- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, The Root, The Roots on fire.
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high chained, pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Roots, the America's favorite conservative rock star,
- 0:28Speaker 2: direct from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:32Speaker 2: What time is it?
- 0:33Speaker 1: It's time war war. Here's your host.
- 0:37Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:42Speaker 2: the warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 1:01Speaker 1: All right, wait, ruthe the Root, The Root, The Root's
- 1:03Speaker 1: on fire.
- 1:04Speaker 3: I'm laughing because I'm reading all these stories during the
- 1:07Speaker 3: break in the New York Post, and one of them
- 1:11Speaker 3: is that the University of North Carolina is exploring potential
- 1:14Speaker 3: exit strategies for Bill Belichick. His days in Chapel Hill
- 1:18Speaker 3: may already be numbered. I mean, he's only in I
- 1:21Speaker 3: think he's game number four. He's owing four?
- 1:23Speaker 1: Is that what it is?
- 1:24Speaker 3: I think he's only been four games. He's owing four.
- 1:26Speaker 3: It's amazing. And again, you know, I don't mean to brag,
- 1:30Speaker 3: but mom, and at least it ain't bragging. If you
- 1:32Speaker 3: could back it up, everything I say on this show
- 1:35Speaker 3: turns out to be right ninety nine point nine percent
- 1:39Speaker 3: over the years of everything I've ever said has turned
- 1:41Speaker 3: out to be right.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Sometimes it takes a few months or a.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Year or two, but I always get proven right. And
- 1:46Speaker 3: I've always said that. I just don't believe in Bill Belichick.
- 1:49Speaker 3: I don't think he's.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Nearly as good as people think he is.
- 1:53Speaker 3: I know he's gonna make the NFL Hall of Fame
- 1:55Speaker 3: because he won what was at seven super Bowls or
- 1:57Speaker 3: maybe six six super Bowls, but he won them all
- 2:00Speaker 3: with Tom Brady's his quarterback. In the minute Tom Brady left,
- 2:03Speaker 3: Tom Brady won another Super Bowl, proving he was the
- 2:06Speaker 3: one that made things happen, not Belichick. He won it
- 2:09Speaker 3: with another team, completely different team the first year he
- 2:12Speaker 3: left in Belichick finished with bad, bad records every year
- 2:16Speaker 3: as soon as Brady left. And now he's horrible as
- 2:18Speaker 3: a college coach. I mean, he can't even coach college
- 2:21Speaker 3: kids in a fairly good school in North Carolina that
- 2:23Speaker 3: generally wins in football.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Embarrassing. I don't think he's a good coach.
- 2:28Speaker 3: I don't think he's a great coach at all. I
- 2:30Speaker 3: don't think he ever would have won anything. He's the
- 2:33Speaker 3: luckiest man alive. That's my last comment when it comes
- 2:36Speaker 3: to sports. I know it's a political show, but I
- 2:38Speaker 3: wanted to weigh in on that. I've said it many times.
- 2:41Speaker 3: So many coaches are decent, they're fairly good, but they
- 2:45Speaker 3: never ever get a whiff of the super Bowl, let
- 2:47Speaker 3: alone winning the super Bowl. I think he would have
- 2:49Speaker 3: gone his entire career without ever winning super Bowl. He
- 2:53Speaker 3: got lucky that he got Tom Brady, and that was
- 2:56Speaker 3: pure luck too, because he drafted him in the sixth round.
- 2:59Speaker 3: Brady wasn't even both to start, and his quarterback got
- 3:01Speaker 3: hurt and Bledsoe drew Bledsoe got hurt, and they put
- 3:05Speaker 3: Brady in out of desperation. And after that he became
- 3:08Speaker 3: the superstar coach because he had Brady as his quarterback.
- 3:12Speaker 3: The guy never would have won without Brady.
- 3:14Speaker 1: I'm telling you. So it's happening again.
- 3:17Speaker 3: He's going to be fired from North Carolina midway through
- 3:20Speaker 3: the season. He can't win a game with them. He's horrible,
- 3:24Speaker 3: all right. Interesting story. Business owners demonic strategy to deter
- 3:30Speaker 3: homeless people in a crime riddled California city, and I
- 3:33Speaker 3: think it's liberals that are calling it demonic.
- 3:35Speaker 1: I call it a wonderful strategy.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Local business owners in San Bernadino, California, have deployed a
- 3:41Speaker 3: controversial tactic to deter homeless encampments. I love this story,
- 3:45Speaker 3: That's why I'm leading off with it. A shopping mall
- 3:49Speaker 3: in San Borgadino has begun blasting hissing, screeching, and yowling
- 3:52Speaker 3: cat noises throughout the night. Owners say they resorted to
- 3:56Speaker 3: the measure after the parking lot became overrun within mints
- 4:01Speaker 3: and nothing else caused the homeless.
- 4:03Speaker 1: People to ever go away.
- 4:04Speaker 3: They wouldn't leave, and the government won't stop it, and
- 4:07Speaker 3: the police won't stop it. The plan began, but classical
- 4:10Speaker 3: music piped into the lot, but when mozart failed to
- 4:13Speaker 3: move the people along, it was replaced with snarling cat
- 4:16Speaker 3: recordings on loop from dusk till dawn. The sterling place
- 4:20Speaker 3: malls become the latest battleground where locals are calling sound
- 4:24Speaker 3: warfare bizarre noise campaigns aimed at driving the homeless from
- 4:29Speaker 3: public spaces.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Some say the tactic has worked. We used to have
- 4:33Speaker 1: them all here.
- 4:33Speaker 3: With their shopping carts, one worker told Fox eleven, adding
- 4:36Speaker 3: the noise prevents people from sleeping outside the storefronts, and
- 4:42Speaker 3: others argue those lying on the streets have simply adapted.
- 4:46Speaker 3: The homeless at this point have gotten used to it,
- 4:48Speaker 3: said one resident. But some residents find the tactic disturbing
- 4:52Speaker 3: and borderline demonic. They're sicker than the ones out here,
- 4:55Speaker 3: said resident Ryan Balterra. It's like some Halloween Michael Myers
- 5:00Speaker 3: type of stuff, blasting the sounds of screaming cats at
- 5:03Speaker 3: night to deture homeless encampments. In any case, my answer
- 5:09Speaker 3: is if that doesn't work, then you blare whatever it
- 5:13Speaker 3: is that will work.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Rock music, opera, I don't care what it is.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Blare it at decipels like a seven forty seven and
- 5:22Speaker 3: drive the homeless people away from your property. If I
- 5:26Speaker 3: own a damn shopping center, it's my property. Get the
- 5:30Speaker 3: f out of my property. If the police won't do it,
- 5:33Speaker 3: if the gunmo won't do it.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I will do it.
- 5:35Speaker 3: I can do whatever I want on my property. I
- 5:37Speaker 3: could play whatever music I want. And if that fails,
- 5:41Speaker 3: if you tell me that it breaks some sort of
- 5:43Speaker 3: sound law.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Homeless people will break a law. Only sound breaks law.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Then I'll wind up with some guy to drive his
- 5:50Speaker 3: truck through every night and spray skunk on them all.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Spray skunk on every one of the until they run
- 5:55Speaker 3: for their lives. All I'm telling you is, you ain't
- 5:58Speaker 3: gonna encamp on my propit. I own my property. You're
- 6:01Speaker 3: not ruining my business. It's time to find ways ingenious
- 6:05Speaker 3: ways to drive homeless away.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Let them go live in the forest.
- 6:10Speaker 3: But a bunch of drugged out zombies aren't living on
- 6:13Speaker 3: my property. Good job, San Bernardino shopping center.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Good job. Here's another one.
- 6:19Speaker 3: GOP Senator details excuse me blue state fallout from the
- 6:24Speaker 3: Schumer federal government shutdown.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Their dreams are collateral damage.
- 6:30Speaker 3: So Republicans are zeroing in on the fallout that the
- 6:33Speaker 3: Democrats government shutdown is inflicting on their own blue states.
- 6:37Speaker 3: As the funding lapse reaches the eight day mark with
- 6:39Speaker 3: no end in sight, Senate majority whip John Barrosso accuses
- 6:43Speaker 3: Senate Democrats of selling out their own constituents to score
- 6:46Speaker 3: political points with the party's left wing base. And despite
- 6:50Speaker 3: a prolonged shutdown jeopardizing access to food and food aid
- 6:54Speaker 3: programs and forcing troops to temporarily report for duty without pay,
- 6:59Speaker 3: Democrats appear to be gearing up for a drawn out fight.
- 7:03Speaker 3: Democrats are holding the American people hostage to extract left,
- 7:08Speaker 3: far left concessions. Barroso said, They're telling our service members
- 7:12Speaker 3: their paychecks negotiable. They're telling small business men their dreams
- 7:15Speaker 3: are collateral damage in a partisan fight. They're telling mothers
- 7:18Speaker 3: with young children their benefits are leverage for far left demands.
- 7:24Speaker 1: And I'm telling you that's what's going on. Is this
- 7:28Speaker 1: is radical stuff.
- 7:29Speaker 3: The Democrats want to please their radical left base, and
- 7:32Speaker 3: so they're willing to.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Keep this shutdown going.
- 7:35Speaker 3: But real Americans who might get hurt by this are
- 7:38Speaker 3: going to really, you know, clawback against Democrats. I think
- 7:42Speaker 3: they'll lose so badly in the midterms. Is such a
- 7:44Speaker 3: big mistake, such a big mistake by Democrats, especially if
- 7:49Speaker 3: President Trump can pass a bill or at least put
- 7:52Speaker 3: a bill up for a vote that service members will
- 7:56Speaker 3: get paid. We will find a way to carve out
- 7:58Speaker 3: money and pay the mill military. And if we do
- 8:01Speaker 3: that and that passes, Trump's a hero. And if it
- 8:03Speaker 3: doesn't pass, Democrats will absolutely get slaughtered the midterms when
- 8:08Speaker 3: people realize they hate the military. So this can really
- 8:11Speaker 3: be turned into a big win, and I think it will,
- 8:13Speaker 3: and I think most of America. As I said in
- 8:16Speaker 3: the last hour, sixty five percent of Americans could not
- 8:18Speaker 3: care less about the lockdown means nothing to him.
- 8:20Speaker 1: It means nothing to me. If I say lockdown, I'm
- 8:23Speaker 1: thinking back to COVID shutdown. The government shutdown looks like
- 8:26Speaker 1: a lockdown. It's basically a lockdown of government. Screw them.
- 8:30Speaker 3: I don't rely on government in any way, shape or form,
- 8:32Speaker 3: and so I'd like to make it permanent. The less government,
- 8:37Speaker 3: the better, the more money we make. I know I've
- 8:38Speaker 3: done great since the lockdown, excuse me, shutdown. I keep
- 8:41Speaker 3: saying lockdown, the lockdown, shutdown. Since the lockdown shutdown, I've
- 8:44Speaker 3: done great. My stock portfolio has got up dramatically. Gold's
- 8:48Speaker 3: gone up dramatically. Bitcoin's got up dramatically. And that's what
- 8:50Speaker 3: I own. So it's done great. I wish you guys
- 8:54Speaker 3: would shut down all the time, twenty four hours a day,
- 8:57Speaker 3: seven days a week, forever. Florida man in deadly pack
- 9:01Speaker 3: Palisades inferno, another big news story hadn't have a chance
- 9:04Speaker 3: to get to Jonathan boy. If I had a name
- 9:06Speaker 3: like this, I'd be pretty angry at life too. Jonathan
- 9:09Speaker 3: rinder necked rinder Neck twenty nine, who also went by
- 9:13Speaker 3: Jonathan Rinder.
- 9:14Speaker 1: That's a smart man.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Change your name and shortening and John render malically set
- 9:19Speaker 3: the fire that became the Palisades Fire, igniting a catastrophe
- 9:23Speaker 3: that scorched some of LA's wealthiest hillside neighborhoods. He is
- 9:30Speaker 3: a Melbourne, Florida resident. He's an Uber driver, and here's
- 9:34Speaker 3: the deal. He donated to Joe Biden and was a
- 9:37Speaker 3: registered Democrat in Florida. Of course, he was let's see
- 9:40Speaker 3: what I put on Twitter. Let's see my exact words
- 9:42Speaker 3: on Twitter. I'll tell you my tweet that I put
- 9:45Speaker 3: out when I found this story out this morning.
- 9:47Speaker 1: There we go.
- 9:48Speaker 3: Okay, So my tweet this morning was, let's see, he
- 9:55Speaker 3: grew up in France.
- 9:57Speaker 1: He plays rap music, he's mentally ill, and he's filled
- 10:00Speaker 1: with hate.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Must be a big radical leftist anti fascumbag. No surprise,
- 10:06Speaker 3: because fox knews that he was born in France and
- 10:08Speaker 3: in his Uber vehicles he played loud French rap music
- 10:12Speaker 3: and he's a mentally ill firebug who likes to set
- 10:15Speaker 3: things on fire.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Let's say allegedly. Allegedly.
- 10:17Speaker 3: All these things are allegedly, but I knew that he
- 10:21Speaker 3: must be an anti fad Democrat type and sure enough
- 10:24Speaker 3: read shirt to vote in Florida's a Democrat and voted
- 10:27Speaker 3: for Joe Biden.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Unbelievable. Oh we never, I'm sorry. Let me make sure
- 10:33Speaker 1: I get things right.
- 10:34Speaker 3: Never declared a political party, but he donated to Joe Biden,
- 10:39Speaker 3: so we know he's a Democrat and he voted Democrat.
- 10:42Speaker 3: His fire caused twelve people dead, caused one hundred and
- 10:48Speaker 3: fifty billion dollars in damages, and went on to level
- 10:52Speaker 3: more than six thousand homes. Six thousand homes, and ten
- 10:58Speaker 3: months after the fire, only two permits of an issue
- 11:01Speaker 3: in Melibu, California two one two two, as in two.
- 11:07Speaker 3: Nobody ever gets to rebuild in liberal cities, but they'll
- 11:11Speaker 3: don't worry.
- 11:12Speaker 1: They'll give it to the homeless, all right.

- 12:58Speaker 3: That's because the retirement was set up this same old way,
- 13:00Speaker 3: using outdated strategies from the nineteen seventies. This may be

- 13:50Speaker 3: This is Wayne Alroot for Patriot Critical Minerals. Here's the
- 13:53Speaker 3: raw truth. Our military dominance, our economic strength, and even
- 13:56Speaker 3: our freedom itself depends on one critical metal most Americans
- 13:59Speaker 3: have never of.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Tungsten. Tungsten is the metal of strength.
- 14:03Speaker 3: It's what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives
- 14:05Speaker 3: our missiles, and put steel behind every round of ammunition.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Here's the danger.
- 14:10Speaker 3: China controls eighty percent of the world supply and ninety
- 14:12Speaker 3: percent of production. If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy,
- 14:17Speaker 3: and independence all hangs in the balance.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Here's the good news. We have the solution.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Patriot Critical Minerals home to the most advanced tungsten deposit
- 14:25Speaker 3: in the entire USA of over nineteen million tons. This
- 14:28Speaker 3: is the kind of discovery that can change the game
- 14:30Speaker 3: enough to break china stranglehold on tungsten. There has never
- 14:34Speaker 3: been a better moment to invest in tungsten. Patriot Critical
- 14:37Speaker 3: Minerals isn't just about mining, It's about securing our freedom

- 15:01Speaker 1: All right, Swayne Root.
- 15:03Speaker 3: The Root is on fire if Donald Trump is on fire.
- 15:06Speaker 3: I predicted over a week ago that Trump would end
- 15:09Speaker 3: this war in Israel and get the Nobel Peace Prize
- 15:12Speaker 3: or win the Nobel Peace Prize.
- 15:13Speaker 1: I don't know if he'll win it this time.
- 15:14Speaker 3: I think they announced the award like any day now,
- 15:17Speaker 3: and they're gonna be embarrassed when they don't pick him,
- 15:19Speaker 3: But they'll certainly get it in the next round.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Which would be I guess next year.
- 15:23Speaker 3: But I mean, this man has negotiated so many peace
- 15:25Speaker 3: deals around the world.
- 15:26Speaker 1: And you know what this all proves.
- 15:28Speaker 3: This proves that it's easier to negotiate with Hamas savages
- 15:33Speaker 3: and vicious, horrible terrorists who murder babies and cut their
- 15:37Speaker 3: heads off than it is to negotiate with Democrats.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Hamas.
- 15:41Speaker 3: You can negotiate with the shutdown. The Democrats won't give in.
- 15:45Speaker 3: They won't negotiate with Trump.
- 15:46Speaker 1: They have Trump to arrangement syndrome. Even the savage.
- 15:50Speaker 3: Terrorists who murder babies and rape, gang rape women, even
- 15:54Speaker 3: they don't have a case of Trump to arrangement syndrome
- 15:56Speaker 3: as bad as Democrats.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Unbelievable.
- 16:00Speaker 3: It's truly amazing Trump could negotiate anything with anyone except
- 16:05Speaker 3: Democrats because they just are horrible, evil people.
- 16:09Speaker 1: Demonic, demonic. So we've got war over in the Middle East.
- 16:15Speaker 3: Peace in our time. President Trump negotiates peace in our time.
- 16:21Speaker 3: Hamas agreed to a peace deal pushed by President Trump
- 16:24Speaker 3: to end the war in Godz that returned the hostages
- 16:26Speaker 3: two years after October seventh.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Trump took the Truth social to make the announcement.
- 16:31Speaker 3: I'm very proud to announce that Israel and Hamasa both
- 16:34Speaker 3: signed off on the first phase of our peace plan.
- 16:36Speaker 3: This means that all the hostages will be released soon.
- 16:38Speaker 3: Israel withdraw other troops to an agreed uponline as the
- 16:42Speaker 3: first steps towards a strong, durable, everlasting peace.
- 16:45Speaker 1: All parties will be treated fairly.
- 16:47Speaker 3: Great day for Arab and Muslim world, Israel, all surrounding
- 16:50Speaker 3: nations in the United States of America.
- 16:52Speaker 1: We thank mediators from Qatar.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Egypt, and Turkey who worked with us to make this
- 16:57Speaker 3: historic and unprecedented event happened.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Blessed are the peace makers.
- 17:03Speaker 3: So we've got peace in the Middle East, at least
- 17:06Speaker 3: for the time being. President Trump has made it happen,
- 17:09Speaker 3: and again I would argue he should win the Nobel
- 17:13Speaker 3: Peace Prize.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Thank you, President Trump.
- 17:16Speaker 3: New York targets bitcoin mining with a proposed tax hike bill,
- 17:22Speaker 3: making even more difficult than it already is for bitcoin
- 17:25Speaker 3: miners to operate in the state. The bill is sponsored
- 17:29Speaker 3: by two Democrats. The state will pay digital asset miners
- 17:34Speaker 3: in the state will pay increase taxes based on the
- 17:37Speaker 3: amount of energy they use. Here's my point. Why am
- 17:39Speaker 3: I making this a big deal. It's got nothing to
- 17:41Speaker 3: do with bitcoin, It's got nothing to do with miners.
- 17:44Speaker 3: It has to do with dumb blue states like New
- 17:47Speaker 3: York who chase everyone away. They don't get it. You know,
- 17:50Speaker 3: America could do a lot of things.
- 17:52Speaker 1: I think.
- 17:52Speaker 3: You know, personally, I think it's wrong to ever, you know,
- 17:55Speaker 3: raise taxes on the people who create all the jobs
- 17:57Speaker 3: and all that. I'm a tax cutter, I'm never tax raiser.
- 18:01Speaker 3: I don't want the federal government to raise anyone's taxes,
- 18:03Speaker 3: but certainly they can get away with it because you've
- 18:06Speaker 3: got nowhere else to go unless you want to leave
- 18:08Speaker 3: the United States, which very few people are willing to,
- 18:10Speaker 3: and very few people have the money.
- 18:12Speaker 1: To but a state. The states don't get it. They're clueless,
- 18:16Speaker 1: they're delusional.
- 18:18Speaker 3: They don't understand that you're competing with forty nine other states.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Right, each state is competing with forty nine other states.
- 18:26Speaker 3: If you raise taxes, people are gonna move to another state.
- 18:30Speaker 3: New York State just killed itself again. They killed itself
- 18:34Speaker 3: with by banning fracking. Now they killed themselves by making
- 18:38Speaker 3: it unprofitable to bitcoin mine. So the bitcoin miners are
- 18:43Speaker 3: gonna go to other states, just like the frackers went
- 18:45Speaker 3: to other states, and they get rich in those other states,
- 18:48Speaker 3: and those other states get rich charging them a much lower.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Tax than New York would charge.
- 18:53Speaker 3: So you could make believe that a higher tax is
- 18:55Speaker 3: better for New York State, but the real tax is
- 18:58Speaker 3: zero because they're gonna move in.
- 18:59Speaker 1: You're gonna get nothing. You will what did they say
- 19:02Speaker 1: on Seinfeld? You will get nothing and like it. New
- 19:07Speaker 1: York is so dumb, My home state is so dumb. Uh.
- 19:10Speaker 3: Seventy eight percent of Americans favorite deportation of criminal illegal immigrants,
- 19:15Speaker 3: so it's just under eighty percent. Say yes if you've
- 19:19Speaker 3: committed a crime, and you're here illegally, we want we
- 19:22Speaker 3: will absolutely support supporting you. So any deportation of criminal
- 19:27Speaker 3: illegal aliens is the second most popular policy according to
- 19:33Speaker 3: a Harvard Caps Harris Pohl. The second most popular policy
- 19:38Speaker 3: under Prisident Trump just under lowering prescription drug prices for
- 19:43Speaker 3: Medicare recipients. Survey was conducted online October first through second.
- 19:50Speaker 3: Seventy eight percent agreed. Even among Democrats, sixty nine percent
- 19:54Speaker 3: favor of the policy, seventy seven percent of Independence favorite,
- 19:59Speaker 3: eighty seven seven percent of Republican's favorite.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Now, isn't that bizarre?
- 20:02Speaker 3: That means thirteen percent of Republicans do not want to
- 20:06Speaker 3: support illegal aliens who commit crimes once they're here.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Who are that thirteen percent? I like to meet them.
- 20:12Speaker 1: I'd like to knock some sense into them.

- 22:23Speaker 1: Patriot Critical Minerals. Here's the raw truth.
- 22:26Speaker 3: Our military dominance, our economic strength, even our freedom itself
- 22:30Speaker 3: depends on one critical medal most Americans have never heard of.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Tungsten.
- 22:35Speaker 3: Tungsten is the metal of strength. It's what hardens our tanks,
- 22:39Speaker 3: powers our fighter jets, drives our missiles, and puts steel
- 22:42Speaker 3: behind every round of AMMO.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Here's the danger.
- 22:44Speaker 3: China controls eighty percent of the world supply and ninety
- 22:48Speaker 3: percent of the production of China cuts US off. America's
- 22:51Speaker 3: military power, economy, and independence all hang in the balance.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Here's the good news.
- 22:56Speaker 3: We have the solution, Patriot Critical Minerals to advanced tungster
- 23:01Speaker 3: deposit there in the entire United States, right here in
- 23:04Speaker 3: my home state of Nevada, a deposit with an historical
- 23:07Speaker 3: resource of over nineteen million tons. This is the cut
- 23:11Speaker 3: of discovery that can change everything. It's a game changer
- 23:15Speaker 3: enough to fuel America's defense industry, support our economy, and
- 23:18Speaker 3: break China's stranglehold on tungsten. There has never been a
- 23:23Speaker 3: better moment to invest in tungsten. Patriot Critical Minerals isn't
- 23:27Speaker 3: just about mining, It's about securing our freedom and protecting
- 23:31Speaker 3: our homeland. To learn more about investment opportunities with Patriot
- 23:34Speaker 3: Critical Minerals, go to Patriotcritical dot com. That's Patriot Critical
- 23:39Speaker 3: dot com all right. Ben Berkham's our guest host of
- 23:43Speaker 3: Law and Border on Real America's voice, founder of frontline
- 23:45Speaker 3: America dot com, and a great fow friend of Wayne.
- 23:49Speaker 1: Ben. How are you man?
- 23:52Speaker 4: Doing well? Brother? Great to be back with you.
- 23:54Speaker 1: So.
- 23:55Speaker 3: President Trump hosted an ANTIFA roundtable today with Cabinet members
- 23:59Speaker 3: and journal mostly independent journalist, and I think you should
- 24:02Speaker 3: have been part of that roundtable. You were attacked by
- 24:05Speaker 3: Antifa just a couple of years ago, correct.
- 24:09Speaker 4: Yeah, I've been attacked multiple times. Started in twenty seventeen
- 24:14Speaker 4: when I was in Berkeley and I was surrounded by
- 24:17Speaker 4: a mob. Actually was out there doing what I started
- 24:21Speaker 4: out my career doing, just trying to have conversations and
- 24:24Speaker 4: find common ground, to try to get people to win,
- 24:28Speaker 4: to try to win the in the arena of ideas
- 24:31Speaker 4: and get people onto our side. And for having the
- 24:33Speaker 4: audacity to want to have a conversation, I was attacked.
- 24:36Speaker 4: They stole my hat first. I went into the crowd
- 24:38Speaker 4: of antique after it and was attacked by three different individuals,
- 24:41Speaker 4: got beat over the head, beaten the side of the head,
- 24:44Speaker 4: ended up having thirteen stitches on my head and having
- 24:46Speaker 4: to have the top of my ear sewed back on.
- 24:48Speaker 4: And it was the basically the first instance that I
- 24:53Speaker 4: had with Antifa, but I had multiple other engagements where
- 24:57Speaker 4: I was attacked, hit over the head with bottles, uh,
- 25:00Speaker 4: spit in my mouth, just some of the worst pepper spray,
- 25:04Speaker 4: some of the worst demons on the planet. And so yeah,
- 25:07Speaker 4: it's uh this is it's and the most important thing
- 25:10Speaker 4: Wayne before I say anything else. Antifa is an organization.
- 25:15Speaker 4: It is a well funded and coordinated organization, and it
- 25:18Speaker 4: directly is involved with the Democratic Socialists of America. It's
- 25:22Speaker 4: basically the Democratic Socialist of America's henchmen or the brown Shirts.
- 25:26Speaker 4: So aoc ilhan omar racheated to leave anyone who espoused
- 25:30Speaker 4: it to be a Democratic Socialist or a communist. That is,
- 25:33Speaker 4: Antifa is a part of their organization, and so when
- 25:36Speaker 4: we're talking about them, they need to be included in
- 25:38Speaker 4: that conversation. They're all one and the same.
- 25:41Speaker 3: And you know, it's funny when you mentioned that that
- 25:44Speaker 3: idea of yours, that theme of yours that you were,
- 25:47Speaker 3: you were interested in, like positive, well mannered, polite debating
- 25:50Speaker 3: with people. So everyone's allowed free speech and everyone's allowed
- 25:53Speaker 3: to talk. And it sounds a lot like you were
- 25:56Speaker 3: a version of Charlie Kirk. And look what happened to
- 26:00Speaker 3: Charlie Kirk. You were doing the same thing as Charlie Kirk,
- 26:02Speaker 3: trying to be a polite guy, trying to have conversations,
- 26:06Speaker 3: trying to let everyone make their case, and you make
- 26:08Speaker 3: your case and made the best idea win, all of
- 26:10Speaker 3: which I applaud and I think is great.
- 26:13Speaker 1: But the left doesn't respect that. They don't applaud that,
- 26:15Speaker 1: they don't want that, they have no interest in it.
- 26:17Speaker 3: They want to silence people who disagree with them, and
- 26:20Speaker 3: it got Charlie Kirk killed.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Is that kind of thing concern you as well? Is
- 26:24Speaker 1: your life in danger? Let me go out there?
- 26:27Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, it's funny. I have traveled all over
- 26:30Speaker 4: the world, just a very dangerous spots. I've been in
- 26:32Speaker 4: gunfights with the cartels down in Panama, and the threat
- 26:37Speaker 4: I feel is most when I'm out of college campus
- 26:41Speaker 4: or at a liberal city like Portland. I just came
- 26:44Speaker 4: back from Berkeley, Seattle, all of these cities that are
- 26:48Speaker 4: run by radical leftists. Those feel more dangerous to me
- 26:52Speaker 4: than gunfights in the jungles of Panama. And that's the
- 26:56Speaker 4: reality of where we're at. And I did. I actually
- 26:57Speaker 4: started my career at President of State, doing my undergrad
- 27:01Speaker 4: and grad school there, and I started by going out
- 27:03Speaker 4: and trying to engage people on campus, very similar to
- 27:06Speaker 4: what Charlie Kirk did, actually several years before him. I
- 27:09Speaker 4: got out of that and when I finished my degrees,
- 27:11Speaker 4: I went into corporate world for a while, and then
- 27:14Speaker 4: when I got stuck into drugs and alcohol and then Charlie.
- 27:17Speaker 4: Charlie came on the scene and just took it to
- 27:20Speaker 4: an entirely another level. But that was where I started,
- 27:23Speaker 4: was trying to have that dialogue, trying to find that
- 27:26Speaker 4: common ground. And the reality is, when you know this,
- 27:29Speaker 4: the reason they can't do that, they won't allow that
- 27:32Speaker 4: to happen. In fact, they have people all these protests. Yeah,
- 27:34Speaker 4: they lose, They cannot compete in the arena of ideas.
- 27:37Speaker 4: Their ideas lose, and so the only solution they have
- 27:41Speaker 4: is to turn to violence. That's why they say words
- 27:44Speaker 4: are violent, so it justifies their violence.
- 27:46Speaker 3: You and Charlie are much nicer to me, you know,
- 27:48Speaker 3: I guess because I went to Columbia University and I
- 27:50Speaker 3: found out what these people are like.
- 27:52Speaker 1: There is no.
- 27:53Speaker 3: Trying to be nice to them. They don't respond to that.
- 27:56Speaker 3: They're evil, they're demonic. I think they're possessed by the
- 27:59Speaker 3: del or certainly mentally ill with Trump's arrangement syndrome. You
- 28:04Speaker 3: know what's funny, I made a joke. You know, we
- 28:06Speaker 3: just found out moments ago that we have peace in
- 28:08Speaker 3: the Middle East. Hamas has agreed. This is not a joke,
- 28:10Speaker 3: true story. Hamas just agreed to a peace deal with Israel.
- 28:14Speaker 3: President Trump, I hope will now win the Nobel Peace Prize.
- 28:16Speaker 3: We have peace in the Middle East. And I opened
- 28:18Speaker 3: my segment saying, you know what, this proves that it's
- 28:21Speaker 3: easier to negotiate with Hamas murdering terrorists than it is
- 28:25Speaker 3: to negotiate with Democrats who shut down our government. They're impossible, Trump,
- 28:29Speaker 3: You can't get the Democrats to come to the table
- 28:32Speaker 3: and negotiate nicely.
- 28:34Speaker 4: No, and there, I mean, we see this. Anything President
- 28:37Speaker 4: Trump proposes, it's immediate attack. And they their entire political
- 28:42Speaker 4: platform now is based on undermining President Trump no matter what,
- 28:47Speaker 4: no matter if it's good or bad. Their objective is
- 28:50Speaker 4: to undermine President Trump. Because the reality is their objective
- 28:53Speaker 4: is to undermine America. They're happy when it's a Republican
- 28:56Speaker 4: that doesn't actually love America and will compromise with that,
- 29:00Speaker 4: and they're evil. But when they get a president like
- 29:02Speaker 4: President Trump who puts America first, they cannot deal with that,
- 29:06Speaker 4: and so their only solution is to attack. Just like Antifa,
- 29:10Speaker 4: the Democrats in Washington, DC are the Antifa of politics,
- 29:15Speaker 4: and they are all the same. They're all coordinated, they're
- 29:18Speaker 4: all communicating, they're all working together. That's why you see
- 29:22Speaker 4: AOC and all these people attack Rashida Talib, who should
- 29:25Speaker 4: never have been allowed in politics to begin with. There
- 29:27Speaker 4: has to be some sort of litmus test to prove
- 29:30Speaker 4: that you love America before you get into Congress or
- 29:32Speaker 4: any sort of political position in America. But now you
- 29:35Speaker 4: see the fruits of that. You have people in positions
- 29:38Speaker 4: of power in America who hate America. Their objective is
- 29:41Speaker 4: not to save this country, it's to destroy it from
- 29:44Speaker 4: within and remake it in their utopian vision of either communism, socialism, anarchy,
- 29:49Speaker 4: or jihadism now, and so that's what we're up against.
- 29:52Speaker 3: Well, it's funny you mentioned Rashida Talib and you said
- 29:54Speaker 3: the test should be whether you're loyal and love America
- 29:56Speaker 3: or not.
- 29:57Speaker 1: But how about let's go in even more extreme omar.
- 30:01Speaker 3: It should be whether it should be whether you're an
- 30:02Speaker 3: American citizen or not.
- 30:04Speaker 1: She's not a citizen. We all know that.
- 30:06Speaker 4: Commit fraud, Yeah, commit immigration fraud, marry your brother to
- 30:11Speaker 4: get here, So she should be. She should be on
- 30:13Speaker 4: the next deportation flight out of the ship.
- 30:15Speaker 1: They should handcuff her, purp walker out and put her
- 30:18Speaker 1: on that flight. What is it called kana Air?
- 30:20Speaker 3: She's about con air and take her, take her out
- 30:22Speaker 3: of America, take her to Gitmo.
- 30:24Speaker 1: Terrible woman there?
- 30:26Speaker 4: Ice there is there?
- 30:27Speaker 1: All right?
- 30:28Speaker 3: So you were in port Yeah, Kanye is just for
- 30:30Speaker 3: the American citizens who are criminals.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Ice is for the ones we're deporting.
- 30:34Speaker 3: So you were in Portland earlier this week you mentioned
- 30:36Speaker 3: that what did you witness in lovely downtown Portland?
- 30:41Speaker 4: Well, you know, it's again, it's more of the same.
- 30:44Speaker 4: What was really interesting and the reason you can tell
- 30:46Speaker 4: this is all coordinated. It was less violent than I'm
- 30:50Speaker 4: used to. I've been in Portland many times. I was
- 30:52Speaker 4: there under President Trump's first term, immediately when I got
- 30:54Speaker 4: there on President Trump's first term, and up until about
- 30:58Speaker 4: two weeks ago, every time MAGA would show up in Portland,
- 31:01Speaker 4: they were immediately attacked by hundreds of black block That's
- 31:04Speaker 4: what you know. That's how you can tell their Antifa
- 31:07Speaker 4: that when they wear the all black, they carried the
- 31:10Speaker 4: black and red flags. Typically that's what would happen. And
- 31:13Speaker 4: what was crazy is there was violence that I was threatened.
- 31:16Speaker 4: My life was threatened. ICE was threatened every single day
- 31:19Speaker 4: they were attacking the facility. We'd absolutely need troops in there.
- 31:22Speaker 4: But there was also clearly communication. It felt like the
- 31:25Speaker 4: B team was out there. There was clear communication from
- 31:28Speaker 4: the top down to the major Antifa organizers in the
- 31:32Speaker 4: city to back off a little bit. And to me,
- 31:34Speaker 4: that's no clear sign that this is a coordinated effort.
- 31:37Speaker 4: This is not just an ideology. This is an organization
- 31:42Speaker 4: that's controlled and in part controls the Democrat Party, and
- 31:46Speaker 4: so we witnessed that. The biggest thing, though, Wayne, is
- 31:49Speaker 4: the fact that they're taking away border patrol and ICE
- 31:52Speaker 4: resources to be able to go into the cities and
- 31:55Speaker 4: get the really, really bad guys. ICE is going after
- 31:58Speaker 4: the worst of the worst, and what Democrats are doing
- 32:00Speaker 4: by protesting ICES operations is allowing the worst of the
- 32:04Speaker 4: worst to stay in our country. That's what's happening.
- 32:08Speaker 3: It's funny when you described the outfits that Antifa wares,
- 32:11Speaker 3: which is all black and I guess they mask their
- 32:13Speaker 3: face and then they fly a flag. Do you said
- 32:15Speaker 3: as some black and red and it it sounds like
- 32:18Speaker 3: they're America's version of isis They sound.
- 32:22Speaker 4: Artists right, absolutely are. That's exactly what they are.
- 32:25Speaker 1: I got a new joke.
- 32:26Speaker 4: They're the anarchists, the the anarchist version, not the Muslim
- 32:29Speaker 4: jihattist version.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Right, I got a new joke.
- 32:31Speaker 3: What's seen isis and Antifa flag. It might be slightly different.
- 32:35Speaker 3: That's about the only difference, not the attitude. Hey, as
- 32:38Speaker 3: we leave, a new episode of Law and Border will
- 32:40Speaker 3: air this Saturday on Real America's Voice my network.
- 32:43Speaker 1: You're on the same day as me Saturday. Tell us
- 32:45Speaker 1: about what you'll have on the show this week.
- 32:48Speaker 4: Well, it's our time down in Sineloa, Mexico, showing what
- 32:53Speaker 4: we have to prevent from coming into the United States.
- 32:56Speaker 4: That's the cartels that are controlling Mexicans. Unfortunate, they control
- 33:01Speaker 4: many cities in America as well.
- 33:02Speaker 3: Yeah, and I think they've they've bribed a lot of
- 33:04Speaker 3: Democrat politicians and everyone nobody but me is saying this.
- 33:07Speaker 1: I never hear anyone saying I say it all the time.
- 33:10Speaker 3: I believe the Democrat Party, most of their leaders have
- 33:12Speaker 3: been bribed by the Mexican drug cartel. I'm gonna keep
- 33:15Speaker 3: saying it until somebody demands light of textra tests. I'm
- 33:17Speaker 3: telling you that's the way to go, all.
- 33:19Speaker 1: Right, Ben ben Berkewam host The law on Boarder.

- 36:47Speaker 1: All right, wall Ruth. So we appeared up piece in
- 36:49Speaker 1: the Middle East. I said that last week.
- 36:51Speaker 3: It's real now, I mean last week it was that
- 36:54Speaker 3: Trump had gotten a sign on from several Arab and
- 36:58Speaker 3: Muslim countries and the Israel and it appeared that we
- 37:01Speaker 3: had agreement, but he needed a mosque to agree, and
- 37:03Speaker 3: a mosque gave a tentative yes, and then they quickly
- 37:06Speaker 3: backtracked and said, well, maybe yes, maybe no. And today
- 37:09Speaker 3: they agreed officially that there will be peace in the
- 37:13Speaker 3: Middle East. That's the end of the Israel Hamas war
- 37:17Speaker 3: in Gaza. So good news, good news for America, good
- 37:20Speaker 3: news for the world, good news for Israel, good news
- 37:22Speaker 3: for the Middle East.
- 37:23Speaker 1: I hope it's over because we need it to be over.
- 37:27Speaker 1: We need it to be over. The reality is Trump
- 37:29Speaker 1: looks like a champion now.
- 37:30Speaker 3: The reality is Trump should win the Nobel Peace Prize
- 37:32Speaker 3: all good stuff. You know who should not win the
- 37:36Speaker 3: Peace Prize or a Nobel Prize for anything is pharmaceutical.
- 37:39Speaker 1: Companies, big pharma. You know, how I.
- 37:41Speaker 3: Feel about the vaccine. Everyone knows who I feel about
- 37:43Speaker 3: the vaccine. These big pharma companies. You know, I'm gonna
- 37:46Speaker 3: write a column one of these days about the fact
- 37:49Speaker 3: that even though I'm a capitalist, I mean, I'm not
- 37:51Speaker 3: just a capitalist.
- 37:52Speaker 1: I'm the capitalist.
- 37:54Speaker 3: I'm the world's biggest believer and supporter and defender of capitalism.
- 37:58Speaker 1: I love capitalism. The media has named me the capitalist Evangelist.
- 38:03Speaker 1: I love capitalism so much.
- 38:04Speaker 3: And even I believe that corporations get rich because they're greedy,
- 38:09Speaker 3: maybe sometimes even evil, and you got to rein them
- 38:13Speaker 3: in a little bit. Someone's got to be watching over
- 38:15Speaker 3: them because they would do anything to make money and
- 38:18Speaker 3: make their stock go up and make their shareholders happy.
- 38:21Speaker 1: But that's good, right, Greed is good.
- 38:23Speaker 3: As Michael Douglas said in the movie Wall Street, greed
- 38:26Speaker 3: is good if you're really greedy and stocks go up
- 38:29Speaker 3: and your performance goes up. Everyone gets rich and America benefits,
- 38:33Speaker 3: and they buy new houses, and they buy new cars,
- 38:34Speaker 3: and they buy new furniture, and America becomes the most
- 38:37Speaker 3: prosperous nation in the world. And that's what made us
- 38:39Speaker 3: the most prosperous nation in the world. But that doesn't
- 38:42Speaker 3: mean that I think that they're nice people. I want
- 38:45Speaker 3: to watch them like a hawk, and I think that
- 38:48Speaker 3: most of them would sell their mother in five cents
- 38:51Speaker 3: for a good quarter, you know, to produce a good
- 38:53Speaker 3: quarter of profits that makes their stock go up.
- 38:57Speaker 1: They'd sell their mother out.
- 39:00Speaker 3: Even though I love capitalism, I know they're all liars
- 39:02Speaker 3: and scum, right, they really are, And so you.
- 39:06Speaker 1: Got to watch them.
- 39:07Speaker 3: Well, So how come democrats who make this argument all
- 39:10Speaker 3: the time business is bad business evil?
- 39:13Speaker 1: They trust Big Pharma.
- 39:15Speaker 3: Big Pharma is the most evil and greedy of them all.
- 39:18Speaker 1: Why would you trust them? So look at this headline.
- 39:22Speaker 3: Bayer bets on Parkinson's treatment while selling pesticides linked to
- 39:28Speaker 3: causing the disease. So they sell pesticides that cause Parkinson's allegedly,
- 39:35Speaker 3: and then they bet on a Parkinson's treatment, And I
- 39:37Speaker 3: do want to bet you the treatment doesn't even work,
- 39:40Speaker 3: like the COVID vaccine probably doesn't even work.
- 39:42Speaker 1: But who would be dumb enough to trust a company
- 39:45Speaker 1: like that? Right?
- 39:48Speaker 3: So, now, in the waning minutes of this show, excuse
- 39:52Speaker 3: the pun, waning minutes, I want to read you a
- 39:56Speaker 3: couple of stories about the COVID vaccine Japan issues and
- 39:59Speaker 3: alert as the COVID vaccine spike is found in breast
- 40:03Speaker 3: cancer tumors, leading Japanese researchers of sound the alarm at
- 40:07Speaker 3: discovering Pfizer's COVID mRNA vaccine spike protein inside cancer tissue.
- 40:12Speaker 3: The alarming discovery has sent shockwaves through the world of
- 40:15Speaker 3: oncology and is raising new fears about the SHOT's potential
- 40:19Speaker 3: role in fueling tumor growth. Studies findings were published in
- 40:23Speaker 3: the Journal of Germansological Science. It causes cancer. It's so
- 40:31Speaker 3: clear that the COVID vaccine is giving people cancer. We've
- 40:35Speaker 3: had a massive spike in cancer since the COVID vaccine
- 40:39Speaker 3: came out, all kinds of cancer, not just breast cancer,
- 40:43Speaker 3: every kind of cancer, and the deaths are through the
- 40:46Speaker 3: roof only since the vaccine came out, all time.
- 40:50Speaker 1: Record amounts of cancer.
- 40:51Speaker 3: Now you're finding COVID vaccine spike proteins inside cancer cells.
- 40:57Speaker 3: The CDC says COVID nineteen vaccination is now up to
- 41:01Speaker 3: each individual. Each person should take a range of factors
- 41:04Speaker 3: into account and consult with their doctor before receiving a shot.
- 41:09Speaker 1: It's called informed consent is back. Thank you Robert F. Kennedy,
- 41:14Speaker 1: Junior Exclusive.
- 41:16Speaker 3: OSHA admits it told healthcare employers not to report COVID
- 41:23Speaker 3: vaccine injuries. I mean, if this isn't evil, if this
- 41:27Speaker 3: isn't crimes against humanity, if this isn't mass murder, I
- 41:31Speaker 3: don't know what is.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Every official at OSHA, every.
- 41:35Speaker 3: Single official at the Occupational Safety and Health Administration OSHA
- 41:39Speaker 3: who was involved in telling employers not to report COVID
- 41:44Speaker 3: vaccine injuries, every one of them should be put on
- 41:46Speaker 3: trial from mass murder. And if found guilty, you know
- 41:49Speaker 3: what I think should happen to him Nuremberg. And finally,
- 41:52Speaker 3: the CDC failed to warn the public of mRNA vaccine dangers,
- 41:56Speaker 3: and official report concludes it accuses the CDC of blome
- 42:00Speaker 3: hurrying the line between safety oversight.
- 42:02Speaker 1: And vaccine promotion.
- 42:05Speaker 3: You've all been lied to, you've all been scammed, you've
- 42:07Speaker 3: all been defrauded, and many of you are going to
- 42:10Speaker 3: die because of it. Many Americans are going to die
- 42:12Speaker 3: because when many Americans have already died.
