Georgia Tech is set to honor baseball legend Matt Gonzalez in the Hall of Fame Class of 2026 — a four-year powerhouse who dominated from 2013 to 2016, winning the team’s triple crown in 2016 with a .378 average, 11 homers, and 54 RBIs, earning MVP honors and All-Tournament nods. A three-time All-ACC selection and freshman All-American, Gonzalez amassed 302 hits — third-most in program history — in 239 games, before being drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 6th round. His induction ceremony takes place Friday, Oct. 9, with a halftime tribute at the Duke game on Saturday, Oct. 10. Listen in…
