- 0:07Now broadcasting from the Next Gen. conservative studio in
- 0:11sunny South Florida, bringing you the latest in politics,
- 0:15current events and pop culture. This is the Whitfield Report
- 0:20with Sam Whitfield. Howdy.
- 0:31Howdy, everyone. Another rotation around the sun.
- 0:41That's right. You're alive.
- 0:44You made it. You won.
- 0:47Good job. We.
- 0:49Hey, how about that? How about the Iowa caucus, huh?
- 0:55Yeah. Yeah.
- 0:57Unlike. Unlike us.
- 0:58Who made it? Desantis's career didn't.
- 1:04Ned and I also learned that they could count either.
- 1:10If you're having polling problems, DeSantis feels bad for
- 1:13you, son. They got 99 counties and he
- 1:16ain't got a lead in one. Yeah, I've been saving.
- 1:25Anyway, happy birthday to me. Yes.
- 1:29Wow. Yes.
- 1:30Happy birthday, Sam. Then 70.
- 1:35Now I'm I I know I give more these shit for being the old
- 1:43man, but like, I'm not quite that old.
- 1:46But I'm old enough to remember when you sought to use Internet
- 1:51cables. So that's something.
- 1:54Back in my day, I still use cables.
- 1:57What are you talking about? If you're a gamer, you're not
- 2:00using Wi-Fi. I mean, let's be real.
- 2:03That's true. Absolutely.
- 2:10My, my sisters who are who are significantly younger than I am,
- 2:17like their actual children that they called me right before the
- 2:21show and 2:00 and 11:00 and seven-year old.
- 2:24The fact I'm 29, that makes me ancient.
- 2:28So, yes, if you're ancient, what are Max and I?
- 2:35Oh, God, probably. Well, I would say that you were.
- 2:42I would say that you guys are dust.
- 2:44Except for the fact that my father, our father, the the
- 2:50father of license. I'm sorry.
- 2:53Well, Jesus, Jesus is only 33, so But no, I mean my my
- 3:06biological dad is 62. My step dad is 70.
- 3:12He doesn't look look it. And my mom is she's ageless.
- 3:18So I believe my parents are 60 now.
- 3:23Damn. What was that?
- 3:26Yeah, 663. Yeah.
- 3:28Sixty. Yeah.
- 3:30Mom is 60 and stepfather is 65 or 66.
- 3:36You got to remember, Sam, I'm. I'm the oldest of my half
- 3:40siblings, and also I am the product of an unwed teenage
- 3:44mother. So.
- 3:46Oh yeah, I yeah, I think you've told me that before.
- 3:52When you say that you're a teenage drip bag, Max, I was
- 3:55definitely a teenage dirtbag. Although I thought the song was
- 3:58pretty gay, 'cause I was into heavier music, you know?
- 4:03And it was. Yeah.
- 4:04But I had to get the joke out. Yeah, you did.
- 4:06You did, did you? To paraphrase my favorite band,
- 4:10did you Did you grow up in a teenage wasteland?
- 4:15No. No, I I was too edgy for that.
- 4:19To paraphrase one of my favorite artists, I was a devil without a
- 4:23cause. Yeah, so.
- 4:29And you ain't never met a motherfucker quite like me.
- 4:34And only God knows I'm going to Kid Rock until you shut me up.
- 4:37Sam, What's it? I actually, I unironically
- 4:43listen to Kid Rock. So, like, yeah, I'm.
- 4:47I'm down for that. But man, it's it's been a great
- 4:53birthday week, I have to say. You know Monday we had we had
- 4:58Steve Stratton on who unlike unlike secret agent man is like
- 5:05an actual, like I well, I said, I said he's an American hero and
- 5:11I stand by that anybody disagrees with me.
- 5:15You know, you can fight me I guess.
- 5:18No disagreement here. Yeah, 'cause, 'cause we respect
- 5:23people who have served other their country here.
- 5:26You know, I I get so sick and tired of a lot of the vet hate
- 5:30that I see from people. But it gets real easy to get
- 5:34tired out by people like secret Agent man, right, who are just
- 5:37so full of shit And everybody knows it, but everybody's like
- 5:40that. That's the thing with him, is
- 5:41everybody was just kind of afraid to call him on it because
- 5:45it it, it just doesn't seem worth it.
- 5:47But for me, it's worth it, 'cause I'm an asshole.
- 5:50Yeah, but no, Steve, yeah, that was a great interview and a lot
- 5:57of interesting topics. It seems like people are only
- 5:59interested in one topic that you talked about, though.
- 6:04So yeah, Which is now the head fucking drug warrior,
- 6:07apparently. I was unaware of this.
- 6:10I was. I was unaware of this too.
- 6:15Essentially all I said is, yeah, like, I agree hired ladies and
- 6:23gentlemen, Sam. Sam is like the drug warrior and
- 6:27I'm screwed. Well, I mean, you and I both
- 6:31agree though that like, the cartels need to need to go.
- 6:35I mean, I don't. Yeah, I I mean I I think that's
- 6:39why like primary reasons that I've advocated for legalizing
- 6:43pot specifically is because it over it it, it has an oversized
- 6:49impact on the cartel's income, right.
- 6:53And so if we took off the table Mexican weed that would dent
- 6:59them that would be like 30% of most of the cartel's income.
- 7:03But you know, spoiler Max, what's what's funny about that
- 7:07is you actually, the people who are flipping out, Steve actually
- 7:15actually must have turned off the podcast before he said that
- 7:19taking away the cartel's weed revenue would cripple them,
- 7:25which would mean, you know, legalize, legalize.
- 7:30And we were just talking about this off air.
- 7:33The problem is the new cartel that's taking over that in the
- 7:39states that legalize it is the government and their management
- 7:44of it is, let's just say it runs the gamut depending on what
- 7:48state you're in. So you and I were just talking
- 7:51about this and I had not had it put as concrete as this before.
- 7:57So you said and and and correct me if I'm wrong that an eighth
- 8:03of marijuana in Colorado legally at a shop, you know your average
- 8:08price you you cited would probably be around $80.60 to
- 8:16$80.00 from what I've heard from Varys.
- 8:19So for for 3.5g now and here in New York it's 80 to 180 to 100
- 8:25for then that's an eighth right? Not an ounce or correct.
- 8:30Yeah. So, yeah.
- 8:31So here in Massachusetts, it's after tax $13.
- 8:39I I don't. So is the tax in Colorado like
- 8:45like cigarettes? Cigarette tax is like 800%.
- 8:48Is it like that? Because that's insane to me.
- 8:51And it's no wonder. It's no wonder Colorado's having
- 8:53a problem with the black market, right?
- 8:56Yeah. Well, for what?
- 8:59They've been out competing that for fucking 70 years.
- 9:02Yeah. Well, dime bag's called the dime
- 9:05bag. It's 'cause it costs 10 bucks.
- 9:07Yeah. Well, so Steve lives in the
- 9:12area. He actually lives in the area
- 9:14where I grew up around there. And what he was telling me was,
- 9:20and I knew this, but so when when wheat was first proposed in
- 9:25Colorado, the big thing is all the tax revenue would go towards
- 9:31education and fixing Denver Public Schools and and of course
- 9:36then it just goes into the general fund of the state and
- 9:39they use it for whatever they want, right.
- 9:42That's true here. Yeah.
- 9:44I mean, and a well, a lot of it has gone right back into the
- 9:48weed industry too. Instead of and Paulus who I'm
- 9:55sorry folks, but he is not a moderate DEM.
- 9:58He is just like Gavin Newsom, you know?
- 10:03And yeah, that that's, I mean, I haven't lived in Colorado for
- 10:07like a decade at this point. But like that's what my friends
- 10:11and family tell me is that he's pretty much like Gavin Newsom.
- 10:16I mean, what I'm saying is Colorado could like drop the
- 10:22price of weed if they want, but they're not going to because
- 10:25they enjoy all of the tax revenue from it and that's why
- 10:30it's so expensive. So, yeah, yeah, I so like the
- 10:41part of part of what makes weed unique from other drugs, OK is
- 10:45that it is so easy to produce in large amounts.
- 10:50And that's why it's always been, you know, on the cheaper side,
- 10:53like I said, the idea of a dime bag or a nickel bag, even, like
- 10:58people my age don't really know. But like, if you go, if you talk
- 11:01to like boomers and shit who, you know, boomer hippies, a
- 11:04nickel bag was a common occurrence.
- 11:06That's a $5 bag. Do you know what a nickel bag in
- 11:10like, he's in 70s and 80s would have been an eighth like?
- 11:17And that's the black market. So if they produce it for that,
- 11:20you know, because they're not paying all these stuff, like
- 11:23because The thing is, is the weed industries get subsidized
- 11:27by the state too. That's kind of what you're
- 11:29saying. It goes back in and it just ends
- 11:32up being this cluster fuck over here.
- 11:34I mean, the tax on pot I've mentioned this before for for
- 11:38Massachusetts is the same as the sales tax.
- 11:41So basically you pay sales tax twice, OK.
- 11:45And then the local jurisdiction can put a tax on it as well.
- 11:49So my city has like AI think it's like a 3% tax that's
- 11:56through the city. So it's like 7% sales tax, 7%
- 12:01pot tax, 3% local POC tax. So in total, yeah, it's
- 12:06something like 17%, which I would consider very high, but
- 12:10the only way Colorado if it if it really is $80.00 an eighth,
- 12:15then that means they're doing some something like a fucking
- 12:18800% tax, which is insane. Just like cigarettes, right?
- 12:25And the reason they take cigarettes that highly is to is
- 12:28to try and socially engineer people to stop smoking.
- 12:32You would think that the new industry that they've just built
- 12:36up, they wouldn't want to drive people away from it.
- 12:38But that's insane to me. I've.
- 12:41I've not. I knew it was more expensive
- 12:43than it is here, but good Lord, I said $13.
- 12:50I will. I will confess that that is not
- 12:52the average price through the area.
- 12:55That's what my local shop charges.
- 12:57They have a sale every day and each each day it'll be a
- 13:00different kind of pot and it's always an eighth for $13.
- 13:05And they even the fun thing about a lot of the pot places
- 13:09here is they price it so that after tax it comes out to an
- 13:13even amount, right. So when I say $13 when I walk in
- 13:18there, I hand them exactly $13 and no change.
- 13:22And that's what it costs. Now if I take that sale part out
- 13:27of it, if I go to any shop in my area or in this state, the
- 13:32average price for an eighth is going to be just around $20,
- 13:36which is that's on point to what the black market charges.
- 13:40Actually in a lot of cases that $13 is cheaper than what the
- 13:44black market can offer. Guess what, we don't have much
- 13:47of A black market anymore. Let's go figure, I'd be good
- 13:49with 20. Yeah, 20's that's what you would
- 13:53expect, right. That means so, so 80 between 60
- 14:00and 80 average. You know, we'll average it at
- 14:0270. At 3.5g, which is what an eighth
- 14:05of an ounce is. It's, It's $10 a gram late or
- 14:12or. No, no, no, it's $20 a gram,
- 14:15Basically $20 a gram. Yeah, that's what I understand.
- 14:23That's cocaine prices. That's cocaine prices.
- 14:29That's that's not pot prices at all.
- 14:32It's and it's no wonder that the black market, or technically
- 14:35it's a Gray market, right, because it's not illegal to
- 14:37possess whatever whatever you want to call it.
- 14:40The Gray slash black market in Colorado is crushing the legal
- 14:44shops here. It's the other way around.
- 14:48And like the it's so much more expensive that way that you
- 14:53can't even get to the point where you're looking at the
- 14:55benefits. And one of the benefits I talk
- 14:57about here, I didn't used to buy weed for like 10 years.
- 15:01I never bought weed, right, 'cause I don't want to deal with
- 15:03criminals, right? No.
- 15:06And and that's the other thing is like, Steve was not actually
- 15:10bashing like, you know, weed weed smokers, like inadvertently
- 15:17he was bashing the the cartels and whatnot.
- 15:20And and for and for a very good reason because I mean, his
- 15:24mother was killed by the cartels while on vacation.
- 15:31So I mean. And that's.
- 15:33Yeah. Looking horrible, right.
- 15:36And and but but in the in the cartels are killing thousands of
- 15:39Americans every day just through fentanyl, right.
- 15:43This is like, yeah, yeah, it is a problem.
- 15:47And when when he said, you know, he said that he would basically
- 15:52ramp up the drug war, he meant literal war on the cartels.
- 15:56That's what he said. I don't know.
- 15:59Yeah, there's kind of got triggered.
- 16:02I don't know. I listened to it and and, yeah,
- 16:06and and granted, I mean, don't misunderstand, a lot of the
- 16:10listeners overall loved, you know, a lot of the inner, a lot
- 16:14of the listeners did listen to the whole thing.
- 16:19Yeah, I don't really seem positive feedback.
- 16:21The what you were saying is new to me.
- 16:23That's why I wanted to kind of hash it out.
- 16:26No, I mean, right before we went on air, did I not just say,
- 16:30well, I'm probably going to surprise some people then
- 16:31because I'm going to defend him because he was right.
- 16:35Yeah. I mean, absolutely right.
- 16:37Yeah, he he is right. I mean that also just goes to
- 16:42show though that like and I you know we all do this to a some
- 16:46extent I guess but you know people who you know people do
- 16:51like to cherry pick and I guess in this case the people who
- 16:56don't necessarily like this show or maybe don't like him for
- 17:00whatever reason chose to Cher pick this you know one thing so
- 17:10but I I could you know it might be a little bit like our our
- 17:14fault my fault maybe in particular is that I've been so
- 17:19so anti drug war right. But what he's talking about
- 17:23isn't what I mean. He's talking about a war on
- 17:27cartels, smuggling drugs into the country.
- 17:29I my problem with the drug war is the targeting.
- 17:33And yeah, this is one of those things that a lot of fucking
- 17:37conservatives will get mad at me about, but it's fucking true.
- 17:39The targeting of black communities with fucking
- 17:41policing drugs specifically to target the black community.
- 17:45I I we can do better than that, OK?
- 17:49The reason that drugs are so random in these inner city black
- 17:52communities is because the government wants it that way,
- 17:55and that's fucked. The drug war should be at the
- 17:58border. Well, and and what we're doing
- 18:02for the fucking addicts who are a fucking victim of this cartel
- 18:06drug war is offering, you know, rehab and you know, I'm sorry,
- 18:13but putting them in jail for indefinite periods of time, all
- 18:16it has done is broken that community and the poor white
- 18:19community is, well, right now you have fathers in jail for
- 18:23what? For having a fucking joint on
- 18:25them. Now the child grows up without a
- 18:27dad. Fuck that shit.
- 18:31And and you know, like I, honestly, I side very heavily
- 18:36with libertarians on this particular issue, obviously.
- 18:38No, no. Yeah.
- 18:39And as do I I want to point out, as you said, though, like our
- 18:45whole entire conversation that Steve and I had was related to
- 18:49the pretty much the border and hit, you know, how we need to
- 18:52take the drug war to the border, which by the way, who else, Who
- 18:58else has said that we need to? If you have a problem with that,
- 19:01you must have a problem with Donald Trump, right?
- 19:06Yeah, Yeah. Not only is that something he
- 19:10said, he actually did it as president.
- 19:13He was actually going after them.
- 19:15He was having bank accounts closed and and all kinds of
- 19:20things at the border. We do need to stop him from
- 19:24smuggling ungodly amounts of fentanyl in it.
- 19:28El El Chapo who Steve actually went after when he was in the
- 19:33when he was in the Green Berets. El El Chapo actually I believe
- 19:38put out a hit on Trump right in in 2017 he declared or whatever
- 19:48you want to fucking call it. He said that they should kill
- 19:50Trump. Yeah.
- 19:51Yeah. And that's because he was going
- 19:54after them and and they they were really, actually scared of
- 19:58it. Because that's the like the
- 20:00Federals in Mexico can't do much, but Trump was helping
- 20:04empower them. Yeah, yeah, guys go down there
- 20:08and train them and shit. The problem too is half the
- 20:11Federals are corrupt. They're on the cartel's payroll.
- 20:15Yeah, it it's, it's amazing. Probably more like all, yeah.
- 20:21It's it's amazing how many people took watched that show
- 20:25narcos and took like the wrong thing away from that.
- 20:32So I've not, I've not seen that one.
- 20:35But that's me with everything, isn't it?
- 20:37I've not seen no, well, Facebook fucking everything, that shows
- 20:40pretty good. Actually it it is.
- 20:42But like if you're one of these, if you're one of these zoomer
- 20:46types is like, oh oh fuck, what's what's the Colombian
- 20:57guys? I'm blanking.
- 21:00Damn it. This is.
- 21:01I guess this is what happens when you when you get old,
- 21:04right? Horror.
- 21:06Oh, Pablo Escobar, The first thing that goes with your mind,
- 21:10all the all these would have had a habit.
- 21:15Oh, yeah. I mean, look like the thing with
- 21:25the drug Lords, right? You talk about like Pablo
- 21:27Escobar. You talk about Noriega, you talk
- 21:30about Chapo, right? These guys, these big cartel
- 21:37drug Lords, it's easy to make them cool rock stars, right?
- 21:43Because the drug war is so awful that it seems like they might be
- 21:49the underdog rebel. But the problem is, is they're
- 21:51making the drug war worse on both ends.
- 21:56You know, they don't care how many people end up ODD and in
- 22:00prison because of the product they're importing.
- 22:02They know that there's a market for it.
- 22:04They know that it's worth way more than it should be.
- 22:08And by the way, the reason that drugs are expensive, you know,
- 22:10we're talking about the Colorado thing being expensive.
- 22:13But the reason the drugs are expensive is not anything to do
- 22:16with production. They're very cheap.
- 22:18Cocaine is really, really cheap to produce.
- 22:22Ungodly cheap. But the risk is what you're
- 22:25paying for. The risk of all the people along
- 22:29the chain, The risk of the guy that grew the coca leaf.
- 22:32The risk of the fucking guys that produced the cocaine
- 22:35through the fucking labs. Org labs in the jungle.
- 22:39The risk. Because if they get busted, even
- 22:41in Columbia, that shit ain't legal.
- 22:43They'll be fucked, right? Then they get to move it through
- 22:47at least three or four South American country borders where
- 22:51it is illegal. And yeah, there may be not the
- 22:53the greatest borders in the world, but if they get caught,
- 22:57they're really, really, you think they'd be fucked here?
- 23:00Imagine getting fucked in a Mexican prison.
- 23:03You know what I'm saying? And so all that risk, that's
- 23:07what you're paying for, You're paying for all the risk of all
- 23:10the middle men that got the the, the fucking product from
- 23:13beginning to your consumption of it.
- 23:16And that's it's very, very expensive.
- 23:18Because yes, the risk they're putting on it is literally their
- 23:22life or the rest of their life in prison.
- 23:26That's why it's so expensive. If we and that's why the drug
- 23:29war is fucking bad, you know, it's it's taking a product that
- 23:34would otherwise probably not even have the same appeal.
- 23:37Like like think about because I use cocaine as an example for a
- 23:40reason. Think about the public
- 23:42perception in America of cocaine, not crack cocaine.
- 23:47Rich people party. Rockstar.
- 23:51Hollywood business tycoon. Well, that's what it's related
- 23:55to, isn't it? Yeah, it's associated with
- 23:58affluence. Absolutely right.
- 24:01It's a it's a cheap plant that grows in the jungle and gets cut
- 24:05with fucking gasoline by like if you ever watch how the shit is
- 24:09made, you wouldn't think it's so fucking high class.
- 24:13It's right. It's not what you're what.
- 24:16Why? It's expensive.
- 24:18Which meant was what makes it associated with affluence is
- 24:21that all these guys faced life in prison or whatever to fucking
- 24:25get it to the States. Yeah, and we could cut that
- 24:29fucking problem off at the fucking balls by not allowing
- 24:34people to smuggle it into the States and make a heat living
- 24:37off of it. Because if I'm telling you right
- 24:39now, if we ended the drug war as such, they would, they would die
- 24:45overnight. They'd die overnight.
- 24:48They couldn't afford it anymore because then suddenly it's just
- 24:51a cheap. Like they don't smuggle fucking
- 24:53tobacco. You know what I mean?
- 24:55Because it's cheap. It's not worth shit.
- 24:58No, there's no black market for tobacco.
- 25:02Not yet. They keep raising the taxes on
- 25:04tobacco products, and you might see it when we're almost to that
- 25:09point where cigarettes are like $25 a pack.
- 25:12You might see a black market eventually.
- 25:15But because it's so cheap and easy to produce, there's no
- 25:17fucking black market. Yeah, and there.
- 25:21And there won't be a black market in pot if we legalize it
- 25:23in most states, at least not a black market.
- 25:28See, The thing is the black, the I'll, I kind of ripped on the
- 25:31black market in Colorado. But here's the thing.
- 25:34I bet you almost all of it's being grown there.
- 25:37Yeah, Not smuggled in from Mexico.
- 25:40Probably, because I'll tell you this, if you've ever smoked
- 25:43cheap Mexican brick weed, it ain't worth fucking 80 bucks an
- 25:48eighth, I'll tell you that. That shit ain't worth fucking.
- 25:53That shit ain't worth $5.00 an eighth.
- 25:54That shit is fucking good Bunk at, dude.
- 25:56Mexican brick weed is like the bottom of the barrel, but
- 26:00they're making fucking. They're making billions off of
- 26:03smuggling it in because we just have a law against it.
- 26:07Fucking yeah. It seems like an easy fix.
- 26:10I mean, I'm it gets tougher when you get to harder drugs, OK, but
- 26:16like can we can we just start with stop arresting.
- 26:23Here's a good example. A 40 year old dad who smokes a
- 26:27joint on the weekend. What?
- 26:30What is the point of arresting him?
- 26:32What does that do? Why is it such a big thing that
- 26:34he needs to be in prison for? Who is it hurting?
- 26:37Yeah, yeah, yeah. Kamala Harris.
- 26:40Can we can we Mickey Haley. Yeah.
- 26:44Come on DeSantis. Yeah, let's.
- 26:53Yeah, let's, let's. Fucker said all the names.
- 26:56Damn it. Let's ask about that.
- 26:58So yeah, why does why does a 40 year old father who works really
- 27:04hard, has no criminal history deserve to be in jail because he
- 27:09likes to smoke a joint on a Friday night?
- 27:12If you can't answer that question, then you then you need
- 27:16to realize to let that at least that part of the drug war go
- 27:21right. Yeah.
- 27:23But I think the whole thing's a failure.
- 27:25I think it's going to waste of tax money and and it's like I
- 27:28said, it's ruined the communities it was supposed to
- 27:31protect. Yeah, literally ruined
- 27:36generations of families. And of course I said to
- 27:39excluding crack when I was talking about cocaine because of
- 27:42course crack came from the CIA in the 80s and to the black
- 27:45community specifically on purpose.
- 27:48Well, I mean, it's it's cool though when when you know Hunter
- 27:53leaves it in the White House, Yeah, that's cool.
- 27:57But freeway Ricky Ross is the devil, right?
- 28:00Give me a fucking break If you don't know.
- 28:02Look it up anyway though. He's the guy that exposed that
- 28:07the CIA actually was importing crack into inner cities because
- 28:11he was the one actually doing it for them.
- 28:13And he's been trying to speak out about this for about 25
- 28:16years. And mainstream media, if you've
- 28:19never heard of him, it's because the mainstream media don't want
- 28:22anything to do with him. Funny how that works.
- 28:26Freeway Ricky Ross. There's a rapper named Rick Ross
- 28:29who picked his name. There's a rapper called Noriega,
- 28:33too. I'm sure there's a rapper called
- 28:34Pablo Escobar as well, but you know what I mean?
- 28:38Because, like I said, there is a cool factor to them.
- 28:41You know, in a way, you can make it like it does seem like they
- 28:45rebels against the system, but they're not.
- 28:47They're predators. They're exploiting.
- 28:49They're exploiting people who are, you know, shouldn't be
- 28:54exploited because they don't have much.
- 28:57Yeah, they're cutting or in in the mentally ill and just the
- 29:06suffering. They're exploiting the people
- 29:08who are suffering. I mean, look, we people
- 29:11glorified Barack Obama and he droned people in in, in Groves,
- 29:17right. So by the way, including
- 29:21American Citizen. And he also prosecuted people
- 29:24for marijuana. When he wrote in his book about
- 29:26all the marijuana he smoked and all the cocaine he did.
- 29:29Yeah. Which, by the way, I love the
- 29:33fact it's OK for him to experiment, guys.
- 29:36It's OK, you know? And then he can just put
- 29:38everybody else in jail for the same thing that he fucking did.
- 29:41Just like Kamala. And listening to Tupac.
- 29:45First of all, Tupac hadn't put out an album yet.
- 29:47You stupid fucking cunt. So you're a liar, second of all.
- 29:52Oh, oh, you're just it's so funny that I was smoking pot.
- 29:54What about all those thousands of men you put in prison for
- 29:57smoking men and women that you put in prison in California for
- 30:00smoking pot and then check them after their fucking sentences to
- 30:03get free labor like slaves? But it's OK for you to smoke a
- 30:07joint and listen to Tupac, isn't it?
- 30:09You fucking whore? Joe and I gotta go like slaves.
- 30:16There I said it. Yeah by the way I love the fact
- 30:22that they've that like they've now rotted out Obama in Joe
- 30:28Biden's re election. I I love.
- 30:33I love the I would too because he's the second most popular
- 30:37living president. But no the years was even
- 30:42better. They're saying we must resist
- 30:44tyranny. Who's the first thing?
- 30:46So, but, so. But that is the $1,000,000
- 30:51question isn't who is the most popular living president?
- 30:58Well, we're not on YouTube, so I can say it.
- 31:01Donald J Trump. Yeah.
- 31:06You know, honestly, like if we were being honest with
- 31:09ourselves, a much fairer fight than Biden, Trump would have
- 31:13been Obama. Trump.
- 31:15I think that's actually the battle that that one, that one
- 31:19would. That one would have been cool to
- 31:21see. I think he did it were.
- 31:24It certainly would have been a bit more competitive I think
- 31:28even than Hillary and certainly more competitive than the race
- 31:32with Joe Biden. Whatever you think about the
- 31:34outcome. Oh, even Trump versus Bill
- 31:37Clinton would have been more riveting to to watch because say
- 31:41what you will about Slick Willie, but he was or as I call
- 31:45him, pussy smoke. Well, yeah, he brought he he he
- 31:49he want the smoke. You know what I mean?
- 31:55Hashtag cookies. I I cannot think of.
- 31:59I cannot think of Bill. You ruined Bill Clinton for me,
- 32:03Max, because now because now I can think of what I think of
- 32:11Bill Clinton is hashtag pussy, smoke, smoke.
- 32:18I was, I was actually thinking of Bill Clinton the entire time
- 32:21that that our Craig was doing calculations.
- 32:26So yeah, well, I mean, you set the scene, right?
- 32:29It's the same scene that was going on in the White House,
- 32:32except Craig's now there with a whiteboard writing fucking
- 32:35equations. Yeah, big, big.
- 32:42Shout out to the fake Untitled podcast for like, debating the
- 32:45math of it after he was on this show.
- 32:48That was great. Yeah.
- 32:51Yeah, I I listen to those guys that now too.
- 32:57Like their their whole people asked me what my take on on the
- 33:03whole Harvard thing was with that, with the Harvard
- 33:07president. And I've told people like just
- 33:09girlfriends that they can title podcast because they they they
- 33:15sent up the Harvard same thing. Better than either of us, better
- 33:21than any of any of us could. And I don't know about Morpheus,
- 33:26but I never went to any of the Ivy Leagues and I despise, I
- 33:32despise the Ivy Leagues. Honestly.
- 33:36Nope. I I went to state colleges.
- 33:40It it it it seems that these days it it fucking weirds people
- 33:44out to know that I have no higher education whatsoever.
- 33:49It it doesn't, it doesn't weird me out.
- 33:52But I mean, Oh no, not weird people out, but people don't
- 33:55expect me to actually say that because I'm well spoken and well
- 33:59read like well, I'm self-taught though.
- 34:02Yeah, yeah, you know you know how you know how to think as
- 34:06most, a lot of these college educated you know people who
- 34:13they have gender studies degrees but they can't.
- 34:16I have, I got it my second go around.
- 34:20Yeah. Yeah.
- 34:22I I think I've always kind of despised academia even then,
- 34:29even as a kid. Like honestly, I say what I said
- 34:32then today, fuck school. I'm a dad now it's and I
- 34:35shouldn't have this opinion. But I do fuck school.
- 34:39Fuck school. School isn't for everybody, you
- 34:42know. And and I understand everybody's
- 34:44got to go through it to some degree.
- 34:46But like, I was like to be to sit down and have a teacher
- 34:51order me to do all the same things as 29 other people.
- 34:57Like inevitably somebody like me is not going to feel comfortable
- 35:01with that. I don't take, I don't, I don't
- 35:05take orders very well. I am a naturally rebellious
- 35:07person and that caused me nothing but problems in school
- 35:11and everybody I know who is like that.
- 35:13Look, some people are just naturally like, no, fuck you and
- 35:17don't take orders well. And if you listen to the fucking
- 35:21the pro school people, they'll be like, oh, well, that just
- 35:24means that, you know, you're not going to fit in in society and
- 35:27you're going to need a job and you're never going to do this
- 35:28and you're never going to do that.
- 35:30And it's like, no, I know, like what do you use from 6th grade?
- 35:41The fact that I like nothing, Nothing other than the fact that
- 35:45that's like, I was going to make a joke, but my well, my answer
- 35:49was going to be I, I. The thing I learned in 6th grade
- 35:52that I still use today is the rules of Dungeons and Dragons.
- 35:57Yeah. And I learned that by sitting in
- 36:00the back of the class. OK, we had a teacher, you know,
- 36:05the teachers, the male teacher, specifically, an older guy who
- 36:08will just go off on a tangent if you get him started on a topic.
- 36:13Our guy. The topic was either the Titanic
- 36:15or World War 2. So we would always look up and
- 36:19go out of our way, go into encyclopedias or or whatever.
- 36:23And the three of us that that did this would always find a
- 36:26question to ask the teacher during first period so that we
- 36:30could sit in the back of the class playing Dungeons and
- 36:33Dragons and he would be off on his rant and not even notice.
- 36:36I had AI had a choir teacher in in middle school.
- 36:41Yes I I was in the men. Yes, I was in the men's choir
- 36:45and junior high, and I had AI had a choir teacher who loved
- 36:50The Beatles and it was so easy just to get him off on a tangent
- 36:55about the about The Beatles. It was, yeah, it was.
- 37:02He was actually a cool dude. We had to get pretty creative
- 37:06after a while, 'cause you run out of easy questions.
- 37:10So that's why. I mean, we're looking up, we're
- 37:11like looking up very specific Titanic facts.
- 37:14So that because it's like, oh God, we got to play tomorrow,
- 37:17you know, we're halfway through the fucking dungeon, What are we
- 37:20going to ask the teacher? And I swear to God, the whole
- 37:23year he never figured out what we were doing.
- 37:25He just fell for it every fucking time.
- 37:28And so all I learned through the entirety of 6th grade is the
- 37:31rules of Dungeons and Dragons, Second edition.
- 37:36All right, there. There is one thing that I that I
- 37:39learned in in 6th grade, 6th grade science teacher Mr. Brown
- 37:43shout out to Mr. Brown. He got us got a bunch of newly
- 37:46hatched snapping turtles that year.
- 37:49I took one home. So I learned how to take care of
- 37:50a snapping turtle. Yeah, I mean, there are things,
- 37:56right? There are things you'll pick up
- 37:58through school. But largely a lot of what is
- 38:00being forced on kids is stuff that, ironically, they will
- 38:03never need for the rest of their life.
- 38:05Algebra, for one. If you're not, if you're not
- 38:07going into higher education, I do not understand why algebra
- 38:11and geometry are mandatory. You'll never use that.
- 38:16But you know what they don't teach in school?
- 38:18Economics. You know what they don't teach
- 38:20in common sense? How to do your fucking taxes.
- 38:23Did anybody ever tell you how to do your fucking taxes in school?
- 38:27Why should? Why is that not a class?
- 38:29This is the thing every fucking American has to do.
- 38:34Do they teach you how to fucking balance a checkbook?
- 38:37No. Nope.
- 38:39It's like, well then what the fuck are you teaching these kids
- 38:43gender now? It's I one of these kids will be
- 38:49able to do their fucking taxes, but they'll be able to tell you
- 38:52all about Critical race theory or or how many different made-up
- 38:56genders there are. But it's OK when they go on
- 38:59welfare, they won't have to pay taxes.
- 39:01So probably true. Oh, it's not.
- 39:05Probably. Like, literally, welfare
- 39:07recipients don't pay taxes, so they don't pay.
- 39:12That's what they want you to be, apparently.
- 39:14The Democrats at least. And the fucking elite.
- 39:20Why would you have nothing in three?
- 39:21What? Well, that that's another good
- 39:25question. What happens when?
- 39:26When they run out of rich guys to pay taxes, they're hoping
- 39:33that their communist revolution happens before that.
- 39:37But what if it doesn't? It won't.
- 39:40It's never going to happen. Even Marx knew that.
- 39:44It's not going to happen in America.
- 39:45It's like the idea that the working class in America is
- 39:49going to have a communist revolution.
- 39:51Marx would laugh at that. He did.
- 39:55He did actively say that. That's a stupid idea and that's
- 39:58why they came around with the Frankfurt School and like
- 40:01Cultural Marxist and and that's where you get victim culture
- 40:05from and aggrieved minority groups, if you really look into
- 40:09it. Maybe I'm getting a little too
- 40:10deep off in the weeds but they needed look, the white working
- 40:14class of America was never going to rise up because they were
- 40:16pretty pretty well happy. So they had to.
- 40:19They had to find other groups to replace them.
- 40:22And they started doing it in the 20s with the flapper movement
- 40:25and the feminists and the first sexual revolution.
- 40:28But what they realized, interestingly enough, that was
- 40:31their first attempt was the roaring 20s and that women
- 40:35should be more sexually liberated and stuff.
- 40:38Here was the problem. They went out and got pregnant
- 40:43and there wasn't as much like you couldn't be a single mom in
- 40:471925. That was a death sentence.
- 40:51So what did they do? They got knocked up, they got
- 40:55married and they became moms and grandmas and more conservative
- 41:00as well. And so the progressives and the
- 41:02in the cultural Marxists were like, well, we can't do them.
- 41:04So then it was, let's focus on the getting the, the pill,
- 41:10essentially the, the they, they'd always called it the pill
- 41:13long before it was created. And you know, Margaret Sanger
- 41:17was involved in that. There was a woman, I can't
- 41:20remember her name from, like she was like a Harvard alumni who
- 41:23put a lot of money towards it. And the idea was if they get the
- 41:27pill, they can do sexual revolution Part 2, which they
- 41:30did in the 60s, Right. But meanwhile they were like,
- 41:36well, we also should find other aggrieved groups.
- 41:38And that's where the civil rights movement came from.
- 41:40Yes, the civil rights movement stems from communist agitators.
- 41:44Now, you could argue about the fruits of their labor, but the
- 41:48initial push was a push for destabilization of American
- 41:52culture. And I would argue that once the
- 41:56civil rights movement was kind of done and dusted in like the
- 41:5970s and 80s, they failed right? Until now.
- 42:07Race was a lot less of an issue until they made it 1 again with
- 42:11wokeness. And I want to say it started in
- 42:13basically 2014. Yeah, and now they're adding
- 42:18their new favorite outsider group because again, the
- 42:23straight white males of American working class aren't going to
- 42:26rise up. Turns out the feminists weren't
- 42:29actually going to rise up either.
- 42:30Turns out the black guys weren't actually rising up either.
- 42:34Now we need a new group, Gays and trannies, right?
- 42:38I I would even argue like the gays and trannies are rising up.
- 42:43Well, I mean, and I would even say that like for most of I'm
- 42:48not taking out the trannies, but just excluding, excluding trans.
- 42:52I would even say that like even a lot of the gay people are like
- 42:57are kind of like, yeah, this is a little SUS even for us.
- 43:01So I've talked to gay people who have told me that a lot of gay
- 43:06people are kind of going back in the closet now.
- 43:08Yeah, no, a lot. A lot of which I just want to be
- 43:12very clear. I don't actually think that's a
- 43:15good thing. I don't think that's a good
- 43:18thing at all. But I understand.
- 43:19Why did you want to do one of those?
- 43:23Fucking circus. It's a circus.
- 43:27Yeah. Well, I mean, one of my, one of
- 43:30my serious people, one of the gay, one of the gay guys that I
- 43:34went to college with said it perfectly.
- 43:36Like, I want to be treated as an equal.
- 43:41Not like, not like profiled and like, like specifically
- 43:49celebrated for being, you know, gay.
- 43:52Like there, there's more. Yeah.
- 43:54I want to be treated like an equal.
- 43:55Not better. Not like a freak show.
- 44:00Well, I mean, like, yeah, so that this guy, this guy and I,
- 44:04we were part of like a gaming group of alum, you know, of
- 44:08alumni's that we went to college with.
- 44:11And he was pissed off when like when over the summer Call of
- 44:14Call of Duty decided to like dive head first into gay pride
- 44:21and like do rainbow, you know, colored machine guns and rainbow
- 44:27colored skin packs. And, you know, it's interesting
- 44:32that they have pushed the LGBT movement to be very pro war is
- 44:38that. I mean that's really weird to
- 44:41me, but they are, they're very pro war now, you know, like I
- 44:47know I give Charlie Cook a hard time at times, but he actually
- 44:51pointed that out the other day on on his show.
- 44:54And yeah, it is. It is weird.
- 44:58I don't necessarily now I don't necessarily believe that there's
- 45:01a weird conspiracy. I've heard out there that like
- 45:03the whole reason why the left is pushing the Ukraine Russian, the
- 45:08Russian narrative is because of is because Putin hates gay
- 45:15people. I've heard that theory, but I
- 45:17don't think it holds up so well. He he's the reason for that
- 45:21theory, though. Putin has nobody to blame but
- 45:23himself because that's what he said in his speech.
- 45:26Yeah, I mean, no. And I get that invasion speech.
- 45:30He cited that and he cited Nazis in in Ukraine.
- 45:34That's what he said was his justification.
- 45:36It was it was for de Nazification and also because
- 45:40they were pushing trans ideology into.
- 45:42That's what he said. If you watch his speech, you
- 45:45obviously I don't speak Russian, so I watched a translated
- 45:48version. So maybe what I'm getting out of
- 45:50it isn't exactly perfect, but he basically said that the two
- 45:54major reasons for his invasion of Ukraine, number one was
- 45:57denazification. Well, actually the three,
- 46:00because the third major reason is that it's like Russian
- 46:03territory or whatever, historically, which is fucking,
- 46:09oh oh wow, you took, you took it into the Soviet Union by force.
- 46:13So yeah, that makes it yours. Fuck you.
- 46:15But regardless, that's that's the justification and that that
- 46:19is why a lot of like edgy conservatives are pro Putin.
- 46:23It's because they think he's this big anti-gay guy.
- 46:26But I got a news flash for you. That's not the case.
- 46:32No, I mean, listen, the the guy, the guy like I can't get sued
- 46:37for this. Now hold on.
- 46:38Yeah, no, the reason it's not the case is that Putin is a
- 46:42flaming homosexual. Guys, did you know this?
- 46:46Have you heard about this? Listen, wouldn't what?
- 46:50Listen, Melanie. Melanie Mac says the slur.
- 46:53So she says it. Well, you didn't.
- 46:56She said it wrong and I called her on it.
- 46:58You saw it. I called her out.
- 47:01I was like, you said fatty. And she's like, no, I didn't.
- 47:03I was like, you didn't enunciate it.
- 47:05Well, you know why she didn't. And I'm not trying to.
- 47:07Shit. I actually, I don't have a
- 47:09problem with Melanie. I know a lot of people don't
- 47:11like her. I don't have a problem with
- 47:12Melanie Mac. I think sometimes she's funny.
- 47:15Blessed you. The reason I point that out is
- 47:18because that word is not natural coming out of her mouth like it
- 47:21is for me. Well, listen, I have to force
- 47:26herself to say that. And you can tell.
- 47:29Listen, I appreciate her making a statement by saying it.
- 47:33I do, because I think we do need to push back on that.
- 47:36I don't think words should be fucking universally banned.
- 47:39And yes, that includes the N word.
- 47:41And I'm sorry, not sorry. I think that I think that if we
- 47:45just fucking it, we take the power away from those words.
- 47:50Whatever. No, I I like saying it.
- 47:53OK? I'm in my college.
- 47:55Each other cripple. Well, Morpheus, since we're
- 48:00here. I mean, you didn't want you were
- 48:03here when, when, when Max was giving me, you know, deservedly
- 48:10so, crap about my sending for, you know, Sky Blue.
- 48:15But I have to ask you more of this.
- 48:17What is your opinion on Miss Melanie Mac.
- 48:20Oh, no. Here we go.
- 48:23I had some four. What?
- 48:28I I'm sorry. Am a Melanie Maxim?
- 48:35Yes. Yes, you are.
- 48:39Yeah. But see the difference between
- 48:41that and you and Sky blue is he immediately admitted to it and
- 48:45you were like, no, no, it's not like it's like that though.
- 48:49No, no. Yeah, I listen, I but but y'all
- 48:53have y'all have already abandoned that blue sky chick,
- 48:56huh? It's all about that Mariah May
- 48:58now, ain't it You fucking what? Sam.
- 49:01Sam. Sam loves it.
- 49:02And some Sky Blue still I I I used to like listen.
- 49:07I like. I like Trish Stratus though the
- 49:10the OG and I I've never thoughts on what's your thoughts on Wendy
- 49:15Richter. Yeah.
- 49:20Isn't isn't she too cookie for me.
- 49:23Isn't she the one who went to went to jail recently.
- 49:29I don't. I don't know.
- 49:30If she did. What would that have to do with
- 49:32the price of tea in China, though?
- 49:34No, that would be Sunny. Yeah, that was Sunny.
- 49:36OK. No.
- 49:37Wendy Richter. Wendy Richter was from the Hulk
- 49:40Hogan era. She was the one.
- 49:42Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. She had a whole.
- 49:44She was the one that was working with.
- 49:47What's her face? The singer there.
- 49:48Girls just want to have fun. Cyndi Lauper?
- 49:52Yeah. Cindy, What's an I got?
- 49:54I probably got banned from a Discord because I said that
- 50:00Jenny McCarthy had a right to say what she says about
- 50:05vaccines. All right, how about this?
- 50:09How about this? I'll get I'll give you guys a
- 50:11chance to redeem yourself top five women wrestlers and then
- 50:16compare to mine all time all time.
- 50:22Number one misses Elizabeth. She was a she was never a
- 50:26wrestler I know she but manager as far as I'm concerned I said
- 50:29wrestler. They're in the they're in the
- 50:30same category for me right. Well we could talk about valets
- 50:34later but I'm talking about wrestlers.
- 50:39Honey doesn't count. Honey who doesn't count.
- 50:42Sunny because she was a manager. OK.
- 50:46China Alexa. Alexa Bliss at #2.
- 50:54Really. OK, go ahead.
- 51:00Tris Stratus. Tori was more of a diva.
- 51:08OK, Is this just five ones you can think of?
- 51:11I mean, you can include your sky Blues and all your modern
- 51:14chicks. I don't care.
- 51:16Yeah, let's be honest. She even I could admit that she
- 51:19can't wrestle. But if you I was going to say
- 51:22like, and I have, I I actually, I love Alexa Bliss.
- 51:25She's great. The fact that she's #2 suggests
- 51:30that you're not judging based on wrestling skills.
- 51:33No, I'm. I'm literally kind of doing the
- 51:38off the top of my head thing. Yeah.
- 51:42Yeah, so. So am I.
- 51:43So am I I I didn't plan this ahead of time.
- 51:47AJAJ Lee, who I know Morpheus likes, That's five.
- 52:03OK, That is five. OK So Morpheus you can you can
- 52:08do better right. If we're going to go in order
- 52:11China. AJ Lee is number 2 for me.
- 52:14Yes that's yeah. You're you got a better start
- 52:20that's for sure. I'm going to I'm going to go
- 52:24with Lita for number it's #3. OK.
- 52:30I just just like her style over Overtrush.
- 52:32Both are great but personally I'm I'm I'm a leader guy a lot
- 52:36of guys were a lot of guys were. Yep.
- 52:44Then I'm going to go with go go with Bunny.
- 52:47As far as wrestling system #4. Who?
- 52:51Bunny Alley. OK, I don't know who that is.
- 52:54Oh, she's a she's a newer. AW, gotcha.
- 53:01All right, so #5, you know, I'd probably give Trish #5.
- 53:10OK? I mean, that's a problem.
- 53:13OK, Fabulous Moolah. That's not even a contest.
- 53:17She was champion Women's champion for 30 years.
- 53:19She trained almost every woman's wrestler up until the fucking
- 53:23late 90s, early 2000s. You can say what you want about
- 53:28her. WWE can bury her.
- 53:29The woke people can cancel her. Fabulous Moolah was the toughest
- 53:33woman on the planet for about 30 years.
- 53:35I have no, no issue with Moolah #1.
- 53:38Moolah #1 #2 Wendy Richter #3 would be Medusa, #4 #4 Bull
- 53:51Nakano and #5 Luna Vachon. And you'll notice I didn't pick
- 53:59a single one based on their looks.
- 54:02Yeah, I can also tell you that, like, at least everyone on my
- 54:06list, I just want to be real clear.
- 54:08Everyone on my list would wrestle circles around everyone
- 54:11on both of Y'all's lists. I can also probably tell you
- 54:14that like you and Morpheus, you guys like modern wrestling.
- 54:20You don't like wrestling. You like what they call
- 54:22wrestling. It's 'cause what you grew up on.
- 54:25I get it. I like.
- 54:27I like a little bit of wrestling but but.
- 54:28But I do like like modern more. More.
- 54:31Yes. Yeah.
- 54:34And actually no. I'm.
- 54:35I'm. I'm going to kick Trish off and
- 54:37go and go with Oscar. Really.
- 54:41Oscar over Trish? Yes.
- 54:44OK Well, I I wouldn't pick a Joshi at all.
- 54:49But specifically because of her work in Japan.
- 54:55That's exactly why I wouldn't put her on the list.
- 54:57But yeah, I got you. You like that style.
- 54:59That's why you guys watch AEW. You like now it goes a little
- 55:05further, but it goes a little further than that.
- 55:13You like, you know? Yeah.
- 55:14I mean, you guys love the TNA that they show.
- 55:17That's that's true too. Especially.
- 55:19Well, it's not. Y'all watch their B shows.
- 55:21Y'all don't watch their B shows, 'cause you love AW, 'cause you
- 55:24know, you're going to get like creep shots from the camera,
- 55:26Man, I'm not stupid for for me it's not.
- 55:29It's not even about that. What?
- 55:34No, it's totally the wrestling. It's so good.
- 55:38I will give you my reason not off.
- 55:40Fair. Fair enough.
- 55:43OK. No.
- 55:44If. No.
- 55:46If. We really need to.
- 55:47If we if, if anyone needs the Jesus that's watching the
- 55:51speech, it's our Craig. Not Craig the engineer or Craig
- 55:55Blisbett. Yeah, yeah, but you know what?
- 55:58Like he's unapologetic about it and I respect it more than y'all
- 56:02trying to play both sides. No.
- 56:06Well, I've given passes to passes to basically everybody
- 56:09from your little group except for you 2.
- 56:11You two are the only ones because you try and play the
- 56:14other side like I'm not the horny poster.
- 56:18Everybody else gets a pass for that reason.
- 56:20I I don't. I am the high police captain.
- 56:22God damn it. I I ironic.
- 56:26I ironically do it, though. Yeah, yeah, that's what it is.
- 56:33No, it's it's cool. That's cool.
- 56:35I just find it fun. It's like, 'cause, I mean, I'm
- 56:39willing to bet if we did a list of like top five, like wrestler
- 56:42wrestlers, like men, you know, 'cause like I've mentioned
- 56:45before on the show that I actually would prefer women
- 56:48didn't wrestle at all. I'm OK with women.
- 56:53I'm OK with women walking around the ring.
- 56:58OK, Looking good. They just shouldn't be in the
- 57:02ring. You know why that is?
- 57:05Undermines wrestling? Because everybody's looking at
- 57:09220 LB. Girls pretending to hurt each
- 57:13other and saying that shit's fake.
- 57:17Yeah, no, no, fair enough. At least Moolah made it look
- 57:23like a shoot fight. No, I'm going to get get a lot
- 57:27of shit for from a lot of us, a lot of our guys on on Twitter,
- 57:31but I really don't like inner gender.
- 57:34Yeah, well, inner gender is even stupider.
- 57:36But I think, like, women's wrestling itself is a blight on
- 57:39the industry, and it was why the industry will never be as
- 57:42successful as it was in the 90s or 80s.
- 57:45Never. It's never going to happen.
- 57:47They pulled the curtain too far back.
- 57:49Yeah, yeah, you blew up kayfabe and now everything looks fake.
- 57:52You can't watch wrestling without saying something in a
- 57:54match that looks fake as fuck. That's it.
- 57:56And I'm telling you that's not the case in like 1986 in the
- 58:00terror. I I kind of have to ask this
- 58:06though. And I'm like, so I'm a, I'm a
- 58:10big fan of the of like 80s B movies that are like over the
- 58:15top fake because there's like a, there's a certain charm to like
- 58:20watching Kurt Russell. You like parodies and so you
- 58:24like parody wrestling. Yes.
- 58:26I understand that. That's what I've been saying.
- 58:28Yeah. And so you don't like wrestling.
- 58:30You like parody of this is AAW fans.
- 58:33This is why wrestling fans hate AAW fans because like that's not
- 58:39wrestling that's making fun of wrestling.
- 58:41Weston. A lot of, a lot of.
- 58:44AW fans. I I will say this a lot of AW
- 58:47fans give me crap because I like UFC.
- 58:49Actually from what I've been able to see I yeah, no, I I I
- 58:56like UFC. My only.
- 58:58My only problem with UFC as you and I have talking to Max is the
- 59:03price tag of of UFCI think that's going to be changing with
- 59:08the merger. I think that they've seen the
- 59:11value in the the network model, but that's that's besides the
- 59:15point. I did have a wrestling related
- 59:18story. Somebody in modern wrestling a
- 59:22new new guy has impressed me to a large degree today.
- 59:28Oh hear about this. We we we need we need a breaking
- 59:32news sound effect for for this. Let me let me see if I if I can
- 59:37find one. I'm going to in the internal
- 59:42chat here. I'm going to drop you a link in
- 59:45the private chat and you're going to want to bring that
- 59:49video up so that we can watch it so that I can.
- 59:54You know why? This guy has extremely impressed
- 59:57me and I'm reminded of a of a a young doctor, Dave Schultz.
- 1:00:03I'm reminded of a Vader in Kuwait by this Grayson Waller
- 1:00:07guy, and he has won me over. What he does from here is
- 1:00:11anybody's guess. Obviously he's a heel, but
- 1:00:14that's. I don't fucking care about that.
- 1:00:18Let me pull that up. I'm sorry that it's from Reddit,
- 1:00:26but that's the only copy of the video that I could find.
- 1:00:29No, no, I I I get it. I just have to.
- 1:00:33I just have to do a few things. Yeah.
- 1:00:36Yeah, I I I wish I had it on Twitter, but I couldn't find it
- 1:00:40there. No, no, it's fine.
- 1:00:45And I I just want you to watch it and react to what you see and
- 1:00:48and and maybe figure out why. I think that this was great
- 1:00:54because the set up for this, by the way, ladies and gentlemen,
- 1:00:59well Sam brings it up, is WWE is doing a big event in Australia.
- 1:01:07This guy Grayson Waller is from Australia and so he went on Good
- 1:01:14Morning Australia. Their version of Good Morning
- 1:01:16America, I think it's called Sunrise or something.
- 1:01:19And so him and I believe LA Knight are on the show and I
- 1:01:25just that's all the set up for the clip that I'm going to give.
- 1:01:30OK, let's see what this is. Let me see if if I OK.
- 1:01:41Can you guys see this any better?
- 1:01:44Yeah, it's it's mostly full screen, so it should be fine.
- 1:01:47Yeah, it's full screen for me. OK.
- 1:01:49OK. Just wanted to make sure if
- 1:01:53it'll OK. Good old Reddit being garbage.
- 1:02:03Yeah, tell me about it. Come on.
- 1:02:15OK. Ella, can you give us one of
- 1:02:18your signature finishing moves? Can I give you?
- 1:02:21Yeah. Can you like, not me, but can
- 1:02:24you show us one of the move? No, I I think it actually just
- 1:02:28showed on the screen there. If I do that, it's not going to
- 1:02:30be a good. Maybe someone in like our our
- 1:02:32floor manager maybe He seems about actually our floor
- 1:02:35manager's leaving this week. Yeah.
- 1:02:37And he's sort of. Yeah.
- 1:02:38I don't know if that's that's not for me.
- 1:02:40You want to go ahead and take this one?
- 1:02:42Look, you, I don't think you understand.
- 1:02:47Like if I come over there right now, we're going to have the
- 1:02:49police here, 'cause I'm not going to give you some fake
- 1:02:50punch. Like I'm going to punch you
- 1:02:51straight in the jaw, the actual the disrespect that you have
- 1:02:54even talking to me. No, You want to talk to me like
- 1:02:56this? Is this Is saying real?
- 1:02:58I don't know. Don't act or talk.
- 1:02:59Like don't act or talk. Don't get in the middle of this.
- 1:03:01You keep getting out of there. Get out of here.
- 1:03:04You get it? I'm so sorry.
- 1:03:05You guys come here, try and disrespect that.
- 1:03:08Are you kidding me? I'm not disrespecting.
- 1:03:11You're alright, mate? No, we love you.
- 1:03:13Yeah. Hey, you take that trash talk
- 1:03:15and you get out of here. You get out of here.
- 1:03:17You take that trash or you get out.
- 1:03:19I won't have these guests disrespected like that.
- 1:03:20Mitch, you get out. Can you wrap this up Cold your
- 1:03:25pants tight? OK.
- 1:03:26Thank you very much, gentlemen, for coming in.
- 1:03:29So, LA, can you get? First off, Australians are a bit
- 1:03:33weird, but I like that. Yeah, well, I, as an old school
- 1:03:40wrestling fan, am sick and tired of the Yeah, it's fake.
- 1:03:43Isn't it great that that would be what what they would call
- 1:03:47back in the day exposing the business?
- 1:03:49Yeah. And the reason that they said
- 1:03:51that you didn't want to expose the business is exactly what the
- 1:03:54state of the business is in now because it killed it.
- 1:03:58Agreed. You know, people are like, oh,
- 1:04:01look, AW, get good ratings. Like 700,000 people a week in
- 1:04:061998. ECW.
- 1:04:09I meant, sorry, WCW was getting 10 million a week.
- 1:04:12WWE was getting 9 million a week at the same time.
- 1:04:17Where did all those people go? Oh right, you told him it was
- 1:04:21fake. You told him it was stupid.
- 1:04:23You the wrestling companies, you the wrestlers.
- 1:04:27Not not just like the media, right, wrestling.
- 1:04:31Vince McMahon came out and said, yeah, it's scripted
- 1:04:33entertainment. Well, why should I fucking care?
- 1:04:39You don't even want to pretend it's real.
- 1:04:40Why should I pretend it's real? That's, you know, that's why.
- 1:04:47That's why Vince's Football League, the the American
- 1:04:53Football League failed is because even when he said it
- 1:04:57wasn't going to be scripted, nobody believed him that it
- 1:05:02wasn't going to be scripted. So that's not why it failed, but
- 1:05:07well, well, certainly didn't help.
- 1:05:12Didn't. It was kind of irrelevant to the
- 1:05:15to the discussion. It failed for a bunch of other
- 1:05:17reasons. But no, it's why wrestling has
- 1:05:20failed. It's why AEW gets everybody's
- 1:05:25like AEW is this huge company. They get less weekly viewers
- 1:05:29than TNA in 2008. Was TNAA big deal?
- 1:05:33No, no, nobody was watching it. Nobody's watching AW either.
- 1:05:38But the problem is, is it gets a outsized response on social
- 1:05:43media and also people are watching less TV, so you're
- 1:05:47going to get lower ratings. WWEWWE is happy with like the
- 1:05:522.6. I think they got 2.6 on RAW last
- 1:05:56week, 2.6 million, but again, that's 1/4 of the audience that
- 1:06:01they had 20 years ago and in the 80s too.
- 1:06:05Like, people sleep on it because they think of the Monday night
- 1:06:07wars or whatever. But in the 80s, you know,
- 1:06:11WrestleMania did gangbusters. WrestleMania 3 had like 1000
- 1:06:15people. They say 93,000.
- 1:06:18It was closer to 80,000 'cause that's how many of the Skydome
- 1:06:21fits. But the motherfucker was sold
- 1:06:22out. There's a lot of fucking people.
- 1:06:25Also, Tony Khan can kiss my ass with saying the biggest
- 1:06:27wrestling event ever, the Toronto Skydome, was bigger than
- 1:06:30his stupid fucking London show. Yeah, yeah, he's that's just a
- 1:06:38lie. That's just not true.
- 1:06:41So, Max, Speaking of professional wrestling, how
- 1:06:46about Trump versus, you know, Trump Body slammed DeSantis in
- 1:06:53Iowa. That's, you know what we should
- 1:06:56do, Max? We should do like, like,
- 1:06:59wrestling style commentary during the presidential debates.
- 1:07:05Yeah, here's here's an interesting thing.
- 1:07:07Trump for this primary season, you guys will like this has been
- 1:07:13Roman Reigns. He's the man everybody knows.
- 1:07:19He's the man. Everybody wants to take his spot
- 1:07:23and he only shows up when he sees fit.
- 1:07:28Trump. Trump is tribal chief.
- 1:07:30Trump is the head of the table. Tell me I'm wrong.
- 1:07:38No, you're not wrong. What, So you would have, You
- 1:07:43know what that makes DeSantis? The Miz.
- 1:07:49Yeah, DeSantis is the Miz. All the.
- 1:07:52Yeah. DeSantis is the Miz.
- 1:07:54Mickey. Ailey.
- 1:07:56Vicky Guerrero. I love it.
- 1:07:58Yeah. Yeah I I was going to say that
- 1:08:06like I was going to say that Desant.
- 1:08:10Well, I mean Desant is his wife. I I can't bash her at all.
- 1:08:15I can what what's her name What's like I I don't know much
- 1:08:19about her but I'll bash her. Well I I was going to make AI
- 1:08:22was going to make a joke that she's not even as that she's not
- 1:08:26even a that she's not even attractive as as the as Marie's
- 1:08:34or whatever her name is. So I suppose that's fair though.
- 1:08:42Yeah. I you know we expected the Iowa
- 1:08:46outcome right? Like, I I'm what I'm surprised
- 1:08:49by is like Bill Mitchell, actually, literally, I I thought
- 1:08:54he was just playing a bit. But it seems like he actually
- 1:08:58thought Trump wouldn't win Iowa, which makes him really, really
- 1:09:03dumb and you should never listen to anything he says.
- 1:09:05Again, Bill Mitchell. Bill Mitchell was like picking
- 1:09:09fights with people back in 2016 to be like the top, like he went
- 1:09:14after Wayne Dupree and like and like other people who were like
- 1:09:20day one Trump guys, just so he could be like the top.
- 1:09:24I'm not saying he was great before this.
- 1:09:27I'm just saying that his predictive power has been proven
- 1:09:32to be completely retarded. No, no.
- 1:09:35And I'm just saying I'm not surprised by that at all,
- 1:09:37because he's always been that way as as long as I've been
- 1:09:41aware of them. In fact, you know what?
- 1:09:43You know what he's like. He's like, you know, Jim Cramer,
- 1:09:47Mad Money. Oh, yeah, of course he's exactly
- 1:09:51like that. Because whatever Bill Mitchell
- 1:09:54says, you can bank, the opposite being true.
- 1:09:57Same with Jim Cramer. If Jim Cramer says buy Apple
- 1:10:00stock and you have Apple stock, you bet.
- 1:10:02Sell that bitch. Yeah, if Jim Cramer says the sky
- 1:10:06is blue, you better double check that motherfucker, 'cause it's
- 1:10:09probably not. That's built up well, depending
- 1:10:15on where you are in certain parts of your New York.
- 1:10:18It was brown this summer from all those fires.
- 1:10:23So yeah, thankfully not here. We've predicted this since the
- 1:10:29beginning, right? Trump's going to fucking win
- 1:10:31this in a landslide. And I'll, I'll say this, Trump
- 1:10:36made some comments about Vivek this week, and I don't disagree.
- 1:10:41Now it's moot point now that the Vivek is dropped out.
- 1:10:46But he was like, what Trump accused him of doing.
- 1:10:49He was doing. He was saying don't vote for
- 1:10:52Trump because they're going to screw him over.
- 1:10:54Vote for me instead. Yeah, And Trump called him on
- 1:10:57that. Yeah, that's kind of a shady
- 1:10:59tactic. Yeah.
- 1:11:00You know what's? You know what's interesting,
- 1:11:02though? And he said a vote for Trump is
- 1:11:04a vote for Nikki Haley, which I find to be very fucking stupid.
- 1:11:08Yeah. But I get it that, like, he was
- 1:11:12the the home stretch. He said some things.
- 1:11:15I'm not going to hold it against him.
- 1:11:16And he did the right thing and dropping out and endorsing
- 1:11:19Trump. So, well, I did want to point
- 1:11:21out Trump was right about him. No, he no, he was.
- 1:11:25But like, listen, he was as he was, as underhanded as, say, Ron
- 1:11:31DeSantis was with Trump. I mean Roy, he wasn't making
- 1:11:36fake AI videos and shit for sure.
- 1:11:39Well, I mean heck, during the during up until this point, it
- 1:11:43didn't roll in. Seem like Vivek had anything bad
- 1:11:46to say on Trump at all. In fact, like my my friend Luke,
- 1:11:52fair to be fair what he was saying wasn't really bad about
- 1:11:55Trump. Right.
- 1:11:56But it. But when Trump said it's a sly
- 1:11:59campaign tactic it it is a vote for Trump is a vote for Nikki
- 1:12:03Haley because they're gonna screw him anyway.
- 1:12:06And and and I'm going to be honest, Vivek, you know again
- 1:12:11I've met the guy personally. He's a really nice guy.
- 1:12:13That's more reason for me to vote for Trump.
- 1:12:16Don't you understand? My vote for Trump isn't a oh
- 1:12:21this is the path forward. My vote for Trump is a middle
- 1:12:24finger. That's what it and it's going to
- 1:12:28stay up. And I'm and I I said this before
- 1:12:31on the show. If they take it from him, I'm
- 1:12:33going to write his name in. I am voting for Trump.
- 1:12:38That's it. There is nobody.
- 1:12:41If he's not on the ballot, it's right in end of story.
- 1:12:43Yeah. If he's not on the ballot then
- 1:12:46I'll hope for the election process as far as I'm concerned
- 1:12:49is lost. I wanted to say that after 2020.
- 1:12:54Yeah dude no I got listen Max you can ask Apex about this.
- 1:13:00I got super. I'm not proud of this but like I
- 1:13:03had a black pill like super depressive moment after the
- 1:13:09after the election. So like I was I was legit
- 1:13:14depressed. I now I wasn't like I was like
- 1:13:20pulling a merge saying I'm going to commit suicide and jump off a
- 1:13:23building but I was pretty damn depressed after 2020.
- 1:13:30I was a little down. But I but I will say this
- 1:13:33interesting conversation between me and Schmooly that happened
- 1:13:37actually on January 6th. And you know, we sat down and we
- 1:13:43were talking and and you know how me and him are.
- 1:13:45We. We think really deep thoughts
- 1:13:47and shit. And what the conclusion that we
- 1:13:50came to was that Joe Biden getting in this way was the best
- 1:13:56thing that could happen for us. Like for our message, Yeah, that
- 1:14:01has proven to be more true than I ever thought it would.
- 1:14:05And so that is what got me, and Schmooly out of the funk of all
- 1:14:10that bullshit was like, OK, they're going to bring this
- 1:14:14fucking guy in and people are going to see what they fucking
- 1:14:17voted for. And wouldn't you know, it seems
- 1:14:21to be, I mean, you got Michael Rappaport out there saying
- 1:14:24you're going to vote for fucking Trump.
- 1:14:25I I know that. That's that.
- 1:14:27That's what? That's wild.
- 1:14:29That was fucking amazing. And listen, what what else you
- 1:14:34got? You got fucking people
- 1:14:35protesting outside his show just because he's fucking Jewish.
- 1:14:40What else is he supposed to fucking think, you know?
- 1:14:42You know what? You know what's funny too is
- 1:14:45like Wrap Apart was like, I'm still going to call him him Pig
- 1:14:50McDonald, but like, fuck it, I'll vote for him.
- 1:14:54I actually, I I actually respect that some somewhat.
- 1:14:59Right? Like, but he.
- 1:15:00But he admitted to the most important thing, which is like
- 1:15:04the economy is so fucking bad, right?
- 1:15:07Like, yeah, I'll vote for Pig McDonald and call him Pig Nick,
- 1:15:11but he got it right. Yeah, and a lot of people have
- 1:15:14got it, and a lot of people who don't really get it at least
- 1:15:18know to shut up more. The only people now pushing the
- 1:15:23far left shit is the actual far left, and we need to start
- 1:15:27treating them like the fringe minority that they are.
- 1:15:32Yeah, get off social media. Talk to people in real life.
- 1:15:36I'm telling you, there are not all of these crazy far leftists
- 1:15:40running around your town, I promise you.
- 1:15:44And if they, and if they are, it's because you live in an area
- 1:15:47like that. But if you get outside of that
- 1:15:48fucking bubble, I promise you people are not like that all
- 1:15:52over this country. If, if, if the people around you
- 1:15:55are, you likely live in a very densely populated leftist city.
- 1:15:59And I would recommend getting the fuck out of there.
- 1:16:02Yeah, actually. And thank you for saying that
- 1:16:05because like I've I've been talking to a lot of Republican
- 1:16:08friends who are very black pilled about like Colorado.
- 1:16:13But a a lot of them live in Denver.
- 1:16:15And again like, I hate to say this, but Denver has turned into
- 1:16:20a little mini of Los Angeles and not in a good way.
- 1:16:24Boulder, as I understand it. Yeah.
- 1:16:27Like what? Listen, if if you're, if you're,
- 1:16:30I'm speaking to my Colorado and Aspen's always been for the like
- 1:16:34the liberal elites. So yeah, you got a couple of big
- 1:16:36liberal cities there. Yeah, it's a lot of mountains
- 1:16:39too though, guys. Yeah, listen, if you're
- 1:16:43concerned of living in Colorado and you feel and you feel super
- 1:16:47black pilled, chances are you're only in Denver or Boulder or
- 1:16:51like Vail. You know a lot of the woke
- 1:16:54areas, but go up to Telluride where my uncle was fire.
- 1:17:00You know comma chief there for several years, still pretty
- 1:17:06considerable. Just go to the suburbs.
- 1:17:08Anywhere. Anywhere in the suburbs.
- 1:17:10You're not going to be this woke shit.
- 1:17:12Normal people aren't into it. They might talk like they are,
- 1:17:16but it's not like I'm telling you, man.
- 1:17:18Talk to people. Talk to people.
- 1:17:20I've been talking to people. It's like you heat the fucking
- 1:17:24snow up here in up upstate New York.
- 1:17:26The fucking the fucking hills and and mountains are fucking
- 1:17:28great. Yeah, yeah, yeah and and hey,
- 1:17:33upstate New York. I bet you it is not as much
- 1:17:35wokeness as New York City. What a fucking shock.
- 1:17:39Nope. You literally only see it in the
- 1:17:41major fucking cities. Fucking Buffalo, Albany,
- 1:17:46Syracuse, and that's it. Like you might have Trump
- 1:17:50country, you might have like 1 like town tranny, right.
- 1:17:54But like you really like. That's it.
- 1:17:57Great. You might have one that
- 1:17:58everybody knew. I'm actually friends with the
- 1:18:00with the town tranny and he's red.
- 1:18:07Yeah, yeah, that's fair. But you're you're just not going
- 1:18:12to see this in the real world. Like people aren't.
- 1:18:15People aren't into that shit People hate.
- 1:18:18I'll tell you the the average person I talk to here, they
- 1:18:21fucking hate the racist shit from both sides.
- 1:18:24And I'm not talking white people, OK?
- 1:18:27I like, I live in an area that's that's pretty well mixed.
- 1:18:31And I'm telling you, nobody likes that racist shit here.
- 1:18:35Nobody like the black people here aren't like, oh fuck,
- 1:18:38Whitey, They're like that's my neighbor.
- 1:18:42We have the same culture. We grew up.
- 1:18:45Yeah, each other. We're from the same socio
- 1:18:47economic bracket. We shared the same memes.
- 1:18:50We shared the same culture. How you know, and nobody likes
- 1:18:54go to the same concerts it was same concerts exactly.
- 1:18:58Listen to the same music, watch the same sports teams, right?
- 1:19:03You know, what's interesting is when I was going to college, I
- 1:19:08went to college with a lot of Hispanics, not just Cubans, but
- 1:19:13like a lot of actual like other Hispanic groups that are like
- 1:19:18from South America. And surprisingly a lot of them
- 1:19:25who were 20 somethings, even then, they were very, a lot of
- 1:19:28them were very a political. But like during the 2016
- 1:19:31election, I asked him out of curiosity who they liked and
- 1:19:36they all said Donald Trump. And I asked him why and they
- 1:19:41said, A, because he's a businessman and B, because he's
- 1:19:46right about illegal immigrants. And yeah, the the illegals that
- 1:19:51come in, they give us a, they give us hard working Hispanic
- 1:19:57immigrants who came here illegally, a bad name.
- 1:20:01And so we don't really want the illegal, you know, cartel
- 1:20:07members and drug dealers here. So that's, you know, but the
- 1:20:15media is never going to talk about that.
- 1:20:18No. So.
- 1:20:20And, and and that's The thing is, like the average black
- 1:20:23person here, if you sit there and say, yeah, white people are
- 1:20:26holding you down, they're just going to be like, what's wrong
- 1:20:32with you? Racist.
- 1:20:34Yeah. You know, and that's not to say
- 1:20:36there's no racism too. There's another thing that I
- 1:20:39get. I get on the right for.
- 1:20:42Yes, there are racist police. Yes.
- 1:20:44They abuse black people. I'm sorry, not sorry, but it's
- 1:20:48true. Yeah, and and and you.
- 1:20:51To say anything else, you're never going to win Those black
- 1:20:55voters or young black men aren't as stupid as you fucking think.
- 1:21:00They know they've been the target of it or somebody they
- 1:21:04know has. Now, I don't think it's as
- 1:21:08widespread as particularly the racist aspect of it, but what I
- 1:21:11do think is widespread is that cops by and large, have a
- 1:21:15disdain for the people they're policing.
- 1:21:19Yeah. And that includes black police
- 1:21:21officers. As apex.
- 1:21:25As apex. As apex.
- 1:21:27And I pointed out last year, so black police officers, it it
- 1:21:34doesn't matter. I, I mean, I've, I'm white.
- 1:21:37The officer that punched me from behind while I was in handcuffs
- 1:21:40was white, right. What?
- 1:21:42What was reasoning for it? Because I pissed him off because
- 1:21:47he's a petty little shit, a petty little tyrant that thinks
- 1:21:52if anything goes wrong or it doesn't turn out the way he
- 1:21:55wants, he's allowed to abuse you.
- 1:21:58And that's he's one of many cops that think that way and but
- 1:22:04there are some cops that they're they they are.
- 1:22:06They have racist views and then they abuse black people and that
- 1:22:10happens and it shouldn't. It should never happen.
- 1:22:13And if you don't understand why that's why so many people,
- 1:22:18black, black people, were out for black Lives Matter, that
- 1:22:21that's what they were talking about.
- 1:22:23They didn't care about the communist shit.
- 1:22:24They didn't care about the woke shit.
- 1:22:26They they were there because I don't want the police to
- 1:22:29continue to beat my ass for the and black.
- 1:22:34And I don't know if this is necessarily true, but like from
- 1:22:37what I from this is just from what I've heard.
- 1:22:41I could be wrong, but from what some black people have told me,
- 1:22:45Black Lives Matter started out with good intentions but then
- 1:22:49got hijacked with the communists.
- 1:22:53Now I've heard other people say like the my, my fight back for
- 1:22:58that is that's the line Literal founders are Marxists.
- 1:23:02Yeah. That's the line that people tell
- 1:23:03themselves right to to to to kind of say, oh, well, I didn't
- 1:23:09get fooled, right, I didn't get fooled.
- 1:23:11They changed. No, you got fooled because from
- 1:23:14the go it was a Marxist organization and a scam both of
- 1:23:18those things. No, no, I and and I get that.
- 1:23:21I'm just telling you what other people were were telling me so
- 1:23:26but that part's irrelevant to what I'm talking about.
- 1:23:28Honestly dismiss what you're saying but like what you need to
- 1:23:32understand on the right. You know if you want to be
- 1:23:35empathetic to people like if you want to win over fucking black
- 1:23:38votes, you need to understand the motivation for.
- 1:23:42I'm going to just throw out a number that's completely out of
- 1:23:45my ass. 90% of the people that were out there, they weren't.
- 1:23:50They weren't Pro Biden. They weren't fucking leftists.
- 1:23:54They they were. Most of them were not really
- 1:23:56political, but they are sick and tired of cops beating on black
- 1:24:02people. And I would just say that it
- 1:24:04should be beyond that. It should be.
- 1:24:06I'm sick and tired of cops beating on everybody, but I
- 1:24:09completely understand why they feel the way they do.
- 1:24:12And if you don't understand why most of those people were out
- 1:24:14there, they weren't out there to loot, they were not there to
- 1:24:16riot, they weren't out there to burn things.
- 1:24:18Obviously there's bad fucking actors in everything, but if you
- 1:24:21talk to some average black dude who is never political before
- 1:24:24that, never politically active, probably doesn't even fucking
- 1:24:27vote why he was out there, he'll tell you, hey, you know, in
- 1:24:32fucking 2009 they beat my brother to death.
- 1:24:37I've heard so many of those horror stories as a police
- 1:24:40accountability activist for the last fucking 25 years.
- 1:24:44If you had any idea how many horrible fucking stories I've
- 1:24:48heard gut wrenching talk to people, looked in, looked in
- 1:24:51parents eyes as they told me about the time the police
- 1:24:53murdered their child. Their child might have been 25
- 1:24:58years old. It's still their fucking child.
- 1:25:00Yeah. No, I I I hear you.
- 1:25:03I I am not Hear those people were out in the fucking streets.
- 1:25:06And if you think that they they were part of some fucking
- 1:25:08movement to overthrow the country or put in communism,
- 1:25:12yes, some of them were. But the vast majority of them
- 1:25:15were just like the police beating our ass.
- 1:25:18Enough is enough and we finally seen enough.
- 1:25:20Now, was George Floyd the martyr that they needed?
- 1:25:24Not really, obviously. We we all know that now but it
- 1:25:29got the attention. It got the issue because like if
- 1:25:33if this isn't a fucking real thing then what was Ice Ice Cube
- 1:25:37talking about in 1988 on Fuck the Police.
- 1:25:40What was Ice T talking about on his body count record he did cop
- 1:25:44killer I right? No.
- 1:25:48I I do have AI do have a question though which is like do
- 1:25:53any cops in the in the Police Department this is going to kind
- 1:26:01of sound loaded but but do any cops that you know of like agree
- 1:26:06with you that like yeah there there needs to be because OK
- 1:26:11because like I I I've because like I've been trying to look
- 1:26:17for cops to talk about like police reform that want to come
- 1:26:22on that could come on the show. And so far I haven't found any
- 1:26:27that would be willing to. I think I have somebody
- 1:26:29specifically in mind I'll try to reach out Yeah I'd love to talk
- 1:26:33to a cop about it because I also like as much as I wanted to get
- 1:26:38out the the empathy for the for the black people in this there
- 1:26:42is an empathy for cops too. Not every cop is abusive, and
- 1:26:47there's reasons for why the abuse has gotten so much worse
- 1:26:50over the last 25 years, one of which, no, no, even worse test
- 1:26:57scores. OK, they ruled in, I believe it
- 1:27:00was 2008, right? That scoring too high on the
- 1:27:05aptitude test being, you know, so they were picking the people
- 1:27:10who scored the best. It'd stop me if you've heard
- 1:27:12this one before. The people that were doing the
- 1:27:15best on the test used to be the ones that would get hired from
- 1:27:18the Academy first, right? Yep.
- 1:27:20They know that. That's racist.
- 1:27:23What? That's ridiculous.
- 1:27:26That's so They're not allowed. Hold on.
- 1:27:29If you score above a certain point now, they cannot hire you.
- 1:27:37It's, it's ridiculous. But I also believe it completely
- 1:27:40they cannot hire you. And so I guess quotas is kind of
- 1:27:43true in that regard, right? There's a there's a racial
- 1:27:46quota. And I just don't think that that
- 1:27:50makes for great policing. You know, it does make sense to
- 1:27:52have black cops in a black neighborhood.
- 1:27:54OK, I I I think there should be more of that.
- 1:27:58There's a reason that there's not, though.
- 1:28:01Think about the black community's opinion of police.
- 1:28:03By and large, do you, how many of them do you think want to be
- 1:28:06cops? Do you want to put up with the
- 1:28:08shit from your community for doing that?
- 1:28:11Is it? No Or your own family?
- 1:28:13Yeah, your own family. No, they don't want to be
- 1:28:16fucking cops. Listen listen, even here in
- 1:28:19Florida, I I have a black friend who wants to be a cop, but he's
- 1:28:23afraid to tell his, he's afraid to tell his parents.
- 1:28:29Because most of the guys, most of the black guys who would be
- 1:28:36best suited to be police actually end up joining the
- 1:28:40military instead. Yeah, because that doesn't get
- 1:28:44looked down on the way policing does.
- 1:28:46Yeah. No, I I I I know that for a fact
- 1:28:51based on some of the black guys I I went to high school with and
- 1:28:54they wanted to be cop. But instead of becoming cops,
- 1:28:59they went into the military. And now I'm and I'm saying that
- 1:29:03that y'all better vote for Trump because Nikki Haley wants to
- 1:29:07send them off to another desert war.
- 1:29:13But that's another topic. And why doesn't she fight the
- 1:29:17war? Why do we always send the poor?
- 1:29:22Why do we always send the poor? Because they're expendable.
- 1:29:28I think it's it's if it's a rhetorical question, wasn't it?
- 1:29:32You all know votes to send people to war should be going
- 1:29:34themselves. Yeah, yeah, we know.
- 1:29:37We know why they only send the poor.
- 1:29:42Everybody knows it. That's why.
- 1:29:43That's why it's a rhetorical question, you know?
- 1:29:46Yeah. Why is it the poor?
- 1:29:48Why is it, you know John McCain never sent any of his kids to
- 1:29:52die? Well, but Max, John McCain was a
- 1:30:00POW and and a genocidal maniac. Yes.
- 1:30:06But PO him rotten. Yes.
- 1:30:08But PO but PO No. I I agree with you, but but
- 1:30:12whenever. But whenever I but whenever I
- 1:30:14say any of that about treasonous traitor who worked for the
- 1:30:17fucking Vietcong. If we want to talk about it, can
- 1:30:20we talk about Tokyo Rose? That was that was Jane.
- 1:30:28No, that was John McCain. Dude, you don't know.
- 1:30:31You haven't heard the John McCain tape?
- 1:30:33No, I no, I've. I've heard the John McCain
- 1:30:35tapes. But to be fair, Jane, what's her
- 1:30:39face? The the the chick that was
- 1:30:41married to Ted Turner. Yeah.
- 1:30:43Jane Fonda. Yeah.
- 1:30:46No, I I I hold contempt against John McCain.
- 1:30:49And Jane Fonda equal John McCain's worse.
- 1:30:55John John McCain did active propaganda for the enemy while a
- 1:30:59POW. That's treason.
- 1:31:01He should have been put to death 100%, but instead we made him a
- 1:31:06senator and act like he's the bastion of fucking conservatism
- 1:31:10as he gets us into war after war after war.
- 1:31:13What? What?
- 1:31:15Listen, I I taught her too, by the way.
- 1:31:18She probably could use a good fuck being that she's a pretend
- 1:31:20lesbian. Listen, I listen.
- 1:31:25I knew he was going to lose to Obama.
- 1:31:28I think I need a beer. Hold on, I'll be right back.
- 1:31:33Yeah. First time I ever drank on this
- 1:31:35show. But I think after that
- 1:31:36statement, I should probably step away and go get a beer.
- 1:31:41Yeah. So, Morpheus, how is your
- 1:31:44evening going? Pretty good.
- 1:31:49Also drinking Nice. What?
- 1:31:53I'm having a yingling. What are what are you having?
- 1:31:58Do you still don't know on the rocks?
- 1:32:01Nice. Let's see.
- 1:32:06So far in chat we have resisted one saying happy birthday and
- 1:32:13then another one says and then he also says true.
- 1:32:20I think that's in regards to what I was saying about Vivek
- 1:32:26earlier. But anyway, live in the old high
- 1:32:35life. Hey high, hey, high life is OK
- 1:32:43in my book. As far as cheap domestics, it's
- 1:32:46like the only one I really get. I mean, Yuengling is like,
- 1:32:53Yuengling is the cheap beer here that isn't like Budweiser, and
- 1:32:57that actually it's cheap. Actually, it's like the same
- 1:33:00price as Budweiser, honestly. And it's a little bit better
- 1:33:04here. So yeah, be completely honest.
- 1:33:10My fucking granddad drank this. My, my, my merchandise.
- 1:33:16I think that had an effect. My my Step dad drinks Miller
- 1:33:20High Life. He had, he had a really cool,
- 1:33:23like, neon bar sign. It was a Miller High Life and it
- 1:33:26had a guy fishing and like it the the, the neon would light up
- 1:33:31with him like casting the fishing pole.
- 1:33:35I'll actually be right back. I'm going to go grab a beer.
- 1:33:41Oh God, this is going to get out of control.
- 1:33:44Run, Sam. Run.
- 1:33:47I I would. I would if I could.
- 1:33:49But you know, shit that now is now.
- 1:33:54Smalley is going to catch me walking to get up here.
- 1:33:58So damn it, you did it again. Held on yourself.
- 1:34:03Son of a bitch. Smalley.
- 1:34:06I I know. So I'll be right back.
- 1:34:13Try not to say anything too mean about me.
- 1:34:18Yeah. No, no.
- 1:34:19If we won't say anything about you, but, you know, you'll come
- 1:34:22back and then the channel will be banned.
- 1:34:25Oh, he turned himself off. We're we're we're on Rumble.
- 1:34:29So, you know, and X. Yeah, there we go.
- 1:34:39We're on Twitter's. It's still Twitter.
- 1:34:42It's Twitter.com. I use it on desktop, so it's
- 1:34:46Twitter.com. So you can't.
- 1:34:48I don't care that you say it's X, it's not x.com.
- 1:34:52I also use Twitter.com on desktop.
- 1:34:54That's right. Yeah, me.
- 1:34:56And more than it's like, you know, Sam was, you know, a
- 1:34:58little late tonight and we were just sitting there fucking
- 1:35:01jamming out to some fucking music instead of being on the
- 1:35:09show. OK, because Sam's on cripple
- 1:35:12time. That's right.
- 1:35:15Well, crippled crippled people time is like colored people time
- 1:35:18only like you have an excuse. Oh no, I don't know, after my
- 1:35:25anti racism rant and then I made a racist joke, Oh God, I'm going
- 1:35:29to get cancelled by both sides at once.
- 1:35:32Well, crippled, crippled people. Time kind of makes sense because
- 1:35:38we're fucking slow. Yeah.
- 1:35:42You know what was an interesting caucus?
- 1:35:46What did you think? You didn't really have that
- 1:35:48much. What do you think about the Iowa
- 1:35:50caucus results? Were you shocked?
- 1:35:52What wasn't really shocked? What I what I found funny is
- 1:35:55some DeSantis guy was ranting and raving.
- 1:35:59Raving that trouble only got 50% of the Republican vote when
- 1:36:05again, he was a DeSantis guy. So I'm like, OK, if our guy got
- 1:36:0850% of the vote and he he was saying half of the Republicans
- 1:36:15don't want Trump, then how about 80% of your 80% of Republicans
- 1:36:20don't want your guy. So who's better off?
- 1:36:25Well, and and also they act like that means anything.
- 1:36:29As if most DeSantis and Nikki Haley voters and then Negateley
- 1:36:34might be a little different and we could get into why after, but
- 1:36:36like just theoretically, right, that they're not going to vote
- 1:36:39for Trump if he wins, right. Give me a break.
- 1:36:43Especially the DeSantis people. They're going to vote for Trump.
- 1:36:46They're not going to like it. And I'll tell you that the
- 1:36:49fucking tantrums they've been having, man.
- 1:36:53DeSantis. Dumors, bro.
- 1:36:55Guys, you sound like Bernie Bros OK, chill out.
- 1:37:03Relax. You knew Trump was winning.
- 1:37:09You know, I know you wanted to pretend it wasn't going to
- 1:37:11happen and that you were just going to come and take those
- 1:37:14caucuses over baby and Nikki Haley.
- 1:37:17And no, like, Trump's winning this primary and he's going to
- 1:37:21do it handily. And you need to fucking accept
- 1:37:23that. And if you want to continue to
- 1:37:25spend hundreds of millions of dollars between these multiple
- 1:37:28candidates to fucking do it. All you're doing is bilking GOP
- 1:37:34donors because you're wasting their fucking money.
- 1:37:39I I would argue that the DeSantis campaign at this point
- 1:37:42is a scam because he hasn't dropped out and he has no chance
- 1:37:47of winning New Hampshire. I I would agree.
- 1:37:50And I I would say the same thing about Nikki Haley.
- 1:37:53But we all know why she's there. She's she's not in it as a scam,
- 1:37:58right? She's not even bilking
- 1:37:59Republican donors. She's bilking Democrats.
- 1:38:02Exactly. And actually, the thing that I
- 1:38:05heard a little bit before and then after the caucus is
- 1:38:10literally Democrats were registering as fucking
- 1:38:14Republicans just so they could fucking vote for her.
- 1:38:19Yeah. And and in new in New Hampshire,
- 1:38:21she'll probably even do better because it's in open primary,
- 1:38:26and since there's no Democrat primary, all the Democrats are
- 1:38:30just going to vote in the Republican primary.
- 1:38:31That's how it works there. It's like that here too.
- 1:38:35But Massachusetts doesn't really matter in a primary.
- 1:38:38The only reason New Hampshire doesn't technically either,
- 1:38:41because the amount of delegates is useless.
- 1:38:44It's just 'cause they're the first actual primary is why
- 1:38:47anybody cares. It's a momentum thing, but it
- 1:38:50actually like winning New Hampshire is not going to win
- 1:38:53you the primary. Yeah.
- 1:38:57And and and New York will never matter unless somehow we ever go
- 1:39:00fucking red, which will never happen because it matters in a
- 1:39:03primary. Yeah, but right.
- 1:39:06Lake City. Yeah, but whoever, you know.
- 1:39:08But you guys vote so far last, right?
- 1:39:12Yeah, our Republican primary. It could theoretically be swung
- 1:39:16by New York, but by that point it's all going to be wrapped up
- 1:39:19anyway. And again, and it's the same in
- 1:39:23Massachusetts. We're one of the later states.
- 1:39:26So it is what it is. You can, you know, you can get
- 1:39:31mad and and think, oh, you know, it should be done in a better
- 1:39:35fashion. Like, maybe we should do some
- 1:39:38because Iowa actually doesn't really matter in terms of
- 1:39:40delegate count either. Again, it's just an early
- 1:39:43momentum thing. And I guess that's probably why
- 1:39:47DeSantis DeSantis thinks he's going to stay until Super
- 1:39:50Tuesday. But here's the thing.
- 1:39:52Here's the thing. I hate to clue you in, DeSantis
- 1:39:54Dumors, but he's going to lose Florida.
- 1:39:56Oh yeah, absolutely. And if you, if you lose your
- 1:39:59home state, that's the end of your fucking career.
- 1:40:05Mitt Romney lost his home state in the general election, you
- 1:40:10know, And OK, yeah, he has a career, but he's also a joke,
- 1:40:14right? And that's what you'll be,
- 1:40:16DeSantis. You'll be a you'll be Mitt
- 1:40:17Romney. He's going to joke since that
- 1:40:19fucking scream. Oh, God, he's been a joke since
- 1:40:24binders full of women. Yeah.
- 1:40:29Yeah. It's it's interesting watching
- 1:40:31it play out. I mean, obviously they're all
- 1:40:34banking on Trump getting arrested.
- 1:40:36Like, that's why they're actually staying in.
- 1:40:39And that makes them scum. Absolutely.
- 1:40:43Because. Because here's the thing, you
- 1:40:44don't need them to stay in. If something happens and we have
- 1:40:50a brokered convention where they have to pick at the convention
- 1:40:53the candidate. I'm not, I'm not saying I think
- 1:40:57that's even going to happen, but if that were because I think
- 1:40:59Trump's going all the way. But if that were to happen, a
- 1:41:02brokered convention, they just pick somebody.
- 1:41:06So it doesn't matter if you drop out now or stay in, but they're
- 1:41:11staying in on the hopes that he's out and they'll be like,
- 1:41:15ah, well, you should pick the number two guy.
- 1:41:19But the other thing is that the difference between DeSantis and
- 1:41:23Nikki Haley was less than 1%. So.
- 1:41:24But they're both the number two guy.
- 1:41:26And in in Nikki Haley's case, I emphasize guy, she's she's she's
- 1:41:35a handsome woman, isn't she? It's it's her turn, God damn it.
- 1:41:44And I will maintain that until she drops out, because that's
- 1:41:48the attitude I get from her campaign.
- 1:41:50It's her turn. Yeah.
- 1:41:52Yeah, it's it's Hillary. Two point.
- 1:41:54I I saw a meme earlier. I put it in my gilded server.
- 1:41:58Cheap pop for that, where they kind of photoshopped Haley into
- 1:42:02It was Trump that actually boasted it.
- 1:42:04They Photoshopped Haley to look like Hillary, and they made a
- 1:42:07Haley logo that looks exactly like Hillary's old logo.
- 1:42:11I I was fucking laughing hard. Trump is a meme master.
- 1:42:15Oh absolutely. It's like the only boomer that
- 1:42:18I'll say that about too. We we we need 2016 me Magic
- 1:42:22back. Yeah.
- 1:42:24It's been. I'm feeling the magic, man.
- 1:42:26Oh that's absolutely. But they they did everything
- 1:42:28they fucking could back in 2020 to fucking kill that shit.
- 1:42:31Like I I I was already feeling it.
- 1:42:33That's why I've had this up for years.
- 1:42:35But I I tell you after Iowa, I'm like, let's fucking go, baby.
- 1:42:39Ain't no brakes baby. Trump Train and and and they can
- 1:42:45get mad about it, but they ain't going to fucking.
- 1:42:49Look. The train's got no brakes, so
- 1:42:52we're either getting to our destination or fucking crashing
- 1:42:55in a fiery fucking inferno. But the Trump Train is not
- 1:42:59stopping. Hell no.
- 1:43:02Even even my friend Luke, who was on the DeSantis wagon, is
- 1:43:09now on the Trump Train. Nice.
- 1:43:12That's what I mean. A lot of reason we have picked
- 1:43:16on the DeSantis Dumors a lot just now.
- 1:43:20But the reasonable DeSantis people they know he should have
- 1:43:23dropped out the other night. They know it.
- 1:43:26You you actually made a you actually made a good impression
- 1:43:30on on him Max because like and and look I I kind of like I
- 1:43:38understand why he didn't why he didn't like Trump because he had
- 1:43:41to deal with like some of the really obnoxious like maga like
- 1:43:46I hate I hate to use this term but it's true Maga tards maga
- 1:43:51boomers can be really tiresome and and yeah because he's in the
- 1:43:57trenches he deals with a lot of them.
- 1:43:59I guarantee it. Oh yeah annoying ones.
- 1:44:02Yeah. I know because he's he's told me
- 1:44:05but like, but but even but even like, but even when I was
- 1:44:09talking to him tonight when he called me for my birthday and I
- 1:44:12was like, so like I was still expecting to be on the DeSantis
- 1:44:17train And he's like, he's like, yeah.
- 1:44:19DeSantis came in second. Is that really good.
- 1:44:23Good though Like he was kind of dogging on DeSantis bit.
- 1:44:27So no, no. He's a he's a smart guy.
- 1:44:32I was glad you brought him on. He made some arguments that I
- 1:44:35hadn't heard before particularly about term limits.
- 1:44:38And I tend to agree with him on. Yeah.
- 1:44:42Yeah. It we've.
- 1:44:43You know what I've met a lot of really interesting people.
- 1:44:46And it's funny because every time it ends up being like, oh,
- 1:44:51you're probably going to disagree with this guy and we
- 1:44:55get along great. It's yeah, like I say, I try to
- 1:44:59meet people where they're at. I can be an antagonistic
- 1:45:02asshole, you know, Obviously I'm good at it.
- 1:45:06But the but the thing I think a lot of the people I fuck with
- 1:45:09don't understand about me is that I'm always the babyface,
- 1:45:13whatever I'm doing. And that's not me saying, oh you
- 1:45:18know, it's like pre scripted or whatever.
- 1:45:20If you ask the audience at the time, I'm not the bad guy.
- 1:45:29No, listen, I mean, I had that. I had that this week.
- 1:45:33I mean, I was, for those who don't know, I was honestly
- 1:45:36surprised that Steve Stratton kind of agreed to come on on my
- 1:45:41show because before he went Indy, he was like kind of a big
- 1:45:45name with with Delta Force Publishing, which was I've read
- 1:45:50his books before any of that. I was actually like, that's why
- 1:45:54I said he's an American. And here's a here's a
- 1:45:56difference, just for anybody. If you don't know who Steve is
- 1:46:00and you don't know who our Boomer friend is, secret agent
- 1:46:03man, the reason that I'll show respect to one and not the other
- 1:46:07is that it's obvious, OK, Steve is a known person.
- 1:46:11You can look up his history. Yeah.
- 1:46:16You don't. He doesn't have to tell me.
- 1:46:18I can't tell you that in fact he said a lot of shit that if you
- 1:46:23were the the the fake boomer you would pretend you can't say that
- 1:46:27right. No.
- 1:46:29And there's very little he's NDA D about I'm sure.
- 1:46:32And and and by the way that includes working at the fucking
- 1:46:34White House. I guarantee you he's not NDA D
- 1:46:36about most of it and and look just so people know beforehand I
- 1:46:42asked him you know hey I said hey if there's anything that we
- 1:46:47can't talk about let me know And he said he said everything is
- 1:46:51pretty much everything. I think you're going to ask me
- 1:46:53is is on the table what was what was funny is I is it wasn't Eric
- 1:47:01but Eric it wasn't Eric Bishop although Eric's a good friend of
- 1:47:05Steve but it was one of the mutuals that Eric and I know
- 1:47:08that was like hey you should get Steve on your podcast.
- 1:47:11And I often knew of Steve but I I was kind of like why would a
- 1:47:16big why would a big named guy like Steve want to come on my
- 1:47:20little old podcast. But and outside of being an
- 1:47:24author like a person of interest is him He's like a yeah he's had
- 1:47:28a very interesting life if you've read anything about him
- 1:47:31but but I'm actually like man I I hope he comes back so I have
- 1:47:35the chance to ask him a few questions.
- 1:47:37No. I mean I I.
- 1:47:39You did perfect. That was a wonderful interview
- 1:47:42he actually, he actually said that he wants to come back at
- 1:47:46some point so and then and then after when I followed him on
- 1:47:51Twitter and he followed me back I had like six other somewhat
- 1:47:55big name authors follow me too. So like yeah it's pretty cool.
- 1:48:01Our reach is extending by just being ourselves which is
- 1:48:04awesome. Best way to yeah, but but you
- 1:48:09know, Merch said I would never amount into the stutter beyond
- 1:48:13the stuttering. How many best selling authors
- 1:48:17has he fucking interviewed? Well he's he's interviewed Teddy
- 1:48:23Hart and Ben in a Peacock dog. Yeah.
- 1:48:27Oh, he interviewed A notorious criminal drug addict,
- 1:48:31potentially murderer. Great.
- 1:48:33Good job. Also, female cop, female cop,
- 1:48:41female cop. Fence was shot the dog.
- 1:48:48So Oh my God. Mersh.
- 1:48:54You see Mersh got his head shaved finally after everybody's
- 1:48:59been telling him to. I I haven't.
- 1:49:03He still wearing a hat. I I haven't seen it but people
- 1:49:11were. But people were like do you like
- 1:49:12me? And I'm like, it's my birthday
- 1:49:15do I really want to look at Merchants fat face on my on my
- 1:49:18birthday. So, yeah, no, but maybe just the
- 1:49:24top of his bald head. Oh, right.
- 1:49:31Well, I'm balding. I'm balding.
- 1:49:33Oh, everybody says I'm balding. I love it.
- 1:49:35But one of our fans was like, you got a giant forehead.
- 1:49:38That's the right answer. Yeah.
- 1:49:41I'm just a Neanderthal mother like this.
- 1:49:43I have. I don't.
- 1:49:46I'm 40. I don't have a single Gray.
- 1:49:48At least I got them in. No, I've never lost any hair.
- 1:49:53I've had the same hairline since I was 18.
- 1:49:55I'm just a big ass dude. Yeah, look like a fucking
- 1:49:59caveman. It is what it is.
- 1:50:04Like I'm just that guy. I look, I'm not a respectable
- 1:50:08guy. I like I'm not a grub smash.
- 1:50:11I'm not that buttoned up fucking, you know, suited guy.
- 1:50:15And then in fact I think that's why the dynamic with me and Sam
- 1:50:18works, because he is a buttoned up guy.
- 1:50:20You know to some degree. Yeah.
- 1:50:22I mean I I am what I come from. I come from the fucking ghetto.
- 1:50:26I come from rock'n'roll. I come from like you know I'm.
- 1:50:31I'm a dirtbag. Sure.
- 1:50:33You know I'm. I mean I I mean I'm but I may be
- 1:50:37buttoned up but my but my grandfather also you know he I
- 1:50:43know it sounds cliche but like I was raised to treat the janitor
- 1:50:48the same way you would treat the CEO I I know that phrase kind of
- 1:50:52seems cliche now but it it's really not and look that's the
- 1:50:58truth. I I'm like, look I was similar
- 1:51:04to you like Max like IA whole bunch of follows like after my
- 1:51:09interview with Steve. What?
- 1:51:10And I was just like wow. Like who would have thought
- 1:51:15that, you know like I don't want to get too emotional here but
- 1:51:19like when I was born, I was expected to be a vegetable.
- 1:51:26My probably not make it to 29. Right.
- 1:51:31Yeah. And so like the fact that I've
- 1:51:33not only like made it, but like, yeah, not but like finding
- 1:51:40respect from from your peers and I say your peers because you're
- 1:51:43an author too. Yeah, like and and and in like
- 1:51:50and in podcasting too, like kind of being like one of the OG
- 1:51:53guys. Like that's like like it's it's
- 1:51:58very, it's kind of surreal almost.
- 1:52:01Sometimes it's crazy, like adding Morpheus makes it even
- 1:52:05crazier. But just between us, we have
- 1:52:07like close to 40 years of podcasting experience or or
- 1:52:12Radio One or the other. Yeah, we're probably closer to
- 1:52:1750. Yeah.
- 1:52:20It's it's weird how it all how it all came about.
- 1:52:27So which I'm which I'm glad he's here because you know it makes a
- 1:52:33great little dynamic like I always say three people's a good
- 1:52:36size for this kind of show. Obviously you always get one
- 1:52:40dominant person and and unfortunately that's me.
- 1:52:42I'm sorry. No, no, it's I I kind of, I kind
- 1:52:48of enjoy it, honestly, even though it's my show, that
- 1:52:55probably makes it a lot easier. Well, listen at at this point
- 1:53:00too, like, I feel like I've, I've been doing it for so many
- 1:53:03years. Like people have already heard
- 1:53:05my voice, right. So I mean, not that people.
- 1:53:11I like to think I brought a different perspective.
- 1:53:13Yeah, no. And you've no disrespect to Apex
- 1:53:17because I love the perspective he brought to the show.
- 1:53:19Now that I've see 'cause I didn't, I wasn't familiar.
- 1:53:22But now that I've gone back and listened to some and I've been
- 1:53:25doing, you know I've been going through a lot of my old content,
- 1:53:29your old content trying to trying to get together archives
- 1:53:35for right to offend media which is you know the kind of the the
- 1:53:40name of like the you know group I'm representing I suppose in
- 1:53:45terms of yeah, it's it's a you know podcasting consulting
- 1:53:49company. I guess it's not it's not
- 1:53:52official but at one at some point folks for people who are
- 1:53:57asking I'm I'm going to retire the next Gen. conserved media
- 1:54:01brand because let's face it, I'm almost 30.
- 1:54:05I'm no longer the next Gen. right?
- 1:54:09I am know. You know what you have to do.
- 1:54:11You have to pass it on. You have to pass.
- 1:54:15You have to find a young guy. The next Gen.
- 1:54:18I well, I can't pass it to Shmuley because he's kind as
- 1:54:22much as I I mean I love Shmuley but he I consider more of a peer
- 1:54:26than I do like yeah, Shmuley is you know as as me and Shmuley is
- 1:54:34right to offend me. Now you it's me you and Shmuley.
- 1:54:37Now we did, we did used to have another third partner.
- 1:54:40Unfortunately we've parted ways, but you know everything you've
- 1:54:45worked out because the time we parted ways literally I met Sam
- 1:54:50like right before that. And then shortly after that he
- 1:54:55he got into the situation where he needed a Co host and a little
- 1:55:00inside baseball for everybody. The initial pitch that I gave
- 1:55:03him wasn't me, it was the guys right?
- 1:55:08Right. To offend media like we'll have
- 1:55:10people sit in so that there's always somebody there.
- 1:55:13It just so happened that I have a lot of fun doing it and then
- 1:55:17get along great but shout out to shout outs to Johnny Fox too by
- 1:55:23the way. Seriously, never would I have
- 1:55:27thought that that a rant about some guy that you that you know,
- 1:55:34like you were, to be clear back, I don't mean this as an insult,
- 1:55:38but when I had Johnny Fox on my show and he started ranting at
- 1:55:43you, it was so weird to me that he was that he went on this
- 1:55:47whole big rant at how evil you are because you were like a no,
- 1:55:52you were like a nobody. But he ran to just enough that I
- 1:55:55was curious as to who you were. And I was like, oh, I actually
- 1:56:02like, yeah, this guy kind of has the same dark sense of humor
- 1:56:05that I do. And like, I heard this.
- 1:56:10I thought I was too much, right? I hadn't heard the the APEC
- 1:56:15shit. And I realized that I'm
- 1:56:17actually, I'm actually more moderate than him at his worst.
- 1:56:22And I I really don't want to pick on him.
- 1:56:24But like he he was in a dark place at that time.
- 1:56:28But showing the comparison with me, I'm like, oh, I'm actually
- 1:56:32kind of toned down, you know what I mean?
- 1:56:35Because I'm not, you know, in that kind of headspace.
- 1:56:39And he's not anymore by the way, I I shout out to Apex.
- 1:56:43He's the greatest. We'd love to have him.
- 1:56:46Apex, if you're hearing my voice right now, live, please get in
- 1:56:51touch. We'll we'll we'll have you on.
- 1:56:52It's Sam's birthplate. Yeah.
- 1:56:55Apex, if you're on, please like tag me in something and I'll
- 1:56:59send you the DM. So to and the reason I just want
- 1:57:04to also say for Apex, the reason that he's not doing any content
- 1:57:09consistently is because he doesn't want to.
- 1:57:12You know, it's he's not he's not in a place where it's, you know,
- 1:57:16a primary concern of his and he's feeling good.
- 1:57:20And so like, I, you know. Yeah.
- 1:57:23And and he's also told me that he and I don't think he would
- 1:57:27mind me sharing this if if he spends too much time online it
- 1:57:34kind of he gets back into some bad habits.
- 1:57:38So yeah you know I don't I don't fault him for that.
- 1:57:45So no mental. Mental you know health is
- 1:57:49really, really important. And anything that as a detriment
- 1:57:53to his, he doesn't need to to to bring into his life.
- 1:57:56That's what I say for him. Like arguing about politics is
- 1:58:00so far down in importance and I think people have it backwards.
- 1:58:05They think it's the most important thing.
- 1:58:07But like, let me let me put it like this.
- 1:58:10If you live under the Mao regime in China, you can still have a
- 1:58:14good life. Yeah.
- 1:58:18You know what I mean? It's it's it's all relative
- 1:58:21right. And and it comes from a from
- 1:58:24from a personal place. So you know I have a fairly good
- 1:58:29life here. I guess that's maybe why I'm in
- 1:58:31a better headspace than some other people.
- 1:58:34But, you know, it's obviously it's tougher when the economy
- 1:58:38sucks. And I got, you know, it's really
- 1:58:41depressing is how many people are are falling into mental
- 1:58:44health crises and getting onto drugs and dying of overdoses and
- 1:58:50suicides and it's fucking God. Those are things I can't even
- 1:58:53say on YouTube anymore. It's good we're off of there
- 1:58:57because there's so many things you can't say now that are like,
- 1:59:02like they do you ever watch modern YouTube true crime.
- 1:59:08Yeah. And they can't say kill so many
- 1:59:11euphemisms. Yeah.
- 1:59:14It's terrible. UN alive.
- 1:59:17Yeah, they they dispatched of this person and it's like, jeez,
- 1:59:21come on dude. Or SASA is my favorite one.
- 1:59:25Look, here's the thing about that particular thing, to make a
- 1:59:30euphemism for it. Softer language defeats the
- 1:59:34purpose of the word. Rape is supposed to be a word
- 1:59:38that's not fun. I didn't.
- 1:59:41I I actually had to look up what essay was because it was just
- 1:59:47like, and then I was like, what? They're they're censoring.
- 1:59:53And that's another thing. I I know that you wanted to
- 1:59:56dream about this, but when you told me about this, I was a
- 1:59:58little kind of like, I rolled my eyes.
- 2:00:02I guess people are getting upset about like some, I don't know
- 2:00:06who the guy was, basically. Some rock'n'roll guy who I guess
- 2:00:14made like a song on cutting and now people are no, no, no.
- 2:00:18OK, OK, hold on. It's not even a song about
- 2:00:20cutting. OK, so it's Machine Gun Kelly.
- 2:00:22You might have heard of him because you're a wrestling fan.
- 2:00:25He's been involved with their shit times.
- 2:00:27I think you walked John Cena to the ring at one point.
- 2:00:31Machine Gun Kelly is like an emo guy, right?
- 2:00:34Emo music. And he made a guitar and the
- 2:00:39guitars is with Schechter, who's a really great guitar man.
- 2:00:43One of the best guitar man, yeah, yeah.
- 2:00:46It's not his first or even second or third signature
- 2:00:49guitar. He's had quite a few and he's
- 2:00:52worked with them for years. And the the guitar design, it is
- 2:00:56a razor blade. It looks it's not I'm a it's
- 2:01:00tough because I'm I'm defending his art.
- 2:01:03But also, it's ugly. It's ugly.
- 2:01:06It's a bad guitar. It's a bad shape for a guitar.
- 2:01:09I would never be caught dead using it.
- 2:01:12It looks stupid. But what people are upset about
- 2:01:16is that it looks it's shaped like a razor blade.
- 2:01:19And I guess the well the emo scene is known for like cutting
- 2:01:23in suicide. And so it's bad that he used
- 2:01:26that imagery. Fuck you fuck.
- 2:01:29I hate you motherfuckers are going to make me defend Machine
- 2:01:34Gun Kelly. Really.
- 2:01:38That's what didn't defend NPR Kelly.
- 2:01:40But I have to here. I hate that doctor.
- 2:01:43Yeah, like you're going to make him spend one of the worst
- 2:01:47artists I can think of, but I'm going to defend him.
- 2:01:52Yeah, it's it's his art. And here's The funny thing, Sam,
- 2:01:58I when I told you about this, I was missing a piece of context
- 2:02:02that I now have. Would you like to hear why he
- 2:02:06has a razor blade guitar. I would because like I I I can
- 2:02:12maybe guess. I want you to take a guess and
- 2:02:15then I'm going to tell you the reason and you're going to be
- 2:02:17like really I well, if he's like from the emo, if if I had to
- 2:02:25guess, I would assume that because he's part of the emo
- 2:02:28seem it's he's like doing something that like cutting for
- 2:02:32the emo scene or something like that.
- 2:02:34And that's what people seem to think.
- 2:02:35Yep. Morpheus, you had something to
- 2:02:37say. Yeah.
- 2:02:40My guess is he he probably attempted at some point and it's
- 2:02:43his reminder to be like dude, don't fucking go back there,
- 2:02:47man. You guys are going to laugh at
- 2:02:49how far off the mark you are. So Machine Gun Kelly did an
- 2:02:52interview and he said the reason for the razor, the reason he
- 2:02:56uses that imagery so often, is because one of his ways to cope
- 2:03:02with mental stress and and and mental health problems is
- 2:03:08shaving his face when he's really down.
- 2:03:13He shaves his face to get control over his life because
- 2:03:17it's something he can control. That's why he uses the razor
- 2:03:22blade imagery. Wow.
- 2:03:27So all these people, all these people saying that he has these,
- 2:03:30oh, he's got bad intentions, he's he's promoting tools of
- 2:03:35suicide to minors. Da da da da da da da da.
- 2:03:38Never took the fucking time to ask the guy or listen to his
- 2:03:43music. Because here's the interesting
- 2:03:45part, he says it in his music too.
- 2:03:49He's done songs where he's mentioned the fact that shaving
- 2:03:52his face is, is it's his moment of peace, right.
- 2:03:56It's a moment of control. I mean, I mean shaving is like
- 2:04:03men's hygiene that, I mean that's what they were originally
- 2:04:06made for. So yeah, I mean it makes sense,
- 2:04:10right? And and it's a it's a way for
- 2:04:12him to take control over something when he feels that
- 2:04:16he's not in control. And I I hate to break it to you
- 2:04:21all I I get you could say, well he's a super rich fucking
- 2:04:24celebrity. It's real easy for them to feel
- 2:04:27like they're not in control of anything because if somebody
- 2:04:30like Machine Gun Kelly is going to be under such specific
- 2:04:33contract restrictions and rules that it might, he might as well
- 2:04:38not be in control of his own life celebrity.
- 2:04:42I and I hate to say this too. I I feel like I am qualified to
- 2:04:48say this because like I have met a few celebrities, even if
- 2:04:53they're like more minor celebrities.
- 2:04:54But celebrities are people too. And I think people forget about
- 2:05:00that sometimes. Max.
- 2:05:02I'm sure, I'm sure you and I have talked about that because
- 2:05:05we we both have met some famous people and people forget that
- 2:05:10they're people. Forget that they're people too,
- 2:05:13sometimes. A lot of the time actually.
- 2:05:17Well, you know, I mentioned it and I and I can't tell you how
- 2:05:20many but I that I've met that have appreciated not being
- 2:05:25treated like they're famous. They want to be treated as like
- 2:05:27everybody else. Give them respect.
- 2:05:29You get respect back and obviously be genuine with it.
- 2:05:34But there's there's exceptions. There are asshole celebrities.
- 2:05:37But here's my thing. Oh sure. 9099 times out of 100
- 2:05:43when you say so and so is an asshole.
- 2:05:46When you hear that, what you're actually hearing is when I met
- 2:05:51them they weren't the nicest that they could have been.
- 2:05:55And so let me let me paint the other side of the picture.
- 2:05:58If you've ever heard the oh I met so and so and he's a fucking
- 2:06:01Dick. They're working.
- 2:06:06You got to understand they're working now you meet a, you meet
- 2:06:11a celebrity and and again I speak from the music industry so
- 2:06:14I'm going to use all that because I don't that's the one
- 2:06:18I'm familiar with. OK, when you meet a musician at
- 2:06:23a a fan event then they're in fan mode.
- 2:06:27We all. Kurt Doolittle was talking about
- 2:06:29this the other day. We have different modes,
- 2:06:32different kind of masks that we wear and one of them is work
- 2:06:36mask right. Like serious work at fan event.
- 2:06:41It's friend mask, right? I am here to meet the fans.
- 2:06:47That's the job. That's what I'm doing and I'm
- 2:06:49going to be mostly nice to people.
- 2:06:51Obviously you're going to have instances of somebody's an
- 2:06:54asshole to you and you know they don't like your response or
- 2:06:57whatever. And those people who run around
- 2:06:59and say you're an asshole. But generally speaking at man at
- 2:07:02fan meet and greets where that's the point.
- 2:07:05Autograph signings and things like that.
- 2:07:07You're not going to get any of the celebrities being mean when
- 2:07:10you might get them. Be a little fucking mean to you
- 2:07:14is backstage at a concert and that's the night mode or or out
- 2:07:18in public, right? They're just going to the store.
- 2:07:22Reason being, they're not in fan friendly mode.
- 2:07:26They're in either work mode or I'm shopping for my groceries
- 2:07:30mode, OK? But work mode is the more
- 2:07:33important one I want to talk about.
- 2:07:34Because if you go backstage at a concert, you guys might know I'm
- 2:07:39like a huge Prince mark, right? And everybody, whoever
- 2:07:43approached Prince backstage would tell you he's an asshole.
- 2:07:48But that's not the case. I I know someone who has said
- 2:07:51the opposite, actually. Well, and that's The thing is,
- 2:07:55is that they didn't meet him in this context.
- 2:08:00If he was working. He was a perfectionist.
- 2:08:05OK, yeah, he's thinking about 30,000 different things.
- 2:08:09You have to also understand the Prince performs with a live band
- 2:08:13with at least, I think a dozen members.
- 2:08:16OK, he he plays multiple instruments.
- 2:08:21A show for just one concert for Prince is a million different
- 2:08:26little details. And he's a perfectionist.
- 2:08:29So while he's sitting backstage, and if you've I did have the
- 2:08:34pleasure of working a Prince show one time and meeting him.
- 2:08:37And it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in my
- 2:08:40life because I approached him after the show when he was done
- 2:08:45with the stress for the day. But I saw four or five people
- 2:08:48approach him before the show and he cussed people out because
- 2:08:52you're all told, please do not do not approach him.
- 2:08:57And they're like, Oh yeah, he's too good.
- 2:08:59No, he's fucking working. It's a job.
- 2:09:04It's a this is, this is the important part.
- 2:09:07You got to understand it's a fun job, but it is a job just like
- 2:09:11you're not. And he's work.
- 2:09:15No, it is. And it's the same in the studio.
- 2:09:17Let me tell you, a lot of musicians in the studio, they're
- 2:09:21there for fucking business. They're not there to socialize.
- 2:09:24Now some of them are there to party and have a blast and
- 2:09:26that's fine. And then some of them are super
- 2:09:28serious. I I've, I've always heard that
- 2:09:30Eric Clapton was super, super serious in the studio.
- 2:09:33I've also heard he's a party animal and and he could have a
- 2:09:36fucking wonderful time. Maybe not so much with him being
- 2:09:39older, but in his day he's a party animal, right?
- 2:09:43But he gets in the studio. It's time to lay down a track.
- 2:09:46There's 50 fucking thousand things I have to check.
- 2:09:49Then I got to play my part, listen to it back and I forgot
- 2:09:52three things. Now I got to play it again.
- 2:09:56If they're working and you're approaching them, you're the
- 2:09:58asshole, Not them. Yeah, I the, the.
- 2:10:01You might approach them very nicely, but you're still the
- 2:10:04asshole. I just like if you, if you're
- 2:10:07understand that they're working, treat them like they're working.
- 2:10:10Yeah, the whole thing with the music world, same thing, Yeah.
- 2:10:15And if they're in the outside world, treat them like they're a
- 2:10:17fucking normal person. Yeah, the whole thing with what
- 2:10:21Kurt was saying out, like different modes, really spoke to
- 2:10:24me too. Because like, I have, I have a
- 2:10:27couple different modes even within the work mode, which is
- 2:10:31another thing that Kurt talked about too.
- 2:10:33Like for me, like when I'm doing, when I'm podcasting and
- 2:10:38when I when I mean podcasting, I don't.
- 2:10:41I don't just mean what we're doing now.
- 2:10:43I mean, like, behind the scenes stuff like this is the easy
- 2:10:46part, like booking guests, doing promotion, like that's one mode.
- 2:10:51Like another mode is author mode when I'm writing my books, like
- 2:10:56working, you know, on my manuscripts, all of that.
- 2:11:00And then I and then like, I have my actual day job too of like
- 2:11:03doing marketing and whatnot for people.
- 2:11:05Like that's another work mode. So you know and like one of the
- 2:11:11and I I talked at this like one of the reasons why when I was
- 2:11:15why when I was in college, the reason why I never wrote any of
- 2:11:19my fiction books when I was in college was because I was
- 2:11:22writing papers and I just, I did not have the mental bandwidth to
- 2:11:27do any. You know you only have so much
- 2:11:30mental bandwidth within a day and you got to prioritize shit.
- 2:11:37So, you know, that's back to the fucking razor blade guitar.
- 2:11:43Yeah. A couple other comments on it.
- 2:11:46One, are you familiar with Judas Priest?
- 2:11:50Of course. And so you're familiar with the
- 2:11:53album British Steel? Yeah.
- 2:11:55What's the cover of British Steel?
- 2:11:59Razor Blade. Razor Blade.
- 2:12:00Yeah. What it What did it mean then?
- 2:12:04Did it mean? I didn't?
- 2:12:05No. It meant color.
- 2:12:07Yeah, right. And so then there's a whole
- 2:12:09Another side of it is a lot of people, when they see a razor
- 2:12:13blade, just think cocaine, right?
- 2:12:16Yeah. But in the case of Machine Gun
- 2:12:18Kelly, which I find interesting, he wasn't talking about either
- 2:12:20of those things. He was talking about shaving his
- 2:12:23face, being the one way. And maybe he was being
- 2:12:26facetious, maybe he was full of shit, I don't know.
- 2:12:28But that's what he said. And I'm going to take him at his
- 2:12:30word, right. You know, he could just be
- 2:12:34making that up. I don't know.
- 2:12:37Well, but it sounds like me as a guy that's hung around a lot of
- 2:12:40creative artists. That sounds, yeah, they have
- 2:12:44quirks like that. And it does sound like, you
- 2:12:47know, again, he's a multinational platinum recording
- 2:12:51artist. He's got to be under 30,000
- 2:12:53different contracts, stipulations, moral clauses.
- 2:12:58If you guys aren't familiar with moral clauses, yes, even in
- 2:13:01music there are moral causes that can get you fired from your
- 2:13:05record deal if you do or say certain things.
- 2:13:08So, like, they're so tightly controlled that it makes perfect
- 2:13:12sense to me that they would find some, you know, almost
- 2:13:16ritualistic activity that gives them control.
- 2:13:20Their their images are so freaking tightly controlled.
- 2:13:24It's insane. Yeah.
- 2:13:25And and so they have a little more free reign now than they
- 2:13:29did 20 years ago or 30 years ago.
- 2:13:32And then they had more free reign before that than they do
- 2:13:36now. But it's it's somewhere in
- 2:13:39between. Now they're very tightly
- 2:13:40controlled. Certainly they can swear or have
- 2:13:43like some offbeat opinions. You'll notice most of the the
- 2:13:48the biggest, the biggest artists who aren't Taylor Swift but are
- 2:13:54somewhere in between, you know, big bands and stuff.
- 2:13:58You won't find them making a lot of, like, specific political
- 2:14:01statements in regards to modern American politics.
- 2:14:06Unless they go left. Unless they go left, exactly.
- 2:14:10But even a lot of the ones that are left won't do that right.
- 2:14:15There's a reason for that, right?
- 2:14:16And and and and they might use a lot of metaphor, or they might
- 2:14:20use a lot of things in their music.
- 2:14:22You might hear in their music. There, I'll tell you one
- 2:14:25Metallica like you can know their politics only basically
- 2:14:28through their music. And if if you listen to enough
- 2:14:32of it, you'll realize that they are like avid libertarians.
- 2:14:37Yeah, and they're not leftists. Metallica, they are kind of
- 2:14:43center right Libertarian I would say.
- 2:14:47But yeah, like, for the most part, you wouldn't know that
- 2:14:51aside from the fact like they have songs like Don't Tread On
- 2:14:54Me and Atlas Shrugged and and stuff, but it also appeals to
- 2:15:01like, you know, their whole bit was appealing to like, working
- 2:15:04class. That's like Metallica's whole
- 2:15:07shtick. Yeah, that.
- 2:15:09Yeah. Metallica, I mean Ted.
- 2:15:15I mean Ted Nugent too, you know, say what you will.
- 2:15:20I know, I know. Ted Nugent has kind become like
- 2:15:25quote UN quote the right wing poster boy.
- 2:15:27But like Ted is more of like a libertarian in the interviews I
- 2:15:32I've seen. Same with Kid Rock, right?
- 2:15:36They're like, oh, Kid Rock is this like, I mean, dude, he
- 2:15:41can't be like a fucking holy roller Christian.
- 2:15:44He's Kid Rock. No, right.
- 2:15:47This is like go listen to his first, you know, big radio song
- 2:15:50Bah. With the Bah.
- 2:15:51It's literally about talking to the to the poor in the
- 2:15:55underclass. This is for the fucking.
- 2:15:58This is for all my homies in Cellblock 6.
- 2:16:01Right. Like he was the the, the, the,
- 2:16:03the drug addicts and the freaks and the and the the sinners.
- 2:16:07That's what he he his song was for them.
- 2:16:10Yeah. And I would say that's.
- 2:16:13And then this is something you won't hear in reference to Kid
- 2:16:17Rock very often. That's very Christ.
- 2:16:19Like no, I mean I I've like I've I've seen multiple interviews
- 2:16:28with him now where he he seems generally genuinely humble and
- 2:16:36whatnot Or or here's one for for you, all of a good number of the
- 2:16:41emo bands that are around these days.
- 2:16:44Christians. Yeah, I know.
- 2:16:48Yeah. Well the thing about Kid Rock
- 2:16:51and I, without saying too much, you know I've I've met Bob a few
- 2:16:56times and I mean it's not the the humility is not fake.
- 2:17:01No. He really is humbled at how many
- 2:17:03people appreciate his art. Absolutely.
- 2:17:07Yeah. What I've I mean I don't want to
- 2:17:12be on my high horse but like I I've been and made it long
- 2:17:15enough to where I kind of like ABS detector even from when I
- 2:17:19watch people and he he definitely I don't he seems
- 2:17:23completely genuine to me at least.
- 2:17:27So yeah I mean there's been some things said about him some
- 2:17:31people have made claim in fact I've see the problem is is I
- 2:17:36have friends on multiple sides of things cause I've worked with
- 2:17:39so many people and I tried to get along with so many people
- 2:17:43and so other people that I'm friends with have made claims
- 2:17:45that Kid Rock is racist and has said racist things to them.
- 2:17:49I've never heard Kid Rock say anything racist.
- 2:17:51And as a matter of fact, every time I met him he was with this
- 2:17:55one black girl. So, like it's hard for me to
- 2:17:59believe that he was racist while dating a black girl.
- 2:18:03Kid Rock was like, had that guy Josie who may he rest in peace.
- 2:18:11By the way, he was a good man. I just I just read.
- 2:18:16I just read a foot man with the 10 foot Dick.
- 2:18:20I mean I was I I I thought. I thought he was like when I
- 2:18:25first heard Devil without a 'cause.
- 2:18:27I thought I was like is that a kid.
- 2:18:29And then I I I looked him up and I'm and I read his store and I'm
- 2:18:33like whoa that's Joe to the sea hoe got more game than Coleco.
- 2:18:39I'm a freak hoe call me sick 3 foot nine with the 10 foot Dick.
- 2:18:44Oh my God. Josie, man.
- 2:18:46And fucking great and and what a, what a awesome person.
- 2:18:50I'm so glad I had the pleasure to meet him on the occasions I
- 2:18:53did before he passed. Really.
- 2:18:58There was a guy that loved fucking life.
- 2:19:02He had some weird, like he had some weird like the disease or
- 2:19:09something or like it's a celiac or something.
- 2:19:11He had a lot of problems. Yeah, he was.
- 2:19:16He was not doing well. And that's why I say there's a
- 2:19:19man who loved life despite all of his suffering.
- 2:19:23He didn't just let it ruin him. Yeah, listen, I mean, I don't, I
- 2:19:29don't want to speak for Morpheus, but like when people
- 2:19:31say that they feel sorry for me or whatever, I'm kind of like,
- 2:19:35no, there there's no reason to feel like, yeah, I've, I've had
- 2:19:39my struggles. I'm not going to deny that, but
- 2:19:41like, I'm out here living, living life that like this is
- 2:19:47another thing. Like the thing you were told
- 2:19:50wouldn't happen. Yeah.
- 2:19:55Then same with Joe C man. They told him he would be dead
- 2:19:58long before he was also EE Sam. I shouldn't be where I where
- 2:20:05where I am today. I point blank.
- 2:20:08I have spent a different with a bunch of other issues.
- 2:20:11I should be severely fucked in a bunch of different ways.
- 2:20:17And please do not feel sorry for me.
- 2:20:20I do the best that I can in my situation.
- 2:20:25And the way I see it is there are people that are far worse
- 2:20:30off than me and I can and I can do for myself.
- 2:20:34I wouldn't be on a podcast with these two two gentlemen if I
- 2:20:37couldn't do for myself. With with that being said, and
- 2:20:42this is probably my most controversial opinion, I mean, I
- 2:20:47really do not. This may be the most
- 2:20:50controversial opinion I have, but oh boy, here we go.
- 2:20:54I really, I really have a problem with people who I don't
- 2:20:58empathize with. People who commit suicide.
- 2:21:01Agree. Agreed.
- 2:21:03Yeah, Max, I'm harsh. But agree.
- 2:21:06Yeah. And that's why I'm saying this
- 2:21:08is my most controversial opinion, because in this day and
- 2:21:11age, that's not a popular thing to say.
- 2:21:15But as someone I'd like. I'd like to put a little nuance
- 2:21:18on it though. I have immense sympathy for
- 2:21:21those that are left behind by suicide.
- 2:21:24Oh, me, Me too. I I was the real victims.
- 2:21:26Exactly. The real victims are the ones
- 2:21:29that are left. Left.
- 2:21:30Yes. My MY22.
- 2:21:37My, my, my first girlfriend, her dad committed suicide.
- 2:21:45Actually, it brought in, these were girls that I actually, you
- 2:21:51know, I went to elementary school with and I've basically
- 2:21:55known them my entire life. I knew their dad.
- 2:21:58He committed suicide a few years ago.
- 2:22:01They were full grown adults. But even with that, it it
- 2:22:07changed them. And I've known other people who
- 2:22:14have committed suicide and their families have.
- 2:22:19You know, it's my Uncle Eric. It's not worth it.
- 2:22:25My Uncle Eric who you know helped raise me committed
- 2:22:30suicide when I was a teenager and and it was tragic and and
- 2:22:35here's a here's a thing is it's a perfect example of nobody knew
- 2:22:40anything was wrong and he never told anybody And not to be too
- 2:22:44fucking graphic about it until they found the pieces of him
- 2:22:47after he got hit by a train and they could only identify him by
- 2:22:51a tattoo and nobody nobody had any idea that that's how he felt
- 2:22:58man. I when I think of him I think of
- 2:23:01a man who was full of life and happy and it's such a shame that
- 2:23:05he didn't feel that he could communicate his inner feelings
- 2:23:08to anybody. But you know you you pick up and
- 2:23:11you move on. And again I I just felt for his
- 2:23:16kids and and his his ex-wife and it it's just it's just awful.
- 2:23:22But with with that being said if you, I mean with that being said
- 2:23:31if you are having suicidal thoughts but you have the
- 2:23:36courage to get somebody confront it and seriously hit me up on
- 2:23:43Twitter. No, I'm kidding.
- 2:23:45Hit me up personally, PM me. If you're in our audience and
- 2:23:49you feel that way I really want you to fucking talk to me.
- 2:23:52One of one of the most touching things that I have experienced
- 2:23:59as a host was during the this during the pandemic.
- 2:24:08I was doing lots of live streams by Apex and at some point one of
- 2:24:15the I connected with some guy on Twitter who told me that my
- 2:24:23podcast with just Apex and I bullshitting helped him laugh
- 2:24:27and helped him get through the pandemic and helped them through
- 2:24:31some depression that made my fuck all this fuck.
- 2:24:37All the Super chats that I could have gotten and you know all
- 2:24:41about that made my day to hear. To hear that that's more reward
- 2:24:52than I could. You know, That in of itself is
- 2:24:57why I'm grateful to be here and why I'm grateful for this
- 2:25:01audience. I I really understand now why
- 2:25:05Rush loved doing radio so much and why you're connecting with
- 2:25:14people like that sometimes that, you know it's like hard to even
- 2:25:17it's like, oh I'm sitting here bullshitting, but it actually
- 2:25:21made a difference in your life. That's it's still that's how I
- 2:25:25felt in music too, right. I, you know, stuff that we had
- 2:25:29produced. So it wasn't commercially
- 2:25:31successful. That's why I'm not a music
- 2:25:34producer. You know what I mean by trade?
- 2:25:37But but we had some fans and you'd get these, you'd get
- 2:25:40these, these emails, you know, like, hey, you know, you're
- 2:25:45fucking your guys's record, Saved my life.
- 2:25:48And I'm like, that seems a bit much.
- 2:25:50But then they'll tell you their whole story and you're like,
- 2:25:54this can't be real because this was just a piece of music we
- 2:25:59made for fun, right? It can't possibly be that
- 2:26:02important to anybody because who am I?
- 2:26:04I'm just a nobody. But you know what?
- 2:26:06They don't You don't have to be somebody to to reach somebody
- 2:26:10you know? Yeah.
- 2:26:11A lot of the reason why I'm on the show now is because Sam and
- 2:26:15I were talking on on on Twitter and I happen to mention that I
- 2:26:18used to do a the wrestling podcast and you're like hey dude
- 2:26:21come on I'm here as long as you 2 gentlemen don't have me.
- 2:26:27Yeah I like I like the stuff. Now we we love we love having
- 2:26:32you aboard And you know thank thanks to both of you gentlemen
- 2:26:36for kind of getting on to the on to the Witcher to you know
- 2:26:42that's a little side tangent but you know I've I've enjoyed
- 2:26:47getting into that whole universe especially after Game of Thrones
- 2:26:51was such a a disappointment. So yeah.
- 2:27:00Yeah. Witcher 3 is a fantastic game
- 2:27:03and I was surprised you missed it but I'm glad that you've
- 2:27:06enjoyed it. Listen, I listen I missed a
- 2:27:09whole like decade of you know part part of that too was
- 2:27:15because I was in college and I had my nose to to the
- 2:27:18grindstone. So just like you've missed a lot
- 2:27:22of TV Mac. I mean I I get it.
- 2:27:24I missed a lot of gaming. So you know, like I I played
- 2:27:31Batman Arkham Knight for the first time last year.
- 2:27:35And yeah, I I agree that Batmobile mechanics are shit.
- 2:27:40And it's disappointing because that's kind of what I wanted in
- 2:27:45a Batman game was a cool Batmobile experience.
- 2:27:49But man, when? Somewhere The Witcher The
- 2:27:56Witcher 3 was the game that brought me back to video game as
- 2:27:59an adult. Yeah, I was playing Diablo with
- 2:28:09my boy today. Diablo two specifically on Xbox.
- 2:28:13The remaster And it's pretty cool to play a game from my
- 2:28:18teenagehood with my 8 year old son was oh God, oh God.
- 2:28:24Max is playing a, you know a super scary game with his
- 2:28:28eight-year old. It's Diablo bro.
- 2:28:29It's like, Speaking of Speaking of Max, was that you that, like
- 2:28:34tweeted that if you ever ran for office you would change your ass
- 2:28:37name to Max Payne? Yeah, yeah, because OK, there's
- 2:28:41transgenders saying that there. It's unfair that they have to
- 2:28:48register to run for office under their legal name.
- 2:28:53They say that's dead naming, OK? And I'm saying I'm saying, hey,
- 2:28:58you can change your name, right, Legally and then run under that
- 2:29:02name. They're neglecting to do that,
- 2:29:05so they don't want to legally change their name, OK, Then you
- 2:29:08have to run under your real name.
- 2:29:10If they're going to change that rule, however, then I'm going to
- 2:29:13run as Max Payne. What?
- 2:29:15What said you May I I I think I made it abundantly clear by now
- 2:29:21that Max Payne is my favorite character in all of video games.
- 2:29:25Rest rest in peace. James McCaffrey.
- 2:29:28By the way if you did that, I would I would vote for you
- 2:29:33simply because Max Payne is my favorite character And yeah
- 2:29:37that's kind of that's kind of the point of a lot of people
- 2:29:40would be like Max Payne. Check.
- 2:29:44Yeah, it's either Max Payne or the old Homer Simpson, Max
- 2:29:49Power. Although some people, some
- 2:29:53people have told me Max Sand is like in that.
- 2:29:57But I honestly think it's like Max plus simple last name just
- 2:30:02works. Yeah, well listen, like Max Sand
- 2:30:07even works kind of like in that in that like I I could see you
- 2:30:13being like in that like gritty film noir like type universe
- 2:30:18that Max Payne is at, Payne is into.
- 2:30:22So although I I did like 3, I know, I know some people hated
- 2:30:283, but three was actually a good game I think.
- 2:30:34I think it was a good Max Payne game.
- 2:30:36Yeah, I think the tone was different, but I think it needed
- 2:30:39that. Well, the tone.
- 2:30:42Here's the thing, the tone was the same.
- 2:30:44It's the setting was different. Yeah, I get it.
- 2:30:49Some people like the grittier New York, but I feel like
- 2:30:53putting Gritty Max in that environment was a good call.
- 2:30:58But the only thing I didn't like about it was the multiplayer.
- 2:31:02But like, that was a fucking afterthought.
- 2:31:04Yeah. Because bullet time just don't
- 2:31:07work right in fucking multiplayer.
- 2:31:11No. And it's never gonna you know
- 2:31:14stop. I'm I'm I'm hoping.
- 2:31:17I'm hoping that that they actually do the remakes now.
- 2:31:22I know they've been working on it but like we've heard we've
- 2:31:26heard that the remakes have been in progress for like I don't
- 2:31:32know four years now have you have you come across this game?
- 2:31:39I'm you know, I I follow on Twitter the guy that made it El
- 2:31:43Paso elsewhere. It's like a psychedelic Max
- 2:31:49Payne meets. It's hard to describe, but I
- 2:31:53highly recommend the indie game El Paso elsewhere.
- 2:31:57No, I I I did have, hilariously enough, though.
- 2:32:01I had the guy who made, like the jihadist version version of of
- 2:32:07Max Payne, like, and I like follow me and try and get me to
- 2:32:10buy his. Like, yeah, I had the guy who
- 2:32:15was making a game called Hamas Heroes and he put me in as a
- 2:32:18Yeah, yeah, that's funny. No, no.
- 2:32:22Hey, ladies and gentlemen, if you want to kill me in a video
- 2:32:26game, go pick up Hamas Heroes on Steam.
- 2:32:29I'm sure it's banned, but they were trying to put it on Steam.
- 2:32:34Yeah, I think, I think I'm, I think I'm on.
- 2:32:38I think I might be in there too. Well, like he followed me and
- 2:32:41then he saw all of like the veteran people that I follow and
- 2:32:44he was like, oh fuck you. So I don't know, he just did.
- 2:32:50He just did it, 'cause I had AIA fucking Israeli flag in my
- 2:32:55Twitter name and I was. It's just so funny how much I've
- 2:33:00gotten anti-Semitism because of that.
- 2:33:02And I'm like I'm not Jewish. No you you know you know what's
- 2:33:06funny is I got no you're you're you're sucking up to the what do
- 2:33:10they call it? They have a word for it and it's
- 2:33:14a Yiddish word which I find funny.
- 2:33:16Shabbos. I believe it's Shabbos.
- 2:33:19They call me a Shabbos. Yeah, I you'll look, man, at the
- 2:33:28end of the day, a Jewish man delivered my son and a Jewish
- 2:33:34woman performed heart surgery, saving my life.
- 2:33:36It's really hard to hate them. So you could say whatever you
- 2:33:41want, but it's really hard for me to hate those two people.
- 2:33:44Yeah, definitely not. I'm not.
- 2:33:46I'm not even going anywhere. Anywhere near feet with those.
- 2:33:49Yeah, it's like, OK, so they're bad people that save my life and
- 2:33:56bring my son into the world, huh?
- 2:33:58Give me a fucking break, dude. I get off the Internet while you
- 2:34:04guys are here. I have to.
- 2:34:08Let's see. Oh yeah, and a Jewish guy
- 2:34:10manages my money. I forgot that that's important
- 2:34:12too. He's really good at it.
- 2:34:17I while you two are here, I have to bring up my favorite meme.
- 2:34:22I would count. Oh my God.
- 2:34:24Recently, Morpheus, I think saw this.
- 2:34:28But yeah, I just thought that this was Sam.
- 2:34:36I don't think that's a Subway sandwich.
- 2:34:41No. Whoa.
- 2:34:42Well, you know, it it could be in some, you know, I mean, it
- 2:34:50might be a foot long, but it's not a Subway sandwich.
- 2:34:55Oh, oh, it's a foot long. But, you know, there's not
- 2:34:59enough meat in it. There's it's too much bread.
- 2:35:02Well they're they're yeah, there's too much bread and too
- 2:35:05much lettuce. So.
- 2:35:11But yeah, for those listening on audio, it's me and Mark says
- 2:35:18Israeli Israel's biggest movies movie actress.
- 2:35:23And it's Gal Gadot who plays one to one and then then just goes
- 2:35:28Hamas biggest movie actress. And it's me, Khalifa who who's
- 2:35:36about to eat a foot long Subway sandwich that I'm pretty sure is
- 2:35:40actually just concealing a penis just for the audio listeners.
- 2:35:49Yeah, well more theas since you're the, you know, since
- 2:35:54you're in the box, please. What do you have to say on this
- 2:35:58math? On this matter?
- 2:36:02Mia's nasty. Yeah.
- 2:36:05Yeah. But here's my thing is which one
- 2:36:07had the higher domestic gross? Well, pretty sure it was Gayle.
- 2:36:13Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was the porn actress.
- 2:36:16Oh well, it's just that she didn't get.
- 2:36:24The difference is, is that she didn't get most of the money
- 2:36:27because it's a different industry.
- 2:36:30But more people have probably seen it than fucking Wonder
- 2:36:33Woman. That's actually as much as much
- 2:36:40as they hate to admit it. I didn't even know who.
- 2:36:44I didn't even know who Mia Khalifa was until just like a
- 2:36:47few years ago, actually. So I I discerned that she was a
- 2:36:58porn actress and saw her making bad takes on Twitter.
- 2:37:02She yeah, she, I don't watch porn, so I wouldn't know who the
- 2:37:05fuck she is. No.
- 2:37:07And I well, yeah. And I like, don't watch, you
- 2:37:14know? Yeah.
- 2:37:16You're not you're you. You're not going to say you
- 2:37:18don't watch porn, Right. So I mean I don't consider
- 2:37:23Playboy to be porn, but I mean, I I don't watch that type.
- 2:37:29Let me just, I don't, I don't watch the type, the type that
- 2:37:32she's in. Let me put it.
- 2:37:33Let me put it that way. She likes the gay porn.
- 2:37:39I've seen more Mia porn on Twitter than I ever did.
- 2:37:41Going to see Kit that that's, you know, that's actually,
- 2:37:48that's a good point apparently. Apparently she also eats dog
- 2:37:54shit according to Ian Miles Chong, but I don't know if
- 2:37:58that's true or not. Yeah, but he kills dogs, so fuck
- 2:38:02him. Yeah, fuck Ian.
- 2:38:07Yeah, that guy is a fucking God. E celebrities are all cancer.
- 2:38:15I've mentioned that on the show a few times, but I just think
- 2:38:18it's worth pointing out she's one of them.
- 2:38:20You know a porn star is an E celeb nowadays.
- 2:38:24Not like in the old days where you actually had to go to a porn
- 2:38:28shop. You bortheus is probably fucking
- 2:38:33knows more than anything than than you.
- 2:38:36But, like, back in the day, you actually had to, like, people
- 2:38:39had to know your shame because you had to walk up to the
- 2:38:42counter with your porn and have somebody else ring it up for
- 2:38:45you. And at one point, you had to go
- 2:38:47into a movie, a movie theater. You had to go to, like,
- 2:38:50Blockbuster and go, go. No, like, like, the biggest
- 2:38:57revelation from Brain was that people used to go to a movie
- 2:39:00theater. Yeah, Everything.
- 2:39:04Taxi Driver. Oh, yeah, Girl to the porn, The
- 2:39:08porn theater as a fucking date. Yeah.
- 2:39:11Yeah. Based.
- 2:39:15Well, American Werewolf in London, like there's a whole
- 2:39:20scene that's in a porn theater. So yeah, yeah, it used to be
- 2:39:28theaters. I'm not that old.
- 2:39:30We had VHS. Obviously.
- 2:39:32VHS market was like almost entirely driven by porn.
- 2:39:36You see, the reason that VHS defeated Betamax, which was a
- 2:39:40superior platform, was because the porn studios chose VHS
- 2:39:45because they were cheaper and so because all the people consuming
- 2:39:50porn had switched over to VHS, Betamax could not get enough
- 2:39:54market share to compete and thus we got the VHS era.
- 2:39:59It's also similar with DVDs. The porn companies selected that
- 2:40:03as the winner, as opposed to other formats that were
- 2:40:05competing at the time. And HDDVD versus Blu-ray,
- 2:40:10Blu-ray was adopted by the porn. That's why it's the one that won
- 2:40:15whichever technology the porn industry adopts is going to be
- 2:40:20the one. And so like like a lot of the
- 2:40:23porn VR is now geared towards Oculus or now now it's called
- 2:40:27meta. The the, the VR porn is all
- 2:40:30geared towards the meta quest. So that's going to be the one
- 2:40:34that wins the battle. Yeah.
- 2:40:36So in other words, Apple is fucked because they don't allow
- 2:40:40any pornographic, like, content on their thing then.
- 2:40:47Yeah, yeah, well, but but they they're they're also fucked
- 2:40:51because of the expensive price tag.
- 2:40:53But you know, you can just go to a fucking website.
- 2:40:57You don't need it to be on like the Apple Store, That that's
- 2:41:02true, right? And I'm sure there will be
- 2:41:05plenty of it. Like the porn industry likes you
- 2:41:08to fucking get their shit. So but yeah, you're right.
- 2:41:13It's a it's a more expensive product.
- 2:41:15It's not as mass market and because the porn industry is
- 2:41:18focused on creating I I keep calling it Oculus, the Meta
- 2:41:23Quest content and the meta Quest is outsold all the other VR
- 2:41:27machines by a lot. It's not even works.
- 2:41:31It's like Apple. Like realistically, Apple is
- 2:41:34already lost. They cannot sell enough VR
- 2:41:38headsets to ever compete. Even if it was $300.00 like the
- 2:41:41meta. I mean it if.
- 2:41:47I mean if it were around. OK, you might be right.
- 2:41:50I I would. They're coming.
- 2:41:51They're coming close to Nintendo Switch numbers, Sam.
- 2:41:58OK, yeah, that. Well my one, my one argument
- 2:42:03would be if it were cheaper than like it would be I I'm not
- 2:42:06disagreeing that they would lose.
- 2:42:08What I am saying is if it were cheaper, there would be more
- 2:42:12competition. If it was cheaper, they could
- 2:42:15have their second place monopoly like they do with phones.
- 2:42:19I agree, but they're not. But what I'm somebody else is
- 2:42:23going to take the 2nd place spot simply because of the price and
- 2:42:27and you're right they're making it harder to get porn on the
- 2:42:30thing. It's not like you can't get porn
- 2:42:33on the Oculus through like their store right.
- 2:42:39So it's the same with as with Apple but they're making content
- 2:42:42specifically with that device in mind.
- 2:42:46Yeah, I'm sure you can port it over, but it you know they're
- 2:42:51they're going after the one that's popular because that's
- 2:42:54their market and they know that any any thing that is that well
- 2:42:59established, you know is the right call.
- 2:43:02But also the porn industry has picked winners and losers for a
- 2:43:05long time in the tech community. I'll tell you this, when VR porn
- 2:43:11was first becoming like a a kind of entity, if you would go to
- 2:43:16like the CES or any of these consumer electronic shows like I
- 2:43:19do, the lines for the like, the VR porn booths would be the
- 2:43:24longest line in the place by a mile.
- 2:43:28Which is weird. Which is weird if you think
- 2:43:30about it, because you're waiting in line to use the same Oculus
- 2:43:35VR after 400 other guys have sat in that chair using it to look
- 2:43:40at porn. I I can assure you that I did
- 2:43:44not go through those lines because I thought that that was
- 2:43:47fucking gross. But I did take note of nothing
- 2:43:51was even close to as popular as the VR porn display.
- 2:43:55Not even. No.
- 2:43:55I, I and this was before the new Xbox and PlayStation.
- 2:43:59Nobody was in line for that. Everybody was in line for the
- 2:44:02Oculus VR porn. I believe it.
- 2:44:08Journalists, fucking fucking tech journalists, all waiting to
- 2:44:11get their chance to look at some porn.
- 2:44:13Oh, oh, oh, oh, of course it's the tech journalist.
- 2:44:17The. I mean, if you're at those
- 2:44:20shows, you're either a journalist or you work in the
- 2:44:22industry, right? It's not like a.
- 2:44:25It's not like everybody can go to these shows.
- 2:44:28Yeah. So it's almost all journalists.
- 2:44:31That's why I thought it was funny.
- 2:44:32There's so many journalists and in line to go watch porn
- 2:44:36together and fucking weirdos. Yeah, well they there are some
- 2:44:42weird there are just some general weirdos or Asmorthy as
- 2:44:46likes to say SUS people in journalism.
- 2:44:54So yeah, I love did you see my thing today?
- 2:44:57Somebody was talking about Coach Redpo and they were like Ukraine
- 2:45:02killed an American journalist and both parties want to give
- 2:45:05the money. And I was like hold on, hold on,
- 2:45:06hold on. Calling Coach Red Pill a
- 2:45:10journalist makes him less sympathetic because journalism
- 2:45:16well, and also also is kind of a stretch because he was like a
- 2:45:23sector Blogger, right, A manosphere.
- 2:45:25It's also, it's also not just that like, but like the people
- 2:45:32are sympathetic, like they've gone out of their way, at least
- 2:45:36in the interactions. The I because like they'll call
- 2:45:39by his, but they'll call by like his real name, like Gonzalo or
- 2:45:43what it was. But I'm like, but I'm like the
- 2:45:47reason they're doing that is they don't want to call him
- 2:45:50Coach Redbank because then you have to address the picture of
- 2:45:55him with the cast that says to gas the Jews and you have to
- 2:45:59like all kinds of like problematic fucking stuff they
- 2:46:03don't want. No, no, no, I know that.
- 2:46:05But but like, so my whole bit has been for the past week.
- 2:46:08When they say Gonzalo Lyra, I say, oh, you mean Coach Coach
- 2:46:13Redpell And their their order response is no, I mean Gonzalo
- 2:46:18Lyra. And I'm like and I mean Coach
- 2:46:22Redpell like, I I mean he wouldn't deny that that's who he
- 2:46:25is. He never say that.
- 2:46:29No. So no.
- 2:46:30So why should so? Why should so?
- 2:46:32Why should we? That that's my question.
- 2:46:35We we shouldn't. Like, I'm not.
- 2:46:39I'm not saying that they should have killed them necessarily.
- 2:46:44Well, I am. Oh, I will defend Ukraine on
- 2:46:52this one. The problem isn't Ukraine.
- 2:46:55The problem was our government. They should not have allowed
- 2:46:59that to happen. I agree.
- 2:47:01Ukraine was in the right. This man was a guest in their
- 2:47:05country. He wasn't even a legal resident
- 2:47:07because he refused. I mean, Kurt put it this whole
- 2:47:09thing out. And Kurt said he's not a good
- 2:47:11man. And I agree.
- 2:47:13And Kurt knew him personally and knew him in Ukraine.
- 2:47:16Right. A lot of people don't know that
- 2:47:18Kurt lived in Karvieve. I think it's he lived in Ukraine
- 2:47:22for quite a while. At the same time, they knew each
- 2:47:24other. And the first thing Kurt said is
- 2:47:26he's not a good man. No, I I agree with him on that.
- 2:47:31But more importantly, he was too lazy to fill out his paperwork
- 2:47:36to get his residential thing. Kurt said it's the easiest
- 2:47:38fucking thing in the world. So he's not even he's basically
- 2:47:41an illegal immigrant in their country.
- 2:47:43And then he yeah, to run propaganda for an invading army.
- 2:47:48I do not blame them. And and look, I love, I love
- 2:47:53Tucker Carlson. You know how much I love Tucker.
- 2:47:56But shame on Tucker for glossing over that fact.
- 2:48:02But but the State Department should never have allowed him to
- 2:48:06die. That is that he's an American
- 2:48:12citizen and it was our country's responsibility to bring him home
- 2:48:16safely as it should from any American who is taken as a
- 2:48:20political prisoner overseas. And and I look I said he was
- 2:48:25kind of running propaganda for the enemy but that does make him
- 2:48:28a political prisoner in America. That would just be called
- 2:48:30freedom of speech. This is a thing Americans forget
- 2:48:33you don't have freedom of speech in other fucking countries
- 2:48:36right. No.
- 2:48:38So that that's and he people were invading and killing
- 2:48:43Ukrainians and this fucking asshole had the fucking
- 2:48:46audacity, right? He got kicked out of his fucking
- 2:48:49hotel immediately. Not because the guy was like,
- 2:48:52oh, you're such a 'cause. I saw the video of the hotel
- 2:48:54manager comes up to him and he's like, you can't stay here
- 2:48:56anymore. I'm being threatened.
- 2:48:59So like Max, I I'm curious why did he go to Ukraine?
- 2:49:07And and I don't know. I'm I'm not that familiar with
- 2:49:12like his story to me starts there at the part that I've
- 2:49:17explained. I didn't know who he was before
- 2:49:19that because I wasn't into the whole Ethan Ralph.
- 2:49:22Right. Right.
- 2:49:23So I like I I didn't know Dick Masterson was either.
- 2:49:27No no I from what from what I heard was my my limited
- 2:49:31knowledge is I think it was for a woman.
- 2:49:35OK that sounds as possible as anything.
- 2:49:38He he he was like a right wing doomer.
- 2:49:40So maybe there was some. I have to get out of America in
- 2:49:43it and Ukraine. Here's the thing about Ukraine
- 2:49:46pre war and why Kurt went there. It's a great place for tech
- 2:49:51startups. Or it was.
- 2:49:52It's not now. Yeah.
- 2:49:54Yeah, maybe that had. So I don't know why he got
- 2:49:57there. But I do know that you're
- 2:49:59essentially an illegal immigrant in their country.
- 2:50:02What now see what what I've heard and this is the thing with
- 2:50:05the whole sector that like you can never or I guess with the
- 2:50:09whole E drama spirit that you can never tell.
- 2:50:12What I heard is that he went there because basically like
- 2:50:16because Dick Masterson dared him to.
- 2:50:19I don't know if that's true. Leave that for one second.
- 2:50:22I I don't. I don't buy that.
- 2:50:25I but like that's just what I heard.
- 2:50:28I don't buy it but that's what I've heard.
- 2:50:32No, that sounds like that sounds like some Internet rumor
- 2:50:35bullshit. Yeah, that that's just a girl.
- 2:50:38You know maybe maybe he had some kind of idea of a tech startup
- 2:50:43company, but I don't believe that it was a dare from some
- 2:50:47sector guy. I think that the the problem
- 2:50:49with the Ethan Ralph sector people is that they want to
- 2:50:53praise their importance to something actually important.
- 2:50:57Yeah, And so they've all jumped on this with all of their
- 2:51:01bullshit about the guy. All I know is that he has had a
- 2:51:06lot of things he said that I disagree with, but I'll support
- 2:51:10his right to free speech. Except that you're in a foreign
- 2:51:14country, bro, and you got to understand that the risk and he
- 2:51:19and he to some degree he did after after he did the videos,
- 2:51:24he realized how serious it was. I don't think he realized it
- 2:51:28would be that serious. And certainly he couldn't have
- 2:51:31predicted that Russian television would put his videos
- 2:51:34on the air, which is really what caused him the most problems.
- 2:51:38But here's the other thing. We do know that he was
- 2:51:41originally captured by Azoff battalion, the supposedly worst
- 2:51:45of the worst, and they didn't kill him.
- 2:51:48They took him into custody and put him in jail.
- 2:51:51Now we we also don't necessarily know how he died, and if I'm
- 2:51:56going to speculate, I'm going to put everything on suicide but
- 2:52:01he. But again, the State Department
- 2:52:03shouldn't have let him rot any Ukrainian prison, no matter
- 2:52:05what. We're supposedly their allies.
- 2:52:10They should have fucking given him to us.
- 2:52:14But they didn't. Yeah, well, he was asking for
- 2:52:17it. So in that way, yeah, we should
- 2:52:20hold them to the fire about it. But but let's have the real
- 2:52:23conversation that what he did. Like, imagine.
- 2:52:28Imagine, Sam. Imagine if you suddenly your
- 2:52:33town, your, you know, your state, was literally invaded by
- 2:52:37another country and there was some asshole streaming, laughing
- 2:52:41about it and saying how they were going to kill you all.
- 2:52:44Would you be happy, or would you want to string the guy up?
- 2:52:48He's lucky they didn't just fucking lynch him.
- 2:52:51Yeah, I'm so I That's why I say I don't blame the Ukrainians for
- 2:52:57their reaction to him. What I do blame is the Biden
- 2:53:01State Department for allowing this to happen to an American
- 2:53:06citizen, not a fucking journalist.
- 2:53:07Stop calling him a fucking journalist.
- 2:53:09I'm so sick of that. Yeah, well, he's a fucking
- 2:53:13Blogger and he's a he's a manosphere Blogger at that.
- 2:53:18Yeah well the the other thing too like to your point about the
- 2:53:22Biden administration is we allegedly have special forces
- 2:53:31like teams in Ukraine. From what I've heard, we might
- 2:53:38not like if we do like special forces they do hostage like
- 2:53:44rescue. So when he like I would but but
- 2:53:48but that would be the hostages of our enemies.
- 2:53:50This is our ally. Right.
- 2:53:54But like all the money we've gave them and they couldn't hand
- 2:53:59this one guy over to us you know why but but let let's be real.
- 2:54:03Do you know why they didn't hand him over to us?
- 2:54:06No one asked them to. No.
- 2:54:13Well, he's he was like, he was a nobody, basically.
- 2:54:18Yeah, he was a nobody. He was just a fucking.
- 2:54:22I mean, he did manosphere blogs for like 30 people and then just
- 2:54:26started recording The invasion and laughing about it.
- 2:54:30And I love that people call that, oh, he's a journalist.
- 2:54:33Like, first of all, that's actually disrespectful to him,
- 2:54:39to call him a journalist because he hated fucking journalists.
- 2:54:43Second of all, he's just not, he's not a journalist.
- 2:54:48He's in a he. Then.
- 2:54:49That's why I think it's important he was just AUS
- 2:54:52citizen who expressed his opinion and it was the State
- 2:54:56Department's fucking prerogative to just let him rot.
- 2:55:01And they knew eventually he'd fucking die.
- 2:55:03I mean, there's no way they didn't know that.
- 2:55:06Well, my my question, I'm just, I'm just like playing devil's
- 2:55:11advocate here. My my question would be, if I
- 2:55:14were like a normie, did the State Department even know who
- 2:55:18he was? Because like, I look, I'm like,
- 2:55:23I'm Internet savvy and I barely and I barely knew who the guy
- 2:55:29was. They knew, right?
- 2:55:31They knew. No, they knew.
- 2:55:35They were very aware. I'm just, I'm just asking.
- 2:55:39Well, I mean, look, they got that fucking basketball playing
- 2:55:42bitch right? They got her no problem.
- 2:55:45And and Russia is not Russia's not our ally.
- 2:55:48But they made that fucking trade, didn't they?
- 2:55:51Ukraine is our ally. And if we had asked them to hand
- 2:55:55him over for all the billions of fucking dollars we've given
- 2:55:59them, they would have fucking done it if we said, look, you
- 2:56:02give us our guy back or we're not giving you any for more
- 2:56:05fucking money. But Biden's not about to do
- 2:56:07that. And by the way, the Republicans
- 2:56:09who want to give them more money are just as fucking bad.
- 2:56:13No more money. No more money.
- 2:56:15No more money for fucking Ukraine.
- 2:56:17None. Period.
- 2:56:18Done. Yeah, if an American citizen
- 2:56:21can't be safe there, then why should we fucking safe from the
- 2:56:25Ukrainians, not the Russians. I mean, why should we keep
- 2:56:32giving them money? I don't know.
- 2:56:33We've already given them too much money, even.
- 2:56:36Like even some people from Zelensky's, like even some
- 2:56:42people from Zelensky's can have admitted now like it's a lost
- 2:56:48that the war's a lost cause. Did you see that?
- 2:56:52Like that came out back in. I know they're trying to seek
- 2:56:59peace talks through Switzerland which usually that ends these
- 2:57:03kind of conflicts. Yeah well like not just the
- 2:57:08strain by the way like Russia is also seeking mediation.
- 2:57:11So the odds are that there will be some kind of ceasefire when
- 2:57:17is hard to say. But and I'd like that to happen.
- 2:57:21I look, I'm anti war period, right.
- 2:57:26I just oppose all of it. So I would prefer them to figure
- 2:57:31this out and stop killing each other.
- 2:57:33But we cannot. We can't.
- 2:57:35Just at the one hand I don't like the narrative surrounding
- 2:57:39this guy. OK.
- 2:57:41And on the other hand, like, you should never have allowed an
- 2:57:45American citizen to be killed as a prisoner of war in a country
- 2:57:49that we're allies with ever, ever happen.
- 2:57:53Yeah. And, you know, I had to consider
- 2:57:55that. And I I had to consider what you
- 2:57:57said about Brittany Griner until you until you mentioned it.
- 2:58:00But yeah, you're you're absolutely right.
- 2:58:02It is weird. It is weird that that, like we
- 2:58:07went into more effort to get Brittany Griner from an enemy.
- 2:58:11He traded the most notorious arms dealer ever for a fucking
- 2:58:15basketball player. For a dumb basketball player who
- 2:58:19had smoked pot in a country where you definitely shouldn't
- 2:58:22smoke pot. Yeah, a pro tip to anybody if
- 2:58:26you travel internationally. Don't bring fucking drugs.
- 2:58:30That's not smart. Yeah, now we should have gotten
- 2:58:38her back. That's where I'm going to differ
- 2:58:40from a lot of fucking Republicans.
- 2:58:42We should have gotten her back. We should also get back the
- 2:58:45Marines who are in Russian custody, who got left behind
- 2:58:49instead of her, and should also have gotten Gonzalo Lira back.
- 2:58:53If you're going to get Brittany Grinder back, you get everybody
- 2:58:56back. Yeah, these are Americans, you
- 2:59:01know, And Biden doesn't give a fuck.
- 2:59:02Biden doesn't give a fuck about any Americans.
- 2:59:05He cared because she fit into his into their identity
- 2:59:08politics. Bullshit.
- 2:59:10That's the only reason he cared. Who gives a fuck about a woman's
- 2:59:14basketball player? Who gives a fuck about women's
- 2:59:16basketball? Who watches that shit?
- 2:59:19Nobody. I was shitting on AEW for
- 2:59:21700,000 fans, but I guarantee you and then, AW, NBA game gets
- 2:59:26like 10 fans. Well, I, I, I would all say the
- 2:59:32the difference between between the WNBA and AW is that the
- 2:59:38women are actually attractive in AW.
- 2:59:45Yeah, that's why they can't wrestle when the women
- 2:59:48basketball players are less attractive, but they are
- 2:59:50physically fit and can do the fucking sport that they're in.
- 2:59:58That's a good point too, when you ripped your baby.
- 3:00:07Whatever happened. My favorite is that one clip
- 3:00:10where I was ranting about women wrestling with you, Sam and I.
- 3:00:13You cut it at the perfect point. Because my last question was
- 3:00:16whatever happened to handsome Jimmy Valiant?
- 3:00:21I and and again I was like I was Editing clips on one's phone is
- 3:00:29not easy. But damn it.
- 3:00:33I got a couple of I got a couple of comments that are actually
- 3:00:37from the gilded server as opposed to the live chat.
- 3:00:42The big Malden guy is really dominating that crippled man.
- 3:00:46Thank you. I actually corrected that I said
- 3:00:49two crippled men and cat lovers also says now they are saying
- 3:00:55that man in Ukraine was not a journalist.
- 3:00:58Reddit said he was. That's pretty funny actually.
- 3:01:01And and Dip says the most sickening thing to me is when
- 3:01:05the president left our military men in prison in Russia forever
- 3:01:08instead traded for some dumb bitch agreed those those men
- 3:01:13deserve to go first, 100%. She went there.
- 3:01:18She went there as a business thing.
- 3:01:21They didn't go there. They went there because they
- 3:01:23were soldiers. It's different.
- 3:01:26They went there because they were fucking ordered to.
- 3:01:28Yeah, we should never leave. We should never leave one of our
- 3:01:33boys behind. Or what about men and women?
- 3:01:37Because women serve. I don't want to completely be
- 3:01:40shit on them. If we have a man or a woman in
- 3:01:44the Armed Services that is being held in another country, we
- 3:01:47should not just leave them there.
- 3:01:51And no, we shouldn't have left. We shouldn't have left the
- 3:01:54basketball playing woman there either.
- 3:01:55But they all should be home. We and we all, we all.
- 3:02:00I'll go one further. All of our fucking men and women
- 3:02:03in uniform should be home. All of them.
- 3:02:07Yeah. Well well yeah, I was.
- 3:02:10I was just going to say that we should not have left.
- 3:02:14We should not have left. We should not have left behind
- 3:02:17our soldiers in Afghanistan after the cluster fuck.
- 3:02:22Because there are still some there.
- 3:02:25And and furthermore, we also should not have left behind the
- 3:02:32Iraqis who we promised we would give asylum to for helping us
- 3:02:39basically in that war. I'll go you one further, Sam,
- 3:02:42because I have the flag up upstairs.
- 3:02:44It's not among my flags here. But we shouldn't have left
- 3:02:47behind those PO WS and MIAs in Vietnam either.
- 3:02:51Especially them, because there's more of them than there are of
- 3:02:56anybody else we're talking about.
- 3:02:57So I don't want to like, leave that out of the conversation
- 3:03:01because the fucking the, the the Johnson administration left
- 3:03:06hundreds and hundreds of men behind.
- 3:03:11Yep, I'm glad to bring that up now.
- 3:03:15And their families never to even be told what happened to them.
- 3:03:18And some of them were alive as prisoners for long after that
- 3:03:22war ended. Yeah, no, it's it's brought the
- 3:03:28trader John McCain home. Why couldn't we bring the good
- 3:03:30guys home? Why?
- 3:03:35Why'd we get him and John Kerry? Do you do you want do you want
- 3:03:38to know the Are you asking rhetorically or do you want the
- 3:03:42do you ask? Go ahead.
- 3:03:44OK. No, I mean, yeah, it's a
- 3:03:47rhetorical question, but. And this is the sad truth too,
- 3:03:52is McCain had the juice to get home because his father was part
- 3:03:59of the militant, was part of the military industrial complex.
- 3:04:04So, and doesn't it doesn't matter that he worked with the
- 3:04:11enemy to create propaganda against our country, right?
- 3:04:14He's so much more important than all those guys, right?
- 3:04:19And you see the flag, you. I mean, everybody's seen the
- 3:04:22POWMIA flag. There's a reason people are
- 3:04:24fucking waving that. And I just feel like the younger
- 3:04:27people don't fully grasp why. Because a portion of their
- 3:04:32generation was left in another fucking country to just be
- 3:04:36fucked. Whatever.
- 3:04:37Whatever happens to you, go fuck yourself.
- 3:04:42Despicable. Those men, those men went there
- 3:04:46and they fought in one of the fucking toughest wars in the
- 3:04:50modern era. And you couldn't even have the
- 3:04:52decency to a war which, by the way, Nixon, President Nixon was
- 3:05:00trying to get us out of. And then like fucking Watergate.
- 3:05:08Yeah, happen. I I, you know surprisingly
- 3:05:17YouTube actually did something right this week which was they
- 3:05:21pointed me at the they pointed me to the channel of the Nick of
- 3:05:26the Richard Nixon Foundation and they've got some good content
- 3:05:33over there. Shout out to the rich and day.
- 3:05:36I'm actually like I know Max. I was like he's a contrarian.
- 3:05:42Rick Nixon being one of my top presidents.
- 3:05:45That's like my big country and opinion because I've always been
- 3:05:51a Nix a pro Nixon guy. But yeah, well let me ask you
- 3:05:56this, Nixon was Trump before Trump.
- 3:06:03Yeah. No he was.
- 3:06:05But like when I when I was when I was growing up, like in school
- 3:06:09and I went to a pretty good school actually.
- 3:06:11But when I was growing up, all I heard about Nixon was that he
- 3:06:14was a bad dude because Watergate, that's literally all
- 3:06:18they that that's literally all they taught us about Rick Nixon.
- 3:06:23And well, and the reason that that didn't take with me in
- 3:06:25particular is because I I was listening to, Oh my God, I can't
- 3:06:33believe I based on his name. G Gordon.
- 3:06:37Lidd. Yeah, Yep, Yep.
- 3:06:39I was a big listener with G Gordon Liddy when I was a
- 3:06:42teenager and and and a preteen teenager and so like, you know,
- 3:06:48you get a lot more context. If you've listened to him.
- 3:06:51I highly recommend just go listen to some of his old shows.
- 3:06:56If only thing just for some of his old stories about being Acia
- 3:07:01Spook, you would talk about like assassinations and stuff.
- 3:07:03It was fucking great. Like, you know, whatever you
- 3:07:07feel about the legalities of it or whatever, it's really cool.
- 3:07:11It's, you know, he was like a real life spy, you know, real
- 3:07:15life, interesting cat. I had the pleasure of talking to
- 3:07:20him. I did.
- 3:07:21He was going to give me an interview before he died.
- 3:07:24Unfortunately. He said it was when his health
- 3:07:26improved and it didn't. I was very thankful that he gave
- 3:07:32me as much of his time as he did 'cause he did agree to do an
- 3:07:34interview with me because I was. He told me I was the first
- 3:07:37person to ask in a very long time.
- 3:07:42I may or may. I may or may not have based why.
- 3:07:47I mean I based my characters off a couple of different people but
- 3:07:51I may or may not have based the character of Thomas Roberts off
- 3:07:55of G Gordon Lettie in part I could tell.
- 3:08:03And I also and yes I also did base him partially off Steve
- 3:08:08too. But, but no, there's actually
- 3:08:14there's actually a video from the Rich Nixon Foundation I that
- 3:08:18I want to play because if this doesn't sound like Trump I don't
- 3:08:22know what, I don't know what else to say.
- 3:08:26Then I can tell you the awful thing YouTube did this week.
- 3:08:28Since you gave them credit for something.
- 3:08:30I need to shit on them. Yeah, what?
- 3:08:33Let me bring this up though. Let the man speak, by the way
- 3:08:38for for some people that aren't familiar, while you bring it up
- 3:08:42I'll give a little a little a little Nixon history here.
- 3:08:46A lot of Trump's biggest supporters and speech writers
- 3:08:53and stuff, we're mixing guys. They have much more power than
- 3:08:57most people would like to think. Roger Stone being one.
- 3:09:01Pat McCain and being another. And so, like, the the lineage is
- 3:09:05there. So, you know, before you just
- 3:09:08dismiss, oh, he was a crook. He was a crook.
- 3:09:11You know, maybe look into it. Watergate wasn't what you think.
- 3:09:15And he was set up as much as Trump is being set up now.
- 3:09:19Yep. And I don't know, I don't know
- 3:09:21the date of when this interview was I I looked it up last night
- 3:09:26because this is when I found it and I think, I think this was
- 3:09:28like in the light seven. I think this might have been in
- 3:09:31in the early 80s if I'm not mistaken, but it looks to be
- 3:09:36early 80s or late 70s just by the video.
- 3:09:41So this video is from the rich Nixon.
- 3:09:45I honestly I'm surprised this is even on YouTube that they that
- 3:09:50YouTube would allow this. But Nixon media is driven by
- 3:09:55self righteousness and doubled standards.
- 3:09:58What? What have I heard that before?
- 3:10:02Yeah, let's see. Let's play this.
- 3:10:04This is kind of eerie how somewhat rings true to today.
- 3:10:08And this was in 1980 or something, but they have much
- 3:10:13more power than most people would like to think when we
- 3:10:17think of the media in this country.
- 3:10:19The problem is that they have a sense of self righteousness, a
- 3:10:24double standard on issue after issue after issue.
- 3:10:28They can find everything wrong with somebody else, but they
- 3:10:30will not look inside and ever admit that they could be wrong
- 3:10:34themselves. And what was involved here in
- 3:10:37the Watergate thing was the unfairness of it.
- 3:10:39Oh, there was a legitimate thing to investigate, but they refused
- 3:10:42to balance it. They allowed their advocacy to
- 3:10:46get ahead of their reporting, which is their job to do.
- 3:10:52You know, President Eisenhower and his farewell address wrote
- 3:10:56about and warned against the power of the military industrial
- 3:11:01complex. I didn't get a chance to make a
- 3:11:04farewell address. But when I get old enough and
- 3:11:07decide to retire, and I'm not planning it at the moment, but
- 3:11:10when I get that old, if I make a farewell address, I think I
- 3:11:14would warn against the media elitist complex.
- 3:11:19You know, the media is always talking about the the imperial
- 3:11:22presidency, the power of the imperial presidency.
- 3:11:26I think we ought to hear a little bit of discussion of the
- 3:11:29imperial media and its power. You see, presidential power is
- 3:11:34limited. Limited by the courts, limited
- 3:11:37by the Congress. The media's power is unlimited,
- 3:11:41and some would say, but what about libel suits?
- 3:11:43Forget it. After the Supreme Court's
- 3:11:46decision in Sullivan versus New York Times a few years ago, a
- 3:11:50public figure cannot collect in a libel suit against newspaper
- 3:11:53or television unless he can prove malice.
- 3:11:57And there's no way that that's going to be possible as far as
- 3:12:00the media is concerned. All we can hope from them if
- 3:12:04they're going to be responsible is self analysis, self criticism
- 3:12:08and and some of them are trying with their ombudsman and the
- 3:12:11rest. The other thing is competition.
- 3:12:14But what we see in terms of newspapers across the country is
- 3:12:17more and more places where there's only one paper.
- 3:12:20Take Washington, DC Since the Star left the scene, the
- 3:12:24Washington Post is the only major newspaper being printed in
- 3:12:27the most important capital in the world.
- 3:12:29I wouldn't like to leave the fate of this country to the
- 3:12:31editors of the Washington Post. Do you think that the has been
- 3:12:36misused or abused by reporters? Oh, no question about it.
- 3:12:41It's used basically as a license.
- 3:12:43He's not wrong. Let's face it, Sullivan versus
- 3:12:46New York Times is in effect a license to lie because they can
- 3:12:52tell an untruth, print and untruth, which some of them
- 3:12:54consciously do if it's going to sell newspapers or what have you
- 3:12:58or win a prize. And then they can always get
- 3:13:01behind the barrier under that case of saying, well, I didn't
- 3:13:04intend any malice, I had no malice.
- 3:13:07So that's a terribly cynical approach though to people who
- 3:13:10were doing their best, who are going to work, who are trying to
- 3:13:13maybe trying to sell paper certainly, but are trying to
- 3:13:15tell the truth. Let me say, right at the outset
- 3:13:19of this conversation, I made it clear that I was not speaking
- 3:13:22personally. I was not speaking generally.
- 3:13:25Yeah, stop getting. But Speaking of what I have
- 3:13:28found to be an unfortunate majority at the present time, I
- 3:13:32think it could change. There are a lot of very good,
- 3:13:35responsible reporters, particularly in the writing
- 3:13:37press. Not yet that much in television
- 3:13:40because television is So unfortunately that's no longer
- 3:13:43true. But yeah, consumed with ratings
- 3:13:47of the rest, they'll do almost anything to get a story.
- 3:13:49Is there any way to to get some kind of a handle on this
- 3:13:54situation? Should the media be
- 3:13:55investigated? It?
- 3:13:56Should it be controlled? No.
- 3:13:58I may disagree, for example, with what some president does
- 3:14:01with his power, but I don't want to abolish the presidency or I
- 3:14:04don't want to control it. The same is true with the press.
- 3:14:07I believe in a Free Press. I do not want government control
- 3:14:10under any circumstances or government censorship of either
- 3:14:13radio, television or newspapers. But I'm simply suggesting here
- 3:14:18that all of the media should look within themselves, look
- 3:14:22through that microscope at themselves, look in the Mirror
- 3:14:25Now and then rather than looking out there to others.
- 3:14:29Yeah, that was what do you fucking do it?
- 3:14:33They'll never. They never have.
- 3:14:35Yeah, that that was 40, some odd years ago.
- 3:14:38Now that he gave that interview and not a damn thing has
- 3:14:42changed. If anything, it's gotten worse.
- 3:14:45Well, look at look at the publications he named.
- 3:14:48New York Times, Washington Post. Those are still the biggest
- 3:14:53offenders. They're still the biggest.
- 3:14:55But he mentioned that TV was a little different.
- 3:14:59Yeah, this was before 24 hour news channels, wasn't it?
- 3:15:02Yeah, this was about 15 years before CNN and and and the the
- 3:15:08Internet forget that. That wasn't even the the
- 3:15:11Internet wasn't even on the horizon, you know, at that
- 3:15:16point. But, you know, aside from all
- 3:15:22that it could, what he's saying there could just as easily apply
- 3:15:28to today. And that's what Trump has.
- 3:15:31Trump has basically been saying what he's been.
- 3:15:34Trump basically said in 2016 and in 2024 what Nixon was saying
- 3:15:40back in 1980. Because time is a flat circle.
- 3:15:46Yeah, you know, no, it really is.
- 3:15:50And these, The funny thing is, is these issues kind of faded.
- 3:15:54You know, the younger people might not get this, but these
- 3:15:57issues kind of faded from popular discussion over the 90s
- 3:16:04and early 2000s. And there were less people
- 3:16:06talking about the biases in journalism and such.
- 3:16:10You know, obviously you got guys like Rush that were like
- 3:16:13obviously pointing it out. But for the most part, you know,
- 3:16:19it was like, Oh yeah, the media is neutral.
- 3:16:22A lot of people thought specifically CNN when it came
- 3:16:25out, a lot of people thought it was neutral.
- 3:16:27Yeah, a lot of people for a long time thought that it was
- 3:16:34neutral. So, yeah, but you can see, you
- 3:16:38can see that was the early versions of Woke in CNN right
- 3:16:42from the get go. They were talking about
- 3:16:44environmentalism. They were talking about climate
- 3:16:46change, like right from the outset of the company.
- 3:16:49Because that's what Ted Turner was into.
- 3:16:51He was a far lefty. Yeah.
- 3:16:53Well, well, I mentioned and also insane.
- 3:16:58Yeah. Well, I mentioned Jane Fonda.
- 3:17:00Ted Turner was married to Jane Fonda for a long time.
- 3:17:04And, you know, she's been on the environmental bandwagon for, you
- 3:17:10know, forever. He also is is very likely the
- 3:17:13one that put up those Georgia guidestones that people freak
- 3:17:16out about. Yeah, The one.
- 3:17:19Oh, yeah, that. Oh, yeah, that's right.
- 3:17:22Yeah. I mean, there's very few other
- 3:17:25people no longer exist. Yeah, there's very few other
- 3:17:28people based in Georgia who would have had the resources and
- 3:17:33the mindset to do that. It was definitely a Ted Turner
- 3:17:38thing. He can deny it.
- 3:17:40Yeah, and he did. He denied it till he was.
- 3:17:43Dude, come on. And just just for those that
- 3:17:46aren't aware of the Georgia guide stones, these were these
- 3:17:49stones put up mysteriously that gave basically rules on how to
- 3:17:54fix the planet. And the biggest one was to keep
- 3:17:57the entire human population under 500,000.
- 3:18:01So essentially, these stones were calling for the death of,
- 3:18:04what, 7 billion people? Yeah.
- 3:18:12And yeah, Ted Turner put him up. He's been, you know, they talk
- 3:18:14about D growth, right? Ted Turner was the original D
- 3:18:18growth guy. Yeah, I fuck.
- 3:18:24I I can't. Let me just put it this way.
- 3:18:28There's a medium mogul character in my books who I based off.
- 3:18:36Ted. Ted Turner.
- 3:18:41The fact, the fact that like that no one else, that no one to
- 3:18:46my knowledge, well, has actually made like a villain out of him
- 3:18:50yet, and media is kind of astounding because he has the
- 3:18:55makings of like, a great diabolical villain.
- 3:19:01To be fair, Vince McMahon did in 1996 with the billionaire Ted
- 3:19:05Sketches based. Let me tell you something, the
- 3:19:12Nacho man, that shit was hilarious.
- 3:19:15I don't give a fuck. People are I I see a lot of
- 3:19:17wrestling fans that think that shit's like lame now, but man, I
- 3:19:21that shit cracked me up. Well look, poco getting a
- 3:19:24Walker, people people like to shit on Tomorrow Never Dies,
- 3:19:31which is one of the Pierce Brosnan James Bond movies.
- 3:19:35But I mean they basically did the same thing where like Ted
- 3:19:38Turner was, they made like a Ted Turner character who was like a
- 3:19:45terrorist, but he would. So what he would do in the movie
- 3:19:51was he would do like a terrorist attack, but then right about the
- 3:19:55terrorist attack like the day before it.
- 3:20:01It happened so like his newspaper and websites could
- 3:20:06like report on it before anyone else did, right?
- 3:20:09So he so in the movie, he basically like created false
- 3:20:13flag tear and everyone back then was like, oh, this is super
- 3:20:20unrealistic and whatnot. And that's why it got Meanwhile,
- 3:20:25meanwhile, literally at the time Bill Clinton is wagging the dog
- 3:20:28doing exactly, yeah, well well, well.
- 3:20:32There's also a movie called Wet Wag the Dog Two around that
- 3:20:38time. So totally unrealistic, though
- 3:20:43also peg pussy smoke. Also, people are mad at Pierce
- 3:20:48Brosnan because Pierce Brosnan endorsed Robert Kennedy instead
- 3:20:53of Biden. Sure.
- 3:20:59I mean, yeah, look, if you endorse, I mean you endorse the
- 3:21:04guy that's gonna lose anyway. I don't understand why people
- 3:21:06get so mad about that. I I'm not even going to get mad
- 3:21:12at anybody that endorsed DeSantis, for example.
- 3:21:14Like, whatever. They seem to be enough enough
- 3:21:21damage to themselves at this point, and they seem very mad,
- 3:21:24but that's them, you know? Hey DeSantis.
- 3:21:28Thermers have been shitting on you a long time but once he
- 3:21:31drops out you know you're welcome.
- 3:21:34Look look even even the even the RFK people the fact that that
- 3:21:39even the RFK junior people the fact that you're splitting away
- 3:21:42from people away from Joe Biden. Good, good.
- 3:21:47And then when he's taken out you're welcome to look the the
- 3:21:50IT really is the people versus Joe Biden now.
- 3:21:55Yeah it is if you're you're either on that team you can be
- 3:21:59on Joe Biden's team too I guess. But, like, that seems pretty,
- 3:22:03unless you're part of the elite. That seems stupid and seems
- 3:22:08against your best interest. But yeah, I'll I'll turn around
- 3:22:14and accept the people that voted for Joe Biden twice later on
- 3:22:17when they figure out they're wrong.
- 3:22:19Well, no. What's what's in?
- 3:22:20What's interesting is that like, both Eric Clapton, Eric
- 3:22:24Clapton's another one that like, you know, endorsed RFK Junior.
- 3:22:28And like, I don't know, but like, I would certainly consider
- 3:22:34Eric Clapton to maybe be, like considered one of the elite,
- 3:22:38quote UN quote. Well, I mean, they wouldn't.
- 3:22:47Not well, Not Not anymore. Not after what he Not after what
- 3:22:51he said about the Vax. No, they wouldn't.
- 3:22:53Before he said stuff about the vaccines, before COVID he was
- 3:22:58because this is Sun dying. Yeah, he's been very anti
- 3:23:02vaccine and I mean childhood vaccines.
- 3:23:04He's been anti childhood vaccine since the 90s.
- 3:23:09So he's not really part of their thing.
- 3:23:11It's just that you were allowed to be anti vaccine and a
- 3:23:14Democrat until very recently. Now you're not right.
- 3:23:19Which is funny 'cause they're conflating the COVID vaccine
- 3:23:22with the other vaccines. And it's also funny 'cause the
- 3:23:25anti Vaxxers on the right do the same thing now.
- 3:23:28Yeah they're not the same thing like you got no I individually
- 3:23:32but yeah well look I was never considered an anti I I'm not an
- 3:23:37anti Vaxxer generally but like because I anti COVID VAX.
- 3:23:43Yeah but and like look Max and I have talked about this and I'm
- 3:23:50sure I don't want to speak. I'm I'm anti mandatory vaccines
- 3:23:56pretty much across the board I think Look if you want to be the
- 3:23:59parent that doesn't get your kid childhood vaccines and I have a
- 3:24:02friend like this or a former friend and that's why we're not
- 3:24:06friends. It's because they can't respect
- 3:24:09my decision. Not the other way around.
- 3:24:12Right. No.
- 3:24:14But like but like I don't I don't want my son to die of
- 3:24:18measles, mumps or rubella like happened to so many children 100
- 3:24:21years ago when they didn't have vaccines for that.
- 3:24:23You know, if you had five children in 1922, of them would
- 3:24:27die before they reached 18 years old.
- 3:24:33And that's because of child preventable childhood diseases
- 3:24:35that we can prevent now. Now I get it, People are like,
- 3:24:38oh, but it causes autism. I'd actually, here's the thing,
- 3:24:42Sam. If they said, here's your
- 3:24:44choice, your your child, you know you're about to have a son.
- 3:24:49Your child can have either autism, which vaccines don't
- 3:24:54cause autism, but let's just pretend they do.
- 3:24:58Or. Or scarlet fever and go deaf,
- 3:25:03blind and dumb like Helen Keller, Which would you prefer?
- 3:25:11Autism? See, Yeah, yeah, autism's a lot
- 3:25:15more minor in comparison, isn't it?
- 3:25:18Now that's if you assume that that question is easy to answer
- 3:25:23for almost anybody and that's if you assume that vaccines do
- 3:25:26'cause them. I well, evidence suggested that
- 3:25:30we don't but and the study that they did was completely
- 3:25:34fabricated. And the I want to point this out
- 3:25:36because it's important the doctor that put out that study
- 3:25:39retracted it and then lost his medical license because he
- 3:25:42didn't actually even do a study. He made it up.
- 3:25:46So vaccine. Well, my whole thing was like,
- 3:25:49I, I and I've talked to this before, I never took a flu
- 3:25:53vaccine when I was when I was like a kid, just because like,
- 3:26:00and I have no scientific evidence to back this up.
- 3:26:04But just from my experiences, every single time I got the got
- 3:26:10the flu vaccine, I got the flu and then the years I didn't, I
- 3:26:14never got the flu right. I know it could just be
- 3:26:17coincidental, I'll admit that. But after a while, I just never
- 3:26:22took the flu vaccine. Here's the difference.
- 3:26:25Nobody had a problem with me not taking the flu vaccine, right?
- 3:26:30But the thing you would, you would refuse the flu vaccine.
- 3:26:33And even doctors and she'd be all right.
- 3:26:35Cool. Yeah.
- 3:26:36But they like, say, hey, you should get it because blah,
- 3:26:39blah, blah, blah, blah. But they're not going to, you
- 3:26:41know, they're just like, OK, totally understand.
- 3:26:43Well, not anymore. Now they want to.
- 3:26:46I I'm telling you from experience, they want to push
- 3:26:48the flu vaccine. Like, it's this big deal.
- 3:26:51All of a sudden, I'm like, you look at my records.
- 3:26:53You know I've never taken one, right?
- 3:26:55Right. Yeah.
- 3:26:57But why is it different now? You know, it's not COVID.
- 3:27:01I've had the flu. It's not that big a fucking
- 3:27:06deal. That's that's the way I look.
- 3:27:08And COVID is the same for me. I'm not an old, sick person.
- 3:27:12And it's very tragic that so many old sick people died of
- 3:27:15COVID. But I'm not one of them.
- 3:27:18Look I got COVID and I actually look, you know, I I actually got
- 3:27:23COVID somewhat. I wouldn't say horribly, but
- 3:27:27like yeah, it wasn't fun and Shmuley, but I I took, I took
- 3:27:35the dreaded ivermectin, which by the way is not, is not horse
- 3:27:39paced. I mean it can be but not.
- 3:27:44But there are different varieties.
- 3:27:45And the The thing is, is that's dishonest too, because it's like
- 3:27:52you could say the same thing about any antibiotic, right?
- 3:27:58Or any antiviral. Oh, they give that to dogs?
- 3:28:02Yeah, because it's an antibiotic, you fucking moron.
- 3:28:07Point is is I is like I took ivermectin and literally the the
- 3:28:121st so laying and having a craving for hay and wanting to
- 3:28:17run through a field right. Well no what So what happened
- 3:28:20was the first day I had COVID this how it felt.
- 3:28:24It felt like I I could not breathe because it felt like I
- 3:28:29had a boot on my back where my where my lung where my lungs
- 3:28:36are. I I I mean, I felt like I was
- 3:28:39being crushed. It was it was extremely painful.
- 3:28:45My mom gave me ivermectin. Literally an hour later.
- 3:28:51I felt like I I could breathe again.
- 3:28:52I was still in bad shape, but I could, I could at least breathe
- 3:28:57comfortably. Got another comment real quick
- 3:29:01here from Dip. He says he was in the hospital
- 3:29:04and overheard a doctor and a patient talk about how they had
- 3:29:07had six boosters for COVID. Yeah, I I don't get it.
- 3:29:17I don't get it. You know that there's not even
- 3:29:20science behind one booster. No, No, there's not.
- 3:29:25Not even. It's technically not a booster.
- 3:29:27That's the same shot. They're just giving you more of
- 3:29:29it. Yeah.
- 3:29:32Well, and like, I don't know the conspiracy, there's like, at
- 3:29:35what point, like when did the boosters make you sick?
- 3:29:39Like eventually if you fill your body up with like, most of the
- 3:29:43people, most of the people, 'cause you've heard a lot of
- 3:29:47people pointing out died suddenly was is a thing, right?
- 3:29:50And And yeah, people that had myocardiitis and stuff, and
- 3:29:55people were like, it's the vax. It's the Vax, actually.
- 3:29:57It's the correlation. Is the booster specifically.
- 3:30:01Yeah, because I got the VAX. I didn't get a single fucking
- 3:30:05booster. I'm fine, right?
- 3:30:08But I know people who got the booster and are now experiencing
- 3:30:12heart problems and other things, and I know people that got
- 3:30:15multiple boosters who have had fainting spells and all kinds of
- 3:30:20fucking shit. I went to I went to school with
- 3:30:24with like student athletes who are in better shape than I am
- 3:30:28and they got the boosters. And like, I I hate to make this
- 3:30:32joke, but some of them are like more are crippled.
- 3:30:35Maybe not in the same way I am like one of them like temporal
- 3:30:39lost function of his arm. Yeah, literally life changing
- 3:30:44shit. Yeah, it's it's awful, you know?
- 3:30:49I know. I just think that I mean I've
- 3:30:52been saying this since the the Ice Cube episode, right.
- 3:30:57It's your personal health information and it's nobody
- 3:31:00else's fucking business unless you want to fucking share it.
- 3:31:03And especially that goes for the government.
- 3:31:07That goes triple for the it's not the government's business of
- 3:31:09my health decisions. Yeah.
- 3:31:12And it and and yeah, it's not the government's place to force
- 3:31:16them on me. It it's it's not the
- 3:31:18government's position. It's also not the fucking Mobs,
- 3:31:22you know? And when I mean the mob, I mean
- 3:31:27like, I don't mean like the mafia.
- 3:31:29I mean like a mob of people. I'm going to make you right.
- 3:31:32You can't refuse. You're going to take the vax.
- 3:31:34So you're going to wake up with a fucking horse head.
- 3:31:36You know what I mean? Well, I mean, I'm just picturing
- 3:31:40a bunch of Sicilians. Like, have you taken your
- 3:31:42fucking vax yet, buddy? Well, well, no.
- 3:31:45The the. I'm going to have to break your
- 3:31:47fucking legs, Sir. I I feel, I feel like bad.
- 3:31:51Break them, bitch. Yeah, they're all they're
- 3:31:55already. They're all I've already
- 3:31:57crippled. What else can you do?
- 3:32:02No, but the but the the most irritating thing was if you
- 3:32:08don't. And this was in Florida, even if
- 3:32:11you don't wear a mask you want, you must want grandma to to die.
- 3:32:19That was like the weakest. I just started saying, yeah,
- 3:32:22fuck her, my my grandmother don't have a response.
- 3:32:28When you say that they don't have a response because they
- 3:32:32because because you're admitting the thing that they're saying
- 3:32:36and it's like, yeah, fuck her, I don't care.
- 3:32:38Not my problem. No, I I I no, I fucked with, I
- 3:32:41whoa, I didn't go that far. I fucked with by saying no my my
- 3:32:47grandmother doesn't want the vaccine either and she's in her
- 3:32:5180s. They don't have another quick
- 3:32:54one here. It's 'cause it's relevant.
- 3:32:57Humongous, a member of our gilded's been blowing up with
- 3:33:01chat tonight, which is cool. Hey, if you're a normal chatter,
- 3:33:06maybe come join our gilded. I will put the link in chat, you
- 3:33:10know, as soon as I stop running my fucking mouth.
- 3:33:14So Tay says I had the one vax, no boosters.
- 3:33:18How many boosters even are there?
- 3:33:20Probably in the triple digits by now?
- 3:33:22He's not wrong, but the problem is, is that the booster is just
- 3:33:26that first shot again and again and again and again and again.
- 3:33:30And I think that these injuries are essentially from an overdose
- 3:33:36in, in the most simple terms possible.
- 3:33:38I'm not a science guy. I'm not a doctor, but what I'm
- 3:33:43seeing is a lot of people who get vaccine injured by the COVID
- 3:33:47Vax are the ones taking boosters and potentially multiple
- 3:33:50boosters. So yeah, I I steer clear of it,
- 3:33:55but but but also I'm not telling anybody what to do with their
- 3:33:59health. You make your own decisions
- 3:34:01because I have faith that you are a smart individual and can
- 3:34:05make the best decision for yourself.
- 3:34:07Yeah, that well. And that is one thing I want to
- 3:34:11bring up kind of kind of related, but also just in
- 3:34:15general, Jimmy, Jimmy brought this up last night and you saw
- 3:34:20this comment, but but Jimmy actually acknowledged the fact
- 3:34:24that like I and I think he included you in this too.
- 3:34:29We respect the audience's intelligence and you know trot
- 3:34:35and we don't try and like talk down to people.
- 3:34:39And I mean yeah, I appreciate that.
- 3:34:41I've I've always tried to do that.
- 3:34:43I'm not perfect. But yeah I try and meet people
- 3:34:48where there. I mean I speak for myself here
- 3:34:51but if if I wanted to I could do the things that people who don't
- 3:34:56respect their audience do. I can talk like this guys.
- 3:35:01Hi guys. Today we're going to anybody can
- 3:35:05fucking do that. But I'm when I'm doing that, I'm
- 3:35:09assuming that you're fucking five years old.
- 3:35:12You know what I mean, right? Or or also screening up.
- 3:35:17Don't know. Like there there are streamers,
- 3:35:22embers who call their, who call their audience literal, literal
- 3:35:27pay pigs, which like if it works I guess it's just silly but if
- 3:35:35it works but like that's kind of demeaning.
- 3:35:39So I was like what what what do we say by by Sam's book, right.
- 3:35:44Don't, don't. I mean look we're not going to
- 3:35:47tell anybody don't super chat. Don't, don't it And super
- 3:35:50chatting by the way on rumble just to be clear the split is
- 3:35:54100% for Sam. Yes, like YouTube where they
- 3:35:58take a whole big cut the splits 100%.
- 3:36:02So if you want, if you want to donate through that way, that's
- 3:36:07absolutely fine. But you notice we're not going
- 3:36:09to sit here and show it. What are we going to show Sam?
- 3:36:13Well, First off, I I'm going to change things up a little bit.
- 3:36:18I'm going to say before I show my book, I want to announce that
- 3:36:23my friend Eric Bishop, friend of the show, he re released his
- 3:36:30first book under his own in print.
- 3:36:33Now The Body Man, I don't know. The layman means he's going to
- 3:36:38get a much nicer cut. If you buy this version it it's
- 3:36:42cheaper too. It's only like $5 under his new
- 3:36:47thing, so you know, go and buy this.
- 3:36:53Also, as I mentioned on Twitter yesterday, if you're going to
- 3:36:56buy a Kindle, buy them refurbished because they're only
- 3:37:01$60.00 refurbished. But if you want to buy my book,
- 3:37:08and you do, you know it's great. And you can buy Shadows of
- 3:37:15Deception on Amazon 999 for the paperback, 799 for the Kindle
- 3:37:27edition, and please leave a review.
- 3:37:33Very much so. Also, I believe if you do the
- 3:37:36Kindle subscription, you can get that version with the
- 3:37:42subscription, correct? Yeah, right.
- 3:37:45Oh yeah. And you can get Eric and you can
- 3:37:47get Eric's book on Kindle Unlimited too.
- 3:37:52So there you go. And then and then leave reviews
- 3:37:54because they really, really do help.
- 3:37:56But here's what I what I would say about that.
- 3:37:59Johnny Fox does a lot of fake reviews.
- 3:38:02He does review groups, OK? And what they do in their
- 3:38:05reviews is they don't actually read the book.
- 3:38:07They're all cross promoting each other like a bunch of fucking
- 3:38:11grifters. And so they'll they'll say, oh,
- 3:38:14it's a great book, best I've ever read.
- 3:38:16If you write a review for Sam's book, mention what you liked
- 3:38:19about it, specifically story, characters, name the characters,
- 3:38:24show us that you've read the book.
- 3:38:27That helps so much, because then people know it's not fake.
- 3:38:31They know that you've actually read the book and you actually
- 3:38:33like it. Well, also also pro tip, don't
- 3:38:40review, don't review the book the same day you bought it
- 3:38:45because that's like another. Yeah.
- 3:38:49And once you're like an alter with like with a shorter book,
- 3:38:53like a novella. OK, yeah, maybe I can see that
- 3:38:57like with one of mine. But like, yeah, just give it a
- 3:39:00day or two at least. Yeah, give it.
- 3:39:02Give it a day or two. And I we would, we would love
- 3:39:07you to give it five stars, but give it your honest review.
- 3:39:12So I mean, so far it's gotten 55 out of five.
- 3:39:16So yeah, I'm not, I'm not going to sit here and say you have to
- 3:39:19give them five stars, give them, give them what you feel it's
- 3:39:22worth. We would appreciate five stars
- 3:39:25and given a review at all. And also, well, we're talking
- 3:39:32reviews. If, if you do like the if you
- 3:39:35like the podcast on Spotify, Wave stars there too.
- 3:39:41I don't think. I don't think there's a way to
- 3:39:42write reviews on Spotify yet there there should be.
- 3:39:50And then if you're on Rumble, unlike YouTube you can actually
- 3:39:56download videos on Rumble. So if you want to I would
- 3:40:03appreciate you're up though. But if for some reason you don't
- 3:40:06like this episode. Get us your down boat, too.
- 3:40:10And I totally would understand that 'cause I'm a little buzzed
- 3:40:16right now. I I'm always sober on the show.
- 3:40:20So well, I guess, unless you count smoking pot well.
- 3:40:24And what? And listen, I know.
- 3:40:26I know that the. I know that.
- 3:40:28Like someone on Twitter just just tagged me and this is a
- 3:40:33fair criticism. I'm.
- 3:40:34I'm drinking Guinness from a from a can was like was like a
- 3:40:38no, no. So if you want to download
- 3:40:41because of that, I understand that too.
- 3:40:44But you know my my glasses are in the dishwasher and I ran out
- 3:40:53of Yuengling, so this is all I have.
- 3:40:59And I guess Mort had a quote full browser crash just in case.
- 3:41:04Anybody wondered. Yeah, but yeah.
- 3:41:09And the other thing is I am working on the Pussy Smoked
- 3:41:13T-shirts. We're also.
- 3:41:14So I asked a question and I asked if people would prefer the
- 3:41:18cheaper shirts or the higher quality shirts.
- 3:41:21And universally the answer from people who did answer was that
- 3:41:26they would prefer the higher quality shirts.
- 3:41:29I do think the price is still going to be in the $50 range
- 3:41:33before tax and shipping. Yeah, that's gonna be the pussy
- 3:41:37smoke shirt. We're gonna put a lot of effort
- 3:41:38into it. We're gonna make sure it's like,
- 3:41:40cool, But we're gonna do both. So there's gonna be a more
- 3:41:46simple, maybe a little more tasteful in public than Pussy
- 3:41:51Smoke shirt that is mainly just a, you know, Whitfield Report
- 3:41:56logo shirt. And we're gonna do that through
- 3:41:59the cheaper one and try to get them out there for as as cheap
- 3:42:03as possible. So we're going to do both.
- 3:42:07And if you if you just want to get the shirt to support the
- 3:42:11show, cool. You might want to go with the
- 3:42:14with the the regular design. But if you really want something
- 3:42:19nice and a little better design the pussy smoke T-shirts.
- 3:42:22I can. I can guarantee we'll have it
- 3:42:26hashed out by March at the latest.
- 3:42:28But we're really putting a lot of effort into we don't want to
- 3:42:32sell you crap, No. And we don't want to beg you to
- 3:42:36just throw money because that's what, like mersh does, right?
- 3:42:40And it's fucking tasteless. And we don't like.
- 3:42:44I'm not saying that the money wouldn't help, OK?
- 3:42:48But we don't need your money. We're not going to kill
- 3:42:51ourselves like Mersh if you don't donate money.
- 3:42:55We both have income. We're we're going to be OK.
- 3:43:00We just enjoy doing the show. So if you appreciate us, that's
- 3:43:03great, right? But we would rather provide you
- 3:43:07with high quality. Yeah.
- 3:43:09Well and I would also go a step further, like if you want to
- 3:43:12give me money, like, yeah, if, if, if you want to super chat
- 3:43:17me, like by all means I'm not going to stop you.
- 3:43:21But it would mean a lot also if you were to buy the book and
- 3:43:28give me a royalty that way. Yeah, I I the book is a bigger
- 3:43:31deal because the more sales it gets in the book, the more sales
- 3:43:34he's going to get. So everyone he sells is not.
- 3:43:37And This is why we pushed the book because it's a much better
- 3:43:42strategy. And no matter if you buy it in
- 3:43:46you know in paperback or e-book format, you get something in in
- 3:43:50return. And you know that's, I mean I'm,
- 3:43:56I'm a capitalist, so I definitely, I I like that I'm
- 3:44:02looking at marketing opportunities for something to
- 3:44:05give. Again I want, I want you to have
- 3:44:09something in return. And again and the book is the
- 3:44:13best way right now and it probably will even after the
- 3:44:17T-shirts probably be the best thing to do.
- 3:44:20But the Pussy smoke T-shirts just going to be too funny.
- 3:44:23Yeah, I'll tell you right now, the rough idea is a cartoon cat
- 3:44:28and its tail is on fire and then the smoke from the fire comes up
- 3:44:35and it forms the hashtag pussy smoke text and then all over the
- 3:44:40rest of the shirt is going to be like equations in things I made
- 3:44:44out of smoke as well to represent the great math work.
- 3:44:50I want to call him Doctor Craig, but he's not a doctor yet.
- 3:44:54He will be very soon. You know what?
- 3:44:57Like I realize that people don't have to wear that in public, but
- 3:45:01like I I can't speak of him for for the rest of the country.
- 3:45:05But like in, in Florida at least, you can definitely wear
- 3:45:09that T-shirt out in Papua. I think with the cat.
- 3:45:13I think with the cat makes it. That's kind of why I'm doing
- 3:45:16that design makes it so you could wear it in public a little
- 3:45:21bit. And again.
- 3:45:22Also This is why I want to offer another alternative, less edgy
- 3:45:26T-shirt if you want AT shirt you don't want to wear pussy smoke.
- 3:45:34Makes sense to me. I'll probably get one of each
- 3:45:38myself. Well, and people have also asked
- 3:45:42me if I'm going to do like a mug or something at that at some
- 3:45:46point, maybe. What about Beerstein?
- 3:45:53Wouldn't that be better than a mug because everybody does mugs.
- 3:45:56You know what? You know what, Max, Actually,
- 3:46:00that's a good point because I am a beer.
- 3:46:02I am. People know I'm a beer drinker.
- 3:46:05So it would kind of, it would be more, it would be more
- 3:46:09appropriate. Yeah, I get you.
- 3:46:11You guys all want to like make fun of Steven Crowder for doing
- 3:46:15you know it's kind of me at this point right with with Crowder
- 3:46:20and the we'll do the beer Club Fuck Your Mug Club.
- 3:46:24We'll do the Beer Club, Beer club.
- 3:46:29You know what I actually it it's no longer around anymore but
- 3:46:33like a couple friends of mine in college actually they they did a
- 3:46:37week a weekly podcast. I can't remember the name.
- 3:46:42It was like it was really short, like vlog, but they did a weekly
- 3:46:46beer review and it was actually pretty good.
- 3:46:49So yeah, join the beer club. That sounds good.
- 3:46:57It sounds better than the mug club.
- 3:46:59Honestly, I'd be way more likely to join a beer club than a mug
- 3:47:04club. My my Crowd mug has not held up
- 3:47:08great either and I I've only I've only hand washed it.
- 3:47:12But for the people that bought my cringing over coffee mugs,
- 3:47:17they say they held up all right, but well, apparently I didn't
- 3:47:22pie one well well, apparently your mugs.
- 3:47:27Apparently your mug held it better than Steven Crowder's
- 3:47:30like $70.00. A hand edged Yeah, mine was
- 3:47:34like, mine was like $13. Like, I'm not going to deny all
- 3:47:42the cringing over coffee merchandise we ever did.
- 3:47:45I sold at cost. I never made a dime.
- 3:47:50Which shows you how much I care about grifting off of you lovely
- 3:47:54people. Not at all.
- 3:47:57Oh, I I love the fact that me selling the book makes me no.
- 3:48:01Makes me grifter, supposedly. No, it it doesn't.
- 3:48:08I wrote There's no grip. You're paying money for a book.
- 3:48:12Yeah, right. That's not a grift.
- 3:48:14There's no scam involved. There's no sleight of hand.
- 3:48:18He wrote a book. It's good.
- 3:48:20I've read it. I'm not in.
- 3:48:23The other thing is too like, I'm not saying that the book will
- 3:48:26save a man. This is the like.
- 3:48:28I will admit that like a lot of the right wing grifters will
- 3:48:32save. No.
- 3:48:32But if you sell enough, it might get you the fucking wheelchair
- 3:48:34that we've been bitching about all fucking year.
- 3:48:38Right. Let's let, like let's be real
- 3:48:39like it could improve his life. He's it's not going to save the
- 3:48:43fucking world. I mean with with Amazon's
- 3:48:48royalty way, right. I would have to sell a lot of
- 3:48:52fucking books. I mean at the at that point we
- 3:48:57might as well do a GoFundMe or something and probably get like
- 3:49:01little. But I've I've considered that.
- 3:49:04But it's just like even though it's legitimate, it just feels
- 3:49:08bad, doesn't it? You know what?
- 3:49:10You know what though? Like this.
- 3:49:12This is another like not to get back on to Trump too much, but
- 3:49:16like this, this is another case for like for Trump.
- 3:49:20Like Trump actually wanted to re wanted to repeal Obamacare and
- 3:49:26replace it with something like I actually read his healthcare
- 3:49:31policy and it actually seemed pretty decent.
- 3:49:40And for whatever reason the the Republicans, they just never
- 3:49:43came up with a good proposal because they were in opposition
- 3:49:51to Trump for the first two years of his presidency.
- 3:49:53Which everybody forgets. Yeah, they passed 0 legislation
- 3:49:58through the first two years where they had control of both
- 3:50:01the House and the Senate that tells you everything you need to
- 3:50:04know. They didn't pass anything.
- 3:50:06They never sent anything to his desk when they had control.
- 3:50:10And the biggest one he was saying was the healthcare one.
- 3:50:12And then when they finally said we're never going to fucking get
- 3:50:15a healthcare one, he said, all right, well I'm going to get rid
- 3:50:17of the mandate Biden has reinstated by the way.
- 3:50:21And yeah, alone. I'm going to tell you this.
- 3:50:24That alone Trump coming in, if he gets rid of the mandate
- 3:50:29again, which he absolutely will, will change people's lives for
- 3:50:33the better. The the, the, the $1000 a year
- 3:50:39really fucks some people over the well, the the the the ACA.
- 3:50:45Everybody can afford a fucking insurance plan and then it's
- 3:50:49like, oh you can't afford an insurance plan.
- 3:50:51Hey, pay us $2000. Like.
- 3:50:54Well, the the fact that, like, Even so, when I applaud, when I
- 3:51:01went through the whole paperwork to do, to get my wheelchair the
- 3:51:07first time, I was on my mother's private insurance that she had
- 3:51:11through their company, right? But it was under the Biden
- 3:51:15presidency. Under the Biden presidency, even
- 3:51:20private insurers had to go under the Medicaid rules for durable
- 3:51:29medical equipment, which essentially without boring
- 3:51:32people, with all the technical jargon, I had to learn and
- 3:51:37study. Basically, I wasn't eligible to
- 3:51:40get a new wheelchair because the government said so, right?
- 3:51:47And and we also discovered at the when we were talking about
- 3:51:51this, they'll they'll pay 50 grand for one single trans
- 3:51:57transition and that doesn't necessarily include surgery. 50
- 3:52:01grand for that, 50 grand for that.
- 3:52:03You could get Sam. 5 wheelchairs for that.
- 3:52:07Yeah. And 55 nice ones to at at that
- 3:52:16and and how many how many veterans could use a nice
- 3:52:18wheelchair you know but no we got to have this 18 year old
- 3:52:22autistic liberal get her trans surgery to be pretend she's a
- 3:52:27little boy. Yeah, Trump, I I kind of, I kind
- 3:52:38of want to fly. I kind of want to fly now if I,
- 3:52:40if I'm, if I'm being honest to to match yours.
- 3:52:47I I think. I think, I think Max's banner
- 3:52:52basically says my I mean, I I I got it specifically because of
- 3:52:58the slogan take America back, right.
- 3:53:01Yeah, 'cause that's where we're at.
- 3:53:03I know he's still doing Maga, and that's great.
- 3:53:07It's it's a good message. But take America.
- 3:53:10The problem is, if he actually used that as his slogan, the
- 3:53:13media would fucking never let him forget it.
- 3:53:17Well, they're all they're already like marching out the
- 3:53:20dictator like that. That was the funniest thing.
- 3:53:24Such a tyrant that we need to, like falsely in prison, lie
- 3:53:28about him, fucking investigate his whole family like he's such
- 3:53:32a dictator. We got to do all the dictator
- 3:53:35stuff against him. Yeah, and and even and even
- 3:53:40Harry. Like and that was the thing that
- 3:53:44Harry Sussen what? Or whatever his name Harry
- 3:53:46Sisson. And oh oh he's only he's only 20
- 3:53:51years old. How can you criticize him?
- 3:53:53Sam, fuck off. I was doing this shit when when
- 3:53:58I was younger than him and I received criticism.
- 3:54:01Listen, he's only he's only 20 years old.
- 3:54:05He shouldn't be talking politics because he's retarded.
- 3:54:08Because guess what? When you're in 20 year old man,
- 3:54:10you're retarded. Well, OK, audience, if you're
- 3:54:14joining, yeah, OK, but it's true.
- 3:54:17No, it is true. But also if you're going to get
- 3:54:21into the sandbox like I did at you know, at like at 14, I admit
- 3:54:27maybe I was a little young to get into this when I did, I
- 3:54:30admit that. But Even so, if you're going to
- 3:54:34end with sandbox at the early age and play with the adults,
- 3:54:38you you got to take some some adult licks.
- 3:54:42That's just how it is. I mean, I don't, I don't think
- 3:54:47that's unfair. If anything it if anything it
- 3:54:50toughened me up a bit. So.
- 3:54:55But Harry's obviously protected by, you know, by his his, well,
- 3:55:06you know, just like Brooke on Dad Defiant.
- 3:55:09He's a paid DNC shill shill. So they'll shield him from
- 3:55:15criticism. So oh, I wasn't supposed to say
- 3:55:19that was I? Oops, oops.
- 3:55:27Well, I made a post the other day on Twitter that I'd like I'd
- 3:55:30like to read because I feel like it's important and kind of
- 3:55:33relevant here. I said there's nothing requiring
- 3:55:38me to accept anyone for whatever they do or or identify as there
- 3:55:44is nothing banning me from judging people either.
- 3:55:47It is perfectly acceptable for me to not associate with anyone
- 3:55:51for any or no reason at all. Did you all forget this?
- 3:55:58Yeah. This idea that you have to be
- 3:56:01nice is what I'm at, what I'm getting at here.
- 3:56:03Oh yeah, You don't have to be nice.
- 3:56:06I don't have to accept people. And of course a lot of people
- 3:56:10immediately think oh he's talking transgender.
- 3:56:12I anything. I don't have to accept you for
- 3:56:16who you are. I can judge you it honestly like
- 3:56:22as a disabled I and I and yes I am going to say as a disabled
- 3:56:26person because this has honestly been like my experience hold on
- 3:56:31you're disabled I never knew right right.
- 3:56:38No. I mean, I I I never, you know,
- 3:56:42really bring it up. But honestly like there is
- 3:56:45there's a separate. I'm sorry that's the.
- 3:56:49I love this. I think you said that with.
- 3:56:52Because I can no what what's what's the thing that was like
- 3:56:58the the I've been in situations where like I can tell that
- 3:57:01people are being nut. There's a difference between
- 3:57:04being nice and being air in air quotes nice in balloon quotes.
- 3:57:13Nice. And you saw the balloons.
- 3:57:16Right. When you did the air quotes you
- 3:57:19had balloons. That's perfect.
- 3:57:22That's actually Per. I didn't see that because I'm
- 3:57:25looking at Twitter. But that's perfect.
- 3:57:28That's pretty good. Yeah.
- 3:57:31No. Like they're fake nice to you
- 3:57:32'cause they're afraid that they might say the wrong thing and
- 3:57:36often times it's actually worse. Yeah.
- 3:57:39And it and it's and they they undermine my intelligence by by
- 3:57:47doing that. So but it's you'd be amazed how
- 3:57:52people like, equate any kind of, like physical thing that they
- 3:57:58can see directly to IQ as if that's a thing, right.
- 3:58:03And so they just, oh, a wheelchair guy, He must be
- 3:58:06retarded. Well, well, they do the same
- 3:58:09thing with white, with white people, especially white
- 3:58:14liberals. Yeah, they fucking do.
- 3:58:17I I was like, they're toddlers and shit.
- 3:58:21I was actually talking about this with with our buddy
- 3:58:25Nashville. I was like, you know, black
- 3:58:29people and and cripples actually have a lot uncommon in the sense
- 3:58:33that the, the left both talks down to us.
- 3:58:37Yeah. They talk to both of you like
- 3:58:39you're a toddler. Yeah.
- 3:58:42And. And it's especially funny when
- 3:58:44you have like an intelligent black friend and they do that
- 3:58:47and they just get roasted. Yeah, because that happens in my
- 3:58:53circle of friends every now and again.
- 3:58:54Some old white cat ladies can be like, yeah.
- 3:58:58Oh, it's so great that you're doing great for yourself.
- 3:59:03Oh, it's so nice. And then like, bitch, what am I,
- 3:59:06five? Fuck off.
- 3:59:11The same kind of people, same kind of people.
- 3:59:14Don't have a Black Lives Matter sign on their front fucking
- 3:59:17porch. Never had a black person in
- 3:59:20their house in their life, you know what I mean?
- 3:59:24Like yeah. Matter over there.
- 3:59:28Yeah, they they they matter over there.
- 3:59:31They don't matter so much here or or you know or they don't
- 3:59:35look like the prune proper. You know they don't look like
- 3:59:40they don't look like what they think a black person should look
- 3:59:42like. So you know so they're afraid
- 3:59:48that one I get a lot. Like I have some ghetto ass
- 3:59:51friends, right? I dress like they're from the
- 3:59:54fucking hood now sometimes. That's pretty.
- 3:59:57I was talking with Nashi about this the other day.
- 3:59:59He showed a.
