- 0:00Speaker 1: We're all set the War of the sexes, man versus woman.
- 0:03Speaker 1: It's one more thing.
- 0:06Speaker 2: I'm one more.
- 0:10Speaker 1: That was sickening. Yeah, that's what I was going for.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Before we get to that, though, we referenced. So first
- 0:17Speaker 1: of all, we played this Biden clip a whole bunch
- 0:20Speaker 1: of times in which Joe Biden did not make any sense.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Let's play that again.
- 0:25Speaker 2: Well, Donald chopping a valuable lesson.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Don't mess with them in a work unless you want
- 0:31Speaker 1: to get the benefit. Uh huh. And so the Trump campaign, Uh,
- 0:38Speaker 1: it doesn't. It doesn't get right. Wait a minute, how
- 0:42Speaker 1: do you even know what he said, much less how
- 0:44Speaker 1: to react to it? You might have threatened your children's lives.
- 0:47Speaker 1: It was hard to say. So the right the Trump
- 0:51Speaker 1: War Room tweeted that out, but like the same afternoon,
- 0:55Speaker 1: the Biden Harris headquarters tweeted out this clip of Donald Trump,
- 1:00Speaker 1: which I don't quite understand either, which is incapable.
- 1:04Speaker 3: Of solving even the sololest, smallest problem, the simplest of problems,
- 1:10Speaker 3: we can no longer solve.
- 1:12Speaker 1: We can't do anything.
- 1:13Speaker 3: We are an institute and a powerful death penalty.
- 1:17Speaker 1: We will put this on.
- 1:20Speaker 4: That sounded like an edit in there.
- 1:22Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:22Speaker 1: I've seen it a whole bunch of times.
- 1:26Speaker 5: Yeah, that was that was inexplicable. You gotta let it roll. Well,
- 1:30Speaker 5: let me hear the rest of the sentence.
- 1:31Speaker 1: But well, okay, tell me in what context we are
- 1:34Speaker 1: an institute in a powerful death penalty makes sense?
- 1:37Speaker 5: Well, clearly, we were an institution as a country, a
- 1:42Speaker 5: powerful institute which occasionally must administer justice up to and
- 1:48Speaker 5: including the death.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Penalty see Joe cleared to Ugh, he got it again, Michael, which.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Is incapable of solving even the slolest, smallest problem, the
- 2:00Speaker 3: simplest of problems we can no longer solve.
- 2:03Speaker 1: We can't do anything.
- 2:04Speaker 3: We are an institute and a powerful death penalty.
- 2:08Speaker 1: We will put this on.
- 2:11Speaker 6: We are about powerful death penalty.
- 2:14Speaker 1: And powerful death penalty. So if that is not an edit,
- 2:17Speaker 1: and if it is, I apologize and I regret that
- 2:19Speaker 1: weird it. But I've come across at a whole bunch
- 2:22Speaker 1: of different places in without the music, whereas more with
- 2:27Speaker 1: the video, where a video is more obviously an edit.
- 2:29Speaker 1: I've watched the video and it doesn't look like an edit.
- 2:32Speaker 5: What was that sad music going?
- 2:34Speaker 4: Well?
- 2:34Speaker 1: This is this is a this is a this is
- 2:36Speaker 1: from a website, Well, the Biden Harris headquarters. They're trying
- 2:39Speaker 1: to make Trump look bad.
- 2:40Speaker 4: Okay, looking at the video, it doesn't look like an edit.
- 2:43Speaker 6: It just I thought I heard like a pop in
- 2:45Speaker 6: there or something that made it sound like it was.
- 2:46Speaker 1: But so, anyway, the point being, and he did say
- 2:50Speaker 1: on Friday blamed Nicki Hayley for not calling in the
- 2:53Speaker 1: National Guard and protecting the capitol, and he met Nancy Pelosi.
- 2:56Speaker 1: But so you're gonna have a lot of back and
- 2:59Speaker 1: forth at the highest level between the campaigns. Biden is
- 3:04Speaker 1: froot loops. Trump is not. But there is going to
- 3:08Speaker 1: be an attempt to let the air out of that
- 3:13Speaker 1: attack by going after Trump's stumbles, which he seems to
- 3:17Speaker 1: be having more of. He is older, he's under a
- 3:19Speaker 1: tremendous amount of pressure with all those courtroom cases. We're
- 3:22Speaker 1: just going to have a non stop back and forth
- 3:24Speaker 1: of these things.
- 3:26Speaker 5: Yeah. I think if there are four stages of a
- 3:28Speaker 5: mental decline, the fourth being utter incoherence, Biden's at a three,
- 3:34Speaker 5: maybe early to mid three. Trump is one. It's starting
- 3:39Speaker 5: to show there are moments where it's like that sentence
- 3:42Speaker 5: didn't make any sense.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Whatsoever.
- 3:45Speaker 5: But yeah, if you you know, feature it and hammer
- 3:48Speaker 5: it hard enough, you'll take that away as an issue.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Theoret right, Well.
- 3:52Speaker 5: Theoretically, I don't think it's going to be successful, right
- 3:56Speaker 5: because you're starting from a widespread perception that Biden has
- 3:59Speaker 5: lof lost it and in a very weak perception that
- 4:04Speaker 5: Trump has.
- 4:05Speaker 6: Well, and playing those clips next to each other. I mean, Biden,
- 4:08Speaker 6: you couldn't understand words Trump you're I mean, it's a
- 4:12Speaker 6: sentence flub, but I mean, at least he's speaking English.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Would be a frittishman work unless you want to get
- 4:20Speaker 1: the benefit.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Of it.
- 4:24Speaker 1: I saw the story. Can you look up al Gore's
- 4:27Speaker 1: age for me real quick, Katie. I saw this story
- 4:29Speaker 1: the other day that Apple I think had to retire
- 4:34Speaker 1: Al Gore from their board or something or other. What's
- 4:37Speaker 1: his age?
- 4:37Speaker 4: Seventy five?
- 4:38Speaker 1: Seventy five? Because it's seventy five, you can't be on
- 4:40Speaker 1: their the board anymore making decisions, Douessa. They just have
- 4:43Speaker 1: a blanket ruled that over seventy five, you're too old.
- 4:48Speaker 1: We're talking about a couple of eighty year olds. You
- 4:51Speaker 1: eat sharp when you're eighty unless you're a real rare case.
- 4:55Speaker 5: I would really like a T shirt that says we
- 4:58Speaker 5: are at institute and powerful death penalty Armstrong.
- 5:03Speaker 4: I'd wear it.
- 5:06Speaker 1: All right. So that's that you got ten months of
- 5:08Speaker 1: that to look forward to. Ah, here's the man versus
- 5:13Speaker 1: woman battle of the sexist thing. It was so popular
- 5:16Speaker 1: in morning radio and rock stations. This has gotten to
- 5:21Speaker 1: do with splitting the bill on a date?
- 5:23Speaker 5: Is that where you oh, sorry, go ahead?
- 5:25Speaker 3: Well?
- 5:26Speaker 5: Is that the game where you'd like to ask the
- 5:29Speaker 5: guy how many teaspoons and a table spot? And then
- 5:33Speaker 5: you'd ask the woman how many points do you get
- 5:37Speaker 5: for a safety in football? And see you scored better?
- 5:41Speaker 5: Is that it more or not?
- 5:42Speaker 1: I've heard those sorts of things. Do you still do
- 5:44Speaker 1: that in the mono work?
- 5:45Speaker 5: Very entertaining? Yeah? I don't know. Here's this anyway?
- 5:50Speaker 4: Why are you spitting the bill?
- 5:51Speaker 2: Well, I mean it's our first date, so I thought
- 5:54Speaker 2: we should maybe go half.
- 5:58Speaker 1: I can't believe you made us split the bill.
- 6:00Speaker 2: I mean you ordered an appetizer that I didn't even touch.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Why do you think that I should? You asked me out?
- 6:07Speaker 2: I know, but you ordered something that I asked me out.
- 6:11Speaker 2: All right, I'll just take you home, all right?
- 6:14Speaker 7: See ya bye.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Now he gives the reasoning why he did that, all right.
- 6:27Speaker 7: What I don't understand is you asked for the date,
- 6:30Speaker 7: so you pay. It's not like I'm forcing anybody to
- 6:34Speaker 7: go on a date with me. Clearly fifty on the date.
- 6:38Speaker 7: She wants to be there just as much as I
- 6:40Speaker 7: want to be there. It's not like I'm forcing her
- 6:42Speaker 7: to date me or go on a date with me.
- 6:44Speaker 7: We both want to be there equally. Therefore we should
- 6:48Speaker 7: split the bill equally.
- 6:50Speaker 1: I am on the older end, so I don't have
- 6:53Speaker 1: any idea what people do.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Now.
- 6:55Speaker 1: There's a lot more first dates going on with online dating,
- 7:00Speaker 1: is there? Do you know, Katie, is there still an
- 7:02Speaker 1: expectation that the man pays with all the first date
- 7:04Speaker 1: online stuff? Or is it? Does it gone fifty to
- 7:06Speaker 1: fifty at least for the first date?
- 7:08Speaker 6: Well in today's day in age, I would assume that
- 7:10Speaker 6: it's changed, you know, with all the equality and you
- 7:13Speaker 6: know that stuff. I I I still am by the
- 7:16Speaker 6: you know, usually the guy pays for the first date thing.
- 7:22Speaker 3: I don't.
- 7:22Speaker 1: I just I know I know a number of people
- 7:24Speaker 1: do the online dating thing. It's just a completely different
- 7:26Speaker 1: world than anything I've ever been involved in. They date
- 7:29Speaker 1: so much. I mean, if you're attractive man or woman,
- 7:34Speaker 1: and I know several people like this, they go on
- 7:36Speaker 1: three four dates a week with people they've never met
- 7:39Speaker 1: in their lives. Wow, I mean, so it's a lot.
- 7:42Speaker 1: You know, how many first dates have I had in
- 7:43Speaker 1: my whole life. It's not that many people I know
- 7:47Speaker 1: that who do the online dating, they do as many
- 7:49Speaker 1: in a month as I did in my life. So
- 7:51Speaker 1: it's a different it's a different world.
- 7:53Speaker 5: Two or three first dates a week. That sounds like
- 7:56Speaker 5: somebody you something you would do to somebody because they're
- 7:58Speaker 5: in isis as a punishment.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Well, from what I can understand from talking to people
- 8:03Speaker 1: I know, Uh, the women are getting a lot of
- 8:08Speaker 1: I mean, you get treat you to get in the
- 8:10Speaker 1: first date treatment as a woman, which a lot of
- 8:12Speaker 1: women really really like. You know, guy gets stressed up,
- 8:14Speaker 1: takes you to a nice restaurant, treat you really really nice.
- 8:17Speaker 1: A lot of women really really like that. And you
- 8:18Speaker 1: get to do that a bunch. The guy is hoping
- 8:21Speaker 1: that at least some of the time it's turned into sex.
- 8:24Speaker 1: So that's what they're doing. And I know a bunch
- 8:26Speaker 1: of people that engage in that constantly. I mean constantly,
- 8:31Speaker 1: I've not done it at all.
- 8:33Speaker 6: In the less than a handful of first dates that
- 8:36Speaker 6: I've been on, I've always come prepared to pay my
- 8:39Speaker 6: own way, just in you know, like I would never
- 8:41Speaker 6: because you hear about the girls that like don't even
- 8:43Speaker 6: show up with their purse.
- 8:44Speaker 4: You know that are gonna get taken care of.
- 8:46Speaker 6: So I've always you know, taken care of my own way.
- 8:50Speaker 6: What that clip sounded like to me is he didn't
- 8:52Speaker 6: like her that much, because if he really liked her,
- 8:55Speaker 6: would he would have taken care of it?
- 8:57Speaker 1: Sure, an appetizer, he didn't even touch it?
- 8:59Speaker 5: Well, you to be an old and bitter and out
- 9:01Speaker 5: of touch. I can't get past the utterly plain effort
- 9:05Speaker 5: to go viral here, and I just it's difficult for
- 9:09Speaker 5: me to get to the analysis part. But I will
- 9:12Speaker 5: do that because I'm a disciplined broadcast professional.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Awesome, So the whole well, you.
- 9:20Speaker 5: Ordered an appetizer that I didn't even touch. I mean,
- 9:24Speaker 5: if that is your standard, then explain to me the
- 9:27Speaker 5: scenario in which you would have paid for her meal.
- 9:30Speaker 5: She would have had to have asked for and received
- 9:32Speaker 5: permission for every expenditure during that date, I was thinking
- 9:38Speaker 5: of asking for a refill on my coke. Now it's
- 9:41Speaker 5: not clear to me whether that's free or not. May
- 9:44Speaker 5: I please?
- 9:45Speaker 1: It's very simple. The appetizers was chick six chicken wings.
- 9:48Speaker 1: You ate four, I ate two, So you're gonna have
- 9:50Speaker 1: to pay for seventy five percent.
- 9:52Speaker 5: Of it at the majority takes a pencil out from
- 9:54Speaker 5: behind his ear throws the figures down, Sir, you are
- 9:57Speaker 5: never getting a second date.
- 10:00Speaker 6: Never he picked her up. She didn't look like what
- 10:02Speaker 6: she did in her pictures. He was trying to end it.
- 10:05Speaker 6: I didn't want to pay for That's what I'm thinking
- 10:07Speaker 6: happened here.
- 10:07Speaker 1: I would say from the and I'm trying to be
- 10:10Speaker 1: very nice because there's the people I like and everything
- 10:12Speaker 1: like that. But if you're if you're above a certain
- 10:15Speaker 1: level of attractiveness, and that's the whole picture. Looks you know,
- 10:21Speaker 1: your your verbal game, your texting game, whatever, If you
- 10:24Speaker 1: can play in that world, I don't know how you'd
- 10:26Speaker 1: ever stop. It looks to me like you'd get addicted
- 10:28Speaker 1: to it pretty easily, Like why why would you want
- 10:32Speaker 1: to give up the whole Guys are constantly taking me
- 10:35Speaker 1: in too nice restaurants and treat me like a queen
- 10:37Speaker 1: for a couple of weeks, and then I just do
- 10:39Speaker 1: go onto a different one to a different one. And
- 10:40Speaker 1: the guy end of it is, I'm constantly meeting hot
- 10:44Speaker 1: chicks pretty regularly. We end up sleeping together. Why would
- 10:47Speaker 1: I ever stop? Because I know several people that have
- 10:49Speaker 1: been doing this for a long time. I don't know.
- 10:53Speaker 1: I don't know where this goes for the future. Maybe
- 10:55Speaker 1: you age out of it someone you have to quit
- 10:57Speaker 1: when you get too old to be able to do that.
- 10:58Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 10:59Speaker 6: There's this there's this story from the New York Post
- 11:01Speaker 6: today that a girl was on TikTok and she didn't
- 11:05Speaker 6: buy groceries for two years.
- 11:07Speaker 4: She proceeded to go on a date six days a week.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Yeah I saw that. Yeah, I like, I know people
- 11:14Speaker 1: and not to that extreme, but it's yeah, hey, Katie,
- 11:18Speaker 1: how would you feel if a guy bought a coupon
- 11:20Speaker 1: to pay for the date?
- 11:22Speaker 4: Like honey?
- 11:23Speaker 1: I never, I've never had a problem with that. I
- 11:25Speaker 1: don't understand why that would be frownd upound. I've heard
- 11:27Speaker 1: that mocked many times, and he got out of coupon?
- 11:29Speaker 1: Why why? Why is that a bad thing?
- 11:32Speaker 5: At all saving the Bogo lifestyle.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Man.
- 11:35Speaker 5: Hell you the.
- 11:43Speaker 1: That's pretty funny, that's the Well, not only do I
- 11:46Speaker 1: appreciate thriftiness just in general, it's just I don't understand
- 11:48Speaker 1: why that would be a why is this better if
- 11:52Speaker 1: I'm paying more for it? I don't get it.
- 11:55Speaker 5: I think it's as simple as this is my note,
- 11:59Speaker 5: my level of sincerity. This is how much I am
- 12:02Speaker 5: spending on you. I am spending a lot willingly showing
- 12:06Speaker 5: my generosity an interest in you.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Okay, and then if you get a coupon for a
- 12:15Speaker 1: free sight of ribs or something like that with a coke,
- 12:19Speaker 1: showing less enthusiasm.
- 12:22Speaker 5: Yes, essentially okay. But getting back to the many first
- 12:27Speaker 5: dates and why would you give it up to each
- 12:29Speaker 5: their own? I guess that sounds like a miserable hell
- 12:32Speaker 5: to me. Well, it would be like I said, I
- 12:34Speaker 5: much rather have somebody I love, who I can trust
- 12:37Speaker 5: and we can just be comfortable. Please.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, no, I've not done any online dating for
- 12:42Speaker 1: those reasons, but I know people that it's just like
- 12:45Speaker 1: every night is prom night. You get treated like a
- 12:47Speaker 1: queen every time you go on these dates with people
- 12:50Speaker 1: that are suitors, so you get the full laughing at
- 12:54Speaker 1: your jokes, paying for stuff, that thing and they enjoy it.
- 12:58Speaker 1: And then on the other side is the sex, which
- 13:00Speaker 1: is their motivator. Sounds like, yeah, that crowd and could
- 13:04Speaker 1: I don't know what. I don't know how that's gonna
- 13:05Speaker 1: end up for that crowd. But and it's it's a
- 13:07Speaker 1: fairly new phenomenon. It didn't exist until a few years ago.
- 13:10Speaker 5: What would Dante say about shallow pleasure seeking?
- 13:14Speaker 1: Jack? Hmm, it's not gonna lead you anywhere. Good to
- 13:22Speaker 1: each their own. I went on one first date where the
- 13:26Speaker 1: girl cut her meat with two hands and it just
- 13:28Speaker 1: turned me off. So she literally used it like a saw.
- 13:31Speaker 4: It was just bizarre.
- 13:33Speaker 5: Two hands on the knife, yes, trying to picture this, Yeah,
- 13:36Speaker 5: like a.
- 13:36Speaker 4: Big giant steak knife and put both hands on this
- 13:39Speaker 4: and she's.
- 13:39Speaker 5: A stabbing an. I think it was a comment on
- 13:42Speaker 5: the quality of this steak you had bought for the
- 13:44Speaker 5: poor girl.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Right, and I need both hands to get through this
- 13:50Speaker 1: steak you bought me. Here's a sizzler with your coupon.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Who knew the sizzler had a must sell speciold tables anyway?
- 14:03Speaker 1: All right, Well, I guess that's it. I never thought
- 14:06Speaker 1: about that before. Yes, but that is a comment on
- 14:08Speaker 1: the how tough the meat is. I'm gonna need both
- 14:10Speaker 1: hands to get Furst a good steak.
