- 0:33Today I want to show you how to create fast revenue in 90 days.
- 0:37You do not need to wait to a new month or a new year or a new
- 0:44fiscal or a new something magical around you to start.
- 0:51And in order to be great, you must start, I believe firmly,
- 0:56and you've heard this if you've been a listener for our show for
- 0:58a while, the business growth is elegantly simple.
- 1:01The 1%, the sting and momentum, then not doing the hokey.
- 1:05Pokey is the key to it all. And the only way I can break
- 1:08this down very simply for you is a commitment to get off 0.
- 1:12So if you want to be winning in the 90 days from now, stop what
- 1:16you're doing, save this episode and make sure you're
- 1:20implementing what you're about to hear because this is amplify
- 1:24your marketing message. I am your host, Christine
- 1:26Campbell Rappin, and we're going to fire up our revenue in 90 day
- 1:30sprints starting today. So let's take the first piece of
- 1:34the puzzle. I want you to recognize that the
- 1:38value exchange, where something is worth more than you pay for
- 1:42it, requires you to put on the lens of the buyer, not your own.
- 1:49It's so imperative that you show value in the eye of the
- 1:52customer, in the eye of the buyer, in the eye of the
- 1:55shopper, in the eye of the patient.
- 1:57Use whatever language you like so that you can show them, not
- 2:01tell them, show them evidence that this is a smart money
- 2:06decision. And so I think one of the things
- 2:09that creates less risk for people is to know that there's a
- 2:12system, a process, a pattern, and that by walking within that
- 2:19framework, results become predictable, positive,
- 2:23consistent, because that helps us justify a big different lived
- 2:30experience than the one we're in right now, which is chaos in a
- 2:33skilling fashion. And so think about how you can
- 2:37curate evidence. You can have people, of course,
- 2:42speak on behalf of your business.
- 2:45Google reviews, LinkedIn reviews, testimonials, written
- 2:49video. You can have people in spaces
- 2:52that you're belonging saying she's an awesome person, She
- 2:55delivers. She's as good as they say they
- 2:57are. She was worth the money.
- 2:59I want you every month in your business to find evidence that
- 3:05people who have experienced what you do, whether that is both
- 3:08paid and unpaid, tell the world and show with their lived
- 3:17experience that you're a smart money decision.
- 3:22This is step number one. But remember this is so
- 3:25important. It is not about you justifying
- 3:27you, explaining you throwing 3 Bobcats at Unicorn three
- 3:31balloons and a lollipop into the mix.
- 3:33Don't stuff the offer. You're not selling a Unicorn.
- 3:38You need to sell an incremental. Win that 1% that get off 0.
- 3:45Oh my God. Wow.
- 3:46It was worth it because that's where you meet your next class
- 3:50client and help them overcome the doubt and break a pattern
- 3:56that is not satisfying them. Simple, right #2 I want you to
- 4:03recognize that when clients are on a journey of going from the
- 4:07from the chaos to the result that they want and to improving
- 4:11their satisfaction with the results that are predictable,
- 4:14consistent and positive, that they have different emotional
- 4:19intersection points. What they want at the beginning,
- 4:22what they want at the middle, what they want at the end, what
- 4:24they want is the Halo has a different story, has a different
- 4:29angle, same person, but an evolving one.
- 4:33And what they message is different.
- 4:36And having this multiple differences as part of your
- 4:41curated marketing is imperative because your next buyer or your
- 4:47next buyers are all at different intersection points too.
- 4:51So I said it's a business owner. You get to decide the
- 4:53intersection point. I stand for this result.
- 4:55This is my true north. This is what I can be counted
- 4:58upon to deliver. But you recognize that
- 5:01everybody's starting at a different starting block.
- 5:03And so I want you to curate like we do in our business, different
- 5:09evidence at different touch points on a client journey.
- 5:13So we and our process have a very systematic way that we
- 5:16approach this shocking. I know we ask people when they
- 5:21first start, what are your goals, what are your
- 5:22expectations, what a success look like when you hire us.
- 5:25We also then check in usually about 1/3 of the way through any
- 5:28program. How will we delivering against
- 5:30that? What's your first early win?
- 5:32What's your first baby 1% step that you're proud of that we're
- 5:37now inviting you to celebrate. That's going to start the
- 5:39momentum and we check in after a little bit more laps time.
- 5:43We often have to take course corrections.
- 5:44We may have to refine how we're serving to ensure that the
- 5:48momentum is happening and to ensure that the experience is
- 5:51positive and to check against our standards.
- 5:54But the intentional feedback gives us the opportunity to do
- 5:57that. We also then look at what's
- 5:59happening 3/4 of the way or at the end of a program, not just
- 6:03because we're in a renewal conversation, if we are, but to
- 6:07also really recognize now what do you see in the rearview
- 6:10mirror and most importantly, what do you see is possible now
- 6:13because of the journey we've taken together.
- 6:16We also check with our clients months later, how's it going?
- 6:21What do you think looking back? What do you see looking forward?
- 6:25And where are any wobbles that we might be able to support you
- 6:27on? Because be clear, just because
- 6:29you completed something doesn't mean it's perfect.
- 6:31You're human and you're going to have the same problem every
- 6:35human has. I suck at consistency, but we
- 6:38want to intentionally, this is the point, to talk to different
- 6:42segments, to talk at different timelines and to be curating
- 6:47those sound bites to be used as evidence because it helps de
- 6:52risk and address different concerns.
- 6:54And to really, really show, and as I've said this a couple of
- 6:58times, show what becomes possible because if we can stir
- 7:03the show, it brings emotions and it derives up the I want that.
- 7:10What do I have to do to get it? And that is always a
- 7:14conversation I want to be having.
- 7:17The third thing I really want you to do to get fast revenue in
- 7:19the next 90 days is to look at huge value for free.
- 7:25And I just watched all of you go there another way.
- 7:29I will tell you I was certain of this from the day I started my
- 7:32business. You did not get out of bed to
- 7:34hire me today. Shocking, right?
- 7:37Like, I know this with certainty.
- 7:39That doesn't mean that I won't make offers today.
- 7:42That doesn't mean that people say yes to me today.
- 7:44That doesn't mean that we don't sign clients today.
- 7:48They do that because I'm very clear about letting people have
- 7:51free ways to experience me before they have a conversation
- 7:56that is tied to a bigger risk, which is most commonly monetary
- 8:02exchange. So it is about thinking about
- 8:05how can you add value, strategic value, How can you show your
- 8:08expertise? How can you get to know your
- 8:11audience? How can you let them see what a
- 8:14Wow would look like that other clients have lived?
- 8:20And I need you to think about this because I don't say that
- 8:24you can get paid for this. I'm saying that free has to be a
- 8:28component of this. And so for us, we do a couple
- 8:32things and we're very committed to that.
- 8:34We do our podcast, which is free every week, every second week,
- 8:40special training for me every other week.
- 8:43A great insight from somebody whose services you should be
- 8:46hiring, thinking about how to implement that tactical with
- 8:50this strategic that I bring. We also do free webinars every
- 8:55month. There's something we're
- 8:56offering, bringing in collaborative partners, bringing
- 8:59in expertise into our audience, adding free value so that
- 9:03there's this light bulb that should go on to the people who
- 9:06will become our next client. What's the light bulb?
- 9:10Very simply, imagine if she gives this much value for free,
- 9:14how incredible it would be to be a client.
- 9:16How much more care, how much more expertise, how much more
- 9:19focus, How much more here it is access what I get as a paid
- 9:23client. I really want that.
- 9:27And it stirs the emotions. It talks to where they are and
- 9:32it gets them moving because the evidence of the free stuff
- 9:36always has a call to action. I invite you to move.
- 9:39I invite you to have a conversation with me.
- 9:41I invite you to consider a program that's going to solve a
- 9:45problem you know you have and you've told me you have, cause
- 9:48you got into the room where I offered the free experience to
- 9:51make progress on it so it all comes together.
- 9:55This is how we do it folks #4 I think that the biggest where you
- 10:04can get there fast is evidence in an experience.
- 10:09I was always really killer right from the very beginning.
- 10:11Nobody randomly gets up to hire consultants like I just I don't
- 10:15know what universe that happens, but it certainly doesn't happen
- 10:18in one inhibit. But I do know this I'll meet
- 10:22people today that I'll make offers to.
- 10:25I do know this, I will meet somebody today that I will make
- 10:30an offer two that will say yes to that offer and we will be
- 10:33hired today. A big part of that is though,
- 10:37because we are very intentional about the human focused elements
- 10:41and you've seen this. I just read a stat this week and
- 10:44it just sort of reaffirmed that no X XX Sherlock, we spent all
- 10:52this time, billions of dollars on hiring consultants in AI to
- 10:55help us figure out AI, to help us implement AI.
- 10:58And guess what all of them have said.
- 11:00All of them. Well, we have to keep the
- 11:03humans. We have to keep humans in this.
- 11:05And we're actually saying this. Massive boomerangs really
- 11:08irritating me. I'll be honest about, oh,
- 11:11humans, the new capital, relationships with the new
- 11:13capital. Bull crap, my friends.
- 11:14This was always the capital. And that's why experiences have
- 11:18been key. When I first started my business
- 11:20five years ago, I thought the wrong conversations were
- 11:23happening. People were being taught shiny
- 11:25objects. People were taught gamification,
- 11:28stupid simplified things. And then you never had access to
- 11:31actually get support, implement things.
- 11:33And people bought it in droves. And I said, I think the wrong
- 11:36conversations are happening. A good friend of mine, good
- 11:40strategic partner of mine said, well, you're never really here
- 11:42just to make a statement. What are you doing about it?
- 11:44And I said, I'm going to, I'm going to curate the table.
- 11:47I'm going to start the conversation I think should be
- 11:49happening. I'm going to lean in to
- 11:50foundations when nobody wants to play there.
- 11:53And that's why I have the business and the success we do
- 11:55today because we curate the conversations.
- 11:57We guide with free value all the time.
- 11:59I will give you everything I know about how to run a business
- 12:02here in this podcast or in an event of mine.
- 12:05I hold nothing back. I don't get keep at all because
- 12:09if you could take it and run, I freaking would love you to and
- 12:13please tell me you are winning when you do.
- 12:18But I also know there's going to be a bunch of people that
- 12:20knowledge is not where the gap really truly lies.
- 12:23It's an implementation. And if you can experience the
- 12:25implementation with me, you'll really de risk the conversation
- 12:30where we're going to talk about an offer, we're going to talk
- 12:32about a monetary investment, we'll talk about why it's an
- 12:35exponential RY and smart money. So we have to curate
- 12:39experiences, experiences before people purchase because you
- 12:45can't duplicate what you get from us from someone else.
- 12:48Simply, I am just one person, Christine Campbell Rappin, and I
- 12:52see the world through a unique lens that my 2 eyeballs give me.
- 12:56I have supported more than 400 companies to create a billion
- 12:58dollars that experiences the lens in which I bring to the
- 13:01table. The investments I'm making in my
- 13:05business cascade down to the benefit of every client we
- 13:08serve. I'm committed to bigger
- 13:11investments, bigger risks, and I'm going to share them in every
- 13:14future experience. And that's why you want to be in
- 13:17the room. And what I love about the world
- 13:19of experience is if you deliver to a high standard, the standard
- 13:24of the value of your buyer, guess what happens?
- 13:27They become advocates. They start to say, wow, you
- 13:30should be in the room when Christine runs.
- 13:31Turn on your client. Waterfall, which is a three-part
- 13:34interactive workshop series that tackles marketing, selling and
- 13:37systems to scale. It's a room you should be in and
- 13:41for sure you should be buying the VIP pass.
- 13:44It's worth this waiting gold. Experiences create big ripples.
- 13:50How can you bring in an experience to your business?
- 13:55And the 5th and final thing I want you to really focus on to
- 13:58make fast gains in revenue in 90 days or less is to track the
- 14:02human metrics. It is important that you have
- 14:09business metrics. Please ensure that they have
- 14:12human elements because I always say this and it's usually one of
- 14:15the first things I really have to work with private clients on
- 14:19is it's not just the monetary ROI.
- 14:22For sure, paid clients is beautiful and that's what you
- 14:26can expect when you bring your business into our ecosystem.
- 14:31But the first win might not be a client.
- 14:33It might be an offer. It might be taking a risk.
- 14:36It might be doing something that gets you more visible.
- 14:40It might be refining your offer. All of those things are wins and
- 14:44why we ask you about them is how does the human feel about them?
- 14:49Just yesterday I was wrapping up one of our group programs and I
- 14:52was talking about where are you proud of yourself?
- 14:55You've been on this journey. All clients have renewed and
- 14:59said I want to keep working together, I need to stay in this
- 15:01ecosystem because the evidence is there.
- 15:03They've shown themselves the path.
- 15:05They see the different transformation in the mirror.
- 15:08But I asked them this What are you proud of?
- 15:13I said. I need you today to go tell
- 15:15somebody out loud and proud of myself and tell them why.
- 15:20And each person had to get a human name and to tell it to me.
- 15:24They had to be accountable for that.
- 15:26That's what matters because one of them I'll be can it said, you
- 15:30know, the full ROI isn't there yet.
- 15:34I have made money, yes. I have signed clients, yes.
- 15:39I have increased my price, yes. But truthfully, I'm still in the
- 15:42hole a little bit relative to what I paid for the program.
- 15:46She was a client of mine for a six month program, but she says
- 15:49I'm 100% renewing for you for another six months because I can
- 15:52see it coming. I know how to get there in 90
- 15:55days. I know what the momentum is and
- 15:56truthfully I need to up the velocity.
- 15:59I need to up the volume and I need to up the celebration.
- 16:05So I want you to think about how does the human feel in the human
- 16:08story? And then you can tie that very
- 16:10naturally into more evidence, more momentum, more choices.
- 16:15And here's the best bit of all, more hope.
- 16:18Hope for the future. You're creating hope for the
- 16:20belief, knowledge and certainty that new things have become
- 16:24possible as a result of the transformation of going through
- 16:27your process. So I will tell you that to be
- 16:30great, you have to start. You do not have to tackle
- 16:33everything at once, but there were five steps and just gonna
- 16:35recap them for everybody to help keep it focused for you.
- 16:39You have to remember that the value is in the eye of the buyer
- 16:44and you need to show evidence in the language the buyer will
- 16:48relate to. Super important there in the
- 16:53language the buyer will relate to.
- 16:56So don't use language of the enlightened, the ones who have
- 17:00already got the results you're taking, the person who wants the
- 17:02next result #2 you need to talk about the person, the human in
- 17:07different moments on the journey of transformation because their
- 17:12confidence, knowledge, skills and beliefs are changing.
- 17:16And some of your next buyers will be at every different
- 17:19section. By having this diverse way of
- 17:22talking to them, you'll capture more leads that are highly
- 17:24qualified. And when you meet them, you can
- 17:26say, tell me where you are. I got the intersection.
- 17:29Let's move you from here to hear consistently. 3rd think about
- 17:34value upfront. Trust deficit is real.
- 17:37We want to not just talk a good game, we want to walk a good
- 17:40game and free value shows people that walk 4th let me experience
- 17:45you. Let them be wowed at free so
- 17:48they can desire a bigger impact at paid and keep it human
- 17:52always. I know for certain that somebody
- 17:56today got out of bed looking for a solution you could provide an
- 17:59answer to. My question to you is, are you
- 18:04the one they found? Are you the one they engaged
- 18:08with because you had all five of these factors in place?
- 18:12Did they see you as a must hire and did you give them a clear
- 18:18instructions to take the next step?
- 18:21If you're listening as a regular subscriber to amplify your
- 18:24marketing message, you're an awesome human being.
- 18:27You're here because the values here, you're there because
- 18:30you've seen evidence, you've taken action from what you've
- 18:33experienced. My invitation for you now is to
- 18:35step up a level. I want you to come have a
- 18:38conversation with me. I want you to go from beyond
- 18:41listening to active engagement. I want you to have a more
- 18:45buyers, more money breakthrough session.
- 18:48I want to equip you with the program like accountability and
- 18:52the support to increase your velocity, your volume of clients
- 18:58being served, because when we do that, we create massive impact.
- 19:02So my friends, you go to christinecampbellwrapping.com
- 19:07and I want you to come book a strategy call.
- 19:12I wanna help you win. I want to help you win fast in
- 19:15the next 90 days, and I want to implement this road map with you
- 19:20because I know they're spending. I want it to be with you, don't
- 19:27you? It's go time, my friends.
- 19:30We'll see you on our call and in our next episode.
