- 0:00Speaker 1: What's going on everybody so we're going to stick with
- 0:02Speaker 1: our Prince Andrew theme here and I guess Prince Andrew's
- 0:05Speaker 1: team has clapped back and said that Prince Andrew is
- 0:08Speaker 1: just he's shocked by this statement by Mr. Berman he
- 0:12Speaker 1: had no idea the FBI wanted to talk to him
- 0:14Speaker 1: nobody ever contacted his team well I highly doubt that
- 0:20Speaker 1: and there's an article here from the New York Post
- 0:22Speaker 1: that we're going to jump into in a second And
- 0:24Speaker 1: they're going to go into that. The headline of the
- 0:27Speaker 1: article is, Prince Andrew Bewildered by Claims He Wouldn't Help
- 0:31Speaker 1: FBI's Epstein Probe. So that kind of gives you an
- 0:34Speaker 1: idea of what the article is going to be talking about.
- 0:38Speaker 1: But really, the question comes down to this, folks, at
- 0:40Speaker 1: this point. Do you believe Prince Andrew or do you
- 0:43Speaker 1: believe Virginia Roberts? It's really that simple. All this other
- 0:47Speaker 1: stuff is grandstanding. Unless Andrew goes and speaks with the
- 0:50Speaker 1: FBI and goes on record and goes under oath and
- 0:53Speaker 1: all of that jazz, everything he does is just white noise.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Everything he does is just obfuscation. Everything he does is
- 1:01Speaker 1: throwing more of a shadow over things. He doesn't want
- 1:05Speaker 1: to come forth. He doesn't want to be forthright. He
- 1:06Speaker 1: doesn't want to give the truth. If he did, he
- 1:08Speaker 1: would have already come forward. You don't need to huddle
- 1:12Speaker 1: with a team of legal advisors if you're an innocent man.
- 1:16Speaker 1: You go and talk to one lawyer. You talk to
- 1:18Speaker 1: the lawyer about what the procedure is. The lawyer sits
- 1:21Speaker 1: in with you as you have your little chat, and
- 1:23Speaker 1: you move on with your life. You don't drag it
- 1:25Speaker 1: out like this. You don't keep it going. You don't
- 1:28Speaker 1: show no compassion for the survivors of the attacks. You
- 1:31Speaker 1: don't do the things that this man has done, okay?
- 1:34Speaker 1: This man has been nothing but disingenuous. This man has
- 1:38Speaker 1: done nothing but lie. And this man has done nothing
- 1:42Speaker 1: but drag his already sullen name through the mud. So
- 1:46Speaker 1: for Prince Andrew to act like he's bewildered, well, let
- 1:51Speaker 1: me take a step back. We all know he's bewildered
- 1:53Speaker 1: about life, right? You just look at the guy and
- 1:55Speaker 1: he's a dullard, an absolute buffoon. The George W. Bush
- 2:00Speaker 1: of the Mountbatten-Windsor family. We all know that. But at
- 2:04Speaker 1: the same time, For him to think that he's going
- 2:07Speaker 1: to be able to just, again, another one of these
- 2:10Speaker 1: statements that he doesn't make himself, and think that people
- 2:13Speaker 1: are going to take note of it and take it seriously. Well,
- 2:16Speaker 1: I have another thing. You have another thing coming there,
- 2:18Speaker 1: old princely boy. Nobody believes you, okay? Nobody believes you
- 2:22Speaker 1: at this point. So, for him to sit up here
- 2:26Speaker 1: and act like, oh, I'm angry, I'm bewildered, nobody contacted
- 2:29Speaker 1: me when Jeffrey Berman went public, basically. He stood there
- 2:35Speaker 1: in front of the whole world and said that this
- 2:37Speaker 1: guy's not cooperating in a move that definitely veers away
- 2:40Speaker 1: from usual standard protocol for the U.S. Attorney's Office and
- 2:44Speaker 1: the FBI. For him to do that, it must be significant,
- 2:47Speaker 1: must be significant stonewalling going on from Andrew's camp. So
- 2:51Speaker 1: we're going to jump into this article and see what
- 2:53Speaker 1: it has to say. The article is from the New
- 2:56Speaker 1: York Post. The headline, Prince Andrew Bewildered by Claims He
- 3:00Speaker 1: Wouldn't Help FBI's Epstein Probe. The author of the article
- 3:04Speaker 1: is Lee Brown, and it was published January 29, 2020, 7.43 a.m.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Prince Andrew insists he is willing to talk to the
- 3:14Speaker 1: FBI about his pedophile pal Jeffrey Epstein and is angry
- 3:18Speaker 1: and bewildered at being publicly accused of refusing to help,
- 3:21Speaker 1: according to a report. See, I love that stuff, according
- 3:24Speaker 1: to a report. Okay, well, who's reporting it? Who talked
- 3:29Speaker 1: to him? Who in his circle said this? Don't say
- 3:31Speaker 1: an unnamed source. We want to know exactly who is
- 3:34Speaker 1: enabling him. The 59-year-old royal was completely caught off guard
- 3:39Speaker 1: by the claims Monday that U.S. authorities had tried to
- 3:41Speaker 1: interview him but received zero cooperation. Sources close to him
- 3:45Speaker 1: told the Telegraph, Who are these sources, Telegraph? Why don't
- 3:49Speaker 1: they go on record? Why are they only sources when
- 3:52Speaker 1: they talk about Prince Andrew? Are they worried about getting
- 3:54Speaker 1: their name dragged through the mud? They should be. If
- 3:56Speaker 1: you're still associating with this man and you're still part
- 4:01Speaker 1: of his inner circle, part of his privy council, well,
- 4:04Speaker 1: you're a pretty horrible person as well. All right, how
- 4:06Speaker 1: about that? How about I just label you like that
- 4:08Speaker 1: right here, right now, for everybody to hear? If you're
- 4:11Speaker 1: protecting Prince Andrew, you're a scummy piece of shit. That's
- 4:14Speaker 1: my opinion. Don't even bother trying to change my mind.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Nothing could be further from the truth, one source told
- 4:22Speaker 1: the paper. The Duke is more than happy to talk
- 4:24Speaker 1: to the FBI, but he hasn't been approached by them yet.
- 4:27Speaker 1: He is angry about the way this is being portrayed
- 4:30Speaker 1: and bewildered as to why this was said in New York.
- 4:32Speaker 1: It seems certain people are jumping the gun. Jumping the gun?
- 4:36Speaker 1: Jumping the gun. Bro, you have been covered by this
- 4:42Speaker 1: cloud for years, okay? And if Epstein never got arrested again,
- 4:47Speaker 1: none of this would have ever come out and you
- 4:49Speaker 1: would have been scot-free. You and your friend Ghislaine would
- 4:52Speaker 1: have been having your picnics and doing whatever it is
- 4:54Speaker 1: that you did on the lawn. Alright, you're angry and
- 4:57Speaker 1: you're bewildered that people are jumping the gun. Nobody's jumping
- 5:00Speaker 1: the gun. It's high time that you face justice, my friend.
- 5:04Speaker 1: It's high time that you stand tall before the man. Alright?
- 5:09Speaker 1: And your princely blood be damned, okay? Andrew, who was
- 5:15Speaker 1: booted from royal duties over his disastrous attempts to justify
- 5:19Speaker 1: his links to Epstein, has been holding weekly meetings with
- 5:22Speaker 1: a special team of lawyers helping him prep for potential interviews,
- 5:25Speaker 1: the sources said. What does that even mean? So he
- 5:28Speaker 1: needs a team of lawyers to prep for an interview
- 5:31Speaker 1: for something he didn't do? Look, just be honest, homie.
- 5:34Speaker 1: What do you need all the preparation for? I get it.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I know what's going on. They're stalling because they're waiting
- 5:40Speaker 1: for their boy Dershowitz to come in on his white
- 5:42Speaker 1: horse and save the day. Okay, maybe that's not going
- 5:46Speaker 1: to happen, but you see where I'm going with that, right?
- 5:48Speaker 1: I mean, I don't understand what this even means. A
- 5:51Speaker 1: team of lawyers helping him prep for potential interviews? Just
- 5:54Speaker 1: be honest, bro. Just be honest. You don't need to
- 5:57Speaker 1: do any kind of prep. You don't need a whole
- 5:59Speaker 1: team of lawyers. Sit down with whoever your lawyer is
- 6:02Speaker 1: and you and him discuss what's going to occur and
- 6:05Speaker 1: and figure it out. Anything short of that, you're being
- 6:08Speaker 1: a scumbag, and you're not standing tall, you obviously don't
- 6:12Speaker 1: have any honor, but this guy has to answer questions
- 6:16Speaker 1: at this point. There is no way that this guy
- 6:19Speaker 1: can get away without answering questions. Royal sources believe Manhattan U.S.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Attorney Jeffrey Berman's press conference outside Epstein's mansion Monday was
- 6:28Speaker 1: a publicity stunt to try and force Andrew to come forward,
- 6:32Speaker 1: the report says. Why would they need to have a
- 6:37Speaker 1: publicity stunt for this man to come forward? He's already
- 6:40Speaker 1: said that he would speak to the authorities. He went
- 6:43Speaker 1: on record and said that with Emily Maitlis. But yet
- 6:45Speaker 1: he has not spoken to anybody. Why does he need
- 6:48Speaker 1: to be compelled to come forward? Why don't you just
- 6:50Speaker 1: come forward yourself? Hop in your car after you get
- 6:53Speaker 1: done at the pizza place, okay? Hop in your car,
- 6:57Speaker 1: have one of your toadies drive you to the American
- 6:59Speaker 1: embassy or wherever the FBI is going to interview you.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Have your interview and put this in your past. Isn't
- 7:05Speaker 1: that what you wanted to do with the Emily Maitlis interview,
- 7:08Speaker 1: Prince Andrew? Didn't you want to put a line under
- 7:11Speaker 1: this and move on? Well, here's your chance. Go and
- 7:14Speaker 1: talk to the FBI. Man up, homie. The Duke of York,
- 7:20Speaker 1: in fact, is eager to clear things up so he
- 7:22Speaker 1: can support his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, in her hour
- 7:26Speaker 1: of need as she leans on him after the bitter
- 7:28Speaker 1: blow of Megxit. Sources said. They're sick people. Honestly, I'm sorry,
- 7:34Speaker 1: my English listeners. I love all of you. I love
- 7:38Speaker 1: your country. England's a fantastic place. Don't get me wrong, but...
- 7:43Speaker 1: This monarchy business, you guys, what is going on with this?
- 7:46Speaker 1: You guys got to get rid of these people. Reign
- 7:48Speaker 1: these people in. So the bitter blow of Megxit, that's
- 7:53Speaker 1: the big blow. That's the big, the big riff in
- 7:56Speaker 1: the family because this kid and his wife want to split.
- 7:59Speaker 1: That's the big problem, huh? The problem isn't that Andrew,
- 8:02Speaker 1: who the queen is obviously leaning on. Okay, that's nice.
- 8:06Speaker 1: The problem isn't that Andrew was involved with Jeffrey Epstein's
- 8:08Speaker 1: trafficking ring. The problem isn't that Andrew is being credibly
- 8:12Speaker 1: accused by Virginia Roberts of partaking in that abuse. That
- 8:16Speaker 1: isn't the problem. The problem is Megxit. Get your shit together, Royals.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Come on now. The Duke accepts he made a big
- 8:27Speaker 1: mistake by continuing to see Epstein after he was convicted,
- 8:30Speaker 1: and for not showing sufficient empathy for the girls involved,
- 8:33Speaker 1: the source said. Again, the source. The source. This source.
- 8:36Speaker 1: That source. Everyone has a source. How about Prince Andrew
- 8:40Speaker 1: comes out and says this? Why doesn't he come out
- 8:42Speaker 1: and say this? He has to have his source say it? What,
- 8:45Speaker 1: he's above owning up to the fact that he's a dirtbag?
- 8:49Speaker 1: obviously he is. Because, you know, when you've grown up
- 8:52Speaker 1: the way that Prince Andrew has grown up, you can
- 8:55Speaker 1: never be wrong, folks. You are never in the wrong.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Who's going to tell the Prince of England he's wrong?
- 8:59Speaker 1: Certainly not his mother. His mother, busy running the country. Okay,
- 9:03Speaker 1: so what was he raised by? Nannies and butlers and
- 9:06Speaker 1: who the hell knows who else? This guy has no honor. Okay,
- 9:09Speaker 1: he is not an honorable man. I don't care what
- 9:12Speaker 1: he says. And he certainly does not give a spit
- 9:15Speaker 1: about the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein. He doesn't give one
- 9:20Speaker 1: god dang hoot about it he is desperate to make
- 9:24Speaker 1: up for it and is committed to the legal process
- 9:27Speaker 1: the attorney's office in new york stood by its claims
- 9:31Speaker 1: in light of the statement prince andrew issued i just
- 9:33Speaker 1: feel it's appropriate to say we've made several attempts to
- 9:37Speaker 1: contact his representatives a spokesperson told the telegraph again i'm
- 9:41Speaker 1: not the biggest supporter of the justice department in america
- 9:45Speaker 1: as everyone who listens to this podcast is aware of
- 9:48Speaker 1: I am not a fan of the two-tiered justice system either.
- 9:52Speaker 1: But what I do know is this. People like Berman,
- 9:55Speaker 1: when they're pressured, they feel like they have to make
- 9:58Speaker 1: moves when the public pressure is like this, they feel
- 10:01Speaker 1: like they have to take it seriously because it's about survival.
- 10:05Speaker 1: They want to make sure that they keep their job.
- 10:07Speaker 1: That's all they really care about. Don't get it twisted.
- 10:09Speaker 1: I'm not making Berman out to be some hero because
- 10:12Speaker 1: I highly doubt that that's going to be the case, folks.
- 10:15Speaker 1: But what I will say is this. I will say this.
- 10:19Speaker 1: That office, the SDNY office, is feeling a lot of
- 10:22Speaker 1: pressure to make some headway in this case. There's no
- 10:25Speaker 1: doubt about that. Andrew came under fire for staying at
- 10:32Speaker 1: Epstein's New York home even after the long-accused pedophile had
- 10:36Speaker 1: been convicted of child sex offenses. Accuser Virginia Roberts has
- 10:41Speaker 1: also said she was made to have sex with the
- 10:43Speaker 1: prince three times, claims which he and Buckingham Palace have
- 10:48Speaker 1: always denied. Epstein, 66, hanged himself, allegedly, in a lower
- 10:53Speaker 1: Manhattan lockup August 10th while awaiting trial on federal sex
- 10:57Speaker 1: trafficking charges. All right, folks, so the question becomes, who
- 11:02Speaker 1: do you believe? Do you believe Prince Andrew, or do
- 11:05Speaker 1: you believe the FBI and Attorney General Berman? Frankly, I
- 11:10Speaker 1: don't believe anything Andrew says, so I'm leaning towards the prosecution.
- 11:16Speaker 1: In this case, I'm leaning towards Berman and his office
- 11:19Speaker 1: of being honest about what they're doing and what their
- 11:21Speaker 1: process is, especially in regards to Prince Andrew. So that's
- 11:27Speaker 1: where I stand on this, folks. Where do you stand?
- 11:29Speaker 1: Why don't you shoot me some emails? Let me know
- 11:31Speaker 1: what you think about Prince Andrew. shoot me an email
- 11:33Speaker 1: at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. I think
- 11:43Speaker 1: it's pretty safe to say at this point that Prince
- 11:46Speaker 1: Andrew has a pretty loose relationship with the truth. This
- 11:52Speaker 1: is a man who says he's never even met Virginia Roberts.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Yet we have a picture with him and her At
- 12:02Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's house, we have eyewitness reports of them together.
- 12:10Speaker 1: And yet, Andrew has provided us with nothing but his narrative.
- 12:19Speaker 1: He has not provided one bit of evidence, not one person,
- 12:23Speaker 1: to come out and confirm his alibi. Not one person
- 12:28Speaker 1: to come out and say, look, I was there that night.
- 12:30Speaker 1: This shit never happened. These people are all telling stories.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Not one single person has come forward to say anything
- 12:37Speaker 1: like that. Meanwhile, as we see cracks begin to develop
- 12:43Speaker 1: in the dam, more and more people are coming forward
- 12:48Speaker 1: and corroborating the relationship between Andrew and Virginia. Now, if
- 12:56Speaker 1: Andrew did not do anything untowards with her, if Andrew
- 13:00Speaker 1: was not part of a sex trafficking ring, why would
- 13:03Speaker 1: he not admit to at least knowing her? Why would
- 13:07Speaker 1: he start off from the very beginning lying? And that's
- 13:12Speaker 1: basically what he's done this whole entire time, folks. If
- 13:15Speaker 1: you follow the evidence we have available to us, and
- 13:18Speaker 1: you follow the interview, and you follow the things that
- 13:21Speaker 1: have been said throughout the years... It is quite apparent
- 13:25Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew has no idea what the truth even
- 13:29Speaker 1: is in this case. You know what, I should rephrase that. Oh,
- 13:33Speaker 1: he knows what the truth is. He knows he doesn't
- 13:36Speaker 1: have it on his side. Because the evidence at this
- 13:41Speaker 1: point is damning. And like I said, as we move
- 13:47Speaker 1: forward in this case, more people are going to come forward.
- 13:50Speaker 1: We talked a little bit earlier about Ian Halperin's new
- 13:53Speaker 1: book and some of the claims that he's making. And again,
- 13:56Speaker 1: we'll have to see how true those claims are or
- 14:00Speaker 1: how close to the mark they are before we just
- 14:03Speaker 1: run around and say, oh yeah, here, look at this.
- 14:05Speaker 1: This is more evidence. But again, you're seeing more and
- 14:09Speaker 1: more of this begin to occur. More people... are becoming
- 14:14Speaker 1: more comfortable coming forward and talking about people like Prince
- 14:19Speaker 1: Andrew and their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Tonight, our article
- 14:26Speaker 1: is going to add a little bit more context to
- 14:29Speaker 1: that and show just a little bit more that Prince Andrew, a.k.a.
- 14:35Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, is trying to
- 14:39Speaker 1: give us the runaround of And trying to avoid ever
- 14:45Speaker 1: speaking to the authorities about his alleged role in this. Now,
- 14:50Speaker 1: this article was sent to me by one of the
- 14:54Speaker 1: listeners of the show. Her name is Brandy S. And
- 14:59Speaker 1: she's doing some really good research on the Jeffrey Epstein case.
- 15:04Speaker 1: And I've said it once, I'll say it a million times.
- 15:08Speaker 1: The articles that you folks send in to me, the
- 15:10Speaker 1: stuff that you send me, there might be things that
- 15:12Speaker 1: I have missed, right? Or there might be things that
- 15:14Speaker 1: we need to revisit. And this is one of those articles.
- 15:18Speaker 1: We've talked a little bit about the pilot, right? We
- 15:23Speaker 1: talked a lot about Vesovsky, but we haven't talked much
- 15:26Speaker 1: about David Rodgers. and his court testimony that put Prince
- 15:32Speaker 1: Andrew on a plane with Jeffrey Epstein and Virginia Roberts.
- 15:37Speaker 1: This is a court document. This isn't just some guy,
- 15:39Speaker 1: you know, saying some stuff to get noticed or anything
- 15:43Speaker 1: like that. So you add this up with everything else
- 15:47Speaker 1: we already know, and it really starts to paint the
- 15:50Speaker 1: picture for you that Prince Andrew, aka the Joe Exotic
- 15:55Speaker 1: of the Windsor family, is straight up telling tales. So again,
- 16:02Speaker 1: thanks Brandy S. Thanks to everybody out there who sends
- 16:05Speaker 1: me articles. You guys are incredibly awesome. And Brandy, please
- 16:08Speaker 1: keep up the great work. All right, our article from
- 16:12Speaker 1: The Sun, headline, One Fly With Me. Prince Andrew was
- 16:17Speaker 1: on private jet with pedo Jeffrey Epstein and sex slave
- 16:20Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, says pilot. This article was authored by James Beale,
- 16:26Speaker 1: Greg Woodfield, and Emily Andrews. It was published on November
- 16:31Speaker 1: 18th of 2019. Prince Andrew flew on a private plane
- 16:37Speaker 1: with pedo friend Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged 17-year-old sex
- 16:41Speaker 1: slave Virginia Roberts, the pilot claims. Some pretty big claims, right?
- 16:46Speaker 1: And again... If it was just in a vacuum and
- 16:49Speaker 1: there were no other accusations, it would be a bad
- 16:51Speaker 1: look for Prince Andrew, right? It would be, dude, you're
- 16:54Speaker 1: an enabling scuzzbag. You're gross. Why are you hanging out
- 16:57Speaker 1: with this scumbag Jeffrey Epstein? But it's a whole different
- 17:01Speaker 1: thing when you add in the fact that he's being
- 17:04Speaker 1: directly implicated and actually taking part in this abuse. The
- 17:12Speaker 1: allegation made in court papers is the first to place
- 17:15Speaker 1: Andrew and Roberts on Epstein's plane together. So we have
- 17:19Speaker 1: them now placed by witnesses on the plane, on the island,
- 17:24Speaker 1: in England. So, I mean, come on, folks. Are we
- 17:28Speaker 1: to believe that all of these people got together and
- 17:32Speaker 1: they're conspiring against Prince Andrew? Why would they do that?
- 17:37Speaker 1: Why would this pilot lie? Why would Steve Scully lie?
- 17:42Speaker 1: Why would those girls who said that they saw Andrew
- 17:46Speaker 1: and Virginia in the club at Tramp, why would they lie? Meanwhile,
- 17:52Speaker 1: we haven't gotten anything from the Prince. We haven't gotten
- 17:56Speaker 1: any sort of tangible defense whatsoever. In court testimony, David Rogers, 66,
- 18:03Speaker 1: said one trip saw Epstein, Andrew, and then 17-year-old Virginia
- 18:08Speaker 1: heading to the U.S. Virgin Islands. And again, Andrew says
- 18:12Speaker 1: he doesn't even know Virginia, but you were on a
- 18:15Speaker 1: plane with her, you took a picture with her, you're
- 18:18Speaker 1: in a club with her, but you don't even know
- 18:21Speaker 1: who she is, huh? And you expect people to buy that?
- 18:25Speaker 1: And then other people wonder... why people are digging deeper
- 18:29Speaker 1: into Andrew and want to know more about what went on.
- 18:33Speaker 1: It's obvious from just the evidence that we have that
- 18:37Speaker 1: this guy is not telling the truth. In my opinion,
- 18:41Speaker 1: this man is not telling the truth one single bit.
- 18:46Speaker 1: I have not seen one bit of evidence that would
- 18:49Speaker 1: point me in the direction of saying, yeah, you know,
- 18:53Speaker 1: We got to take a look at the other side here.
- 18:55Speaker 1: The evidence that's being produced is pretty strong, so we're
- 18:58Speaker 1: going to have to, you know, dig through. There's none
- 19:00Speaker 1: of that. Zero. Nothing. Un gots. The financier, pedophile, who
- 19:08Speaker 1: killed himself in jail in August ahead of a trial
- 19:10Speaker 1: for sex trafficking minors, had a private island there where
- 19:14Speaker 1: he is said to have held orgies involving underage girls.
- 19:20Speaker 1: And in his explosive interview with BBC's Newsnight, Andrew acknowledged
- 19:24Speaker 1: he'd stayed on Epstein's private island, visited his home in
- 19:27Speaker 1: Palm Beach, Florida, and traveled on his private plane. Isn't
- 19:31Speaker 1: that nice? I don't really know, you know, Virginia, but
- 19:35Speaker 1: I've been to all of these places where she was
- 19:37Speaker 1: a mainstay. I've been around, you know, on the plane
- 19:40Speaker 1: with Epstein, to Palm Beach, to New York, you know,
- 19:44Speaker 1: you name it. But I don't know Virginia. I never
- 19:47Speaker 1: met her. Those pictures, that's a lie. Those things those
- 19:50Speaker 1: are too fat. That couldn't be me. This is the
- 19:52Speaker 1: sort of shit they expect us to believe. He said
- 19:58Speaker 1: he wanted to learn more about the international business world.
- 20:01Speaker 1: And so that was another reason for going to visit
- 20:03Speaker 1: the U.S. financier, pedophile, in New York as the prince
- 20:07Speaker 1: became special representative of for international trade and investment. That's
- 20:12Speaker 1: such bullshit. So you mean to tell me there's nobody
- 20:15Speaker 1: in the financial sector in England that you could have
- 20:19Speaker 1: talked to to help you out here? There's nobody at all, huh?
- 20:24Speaker 1: No great financial minds in England. You had to go
- 20:27Speaker 1: and get Jeffrey Epstein to help you out. A man
- 20:30Speaker 1: with exactly one client on the books. So what was
- 20:34Speaker 1: the draw? Why did you need Jeffrey Epstein... to point
- 20:38Speaker 1: you in the right direction. Why did you need Jeffrey
- 20:41Speaker 1: Epstein to act as your Gandalf? Rogers' legal deposition marks
- 20:49Speaker 1: the first time anyone has alleged Andrew and Virginia were
- 20:52Speaker 1: on Epstein's plane at the same time. Virginia claims Andrew
- 20:57Speaker 1: had sex with her when she was a teenager. He
- 21:00Speaker 1: has always strenuously denied it. But again, it's all fine
- 21:04Speaker 1: and well if it was just the plane, right? How
- 21:06Speaker 1: many denials are they going to make from the Andrew
- 21:09Speaker 1: side of the equation? How many times are they going
- 21:12Speaker 1: to deny things that we can tangibly prove? And how
- 21:15Speaker 1: many times are people going to continue to believe that shit?
- 21:21Speaker 1: This is obviously, obviously something that occurred. It's obvious that
- 21:29Speaker 1: Andrew and Virginia knew each other. And it is quite
- 21:33Speaker 1: obvious to me, at the very least, in my opinion...
- 21:36Speaker 1: that Andrew is lying through his teeth about all of it.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Rogers' claim will increase the pressure on Andrew to now
- 21:48Speaker 1: reveal everything he knows about Epstein. Now, you have to think,
- 21:52Speaker 1: the prosecutors have seen all of this as well, right?
- 21:56Speaker 1: They know about the deposition. You have to think that
- 21:59Speaker 1: the SDNY knows that Andrew was on this plane. They
- 22:03Speaker 1: have the court documents to prove that he was on
- 22:05Speaker 1: this plane with Virginia, by the way. And when they
- 22:09Speaker 1: talk to him, they're going to have a bunch of
- 22:13Speaker 1: other information that he probably doesn't even know that they have.
- 22:18Speaker 1: And that is why his legal team is fighting tooth
- 22:21Speaker 1: and nail to keep him out of the chair. They
- 22:24Speaker 1: know he's going to perjure himself. It is among 2,000
- 22:29Speaker 1: court documents relating to a settled defamation case involving her
- 22:34Speaker 1: and British socialite, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all-around scumbag
- 22:39Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell. Roberts claimed Maxwell, Epstein's sometime girlfriend, groomed underage
- 22:45Speaker 1: girls for him. That case was later struck out and
- 22:48Speaker 1: the claims have never been tested in court. Pilots Courts
- 22:54Speaker 1: Claim Rogers does not allege any wrongdoing by Prince Andrew
- 22:59Speaker 1: on the flights. His testimony says he flew Epstein's private jet,
- 23:03Speaker 1: which ferried VIP guests, including U.S. President Bill Clinton, model
- 23:08Speaker 1: Naomi Campbell, and Sex Scandal Hollywood star Kevin Spacey. And again,
- 23:14Speaker 1: this isn't about him corroborating abuse. This is about circumstantial
- 23:20Speaker 1: evidence being compiled. They were in each other's company. when
- 23:25Speaker 1: Andrew said they were not. They were on the plane together.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Andrew says that never occurred. Andrew was fondling Virginia, according
- 23:34Speaker 1: to Steve Scully. And again, Andrew says nothing like that
- 23:39Speaker 1: has ever happened. Well, he says that it never happened.
- 23:44Speaker 1: Virginia is adamant that it did. And only one of
- 23:47Speaker 1: them has provided any evidence to back up their story.
- 23:51Speaker 1: And it most certainly is not the Joe Exotic of
- 23:54Speaker 1: the Windsor family. It also claims Andrew was aboard a
- 24:00Speaker 1: number of times, including two flights with Virginia. So that's
- 24:03Speaker 1: two flights with Virginia that they were together. They met
- 24:07Speaker 1: each other. They hung out at the very least. So
- 24:10Speaker 1: why did Andrew even lie about that? I hate to
- 24:12Speaker 1: reiterate that question, but it's very important that we ask
- 24:16Speaker 1: ourselves that. He says the Virgin Islands flight took place
- 24:22Speaker 1: on April 11th, 2001 with Maxwell also among the guests.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Rogers also claims Andrew was on a flight on the
- 24:32Speaker 1: 31st of March from Santa Fe, New Mexico to Florida.
- 24:36Speaker 1: He says other passengers on the 22-seat Gulfstream jet included Epstein, Maxwell,
- 24:41Speaker 1: and Virginia. Now remember, folks, in February, when I went
- 24:45Speaker 1: to Santa Fe, New Mexico, and I went down to
- 24:47Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch and I talked to the sources down there,
- 24:50Speaker 1: That had reached out to me. They told me the
- 24:53Speaker 1: same thing. That Prince Andrew for sure. 100% without a doubt.
- 24:58Speaker 1: Was at Zorro Ranch. And in Santa Fe. Without a doubt.
- 25:05Speaker 1: And here we go again. Hearing about it. More corroborating witnesses.
- 25:09Speaker 1: More corroborating stories. And the quicksand. Becomes much. Tougher. for
- 25:18Speaker 1: Andrew to extricate himself from. I mean, if you're a
- 25:23Speaker 1: prosecutor in this case, how do you not look at
- 25:27Speaker 1: all of this evidence and not indict this man? He
- 25:35Speaker 1: says other, excuse me, Royal Court circular documents show Andrew
- 25:39Speaker 1: had engagements in London on March 28th and April 2nd.
- 25:43Speaker 1: So it is possible he could have been on the
- 25:45Speaker 1: Epstein plane. Yeah. No shit, it's possible. What do you
- 25:49Speaker 1: mean it's possible? I mean, the logs say so, right?
- 25:55Speaker 1: Why would this pilot lie about him being on the plane?
- 26:01Speaker 1: The craziest thing is that it's provable, right? We can
- 26:05Speaker 1: prove that he was on this plane, that he was
- 26:08Speaker 1: in these places. And he won't even be honest about that.
- 26:17Speaker 1: Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in jail ahead of trial
- 26:21Speaker 1: for sex trafficking minors. Buckingham Palace refused to further clarify
- 26:25Speaker 1: Andrew's movements over that period. On April 9th, Andrew began
- 26:29Speaker 1: an official visit to the U.S., arriving in New York
- 26:33Speaker 1: that day. Flight logs show Virginia flew to New York
- 26:36Speaker 1: with Epstein on April 9th. Boy, that adds up and
- 26:40Speaker 1: lines up pretty coincidentally, huh? Pretty funny how that all
- 26:43Speaker 1: adds up, how that all lines up. I mean, come on.
- 26:49Speaker 1: It is so obvious what was going on here. The
- 26:53Speaker 1: prince also flew to Boston for official engagements before returning
- 26:56Speaker 1: to New York on April 11th. On that day, Rogers
- 27:00Speaker 1: says Andrew flew from New Jersey to the Virgin Islands.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Court circulars do not state Andrew's whereabouts for the next
- 27:07Speaker 1: few days, but a newspaper report places him in the
- 27:10Speaker 1: Bahamas by April 15th. Huh, another coincidence, I guess, right?
- 27:15Speaker 1: I mean, the Bahamas isn't close to the Virgin Islands
- 27:18Speaker 1: or anything. I mean, it's not just a hop, skip,
- 27:20Speaker 1: and a jump. I mean, they'd really want us to
- 27:25Speaker 1: believe this shit. They really want us to believe, and
- 27:27Speaker 1: they really think we're going to believe, that Prince Andrew
- 27:31Speaker 1: never met Virginia, never been in her presence, and obviously
- 27:36Speaker 1: never did anything that could even be misconstrued as out
- 27:42Speaker 1: of line. Meanwhile, back in reality, we all know there
- 27:47Speaker 1: is another narrative, the real narrative, the truth. Rogers also
- 27:55Speaker 1: claims that on August 7th, 2001, Prince Andrew was on
- 27:58Speaker 1: the maiden flight of Epstein's infamous Lolita Express. The Boeing 727,
- 28:03Speaker 1: replacing his Gulfstream, had a bed which Epstein allegedly used
- 28:07Speaker 1: for orgies. The Duke did not have any diary events
- 28:11Speaker 1: listed for August 2001. There are also discrepancies in Roger's testimony.
- 28:17Speaker 1: He claims Andrew was on a 4th of July 2001
- 28:20Speaker 1: flight from the Virgin Islands to Florida along with Roberts
- 28:23Speaker 1: and Epstein. But the Royal Diary shows he was in
- 28:26Speaker 1: the UK on that date. Flight logs for the trips
- 28:29Speaker 1: do not feature Andrew's name, but the initials AP. So
- 28:35Speaker 1: there's a bit of a discrepancy here, right? I don't know.
- 28:41Speaker 1: Do they lie in the royal diary? Are they beyond
- 28:44Speaker 1: that at this point? I don't know, folks. To be
- 28:46Speaker 1: honest with you, I don't know. I don't have concrete
- 28:49Speaker 1: evidence one way or the other about July 4th here,
- 28:53Speaker 1: but I don't put it above the royal family to
- 28:56Speaker 1: be a... covering for her Andrew, right? Especially back then,
- 29:01Speaker 1: they didn't want this fallout. They knew the disaster that
- 29:04Speaker 1: this would be. So who's to say what they put
- 29:07Speaker 1: in that diary? Is there oversight over it? I didn't
- 29:10Speaker 1: even know that there was a royal diary, to be
- 29:11Speaker 1: honest with you. So I'm not going to talk too
- 29:14Speaker 1: much about that. The initials had previously been used for
- 29:18Speaker 1: Epstein's designer, Albert Pinto. Rogers identified Andrew in his testimony.
- 29:24Speaker 1: The initials AP may have also been used for Epstein's chef,
- 29:28Speaker 1: Adam Perry Lang. Billionaire Epstein, 66, hanged himself in jail
- 29:33Speaker 1: on August 10th, allegedly. The inquiry is now focusing on
- 29:37Speaker 1: several alleged co-conspirators believed to include Maxwell, 57, the daughter
- 29:42Speaker 1: of disgraced newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell. Virginia claims she was
- 29:47Speaker 1: held a sex slave by Epstein and trafficked to his
- 29:49Speaker 1: friends while a teenager. And we know, obviously, that Maxwell
- 29:53Speaker 1: is also arrested and she is waiting sentencing in And
- 29:58Speaker 1: they were not screwing around when they said that the
- 30:00Speaker 1: co-conspirators were being focused on, obviously. Hopefully there's more. I
- 30:04Speaker 1: think there will be. But for now, at the very least,
- 30:09Speaker 1: we've seen some movement with Maxwell getting arrested. A source
- 30:14Speaker 1: close to Andrew said if law enforcement agencies or police
- 30:17Speaker 1: want to talk to the Duke or any royal, they
- 30:19Speaker 1: just need to ask. Buckingham Palace said, this evidence statement
- 30:24Speaker 1: was submitted in a case in which the Duke was
- 30:26Speaker 1: not a party and in which any suggestion of impropriety
- 30:29Speaker 1: with underage minors is categorically untrue. Boy, how the tune
- 30:34Speaker 1: has changed now, huh? The no comments, we're not in
- 30:37Speaker 1: charge of the Prince's comments anymore, etc., etc. As the
- 30:41Speaker 1: fallout grows, the distancing begins. The statements show a number
- 30:48Speaker 1: of inconsistencies between the Duke's alleged location and his actual
- 30:52Speaker 1: location when checked with the court circular. In some cases,
- 30:56Speaker 1: he is on different continents. It is emphatically denied that
- 31:00Speaker 1: the Duke of York had any form of sexual contact
- 31:03Speaker 1: or relationship with Virginia Roberts. Any claim to the contrary
- 31:07Speaker 1: is false and without foundation. Well, I don't buy any
- 31:11Speaker 1: of that, for sure. Not one bit, okay? False? And
- 31:16Speaker 1: without foundation? No, it's built on a pretty stable foundation.
- 31:21Speaker 1: If anything is built on a foundation that's going to
- 31:25Speaker 1: give way, if anything is built on a foundation of sand,
- 31:31Speaker 1: it's the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family's story. If

- 31:47Speaker 1: find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All of
- 31:54Speaker 1: the links that go with this article can be found
- 31:56Speaker 1: in the description box. Back to the Epstein Chronicles. We've
- 32:01Speaker 1: been talking a whole lot about the picture of Virginia
- 32:04Speaker 1: Roberts with Prince Andrew at Ghislaine Maxwell's house in Belgravia. Now...
- 32:10Speaker 1: According to Prince Andrew's surrogates, according to Prince Andrew's legal team,
- 32:15Speaker 1: they can't even verify if that picture is real. According
- 32:19Speaker 1: to them, Andrew has no recollection of that picture ever
- 32:22Speaker 1: being taken. And his surrogates have even taken it a
- 32:26Speaker 1: step further and saying that the picture has been doctored,
- 32:30Speaker 1: it's been photoshopped, and that Irish stunt doubles and body
- 32:34Speaker 1: doubles were also involved. Oh, did I tell you the
- 32:37Speaker 1: part about it all being a plot to overthrow the monarchy?
- 32:42Speaker 1: Because that's what his surrogates are saying. Now, I highly
- 32:45Speaker 1: doubt that his legal team is going to take the
- 32:47Speaker 1: same approach and say that this is an attack on
- 32:49Speaker 1: the monarchy, but I've been shocked before, and folks, I
- 32:54Speaker 1: am sure I will be shocked in the future. But
- 32:58Speaker 1: the picture of Andrew and Virginia is certainly the hot
- 33:03Speaker 1: topic of conversation when it comes to this portion of
- 33:07Speaker 1: the Epstein fiasco. Now, we've heard that the FBI has
- 33:12Speaker 1: seen the picture. We have heard that Virginia has the
- 33:14Speaker 1: picture in storage. We have heard that the picture is
- 33:17Speaker 1: nowhere to be found. And in this article today from
- 33:20Speaker 1: the Daily Beast, they go into it a little bit more,
- 33:23Speaker 1: a little more context about the picture, the location of
- 33:26Speaker 1: the picture, who has it, where it is, and all
- 33:30Speaker 1: of that. Now, for me, I think that the picture
- 33:34Speaker 1: is a huge, huge piece of evidence here. And even
- 33:37Speaker 1: if the original can't be dredged up, it's going to
- 33:41Speaker 1: be hard for Prince Andrew to claim that this is
- 33:44Speaker 1: a doctored photo, a faked photo, when you have the
- 33:47Speaker 1: Kiwi journalist... who has already went on record talking about this. Now,
- 33:52Speaker 1: I know that the Daily Beast has reached out to him,
- 33:55Speaker 1: and he hasn't replied with too much more context on
- 33:58Speaker 1: what he originally said, but until we have something different,
- 34:01Speaker 1: I'm going to have to go with what the expert
- 34:03Speaker 1: who has seen the picture has said. And for me,
- 34:07Speaker 1: like always, it's about the evidence, right? Wherever the evidence
- 34:10Speaker 1: goes is where I'm going to follow it. And if
- 34:13Speaker 1: this picture turns out to be a fake, we'll follow
- 34:15Speaker 1: that too. Because again, I'm interested in getting to the
- 34:18Speaker 1: truth here. I want to get to the bottom of
- 34:21Speaker 1: all of this because what has occurred here is absolutely draconian.
- 34:28Speaker 1: And to think that Prince Andrew and his surrogates are
- 34:31Speaker 1: going to just march around and march over people and
- 34:34Speaker 1: try and force feed a narrative, well, that's not going
- 34:36Speaker 1: to happen. We're going to look at everything thoughtfully, clinically,
- 34:41Speaker 1: and we're going to dive into it and try and
- 34:43Speaker 1: unpack it here on the podcast together. So with that said,
- 34:48Speaker 1: we have an article today from the Daily Beast and
- 34:51Speaker 1: Tom Sykes, who is the royalist correspondent. How do you
- 34:55Speaker 1: get a gig like that? Do you just show up
- 34:57Speaker 1: one day and be like, hey, I want to cover
- 34:58Speaker 1: the monarchy. I'm here to write about the queen. How
- 35:02Speaker 1: do you get that gig? All right. So headline. Epstein
- 35:07Speaker 1: survivor Virginia Roberts lost her famous photo of Prince Andrew. Well,
- 35:12Speaker 1: that doesn't sound very reassuring, does it? This article was
- 35:17Speaker 1: authored again by Tom Sykes. Virginia Roberts appears to have
- 35:22Speaker 1: lost the original of the famous photograph showing her standing
- 35:26Speaker 1: with Prince Andrew, and Andrew's legal team says her inability
- 35:29Speaker 1: to produce the original bolsters his argument that there is
- 35:33Speaker 1: doubt around the authenticity of of the image, look, they're
- 35:37Speaker 1: going to slap their jaws onto anything, and it looks
- 35:40Speaker 1: good for them, right? It certainly is a plus in
- 35:42Speaker 1: their favor. There's no sugarcoating that. There's no spinning that.
- 35:46Speaker 1: I'm not here to try and, you know, make the
- 35:48Speaker 1: landing any easier for anybody. The fact is, without that picture,
- 35:52Speaker 1: it makes things a bit more difficult for Virginia, there
- 35:54Speaker 1: is no doubt. But, not having the picture does not
- 35:58Speaker 1: end everything, considering people have saw the original, the FBI
- 36:01Speaker 1: has seen the original, so here's what I would do
- 36:04Speaker 1: if I was of Virginia's people. If the picture cannot
- 36:08Speaker 1: be located, I would call and try and subpoena the
- 36:11Speaker 1: FBI agents who were handling that evidence. And that's all
- 36:15Speaker 1: on record. That should all be cataloged by the FBI,
- 36:17Speaker 1: who handled it, who was in charge of it, where
- 36:20Speaker 1: it went, and all of that. Then you bring that
- 36:23Speaker 1: person up and you have them testify to the authenticity
- 36:26Speaker 1: of the photo to the best of their ability. You
- 36:28Speaker 1: do the same thing with the Kiwi photographer. And you
- 36:32Speaker 1: bring them all in, and you sit them down in
- 36:33Speaker 1: front of a jury, and then you let the jury decide.
- 36:36Speaker 1: That's the only other option if the picture is not available,
- 36:39Speaker 1: the actual original. The picture is not in Virginia's possession.
- 36:47Speaker 1: A source with excellent connections to Roberts told the Daily Beast. Now,
- 36:52Speaker 1: I'm not one to really challenge people on their sources
- 36:56Speaker 1: and whatnot. And the Daily Beast has done pretty good reporting.
- 36:59Speaker 1: So I'm not going to challenge the veracity of their source.
- 37:04Speaker 1: But again, you always have to be aware of misdirection
- 37:07Speaker 1: and not just coming from Prince Andrew. Let's remember, David
- 37:10Speaker 1: Boies is a shrewd man as well. And if he
- 37:13Speaker 1: feels like some misdirection can be helpful, he's not above that.
- 37:17Speaker 1: So while the source might be saying that to the
- 37:19Speaker 1: Daily Beast, we'll have to wait for confirmation to find
- 37:22Speaker 1: out one way or the other, because it could just
- 37:24Speaker 1: be posturing. The picture, which famously shows Roberts as a
- 37:29Speaker 1: smiling 17-year-old with Andrew's arm slung around her bare midriff,
- 37:34Speaker 1: went missing from her care at some point between 2011
- 37:37Speaker 1: and 2016. So far, the picture has earned Roberts in
- 37:43Speaker 1: excess of $ 160, 000 in media fees and has been examined
- 37:47Speaker 1: as potential evidence against Jeffrey Epstein by the FBI. And
- 37:51Speaker 1: that's where the rubber will meet the road. Now, if
- 37:54Speaker 1: the FBI examined this like everybody says they did, then
- 37:57Speaker 1: they should have that on record, even if the original
- 38:00Speaker 1: does not exist. Do you think that a jury is
- 38:03Speaker 1: not going to believe an FBI agent that gets up
- 38:05Speaker 1: there and swears under oath that they saw this picture,
- 38:08Speaker 1: that the picture was real? I mean, come on. So,
- 38:12Speaker 1: what this is, this is more of a public... a
- 38:15Speaker 1: public opinion push by Prince Andrew and his people. They
- 38:18Speaker 1: want to take the narrative. They're looking to control the
- 38:20Speaker 1: narrative here, folks. That's exactly what's going on. And for
- 38:23Speaker 1: those who might not be aware of what they're up to, well,
- 38:26Speaker 1: I'm here to tell you. They're trying to gaslight you.
- 38:29Speaker 1: They're trying to throw enough mud in the water so
- 38:31Speaker 1: you can't see where you're swimming. Now, according to iNews,
- 38:37Speaker 1: Andrew's legal team has asked for access to the original
- 38:39Speaker 1: picture so its authenticity can be evaluated by experts. And look,
- 38:44Speaker 1: I do not blame them one bit. If this was
- 38:46Speaker 1: my client, I'd be asking for the same thing. I'd
- 38:48Speaker 1: want the original. It certainly gives them a bit of
- 38:51Speaker 1: a life preserver, doesn't it? Something to sink their teeth in,
- 38:54Speaker 1: considering they haven't had shit to work with up until now.
- 39:00Speaker 1: So it's fortunate for them if this picture is not
- 39:03Speaker 1: around anymore. And honestly, it's their best hope to have
- 39:07Speaker 1: some kind of semblance of a defense. Because if and
- 39:10Speaker 1: when this picture is provided... it's going to sink Prince Andrew.
- 39:15Speaker 1: It's really going to be bad for him if this
- 39:16Speaker 1: picture is provided because of how aggressively they're trying to
- 39:20Speaker 1: say that the picture is fake. However, no one on
- 39:26Speaker 1: Robert's legal team knows where it is or, indeed, has
- 39:30Speaker 1: ever seen the original of the photograph, which Andrew has
- 39:33Speaker 1: long alleged is not authentic, the Daily Beast can reveal.
- 39:37Speaker 1: That's interesting. The Daily Beast says that nobody on our
- 39:40Speaker 1: team has ever seen that picture, huh? It does make sense, though,
- 39:43Speaker 1: because it wasn't like Virginia was with this legal team
- 39:46Speaker 1: back then. She didn't really have legal representation back then.
- 39:52Speaker 1: One well-placed insider on Robert's side told the Daily Beast
- 39:55Speaker 1: they didn't know if the original of the picture still existed.
- 39:58Speaker 1: And again, look, this can be posturing. We don't really
- 40:01Speaker 1: know what's going on behind the scenes. We don't know
- 40:03Speaker 1: what sort of strategy Boyz is employing. We don't know
- 40:06Speaker 1: what he's going to do here, what his plans are.
- 40:09Speaker 1: And this could be misdirection, trying to get the prince
- 40:12Speaker 1: to come out and his team to come out, overstep,
- 40:15Speaker 1: say something ridiculous, and then, bang, produce the picture. Very possible.
- 40:20Speaker 1: Do I know what's going to happen? Absolutely not. Certainly
- 40:24Speaker 1: don't have any tea leaves to read here, folks, but
- 40:27Speaker 1: when you see all the pieces start to fall into place,
- 40:29Speaker 1: it makes it a lot easier to evaluate what's occurring.
- 40:35Speaker 1: This critical piece of evidence is missing after being haphazardly
- 40:38Speaker 1: stuffed into one of several storage boxes and shipped from
- 40:42Speaker 1: Colorado to Sydney when Roberts emigrated to Australia at some
- 40:46Speaker 1: point between 2011 and 2016. So, typical, you're in a move,
- 40:52Speaker 1: stuff gets misplaced, gets lost, lost in the shuffle. Now,
- 40:58Speaker 1: Andrew's team would say, well, look, this proves that the
- 41:00Speaker 1: picture is fake. It doesn't even exist. Whereas Virginia's team
- 41:05Speaker 1: can say, well, the real issue here is Virginia wasn't
- 41:10Speaker 1: trying to use this picture as evidence. This picture was
- 41:12Speaker 1: just in a stack. It was found by somebody else,
- 41:15Speaker 1: the Daily Mail. And Virginia never even thought it was
- 41:18Speaker 1: a super important piece of evidence. So she just put
- 41:20Speaker 1: it with her other pictures. See how that works? See
- 41:23Speaker 1: how it works to throw disinformation or misinformation or seeds
- 41:28Speaker 1: of descent into the party? It's not very difficult to do.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Andrew's camp is now seized on the fact that the
- 41:36Speaker 1: artifact is apparently lost, arguing that without the hard copy original,
- 41:41Speaker 1: there is no way of knowing if the image we
- 41:43Speaker 1: are all familiar with, and that has done so much
- 41:46Speaker 1: to condemn Andrew in the court of public opinion, has
- 41:49Speaker 1: been manipulated. Look, that is certainly a contention that his
- 41:52Speaker 1: team can make. I'm not going to sit here and
- 41:54Speaker 1: gaslight you and say this is not something they can
- 41:57Speaker 1: sink their teeth into. It certainly is. It's going to
- 41:59Speaker 1: be a battle royale now. And I've said from the
- 42:02Speaker 1: beginning that in my opinion, the picture is a huge deal.
- 42:05Speaker 1: It's a huge part of evidence. And it certainly is
- 42:08Speaker 1: something that pushes the conversation in Virginia's favor. Because it
- 42:13Speaker 1: shows that Andrew's a liar, right? He takes a picture
- 42:16Speaker 1: with this girl. Obviously was hanging out with this girl.
- 42:19Speaker 1: Then he says he doesn't know her. He's never been
- 42:20Speaker 1: around her. But we have evidence from other witnesses even
- 42:24Speaker 1: saying that they've been seen together. So why would I
- 42:27Speaker 1: believe Prince Andrew telling me that this picture is a fake?
- 42:30Speaker 1: I'm going to need more than that. Andrew has always
- 42:37Speaker 1: said he has no recollection of ever meeting Roberts and
- 42:40Speaker 1: strenuously denies her claims they had sex. He has strongly
- 42:43Speaker 1: suggested the picture had been altered, and his legal team
- 42:47Speaker 1: told the Daily Beast that, having questions about the picture's authenticity,
- 42:51Speaker 1: they sought the original from Roberts' side, but were not
- 42:54Speaker 1: given it. And again, this certainly gives some credibility to
- 42:59Speaker 1: the narrative trying to be pushed by Prince Andrew's side.
- 43:02Speaker 1: There's no doubt. This is a battle for narratives, folks.
- 43:05Speaker 1: It's a battle for public opinion. And Prince Andrew's team,
- 43:09Speaker 1: they're going to seize on this opportunity. And they're going
- 43:11Speaker 1: to try and push the issue that this picture, oh,
- 43:13Speaker 1: you can't provide it, so it's fake. A source familiar
- 43:19Speaker 1: with Andrew's thinking and legal strategy recently told the Daily
- 43:22Speaker 1: Beast that Andrew considered the photograph of Andrew and Roberts
- 43:26Speaker 1: irrelevant unless and until the original was produced. Well, that's
- 43:31Speaker 1: not a good idea. If that's the way your legal
- 43:33Speaker 1: team is going to go about it, you're going to
- 43:34Speaker 1: have big trouble. Do you really think that a reproduction
- 43:38Speaker 1: of a picture has never been introduced as evidence before?
- 43:43Speaker 1: I mean, come on now. So again, Prince Andrew playing
- 43:47Speaker 1: with fire here, folks, and it goes to show you
- 43:48Speaker 1: he has nothing to go on. When this is all
- 43:50Speaker 1: you have to use as evidence or to try and
- 43:53Speaker 1: sink your teeth into, it really, what they're trying to
- 43:57Speaker 1: do is take away from the main narrative of the story.
- 43:59Speaker 1: They're trying to take away from the fact that Prince
- 44:01Speaker 1: Andrew was Jeffrey Epstein's BFF, was hanging out with Glenn Maxwell,
- 44:06Speaker 1: and it's a fact that he was around girls who
- 44:08Speaker 1: were abused. That's what they're trying to take the spotlight
- 44:12Speaker 1: off of, right? Oh, well... The picture is fake. Okay, well,
- 44:16Speaker 1: nice try, and I guess we'll get to that point
- 44:18Speaker 1: as well. But, as of now, nothing you folks have
- 44:23Speaker 1: brought to the table has pushed the needle in your favor.
- 44:30Speaker 1: Melissa Lerner, Andrew's attorney, told the Daily Beast that the
- 44:33Speaker 1: provenance of the photo was important, as it had played
- 44:36Speaker 1: a key role in legitimizing Robert's story and putting her
- 44:39Speaker 1: together in the same place with Andrew and Maxwell. That
- 44:42Speaker 1: is a fact. I can't disagree with that. That definitely
- 44:46Speaker 1: is a fact. But there's a lot more there. It's
- 44:48Speaker 1: not just the picture. Now, the picture is what pushes
- 44:51Speaker 1: it over the cliff, no doubt, and solidifies it. And
- 44:55Speaker 1: without the picture, it certainly would have been a lot
- 44:57Speaker 1: harder for Virginia to get people to really, you know,
- 45:02Speaker 1: lock into her story and believe what's going on here.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Because what do I always say? Big claims need big evidence.
- 45:10Speaker 1: And what more evidence can you possibly have than a
- 45:12Speaker 1: picture with the dude? Lerner added that the photo has
- 45:16Speaker 1: helped draw attention away from inconsistencies in Robert's account. This
- 45:21Speaker 1: is very slick what she's doing here. She's flipping the
- 45:23Speaker 1: script here. What they're trying to do is draw away
- 45:26Speaker 1: the inconsistencies in Andrew's account by pointing out that this
- 45:29Speaker 1: photo is supposedly a fake. That's what they're trying to do.
- 45:32Speaker 1: But you see what she does with her words here?
- 45:35Speaker 1: She's saying it's the other way around and it's Virginia
- 45:38Speaker 1: who's trying to create inconsistencies. Asked if she really believed
- 45:43Speaker 1: the photo was fake, Lerner said, There are concerns about
- 45:46Speaker 1: its authenticity. The legal team requested the original from Robert's
- 45:50Speaker 1: attorneys in November 2021, and it was not provided to them. Interesting, again,
- 45:55Speaker 1: there are concerns. See how she doesn't fully commit to
- 45:59Speaker 1: saying that the picture is a fake? Because they don't
- 46:01Speaker 1: believe it's a fake. What they're trying to do here
- 46:03Speaker 1: is smokescreen you. What they're trying to do here is
- 46:06Speaker 1: cause enough chaos, cause enough dissent, cause enough chips to
- 46:10Speaker 1: the credibility that people start saying to themselves, oh, maybe
- 46:13Speaker 1: this picture was a fake. But none of the evidence
- 46:17Speaker 1: lines up with that narrative as of yet anyway. The
- 46:23Speaker 1: story of the loss of the picture was told by
- 46:25Speaker 1: Roberts in a 2016 deposition taken as part of her
- 46:29Speaker 1: successful libel action against Ghislaine Maxwell. The sworn testimony was
- 46:33Speaker 1: only unsealed in 2020. She said that in 2011, she
- 46:36Speaker 1: gave the picture to the FBI. It is thought that
- 46:41Speaker 1: this was part of their investigations into Epstein, and the
- 46:44Speaker 1: photo had come to their attention as a result of
- 46:46Speaker 1: its publication by the Mail on Sunday. The FBI copied
- 46:50Speaker 1: it and handed back the original the same year Robert
- 46:53Speaker 1: Sedner testimony. So, the FBI has the master copy, if
- 46:57Speaker 1: they don't have the original. And that's a huge point
- 47:01Speaker 1: right there. So the FBI having the master copy is
- 47:04Speaker 1: definitely a big deal. And if they can't find the original,
- 47:07Speaker 1: then what they need to do is subpoena that master copy.
- 47:11Speaker 1: And like I said in the opening of the show,
- 47:12Speaker 1: bring forth all the agents who were involved in the
- 47:15Speaker 1: chain of custody. Get everybody locked and loaded and under oath. Look,
- 47:18Speaker 1: let's get to the bottom of this shit. The FBI
- 47:21Speaker 1: declined to confirm to the Daily Beast if they had
- 47:24Speaker 1: been past the photograph, if they had handed it back,
- 47:27Speaker 1: or if they thought it was genuine. Alright, so, well,
- 47:31Speaker 1: that's what the FBI usually does, right? It says nothing.
- 47:34Speaker 1: Not shocked there. When attorney Laura Menninger asked her in
- 47:40Speaker 1: the course of that deposition where the original was, Roberts replied,
- 47:44Speaker 1: I probably still have it. It's not in my possession
- 47:46Speaker 1: right now. Menninger pressed her and Joffrey told her the
- 47:49Speaker 1: original photo was probably in some storage boxes in Sydney. Boy,
- 47:54Speaker 1: I really hope it is. That would be nice for
- 47:56Speaker 1: Virginia if it was, and it would be... a hammer
- 47:59Speaker 1: strike to Prince Andrew. If that picture is provided, it's
- 48:03Speaker 1: a wrap for Prince Andrew, folks. Without that picture, a
- 48:05Speaker 1: little bit more difficult, no doubt about it. But it
- 48:08Speaker 1: doesn't mean that, you know, oh, well, that's it. The
- 48:11Speaker 1: lawsuit's over. No way. Again, there are so many nuanced
- 48:15Speaker 1: things that are going on behind the scenes, and the
- 48:18Speaker 1: fact that the FBI has seen that original, the Kiwi
- 48:21Speaker 1: photographer has seen the original, it really throws a little
- 48:24Speaker 1: bit of cold water on Prince Andrew and his team
- 48:27Speaker 1: trying to snatch the narrative here. Asked if it was
- 48:31Speaker 1: accurate that from 2011, when the FBI gave the picture back,
- 48:36Speaker 1: until the specified date she left Colorado, the original was
- 48:39Speaker 1: in her personal possession, Roberts replied, yes. What other documents
- 48:44Speaker 1: related to this case are in those storage boxes in Australia?
- 48:47Speaker 1: Menninger asked. Roberts replied, Documents related to this case? I
- 48:51Speaker 1: don't know. I really can't tell you. I mean, there's
- 48:53Speaker 1: seven boxes full of Nerf guns, my kids' toys, photos.
- 48:57Speaker 1: I don't know what other documents would be in there.
- 48:59Speaker 1: Sounds about right. I know when I move, I'd pack boxes.
- 49:02Speaker 1: I don't know half the time what's in them. But
- 49:05Speaker 1: I would think that a picture like that, I know
- 49:07Speaker 1: for me personally, I would have had that MF-er in
- 49:09Speaker 1: a safe. Certainly not putting that picture anywhere besides in
- 49:12Speaker 1: his save. I'd be treating it like my prized baseball
- 49:15Speaker 1: card collection. Odd as it appears, Robertson... to be saying
- 49:20Speaker 1: she took no special care of the original photo, despite
- 49:23Speaker 1: the fact that it was clearly of interest to the FBI. And,
- 49:27Speaker 1: as she also confirmed in her testimony, sales of which
- 49:30Speaker 1: had made her at least $ 164, 000. So... Again, do you
- 49:38Speaker 1: think the Daily Mail would have paid for this picture
- 49:39Speaker 1: if it wasn't real? Now, they're not above getting, you know,
- 49:43Speaker 1: okey-doked or swindled, but according to the photographer who was
- 49:48Speaker 1: working for the Daily Mail at the time, the pictures
- 49:50Speaker 1: were authentic, and then they paid the money for the pictures.
- 49:54Speaker 1: That's how that works. How Roberts must wish he could
- 50:01Speaker 1: find the original picture in those shipping boxes now. even
- 50:04Speaker 1: somewhat dog-eared and creased, it would kill stone dead Andrew's
- 50:08Speaker 1: claim never to have met her. And it definitely would.
- 50:12Speaker 1: But also, I think we're forgetting about the testimony of
- 50:14Speaker 1: Steve Scully, who's going to say that he saw them together.
- 50:18Speaker 1: Or Shukri Walker, who says she saw them together. Again,
- 50:23Speaker 1: there's still a lot more going on here that we
- 50:25Speaker 1: have not seen. And I'm guessing more people even speaking
- 50:28Speaker 1: to the attorneys behind the scenes. And that goes for
- 50:30Speaker 1: both sides. Instead, Roberts Camp admits the awkward truth is
- 50:36Speaker 1: that the photo was effectively lost. Their court action seeking
- 50:39Speaker 1: to use instead a reproduction of the widely disseminated copy
- 50:43Speaker 1: of the photo first published by the Mail on Sunday.
- 50:46Speaker 1: This copy is in actuality a photo of the original
- 50:49Speaker 1: photo taken by a freelance New Zealand photojournalist in 2011.
- 50:54Speaker 1: Copying a photograph by taking a photo of it is
- 50:57Speaker 1: a standard news-gathering technique to obtain an image without requiring
- 51:01Speaker 1: the owner to relinquish the original. And see, that's where
- 51:05Speaker 1: the rubber meets the road for me. If it was
- 51:07Speaker 1: just Virginia, her word against Prince Andrews, I would have
- 51:12Speaker 1: to be a little bit more in the middle here, saying,
- 51:15Speaker 1: all right, well, it could be fake. I don't think
- 51:18Speaker 1: it is, but it could be. But when you have
- 51:20Speaker 1: all the other stuff, and you hear from the Kiwi
- 51:26Speaker 1: journalist here, it's kind of difficult to not believe what's
- 51:31Speaker 1: going on, what Virginia is saying, considering the only expert
- 51:36Speaker 1: in the whole entire ordeal has said that the picture
- 51:39Speaker 1: is real. The photograph was in the news again recently
- 51:44Speaker 1: after renewed fakery allegations were made by Andrew's ex-girlfriend, Lady
- 51:48Speaker 1: Victoria Harvey. who alleged on Instagram that the picture was
- 51:52Speaker 1: faked using an Irish body double. You know, it must
- 51:55Speaker 1: be awesome to live in fantasy land like that. I
- 51:59Speaker 1: always wanted to live in a place where, you know,
- 52:01Speaker 1: dragons existed, wizards, all kinds of cool dwarven armies. That
- 52:07Speaker 1: shit would be great. I'm guessing that's where Lady Victoria
- 52:10Speaker 1: Hervey is residing. Hervey exclusively told the Daily Beast she
- 52:17Speaker 1: fully supported Andrew, whom she said she hasn't seen in
- 52:20Speaker 1: more than 10 years, adding, I always thought that photo
- 52:23Speaker 1: looked fake and spoke about that originally on Piers Morgan,
- 52:27Speaker 1: but got shut down. Well, you got shut down because
- 52:29Speaker 1: you're a crank. You're basically out here acting like Alex Jones.
- 52:34Speaker 1: Providing watercolor pictures, acting like they're... What are you even doing?
- 52:38Speaker 1: And why are you doing it is the real question.
- 52:40Speaker 1: What's your motivation here, Lady Victoria Hervey? Asked what she
- 52:47Speaker 1: made of Roberts' inability to produce the original, she added,
- 52:50Speaker 1: Of course there was never a photo. This was just
- 52:52Speaker 1: a digital manipulation as I put on my Insta story.
- 52:55Speaker 1: I hope she gets sued. I really hope she gets sued.
- 52:59Speaker 1: So you're saying that the FBI is lying? The Kiwi
- 53:02Speaker 1: photo journalist is lying? They've never saw that picture. It's
- 53:05Speaker 1: just a figment of everybody's imagination. But look, she put
- 53:08Speaker 1: it on her Insta story, so that makes it official. Furthermore,
- 53:11Speaker 1: what's with all of these weird-ass old people... hanging out
- 53:14Speaker 1: on TikTok and Instagram and acting like they're cool. Breaking news,
- 53:18Speaker 1: you're not cool, all right? You're not cool. You're old,
- 53:22Speaker 1: you're a has-been, and these new kids, these Gen Z
- 53:25Speaker 1: kids especially, they don't think you're cool. So stop trying
- 53:28Speaker 1: to make your stupid TikTok videos, get off of Instagram,
- 53:31Speaker 1: and go do something productive. Of her allegations that an
- 53:36Speaker 1: Irish body double was used to make the picture, she
- 53:39Speaker 1: clarified her allegations, saying, They put in the Irish guy
- 53:42Speaker 1: that one of the girls was dating. They used his
- 53:44Speaker 1: body and stuck Andrew's head on. Yeah, okay, sure. Well,
- 53:50Speaker 1: we've heard it all now from the renowned photograph expert,
- 53:54Speaker 1: Lady Victoria Henry, who probably has never even used a
- 53:58Speaker 1: real camera in her life. These people are absolutely ridiculous.
- 54:03Speaker 1: I mean, imagine having a hot take like this. Harvey's
- 54:08Speaker 1: allegations may seem wild to many, but the inability of
- 54:11Speaker 1: Roberts to produce the original print, which she said was
- 54:14Speaker 1: taken on her little yellow Kodak camera and developed when
- 54:18Speaker 1: she got back to America after the trip to London,
- 54:21Speaker 1: feeds into such narratives. Now look, if you just would
- 54:24Speaker 1: have said the picture was fake, then I wouldn't be
- 54:27Speaker 1: breaking your chops the way I am, Lady Victoria Heavy.
- 54:30Speaker 1: It's all of the other bullshit you add to it. Oh,
- 54:33Speaker 1: it's a body double. This is a big plot to
- 54:35Speaker 1: take down the monarchy. Are you fucking kidding me right now?
- 54:39Speaker 1: Give it a rest. You don't need to go with
- 54:41Speaker 1: all the salacious BS to try and push your narrative.
- 54:44Speaker 1: We know what you're doing here. And if you think
- 54:46Speaker 1: you're not going to get any pushback on it, you
- 54:48Speaker 1: are absolutely mistaken. For example, he told the BBC Newsnight,
- 54:54Speaker 1: from the investigations that we've done, you can't prove whether
- 54:57Speaker 1: or not that photograph is faked or not, because it
- 54:59Speaker 1: is a photograph of a photograph of a photograph. That's
- 55:02Speaker 1: a lie. It's a photograph of a photograph. Not three times.
- 55:05Speaker 1: Nobody can prove whether or not that photograph has been doctored,
- 55:08Speaker 1: but I don't recollect that photograph ever being taken. You're wrong.
- 55:13Speaker 1: The journalist Michael Thomas already said that it was real,
- 55:17Speaker 1: and it was a photo of a photo, not a
- 55:19Speaker 1: photo of a photo of a photo. So nice try there. Again,
- 55:23Speaker 1: this guy always plays loose with the truth. And it's
- 55:26Speaker 1: typical for people who are trying to craft a narrative.
- 55:33Speaker 1: It is true, as Andrew suggested, that the image we
- 55:36Speaker 1: have all become familiar with over the years is a
- 55:38Speaker 1: photo of a photo taken by a New Zealand photojournalist
- 55:42Speaker 1: named Michael Thomas for the Mail on Sunday. The paper,
- 55:46Speaker 1: as previously noted, paid $ 160, 000 for an interview with Roberts,
- 55:51Speaker 1: backed up by the picture. Thomas told the BBC documentary, Panorama,
- 55:56Speaker 1: it wasn't like she pulled the photo of Prince Andrew out,
- 55:59Speaker 1: it was just amongst the rest of them. They were
- 56:01Speaker 1: just typical teenage snaps. There's no way that photo is fake. So,
- 56:05Speaker 1: if he says that, why would I believe Lady Victoria Hervey? Alright?
- 56:10Speaker 1: It's very difficult for anyone to try and get me
- 56:12Speaker 1: to believe someone who is not an expert here, someone
- 56:15Speaker 1: who's never even seen the original, and someone who won't
- 56:17Speaker 1: even acknowledge that the original exists. Thomas, in a brief
- 56:23Speaker 1: text exchange with the Daily Beast, declined an interview and said,
- 56:26Speaker 1: I haven't anything to add. At the end of the day,
- 56:29Speaker 1: I just copied a photo. And what else is there
- 56:31Speaker 1: to add? He said what he said. A key player
- 56:35Speaker 1: in Robert's camp attempted to play down the significance of
- 56:38Speaker 1: the fact the original was lost, saying that oftentimes the
- 56:41Speaker 1: original of photographs were lost and only survived as copies. Well,
- 56:47Speaker 1: that might be the case, but I'm not going to
- 56:49Speaker 1: sit here and sugarcoat it for you. Not having the
- 56:51Speaker 1: original certainly is not good. It's not the optimal way
- 56:56Speaker 1: to go here. And you know that Virginia's team is
- 56:58Speaker 1: going to try and spin this a little bit, sugarcoat it,
- 57:02Speaker 1: and they're going to try and challenge the narrative. That
- 57:04Speaker 1: is their job. Asked if it was odd that Roberts
- 57:09Speaker 1: had not kept track of the original copy of such
- 57:11Speaker 1: an important photo, especially one that had been given to
- 57:14Speaker 1: the FBI, the source said, remember at the time that
- 57:17Speaker 1: she was being interviewed by the FBI, she was not
- 57:20Speaker 1: suing anybody. She was not getting any legal advice. She
- 57:23Speaker 1: has now been through six or seven years of litigation
- 57:26Speaker 1: and has lawyers advising her. And I'm sure she would
- 57:28Speaker 1: behave differently than when she was just a young girl. Well,
- 57:32Speaker 1: that's definitely a reasoning why, but I don't think the
- 57:37Speaker 1: court would accept that as an excuse. Oh, she was young.
- 57:40Speaker 1: You got to keep that picture, right? And if you're
- 57:42Speaker 1: going to go after someone like Andrew, you got to
- 57:46Speaker 1: make sure you have as many bullets in the chamber
- 57:48Speaker 1: as possible. Virginia Roberts is 38 years old. So in 2011,
- 57:55Speaker 1: she would have been 27. Yeah, that narrative doesn't work
- 57:57Speaker 1: for me. I'm sorry. Oh, she was a young girl.
- 58:00Speaker 1: 27 is not that young. The source added that they
- 58:04Speaker 1: did not think the failure to produce an original of
- 58:06Speaker 1: the photograph would affect the admissibility of the photo as
- 58:09Speaker 1: evidence and said they thought it would not be productive
- 58:13Speaker 1: for Andrew to challenge the authenticity of the image, adding
- 58:16Speaker 1: that would destroy their credibility. Even Andrew in that BBC
- 58:19Speaker 1: interview did not say it was fake. And look, I
- 58:22Speaker 1: agree with that. I think that going after this photo
- 58:25Speaker 1: is not a good look. It really is not a
- 58:27Speaker 1: good look for them because even if they try and
- 58:30Speaker 1: challenge the authenticity of it, We've seen how the court
- 58:34Speaker 1: has reacted so far, and I'm almost sure that they
- 58:38Speaker 1: would make the picture admissible either way. But I'm not
- 58:42Speaker 1: a lawyer, right? We'll have to see how it all breaks,
- 58:45Speaker 1: and we'll have to see who wins this battle of narratives.
- 58:49Speaker 1: The Roberts source insisted that while the photograph is important
- 58:52Speaker 1: in building Roberts' case against Andrew, it is not critical,
- 58:55Speaker 1: arguing that the fake reallegations have actually served to focus
- 58:58Speaker 1: minds on Andrew's I-never-met-her defense. And that is true as well.
- 59:03Speaker 1: The defense of I never met her is really a
- 59:06Speaker 1: piss poor defense. It's not solid. And it doesn't. Shake
- 59:10Speaker 1: out with reality... And the facts we know of on
- 59:13Speaker 1: the ground. The source said... The photo does not show
- 59:18Speaker 1: them having sex... But it shows that they were together.
- 59:21Speaker 1: It shows they met. The more he fights about that photograph...
- 59:24Speaker 1: The more he underscores the fact... That the real credibility
- 59:27Speaker 1: issue for him now... is whether he ever met her.
- 59:30Speaker 1: That's a losing battle for him. It's true, right? I
- 59:33Speaker 1: don't know how he can deny ever meeting her at
- 59:35Speaker 1: this point. And he continues to do that. Now, if
- 59:39Speaker 1: the photograph was the only bit of evidence here, I
- 59:42Speaker 1: would not be as swayed. But it's everything around that
- 59:45Speaker 1: photograph with the photograph being the glue that holds everything together.
- 59:50Speaker 1: And Prince Andrew has had a history throughout this whole
- 59:52Speaker 1: thing of being less than truthful, being a weasel, and
- 59:55Speaker 1: hiding from answering any questions. In a similar vein, Robert's
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: team believe they may have yet scored a knockout blow
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: via the testimony of Robert Olney, Andrew's former consigliere, who,
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: it is understood, oversaw many of his travel arrangements and
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: was frequently by Andrew's side in the years when he
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: was Britain's trade envoy. So they're going hard to get
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: this testimony of... Andrew's boy, Robert Olney. They think that
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: he has a lot of significant evidence, and considering his proximity,
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: his close proximity to Andrew throughout the time, it's going
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: to be powerful testimony. Olney is likely to be asked
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: to submit to a deposition by the British authorities, a
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: request that would be hard to dodge. If he confirms
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: that Andrew ever met Roberts, that could be just as
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: fatal to Andrew's case as the miraculous production of the
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: battered original photograph given that Andrew has tied his fortunes
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: to sustaining a blanket denial of ever meeting her, as
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: opposed to denying ever having sex with her or knowing
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: that she was being trafficked. And again, this is a
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: very dangerous strategy for Prince Andrew. All it's going to
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: take is one credible witness testimony that they saw them
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: together or that they met, and it throws everything out
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: of the water for Andrew. Talk about playing with fire.
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: Asked if Robertside was likely to be troubled by the
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: fact that the evidence from the deposition shows that the
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: photo is now essentially lost, another source insisted it did
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: not change anything, saying the view remained the same, and
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: that an inability to produce the original copy of the
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: photograph was unlikely to significantly impact the case. And I
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: tend to believe that that's so. It's just the way
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: the court works, right? When you have so many other
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: people who have seen the picture, the FBI folks, the
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: Kiwi photojournalist, it's going to be hard for them to
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: deny the fact that the picture ever existed, okay? The
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: source added, there was a reason her lawyer, David Boies,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: is not worried about not having the picture as her
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: case does not rest on it. The source did not
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: respond to further questions asking what efforts had been made
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: to find the photo or the storage boxes in which
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: it is apparently secreted. Look, they could easily be holding
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: back this information and then they could drop it like
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: a ton of bricks on Prince Andrew. Do I have
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: any evidence of that? No, but it certainly could be
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: something that they're working with. Or the picture could be gone.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: And if that's the case, it does make things a
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: little bit harder for Virginia. There's no sugarcoating that, folks.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: Without that picture, definitely a little bit more of an
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: uphill battle. One independent legal expert not affiliated with the case,
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: Rachel Fassett, a senior partner at law firms Weibach, Fassett,
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: and Coleman, told the Daily Beast, if the jury determines
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: the photograph is fake, Roberts will lose her credibility and
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: Prince Andrew will win the case. If the jury determines
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: that the photograph is genuine and believes that Prince Andrew
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: is lying to them about it, he will take a
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: very serious hit to his credibility and it will make
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: them wonder what else he is lying about. It's factual, right?
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: If you lie to the jury, they're not going to
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: take kindly to that and they're definitely going to wonder
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: what else you're lying about. You're not going to be
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: taken seriously by them then. And for me, this is
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: a high stakes game for Virginia and Andrew. There is
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: no doubt about it. In her recent Instagram post, Lady
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: Victoria Harvey highlighted that Roberts appears to be wearing exactly
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: the same set of clothes in the photo with Andrew
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: as she wore in a photo of her at a
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: party to celebrate Naomi Campbell's birthday. I have favorite clothes
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: that I wear all the time. What's wrong with that? See,
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: I don't see that as being evidence. It's more, you know,
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: mud in the water, right? Oh, she's wearing the same outfit,
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: so it has to be a fake. We're going to
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: need more than that, Lady Victoria Harvey. the noted photographic expert.
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: Asked if she considered it, excuse me, asked if she
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: considered this a legitimate reason to query the authenticity of
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: the photo, Lerner said, people can wear whatever clothes they like.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: But in her accounts of her trip to London in 2001,
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: Roberts has described going shopping and getting new clothing for
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: her night out with a prince. She also described buying
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: new clothing to wear to Miss Campbell's birthday party in France.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: And it is certainly a distinct outfit. Well, if I
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: was her team, I'd say Jeffrey Epstein wanted me to
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: wear this outfit. How about that? How do we know
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: that Epstein didn't demand that she wears that outfit? We
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: don't know, and that's the thing. So there's still a
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: lot to unpack here, folks. A whole lot. The simple
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: fact is that the stakes are extraordinarily high for both sides.
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: But the absence of the definitive original photograph could just
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: nudge the case a little Andrew's way. Sorry, Mr. Sykes,
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: I don't see it that way. Now, it certainly gives
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: him a little bit of something to grab onto, at least.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: Went from a man drowning to a man with a
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: bit of debris to hold onto. But how long is
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: that piece of debris going to keep him afloat? How
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: long can he keep churning those fat little legs of his?
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: And how long will his surrogates be able to get
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: away with trying to pump? A little bit of mud
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: into the nice, clear waters. We'll have to see, folks.
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: And we'll have to see what comes of it. But
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: it's very interesting to see how this is breaking. And
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: to see the aggressive way that Andrew is going about this.
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: It is Brettler 101, folks. And I just hope that
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: David Boyes and company are ready. Because Brettler and his
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: team are definitely coming. And this picture is the first salvo.
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: They're going to come on all fronts. They're going to
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: try and change the narrative. They're going to have friendly
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: people in the legacy media write garbage stories. You're going
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: to see it. Watch. I told you when Brettler was
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: first hired what to keep me on the lookout for.
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: And all of it is coming to fruition. So we're
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: going to stay on top of it. We're going to
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: see where this narrative goes. And we'll certainly add our
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: opinion to the narrative whenever these guys are trying to
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: pitch something ridiculous. All right, folks. That's going to do
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: it for the morning update. Some context episodes coming your way.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: And then tonight I'll be back for the evening update
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: and we'll see where we're at. If you'd like to

- 1:06:36Speaker 1: I'll be back later on this evening.
