- 2:33Speaker 6: a good way, Like I don't think I'm good at
- 2:35Speaker 6: saying yo Tommy.
- 2:36Speaker 4: I don't think there's a bad way to say it.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Or she could she could harmonize like I could do
- 2:39Speaker 4: the Yo Tommy, she could.
- 2:40Speaker 3: Go yeah, I like that. There's no like there's no
- 2:45Speaker 3: way to say yo Tommy bad, Like there's.
- 2:47Speaker 4: No dumb questions like YO Tommy. Yeah.
- 2:51Speaker 3: It's kind of boring, but that's what's not boring is

- 3:41Speaker 3: his team and figure out firsthand, see why they went
- 3:44Speaker 3: award after ward after ward, So go check them out.
- 3:46Speaker 4: Go Tommy's dot com. Okay, So the news.
- 3:50Speaker 3: We've talked about this already, the whole jersey number thing
- 3:54Speaker 3: with dj Pickett LSU, not a lot coming out of
- 3:57Speaker 3: first e except for that that's what people are talking about.
- 4:00Speaker 3: But the reason why those big news is because that
- 4:02Speaker 3: jersey number belongs to Jaden Daniels. And I got to
- 4:07Speaker 3: be honest with you, that might have been the first
- 4:11Speaker 3: time I've heard Jaden daniels name pop up in a
- 4:15Speaker 3: long time this offseason, and it got me really wondering, like,
- 4:22Speaker 3: what is why aren't more people talking about Jaden Daniels
- 4:27Speaker 3: heading into this season. Two years ago, coming off a
- 4:32Speaker 3: Heisman Trophy at LSU, he had one of the most
- 4:37Speaker 3: historic rookie campaigns of any quarterback in the history in
- 4:43Speaker 3: the history of the NFL, like from a yardage standpoint,
- 4:46Speaker 3: passing from a completion percentage standpoint, from a touchdown to
- 4:49Speaker 3: interception ratio from a rushing almost nine hundred yards rushing.
- 4:53Speaker 3: He hadn't statistically and single handedly, not single handedly, of course,
- 4:57Speaker 3: but a team that wasn't projected to do much took
- 5:00Speaker 3: him to the NFC Championship as a rookie. And it
- 5:04Speaker 3: wasn't by accident. It wasn't like broken plays in accidents. Yeah,
- 5:07Speaker 3: he had a helm mary, Okay, you can count that
- 5:09Speaker 3: as like a low percentage play that doesn't not gonna
- 5:12Speaker 3: happen very often, probably winning a game you shouldn't have.
- 5:15Speaker 3: But what he did as a rookie, we just hasn't
- 5:18Speaker 3: really seen before. Maybe Cam Newton's rookie year was something
- 5:21Speaker 3: that might be a little bit of a comp to that,
- 5:23Speaker 3: but way more turnovers than Jayden Daniels had. Of course,
- 5:27Speaker 3: last year, he comes out with a lot of expectations.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Week two he sprains his knee, Week seven gets a
- 5:33Speaker 3: little bit of a right hammy issue. Nine has that
- 5:36Speaker 3: that really nasty and gross dislocation of the left elbow.
- 5:39Speaker 3: Comes back in fourteen with that braceon re injures the elbow.
- 5:42Speaker 3: They just weren't a very good team last year, the top,
- 5:45Speaker 3: top to bottom, and you can even say the year
- 5:47Speaker 3: before they weren't very good, but Jayden played so good
- 5:52Speaker 3: they overcame a lot of that stuff, and yeah, you
- 5:54Speaker 3: could say like they were the benefit of some some
- 5:57Speaker 3: fluke plays and what you could say whatever you want.
- 5:59Speaker 3: They made NFC Championship with a rookie quarterback playing his
- 6:02Speaker 3: absolute ass off, but then last year bit by the
- 6:05Speaker 3: injury bug and being less talented. Last year, they didn't
- 6:09Speaker 3: do very well and he got injured. But coming into
- 6:12Speaker 3: this year, it's almost like people have completely forgot who
- 6:16Speaker 3: Jayden Daniels is and that that man is going to
- 6:19Speaker 3: put on his helmet this year and his jersey being
- 6:21Speaker 3: healthy going into a year, and that is something everybody
- 6:24Speaker 3: in the NFL should be very, very worried about. And
- 6:30Speaker 3: yesterday we get the news that's Stefan Diggs signs a
- 6:33Speaker 3: contract with them worth up to I think it's one
- 6:36Speaker 3: year worth up to twelve million this season. Thirty two
- 6:38Speaker 3: year old Stefan Diggs.
- 6:39Speaker 4: Who is.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Coming off a pretty pretty dang good year with New England.
- 6:45Speaker 3: Last year he had eighty five receptions over a thousand yards,
- 6:48Speaker 3: receiving only four touchdowns, but almost twelve yards per reception
- 6:52Speaker 3: last year, so he still has the ability to be
- 6:57Speaker 3: a difference maker in a game, and especially when you're
- 6:59Speaker 3: you're pairing them against uh what I think people call
- 7:03Speaker 3: him scary Terry Terry McLaurin, like he's the for real
- 7:06Speaker 3: number one Stefan Diggs coming in as a veteran. I
- 7:09Speaker 3: think this is this year ten.
- 7:10Speaker 4: I believe this is year twelve. This is year twelve.
- 7:14Speaker 4: He's played eleven years. Was way off.
- 7:17Speaker 3: This is year twelve for Stefan Diggs. Like what a
- 7:20Speaker 3: fantastic signing. Like we knew something was gonna happen. We
- 7:24Speaker 3: knew somebody was gonna sign them at some point. I
- 7:27Speaker 3: think people were gonna we talked about different teams, seeing
- 7:31Speaker 3: how they were doing. I think I think Jacob talked
- 7:33Speaker 3: about it in uh with the Chargers camp last week,
- 7:37Speaker 3: like if they're guys that they like, they got a
- 7:38Speaker 3: lot of young guys, a lot of new guys. They
- 7:40Speaker 3: were going to see how it played out, and if
- 7:41Speaker 3: it's not working out, they were gonna look towards that
- 7:43Speaker 3: route of the Stefan Diggs type player. Well, the Commanders
- 7:47Speaker 3: make a I saw the news and I was like yes,
- 7:49Speaker 3: because I'd been thinking about Jayden Daniels, Like why is
- 7:52Speaker 3: not more national people talking about him as one of
- 7:56Speaker 3: the top quarterbacks in the league, maybe not top five
- 7:58Speaker 3: right now. I get it, like coming off an injury,
- 8:00Speaker 3: you gotta always be wary, like you don't know, like
- 8:02Speaker 3: was that first year of Fluke.
- 8:04Speaker 4: I can let me tell you something. It was not
- 8:05Speaker 4: a fluke. That man.
- 8:06Speaker 3: That's a bad man, and he is healthy going into
- 8:09Speaker 3: this year, more people need to be talking about him,
- 8:11Speaker 3: and hopefully they will now that they added another piece.
- 8:14Speaker 3: And I think that was probably the main concern, was
- 8:16Speaker 3: that people just didn't believe in the pieces around him.
- 8:19Speaker 3: But they had Sonny styles on defense. I think that
- 8:20Speaker 3: defense will be improved. They added a little bit of talent,
- 8:23Speaker 3: but now with a for sure really good and productive
- 8:29Speaker 3: over a thousand yards or even last year as their
- 8:31Speaker 3: number two, I think they could. You know, I'm not
- 8:33Speaker 3: going to say they're going to be a super Bowl team,
- 8:35Speaker 3: but they're going to be much more approved this year.
- 8:38Speaker 7: This is a huge signing. And I mean, look, I
- 8:40Speaker 7: know my guy, Jake, he's as excited as me. I
- 8:42Speaker 7: feel like every week we bring up, hey, who's going
- 8:44Speaker 7: to sign Stefan Diggs Because there's just like this opinion
- 8:49Speaker 7: among NFL fans and Stefan Diggs is like fallowing off
- 8:51Speaker 7: a cliff production wise, and he really hasn't like seven
- 8:54Speaker 7: of the last eight years one thousand yards.
- 8:56Speaker 4: The only time he didn't he only played eight games.
- 8:58Speaker 4: That was two years ago. Just mentioned it.
- 9:00Speaker 7: Eighty five catches in a thousand yards. He's not the
- 9:02Speaker 7: top five guy that a lot of people thought he
- 9:05Speaker 7: was back in his Buffalo days. But he doesn't need
- 9:08Speaker 7: to be. You just mentioned Terry mclauren's gonna be the guy.
- 9:11Speaker 7: He's your speech to Red. He's gonna take the top
- 9:13Speaker 7: off the defense. Jayden needs that guy to be underneath
- 9:16Speaker 7: catch the underneath throats and digs can do that. He
- 9:18Speaker 7: was top ten last year in first down catches. Jayden's
- 9:21Speaker 7: gonna need that. Zach Ertz ain't there no more. He's
- 9:23Speaker 7: a free agent right now. And yes, zach Ertz was
- 9:26Speaker 7: a lot older when he got to Washington, but he
- 9:28Speaker 7: was still a productive player for him. They added Rashad
- 9:31Speaker 7: White at running back, So you got White, you got
- 9:33Speaker 7: Krossky Marritt, you got Chris Rodriguez. It was really the weapon,
- 9:36Speaker 7: Like you're gonna have to rely on Luke McCaffrey, who
- 9:39Speaker 7: like solid player, but like, do you want to have
- 9:41Speaker 7: to rely on Luke McCaffrey weekend and week out. The
- 9:43Speaker 7: weapons outside of mclauren weren't great. This give's I mean,
- 9:46Speaker 7: look Terry mclauren and Stefan Diggs, there's a lot of
- 9:49Speaker 7: teams in the NFL that would take that as a
- 9:51Speaker 7: one to two punch. You pair that with a fully
- 9:53Speaker 7: healthy Jayden Daniels and an improved running game, all of
- 9:56Speaker 7: a sudden, your offense is really good.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm excited to see him. Last year five and
- 10:00Speaker 3: twelve for the comings didn't have much help injuries, but
- 10:07Speaker 3: I think the defense has certainly gotten better. Like you
- 10:09Speaker 3: see the clips that you commented, I saw it Sonny
- 10:12Speaker 3: Styles pricing yesterday.
- 10:13Speaker 4: What an incredible sweater.
- 10:14Speaker 7: Dude, I want to talk about a guy who knows
- 10:16Speaker 7: how to sweat is Sony Style.
- 10:18Speaker 3: It's unbelievable, Like coming off his hands. I mean he
- 10:21Speaker 3: probably lost I don't know, half a gallon in that
- 10:26Speaker 3: one clip alone, that one slow mo clip. It was
- 10:28Speaker 3: absolutely incredible. I think the he's got new coordinators. The
- 10:32Speaker 3: Commanders have new coordinators this year, and I think one
- 10:35Speaker 3: of the big question marks on their team is offensive line. Now,
- 10:40Speaker 3: it's good that you have a quarterback with the skill
- 10:43Speaker 3: set of Jaden when you have a bad offensive line,
- 10:45Speaker 3: you'd rather him be mobile than stationary. But that just
- 10:50Speaker 3: means that it's going to be tough for them to
- 10:53Speaker 3: come back from behind, so they're gonna have to stay ahead.
- 10:55Speaker 4: Or oh look here we go. We have the clip.
- 10:56Speaker 4: Sonny style is sweating right here. Watch this. Look at that.
- 11:00Speaker 4: I mean, look at that dude. He looks like he
- 11:02Speaker 4: was at a dunk tank. Yeah.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Now, I will say from experience of being around these
- 11:07Speaker 3: guys when it's hot in training camp, that's not all sweat.
- 11:12Speaker 3: Sometimes you just take that bottle true drinch your entire body.
- 11:17Speaker 3: And as a linebacker you don't have to worry about.
- 11:19Speaker 3: As a quarterback, of course, or a receiver running back,
- 11:21Speaker 3: you can't do that. Actually, got to hold onto the ball.
- 11:23Speaker 3: You don't want wet ball drills out there. But a
- 11:24Speaker 3: lot of this is what he does need some my hid.
- 11:28Speaker 3: That's why college is all over the country, pro teams,
- 11:31Speaker 3: high schools are using it.
- 11:33Speaker 4: Not a big deal. I didn't expect this to become
- 11:36Speaker 4: in my high commercial. Hey, why she did struggle last
- 11:39Speaker 4: year injuries? Maybe they weren't hydrated. I mean that's why
- 11:42Speaker 4: maybe over ninety university athletic programs use it. What aig
- 11:51Speaker 4: deal at all? Can't prove that it's not true Jaden's
- 11:54Speaker 4: using it. He's an l SU. Sure he is.
- 11:57Speaker 6: He was.
- 11:58Speaker 7: Who's pretty healthy at all? The right mate, he's pretty
- 12:01Speaker 7: healthy a lot, a lot more than he was last year.
- 12:03Speaker 7: And it's pretty successful as well.
- 12:05Speaker 4: Someone's sa I mean, not enough to retire his number.
- 12:10Speaker 4: We're not saying that not successful enough, thank you, Landra.
- 12:14Speaker 4: We're not saying that my high is a performance enhancer,
- 12:17Speaker 4: but we're not saying that it's not.
- 12:18Speaker 3: Yeah, we're not yet. It can prove that it doesn't
- 12:21Speaker 3: do anything or everything can't do it. In the chat
- 12:24Speaker 3: talking about Sonny styles Cliff, this dude is a sprinkler.
- 12:28Speaker 3: He was My god, it was impressive. When I saw that,
- 12:30Speaker 3: I was like, this is the best thing I've seen
- 12:32Speaker 3: in training camp.
- 12:33Speaker 5: That's me and hot plates. Legitimately, that's how bad it gets.
- 12:39Speaker 7: Like I said, it's Jersey, I'm like, oh, yeah, it's
- 12:40Speaker 7: pretty wet. He's sort of running to like there's water
- 12:42Speaker 7: when you're shooting off of this.
- 12:44Speaker 5: Do you think you're right that he probably.
- 12:45Speaker 4: Just ye had? Yeah, I mean that that you do,
- 12:48Speaker 4: you lose a lot of sweat. I mean they're probably.
- 12:50Speaker 5: Losing I mean he's sweating for sure.
- 12:51Speaker 3: The training can't practice. It's not unheard of to lose
- 12:56Speaker 3: twenty to thirty pounds of sweat. I'm not talking about
- 12:59Speaker 3: body weight, because you're consuming a lot as well. By
- 13:02Speaker 3: twenty thirty pounds sweat like water weight. Yeah, yeah, but
- 13:06Speaker 3: you're putting a lot back in. Yeah, but yeah, it's
- 13:08Speaker 3: you can you can lose a lot up there, so
- 13:10Speaker 3: stay hydrated, say healthy, but it's part of the grind.
- 13:13Speaker 4: So toughens yep, really brings you together as a team.
- 13:17Speaker 4: But yeah, uh.
- 13:19Speaker 3: We started this segment because I just wanted to highlight
- 13:23Speaker 3: the greatness of Jaden Daniels. Yeah, one year of being
- 13:29Speaker 3: riddled with injury and on a pretty talentless team last season,
- 13:34Speaker 3: which they have improved that.
- 13:37Speaker 4: I am so.
- 13:38Speaker 3: Excited to watch that man play football again. So excited
- 13:41Speaker 3: because you can describe him as I don't think we've
- 13:45Speaker 3: seen a smoother athlete play the quarterback position. When at LSU,
- 13:50Speaker 3: every time the offense got the ball, whether it was
- 13:52Speaker 3: on their own half yard line or the fifth it
- 13:54Speaker 3: doesn't matter where it was. You were just like, oh,
- 13:56Speaker 3: oh yeah, we're gonna we're gonna score because he's Jaden's
- 13:59Speaker 3: playing in a different game that everybody else is playing.
- 14:02Speaker 4: He's just different.
- 14:03Speaker 3: And that translated immediately to the NFL to the NFL game,
- 14:07Speaker 3: and a lot of people, like a lot of times
- 14:10Speaker 3: would when you have that sort of skill set, the
- 14:12Speaker 3: dual threat. A lot of times that doesn't translate as
- 14:17Speaker 3: well as it did for Jaden, but it certainly did.
- 14:20Speaker 3: So I'm extremely excited to see him play. I'm It's
- 14:24Speaker 3: not like I'm gonna be cheering for them to make
- 14:26Speaker 3: the playoffs or predicting them to like go far, like
- 14:29Speaker 3: go to the NFC Championship again, because I do think
- 14:31Speaker 3: that year was certainly an outlier. But I think they're
- 14:35Speaker 3: making some of the right moves. I feel like they're
- 14:37Speaker 3: making some of some of the moves that they should
- 14:39Speaker 3: be making. So excited to watch him play, and Tiger
- 14:41Speaker 3: fans should be too, And of course his greatness is
- 14:44Speaker 3: what sparked the conversation amongst LSU fans yesterday about DJ
- 14:48Speaker 3: Pickett wearing the number. So whatever your opinion is of that,
- 14:51Speaker 3: you know whatever, We're just gonna watch it play out
- 14:53Speaker 3: and then guess what, You get to watch Jayden play
- 14:55Speaker 3: all season long and hopefully stays healthy. So I'm excited
- 15:00Speaker 3: that and I'm excited for next segment.
- 15:03Speaker 5: WHOA, what's happening next segment?
- 15:04Speaker 4: It's a big deal.
- 15:05Speaker 8: What is it?
- 15:06Speaker 3: It's the biggest deal that happens every week. What munchiese
- 15:11Speaker 3: Oh So if you're hungry, you might want to turn
- 15:14Speaker 3: the radio off because we're gonna be talking food. For
- 15:16Speaker 3: Chef Michael Johnson, the head performance chef over at LSU.
- 15:21Speaker 3: I know he's working full time right now at training camp,
- 15:23Speaker 3: so we're going to check in with him and see
- 15:24Speaker 3: what's happening over there at football ops and training camp.
- 15:27Speaker 3: And yeah, stick with us right here for our every
- 15:30Speaker 3: week month you say it with Chef Michael Johnson off
- 15:32Speaker 3: the bench, I go to Pelican roof dot com. Pelicanroof
- 15:37Speaker 3: dot com your website for of course, Pelican Roof the
- 15:41Speaker 3: most trusted and the best roofing company in Louisiana. Put
- 15:44Speaker 3: that on anything and there are a lot of options.
- 15:47Speaker 3: I get that, we get that out there, but make
- 15:49Speaker 3: sure you're going to their website and checking around. Check
- 15:52Speaker 3: out the reviews online. You can hear what other customers
- 15:54Speaker 3: are talking about. And when you go and check it out,
- 15:56Speaker 3: you're gonna see it's five star reviews everywhere. Whether it's Google, Yelp, whatever,
- 16:01Speaker 3: it doesn't matter. It's all five star reviews. And that's
- 16:04Speaker 3: from actual customers. That's not like people paid to do
- 16:06Speaker 3: it or anything like that, because when you work with them,

- 16:49Speaker 2: wish our somebody never made turn talkers.
- 16:55Speaker 1: This is off the bench, NOI was last night. My
- 17:00Speaker 1: kids should live.
- 17:01Speaker 2: Make your group of seeds with your fang and seas,
- 17:03Speaker 2: the last bottle of the Jacqueese play the fields.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Just talking about live.
- 17:07Speaker 4: Go see you all right, welcome back here.
- 17:12Speaker 3: Off the bench Thursday morning, like from the Raising King
- 17:14Speaker 3: Studio trapod rolling with you and Lady Kane across the
- 17:17Speaker 3: table from me. All right, it is one of our
- 17:21Speaker 3: favorite times of the entire week. Got a lot to
- 17:25Speaker 3: get to right here on our weekly monch. You say
- 17:28Speaker 3: it with chef Michael Johnson, Jeff, what's going.
- 17:30Speaker 4: On this morning?
- 17:32Speaker 8: Oh I'm living it?
- 17:34Speaker 4: Yeah, I bet you are. It's uh, you're your day two.
- 17:38Speaker 3: I guess day three training camp, day two of practice today,
- 17:41Speaker 3: so I for a fan standpoint, it's really the second day,
- 17:44Speaker 3: but I man, I bet it's.
- 17:45Speaker 8: Uh.
- 17:45Speaker 4: How's the schedule been so far?
- 17:47Speaker 8: It's good, you know, like, uh, it's it's training camp.
- 17:51Speaker 8: So you sorry, I'm back there with the guys in
- 17:53Speaker 8: the clouds. Yeah, you know. It's intense. Man, three thirty
- 18:00Speaker 8: in the morning, Hey, coach, how are you? I appreciate that, coach,
- 18:06Speaker 8: and I cut watermelon yesterday, okay, all right, yeah, so yeah,
- 18:11Speaker 8: schedules like three thirty in the morning until you know,
- 18:15Speaker 8: six or seven o'clock at night, which yeah, yeah, it's
- 18:18Speaker 8: it's it's intense and this is where you build it, right,
- 18:22Speaker 8: Like we've been trying to get prepared for this mentally
- 18:24Speaker 8: in physically for about the past two or three weeks,
- 18:27Speaker 8: you know, like spending long, longer hours here and just
- 18:30Speaker 8: preparing mentally with planning and organizing and stuct So honestly, brother,
- 18:35Speaker 8: you know, this is this is where chefs live and dream.
- 18:37Speaker 8: You know, it's the chaos that we thrive in. So
- 18:40Speaker 8: we flourishing this.
- 18:42Speaker 4: That's where there saying you can't handle the heat, get
- 18:44Speaker 4: out of the kitchen came from.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Right, baby, that's right. Yeah, three thirty in the morning.
- 18:48Speaker 3: So what how how much time do y'all beat everybody
- 18:51Speaker 3: else by? How like how long does it take to
- 18:53Speaker 3: get I'm assuming the breakfast ready? What times the team
- 18:55Speaker 3: start showing up?
- 18:56Speaker 8: Yeah? Round six? Yeah, we were we pre shift around
- 19:00Speaker 8: five thirty. Give ourselves you know a little bit of
- 19:03Speaker 8: wiggle room there. If anybody shows up and we're ready,
- 19:06Speaker 8: we were potentially going to open the doors and let
- 19:08Speaker 8: them in, but we just like to stay ready, brother,
- 19:11Speaker 8: and if you know, like if we are not, if
- 19:14Speaker 8: we're not thinking ahead, somebody's gonna catch us, you know. Yeah,
- 19:19Speaker 8: that's the uh it depending on the head coach in charge,
- 19:22Speaker 8: you know, like that that that the schedule can vary,
- 19:27Speaker 8: you know, like Coacho liked to push things around a
- 19:29Speaker 8: little bit, and if the guy's had a hard, hard
- 19:32Speaker 8: workout and did really good, he might cut the practice
- 19:34Speaker 8: short and let him come eaterly. So and then Coach
- 19:38Speaker 8: Kelly was very very methodical, you know, same time every day,
- 19:41Speaker 8: you know, like the schedule didn't change from what he
- 19:43Speaker 8: had planned. And Coach Kippen pushes things around a little
- 19:47Speaker 8: bit as well, so you know, like it's it is
- 19:50Speaker 8: in the nature of the beast to pivot and be prepared,
- 19:53Speaker 8: and so you know that's that's that's where we live.
- 19:57Speaker 4: And now you got Coachoe cutting watermelon with it. That's right.
- 20:03Speaker 2: He was.
- 20:03Speaker 8: He was telling people he had killed street alligators that
- 20:07Speaker 8: watermelon yesterday. He had me and switches yesterday. Man, he's
- 20:13Speaker 8: a he's a fun dude, you know. And I got
- 20:16Speaker 8: emotionally attached to Coacho. His his my first tenure here,
- 20:19Speaker 8: his first tenure here. So you know, we we have
- 20:22Speaker 8: a tremendous amount of respect for each other, and I'm
- 20:24Speaker 8: super happy to have him back.
- 20:25Speaker 4: I love it.
- 20:26Speaker 3: I think I think I think you speak for everybody
- 20:28Speaker 3: here in Louisiana. We are all happy to have coach
- 20:30Speaker 3: O seen him seeing him and just hear him in
- 20:32Speaker 3: the background there when when he walked by.
- 20:34Speaker 4: It was was fantastic. So all right, let's get to
- 20:37Speaker 4: some of these questions.
- 20:38Speaker 3: We've got hashtag hashtag munchies here. Let's see what is
- 20:43Speaker 3: your favorite seasoning rub for smoking meats or chicken.
- 20:47Speaker 8: So I usually make my own, right And if it's pork,
- 20:51Speaker 8: it's gonna be it's gonna be sweet and spicy. If
- 20:55Speaker 8: it's chicken, I'm probably gonna have a little bit of
- 20:57Speaker 8: citrus in there somehow, a little bit of uh, you know,
- 21:01Speaker 8: not maybe not sour, but bite twang, you know what
- 21:03Speaker 8: I mean. With With red meat, it's usually really simple
- 21:07Speaker 8: black supper and Koch your salt. I just I kind
- 21:11Speaker 8: of tend to favor the the you know, taste, the
- 21:14Speaker 8: flavor of the red meat. Pork tolerates sweet and spicy
- 21:19Speaker 8: you know pork, but and a fattiness behind it. Really loves,
- 21:22Speaker 8: you know, a sweet and spicy mixture to it. And
- 21:26Speaker 8: you know, like if I'm smoking it, I'm probably gonna
- 21:28Speaker 8: have a little uh apple cider bath to go along
- 21:32Speaker 8: with it. It's apple cider, uh apple cider, applesider, vinegar,
- 21:37Speaker 8: a little bit of hot sauce mixed with a little
- 21:39Speaker 8: water to send it out and maybe a little lemon
- 21:43Speaker 8: juice in there too. But you know, you kind of
- 21:45Speaker 8: baze what they call bathing the meat while it's cooking,
- 21:50Speaker 8: specifically with whole hogs, like belly up whole hogs. You
- 21:52Speaker 8: bathe it in the in the belly and it it
- 21:54Speaker 8: kind of steams, and uh yeah, it it adds to
- 21:58Speaker 8: the process for sure.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Hashtag munchies. What are some of the items for traditional
- 22:04Speaker 3: foods usually on the menu during fall camp?
- 22:08Speaker 8: Anything they want, brother, this is the time of year,
- 22:11Speaker 8: and if you're looking for specific guidance, Lots of mac
- 22:13Speaker 8: and cheese, lots of stick to your bone stuff, greens.
- 22:18Speaker 8: We did like a hash brown bowl this morning that
- 22:20Speaker 8: they really love the box tail. The first night, you know,
- 22:23Speaker 8: like we've fed it. We've fed one hundred and twenty
- 22:25Speaker 8: five guys in eighteen minutes on reporting day. We thought
- 22:31Speaker 8: we thought that was intense. We've had one hundred and
- 22:32Speaker 8: ten guys yesterday in fourteen minutes. So when you have
- 22:35Speaker 8: the right food out there, it's it's uh, you know,
- 22:38Speaker 8: fuck your fingers in and don't get let them get
- 22:40Speaker 8: in the way.
- 22:40Speaker 4: That's right.
- 22:41Speaker 3: So it's this is one of those times of the year,
- 22:43Speaker 3: and I'm sure it's not like this all year long,
- 22:44Speaker 3: but training camp is very specific and different because like
- 22:48Speaker 3: they're they're burning so many calories, like they are working
- 22:51Speaker 3: so hard. There's nothing that they like, nothing's really should
- 22:54Speaker 3: be off limits to them, right, you.
- 22:56Speaker 8: Know, there's a lot of stress involved in it too, right,
- 22:58Speaker 8: and so we don't want to add additional stress to them.
- 23:01Speaker 8: We want to put foods that are in front of them,
- 23:02Speaker 8: that are comfortable for them, that they're familiar with. We're
- 23:05Speaker 8: not trying to push the envelope on new foods. We're
- 23:07Speaker 8: putting things in front of them that they're used to
- 23:09Speaker 8: eating that has high caloric values so that they're not
- 23:12Speaker 8: losing weight. Is the burn is going to you, Like
- 23:17Speaker 8: one of the biggest priorities of camp is to not
- 23:20Speaker 8: lose weight. You know, like there's not a discussion about
- 23:23Speaker 8: gaining weight necessarily during camp because it's almost possible, you know,
- 23:26Speaker 8: like there's so much caloric burn with the heat and
- 23:30Speaker 8: the intensity of it that we're just trying not to
- 23:32Speaker 8: lose weight.
- 23:33Speaker 3: Yeah, So I know you wear can in hand with
- 23:36Speaker 3: the performance dietitians as well. And this is one of
- 23:38Speaker 3: those situations where you know, I'm obviously with my background,
- 23:41Speaker 3: I'm very curious and interested in sweat loss and sodium
- 23:44Speaker 3: loss and things like that from our duration standpoint, but
- 23:47Speaker 3: you can also help a lot of that. Do you
- 23:48Speaker 3: work with the dietitians. Is this the time of year
- 23:50Speaker 3: where they're losing so much sweat? Do you make certain
- 23:54Speaker 3: dishes saltier to help some of the sodium replacement or
- 23:58Speaker 3: is it just you leave that to the dietitian.
- 24:00Speaker 8: Cut pickles, you know, like we squeeze watermelon, we cut watermelon.
- 24:04Speaker 8: I mean that's the purpose of the watermelon is not
- 24:06Speaker 8: not food per se. It's it's liquid hydration, right, and
- 24:10Speaker 8: we put like cayen and salt on it. It's finding
- 24:13Speaker 8: creative ways to get it to them, whether that they're
- 24:14Speaker 8: comfortable to eat it, right, And you know, a cold
- 24:18Speaker 8: watermelon in the middle of the afternoon, just it sus
- 24:20Speaker 8: from the inside from cooling you down from the inside
- 24:23Speaker 8: to the salt and what it does for the body
- 24:25Speaker 8: and the sodium retaining, you know, helping you retain liquid
- 24:28Speaker 8: so that you're not losing too much. So yeah, it
- 24:31Speaker 8: really is you know, lots of pickles, cherry juice for recovery.
- 24:35Speaker 8: You know, like where we can and where it's creative.
- 24:38Speaker 8: We we we we definitely are part of it for sure.
- 24:41Speaker 3: Hashtag munchies are the Are the super high protein yogurts
- 24:46Speaker 3: good for you?
- 24:49Speaker 8: It depends on your output, right, you know, like I
- 24:54Speaker 8: think if you're expending energy or you're trying to build muscles, yes,
- 25:00Speaker 8: if you're if you're sedentary, it doesn't be you too
- 25:05Speaker 8: much good, right, So whether it's good for you or not,
- 25:09Speaker 8: it's kind of a buzz question on what kind of
- 25:11Speaker 8: lifestyle you're living.
- 25:12Speaker 4: Mhm, Okay, let's see hashtag munchies.
- 25:16Speaker 8: I will say this when you when you're looking at those,
- 25:18Speaker 8: you know, what what you should be looking for to
- 25:20Speaker 8: in your yogurt is how many how many strains of
- 25:23Speaker 8: bacteria they have? Like that helps aids in the digestion
- 25:26Speaker 8: process and you know, it helps maintain gut health. So
- 25:30Speaker 8: the more strains of bacteria that you have in there,
- 25:34Speaker 8: that's something that that that's something that if you want
- 25:36Speaker 8: to have a conversation about what's good for you, you know,
- 25:40Speaker 8: seeing four or five different types of bacteria strains in there,
- 25:44Speaker 8: there's definitely something that's good for you.
- 25:46Speaker 3: Yeah, I think I think like when you're if you're
- 25:48Speaker 3: yogurt shopping for the health benefits, a four or five
- 25:51Speaker 3: I think would be the minimum of strains of that
- 25:54Speaker 3: you should look for.
- 25:55Speaker 8: Yeah, and I think they go up to you know,
- 25:57Speaker 8: like seven or eight that they're kind of how difficult
- 25:59Speaker 8: to find, but more I was definitely, you know, five ideal.
- 26:02Speaker 3: And if it's a good one, they're going to advertise
- 26:04Speaker 3: it on the label too. If it's not a good one,
- 26:05Speaker 3: they're probably not going to brag about how many strains
- 26:07Speaker 3: they have.
- 26:08Speaker 8: That's right.
- 26:09Speaker 4: So yeah, it'll it'll be there on the label. So
- 26:11Speaker 4: check that out. Hashtag munchies. Why are they called hush puppies?
- 26:18Speaker 8: Damn to find, no brothers, no questions. We all have
- 26:21Speaker 8: to ask ourselves. I'm sure there's a story behind it,
- 26:25Speaker 8: but I don't. I don't have it for you, man,
- 26:26Speaker 8: I could make something up, you know, like I feel
- 26:28Speaker 8: like those dry little breadballs might have chucked somebody sometimes,
- 26:31Speaker 8: that's right.
- 26:33Speaker 3: I was always told the story as a kid, like
- 26:35Speaker 3: I'd got to like these fried catfish all you can
- 26:37Speaker 3: eat buffets, I have hushpuppies and stuff, and they always said,
- 26:40Speaker 3: like back in the day, you would throw this corn
- 26:42Speaker 3: stuff in the fryer and you just the stray dogs.
- 26:44Speaker 3: You throw it to tell them to shut up and
- 26:46Speaker 3: get out of here. But I'll love a hush puppy.
- 26:49Speaker 3: Do you do you make your own hushpuppies? Do you
- 26:51Speaker 3: have any like special mix or recipe for it?
- 26:55Speaker 6: Well?
- 26:55Speaker 8: No, but we you know, you know, we buy our
- 26:57Speaker 8: corn bread bands because it's you know, handling too much
- 27:01Speaker 8: flour in the kitchen kind of exposes the athletes that
- 27:04Speaker 8: are gluten free to a little bit more than we're
- 27:06Speaker 8: comfortable with. So and not only that, when you can
- 27:08Speaker 8: find find a good product that works, go with it,
- 27:11Speaker 8: you know. So you know, not to digress here, but
- 27:15Speaker 8: I kind of think if you're having a fish fry,
- 27:18Speaker 8: you know, the the life of the hush puppy very
- 27:21Speaker 8: well could have started in testing the oil and seeing
- 27:23Speaker 8: it but hot enough and instead of wasting your fish,
- 27:26Speaker 8: sacrificing a little bit of cornbread dressing, you know, cornbread
- 27:30Speaker 8: dough to put in there to see if your frier
- 27:32Speaker 8: is hot enough to fry instead of wasting your fish.
- 27:36Speaker 8: But I'm not really sure, man, I mean, I could
- 27:38Speaker 8: see that being one of the things there, chev.
- 27:42Speaker 4: There's a couple.
- 27:42Speaker 3: I just want to ask you one more before we
- 27:45Speaker 3: let you go, because I know y'all are crazy busy there.
- 27:47Speaker 3: You've been up since since three three thirty. When when
- 27:50Speaker 3: you're buying chicken, you're buying eggs at the store, what
- 27:54Speaker 3: do you what terms do you look for? Do you
- 27:55Speaker 3: learn look for organic? Do you learn for free range,
- 27:58Speaker 3: cage free? Which which term actually means something from a
- 28:03Speaker 3: house perspective?
- 28:04Speaker 8: You know, honestly, I like to buy eggs from the
- 28:06Speaker 8: market because those terms are used very loosely and the
- 28:10Speaker 8: way that they're governed is even more questionable. Just to
- 28:14Speaker 8: be honest with you, I don't want to get into
- 28:15Speaker 8: politics or anything, but you know that that the the
- 28:19Speaker 8: industry is allowed to use labels and stuff that is
- 28:22Speaker 8: you know, like free range. Free range means it has
- 28:25Speaker 8: a as exposure to grass, but may not actually use it,
- 28:29Speaker 8: you know what I mean? Like just because they have
- 28:31Speaker 8: it available to them doesn't mean that they use it, doesn't,
- 28:34Speaker 8: you know. And so there there there's some uh, I
- 28:38Speaker 8: don't know, there's just some gray area.
- 28:41Speaker 4: We'll call it used out there.
- 28:43Speaker 8: Yeah, right, yeah, So you know, when I buy from
- 28:46Speaker 8: the market. I know, you know, like you can have
- 28:49Speaker 8: conversation with your farmer there about how they're raised and such,
- 28:53Speaker 8: and I don't know if you're you're giving back to
- 28:56Speaker 8: your local community rather than buying from some obscure place
- 29:00Speaker 8: that you don't know the chickens as such. I'm I'm
- 29:03Speaker 8: a tommy.
- 29:07Speaker 4: Just because it's cage free doesn't mean they don't live
- 29:09Speaker 4: in a cardboard box.
- 29:10Speaker 8: So that's right.
- 29:11Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, Jeff, we'll let you go. I know
- 29:14Speaker 3: you got a busy he gets a busy day, You
- 29:16Speaker 3: got a busy couple of weeks. So we we thank

- 31:18Speaker 3: He doesn't even have to think about it. He just
- 31:20Speaker 3: goes into like a great answer about everything. And he's
- 31:24Speaker 3: so thoughtful about everything he does. And I think that's
- 31:26Speaker 3: that's why he has such a great chef and he's
- 31:29Speaker 3: such so he's gotten to the level that he has
- 31:32Speaker 3: because he takes care and literally every dish. How about
- 31:34Speaker 3: three thirty in the morning, they're getting there. Training camp
- 31:37Speaker 3: is training camp schedules hit different, but for the support
- 31:41Speaker 3: staff everybody around the football players, Uh, it hits a
- 31:45Speaker 3: little bit different because they got to be there before
- 31:47Speaker 3: and after those players are so as tough as it
- 31:50Speaker 3: is of course on the players from a physical standpoint
- 31:53Speaker 3: and a time standpoint. From a time standpoint, and a
- 31:55Speaker 3: workload of the support staff. He can't do without them.
- 31:58Speaker 3: And there is countless people over there that we always
- 32:01Speaker 3: thanked and couldn't The players can't do it without everybody
- 32:04Speaker 3: else around there in shef Midel Johnson is a fantastic
- 32:07Speaker 3: example of that. All right, we are going to got
- 32:10Speaker 3: two more segments left, got a little bit of time.
- 32:12Speaker 3: We'll here raise Lady Caine's thoughts on the Tigers this year,
- 32:16Speaker 3: So stick with us right here on Off the bench.
- 32:18Speaker 3: Off the bench, go to First American Bank and Trust.
- 32:22Speaker 3: First American Bank and Trust FABT dot com. And we're
- 32:27Speaker 3: talking about a bank. You know what's a bank do.
- 32:31Speaker 3: A bank controls your financial future. It holds your money
- 32:34Speaker 3: that you work hard for. It grows your money. It
- 32:37Speaker 3: can help build a business, It can help expand what
- 32:41Speaker 3: you can do as a business. It can help get
- 32:43Speaker 3: a home, put a roof over your head when you're
- 32:45Speaker 3: growing a family. They can do all those things. And
- 32:47Speaker 3: if you're going to have somebody hold that kind of
- 32:50Speaker 3: be able to make those kind of powerful decisions in
- 32:52Speaker 3: your life, you want it done by people. In Louisiana,
- 32:54Speaker 3: First American Bank and Trust is a Louisiana Bank been
- 32:57Speaker 3: doing it for over a century, over one hundred years,
- 33:00Speaker 3: have been working here in Louisiana, working with Louisiana families,
- 33:02Speaker 3: working with Louisiana businesses to help. If you need a mortgage,
- 33:07Speaker 3: a heelock, maybe it's a business line of credit, a
- 33:09Speaker 3: business loan, whatever it does, make sure that you're doing
- 33:12Speaker 3: it with companies that are making decisions right here in
- 33:15Speaker 3: this state, not on the left coast, not on the
- 33:17Speaker 3: East coast, right here fabt dot com.
- 33:29Speaker 2: She's at the field on righters, cutting across the pastor.
- 33:34Speaker 1: From the locker room to the airwaves. Gets off the
- 33:37Speaker 1: bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn.
- 33:40Speaker 3: She got a cold arm, she got a morse Mike,
- 33:43Speaker 3: all right, welcome back here off the bench. It is
- 33:45Speaker 3: not with Jacob Hester in that friend. That is with
- 33:47Speaker 3: Lady Kane and that one. She's done a very bad
- 33:51Speaker 3: job today.
- 33:53Speaker 5: Not a single tape.
- 33:54Speaker 4: Bad girl.
- 33:55Speaker 5: She don't stand on.
- 33:56Speaker 4: Nothing that's right. You don't say for something, you'll fall
- 34:01Speaker 4: for anything. This bee will fall for anything.
- 34:06Speaker 1: She really will.
- 34:07Speaker 3: And she is a bee literally by definition. That's why
- 34:12Speaker 3: I said it correct. Launder Tay table, what's happening y'all good.
- 34:18Speaker 3: Everybody's good.
- 34:19Speaker 6: Great, look, everything's going great over here. Okay, I wasn't
- 34:26Speaker 6: gonna bring this up. We've been sitting here, oh three
- 34:31Speaker 6: hours now. Yeah, y'all are such men. I got my
- 34:36Speaker 6: hair done yesterday and neither of you noticed.
- 34:39Speaker 4: Okay, I saw you such men.
- 34:42Speaker 7: I saw you post about this yesterday. Here's how much
- 34:45Speaker 7: of such men I am. I read that post and
- 34:49Speaker 7: Landra said we're brunette now, and I was like, huh,
- 34:52Speaker 7: thought she was already brunette?
- 34:54Speaker 4: Was Yeah, that was my reaction.
- 34:56Speaker 5: I had red hair.
- 34:59Speaker 4: I thought it was it's brown. It's probably the lighting.
- 35:01Speaker 5: Wait, I had like burgundy hair since like November.
- 35:07Speaker 7: Okay, I knew you had burgundy hair. I thought you
- 35:09Speaker 7: had changed it since then. I guess I just got
- 35:11Speaker 7: used to it, and then it to me it just
- 35:13Speaker 7: went back to brown.
- 35:14Speaker 4: Well, I gotta put this one on Taylor.
- 35:17Speaker 5: He knew it happened and still didn't say, well, all I.
- 35:19Speaker 4: Can see his headphones.
- 35:21Speaker 5: I guess so. But hold on a second, red hair,
- 35:25Speaker 5: I had burgundy hair, What does that mean? It was
- 35:28Speaker 5: like a really dark.
- 35:29Speaker 4: Red, dark red burgundy. Yeah.
- 35:31Speaker 7: Well, see, this is exactly why I didn't bring it
- 35:33Speaker 7: up because I was just gonna say I thought it
- 35:36Speaker 7: was already brown.
- 35:37Speaker 4: That's why. Yeah, I was red. It's beautiful.
- 35:41Speaker 5: It's like November to now. Yeah, I mean it was
- 35:44Speaker 5: a year that I had red.
- 35:46Speaker 4: Hair, burgundy hair like maroon. Yeah, it was like maroon,
- 35:51Speaker 4: maroone burgundy. Yeah, it's kind of the same thing, right, Yeah,
- 35:54Speaker 4: I needed to side by side.
- 35:57Speaker 5: I mean, it's still dark, but it's brown.
- 35:58Speaker 4: I did this the Lacy a couple of weeks ago.
- 36:01Speaker 5: Yeah, y'all are just meant.
- 36:02Speaker 3: She got her hair cut, like she cut like a
- 36:04Speaker 3: decent amount off it, like she's never done that.
- 36:07Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 36:07Speaker 4: Like I walked in and my dumb ass nothing because
- 36:14Speaker 4: she kind of had like wavy, so I just thought
- 36:16Speaker 4: it was like extra wavy making it look shorter.
- 36:18Speaker 5: Yeah, that makes sense.
- 36:20Speaker 7: Luckily for me eating tom Victoria has a hair appointment.
- 36:23Speaker 7: She'll text me and be like, hey, remind her hair
- 36:25Speaker 7: appointment today. So I can't do something like, Okay, you
- 36:28Speaker 7: got your hair done.
- 36:29Speaker 3: Hair.
- 36:29Speaker 4: There's something different that's kind of like so that I
- 36:31Speaker 4: appreciate that. That's a good. It's kind of like the
- 36:34Speaker 4: text reminders from treasuring But what if you forget.
- 36:37Speaker 5: About the ri.
- 36:39Speaker 4: You did that read all week. Dix was cracking me up.
- 36:42Speaker 4: He's like, well, the text about is great, but like

- 37:37Speaker 3: and Outdoor Living KTZ Blinds dot com all right, I
- 37:42Speaker 3: just like we talked about every single day because it's
- 37:46Speaker 3: a big deal electrical substation. Yeah, is it taking ever
- 37:52Speaker 3: everybody's feed?
- 37:54Speaker 6: It's taking over my feed, But I think it's my
- 37:57Speaker 6: algorithm is kind of crazy. But also I interact with
- 38:01Speaker 6: it a lot, so.
- 38:04Speaker 1: I like it.
- 38:05Speaker 5: I'll like it or I'll send it to y'all because
- 38:08Speaker 5: me and the substation are like.
- 38:11Speaker 6: The substation story is truly right up my alley, Like
- 38:15Speaker 6: this is something that I live for, is the substation,
- 38:19Speaker 6: And I'm thinking I was thinking.
- 38:20Speaker 5: About it the other Oh, we didn't talk about this
- 38:22Speaker 5: on air. I didn't bring it up. The tree thing
- 38:24Speaker 5: that I was telling. Yes, okay, So.
- 38:28Speaker 6: Just a real quick I'm sure everybody's heard about the
- 38:30Speaker 6: substation by now, but if you don't have forty nine
- 38:32Speaker 6: ers have a lot of soft tissue injuries.
- 38:34Speaker 5: They're dropping like flies during training camp right now.
- 38:38Speaker 4: Year since they moved to this new location, the electrical
- 38:41Speaker 4: substation next to an.
- 38:42Speaker 6: Electrical substation, so people believe that it has an effect
- 38:45Speaker 6: on the injuries. So George Kittle said that twenty twenty one,
- 38:50Speaker 6: his rookie season, that there were a bunch of trees
- 38:54Speaker 6: between the substation and the practice field, and that he
- 38:58Speaker 6: didn't really think anything of it. But then one of
- 39:00Speaker 6: the vets was like, hey, did you ever notice that
- 39:02Speaker 6: those trees, like the leaves are always dead? The leaves
- 39:06Speaker 6: are just always dead on the trees that are between
- 39:09Speaker 6: the substation and the practice field.
- 39:12Speaker 5: And he didn't think of it.
- 39:13Speaker 6: But then the next year he told Kyle Shanahan the
- 39:16Speaker 6: same thing, like, do you ever think it's weird that
- 39:18Speaker 6: the leaves are dead.
- 39:19Speaker 5: On this tree?
- 39:20Speaker 4: Year round?
- 39:22Speaker 5: They cut the trees down, dead gone.
- 39:24Speaker 6: They cut the trees down that were between the substation
- 39:27Speaker 6: and the field, and now they got all these injuries.
- 39:29Speaker 3: They were like, what trees? George, I was looking at
- 39:34Speaker 3: the tree thing because you said that yesterday. I'm like,
- 39:36Speaker 3: that's it's an incredible it's a it's an incredible statement
- 39:41Speaker 3: because no, because the trees are cut down. I don't
- 39:45Speaker 3: know when the fact check only needs to come on
- 39:47Speaker 3: the time frame because they have certainly cut down the trees.
- 39:50Speaker 2: Huh.
- 39:50Speaker 3: That's why they're saying that it's more the substation is
- 39:53Speaker 3: more noticeable this year because you look at years past,
- 39:56Speaker 3: there are sporadic trees and I'm wondering, like, was there
- 39:59Speaker 3: a bunch of trees, like have they cut a little
- 40:00Speaker 3: bit down every year or tried to plant like more
- 40:03Speaker 3: evergreen type trees that are more but the leaves just
- 40:06Speaker 3: keep shtting wronger. I don't know, because in the clip
- 40:08Speaker 3: there are some green trees, but they're very sporadic. But
- 40:12Speaker 3: this year they're all cut down and like you can
- 40:15Speaker 3: definitely see. I mean, it's a real situation of it.
- 40:17Speaker 6: My thing is whether it's real or not that the
- 40:21Speaker 6: substation has effect on injuries or whatever. Either way, this
- 40:27Speaker 6: has to be getting in their heads, like you know,
- 40:29Speaker 6: they're talking about it in the locker.
- 40:30Speaker 5: Room, no doubt, Like another one of those down. It
- 40:33Speaker 5: has to be the substation.
- 40:35Speaker 4: And now you're probably feeling like you're injured when you're not.
- 40:38Speaker 7: You know, You're substation is tight like placebo effects.
- 40:44Speaker 4: Stretches. You're like, oh, damn it, I'm next, man, I'm next.
- 40:47Speaker 4: Look at that thing looking at me.
- 40:48Speaker 7: But like Kittle of all players pointing this out, one
- 40:52Speaker 7: of the longest tenured forty nine ers at this point, like,
- 40:55Speaker 7: if anybody knows it's.
- 40:56Speaker 3: In substation, killing trees, killing trees and achilles everything, they
- 41:04Speaker 3: need to move and you for me, once obviously, shame
- 41:09Speaker 3: on you for me twice.
- 41:10Speaker 4: Shame on me.
- 41:12Speaker 3: If it's every single year, there's something that's a common factor. Now,
- 41:18Speaker 3: whether that's a conspiracy or not, there's something else that's
- 41:21Speaker 3: going on, whether it's a bad stream, coach bat training
- 41:23Speaker 3: us out something. But you can't defy all odds and
- 41:26Speaker 3: be the highest number of soft tissue of all thirty
- 41:29Speaker 3: two teams every single year without there being one common
- 41:32Speaker 3: denominator one reason that's happening. So we like to think
- 41:37Speaker 3: it sees electro magnetic substation electric rays hitting them. I love, Oh,
- 41:44Speaker 3: it's great. The Twitter is so fantastic that the memes
- 41:47Speaker 3: coming out of it. I think I think one has
- 41:48Speaker 3: like a on the other side of the price facilities
- 41:50Speaker 3: like mordor.
- 41:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 41:56Speaker 4: Well, we hope they.
- 41:56Speaker 3: Stay healthy, but I doubt they will because of the substation.
- 42:00Speaker 3: But it is really fantastic. It got me thinking we
- 42:02Speaker 3: do need to do like a tweet of the day,
- 42:03Speaker 3: because we always like our group text. We're always sitting
- 42:06Speaker 3: each other tweets and it makes us laugh that one
- 42:08Speaker 3: the other day that someone started an account that has
- 42:11Speaker 3: a blue check mark. It's called the like the Niners
- 42:13Speaker 3: or whatever, like the San Francisco Electrical Substation. They I
- 42:17Speaker 3: don't remember who it was, but they said, somebody is
- 42:19Speaker 3: fully healthy.
- 42:20Speaker 4: It would know it was.
- 42:21Speaker 7: It was Mike Evans and Debo practicing because they're both
- 42:23Speaker 7: older receivers coming off injuries.
- 42:25Speaker 4: Yeah, and it said we'll see yeah.
- 42:27Speaker 3: And so they had tweeted about them being fully healthy
- 42:29Speaker 3: going into practice or going into a training camp and
- 42:32Speaker 3: quote tweeted by the Electrical Substation just said we'll see.
- 42:36Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 42:37Speaker 5: It's George Kittle.
- 42:39Speaker 6: George Kittle continues his rehub grind and he goes, we'll see, yeah.
- 42:43Speaker 4: We'll see. We'll see that. That's the case.
- 42:46Speaker 3: All right, something to look for. Okay, get your questions, Jim,
- 42:50Speaker 3: we're gonna go to break. We're gonna have a or asked.

- 45:22Speaker 3: I don't know if they have the best. You never
- 45:24Speaker 3: really talked about it much. But what I've heard just
- 45:26Speaker 3: through all that was they didn't have like the most
- 45:29Speaker 3: father son type relationship. I don't think it was a
- 45:32Speaker 3: bad one. I just don't don't really recall any stories,
