Today, we’re revisiting a conversation host Trenae Nuri had with Tenaya Darlington — also known as Madame Fromage — about what makes Philly a dairy destination, and how to create the ultimate local cheeseboard. Darlington is the cheese curator at Tria, as well as the author of “Di Bruno Bros. House of Cheese” and “Madame Fromage’s Adventures in Cheese.”
