- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, welcome to another Radio Archive Hour from the Radio
- 0:03Speaker 1: Hall of Fame Phil Henry Show and our website philhenryshow.com.
- 0:06Speaker 1: From January 2000 comes the great Korean War veteran Lloyd Bonafide,
- 0:11Speaker 1: or as he says here, Lloyd Bonafi. And he wants
- 0:15Speaker 1: to know whatever happened at customer service after he caught
- 0:18Speaker 1: a stripper named Lucy giving a table dance to another guy.
- 0:22Speaker 2: So he went over to this table and he said, hey.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Wrap it up, telling this to the dancer to come
- 0:27Speaker 1: on over and give him his table.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Lap dance? Well, she didn't, and Lloyd called the show.
- 0:33Speaker 3: So part four of our series is customer service the
- 0:35Speaker 3: way it used to be. We found a little piece
- 0:38Speaker 3: in the city on one of the news services yesterday,
- 0:41Speaker 3: and we have a gentleman who was involved. Actually, this
- 0:44Speaker 3: was a little bit of an altercation out in Alhambra
- 0:48Speaker 3: last evening.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Is this Mr. Bonafi?
- 0:51Speaker 4: Yes, sir.
- 0:52Speaker 3: Sir, you were— now, you own a heating and plumbing business?
- 0:55Speaker 5: Yes.
- 0:56Speaker 4: Phil, I own a heating and plumbing business that I've
- 1:00Speaker 4: had for the last 40 years in the Alhambra area.
- 1:04Speaker 4: And I have lived the last 40 years here. I've
- 1:06Speaker 4: raised a daughter and a son out here, yes.
- 1:08Speaker 3: What happened with the... incident at, this was a club,
- 1:12Speaker 3: is it a strip club?
- 1:14Speaker 4: No, this is called the Tip Top Room, and it's
- 1:17Speaker 4: an adult dance club that I have patronized. I think
- 1:24Speaker 4: they've got some tremendous dancers, great costumes. I have been
- 1:29Speaker 4: going there probably every week for the last couple of years.
- 1:34Speaker 2: But it's a strip club, isn't it?
- 1:36Speaker 4: I don't really prefer to call it that. Some men
- 1:40Speaker 4: go in there for that sort of thing. I think
- 1:41Speaker 4: they've got a great group of young women who dance.
- 1:47Speaker 4: The costuming is outstanding. The dancing is tremendous. It's very professional,
- 1:53Speaker 4: and I have gone in there after work Thursday nights generally.
- 1:58Speaker 4: This week I was in Tuesday night, last evening. And
- 2:03Speaker 4: I am familiar with one of the young women who
- 2:05Speaker 4: works there. She's a tremendous professional Now we asked.
- 2:09Speaker 3: You not to give her last name because I know
- 2:11Speaker 3: that there's an on there may be some civil action
- 2:13Speaker 3: going on What's her first name?
- 2:15Speaker 4: Young lady, I know her as Lucy and she dances
- 2:20Speaker 4: does a tremendous tremendous performance in a tremendous show there
- 2:24Speaker 4: on Tuesday nights and I have been following her for
- 2:29Speaker 4: the last couple of years now you.
- 2:30Speaker 3: Go into this place the tip-top room and for two years.
- 2:34Speaker 3: You've been going in there on Tuesday nights.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Well, what happened last evening was this fellow was taking
- 2:41Speaker 4: a lot of time.
- 2:42Speaker 2: No, let's not get too far ahead of ourselves, Mr.
- 2:45Speaker 4: Bonafi.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Let's just find out.
- 2:46Speaker 3: You go in there, and does she dance for you?
- 2:49Speaker 4: There's two kinds of dances. There's a regular stage presentation.
- 2:57Speaker 4: which is beautifully done and very professional. There is something
- 3:02Speaker 4: called a table dance and something called the lap dance.
- 3:07Speaker 2: What is each?
- 3:09Speaker 4: The table dance is when the young lady will stand
- 3:11Speaker 4: at your table and perform. The lap dance is something
- 3:15Speaker 4: more intimate and closer so that you can get the
- 3:19Speaker 4: effect of the performance a little bit better.
- 3:22Speaker 2: What had you bought?
- 3:25Speaker 4: I had purchased a lap dance. And as I have
- 3:29Speaker 4: every Tuesday night from this young woman.
- 3:33Speaker 2: All right, so I know, Mr.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Bonafi, you've been going into the Tip Top Club in
- 3:37Speaker 3: Alhambra every Tuesday night for two years and purchasing a
- 3:41Speaker 3: lap dance from Lucy, right?
- 3:43Speaker 4: With rare exception, yes, sir. Just about every Tuesday night, yes, sir.
- 3:46Speaker 3: All right, and you were in there last night. Did
- 3:50Speaker 3: you already pay for it?
- 3:51Speaker 4: The understanding was she saw me come in. I said, hello, Lucy,
- 3:55Speaker 4: how are you?
- 3:55Speaker 6: She said, Mr.
- 3:56Speaker 4: Bonafi, I'm doing great. I said, are you going to
- 4:00Speaker 4: do the You Can Leave Your Hat On? Is the
- 4:03Speaker 4: name of the song You Can Leave Your Hat On?
- 4:05Speaker 2: Now, that's a song?
- 4:06Speaker 4: Yeah, and that's what she would dance to.
- 4:11Speaker 3: All right, so she knows she's going to give you
- 4:13Speaker 3: a $ 20 lap dance to the song You Can Leave
- 4:15Speaker 3: Your Hat On.
- 4:15Speaker 2: Is that it?
- 4:17Speaker 4: Well, sir, you know something? This is a young woman
- 4:20Speaker 4: who is thoroughly professional.
- 4:22Speaker 2: I understand that. I want to get the background, okay?
- 4:25Speaker 4: She is thoroughly, thoroughly professional. And there's really nothing to,
- 4:29Speaker 4: you know, to make fun of it. I'm a Korean
- 4:31Speaker 4: War veteran. I serve this country. I've built a business.
- 4:35Speaker 4: I have been a happily married man.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Does your wife have a problem with this?
- 4:40Speaker 4: No, sir, she does not. I am in there for
- 4:43Speaker 4: the performance. It is a professional performance.
- 4:48Speaker 2: All right, so then what happened?
- 4:50Speaker 4: Well, she's over doing a table dance for this fella.
- 4:56Speaker 4: And it goes on five minutes, went on ten minutes.
- 4:59Speaker 4: They changed the song three, four times. Now she's doing
- 5:03Speaker 4: a table dance for this fella for 20 minutes. And
- 5:06Speaker 4: I went over to her and I simply said, why
- 5:09Speaker 4: don't you wrap it up and let's get going.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Because you wanted her to come over and do her
- 5:14Speaker 2: lap dance.
- 5:15Speaker 4: Because she knew I was going to pay for it.
- 5:18Speaker 4: And keep this in mind, the table dance is a
- 5:20Speaker 4: $ 15 dance. The lap dance is $ 20. So she's over
- 5:26Speaker 4: giving this guy 20 minutes of a table dance.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Well, but here's the thing.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Table dance or no, lap dance or no, if this
- 5:33Speaker 3: guy's throwing money at her, she's going to stay there.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Well, this is what I told, and I talked to
- 5:39Speaker 4: Gene Shakes, who's the afternoon manager and buddy who works
- 5:42Speaker 4: over the bar. And I said to them that lap
- 5:47Speaker 4: dance is $ 20. And I went over to her and
- 5:51Speaker 4: I said, why don't you wrap it up? Now, I said,
- 5:54Speaker 4: what about customer loyalty? And one of the things that
- 5:56Speaker 4: I said to them was there is a certain amount
- 5:59Speaker 4: of customer loyalty and customer service that I've been coveting.
- 6:03Speaker 3: No, but, sir, if she's giving this guy a table dance,
- 6:08Speaker 3: but he's throwing tip money at her.
- 6:10Speaker 4: Yes, sir, I understand that. But I've been going there.
- 6:13Speaker 4: There is a certain thing called customer service. And in
- 6:16Speaker 4: any business... You care to name. Customer loyalty and customer
- 6:20Speaker 4: service is paramount. And I don't give a sweet Jesus
- 6:24Speaker 4: if he's throwing money at her. I ordered up the
- 6:26Speaker 4: lap dance at $ 20. So I went over there. You know,
- 6:34Speaker 4: I'm very angry remembering it.
- 6:35Speaker 2: All right, take some time and take a deep breath
- 6:38Speaker 2: if you have to.
- 6:42Speaker 4: I went over there and I said to her, let's
- 6:46Speaker 4: wrap this up. And get over to my table. I
- 6:49Speaker 4: got a $ 20 lap dance, which I've had every Tuesday night.
- 6:54Speaker 4: And the man says, this kid can't be more than
- 6:56Speaker 4: 30 years old. He says to me that she's going
- 7:00Speaker 4: to be with you in a minute, old-timer, when she's
- 7:02Speaker 4: done with me.
- 7:04Speaker 2: And that's when something happened.
- 7:06Speaker 4: The next thing that I remember happening is I got
- 7:09Speaker 4: a hit. I'm so angry about it.
- 7:12Speaker 2: All right, take your time.
- 7:14Speaker 4: The next thing I remember is I had a handful
- 7:16Speaker 4: of chest hair and bloody knuckles. Now, I'm a veteran
- 7:20Speaker 4: of this country.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Do you recall hitting him?
- 7:23Speaker 4: I don't remember any. All I remember is him saying,
- 7:26Speaker 4: she'll be with you in a minute, old-timer, as soon
- 7:28Speaker 4: as she's done with me. And then the next thing
- 7:31Speaker 4: I remember is having some chest hair in my hand
- 7:34Speaker 4: and bloody knuckles.
- 7:36Speaker 2: So you blacked out.
- 7:37Speaker 4: That's the next thing that I remember. I don't remember
- 7:39Speaker 4: anything else. This is a great performance. I appreciate the costumes,
- 7:45Speaker 4: the music, and the dance. Where is the customer loyalty?
- 7:49Speaker 4: Where is the customer service? A lap dance is $ 20.
- 7:53Speaker 4: A table dance is $ 15. I should have gotten priority
- 7:56Speaker 4: every Tuesday night. I'm in for my lap dance.
- 8:01Speaker 2: So, okay, so your feeling is the customer service.
- 8:04Speaker 4: Customer service was not there.
- 8:07Speaker 3: And in the meantime, you got into a fight. You
- 8:09Speaker 3: probably got arrested. Do you recall being arrested?
- 8:12Speaker 4: I remember being spoken to by the officers, yes, sir.
- 8:15Speaker 4: And I will be hearing probably more from an L.A.
- 8:18Speaker 4: County sheriff. But I'll tell you something.
- 8:22Speaker 3: Well, if you give a lap dance, but she's going
- 8:24Speaker 3: to be, you know, if a guy throws her tip money.
- 8:26Speaker 4: I don't care about tip money. I paid her $ 20
- 8:29Speaker 4: for a lap dance. He gives her $ 15 for a
- 8:33Speaker 4: table dance. And, boy, let me tell you what. When
- 8:37Speaker 4: he said she'll be with you in a minute, old-timer.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Pissed you off.
- 8:42Speaker 4: Oh, boy. Next thing I remember, there was a problem.
- 8:48Speaker 2: All right, Lloyd, hold the line here. So there you
- 8:50Speaker 2: have it.
- 8:51Speaker 3: One of many stories we've been hearing here on the
- 8:53Speaker 3: program about customer service. Here's a guy that went into
- 8:56Speaker 3: a place called the Tip Top Club in Alhambra, ordered
- 8:59Speaker 3: up a lap dance from Lucy. She's been giving him
- 9:01Speaker 3: a lap dance for every Tuesday night for the last
- 9:03Speaker 3: three years. Instead, she goes over. It's a bizarre story.
- 9:06Speaker 3: She goes over to another guy's table for 15 bucks.
- 9:08Speaker 2: A fight breaks out. Now, he thinks. And what did
- 9:14Speaker 2: he tell you, Mike?
- 9:15Speaker 3: He thinks that even if it's the other guy's tipping
- 9:17Speaker 3: her more, she should give him priority.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Because customer service is important.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Now, here's a guy that goes into the same strip club,
- 9:25Speaker 3: or if you will, adult club, every Tuesday night, gets
- 9:28Speaker 3: the same lap dance from the same dancer. Why doesn't
- 9:31Speaker 3: she dance for him first and then go to the
- 9:35Speaker 3: $ 15 table dance, even if that guy is tipping more?
- 9:38Speaker 3: Why did she go over to the guy for the
- 9:39Speaker 3: $ 15 table dance instead of the lap dance? That's the question,
- 9:42Speaker 3: and that's what we're discussing this evening with Mr. Lloyd
- 9:45Speaker 3: Bonafi of Alhambra. And, of course, a fight broke out,
- 9:48Speaker 3: and there were other things involved.
- 9:49Speaker 4: 1-800-449-8686. 1-800-449-8686.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Phil Hendry Show.
- 9:50Speaker 5: 1-800-449-8686.
- 9:50Speaker 4: 1-800-449-8686.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Phil Henry Show. Phil Henry Show.
- 9:51Speaker 7: 1-800-449-8686.
- 9:51Speaker 2: On the line, Mr. Lloyd Bonafi from Alhambra. And he
- 9:53Speaker 2: is talking.
- 10:16Speaker 3: About a club that he goes into once a week.
- 10:18Speaker 3: You don't call it a strip club, correct, sir?
- 10:20Speaker 4: Sir, you know, some men may call it a strip club.
- 10:23Speaker 4: I go in for the dancing.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Don't you go into this place to see the women
- 10:26Speaker 2: take their clothes off?
- 10:28Speaker 4: Sir, I don't go into the place to see women
- 10:31Speaker 4: take their clothes off. I go in to watch what
- 10:33Speaker 4: I think is outstanding dancing and costume. And I've been
- 10:38Speaker 4: going in on Tuesday nights as a way of giving
- 10:41Speaker 4: myself some relaxation after work. And this young lady.
- 10:46Speaker 3: All right, this is a young lady who's giving you
- 10:49Speaker 3: a lap dance every Tuesday night.
- 10:50Speaker 4: She's giving me a lap dance every Tuesday night. She's outstanding.
- 10:56Speaker 4: But last night, she's given a table dance to this
- 10:59Speaker 4: guy for $ 15. Now, a lap dance is $ 20, and
- 11:02Speaker 4: that's standard. You can check around. $ 15 table dance, yet
- 11:07Speaker 4: she spent 20 minutes with a guy with a table dance.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Now, here's what I'm saying to you.
- 11:12Speaker 3: The guy getting the table dance was giving her more tips, okay?
- 11:16Speaker 4: That doesn't make any difference, sir, because I've been in
- 11:20Speaker 4: every Tuesday night for three years buying a lap dance,
- 11:25Speaker 4: and there is such a thing as customer loyalty.
- 11:29Speaker 3: So you're saying because you've been a constant customer that
- 11:33Speaker 3: she should have hung out with you?
- 11:35Speaker 4: She should have wrapped it up and come on over. Now,
- 11:38Speaker 4: when she let the customer get involved... And this guy.
- 11:42Speaker 3: What did this guy say? He said to you, well,
- 11:43Speaker 3: I'll be with her, I'll be with... She'll be with
- 11:44Speaker 3: you in a minute, old-timer?
- 11:45Speaker 4: Yeah, he said, she'll be with you in a minute, old-timer.
- 11:48Speaker 4: That's what I blacked out. And.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Did he hit you?
- 11:51Speaker 4: No, he didn't hit me. I probably hit him. I
- 11:54Speaker 4: had bloody knuckles and I had a handful of chest hair.
- 11:58Speaker 4: And the police were talking to me and he looked
- 12:00Speaker 4: like he was sitting in a chair. He didn't know
- 12:01Speaker 4: what hit him. That's what I'm talking about. Customer service...
- 12:07Speaker 4: in a professional environment, and you can check around. A
- 12:10Speaker 4: lap dance is $ 15. A lap dance is $ 20. $ 15
- 12:14Speaker 4: is a table dance.
- 12:18Speaker 2: All right.
- 12:19Speaker 3: The problem is you got yourself in trouble with the police.
- 12:21Speaker 3: That's what I think is problem number one. Charlotte on
- 12:23Speaker 3: a Phil Henry show.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Hello?
- 12:26Speaker 8: Hello?
- 12:26Speaker 2: Charlotte, yes, sir.
- 12:27Speaker 9: Yes.
- 12:28Speaker 7: I just wanted to say that I understand about customer service.
- 12:32Speaker 7: I work in one of these bars, and I see
- 12:33Speaker 7: this a lot.
- 12:34Speaker 4: You see that? But you know what I'm saying about
- 12:36Speaker 4: the table dance.
- 12:38Speaker 7: Yes, I know about the table dance, okay? And that's,
- 12:40Speaker 7: you're 20 bucks for her, five minutes worth of time.
- 12:43Speaker 7: But if she was with this guy for 20 minutes,
- 12:45Speaker 7: he's already given her at least $ 120. She is there
- 12:48Speaker 7: to make money, okay? She's not there to be your
- 12:50Speaker 7: best friend.
- 12:51Speaker 4: What about customer service?
- 12:52Speaker 7: I understand customer service. I've been doing this for 15 years.
- 12:56Speaker 5: But.
- 12:57Speaker 7: If you're a regular customer, you should understand that she
- 12:59Speaker 7: is there to make money. She has bills to pay.
- 13:01Speaker 7: She is there to make money. Your $ 20 is important.
- 13:04Speaker 4: Hold on for a minute. I've been in there every
- 13:06Speaker 4: Tuesday night.
- 13:07Speaker 7: Okay, so look at $ 80 a month. This guy, if
- 13:09Speaker 7: she was there for 20 minutes, he's already given her
- 13:12Speaker 7: about $ 120, and he's probably given her more than $ 20
- 13:15Speaker 7: a dance.
- 13:15Speaker 2: See what we're saying?
- 13:16Speaker 7: She is there to make money.
- 13:18Speaker 2: You see what we're saying?
- 13:18Speaker 9: Yes.
- 13:19Speaker 7: Customer service is important. I agree with that. I work
- 13:22Speaker 7: behind the bar. I understand that. And loyalty is a factor.
- 13:25Speaker 7: But if you're such a loyal customer, you have to
- 13:27Speaker 7: understand that this girl is also there to make as
- 13:29Speaker 7: much money as she can in the time that she
- 13:31Speaker 7: has left.
- 13:31Speaker 2: So the guy may be buying a $ 15.
- 13:33Speaker 7: Table dance, you know?
- 13:35Speaker 4: Well, no, wait a second. You two guys aren't going
- 13:39Speaker 4: to sit there and tell me how it is. I'm
- 13:41Speaker 4: a Korean War veteran.
- 13:43Speaker 7: You're a Korean War veteran who got pissed off because
- 13:45Speaker 7: you didn't get your due attention and hit somebody.
- 13:48Speaker 4: Well, this guy said to me, old-timer.
- 13:50Speaker 7: Well, because you went over.
- 13:52Speaker 2: There and you said.
- 13:52Speaker 7: He doesn't know you. He doesn't know that you're a
- 13:54Speaker 7: regular customer. He has no idea who you are. You're
- 13:57Speaker 7: some guy who walked up and said, I want my dance.
- 13:59Speaker 7: Give it to me now. And he was paying for
- 14:01Speaker 7: his time. And he's probably already given her, you know, $ 150,
- 14:04Speaker 7: $ 200 for her 20 minutes worth of time.
- 14:07Speaker 3: Let me ask the gentleman in Charlotte. You work the
- 14:10Speaker 3: door at a lot of these clubs, you said?
- 14:11Speaker 7: No, at 10 Bar.
- 14:12Speaker 2: At 10 Bar. Now, this guy, Mr. Bonafi, you went
- 14:15Speaker 2: up and said what to the dancer?
- 14:16Speaker 4: I said, let's wrap it up.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Okay, what happens if a guy says to a dancer,
- 14:21Speaker 2: let's wrap it up?
- 14:22Speaker 7: First of all, customers shouldn't be walking up to other
- 14:25Speaker 7: tables telling other customers that I'm ready for my dance now.
- 14:28Speaker 7: Your time is up. It's my time now because I'm.
- 14:30Speaker 10: A regular customer. That's not how it works.
- 14:32Speaker 7: If you are such a loyal patron, you should understand
- 14:35Speaker 7: if this girl dances for you every Tuesday and she
- 14:37Speaker 7: gives you one dance, you should understand that she is
- 14:40Speaker 7: also there to make as much money as she can.
- 14:42Speaker 7: If she's got some guy that's in there for one
- 14:44Speaker 7: night that is banging her $ 200 for a half hour
- 14:47Speaker 7: or whatever it is, You know, I'm sorry that I.
- 14:49Speaker 10: Have to outweigh 80 bucks a month.
- 14:52Speaker 4: 80 bucks a month, 12 months a year, three years.
- 14:55Speaker 7: Okay, so let's do the math. 80 times 12 is what?
- 14:58Speaker 4: All right, 80 times 12 is... To the same girl.
- 14:59Speaker 4: 80 times 12.
- 15:00Speaker 7: You get the same girl every time.
- 15:02Speaker 4: Here's to 18 is 16.
- 15:05Speaker 7: Does the same girl dance for you every time?
- 15:07Speaker 4: That's $ 960 a year, my friend.
- 15:10Speaker 7: Excuse me, does the same girl dance for you every time?
- 15:13Speaker 4: Yeah, her name's Lucy, and she dances to the song
- 15:15Speaker 4: you can wave your hat on.
- 15:17Speaker 7: You guys are pretty good friends.
- 15:18Speaker 4: Yeah, she's terrific.
- 15:19Speaker 7: You should understand that she is there to do a job,
- 15:21Speaker 7: and yes, you are good friends, and I'm sure... that
- 15:24Speaker 7: as soon as she was done with this guy, she
- 15:25Speaker 7: would come over and give you your due attention. But
- 15:27Speaker 7: if you're a good customer and you understand why she's there,
- 15:30Speaker 7: then you should understand that she is there to make
- 15:32Speaker 7: as much money as she can, and there is no reason.
- 15:34Speaker 7: I don't care. You know, I understand you spend a
- 15:36Speaker 7: lot of money on that. I understand that.
- 15:38Speaker 8: Right.
- 15:38Speaker 7: But she is there to make money, all right? And
- 15:41Speaker 7: if she's got a customer that is paying her, if
- 15:42Speaker 7: she's been there a half hour, she's already made over
- 15:44Speaker 7: $ 100 for a half hour.
- 15:45Speaker 3: She's making $ 100 in a half an hour, and you're
- 15:46Speaker 3: paying her $ 960 in a year.
- 15:51Speaker 2: You have to understand, okay, that.
- 15:53Speaker 4: That joker is only there to get his rocks off, okay?
- 15:56Speaker 10: What are you there for?
- 15:57Speaker 4: What are you there for? I appreciate the.
- 15:59Speaker 7: What are you there for?
- 16:00Speaker 4: Sir, I'm answering your question. Sir, I appreciate the dance.
- 16:03Speaker 4: There's something to be said for consistency. I'm a guarantee.
- 16:07Speaker 4: This joker comes in off the pavement... Were you ready
- 16:10Speaker 4: to leave? getting his rocks off.
- 16:11Speaker 7: Were you ready to leave?
- 16:13Speaker 4: Well, we've got to take a break. Thank you.
- 16:15Speaker 5: Great.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Phil Henry's show at 1-800-449-8686, part four in our series,
- 16:28Speaker 3: is customer service what it used to be? On the
- 16:30Speaker 3: line with us, a caller and listener from Alhambra who
- 16:34Speaker 3: went into a place called the Tip Top Room in Alhambra.
- 16:37Speaker 3: He has been paying for the same lap dancer with
- 16:39Speaker 3: the same dancer, the same lap dance with the same
- 16:42Speaker 3: dancer for the last three years. And the other night,
- 16:45Speaker 3: last night, actually Tuesday night, he was in for his
- 16:48Speaker 3: lap dance, and she was giving a table dance to
- 16:50Speaker 3: another customer, but spending more time with him. Our caller
- 16:54Speaker 3: feels that because he's spending $ 20 for the lap dance,
- 16:56Speaker 3: the other guy's spending $ 15 for the table dance, that
- 16:58Speaker 3: she should have, and that you've been a regular customer.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Yes, sir?
- 17:02Speaker 4: Yes, and you're missing the point. I've been going in
- 17:05Speaker 4: for the lap dance for three goddamn years.
- 17:09Speaker 2: And I'm going to have to ask you to watch
- 17:11Speaker 2: your language, okay?
- 17:12Speaker 4: Well, I am very angry at the fact that there's
- 17:15Speaker 4: not loyalty to the customer and customer service. Now, I
- 17:20Speaker 4: understand the guy had a table dance, and he might
- 17:22Speaker 4: have been throwing more money at her, but I've been
- 17:25Speaker 4: giving her my business for three years. She's a wonderful dancer,
- 17:29Speaker 4: wonderful costumes.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Yeah, but, sir.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Well, the other guy said they're just getting his jollies.
- 17:35Speaker 2: But you're in there to watch her take her clothes off.
- 17:37Speaker 4: No, I'm not. Sir, let me tell you something. I
- 17:40Speaker 4: don't go in for that. I've been there to see
- 17:42Speaker 4: the beautiful costumes and the wonderful production, the value of
- 17:46Speaker 4: the numbers.
- 17:47Speaker 3: All right, but it is about money. I think that's
- 17:49Speaker 3: what the other guy was trying to say. 1-800-449-8686, Fort
- 17:53Speaker 3: Lauderdale on the Phil Henry Show.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Hello?
- 17:55Speaker 4: Hi. Yes.
- 17:56Speaker 8: Sir, you're not going into a Walgreens or an Eckerd?
- 18:01Speaker 8: as customer service. It's about economics. She is loyally taking
- 18:06Speaker 8: your money.
- 18:07Speaker 4: Wait a second. I've been in there, the same lap dance,
- 18:11Speaker 4: and she's the girl that does the dance that you
- 18:13Speaker 4: can leave your hat on, which is a tremendous production number.
- 18:18Speaker 8: That's lovely, but you're paying her, what, $ 20? And the
- 18:22Speaker 8: other guys probably got some money on the table already. Wait,
- 18:26Speaker 8: but whatever happened to customer loyalty? If you wanted more time,
- 18:30Speaker 8: time is money in her case.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Whatever happened, you socked this guy, didn't you?
- 18:36Speaker 4: He said to me, she'll be with you in a minute, old-timer.
- 18:39Speaker 4: And then the next thing I remembered, I had a
- 18:41Speaker 4: handful of chest.
- 18:42Speaker 6: Hair, yeah.
- 18:44Speaker 8: So on top of that, you beat up the guy
- 18:46Speaker 8: because he took away some time from you?
- 18:49Speaker 4: Well, let me explain. See, I'm a Korean War veteran.
- 18:52Speaker 8: So you can still go to jail?
- 18:53Speaker 4: Well, that's true. But you don't lip off to a veteran.
- 18:57Speaker 4: You don't ever mouth off to a veteran because I'm
- 18:59Speaker 4: liable to... I'll put some kung fu on your ass,
- 19:02Speaker 4: and that's all she wrote.
- 19:04Speaker 8: Over 20 bucks?
- 19:06Speaker 4: All bets are off.
- 19:07Speaker 2: A $ 20 lap dance?
- 19:10Speaker 4: Is anybody hearing me? I've been going in there every
- 19:13Speaker 4: Tuesday night for three years. With me and Lucy, it's
- 19:18Speaker 4: not just a pay and a lay. We've got a relationship.
- 19:22Speaker 8: You have a $ 20 relationship with the woman?
- 19:24Speaker 4: She knows me and understands me. Wait, what are you
- 19:26Speaker 4: talking about? She's told me about her life.
- 19:28Speaker 8: That's to get more money out of you.
- 19:32Speaker 4: What are you trying to say?
- 19:33Speaker 2: She might be your.
- 19:34Speaker 8: Friend, but she's there to.
- 19:36Speaker 4: You called her a performer.
- 19:37Speaker 2: You called her an actress, right?
- 19:38Speaker 4: That's right.
- 19:39Speaker 2: That's what they are. They pretend like they give a
- 19:41Speaker 2: crap about you. Are you a dancer, ma'am?
- 19:44Speaker 8: No, I'm not.
- 19:45Speaker 2: Well, they pretend like they give a crap about you
- 19:47Speaker 2: to get more money.
- 19:49Speaker 4: I was a waitress.
- 19:50Speaker 8: Whoa.
- 19:51Speaker 4: Don't talk that way about Lucy.
- 19:53Speaker 8: She's a dancer.
- 19:54Speaker 4: Don't you ever disrespect my Lucy.
- 19:57Speaker 2: Buddy, she don't care about you.
- 20:00Speaker 3: She's there to dance and get your lousy $ 20 lap dance.
- 20:04Speaker 3: She probably sees you coming through the door and goes, oh,
- 20:06Speaker 3: here comes that guy who.
- 20:08Speaker 2: Wants his lap dance every Tuesday night. I might as
- 20:10Speaker 2: well get it out of the way.
- 20:12Speaker 4: Don't you, you know something, mister? If you were standing
- 20:14Speaker 4: in front of me, I'd slap the smirk right off
- 20:16Speaker 4: your face.
- 20:17Speaker 2: I'm trying to lay the truth on you here.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Your $ 20 lap dance, she probably lays it on you
- 20:21Speaker 3: because you're a nice old guy, but she's going over
- 20:23Speaker 3: to make a couple of bucks with the guy, you know,
- 20:26Speaker 3: this other guy.
- 20:27Speaker 4: The only reason why that guy was in there was
- 20:30Speaker 4: to get his rocks off.
- 20:32Speaker 8: So everybody is over there to get their jollies except you.
- 20:37Speaker 4: What is that supposed to mean?
- 20:39Speaker 8: I'm asking you a question.
- 20:40Speaker 4: Get my jollies? I've been there to see the beautiful
- 20:44Speaker 4: production value, the costuming, etc.
- 20:48Speaker 2: The costuming. You're in a joint called the Tip Top Room,
- 20:51Speaker 2: and you're in to see— Wait a minute. Hold on.
- 20:54Speaker 4: What are you trying to say?
- 20:55Speaker 8: Well, I think that you're in the— We're trying to
- 20:57Speaker 8: say that there's no such thing as costuming. If you
- 21:00Speaker 8: weren't costuming, you would have went to Vegas.
- 21:02Speaker 4: I'm there for the art. I'm there for the artistic
- 21:05Speaker 4: display and presentation. She does this song. You ever heard
- 21:09Speaker 4: this song, You Can Leave Your Hat On?
- 21:13Speaker 10: Yes.
- 21:14Speaker 4: You know the song I'm talking about?
- 21:15Speaker 8: Yes.
- 21:17Speaker 4: And she comes out, but you can leave your hat on.
- 21:21Speaker 4: And she's wearing a hat with glasses.
- 21:23Speaker 8: That's beautiful. But the other guy is paying her more money.
- 21:28Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 21:29Speaker 8: Than you are.
- 21:30Speaker 2: And she's leaving her hat on with him, too.
- 21:33Speaker 4: Don't talk that way about Lucy, or there's going to
- 21:35Speaker 4: be some serious... What are you going to do? You're
- 21:38Speaker 4: going to go over to Phil and slap him? I'll
- 21:40Speaker 4: go to the radio station and.
- 21:43Speaker 8: Oh, okay.
- 21:43Speaker 4: Okay.
- 21:43Speaker 2: Thank you very much.
- 21:44Speaker 4: Thanks, ma'am.
- 21:45Speaker 2: You know, we've got security here, okay?
- 21:48Speaker 4: She takes everything. What I wanted to tell you about
- 21:51Speaker 4: you can leave your hat on is she takes everything
- 21:54Speaker 4: off but the hat. You get it? Yeah, I got it.
- 21:58Speaker 2: You can leave your hat on. She takes everything off
- 22:00Speaker 2: but the hat.
- 22:01Speaker 4: It's a tremendous display.
- 22:02Speaker 2: All right. Valencia on the Phil Henry Show.
- 22:05Speaker 4: Hello. To me, that's artistic. Hello?
- 22:11Speaker 10: Where'd you find this old trick?
- 22:13Speaker 3: This is a gentleman who is in a club and
- 22:16Speaker 3: has been going to the same club for the last
- 22:18Speaker 3: three years for the same lap dance from Lucy and
- 22:22Speaker 3: believes in customer service.
- 22:24Speaker 4: He believes.
- 22:26Speaker 10: I'm a Korean War veteran.
- 22:28Speaker 4: I was just going to say.
- 22:29Speaker 10: If you were in Korea, you know the B-girls? Remember
- 22:32Speaker 10: the B-girls you used to pay money to?
- 22:35Speaker 4: Look it, pal. I got it down. I know what's
- 22:38Speaker 4: going on. But I go in there for the artistic display.
- 22:41Speaker 4: Don't give me that, you old trick.
- 22:44Speaker 10: You go in there to get your rocks off if
- 22:46Speaker 10: you can.
- 22:47Speaker 4: That's a load of bull crap. No, it's not. I
- 22:50Speaker 4: go in. These young ladies are there. They're supporting families.
- 22:53Speaker 4: This young Lucy told me she's got a kid that
- 22:55Speaker 4: she has to support. And I go in for the
- 22:58Speaker 4: lap dance and the beautiful costumes.
- 23:00Speaker 8: Oh, Bull.
- 23:01Speaker 7: Oh, Bull, huh?
- 23:03Speaker 4: I've been to the tip top club. I bet you're
- 23:05Speaker 4: the kind of guy that goes in there to get
- 23:07Speaker 4: his rocks off, don't you?
- 23:08Speaker 5: Hey, listen.
- 23:09Speaker 10: I knew Lucy before you did.
- 23:12Speaker 4: You knew Lucy. She's nothing but a B-girl. Hey, brother,
- 23:15Speaker 4: I'll tell you what. You're a trick. You know what
- 23:18Speaker 4: you are? You don't appreciate art.
- 23:21Speaker 7: I do appreciate art.
- 23:22Speaker 4: You probably appreciate Steve, but you don't appreciate art.
- 23:26Speaker 7: Hey, listen.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Okay, God. Atlanta on the Phil Henry Show.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Hello.
- 23:30Speaker 10: Hello.
- 23:31Speaker 4: Yes, sir.
- 23:32Speaker 5: Hi.
- 23:32Speaker 10: Good.
- 23:33Speaker 4: Good.
- 23:33Speaker 10: I'm trying to figure out what this guy's coming off of.
- 23:36Speaker 10: He's talking about the concern for customer service.
- 23:38Speaker 4: I'm talking about customer service, sir.
- 23:40Speaker 8: Right.
- 23:41Speaker 10: But then again, at the same time, you talk about
- 23:43Speaker 10: the need for a friend. Customer service does not mean
- 23:48Speaker 10: a friend or a special need. You're talking about a
- 23:52Speaker 10: customer relationship. She's a vendor.
- 23:55Speaker 4: You're a customer.
- 23:56Speaker 10: For all you know, and let me tell you, I
- 23:59Speaker 10: know some people that do. Hold on there, mister.
- 24:02Speaker 4: Hold on.
- 24:03Speaker 8: Hold on.
- 24:03Speaker 4: Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hey, listen
- 24:06Speaker 4: to me, okay? We've developed a relationship.
- 24:10Speaker 10: You're looking for a relationship.
- 24:11Speaker 4: There, I got it out. Between you running your mouth.
- 24:13Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 24:13Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 24:14Speaker 10: You're looking for a relationship.
- 24:16Speaker 4: We developed a relationship.
- 24:18Speaker 10: But you're looking for customer service.
- 24:20Speaker 4: Which is it?
- 24:21Speaker 10: Are you looking for a customer service relationship or are
- 24:23Speaker 10: you looking for a personal relationship?
- 24:25Speaker 4: It's the same thing.
- 24:26Speaker 10: Let me ask you this question. What's your real name?
- 24:30Speaker 10: What's her real name?
- 24:31Speaker 4: Her name's Lucy.
- 24:32Speaker 10: What's her real name? Do you not know much about strippers?
- 24:36Speaker 4: And you do? Yes, I sure do, son.
- 24:38Speaker 9: Really?
- 24:38Speaker 8: Why?
- 24:39Speaker 10: Let me tell you something.
- 24:40Speaker 4: Why do you know that?
- 24:40Speaker 10: I live in a city which has the highest stripper
- 24:43Speaker 10: population of any place in the United States.
- 24:46Speaker 4: How do you know that?
- 24:46Speaker 10: I know a bunch of people that dance for a living.
- 24:48Speaker 4: How do you know that?
- 24:49Speaker 7: Let me tell you what they do.
- 24:50Speaker 4: How do you know that?
- 24:50Speaker 10: They suck people in like you who feel.
- 24:54Speaker 4: Oh, and you don't suck you in?
- 24:55Speaker 10: You're getting an artistic.
- 24:56Speaker 4: You're probably the number one customer in Atlanta, aren't you? Oh, yeah.
- 25:00Speaker 8: Sure, why not?
- 25:00Speaker 4: You're hanging there on a bar stool.
- 25:02Speaker 8: Sure.
- 25:03Speaker 4: Scratching your ass. We ought to be out. Bull crap,
- 25:07Speaker 4: you're in there to get your jollies off.
- 25:09Speaker 10: You know, the only person in the public who's trying
- 25:10Speaker 10: to get their jollies off.
- 25:12Speaker 4: Aren't you? Is you. You're the goat.
- 25:14Speaker 10: Actually, the funny thing about it is, most of the
- 25:16Speaker 10: time when I go to a strip club, the girls,
- 25:20Speaker 10: when they're on their breaks, come by and talk to me. Oh, sure.
- 25:23Speaker 10: They don't come out there stripped for me. They come
- 25:25Speaker 10: out and talk to me.
- 25:26Speaker 4: Oh, you're a nut sucker.
- 25:28Speaker 10: You wish I was a nutsucker, but I'm not.
- 25:30Speaker 4: No, that's what you are, a nutsucker, and you're out
- 25:32Speaker 4: there to get your jollies off.
- 25:34Speaker 10: Here's the problem with America today. You have people who
- 25:39Speaker 10: claim to be veterans that are representing the American way
- 25:41Speaker 10: of life who immediately when there's a conflict or somebody
- 25:45Speaker 10: who disagrees with an opinion, you start calling them anything
- 25:49Speaker 10: you can.
- 25:50Speaker 4: I'm a Korean War veteran.
- 25:51Speaker 10: And, you know, you might be a Korean War veteran, too, okay?
- 25:53Speaker 10: But the sad part about it was I wasn't born
- 25:56Speaker 10: during the Korean War. And thank God, because we have
- 25:58Speaker 10: people like you defending our country. Now we should give
- 26:01Speaker 10: it up to somebody else.
- 26:02Speaker 4: Because you ain't wearing anything, dude. Throwing $ 20 bills at
- 26:06Speaker 4: strippers when I'm defending your right to get your jolly car.
- 26:09Speaker 10: You are throwing $ 20 at strippers trying to find a relationship.
- 26:13Speaker 10: And the problem is you can't find a relationship with
- 26:16Speaker 10: a normal human being. You're trying to find it.
- 26:19Speaker 4: With a stripper. If you are trying to.
- 26:23Speaker 10: Find a relationship with a stripper, you're going about it
- 26:27Speaker 10: the wrong way. Because you will never find a relationship
- 26:29Speaker 10: with a stripper in a strip club.
- 26:31Speaker 4: She is artistic, like the guy who, Da Vinci, the
- 26:34Speaker 4: guy that did the painting, is that him?
- 26:37Speaker 10: And she never had a relationship with the people who
- 26:39Speaker 10: did the paintings.
- 26:40Speaker 4: How do you know? You're sitting on a bar stool
- 26:42Speaker 4: scratching your ass and throwing $ 20 bills. So you do
- 26:46Speaker 4: have time to read a book.
- 26:47Speaker 10: Those who do not listen to history are doing the
- 26:49Speaker 10: right thing.
- 26:50Speaker 2: All right, thank you. Both of you guys.
- 26:53Speaker 3: I don't know what we're accomplishing here other than getting
- 26:56Speaker 3: people angry at him and he at them for the
- 26:59Speaker 3: fact that he's expecting customer service.
- 27:01Speaker 2: Out of a stripper. I mean, that's what it's all
- 27:04Speaker 2: about here, Mr. Bonafi, isn't it? You're expecting customer service
- 27:07Speaker 2: out of a stripper.
- 27:08Speaker 4: She's better than any ballerina that I've ever seen. She's
- 27:11Speaker 4: better than any dancer I've ever seen. And for you
- 27:13Speaker 4: to call her a stripper, I think, is a terrible thing.
- 27:16Speaker 4: And I, oh, man, it makes me just so angry.
- 27:19Speaker 4: I'm starting to black out a little bit. The same
- 27:21Speaker 4: way I blacked out when I grabbed a handful of
- 27:24Speaker 4: that guy's chest hair.
- 27:26Speaker 2: Well, you're going to get angry and violent, okay?
- 27:28Speaker 3: You're going to wind up in the same position you
- 27:29Speaker 3: were in last night with the cops asking you questions, okay?
- 27:32Speaker 3: The fact is you want a relationship, customer service, with
- 27:36Speaker 3: a woman that takes her clothes off for a living
- 27:38Speaker 3: for your $ 120 lap dance a week. And I don't
- 27:41Speaker 3: think that that's the way that world turns. And I
- 27:45Speaker 3: could be wrong.
- 27:46Speaker 7: 1-800-449-8686. 1-800-449-8686.
- 27:51Speaker 3: This is part four of our series, Is Customer Service
- 27:54Speaker 3: What It Used to Be? We have on the line
- 27:56Speaker 3: a gentleman who went into the tip-top room in Alhambra
- 27:59Speaker 3: last night and tried to get a lap dance from
- 28:02Speaker 3: a dancer who was dancing a table dance for somebody
- 28:04Speaker 3: else and making more money. He thinks she wasn't giving
- 28:07Speaker 3: him proper customer service. And just a side note from
- 28:12Speaker 3: my producer, the next time we do something on customer service,
- 28:15Speaker 3: let's have a more traditional business. Not your friends who
- 28:18Speaker 3: go into the tip-top room.
- 28:20Speaker 2: Be really nice.
- 28:22Speaker 5: 1-800-449-8686.
- 28:22Speaker 3: Phil Henry Show. Phil Henry Show at 1-800-449-8686. Is customer
- 28:29Speaker 3: service the way it used to be? I suppose we
- 28:31Speaker 3: were thinking of the Walgreens. I guess we were thinking
- 28:33Speaker 3: of the Long's Drugs and the Macy's and places like that.
- 28:36Speaker 3: We have a guy on the line who was involved
- 28:38Speaker 3: in something that at least made the wires. He's been
- 28:41Speaker 3: paying the same dancer for the same lap dance for
- 28:44Speaker 3: three years, and apparently.
- 28:46Speaker 2: a fight.
- 28:46Speaker 3: Broke out when she was spending more time with a
- 28:48Speaker 3: guy who was paying for a table dance. Now the
- 28:50Speaker 3: line was, apparently he went over and told her to
- 28:52Speaker 3: wrap it up and get over to his table. The
- 28:54Speaker 3: guy she was dancing for said, wait your turn, old-timer,
- 28:58Speaker 3: and then all hell broke loose. I'm on the line
- 29:00Speaker 3: with Mr. Lloyd Bonafai from Bonafi, is it, sir?
- 29:03Speaker 4: Yes, sir, Lloyd Bonafi, yes. And the other thing you
- 29:06Speaker 4: failed to mention is that I've been there three years,
- 29:10Speaker 4: and the costume changes and the showmanship.
- 29:14Speaker 3: Yeah, you're into the showmanship and the costume changes, and
- 29:17Speaker 3: you don't go in there to see her take her
- 29:18Speaker 3: clothes off.
- 29:20Speaker 4: No, I don't, and I don't want to keep answering
- 29:22Speaker 4: the same question. She dances to You Can Leave Your
- 29:24Speaker 4: Hat On. It is.
- 29:26Speaker 2: And the thing with that dance is she winds up
- 29:28Speaker 2: taking everything off but her hat.
- 29:30Speaker 4: Yeah, and to me, that's just tremendous. Great. All right.
- 29:36Speaker 4: When you say that, like, you think I'm an asshole.
- 29:38Speaker 2: No, I don't think you're an asshole. I think that you're,
- 29:41Speaker 2: I think.
- 29:41Speaker 4: You think I'm what? I first went in there when
- 29:45Speaker 4: she was dancing to Spice Girls, and then she started
- 29:48Speaker 4: doing the, you could leave your hat on, but she
- 29:50Speaker 4: started off with, tell me what you want, what you really,
- 29:53Speaker 4: really want. And to me, that was outstanding.
- 29:57Speaker 2: All right, here's Anaheim. Anna Heim on the Phil Henry Show.
- 30:01Speaker 4: Hello.
- 30:02Speaker 5: Hi.
- 30:02Speaker 4: Yes, ma'am. What are you laughing at?
- 30:04Speaker 8: Nothing.
- 30:05Speaker 5: I have a few things to say to this gentleman.
- 30:07Speaker 8: Sir, I'm a dancer.
- 30:08Speaker 5: I've been a dancer for almost ten years now.
- 30:10Speaker 4: What do you say? I appreciate the art that you
- 30:13Speaker 4: people do.
- 30:14Speaker 5: Thank you very much, because, you know, not that many
- 30:17Speaker 5: people do, but I want to help you to understand
- 30:19Speaker 5: a little bit where we're coming from. You know, I'm
- 30:23Speaker 5: sure that you're a very nice person, and I'm sure
- 30:25Speaker 5: that she does enjoy spending time with you, but you
- 30:27Speaker 5: have to remember that this is.
- 30:28Speaker 8: A job for us.
- 30:30Speaker 4: Well, I understand. But it doesn't seem.
- 30:33Speaker 5: Like you do because you seem to think that you cut.
- 30:37Speaker 4: Well, what about customer service?
- 30:39Speaker 9: I understand that, sir, and you probably get your cut
- 30:42Speaker 9: $ 20 worth, but if somebody is coming in there spending
- 30:45Speaker 9: a lot more money, you have to understand that when.
- 30:47Speaker 5: We're there to make money, that's what we're thinking about.
- 30:50Speaker 4: Well, the guy was making a crack, say, old-timer. You
- 30:53Speaker 4: come in in the same plaid shirt. I come from work,
- 30:57Speaker 4: and I sit very attentively, and she straddles, you know,
- 31:01Speaker 4: what you do with a lap dance. Well, you're familiar
- 31:03Speaker 4: with what you do. Yeah. And she's, and, you know.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Yeah, well, let me ask you a question.
- 31:08Speaker 3: If you're not there for getting your jollies off, as
- 31:10Speaker 3: you put it, what are you paying for a lap
- 31:12Speaker 3: dance for?
- 31:13Speaker 2: How about just a table dance?
- 31:15Speaker 4: What's that supposed to mean?
- 31:17Speaker 3: Well, why don't you just have her dance at the table?
- 31:18Speaker 3: What has she got to be giving you a lap
- 31:20Speaker 3: dance for? Why is she straddling you?
- 31:22Speaker 4: Because, sir, I'm into the artistic expression. That's why.
- 31:29Speaker 2: Well, what difference does it make if she's at the.
- 31:31Speaker 5: See, everybody has their own preference, though.
- 31:33Speaker 9: Everybody goes in there for a different thing, and everyone
- 31:35Speaker 9: is just as entitled.
- 31:37Speaker 8: To what they get out of it.
- 31:38Speaker 4: Do you dance to this deal, the Spice Girls, or
- 31:41Speaker 4: any deal like that?
- 31:42Speaker 5: Yeah, and you know what?
- 31:44Speaker 9: The act that you're talking about isn't original. I hate
- 31:47Speaker 9: to burst your bubble, but I've worked in three states,
- 31:49Speaker 9: and I've seen that act.
- 31:50Speaker 7: Everywhere I've ever been.
- 31:51Speaker 3: You can leave your hat on. I saw that at
- 31:53Speaker 3: the Pink Lady Lounge in Palm Springs.
- 31:54Speaker 7: What?
- 31:55Speaker 10: It's a cute act.
- 31:55Speaker 2: I saw it at the Pink Lady Lounge in Palm Springs.
- 31:58Speaker 4: Oh, crap. It's a cute act, but it's, you know, it's...
- 32:01Speaker 4: And then she comes out and does what all I
- 32:03Speaker 4: want for Christmas is my two front teeth, and she
- 32:06Speaker 4: has a Santa Claus hat on with a little bottle
- 32:08Speaker 4: of milk. It's great. What are you laughing at? Mr.
- 32:15Speaker 2: Bonafide, we're talking about.
- 32:17Speaker 9: I'm trying to help you understand, sir, that this is
- 32:21Speaker 9: a job for us.
- 32:22Speaker 4: I'm a Korean War veteran.
- 32:22Speaker 9: When she looks at UCC's dollar signs, do you understand that?
- 32:26Speaker 4: Yeah, but you know what? I'm a Korean War veteran.
- 32:28Speaker 8: But what does that have to do with it?
- 32:30Speaker 9: What does that have to do with anything that we're
- 32:32Speaker 9: talking about?
- 32:32Speaker 4: I told her to hurry it up, wrap it up,
- 32:34Speaker 4: and let's get on with the lap dance. And this
- 32:36Speaker 4: guy says, hey, old-timer, bug off. Well, what would you say.
- 32:42Speaker 9: To someone that interrupted your lap dance?
- 32:46Speaker 10: What would you say if someone came up to you
- 32:48Speaker 10: and said, excuse me.
- 32:50Speaker 8: I want her now, you need to go away?
- 32:51Speaker 4: I'll bet her off.
- 32:53Speaker 10: See, you wouldn't appreciate it, so why would you do
- 32:55Speaker 10: it to someone else.
- 32:56Speaker 8: And think it's okay?
- 32:57Speaker 4: Because she'd been standing there dancing her fat ass in
- 32:59Speaker 4: front of this guy for 20 minutes.
- 33:01Speaker 8: Maybe he was giving her a lot of money.
- 33:03Speaker 7: Did that ever occur to you?
- 33:05Speaker 4: Oh, I see. So it's the almighty dollar, is it?
- 33:07Speaker 5: That's exactly my point.
- 33:09Speaker 4: Boy, that's a sorry state of affairs.
- 33:11Speaker 2: Well, what do you go to work for every day?
- 33:13Speaker 7: What do you think this is, Disneyland?
- 33:15Speaker 2: What do you go to work for every day?
- 33:16Speaker 7: Disneyland, baby, that's exactly what it is.
- 33:18Speaker 4: So the almighty dollar rules everything.
- 33:20Speaker 2: What do you go to work for every day?
- 33:22Speaker 4: Yes, it does. Boy, and I thought we lived in
- 33:24Speaker 4: a Christian society.
- 33:25Speaker 9: You go into a titty bar and talk about being Christian?
- 33:28Speaker 4: Where do you get off?
- 33:30Speaker 10: Wait a second.
- 33:30Speaker 4: I don't get in there to get my rocks.
- 33:32Speaker 10: It doesn't matter why you're in there.
- 33:34Speaker 4: I'm not in there to get my rocks off.
- 33:36Speaker 9: It doesn't matter why you're in there.
- 33:37Speaker 4: Well, you're the one that said, and I thought we
- 33:40Speaker 4: lived in a Christian society. I didn't say that. You did.
- 33:42Speaker 4: You said I'm in there getting my rocks off.
- 33:44Speaker 9: No, I didn't.
- 33:45Speaker 4: Well, what are you talking about, then?
- 33:47Speaker 3: What we're talking about is what are you doing in
- 33:49Speaker 3: a strip bar when you're a Christian or whatever the
- 33:52Speaker 3: heck you claim.
- 33:52Speaker 7: You're talking about being a good Christian. Good Christians don't
- 33:54Speaker 7: go to strip bars.
- 33:55Speaker 4: So you're telling me the reason why you dance is
- 33:57Speaker 4: strictly for the money. Strictly.
- 33:59Speaker 10: That's why all girls do it.
- 34:01Speaker 8: What a sad.
- 34:01Speaker 9: I've been in this business, mister, for almost ten years.
- 34:04Speaker 9: Every girl that does it does it for the money.
- 34:07Speaker 4: You know, Jesus hung out with a whore.
- 34:10Speaker 3: Well, what has that got to do with women that
- 34:12Speaker 3: dance for a living, okay?
- 34:13Speaker 4: Why can't I go to a strip bar?
- 34:15Speaker 9: You can do anything you want, but you have to
- 34:16Speaker 9: understand that if you're going to go there, you have
- 34:18Speaker 9: to follow their rules.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 34:20Speaker 8: You have to understand how things work.
- 34:21Speaker 2: Thank you for your call, ma'am. Phil Henry Show.
- 34:23Speaker 4: Lucy loves me. I know she does.
- 34:27Speaker 7: Lucy?
- 34:27Speaker 2: Is that the dancer?
- 34:28Speaker 4: Yes. I know she loves me, and I think that
- 34:33Speaker 4: she's mad at me. That's why she danced for this
- 34:35Speaker 4: other guy.
- 34:37Speaker 2: Buddy, Lucy don't love you, man, okay?
- 34:40Speaker 4: Don't you talk about Lucy. Don't you talk about my Lucy.
- 34:45Speaker 2: I think you're, you know.
- 34:46Speaker 4: Shut up. Shut up.
- 34:52Speaker 2: Charlotte, you're on the Phil Henry Show.
- 34:54Speaker 4: Hello.
- 34:55Speaker 5: Hello?
- 34:55Speaker 4: Yes, ma'am. Hi.
- 34:57Speaker 6: Oh, I just want to know how senile is this
- 34:59Speaker 6: dude that he's going to sit there and call her
- 35:01Speaker 6: a fat ass? And he's supposedly in love with this chick.
- 35:06Speaker 6: She's there to get her money, you know? I don't
- 35:09Speaker 6: understand how he can, like, sit there and put her down.
- 35:11Speaker 4: He put my Lucy down.
- 35:13Speaker 6: You're the one who put your Lucy down. You're the
- 35:16Speaker 6: one sitting there calling her a fat ass. You're the
- 35:18Speaker 6: one talking about how she won't come over to you,
- 35:20Speaker 6: how she doesn't love you or whatever. She's trying to
- 35:23Speaker 6: get her money. She doesn't care about you sitting over
- 35:26Speaker 6: there trying to pay her $ 20 when she's sitting there
- 35:28Speaker 6: making $ 150 off some dude. She doesn't care about that.
- 35:31Speaker 2: And I want to ask a question here, Mr.
- 35:33Speaker 4: Bonafi.
- 35:33Speaker 2: If you're so close to Lucy, what's her last name?
- 35:37Speaker 4: Her last name?
- 35:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:39Speaker 4: Apparently it's Luce. Lucy Luce.
- 35:43Speaker 8: Oh, my goodness.
- 35:44Speaker 4: What do you mean, oh, my goodness?
- 35:46Speaker 6: I think that you are just... Somebody's going to come
- 35:49Speaker 6: in there and, like, they're.
- 35:51Speaker 10: Paying good money for her to give.
- 35:53Speaker 6: Them their dance.
- 35:53Speaker 8: Why are you going to sit there.
- 35:55Speaker 6: And go over there and beat some dude up just
- 35:57Speaker 6: because he's paying this woman money?
- 35:59Speaker 4: What's your name?
- 36:05Speaker 10: Hello?
