  your life So let's huddle up and hear

  today's play from Leviticus 17 which

  says "I will set my face against any

  Israelite or any foreigner residing

  among them who eats blood And I will cut

  them off from the people for the life of

  a creature is in the blood and I have
• 0:25
  given it to you to make atonement for
• 0:27
  yourselves on the altar It is the blood
• 0:30
  that makes atonement for one's life

  Therefore I say to the Israelites none

  of you may eat blood nor may any
• 0:37
  foreigner residing among you eat blood
• 0:40
  You know it's the blood of Jesus that
• 0:42
  atones for our sin and makes us right
• 0:45
  with

  God But today's lesson is more about

  there's one ruler because there's one
• 0:51
  God over all humanity and he sets the
• 0:54
  rules because he's the judge of humanity

  And these are not negotiable He doesn't

  invite us to debate his ways but demands

  that we obey his ways And fortunately

  for us his ways are good and they're
• 1:08
  right and they're not burdensome We're
• 1:10
  to love God with all of our heart soul

  mind and strength and love our neighbor

  as ourselves There's nothing greater

  that he could ask of us nor anything

  other that he should ask of us This

  means that there are certain behaviors

  then that are intolerable for society

  because they blatantly defy these

  commands or acknowledge the one or fail

  to acknowledge the one true God

  Christians cannot support the sexual

  practices of the depraved Sex is only

  allowed in marriage between a man and a

  woman for the procreation of children

  parents Murder is unacceptable at any

  hostile Muslim community to the ways of

  our God and the founding of our nation

  This tolerance is not loving but foolish

  for defying our God and encouraging

  further the Muslim disdain for American

  law It is right and wrong But these must

  be defined by God For he alone is wise

  enough to know the difference and he

  alone is powerful enough to reward and

  punish all people for all eternity for

  their adherence to or rebellion of his

  ways The Christian is sworn to

  allegiance to God in his ways as is

  given to us in the scriptures or we're
• 2:45
  not Christians at all and therefore

  subject to the same judgment to come as

  those who deny Jesus is the true savior
