked me to be completely naked while doing it.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, did you do that? Answer, yes. He asked
- 8:46Speaker 1: me to touch him, but I said no. Bella Hovlich,
- 8:50Speaker 1: did he make you do things you didn't want to do? Answer, no.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, go ahead. What happened? Answer, on one occasion,
- 8:57Speaker 1: the last time I went there, he engaged intercourse. Bela Hovlich, okay,
- 9:02Speaker 1: and how old were you then? Answer, it was the
- 9:04Speaker 1: day before my 18th birthday. Bela Hovlich, okay, prior to
- 9:08Speaker 1: the actual intercourse, what happened? Were there any sexual acts
- 9:12Speaker 1: either performed on you, you performing on him, or him
- 9:15Speaker 1: performing on himself? Answer, he would touch himself. Bela Hovlich,
- 9:20Speaker 1: how would he do that? Answer, what do you mean?
- 9:23Speaker 1: Bela Hovlich, I mean, what part of his body was
- 9:25Speaker 1: he touching? Answer, his penis. Bela Hovlich, okay, he was masturbating. Answer, yes.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Bela Hovlik, okay, was that a regular occurrence? Answer, yes.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Bela Hovlik, and he never asked you to do more
- 9:38Speaker 1: than just, did you watch? Did he ask you to
- 9:41Speaker 1: watch or just did it while you were massaging him? Answer,
- 9:45Speaker 1: he just did it. Bela Hovlik, okay, when you were
- 9:48Speaker 1: massaging him, did he say anything to you or make
- 9:50Speaker 1: any comments? Answer, um, polite conversation. Bela Hovlik, okay, what
- 9:55Speaker 1: kind of things was he asking you? Answer, just about school.
- 10:00Speaker 1: how old I was Bela Hovlik, okay, did he have
- 10:22Speaker 1: a problem with that? Answer, he did not seem to.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Bela Hovlik, okay, let's go to the last time, whether
- 10:28Speaker 1: it's 10 or 15 times, when you had he penetrated
- 10:32Speaker 1: your vagina with his penis. Answer, yes. Bela Hovlik, how
- 10:37Speaker 1: did that come about? Answer, he told me to lay
- 10:41Speaker 1: down because he was going to crack my back, which
- 10:43Speaker 1: he had done before, and he just sort of did it.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Bela Hovlik, I know this is difficult. You don't want
- 10:48Speaker 1: to be testifying about this, do you? Answer, no, not
- 10:51Speaker 1: at all. Belahovlik, okay. How much money were you paid
- 10:55Speaker 1: during the times that he masturbated in front of you? Answer,
- 10:58Speaker 1: it started at 200 the first couple of times, and
- 11:01Speaker 1: then he changed it to 300. What about the final time,
- 11:05Speaker 1: when there was the actual penetration? Answer, 300. Belahovlik, why
- 11:11Speaker 1: did you stop going there? Answer, well, I didn't really
- 11:14Speaker 1: want to go after that, and they didn't call me
- 11:16Speaker 1: anymore after that, so... Belahovlik, okay, so it was a
- 11:19Speaker 1: combination of both Answer, yes. Bella Hovlich, and if they
- 11:23Speaker 1: have called? Answer, possibly, but I doubt it. Bella Hovlich, okay.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Did you receive anything from other than from Mr. Epstein
- 11:30Speaker 1: than the cash involved? I mean, did he give you
- 11:32Speaker 1: a car or anything like that? Answer, he gave me
- 11:35Speaker 1: a digital camera. And for my birthday, he gave me
- 11:38Speaker 1: like a couple bras and some panties. Bella Hovlich, okay.
- 11:42Speaker 1: And was that your 18th birthday? Answer, yes. Bella Hovlich,
- 11:46Speaker 1: and he gave that to you too, so you were
- 11:48Speaker 1: still seeing him on your 18th birthday? Answer, it was like,
- 11:52Speaker 1: or was it the day before your birthday like you testified? Answer, yes.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, okay, was anybody else present during the massages
- 12:00Speaker 1: you were giving to Mr. Epstein or when he was masturbating? Answer,
- 12:04Speaker 1: one time Nadia was in the room. Bella Hovlich, which
- 12:07Speaker 1: time was that? What activities were going on during the
- 12:10Speaker 1: time that she was in the room? Answer, well, him
- 12:14Speaker 1: and her had intercourse while he asked me to watch.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, when was that? Answer, One of the last
- 12:21Speaker 1: couple of times. Bella Hovlich, how long did that go on? Answer,
- 12:25Speaker 1: it was an hour. I was there for an hour
- 12:27Speaker 1: every time. Bella Hovlich, were you asked to participate in
- 12:31Speaker 1: any way in the sexual exchange going on between them? Answer, um,
- 12:36Speaker 1: he asked me to touch her breasts, but nothing more
- 12:38Speaker 1: than that. Bella Hovlich, and did you do that? Answer, yes.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, okay. And did either of them touch you
- 12:46Speaker 1: at all during that time? Answer, no. Belahovlik, just one second.
- 12:51Speaker 1: You appear uncomfortable testifying here today, yes? Answer, yes. Belahovlik,
- 12:56Speaker 1: this morning when we first met you, when you got here,
- 12:59Speaker 1: what did you ask me? Answer, if there was any
- 13:02Speaker 1: possible way I could not testify. Belahovlik, were you told
- 13:06Speaker 1: you wouldn't have to testify? Answer, that was my understanding.
- 13:10Speaker 1: I expressed that I did not want to, and I
- 13:13Speaker 1: was told that I would be contacted later on with
- 13:15Speaker 1: more information on that and other subjects. Bella Hovlich, were
- 13:19Speaker 1: you ever contacted? Answer, no. Bella Hovlich, till you got
- 13:23Speaker 1: the subpoena from me? Answer, yes. Bella Hovlich, okay. Do
- 13:27Speaker 1: you want Mr. Epstein to be charged with any crimes
- 13:29Speaker 1: in relation to what went on between you and him? Answer, honestly,
- 13:33Speaker 1: I don't really know. Bella Hovlich, okay. You expressed concerns
- 13:37Speaker 1: about your father. Answer, yes. Bella Hovlich, finding out about
- 13:42Speaker 1: your activities. Does he know what you were doing? Answer,
- 13:47Speaker 1: he has very minimal information. Belahovlik, and when did you
- 13:51Speaker 1: get that information? Answer, two days ago, when I got
- 13:54Speaker 1: the subpoena. Belahovlik, okay, so it's not something you've confided
- 13:58Speaker 1: in him about. Answer, no. Belahovlik, do you want to
- 14:01Speaker 1: testify at a trial? Answer, no. Belahovlik, do you know
- 14:05Speaker 1: how much money you've probably got overall during this time? Answer, no. Belahovlik,
- 14:11Speaker 1: was your dad aware that you were getting money, or
- 14:13Speaker 1: were you hiding it from him? Answer, I guess you
- 14:16Speaker 1: could say I hid it from him because I did
- 14:18Speaker 1: not make it a point for him to know. Bella Hovlich, okay,
- 14:22Speaker 1: you understand that you in effect were committing prostitution yourself.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Imagine this woman, Miss Bella Hovlich over here, asking this
- 14:30Speaker 1: kind of question to her own witness. And remember how
- 14:32Speaker 1: I told you that the prosecutors down in Florida savage
- 14:35Speaker 1: their own witnesses? This is what I'm talking about. This
- 14:38Speaker 1: is not how you roll if you're a prosecutor. The
- 14:41Speaker 1: idea is to try and make your witnesses, you know, credible.
- 14:44Speaker 1: But unfortunately, folks, after reading the OIG report into the
- 14:48Speaker 1: non-prosecution agreement and now reading this, I am 100% sure
- 14:53Speaker 1: that the fix was in and the fix came from
- 14:55Speaker 1: the bosses at the DOJ. We're talking about the bosses,
- 14:59Speaker 1: Mukasey and company. Not Acosta. You really think Acosta has
- 15:04Speaker 1: this kind of sway? Juror, can you speak up, please? Belahovlik,
- 15:09Speaker 1: can you speak up? Witness, yes. Belahovlik, okay. Is that
- 15:13Speaker 1: an activity that you have stopped? Answer, yes. Belahovlik, okay.
- 15:18Speaker 1: I'm going to ask you at this point if the
- 15:20Speaker 1: grand jurors have any questions for you, okay? Do you
- 15:23Speaker 1: need a minute? Answer, I'm fine. Belahovlik, okay. Belahovlik, any
- 15:28Speaker 1: questions for Ms. Redacted? Juror, I didn't quite hear. During
- 15:32Speaker 1: the time you were a junior, did Mr. Epstein actually
- 15:35Speaker 1: have Penetrational sex with you while you were a junior?
- 15:38Speaker 1: The Witness. While I was a junior in high school? No. Juror.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Then how old were you? Witness. I was still 17
- 15:44Speaker 1: at the time. Juror. You were still 17? Witness. Yes.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Bela Hovlik. The day before your 18th birthday? Witness. Yes. Juror. Did...
- 15:54Speaker 1: Do you still have contact with Mr. Epstein? Witness. No. Juror.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Does he or do you have the same cell phone? Witness. No.
- 16:02Speaker 1: I've had three different numbers since then. Juror. And you
- 16:06Speaker 1: do know that since you're 18 now, she's not, you
- 16:09Speaker 1: could be prosecuted. The witness, yes. Wow. These jurors, this
- 16:13Speaker 1: whole entire thing was absolutely disgusting down here. And whoever
- 16:17Speaker 1: these jurors are, I hope you're happy with yourselves. You
- 16:20Speaker 1: bunch of fucking clowns. Juror, and you still say you
- 16:23Speaker 1: would not testify against Mr. Epstein? Witness, no, I would
- 16:27Speaker 1: not like to. Juror, would you? Witness, I suppose if
- 16:30Speaker 1: I had another subpoena to where that's going to jail, yes,
- 16:33Speaker 1: I would. Another juror gets picked, a lady in the back.
- 16:38Speaker 1: You did not want to have intercourse with him. Witness, no. Juror,
- 16:42Speaker 1: did you ask him to stop? Witness, no. Juror, and why? Witness,
- 16:46Speaker 1: I'm not really sure. Juror, do you think he took
- 16:48Speaker 1: advantage of your youth? Witness, maybe. But it was also
- 16:52Speaker 1: stupid of me to put myself in that situation. Juror,
- 16:56Speaker 1: perhaps you were too young to be up against a
- 16:58Speaker 1: man of that age who had more control over you
- 17:00Speaker 1: than you knew. Witness, yes. Juror, do you feel it's
- 17:04Speaker 1: wrong of him to take advantage of your youth? Witness, yes,
- 17:08Speaker 1: I do. Juror, and did he take away from your person,
- 17:11Speaker 1: your being, your spirit? Witness, yes. Juror, and would you
- 17:15Speaker 1: testify against him for what he has done and the
- 17:18Speaker 1: wrong he has done? Witness, no, because I would like
- 17:21Speaker 1: to put it behind me for the most part. I
- 17:23Speaker 1: was successful until about two days ago. Belahovlik calls on
- 17:27Speaker 1: another juror. So the reason that you don't want to
- 17:30Speaker 1: testify is more just because of your personal embarrassment? Witness, yes. Juror, okay.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Belahovlik calls on another juror. Jeffrey knew or you had
- 17:41Speaker 1: said that you did tell him you were only 17.
- 17:43Speaker 1: The witness, yes. Juror, and he was aware of that. Witness,
- 17:48Speaker 1: he was well aware of my age from the very beginning.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Belahovlik calls on another juror. If you had a daughter,
- 17:53Speaker 1: would you want her to testify or tell you? Witness,
- 17:57Speaker 1: I don't really know. Another juror gets called upon. Would
- 18:00Speaker 1: it mean anything special to you if you could be
- 18:02Speaker 1: the person that's strong enough to stand up to put
- 18:04Speaker 1: him away so he will never do anything like this
- 18:07Speaker 1: to anybody else? Could you be strong enough to do
- 18:09Speaker 1: that or want to do that? The witness, I wish
- 18:13Speaker 1: that I could say that I could, but I really
- 18:14Speaker 1: don't think that I can. Bela Hovlik, any other questions?
- 18:18Speaker 1: Another juror gets called upon. The pursuit, this idea about testifying,
- 18:23Speaker 1: would you do it? I mean, would you testify if
- 18:26Speaker 1: you were subpoenaed? And would you tell the truth? Witness,
- 18:30Speaker 1: if I did not have a choice whether or not
- 18:32Speaker 1: to testify, obviously I would have to. Yes, I would
- 18:35Speaker 1: tell the truth, because if I'm going to have to
- 18:38Speaker 1: do it, I might as well do it right. Juror,
- 18:41Speaker 1: I think, for your character, for your own well-being, you
- 18:44Speaker 1: have to ask questions, not comment. Ms. Belahovlik interrupts. Juror, okay,
- 18:48Speaker 1: to testify would be the right thing to do, and
- 18:51Speaker 1: the legal thing to do. Juror, would you do it
- 18:53Speaker 1: under those circumstances? Witness, like I said, if it was
- 18:56Speaker 1: between testifying and going to jail, I would testify, which
- 18:59Speaker 1: is why I'm here today. Ms. Belahovlich, all right. Thank you, Ms. Redacted,
- 19:04Speaker 1: and the witness is excused. All right, we're going to
- 19:08Speaker 1: wrap up this episode right here, and in the next episode,
- 19:11Speaker 1: we're going to pick up with the next witness, Jensen Ross.
- 19:14Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
- 19:17Speaker 1: be found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and
- 19:20Speaker 1: welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're
- 19:24Speaker 1: getting right back to those grand jury documents, and we're
- 19:27Speaker 1: going to pick up with the testimony of Jensen Ross. Ms. Belahovlik,
- 19:33Speaker 1: raise your right hand. Do you swear to tell the truth,
- 19:35Speaker 1: the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help
- 19:37Speaker 1: you God? Witness, I do. Belahovlik, can you introduce yourself, Mr. Ross? Answer, yeah.
- 19:44Speaker 1: My name's Jensen Ross. I am the chief investigator with
- 19:47Speaker 1: the state attorney's office in Palm Beach County. Bella Hovlich,
- 19:51Speaker 1: how long have you been in that position? Answer, I
- 19:53Speaker 1: have been the chief investigator for three years, and I
- 19:56Speaker 1: have been employed by the state attorney's office for approximately
- 19:59Speaker 1: 13 years. Bella Hovlich, and what did you do before that? Answer,
- 20:04Speaker 1: I worked for the West Palm Beach Police Department from
- 20:06Speaker 1: 1970 until 1993. when I started with the state attorney's office.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, you have reviewed some documents regarding several witnesses
- 20:16Speaker 1: in this case? Answer, yes ma'am. Bella Hovlich, okay. I
- 20:20Speaker 1: want to take you back to Redacted. Redacted was testifying
- 20:24Speaker 1: about some drug use. Isn't, in fact, there a police
- 20:27Speaker 1: report regarding drinking and drug use by Redacted? Wow, what
- 20:31Speaker 1: a disgusting display. I hate to interject here, because I
- 20:35Speaker 1: really don't like to do it when we're going through
- 20:36Speaker 1: the official documents. But it has to be said. Bella
- 20:40Speaker 1: Hovlich needs to be held accountable. Her, Barry Krischer, everybody
- 20:44Speaker 1: involved in this bullshit needs to be held accountable. And
- 20:47Speaker 1: reading through this, it shows you exactly why they wanted
- 20:50Speaker 1: to keep all this stuff private. Answer. There's a police
- 20:53Speaker 1: incident report from a redacted sheriff department in Redacted. Bella Hovlich. Okay.
- 20:58Speaker 1: And in that case, there were some boys drinking, but
- 21:01Speaker 1: it never indicates she was drinking. Answer. I believe so. Yes, ma'am.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich. Okay. Answer. She was caught up with the
- 21:09Speaker 1: boys and they were drinking. Bella Hovlik, okay, is there another,
- 21:13Speaker 1: I believe it's Exhibit B, that you reviewed? Answer, yes ma'am.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Bella Hovlik, did a redacted disappear from her home that
- 21:20Speaker 1: caused concern to her mother? Answer, yes. Her mother reported
- 21:24Speaker 1: her as missing to the police. Bella Hovlik, and was,
- 21:28Speaker 1: where did her mother think she was? Answer, she was
- 21:31Speaker 1: in a known drug area she believed. Bella Hovlik, when
- 21:34Speaker 1: they finally located her, I guess a day after she
- 21:37Speaker 1: took off? Answer, yes. Bella Hovlich, did she indicate that
- 21:41Speaker 1: she had been drinking and doing drugs that previous night? Answer,
- 21:45Speaker 1: she has stated she had been drinking and doing drugs
- 21:48Speaker 1: the night before, and she got scared and called her parents.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, okay, there are police reports from redacted activity
- 21:56Speaker 1: and redacted. I'm going to refer to you to Exhibit C.
- 21:59Speaker 1: This is all being done at the behest of Alan Dershowitz,
- 22:03Speaker 1: Ken Starr, and Lefkowitz. That's exactly who was pulling the
- 22:07Speaker 1: strings here. And what do you think all those meetings
- 22:09Speaker 1: were about? Do you think they were just having meetings
- 22:11Speaker 1: with the head honchos in the DOJ because they were
- 22:14Speaker 1: discussing their golf game? We all know what those meetings
- 22:17Speaker 1: were about, and we all know what these idiots were about.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Bela Hovlik, on March 31st of 2006, was there a
- 22:24Speaker 1: police report regarding Redacted? Answer, yes ma'am. She was reported
- 22:29Speaker 1: as missing on that date also. Bela Hovlik, okay, but
- 22:32Speaker 1: it was her father who reported her missing? Answer, that's correct.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, did you say how long she had been gone?
- 22:40Speaker 1: Out the night before and then came home at 5.30? Answer,
- 22:43Speaker 1: I believe that's what it was. Bella Hovlich, in the morning? Answer, yes,
- 22:47Speaker 1: I believe so. Yes, ma'am. Bella Hovlich, and how did
- 22:51Speaker 1: she and her sister come home in the morning to
- 22:55Speaker 1: get into the house? Answer, they returned and were inside
- 22:58Speaker 1: the residence when the police arrived and they were packing
- 23:01Speaker 1: their clothes and they were going to move out of
- 23:02Speaker 1: the residence. Belahovlik, okay, were observations made as to their,
- 23:07Speaker 1: she and her sister's physical demeanor at the time? Answer,
- 23:10Speaker 1: there was indications that they had been doing alcohol and drugs,
- 23:14Speaker 1: and I believe the father had also reported that when
- 23:16Speaker 1: they were dropped off, that he believed the person that
- 23:19Speaker 1: dropped them off was a young drug dealer from the area. Belahovlik,
- 23:23Speaker 1: And were they taken to school? And were they, did
- 23:26Speaker 1: they have to come pick up redacted from school? Answer, yeah.
- 23:29Speaker 1: They were taken back to school. And then they received
- 23:32Speaker 1: a police call from the school security, the policeman that's
- 23:35Speaker 1: assigned to the school, and asked that they come retrieve their, her,
- 23:38Speaker 1: because she appeared to be intoxicated at the time. Bella Hovlich,
- 23:42Speaker 1: and there were actually witnesses that testified about redacted taking
- 23:46Speaker 1: two and a half Xanax bars? Answer, I believe, yes.
- 23:50Speaker 1: That's what it was on the 31st of March. I mean, okay,
- 23:53Speaker 1: so kids are experimenting with drugs? This is a shock
- 23:57Speaker 1: to people out there? So because this kid, if she
- 24:00Speaker 1: even did it, experimented with drugs, that means she couldn't
- 24:03Speaker 1: have been assaulted by Jeffrey Epstein, huh? Maybe, Miss Bella Hovlich,
- 24:07Speaker 1: if you would have spent more time going after Epstein's
- 24:09Speaker 1: bitch ass and less time trying to savage your own witnesses,
- 24:13Speaker 1: we wouldn't be in this position. And to all you
- 24:15Speaker 1: goofballs out there who call yourself content creators and people
- 24:18Speaker 1: following this story... Stop talking bullshit, okay? Stop talking nonsense
- 24:22Speaker 1: and start educating your millions and thousands of followers about
- 24:25Speaker 1: the real story. Not about what you want this story
- 24:28Speaker 1: to be, but about what it really is. Belahovlik and
- 24:31Speaker 1: Xanax is a controlled substance? Answer, yes ma'am. Belahovlik and
- 24:35Speaker 1: it would be a felony to possess that? Answer, yes ma'am.
- 24:39Speaker 1: If you were caught with it, did not have a
- 24:40Speaker 1: prescription or anything, you could be arrested and charged with
- 24:43Speaker 1: a felony. Yeah, not unless I ate it. Who's gonna
- 24:46Speaker 1: get arrested with a single Xanax in their pocket? You
- 24:49Speaker 1: better eat that shit. Bella Hovlik, okay, you've reviewed redactedsmyspace.com. Answer, yes.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Bella Hovlik, website information? Answer, yes, I've looked at it.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Bella Hovlik, does she misrepresent her age on there? Answer,
- 25:03Speaker 1: I believe there were four different occasions. On March the 5th,
- 25:07Speaker 1: she reported her age as 18. On the same date,
- 25:09Speaker 1: in another entry, she reported her age as 17. On
- 25:11Speaker 1: March the 28th of 2006, she reports her age as
- 25:13Speaker 1: being 16. And then again on April the 5th, She
- 25:19Speaker 1: reports her age as being 15. Bella Hovlich, and on there,
- 25:23Speaker 1: does she also talk about doing drugs and drinking alcohol? Oh,
- 25:26Speaker 1: the humanity of it all. She talks about doing drugs
- 25:30Speaker 1: and alcohol on the internet. Imagine trying to use this
- 25:34Speaker 1: shit as an excuse these days, considering everybody's on the internet,
- 25:38Speaker 1: putting their whole life out there. Talk about an absolute joke. Answer,
- 25:43Speaker 1: yes ma'am, she does. Bella Hovlich, what about shoplifting? Does
- 25:47Speaker 1: she report she's ever shoplifted? Answer, she admits to that.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Lots of shoplifting. That's specific. Bella Hovlich, her web name.
- 25:54Speaker 1: What does she have as her web name on her website?
- 25:58Speaker 1: Exhibit H, I believe. Answer, I believe it's called Redacted.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, and does her website also include pictures of
- 26:05Speaker 1: her in skimpy attire, drinking alcohol, and sexually provocative photos? Well,
- 26:09Speaker 1: there it is, folks. Because of that, she should have
- 26:12Speaker 1: been assaulted and raped by a grown-ass man, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 26:16Speaker 1: who's one of the most prolific predators we've ever seen.
- 26:19Speaker 1: That's according to the prosecutors down in Florida, not me. Belahovlik,
- 26:23Speaker 1: I'm going to show you these photos. Are these photos
- 26:25Speaker 1: of Redacted that were on our website? Answer, yes ma'am. Belahovlik, okay. Redacted,
- 26:32Speaker 1: has Redacted been arrested? Answer, yes ma'am. Belahovlik, when was
- 26:36Speaker 1: that arrest? Answer, yesterday. September the 15th of 2005, she
- 26:41Speaker 1: had charges filed against her for possession of marijuana and
- 26:44Speaker 1: possession of drug paraphernalia. So what that means is she
- 26:47Speaker 1: had a little bit of pot and maybe a pipe
- 26:49Speaker 1: or something. Might as well just give her the death penalty, huh?
- 26:52Speaker 1: A little bit of pot in her possession. So instead
- 26:54Speaker 1: of believing her about Epstein, let's savage her in front
- 26:56Speaker 1: of the grand jury. Bela Hovlik. And that was during
- 27:00Speaker 1: the time that she was seeing Mr. Epstein? Answer. I.
- 27:03Speaker 1: Bela Hovlik, the suspect in this matter? Answer. I can't
- 27:06Speaker 1: answer that. Bela Hovlik. Okay, what about theft allegations? Has
- 27:10Speaker 1: she admitted to stealing also? Answer, she was employed by
- 27:13Speaker 1: a redacted, and in November of 2006, she was accused
- 27:17Speaker 1: by her employer, and she admitted to it. Bella Hovlik,
- 27:21Speaker 1: she also had some MySpace.com website. Answer, yes ma'am. Bella Hovlik,
- 27:26Speaker 1: on there, she goes through and writes out about a
- 27:29Speaker 1: falsification of records and lies to people that she has done? Answer, yes.
- 27:34Speaker 1: That's included in some of the documents that I reviewed.
- 27:37Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, Exhibit C. Could you read what she wrote
- 27:40Speaker 1: on August 5th, 2005? Answer. Hey, wow. Not living with
- 27:45Speaker 1: my parents anymore is the shit. For all of you
- 27:47Speaker 1: who are not aware, I moved out to Redacted. So far,
- 27:50Speaker 1: everything is going well. Well, and I am getting along,
- 27:54Speaker 1: not like everyone predicted. Oh, when you guys live together,
- 27:57Speaker 1: all that time together will be horrible. And that's in quotations.
- 28:01Speaker 1: The complete opposite of the matter of fact. I went
- 28:04Speaker 1: job hunting the second day. that I was here, but
- 28:07Speaker 1: all I did was get applications. The day after that,
- 28:09Speaker 1: I was like, fucking fuck this, and I didn't return
- 28:13Speaker 1: to turn them in. I just got so tired. Yesterday
- 28:15Speaker 1: is when I took them. I ended up getting a
- 28:17Speaker 1: job at Redacted, and Redacted, I only get paid $ 6. 40
- 28:21Speaker 1: an hour, but hopefully that will change soon. I also
- 28:24Speaker 1: get a discount at all the Redacteds, Redacteds, and Redacteds.
- 28:28Speaker 1: I like my boss so far. I mean, he only
- 28:31Speaker 1: met me twice, but he's really cool. Redacted is trying
- 28:34Speaker 1: to get a job at a redacted. He likes music,
- 28:37Speaker 1: so I think it's going to fit for him, a
- 28:40Speaker 1: good fit for him. I really hope he gets it.
- 28:42Speaker 1: The boss guy called him back to set up an
- 28:44Speaker 1: interview the day he came in with his application. I
- 28:48Speaker 1: think that's a good sign. It starts at 4 p.m.
- 28:51Speaker 1: He's at the mall right now. I got to call
- 28:53Speaker 1: him and ask him how it went, and in a
- 28:55Speaker 1: little while, it's only 3.45 right now. Oh, it was funny.
- 28:59Speaker 1: I used him as one of my references for my redacted,
- 29:02Speaker 1: which I interpreted being redacted, and the lady called me
- 29:05Speaker 1: back and told me that redacted gave me such an
- 29:07Speaker 1: outstanding reference that she did not need to call anyone
- 29:10Speaker 1: else back. He got me the job just like that.
- 29:12Speaker 1: He made me sound so fucking good, so fucking great.
- 29:16Speaker 1: I lied and said that he was the old store
- 29:18Speaker 1: manager for redacted. She bought it. There's a notation. Straight.
- 29:22Speaker 1: I'm not exactly sure what that makes reference to. No
- 29:25Speaker 1: complaints from me. Okay, well, gotta go smoke some resin
- 29:28Speaker 1: considering I have limited supply of Mary J and have
- 29:31Speaker 1: to conserve. Miss everyone back home. I love you guys.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Don't forget about me. Bella Hovlik in Exhibit C. Does
- 29:38Speaker 1: she make references to being famous? Answer there is yes.
- 29:42Speaker 1: She would like to be famous or known to be famous.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, and how does she indicate that she would
- 29:48Speaker 1: like to be famous? There's a notation in one of
- 29:51Speaker 1: her blogs that says she would like to meet Bill
- 29:53Speaker 1: Clinton this week because someone, and this is in quotes now,
- 29:56Speaker 1: someone could be so famous for sucking his dick. That's
- 29:59Speaker 1: how famous I could be. End of quote. Bella Hovlich, okay,
- 30:02Speaker 1: and there's a lot of other stuff where she talks
- 30:05Speaker 1: about accepted use of marijuana. Answer, referred to as weed, yes.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, right. And pictures on her website of her
- 30:12Speaker 1: smoking weed and drinking beer. Answer, that's correct. Bella Hovlich,
- 30:17Speaker 1: holding a bong-type pipe. Answer, correct. Bella Hovlich, okay. All right,
- 30:22Speaker 1: we're going to wrap up this episode right here. And
- 30:24Speaker 1: in the next episode, we're going to pick up with
- 30:26Speaker 1: the jurors asking questions of Mr. Ross. All of the
- 30:31Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 30:34Speaker 1: the description box. What's up, everyone? And welcome back to
- 30:37Speaker 1: the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up exactly
- 30:42Speaker 1: where we left off and we're going to finish off
- 30:44Speaker 1: the grand jury documents that have just been released. And
- 30:47Speaker 1: then directly after we're done with these documents, I have
- 30:51Speaker 1: to go and take a bleach bath because I am
- 30:53Speaker 1: absolutely disgusted by all of it. Bella Hovlich, any questions
- 30:58Speaker 1: for Mr. Ross? Jer. When you refer to doing drugs,
- 31:01Speaker 1: does this mean smoking dope? I mean, what does that mean? Drinking?
- 31:05Speaker 1: I don't, you know, does it encompass the witness? Interpretation
- 31:09Speaker 1: is that Either be smoking marijuana or doing hard drugs.
- 31:12Speaker 1: Cocaine or something like that. If it was drinking, I
- 31:15Speaker 1: would refer to it as drinking alcohol. But when they
- 31:18Speaker 1: refer to doing drugs, it's either smoking marijuana or talking
- 31:22Speaker 1: a hard drug such as cocaine or something. And you
- 31:24Speaker 1: know what the craziest part is? Just to digress real quick.
- 31:28Speaker 1: You know Mrs. Bella Hovlik went home and had like
- 31:30Speaker 1: five bottles of wine. Meanwhile, she's worried about people smoking pot.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Here's an idea. Let's be a little bit less worried
- 31:37Speaker 1: about people smoking pot... and more worried about people being molested. Ms. Belahovlik,
- 31:42Speaker 1: do you know what smoking resin means? Witness, I have
- 31:45Speaker 1: not heard that resin used before. That's something new to me.
- 31:48Speaker 1: You're a cop and you don't know what smoking resin is?
- 31:51Speaker 1: Smoking resin's for people who run out of weed and
- 31:53Speaker 1: they have no pot on hand, so they smoke the
- 31:56Speaker 1: resin that's in the pipe. Ms. Belahovlik, other questions? Juror.
- 32:01Speaker 1: What was the date when she was talking about being famous,
- 32:04Speaker 1: do you know? Bella Hovlik, it's Exhibit D. Witness, yeah.
- 32:08Speaker 1: I'm going through that exhibit now to find the exact location.
- 32:11Speaker 1: Bella Hovlik, on the first page. Login date? Witness, 11-7-2005. Juror,
- 32:17Speaker 1: thank you. Bella Hovlik, any other questions? Another juror raises
- 32:21Speaker 1: their hand, this time a woman. The one girl who
- 32:24Speaker 1: had to move to Redacted, you mentioned that she had
- 32:26Speaker 1: run away or was missing several times. Was this while
- 32:29Speaker 1: she was here, or after she moved to Redacted and
- 32:33Speaker 1: she started being that she was missing. Her parents didn't
- 32:36Speaker 1: know where she was. Witness, that was in both Redacted
- 32:39Speaker 1: and Redacted. Jur, do you typically find that teenagers that
- 32:43Speaker 1: have MySpaces tend to tell the truth on those websites
- 32:46Speaker 1: or tend to try to sound adventurous? Or what is
- 32:50Speaker 1: their accuracy of their statements? Witness, This would be a
- 32:54Speaker 1: personal observation on my part, and I would say no.
- 32:57Speaker 1: I would think that it would be. It would be
- 32:59Speaker 1: more that it wasn't the truth, and that's just my
- 33:02Speaker 1: personal observation. I have no data to support that or not.
- 33:05Speaker 1: That's just a personal observation. Yes, sir, another jurors called upon.
- 33:10Speaker 1: Are there any kind of school reports, psychological reports, arrest reports,
- 33:14Speaker 1: or records that would, you know, indicate behavior like this
- 33:17Speaker 1: from this girl from her early ages? Witness, those are
- 33:21Speaker 1: the only police reports that I have. is the one
- 33:24Speaker 1: from Georgia and the ones from Florida. If there's others,
- 33:27Speaker 1: I haven't been made available to those. Juror, okay. Witness,
- 33:32Speaker 1: and the psychological reports, I wouldn't have access. Belahovlik, the report,
- 33:36Speaker 1: Palm Beach County Sheriff's Report, is Exhibit C. Witness, okay. Belahovlik,
- 33:41Speaker 1: did they speak with her father? The second page of
- 33:44Speaker 1: this report, and did he indicate Redacted has been to
- 33:48Speaker 1: a facility for drug use? Witness, there was a reference
- 33:51Speaker 1: to Redacted I'm assuming he's cut off there by Bella
- 33:54Speaker 1: Hovlich for drug use. Witness, yes. Bella Hovlich, and does
- 33:59Speaker 1: it say that redacted has been using, as told by
- 34:02Speaker 1: the father, using narcotics since the age of 14? Witness, yes.
- 34:07Speaker 1: Bella Hovlich, yes, ma'am. Another juror is called on, and
- 34:10Speaker 1: another juror has a question. Since she was in the
- 34:13Speaker 1: family center of drug rehab, whatever it was, how has
- 34:15Speaker 1: her behavior been, or what was her drug activity been? Witness,
- 34:19Speaker 1: I have no direct knowledge of that. Bella Hovlich, the
- 34:22Speaker 1: most recent report is dated when? Palm Beach County report. Witness,
- 34:26Speaker 1: Palm Beach County. Palm Beach County report is dated March
- 34:30Speaker 1: 31st of 2006. Bella Hovlich, and that was she's back
- 34:34Speaker 1: in Palm Beach County. Witness, yes. Bella Hovlich, because the
- 34:38Speaker 1: incidents in redacted were all in November. Witness, November. Bella Hovlich, 2005, 2006. Witness,
- 34:45Speaker 1: that's correct. Juror, when was the last time she was
- 34:48Speaker 1: in rehabilitation? What's the date that she was in? Witness,
- 34:52Speaker 1: this was after, well it's noted in the Palm Beach
- 34:54Speaker 1: County report, the police report, that she had been to
- 34:58Speaker 1: redacted for drug treatment. Belahovlik, so previous to her taking
- 35:01Speaker 1: the Xanax bar? Witness, correct, but there is no exact
- 35:05Speaker 1: date described in the report. Juror, so I guess I
- 35:08Speaker 1: was going to ask, in the last year or so,
- 35:11Speaker 1: since March, how was her behavior? Belahovlik, do you have
- 35:14Speaker 1: knowledge of that, Mr. Ross? Witness, no I do not. Juror,
- 35:18Speaker 1: Is she still currently involved in Indiscernible? Bella Hovlich, do
- 35:22Speaker 1: you have any knowledge of that? Witness, no ma'am, I
- 35:24Speaker 1: do not. Bella Hovlich calls on another juror. Juror asks,
- 35:29Speaker 1: what are Xanax bars? Bella Hovlich, we can find that
- 35:32Speaker 1: out for you. Juror, okay. Bella Hovlich, and you'll know
- 35:36Speaker 1: after lunch. Any other questions? All right, how about we
- 35:39Speaker 1: take a lunch and we'll be back at 1.30. Wait,
- 35:42Speaker 1: juror had one question and would anybody else here like
- 35:46Speaker 1: to bring redacted back? Juror, no, no, no. And they
- 35:50Speaker 1: all say no. Belahovlik, let's not do this in front
- 35:53Speaker 1: of the witness, okay? Juror, okay. Belahovlik, thank you, Mr. Ross.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Witness is excused. So after they break for lunch, they
- 36:00Speaker 1: recall Jensen Ross as a witness back up to the stand. Belahovlik,
- 36:06Speaker 1: jurors asked you a question earlier about what is Xanax. Answer, yes.
- 36:10Speaker 1: And were you able to find that out? Answer, yes.
- 36:13Speaker 1: During the break, I went back and researched it. and
- 36:16Speaker 1: using what it's referred to as a PDR, which is
- 36:19Speaker 1: a physician's death reference, and it identifies and gives drugs
- 36:23Speaker 1: and everything like that. They identify Xanax as a tranquilizer
- 36:27Speaker 1: used in the short-term relief of symptoms of anxiety or
- 36:30Speaker 1: the treatment of anxiety disorders. Belahovlik, okay, and possession of
- 36:35Speaker 1: that without a prescription, someone could be charged with a felony. Answer,
- 36:39Speaker 1: that's correct. Belahovlik, all right, thank you very much. The
- 36:42Speaker 1: witness is excused. Proceeding concluded 1252 p.m. The State of Florida,
- 36:48Speaker 1: County of Palm Beach, I, Catherine P. Doerr, R.P.R., an
- 36:52Speaker 1: official court reporter for the 15th Judicial Circuit Criminal Division
- 36:56Speaker 1: in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, do hereby certify
- 37:00Speaker 1: that I was authorized to and did transcribe the foregoing
- 37:04Speaker 1: proceedings at the time and place aforesaid and that the
- 37:07Speaker 1: preceding pages numbered from 1 to 157 inclusive, represented true,
- 37:13Speaker 1: and accurate transcription of the audio recording of said proceeding.
- 37:17Speaker 1: In witness whereof, I have hereunto affixed my official signature
- 37:21Speaker 1: this 17th day of July, 2023. Well folks, if that
- 37:25Speaker 1: didn't sicken you, I don't know what will. You want
- 37:28Speaker 1: to talk about an absolute travesty? You want to talk
- 37:30Speaker 1: about a dereliction of duty? This is it. Bella Hovlich
- 37:34Speaker 1: spent more time here destroying these witnesses than she did
- 37:38Speaker 1: trying to get to the truth about Jeffrey Epstein. And remember,
- 37:41Speaker 1: Epstein didn't have any representation whatsoever at this hearing. When
- 37:45Speaker 1: you have a grand jury proceeding, you don't have that
- 37:47Speaker 1: representation as the defense. It is just the prosecution there
- 37:51Speaker 1: making its case. And usually, well, the prosecution doesn't attempt
- 37:55Speaker 1: to savage their own witnesses. But all of a sudden,
- 37:58Speaker 1: because it's Jeffrey Epstein, somebody of note, somebody with political connections,
- 38:02Speaker 1: we're going to savage the witnesses and treat them like
- 38:05Speaker 1: absolute garbage, like they're criminals? You ever think that maybe
- 38:09Speaker 1: this kid needed a Xanax to deal with the bullshit
- 38:11Speaker 1: from getting molested by Jeffrey Epstein? Meanwhile, all these people
- 38:15Speaker 1: out here are popping Xanax on a regular basis because
- 38:18Speaker 1: they had a tough day at work. But this kid
- 38:20Speaker 1: who got molested, well, God forbid. The whole ass thing
- 38:23Speaker 1: is a disgusting, gigantic slap in the face to everybody,
- 38:27Speaker 1: the survivors especially, and there needs to be consequences. Now,
- 38:31Speaker 1: I don't know what you could possibly do to somebody
- 38:33Speaker 1: like Bela Hovlik or somebody like Krischer at this point,
- 38:36Speaker 1: you know, Statue of Limitations, all that jazz. But what
- 38:39Speaker 1: about pensions? These are all state officials, right? They're going
- 38:42Speaker 1: to get a state pension. You really think they deserve
- 38:44Speaker 1: a state pension after all that's occurred, after all that's
- 38:47Speaker 1: went down? Because from where I'm sitting, the answer is no.
- 38:51Speaker 1: You don't get rewarded for being shitty at your job.
- 38:53Speaker 1: At least you shouldn't get rewarded. And here we are
- 38:57Speaker 1: all these years later, and nobody's ever really called these
- 38:59Speaker 1: people out. But now, hopefully, with these documents being out
- 39:03Speaker 1: here for everybody to get a look at, people are
- 39:05Speaker 1: going to understand exactly what we're dealing with. And what
- 39:08Speaker 1: we're dealing with is a lot of corruption. Now, I'm
- 39:11Speaker 1: not one of the people that's going to tell you that,
- 39:13Speaker 1: you know, people are sitting around in the top offices
- 39:15Speaker 1: in the government looking for ways to help Jeffrey Epstein.
- 39:19Speaker 1: But what I will tell you is this. From everything
- 39:21Speaker 1: that I've researched, everything that I've learned over the years,
- 39:25Speaker 1: there is no doubt in my mind that Jeffrey Epstein
- 39:27Speaker 1: was an asset. And when you're an asset, you get
- 39:29Speaker 1: hooked up. up. You're going to get that homie hook
- 39:32Speaker 1: up all the way to the very end when you're
- 39:34Speaker 1: no longer needed and they burn you. And obviously with
- 39:37Speaker 1: him dying in jail like that, he got burned. You
- 39:41Speaker 1: can say it's suicide. You can say he got murdered, whatever.
- 39:44Speaker 1: The fact is he's dead and gone, right? And whatever
- 39:46Speaker 1: secrets he had, he's taken with him or took with
- 39:49Speaker 1: him to the grave. But this is a man that's
- 39:51Speaker 1: obviously been protected from day one, obviously been protected since
- 39:55Speaker 1: the very start of his criminal escapade, and he was
- 39:58Speaker 1: protected till the very end. And when it was convenient
- 40:01Speaker 1: for the intelligence services to get rid of him, that's
- 40:03Speaker 1: exactly what they did. And now having a look at
- 40:06Speaker 1: the NPA that we just went through, and now having
- 40:08Speaker 1: a look at these grand jury documents, is anybody out
- 40:11Speaker 1: there convinced about the official narrative? Is anybody out there
- 40:14Speaker 1: convinced that we've been told the truth? Because from my perspective,
- 40:18Speaker 1: I don't think I've ever been more sure that we've
- 40:20Speaker 1: been lied to the whole entire time. And they continue
- 40:23Speaker 1: to lie to us. No Freedom of Information Act because
- 40:26Speaker 1: there's an investigation, no other arrests, and just more lip service.
- 40:31Speaker 1: But hopefully, now that this document's out, along with the
- 40:34Speaker 1: rest of the documents, it's going to spur some people
- 40:37Speaker 1: in positions of power to to take action. And for
- 40:40Speaker 1: my money, that has to start with the prosecutors who
- 40:43Speaker 1: fucked everything up. Alright folks, that's going to do it
- 40:47Speaker 1: not only for this episode, but for the whole entire
- 40:50Speaker 1: document that was just released. So we'll let that one
- 40:52Speaker 1: marinate for a little while, and obviously we'll be back
- 40:55Speaker 1: with some more later on. All of the information that
- 40:59Speaker 1: goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
