- 0:08Speaker 1: Scrible advice. He never Welcome to the naughty but nice.
- 0:18Speaker 1: I'm your host, wrong shooter, And it's Wednesday, which means
- 0:22Speaker 1: our dear friend Donnie Meacham joints junny giggling. I'm giggling
- 0:28Speaker 1: because it's Wednesday. You know I love Wednesdays. But also
- 0:32Speaker 1: it is the Thanksgiving holiday. Yes, I am thankful every
- 0:36Speaker 1: year since I've met you, Rob, you are wonderful, thankful
- 0:39Speaker 1: for the non I am doing. Guy? Um, what can
- 0:43Speaker 1: I say? I'm absolutely turkey of a gift? Isn't that?
- 0:47Speaker 1: Why is that? That's what I have? Your that delicious
- 0:53Speaker 1: cranberry sauce. Okay, what are you doing for the for
- 0:58Speaker 1: the holiday? Are you meeting friends or are you meeting
- 1:02Speaker 1: a guy that you've met on a website? Or what's
- 1:04Speaker 1: your plans? You know I'm gonna do both. I'm gonna
- 1:08Speaker 1: meet up with some friends here in this day and
- 1:10Speaker 1: a guy from a website. Here you go, I say, actually,
- 1:13Speaker 1: gobble gobble, but we're going to next for a nice show. Okay,
- 1:16Speaker 1: moving along. That's terrible. We're in a terrible, terrible naughty
- 1:18Speaker 1: me Today. My time a story to tell you real
- 1:20Speaker 1: quick two seconds. You'll love this because it's about you, you'll.
- 1:25Speaker 1: So I had a house moming party the other day
- 1:26Speaker 1: my new apartment. So on my fridge, remember when I
- 1:29Speaker 1: was in New York City, Me, you Delena took that
- 1:31Speaker 1: fabulous photo together. That's right, I looked marvelous. I didn't
- 1:35Speaker 1: know you too were in it. So I printed it
- 1:39Speaker 1: out and it's on my friends just so you guys know.
- 1:42Speaker 1: And my friends walked everybody, who's that fabulous? Felt? I said,
- 1:46Speaker 1: that's Rob. I'm a little disappointed who I was. That's
- 1:50Speaker 1: a bit disappointing, but I'm glad that they saw me.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Are your friends and dad? They hopefully they're listening to
- 1:58Speaker 1: the show. Lower lower, lower, And I gave everyone, I
- 2:00Speaker 1: can't be of your book? Are the way? Tell them
- 2:02Speaker 1: to get the Amazon no free ones. I think it's
- 2:05Speaker 1: eighteen dollars that's in the bargain basement. Get it cheap
- 2:08Speaker 1: and they'll probably get in January though, because people buy
- 2:11Speaker 1: self help books in January. So by it now, by now, okay,
- 2:15Speaker 1: let's jump into the show. What time is it, my friends?
- 2:17Speaker 1: It is d time. Prince Harry is thanking Elfon John
- 2:21Speaker 1: for being a friend to his MoMA, Princess Diana. Oh
- 2:25Speaker 1: it's so sweet, isn't it so? Harry and Megan recorded
- 2:28Speaker 1: a special video to appear before Elton's final performance in
- 2:34Speaker 1: the U s A. Sir Elton finished this amazing career
- 2:39Speaker 1: of his Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles, and before the
- 2:43Speaker 1: show went live, there was a video on the screens
- 2:46Speaker 1: and it was the Duke and the Duchess and they said, Hi,
- 2:49Speaker 1: Elton just wanted to say congratulations entertaining everybody for so
- 2:53Speaker 1: many decades. And then they went on to say, thank
- 2:57Speaker 1: you so much for being the amazing friend that you
- 3:00Speaker 1: were to my mom, and thank you for being a
- 3:02Speaker 1: friend to us, thank you for being a friend to
- 3:05Speaker 1: our kids, and thank you for entertaining people around the world.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Isn't this sweet? You know, sometimes Megan and Harry they
- 3:14Speaker 1: get a bad rap, but I think doing things like this,
- 3:18Speaker 1: and they looked so normal in this video. They looked
- 3:22Speaker 1: like it could be you and meet Annie with better
- 3:24Speaker 1: clothes and better teeth. But they did look sort of
- 3:28Speaker 1: like us on a filtered app And I thought it
- 3:31Speaker 1: was lovely. And you do sometimes forget I do that. Elton,
- 3:36Speaker 1: John and Princess Diana were really good friends. They met
- 3:40Speaker 1: up They met up in the eighties when they were
- 3:44Speaker 1: their birth at a birthday party for Prince Andrew, the
- 3:47Speaker 1: Disgraced brother. I know. Imagine that when he turned twenty one,
- 3:52Speaker 1: he had a birthday party. Diana was there, Elton, John
- 3:55Speaker 1: was there, lots of other celebrities and these two just
- 3:57Speaker 1: hit it off and he remained really really close to Diana. Beautiful,
- 4:04Speaker 1: just a really lovely moment. What do you think, Well,
- 4:07Speaker 1: a few of my friends were actually at the show
- 4:09Speaker 1: and they did mention how fabulous it was. And I
- 4:12Speaker 1: hate to rain on your parade, but it's sprinkling now.
- 4:14Speaker 1: So I'm going to say, do you think Elton reached
- 4:17Speaker 1: out to or do you think somebody by the name
- 4:19Speaker 1: of Mega Markle. It's because if Megan and Harry reached
- 4:26Speaker 1: out to Elton's team, they'd be like, that's a bit presumptuous.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Before before he comes out of that sings a song
- 4:32Speaker 1: to play a video of you two, So I think
- 4:35Speaker 1: this is what I think happened. David, Elton's husband, is
- 4:39Speaker 1: very very close with Megan. In fact, they were going
- 4:42Speaker 1: to do an animated TV show together. He's a producer,
- 4:46Speaker 1: she has her own production company, So I think he
- 4:49Speaker 1: probably came through the husband and I don't know if
- 4:52Speaker 1: any body reached down. I think they were probably sitting
- 4:55Speaker 1: around one night in enjoying a California glass of w
- 5:00Speaker 1: in and they said this would be an idea, but
- 5:03Speaker 1: it turned out just just beautiful. Elton performed at their wedding,
- 5:08Speaker 1: so they are close. He did perform at their wedding
- 5:11Speaker 1: in the UK, and he since hosted the couple in
- 5:14Speaker 1: the South of France the following year when they wanted
- 5:17Speaker 1: to get away from all the press after their wedding.
- 5:20Speaker 1: That was a tough yer that year after the wedding,
- 5:23Speaker 1: So before they moved into Tyler Perry's house. While you
- 5:26Speaker 1: imagine just moving into Tyler Berries, they moved into Dyla
- 5:31Speaker 1: Perry's house, who they didn't really know that well. They
- 5:34Speaker 1: went to Elton John's house in the South of France.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Would be lovely, wouldn't it, to just couch hop of
- 5:39Speaker 1: all these celebrities, I'd never buy a home. I'd spend
- 5:42Speaker 1: a week here, a week with Chair, a week with Elton.
- 5:44Speaker 1: I don't know if i'd spend a week with Madonna,
- 5:46Speaker 1: because I bet she can be a bit difficult. But
- 5:49Speaker 1: I think this just sounds lovely, the videos adorable. It's
- 5:52Speaker 1: up on not a gossip dot com. But we want
- 5:54Speaker 1: to know what you have to say about all this,
- 5:57Speaker 1: which brings us to our whole question of the day.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Harry and Megan thanked Elton John for being a friend
- 6:03Speaker 1: to his MoMA m u m. I loved that in
- 6:06Speaker 1: Britain we called Mama, not mom MoMA Princess Diana. A
- 6:11Speaker 1: bit of a naughty question. Do you think Elton is
- 6:14Speaker 1: Team Harry or Team William? So cheek it's a chee
- 6:21Speaker 1: it's a geek question today? Can you be neutral? Maybe
- 6:25Speaker 1: we should add a third option to the poll. Go
- 6:28Speaker 1: vote on our Twitter page and Naughty Nice Rob or
- 6:33Speaker 1: our Facebook page Naughty Gossip. You can leave a comment
- 6:36Speaker 1: there and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear
- 6:40Speaker 1: your results. I plan to do a show tomorrow on Thanksgiving.
- 6:45Speaker 1: I don't know if Mark Lupo will be around, but
- 6:48Speaker 1: it only takes twenty minutes. Donnie. There's so much celebrity
- 6:51Speaker 1: gossip and I did thoroughly enjoy doing it, so I'll
- 6:54Speaker 1: get up an hour earlier before all the festivities begin
- 6:58Speaker 1: and bang out a quick show Tomorrow's If you want
- 7:00Speaker 1: some celebrity gossip tomorrow or just a friend to hang
- 7:03Speaker 1: out with for half an hour or so. I will
- 7:06Speaker 1: be around. Hey, what are you working on? Love? Oh?
- 7:10Speaker 1: The Chrislies are going to reality stars Todd and Julie Crislely.
- 7:16Speaker 1: They received a sentences for their convictions on charges of
- 7:20Speaker 1: a bank front and tax evasion. Todd actually got more
- 7:24Speaker 1: time in prison. He got twelve years plus sixteen. That's
- 7:27Speaker 1: not a minute. That's a lot of prison. That's a
- 7:29Speaker 1: lot of prison and sixteen months probation that parts five
- 7:34Speaker 1: the twelve years. Julie got seven sevens a lot twelve
- 7:42Speaker 1: as well as sixteen sixteen months of approbation. And it
- 7:45Speaker 1: was actually just recently reported that their show, Christie Knows
- 7:48Speaker 1: Best was canceled, which makes sense. How are they going
- 7:54Speaker 1: to do that unless you filled my reality Like that's
- 7:57Speaker 1: a locked up abroad show in jail. But I don't
- 8:01Speaker 1: think they can get the cameras and they can't get
- 8:04Speaker 1: cameras in Yeah, that's wild. I mean, this is actually
- 8:08Speaker 1: crazy because we've ever watched the show. These people live
- 8:11Speaker 1: this fabricous happiness, but it was rich. It was almost
- 8:14Speaker 1: too good to believe. When that happens, you know, something
- 8:19Speaker 1: suff it's interesting because they've been convicted of inflating their
- 8:23Speaker 1: net worth to secure a thirty million dollars in fraudulent loans.
- 8:30Speaker 1: So what they've been doing here, and there's somebody else
- 8:33Speaker 1: who has been accused of doing this at the moment,
- 8:36Speaker 1: is inflating the value of your property to get loans
- 8:40Speaker 1: and then decreasing the value of your property when it
- 8:44Speaker 1: comes to tax purposes. And so there is another very
- 8:48Speaker 1: high profile case. We're not going to say his name
- 8:50Speaker 1: because we don't do politics on this show, but it's
- 8:53Speaker 1: a very similar case that is a long time in jails.
- 8:58Speaker 1: The christ is doing night doing anything wrong, and they
- 9:02Speaker 1: actually blamed it on their employees. So they said it
- 9:06Speaker 1: was their accountants that defrauded the government and they knew
- 9:10Speaker 1: nothing about it. Obviously a jury doesn't agree with that
- 9:14Speaker 1: at all. It was a weird show, wasn't it. There
- 9:17Speaker 1: was something off about this couple. There was rumors about
- 9:21Speaker 1: his sexuality, But in fact, what the real drama was
- 9:27Speaker 1: is they were frauds. They were bringing in money, getting
- 9:31Speaker 1: loans not paying it back. Thirty million dollars. That's a
- 9:35Speaker 1: lot of money to steal, didn't Teresa. Teresa went to
- 9:39Speaker 1: jail from the Jersey House. I was their related shows
- 9:42Speaker 1: because Bravo and Ear all part of the same network.
- 9:45Speaker 1: This is what's complicated, isn't it about this reality starts now. Now,
- 9:48Speaker 1: it's a generalization, but I will make it often people
- 9:52Speaker 1: that make fabulous reality TV a shady shady people, Donnie.
- 9:59Speaker 1: We bet a lot of reality stars. Something's always just
- 10:03Speaker 1: a little little bit off. Remember our friend and Lisa,
- 10:07Speaker 1: who was the producer, and we were talking to at
- 10:09Speaker 1: least we had drinks with her, and she produces all
- 10:12Speaker 1: these reality shows. And I asked her, like, are you
- 10:14Speaker 1: friends with them? Any of these people on your shows?
- 10:17Speaker 1: And she said noah, because the people she likes would
- 10:20Speaker 1: never get cast on a reality show. The people that
- 10:23Speaker 1: get cast they have to be tricky. It's it's it's
- 10:28Speaker 1: a generalization, Donnie, But but I've seen a lot of
- 10:31Speaker 1: reality stars, We've met them. They're all a little dodgy. Yeah,
- 10:37Speaker 1: it's so true. It's like I remember specifically us talking
- 10:39Speaker 1: to her and she's like, YouTube are fabulous, It's funny,
- 10:42Speaker 1: wonderful people. She was like, but you're not going to
- 10:45Speaker 1: get up there. In last we wanted to be we
- 10:49Speaker 1: want to be rich and famous. We're having drinks with her.
- 10:51Speaker 1: I think we only really wanted to do it while
- 10:52Speaker 1: we were drinking, Donnie, but we had visions of turning
- 10:55Speaker 1: guslves into Kim and you'd be Chloe. Naturally, I'm the king,
- 10:59Speaker 1: and so we were picturing ourselves and she was like,
- 11:02Speaker 1: you're too nice. I know it says that we're patting
- 11:05Speaker 1: ourselves on the back here. We were devastated about it.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Remember at drinks, we were so drunk. I thought we
- 11:11Speaker 1: were going to take over the world of TV and
- 11:14Speaker 1: she said, no, everybody that makes it really makes it.
- 11:18Speaker 1: In reality TV, it's a little bit shady. Moving along,
- 11:24Speaker 1: Trevor Noah has announced and talked about why he's departing
- 11:30Speaker 1: the show, and he said one of his wishes is
- 11:33Speaker 1: that somebody had told him what a grind it would be,
- 11:36Speaker 1: so he doesn't want to come across as being ungrateful.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Let's let's be clear about that. And he said he's
- 11:42Speaker 1: really really happy that people seem to be sad that
- 11:46Speaker 1: he's leaving, because the alternative is good riddance, He's gone,
- 11:51Speaker 1: and so he wants to leave the party before it
- 11:54Speaker 1: all comes to an end. And he talked to about
- 11:58Speaker 1: why he didn't tell anybody, not the show runner, not
- 12:01Speaker 1: the head writer, not the network, not even his agents.
- 12:05Speaker 1: And he said, had he told somebody, it would have leaked.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Somebody would have told somebody else, would have told somebody else,
- 12:11Speaker 1: and he didn't want that to happen. He wanted it
- 12:13Speaker 1: to come from him, so he announced it by surprise
- 12:17Speaker 1: at a taping of the show. The show is not live,
- 12:19Speaker 1: so it was taped and afterwards they all gathered and
- 12:23Speaker 1: they were really sad, but also tears of joy. And
- 12:27Speaker 1: he said, which I thought was so interesting. He's from
- 12:29Speaker 1: South Africa, and he said he's found in America that
- 12:33Speaker 1: often people don't want to change. And he said, I
- 12:37Speaker 1: think to end something is actually really healthy, and end
- 12:41Speaker 1: it when you're in a good place. I want to
- 12:43Speaker 1: leave before I'm burned out, because there's such a grind
- 12:47Speaker 1: to do in the same thing, whether it's a glamorous
- 12:49Speaker 1: TV show or working in a shop, there's a grind
- 12:51Speaker 1: to it. And he's lucky enough that he can have
- 12:54Speaker 1: other options to other things. So I like this, and
- 12:58Speaker 1: I think that's a really healthy message. Sometimes, actually most times,
- 13:03Speaker 1: it's better to leave before you're pushed out. People think
- 13:09Speaker 1: like me, and you we do a daily show. You
- 13:11Speaker 1: do a daily show, this show. I do my daily
- 13:13Speaker 1: show and it's fun and it's glamorous and it can
- 13:16Speaker 1: be fabulous, but it is worth work. It is a
- 13:19Speaker 1: daily grind because stuff that goes into this we have
- 13:22Speaker 1: to prepare, not to preparept but an outline that you
- 13:25Speaker 1: have to prepare. It's more work than it looks. And
- 13:27Speaker 1: the better you are at this, and we're pretty good,
- 13:30Speaker 1: the better you are at making it look like it's
- 13:33Speaker 1: no work whatsoever. The best hosts on TV, the Kelly
- 13:37Speaker 1: and the Ryans, make it just look like they are
- 13:40Speaker 1: having a marvelous time, and they might be, but there
- 13:43Speaker 1: is work that goes into it. We've been behind the
- 13:45Speaker 1: scenes for long enough to see that. So Trevor Noah
- 13:49Speaker 1: best stuff. Look, I've met him several times. Oh he's
- 13:51Speaker 1: so cutey, We're so cute. There's dimples and hello a
- 13:58Speaker 1: level low. Okay, what's going it on with Kendall Jenna
- 14:02Speaker 1: Well Kindall Jenner and Devin Booker? Actually a Jenner did
- 14:06Speaker 1: something quietly they just broken nobody knew and it turned
- 14:09Speaker 1: out it happened last months ago. Yeah, and I guess
- 14:14Speaker 1: it's pretty amicable. They both have incredible busy schedules right
- 14:17Speaker 1: now with their careers, and they've decided to make that
- 14:20Speaker 1: a priority, or source told People Magazine. Because let's not
- 14:22Speaker 1: forget she is a Jenner and he does play for
- 14:25Speaker 1: the Phoenix Sun, so he is constantly traveling and he's
- 14:29Speaker 1: at the height of his career. But yeah, they said,
- 14:32Speaker 1: they still have a lot of love and respect for
- 14:33Speaker 1: each other and they wish only the best. I love this.
- 14:36Speaker 1: When you ended nice like this, it leaves the door
- 14:39Speaker 1: open for who knows next year things might settle down
- 14:42Speaker 1: for them. And what if I say fascination about this
- 14:45Speaker 1: is it just goes to show you if celebrities want
- 14:48Speaker 1: to be quiet, if they want to do something without
- 14:51Speaker 1: the whole world knowing, there is a way, even if
- 14:54Speaker 1: you are a Cardassian. Jenna, we talked about this a
- 14:57Speaker 1: lot on our show, Jennifer and This. Stern is one
- 15:00Speaker 1: of the most famous people in the world, but she
- 15:02Speaker 1: does not have press when she doesn't want it. She
- 15:06Speaker 1: goes to restaurants, she goes to the movies, she goes
- 15:09Speaker 1: out with friends, and we don't find out about it
- 15:12Speaker 1: because she goes to local places where there are not
- 15:14Speaker 1: Papa rance as reporters. I think Kendall has really given
- 15:18Speaker 1: us an insight here into how to be a member
- 15:21Speaker 1: of maybe arguably the most famous family, maybe after the Royals,
- 15:26Speaker 1: in the whole world, and still choose to have a
- 15:28Speaker 1: different approach to fame and celebrity. Kardashian's Jenna's if you
- 15:34Speaker 1: were one, Donnie, would you be one that was always
- 15:38Speaker 1: in the papers? Yes? Or would you be a Kendle No. Surprisingly,
- 15:42Speaker 1: It's like I can be a little like a peacock,
- 15:46Speaker 1: but at the end of the day, I like I
- 15:48Speaker 1: like my private on my personal and I think that's
- 15:53Speaker 1: the hard part too. It's like, I'm not going to
- 15:54Speaker 1: open up about my personal life, and if you're in
- 15:56Speaker 1: the press, they're going to find out. I want to
- 15:58Speaker 1: find out about your person in the life. You go
- 16:00Speaker 1: to the grind, I'll say, no more, always tutting here
- 16:04Speaker 1: working and take it quick, great and we will be
- 16:07Speaker 1: right back. Welcome back to the naughty but nice share
- 16:13Speaker 1: of you wondering why we're geling today. Moments before the
- 16:17Speaker 1: show started, I had no voice. I could barely speak Donnie.
- 16:24Speaker 1: When I pulled it together, and I'm happy to and
- 16:27Speaker 1: I don't want any of you to feel guilty. Don't
- 16:30Speaker 1: feel I feel just fine. But I did lose my
- 16:33Speaker 1: voice a little bit today. I felt like a little mermaid.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I had my legs but no voice. Oh I'd rather
- 16:43Speaker 1: my voice than my legs. I'd just get a wheelchair
- 16:45Speaker 1: like that middle mement. She was always on stage as
- 16:47Speaker 1: a mermaid in a wheelchair. I want my voice. I'd
- 16:50Speaker 1: like to talk. Hey, let's get to the polls about
- 16:53Speaker 1: that door. So yesterday we talked about the palace, Buckingham Palace.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Should I have to say that when I say the alice?
- 17:00Speaker 1: Do you know what I mean? Yeah? Vegas. The pals
- 17:07Speaker 1: Palace is refusing to give details out anymore on Cape
- 17:11Speaker 1: Middleton's wardrobe, what she's wearing, due to optics. There there's
- 17:15Speaker 1: too many people focusing on on just her clothes, and
- 17:18Speaker 1: the clothes are really expensive and people are suffering, so
- 17:21Speaker 1: they don't want to give out how much it actually
- 17:23Speaker 1: costs to look that fabulous. Are they right or are
- 17:26Speaker 1: they wrong? Let's have a look. Oh wow, this is
- 17:29Speaker 1: lovely said, They're right. It's a very sensitive thing to
- 17:33Speaker 1: do when when gas prices petrol they call it in Britain,
- 17:37Speaker 1: prices are so high the last thing people want to
- 17:40Speaker 1: know is she's wearing a three four thousand dollar codes.
- 17:43Speaker 1: I agree with the majority. Don't forget to vote on
- 17:45Speaker 1: today's pool. Go do a Twitter page at naughty Nice
- 17:48Speaker 1: rob or a Facebook page in order your sub and
- 17:50Speaker 1: be sure it's check back tomorrow because we are working tomorrow.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Should I say that one more time I go on
- 17:57Speaker 1: a cake or reward or something. We checked back tomorrow
- 18:03Speaker 1: your results, and now it's time for our nicest of
- 18:07Speaker 1: the day. The nicest of the day is Gwyneth Paltrow
- 18:13Speaker 1: and she is once again rolling Martha in a Goop
- 18:19Speaker 1: gift clip. Goop Gift Clips say that three types. That's
- 18:22Speaker 1: kind of hard. After picking out gifts for celeb pals
- 18:26Speaker 1: such as her ex Brad Pitt and Drew Barrymore, you know,
- 18:31Speaker 1: just casual. Gwyneth Paltrow hopped an a vintage Mercedes Bend,
- 18:36Speaker 1: also very casual. In the video which she receives a
- 18:39Speaker 1: call on herself and she says, Gwyneth Martha Stewart is
- 18:43Speaker 1: on the line of male voice and nunc. Paltrow stares
- 18:47Speaker 1: into the camera response, guys, I gotta take this as
- 18:50Speaker 1: the same voice on the line. Response It sounds urgent,
- 18:53Speaker 1: puts onto red, lipstick, speeds off, and the promos, the
- 18:58Speaker 1: whole thing have had beef in the past. Ben and
- 19:01Speaker 1: Martha said that she should shut up and just be
- 19:03Speaker 1: a movie star and stop doing all this goopie trying
