- 3:31Speaker 3: it's something that we need to address straight away and
- 3:34Speaker 3: nipping the butter as it were, right, okay, But in
- 3:36Speaker 3: the meantime, it's a bit of Wheezy.
- 3:40Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodarkies.

- 3:51Speaker 3: and Pugs and I Keezy and I don't know if
- 3:58Speaker 3: this is the forum to be doing it, but we've
- 4:02Speaker 3: got some concerns that we want to address with you.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Right, Okay, I'm gonna go ahead and say this probably
- 4:09Speaker 2: isn't the forum for it, but we're here now.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Well, I just feel like, you know, we can keep
- 4:15Speaker 3: it between the three of us on the radio. Okay, Yeah,

- 4:30Speaker 2: Thanks so cool, Chris, thank you.
- 4:32Speaker 5: You know.
- 4:33Speaker 3: And sometimes when old Hoidy Jay is feeling in the
- 4:35Speaker 3: dumps and the dumps, you know. And I come to
- 4:38Speaker 3: work and I see all keezy. Yeah, there's there's Wonky Ears.
- 4:46Speaker 3: He's sort of goofy here, goofy here do and petchy mo.
- 4:51Speaker 3: I go oh geezy, you left my spirits.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Thanks man.
- 4:56Speaker 3: Now the units might be aware that last week we
- 4:58Speaker 3: were chatting about was a big week in for you
- 5:00Speaker 3: just passed a big weekend in terms of your career.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Huge big your big interview slash photo shoot with Woman's Day.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Ah, yeah, that old thing, you know what I mean.
- 5:14Speaker 3: Yeah, they obviously see something in you that no one
- 5:16Speaker 3: else sees. I don't about knowing it a huge future
- 5:20Speaker 3: for old keesy.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean fingers crossed, you know.
- 5:25Speaker 3: And it doesn't matter that you've been kicked off a
- 5:27Speaker 3: few shows and stuff and that, or they've just been canned.
- 5:30Speaker 3: That's irrelevant.
- 5:32Speaker 2: I forgot about that.
- 5:33Speaker 4: Yeah, you wouldn't be the man in Woman's Day if
- 5:36Speaker 4: you hadn't been kicked off the ditch man, That's all
- 5:38Speaker 4: I'm saying.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Well, I don't see what me getting sacked off a
- 5:40Speaker 2: TV show five years ago.
- 5:42Speaker 3: It's people love a redemption.
- 5:45Speaker 2: It's the really redemption. It's just part and part of
- 5:47Speaker 2: the being in media, I thought, but it's just an underdog.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Yeah, the underdog comes good despite the odds. The runt
- 5:54Speaker 3: of the litter, Yeah, totally litter.
- 5:56Speaker 2: There is no litter.
- 5:58Speaker 3: From medical bubble to radio stadom.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Are we just saying headlines at one another?
- 6:05Speaker 6: What do we do?
- 6:07Speaker 3: But Pugs came up to me before I had to
- 6:11Speaker 3: agree with him.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Do you approach you?
- 6:12Speaker 3: He approached me and he said, Jess, can I just
- 6:15Speaker 3: have a quiet word with you in studio? But and
- 6:17Speaker 3: I said, sure, you a can, Pugs, I've always got
- 6:19Speaker 3: time for you. Mates. He said, I don't know if
- 6:23Speaker 3: this is a forum for this, but as the head
- 6:26Speaker 3: of the show, I just wanted.
- 6:28Speaker 2: To saw Pugs as the head of the show.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Yeah, it's talking to me. No, that's not how I
- 6:33Speaker 3: he said. I don't know if you've noticed Keysy's behavior
- 6:36Speaker 3: today when he came in, he was really strapping this stuff.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Was I, he's got a new jacket on, he's got
- 6:43Speaker 3: all this, he's got all this blends, he's got shiny
- 6:46Speaker 3: boat shoes, he's got cargo pants. And Pugs was like,
- 6:54Speaker 3: I do the shiny boat shoes not easy. And we're
- 6:59Speaker 3: just We just feel that since this interview you've kind
- 7:02Speaker 3: of changed a little bit and we just want you
- 7:05Speaker 3: to stay the same, humble, kicked off TV.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Right, You want me to stay down? Is that a.
- 7:15Speaker 6: Knocked down?
- 7:15Speaker 3: We want to celebrate.
- 7:17Speaker 4: We just want to make sure that underneath that sheen
- 7:21Speaker 4: of a new shirt and leather tessel boat shoes, what's
- 7:25Speaker 4: the same, old Ksy.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Of course it is the shine. Definitely. What do you
- 7:30Speaker 2: want me to do? Lift up my shirt and show
- 7:31Speaker 2: you what's underneath because it's still Kesy, it still is.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Look at that.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Oh god, well that's good.
- 7:45Speaker 2: I'm not totally convinced, but it'll do. What do you
- 7:46Speaker 2: want me to show them?
- 7:47Speaker 3: Again?
- 7:47Speaker 2: Here?
- 7:48Speaker 1: Look the whole king Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Tune in week days and four on Radio hod iqus.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Indeed the Killers there on the Radio hood Archy Big Show.
- 8:01Speaker 3: This blustery Monday afternoon. The time is twenty five minutes
- 8:05Speaker 3: past four o'clock. And on that note, by the way,
- 8:07Speaker 3: fellers like to do a bit of a shout out
- 8:09Speaker 3: to our brothers and sisters down in Wellington there. Keysy's
- 8:13Speaker 3: just shown me a shocking video of the flooding going
- 8:17Speaker 3: on hope you're all doing okay. By the way, text
- 8:19Speaker 3: us let us know how you're going on three four
- 8:22Speaker 3: eight three and hopefully that all passes through very quickly. Yeah,
- 8:26Speaker 3: and you get the help.
- 8:27Speaker 2: You need one hundred percent three four eight three every
- 8:29Speaker 2: text in the drawer for fifty bucks cash thanks to Toledos.
- 8:31Speaker 2: By the way, Fellers Brickey have been sniffing around the
- 8:35Speaker 2: Big show once again, trying to challenge us to something. Yeah,
- 8:38Speaker 2: trying to beat us at something. And sure we've lost
- 8:40Speaker 2: two in a row, and sure both of them were
- 8:41Speaker 2: my fault, but we're not.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Going to argue with that.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:45Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean it's pretty.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Thank you for acknowledging it the latest idea that they've
- 8:50Speaker 2: been throwing around his bench press. Yes, and once again
- 8:53Speaker 2: it will be four v four. So of Pugs, you
- 8:55Speaker 2: know you're the big man on campus. You're the guy
- 8:57Speaker 2: who lifts ten every day, so you'll be carrying us
- 8:58Speaker 2: through that one.
- 8:59Speaker 3: And you've got some solid busies on you there.
- 9:02Speaker 2: I do run a pretty large busy operation.
- 9:04Speaker 3: You some really manly chest section going on there, Pugs, yoppers, dud, you.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Stud the Breakfast Lingo into this show, because Breakfast invented yoppers.
- 9:16Speaker 4: No, but they're the ones that can't shut up about
- 9:18Speaker 4: the yoppers. Man, I've got buzzies, all right, we get it.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Okay, you got buzzies. Thank you, big show busies, breakfast
- 9:23Speaker 2: show yoppers, thank you. Okay, Well that mind. Apparently they
- 9:26Speaker 2: were yearning about the challenge this morning on The Bricky Show.
- 9:28Speaker 2: I'd love to hear an update. I suggested a sperm count.
- 9:32Speaker 7: I'm out in that one. I mean, I could give
- 9:33Speaker 7: it a go, but I'm infertile.
- 9:36Speaker 2: I'm zero.
- 9:36Speaker 8: That'd been quite funny thinking me, like, oh, you've come
- 9:39Speaker 8: back with none. You let you have had the snip,
- 9:41Speaker 8: So why did you?
- 9:43Speaker 3: Oh man, I tell you to get to zero? Can
- 9:45Speaker 3: I tell ahead of a secto me?
- 9:47Speaker 7: And then and then obviously you've got to go back
- 9:49Speaker 7: and they say, oh, you need to come back after twenty.
- 9:52Speaker 7: Is it twenty?
- 9:53Speaker 2: I think I actually I thought it was given a
- 9:54Speaker 2: time frame.
- 9:55Speaker 7: It took me a while. I got to say, twenty
- 9:57Speaker 7: took me a lot longer than I thought. It really
- 9:59Speaker 7: really drove home how little of that was going on
- 10:01Speaker 7: at the time. So I came back after twenty and
- 10:04Speaker 7: they're like, you've got ten million sperm per but and
- 10:08Speaker 7: I'm like, what do you.
- 10:08Speaker 2: Mean did they miss?
- 10:09Speaker 7: And then I went back and next time they're like, oh,
- 10:11Speaker 7: you're at five now or something, But I keep coming
- 10:14Speaker 7: back and I was like, these things don't want to die.
- 10:16Speaker 8: So the issue with the sperm count one is that
- 10:18Speaker 8: you two have both had the snip. Zoe is a female.
- 10:21Speaker 3: She doesn't have any to sperm.
- 10:22Speaker 2: I don't think she's even got one.
- 10:24Speaker 8: Okay, so it all be on me. This will be
- 10:26Speaker 8: how I'd find out I'm infertile too.
- 10:29Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, so sperm counters.
- 10:33Speaker 2: See this Manaiah is touched on the exact thing that
- 10:36Speaker 2: I'm worried about is I don't want to be on
- 10:38Speaker 2: live radio finding out I'm infertile. Yeah, And you know, like,
- 10:41Speaker 2: and he's got the pressure of three other people standing
- 10:43Speaker 2: around him while he's trying to win this challenge by
- 10:45Speaker 2: producing all this. Yeah, I don't want to do that challenge.
- 10:47Speaker 3: I'm out And speaking of don't want to I don't
- 10:50Speaker 3: want to hear about Jeremy Wews's genitalia area either. You
- 10:53Speaker 3: know what I'm saying, shoutders. No one wants to know
- 10:55Speaker 3: what Jerry's genitalia is like or what sperm counts. I
- 10:58Speaker 3: mean when I was look, we know, in terms of
- 11:02Speaker 3: the spoon a sperm count, hoody j would run away
- 11:05Speaker 3: with it. I think it was about fifty mil per Well, however,
- 11:08Speaker 3: you measure it for old hoody Jade really down to
- 11:11Speaker 3: about forty five now, so that that's off the table.
- 11:14Speaker 2: So it's a waste of time even doing it.
- 11:16Speaker 3: It's a waste of time.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Okay, So here is here's a suggestion that I've got
- 11:20Speaker 2: right now. Last night, no sorry, it was Saturday night.
- 11:24Speaker 2: I was in the bath.
- 11:26Speaker 3: No, I don't want to do the sperm count thing, keeezy.
- 11:29Speaker 2: No, no, no, no. So I was in the bath
- 11:31Speaker 2: and I was thinking about you guys and thanks pugs
- 11:36Speaker 2: and my wife you know, bubbles, and it was no,
- 11:39Speaker 2: it was just clear water, so you can see straight through.
- 11:42Speaker 3: You could see everything.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Yeah, And so I'm in the bath there and I'm
- 11:47Speaker 2: having a wash and my wife is having a chitty
- 11:50Speaker 2: chat with me for she's in the other room. But
- 11:51Speaker 2: we can sort of communicate. I was like, we've got
- 11:54Speaker 2: to think of another challenge to be bricky, and then
- 11:56Speaker 2: we were sort of spitballing a few ideas A bath
- 12:00Speaker 2: I called it because I was in the bath brainstorming,
- 12:05Speaker 2: and it was just as I was sort of toweling
- 12:07Speaker 2: myself down with a flannel. What hang on after the
- 12:12Speaker 2: bath that I thought of, why don't we do a
- 12:17Speaker 2: drop goal competition? All right, so we all go somewhere
- 12:21Speaker 2: messive like Eden Park. We didn't get an all black
- 12:24Speaker 2: halfback to pass the ball to us on the twenty
- 12:27Speaker 2: two and slough a drop goal. Whoever gets it over great.
- 12:31Speaker 2: We then move five meters back and do the same
- 12:33Speaker 2: thing again. We could get all blacks and but we
- 12:35Speaker 2: could go check to like Body Barrett or someone and
- 12:37Speaker 2: get listens on how to do drop goals. Imagine that.
- 12:40Speaker 2: What do you think?
- 12:41Speaker 3: I thought you said you had a good idea.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Ah, The whole Archy Big Show was Jason, Mike and
- 12:47Speaker 1: Kyzy tune.
- 12:48Speaker 3: In four on Radio Nirvana. There on the Radio Honarchy
- 12:53Speaker 3: Big Show this Monday afternoon. Now a bit of sporting action,
- 12:58Speaker 3: specifically rugbullygue over the weekend. With that in mind, we've
- 13:02Speaker 3: got our resident legend and professional or ex professional legee,
- 13:07Speaker 3: Oh Charlie gab from the Warriors, and first and foremost,
- 13:11Speaker 3: Charlie your man Bacard, how you doing down there, mate,
- 13:14Speaker 3: because we understand you fellows are under the pump a bit.
- 13:18Speaker 5: We are.
- 13:18Speaker 9: We're under the pump, brother, but that's that's where we
- 13:21Speaker 9: do our best work, when our back's against the wall.
- 13:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 13:24Speaker 2: Well, Charlie, people might not know you run Porter King,
- 13:27Speaker 2: which is one of the nation's premiere portloo companies. Do
- 13:31Speaker 2: Portoloo stocks go up during an emergency situation?
- 13:35Speaker 3: Um?
- 13:38Speaker 5: I mean, would it be bad to put our price up?
- 13:41Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 13:41Speaker 2: No, no, no, not the price itself. What I meant
- 13:44Speaker 2: was the more people need Portloos.
- 13:46Speaker 5: No, no, no, I'm talking price.
- 13:48Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I reckon, you should absolutely put your prices up. Charlie,
- 13:52Speaker 3: gonna make some coin, mate, No.
- 13:55Speaker 9: It's all good with the they. No, people don't really
- 13:59Speaker 9: use portaloos in the middle, so they just kind of
- 14:01Speaker 9: stay home for some reason.
- 14:02Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, good. That was just a question I've been
- 14:04Speaker 2: wanting to ask Charlie. Another question I'm pretty keen to
- 14:07Speaker 2: ask you about Man the Wires. Another win, obviously, that
- 14:10Speaker 2: historic victory over Melbourne a week ago, backing that up
- 14:14Speaker 2: with a near win in the end over the time
- 14:17Speaker 2: it's twenty eight twenty, but still getting the job done
- 14:18Speaker 2: and the wars now sit second on the table. Are
- 14:21Speaker 2: we the real deal, Charlie gub.
- 14:24Speaker 5: We are the real deal. We are the real deal.
- 14:26Speaker 9: We obviously need a couple of things to go. We
- 14:29Speaker 9: need to stay relatively injury free, but all games do.
- 14:33Speaker 9: You just need a bit of luck on us. But
- 14:35Speaker 9: we're the real deal. Where five wins, two losses, second
- 14:38Speaker 9: on the table, as you said, and although the scoreboards says.
- 14:42Speaker 5: It was in their game, we blew them off the
- 14:44Speaker 5: park until the last fifteen minute.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Well that's the thing, Charlie. We did. And the Warriors,
- 14:49Speaker 2: so when they played Melbourne, we blew them off the park,
- 14:51Speaker 2: but we stayed locked in for eighty minutes. But that's
- 14:54Speaker 2: against Melbourne. That's in Melbourne too, So it's a ground
- 14:57Speaker 2: that you know as soon as you're there, you fire
- 14:59Speaker 2: up for it. Hosting a team like the Titans for
- 15:02Speaker 2: some reason, and they're not a terrible side, they're fine.
- 15:05Speaker 2: But it seems like whenever we play one of those
- 15:07Speaker 2: lower teams we do shut off once we kind of
- 15:10Speaker 2: mentally think that we've got the job done.
- 15:14Speaker 5: Yeah, you could say that.
- 15:16Speaker 9: What I would say is rugby league at the moment
- 15:20Speaker 9: once the team gets momentum, it's hard to get it back.
- 15:22Speaker 9: And Titans do have a lot of points, and then
- 15:25Speaker 9: they score a lot of points every game, and we
- 15:28Speaker 9: kept them to four points the whole game until you
- 15:30Speaker 9: know that last fifteen Yeah, where they scored a few
- 15:32Speaker 9: tries passing it wide, and that happens. But I think
- 15:36Speaker 9: they'll learn from that. Like Campereo, it was mostly on
- 15:40Speaker 9: his edge. He came in a few times and didn't
- 15:44Speaker 9: make the stop, which is all good because he scored
- 15:46Speaker 9: three tries and he had a great game. But he's
- 15:48Speaker 9: only going to do better for that. So I wouldn't
- 15:50Speaker 9: read too much until the last fifteen minutes.
- 15:52Speaker 3: And also, Charlie to be fear to the fellas. The
- 15:55Speaker 3: Titans were fleeing some pretty crazy passes. They were desperate
- 15:58Speaker 3: at the end there they had no thing to lose,
- 16:00Speaker 3: and a few of them stuck, and that's just how
- 16:02Speaker 3: it goes sometimes big time.
- 16:04Speaker 9: You know yourself, when the coach used to put you
- 16:07Speaker 9: on the last five minutes when you were down a bit,
- 16:09Speaker 9: and you'd come on and do some wonky passes, that's
- 16:13Speaker 9: what I remember.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Jason, Yeah, so you can relate to that.
- 16:16Speaker 3: You mean, I'd spin it wide, Gubby, is that what
- 16:18Speaker 3: you mean?
- 16:19Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, yeah, And then and your team would look
- 16:22Speaker 9: at the other team and thinking like, hey, let this guy.
- 16:25Speaker 5: Score, you know, like a real feel good movie.
- 16:27Speaker 3: I was gonna say, Gubby, it must be hard, you know,
- 16:31Speaker 3: when a team gets that far in front to sort
- 16:33Speaker 3: of stay at tuned, and you must have gone through that.
- 16:36Speaker 3: But then I realized you probably haven't because you never
- 16:38Speaker 3: got that far ahead of other teams when you were playing.
- 16:41Speaker 9: No, we didn't, but I think if we did get
- 16:43Speaker 9: that far ahead, I probably would have been scrolling or
- 16:46Speaker 9: something on my phone.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Charlie. Look, Ma, we've got the We have got the
- 16:52Speaker 2: what do they call the Dolphins coming up next? There's
- 16:56Speaker 2: similar team to the Titans. We're on the day. They
- 16:58Speaker 2: can put a lot of points on the come from
- 17:00Speaker 2: a pretty tough game against the Panthers. There, you're predicting
- 17:03Speaker 2: another win this weekend.
- 17:05Speaker 5: I am, that's right.
- 17:06Speaker 9: And you know that the Dolphins were down well while
- 17:09Speaker 9: penrif were up eighteen nol you know, And yeah, Dolphins
- 17:11Speaker 9: came and scored twenty points in a row. So it
- 17:14Speaker 9: happens to all teams. But I think it's going to
- 17:16Speaker 9: be tough. Dolphins have a lot of points and then
- 17:19Speaker 9: they got the hammer at fullback and they got a
- 17:21Speaker 9: pretty rock solid full pack. But it's it's sold out
- 17:24Speaker 9: in Wellington, you know that, right Fellas we sell out.
- 17:27Speaker 9: We sell these games out over thirty two thousand, two
- 17:29Speaker 9: weeks out.
- 17:30Speaker 5: We sold out.
- 17:31Speaker 2: That's pretty awesome, man, especially for the Caketon down there.
- 17:33Speaker 2: It's a massive stadium, so to sell it out as
- 17:36Speaker 2: pretty good going. And before we let you go there,
- 17:38Speaker 2: Charlie gub what is your Porter King? Well, who is
- 17:40Speaker 2: your Porter King? Player of the.
- 17:41Speaker 5: Week, player of the week.
- 17:44Speaker 9: Well, on the field, it's going to go to jackson
- 17:48Speaker 9: Ford and off the.
- 17:48Speaker 5: Field on giving it to Pugsy because.
- 17:50Speaker 9: He's been all over my Instagram doing paid promotions for
- 17:54Speaker 9: different brands. I can't remember, but Charlie, Pug's getting out
- 17:57Speaker 9: there getting a stick out.
- 17:58Speaker 4: Charlie, Yeah, I thought you got to give me credit
- 18:00Speaker 4: because I actually went to the game man, but you
- 18:02Speaker 4: have completely changed the subject the evidence of good Hey,
- 18:05Speaker 4: thanks man.
- 18:05Speaker 2: I appreciate that.
- 18:06Speaker 9: It's very I appreciate you Broan, Yeah, yeah, I just
- 18:11Speaker 9: hope I hope the boys appreciate you.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Yeah, we appreciate it. Mate. For example, he absolutely you
- 18:15Speaker 2: know he killed it in this interview, like the questions
- 18:17Speaker 2: he asked in this particular, you can to keep considering
- 18:21Speaker 2: he went to the game as well. So I'm running
- 18:23Speaker 2: us over time. Yeah, you're doing a great job. But Charlie,
- 18:26Speaker 2: thank you so much.
- 18:27Speaker 5: Mate.
- 18:27Speaker 2: We'll check to you next week.
- 18:28Speaker 6: All right.
- 18:29Speaker 9: Thanks. Just the one question for you're at the game?
- 18:32Speaker 9: Which player brought like the most energy? You know when
- 18:34Speaker 9: you watch them, you're like, oh, yeah.
- 18:35Speaker 5: There's a player.
- 18:37Speaker 2: There's a great question, Charlie. Man like the songs playing.
- 18:43Speaker 2: We'll have a little gun. We'll let you go.
- 18:46Speaker 4: Hey, thank you so much, man, I'll talk to you
- 18:47Speaker 4: of for you. All right, that was thanks mate.
- 18:50Speaker 2: All right, literally, just won't player any player? Yes? Wait
- 18:54Speaker 2: the men checks? Did you say you say that? No,
- 18:56Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure, thanks Charlie.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Tune the Darchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodarchies.
- 19:06Speaker 3: Indeed the Timper Trap there on the Radio Hodarkey Big
- 19:09Speaker 3: Show this Monday afternoon. The time is four point fifty three,
- 19:14Speaker 3: which means it's time for What's on the Telly with
- 19:19Speaker 3: Mike Minogue.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Yes, yes, why not you go first there, Jase? Or
- 19:27Speaker 2: do you want Pugs to go?
- 19:28Speaker 5: Man?
- 19:29Speaker 3: Do you not watch anything, Keezy.
- 19:32Speaker 2: Well, usually Moggi goes first.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Ah, right, I see what you're saying when I go last.
- 19:36Speaker 3: But you're sitting in Moggi's seat though, so I just
- 19:38Speaker 3: assumed you'd go first.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Well, at Pugs, you go first. We're getting bogged down Fellers.
- 19:42Speaker 4: You've got a choice, Cacina Royale or Parasite, because.
- 19:46Speaker 2: I watched both of those. By Cina Royale, Let's go.
- 19:48Speaker 2: That is an absolute banger. I watched it yesterday.
- 19:51Speaker 4: My partner had only seen like Skyfall or something like that,
- 19:54Speaker 4: which another great another great one. This was Daniel Craig's
- 19:57Speaker 4: first foray as a bond. Nobody he believed that he
- 20:01Speaker 4: could do it, you know what I mean.
- 20:02Speaker 2: Pierce Brosnan was before him. He's very slave and slick.
- 20:05Speaker 4: Then you've got this fellow with all these light features
- 20:07Speaker 4: who's a bit more bulky, you know, he's a bit
- 20:09Speaker 4: more brash, and he's out of control.
- 20:12Speaker 2: You know.
- 20:13Speaker 4: That first scene really establishes him really really well. Is
- 20:15Speaker 4: that's the kind of bond He's going to be his
- 20:18Speaker 4: first ever kill?
- 20:18Speaker 2: That first scene, isn't it?
- 20:19Speaker 4: That first scene yet, first ever kill? And just the
- 20:22Speaker 4: fighting is ugly it's it's vicious. He's beating this guy
- 20:26Speaker 4: against the mirror, you know what I mean, and then
- 20:28Speaker 4: drowning him, and that was a great way to showcase
- 20:31Speaker 4: him as.
- 20:32Speaker 2: Bond, and he is, I mean, he's my Bond personally.
- 20:34Speaker 4: I've watched a bit of the Peace bros Brozenan ones,
- 20:39Speaker 4: but I just it's a fantastic film.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Love Man's Michaelson is the Chief Chief.
- 20:44Speaker 4: That was one of his big sort of debuts as
- 20:46Speaker 4: a why are you smiling, Jason?
- 20:48Speaker 2: You're a good man. Keep going.
- 20:50Speaker 3: It's great stuff.
- 20:50Speaker 2: Making me run out of steam with you. Weird weird Grimace.
- 20:54Speaker 2: How many buzzies out of five do you give it?
- 20:56Speaker 2: Give it a good three, three, three and a half
- 21:02Speaker 2: to four busies. You have to give us and a half.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Give us a buzz four buzzies. To be honest about
- 21:14Speaker 2: Casino Royale. And I've seen all of Pierce Brosnan's Bond
- 21:17Speaker 2: films and a few of the really old ones, but
- 21:20Speaker 2: Casino Royale for me, is the best James Bond movie
- 21:22Speaker 2: ever made. And the way it finishes, it's just brilliant,
- 21:26Speaker 2: with the music and him shooting the guy and just honestly,
- 21:29Speaker 2: if you haven't seen Casino Royale or haven't seen it
- 21:31Speaker 2: in a while, watch it because it is so good.
- 21:34Speaker 4: I also listen to All the Right Movies podcast about it,
- 21:37Speaker 4: which was a great breakdown to recommend that it's good stuff.
- 21:41Speaker 3: Yeah, hey, fellas, last night, my wife and I really
- 21:45Speaker 3: got into Beef season two. You're a cool Beef season one?
- 21:50Speaker 3: Wait't your Pugs?
- 21:51Speaker 4: I do?
- 21:51Speaker 2: I love Beef season one. I've never heard of Beef.
- 21:54Speaker 2: I must have been away or something.
- 21:55Speaker 3: Tell Old Keezy about Beef season one.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Talk to me about Beef Pugs son.
- 22:00Speaker 4: I can't remember the fella's name, but it's Ali Wong,
- 22:02Speaker 4: who's a great comedian. And this other fellow I think
- 22:04Speaker 4: his name is Stephen the actor Living, Walking Dead. Yeah,
- 22:09Speaker 4: and he also voiced the Dude and Invincible. They have
- 22:13Speaker 4: a rod rage incident which incites this massive pursuit of
- 22:17Speaker 4: pettiness and revenge and it gets it just dials up
- 22:22Speaker 4: to the degree in very violently great show.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Right, So it's about them having beef with one another.
- 22:26Speaker 3: Yeah, pretty much. And the second season is very much
- 22:28Speaker 3: the same thing with an entirely different cast. I'll give
- 22:30Speaker 3: you the synopsis here.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Kizi puns just did, but okay.
- 22:33Speaker 3: It follows two couples struggling gen zs Ashley and Austin
- 22:37Speaker 3: and wealthy dysfunction or elites Josh and Lindsey, whose lives
- 22:42Speaker 3: collided a country club, A blackmail plot involving a secretly
- 22:47Speaker 3: filmed altercation spials into a corporate High States feud involving
- 22:52Speaker 3: Korean billionaire chairwoman park Your nule Jong.
- 22:58Speaker 2: For some reason, I feel less informed now that Jason's
- 23:02Speaker 2: read this. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I thought I had an
- 23:04Speaker 2: idea of what it was about.
- 23:05Speaker 3: It's the same premis. Basically, a young couple that are
- 23:09Speaker 3: already struggling happen to catch this couple that run a
- 23:13Speaker 3: country club having a very violent altercation on the phone,
- 23:17Speaker 3: and they film it and then use that to blackmail
- 23:21Speaker 3: them to get the certain things they want from the
- 23:24Speaker 3: country club. Right. But, like Beef the first season, everything
- 23:28Speaker 3: starts spiraling out of control and people start getting their
- 23:32Speaker 3: come up some very strange ways. It's a good watch.
- 23:36Speaker 3: It's an easy watch.
- 23:37Speaker 2: That's on Netflix.
- 23:38Speaker 3: Netflix.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Yeah, how many busies?
- 23:39Speaker 3: Look, I'll give it three point two buzzies.
- 23:41Speaker 2: Out of a possible five buzzies. Yes, and it's called
- 23:43Speaker 2: Beef and it's on Netflix season two. Hey, coming up
- 23:46Speaker 2: after five o'clock. Feelers, we didn't have a chat Jase
- 23:49Speaker 2: with old pugsar, Yeah, we do. We take them aside
- 23:51Speaker 2: and just have a little word about something that we've noticed. Also,
- 23:54Speaker 2: your chance to get in the drawer to join us
- 23:56Speaker 2: at Magic Round. You've got believe another couple of weeks
- 23:59Speaker 2: and then she's done and dusted, will be calling a winner,
- 24:01Speaker 2: and then we'll be flying over to Brisbane to watch
- 24:03Speaker 2: a hell of a lot of NRL. So keep an
- 24:05Speaker 2: air out and get ready to call eight hundred Holde.
- 24:10Speaker 1: The hold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio hod Iking.
- 24:15Speaker 3: Welcome back your messive Macbones. Hope you are surviving your
- 24:18Speaker 3: Monday afternoon. You are, in fact listening to the Big
- 24:22Speaker 3: Show brought to you by Toledos.
- 24:24Speaker 2: Out with the old, in with the Toledos, the new
- 24:27Speaker 2: standard and clean electrolytes.
- 24:34Speaker 3: Toledo.
- 24:37Speaker 2: Hey, if you want to wrap your lips around some Toledos,
- 24:40Speaker 2: they're available at all Fresh Choice nationwide, coming into several
- 24:44Speaker 2: New Worlds and pack and save across New Zealand, or
- 24:47Speaker 2: you can get them online Toledos dot co dot NZ.
- 24:49Speaker 2: It a natural New Zealand made version of your stand
- 24:51Speaker 2: all electro light drinks.
- 24:52Speaker 3: Roy It's bloody great stuff, yell. I love that, can't
- 24:55Speaker 3: get enough of.
- 24:56Speaker 2: It, certainly is and we're going to to need it
- 24:59Speaker 2: on Wednesday. Yeah, well you're going to be doing a
- 25:01Speaker 2: live show from Emerson's down there four or seven. Come
- 25:04Speaker 2: along if you're listening. I think we're gonna be doing
- 25:06Speaker 2: a bit of a Toledo's drop one of the flats
- 25:09Speaker 2: down there. Maybe you know Toledo's would be greatful obviously
- 25:12Speaker 2: recovering from sports or a jog or something, but also
- 25:15Speaker 2: having a hangover.
- 25:16Speaker 3: Yeah, totally keep.
- 25:17Speaker 4: An eye on the Hedache Big Show and Radio Hedachi ins.
- 25:20Speaker 4: It's socials for your chance to have us stop buying
- 25:23Speaker 4: drop a bit of a case off for you a plan.
- 25:27Speaker 3: They get pretty filthy down there in Dunedin the flats there.
- 25:32Speaker 3: I'm saying, man, I'm pretty keen to have a look.
- 25:35Speaker 4: And as far as I'm aware, alcohol sort of dehydrates,
- 25:38Speaker 4: so it's good.
- 25:38Speaker 2: To get some electrolytes gone with some toledos. Yeah, and
- 25:41Speaker 2: also like how cool would it be to you know,
- 25:43Speaker 2: the Big Show guys come around and drop a slab
- 25:45Speaker 2: at your house, but at a way you're going quiet.
- 25:50Speaker 2: I want it's slab, but Toledo's obviously.
- 25:53Speaker 3: Obviously it's just a big show feel. It's probably part
- 25:56Speaker 3: of it.
- 25:56Speaker 2: Oh, you don't want to go.
- 25:57Speaker 3: I know, I definitely want to go, but it might
- 25:59Speaker 3: not be appealing to people. Incidentally, by the way, no
- 26:02Speaker 3: Mogi today, he's under the weather.
- 26:05Speaker 2: That's what's different. Yeah, it's me Pugs. Jesus was God
- 26:09Speaker 2: did even realize?
- 26:10Speaker 3: Well, I tell you we haven't lost anything in the
- 26:13Speaker 3: locks department, as I said at the beginning of the show,
- 26:15Speaker 3: because old Pugs aren't. He is a stallion. What do
- 26:18Speaker 3: they call you? The the team? What's the name of
- 26:23Speaker 3: the actor? Pedro Pascal Pascal, Pedro Pascal on Pugs Pedroscal.
- 26:31Speaker 2: And then I thought, you know, I'll let you, I'll
- 26:33Speaker 2: let you make Harrison yourselves. Yeah, very arrogant. You know,
- 26:37Speaker 2: Jas can say it though, but you just have to
- 26:38Speaker 2: be humbler. Hey you coming up next. We didn't have
- 26:44Speaker 2: words to you, Pugs. We've got a bone to pick
- 26:47Speaker 2: with you. My friend, in a loving, caring way, he's
- 26:51Speaker 2: going to the son age.
- 26:52Speaker 1: The darky big show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy.
- 26:56Speaker 3: Tune in on Radio Green Day There on the Radio
- 27:00Speaker 3: Hodarky Big Show. This wet and blustery Monday afternoon. The
- 27:05Speaker 3: time is five fourteen. Incidentally, New Zealand two without loss
- 27:09Speaker 3: against Bangladesh after electing Tibet. We're in the third over.
- 27:12Speaker 2: Good stuff, Jase. We've got pugs in here with us today,
- 27:16Speaker 2: don't we, which is very exciting because Moggie's away.
- 27:22Speaker 4: I think I should probably specify I'm not on the
- 27:24Speaker 4: buttons right now. Casey fired that off on his own
- 27:26Speaker 4: accord waste, so self conscious man, you can worry about
- 27:29Speaker 4: it and I just you did it, not me.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Okay, sure you need thank you. Well, okay, I'm glad
- 27:36Speaker 2: you're coming into this defensive because we need to have
- 27:38Speaker 2: a bit of a chat with your mate. You recently
- 27:41Speaker 2: went to Vietnam, didn't you.
- 27:42Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 27:48Speaker 2: I did, yeah, three weeks three am. Well, three other people,
- 27:53Speaker 2: including my partner and a couple of best mates. Yep,
- 27:56Speaker 2: so four of you went to Vietnam, had a holiday.
- 27:58Speaker 2: It was beautiful. Yeah, it was beautiful. It's about that, okay.
- 28:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 28:03Speaker 2: Basically, Jason and I have noticed that since you've gotten
- 28:05Speaker 2: back from Vietnam. You pretty much don't stop talking about
- 28:09Speaker 2: being in Vietnam.
- 28:09Speaker 3: You're just banging on about it all the time. Packs
- 28:12Speaker 3: We love you, man, but I'm over it really totally.
- 28:17Speaker 3: I mean, I've been to Vietnam, of you, you name
- 28:20Speaker 3: me any place in Vietnam, Hoidy Jay's been there, okay,
- 28:24Speaker 3: oh yeah yeah, Tech Keysey to Nang, Tech, Poachiman Tech, Kesey,
- 28:31Speaker 3: Harlong Bay Tech Kesey.
- 28:34Speaker 2: Yes see, and he doesn't bang on about us.
- 28:36Speaker 3: I mean, look, it's great because you said it was,
- 28:39Speaker 3: you know, the holiday of a lifetime, et cetera.
- 28:42Speaker 2: Done for sure.
- 28:43Speaker 3: Yeah, but you don't need to talk about it constantly
- 28:45Speaker 3: all the time. Did I come back from Vietnam and
- 28:48Speaker 3: bang on about Vietnam just day after day after day?
- 28:52Speaker 3: I think not, Paksan.
- 28:53Speaker 2: What do you have to say for yourself? If you
- 28:55Speaker 2: hadn't told me just then that you went to Vietnam,
- 28:57Speaker 2: I don't think I want to know him to you.
- 28:59Speaker 3: J I kept it to myself another way.
- 29:01Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I don't know why you should have shared
- 29:03Speaker 2: more about it. Well, why don't we just how about this?
- 29:06Speaker 2: We just give you a chance. Now, What was your
- 29:08Speaker 2: favorite thing you did in Vietnam.
- 29:09Speaker 3: Go Ah, I just want to clarify that Pugs is
- 29:17Speaker 3: doing the.
- 29:18Speaker 2: He's on the buttons.
- 29:18Speaker 3: He's on the buttons at the knock and the buttons. Yeah,
- 29:21Speaker 3: And I don't know, you know, having been been to
- 29:24Speaker 3: Vietnam myself, that that's entirely appropriate having that kind of
- 29:28Speaker 3: background every time you talk about Vietnam.
- 29:31Speaker 4: It's a good point, and people will say it when
- 29:33Speaker 4: I put out a video this whole direction, that I'm
- 29:36Speaker 4: on the buttons.
- 29:37Speaker 2: What was your favorite part of Vietnam? Hanoi was my
- 29:40Speaker 2: favorite location for sure. How long were you there for
- 29:43Speaker 2: about four days? What was your favorite food while you're
- 29:49Speaker 2: in Vietnam? Bar me obuss.
- 29:53Speaker 3: It's really interesting actually because while I was over there,
- 29:57Speaker 3: because what you want to do when you're over in
- 29:59Speaker 3: a place like Vietnam, keezy, let's just go to all
- 30:02Speaker 3: the street stools and stuff like that. People get sepped
- 30:06Speaker 3: into the sort of Pugs please, people get, you know,
- 30:10Speaker 3: sucked into all the touristic kind of areas. But the
- 30:13Speaker 3: most authentic Vietnam food that you'll get, it's just a
- 30:16Speaker 3: little feller on the street there.
- 30:18Speaker 2: Just and it has to be a dude.
- 30:19Speaker 3: It doesn't have to be a dude, right, just peopling
- 30:22Speaker 3: his weirs and stuff. Please, Pugs, you know your coffees
- 30:30Speaker 3: and things like that. You can go to all the
- 30:32Speaker 3: sort of touristy spots.
- 30:34Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 30:34Speaker 3: The best Vietnamese coffee you'll get is from the little
- 30:37Speaker 3: feller on the side of the street.
- 30:38Speaker 2: From the short guy on the street there. Did you
- 30:40Speaker 2: try the Vietnamese coffee, Pugs? I did I have one?
- 30:43Speaker 3: Every Actually, I tell you what was really fascinating too.
- 30:55Speaker 3: The chemists that we call over here. You can go
- 30:58Speaker 3: to a chemist in Vietnam get anything you want, your
- 31:01Speaker 3: trammies whatever, right, anything you don't need a prescription or anything.
- 31:05Speaker 3: Did you find that, Pugs?
- 31:06Speaker 2: I mean I was there for connies anywhere, so you're right? Okay?
- 31:09Speaker 2: Can I continue playing this song now?
- 31:11Speaker 3: Yeah? Sure man.

- 31:31Speaker 3: one day over there currently eight without last we're in
- 31:34Speaker 3: the fifth day with slow start Fellas.
- 31:37Speaker 2: I'm bloody fizzed up for Magic Ground. It's the third
- 31:39Speaker 2: time we have headed over to Brisbane there. It's gonna
- 31:42Speaker 2: be May fourteenth to Sunday May seventeen, three nights of footy.

- 31:53Speaker 2: and then by the time you come home you are
- 31:55Speaker 2: a shell of a human. Pugs. You came to Magic
- 31:58Speaker 2: Ground last time with us, and the time you've been
- 32:00Speaker 2: twice now Yeah, every time you've burned up been brother,
- 32:02Speaker 2: you fizzed up for it.
- 32:03Speaker 4: Man. Absolutely, I mean, like obviously, as you know, I'm
- 32:06Speaker 4: no legue expert. But the spectacle in itself is unbelievable.

- 32:12Speaker 4: in that stadium.
- 32:14Speaker 3: It's a great people.
- 32:16Speaker 4: Everybody's on a fantastic vibe. Yes, but there's no weird

- 32:23Speaker 4: see it, to see it.
- 32:26Speaker 2: When I say it.
- 32:28Speaker 3: Rugby, I'm like, caesy, this is not this is not

- 32:42Speaker 3: Magic round? I'm all in men, I'm going to do
- 32:47Speaker 3: it even when I'm not doing radio. You know what
- 32:49Speaker 3: I'm saying, Fellas, I'm that fizzed about it. I would
- 32:52Speaker 3: happily pay for it too, to go to magic.
- 32:54Speaker 2: Ground, A magic ground, get another winner in there, and
- 32:57Speaker 2: well that'd be cool. We could get a third winner

- 37:01Speaker 3: Yeah, totally man, that's he's so good at that job.
- 37:05Speaker 2: Such a good producer, Jace. Do you want to guess
- 37:09Speaker 2: the temperature in Dunedan on Wednesday?
- 37:11Speaker 3: Thirteen degrees?
- 37:13Speaker 9: Oh?
- 37:13Speaker 2: Good guess, Pugs.
- 37:15Speaker 4: I was made a weir today by our friends in
- 37:17Speaker 4: Donedan that it is their first cold week.
- 37:20Speaker 2: Okay, in Dunedin, I'm going to say eight eight. Huh
- 37:24Speaker 2: that's too low. No, it's ten degrees ten degrees on
- 37:26Speaker 2: Wednesday today, h I have nine?
- 37:28Speaker 3: Wow?
- 37:28Speaker 2: Okay, God, it's miserable down there, isn't it.
- 37:30Speaker 3: Having said that this last couple of days in Auckland City,
- 37:35Speaker 3: I don't know if you guys know this, but I
- 37:36Speaker 3: live in the city now. She certainly dropped in temperature
- 37:40Speaker 3: a little bit, the old nipso aching, which is always
- 37:42Speaker 3: a sign that the temperature has plunged a fraction.
- 37:46Speaker 2: Yeah right, but it's not anywhere in nine degrees like
- 37:48Speaker 2: Dunedin is.
- 37:49Speaker 5: No.
- 37:49Speaker 2: Yeah, she's just bring as skivvy, is all I'm saying, Jase.
- 37:52Speaker 2: Remember how used to wear that skivy all the time?
- 37:53Speaker 3: Yes, totally.
- 37:54Speaker 2: You might want to put that on obviously. You know Dunedin,
- 37:59Speaker 2: it's known for certain things things, one of those things
- 38:01Speaker 2: being the student life. Yeah, parties, beers, he's that sort
- 38:04Speaker 2: of stuff. There has been suggestions feelers that we do
- 38:08Speaker 2: visit one of the student flats. We drop off some toledos,
- 38:11Speaker 2: you know, some a literally like beverages and sort of
- 38:12Speaker 2: just have a look around. Maybe do a flat to it.
- 38:14Speaker 3: Yeah, that seems like a great idea. Takes me back
- 38:17Speaker 3: to my student days, Keysy, you know what I mean.
- 38:21Speaker 3: Maybe what we could do is we go to a flat,
- 38:24Speaker 3: have a few beersies, have a couple of buckey bongs. Yeah,
- 38:29Speaker 3: maybe even go and attend a lecture or something like that.
- 38:32Speaker 3: With the fields. We'll hang on so and you want
- 38:35Speaker 3: to get the munchies and go to you know the
- 38:39Speaker 3: what's the dairy call that we.
- 38:40Speaker 2: Used to day night and day.
- 38:41Speaker 3: You get a court on blue, get a cord on blue,
- 38:44Speaker 3: a couple of you know, meatles, sagna things toppers, lasanna toppers,
- 38:49Speaker 3: you know, or a like I used to do a
- 38:51Speaker 3: pie in between two white bits of breez.
- 38:54Speaker 2: A pie sandwich pie. Well, that's weird you're suggesting that,
- 38:57Speaker 2: because I thought you would have been keen to just
- 38:58Speaker 2: sort of hang in the hotel and do the show
- 39:00Speaker 2: exactly for three hours then go home. Straight away, Keezy.
- 39:04Speaker 3: I'm a man of the people man and the people
- 39:06Speaker 3: know it.
- 39:07Speaker 2: Sorry, I don't know where I've got mixed messages there.
- 39:09Speaker 2: I don't know where that came from. But look four
- 39:12Speaker 2: or seven this Wednesday Emerson's Brewery and Duneda and first
- 39:15Speaker 2: handy through the door, boom backbone shirt just like that.
- 39:18Speaker 3: Also, you set off here Paksan that you're going to
- 39:22Speaker 3: bring a box of connies for the fowls down there. Yeah.
- 39:25Speaker 4: Yeah, well from the night and day jas obviously you
- 39:27Speaker 4: know you've got to do it the people's way.
- 39:29Speaker 2: So I'll be hitting them there, grabbing as many as
- 39:31Speaker 2: have gone on the shewers.
- 39:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 39:33Speaker 2: Then once what do you have on them? Do you
- 39:35Speaker 2: find it weird that you just sort of like your
- 39:37Speaker 2: things that you go and buy heaps of connies and
- 39:38Speaker 2: then just like throw them out to people. It's a
- 39:40Speaker 2: bit weird.
- 39:41Speaker 3: It's kind of disgusted. I mean, you know, it's a
- 39:46Speaker 3: bit icky it, you know what I mean. But if
- 39:49Speaker 3: you know, to condom when we're doing the live.
- 39:52Speaker 2: Show, there's nothing weird about safe sex.
- 39:55Speaker 3: No, I agree, I agree, go up too, old head,
- 39:58Speaker 3: old pack san up, yeah please, and he'll give you
- 40:00Speaker 3: a free Connie, just like that.
- 40:02Speaker 2: Boom boom, don't forget backbone shirts on off of this
- 40:04Speaker 2: Wednesday Emerson's Brewery. We will see you there.
- 40:10Speaker 1: The hold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 40:13Speaker 1: Tune in weekdays at four on Radio.
- 40:15Speaker 3: Hold Ike here, welcome back to your massive backbones. Hope

- 40:26Speaker 2: you're keen on some go to Toledo's dot Co dot
- 40:29Speaker 2: Ins's to Toledo.
- 40:39Speaker 3: Hey, what are you having for dinner tonight? Keezy?
- 40:41Speaker 2: Glad you asked Jason tonight? I am having When we
- 40:45Speaker 2: went glamping, my wife and I remember we went glamping
- 40:47Speaker 2: over Easter.
- 40:48Speaker 3: Well it was mostly love making these people wow.
- 40:50Speaker 2: Not really arm But we had some burger patties while
- 40:54Speaker 2: we were there, and we only ate two of the four,
- 40:56Speaker 2: so I froze. I brought them home and I froze
- 40:58Speaker 2: them and then and I've got them out again at
- 41:01Speaker 2: the thoring and then we're gonna have burgers so they'll
- 41:06Speaker 2: be young, so we'll have some like Ila put jalapenos
- 41:09Speaker 2: on my burgers, some cheese.
- 41:11Speaker 3: So thet me get this strake. You've got burger petties.
- 41:16Speaker 2: Yeah, that I took that.
- 41:17Speaker 3: You took glamping weeks ago for four hours, probably was
- 41:22Speaker 3: sitting out in the sun and stuff.
- 41:24Speaker 2: Well that's where I saw them out in the sun,
- 41:26Speaker 2: and then you direct sunlight.
- 41:28Speaker 3: You were so busy making love the entire time. You
- 41:31Speaker 3: forgot to eat them. You put them back in the
- 41:33Speaker 3: little chili thing that is no longer chili. They sit
- 41:36Speaker 3: in there for a day or two. Yeah, you chuck
- 41:38Speaker 3: them back in the freezer. Yeah, and then you take
- 41:41Speaker 3: them out again three weeks later and have them for dinner.
- 41:44Speaker 2: That's right. And I also I got them up kind
- 41:45Speaker 2: of late, so they'll probably still be sort of frozen
- 41:47Speaker 2: when I cook them. So that's what's for dinner at
- 41:50Speaker 2: the Old Keezy House. What do you ever tonight? Pugs me?
- 41:52Speaker 4: Yeah, Ah, it's getting a bit cooler but winter. My
- 41:56Speaker 4: partner's a bit under the weather fellers. So I'm making
- 41:59Speaker 4: that she needs some jay chicken soup.
- 42:01Speaker 2: And number one, I'm making a pot pie. A pot
- 42:05Speaker 2: pie is that where it's just got the crust is
- 42:06Speaker 2: just on the top. Yeah, flavor, just vegetable like chuck.
- 42:11Speaker 2: Some leaks in there, some some onions and potatoes and
- 42:15Speaker 2: some stock.
- 42:16Speaker 3: But it's disgusting.
- 42:17Speaker 2: That sounds yummy, thinks, I mean, I wouldn't need it.
- 42:19Speaker 3: Can't you shove a bit of beef in there, Maybe
- 42:21Speaker 3: a couple of cheeses, meat, petties.
- 42:26Speaker 2: Meat petty pop pie that'll help cure? What do you
- 42:29Speaker 2: mean tonight, jas Man.
- 42:29Speaker 3: We're having marinated pork ribs, some boiled potatoes with mint
- 42:35Speaker 3: and butter and a crack of pepper, just a c
- 42:39Speaker 3: some brocc and leaning. Now this is interesting.
- 42:41Speaker 2: Pan fried with garlic.
- 42:42Speaker 3: Know that my wife puts in the air fry. Oh wow,
- 42:47Speaker 3: and it is the bomb. It is the I know, Pugs,
- 42:50Speaker 3: but it's no I've had that before.
- 42:53Speaker 2: It's pretty good.
- 42:54Speaker 3: And maybe a little side of garlic bread.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Nice man, you love garlic bread.
- 43:00Speaker 3: Yeah, I do.
- 43:01Speaker 2: Go Hey, what are you having for teen in New Zealand?
- 43:02Speaker 2: Don't text to them because that's tomorrow night's segment.
- 43:04Speaker 5: All right.
- 43:05Speaker 2: In the meantime, what do we go into Pugs down
- 43:07Speaker 2: Garden The.
- 43:08Speaker 1: Wold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy. Tune
- 43:11Speaker 1: in week days at four on radio, Hold I.
- 43:13Speaker 3: King this indeed tool there on the radio, Hold Arky
- 43:16Speaker 3: Big Show. There's glorious awe tony evening.
- 43:21Speaker 2: Good eight fellas, Hi pugs.
- 43:23Speaker 4: You might recall just before I went away, I went
- 43:25Speaker 4: to Vietnam a little while ago.
- 43:27Speaker 3: Oh you're not going to bang on about that again,
- 43:29Speaker 3: are you. We've already been through this today.
- 43:31Speaker 2: Keep that has a good time driving my life. Anyway.
- 43:33Speaker 4: Before that, you guys were kind enough to join me
- 43:36Speaker 4: at my thirtieth birthday party.
- 43:38Speaker 3: Yeah, it was great.
- 43:38Speaker 2: It was great just down the road at the local.
- 43:40Speaker 4: Pub there, and it was really really lovely to have
- 43:42Speaker 4: you guys and your beautiful wives there. But I just
- 43:45Speaker 4: sort of thought since that day, you know, I'm thirty
- 43:49Speaker 4: years old. Now that's a whole new decade, and you know,
- 43:52Speaker 4: I like to think of myself as a young.
- 43:54Speaker 2: Lively spirit. You know, I get out and about and
- 43:56Speaker 2: do heaps of cool stuff. We certainly do try and
- 43:59Speaker 2: keep up with your young missus. Yeah, absolutely, and I'm
- 44:02Speaker 2: trying really hard to keep up.
- 44:04Speaker 4: Yeah, But I just thought, you know, I've got I
- 44:07Speaker 4: like a bit of jewelry here and there, but I've
- 44:09Speaker 4: been looking.
- 44:09Speaker 3: At a jewelry.
- 44:11Speaker 2: You are blinked out. Brother, I'm looking you know.
- 44:13Speaker 3: How you ever gave you a metal detector is beyond me.
- 44:16Speaker 2: The clock chain is probably a bit much, but I've
- 44:18Speaker 2: also been looking in the mirror.
- 44:19Speaker 3: It's not forget about the foreskin thing either.
- 44:22Speaker 2: Have you got a ring on your foreskin?
- 44:24Speaker 3: Have you seen his nips? Keysy?
- 44:26Speaker 6: No, they.
- 44:28Speaker 3: Bloody chains of the bloody ring, bastard.
- 44:31Speaker 4: Ye, we're all kind of hooked together. But that's beside
- 44:34Speaker 4: the point. Because I can hide those underneath my clothes.
- 44:36Speaker 4: Now my face she can't hide right as much as
- 44:38Speaker 4: I'd like to. And I've got this nose ring in
- 44:40Speaker 4: my right nostral and I've just been sort of wondering
- 44:43Speaker 4: what point would it be like a smart move to
- 44:46Speaker 4: get rid of it. I have, in all honesty, I
- 44:48Speaker 4: have talked to my partner about it, and I've said, look,
- 44:50Speaker 4: I'm like, it's thirty two old thirty Should I pack.
- 44:53Speaker 2: In the nose ring? She doesn't want me to because
- 44:56Speaker 2: she likes she wants you to stay looking young. So
- 44:58Speaker 2: she's telling yourself that you are also owner your early twenties.
- 45:01Speaker 3: Yeah, she's trying to keep up the pretense.
- 45:03Speaker 2: Yes, that's right, that.
- 45:06Speaker 3: A young hip dude. Yes, But the reality is he's
- 45:11Speaker 3: careening into middle age.
- 45:12Speaker 2: One hundred percent and like it's coming, and like it's
- 45:15Speaker 2: probably got there a little early for him as well.
- 45:17Speaker 2: And it doesn't matter how many nose rings, how many
- 45:19Speaker 2: like Turner's car auction shirts you wear. The reality. The
- 45:23Speaker 2: reality is, well, here's the second question. Sure, how often
- 45:27Speaker 2: do you sort of dig holes in the yard? Because
- 45:31Speaker 2: I don't have it yeard to dig in, but exactly
- 45:34Speaker 2: because I know that when like goats and pigs and stuff,
- 45:37Speaker 2: you pierce their nose to stop them digging holes in
- 45:40Speaker 2: the rooting around, rooting around. So so pugs, with your
- 45:46Speaker 2: with your history of rooting around, I think you should
- 45:48Speaker 2: probably keep the nose ring in. You think I should
- 45:50Speaker 2: keep it just to stop it, just to keep your
- 45:52Speaker 2: beak out of where it shouldn't be, you know, Okay,
- 45:55Speaker 2: So keep the nose ring in. Well, I don't know actually,
- 45:58Speaker 2: because it doesn't kind of silly.
- 45:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 46:01Speaker 1: The Whole Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy
- 46:04Speaker 1: tune in week days at four on Radio Hold.
- 46:06Speaker 3: Iks smashing pumpkins there on the Radio Hodarky Big Show
- 46:10Speaker 3: This Monday, evening.
- 46:11Speaker 2: Hey feelers. Later in the year, I've I've booked tickets
- 46:15Speaker 2: to go on another holiday. Oh yeah, which is great.
- 46:18Speaker 2: And I'm one eighth Japanese on my mother's side and
- 46:22Speaker 2: I've never been to Japan. So I was like, hey,
- 46:24Speaker 2: why not go to Japan and see where the rallies
- 46:26Speaker 2: came from, which I think is pretty cool idea. So
- 46:30Speaker 2: in Pugsn, Hello, I know you've been to Japan.
- 46:33Speaker 6: I might have.
- 46:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you've changed your name to Pugsn. Well,
- 46:36Speaker 2: I didn't change that, Yeah you must.
- 46:40Speaker 3: That was the first thing that you said when you
- 46:42Speaker 3: came back, didn't. Yeah, it's Pugs.
- 46:45Speaker 2: From now on a year. Yeah, you're right.
- 46:47Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 46:47Speaker 2: So I just thought i'd I've got a sort of
- 46:49Speaker 2: basic itinery here, and Jace, I know that you've always
- 46:52Speaker 2: wanted to go to Japan as well. Definitely got basically
- 46:54Speaker 2: itinery here, Pugs. You just tell me what you think
- 46:56Speaker 2: of it. So I'd love to This is happening in October.
- 46:59Speaker 2: I've got some time off in October two weeks, which
- 47:01Speaker 2: is exciting thinking of starting in Tokyo. I've got flights
- 47:04Speaker 2: into Tokyo. Yes, that makes sense, stay there for three nights.
- 47:07Speaker 2: You can three nights, is okay? Honestly, genuinely, you could
- 47:11Speaker 2: spend two weeks, Yahn.
- 47:12Speaker 3: He didn't want you to bang on about your great
- 47:15Speaker 3: time in Japan. Okay, We've already had the chat about Vietnam.
- 47:19Speaker 3: He's just asking you if Tokyo is a good idea?
- 47:22Speaker 3: Yes or no? Would suffice just.
- 47:24Speaker 4: One side question? Are you planning on going back to Japan?
- 47:27Speaker 4: I mean back to Tokyo. Yes, I'm flying out of Tokyo.
- 47:29Speaker 2: Okay, So you're going to spend more days there? Just
- 47:31Speaker 2: one more day you can?
- 47:32Speaker 6: Probably?
- 47:33Speaker 2: So you want do you think I should have more
- 47:34Speaker 2: than three days in Tokyo?
- 47:35Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 47:36Speaker 2: Really it's enormous, is it? Well, the biggest city in
- 47:39Speaker 2: the world. Yeah, it's huge. Chris, what was that, Jason?
- 47:42Speaker 3: What days are you thinking? Kiezy?
- 47:44Speaker 5: What do you mean?
- 47:44Speaker 2: What days? Well?
- 47:45Speaker 3: What days? If it's going to be in Tokyo, well,
- 47:48Speaker 3: flying on the fourth of Eber ok fourth, yes, and
- 47:51Speaker 3: then I'd.
- 47:51Speaker 2: Be there for the fifth and sixth, Yes, and then
- 47:54Speaker 2: i'd leave on the seventh.
- 47:56Speaker 3: Okay, you depart seventh and he'd take the bullet train
- 47:59Speaker 3: down to on train. What time would that be? Probably?
- 48:03Speaker 2: Well, I don't know probably morning to be probably morning.
- 48:06Speaker 2: Get out of your hotel.
- 48:08Speaker 3: What hotel are you when?
- 48:09Speaker 2: Ah, well, we haven't booked one yet, but we are
- 48:12Speaker 2: looking at one. Okay, well just just let me know, right, Okay,
- 48:15Speaker 2: this is pretty okay. Thinking of taking a train down
- 48:18Speaker 2: to Kyoto, great spot. Yeah, how long would you recommend there? Yeah,
- 48:22Speaker 2: that one's probably a two three day the three day? Yeah,
- 48:24Speaker 2: because I've got three days here. So the seventh, eighth
- 48:26Speaker 2: and ninth.
- 48:26Speaker 3: Seven, eighth and ninth? What what whereabouts Kyoto?
- 48:30Speaker 2: Are you going to give him a Kyoto running it
- 48:32Speaker 2: down Kyoto?
- 48:33Speaker 3: How do I spell that?
- 48:34Speaker 4: Ok?
- 48:35Speaker 5: Why?
- 48:36Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 48:36Speaker 5: Hey? Yeah?
- 48:40Speaker 2: The lube it's named after the lube o t O.
- 48:43Speaker 2: That's the one. Just remember lube ohto.
- 48:46Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 48:47Speaker 2: Good, And then I'll think of going down to eighth
- 48:49Speaker 2: for ninth? Was it the seventh eighth and ninth?
- 48:51Speaker 3: Where would you like be in bed or a hotel? Again?
- 48:54Speaker 2: I was thinking of staying in like a traditional Japanese
- 48:56Speaker 2: real khan, which is like a traditional type of stay.
- 48:59Speaker 3: Oh okay, how do you spell that?
- 49:02Speaker 5: Ok?
- 49:02Speaker 9: Why?
- 49:05Speaker 2: Because I've heard that Kyoto Pugs has quite a lot
- 49:09Speaker 2: of like good day trips that you can go and
- 49:11Speaker 2: like visits.
- 49:11Speaker 4: Yeah, very traditional out there, yeah yeah, yeah, but without
- 49:14Speaker 4: as much of the chaos as Tokyo.
- 49:16Speaker 2: Yeah exactly. So after that I was thinking of going
- 49:18Speaker 2: to Hiroshima.
- 49:19Speaker 3: Hang on so Kyoto seven eight nine.
- 49:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right, yeah, Kyoto seven eight nine, then Hiroshima
- 49:25Speaker 2: for three days.
- 49:26Speaker 3: When you say day trips, what do you mean specifically.
- 49:29Speaker 2: Well, there's this one day trip I want to do
- 49:30Speaker 2: where you go you take this train out and then
- 49:32Speaker 2: you ride a boat back down this river, which I think, Yeah,
- 49:36Speaker 2: you write a motivating, beautiful boat down river, the Buzy River.
- 49:41Speaker 2: It's called Buzy.
- 49:42Speaker 3: How do you spell that bo yeah.
- 49:46Speaker 2: Zid ie Okay, Yeah, when you write a motor boat
- 49:49Speaker 2: down in Japanese, is it? It must be?
- 49:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 49:53Speaker 2: And then I was going to finish with three days
- 49:54Speaker 2: in Asuka and then back to Tokyo then fly home.
- 49:58Speaker 2: That works for me. That's a very really good toery.
- 50:00Speaker 2: Thanks man.
- 50:01Speaker 5: Say that again?
- 50:01Speaker 6: Oh what soccer or sucker?
- 50:03Speaker 2: Oh sucker? Oh yes, space s U c K.
- 50:08Speaker 3: E R sucker Okay. And when you're there, when.
- 50:12Speaker 2: Fus that's the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth, okay, and then
- 50:16Speaker 2: back to Tokyo one night, then fly homes that sound good.
- 50:19Speaker 2: Sounds good to me, brother, Okay, I like it, Jace, Yeah,
- 50:22Speaker 2: that's that works with me. Okay cool? Wait are you

- 50:25Speaker 3: Totally mate.

- 51:24Speaker 2: with myself pretty much, thanks a lot.
- 51:26Speaker 3: That was pretty much the chair, Well, the chair, how
- 51:29Speaker 3: pleased with yourself?
- 51:30Speaker 5: You will?
- 51:31Speaker 2: Wasn't? Pugs said you have to love yourself before you

- 51:38Speaker 2: I was saying, yeah, I'm you know, I like myself,
