  and in podcast land, James and Brett were recording, eggnog in

  hand. The mics were all set up with

  meticulous care in hopes that Santa would soon be there.

  James puffed a cigar, his favorite delight, while Brett
• 1:22
  sipped his eggnog and preached through the night.

  The gospel is freedom, they both proudly said as visions of
• 1:30
  downloads danced in their heads. When out in the yard there arose
• 1:35
  such a clatter. James dropped his cigar to see
• 1:38
  what was the matter. He peeked through the window and
• 1:41
  froze in his tracks. There's a sleigh in the driveway
• 1:45
  and reindeer Outback. The door burst wide open, and
• 1:49
  who should appear but their friend JC in a red suit this
• 1:53
  year. His beard wasn't white, but it
• 1:56
  sure was well trimmed, and his laugh filled the room.

  It was Hardy and grim. JC asked.

  Brett, what's with this disguise?
• 2:07
  JC just grinned, mischief lighting his eyes.

  I'm Santa. Tonight I've come bearing gifts.
• 2:15
  But first, where's that eggnog? I've got to take sips.

  James laughed and said, Then you'll need this cigar.
• 2:23
  A sweet Maduro. It's the best by far.
• 2:27
  Jaycee sat down, his sack set aside, and joined in their
• 2:31
  podcast with festive Yuletide. They joked about Santa's cigars
• 2:36
  in good cheer and how Jaycee's red suit might become his new
• 2:40
  gear. The gospel is freedom, they all
• 2:44
  proudly said and toasted with eggnog and cigars well fed.

  As JC departed his sleigh on the go, he bellowed.

  Keep preaching the freedom, you know.

  And they heard him exclaim as he flew out of sight.
