- 0:30Speaker 1: mostly sunny. High's around eighty all weekend next week looking
- 0:36Speaker 1: really nice too. We have earned it. We've been through
- 0:38Speaker 1: the rain, we've been through the cold. We've earned this
- 0:41Speaker 1: good weather. Now the things you could go out and
- 0:45Speaker 1: do you have any plans to go out and experience
- 0:47Speaker 1: the sun, Systey, Actually I do.
- 0:50Speaker 2: I'm celebrating my wedding anniversary this weekend, and so we're
- 0:53Speaker 2: taking the train up to Santa Barbara.
- 0:56Speaker 1: I love it. Santa Barbara is so romantic.
- 0:58Speaker 2: The Amtrak, Yeah, I guess they're really cheap. Actually, it's
- 1:01Speaker 2: like you can make a whole cute little.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Day out of it. Oh my gosh. If I were
- 1:05Speaker 1: in a relationship, I would want to go do that.
- 1:07Speaker 1: That would be such a friend. Listen I've been such
- 1:13Speaker 1: a third wheel for so many years in my life.
- 1:17Speaker 1: I actually I was at third wheel the other night.
- 1:19Speaker 1: And every time I walk up to the couple and
- 1:21Speaker 1: have dinner with them or something, or have lunch or
- 1:23Speaker 1: grab a coffee, I always apologize. I walk in and
- 1:26Speaker 1: say I'm sorry to interrupt, I'm sorry to join you.
- 1:30Speaker 1: But I think it's out of them feeling charitable and bad. No,
- 1:34Speaker 1: I think they're bad. They invite me to dinner even
- 1:36Speaker 1: though they don't want me to dinner with their like date.
- 1:38Speaker 2: I would love for you to crash our dinner. Come
- 1:40Speaker 2: you're invited.
- 1:42Speaker 1: I don't know how to celebrate a wedding anniversary, though
- 1:47Speaker 1: it would be so awkward for me. You're ordained. Maybe
- 1:49Speaker 1: we can renew our vows with you, I know, I am.
- 1:52Speaker 1: I'm how long is that ordainment? Tiny? For your wedding lives?
- 1:56Speaker 3: It lasts if it lasts you for life? So you're
- 2:00Speaker 3: track van I's to SB twenty seven dollars. I know, great, Sophia,
- 2:06Speaker 3: that's like in your budget as an intern, I.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Know, yay all the time? Can you beverage it up
- 2:13Speaker 1: on the train? Oh yeah you can maybe. Yeah, Ruby's
- 2:17Speaker 1: very Ruby's nodding, Yes, I've done that trip before, and
- 2:20Speaker 1: yes you can. That's the point, right when you when
- 2:23Speaker 1: you don't have to drive and you're going somewhere you
- 2:26Speaker 1: like want a beverage and so a reverence have an
- 2:28Speaker 1: afternoon beverage. Yes, a little sham daytime. The daytime drink
- 2:34Speaker 1: is so against the rules that it's fun. I've been
- 2:36Speaker 1: on a roll when Justin Bieber comes on in the Uber.
- 2:39Speaker 1: I love to tell the driver that I'm such a
- 2:41Speaker 1: big fan of Justin Bieber. Break up conversation nice. I
- 2:45Speaker 1: mean sometimes they I've told you. Sometimes the ride share
- 2:47Speaker 1: drivers are interested. I asked questions. I'm like, how you doing?
- 2:52Speaker 1: How's is it I got the flu in your family yet?
- 2:54Speaker 1: Because I've had that. Oh yeah, it's amazing. The one Chris,
- 3:00Speaker 1: my uber driver two nights ago, Chris said, yeah, my
- 3:03Speaker 1: wife just got it. It was like it was meant
- 3:05Speaker 1: to be that I was eating his Uber. Thank you, Chris.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Flu A has entered the be A Clara family as well.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Oh my, it is the most common denominator going around
- 3:13Speaker 1: right now. And let me tell you, Siny who has
- 3:15Speaker 1: the flu? My son Maxim So it's gonna go around. Yeah,
- 3:20Speaker 1: that and the cough. I'm being flingers. Okay, I know
- 3:24Speaker 1: we do calf lingers for a long time. What can
- 3:27Speaker 1: you do take them out? I don't know. It's a
- 3:31Speaker 1: it's a lingering ticket, it really is.
- 3:32Speaker 2: And you know what's crazy though, he's asymptomatic. That's the
- 3:35Speaker 2: crazy part. That's why this flu is spreading so intense.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I don't even know if I know what that means.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Yeah, because you know, it just means that, like, your
- 3:43Speaker 2: symptoms were so crazy, right, you were like you had
- 3:46Speaker 2: body aches.
- 3:46Speaker 1: And like chill your body aches. He doesn't have anything.
- 3:49Speaker 1: He doesn't have a fever.
- 3:50Speaker 2: He does he had like he was feeling dizzy, and
- 3:52Speaker 2: so when they did the test on him, I was like,
- 3:54Speaker 2: just do it anyways, and it turns out he has
- 3:55Speaker 2: strap and flu a.
- 3:57Speaker 1: No sp It's the worst that you have to do
- 3:59Speaker 1: that thing when they stick the stick back ye swab.
- 4:02Speaker 1: I know. Oh I can't do that. I would dread
- 4:04Speaker 1: out all of the time.
- 4:06Speaker 4: All right.
- 4:07Speaker 1: So Reddit put this list out of things to stop
- 4:09Speaker 1: caring about this year, and one of them stood out
- 4:12Speaker 1: to me. There's a lot of things like don't care
- 4:14Speaker 1: about things you can't control, don't get peer pressured into
- 4:17Speaker 1: doing stuff. Get rid of your fomo. I have a
- 4:20Speaker 1: hard time getting rid of fomo. I don't know what
- 4:22Speaker 1: it is. I think I know what it is. I
- 4:25Speaker 1: think I know what it is, though Tony, for me,
- 4:27Speaker 1: it was I was never let in. I was always
- 4:31Speaker 1: standing in the line. I was not invited, And so
- 4:36Speaker 1: now when I get invited, I feel so lucky to
- 4:38Speaker 1: get invited because I remember not being Invitedtal did I
- 4:42Speaker 1: get the fomo?
- 4:43Speaker 5: Yep.
- 4:46Speaker 1: So that's what happens with me. The other thing is texting.
- 4:51Speaker 1: I think when we started here it was a badge
- 4:55Speaker 1: of honor, like to text. Respond to text twenty four
- 4:58Speaker 1: to seven was like you were proud to do that.
- 5:01Speaker 1: It made you were available and Disney, you respond to
- 5:03Speaker 1: text all the time fast.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I feel like it's a if it's an it's
- 5:07Speaker 2: if it's one of you guys, if it's work related.
- 5:10Speaker 2: I tend to respond quickly. Sometimes with my friends. I
- 5:12Speaker 2: dropped the ball a little bit more, but you should.
- 5:15Speaker 1: And this year one of the things that I am
- 5:17Speaker 1: going to try and suck on should I say I'm
- 5:19Speaker 1: gonna try latch onto. I'm not gonna stuck on it.
- 5:22Speaker 1: I'm gonna watch onto it is not responding to texts immediately.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Now you noticed I did the auto reply over Christy.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I did notice that that was my soft launch of
- 5:32Speaker 1: telling people on text that hey, I'm not always reading
- 5:35Speaker 1: my texts. That was like my way to introducing me.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Idea, that's fine for the holidays, but if it's a
- 5:40Speaker 2: work question, you want us to not respond.
- 5:42Speaker 1: To you, No, that's the problem. I don't want to
- 5:46Speaker 1: respond to you, but I want you to respond to Yes, yes,
- 5:49Speaker 1: we understand. But I think that we not need we
- 5:55Speaker 1: don't need to like be so focused on being available
- 6:00Speaker 1: twenty for seven. Yes, and that is something that I
- 6:03Speaker 1: thought I had to do to have this job, but
- 6:05Speaker 1: I don't want to do that so much anymore. All Right,
- 6:08Speaker 1: she's one on two point seven CHISFM. Good morning on
- 6:11Speaker 1: your Friday. It's Ryan Seacrest and everybody here in the morning.
- 6:14Speaker 4: All right.
- 6:15Speaker 1: So, Sisney was just telling me that, you know, when
- 6:17Speaker 1: you come into an office building, you gotta check in,
- 6:20Speaker 1: you gotta have your key card, you gotta get your
- 6:22Speaker 1: tickets for your parking a lot of times to get validated,
- 6:26Speaker 1: and there's a there's security here. I'm doing a great
- 6:31Speaker 1: job of securing all of the radio stations so that
- 6:34Speaker 1: when we do a Ryan's roses, we are safe. Yes,
- 6:37Speaker 1: you'd be asked a lot. I'm asked a lot. Hey,
- 6:40Speaker 1: do you ever like where when you leave? Well, what
- 6:43Speaker 1: after Ryan's roses? That the guy's going to come after you?
- 6:46Speaker 1: My dad asked all the time, your dad does. My
- 6:49Speaker 1: dad's like worried for me. He's like, they're going to
- 6:51Speaker 1: come after you because you're the one doing the call.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Oh my god, no, no, no, no, no, no, new, We've
- 6:56Speaker 1: got security at the desk.
- 6:58Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Now he doesn't know your name.
- 7:01Speaker 2: I know he calls me like Ciciani, Ciciani, which he
- 7:05Speaker 2: hasn't has an accent, so I'm used to it too,
- 7:07Speaker 2: Like my dad calls me cisunni like. So it's just
- 7:10Speaker 2: I feel like my name has been said so many
- 7:11Speaker 2: different ways, but like he's adding an eye somewhere in there.
- 7:15Speaker 1: That I spelled your name wrong in my contact when
- 7:17Speaker 1: I first met you, and it's still wrong. Yeah, you'd
- 7:19Speaker 1: forget the ie at Yeah you do that. You just
- 7:22Speaker 1: put yes yes. But I guess the question is, well,
- 7:25Speaker 1: it says Sisani. That's what I thought at first when
- 7:27Speaker 1: I first met him. But the question is when someone
- 7:30Speaker 1: calls you by the wrong name or pronounces it wrong,
- 7:32Speaker 1: or actually misuses a word. Because I'll hear people misuse
- 7:36Speaker 1: a word or I'll misuse a word and I know
- 7:39Speaker 1: I did it, and I like, do I go back
- 7:40Speaker 1: and correct myself to admit that I know that I
- 7:42Speaker 1: just used that wrong? Or do you keep going? When
- 7:45Speaker 1: do you call them out? Cisani? I don't know.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Oh that's another one. So Sisani my friend. I have
- 7:52Speaker 2: a mom friend at work or at school that like
- 7:55Speaker 2: said my name once like that, and I was like, Oh,
- 7:56Speaker 2: that's weird, and I just moved on.
- 7:58Speaker 1: And then I was months ago.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Come to me, I'm not taking her yoga class, and
- 8:02Speaker 2: she on her with her microphone is calling me Sasani
- 8:04Speaker 2: the whole.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Class in front of everyone else. I have been calling anything, Well,
- 8:10Speaker 1: I've been calling Rihanna Rihanna. Yeah, that's fifteen years. It's
- 8:15Speaker 1: not wrong because I asked Rihanna and she said, how
- 8:18Speaker 1: are you like to say it? But she said just
- 8:19Speaker 1: be nice. Well, how do you know it's wrong? Because
- 8:23Speaker 1: she says Rihanna? She says, hey, it's Rihanna. Well what
- 8:27Speaker 1: does everybody else say? On kiss FM? Rihanna or Rihanna
- 8:30Speaker 1: like what Jojo saying. I say, listen too. I don't
- 8:35Speaker 1: know what jos when you play her. Jojo plays Rihanna
- 8:40Speaker 1: like a sweeper of it. Rihanna. You can't even say,
- 8:44Speaker 1: I do you don't say Rihanna on kids? Rihanna. I
- 8:50Speaker 1: think she was being nice, but she did say to
- 8:54Speaker 1: my face. Either way, it is fine because she has
- 8:57Speaker 1: maybe she has an accent when she says it, right, Okay,
- 9:00Speaker 1: So what do I do? Do I correct them or
- 9:02Speaker 1: just move on? Move on? So this is just that's
- 9:04Speaker 1: the hearing. I think they rotate all these stations out there,
- 9:07Speaker 1: so he's probably listening to this at some point today.
- 9:10Speaker 1: But thank you for the protection. We appreciate the security job.
- 9:13Speaker 2: We love you.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Twenty four to seven coming up next. If you're going
- 9:17Speaker 1: out this weekend, these are the worst drinks in terms
- 9:21Speaker 1: of calories and sugar. And I I have something else
- 9:25Speaker 1: like I'll tell you in a second as a point
- 9:27Speaker 1: seven because that l I think you listen to us
- 9:29Speaker 1: Ryan Seacrest with a quotes of the day. And also
- 9:32Speaker 1: if you're headed out drinks that are the worst for
- 9:35Speaker 1: you calorie wise, I have to tell you that this
- 9:38Speaker 1: year I don't have a drink like nothing suits. I
- 9:42Speaker 1: don't like anything anymore. It doesn't I used to think, Yeah,
- 9:46Speaker 1: I used to like the Conciergnez with a little bit
- 9:48Speaker 1: of orange and lemon. I do like it, but it's not.
- 9:51Speaker 1: I don't know what. I can't pick. When someone says,
- 9:54Speaker 1: what do you want? What kind of order you? What's
- 9:55Speaker 1: your drink? I actually have no answer. Right now, you're vibelests. No,
- 9:59Speaker 1: that's a okay, you're just your palettes changing. But what
- 10:03Speaker 1: changing to? What?
- 10:03Speaker 7: Like?
- 10:03Speaker 1: What? I don't know.
- 10:05Speaker 2: I started dabbling in vodka a few weeks ago, which
- 10:08Speaker 2: is so unlike me, and I actually enjoyed it. But yeah,
- 10:11Speaker 2: it's like it was years and years of just tequila,
- 10:13Speaker 2: and so I was like, well.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Right, I'm like so much. When I get the question,
- 10:18Speaker 1: what would you like? Maybe you're gonna turn into like
- 10:19Speaker 1: a whiskey guy. Oh gosh, No martini guys. I think
- 10:29Speaker 1: it's gonna hurt the next day. You can sip on one.
- 10:32Speaker 1: But the three highest caloric sugary drinks are that espresso
- 10:37Speaker 1: martini that everybody loves. Really, you were just saying coffee
- 10:41Speaker 1: and vodka or no, I went deep on it. I
- 10:44Speaker 1: actually asked the bartender what's in it? Because it tastes
- 10:46Speaker 1: like a dessert. It's got liqueur, it's got the coffee. Yeah, syrup,
- 10:52Speaker 1: that's what makes it taste so good. Then you got
- 10:54Speaker 1: your margarita. Yeah, dangerously, it's all that other stuff and
- 10:58Speaker 1: the worst one the peanut. But that is Yeah, that
- 11:02Speaker 1: one's a treat if you're on vacation. Today's quote, when
- 11:07Speaker 1: you have more than you need, build a longer table,
- 11:11Speaker 1: not a higher fence. Wow. So did you explain that
- 11:15Speaker 1: one to me? I don't get it.
- 11:16Speaker 2: Yes, and my people into your world and share your
- 11:19Speaker 2: wealth with them.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Yeah, don't build a fence and keep people out. You
- 11:23Speaker 1: got that too, got it? Why are you confused? Yes?
- 11:29Speaker 1: I don't know. You read it.
- 11:30Speaker 4: I liked it.
- 11:31Speaker 1: I know all right, kiss f I've got your headlines
- 11:35Speaker 1: here on your Friday morning. Our phone screener. Phonsie was
- 11:37Speaker 1: just telling me about the this week. He said he
- 11:41Speaker 1: dates emo batties. That's just I want to talk about.
- 11:46Speaker 1: I want to talk about types. Just stand by their Phonsie,
- 11:50Speaker 1: s Emo, are you an emo battie? Doesn't even meet
- 11:53Speaker 1: let's celebrity stand by. We're getting into that first sistany
- 11:58Speaker 1: with the headline I'm the headlines well.
- 12:02Speaker 2: Sokel Gas has asked permission to close all of its
- 12:04Speaker 2: branches where customers can go in and get help with
- 12:07Speaker 2: their bills.
- 12:08Speaker 1: A hoax call claiming someone had.
- 12:09Speaker 2: A rifle set off a swat response at the Bicycle
- 12:13Speaker 2: Casino in Bell Gardens last night, forcing an evacuation and
- 12:16Speaker 2: briefly shutting down part of the seventy ten. The Union
- 12:19Speaker 2: for La Firefighters is calling for a half cent sales
- 12:22Speaker 2: tax increase to fund the fire department's needs. And as
- 12:25Speaker 2: we know, Harry Styles announced his new album, Kiss All
- 12:28Speaker 2: the Time Disco Occasionally, will be out March sixth, his
- 12:31Speaker 2: first album since Harry's House back in twenty twenty two.
- 12:34Speaker 1: It's Tyler, the creator from that movie that haven't seen yet?
- 12:38Speaker 1: What's that movie called that? He's in his acting debut,
- 12:40Speaker 1: Martyay Supreme. I gotta see that sugar my tongue kiss
- 12:43Speaker 1: a fam all right, speaking of sugar ma tongue. I
- 12:48Speaker 1: gotta get into it.
- 12:49Speaker 4: Yeah, let's do.
- 12:50Speaker 1: I gotta get into it, and I want you to
- 12:52Speaker 1: think it. Tanya says, you've known me a long time.
- 12:55Speaker 1: I'd like to know what you think my type is
- 12:57Speaker 1: in a second, but first, Oh Fonds in the back room,
- 13:03Speaker 1: he said to me that his type when he goes
- 13:06Speaker 1: out and he lives for a weekend and he goes
- 13:08Speaker 1: out on the prow for emo batties, that's his type.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Emo batties. Now what is give me a celebrity that's
- 13:15Speaker 1: a technically an emo batty? And what does that means?
- 13:18Speaker 4: Yeah, so emo or goth batty?
- 13:19Speaker 8: Right?
- 13:20Speaker 4: Any other two?
- 13:20Speaker 9: They have like a dark kind of like appearance, like
- 13:24Speaker 9: kind of like a vibe, like an aesthetic. My favorite
- 13:27Speaker 9: right now is Rhea Ripley from wwe Uh. She is
- 13:31Speaker 9: very like goth coded, but very like metal coded, like
- 13:35Speaker 9: heavy metal and very kind of punk. Another girl I'm
- 13:39Speaker 9: thinking of, Oh my goodness, oh Cat Bond.
- 13:42Speaker 4: I have the biggest crush on.
- 13:43Speaker 9: Her growing up. When I was watching at La inc
- 13:46Speaker 9: And I just didn't think. I was like, I'm not
- 13:47Speaker 9: into tattoos, but like, for some reason, tattoos on a
- 13:50Speaker 9: girl and just very dark hair, maybe even a slight
- 13:54Speaker 9: pale kind of like aesthetic to it.
- 13:55Speaker 1: I don't know what makes him a batty? What when
- 13:58Speaker 1: you say that makes me libory?
- 14:00Speaker 9: Like they're they're a confident woman. They look fantastic. They're
- 14:03Speaker 9: very well bodied, like they got like they're.
- 14:06Speaker 4: Hitting the gym. They look amazing.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Soraya Ripley. I just looked her up. Yeah he will, Riyah,
- 14:14Speaker 1: she would throw you across the one thirty four. You
- 14:18Speaker 1: want that kind of strength, Yes, you want like domination.
- 14:22Speaker 3: Oh it's just so fascinating.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Fonzie in the screener room. Yeah all right. So would
- 14:29Speaker 1: Megan Fox be an emo baddy?
- 14:31Speaker 4: I think she was at one point.
- 14:32Speaker 9: I don't know she is now though, too mainstream for
- 14:36Speaker 9: you fanstream.
- 14:38Speaker 4: After Transformers, I was like.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Nah, what about the what about the guy uh as
- 14:42Speaker 1: a dude machine gun? Kelly? Is that an emo baddy?
- 14:45Speaker 5: Dude?
- 14:45Speaker 9: He's yeah, well, I don't know, femo, but like pop punk,
- 14:49Speaker 9: like punk rock kind of kind of vibe.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, Teddy, I'm very curious. So that's a type. Yeah,
- 14:55Speaker 1: what would you say my type is? I'd say your
- 14:57Speaker 1: type is a green goddess. What does that even mean?
- 15:02Speaker 1: I'm dressing on a salad. I don't know.
- 15:03Speaker 10: It's somebody that is like, loves to eat things like
- 15:06Speaker 10: from the earth and is very health health forward and
- 15:11Speaker 10: a little bit regal, Like I think that's your tipe.
- 15:14Speaker 1: No, I have to be honest with you. I like Phonzie's.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Yours is like the effortlessly put together girl or Forever
- 15:26Speaker 2: twenty seven girl.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Forever twenty seven.
- 15:30Speaker 2: I'm fine, girl next door, the girl next door call
- 15:34Speaker 2: me out.
- 15:35Speaker 1: That's fine, you call me out because I don't understand it.
- 15:40Speaker 1: It doesn't It's like two I don't Zenny or something.
- 15:44Speaker 1: I don't know, but I like. I like tattoos. I
- 15:47Speaker 1: actually I don't quite like to go as Emo Batty
- 15:51Speaker 1: as Phonsie, but like a happy medium seems interesting.
- 15:55Speaker 4: Levine would be a happy medium.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Age gap battye. I mean, look, I think I'm that
- 16:05Speaker 1: age of the people I date. But that's just me.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Sophia will explain what they're talking about someday. You know,
- 16:13Speaker 1: I live for this. I know I know what you
- 16:16Speaker 1: do and you love it. I do. I love it.
- 16:19Speaker 1: It is the reason I come in to be tortured
- 16:21Speaker 1: and abused. Thank you. Favorite Jennifer Lawrence movie intern Sofia
- 16:27Speaker 1: Hunger Games. Yeah, mine's the spy one where Sparrow spy,
- 16:33Speaker 1: Red Sparrow Spy, Red Sparrow Spy. Yes, that one, so
- 16:38Speaker 1: Jennifer Lawrence movie actress and people say to you, you
- 16:41Speaker 1: know you got you know you gotta do. You gotta
- 16:42Speaker 1: find someone you're compatible with. No, you know what you
- 16:44Speaker 1: gotta do. You gotta find somebody's the opposite of you.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Like what works? What she say, Tanya, so you hit
- 16:51Speaker 1: the nail on the head. She married somebody.
- 16:52Speaker 10: Her husband, Cook Maroni, is the opposite of Jennifer Lawrence.
- 16:57Speaker 10: And it seems like her husband is the one. He's
- 16:59Speaker 10: the anchor of the family. He keeps everybody organized. He's
- 17:03Speaker 10: the more type a of the couple.
- 17:05Speaker 1: But she said, I.
- 17:06Speaker 10: Married somebody who is the opposite of me. He is
- 17:08Speaker 10: so organized, everything is ordered. I have to keep the
- 17:11Speaker 10: closet doors closed. I have my little jobs that I
- 17:13Speaker 10: work really hard to do. And then she said that
- 17:17Speaker 10: they have this rule we've learned to keep our marriage alive.
- 17:20Speaker 1: I have a fifteen minute wiggle room.
- 17:22Speaker 10: So basically, like if they say we're having dinner or
- 17:25Speaker 10: breakfast at seven point thirty, there's a window, fifteen minute window.
- 17:29Speaker 1: But what I do, what I read.
- 17:31Speaker 10: When I see this is compromise too much.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Yeah, he wants to compromise all the time. That is
- 17:38Speaker 1: not what I want in a relationship. I wants to
- 17:40Speaker 1: be No, I but what every little thing has to
- 17:44Speaker 1: be a compromised if you're coming from different sides and
- 17:48Speaker 1: sorry whoever cook? Yeah cook? Well no, no, I don't want
- 17:55Speaker 1: cook cookie. I don't know him. But anyway, fifteen minute,
- 18:00Speaker 1: that's another reservation slot. That's not even making your time zone. Yeah,
- 18:04Speaker 1: but at that it's your relationship. You know that.
- 18:08Speaker 2: There, then you make the reservation for fifteen minutes later
- 18:10Speaker 2: because you already know you're going to be late.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I think I don't want to meet somebody I have
- 18:14Speaker 1: to always compromise with. Wow, Well you're having a big
- 18:17Speaker 1: revelation right now. Well, wouldn't it be better to meet
- 18:21Speaker 1: a compatible person versus someone that's opposite.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Yes, but even if they're compatible, you still have to
- 18:27Speaker 2: compromise on little other things.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Correct.
- 18:29Speaker 10: There are different human beings, so they're not going to
- 18:31Speaker 10: do everything exactly the way that you do it, So
- 18:34Speaker 10: you will have to compromise his perfect world.
- 18:37Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, But I think there are things that
- 18:38Speaker 1: I don't care about, but being on time is it
- 18:42Speaker 1: would be one thing. Okay, yeah, I do care about
- 18:44Speaker 1: for sure, Like you gotta blink, you gotta drink coffee,
- 18:47Speaker 1: and you gotta kind of be on time. These are
- 18:49Speaker 1: my personal blink. I don't know. I'm afraid of people
- 18:53Speaker 1: that don't blink, even on TV shows. My husband doesn't
- 18:56Speaker 1: love it either. He's kind of like a kid. There
- 18:58Speaker 1: is an.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Uncomfortable moment, especially when you're like talking one on one
- 19:01Speaker 2: with her and she just stares right back at you,
- 19:03Speaker 2: and you're like, are you okay?
- 19:05Speaker 1: I don't know. I just think sometimes people who don't
- 19:07Speaker 1: blink have a knife nearby, nearby, and they might use
- 19:12Speaker 1: it at some point. That's all I think, except bim
- 19:17Speaker 1: all right, Katie on the line about her roommate. By
- 19:19Speaker 1: the way, Sophie r Intern, did your roommate hear us
- 19:21Speaker 1: talking about you not wanting to spend money to buy
- 19:24Speaker 1: their espresso machine? Did she hear it?
- 19:26Speaker 5: She did, and safe to say, we will not be
- 19:29Speaker 5: getting an espresso machine anytime soon.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Yes, you're welcome, Thank you. This is any They didn't
- 19:35Speaker 1: want to share the cost. She didn't want it. She
- 19:37Speaker 1: doesn't really drink espresso and they want to split a
- 19:40Speaker 1: three hundred dollars espresso machine. No, I'm no, no, no, no,
- 19:44Speaker 1: that's why. Look you'll learn that talking about stuff on
- 19:47Speaker 1: the air can go either way. It can keep you
- 19:49Speaker 1: single for thirty years case in point, or it can
- 19:53Speaker 1: help self roommate issues like that. Now Katie is on
- 19:56Speaker 1: the line, Katie, good morning. How are you good? Her?
- 19:59Speaker 1: Are you all right? Thanks? Katie? Your roommate. You're calling
- 20:05Speaker 1: about your roommate. You don't want to work with your roommate.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Your roommate got you the job? What happened?
- 20:12Speaker 4: So?
- 20:12Speaker 6: My roommate is actually my sister, and I was recently
- 20:16Speaker 6: let go. So I've been looking for a new job,
- 20:18Speaker 6: and she wants me to work at her job, but
- 20:20Speaker 6: she'd be my boss. So I don't think it's a
- 20:23Speaker 6: good idea, and I'm not sure how to like tell
- 20:24Speaker 6: her that I don't want to work with her.
- 20:28Speaker 1: I think, out of all of the things in the world,
- 20:32Speaker 1: it'd be better to have your sister as your boss
- 20:35Speaker 1: versus the devil unknown. Maybe maybe maybe not.
- 20:41Speaker 6: But she's already older, and she already acts like a
- 20:44Speaker 6: mom to me, and it's really annoying, and so I
- 20:46Speaker 6: don't want her to have a reason to do that.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Why did you take the job? Then? I did it?
- 20:51Speaker 6: Not yet? They just offered it to me.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Do you need the job?
- 20:56Speaker 6: I need a job?
- 20:57Speaker 1: Yes, Okay, and what is the job. It's in marketing, okay,
- 21:03Speaker 1: And could you use it as stepping stone to find
- 21:05Speaker 1: another job while you're having that job?
- 21:09Speaker 6: I guess, so what. I don't want to cause a
- 21:12Speaker 6: riff in our sister relationship, you know what I mean?
- 21:16Speaker 1: Well, you gotta make a choice here. Would you rather
- 21:18Speaker 1: not have a job or deal with your sibling as
- 21:21Speaker 1: your boss in your roommate? Like, what's your gut in?
- 21:24Speaker 1: What's your gut reaction to that?
- 21:27Speaker 6: I don't want to spend more time with her than
- 21:28Speaker 6: I already do.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Keep looking for a job, Okay, for a job? Thank you, Katie,
- 21:35Speaker 1: and good luck. You didn't know me, but I live.
- 21:38Speaker 1: My sister was my roommate for a while. She worked
- 21:40Speaker 1: at Entertainment Tonight, and I remember she had to get up.
- 21:43Speaker 1: I was like this before I did the morning show here,
- 21:45Speaker 1: and she'd get up at four point thirty every morning
- 21:47Speaker 1: and wake me up. And I thought, this is horrible,
- 21:50Speaker 1: like Meredith, who wants to go to work early in
- 21:53Speaker 1: the morning? Like that cut to he in the morning.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Many years? How many years we look for the record here?
- 22:07Speaker 1: Twenty two? Well for the records, kiss FM, kiss f F.
- 22:16Speaker 1: I may never have kids because I feel like I
- 22:18Speaker 1: have y'all. You know, I have y'all to me. MICHAELA.
- 22:23Speaker 1: I mean, and I couldn't, but like I could be
- 22:25Speaker 1: your uncle and Ruby your uncle and sister city. No way,
- 22:31Speaker 1: you can't be my uncle. I couldn't. Okay, that makes
- 22:34Speaker 1: me happy. Brother. That could be your brother, brother, my brother. Yeah, SOPHI,
- 22:40Speaker 1: I could be your father. Now. This is why we
- 22:45Speaker 1: are here to give guidance to set you on the
- 22:48Speaker 1: right track. You're interning, you're into school, and you have
- 22:50Speaker 1: something called a moral quandary. I can safely say, I'm
- 22:53Speaker 1: not quite sure what you're talking about.
- 22:55Speaker 4: What is it?
- 22:56Speaker 5: So last night my friend and I we went to
- 22:59Speaker 5: her cousin's birthday and I noticed that she had a
- 23:01Speaker 5: really cute dress on. We went to this nice restaurant
- 23:04Speaker 5: and on the way home, I noticed she still had
- 23:06Speaker 5: the tag on her dress. So I offered to, you know,
- 23:09Speaker 5: like pull it off, and she kind of like backed
- 23:12Speaker 5: up and she was like, no, don't touch it. I'm
- 23:13Speaker 5: gonna return this after dinner. Oh yeah, and wow, I
- 23:18Speaker 5: feel like that is so gross.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Yeah, Like, you wear it.
- 23:22Speaker 5: Not only do you like wear it just to try
- 23:23Speaker 5: it on, but you wear it out to a dinner
- 23:25Speaker 5: and like eat this meal. Like you're around people, you know,
- 23:28Speaker 5: you're having like drinks.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Your body oils are on the dress, got fragrances, all
- 23:34Speaker 1: of oil stains of drinks. Now, if we're being honest,
- 23:38Speaker 1: all of us have either done that or thought about
- 23:41Speaker 1: doing that. Let's be totally honest. I thought about it.
- 23:44Speaker 1: I've never done it. I never have Tanya, I've done it.
- 23:54Speaker 1: So she went out, she smells like garlic and kebabs
- 23:59Speaker 1: and going to take the dress back. Now, how does
- 24:03Speaker 1: they like, if you're the store, how do you question that?
- 24:07Speaker 1: I mean, like, how would you would you be able
- 24:09Speaker 1: to if the tag is still on it? Can you
- 24:12Speaker 1: go like can you question them to say did you
- 24:14Speaker 1: actually wear it?
- 24:15Speaker 6: Well?
- 24:16Speaker 5: I used to work in retail actually, and we would
- 24:18Speaker 5: get like funky returns all the time. But as like
- 24:22Speaker 5: store policy, if the tag's on it, you just have
- 24:24Speaker 5: to return it.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Yeah, with a smile, you know. I sometimes I forget
- 24:28Speaker 1: a tag is in my jeans or in my pants,
- 24:30Speaker 1: you know, and then it feels like the stickle stickle
- 24:34Speaker 1: upon me in the back on the backside. I think,
- 24:36Speaker 1: what the world is that? And then of course it's
- 24:38Speaker 1: the tag that's puzzy. So not to call anybody out,
- 24:41Speaker 1: but EJ on our staff apparently is notorious for he
- 24:48Speaker 1: still is then taking him back right rab yes at
- 24:52Speaker 1: Zara specifically gosh which Zara look? Location? Does EJ shop at?
- 25:02Speaker 5: Oh?
- 25:02Speaker 8: That will remain anonymous after this week.
- 25:08Speaker 1: Nobody Loves Its Kiss? That from I Love e J
- 25:15Speaker 1: on Air with Ryan Seacrest. Kiss. Okay, so we're talking about,
- 25:22Speaker 1: you know, our types around here? It's tiny said, my
- 25:25Speaker 1: type is a green goddess. I don't know what it is.
- 25:27Speaker 1: It's a salad dressing Phonsie. He dates Emo baddies. I
- 25:32Speaker 1: feel like that's somewhere in the middle of green goddess
- 25:35Speaker 1: and maybe Emo baddy Tanya's you need something interesting, right,
- 25:41Speaker 1: Like I'm boring? So I need interesting? Yeah? Do you
- 25:46Speaker 1: that could be? I think so? Don't you find me boring?
- 25:50Speaker 6: No?
- 25:51Speaker 1: Oh, that's nice, most people do, all right, Harry Styles,
- 25:55Speaker 1: He broke his silence. It's been uh, what's it been
- 25:58Speaker 1: over three years since we've heard new music from Mary Styles?
- 26:01Speaker 2: That it has been a minute since he has blessed
- 26:03Speaker 2: us with some new tunes. Three over three years, for sure.
- 26:07Speaker 2: It was just a bunch of rumors like no, everybody
- 26:09Speaker 2: was speculating all week.
- 26:10Speaker 1: We were hoping and wondering.
- 26:12Speaker 2: First it started with him posting a surprise video from
- 26:15Speaker 2: his last tour with the words we Belong Together. There
- 26:17Speaker 2: was all the mysterious billboards all over like major cities, right,
- 26:21Speaker 2: and then that cryptic website online where he just kind
- 26:24Speaker 2: of was like what because.
- 26:25Speaker 1: When you know it's coming anytime, weird that you clear
- 26:28Speaker 1: your Instagram, you put up a billboard that makes no sense. Yeah,
- 26:31Speaker 1: you know it's coming within hours or day. Sure, and
- 26:34Speaker 1: that's the case. And yesterday he did it. Harry Styles
- 26:38Speaker 1: finally broke his silence. If you missed it, here's well,
- 26:41Speaker 1: here's what we learn, right, sys.
- 26:43Speaker 4: What do you have?
- 26:43Speaker 2: Well, he revealed the title of his new album, and
- 26:46Speaker 2: that's going to be Kiss all the Time Disco Occasionally,
- 26:49Speaker 2: and it's out March sixth. The album artwork features Harry
- 26:52Speaker 2: ducking beneath a disco ball suspended from the night sky,
- 26:55Speaker 2: and we know that there's going to be twelve songs.
- 26:58Speaker 2: Harry also stocked the webs store with Kiss all the
- 27:01Speaker 2: Time themed merch, causing it, of course to briefly crash
- 27:05Speaker 2: because of all of the demand of everyone going crazy
- 27:08Speaker 2: either way, Kiss all the time Disco occasionally. That's going
- 27:12Speaker 2: to be out March sixth, and I personally just cannot
- 27:14Speaker 2: wait to see him perform all this new music.
- 27:17Speaker 1: And you know we will have your tickets. Don't worry
- 27:20Speaker 1: about that to see Harry Styles. You still have his
- 27:25Speaker 1: pillowcase on your pillows at home, Tanya, I sure do, baby,
- 27:30Speaker 1: I find that so weird for your husband. Kiss FM.
- 27:34Speaker 1: I'm going to be nice this weekend. A long Beach
- 27:36Speaker 1: antique market at Veterans Stadium if you're going to get out.
- 27:39Speaker 1: There also the original Farmer's market. There are farmers' markets
- 27:42Speaker 1: in Marina, del Rey and DTLA, Silver Lake, Burbank, Crenshaw
- 27:46Speaker 1: and more. As I've always said, if you meet someone
- 27:51Speaker 1: at a farmer's market, that can't be such a bad person, right,
- 27:55Speaker 1: I feel like they are. There's something good in the
- 27:58Speaker 1: DNA about someone that rolls through a farmer's market. Maybe
- 28:03Speaker 1: I'm wrong, but that's the way I feel. Green Goddess, No,
- 28:07Speaker 1: not Greek goddess. That's not my type.
- 28:09Speaker 2: It's addressing, like California Kitchen.
- 28:14Speaker 1: Yes it is solid. It's a salad at California Kitchen,
- 28:18Speaker 1: for sure. I actually don't have a type, Tanya, I
- 28:22Speaker 1: don't have a type.
- 28:23Speaker 2: Okay, it's like always camera ready, like you know, that's
- 28:27Speaker 2: kind of your type.
- 28:28Speaker 1: And taller than me.
- 28:30Speaker 2: Yeah, you're so right there like a lot but same
- 28:37Speaker 2: high or like an in.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Heels like I have dated, I have data goes in
- 28:41Speaker 1: the past are like do you mind if I wear
- 28:43Speaker 1: heels because I'm in a tower? Not fine, I'm fine.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Have you put Loraina, good morning, I have no list,
- 28:49Speaker 1: Loraina Fontana, good morning.
- 28:52Speaker 6: Good morning, Ryan.
- 28:53Speaker 3: How are you O?

- 29:25Speaker 1: something about ourselves here on the panel court blank. What
- 29:29Speaker 1: is court court blank? What do you think goes in
- 29:31Speaker 1: the blank? What's the most common word court?
- 29:34Speaker 4: Date?
- 29:34Speaker 1: Good gates court gates.
- 29:37Speaker 6: Or dated at state?
- 29:40Speaker 1: Okay, good, yes, okay good. Court's hard. I would not
- 29:43Speaker 1: have had a guess on that isn'ty court, I said,
- 29:45Speaker 1: yard courtyard. All right, let's see, Tanya, I said court Jester. Yeah,
- 29:54Speaker 1: this is a tough one. Ruby court court room, and
- 30:00Speaker 1: and Sophia court court side. Thank you, Sorry, Lorena, that
- 30:07Speaker 1: was the tricky one, I think, Heather. All right, all
- 30:09Speaker 1: you got to do is get one match with our
- 30:11Speaker 1: panel to win the tickets to go see ed cheering.
- 30:13Speaker 1: Are you ready? I am ready? Yours is check blank

- 31:20Speaker 7: with that shearing tickets.
- 31:26Speaker 1: We're promoting good vibes. Yes, sports, don't we need that?
- 31:32Speaker 9: Yes?
- 31:33Speaker 1: Thank you. That is so amazing. Thank you you guys.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Enjoy the show on air with Ryan Seacrest Live Music
- 31:45Speaker 1: in Town over the weekend. Mandy Moore is going to

- 32:03Speaker 1: it's Ruby. So yeah. One of the things I asked
- 32:06Speaker 1: strangers is what are you watching the weekend watch list?
- 32:09Speaker 1: Just what are you watching these days? Anything good? A
- 32:14Speaker 1: lot of times if you're like, no, there's nothing, there's
- 32:17Speaker 1: nothing out, there's nothing I'm totally into. So what's on
- 32:22Speaker 1: your weekend? Watch this? Now, Sysney, I was starting, I
- 32:25Speaker 1: got into Runaway and then I stopped. I couldn't keep
- 32:29Speaker 1: I couldn't keep going. I don't know I much time
- 32:32Speaker 1: went in between. Oh I did not love it. I
- 32:36Speaker 1: just got sidetracked and then I started His and Hers.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Oh I didn't finish. I didn't finish that one either.
- 32:43Speaker 1: I'm not done with his and Hers. I'm still like,
- 32:45Speaker 1: I'm I'm on episode two. Maybe, well, I will tell you.
- 32:48Speaker 1: I went from episode three to the end of episode six.
- 32:51Speaker 1: I can tell you how it ends.
- 32:51Speaker 6: I just.
- 32:55Speaker 1: No, because I needed to eliminate the stress, right Like,
- 32:58Speaker 1: So that's off the table. Oh my god. Now I'm looking.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Now I have space in my brain for something new,
- 33:04Speaker 1: and that's what we're here looking for. What's on your
- 33:06Speaker 1: weekend watch list? Sicany?
- 33:08Speaker 2: Okay, So this is such a feel good, cute movie.
- 33:13Speaker 2: I watched it last night. People we meet on vacation.
- 33:16Speaker 2: It's on Netflix. It's about two best friends, guy and
- 33:18Speaker 2: girl who go on summer trips every year together.
- 33:22Speaker 1: Okay they you have to just watch it.
- 33:24Speaker 2: But basically it's just them trying to figure out if
- 33:26Speaker 2: they're actually meant to be more than friends. It's a
- 33:29Speaker 2: really cute rom com, best one hour and forty nine
- 33:32Speaker 2: minutes that I have had in a long time.
- 33:34Speaker 1: I mean, listen, a beginning, a middle, and an end.
- 33:37Speaker 1: Thank you. Yeah, I need things just linger in my life. Beginning,
- 33:41Speaker 1: middle and end, Tanya, what is on your weekend watch list?
- 33:45Speaker 6: So?
- 33:45Speaker 10: I binged all five seasons of Stranger Things in the
- 33:48Speaker 10: past movie.
- 33:51Speaker 1: So this is brand new.
