Transcript
- 0:11[SPEAKER_01]: And we're on, this is the cap report for August the 18th, 2026.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_01]: We are exactly past the midway point of training camp.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_01]: So what do we have left?
- 0:25[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, let me, uh, I will run it down for you, all right?
- 0:30[SPEAKER_01]: What do we have left?
- 0:30[SPEAKER_01]: We have the joint practice on Thursday game on Saturday.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_01]: And then next week, you have an availability from halfway on Sunday, which is his day after availability.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_01]: And then we just run through the calendar.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_01]: Three practices, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_01]: And that's it.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_01]: That's a wrap for training camp.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_01]: So we are way past the midway point.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_01]: We are actually two practices past the midway point.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_01]: And interesting day today, I thought, I thought it was a pretty interesting day, not by what was actually seen on the field, but Chris Bell, before practice Jeff Affleyn is available, he said the Chris Bell would participate in 11 on 11.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_01]: He did.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_01]: I'll cut to the chase.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_01]: He ran two routes.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_01]: He did not get targeted on the two routes.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_01]: How do he look on those two routes?
- 1:23[SPEAKER_01]: Well, he looked like a guy that ran his first two routes since November.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_01]: So patience, right?
- 1:30[SPEAKER_01]: Let's just have a little patience.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_01]: We also learned Mason Rieger.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_01]: Gone.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_01]: waved injured, which means that one spot that was probably up for grabs from Mason Rigger between Mason Rigger and Maxwell Wellen, Maxwell Wellen has won it and speaking of Maxwell Wellen, this is the guy who's coming on.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_01]: Play well in the preseason game, I thought he was good in practice yesterday, although remember no pads, so I any position that you're, that you're tasked with tackling people and being physical.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_01]: If you're not wearing pads, I generally don't care.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_01]: A generally really don't care how well or bad you actually did.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_01]: They were in pads today.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_01]: I thought he had a fabulous day today.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_01]: He just balled out.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_01]: Really good.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_01]: Three plays, yeah, three plays, not in a row, but inside of a series, he had three plays against the run that flash all over the place.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_01]: On one, shoots the beat gap, forces the toss out a little bit wider, that allows the pursuit to get there, great play.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_01]: Set the edge on another play, turn to a run back inside, and then a third play,
- 2:43[SPEAKER_01]: I think the third play, it could have been a TFL, but I think he forced the TFL because he didn't be Jonah, I think he, because he did play against the first team, but I think he beat prep on that last one, the first two, he was going up against top guys, he was
- 3:10[SPEAKER_01]: That last play I believe it was Josh Prick.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_01]: Don't quote me.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_01]: I don't have it in my stat in my uh, my notes.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't know.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_01]: I watched one v ones today and you could tell man.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_01]: You could tell it's the dog days of camp, right?
- 3:22[SPEAKER_01]: Intensity was a little lighter.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_01]: I guess they're getting ready.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, remember they have the day off.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_01]: Well, the media has the day off tomorrow.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_01]: The team does not.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_01]: The team will have a walk through tomorrow Wednesday Getting ready for the joint practice against the New York Giants on Thursday.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_01]: I highly recommend you guys come out here for the joint practice on Thursday I believe they're gonna have a live period.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_01]: We're just gonna be kind of cool
- 3:46[SPEAKER_01]: right so if they have a lot and by the way when I say a live period that means tackling to the ground so I believe they'll have a live period if they do that's 10 minutes that's usually 10 minutes at the end of practice but we shall see sometimes they adjust these things because sometimes you know they just have a phone call between the two coaches and
- 4:04[SPEAKER_01]: it gets understood yeah we're gonna go live a period but one coach means live that they're gonna thud and they're gonna have full pads and the other one thinks that live means tackling to the ground right so one b ones i put a lot of attention like i always do to the offensive line and the difference of line i don't care that why receivers are smoking corner backs one on one no no
- 4:29[SPEAKER_01]: I guess that helps for flag football.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't help for real football.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_01]: Real football has offensive lines.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_01]: It has defensive lines as Complex coverage is that close-offs throwing lanes.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't care about those.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_01]: I do care about the one on ones and very brief notes Bigger's beats Jonah Phillips beats Meyer Proctor stones, but I thought Proctor was fabulous all across the board today
- 4:53[SPEAKER_01]: maybe had one negative play day and it was oddly enough against max loen max loen dove inside of him on the b-gap and that allowed for for the pursuit to get there on a janeal right toss going left
- 5:09[SPEAKER_01]: So, I thought he was really good.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_01]: I thought Kayden Proctor was really, really good today.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_01]: He booked wins consistently all day today, including Zieg Bigger's, who was on a hot streak.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_01]: Zieg Bigger's was beating pretty much everybody, including Jonah, and not when it came to Proctor.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_01]: And I said this today on the Twitter account, it's important that Kayden Proctor works on his technique because his hands,
- 5:32[SPEAKER_01]: are so strong.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_01]: He's exceptionally strong as his hands are so strong that if he could just get good placement on his initial punch, he's going to stop so many rushes before they even start.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_01]: So, I'm a big fan.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a big fan of Captain Proctor's work this camp, and he was very, very good today.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_01]: I hardly get to good rush on DJ Khabo.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_01]: I think DJ Khabo is just fading in Khabo.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_01]: He had a bad game, and I don't think he's had a good day two days of practice.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_01]: Again, yesterday there was no pad, so I tend to give him a pass.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_01]: Today the did have pads, and DJ Campbell was not good today.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_01]: Charlie Heck writes out Tray Moore, out wide, very nice rep from Charlie Heck.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_01]: He's actually come on.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_01]: By the way, he eats, holds up against McGraw, McGraw isn't very noticeable athlete.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_01]: Guy looked good in the late in that game against the commanders as well.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_01]: He eats, I think, looks like a guy that's going to make the practice quad because he has such good movement skills.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_01]: It's a very good athlete for, for a man, his size.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_01]: Now.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_01]: He is undersized for NFL tack for tackles and NFL's tackles standards, okay?
- 6:44[SPEAKER_01]: He's 64, 305 pounds, doesn't even look that.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_01]: He looks at more like 64, 295 NFL tackles.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_01]: You want to warm the be a little bit more girthy.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_01]: But uh, he's a guy who I think will make the practice squad because he's a pretty good athlete for his size Jonah's mother's Matthew Butler speaking of somebody who's faded a little bit in this camp I don't think Matthew Butler's play well, and it's not about practicing like he practices hard I just don't think that the play has been up to just standard here in camp the last few days
- 7:18[SPEAKER_01]: Jordan Phillips beats pre, Proctor Lock's up, Bigger's, Lawelland beats DJ Campbell on a, on a, insights swim move pretty crafty, but I thought he was, he was pretty good.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_01]: Team Prairie came along.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_01]: I did not think the Malik Washington, I mean, Malik Wallace was particularly accurate today.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't think he was very good today.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_01]: I had him converting three first downs.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_01]: We're talking about 20 snaps.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_01]: Caledog was to not catch a pass today again Chris ball ran two routes You ran what cam Miller at quarterback.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_01]: I thought cam Miller played much much much better today He had two touchdowns to Kevin Coleman.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_01]: So Kevin Coleman made his presence snow again today
- 8:06[SPEAKER_01]: Malik Wallace, I again, I thought he was an accurate, uh, he missed the bowing to Dulcice.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_01]: He had another pass that was right on the money and for whatever reason Greg Dulcice just wasn't looking back at the quarterback.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_01]: The ball hit him essentially in the stomach, just dropped to the floor.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm going to call that one a drop.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_01]: He started practice with two deep balls, one should have been intercepted by Jason Marshall, who was going for Malik Washington, and the second one was essentially going to know where it was, there was double coverage on the play on Caleb Douglas, and the coverage on that play was
- 8:54[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't think he was very, very sharp.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_01]: He had a play action on a deep crossover.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_01]: I was going to clear a zone which means he would add some action there on that throw and he just overshot.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_01]: He got excited.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_01]: I guess he was a little bit juiced up and he just pushed it, put it.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_01]: He put the ball right over the receiver's head.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_01]: That was intended to Malik Washington.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_01]: uh... any more notes on a short option route uh... milk wash it has to be a little bit uh... more sure with his hands and he has to be quicker with it with uh... moving the ball from the catch point to the tuck position because on this play was a short option route milk hits him right in the hand he hit him right in like right on the face mask hitting the two hits two hands and michael taff plays right through the hands and
- 9:44[SPEAKER_01]: That's one of those that Malik Washington has to just make himself bigger and just bring it down.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_01]: Later on in practice to add a really nice completion over the middle, but we were debating whether Malik Washington could get killed on the completion.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_01]: I think that he was quick enough to grab it and tuck it that he would have taken a pretty bad hit, but it would have been a completion.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_01]: He was good on in that regard.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_01]: Any other notes for today, the one big one, the one that I noticed that I think was consequential.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_01]: Chop Robinson was giving Austin Jackson the work today.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_01]: Chop Robinson was damn good today and I would say dominated Austin Jackson so big up to the Chop Robinson he continues his very very good camp.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_01]: We will go to break and on the other side of the break we will take your questions.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_01]: Again, if you want to participate in these shows, you want to ask questions live, you've got a comb to come to our discord.

- 11:10[SPEAKER_01]: Whether you're a season player or just looking to put a little action on the games, my bookie is where I knew you should be playing.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_01]: As the weeks go by I'll be sharing some of the plays I will be on or just find a play you like and take a shot.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_01]: Like this is the play that I I spoke to you about on yesterday's show, Matthew Golden of the Packers,
- 11:30[SPEAKER_01]: Man, check the price on there if you could get like four to one on him having a thousand yards receiving do it I think he's gonna be the man on that team this coming year so check out Matthew Golden
- 11:44[SPEAKER_01]: And that's what I like about my book.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_01]: You can find the action you want and bet it wherever you are.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_01]: And if you're new to the club, the betback bonus gives you protection on your first play.

- 12:00[SPEAKER_01]: Opt into the betback bonus and take your first shot with the safety net.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_01]: If your first wage or loses, you'll get it right back.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_01]: No questions asked.

- 12:32[SPEAKER_01]: All right, we will take your questions here.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_01]: And first question, Chris Bell in the red non-contact jersey, I assume that he couldn't be jammed at the line of scrimmage, you would assume correctly, and stuff like that.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_01]: But does it also mean that the court backs won't even try to target them either for safety reasons?
- 12:49[SPEAKER_01]: Well, he only ran two routes, and he did not get targeted on either, so quite possibly that is the case as well.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_01]: but yes he ran two routes and no he was not targeted but I think that that's exactly what what goes on when you have the red contact jersey and you're playing wide receiver.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_01]: Although earlier in camp, red also did have the red no contact jersey and he did catch a pass in team period.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_01]: So maybe that's not the case.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_01]: But I do know it does mean that you're not going to get
- 13:24[SPEAKER_01]: uh... next question which positions in your opinion have solidified starter back up third string and which still have movement uh... the positions that i think have solidified i think the defensive tackles are set on this team it'll be exact sealer it'll be Jordan Phillips it'll be zikbickers like those guys are going to get a lot of snaps notice i did not say can't get
- 13:46[SPEAKER_00]: Kenneth Graham has to get off his ass like this week he's out for the week.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, he's dealing with some type of injury Remember this this regime does not reveal exactly what is going on with the guy they will not tell you exactly what entry a player has But Kenneth Graham is not available to the team this week.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_01]: That's an issue and I don't think that this is the type of coaching staff that will
- 14:12[SPEAKER_01]: reward guys that are injured or on bikes or on ellipticals or on rowing machines.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_01]: So, I think that that has to litified.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_01]: Another one that has is the offensive line like we know the five starters.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_01]: We also know the pecking order at tight end, Greg Dalsich, Wilcass, America, those are the top two guys.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_01]: Right?
- 14:33[SPEAKER_01]: Those are the guys that are going to play in 12%.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_01]: We already know that.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_01]: So, and I'm, look, you might even see Kaz America a little bit at fullback.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_01]: So, you never know, if you see it, that's what you see in 21% of all as well.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_01]: So, that has to little to fight.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_01]: Linebackers are kind of in flux because we don't know which sub-packages, which players will be playing in.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_01]: Safety's are still in flux.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_01]: Cornerbacks, you kind of know it's due to brands and Chris Johnson playing the lion's share of snaps, and Jason Marshall will be playing outside.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_01]: We do know those things.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_01]: Like that's pretty much solidified, but if you want one position, it's defensive tackle.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_01]: If you want to know what's actually Influx, why receivers are in flux?
- 15:13[SPEAKER_01]: Like we don't know who's the third guy as of yet.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of guys have been tried there Again safety.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_01]: We don't know about safety.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_01]: We don't know about cornerback past The top three guys that we do out no of including the nickel
- 15:27[SPEAKER_01]: Hello, we kind of know that Alex Austin is probably the backup nickel like that's that's where they keep playing them.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_01]: That's where they played them in the preseason game, so All right, we will move on to the next question
- 15:42[SPEAKER_01]: Next question, has Jonah turned the corner and his proctor looked that good.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, Jonah said, I know he's had a very, very, very good camp and yeah, Ken and proctor has looked good.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_01]: His technique is solid and he's exceptionally strong.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_01]: He's had a very, very good camp.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, both of those guys, I wrote up on both of those guys and you saw the performance in actual live action right now this week's gets a little bit of fun, right?
- 16:09[SPEAKER_01]: It's gonna be kind of fun there.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_01]: There's a pretty good past rush that the giants have so we shall see how that works out Next question is agent Henning gonna get more snaps down.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_01]: We thought this season.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_01]: It's looking that way guy keeps making place
- 16:25[SPEAKER_01]: right and he's a smart thoughtful guy like you know I think he's a pro I think AJ Henning is a pro so man I think it's looking good for him for the 53 and as far as getting more snaps yeah it's it's arrow all the way up on AJ Henning consistently every single practice
- 16:47[SPEAKER_01]: Next question, if you had to comp some rookies to what you think they could be this season, okay, and then it gives some examples, like Traymore, Aubrey Beaver, Derek Rogers, neither.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_01]: Traymore, Haba, Cole-Missie.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_01]: How does that sound?
- 17:07[SPEAKER_01]: I'll try more has a few more patch rushing chops, but yeah, Cole makes he feels pretty good.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_01]: Kate and Proctor, he writes key sims, Jamie Nails, Jamie Nails was kind of like a one-hit wonder, he was great for one season, he's more key sims, and I hate much, much bigger than key sims, by the way.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, he's at key Sims.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_01]: He's at the key Sims level type of performer.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_01]: Chris Johnson's an interesting one.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_01]: He writes, Trevor Vincent Sam Madison.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_01]: He's not Sam Madison at all.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_01]: Sam Madison is almost a corner specialist.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_01]: He's a boundary specialist.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_01]: He's going to be on the outside.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_01]: He's not certain because her tan is a guy who played inside and they quickly moved him outside.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_01]: Trevor Vincent's a guy
- 17:53[SPEAKER_01]: So I guess Trovinson is the best comparison, not that he is Trovinson, but that's the comp that you want to see actually be fulfilled.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_01]: I think Trovinson is the closest, right?
- 18:07[SPEAKER_01]: Like, that's what you're shooting for with Chris Johnson.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_01]: Next question, if the starting four wide receivers were bell, Douglas, Coleman, and Washington, what wide receiver room reminds you of the most?
- 18:22[SPEAKER_01]: Well, very unproven wide receiver room.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_01]: You have what?
- 18:27[SPEAKER_01]: A third-year guy?
- 18:30[SPEAKER_01]: You know, no, it's...
- 18:34[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, this is not a star-studded, wide receiver group, very unproven, but they can grow together and they could become something in time.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_01]: But look, they're going to build things in the same image that they were built in Green Bay.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_01]: Like, that's what this wide receiver core reminds me of, and that's what they're trying to build here.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_01]: But as of right now, very very unproven.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_01]: next question.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_01]: Keenan Allen was signed yesterday.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he went to the cults and we seen stuff on digs.
- 19:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he signed with Washington.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_01]: With Chris Bell coming off a non-football injury list, is it safe to say, well, I wasn't a non-football injury list.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_01]: Like it was a football injury list.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, remember, we had a torn ACL in November.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_01]: So they were just holding them out all this time to get them cleared to actually play.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_01]: Is it safe to say that the dolphins are moving forward with what they have in the White Sea Record?
- 19:34[SPEAKER_01]: Or is there a veteran White Sea Revealable that could help improve the room?
- 19:38[SPEAKER_01]: If something shakes loose,
- 19:41[SPEAKER_01]: And that thing that shakes loose as better than jail and Tolbert, why not replace jail and Tolbert with that thing, whatever that thing maybe.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's something that they would do.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_01]: But as far as these rookies, I don't think that they're going to sacrifice any snaps that should belong to Chris Bell, Caleb Douglas, and Kevin Coleman to give them to anybody else.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_01]: Like I think those are going to remain the hope.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_01]: And at least it's my hope is that Kevin Coleman's going to be able to contribute as a pump returning kick returner.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_01]: That's what he's really, really good at.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_01]: And that's how you could get off on the field and actually contribute to the team.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_01]: Next player.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_01]: Next question.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_01]: Does Chris Bell remind you of any NFL player Douglas Douglas.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_01]: We already know is Randy Moss.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_01]: I'm hoping he's at least Calvin Johnson.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_01]: Jesus Christ.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_01]: That's all.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_01]: Chris Bell reminds me of AJ pro.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_01]: That's who he reminds me of.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_01]: AJ pro.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_01]: Not Calvin Johnson.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_01]: He has nothing like Calvin Johnson Douglas is nothing like Calvin Johnson Douglas is more.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_00]: That's a good question.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_01]: Douglas Douglas Douglas Douglas Douglas.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_00]: who's long-leaning, not Mike Evans, okay?
- 20:57[SPEAKER_01]: There's some Justin Jefferson in there, but he doesn't have Justin Jefferson's hands.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm gonna say, T-higgins, like Douglas has more T-higgins' esque than anything else, and Chris Bell is very AJ Brown-like.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_01]: next question with this office of life and we have a top 10 rushing attack yeah and and with a superstar running back so yeah you have a superstar running back and you have a pretty decent run blocking offensive line yeah you got to have a top 10 rushing attack for sure uh how do you get that top 10 rushing attack you need a little bit of luck you're going to need that back to on a chance to stay healthy and you need those five offensive linemen to stay healthy because once one of those gets in one of those guys gets injured
- 21:41[SPEAKER_01]: Then you have some type of domino effect that could start tearing down the whole thing, right?
- 21:47[SPEAKER_01]: Next question, if proctor caliped down and ruined being all become good to proble caliber players, do we declare it even or was it still a positional value mistake?
- 21:56[SPEAKER_01]: I don't believe in positional value mistakes because I don't explain why and how?
- 22:03[SPEAKER_01]: What if all of a sudden this offensive line and this running game becomes a top five running game?
- 22:10[SPEAKER_01]: Let's say the line HN runs for 1600 yards, okay?
- 22:15[SPEAKER_01]: Who knows, maybe it gets to Russia title, right?
- 22:18[SPEAKER_01]: And this offensive line is a top 10 offensive line.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_01]: Do we attribute all of that success to the investment and catering proctor because that's the one thing that changed, right?
- 22:29[SPEAKER_01]: You added one guy.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_01]: You got more stability at left tackle.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_01]: It moved Jonas of I&I at the right guard.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you got more stability at left guard and you moved the guy that you had at left guard.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_01]: That was a liability last year in Jonah.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_01]: You moved him to right guard and all of a sudden he became a capable player.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_01]: So it's that whole domino effect.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_01]: If we're talking about
- 22:48[SPEAKER_01]: position of value, then obviously the position of value goes with Ruben Bane.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_01]: And probably proctor second, and Kale Downs third, if you think about it.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_01]: Now, impact for the game, I think all of that is reversed.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_01]: I think Kale Downs is the type of guy that could impact the game much more than a proctor or Ruben Bane can.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, but it's it's a very very difficult question to answer so I'll answer it like this position of value as far as position of value at being a mistake going for one position of the other like I said I don't believe in that because if Kaden Proctor actually leads toward a very very good running attack do we just give him the credit?
- 23:31[SPEAKER_01]: He would kind of deserve it because
- 23:38[SPEAKER_01]: So it's a long-winded way of saying that no, it's not a position of value mistake.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_01]: uh... scuba says uh... mbs yeah mark as well this kind of scambling yes for caldock was yes that's a good cop bell and quann well here's a thing and quann bolder ran for six and change bell runs up sub four four four four four flat so crisp bill and quann bolder they're not good cops eight j browns a better cup because a brown has more speed than quann bolder so that's what i would say
- 24:18[SPEAKER_01]: Somebody makes a comment about Chris Bell's thighs.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, he's built solidly.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_01]: Our last question was saw you're going on IR now, what is for what do we do for the six offensive linemen offensive tackles also thing well as far as offensive tackle K and Wallace you played well in the game I think they're settling on killing what K and Wallace being that's one tackle Okay, as far as interior offensive line Andrew Myers the backup center and they're waiting for something to develop at guard Prepe or DJ Campbell DJ Campbell's had a bad few days and had a bad camp
- 24:57[SPEAKER_01]: All right, last question, bell, anything like Andre Johnson, no, I would lean more AJ Brown, but I'm just as at a terrible comp.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_01]: The other thing is that, Andre Johnson won vertically, more than Chris Bell will, Chris Bell wins with space and strength and speed, so he's more AJ Brown.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I feel pretty good about AJ Brown.
- 25:21[SPEAKER_01]: Like, that's who Chris Bull reminds me of.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_01]: He's AJ Brown.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_01]: Like, that's, that's what he most reminds me of.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_01]: Or, Now, scuba says, de-smiths.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_01]: Now, de-smiths is shorter than me, but de-smiths is like a little guy.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_01]: This guy is six inches taller and 25 pounds taller than de-smiths.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_01]: So, yeah, Steve Smith was like 5,894 pounds.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_01]: This guy's 6225.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, big difference.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_01]: All right, that's it.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_01]: There is no more tomorrow.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_00]: Probably we'll have a three-way PC episode.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_01]: We won't have a camp report, but Thursday is a joy practice, so you will hear from me once again for another camp report.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_01]: But, till then.
