  God is love. He is filled with so much love that he gave his only son to die for our sins.

  If we but believe, then we can be part of the family of God.

  That's such an important part that Jesus died for our right to be his sons and daughters.

  i realized that if you know jesus christ as savior

  that we are all part of the same family we

  are part of the family of god in
• 1:56
  john chapter 1 and verse 12 he said but
• 1:59
  as many as received him to them gave he
• 2:01
  power to become the sons of god even to
• 2:04
  them that believe on his name in
• 2:08
  first john chapter 3 and verse 1 he said
• 2:11
  behold what manner of love the father hath
• 2:14
  bestowed upon us that we should be called the
• 2:18
  sons of god therefore the
• 2:21
  world knows us not because it knew him not in
• 2:24
  second corinthians 5 17 it says behold old things are passed away and all things
• 2:29
  are become new and that we are a new creature in christ jesus so we should not
• 2:34
  be known for the same things that an unbeliever is known for We should not be recognized.
• 2:43
  For the same things that an unbeliever is not recognized for.
• 2:47
  And as a result of that, because this world is sinful, and because this world
• 2:52
  is a dark place, we can sometimes feel very, very lonely in this world.
• 3:00
  And he said, you know, the world's not going to know you, because it didn't know me.
• 3:05
  He said, don't be real shocked if you have tribulations, because I had tribulations.
• 3:12
  But then he tells us that we are adopted into his family because as many as
• 3:19
  received him, gave he the power to become the sons of God,
• 3:25
  even to them that believe in his name.
• 3:27
  Now, I don't know about you, but I know how amazing it is that God loves me that much.
• 3:36
  He knows me. He knows my shortcomings.
• 3:39
  He knows my potential he
• 3:44
  knows my faults and my flaws yet he
• 3:47
  loves me just the same and he loves me so much that he wanted to be part of
• 3:53
  a family with him and i think it's amazing how he says behold what manner of
• 3:59
  love the father has bestowed upon us that we might be called the sons of god He loves me.
• 4:06
  And oh, how he loves you.
• 4:08
  Jesus loves you and he loves me. So much that we're part of the family of God.
• 4:15
  And even though this world is not our home and we're just pilgrims passing through,
• 4:20
  we can make it and have joy unspeakable and full of glory and a peace that passeth all understanding.
• 4:26
  Because our hope isn't here. Our hope is in Jesus Christ.
• 4:31
  And we know that he cannot fail and we know that he's
• 4:34
  victorious and we know that he said I go to prepare a
• 4:37
  place for you so we know that in his house
• 4:40
  are many mansions and one of them is built just for
• 4:43
  me because he's my father and we realize that we can call upon him and with
• 4:50
  full assurance know that he hears us and that he answers our prayers and that
• 4:56
  I'm not a stranger to God and that I'm not someone who doesn't have access to God.
• 5:02
  I have full access to God through Jesus Christ, his son.
• 5:07
  Isn't that amazing that me, Kim Miller, absolutely positively unimportant to
• 5:14
  most people in the world, is the apple of God's eye? He said so.
• 5:22
  Kim Miller, whose name won't open hardly any doors,
• 5:26
  will open heaven's gates with my prayers through my faith that unlocks the storehouse of blessings.
• 5:38
  Because, see, when I call upon him, I'm not a stranger. I am a child.
• 5:44
  And his royal blood runs through my veins because he imputed his righteousness to me.
• 5:51
  And he sits on the right hand side of the father ever living to make intercession
• 5:56
  for me and as things go through my life and as i react perhaps incorrectly he's
• 6:03
  telling god that's my daughter,
• 6:06
  i see the blood and i love her she's one of mine and when satan comes to him
• 6:13
  asking for permission to do something to me.
• 6:18
  He is fully aware of what I can withstand. And he made a promise that he would
• 6:24
  never put more on me than I could stand.
• 6:26
  And he knows me inside out and upside down because we're family.
• 6:31
  He's my heavenly father.
• 6:34
  And for some of you, maybe you had a poor childhood. Maybe it wasn't anything
• 6:39
  at all like you wanted it to be.
• 6:41
  I have good news for you. As a child of God, you have a perfect family.
• 6:48
  Are the members perfect in that family? No, but one day we will be.
• 6:53
  When we reach heaven's shore and our bodies are changed and we take that new
• 6:59
  robe upon us, we will be perfect.
• 7:01
  But until then, the family of God isn't perfect. And I know it for a fact because I'm in it.
• 7:06
  But I also know that there is no other place. there is no other club no other
• 7:12
  membership that will give you quite what the family of god will give you you
• 7:18
  see brothers and sisters in christ as they're living in the will of god will take their burdens,
• 7:25
  your burdens upon themselves. They'll pray for you. They understand that they
• 7:31
  are their brother's keeper.
• 7:33
  They'll be God's hands extended in his feet.
• 7:37
  They'll walk the extra mile with you because they know that you're family and you belong.
• 7:45
  So many people in the world today just want to belong.
• 7:49
  They just want somewhere to belong. all. I have good news.
• 7:55
  You belong to the family of God if you've called upon his name and received him as Savior.
• 8:03
  My friends, it doesn't matter where you've been, and it doesn't matter what you've done.
• 8:09
  When you come to Jesus Christ, he cleanses you from all unrighteousness.
• 8:15
  1 John 1.9 says that if we confess our sins, he's faithful and just to forgive
• 8:19
  us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
• 8:23
  There is not a sin that you can commit that is beyond his forgiveness.
• 8:29
  There isn't a life that you can live that is beyond his reach of grace and mercy.
• 8:35
  And there's not a life that you can live that is exempt from coming to him face
• 8:41
  to face and accepting him as Savior, because every knee shall bow and every
• 8:45
  tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
• 8:48
  And every one of us shall give account of himself to God.
• 8:53
  Friends, Jesus Christ is real. And the relationship that you have with Jesus Christ is personal.

  And he says that whosoever calleth on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
• 9:05
  And he also says that whosoever's name is not found written in the Lamb's book
• 9:10
  of life will be cast into hell or the lake of fire.
• 9:13
  So how is it that one calls
• 9:16
  upon jesus's name and gets their name
• 9:20
  written in the lamb's book of life my friend
• 9:23
  it's a simple thing you see jesus
• 9:27
  said in john chapter 3 and verse
• 9:30
  3 to nicodemus who was a rich ruler a highly educated man who through his mind
• 9:37
  just couldn't grasp the simpleness of god's free gift of salvation that comes
• 9:43
  through jesus christ and he didn't have ephesians 289 to read like you do that
• 9:47
  says for by grace are you saved.
• 9:51
  Through faith and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God,
• 9:55
  not of works, lest any man should boast.
• 9:59
  You don't have anything in salvation. You just have the option of choosing it or rejecting it.

  Joshua said, choose you this day whom you will serve. And Joshua was a very smart man.
• 10:10
  And he said, as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
• 10:14
  Deuteronomy says you can either choose the way of God, which is right,
• 10:19
  or you can choose the path that is wrong of sin and of Satan.
• 10:23
  But that there are two options and you must make a choice.
• 10:29
  And some of you say, well, I don't know what choice I'm making,
• 10:31
  so I'm not going to make one.
• 10:32
  My friend, by not making a choice, you've made a choice. And the choice you've
• 10:36
  made is I reject Jesus Christ.
• 10:38
  You see, you either accept him or you reject him.
• 10:42
  There are no in-betweens.
• 10:44
  And there are no exemption cards.
• 10:47
  And there are nobody who passes under the radar. He said, whosoever's name is
• 10:52
  not found written in the Lamb's book of life shall be cast into hellfire.
• 10:57
  And so when Nicodemus comes to Jesus so intellectual and he wants to know just
• 11:01
  what he has to do, Jesus says to him, verily, verily, in other words,
• 11:06
  listen up, listen up, take note to what I'm going to say, pal.
• 11:10
  I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
• 11:16
  This, my friend, isn't Kim talking.
• 11:19
  This isn't some doctrine from some church.
• 11:22
  This is Jesus Christ. If you'll just turn in your word of God, you can see it.
• 11:27
  And in many of the Bibles, the words of Jesus are written in red.
• 11:31
  And if your Bible is that way, it says it in red.
• 11:34
  That verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again,
• 11:39
  he cannot see the kingdom of God.
• 11:42
  In other words unless you have a new birth experience heaven will not be your
• 11:50
  home because everybody who is alive has been born once.
• 11:55
  He says then in John chapter 3, verse 7, again to Nicodemus,
• 12:01
  the second time, marvel not that I said unto thee, ye must be born again.
• 12:10
  It was so hard for Nicodemus to get up because he was thinking with his mind.
• 12:15
  And many of you within the sound of my voice are struggling with that same issue.
• 12:20
  You're thinking with your mind. And the devil uses your mind as a playground.
• 12:25
  And that's the best place for the seed of doubt to grow because your heart knows
• 12:30
  it's been washed in the blood of Jesus.
• 12:33
  The Holy Spirit dwells inside of you that you're never alone from him.
• 12:37
  And when you're thinking with your heart, you get it.
• 12:42
  But so often we begin to intellectualize things and that's when we put our works into things.
• 12:48
  That's when we start relying on ourselves.
• 12:50
  That's when we start thinking we're all that in a bag of chips and we don't need this Jesus.
• 12:55
  But Jesus made it plain. First, he said, Marvel not that I say unto you, ye must be born again.
• 13:02
  And in Romans 3, 23, it's written that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
• 13:07
  In Romans 6, 23, he says, for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God
• 13:13
  is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
• 13:16
  You keep on sinning, folks, you're going to gain hell as your eternity.
• 13:21
  You see the question is not whether or
• 13:24
  not you're going to spend eternity your soul is
• 13:27
  going to live forever done deal not arguable it's the truth the question is
• 13:35
  where is it going to live will you spend eternity in heaven with jesus christ
• 13:40
  who has paid the price and offered you the gift of salvation free and clear I don't know.
• 13:47
  Or will you spend eternity in hell, never meant for a human being,
• 13:51
  meant for the devil and his angels?
• 13:54
  Which is it going to be?
• 13:57
  Today is the day of salvation. Now is the accepted time. You must make that decision.
• 14:05
  What are you going to do with Jesus Christ? And it's time you stopped running.
• 14:10
  It's time you stopped putting it off. I'm laying it right out there in front
• 14:14
  of you right now, this very moment. What are you going to do with Jesus Christ?
• 14:19
  Where are you going to spend eternity?
• 14:22
  It's time for the rubber to meet the road, folks.
• 14:25
  It's time for you to buck up and pay attention. God is real. Hell is real.
• 14:32
  Heaven is a place to gain or a place to shun.
• 14:35
  But you've got to make that decision. And no decision is a way that the devil
• 14:41
  who walketh about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour,
• 14:45
  will deceive you and you will split the gates of hell wide open.
• 14:49
  But it won't be because God sent you. It won't be because Jesus didn't pay your price.
• 14:56
  It'll be because you, yes, you,
• 14:59
  rejected the only begotten
• 15:03
  Son of God who loved you so much
• 15:06
  that he died on the cross of calvary
• 15:09
  taking upon your sins and my sins upon himself he who knew no sin became sin
• 15:15
  for us that we might be made the righteousness of god through him and at noonday
• 15:20
  the entire sky went black because god couldn't look upon sin and his son became
• 15:26
  sin for us he who knew no sin.
• 15:30
  Why did he do it? Because God loved you so much he sent his son.
• 15:35
  And Jesus loved you so much. And he has a plan for you and expected end.
• 15:40
  And that plan for you is to make heaven your home.
• 15:43
  But you get to choose because he's a gentleman.
• 15:46
  And he wants you to love him out of a free will, not because he makes you.
• 15:51
  But my friends, how could you not?
• 15:53
  That beautiful sunrise you see in the morning, it's compliments of Jesus Christ.
• 15:58
  That beautiful sunset you see in
• 16:01
  the evening hey that's compliments of jesus
• 16:04
  christ the oxygen that you breathe that
• 16:08
  is a gift from jesus christ the
• 16:12
  blessings you receive they are bestowed upon
• 16:15
  you by jesus christ the fact
• 16:18
  that you have an opportunity to hear the scriptures plain
• 16:21
  and clear this very moment prior to you escaping
• 16:25
  into eternity is a gift of jesus christ
• 16:28
  because he loved you in fact we love him
• 16:31
  because he first loved us and he is knocking on your heart's door in revelations
• 16:36
  320 he is pursuing you and right now you are in the midst of his pursuing and
• 16:42
  he wants you to listen to what he has to say and what he has to say is this you must be born again.
• 16:50
  In Romans 3.25, he says, Whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through
• 16:54
  faith in his blood to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that
• 16:59
  are past through the forbearance of God.
• 17:03
  Jesus Christ is the propitiation for our sins.
• 17:06
  And not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world, he tells us in 1 John 2.2.
• 17:12
  1 John 4.10, he says, Hearing is love, not that we love God. That's a no-brainer.

  If you'll open up your eyes and just let your heart just crack open a bit,
• 17:23
  you can't help but love God.
• 17:26
  Everything you have is a gift from him.
• 17:29
  Every good and great gift cometh down from the Father of life,
• 17:32
  with which there is no turning and no variableness.
• 17:36
  James tells us that without faith, Hebrews says that without faith is impossible to please him.
• 17:42
  James says, listen, it's not of works that gets me to heaven,
• 17:46
  but I'll show you my faith by my works.
• 17:49
  If you are a child of God, you need to be working for God.
• 17:52
  You need to really realize what he saved you from. You need to listen to the
• 17:56
  words that we've spoken through the scriptures, this very lesson,
• 18:00
  and let you fall in love with Jesus all over again.
• 18:03
  And if you don't know Jesus Christ as Savior, you need to make a decision to serve him.
• 18:09
  Anything less than that is a reservation in hell. And friends, you don't want that.
• 18:15
  You're going to be so smart, you think. that
• 18:19
  you think there's some other way but john chapter 14
• 18:22
  and verse 6 6 says i am
• 18:25
  the way the truth and the life and no
• 18:29
  man cometh unto the father but by me the power of positive thinking may make
• 18:36
  you smile but it'll never give you joy because joy comes from within the power
• 18:41
  of positive thinking has led
• 18:43
  many people astray because see it's all about works and what you can do,
• 18:48
  You see, but there is none righteous, no, not one And our works are as filthy
• 18:52
  rags He's clear about that.
• 18:55
  You see, placing your faith in anything else will never work.
• 19:00
  Because my friends, you can't keep the law.
• 19:05
  And praise be to God, we live on this side of the cross and we have grace which abounds.
• 19:11
  He says, where sin did abound and grace did much more abound.
• 19:14
  And you can't be good enough to get to heaven.
• 19:17
  Because you will sin and there is no sin in heaven. And there must be a payment
• 19:21
  for your sin. And you just can't pay it.
• 19:25
  But God knew this. He saw a fallen
• 19:28
  man and he understood there would be a need for that payment of sin.
• 19:32
  And so he offered his only son that you might receive salvation.
• 19:37
  And the son of God, Jesus Christ, knew the weight of this payment he was going to have to pay.
• 19:44
  Because he went to the garden of Gethsemane the day before he was going to the cross of Calvary.
• 19:50
  And he prayed and he said, Father, if there be any other way,
• 19:54
  let this cup pass from me. No, he wasn't saying, I won't do it.
• 19:58
  No, he wasn't saying, I don't love them. What he was saying is,
• 20:01
  if there's another way, let's go that way. Because he knew what it would require.
• 20:07
  I tell you that to say this.
• 20:09
  He willingly walked Golgotha for you.
• 20:14
  And he willingly shed his blood because he knew there was no other way that you could get to heaven.
• 20:20
  And he did all of this because he loves you.
• 20:24
  And when Nicodemus came to Jesus by night, because he was afraid somebody would
• 20:29
  see him, he saw Jesus and Jesus explained very plainly that he had to be born again.
• 20:34
  And he said, unless you're born of the water, which is your physical birth and
• 20:38
  of the spirit, you cannot see the kingdom of God.
• 20:41
  And so he spoke to Nicodemus and explained in John chapter three,
• 20:45
  verse 16, that we need to believe in Jesus and we would have life eternal.
• 20:50
  In John chapter four, Jesus goes to the woman at the well.
• 20:54
  You see, he's pursuing them and he's no respecter of persons and he's pursuing you.
• 20:59
  And if you're listening to this lesson right now, he's pursuing you and the
• 21:03
  Holy Spirit is drawing you and the word is drawing you to hear what God has to say when he said,
• 21:09
  I stretched out my arms and this is how much I love you. And I shed every ounce of my blood.
• 21:14
  I gave everything I had that you might go free.
• 21:18
  All i ask in return is that you believe in me
• 21:21
  and that you love me and that
• 21:24
  you serve me and if you serve me i'll give you joy unspeakable
• 21:27
  and full of glory and a peace that passeth understanding it isn't oppression
• 21:31
  it isn't bondage in fact he says sin hath no more dominion over you and that
• 21:36
  whom the lord sets free he's free indeed you've never felt freedom like you'll
• 21:42
  feel in the center of God's will.
• 21:46
  Friends, he says in Acts, the Philippian jailer says, What must I do to be saved?
• 21:51
  And he says, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.
• 21:55
  In Romans 10, 9 and 10, he says this, That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth
• 22:00
  the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart, that God hath raised him from
• 22:04
  the dead, thou shalt be saved.
• 22:06
  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
• 22:12
  It's as simple as A-B-C. You must acknowledge that you are a sinner in need of a Savior.
• 22:19
  You must believe in Jesus Christ as the only payment for that sin in his death,
• 22:24
  burial, and resurrection in his sinless life and confess him as Lord and Savior.
• 22:29
  Our kind and most gracious, dear Heavenly Father, Lord, we just thank you for
• 22:32
  this, another opportunity to come before you.
• 22:34
  We pray that you would just work in hearts and let them see,
• 22:37
  Lord, that you are God and that you are reaching out your hand and you're drawing them to you.
• 22:42
  Lord, we pray that at this moment in time, that you would just let that repentant
• 22:47
  heart know that all they have to do is pray, Lord, forgive me.
• 22:50
  I am a sinner in need of a Savior.
• 22:53
  I am a person without hope unless you come and live in my heart.
• 22:57
  And I know that you walked among men and that you were tempted just as we are, yet without sin.
• 23:02
  And I know that you took up all my sins upon that cross because you loved me
• 23:07
  and that you're coming back again.
• 23:09
  And unless I have made my allegiance with you, and unless I have aligned myself
• 23:13
  with you, I'm going to spend eternity in hell but that you've got a place prepared
• 23:17
  for me and that I can be adopted into your family if only I believe.
• 23:22
  Lord, save me because I know that you are Jesus Christ, the only Son of God.
• 23:27
  The one and only payment for my sin.
• 23:30
  Come live in my heart and dwell in me, I pray. And all these things we ask in
• 23:34
  thy most precious holy name we pray. And amen.

  God is in control.
