  SPEAKER_00: 263 active in Valencia, 183 in Canyon Country, 105 in Saugus, 99 New Hall, 53 Castic, 39 Active, 37 Stevenson Ranch, 26 Aqua Bill C21 Santa Clarita.

  SPEAKER_00: And the reason why that is, is because there are some agents listing properties for sale in Santa Clarita that aren't a member of their board.
