- 2:32Speaker 1: Holy smack.
- 2:34Speaker 5: I got my guy from, I have a friend in
- 2:37Speaker 5: the company who texted me immediately how funny it was
- 2:40Speaker 5: when you called it Lords of Warcraft.
- 2:42Speaker 1: I said that or Matt? I don't even know.
- 2:44Speaker 5: You said it.
- 2:44Speaker 1: What do you mean? I got to know.
- 2:47Speaker 5: Hoarder Alliance. Keep up all the hard work. Pod on repeat.
- 2:50Speaker 5: Right now I'm primarily Alliance, but I started Alliance. In
- 2:53Speaker 5: the Horde. I got something wild related to talk about later.
- 2:56Speaker 5: You guys can sing a song in your head when
- 2:58Speaker 5: I do it.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Okay.
- 3:00Speaker 6: All right.
- 3:01Speaker 4: The giveaway, courtesy of Ringside Collectibles. Find the pin post
- 3:05Speaker 4: on X. Repost to be eligible. Guys, just repost. You

- 3:18Speaker 5: Pedro Ortiz, the third collector of fine art. So now
- 3:23Speaker 5: he has to collect Chelsea Green there to add to
- 3:25Speaker 5: his fine art. Rare and highly sought after items.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Love that. And look at this.
- 3:31Speaker 5: He posted our podcast and even gave a little thing.
- 3:34Speaker 5: Two year eardrums with another great ride down wrestling figure
- 3:37Speaker 5: lane with a little DC sprinkled. Oh, he's a big
- 3:41Speaker 5: fan of the DC episode.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Oh, God. This is D's burner. Caught. Caught you a
- 3:47Speaker 1: little bit. Oh, man. Dee's real name is Pedro. He's
- 3:50Speaker 1: pushing down there in the control room.
- 3:53Speaker 5: Pedro Freedom.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Well, the giveaway this week. Courtesy of Rick Cycle. Pedro Freedom. Yeah.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Nice try, pal. Red and silver demolition. Unsanctioned classic superstars.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Love it. All right. Follow up. A lot of follow
- 4:08Speaker 1: up here. A lot of news.
- 4:09Speaker 4: A lot of weekly purchases. Tell us about TNA, Brian.
- 4:13Speaker 4: I see you right there.
- 4:14Speaker 1: TNA was cooking on AMC last Thursday night. The system
- 4:19Speaker 1: got picked up by a huge victory. Cedric Alexander, your
- 4:23Speaker 1: new number one contender to the X Division Championship. He
- 4:26Speaker 1: will be taking on Amazing Red in a future episode.
- 4:31Speaker 4: I think he's got to get out of that division.
- 4:34Speaker 1: He's a thick boy. He's a thick cruiserweight, but I
- 4:37Speaker 1: think that's what makes him the best. Thick boy. I
- 4:40Speaker 1: think he needs to go to the top. I agree.
- 4:43Speaker 1: I think the world has said he's doing the best
- 4:48Speaker 1: work of his career, I can wholeheartedly say right now.
- 4:50Speaker 4: And are you flexing your tricep to just kind of
- 4:52Speaker 4: dig at me that I can't flex mine yet?
- 4:53Speaker 1: What are you doing there, Brian? It's a nice tricep flex.
- 4:55Speaker 1: I don't even know what's going on. But we're fired up,
- 4:57Speaker 1: me and Bear, with a little assist, maybe a little assist.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Eddie wasn't too thrilled about that.
- 5:02Speaker 5: I don't like this turmoil.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Bear and Eddie got into it. We'll see where this
- 5:05Speaker 1: takes us. But the system has a number one contender
- 5:08Speaker 1: in the group, so things are good.
- 5:10Speaker 5: Does this make you upset, your student and your friend
- 5:12Speaker 5: kind of not getting along? Yeah, I don't like it.
- 5:14Speaker 1: I can't have my student and my best friend arguing
- 5:17Speaker 1: like that, and my stable mates, but we'll see where
- 5:20Speaker 1: it takes us.
- 5:21Speaker 5: You just asked them if it was a shoot or
- 5:22Speaker 5: a work?
- 5:22Speaker 1: Shoot or a work. I got to give them the
- 5:24Speaker 1: Austin hands. Goddamn.
- 5:28Speaker 4: Man, they should make a Mattel Austin. Tell me that
- 5:33Speaker 4: would sell. I mean, maybe it's a couple years too late.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Brand new system shirt available at TNA Merch, by the way,
- 5:38Speaker 1: for you guys watching. At home. TTD designed, by the way.
- 5:42Speaker 4: I like that shirt. I just don't think shirts sell
- 5:45Speaker 4: with the humans on them anymore.
- 5:46Speaker 5: I agree wholeheartedly, Broski.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I love it. I personally love it. Much like we're
- 5:51Speaker 1: trying to figure out the algorithm of Instagram and YouTube,
- 5:55Speaker 1: we're trying to figure out the shirt. It's just dead.
- 5:57Speaker 1: I don't know who's got the shirt algorithm figured out.
- 5:59Speaker 1: It's just... I think... It's oversaturation. Yes. We've talked about
- 6:04Speaker 1: this many times, guys.
- 6:05Speaker 5: You screwed your... You kind of screwed yourself with making
- 6:08Speaker 5: so many designs. You said this all the time. It's
- 6:10Speaker 5: like that there's too much to pick from.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Right.
- 6:13Speaker 4: The shirt that Eddie's wearing on the shirt should be
- 6:17Speaker 4: like the shirt.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Yeah. Then we can't ever have another. I don't know.
- 6:24Speaker 1: It's tough.
- 6:25Speaker 5: Why not, though? Don't you just want a shirt?
- 6:28Speaker 1: And then you let it ride. And everybody has the
- 6:30Speaker 1: system shirt. Easier said than done.
- 6:33Speaker 5: It's the NWO shirt.
- 6:35Speaker 1: I know what you guys are saying, but it's just
- 6:36Speaker 1: not the world we're living in anymore, unfortunately. That doesn't
- 6:38Speaker 1: mean it's going to sell any better. Anyway, tell us
- 6:42Speaker 1: about Create-A-Pro, Bass Brawl. I have a bone to pick
- 6:47Speaker 1: with you about.
- 6:49Speaker 4: You took the D-O-double-G to My Hero, but you tainted his.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Experience, right? First off, Roscoe, you had to get to
- 6:54Speaker 1: the show. Also, I've only ever once in the history
- 6:57Speaker 1: of eating My Hero that I eat it outside, and
- 7:00Speaker 1: that was with you because you forced me to. Because
- 7:01Speaker 1: that's the only, guys, if you don't eat it at
- 7:02Speaker 1: My Hero. I understand what you're saying, but it's just not,
- 7:05Speaker 1: it's really not realistic. It's certainly realistic because there's benches
- 7:09Speaker 1: and chairs to sit on. I know, but we had
- 7:11Speaker 1: it within 15 minutes. Road dog. Fired up. First time
- 7:15Speaker 1: in my area. Well, goddamn, that's a good sandwich. We
- 7:17Speaker 1: got the large. We've only had about half. The large
- 7:19Speaker 1: is too big. I don't get the large. Large is ginormous.
- 7:23Speaker 1: The reason, I can't finish it, but I don't enjoy it. Right.
- 7:28Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying? I really wish I put
- 7:29Speaker 1: my sunglasses on for this photo. The sun was beaming.
- 7:32Speaker 1: It was a beautiful weekend here in Long Island. The
- 7:34Speaker 1: third annual baseball... Let me rewind to the day before this.
- 7:39Speaker 1: I'm doom scrolling on Instagram, and I see this photo
- 7:42Speaker 1: of Road Dogg in the ring with Double J, Jeff Jar,
- 7:45Speaker 1: and I went, hold on a second. I screenshot this.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Do the Ted Pudge. I send it to Road Dogg.
- 7:51Speaker 1: I go, what's going on here, pal? I said, you're
- 7:54Speaker 1: coming in tomorrow. You're the manager of this match. We
- 7:56Speaker 1: could just make the other manager, Cindy Bagabella, in the match,
- 8:00Speaker 1: and I had you do it. And he's like, you
- 8:02Speaker 1: caught me. All right, let's do it. So Road Dogg.
- 8:06Speaker 1: After 11 years out of the ring, wrestled at Creative
- 8:09Speaker 1: Pro for Baseball. MJF special guest referee coming home.
- 8:14Speaker 5: His shorts weren't that tight. Thought he was going to
- 8:17Speaker 5: wear tight shorts.
- 8:19Speaker 1: MJF's so lazy. He said if someone brought him the
- 8:21Speaker 1: HBK nut huggers, he'd wear them. And we're like, who's
- 8:24Speaker 1: just going to go out of their way to buy
- 8:25Speaker 1: you nut huggers to pop them? Sidney Bacabella looks like
- 8:31Speaker 1: a deflated Vader there. That's a good way to describe it. Bro,
- 8:36Speaker 1: Road Dogg beat Sidney Vagabella with a pump handle slam.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Oh my God. He's wearing the full t-shirt. I said,
- 8:41Speaker 1: no butt stuff gyrations. This is a family and kids show.
- 8:45Speaker 1: But he hit him with the pump. I couldn't believe it.
- 8:47Speaker 1: It was unbelievable. I think a lot of these guys,
- 8:50Speaker 1: similar to what you said last year, bros, about working
- 8:53Speaker 1: with the Dudleys and then after you do your self-reflection. Like, wow,
- 8:55Speaker 1: that was like my town across the street from where
- 8:59Speaker 1: I grew up. I had the same kind of thing.
- 9:00Speaker 1: I'm like, I tagged with Road Dogg and wrestled in
- 9:03Speaker 1: front of my family and my town. It was just
- 9:04Speaker 1: a very cool thing. Raised a lot of money for
- 9:07Speaker 1: the Little League. Not a red cent goes to Creative
- 9:09Speaker 1: Pro after this thing.
- 9:10Speaker 5: Is that why Bacabella did the J-O-B? Because it was
- 9:13Speaker 5: for the kids. Yeah, usually that costs a lot of money.
- 9:16Speaker 4: Bacabella's got to do the job for the kids. I
- 9:18Speaker 4: can't get over his physique.
- 9:20Speaker 1: It's a thing of beauty. just kick it over the
- 9:25Speaker 1: one strap singlet he also has some of the worst
- 9:28Speaker 1: tattoos you've ever seen you can't really see him in
- 9:30Speaker 1: this photo.
- 9:31Speaker 5: I always I don't I can't tell if like he
- 9:33Speaker 5: did it ironically you know or he was just bored
- 9:37Speaker 5: or at one point in his life he was like yeah.
- 9:38Speaker 1: This is a sick tattoo or knew a guy that
- 9:40Speaker 1: could tat like and got him for free Man, so
- 9:42Speaker 1: this is the one-year anniversary of Leo Sparrow breaking my
- 9:45Speaker 1: pinky on a lockup.
- 9:46Speaker 4: It's still to this day broken.
- 9:48Speaker 1: You see that? Oh, my gosh. Look at that. I
- 9:49Speaker 1: can't straighten it. Thanks, Leo, you stiff prick. Wow.
- 9:52Speaker 5: I didn't know that.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Just, like I said, a huge success. We raised a
- 9:55Speaker 1: lot of money for the Belmore Merrick Little League third annual,
- 9:58Speaker 1: and we're going to do it again. So it's just a...
- 10:00Speaker 1: a really fun thing to be a part of. And
- 10:01Speaker 1: then how about this? The return to pro wrestling. I
- 10:04Speaker 1: need to know about this. Of the big dog. He
- 10:06Speaker 1: kept the costume? No, he bought it. I guess it's
- 10:09Speaker 1: on Amazon, and he created it. Very expensive costume on Amazon,
- 10:13Speaker 1: by the way. The dog? Yeah. What do you think
- 10:16Speaker 1: that would be? He got it. They didn't just like... Okay,
- 10:17Speaker 1: but with the Roman vest... That, I don't know if
- 10:20Speaker 1: they sell that. D might know if that's like an
- 10:22Speaker 1: old school shop thing, replica or something. Yeah, I don't
- 10:26Speaker 1: know how he did that part. But Road Dogg was
- 10:29Speaker 1: getting dressed and then he came over to me. He
- 10:31Speaker 1: looked like he's seen a goddamn ghost. He was like,
- 10:35Speaker 1: that was my segment. Really? Oh, I mean, that thing is...
- 10:39Speaker 1: If I was Stang... The internet will not let the
- 10:41Speaker 1: wrestling world forget about the big dog.
- 10:42Speaker 4: I'm not even kidding. If I was Stang, I'd be
- 10:44Speaker 4: doing like WrestleCon. Bro, I'm not joking.
- 10:48Speaker 1: I think he could... do all right. He would do
- 10:51Speaker 1: a lot better than a lot of people. In case
- 10:53Speaker 1: you were wondering, it's the actual guy who played the
- 10:55Speaker 1: big dog. It wasn't like he just did this to
- 10:57Speaker 1: troll the internet.
- 10:59Speaker 4: I think he should do it. Stang, if you're listening,
- 11:02Speaker 4: big event. At least try it out, the big event.
- 11:04Speaker 1: I bet he could do pretty good with photo ops.
- 11:06Speaker 5: Off the top of your head, what was the segment?
- 11:08Speaker 5: What was so bad about it?
- 11:10Speaker 1: To be honest, I've never seen it because we were
- 11:12Speaker 1: on Raw and it was a SmackDown thing and it's
- 11:14Speaker 1: something with Isn't it like Corbin and Bobby Roode and
- 11:18Speaker 1: Ziggler and they dump dog food on Roman and then
- 11:21Speaker 1: the big dogs that he's there. I don't know if
- 11:22Speaker 1: that's the same segment, but it's all the same time.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Same time period. So it all kind of blurs together.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Like really bad.
- 11:27Speaker 5: It sounds like really bad.
- 11:29Speaker 1: 2019 WWE creative. Yes.
- 11:29Speaker 4: Uh, Can you tell me, Brian, I really need to,
- 11:35Speaker 4: I know that, oh, look at that.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Look at that. Alicia Edwards of the system, the brand
- 11:39Speaker 1: new Creator Pro Women's Champion. Oh, somebody is, oh, collusion.
- 11:45Speaker 5: What is going on here?
- 11:47Speaker 1: With the Triple H point. I smell collusion. I smell collusion.
- 11:51Speaker 1: I smell it real bad. Yeah, so that was really awesome.
- 11:53Speaker 5: I didn't know Creator Pro was all friends pro wrestling.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Come on, Mark. You know Creator Pro is a wonderful
- 11:59Speaker 1: place filled with people that support each other. And yeah,
- 12:03Speaker 1: really cool to have Lish as the women's champion at
- 12:05Speaker 1: Creative Pro now.
- 12:07Speaker 4: Can I ask you though, I know you don't have
- 12:08Speaker 4: a sentimental bone in your body, but tell me about
- 12:13Speaker 4: you cutting and then selling all of your Creative Pro.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Yeah, this is, what is? I was just sitting there.
- 12:21Speaker 4: Explain to me, explain to people what this was for
- 12:23Speaker 4: those who don't know and then how you had the
- 12:26Speaker 4: audacity to.
- 12:28Speaker 1: To just cut it. I have no problem. I mean,
- 12:31Speaker 1: sentimental is the wrong way to describe it. So what
- 12:36Speaker 1: was this? Like James Ellsworth worked creative, but I'm not
- 12:38Speaker 1: sentimental about having this figure on the desk.
- 12:40Speaker 4: So you had a Creative Pro ring, and if someone
- 12:42Speaker 4: worked Creative Pro, you put the figure in the.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Ring, correct? Okay, so in the history of Creative Pro,
- 12:46Speaker 1: if somebody had a six-inch figure, I would get it
- 12:49Speaker 1: and put it on the desk. That evolved to like
- 12:53Speaker 1: a custom Creative Pro ring that Steel Cage Customs made.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Then it got so big that I had to get
- 12:58Speaker 1: another one. And now you're talking a 12 year history
- 13:01Speaker 1: of this place.
- 13:02Speaker 4: Right.
- 13:02Speaker 1: History. I know. But I mean, I know what happened.
- 13:05Speaker 1: There's posters and memories. I don't need to like commemorate
- 13:08Speaker 1: it with it. So, and then even then there's things like, okay,
- 13:11Speaker 1: like Wheeler, you'd have worked creative pro 10 years ago.
- 13:14Speaker 1: And then his figure came out a couple of years ago.
- 13:15Speaker 1: I had to get it. You know what I mean?
- 13:16Speaker 1: Like there's things like that that happened. And the real
- 13:19Speaker 1: thing is like, it was like, Bob, I'd be like,
- 13:23Speaker 1: I'd book somebody and be like, like literally I booked
- 13:25Speaker 1: Gail Kimmerer. I was like, I have to get that figure.
- 13:28Speaker 1: It's like a $ 100 figure. You can't even find it,
- 13:30Speaker 1: even if you want to buy it. It's like, this sucks.
- 13:33Speaker 1: I don't know. It just wasn't bringing me any joy anymore,
- 13:37Speaker 1: if that makes any sense.
- 13:38Speaker 5: Kevin Matthews' figure came out.
- 13:40Speaker 1: And what I couldn't believe, there are a bunch of
- 13:43Speaker 1: my fandom guys that I would have had to get,
- 13:45Speaker 1: which is not. But they're not six inch. They're not
- 13:47Speaker 1: six inch. Well, I also was throwing bendy people in there,
- 13:51Speaker 1: micro brawlers. It was getting out of control. So I
- 13:54Speaker 1: took it all down. I left true... I left one ring,
- 13:58Speaker 1: true Creator Pro students, students in there with their figure,
- 14:01Speaker 1: you know, smart market, you survived, you're there, doing your
- 14:04Speaker 1: goofy point, and everyone else I cut. Dude, it was
- 14:07Speaker 1: over 80 figures. That's crazy. Wow. And you just got
- 14:11Speaker 1: out of hand over these years.
- 14:11Speaker 5: Wait, did you keep Broski?
- 14:12Speaker 1: What?
- 14:13Speaker 5: Did you keep Broski at least?
- 14:14Speaker 1: No, he's gone. I'm not a Creator Pro guy. He's not, yeah.
- 14:17Speaker 1: And the one time he did train at Creator Pro,
- 14:18Speaker 1: he really embarrassed me doing terrible rolls and footwork. What?
- 14:22Speaker 1: The ropes were loose. What? I'm not hitting the ropes
- 14:26Speaker 1: if they're loose. Come on. I literally thought I brought
- 14:28Speaker 1: Great Khali instead of Broski.
- 14:31Speaker 4: I can't train when the red light's not on and
- 14:33Speaker 4: when there's no people.
- 14:33Speaker 1: I can't do it. I can't. Come on. I got
- 14:35Speaker 1: a bump card. So it was a good run. I
- 14:37Speaker 1: had a blast doing it, but it wasn't bringing me
- 14:39Speaker 1: much joy anymore. So I sold one ring and all
- 14:42Speaker 1: the figures the other night and whatnot.
- 14:45Speaker 5: You know what my favorite memory of those figures are?
- 14:47Speaker 5: Early on when none of us were very close and
- 14:50Speaker 5: we all had to– you know, the student-teacher relationship, but
- 14:55Speaker 5: Castor would, when you were not there, constantly put the
- 14:59Speaker 5: figures in precarious positions.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Honestly, he finally stopped fucking doing that, so I probably
- 15:03Speaker 1: should have kept the collection, because that used to drive
- 15:05Speaker 1: me insane, too. I had to come in, and, like,
- 15:07Speaker 1: people are in, like, sex poses and doggy-style positions, and
- 15:10Speaker 1: I have to, like, redo it all, and it would
- 15:12Speaker 1: drive me insane.
- 15:14Speaker 5: We thought it was so funny.
- 15:15Speaker 1: And all of my sentimental bones went to MetLife Stadium Sunday.
- 15:21Speaker 1: capped off a wonderful weekend with my beautiful daughter at
- 15:24Speaker 1: her first Jets game. Ten rows back right there in
- 15:27Speaker 1: the 20-yard line. I would have gotten a little closer.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Come on. Do you know how close ten rows back is?
- 15:32Speaker 4: You should have went right to the front and just
- 15:33Speaker 4: took a picture and pretended you were at the front.
- 15:34Speaker 5: Front row in football kind of stinks.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:38Speaker 5: Ten rows is way better, actually. You see more of
- 15:39Speaker 5: the field.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Honestly, yeah. It's almost like you've got to find the
- 15:43Speaker 1: middle ground. I feel that way about football.
- 15:45Speaker 5: Front row, you can't even see sometimes the end zone.
- 15:48Speaker 1: It's too far away.
- 15:49Speaker 4: Did you explain to her that this is where you
- 15:50Speaker 4: won the tag team titles?
- 15:52Speaker 1: You know what? I didn't mention that. She was there
- 15:55Speaker 1: for that, but she was one. One and a half
- 15:58Speaker 1: or whatever. It's cool. It's very cool. She's been playing flag,
- 16:02Speaker 1: so she's getting into football. It was an awesome thing
- 16:04Speaker 1: to do. I had a great I had a wonderful weekend.
- 16:07Speaker 1: The weather was gorgeous. Just, you know. Awesome. Football and wrestling,
- 16:11Speaker 1: family time. It's beautiful. Can't beat it.
- 16:14Speaker 4: Well, I had a lot of alone time in my
- 16:16Speaker 4: toy room. A lot of alone time.
- 16:17Speaker 5: This is going to make the same sound.
- 16:19Speaker 4: That kind of alone time. A lot of organizing. I
- 16:22Speaker 4: was saying this off air. We're at like the nitty
- 16:24Speaker 4: gritty of the room, but this is where like I
- 16:27Speaker 4: save the tedious stuff to the end and it's taking
- 16:30Speaker 4: me like days to To do just one shelf. Not
- 16:37Speaker 4: a case, a shelf. Because I'm making some serious cuts.
- 16:41Speaker 4: I'm putting things up and then they don't fit so
- 16:43Speaker 4: I'm taking them down. This will all be documented.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Is El Completo going to pick up the cuts for
- 16:47Speaker 1: a big old stream? Perhaps. Or you're chickening out of
- 16:52Speaker 1: the cuts and you're going to put them in a
- 16:53Speaker 1: bag somewhere.
- 16:54Speaker 4: Well, it depends on what toy line we're talking about.
- 16:57Speaker 4: See it in your eyes, pal. You put them on
- 17:01Speaker 4: the screen and I'll talk. This is my miscellaneous... Kind
- 17:05Speaker 4: of WWF shelf here. So, you know, nothing crazy. We
- 17:09Speaker 4: do have some prototype pre-productions of the Ringmasters, Stone Cold
- 17:14Speaker 4: Steve Austin. You got that Wendy graded. I didn't realize that.
- 17:16Speaker 4: Got that Wendy grade. Remember I left that in the
- 17:19Speaker 4: hotel room?
- 17:21Speaker 1: Brutal.
- 17:22Speaker 4: What else we got, D? There's the other side there.
- 17:24Speaker 4: We got that marble Ultimate Warrior, the Henry Godwin prototype there.
- 17:30Speaker 4: And then I saved the superstars, guys. I saved them.
- 17:34Speaker 4: There was a lot of debate whether or not I
- 17:35Speaker 4: was going to cut them or not, but I saved
- 17:38Speaker 4: them all.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Oh, I did not realize this. They look great, and
- 17:40Speaker 1: they take up a whole shelf.
- 17:42Speaker 4: They take up a whole shelf. I did not count
- 17:46Speaker 4: the variants. The only variant I counted was not even
- 17:50Speaker 4: a variant, is the two-in-ones, like the Andres. It was
- 17:53Speaker 4: like old school, and the Strap, and the Brutus, and Zodiac.
- 17:56Speaker 4: I kept those, but I didn't do the Jake- or
- 17:59Speaker 4: the Great Muda, but man, these superstars really pop.
- 18:02Speaker 1: It's like a drastic character you would do. Yeah, the
- 18:05Speaker 1: superstars really, really pop. You got a big steel Fred Ottman? No, no,
- 18:10Speaker 1: I didn't do the big steel Fred Ottman. That's a stretch.
- 18:14Speaker 4: And then guys, of course, major bendies. I was just
- 18:17Speaker 4: going through this line.
- 18:20Speaker 1: What a run.
- 18:20Speaker 4: I don't want to say historic because that's, come on,
- 18:22Speaker 4: but the fact that we have us, then everyone I
- 18:26Speaker 4: kind of worked with on the Indies that I got
- 18:29Speaker 4: a big feud with. Then there's like Ric Flair, Slaughter, Andre, Macho.
- 18:32Speaker 4: Then there's celebrities like Paul Walter Hauser, you know, Topanga.
- 18:37Speaker 1: What a line.
- 18:38Speaker 4: But thank God that Bendy's are, I don't want to
- 18:40Speaker 4: say dead, but on ice because I could not fit
- 18:42Speaker 4: another one.
- 18:44Speaker 5: I actually, I'm so full.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 18:47Speaker 4: It's maxed out. Now, like you really, some of them
- 18:50Speaker 4: kind of get lost, but that was the only way
- 18:53Speaker 4: to display them.
- 18:54Speaker 1: But they're all up there.
- 18:54Speaker 5: I appreciate that I'm in the front row. Of Matt
- 18:57Speaker 5: Cardona's football?
- 18:58Speaker 1: That is a lot of figures, man. It's a lot.
- 19:01Speaker 1: It's over 200. Wow. Look at that Conrad there. Bro,
- 19:06Speaker 1: we made so many people.
- 19:07Speaker 5: Conrad's talking shit about Roman Reigns back there.
- 19:10Speaker 1: That's right.
- 19:11Speaker 4: To see them improve over time. Thank God Brian Beatty
- 19:14Speaker 4: came on board. We were all getting better.
- 19:17Speaker 1: The original ones, I get scared when I see them. Oh,
- 19:21Speaker 1: my God. Yeah, they're like, whoop. Just in comparison to
- 19:24Speaker 1: what we became. Right. Because if you go all the
- 19:27Speaker 1: way to Janela of Sabu, it's like a work of art. Oh, 100%.
- 19:30Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 19:30Speaker 4: And then, of course, the original Just Toys Bendems. And
- 19:35Speaker 4: for those asking, yes, they had to be lean. They
- 19:37Speaker 4: don't stand. A little lean on these guys.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Yes.
- 19:41Speaker 5: I have all mine leaned. Yeah.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Who cares? But this is one of everybody.
- 19:45Speaker 4: I even threw in that Bendham's Macho Man with Series
- 19:50Speaker 4: 1 because it kind of belongs there. There's the prototype ring,
- 19:54Speaker 4: the dink. And then I did the old Brian Myers
- 19:57Speaker 4: top loader trick so the guys don't mess up the paint.
- 20:02Speaker 4: But I didn't want.
- 20:03Speaker 1: The paint and or the sticker can get kind of... Yeah.
- 20:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 20:07Speaker 5: I like that you're displaying the rare boys, too, like separately.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Smart. And Dink has been graded, huh? Dink has been graded, yeah.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Are those graded Series 1? No, they're just in acrylics.
- 20:18Speaker 1: In Defenders. The Stretch guys are graded, though. Okay.
- 20:22Speaker 5: That's cool. That's a great shelf.
- 20:24Speaker 1: It's a nice... I like the Too Cool performing at
- 20:27Speaker 1: the 2000 Rumble. That's right. That's right.
- 20:30Speaker 4: So this whole case is now finished. So it's kind
- 20:35Speaker 4: of like my miscellaneous.
- 20:37Speaker 1: That's a fun. Yeah. It's a fun little case. Yeah.
- 20:42Speaker 1: What do we got next, D? Oh, yeah.
- 20:44Speaker 4: That's just showing the other guys in the case. Those
- 20:47Speaker 4: were already finished. Those are the Star Toys and Mattel Retro.
- 20:50Speaker 4: So the case is, it's a nice looking case. A
- 20:53Speaker 4: very colorful Toyota case right there. A lot of figures, though.
- 20:56Speaker 1: Very, I don't want to say it's messy, but it's.
- 21:00Speaker 1: It's full. It's full. It's a full house.
- 21:03Speaker 5: Actually, that is really cool because those freaking scary dolls
- 21:06Speaker 5: on the bottom are like conversation starters. It brings the
- 21:10Speaker 5: eye to the whole thing. It's set up really nice.
- 21:12Speaker 5: You can see each figure.
- 21:14Speaker 1: I'm almost glad I don't PC one of those guys
- 21:17Speaker 1: that I need one of those Star Toys. You know
- 21:18Speaker 1: what I mean? Yeah. Well, you wouldn't even be able
- 21:21Speaker 1: to find Series 2 to even collect, right?
- 21:23Speaker 4: Well, they're not even like... They're technically prototypes.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Oh, okay. You know?
- 21:28Speaker 4: And then I also, since I... Bro, this is nuts.
- 21:32Speaker 4: So I did the zombie sailors, put them up. I
- 21:34Speaker 4: did make some cuts.
- 21:37Speaker 1: You're not a completist in zombie, are you? I am
- 21:40Speaker 1: a completist.
- 21:41Speaker 4: But first of all, what you're looking at on the
- 21:42Speaker 4: screen right now are just the other retros from other companies.
- 21:45Speaker 1: There's over 200. So I got to make a lot
- 21:47Speaker 1: of cuts. Holy cow.
- 21:49Speaker 4: But for zombies, I just cut like repaints. I didn't
- 21:52Speaker 4: need Dan housing with the flower hat.
- 21:54Speaker 5: Right.
- 21:54Speaker 4: I did keep you guys, but you guys might get
- 21:57Speaker 4: cut if more keep coming.
- 21:59Speaker 5: Like more Bryans?
- 22:00Speaker 4: Zombies is not going out of business. Well, look, there's
- 22:03Speaker 4: not much room left. So in a case, there's like
- 22:07Speaker 4: three risers. So I put the zombies in the middle.
- 22:10Speaker 4: I want them all together. And then on the other
- 22:12Speaker 4: two sides, I'll put the rest of the retros. So
- 22:14Speaker 4: we're really running out of room here. You're next to
- 22:17Speaker 4: Nick Gage and put Dan Housen next to me. Dan
- 22:23Speaker 4: Housen is next to you. Maybe it's not coming out
- 22:25Speaker 4: across that well.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Yeah. But.
- 22:29Speaker 4: Yeah, and that photo we just showed of those bagged photos,
- 22:31Speaker 4: that's over 200 retros.
- 22:34Speaker 5: That's crazy. I just did this recently where I put
- 22:37Speaker 5: a lot of the, I didn't want to cut any
- 22:39Speaker 5: of the retros, but I put a lot of them away.
- 22:42Speaker 5: You know, the 17 Jake the Snakes that Mitch came,
- 22:45Speaker 5: I only need one, you know, that kind of thing.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Like, I'll talk about it later.
- 22:50Speaker 5: Oh, Santa Claus, you're putting Santa Claus away.
- 22:52Speaker 4: Well, no, this is, I haven't cut these yet. I'm
- 22:55Speaker 4: just looking through them. Like this, now I got to
- 22:57Speaker 4: go through the retros, but like, okay, Who's going to
- 22:59Speaker 4: make this display?
- 23:02Speaker 1: I love the retro.
- 23:04Speaker 5: You guys are done with them.
- 23:05Speaker 1: I love them. It's just going to be few and
- 23:08Speaker 1: far between of things that really get me boned up anymore.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Because we've really just been so spoiled the past couple
- 23:15Speaker 1: of years.
- 23:16Speaker 5: I get boned up about every retro.
- 23:18Speaker 1: I got three of them right here, weekly purchases, and
- 23:20Speaker 1: they're all good.
- 23:22Speaker 4: And then, you know, since I moved my superstars, I
- 23:25Speaker 4: had some more room to space out my My Remco's
- 23:28Speaker 4: put that Matt Mania flair in there. And then I
- 23:31Speaker 4: put our rig sides in there.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 23:34Speaker 4: So you're front and center again, Mark.
- 23:36Speaker 5: Wow.
- 23:37Speaker 4: And then did the EC dub figs. Again, the Brian
- 23:42Speaker 4: Myers top loader special on the ring. That one really
- 23:45Speaker 4: needs it.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:47Speaker 4: I just did one of each character. But then the
- 23:50Speaker 4: mint on card, no noose, new jack, which I put
- 23:54Speaker 4: this on social media. Got a lot of likes, I guess.
- 23:56Speaker 4: I didn't realize how popular this post would get. But
- 23:59Speaker 4: there's no new CIS graded New Jacket. I believe there's
- 24:03Speaker 4: 14 in the world that are known to exist. But carded,
- 24:06Speaker 4: there's way less. Three carded.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I was going to say.
- 24:09Speaker 4: And me and you each have one carded. Now, if
- 24:11Speaker 4: there's others out there, we'd love to hear about it.
- 24:13Speaker 4: But Thomas T.K. Kelly has a list. And there's 14
- 24:17Speaker 4: known to man. Obviously, more than 14 were made. But
- 24:21Speaker 4: pretty interesting. So that's that case. So we're going to
- 24:26Speaker 4: do some more this week and have some updates. I
- 24:28Speaker 4: really want to have this whole room done by the
- 24:30Speaker 4: end of the year. I keep moving the goalposts. Does
- 24:32Speaker 4: El Completo come over and help you with this?
- 24:35Speaker 1: Who is El Completo? I heard about this guy. I
- 24:37Speaker 1: don't know. He's your friend. Not quite. We're just online friends.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Never met him. Oh. Actually, no. He stalks me at
- 24:43Speaker 1: the airport. Oh. Gets some autographs sometimes. That makes sense.
- 24:47Speaker 4: When I'm picking up Chelsea. Knocks on my window.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Very polite. Anyway.
- 24:54Speaker 4: What else we got, D? What's next in follow-up here?
- 24:56Speaker 4: This was interesting. Have you ever seen this Triple H
- 25:01Speaker 4: Special Edition? This is the KB. Yeah, I didn't know
- 25:04Speaker 4: it was that rare, though. I thought it was kind
- 25:06Speaker 4: of common. So what this is, this is the Jax
- 25:09Speaker 4: Special Edition. It's like a Series 6 Triple H legs
- 25:14Speaker 4: with a ripped and ruthless head sculpt. head sculpt and torso,
- 25:19Speaker 4: I believe.
- 25:20Speaker 1: No?
- 25:20Speaker 4: Or is it just the... No, the torso would be impossible,
- 25:23Speaker 4: I feel like. No, there's definitely something with the torso,
- 25:26Speaker 4: I thought.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Oh, with like that ribby... Yes, yes, yes.
- 25:31Speaker 4: But here's a loose example and a men on card example.
- 25:34Speaker 4: I think it was just an error. But there's, you know,
- 25:37Speaker 4: there's two examples of it.
- 25:39Speaker 1: That's pretty cool.
- 25:41Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know if I would necessarily count that.
- 25:43Speaker 1: I would have loved this figure when I was a
- 25:44Speaker 1: kid playing with shit. Yeah. But, man.
- 25:47Speaker 4: Ripped and Ruthless, great set. This KB Special Editions, so
- 25:51Speaker 4: much fun. A little mishmash. Underappreciated, I would say.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Underappreciated.
- 25:56Speaker 4: But yeah, I don't really count this as an official release.
- 26:00Speaker 4: I think it's just flipped through the cracks, even though
- 26:03Speaker 4: there's multiples.
- 26:04Speaker 1: What do you think? I think it was like a
- 26:05Speaker 1: running change of, oh, we messed up. You think it's
- 26:08Speaker 1: a running change? I think it started like this and
- 26:11Speaker 1: they changed it would be my guess. I don't know.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean, listen.
- 26:17Speaker 4: If someone had one to buy, I'd certainly just pick
- 26:19Speaker 4: it up.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Right. But I'm not going to really. Oh, I see.
- 26:21Speaker 1: I thought you had this. No, I don't have this. No.
- 26:23Speaker 4: I never really counted it. I just thought it was
- 26:25Speaker 4: kind of an error. But anyway, pretty cool. What about this?
- 26:29Speaker 4: We got to play this video. It's a long video,
- 26:31Speaker 4: but it's very. Dee's like, no, we're not playing it.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Oh, wow. Dee called us. Why not?
- 26:37Speaker 5: He's got images. He's got images. Here we go.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Well, I kind of wanted to play the video. That's why. Oh, wait.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Now I feel like. It was a very good video.
- 26:50Speaker 1: It was seven minutes long, Matt. Seven minutes? No, we
- 26:53Speaker 1: can't play that seven minutes. Okay.
- 26:54Speaker 4: Well, Mark has branded it in our Facebook group. Can
- 26:57Speaker 4: we put it on social media at least so the
- 26:58Speaker 4: people can see it?
- 26:59Speaker 1: I would love to see this. I didn't see this.
- 27:00Speaker 4: It was a very good video about paint pens. What
- 27:07Speaker 4: to use a specific pen for.
- 27:08Speaker 1: He knows. He's like the Michael Jordan of paint pens.
- 27:13Speaker 1: I would say he's more obsessed than me about this.
- 27:18Speaker 4: He was doing things that I never even heard of,
- 27:20Speaker 4: like ways to get rid of things. Obviously, I knew
- 27:24Speaker 4: about the hand sanitizer. But did you know that some,
- 27:28Speaker 4: you use like a black dry erase marker and then
- 27:31Speaker 4: erase it and it comes off? Like wild things.
- 27:34Speaker 5: Whoa.
- 27:35Speaker 4: Like you just draw over it with this black dry
- 27:37Speaker 4: erase marker. And then use the eraser and it comes off.
- 27:39Speaker 1: I never heard of that.
- 27:41Speaker 4: Yeah, so I think we should put this video on social.
- 27:44Speaker 4: But very, very good. Because there's basically four main brands
- 27:49Speaker 4: out there. The Sharpie, the Deco, the Fancy, the Posca.
- 27:52Speaker 4: And he explained when to use each. And made a
- 27:55Speaker 4: lot of sense. You know, Posca's water-based. So you use
- 27:59Speaker 4: that on the carting. Posca is the brightest. But yeah,
- 28:02Speaker 4: it doesn't... If you put it on plastic, you're really
- 28:05Speaker 4: rolling the dice.
- 28:06Speaker 1: What's your... Personal favorite. I'm a fancy guy because I
- 28:09Speaker 1: think it's the most reliable.
- 28:12Speaker 5: Brian got me onto the fancies. Sharpie, I've never had...
- 28:16Speaker 5: I always have.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Problems with it. I've never had a good experience with Sharpie.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Ken's a Sharpie guy and it drives me nuts. I
- 28:21Speaker 1: don't get it. High Spots is a Sharpie guy too, though. Yeah.
- 28:25Speaker 5: Deco works on some things.
- 28:27Speaker 1: Deco is a great... If you put it on the
- 28:29Speaker 1: right thing and it works. But it also bubbles and
- 28:32Speaker 1: that kind of shit.
- 28:35Speaker 5: Posca, in my opinion, is... the best looking, but apparently.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Brian says it scratches. Yes, I agree. Possibly, ideally looks
- 28:42Speaker 1: the best, but if you're just screwing yourself, you put
- 28:44Speaker 1: it on the left. Takes too long to dry. Also
- 28:47Speaker 1: scratches off. Right. Very, very interesting video. Yeah, fancy dries fast.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Deco dries fast. Yeah, check out Marcus Brandon. He was,
- 28:58Speaker 1: we'll put this video up. It was very, very informative.
- 29:02Speaker 1: I think people should take the time to watch something
- 29:04Speaker 1: like this. Yes. Because, I feel terrible when people come
- 29:07Speaker 1: to my table and they just, I'm trying to sway
- 29:11Speaker 1: them into what the right decision is about something and
- 29:13Speaker 1: they've made up their mind or they've brought me a marker.
- 29:15Speaker 1: I'm going, this is going to look terrible. I don't
- 29:17Speaker 1: want to do this.
- 29:20Speaker 4: The pen is very, very important. Very, very important. B-Y-O-P-P,
- 29:24Speaker 4: bring your own paint pen. That's what we always say.
- 29:26Speaker 4: But know how to use it. And you got to
- 29:28Speaker 4: know how to use it. And prep it for God.
- 29:30Speaker 4: Prep it, Jesus Christ. Guys, what about this? The WrestleMania
- 29:36Speaker 4: John Cena patch card that broke records.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Is now being sold oh my god we are attempting
- 29:44Speaker 1: to resell the john cena you think you would wait
- 29:48Speaker 1: patch card a little breather there.
- 29:50Speaker 5: Right immediate so an immediate flip.
- 29:52Speaker 4: An immediate flip exactly what cena did not want to happen.
- 29:57Speaker 1: It's also true he did say that in that interview
- 29:58Speaker 1: with Well.
- 30:00Speaker 5: Maybe the guy was just really upset because Cena made
- 30:02Speaker 5: fun of him.
- 30:04Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 30:06Speaker 4: Man, listen, I love that collectibles, especially wrestling collectibles, are
- 30:10Speaker 4: going up, but I don't love the buying and immediate flipping.
- 30:14Speaker 1: This is borderline shady to me.
- 30:18Speaker 4: I don't know if it's shady, but it's just not
- 30:22Speaker 4: like why.
- 30:23Speaker 1: I said borderline shady. Yeah.
- 30:25Speaker 5: It's not shady, but it's just not fun.
- 30:27Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Certainly not for love of the game or whatever.
- 30:31Speaker 5: Yeah, right. It reads more like this was a business
- 30:33Speaker 5: decision rather than like, yeah, for the love of the game.
- 30:36Speaker 1: And hey, there's nothing wrong with that. Sure. Right? So
- 30:39Speaker 1: everyone can, if you've spent millions on something, you're allowed
- 30:42Speaker 1: to do what the hell you want with it. Absolutely.
- 30:44Speaker 4: So let's see what it goes for. The last price
- 30:48Speaker 4: was 329. So I don't know.
- 30:52Speaker 1: I don't see it going for much more. That's another thing.
- 30:56Speaker 1: I think this guy's going to take a loss. I
- 30:58Speaker 1: think you should have waited a bit. Because people will
- 30:59Speaker 1: be leery of like, why is he doing this? Yeah,
- 31:01Speaker 1: I think you should have gave it a year or so.
- 31:06Speaker 1: But hey, strike while the iron's hot, I guess.
- 31:09Speaker 4: Speaking of auctions, big week for wrestling collectibles. The Stone
- 31:16Speaker 4: Cold Steve Austin 1999 Autograph Knee Brace. sold for $ 225, 700
- 31:21Speaker 4: through Heritage. That's it?
- 31:24Speaker 1: I think that's a little low, right? I was just
- 31:28Speaker 1: saying the same thing. I think that's a lot for
- 31:30Speaker 1: a knee brace. I know, but in my mind, this
- 31:32Speaker 1: is cooler than... That's his thing, the knee brace.
- 31:37Speaker 5: This is cooler than the John Cena cart to me.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Me too.
- 31:41Speaker 4: I guess why I don't think this is that cool,
- 31:43Speaker 4: and first of all, it is cool, but why I
- 31:45Speaker 4: don't think it's that cool is because it's not.
- 31:49Speaker 1: it's not his WrestleMania X whatever. I bet it is, though,
- 31:52Speaker 1: as if someone photomatched it. It probably is. That's what
- 31:54Speaker 1: I'm saying.
- 31:55Speaker 4: It probably has to get photomatched. We don't know if
- 31:58Speaker 4: this is a WrestleMania knee brace or one that he
- 32:01Speaker 4: wore on a house show once.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Right. I completely agree, but if someone did the legwork
- 32:06Speaker 1: to figure it out, I would guarantee there's some pretty
- 32:09Speaker 1: cool moments.
- 32:09Speaker 5: I was going to say, yeah, at 99, there's got
- 32:11Speaker 5: to be Grissom.
- 32:12Speaker 1: And if there is photomatched... I mean, you've had knee braces.
- 32:15Speaker 1: People don't just get Non-stop knee braces every night. It's ah,
- 32:19Speaker 1: knee brace. You don't go to the first stand and
- 32:21Speaker 1: get a knee brace at night. Listen, I don't know.
- 32:25Speaker 4: And maybe there is photo match stuff out there that
- 32:27Speaker 4: I don't know about, but $ 225, 000.
- 32:30Speaker 1: I mean, which is obviously a shit ton of money. Oh, well,
- 32:35Speaker 1: speaking of a shit ton of money, what about this?
- 32:37Speaker 4: $ 716, 000. The Intercontinental Championship. Congrats to Conrad.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Wild. That red WF logo. The rich get richer. $ 716, 000.
- 32:53Speaker 1: I'm confused why he would. Like belts are his thing
- 32:56Speaker 1: and this is such a grail, maybe the grail. I
- 32:59Speaker 1: can't believe that he parted with this. It's a lot
- 33:02Speaker 1: of money. I know, but he doesn't need it.
- 33:05Speaker 4: Maybe he's got another belt in mind that he wants
- 33:08Speaker 4: to purchase. But this is something I was kicking the
- 33:11Speaker 4: tires on, not for this price, Jesus Christ.
- 33:14Speaker 1: Dude, come on.
- 33:15Speaker 4: If it went for like the 100-ish, I was thinking
- 33:16Speaker 4: about it. Even then, I backed out. This is historic.
- 33:21Speaker 1: The Intercontinental. Wow.
- 33:27Speaker 5: $ 716, 000. Again, I think this is way cooler than that
- 33:30Speaker 5: Cena car.
- 33:31Speaker 1: Oh, 100%. It's also double the money. Right.
- 33:36Speaker 4: But the most valuable wrestling belt ever sold. I love it.
- 33:42Speaker 4: I absolutely love it. And I hope whoever gets it
- 33:45Speaker 4: will cherish it and put it on a macho man fucking,
- 33:52Speaker 4: what are those things called? Mannequins with some gear on it.
- 33:54Speaker 1: I mean, that, right? That would look sick. All right,
- 33:59Speaker 1: this is going to be controversial. Power town updates. Is
- 34:08Speaker 1: this an update, though? I think this is a huge
- 34:11Speaker 1: fucking update. I don't know.
- 34:12Speaker 4: That fucking prototypes. And not one, not two, but bags full.
- 34:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I guess that... The head-scratching thing here is, what
- 34:22Speaker 1: is this? Because we're in the toy business. That's a
- 34:26Speaker 1: lot of... Like, you don't make that many prototypes.
- 34:30Speaker 4: No, I think this is like a production run.
- 34:33Speaker 1: Right, yeah. I don't know what the heck is going
- 34:35Speaker 1: on here. Well, no. There's gray scale stuff. I don't know.
- 34:38Speaker 1: You know what I mean? It's a mixed... Thrown in
- 34:40Speaker 1: a box? Those could be things that, you know... I
- 34:43Speaker 1: didn't take the time to, like, zoom in on this,
- 34:45Speaker 1: but I know some people... Someone found one of my
- 34:47Speaker 1: heads in there in this gaggle. Now, this is from
- 34:50Speaker 1: Squared Circle Toys on Instagram, posted all these. There's finished.
- 34:54Speaker 4: Now, I don't know if the figures were finished or
- 34:56Speaker 4: he pieced them together himself.
- 34:58Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 34:58Speaker 4: I did reach out to him, and I asked him.
- 35:00Speaker 1: Wow, the belts, too, huh?
- 35:02Speaker 4: I asked him, are these actually in hand? And he said, yes,
- 35:05Speaker 4: I have some in hand. So I don't know what
- 35:06Speaker 4: that means.
- 35:07Speaker 1: Hmm.
- 35:08Speaker 4: I also asked him to be on the podcast today
- 35:10Speaker 4: to explain, and he did not answer.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Oh. Okay.
- 35:15Speaker 4: Speaking of not answering, I invited our good friend Steve
- 35:19Speaker 4: Rosenthal to be on the show to talk about this.
- 35:22Speaker 1: You did. And I can't confirm that.
- 35:25Speaker 4: He used chat GBT to form a response to me,
- 35:30Speaker 4: but I think he might have. And when he went
- 35:33Speaker 4: and copy and pasted it, it left like.
- 35:37Speaker 1: The prompt?
- 35:38Speaker 4: Because the text says, first of all, I said to him, hey, Steve,
- 35:42Speaker 4: open invite to be on our pod Monday morning at
- 35:45Speaker 4: 11 a.m.
- 35:45Speaker 1: Eastern.
- 35:45Speaker 4: We are discussing the new photos that have surfaced. And
- 35:47Speaker 4: he wrote, thinking something like this, colon, and then a space.
- 35:52Speaker 4: Thanks for the invite, and we'll take advantage of it
- 35:55Speaker 4: in the very near future. Read the photos regarding the photos,
- 35:58Speaker 4: doing a deep dive into where they came from and
- 36:01Speaker 4: how they got in the hands of Squared Circle. We'll
- 36:03Speaker 4: be in touch with an update. I wrote, haha, okay, thanks.
- 36:07Speaker 1: So, yeah. And I thought this was a Breaking News
- 36:11Speaker 1: Marty Jannetty Remco, but that's Hoot, huh? That's Robert Gibson
- 36:15Speaker 1: right there. Much more handsome Hoot. Yeah, just pieces, parts,
- 36:19Speaker 1: full figures. Oh, there's my head right there if you
- 36:20Speaker 1: see it in between those two bobos. Yeah. So, what
- 36:25Speaker 1: is going on with these? I would love to know. Oh,
- 36:28Speaker 1: there's another one in my head. My mask in between
- 36:30Speaker 1: this crotch down here. Oh, man, good spot.
- 36:33Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 36:34Speaker 1: Oh, and then. Go back. And then maybe that left
- 36:37Speaker 1: boot of the right side figure, is that somebody with
- 36:40Speaker 1: a beard there? I don't know if that's me again.
- 36:44Speaker 1: Not sure.
- 36:45Speaker 4: But, man, like, so these exist. I would love to
- 36:50Speaker 4: get my hands on these for my Repco collection.
- 36:52Speaker 1: They are cool as shit. They are cool as shit.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Because I'm sure they would have been, like, our quality,
- 36:58Speaker 1: like everything Powertown made, you know. Heartbreaking. Heartbreaking. Heartbreaking.
- 37:03Speaker 4: It's just wild that after all these years of not
- 37:05Speaker 4: getting the figures, now these are popping up.
- 37:08Speaker 1: It was bound to happen, right? It's bound to happen.
- 37:11Speaker 4: We don't know what these figures mean. We don't know
- 37:14Speaker 4: where they're from exactly. At first, I thought they were
- 37:17Speaker 4: old photos that just surfaced, but apparently not.
- 37:20Speaker 1: Right.
- 37:21Speaker 4: We'll update you if we hear anything, but that's all
- 37:24Speaker 4: we know for now. Guys, we usually talk about pro
- 37:28Speaker 4: wrestling tees at the end, but I want to plug
- 37:31Speaker 4: All the new shirts, real fast. We've been talking about
- 37:34Speaker 4: this stuff the past couple weeks, so we needed some shirts.
- 37:37Speaker 4: What about this? The Kid Alt with the X through it.
- 37:41Speaker 4: We're not Kid Alts. Get rid of that fucking term.
- 37:44Speaker 4: And wear the shirt.
- 37:46Speaker 1: Buy it now.
- 37:47Speaker 4: ProWrestlingTees.com slash MajorDubitPod. A few styles of the Kid Alt
- 37:53Speaker 4: with the X spray-painted over it. We also have this shirt.
- 37:58Speaker 4: The Access to Capital. Speaking of Access Capital, I believe
- 38:02Speaker 4: it's Jeremy Bedard's birthday, so happy.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Birthday, Jeremy. Happy birthday, Mr. Access to Capital.
- 38:06Speaker 4: Get that Access to Capital shirt. There's multiples over on prowrestlingtees.com.
- 38:13Speaker 4: And then, of course, the projectile play. Dee Freedom's favorite
- 38:18Speaker 4: type of play, the projectile play. Get the shirt right now.
- 38:23Speaker 4: One of my favorite shirts.
- 38:24Speaker 1: I'm buying that.
- 38:25Speaker 4: Go on projectileplay on prowrestlingtees.com.
- 38:30Speaker 5: Must have.
- 38:31Speaker 4: Then, of course, guys, coming up. Oh, this one's a
- 38:35Speaker 4: great one. I have more figures than your kids. Get
- 38:39Speaker 4: that shirt. I know a lot of major marks. Very
- 38:41Speaker 4: true for a lot of us, yes. Definitely true for me.
- 38:43Speaker 4: I have more figures than your kids. All these new
- 38:46Speaker 4: shirts and the classics and the ones that really are
- 38:50Speaker 4: obscure over at prowrestlingtees.com slash majordubitpod. And, guys, Halloween, we're
- 38:57Speaker 4: dropping it. A very exclusive preorder will be in stock
- 39:01Speaker 4: in November.
- 39:02Speaker 1: Who's it going to be?
- 39:04Speaker 4: First time in any line. Mark, any guesses?
- 39:12Speaker 5: Michael Brian Myers?
- 39:15Speaker 1: No, that'd be fun, though. I can see what you
- 39:17Speaker 1: did there. I'm like, wait. Oh, Halloween. Got it.
- 39:20Speaker 4: First time in any line. It will be a pre-order,
- 39:25Speaker 4: a numbered pre-order, and I think it'll sell out very,
- 39:29Speaker 4: very fast. So we're letting you know.
- 39:32Speaker 1: Halloween. Be there. CollectMajor.com.
- 39:36Speaker 5: Brian, you should do that as a gear thing for
- 39:37Speaker 5: like a pay-per-view.
- 39:39Speaker 1: It would be so insincere because I've never seen it
- 39:41Speaker 1: and could care less. Don't tell Frankie that. He'll get hot.
- 39:46Speaker 4: And guys, we have a date for the toy drive.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Let's go.
- 39:50Speaker 4: December 14th, correct?
- 39:51Speaker 1: Yes.
- 39:53Speaker 4: Hicksville, New York, create a pro. We're going to do
- 39:55Speaker 4: a live major wrestling figure podcast. Same as before. We're
- 40:01Speaker 4: going to give you all the details. You can order
- 40:03Speaker 4: through ringside. You can send to create a pro.
- 40:06Speaker 1: November 1st, we'll be active on ringside with the, uh,
- 40:11Speaker 1: free shipping and all that stuff to get the orders
- 40:14Speaker 1: in and the donations. So, um, Next week we'll have
- 40:17Speaker 1: the full, full details. But that's the date. That's the
- 40:19Speaker 1: cutoff date and the big blow-off at Creative Pro Wrestling
- 40:22Speaker 1: in Hicksville, New York.
- 40:24Speaker 4: Yeah, so we're just trying to get those dates out
- 40:26Speaker 4: in front of you. And yeah, of course, how many
- 40:29Speaker 4: years in a row is this?
- 40:30Speaker 1: Is this like.
- 40:31Speaker 5: We did it the very first year.
- 40:32Speaker 1: Yeah, so... What did we launch? 17?
- 40:33Speaker 5: 18.
- 40:33Speaker 1: 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26. Ninth year! Wow.
- 40:34Speaker 5: Ooh, next year is the Big Ten.
- 40:36Speaker 1: Big Ten. Nine years. Something crazy for the 10. That's cool.
- 40:46Speaker 1: Donating toys for the less fortunate. Thanks to you guys.
- 40:49Speaker 1: No thanks to Sam Roberts. Never. Never thanks to Sam Roberts.
- 40:53Speaker 4: He's keeping his streak alive. Is there somewhere we could...
- 40:57Speaker 4: I guess I'm not going to be in town long enough.
- 40:59Speaker 4: I was going to say somewhere we could vlog while
- 41:01Speaker 4: we're there, but.
- 41:03Speaker 5: Can we make sure that we donate at least one
- 41:05Speaker 5: Sam Roberts figure?
- 41:07Speaker 1: No, because it's a Build-A-Figure. It'd be a whole set. Okay.
- 41:12Speaker 1: And it's unfortunate that people don't care every time we
- 41:15Speaker 1: do a vlog on the toy drive. No one ever
- 41:16Speaker 1: watches it. Low ratings. Even with the stunts we've been
- 41:20Speaker 1: doing the past couple years at ringside, low ratings. Nobody cares.
- 41:24Speaker 5: Physical stunts.
- 41:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 41:26Speaker 5: Before we move on, I just want to pitch one thing.
- 41:28Speaker 5: We usually talk about it at the end, but I
- 41:30Speaker 5: think this is really big for us.
- 41:32Speaker 1: What's that?
- 41:32Speaker 5: The FWF is back, Jack.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Oh, boy, is it ever.
- 41:36Speaker 5: In a very small way.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Pump the brakes, Mark.
- 41:39Speaker 5: Okay, just be happy about it, Broski. There's a lot
- 41:42Speaker 5: of FWF fans out there. So this month, $ 9. 99, we'll
- 41:48Speaker 5: get you a brand new FWF draft. Matt Cardona brings
- 41:54Speaker 5: back the Turmoil brand. Brian Myers brings back the Thrill
- 41:57Speaker 5: Zone brand. I bring back the Thunderslam brand. And we
- 42:00Speaker 5: have a fourth. Do we say the name?
- 42:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 42:05Speaker 5: Sidney Bacabella, former WWF Hall of Famer, drafts Ballyhoo.
- 42:15Speaker 1: LJN and Big Rubber Guy draft. One for the books, guys.
- 42:19Speaker 5: It was very fun. We did it this morning. That'll
- 42:22Speaker 5: be up very shortly. FWF has just, it just got me.
- 42:26Speaker 5: I have so much energy right now.
- 42:27Speaker 1: I'm almost annoyed how much my brain is thinking about Guys,
- 42:32Speaker 1: something just popped in my head. I'm going to throw
- 42:34Speaker 1: it out there live.
- 42:34Speaker 5: Oh, my God. I'm sure this was your idea. No.
- 42:38Speaker 1: Throw us out there live.
- 42:41Speaker 4: Now, I don't think there is a world where FWF
- 42:44Speaker 4: could truly come back.
- 42:45Speaker 5: I do.
- 42:45Speaker 1: In the original format. Okay. Yes. Unless there's another global pandemic. Yes.
- 42:50Speaker 5: Which we don't want.
- 42:51Speaker 4: But I'm going to use the old Pat Patterson, what
- 42:54Speaker 4: if it is a weekly show? But one week, it's
- 43:01Speaker 4: just my full card. The next week, it's Brian's full card.
- 43:04Speaker 4: The next week, it's Mark's full card. The next week,
- 43:06Speaker 4: Sidney Bacabella's full card. So we're only doing one card
- 43:10Speaker 4: a month.
- 43:11Speaker 5: It's still hard. We did the one month.
- 43:13Speaker 1: Yeah, still.
- 43:14Speaker 5: Me and you, season two, did one a month. That's
- 43:17Speaker 5: what we did season two.
- 43:18Speaker 1: Wildly timing.
- 43:19Speaker 5: We did it for six months, and it was still
- 43:21Speaker 5: too much. I have, okay, but. Broski, if you were like,
- 43:26Speaker 5: I want to do this, I would be with you.
- 43:28Speaker 1: I would do it. No, no.
- 43:29Speaker 4: I'm not doing any extra work unless Brian's on board.
- 43:32Speaker 1: He has to do it as well. Right. There's no way.
- 43:35Speaker 1: There's no way. There's no Brian over here. Bro, I'm
- 43:37Speaker 1: at my kids' activities thinking about how I'm going to
- 43:39Speaker 1: book Kerry Von Erich and shit.
- 43:41Speaker 4: I will say the original FWF really fucked with my
- 43:45Speaker 4: brain mentally.
- 43:45Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying, dude. I'd be like 6 a.m.
- 43:47Speaker 1: at the airport writing stuff down on napkins and shit.
- 43:52Speaker 5: What do you mean it fucked with your brain?
- 43:54Speaker 1: Like, it consumes. It consumes your thought because you're like,
- 43:57Speaker 1: I got to beat him. I got to beat him.
- 43:58Speaker 2: I know.
- 43:58Speaker 1: I love that.
- 43:59Speaker 4: And especially then, like, I wanted my figure photography to
- 44:02Speaker 4: be perfect as well.
- 44:02Speaker 1: I was spending all this money on stuff.
- 44:05Speaker 5: I still regret to this day, season two, I did
- 44:09Speaker 5: fake photography for every week except Major Fest. And I
- 44:14Speaker 5: kept saying, I'm going to do it. I'm going to
- 44:15Speaker 5: do it.
- 44:16Speaker 1: But I never did it.
- 44:18Speaker 5: I still regret it. I love that. That's like a
- 44:22Speaker 5: work of art to me, season two of FWF.
- 44:25Speaker 1: Season one is very, very special.
- 44:28Speaker 5: Season one, yeah.
- 44:28Speaker 1: But like you said, it was a weird time period
- 44:30Speaker 1: where we had an insane amount of time on our
- 44:33Speaker 1: hands and we're stuck indoors.
- 44:34Speaker 4: I could spend a whole day doing figure photography.
- 44:37Speaker 1: I can't do that now. It's weird.
- 44:40Speaker 5: Bro, it was so popular, too, in a weird niche
- 44:42Speaker 5: way that people were writing blogs about.
- 44:50Speaker 1: Yes, Rock is cheating. Mark, didn't you have help with
- 44:52Speaker 1: your season? Mark is like the Balco scandal of FWF.
- 44:58Speaker 5: I was very upfront about Max Smashmaster helping me from
- 45:02Speaker 5: the get. And actually, he didn't help me from the get.
- 45:05Speaker 5: He helped me after.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Raphael Palmeiro, like, I did not use steroids. You're like,
- 45:08Speaker 1: I did not use a Ghost Rider for my season
- 45:11Speaker 1: of FWF. Man, I even had.
- 45:13Speaker 4: Chris Jericho do a voice note for when he debuted.
- 45:19Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 45:20Speaker 5: Oh, anyways, I was saying, we had fans writing blog posts.
- 45:24Speaker 5: We had separate podcasts reviewing the brand. FWF is hot,
- 45:30Speaker 5: and it is back in a very small way.
- 45:32Speaker 1: This is a fun, wildly fun draft, I think. I mean,
- 45:35Speaker 1: I can't plug it enough.
- 45:37Speaker 5: We never normally plug Patreon stuff.
- 45:39Speaker 1: Also, if you love the dynamic of the show, Mark
- 45:41Speaker 1: and I legitimately read Broskin, didn't tell him Bacabella was
- 45:44Speaker 1: coming on. Which I did not like. Which I did
- 45:47Speaker 1: not like. I did not like. Ugh.
- 45:50Speaker 5: He was very respectful and brief.
- 45:51Speaker 4: I'm not against an idea. I don't know what the
- 45:55Speaker 4: idea is, where FWF lives in some way. I am
- 45:58Speaker 4: against the idea of giving our IP to other people.
- 46:02Speaker 1: That I don't like.
- 46:03Speaker 5: Well, we're not giving. They are using, and you are
- 46:06Speaker 5: getting money for it.
- 46:09Speaker 4: Yeah, but I don't even... Yeah, I don't know if
- 46:12Speaker 4: I like that.
- 46:12Speaker 5: All right.
- 46:14Speaker 1: I don't know why, but I'm... Because they're going to
- 46:17Speaker 1: get money for it.
- 46:18Speaker 5: So are you.
- 46:19Speaker 1: No, I want to be making all the money.
- 46:21Speaker 5: But if you're not going to do all the work,
- 46:23Speaker 5: then you can't make all the money. This is a
- 46:27Speaker 5: way where your life changes in no way. We give
- 46:31Speaker 5: fans what they want, and you have a fuller pocket.
- 46:36Speaker 4: I don't see a world where it would generate enough
- 46:39Speaker 4: money to pay the other talent and then us.
- 46:44Speaker 5: Well, in my way, the talent only gets paid based
- 46:47Speaker 5: on the split.
- 46:48Speaker 1: And they.
- 46:49Speaker 5: If Vince Russo doesn't want to do it, then he's
- 46:50Speaker 5: not going to do it.
- 46:53Speaker 1: We're not going to continue talking about this, but anyway.
- 46:55Speaker 5: I got a PowerPoint presentation coming your way. Girlcock is
- 46:58Speaker 5: working on it right now.
- 46:59Speaker 1: At the very least, listen to the bonus episode, majormarks.com.
- 47:04Speaker 1: You guys ready for some news? Let's do the news.
- 47:08Speaker 1: The news is brought to you by GarageBee. Majoristic Figure
- 47:15Speaker 1: Podcast has a new tag team party, Garage Beer.
- 47:18Speaker 4: Scratch that figure-age and scratch that beer-age with Garage Beer.
- 47:23Speaker 1: Every tag team needs a name. And here it is,
- 47:26Speaker 1: Major Garage Beer. Garage Beer is light, refreshing, and made
- 47:30Speaker 1: with the highest quality ingredients. You can choose between the
- 47:33Speaker 1: light beer or my favorite, the lime beer.
- 47:36Speaker 5: And with only 95 calories, it's the smart beer to drink.
- 47:41Speaker 1: I'm Brian Myers, the most professional drinker.
- 47:43Speaker 5: I'm Smart Mark Sterling, and I love beer-flavored beer.
- 47:47Speaker 1: And I'm always ready, Matt Cardona.
- 47:50Speaker 4: And the Major Garage is always open.
- 47:58Speaker 5: Last time we partnered with Garage Beer, things got a
- 48:01Speaker 5: little out of hand. But this time... We're doing things
- 48:07Speaker 5: more professionally.
- 48:15Speaker 1: More class. Guys, guys, why can't we enjoy both?
- 48:18Speaker 5: More polished.
- 48:20Speaker 1: Good idea.
- 48:23Speaker 5: It's a crisp, refreshing partnership. Built on integrity and teamwork.
- 48:35Speaker 5: And focus.
- 48:38Speaker 1: Let's go! Let's party! The news brought to you by
- 48:47Speaker 1: Garage Beer. Did you see Garage Beer has like that spice?
- 48:51Speaker 1: You can put a little rim. That's interesting, huh?
- 48:54Speaker 4: Put a little rim there. Is that like a little tahini?
- 48:56Speaker 4: Is that what it was?
- 48:58Speaker 5: Wait, you actually put that on the beer or it's
- 48:59Speaker 5: for like your chips? What is going on?
- 49:02Speaker 1: It looked like it was like the rim job.
- 49:04Speaker 5: Yeah, but I thought that was a joke.
- 49:06Speaker 1: No, I don't think so. It's a real deal. Yeah.
- 49:09Speaker 5: Oh, that's interesting.
- 49:11Speaker 1: Everybody lives in the party house in Orlando. Oh, yeah.
- 49:15Speaker 4: So use the hashtag Major Garage Beer. If we talk
- 49:19Speaker 4: about your post, you will win a prize. Who won
- 49:22Speaker 4: this week?
- 49:25Speaker 5: That would be Steve Diaz, SDS87, spending Saturday afternoon rearranging
- 49:31Speaker 5: my display with Garage Beer and the Major WF Pod.
- 49:35Speaker 1: Love that. I like that.
- 49:37Speaker 5: The Garage Beer can... Just looks right next to our figures,
- 49:42Speaker 5: doesn't it?
- 49:43Speaker 1: Just fits. I think so. Goes hand in hand. Goes
- 49:46Speaker 1: hand in hand, baby. 100%. He's got all four of us.
- 49:50Speaker 5: What a shelf. This was like my dream all along.
- 49:53Speaker 5: What a great shelf there, Steve.
- 49:55Speaker 1: Great shelf. All right.
- 49:57Speaker 4: Latuni showing off some Andre the Giants. He's calling them
- 50:01Speaker 4: the last hurrah.
- 50:03Speaker 5: What does that mean?
- 50:04Speaker 4: I think it's like the final matches of Andre.
- 50:06Speaker 1: That's what he looked like in Mexico, I believe. One
- 50:11Speaker 1: of his last matches.
- 50:13Speaker 4: In the red and green. Hey, if this floats your boat,
- 50:18Speaker 4: I have nothing bad to say.
- 50:19Speaker 1: Andre Glockner is certainly unique.
- 50:21Speaker 4: It's definitely unique. Not necessarily accurate, because this is like
- 50:27Speaker 4: an 80s Andre.
- 50:28Speaker 1: I mean, it is what it is. It is what
- 50:30Speaker 1: it is. Listen, making the most of your molds. We're
- 50:32Speaker 1: certainly guilty of it as well, so All for it.
- 50:35Speaker 1: Latune makes some decent stuff. So, looks pretty cool. I
- 50:41Speaker 1: won't be getting it, but I don't mind it one bit.
- 50:43Speaker 1: What about this, though? The Nerd Closet.
- 50:46Speaker 4: I haven't even seen this yet. James Maritano.
- 50:50Speaker 1: That is a K & S WrestleFest exclusive. This is wild. Yeah.
- 50:58Speaker 1: Ken going into business for himself. Breaking news here on
- 51:01Speaker 1: the Major Wrestling Figure Podcast. Little Guido. Matt Maniacs from
- 51:05Speaker 1: the Nerd Closet. Pretty fun. And you know Ken's going
- 51:08Speaker 1: to just keep bringing them in for virtuals with these things. Wow.
- 51:11Speaker 1: That is really, really fun. A long time since Guido's
- 51:15Speaker 1: had a figure. Really long time. Probably 20 years. I
- 51:17Speaker 1: wanted to do a big rubber guy. I'm not saying
- 51:19Speaker 1: we won't. And you know what?
- 51:21Speaker 4: I think they did it right with the t-shirt.
- 51:23Speaker 1: Yeah, it's fun. It makes it a little more toyetic, right?
- 51:25Speaker 1: I think we're going to have to steal that if
- 51:27Speaker 1: we do a little Guido. Looks really, really cool. Boss
- 51:31Speaker 1: Fight Studios Legends of Lucha Libre Signature Series Ultimo Dragon.
- 51:36Speaker 1: This thing looks badass, dude. Have we seen this before? Yeah. Okay,
- 51:41Speaker 1: so this is updated photos? Yeah. I mean, it looks awesome.
- 51:44Speaker 1: It looks really cool. I think I'll definitely be getting that.
- 51:47Speaker 1: I'm going to cut that other one because this is
- 51:49Speaker 1: like souped up version. Which one do you have? The
- 51:53Speaker 1: regular one of that, but it's the basic Boss Fight
- 51:55Speaker 1: of that, right? Right. I think a different color. Isn't it?
- 52:00Speaker 2: Anyway.
- 52:00Speaker 1: Looks really, really cool. Another guy who would look good
- 52:03Speaker 1: as a big rubber guy. I agree. What about this?
- 52:09Speaker 4: Ringside Collectibles Tanahashi.
- 52:13Speaker 1: Looks good. Looks really good, actually. Yeah, I saw the
- 52:16Speaker 1: updated pics. Wow. Looks really, really cool. You can have
- 52:22Speaker 1: your Matt Cardona or Tanahashi. I'm a big New Japan guy,
- 52:24Speaker 1: so he's probably pretty honored that this is in the
- 52:28Speaker 1: lore of Ringside Collectibles. I think it looks really cool.
- 52:31Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 52:32Speaker 4: Good old Tanahashi from Ringside Collectibles.
- 52:37Speaker 1: Man, did they give a unique torso for him? Because
- 52:40Speaker 1: he has those giant pecs and they nailed it. Might be. Yeah, right?
- 52:45Speaker 1: Might be. Well, that's a cool head. Oh, okay. The
- 52:49Speaker 1: hair up. Looks good.
- 52:51Speaker 4: Fanatics has some retro shirts on WWE Shop. We have
- 52:55Speaker 4: the Follow the Buzzards Wyatt family.
- 53:00Speaker 1: It's pretty cool. Oh, like re-dos we're talking about. Yeah, yeah.
- 53:03Speaker 1: The retro t-shirts.
- 53:05Speaker 2: Nice.
- 53:06Speaker 4: And then there's a replica of the Tiffany Stratton Money
- 53:09Speaker 4: in the Bank.
- 53:11Speaker 1: Go get that. And there's some AAA championships. Look really cool.
- 53:19Speaker 5: Wow. That's awesome.
- 53:21Speaker 1: These are replicas of that kid's belt? That's a replica. Yeah.
- 53:25Speaker 4: As well as a replica mass.
- 53:29Speaker 1: So.
- 53:30Speaker 4: Get the Rey Mysterio. There's a bunch of them. Penta,
- 53:33Speaker 4: Rey Fenix, El Grande Americano, Dragon Lee, and La Parca.
- 53:37Speaker 1: Damn.
- 53:38Speaker 4: Yeah, that's no kid mask. That's the real deal.
- 53:42Speaker 1: Serious. Very, very cool.
- 53:45Speaker 4: Funko Pop, we're finally getting a very nice, very evil
- 53:50Speaker 4: Danhausen Halloween.
- 53:53Speaker 1: Yeah, which I guess that just means there's way more coming, huh?
- 53:57Speaker 1: Because they have to verify which Danhausen it is. I
- 53:59Speaker 1: don't know what makes that one Halloween. Yeah, right. But, hey,
- 54:04Speaker 1: looks cool. Great pose. Very nice. Very evil. He's got
- 54:06Speaker 1: the cape. What an honor for our friend Dan Housen.
- 54:11Speaker 1: I prefer the Major Star, but maybe that's just me. Yeah,
- 54:14Speaker 1: maybe that's just us. But, yeah.
- 54:16Speaker 4: And speaking of Major Stars, Series 3, pre-order them.
- 54:20Speaker 1: They're in stock any day now. Man.
- 54:23Speaker 4: The Hardys in their gear from when they won the
- 54:25Speaker 4: NXT titles. Shotzi, which I didn't realize until she posted.
- 54:29Speaker 4: In her WrestleMania gear.
- 54:31Speaker 1: Woo!
- 54:32Speaker 4: Ric Flair in the blue. And then the wanted man,
- 54:34Speaker 4: Nick Nemeth as well. Not sure why he's not posted here.
- 54:38Speaker 4: He's not in series. Oh, he's a stand-alone.
- 54:40Speaker 1: He's a stand-alone. There he is. That's why. D knows
- 54:43Speaker 1: what he's doing. Yeah, D's a pro. He's a stickler
- 54:45Speaker 1: for the numbers. The wanted man. I mean, honestly, Hardee's
- 54:49Speaker 1: and Nemeth. Any of their past items are hard to
- 54:52Speaker 1: get and you're going to pay out the ass for them.
- 54:55Speaker 1: So if you're going to meet these guys... This is
- 54:57Speaker 1: a much more affordable, fun route. Actually, Shotzi, too. Shotzi's
- 55:00Speaker 1: elite is pretty tough to come by these days. And
- 55:04Speaker 1: Ziggler never had a Funko Pop. Never had a very
- 55:07Speaker 1: deserving of a Funko, and he never got one.
- 55:09Speaker 4: So now he has a major star, the wanted man,
- 55:13Speaker 4: Nick Nemeth. And then also, big rubber guys, Bloody Bruiser Brody.
- 55:20Speaker 4: Unique packaging. Got the chain. Got the blood. Someone was saying, oh,
- 55:25Speaker 4: it doesn't make sense. He's all bloody after a match,
- 55:28Speaker 4: but he's got his fur vest on. I said it
- 55:31Speaker 4: was cold in the venue in Puerto Rico, and he
- 55:33Speaker 4: just put it on after.
- 55:34Speaker 1: Yeah, it was post-match, and he was cutting a promo. Yeah,
- 55:36Speaker 1: he's just putting it on. He's a little chilly. I
- 55:39Speaker 1: just think we obviously mulled over that decision, but he's
- 55:42Speaker 1: just so iconic with the blood, and we thought, why not?
- 55:45Speaker 1: And it just makes it more toyetic and cool looking. Yeah.
- 55:49Speaker 4: Not a big week for news. The Power Town stuff
- 55:53Speaker 4: was just wild to me.
- 55:55Speaker 1: Wild. It's just collusion expected. Dee, do you have any
- 56:00Speaker 1: thoughts on what you think those figures might be? Hello.
- 56:07Speaker 1: No intro.
- 56:08Speaker 2: Well, I came in earlier about the Marcus Brandon video,
- 56:12Speaker 2: so it'll be posted. It's just that I have to
- 56:15Speaker 2: screen record it because you can't download those links from
- 56:17Speaker 2: a third-party website. So I have to screen record it.
- 56:20Speaker 2: I have to sit there for seven minutes and screen
- 56:22Speaker 2: record it. Um, so, uh, yeah, the, the photos of
- 56:26Speaker 2: that from what it appears, possibly that it could be
- 56:31Speaker 2: a number of things. It could be, uh, rejected, uh, samples.
- 56:35Speaker 1: It could be, that's what, that's the only thing I
- 56:37Speaker 1: would think of because there's so many. Yeah.
- 56:40Speaker 2: It could be rejected samples. It could be, uh, just
- 56:44Speaker 2: whatever they produced that, uh, was never fully, uh, put
- 56:48Speaker 2: through the assembly process and was just, um, uh, just
- 56:52Speaker 2: clearing out their stock, whatever vendor that came from. So, uh, yeah, it's, uh,
- 56:57Speaker 2: it's a big, uh, it's a big ordeal, uh, at
- 57:01Speaker 2: least on their end. But, um, yeah, unfortunately for those
- 57:03Speaker 2: collectors that have been waiting since, uh, I think the
- 57:06Speaker 2: TNA pre-order started for the.
- 57:08Speaker 1: Ultra that was, that.
- 57:09Speaker 2: Was April of, of 20, uh, 2024. And then I
- 57:12Speaker 2: think for ultras, uh, Series 2, that was, I think, summer.
- 57:19Speaker 1: We're going to creep up on three years from that pre-order.
- 57:23Speaker 2: And then the Remcos, those were even earlier. I think
- 57:24Speaker 2: that might have been 2023, fall of 2023.
- 57:26Speaker 1: Holy. Oh, man. That's terrible. Time will tell. Hopefully. Hopefully
- 57:37Speaker 1: there's a world where these come. I just don't see
- 57:40Speaker 1: it coming. Maybe something like, no, that was Steve's text. Callback. Oh, boy.
- 57:50Speaker 1: All right.
- 57:50Speaker 4: We got some ringside collectibles news. Shop ringside collectibles Halloween
- 57:55Speaker 4: sale going on now.

- 58:01Speaker 4: Jay Uso, John Cena, Bronson Reed, Rusev, and Lash legend.
- 58:05Speaker 4: There's new images of the ringside Tanahashi exclusive figure. And
- 58:10Speaker 4: coming in soon, I'm interested to see these. From the

- 1:01:29Speaker 4: Barbarian matches perfectly with the early 90s Big Rubber guys
- 1:01:34Speaker 4: that we have in stock.
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: Someone just posted a tag match of this version of
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: the Barbarian tagging with masked Warlords. It was like the
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: powers of pain, but years later, I thought that was
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: kind of cool. That happened.
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: Like we said earlier, the major stars coming in any
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: day now. Nick Nemeth, the wanted man. So many Big

- 1:02:11Speaker 4: You got the Phantom.

- 1:02:17Speaker 5: There we go.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: Wally and Clark in stock any day now, I believe.
- 1:02:21Speaker 5: You know what's great about Big Rubber, guys? These figures,
- 1:02:24Speaker 5: they're so toyetic and great and universal. Somebody who doesn't
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: have a single action figure in their life, somebody who
- 1:02:31Speaker 5: doesn't collect anything at all.
- 1:02:32Speaker 4: I agree.
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: They work in an office. They have a cubicle, but
- 1:02:36Speaker 5: you're a huge fan of Macho. You get that Macho
- 1:02:38Speaker 5: you just showed, and you put it on your desk.
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: It's a discussion piece.
- 1:02:42Speaker 5: Nobody questions it. Yeah, it's like, oh, wow, cool. That's
- 1:02:44Speaker 5: like a statue of Macho Man on your desk. Or
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: you're a sports fan. You want Wally the Green Monster.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: Hmm. All right, guys.
- 1:02:55Speaker 4: So use the hashtag CollectMajor. If we choose your post,
- 1:02:58Speaker 4: you will win a prize.
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: Our old friend here winning this week. The Bosch. I
- 1:03:04Speaker 5: am the Bosch man.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: Purple.
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: Best wishes shirt guy.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: Bosch-tober.
- 1:03:08Speaker 7: Man.
- 1:03:08Speaker 5: These two are must-haves for a New Yorker, and he's
- 1:03:11Speaker 5: got a picture of Santana and Yankees macho.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: Where are me and Broski? Where the hell is Swishes,
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: you piece of shit?
- 1:03:22Speaker 5: That's something like Queens, Brooklyn, you know, that kind of thing.
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: You guys are Long Island.
- 1:03:26Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: All right, so from ringside. Long Island's own. Yeah, that's right.
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: From ringside, I finally got the Sid. I will say, however,
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: it's got the karate kick Mattel leg.
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: Disease that they saw. Really? This is not ringside's fault.
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: Look at that. Kicks right down. That's wild. Really? I
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: just said someone last week didn't have it, and I
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: was like, Come on, Mattel. What are we doing here?
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: Now, I did the heating up thing, you know, because
- 1:03:53Speaker 4: I wanted my Sid to be perfect.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:03:55Speaker 4: And it fixed it. And then once it dried, it
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: went back to this. Whoa. D, what's the... I'm screwed, right?
- 1:04:01Speaker 4: He's not a scientist. He's not going to know.
- 1:04:04Speaker 5: Well, I mean, you heat it up, you pose it
- 1:04:06Speaker 5: how you want it, and then you put it. Like,
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: what do you need?
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: I guess. Actually, I thought the heating up loosened it
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: and fixed it. I didn't realize. It went back. I
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: didn't know it would revert back. I hate this karate
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: kick action.
- 1:04:17Speaker 5: It's just not turning in the pick. It's too tight.
- 1:04:22Speaker 5: The plastic is too tight.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: I don't know if that's the issue. I mean, isn't
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: that the issue? D, what is the issue? It is
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: like the friction of the ball joint, right?
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: That's what I'm saying.
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: I mean, originally, the hips used to be composed of ABS.
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: They were two separate halves that were sonic welded together.
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: But now they're done in PVC, like all the other ones.
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: You took the words right out of Mark's mouth.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: They need some lubrication.
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: Unfortunately, it looks like there's no lubrication. Rejectile play and
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: lubrication is how Dee likes it, okay?
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:04:52Speaker 5: Like I said, it's too tight so that when you
- 1:04:54Speaker 5: do it, it goes back because it's not actually rotating
- 1:04:57Speaker 5: in the ball. However, when you heat it up, it does.
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: But then it just goes back. So you heat it up,
- 1:05:03Speaker 5: you put it in the pose you want, and then
- 1:05:05Speaker 5: you put it on your shelf and you don't think
- 1:05:06Speaker 5: about it ever again. Essentially, it's not great for a
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: kid's toy, though.
- 1:05:12Speaker 4: I mean, I'm just going to have him pose just
- 1:05:13Speaker 4: like this, standing straight.
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: Yeah, so then you're good.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: It's perfect. I mean, yeah, Bruce is not really doing
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: squats with him, but I do feel bad for kids, really.
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: I play with them. That's a pain in the dick.
- 1:05:21Speaker 5: I guess. But also, what kid is playing with this?
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: Kids play with the old school guys because they see
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: them on YouTube and the network and whatever.
- 1:05:29Speaker 4: And I built... The Harvey Wibbleman, which is incredible. Such
- 1:05:34Speaker 4: a great figure.
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: Wow. I was a little confused with the packaging. It
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: says from the 1993. That was a typo. Royal Rumble?
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: And I think it also was on the SIT packaging
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: as well.
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: Yes, there's typos in the copy.
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: So it's 92 for both of them.
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: Robert!
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: Okay, because it's not him as John Gonzalez's manager, then?
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: That's what it says.
- 1:05:51Speaker 4: It says as John Gonzalez's manager.
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: I didn't wear that at 93.
- 1:05:55Speaker 4: Oh.
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure it's 92 when he came out with Warlord.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: That's what I think. Either way, it's incredible.
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: Post-Rumble, that's when he was paired with Sid.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: Yeah. Love it. Great, great figure. Either way, not a
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: figure I ever thought you'd get. Yes. Pretty cool.
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: I want to thank Hastell Toy. I got the Jake
- 1:06:13Speaker 4: the Steak.
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. 96 version.
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: The Brooklyn Brawler. I've not gotten the zombie one yet.
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: And then I did get... I wanted to do a
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: little live unboxing of the Abe knuckleball shorts.
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: I love the Mitch stuff, but to me, it just
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: looks so bootleg.
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: What?
- 1:06:31Speaker 5: The package?
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: It's the packaging of Mitch's, yeah. I think it was
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: in the long run, I think Mitch's, maybe not, maybe
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: because people see it and think of the old school stuff,
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: but I think he should have came up with something
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: more unique instead of just copying a Hasbro thing, maybe.
- 1:06:47Speaker 5: Yeah, but the figure itself does not look bootleg.
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: Right. No, the figures are good. The figures have been great. Really?
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: I believe that when the hat clicks in and isn't
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: an issue.
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: The brawler hat's not the best.
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: The brawler's hat was a nightmare. Kim Chi's hat was
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: a nightmare.
- 1:07:02Speaker 5: Brawler's hat kind of clicks, though. You can turn it
- 1:07:04Speaker 5: upside down, but you wouldn't be able to.
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: Here's Abe.
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: He passes the upside-down test. Let's see if brawler passes
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: the test.
- 1:07:09Speaker 5: I'm pretty sure it does.
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: Yeah, it does.
- 1:07:12Speaker 5: But if you blow on it.
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: It would... Great figures.
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: I think when I make my retro cuts... I think
- 1:07:20Speaker 4: all three of these stay. Maybe the brawler gets cut
- 1:07:24Speaker 4: because of the zombie, because of the zombie one.
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: Uh, I don't, I think when you get the zombie person,
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: you're not, well, I'm not cutting a zombie one. I know. Yeah. It's,
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: it's one of his, it's like one of his worst
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: figures of all time.
- 1:07:38Speaker 4: So maybe I will keep it only because I do
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: consider zombies its own thing.
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:07:44Speaker 4: So maybe that's the way I can rationalize keeping, um,
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: The broken brawler. I have to keep at least one
- 1:07:52Speaker 4: of Mitch's men on a mission, even though I love
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: the zombie ones, because he made Oscar.
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: I can't just have Oscar by himself, even with men
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: on a mission. Right.
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: So I'll be doing my retros tonight. It's going to
- 1:08:05Speaker 4: be tough. There's so many. There's like 10 different macho bands.
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. It's wild. I know. You can't be complete.
- 1:08:14Speaker 5: Yeah, I put a lot of macho bands away. I
- 1:08:15Speaker 5: put a lot of Jake the Snakes away.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: Yes. Yes. Quick shout out, I got this from WWE Shop. Oh,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: there it is. Man, I got to say, this might
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: be a late figure of the year contender right here.
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: It's perfect. It's literally perfect. Mr. Perfect, WWE LJN, Target exclusive,
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: but available on WWE Shop as well. Two accessories, which
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: is like unheard of. And it's just fun. This is
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: what I want this line to be. Give me more
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: of these. Give me the Brother Loves and the Dustys
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: and the ones that, The repro stuff just doesn't excite me,
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: and I get it. Not everyone has a complete Elegarian
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: collection like me. I totally get it. Right. But, man,
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: this is like chef's kiss, baby. Perfect.
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: Who do you think are like the top guys that
- 1:09:01Speaker 4: they could bang out like this that we really need?
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: Hmm.
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: I think Rocker Sean. Rocker Sean is one, but like
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: it's just going to leave a gaping hole without Jannetty though. Well,
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: that's where we come in. I know. It's weird. Who
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: else could you see?
- 1:09:16Speaker 5: Huh?
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: I would love an updated long-haired Piper. Okay, that's a
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: good one. Yeah. That's a good one. But is there
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: any new characters? Like someone who didn't get one that week?
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: I mean, again, same as Piper, Brett, but not a
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: repro Brett. I mean, you can do the same for Warrior.
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: Even Hogan.
- 1:09:42Speaker 5: I was just going to say a better posed Warrior,
- 1:09:45Speaker 5: a more jacked Warrior.
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:09:47Speaker 5: Unbelievable. That's what you would want, right?
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: Yeah. But what I'm saying is I don't think there's
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: that many guys.
- 1:09:53Speaker 5: That they have.
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: I think like a debut taker. Okay. There you go.
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: Would freak people out. That's a good one. That would
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: be freaking sick. Okay. I'm all on board for that. Yeah.
- 1:10:05Speaker 4: And I love the deep cuts too, like the Brother Love.
- 1:10:07Speaker 4: I'm interested to see how Brother Love sells.
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: Right. And I guess WWE can do the Bushwhackers too.
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: That would excite people. Yeah. It would. It would. Would
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: that complete the back of the packaging between our bad news?
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: It would. I think it would. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, we
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: just need bushwhackers. I love bushwhackers. Damn. Cool. Pretty damn cool.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: I got a lot of cards here. I'll rapid fire
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: through them. Offered postcards. Hey, Broski, are you in Stadium Club?
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: I'm cracking that tomorrow. I'm not. Oh, you know what?
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: I saw some of the, like, they're older. They must
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: have been trying to put these together for a long
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: time with the... Autos and stuff. We got a Chelsea Green.
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: Look at this relic right here. I believe this is numbered. Oh,
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: it's a three of five. Jeez. Holy. It's a big card.
- 1:10:59Speaker 4: A three of five Chelsea Green. We talked about this
- 1:11:03Speaker 4: infamous card and match a couple weeks ago, so I
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: had to get the PSA version.
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: This is a Pulsar Refractor. Relic card. You hate this card.
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: I hate this card, but it had a Relic as well.
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: It was great. It was just on eBay. I didn't
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: grade this myself. Wow.
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: PSNI to me. Do a little forum to Jack Swagger.
- 1:11:25Speaker 5: No, that's your only slings way.
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah. This popped up on eBay. I don't know
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: if I have it, and I can't check. It's a
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: 2 of 10. I'm sorry, a 6 of 10.
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: Matt Relic signed WrestleMania Zack Ryder.
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: That's cool. You didn't check if you had it already?
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: I can't check. My cards are who the fuck knows
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: where they are. You need to have them in a place.
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: Those can't be tucked away because you need to be
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: able to check. I know.
- 1:11:49Speaker 5: Rockin' with Dan stole your cards, actually.
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: And this is where it gets interesting, guys. More of
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: the weird pose Matt Cardona. There are so many. That's
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: modern day card.
- 1:11:59Speaker 4: Bro, tell me these cards aren't identical. Tell me these
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: aren't identical cards.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: They're not. Wait, you're not really showing me the left
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: one very well. You actually had me stumped there. I
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: can't really see shit. Different.
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: They look identical, but they're not. Like, one, the lines go, like, horizontal,
- 1:12:18Speaker 4: and one, they go diagonal. You see that?
- 1:12:21Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: Yep, yep, yep, yep, yep, yep. What line? Oh, you
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: mean the background line? The background. Yeah. Is there something
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: on the back that I don't know? No, there's nothing.
- 1:12:30Speaker 5: Justin says the refractor is different. Yes, correct.
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: Good. What the hell is this? I know. Yeah, that's really...
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: I think this is just too crazy.
- 1:12:38Speaker 4: This one I could tell... A nice red, white, and
- 1:12:41Speaker 4: blue with the stars.
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: That's very different. That's cool. Patriotic. That I could tell. Now,
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: this is where it gets even crazier. I cracked that stuff,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: and I don't remember getting one card like that. That's
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: got to be a different blaster or something. This is wild.
- 1:12:54Speaker 4: Joe Vinn pointed this out to me on eBay.
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: He said, you need this. I said, no, I don't
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: need this. I have this already.
- 1:12:59Speaker 4: This is a National 205 Matt Cardona, right?
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: I'm like, no, I already have. I have a 505.
- 1:13:06Speaker 4: But they're not the same. Again, look at the waves
- 1:13:09Speaker 4: on the back of the red.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: I can see that one, yeah. Like, what? What is this?
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: I didn't even know that was a thing, to be
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: honest with you. It's craziness.
- 1:13:18Speaker 5: Brian's got hundreds of cars he needs to go get
- 1:13:22Speaker 5: now of himself.
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: No, that's a newer thing. How can a human keep
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: track of all this? I know.
- 1:13:27Speaker 5: I don't think you're meant to.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: That keeps you rainbow hunting. So wherever you PC, you're
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: literally doing it. That's what people do. Except they do
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: it for, you know.
- 1:13:35Speaker 5: We got more rainbow talk in the Major Rock purchases.
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: Oh, wow.
- 1:13:39Speaker 5: There's a little spoiler.
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: You guys got more stuff? Courtesy of our friends at
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: J & J Collectibles, I got this little bad boy here.
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: Top Rope Collectibles, Paul Orndorff. I do like, and I'm
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: going to talk about this again in my next purchase,
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: it has the extended bubble, which not that Paul Orndorff
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: is hitting the Indies and selling these at his table,
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: but for Other people on display, I think that's cool
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: that it doesn't fall over. I'm not mad at it.
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: You can't really tell by seeing it. Live unboxing here.
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: First time doing this. There's the back of the card.
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: We have not seen a lot of those figures. Who's
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: on the back there? Oh, my God. Two Gold Scorpio,
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: Johnny Vedder, Orndorff, Janela, Marcus Alexander Bagwell, PN News, Stud,
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: Norman the Lunatic, Dan Hazen, Van Hammer, and then two
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: mystery guys coming soon.
- 1:14:28Speaker 5: So....
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: I went with the blue trunks. Pretty cool. I think
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: this counts to me as something that could have been
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: in the glue world. I don't love that it looks
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: too much like a Luger.
- 1:14:40Speaker 4: But this is the first guy he's done that's his
- 1:14:43Speaker 4: own character, correct?
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 1:14:45Speaker 4: Because he made Diamond Stud and PN News.
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: Right, you're right. Those are the other two I have,
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: and those are straight copies of the prototypes. But this
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: is what would have been. I like, you said you
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: pick them up for a pile driver or something?
- 1:14:58Speaker 4: I don't hate, does that one have the mirror?
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: No mirror. Oh, it has a hole. Oh. What? Oh,
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: that's what that is. Look, it's like a spot for it,
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: but there's no mirror. Do I have an error? Or
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: do they make ones without the mirror? Maybe they make
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: some without the mirror. Interesting. I'm not quite sure. Well,
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: he is a crafty veteran with a bad attitude.
- 1:15:24Speaker 4: I was kicking the tires on these like, do I
- 1:15:26Speaker 4: need them or not?
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: Contact J & J customer support here.
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: It doesn't appear that the only one of them comes
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: with a mirror. The orange trunks one comes.
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: With a mirror. I think this is more the time
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: period anyway. You're going to display that or what? What?
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: I've been just bagging with the retros and stuff. I
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: don't really have much of a display yet for that.
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: They're real. They're in hand. My fandom collectibles. Wow. Too cocky.
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: Kevin Matthews is here. Let's talk about it. We have
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: Dan Moff in the house.
- 1:16:01Speaker 5: Dan Moff is outdated. He's a lean, mean fight machine.
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: I'm fine with it because this is my Dan Moff.
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: A thick boy Dan Moff is how I want my
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: Dan Moff.
- 1:16:10Speaker 5: He looks so good right now.
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: They're cool. I would say, like I said, they have
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: that extended bubble thing, the slide-out packaging, so they can,
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: you know, if you're an indie guy who invested in
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: yourself and got these, you sell them at your table.
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: A great presentation. Now, what do you think of the
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: quality after all this? I think my KM's got a
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: little googly eye.
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: Hmm.
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: As you can see, I think it's, because the scan
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: looks like him. I just think the paint application on
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: this one, I don't know if it's all of them.
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: I would assume it's just this one is a little off. Okay.
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: It doesn't look the best.
- 1:16:35Speaker 5: Well, he's just, you know, he saw some political thing online.
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: He's just really upset about it. There it is. A
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: lot of Deco hits. There's Kevin's tat. Pretty cool. It
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: kind of reminds me of like a Cella meets a Mitch. Okay.
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: Kind of vibe. Moff is great. His likeness is sick. Wow. Oh, yeah. Wow.
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: I love the girthiness, the tats. They have a decent
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: little shine. Right. They have the shine, but it's obviously
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: not the same plastic as it has, but it has
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: the shine that makes it look like that, so I
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: think that's cool. But, yeah, it looks great. Moffat is
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: definitely stellar. I mean, I literally saw Dan Moffat on
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: indie shows when I was in high school. That's how
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: long I've been watching Dan Moffat. I've wrestled him so
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: many times, and he's a good friend. First figure ever.
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: Same with Kevin, so very cool. Kevin is sending me
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: the yellow variant to.
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think that was available on their website.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: I think only he has them. So I'll be covering
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: that soon here on this very show. But my fandom collectibles,
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: real toys, guys. Wow.
- 1:17:33Speaker 5: Pretty, pretty cool. I'm excited for the Kevin Matthews. He
- 1:17:36Speaker 5: was very excited talking about it this weekend.
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: Yeah, he is.
- 1:17:38Speaker 5: To everyone that would listen.
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: Again, damn off. God, 30 plus year career. Kevin, 25
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: plus year career. No figures, so. John Carlo, cool opportunity.
- 1:17:50Speaker 5: Yesterday I spent a good amount of time schooling Kevin
- 1:17:54Speaker 5: Matthews on how to ship these out.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: Oh boy.
- 1:17:56Speaker 5: I taught him about pirate ship.
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: What is this pirate ship?
- 1:18:01Speaker 4: John Carlo suggested we have Kevin Matthews on.
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: I said, we've tried. He won't wake up before noon.
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: There's a little problem there. I got some rapid fire
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: stuff here. It's not wrestling, but I.
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: Had to show it off because it's so fucking cool.
- 1:18:16Speaker 4: For my Arnold shelf, I got this deluxe.
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: Theatrical edition Mr. Freeze. Oh, man. This is from Batman
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: and Robin. That looks cool as shit. That movie's so bad,
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: I don't want that. Oh, so good. I needed an
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: excuse for this. I mean, it does look awesome. And
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: it will go with my Arnold figures. Look at that. Goddamn,
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: that movie sucks.
- 1:18:38Speaker 4: Deluxe theatrical edition.
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: Oh, chill. Got that. I want to thank Sea Rat.
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: He sent me another custom cigar case this time. What
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: is this, C-Rat?
- 1:18:50Speaker 4: It's a major wrestling figure podcast branded.
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: This is bullshit. And we open it up, and oh, boy.
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: We got some illegal cigars in there. Oh, my God. Oh,
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: it smells so good. He told me he sent you
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: that because you broke the world record for drinking old
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: fashions the other night with him. Is that what he said? Yeah,
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: it was a congratulations gift.
- 1:19:11Speaker 5: The world record.
- 1:19:13Speaker 4: There was a lot of old fashions consumed.
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: I got two more things. I have one that I'm
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: very excited about. I mean, people dog these figures, but
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: I had to get. Oh, wow. My guy, Jalen Brunson,
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: New York legend and hero, McFarlane, articulated figure, comes with
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: the stand. I love the magnetic ball on these. I
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: know people dog these figures. They can't do the tattoos.
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: They don't have the licenses for the shoes. The likenesses,
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: not the best, I've got to say. I mean, this
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: is okay, I would say. They had Nikola Jokic and
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: Luka Doncic in the same set, and I love Luka,
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: and I was going to get it, and it looks
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: so not like him that I had to put it back.
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: And the Joker one is like, Whew, wild bad. So
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: I'll accept this. It's cool. It's got his braids and stuff.
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: There's a lot of detail. I think it's just fun
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: and articulated. Like I said, it's a rookie figure. Thanks.
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: Shout out to all the major marks. Help me get
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: this because this is, you cannot find this where I live. Like,
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: no way. These things are flying off the shelves. So
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: in other states where the Knicks are not so heralded,
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: I had a lot of major marks help me. I
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: have four of these coming to me. Four? Yeah, I
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: got one from McKenzie. I got one I'm going to
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: keep minty mint in case the opportunity ever, you know,
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: comes to get it signed. So, but I'm pumped. I can't,
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: this is such a dream line for me. I can't
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: not support it, especially my favorite athlete, you know. So,
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: very cool. All right. Man, these are very, very rare figures.
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: I already own the Hulk, but I had to buy it. Again,
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: these are Korean bootlegs, I believe. Good God. There's Hulk
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: Hogan right here.
- 1:21:07Speaker 4: Like I said, I already own the Hulk, but I
- 1:21:09Speaker 4: had to get it because it was a set to
- 1:21:13Speaker 4: get the ultimate warrior Korean bootleg. He's got real tassels
- 1:21:19Speaker 4: in there. So I don't know if I'm going to
- 1:21:22Speaker 4: open these or if I'm going to keep them.
- 1:21:23Speaker 5: Open them.
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: Yeah, because the box, like the tape is already ripped.
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: So it's like. I guess.
- 1:21:30Speaker 5: But what are you going to do? Throw that box up?
- 1:21:31Speaker 5: The box is like an antique.
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: It's nice. Nice. It's unique. That's like part of the...
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: I know. It's like the 80s color.
- 1:21:39Speaker 5: I feel like that's more.
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: Eye-appealing to see the whole package than just some weird
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: loose figure. Bro, 100%.
- 1:21:45Speaker 5: You take that out of the box, it's just like
- 1:21:47Speaker 5: a dumb figure.
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:21:48Speaker 4: Yeah, so you might have convinced me. I do have
- 1:21:51Speaker 4: to see if there's room for it in my miscellaneous shelf.
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: But yeah, very, very cool figures. Bootlegs. But I think
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: they look great. Yeah. They're cool.
- 1:22:01Speaker 5: Bootlegs with their actual pictures on them.
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: I also got this. I have these figures.
- 1:22:10Speaker 4: I didn't want to go to my storage unit to
- 1:22:13Speaker 4: actually get them out. These are the guys that we
- 1:22:17Speaker 4: wrestled in our debut, Marcus Corvan.
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: And Matt Stryker. What are you doing with those?
- 1:22:23Speaker 4: I think they're going to be on my miscellaneous shelf.
- 1:22:27Speaker 4: Until I build a proper ruthless aggression.
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: You have these and you just didn't feel like looking
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: for them? Yeah, they have to go to my storage unit.
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: There are so many different pubs. That is the laziest
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: thing I've ever heard in my life. Time is money, baby.
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: Holy sore fingers. That's true. Yeah.
- 1:22:43Speaker 4: But get the Marcus Corvan, the Matt Stryker. If I
- 1:22:47Speaker 4: don't build a Ruthless Aggression setup... Oh, is that on
- 1:22:50Speaker 4: the table of Kutzke? No, the Ruthless Aggression have no
- 1:22:54Speaker 4: room here. Oh, I thought... I'd have to build an extra...
- 1:22:58Speaker 4: I'd have to build like a middle.
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: Area. Now, I don't know if... if Ruthless Aggressions deserve
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: a whole middle area thing getting built for them, but
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: I just love those Ruthless Aggression figures.
- 1:23:08Speaker 5: There is no way, I'm saying this right now, in
- 1:23:11Speaker 5: the year of 2026, there is no way that Broski
- 1:23:14Speaker 5: doesn't expand that room in some way in the next
- 1:23:18Speaker 5: two years, period, in the story.
- 1:23:20Speaker 4: Oh, 100%, there's going to be at least one middle compartment.
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:23:24Speaker 5: Plus your desk, I mean, it's not going to be
- 1:23:26Speaker 5: Ruthless Aggression, but your desk will have compartments, right?
- 1:23:29Speaker 4: We'll have a couple, but not for necessary figures, more
- 1:23:31Speaker 4: for some of the display pieces that are behind me.
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: Yep. And then the last thing I got, it's weird
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: because I technically already have them, but the WWF Shootout game.
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: That's cool. These are the figures from the game.
- 1:23:48Speaker 4: God, I love that. Graded and encased by CAS. Now,
- 1:23:52Speaker 4: I have the whole shootout thing in box on display
- 1:23:55Speaker 4: in my room. So this is a way to display
- 1:23:58Speaker 4: the figures, and it was just already on eBay like this.
- 1:24:01Speaker 4: Isn't there another set?
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I got the other set as well. Oh, I
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: was like, wait, isn't that going to drive you nuts?
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: Now I got the other set as well. So I
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: thought it was a cool idea for whoever did this.
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: I mean, that's like so smart. Yeah, so really, really cool.
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: I'll add that to my kind of in front of
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: the shootout. So I wanted to show off the actual figures,
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: and there's a perfect way to do it. Anything else
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: for you guys?
- 1:24:25Speaker 5: I got one thing.
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: Mark, you collect.
- 1:24:28Speaker 5: I got one thing. You guys collect.
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: Just Lords of Warcraft.
- 1:24:34Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: Custom crown and costume.
- 1:24:38Speaker 5: World of Warcraft is coming out with a very huge update.
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: I was kidding.
- 1:24:42Speaker 5: I told you you guys are going to sing.
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 1:24:45Speaker 5: It's coming out with a very huge update. Everyone in
- 1:24:49Speaker 5: the video game world is very excited about this.
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:24:53Speaker 5: Now I got the collector's edition. It's this gigantic fucking box.
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: That is massive.
- 1:24:58Speaker 5: It comes with a statue in here. The way that
- 1:25:02Speaker 5: I display these is the game, the collector's edition, sealed.
- 1:25:07Speaker 5: So last time, it came like this, but not sealed.
- 1:25:11Speaker 5: So this time it did, thank God. But I am
- 1:25:15Speaker 5: cooking up an idea. I've got 10 of them. I
- 1:25:18Speaker 5: want to send them all to CAS. Broski says... Maybe
- 1:25:23Speaker 5: around $ 1, 500. This would be a very expensive shipping thing.
- 1:25:28Speaker 5: They're very big and heavy. I would love to get
- 1:25:31Speaker 5: every one of them graded.
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: And where would you put these?
- 1:25:35Speaker 5: So I think that I'm going to do an entire
- 1:25:37Speaker 5: wall in my toy room.
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:25:40Speaker 5: Like a display with shelves.
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: Oh, you're going in.
- 1:25:42Speaker 5: I'm going in. Because this is literally my favorite thing
- 1:25:45Speaker 5: that I have. And the thing that's worth the most
- 1:25:49Speaker 5: out of everything that I have. These collector's editions sealed.
- 1:25:53Speaker 5: are worth a lot. And graded, I might be the
- 1:25:56Speaker 5: only person on earth that would have a complete sealed
- 1:26:00Speaker 5: collection graded of these. So that's what I'm thinking about.
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: Sweet.
- 1:26:05Speaker 5: But there it is.
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: Broski, Chelsea just texted me. She's outside planting mums. She
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: says she needs your help. She needs help in the garden.
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: If you can go do that. But anyway, let's keep rocking.
- 1:26:18Speaker 5: Oh, this is huge.
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: This is huge. I don't know what order to do
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: this in.
- 1:26:25Speaker 5: Save the O-W for last.
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: Okay. Our friends at Jazzwares, partnering with collectmajor.com, jazzwaresvault.com, sent
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: me the exclusives to show off. Some of these are
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: the very first time being seen by collector's eyes. So
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: first and foremost is the legacy of... Look at that beard.
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: Look at that beard. Look at that old man's thing
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: with the beard, interchangeable hands, the bat, the soft goods jacket.
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: Look at this unique packaging, guys. Look, this is so
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: not street legal. Look at that.
- 1:27:08Speaker 5: Not for resale.
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: Just for me to show off right here to get
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: you all boned up. Jazwares Vault, collectmajor.com, shared exclusive, the
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: legacy of Sting. I've been told that this blister, if
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: you take it out of the package, can fit Into
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: the existing Sting 3-pack. So if that floats your boat,
- 1:27:26Speaker 1: that's something you can do and change those out.
- 1:27:29Speaker 5: Oh, my God.
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: But for the very first time, look at that. Bearded
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: old man manager Sting.
- 1:27:37Speaker 5: Recreate.
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: So cool.
- 1:27:39Speaker 5: The all-in interview where me and Broski talk to Sting
- 1:27:42Speaker 5: on stage.
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: And don't. Wow. Just a nice little sit-down with a
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: couple of friends. That would be a beautiful thing. And
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: don't slide into my messages trying to get this from
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: me because I will be gifting this to the very talented,
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: very loyal, and deserving Johnny Clash, the Sting superfan who
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: does so much for the Major Pod and Creator Pro Wrestling.
- 1:28:03Speaker 1: He's the Sting completist.
- 1:28:05Speaker 5: That's awesome.
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: I'll be giving that to him this week. Next, I mean,
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: let me make sure I get this right. This is wild, guys.
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: Look at this thing. Are you ready? What's that?
- 1:28:15Speaker 5: What's in there?
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: Are you ready? Dun, dun.
- 1:28:21Speaker 5: Oh, my God.
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: Look at that. Timeless Tony Storm. Mina. Dr. freaking Luther.
- 1:28:27Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: Super triple pat.
- 1:28:32Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: From Jazwares Vault. Look at that. Luther gets a figure. Mina,
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: the only one. to get your Mina. I think that's incredible.
- 1:28:43Speaker 1: Double or nothing exclusive triple set.
- 1:28:47Speaker 5: God.
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: How sick would this look autographed?
- 1:28:51Speaker 5: Bro. Bro.
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: Look at these. Flaps. Look at that. See the rest
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: of the packaging. This is a beaut. I mean, if
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: Jazwares is going out on the AEW license, they went
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: out swinging, brother.
- 1:29:07Speaker 5: It's so cool, it makes me sad.
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: Right. Soft goods galore. Interchangeable heads. Just unbelievable. Oh, actually,
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: we should make this official so everyone knows. To 3,000 there.
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: That's it. There's the sticker. I didn't see one on Sting.
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: The number... Sting, not that I see. So I'm not
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: sure of the number on Sting, but it can't be many.
- 1:29:33Speaker 6: Yep.
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: So there we have that. And then, folks, about to
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: break the wrestling figure internet. Are you ready for the
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: king of hearts? AEW exclusive.
- 1:29:50Speaker 5: Just saw nipples there for a minute.
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: Owen freaking Hart. Limited to 5,000. Two interchangeable heads. Soft, good. Robe. Crown.
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: The shades. And I'm not stopping, folks, because this is
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: staying in the PC. I'm going to let this bad
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: boy breathe right here, right now on the major pod.
- 1:30:18Speaker 5: Opening it.
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: Opening it. PC fronter. Six-inch articulated Owen Hart figure. You
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: know I'm keeping this bad boy. Wrestling figure history.
- 1:30:44Speaker 5: Look at that. I love that shouting face. Oh, the
- 1:30:46Speaker 5: smiley face.
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: With the glasses is so good. The different hands I'm
- 1:30:49Speaker 1: actually excited to play with to see what's going to
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: play best with that. Got to pop this doohangie. Oh,
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: my God.
- 1:30:58Speaker 5: I think we need a I hate do-hingy shirt.
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: Yeah, we do need a do-hingy.
- 1:31:01Speaker 2: It's called a TN tag fastener.
- 1:31:05Speaker 5: A what? It's a do-hingy.
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: It's a do-hingy. We've named it a do-hingy for years
- 1:31:09Speaker 1: on this show. Man, guys, this is legit wrestling figure
- 1:31:13Speaker 1: history we're doing here. Holy shit. Wow. Look at that face.
- 1:31:22Speaker 1: That is so cool. Look at the robe. Look at
- 1:31:24Speaker 1: the designs. unreal i think there's like oh it's not
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: even like a fasten.
- 1:31:32Speaker 5: Wow i'm like cheesing wow yeah it's.
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: It's attached like it's sewn at the so it's not
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: going to fall off i guess so you just go
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: overhead with.
- 1:31:40Speaker 5: It okay great oh look at that body perfect boom wow.
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: Wow now stuck in.
- 1:31:50Speaker 5: His boot I wish that Broski wasn't dealing with Chelsea's
- 1:31:53Speaker 5: thing because.
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: Well, mums are hard to plant. Oh, and by the way.
- 1:31:56Speaker 5: Explain the glasses.
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: I failed to mention, this is an ultimate. So look
- 1:31:59Speaker 1: at the butterfly. Supreme. Unrivaled Supreme. Supreme, sorry. The shades are,
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: dare I say, better than Mattel has ever.
- 1:32:07Speaker 5: That's what I'm saying.
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: Yeah, wow. Crown. Here's all the extra stuff. Scream head,
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: I think, would be pretty fun.
- 1:32:17Speaker 5: I like the smile. It's such a good pose.
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: It's a quick little screamy-do.
- 1:32:22Speaker 5: Yeah, let's see that.
- 1:32:29Speaker 1: Maybe switch them hands up.
- 1:32:33Speaker 5: One of these?
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: You want the old Brett hands? They come with it. Oh, boy.
- 1:32:46Speaker 5: Let's see.
- 1:32:47Speaker 1: You guys are going to be fired up. Man. I
- 1:32:54Speaker 1: want to make sure everyone's excited so I get it right. Damn,
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: this is so cool. I love the pink on pink.
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: That's cool. The Rocket Owen Hart. The King of Hearts.
- 1:33:13Speaker 5: You need it.
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: JazzWarsVault.com, CollectMajor.com, share exclusive. Only $ 5, 000. I feel like that's gone.
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: I don't think that lasts. Now that I'm seeing this,
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: the presentation, I don't think this lasts a weekend. No way.
- 1:33:32Speaker 1: Ain't no way. What a round of weekly purchases.
- 1:33:36Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:33:37Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:33:56Speaker 5: I made the Mark Purchases of the week. I was
- 1:34:00Speaker 5: kind of bored Saturday, so I made sure that this happened.
- 1:34:05Speaker 5: We got our friend Chaz Brown here. He says, I
- 1:34:07Speaker 5: bought a second row tickets for Collision this week, and
- 1:34:11Speaker 5: me and my son, Max, and through Facebook communication, Smart
- 1:34:14Speaker 5: Mark Made by Night, I brought my Jazzverse fig and
- 1:34:17Speaker 5: was paint pen ready, and Mark snuck through the curtain,
- 1:34:20Speaker 5: designed my fig, and helped make the night.
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: Even more awesome. That's very nice of you, Mark. Holy smokes.
- 1:34:25Speaker 5: The only bad thing was that my Smart Marky Mark shirt. Oh,
- 1:34:28Speaker 5: he was in the second row and he was wearing
- 1:34:29Speaker 5: that Smart Marky Mark shirt. Got more TV time than
- 1:34:32Speaker 5: the real guy. Was really hoping to see Mark perform,
- 1:34:35Speaker 5: but hopefully the next time they're in North Carolina. Yeah,
- 1:34:37Speaker 5: didn't do anything, but went on a nice hike with
- 1:34:42Speaker 5: Matt Taven and Dalton Castle.
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: Hike?
- 1:34:46Speaker 5: Yeah, it was great. But, yeah, so I snuck out there.
- 1:34:50Speaker 5: He had the paint pen. But first, Brian, he pulls
- 1:34:52Speaker 5: out his stuff, and he's got a Sharpie. I go, Sharpie.
- 1:34:55Speaker 5: And he goes, oh, wrong pen.
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: Oh, I was like, come on. After all we've done?
- 1:34:59Speaker 1: I know, yeah.
- 1:34:59Speaker 5: He just had the wrong pen. All right, number two.
- 1:35:04Speaker 5: These I didn't realize I was nostalgic for. Kevin Petruzzello
- 1:35:11Speaker 5: with newfound access to capital. I decided to do what
- 1:35:15Speaker 5: any responsible grown adult would do. Buy a complete factory-sealed
- 1:35:20Speaker 5: set of the 1992 McDonald's Halloween McNugget Buddies.
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: Those are so iconic and, like, sentimental. It's crazy. Right? Yeah.
- 1:35:30Speaker 5: It's just something that, like, left my brain, but the
- 1:35:31Speaker 5: second I saw them, I was like, oh, yeah, those.
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: It's the same, actually, I gotta say. I played with
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: these and I collected these. Yep.
- 1:35:37Speaker 5: Sure, I could have saved a few bucks buying used
- 1:35:39Speaker 5: ones and giving them a proper fig bath, but knowing
- 1:35:42Speaker 5: these childhood classics have never been coded in nearly... 35
- 1:35:46Speaker 5: years of french fry grease and questionable happy meal residue
- 1:35:49Speaker 5: worth every extra penny pretty cool.
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: Oh i love those things.
- 1:35:53Speaker 5: Too hi deco that is a crazy thing for a free.
- 1:35:58Speaker 1: It doesn't exist anymore we talked about recently like.
- 1:36:00Speaker 2: I mean they're still wendy's has been doing some stuff
- 1:36:03Speaker 2: i think they have like those frosty frights that they're
- 1:36:05Speaker 2: doing right now but those have.
- 1:36:06Speaker 1: Nowhere a high-end toy is not going to be given
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: for free anymore in kids.
- 1:36:11Speaker 2: Meals right right well Even the sandwiches that you purchase,
- 1:36:14Speaker 2: those are considered high-end nowadays.
- 1:36:17Speaker 5: Man, the toys of the last bunch of years with
- 1:36:20Speaker 5: my daughter, it's terrible.
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: Terrible. My kids, they don't really eat fast food, but
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: they like Chick-fil-A, and they won't even open that thing
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: that comes with the Chick-fil-A. It's always something stupid.
- 1:36:33Speaker 5: My daughter has recently decided to not even accept the toy.
- 1:36:36Speaker 5: No toy. I'll get the Happy Meal.
- 1:36:38Speaker 1: No toy, please.
- 1:36:41Speaker 5: Here you go, Broski.
- 1:36:42Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Wow.
- 1:36:44Speaker 5: Chad Moore, after seeing the greatest pose in wrestling trading
- 1:36:46Speaker 5: card history, decided to chase that Broski rainbow.
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: All the thought that went into that pose. Broski was
- 1:36:51Speaker 1: up at night thinking, what could be dynamic for my
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: new trading card?
- 1:36:54Speaker 2: That's the new stance for the entrance.
- 1:36:58Speaker 5: Out of 18, I have 10 in hand.
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: There's 18 of them? Yeah.
- 1:37:02Speaker 5: He says, I have the one of 75 on the way.
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: Well, it's good to know there's 18. I got to
- 1:37:08Speaker 1: see how many I have.
- 1:37:09Speaker 5: He's doing good.
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: 18. 18. Holy cow. All right.
- 1:37:15Speaker 4: We got an update.
- 1:37:16Speaker 5: We got an update, Brian. Zach Chiera, last week.
- 1:37:20Speaker 1: Bro.
- 1:37:21Speaker 5: Last week I was driving, listening to the pod, and
- 1:37:23Speaker 5: heard Brian ask, how does he find these Seinfeld people?
- 1:37:26Speaker 5: It always seems to be at some random book signing.
- 1:37:29Speaker 5: Where was I driving? A book signing in New Jersey.
- 1:37:33Speaker 5: Got the chance to meet Jane Leaves and add her
- 1:37:37Speaker 5: to the Seinfeld collection, as well as meet up outside
- 1:37:39Speaker 5: with fellow Seinfeld collectors Zach Brett, and Mike, and show
- 1:37:43Speaker 5: off our four separate shots we left with.
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: You guys are all sick.
- 1:37:49Speaker 5: It's so cool. Look at that wall.
- 1:37:50Speaker 1: It's growing. Holy cow.
- 1:37:53Speaker 5: It's so cool.
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: What I love about that wall is it's a wall
- 1:37:56Speaker 1: that is valueless, money-wise. Right.
- 1:38:01Speaker 4: But it has so much, I guess, sentimental value to him.
- 1:38:04Speaker 4: And there's a story behind each photo.
- 1:38:06Speaker 5: Yeah, that.
- 1:38:07Speaker 1: That's what I really love collecting. Right.
- 1:38:10Speaker 5: It's so much more valuable to the owner than it
- 1:38:12Speaker 5: would be to somebody who would be looking to purchase.
- 1:38:16Speaker 5: Who's in the market for every odd character?
- 1:38:21Speaker 4: You could sell one lump of fucking somebody.
- 1:38:25Speaker 1: Don't they all say to Zach too? Are they all personalized?
- 1:38:29Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure. I don't know.
- 1:38:32Speaker 5: That one doesn't, the one on the top right. I'm
- 1:38:34Speaker 5: not sure. We'll have to get an update. I'm sure
- 1:38:36Speaker 5: we'll get updates. Lapuma's back.
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: Here we go. This is wild.
- 1:38:39Speaker 5: Really weird. Lapuma says, this week I got the world's
- 1:38:42Speaker 5: biggest Hulk Hogan birthday card. This came out in 1991. Oh,
- 1:38:45Speaker 5: come on. And instead of getting one where I was 11,
- 1:38:51Speaker 5: I got one at 46. That's pretty cool, though. The
- 1:38:53Speaker 5: jumbo card stands nearly two feet tall and is one
- 1:38:56Speaker 5: of the coolest things in my Hogan collection. At first,
- 1:38:59Speaker 5: I was going to pass on it because the original
- 1:39:01Speaker 5: person that gifted the card wrote their name in it.
- 1:39:03Speaker 5: But then I realized just how hard these are to
- 1:39:05Speaker 5: come by and came with the original envelope as well, brother.
- 1:39:10Speaker 1: Giant-ass envelope, huh?
- 1:39:11Speaker 5: Jumbo card.
- 1:39:12Speaker 1: That's a big boy. I don't recall ever seeing these. Yeah. Joe.
- 1:39:19Speaker 5: All right. This is an interesting collection here. Matt Norris,
- 1:39:24Speaker 5: bear with me. I am the Michael Jordan of collecting
- 1:39:27Speaker 5: Matt Cardona merch that Matt Cardona has no interest in collecting.
- 1:39:34Speaker 5: I previously bought the two of five signed WrestleMania helmet.
- 1:39:37Speaker 5: Since then, I have added a four of five signed
- 1:39:39Speaker 5: SummerSlam helmet and a five of 25 WrestleMania helmet. See,
- 1:39:44Speaker 5: it's three Matt Cardona football helmets.
- 1:39:48Speaker 1: Zero interest from me.
- 1:39:50Speaker 5: Brian, don't you want a Matt Cardona football helmet?
- 1:39:51Speaker 1: I couldn't want that less. Actually, at the Jag game,
- 1:39:55Speaker 1: you know, I get randomly recognized or whatever. So I'm like, who?
- 1:39:58Speaker 1: And he goes, Zack Ryder. I go, you don't fucking
- 1:40:01Speaker 1: like sports. And I just kept walking.
- 1:40:04Speaker 5: It's a true story.
- 1:40:05Speaker 2: Now, if those helmets were, I mean, the brand's dead now,
- 1:40:08Speaker 2: but the XFL, if those were XFL helmets.
- 1:40:10Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. The XFL. Yeah. You'd be a completist, bro.
- 1:40:17Speaker 1: I'd be a completist.
- 1:40:18Speaker 5: I couldn't not pick this one. I picked the maximum
- 1:40:22Speaker 5: number I normally pick, but I had to throw this
- 1:40:24Speaker 5: in there. And he's going to be talked about twice here.
- 1:40:29Speaker 5: Sea Rat. He says, my major mark purchase of the
- 1:40:32Speaker 5: week is a grail acquisition for me. I have been
- 1:40:34Speaker 5: on the hunt for anything Rocky screen used for a
- 1:40:37Speaker 5: long time.
- 1:40:38Speaker 1: Whoa.
- 1:40:39Speaker 5: I was finally able to agree to a deal on
- 1:40:42Speaker 5: these screen used boots from Rocky 3. They were used
- 1:40:45Speaker 5: during the montage where Rocky is defending his title against
- 1:40:48Speaker 5: multiple opponents early in the movie. They were photo matched
- 1:40:51Speaker 5: by SIA and include Providence tracing them back to ownership
- 1:40:56Speaker 5: by Sly Stallone himself.
- 1:40:57Speaker 1: Bro, is Sly on a size 18, brother?
- 1:41:01Speaker 5: I'm really excited to acquire these.
- 1:41:02Speaker 1: Look at those things.
- 1:41:03Speaker 5: Acquire. You know you're a serious collector when you don't
- 1:41:06Speaker 5: say get these, you say acquire.
- 1:41:08Speaker 1: You know you have some serious access to capital when
- 1:41:11Speaker 1: you acquire something. And you acquired something.
- 1:41:14Speaker 5: Yeah, and he says there will definitely be a fronter
- 1:41:17Speaker 5: in the man cave. Now, we've brought Sea Rat up
- 1:41:20Speaker 5: a lot. Broski's good friend.
- 1:41:23Speaker 1: I'm going to smoke one of these cigars. Thanks, Sea Rat.
- 1:41:25Speaker 5: Smoking a cigar for Sea Rat. Now, we've never seen
- 1:41:30Speaker 5: large portions of his collection, which I do think that
- 1:41:33Speaker 5: there's a world where we do a YouTube video at
- 1:41:35Speaker 5: Sea Rat's.
- 1:41:36Speaker 1: I would love that, too. I'd want to fly in
- 1:41:38Speaker 1: for that. He's in Orlando. Where is he? No, he's
- 1:41:40Speaker 1: multiple homes. He's multiple homes.
- 1:41:44Speaker 5: Well, which one's the one we do?
- 1:41:45Speaker 1: New York. He's mainly in New York. I think the Manhattan.
- 1:41:49Speaker 1: I don't know where he keeps the stuff, actually. Yeah,
- 1:41:51Speaker 1: where's the detective? That might be in the beach house.
- 1:41:53Speaker 1: I actually think he has a storage unit, too, if
- 1:41:55Speaker 1: I recall from our conversations.
- 1:41:57Speaker 5: Well, here's a slice of it, okay? This is just
- 1:42:00Speaker 5: his desk. Thought this was really cool. He says, I
- 1:42:03Speaker 5: have a work desk at home that I try to
- 1:42:06Speaker 5: keep decorated with collectibles to help provide some fun distractions
- 1:42:10Speaker 5: during the day. My favorite part is my flare wall
- 1:42:14Speaker 5: Off to the right. I set this up in the
- 1:42:15Speaker 5: last year to display my collection of signed Ric Flair
- 1:42:18Speaker 5: trading cards I have. Many of them I have had
- 1:42:20Speaker 5: signed in person by Ric himself. During some of those
- 1:42:24Speaker 5: stressful days, it's fun to look at the cards and
- 1:42:26Speaker 5: remember when we got them signed. What convention did we
- 1:42:29Speaker 5: get them signed at? And what funny comments Ric may
- 1:42:32Speaker 5: have made to him while he did it. And when
- 1:42:35Speaker 5: I'm bored, I will switch around how I have them
- 1:42:37Speaker 5: organized as a little challenge to myself. I still have
- 1:42:40Speaker 5: a lot of improvement to do on my display skills.
- 1:42:43Speaker 5: But this one I'm proud of. Some pretty cool cards there.
- 1:42:46Speaker 1: I like the Horseman Turnbuckle, too. Very cool. It's got
- 1:42:50Speaker 1: R and B-dub, Tully, I can see.
- 1:42:52Speaker 5: I see the WCW card.
- 1:42:54Speaker 7: Woo!
- 1:42:54Speaker 1: I'll smoke a Stogie to those cards.
- 1:42:57Speaker 5: Some graded, like, old ones. Really cool. He was in
- 1:43:01Speaker 5: the chat. Is he still in?
- 1:43:02Speaker 1: Yeah, he's talking.
- 1:43:04Speaker 5: Long Island is the place we go, he says. So,
- 1:43:07Speaker 5: that's easy.
- 1:43:08Speaker 1: Easy.
- 1:43:09Speaker 5: I'll drive in for that. Broski can fly.
- 1:43:11Speaker 1: Yeah? Well, hey. I'll be there November 13th. You guys free? Probably.
- 1:43:20Speaker 1: I don't know off the top of my head.
- 1:43:23Speaker 5: Z-Rat, you around November 13th? We'll talk to you later.
- 1:43:27Speaker 1: Okay. We'll get a nice steak dinner somewhere. Yeah.
- 1:43:30Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 1:43:31Speaker 1: November 13th. Anyone free?
- 1:43:32Speaker 4: Oh, I am.
- 1:43:33Speaker 1: That's the day before the big event. Have a major vlog,
- 1:43:39Speaker 1: a major dinner. Major Steaks. Sticks and Figs. Major Steaks.
- 1:43:43Speaker 1: Steaks and Figs. Sea Rat, let us know.
- 1:43:48Speaker 5: Is the dinner at Sea Rat?
- 1:43:50Speaker 4: No, we got to go out to a nice steakhouse.
- 1:43:52Speaker 4: Isn't there like a Peter Luger's on Long Island?
- 1:43:54Speaker 1: There's all kinds of unbelievable steakhouse. I could take you
- 1:43:57Speaker 1: guys to the real shit. Let's hear it. What do
- 1:44:00Speaker 1: you want to say down there? If it ain't Cafe Bachi,
- 1:44:03Speaker 1: I don't want to hear it. Which, by the way...
- 1:44:07Speaker 1: Clothes for renovations. The guy at My Hero was like,
- 1:44:09Speaker 1: he comes here every time he's home. He goes to
- 1:44:11Speaker 1: the eggery first, then he comes here, then he goes
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: to the bocce for dinner. I'm like, yes, I know.
- 1:44:17Speaker 1: He's insane.
- 1:44:21Speaker 4: I love how everyone knows that. That's wild to me.
- 1:44:24Speaker 5: Yeah, you don't really make it a secret.
- 1:44:26Speaker 4: I didn't know the guy at My Hero knows what
- 1:44:28Speaker 4: other spots.
- 1:44:29Speaker 1: I don't know. He's like, he was going to dinner.
- 1:44:31Speaker 1: It was 5 o'clock. He still ate dinner. He was
- 1:44:32Speaker 1: going to dinner that night. I'm like, I know. He's
- 1:44:34Speaker 1: a sicko. Yeah.
- 1:44:38Speaker 4: Yeah, Cafe Bashi, close to renovations. I don't know what
- 1:44:41Speaker 4: I'm going.
- 1:44:41Speaker 1: To do during the holiday season.
- 1:44:44Speaker 5: Is that it?
- 1:44:44Speaker 1: That is it. All right, let's go to the Q
- 1:44:53Speaker 1: & A. Yeah.
- 1:44:59Speaker 6: It's that time again of the show to scratch that itch.
- 1:45:03Speaker 1: Ask the boys what you want to know.
- 1:45:05Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:45:07Speaker 6: You better make sure that your question is good. Like,
- 1:45:10Speaker 6: what's your Mount Rushmore of figures from your childhood?
- 1:45:14Speaker 5: Jump on X and use the tag.
- 1:45:16Speaker 1: Ask a major pod. It'll get you hard.
- 1:45:19Speaker 6: If they read your question on air, you'll get a prize.
- 1:45:23Speaker 1: Now that's super rare.
- 1:45:25Speaker 6: You better be smart, professional, and complete. Then maybe the
- 1:45:30Speaker 6: boys will pick you for the Q & A this week.
- 1:45:35Speaker 1: Ha ha! All right, guys, my favorite part of the episode,
- 1:45:39Speaker 1: the Q & A. Use the hashtag AskMajorPod. If we
- 1:45:43Speaker 1: read your question on air, we get a prize. An
- 1:45:49Speaker 1: oversized sticker that bros got mad at me for purchasing.
- 1:45:52Speaker 1: It's like just the right size.
- 1:45:56Speaker 5: Matt's question here. Adam Bird, abird87. He says, who would
- 1:46:00Speaker 5: be your pick for the canceled big boys line and why?
- 1:46:04Speaker 1: All right, for those who are listening, sorry. This is
- 1:46:07Speaker 1: a deep cut. If you're watching, put that picture back up. Yeah.
- 1:46:10Speaker 4: And then I'm going to want D to pop back
- 1:46:12Speaker 4: in here. Now, this is the.
- 1:46:17Speaker 1: 1997 New York Toy Fair. Okay?
- 1:46:20Speaker 4: Now, I asked D if there's a way to enhance
- 1:46:24Speaker 4: his image. It cannot be enhanced because it's a scan
- 1:46:27Speaker 4: from a Tome Arts magazine.
- 1:46:28Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:46:29Speaker 4: You can clearly see there's something that's advertised, Big Boys.
- 1:46:34Speaker 1: Yes. Now, we don't know what these are.
- 1:46:37Speaker 4: I'm going to just pretend for the sake of this
- 1:46:39Speaker 4: question that they're LJN style because the ring is an
- 1:46:45Speaker 4: LJN ring.
- 1:46:46Speaker 1: Oh, that was not what I was thinking at all.
- 1:46:49Speaker 1: I don't know for... Right. We're fantasy booking. We're fantasy booking, so.
- 1:46:54Speaker 5: I mean, I would assume that they were just like
- 1:46:57Speaker 5: the bad boys, but they're just like, you know, Vader.
- 1:47:00Speaker 1: I thought it was like the baby faces to the
- 1:47:01Speaker 1: bad boys is what I would have guessed. Big boys? Yeah.
- 1:47:04Speaker 1: The big boys. Yeah, I don't know. That was the
- 1:47:06Speaker 1: first thing that came to my mind. Is that series three?
- 1:47:09Speaker 1: Series four is bad boys. I don't know.
- 1:47:12Speaker 4: Well, I'm going to take them as big boys, like
- 1:47:14Speaker 4: they're LJNs. They go in that monster ring.
- 1:47:16Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:47:17Speaker 4: And my four that I'm picking are Bret the Hitman Hart,
- 1:47:21Speaker 4: the Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels.
- 1:47:23Speaker 1: Yep, same. Stone Cold Steve Austin. Which might be... Series
- 1:47:28Speaker 1: four bad boys are shown at this toy fair.
- 1:47:31Speaker 5: Yeah, but if you're starting a line.
- 1:47:33Speaker 1: It's February 97th.
- 1:47:34Speaker 5: If you're starting a line, I don't think that he
- 1:47:37Speaker 5: makes it.
- 1:47:38Speaker 1: Right, that's it. Because you're making the pick. We're trying
- 1:47:40Speaker 1: to be realistic or hopeful?
- 1:47:43Speaker 5: Of course that's what you would want in retrospect, but
- 1:47:46Speaker 5: if you're picking the, you'd be picking this in like mid-96.
- 1:47:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:47:49Speaker 5: So Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, probably Sid.
- 1:47:53Speaker 1: I'm going, no, I'm going, yeah, Sid, Taker, Ahmed. I
- 1:47:57Speaker 1: was going to go Taker. Sid, Taker. I think that's probably.
- 1:48:01Speaker 4: But we don't know what this is. Maybe if Ringside
- 1:48:03Speaker 4: John has a. Polaroid photo?
- 1:48:07Speaker 5: Taker, Michaels, Bret Hart, definitely. Definitely. And then Stone Cold
- 1:48:12Speaker 5: would have made the line awesome. I think it's just another,
- 1:48:18Speaker 5: probably what they were going to call a series, right?
- 1:48:21Speaker 1: Big boys? I don't see it.
- 1:48:23Speaker 5: Somebody in marketing was probably like, what do you mean
- 1:48:25Speaker 5: big boys?
- 1:48:25Speaker 1: I mean, there is that little photo. If we could
- 1:48:26Speaker 1: ever get a good look at it, we could get
- 1:48:28Speaker 1: some kind of.
- 1:48:29Speaker 5: Maybe we can ask Photoshop people to do it. AI, maybe.
- 1:48:34Speaker 5: We don't like AI.
- 1:48:35Speaker 1: One time I took... that roadkill, famous roadkill ECW pitcher.
- 1:48:41Speaker 1: And I put it in chat, GBT, and I said,
- 1:48:43Speaker 1: enhance this photo so it's more clear. It just made
- 1:48:45Speaker 1: shit up. No. Yeah.
- 1:48:47Speaker 5: All right, my question here. Keenan Gobby, there was a
- 1:48:54Speaker 5: period when many wrestling jerseys were being made, such as
- 1:48:57Speaker 5: Hardy Boys, Motocross, Y2J Hockey, Austin Baseball, Cena Football. What's
- 1:49:02Speaker 5: the best one in your opinion? The one that sticks
- 1:49:04Speaker 5: out in my head is the DX jersey.
- 1:49:06Speaker 1: DX football jersey. Yeah. Doug Lurie was wearing it in
- 1:49:09Speaker 1: that match I referred to earlier in the show. Yeah, that.
- 1:49:14Speaker 1: I think the Jericho hockey. Jericho hockey is up there.
- 1:49:18Speaker 1: And I think the Hardy Boy one, basketball one. Yeah? Yeah.
- 1:49:23Speaker 1: Which I wanted to wear for our live show and
- 1:49:24Speaker 1: it was Astronom. I couldn't believe how rare and expensive
- 1:49:28Speaker 1: that is.
- 1:49:29Speaker 4: The Triple H basketball jersey I liked.
- 1:49:31Speaker 1: That's true.
- 1:49:32Speaker 4: It was like not... quite a jersey it was like
- 1:49:34Speaker 4: a sleeveless.
- 1:49:35Speaker 1: Jersey you know what we're not we're missing over here
- 1:49:38Speaker 1: the system soccer jersey oh boy yeah which will be
- 1:49:43Speaker 1: on sale ring one on my whatnot show tonight i'm
- 1:49:46Speaker 1: sure it will be wow.
- 1:49:49Speaker 5: Great question uh what's austin's best one.
- 1:49:54Speaker 1: He doesn't the xfl jersey that he would wear for
- 1:49:57Speaker 1: no apparent reason that later in his career He wore
- 1:49:59Speaker 1: a one-night stand. It's all faded and shit. It faded
- 1:50:01Speaker 1: out while XFL jersey was the weirdest.
- 1:50:03Speaker 5: Why do I remember a baseball one?
- 1:50:04Speaker 1: Yeah, there's a white baseball jersey. Oh, he does have
- 1:50:06Speaker 1: the white pinstripe button down Austin one, right? Yeah. And
- 1:50:09Speaker 1: then the Venom one, like black. Hmm. Yeah, some of
- 1:50:13Speaker 1: these are, you know, a Dudleyville, welcome Dudleyville jersey, right?
- 1:50:17Speaker 1: Isn't there like a Dudley boys? Oh, there might be. Yeah. Oh,
- 1:50:21Speaker 1: Edge and Christian basketball jerseys do that yellow and red. Oh, yeah, yeah. Yeah.
- 1:50:27Speaker 5: The Max Caster acclaimed basketball jersey that sold out immediately.
- 1:50:31Speaker 1: I do think we should make some major pod jerseys
- 1:50:33Speaker 1: for Orlando again. We'll find a way to do it.
- 1:50:37Speaker 1: Where everyone can get them, not just us.
- 1:50:39Speaker 5: From dhgate.com.
- 1:50:40Speaker 1: Oh, we also need to have uniforms for the one-on-one tournament. Yeah,
- 1:50:45Speaker 1: those need to be, I think, garage beer.
- 1:50:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:50:48Speaker 1: Oh, boy. You guys are going down. Oh, man.
- 1:50:52Speaker 5: You know what I'm doing on Wednesday?
- 1:50:55Speaker 1: What's that?
- 1:50:56Speaker 5: Going to pick up a basketball game. Steve Negron.
- 1:50:59Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:51:00Speaker 5: Full court.
- 1:51:01Speaker 1: Whoa. That's not dipping your toe. That's a cannonball.
- 1:51:06Speaker 5: Jumping right in.
- 1:51:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:51:09Speaker 5: It's been years and years and years since I played. However,
- 1:51:11Speaker 5: I played a lot.
- 1:51:12Speaker 1: I think I'm going to hire somebody to train me
- 1:51:16Speaker 1: leading to this. And I think I know who I'm
- 1:51:18Speaker 1: going to ask. Who? Who's that? Greg Cardona. Ha ha ha.
- 1:51:24Speaker 1: So really cut him where it hurt.
- 1:51:25Speaker 5: Hey, Greg, I really need to beat Matt in basketball.
- 1:51:28Speaker 5: Can you help?
- 1:51:29Speaker 1: Yes. Stop showing these little kids how to play fag
- 1:51:31Speaker 1: football and show me how to beat your brother in
- 1:51:32Speaker 1: one-on-one basketball. Oh, I'm going to win the whole tournament, dude.
- 1:51:35Speaker 1: I'm going to win the whole thing. I don't think
- 1:51:38Speaker 1: you get past shoes.
- 1:51:39Speaker 5: Sprain your ankle.
- 1:51:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:51:42Speaker 5: Brian's question. Brett Tuck. After last week's episode talking about
- 1:51:47Speaker 5: different wrestling interview ideas, what do you think would be
- 1:51:51Speaker 5: fun in something different? I also saw this question and
- 1:51:54Speaker 5: he went on about a unique idea, but he was like,
- 1:51:59Speaker 5: imagine Broski interviewed wrestlers about theme parks at the theme park.
- 1:52:05Speaker 5: And then he's like, imagine he was walking through Epcot
- 1:52:09Speaker 5: with Randy Orton talking about theme park.
- 1:52:11Speaker 1: I do think there's something to it. Like actually when,
- 1:52:13Speaker 1: I think Broski referenced like hot ones, how that's like
- 1:52:16Speaker 1: their thing. Yeah. Like if there was a thing for sure,
- 1:52:19Speaker 1: I think that there's something to it. It's just getting
- 1:52:21Speaker 1: that thing done. And he just said that getting Randy
- 1:52:24Speaker 1: while he's at it is not realistic.
- 1:52:28Speaker 4: I had this idea that I pitched to WWE and
- 1:52:30Speaker 4: they did not like it. But it was going to
- 1:52:32Speaker 4: be a podcast called The Merch Table. It could have
- 1:52:34Speaker 4: been called anything, but I just said The Merch Table
- 1:52:36Speaker 4: with Matt Cardona. And I'm interviewing, let's say, The Undertaker.
- 1:52:41Speaker 4: And we show him his first figure, his first card,
- 1:52:45Speaker 4: to see their memories and their reactions to it.
- 1:52:49Speaker 5: That's awesome.
- 1:52:50Speaker 4: Yeah, they didn't go for it. But I thought it would,
- 1:52:53Speaker 4: I think it'd be great if like, okay, Johnny Gargano's
- 1:52:55Speaker 4: the guest, we can deep dive into collecting, but I
- 1:52:57Speaker 4: think it's even better if they don't know what the
- 1:52:59Speaker 4: hell's going on and you see their genuine reaction.
- 1:53:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I think, I do think there's something to that
- 1:53:04Speaker 1: instead of preparing the talent, for sure. Yeah, like.
- 1:53:07Speaker 5: No, we did that with Sting.
- 1:53:08Speaker 1: Kind of. We did that with Sting a little bit, yeah.
- 1:53:11Speaker 5: And that was our whole interview and he like lit
- 1:53:15Speaker 5: up when he saw the figure.
- 1:53:16Speaker 1: Yeah. You missed it while you were, Planting the mums.
- 1:53:20Speaker 1: Old school Sting showed up somehow. Oh boy. Maybe you'll
- 1:53:23Speaker 1: see it when this episode comes out on YouTube.
- 1:53:26Speaker 4: I think that there's a lot of meat on the
- 1:53:28Speaker 4: bone for stuff. I even think like... I love that idea,
- 1:53:32Speaker 4: by the way.
- 1:53:33Speaker 1: What's that?
- 1:53:34Speaker 5: I love your idea. Especially WWE produced.
- 1:53:37Speaker 1: Oh yeah.
- 1:53:37Speaker 5: To show the images and be shot really well and
- 1:53:40Speaker 5: all that stuff.
- 1:53:42Speaker 1: I think there's something to....
- 1:53:46Speaker 4: Interviewing somebody and like their figure is like the microphone.
- 1:53:51Speaker 4: But like, I don't know what the, what the hook is. Like,
- 1:53:53Speaker 4: are you in a toy store and like you pick
- 1:53:55Speaker 4: something out with them and it's like a condensed.
- 1:53:57Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:53:58Speaker 4: Vlog where you're like, there's a lot of weird shit.
- 1:54:02Speaker 4: Now I just saw Becky Lynch did an interview where
- 1:54:04Speaker 4: she's like running and like, that's the, that's like the form.
- 1:54:07Speaker 1: Again, like how do you ask someone to do that?
- 1:54:09Speaker 1: I mean, think about it.
- 1:54:11Speaker 4: So how do you ask someone to eat hot wings
- 1:54:13Speaker 4: and look, it blew up.
- 1:54:14Speaker 1: I know, but that's like more of the, realistic to
- 1:54:17Speaker 1: jog with me.
- 1:54:18Speaker 4: There's one I saw with, I think it was Ben Affleck,
- 1:54:21Speaker 4: where he's on the subway and the guy's using the
- 1:54:22Speaker 4: MetroCard as the mic.
- 1:54:25Speaker 5: I did see that, yeah.
- 1:54:25Speaker 1: There's so many. Yeah, I do think there's something. It's
- 1:54:28Speaker 1: a new, obviously this is a new thing, but it's
- 1:54:30Speaker 1: a thing. I think there's a lot to it.
- 1:54:34Speaker 5: But, yeah, but also, what's the running one? What's the
- 1:54:40Speaker 5: target audience? People who like running and then seeing celebrities...
- 1:54:44Speaker 5: run while whatever, I guess. Is that the thing? Like
- 1:54:49Speaker 5: one thing that we realized about off the hop rope is,
- 1:54:53Speaker 5: you know, wrestling fans, we're going after wrestling fans, but
- 1:54:56Speaker 5: wrestling fans that like beer enough to hear the flavor notes.
- 1:55:01Speaker 5: So it's like, you know, you, you niche your crowd
- 1:55:03Speaker 5: a little bit. So you want to be able to
- 1:55:06Speaker 5: have a niche, but also one that's big enough to
- 1:55:09Speaker 5: be worthwhile.
- 1:55:09Speaker 4: I mean, even what we have is such a, A niche, right?
- 1:55:13Speaker 4: Like wrestling figures. Like The Miz was like, what do
- 1:55:16Speaker 4: you guys get like an episode?
- 1:55:18Speaker 1: Like 100,000 views? Not even close. Like 20,000. He's making
- 1:55:23Speaker 1: fun of 100,000. I know. What a prick.
- 1:55:25Speaker 4: But I will say, like, I don't think anybody in
- 1:55:29Speaker 4: all of the history of professional wrestling has built a
- 1:55:34Speaker 4: community of fans.
- 1:55:37Speaker 1: Like we have. Wow.
- 1:55:38Speaker 4: Boom. Of course the Hardy Boys have more fans than
- 1:55:42Speaker 4: Matt Carter and Brian Myers. But is there a Hardy
- 1:55:44Speaker 4: Boys group?
- 1:55:46Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying? I'd argue there isn't. Can't
- 1:55:48Speaker 1: be that strong. Josh Brees just sold everything.
- 1:55:50Speaker 4: And that's not a knock on anybody else.
- 1:55:54Speaker 1: I think it's more.
- 1:55:57Speaker 4: A praise of how in tune we are with the community.
- 1:56:01Speaker 1: And our fans. There's nobody... I don't know if there's
- 1:56:05Speaker 1: any other professional wrestlers who have a personal Facebook account.
- 1:56:08Speaker 1: And we're fucking in these Facebook groups like shooting the
- 1:56:11Speaker 1: shit with people.
- 1:56:13Speaker 5: Meeting people in the front row to sign their action figures.
- 1:56:15Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, that's above and beyond.
- 1:56:18Speaker 5: I just happen to see that. I miss a lot
- 1:56:20Speaker 5: in that group, but I just happen to see that
- 1:56:21Speaker 5: he was going to be there. I also had nothing
- 1:56:24Speaker 5: to do, so.
- 1:56:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm still trying to figure out that next interview thing.
- 1:56:28Speaker 1: Because I'd like to do something. I'm not booked. All right.
- 1:56:34Speaker 1: Let's take it home, boys.
- 1:56:50Speaker 4: All right, good housekeeping. We have been cooking on YouTube, guys.
- 1:56:56Speaker 1: Cooking.
- 1:56:57Speaker 4: The vlog, the Brian Myers, Mark Sterling museum, toy museum.
- 1:57:02Speaker 1: I want to get the number. As of now, it
- 1:57:05Speaker 1: is at.
- 1:57:06Speaker 4: 758,465.
- 1:57:07Speaker 5: Oh, my goodness.
- 1:57:11Speaker 1: The K & S from two weeks ago where Brian
- 1:57:14Speaker 1: drank some dirty fish water. 76,000.
- 1:57:20Speaker 4: Me checking out the new Orlando Toy Store, $ 108, 000 in
- 1:57:25Speaker 4: a week. They have another store I'm going to try
- 1:57:27Speaker 4: to go back this week. And then going up today,
- 1:57:30Speaker 4: I drag WWE Women's Champion Chelsea Green on a toy hunt.
- 1:57:34Speaker 1: What a trooper.
- 1:57:36Speaker 4: In Los Angeles.
- 1:57:37Speaker 1: Cool store. Didn't really get much.
- 1:57:41Speaker 4: I got something. The old rider rule, I got something.
- 1:57:43Speaker 4: But check that out. And I'm still politicking for that store.
- 1:57:48Speaker 4: That new podcast that go up on YouTube, still working
- 1:57:52Speaker 4: over the boys, trying to get them to want to
- 1:57:55Speaker 4: make some more money.
- 1:57:55Speaker 1: Come with some better ideas.
- 1:57:59Speaker 5: We were just saying, you put a stinker up, you're screwed.
- 1:58:04Speaker 1: What's that? Also true.
- 1:58:05Speaker 4: You put a stinker up, no I think this is
- 1:58:08Speaker 4: a people like interaction we talk about we don't really
- 1:58:12Speaker 4: let people interact in the the vlog as much as
- 1:58:16Speaker 4: we should this would be all interaction right what else
- 1:58:21Speaker 4: what else we got major marks calm every single week
- 1:58:25Speaker 4: we give away a prize to a new and old
- 1:58:27Speaker 4: member who do we got this week.
- 1:58:29Speaker 5: First time in line, Alice Hall. Classic superstar. Koji Yamada.
- 1:58:36Speaker 4: Man, you get this podcast early and ad-free.
- 1:58:39Speaker 1: Access to that Facebook group we just talked about.
- 1:58:41Speaker 4: All the bonuses. This month we did Beetlejuice. We watched
- 1:58:46Speaker 4: the movie, reviewed the movie, the toys, and then we
- 1:58:48Speaker 4: just did the FWF LJM Big Rubber Guy draft. You
- 1:58:52Speaker 4: get all the bonus shows. You get boozing with the toys.
- 1:58:55Speaker 4: You get the silver lining. You get my ask Matt anything,
- 1:58:59Speaker 4: my let him breathe. He's, oh baby, happy hour. The
- 1:59:03Speaker 4: pecker checker, Billy Peck, major five this month, Johnny Sisko,
- 1:59:07Speaker 4: the man who created the fucking Facebook.
- 1:59:09Speaker 5: Yeah, I hear a great show. Sisko, another one. People
- 1:59:13Speaker 5: were really putting over his collection, so that's another one
- 1:59:15Speaker 5: we could do an episode on.
- 1:59:18Speaker 1: Hell yeah.
- 1:59:19Speaker 4: And then the hard foundation up gets the card. The
- 1:59:22Speaker 4: card's a little behind. Mark says it's going to be
- 1:59:23Speaker 4: coming out.
- 1:59:26Speaker 5: It might be out, to be honest. Because I have
- 1:59:29Speaker 5: some final ones on my desk right now.
- 1:59:31Speaker 4: And then we got to get that, the October card.
- 1:59:34Speaker 4: It's not even designed yet. We're running out of time.
- 1:59:36Speaker 5: Yeah, October card is not done.
- 1:59:37Speaker 1: It's on the list. It's on the list. It's drained.
- 1:59:42Speaker 4: And then November will be the last month for that
- 1:59:44Speaker 4: ultimate gift, if you've been in the ultimate tier for September, October, November.
- 1:59:49Speaker 4: And that gift is ready.
- 1:59:50Speaker 1: It's already done. So those will go out ASAP.
- 1:59:53Speaker 5: I mean, it's... Part of it has been made, but
- 1:59:55Speaker 5: Brian's got to order it.
- 1:59:57Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:59:57Speaker 5: But that only takes a day.
- 1:59:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:59:59Speaker 5: We're giving away clues here.
- 2:00:01Speaker 1: Yeah. I don't even know what you guys are talking about.
- 2:00:04Speaker 1: Not a clue. Jay George. Not a damn clue here.
- 2:00:09Speaker 4: He still has heat with Sean Ross Sapp, but he
- 2:00:10Speaker 4: has time to do the major rewind.
- 2:00:13Speaker 1: Every two weeks and every other week.
- 2:00:16Speaker 4: Is from the vault. What do we got from the vault, Mark?
- 2:00:20Speaker 5: Oh, the next one's going to be some MC True
- 2:00:22Speaker 5: Long Island story episodes.
- 2:00:24Speaker 1: Oh, wow. Okay. The J.
- 2:00:26Speaker 5: George Heat. I had a lot of people text me
- 2:00:29Speaker 5: about that.
- 2:00:30Speaker 4: Oh, yeah?
- 2:00:32Speaker 1: Yes. Yes.
- 2:00:34Speaker 5: Pretty funny and weird and strange.
- 2:00:36Speaker 1: Maniac.
- 2:00:37Speaker 5: Questionable.
- 2:00:41Speaker 1: Any plugs for you guys? I got nothing. Guys, it's
- 2:00:43Speaker 1: Halloween weekend. I take it off every year to be
- 2:00:45Speaker 1: with my family because my kids love Halloween. So, fired
- 2:00:50Speaker 1: up just to be chilling with the family. I do
- 2:00:52Speaker 1: have a lot of whatnot shows planned. Every Monday, I got, like,
- 2:00:56Speaker 1: I guess apparently, Broski's not going to be there. WWE
- 2:01:00Speaker 1: Stadium Club, hot off the presses. Doing a couple breaks
- 2:01:03Speaker 1: with Papa Bear Tuesday night, Thursday night. I'm doing just
- 2:01:06Speaker 1: card night, sports, wrestling autos, all kinds of stuff. Check
- 2:01:10Speaker 1: me out. So, taking it easy.
- 2:01:15Speaker 5: I'm going to be at Ring of Honor on Tuesday
- 2:01:18Speaker 5: next week in Jacksonville, and then they got the big
- 2:01:20Speaker 5: blood and guts on the Wednesday right after.
- 2:01:23Speaker 4: Hey, Mark, there are toy stores in Jacksonville that you
- 2:01:25Speaker 4: haven't filmed for our channel, right?
- 2:01:27Speaker 5: Actually, I have three toy stores in Jacksonville filmed on
- 2:01:31Speaker 5: our channel, and all of them with Ethan Page.
- 2:01:34Speaker 1: Do a solo one, Mark. Yeah, we do Mark and
- 2:01:36Speaker 1: Beast Mortos walking around the toy store. It would be awesome.
- 2:01:43Speaker 1: Is he injured, Beast Mortos? He's in love. That's what's
- 2:01:47Speaker 1: going on, I think.
- 2:01:48Speaker 5: Yeah, he's in love.
- 2:01:50Speaker 1: Well, guys, I think we're out of time.
- 2:01:55Speaker 5: Look at that face.
- 2:01:56Speaker 1: I'll be back, Jack.
