Kentucky’s Chandler Hospital is getting a massive $3 billion upgrade — including 1,400 new beds — forcing the shutdown of the University Drive Garage and Cooper Drive underpass starting July 13. Everything must be cleared by 10 PM that night. Employees can park at Kroger Field, North Red Lot, or Gluck Lot, with shuttle access starting at 5 AM.
