- 1:46but he is really near and dear to my heart. And I mean
- 1:51that, but I'm laughing because I have for one I haven't seen him in
- 1:55so long, and it feels like it feels like he is giving it to
- 1:59me. Okay, y'all didn't heard me talk about him before. His his
- 2:06name is none other than Christian T. Howell, but I call him Father
- 2:15Howell. He is my spiritual father, and I'm super excited to have him
- 2:20here. Y'all. Welcome, y'all welcome. We don't have all aplause,
- 2:25but so we do it. So this is a warning this podcast, this
- 2:36episode is we just gonna thank God for an advance. Okay, that's a
- 2:40worry. Can you can you can I get an amen corner because I need
- 2:44to be help explaining what was about to hear amen because I don't even know
- 2:50Father Howell. Thank you so much for joining us, like y'all y'all don't
- 2:55know. He is a powerful man. He teaches leaders to lead. I
- 3:01don't know how else to say it, but you teach leaders how to lead,
- 3:04and you teach them how to elevate outside of the four walls of the
- 3:08church. And so he's also he is also an author. He also has
- 3:16his own podcasts that we might talk about today, but I don't know.
- 3:21He told me he was gonna get me if I brought it up, So
- 3:24let's let's see. Let's see how we're doing. But yes, his specialty
- 3:30is inner healing and deliverance, and so a lot of what you see about
- 3:37from me on my side. The reason why I even have a podcast is
- 3:40because of these men. So I want to tell everybody else, tell you
- 3:45in front of everybody the things I've told you before. I thank you for
- 3:47pushing me because I never i that conversation is. I never expected for us
- 3:55to be here, but we're here, and so I want to go ahead
- 3:58and say thank you. How you feeling of the day. It's a great
- 4:00day. I'm nervous. I'm scared. What are you nervous for? Anytime
- 4:03I'm with you? Two? This is you just expected, unexpected? What
- 4:11do you mean, anytime you with us, we need to be worried about
- 4:15you. I ain't worried about me. That's why I'm scared. It's not
- 4:18your all, don't worry about it's me. I'm worried about Okay, Yeah,
- 4:21we're on the same page. Then we're on the same page. Have
- 4:26y'all ever gone up against Batman and Robin at the same time? It is
- 4:30totally banana. So is that what appeared Wonder Twins any way you want to
- 4:34look at it? Twins? Yeah, Wonder Twins, Oh yes, probably
- 4:40for most people time. But it was a little cartoon. They were called
- 4:43Wonder Twins and they would hit their facet together to Wonder Twins activate when it
- 4:46did that, I mean, deal with that. Okay, they did because
- 4:53they could do so much more together than a part. So what you said,
- 4:59you know, artist, I just couldn't hear. I just heard what
- 5:03he said. We do so much more to get together than a part.
- 5:09So you you're trying to tell us something that we're trying to do, need
- 5:11to do more together. Hey, we're just going because you said, I
- 5:15mean, you prophesied this podcast. You pushed me into this, so might
- 5:20as well get on camera. What you're finna push next? I'm just happy
- 5:25be on this TV show. Listen, I'm just happy on this TV show.
- 5:29That's all. I'm happy. You know, everyone's while they remember the
- 5:32small older people like me. We're glad to have you, father House.
- 5:36We are so like we've been waiting. Yeah, we've been waiting on this
- 5:42day, and so I want to kind of like start off with like our
- 5:46relationship kind of be in the foundation of this conversation. And there's some places
- 5:51I want to go. But what why? What did you see? I
- 5:57need to I've always been curious about this question and I need to get on
- 6:00camera. Why did you push me into doing a podcast? Like? What
- 6:04was it? Because at this point now we got to give the people a
- 6:09foundation. I was broken when you told me to do this. I was
- 6:13still healing. I'm still healing or whatever's available, but I'm much further than
- 6:16I was when you told me to do this. I'm I'm curious as to
- 6:20why. All right, so let me ask this Roy, how we want
- 6:25to do this today? Easy? How we're doing this? Give us?
- 6:32See what I mean one of the twins be yourself? Apo? No,
- 6:36No, okay, you said why? Most leaders aren't gifted to see the
- 6:46value in broken crayons. M m. Most leaders aren't. They want the
- 6:53cute, pretty sharpened crayons. I realize that broken crayon is still color.
- 7:00Mm hmm. You have to be gifted to take a broken crayon sharpened a
- 7:03little bit and realize that maybe the best crayon. So why did that about
- 7:09the baby crying? That was so beautiful now because I'm like, I was
- 7:16the broken creyon. But broken crayon say have value, They're still color.
- 7:23Yeah, just because it we're broken, don't mean it doesn't have purpose of
- 7:26value. It just means somewhere along the way, somebody mishandled broken crayon.
- 7:30It could have been an angry person. This could have been a mad person.
- 7:34It could have been a person who then understand the value of crey so
- 7:36broke it. But oftentimes in our community we throw away stuff that looks broken.
- 7:44It's realizing if you got skills and gifts, you can take anything broken
- 7:48and make it useful. You just gotta spend a little time with it.
- 7:55So yeah, we're here now. Like so you said some of them beginning,
- 8:03you said, there's some leaders that are able to only see the sharping
- 8:07crayon, and there's only people. The people that can see that, they're
- 8:09still use of the broken one. So how because that's what you specialize in
- 8:16as far as in leadership. As a leader, how do you develop an
- 8:22eye for the value of the broken crayons? It's so it's really easy and
- 8:26one I think every crayon is broken to a degree. The problem is there
- 8:33is no perfect crayon. To be a leader, to recognize the value broken
- 8:39crown, to recognize that all crayon have value. But every once in a
- 8:45while, with your gifting, a crayon is highlighted. And here's what makes
- 8:50it interesting to me. I don't like the crayon that everybody's fight for.
- 8:58It says more my more about my value. If I fight for everybody else
- 9:03want, wait, so my veaue not turning by going after everybody else want.
- 9:11My vasue is turned by my ability to produce what I believe can exist.
- 9:16It's cheap people who want everything cheap and free. That's cheap, folks.
- 9:20A person who's not broken is not afraid to take something broken. They
- 9:26know they'll add value. Why, because there's value in there, just got
- 9:28to pull it out. So we have too many leaders who are fighting over
- 9:31what somebody else already made. Y'all, it has been five minutes. If
- 9:41we about fifteen minutes, that's no, we're not. We're not. Because
- 9:45that's the thing that's the modern church problem. We're all fighting for the same
- 9:48people, except all people have value and purpose. If you don't see it,
- 9:54you'll keep recycling people in and out. We do that in the day,
- 9:58and we do it everywhere. Yeah, I mean to the people dating.
- 10:01I would put it this way. If a young lady is looking for
- 10:05a man that's perfect marriage, it's probably because some other woman already made them
- 10:07ready for marriage. Can you slow that down and just kind of like say
- 10:15that one more time? Because I say it one more time? Well,
- 10:20because you know, because everything grows together. And so if he's already there,
- 10:26because somebody got him there, that's oh oh, so then what you're
- 10:31doing, you're getting something that somebody's already put their hands on and made that.
- 10:37Those relationships normally don't last long, wow, because it has somebody's fingerprints
- 10:41on it already, because they they developed them in the way that they feel
- 10:48should be developed. All wild and then you have conflict because she made him
- 10:54good for her. Well he's not with them no more. That don't just
- 10:56because he appears good don't make him good for you. So to the young
- 11:01lady, she's like, I know my value. And because she know it's
- 11:05her value, she knows whatever she gets with it's gonna add to its value.
- 11:09So she don't mind taking somebody who has potential because she knows who she
- 11:13I mean, she knows her worth. That's what's wrong with our culture.
- 11:18We only we don't celebrate brokenness now that because that sounds it seems like an
- 11:24oxymor run to celebrate the brokenness. So what do you mean, like be
- 11:28specific about more, like give us more detail on that, like what what
- 11:31is it? It's now this is loaded this So the church people just don't
- 11:37inbox me, don't d me, don't message it. They gonna come up
- 11:41because just gonna please don't come not on this platform. Don't you mind doing
- 11:46somewhere else because I fight for this one. So this is because this is
- 11:52my truth. Jesus didn't comfort people that were perfect. He only came for
- 11:56those that broken. Bible says a broken in contrast, so he don't need
- 12:00everybody's put together. Jesus came after broken crayons. That's so good and it's
- 12:07so accurate. And so the problem is we don't know how to celebrate it
- 12:09because we're too busy. If you're not broken, you should be working.
- 12:16Now, that's a message church don't want to celebrate because we like to get
- 12:22the working crayon to keep working it. That's why people are tired, burnt
- 12:26out, stressed out, frustrated because that overworked. A good leader says,
- 12:31let me get some new crayon and develop that. So I get another worker
- 12:37and give the break. Yeah, because if not, it goes back to
- 12:41the good crewer becomes broken. It's overworked, overused, frustrated, beat down
- 12:46until it gets broken. Then we throw them away. So what I hear
- 12:52I hear you say is good leaders not only see celebrate brokenness, but they
- 13:00provide a balance for the good creon because even because brokenness just means we're human.
- 13:07There's a there's a problem in our modern American culture where we we we
- 13:13idolize leadership when we see when we think leader, we think perfect. Yeah,
- 13:20I don't want to work about it being that perfect. I want to
- 13:22be with nobody that perfect, except we ain't perfect. So I always say,
- 13:26how can you demand something of people you can never give? And even
- 13:30with what you just what you're just saying right now, I think that the
- 13:35it's a because all right, so I think when I okay, can you
- 13:39break this down because you might be able to spend it better than me.
- 13:41So when people hear me call you apostle, what does that mean? Let's
- 13:45start right there. So, okay, I'm in this thing where I'm taking
- 13:50the church out of the church. Because that term was never even a Christian
- 13:58term. It was a worldly term. Apostle was a naval, amphibious commander
- 14:05who went where others couldn't go and open a door for them. That's what
- 14:09he did. So that's why they were called disciples first. So what makes
- 14:16someone of the postulors not the closer where the ring they wear the title,
- 14:22is the ability to open up. I am about to leave the high I
- 14:28am about to leave. I am about to go. Because that's what it
- 14:35does, that those twelve opened up the rest of the world for the Gospel.
- 14:41And so we realize that people can be apostolic and not even be primarily
- 14:45function in church. We need people opening doors in education, we need people
- 14:52in everywhere who are pioneering con trail blazing. So if as long as we're
- 14:56limited to things about church, we're missing the whole world. So this is
- 15:03what you're saying. Okay, I love I love this conversation. So you're
- 15:07really saying that we, for one have to do our research because that you
- 15:11just taught me something new. I don't know, does it worry did he
- 15:13just teach you something new or slightly? Because I've only been taught the church's
- 15:20view on apostolic ministry. I knew an apostolic is like building. Yes,
- 15:28I understood that, you know what I'm saying. I understood the times of
- 15:31like where you know, when you have the twelve Disciples and they were going
- 15:37it wasn't no church then, you know what I'm saying. But it wasn't
- 15:39a church then, and so now we've made a church five. So that's
- 15:41I'm so glad I asked you that because I even learned something in the midst
- 15:46of that, and I learned something so much that I forgot my original question
- 15:48of even why I asked you that? Well, because people say, why
- 15:50do you call it impossible? Because my gifting has made to unlock and open
- 15:56if you can unlock and open. Then what you're building on something else.
- 16:02Yeah, And the problem is we got too many people trying to build on
- 16:04what everybody else is building on. And the church. And I was talking
- 16:11to another leader this morning. The church right now as the institution is the
- 16:15only thing. Don't come for me. Don't come for me. What I'm
- 16:19gonna say, it's accurate. Who wanted to come back post pandemic and function
- 16:26like it did before the pandemic. Now you're not lying. It's only the
- 16:30church. The school system change, workplaces changed, But the church want to
- 16:34get back here to do what we've always done. So in my estimation,
- 16:41we're missing it. That's why the church numbers according to the they don't.
- 16:45The Gallop polls and statistics say church attendans is declining. You know why,
- 16:52we're trying to do something in the world. Don't exist anymore because we're not.
- 16:56We can never go back because there's nothing to go back too. And
- 17:00that's a part about mental health. Memories only exist in your mind, So
- 17:07what your new church should be only it only exists in your head because what
- 17:10church was me is only my head. Your memory is not my memories,
- 17:12So does that become insanity. So that's the thing. We're doing the same
- 17:15thing over north again, trying to get back to a place that does not
- 17:18exist. Do y'all see why I love talking to him like this is the
- 17:22denials over this shout out to the denial. My girl, Hey girl,
- 17:26hey girl, hey girl, that's his daughter. You just set a whole
- 17:33mouthful like okay. So as far as like leadership goes, and we're talking
- 17:41about the broken crayons, where now were I properly identified? What your your
- 17:48representation of leadership is and why you can lead leaders like why you can teach
- 17:53leaders how to lead? And so how do you know how do you properly
- 18:00identify a leader when a leader doesn't know who they are? Like, I'm
- 18:03pulling these questions from our transaction because in the place that I was, and
- 18:10even the place where I was being developed, I was still fighting for something
- 18:12that I didn't understand. So how do you make that believable to somebody that
- 18:18is them saying that themselves? I got the best answer that I finally figured
- 18:22out. When you see you and them, you know, let me say
- 18:29it again, When you see you in them, then I know I'm called
- 18:33you to help you. That's so good. I can't help you unless I
- 18:37relate to you. That's why it's called what that's relationship. It's not religious
- 18:42relationship. I'm about to say. So, So when I when I see
- 18:48me in somebody, we relate, I can help you. I can't help
- 18:52you if I don't relate to you, because why would you believe me if
- 18:56we don't have if we don't relate. I mean, so now we're back
- 19:00to religion. We're trying to put these rules on each other. Instead of
- 19:02saying I relate, I get you. You don't I get you, you
- 19:06get me. We don't have to have a lot of rules because we relate.
- 19:10So that's why this is so good. So that's why it's this.
- 19:15This is going somewhere. Okay, So the term church hurt, right,
- 19:18it goes around and it's a real thing, right, But it's a lot
- 19:22of people experiencing it because because what I hear you saying, in order to
- 19:27not experience certain hurt, you gotta you've been led by people they can't see
- 19:33themselves in you. So so here's the thing, and I'm gonna say it's
- 19:36not it's some of it's church hurt, but it's people hurt. And it
- 19:40goes back to it. If I try to force this square into this circle,
- 19:45something's gonna get hurt. Either the square a circle. They don't fit.
- 19:51And what we forgot don't come for me, y'all. God no,
- 19:56because God don't call people to church. They call people to leaders. He
- 20:00don't call He don't assign you to a church or saying to a leader,
- 20:04that's so good. I'm not trying to see if I finish church. I'm
- 20:07trying to see you do I connect with the leader. That's just gonna that
- 20:11that that's a clip right there. Dad is gonna free so many people alone.
- 20:15Because people, it's like, how does make my church the church feel?
- 20:18This is so good? So I'm even getting the picture of how the
- 20:22whole house works. Right. And so because because I have I share the
- 20:27same parents with my sister, this is so true. Because me and Kendall
- 20:32say, share the same parents, we have a thicker bun than any of
- 20:34our other siblings. Because we share the same parents, We've experienced some of
- 20:40the same things. Even though our parents are divorced, we still have the
- 20:42same people that we went and called mom and dad. And so now if
- 20:47you think about it on the terms of the church. I'm looking at for
- 20:51my mom and I'm looking for my dad. Right, not so much in
- 20:53the civil fought, but like I'm looking for that connection. And because I'm
- 20:56in with that connection, I'm in the same house. So this is how
- 21:00this is the problem. The terminology is in the episode we share DNA if
- 21:07I don't. If I don't share the DNA in my leadership, and I
- 21:11don't fit in with my leadership. Here's watch this. If your sister hurts
- 21:15you, you don't leave your sisters. Y'all share DNA, but if a
- 21:22stranger hurts you, it's easy to walk away, easy to walk away because
- 21:25we don't share. And so when people started having church herder walking out,
- 21:30the problem is we I don't know if we had a real relationship, because
- 21:34when we're connected, how do we leave ourselves? Because if I left you,
- 21:41I'm still related to you. I'm gonna miss you. I loan for
- 21:44you. You're my sister. I mean I think about you at night.
- 21:48We share the same DNA. The problem is we've been too bit trying to
- 21:52fit in church. Instead of saying I'm looking does that leader have my voice?
- 21:56My sound? Do they believe do we have this DNA because if we
- 22:00do, they could say the wrong thing to me. I may be hurt,
- 22:03but I won't leave. Why we're related the church. I'm telling the
- 22:07church. We go to family reunions, drunk folks, he'll show up.
- 22:11We don't leave people still in the family, we don't leave. We tolerate
- 22:17a lot of stuff when we know we're related. So whenever we try to
- 22:25figure ourselves into a mental construct of being a building of people to the people
- 22:30that really relate, it always goes bad. Because we've been talking go to
- 22:34church on Sunday, Well, but nobody said where I have to go.
- 22:40I'm looking for what I fit in? Well I fit in. They value
- 22:44me being broken. Why we're together this is this is so good. So
- 22:49for the person that like so for someone that is looking for a church home
- 22:55or looking for a community, right, So, how would they know that
- 22:57they're not choosing because the just the presence of the thing versus the actual things
- 23:07is thing itself. So that my truth is before people get married, they
- 23:14to date. We don't date our church. We get married. That's probably
- 23:21that's probably said too much. I need you to go deeper because I'm gonna
- 23:25tell y'all this. I y'all saw my pastor maybe a few weeks ago,
- 23:30and he's my pastor because I took these li like literally what he just said
- 23:37he just said to me, But I told him. I said, he
- 23:40was like, it's okay for you not have a church church right now.
- 23:42It's okay for you to date, but you got to find a church.
- 23:45Like it was. The end result was you gotta go to your to find
- 23:48a home. You can't just be laying around. You can't just be laying
- 23:52dormant in your gifts, you can't be activating. You got this is a
- 23:56like, this is a break, and understand that this is a break.
- 24:00But go date some churches so you can understand where you because you never know
- 24:03because I'm I'm dating. Do I fit in? Do we? Because in
- 24:07one good service, it feels good, it sounds good. It's like one
- 24:11date, magical date. But that don't that that that don't it's a dating
- 24:18once does not equate to learning somebody. And so I'm gonna go to your
- 24:23church. I mustee. It was just one good Sunday out of four,
- 24:26because y'all got three bad Sundays, one good Sunday, I came on to
- 24:29one good Sunday, I felt like I felt God, Well, maybe it
- 24:33was me, Maybe y'all was really maybe, But I want a date to
- 24:37see if we really do relate. If we don't relate, it's a great
- 24:41place, it's just not my place. And that's where we get. Now
- 24:47we're bringing a whole nother element to it because a lot of because social media
- 24:52is so is a tangible place for people to destruct, destruct everything, Like
- 24:56even how recently ty Tribute was district for what he said, but his sound
- 25:00is for his people. And so I even understood what the man and God
- 25:04was talking about. But for those that didn't, it sounded like gibberish in
- 25:07disrespect because of how he was he was he was talking for me. I
- 25:12talk the same way, so I can relate to that. Right. So
- 25:17for people that are like they had these experiences, right and they say,
- 25:21oh, well I connected with this church, how do they decipher between an
- 25:26intellectual decision versus an emotional decision. So here's the thing that I put in.
- 25:30Jesus said, my sheep know my voice. I hear lots of sound,
- 25:36but I don't hear the voice. That makes sense so we grew up
- 25:41in different generations. I hear ty sometimes them I don't. I don't dismiss
- 25:48him if I don't hear it. I just know it's not for me.
- 25:51But I'm going listening. Are they speaking to me? When you go to
- 25:56a real service, it's like you're in there by yourself in the whole room.
- 26:00I'm going consistently. Was that a one time thing? Are you really
- 26:04speaking to me? Because my leader seemed like they're always preaching about right where
- 26:11I'm at, what I'm doing, what I'm going on, So I don't
- 26:12want a one time wonder. I need to go. Are you consistently speaking
- 26:15to me? And watch it not just to where I've been? Are you
- 26:22telling me where I'm going? Because we Father Howell, we got some folks
- 26:30that's stuck in the deliverance part of and we know I'm trying to touch it.
- 26:37But do I gotta get like if I got to go to the altar
- 26:42all the time, then who need to be looked at me? Or you?
- 26:45So? So here's so yeah, Because so here's the flip side.
- 26:51Jesus own disciples were broken, but he didn't kick them to the curb.
- 26:56He didn't stop using them, I would mess with they wasn't full of trained
- 27:02when he was using them. Oh, they wasn't full of trained because they
- 27:08had he only had a three year period and they would not try to cast
- 27:11our devils. And it didn't work and he didn't kick him to the curb.
- 27:18So what I as leaders? I'm measures tickets. I mean, if
- 27:23it's an indictment on me, if if if I'm a scientist, you're signed
- 27:29to me. If something don't happen, responsibility always lies that with the leader,
- 27:33not the follower. That's the measure real leadership. Who is responsible?
- 27:38Now? Who is the title? Who's responsible? Wait? Hold up,
- 27:42you just said I'm just I'm just trying to make My brain is acting little
- 27:48slow right now. You just said the measurer, the measure of leadership is
- 27:52not on the follow The responsibility is not on the follower. But it's the
- 27:59one who's leading. Yeah, and so what do we do? How do
- 28:02we Okay, so I'm a leader, I'm not doing this thing right,
- 28:06I'm kicking everybody to the curb. I've poorly branded myself. Let's just say
- 28:11that in the community. How do I change that? How do I switch
- 28:14that up? Because you only know the level of leadership that you have based
- 28:19upon the not necessarily the number of the following, but the quality of it.
- 28:25So here's my thing. I'm always checking me though s. It's the
- 28:30problem. We don't We're too busy looking at the people. Now this is
- 28:34gonna be this is a painful statement. But since they're not gonna message,
- 28:38then they're gonna inbox me. They're not gonna they're not gonna reach out.
- 28:41They The Bible says, we've reproduced after our own kind. If you don't
- 28:47like what you're seeing, check what you've been reproducing. That's the Bible,
- 28:52I mean, and the Bible. Every seed reproduces after its own kind.
- 28:56There's just a lot of reproduction. So if a leader looks at everybody,
- 29:00don't like it, like, don't keep looking at the people, maybe you're
- 29:06reproducing the worst parts you that you ignore. I mean, that's because we
- 29:11reproduce. We I can't make anybody be like Michael Jackson. I'm not him.
- 29:15I can't. I can't produce the TV J I'm not him. I
- 29:18reproduce after myself. So as leaders, if we don't like it, we
- 29:23need to stop. Don't measure the people, say Hey, am I doing
- 29:29the right thing and my and my am my leading properly? Am I broken?
- 29:33Whatever it is? Because one thing church people forget. We're supposed to
- 29:36be the most forgiving people. That's the whole answer Christianity. We forgive.
- 29:41So if a leader of relationship say, hey, you know what y'all has
- 29:45been me? I need to I need to get myself together because you know
- 29:48it ain't been going right, people would honor that leader more. Yeah,
- 29:52instead of the one saying that's all y'all. If we I'm tired of y'all
- 29:55every day. Yeah, social humility is I mean, it's good leadership because
- 30:00we're not looking for perfection. We want incheguity. Hmm. That's so man,
- 30:07that's so good. I'm like, I am bubbling over over here,
- 30:14desert. I'm just looking at you. You look like your mind is still
- 30:17trying to It's like, I got I have questions. It's almost like talking
- 30:22to somebody that you have questions for, but they're talking so good that you
- 30:26like, bro, like what what you know? I'm like, this was
- 30:30not the option. It wasn't. It was not. This was not the
- 30:33option. So that's why that's why I said, what I said before,
- 30:37like Holy Spirit leads this question because we have what we have some diluted leadership,
- 30:41because leaderships don't have leader, proper leaders, and because every other broken
- 30:47leader is or immature leader. I'm gonna say there's some immaturity there because you
- 30:53just said that all of us has a level of brokenness. Right. But
- 31:00well, and let me say, and these the leaders that are are have
- 31:07some opportunity in this in this area, what are the things that what are
- 31:11the maybe three four things that you would say that they needed to go ahead
- 31:15and initiate so that they can not necessarily even just developing their leadership, because
- 31:21it sounds like to me they need healing themselves. Like what does what needs
- 31:25to happen? Like how do we revert that? So what the church is
- 31:30at a pivotal point, and I mean the church because the church is what
- 31:33we're supposed to get of our structure strategy, not just corporate worship, but
- 31:37we got our strategy from the church. And so the church at a pivotal
- 31:41point because we've gone from this one man leadership tier system to understand we need
- 31:48a team and it takes another leader to have humility, says I learned from
- 31:56you, but I need to learn from you too, because until we give
- 32:00rid of the ownership membership model, we can never embrace what the church is
- 32:06supposed to be. So when I lead a church, there are other churches
- 32:10connecting me my thing. Yes, And I tell the church I'm not really
- 32:14leading your people. I'm leading you as a leader. I don't own your
- 32:17church. I'm coming alongside to help you as a leader. You don't,
- 32:22I don't. You're not my member, no, because once I do my
- 32:28job, my role may change in your life. And I'm trying not to
- 32:35go so well, I'm trying. I'm trying to go places, but I
- 32:42have really try hard hard, look a because that's the thing. I mean,
- 32:51you know what I'm saying. I mean, I mean, okay,
- 32:53let me put it this way. Listen, if I can change it,
- 32:57let's say we can change y'all. How how long you're gonna make me say?
- 33:00In first grade? Yeah, once I learned the first grade principles,
- 33:05there may be another teacher. But I've got to be a secure enough teacher
- 33:07and let you go to hand you off or point you in. Another director
- 33:13says, you know what you're what I gave you in first grade you'll use
- 33:16for the rest of your life. But there's some algebra you're gonna encounter the
- 33:22future that you need an algebra teacher. That So you're saying a leader understands
- 33:31where they can't help because we got to be we need to be whole leaders.
- 33:37That says I can help you this, but I can't. As a
- 33:38matter of fact, let me tell you who can help you this. Why
- 33:42because I don't have ownership? Why do you think it's hard for for us
- 33:47as leaders to do that? Because we were broken, we start going to
- 33:53have value. Bey, how many crayon we collect? I know that's not
- 33:55gonna be good. That's never sound good to people. We we we we
- 34:00take our value by the size of the box of our crayons. Well,
- 34:07how many shades of green do you need in the cryon box? You realize
- 34:10if you got green, if I just keep using white and on it,
- 34:14it'll change the shade of the green. So our brokeness it calls us collect
- 34:21We become hoarders. And so I now need a whole lot of people.
- 34:24Because if I get a whole lot of people, it makes me look important,
- 34:28makes you feel important. But I don't measure it by number. I
- 34:32want quality, and every shade of green is only diluted by white. Just
- 34:39give me green and white. I can do it. You got sixty four
- 34:42crayon, Just give me green and the white. I just keep putting white
- 34:45until I come up with the same results as you. So I mean we
- 34:49have to be hold secure enough to realize whatever God puts in my hand is
- 34:52more than enough to get my job done. All you know what's interesting?
- 34:57Do you really only need red, blue, yellow, black, and white
- 35:01the primary color? And so all I need is a good apps alte.
- 35:07I need to give me some fivefold. My job as a leader, Yeah,
- 35:12that was you get My job is because my job as a leader is
- 35:17to really and if now, if, if, if we're gonna keep with
- 35:22the Bible. My job as a leader is to raise up leaders who can
- 35:24raise up other leaders that raise up other leaders. Because at what point can
- 35:30I affectly lead all those people? Because at some point you gotta go see
- 35:35speed on? Not? Even then? My phone can only answer so many
- 35:38calls to day, do you right? I can only make so many visits
- 35:43a day, so why not? But that's mean I've got to be whole
- 35:47enough Because it was Moses had the same problems that Jessro said, Moses,
- 35:52and he can't He came brought alder. You can't do what what did you
- 35:55do with all these folks? Raise up some other people people, give them
- 36:01what you got and be security to let him go do it. So basically
- 36:05you just saying Moses had a leader even though he lived, and he listened
- 36:08to the voice of his father and said, as he said, you're stressing
- 36:14yourself out. You want yourself out. You're doing this to yourself because you
- 36:19don't. You don't have the sense to realize this is too much for you.
- 36:22And at some point I'm like when I start, when I become frustrated,
- 36:27when I become agitated, when I lose sleep, when i'm when I'm
- 36:30no longer having fun, I ain't doing this because we cannot keep coming out.
- 36:35That almost got the soul about when we change. My face looks fresh.
- 36:38We can't keep out that thief come but to kill since true, But
- 36:40I've come to life more bundant. But we're miserable, we're angry. So
- 36:46which scripture we're gonna live out? Because if we're not having fun, then
- 36:52we can't be doing John ten and ten. We can't. We we're canceling.
- 36:54Sin means that's why the churches fall apart, because our confession is a
- 36:59match the way we live. We're saying he can't. We have life more
- 37:02abundant. But we're all looking miserable, tide, frustrated, angry, vexed,
- 37:07we we we we black blast and everything it made me. You step
- 37:10outside of your grace. So Ime, just come on back in, pull
- 37:13it back in a little bit and let somebody else do their part. Because
- 37:16broken cry and say a value, it goes back to it. You may
- 37:21not do it like me. You may not do it what I would do
- 37:24Before am I determine how you do what you do. I'm just here to
- 37:29shape you so you can color whatever your color looks like. That's so I
- 37:35love that another I'm here to shape you so that you can come. So
- 37:39that's why, that's why I haven't been rebuked for stuff on the podcast.
- 37:43Well because here's well, here's my thing. Now, this is gonna make
- 37:46no, this's gonna make sense. It's not mine. Yeah, if I
- 37:52force you to do what I would do, it would be my podcast.
- 37:55Now this is this is probably gonna take a change. I promise you I'm
- 37:59not gonna respond to your on line. I'm not gonna respond to you because
- 38:02leaders who force you to what I do, I really I really cloned myself
- 38:09in you, and now you are really just doing what I want to do.
- 38:15Mm hmm. But I've never I've never been a female. So there
- 38:22are people you're supposed to reach and use language I never would use. That's
- 38:27so that's good. So if I force you to do what I do,
- 38:31then the people that you should be reaching you never reach. That that I
- 38:37mean, that's what I'm saying. No brain of this thing is you have
- 38:39you have purpose, You have an assignment. You don't have my assignment.
- 38:44So you're not gonna do what I do and the way I do it.
- 38:46That's my assignment, My God. But we got to be whold enough to
- 38:52realize. And I think some leaders we're we're trying to relive I miss mouch
- 39:00through the people we lead a possible we do because almost like a parent living
- 39:08through their child and their child grow up to hate them. That's the brokenness
- 39:13of the family. I'm saying, that's the brokenness. Instead of realizing I
- 39:15never had a problem, you going to your problem. I don't want to
- 39:19go. Yes, you are no, just because you never went on really
- 39:22me and I want to go. Then you're gonna make me go. You're
- 39:23gonna make me wear what you want to wear, and I'm going I'm miserable.
- 39:27I'm really gonna rebel against you at some point because you forced me to
- 39:30live in life I don't want to live. So I mean, as leaders,
- 39:34we have to realize our people have different calling, different assignments. We're
- 39:40to develop them to do their thing right, not to do our thing right.
- 39:45We're there to open the door for them for who they're assigned to what.
- 39:49We're there to shape and mold them so that when it's their turn to
- 39:52stand on their platform, they can do it. Not what's in it for
- 39:57me, it's what's their assignment and how do I help them do their assignment.
- 40:02Because the end of the day, the first first grade teacher still gets
- 40:12gratification when the high school senior graduates, that's because she realized they were made
- 40:19to the twelfth grade because I did my part right. She's not competed the
- 40:22other teacher. She realized it's a team effort. So we have to be
- 40:28whold enough as leaders to really get people where they are and put them in
- 40:31place and know when our limit is to say, wait a minute, they
- 40:36can take a little further and celebrate when they go further. Because my belief
- 40:42is everybody who I come in contact with their life, they should may do
- 40:45it faster and go further than I ever have. If not, I'm not
- 40:50done my assignment right because I'm supposed to be the thing they stand on,
- 40:53not the thing that puts a limit on them. That's the apostolic. I
- 40:59open a door so wherever I well, if I get tired here, you
- 41:02just started your strength where I stop at. That's called advantage. So I'm
- 41:09looking to connect with leaders who say I'm only here what I'm doing now because
- 41:15leaders saw something that I didn't understand and they let me stand aside some great
- 41:19I mean, I know some of the greatest leaders in the kingdom, but
- 41:27they took a chance on me because they not because I was perfect. I
- 41:30was so imperfect, but they saw something in me and they just by proximity
- 41:35put me close enough to I want to be like them. I want to
- 41:38be like them until when I get in position like who do I see who?
- 41:43If I place them close enough, ill eSPI I didn't want to be
- 41:46what I did and go further. That's what I mean. We're supposed to
- 41:50be advancing the kingdom, not not competing, not compressing that comepack. Now
- 41:55we're supposed to give each other advantage and say whatever I have, you have,
- 42:00I can't. I will never be a woman. So when people say
- 42:04women, I don't have the language of a woman. I've never lived a
- 42:08woman's shoe. So for me to think I could do it better than a
- 42:14woman who's called the women, I can minister the women, but I can
- 42:17never minister as a woman. So my job is to develop the lady who
- 42:23is it so that when they need a person who they can relate to better,
- 42:29so they may relate to me as a father. They'll never relate to
- 42:31me as a mother. I have to be secured, say you know what,
- 42:35there's a mother figure, there's a brother there, because you need a
- 42:37whole family. Some saying we're looking for DNA. Now it's it's that's how
- 42:43well we got to have healthy leadership because and I've talked this before and people
- 42:50don't like it, but we just we have slave mentality and religion. We
- 42:53own people put them on a plantation called the church. Yeah, don't go
- 42:58nowhere, don't talk nobody, don't let nobody else. That's a plantation.
- 43:00Yeah. The problem is I don't have everything for you. And the what
- 43:06you just said about the slave mentality of church, I think it's so real
- 43:10because let me ask you this, how do I know when it's order and
- 43:20when it's a massive situation love? It's it's the simplicity for me, it's
- 43:30the simplicit, Like it's like, how do I know this? Like,
- 43:34well, because love gives liberty, relationship create rules. Okay, let me
- 43:42let me. Let me put it back in terms of dating. If you're
- 43:45dating someone and you have to worry about wherever they go, there's something wrong
- 43:50with your relationship. If you love enough, I don't care where you go,
- 43:54you'll be loyal to me. You can go. You can go to
- 43:57Themorrow, you can go, you can go to Ballet, go to why
- 44:00go Honolulu. I'm secure because love is present. If love isn't there,
- 44:05I give you a whole lot of rules. So but I got it from
- 44:10Jesus. If you love me, you keep my commandments. Well, you
- 44:13can visit every church America. They'll never love you like I will go for
- 44:17it. So I'm not. I don't have this sense of putting these boundaries
- 44:22and putting you the plantation because we have each other heart. So so for
- 44:27somebody that is like, you know, the person that might be listening to
- 44:30this is saying, Okay, when I'm looking for this church, when I'm
- 44:32looking for this leader, what do I look for? You know, I
- 44:37hear you saying love, but I've gotten love wrong before. What do you
- 44:40say to that person? First thing, I say, love yourself better,
- 44:46because if you don't love yourself properly, you'll accept people valuing you lord than
- 44:57you should. So, oh, if you're if you're not in a church,
- 45:01or you're in a church where you know you don't fit, find a
- 45:06place where you can be healed. Those places aren't looking for you to be
- 45:12a member. They're looking for you to be healed. When you get healed,
- 45:15they know you're gonna leave. That's a difference in mindset. So if
- 45:20I have a minister does healing, I expect people will come that may never
- 45:23stay. That I'm not collect I'm not collecting people. It's not a plantation,
- 45:30not a country club. My specials get you here. When you get
- 45:32healed. I mean the church is backwards. Nobody go to the hospital just
- 45:37lives there. You're here because you're not well. When you leave, when
- 45:42you feel better, you're going to leave. Some people are going to stay
- 45:45and work at the hospital, so you're gonna volunteer at the hospital. But
- 45:51not everybody comes to the hospital's just supposed to take up a bed and just
- 45:53stay there forever. To say, oh, I'm gonna go from a patient
- 45:57to a nurse or you know what I'm saying. That's good. So them
- 46:00saying you're looking when people are saying what do I look for? Now?
- 46:04Look for a healthy leader. Don't look for a healthy church. Look for
- 46:07a healthy leader, because people are called to leaders, not churches. That's
- 46:15a mistake. We were raised saying you gotta go to church and they can
- 46:20smoke, they can sleep, I do all the kind of stuff a long
- 46:22we wear church. They weren't healthy. It was just we had to go
- 46:27to church on Sunday. Well, I don't just want to go. I
- 46:30want to find a healthy person to connect to. When I find a healthy
- 46:34person, they will make mistakes. I can overlook it. They'll make bad
- 46:39choices. I'll still overlook it. But if we really connect, I know
- 46:43you have my best interest and I got yours. Even when I leave,
- 46:47we'll still be related because I don't leave the leader. I just leave where
- 46:53I'm living. And that goes back to your family. When you left your
- 46:57mother and father's house, it didn't change your relationship. He just live somewhere
- 47:00different, but relationship. So I'm saying it's all based off relationship. So
- 47:06you ask, how do people know stop looking for a good church. Find
- 47:12you a good leader. That leader can tell you because a healthy leader.
- 47:15There are people who sell the people churches that they say I thought I mentioned
- 47:21them a good leader. I don't have to be your pastor to do my
- 47:23gift towards you, and I tell them, let your pastor know that I'm
- 47:29involved. There's no compation. It doesn't because if I'm not your pastor,
- 47:35then we have different roles. I'm secure enough to know that's not my role,
- 47:39and so healthyness. Don't move past it too fast. You just said
- 47:45something that I need for I really want the listeners to understand why, Like
- 47:52even when you were talking about dating, when we're talking about the church,
- 47:57pastor all stuff like that, and it's like, why do I have to
- 48:00identify that role. There was a moment and I always get emotional when I
- 48:07talk about this, because like the things you've done for me is like the
- 48:14ways you've made things make sense for me, It's like just beyond. So
- 48:17I remember we was on the couch that was at the not this house,
- 48:22but the other house with Pastor Mayle Louis loved Pastor Meo and both of y'all
- 48:28were having a conversation with me, and you just ran like we having a
- 48:31regular conversation, y'all like like I don't know who were talking about his kool
- 48:37Aid, lentils, somebody cook that they I don't know what we were talking
- 48:40about, but he randomly asked me, who is uh? Who is coach
- 48:49d to me? And for those that know me and follow me on my
- 48:52platform, everyone knows that I've introduced her as not only my coach, but
- 48:57my spiritual mother. I wouldn't. I would have never done that if I
- 49:01didn't. I wasn't. My relationship was challenged then, and I started taking
- 49:07a fish to it. And I loved Apostles because he was like, I
- 49:09be ready for the I be ready for the fight. I'm ready. I'm
- 49:13ready for the hands. I'm ready for whatever you try to do me,
- 49:15because I'm still gonna say what I said. He kept repeating himself. He's
- 49:17like, so, do you know what a coach is? Do you know?
- 49:22Because I didn't grow up in that. I didn't grow up with my
- 49:23dad having a coach or a spultial mother or father. I didn't grow up
- 49:28understanding, so all this language is new to me. So he set me
- 49:30down and I said, I said, nah, why are you asking me
- 49:36this? Because I'm like, I'm finna fight because I'm at this point folks
- 49:38acting like I'm sucking a woman told or something like that. So I thought
- 49:43he was trying to come at me like that. So then so then he,
- 49:45you know, further explained to me that he didn't disagree that she wasn't
- 49:51supposed to be in my life. He said, I missed. I'm not
- 49:54appropriating the relationship, so what why why is it important to do that?
- 50:00So I wrote a new book, chameless plug no please advertised book. Because
- 50:04we look at we like him. Know, it's called your signed Seat.
- 50:07Now this this might change everything. We say, we have to wrap it
- 50:10up. Your signed seat the seat people occupy determines the role, the responsibility
- 50:16to and the thart that they have. So you have to know where people
- 50:21are seating. We're in this room, we're seated at the table. Everybody's
- 50:27room could be in the room but may not get a chance to talk because
- 50:30they were have a seat at the table. So we have to really know
- 50:37who is seated, where we seated. And so here's the thing coach d
- 50:46had. Let's see, how do I how would I say this for those
- 50:50who may not know you had her in your life, but you hadn't seated
- 50:54her. She was in there, and because she didn't know what seat she
- 51:00occupied, you didn't know what role she was playing. You didn't know what
- 51:04authorities she had, nor did you know what the responsibility she was supposed to
- 51:07have to you. That's so good and so it's not a chair you seated
- 51:12her at this seat that she could fully do something for you. And so
- 51:19we have to be able to find relationships and roles, not because people are
- 51:22insecure, but you don't get responsibility authority unless you operate a certain seat.
- 51:29If there were ten people at this chair, if there were ten people at
- 51:31this round tail, if there were ten people in here, I would walk
- 51:36in and know who's in charge based off who's sitting in the right seat.
- 51:42So our problem is we put people in the wrong seat in our lives.
- 51:47We let them occupy the wrong seat. You hate the person you're dating,
- 51:52but you gave them the seat of a spouse. Well, because you gave
- 51:57them that seat, now they're doing the things you don't want them to do.
- 52:04It's okay, this it gets it gets a little chint sometime, y'all.
- 52:07Y'all pray it gets a little chints, it gets a little chance.
- 52:13Yeah, that's good. We had a commercial station break. It was a
- 52:16little earthquake, little earthquake, little rumble. We don't, we don't,
- 52:22we don't. We don't like how they're treating us, but we gave them
- 52:24that seat. And because we gave them the seat of a spouse, they're
- 52:29treating us like they're our spouse. We don't, we don't, but but
- 52:31we put them in that seat. So you have to put seat people at
- 52:37the right place. And it's only in the church. We don't like it.
- 52:42And man, when I wrote this book, it messed me up,
- 52:45messed me up on the inside because in kindergarten, your first there of kindergarten
- 52:50you' getting a sign seat, you get on the airplane, you gotten a
- 52:54sign seat. You go to a football game, you pay for a certain
- 52:59seat. If you work in a company, there are assigned seats. It's
- 53:07only when it comes to spiritual matters. We don't want to assign people.
- 53:12We just we just want to be That sound like a good book. Yeah,
- 53:17So that's why I wrote it, because I got the revelation we're sitting
- 53:21in heavenly places. If you don't know that's your seat, then you'll fight
- 53:24stuff. You won't know your response, you will know your thoughts because you're
- 53:28sitting in the wrong seat, fighting a fight you cannot win until you sit
- 53:32in a seat of victory. It makes it makes world of difference. If
- 53:37I'm sitting in heavenly places, then most of the other stuff folks doing this
- 53:39is really beneath me. They're doing stuff I don't entertain of why that's beneath
- 53:45me. I'm seated up here. That stuff you doing, that's foolish,
- 53:47that's down there. So if you don't know where you're sitting, that's why
- 53:52I said, we there's some basic things. That's why we gotta teach people.
- 53:55You're seated in heavenly places. You know what I'm saying. So as
- 53:59a leader, you it may not be working well, but you're seated properly.
- 54:02Just stay in your seat because if you're in your right seat, it's
- 54:07gonna work out. You can't quit. But you need another leader sometimes come
- 54:08alongside you and say, hey, maybe you're looking get it wrong because I
- 54:15love now I like Starbucks. Let me hide my little brain on by send
- 54:19me nothing because you know, you know the turkboat. They don't like th
- 54:22Bucks. They said Bucks a trip, Yeah, they say, But I
- 54:28tell them all the designers they wear they should start wearing clothes too, And
- 54:31they ain't say either. But that's a whole nother story. So check this
- 54:35out real quick. I want I want to say this. I want to
- 54:37do this analogy. This is a cup of Starbucks, right, what do
- 54:42you see? Look at this cup? What do you see? Starbucks?
- 54:45Okay, but what do you see on the cup? Words? From where
- 54:50I'm sitting, I see a logo? Hm hmm. This is gonna makes
- 54:53sense. There's a race. Tell me this makes sense. We're looking at
- 54:58the same thing. But depending where I'm seated will change what I see.
- 55:08So so that I'm saying, we're sitting at this we're looking at that thing.
- 55:13We're looking we're looking at the same thing. But we have and so
- 55:16that the seat gives you different perspectives. The sea gives you different or outlook.
- 55:23The thiet will give you different revelations. The seat will give you a
- 55:28different annoyty. The sea where you are. I ain't got to shout in
- 55:34this place. Oh my god, deliray, deseil ray. We gotta get
- 55:37this book. That's why you gotta get connected other people who have a different
- 55:43seat than yours, because they can see what you can't see. We can
- 55:45look at the same problem. I see a solution. You see stress.
- 55:49It's our difference from where we're seated. That's why we can't be one man
- 55:53chained no more. Oh I felt my help coming so oh I felt this
- 56:01was not No, this wasn't I'm gonna tell you after we stopped recording what
- 56:07I said, I was gonna say and do, but this was not the
- 56:13plan. But I'm so glad because you you taught us well, you taught
- 56:16us look, yeah, yeah, I think what really set me free,
- 56:23though, was when he was talking about you're looking for a leader and not
- 56:27a church, but which makes sense, Like, you can go to a
- 56:29church and that's literally what you're doing. You're just going to the church.
- 56:31But when you're responsible, when you're accountable or submitted to an actual leader,
- 56:37then the words that they're saying you will actually go apply. So you're not
- 56:40just going, you're now transforming and changing and becoming a better person. You
- 56:45know what I'm saying makes sense to me. Yeah, yeah, this is
- 56:47why I know you. I'm talking mental health this month. This is why
- 56:51you have conversations. When you look at you, you see fine. When
- 56:53I look at you, I see off. We're seated differently, so we
- 56:58see differently. Yeah, I mean we we gotta have this integrity to say,
- 57:00wait a minute, let me be authentic enough to look at other views.
- 57:06That's what's wrong with our country. We're sitting from our angle looking at
- 57:09it this way, and it's because that's what we see, we're fighting for
- 57:13it. But to the person on the other side of the country, what
- 57:15they see is real too. Who to say, who's wrong? Or can
- 57:20we just learn that different views depend on where we're seated, and if we
- 57:23can respect the different views different of roles, we might get to solve a
- 57:28problem because I see what you see, but you see it from a healthier
- 57:31view. You have a solution. I'll digress. I'm hold enough not need
- 57:36credit. But we can't do that if we're not healthy and whole. So
- 57:39we really need to develop mature leaders to understand that life is not just two
- 57:46or three dimensional anymore. There are many facets. And to this my conclusion,
- 57:52to the person who loves jewelry looking inside of a diamond, there are
- 57:58many facets to it. You may not find a flaw in any side,
- 58:06but a person on the right side, with the right experience, the right
- 58:07skills, with the right eye can look and see a flaw in the third
- 58:13cut. They're all right, But our different experiences, our different gifts are
- 58:19different everything just cause us see differently and we can't reject the people see stuff
- 58:23different than us. So we need a whole, healthy, balanced team leadership.
- 58:29And for all the millenniers and entrepreneurs and the generation exers and wires,
- 58:34hear me. Don't surround yourself with people who agree with you. That's your
- 58:38biggest demise. You need people who disagree with you, because if they agree
- 58:45with you, they're no good to you. I need people who see what
- 58:47I don't see and say, hey, we about Tomouf for Cliff, Why
- 58:51because you're seeing it differently. So we need to build teams that are diverse,
- 58:54that not just agree with me, not do what I like, but
- 58:59I value what they see, what they bring, what they do. I'm
- 59:02hold enough when somebody says that's off, maybe you're right, maybe it is
- 59:08off. I never saw it that way. Mm hmm. That's why I
- 59:13need you, because you can see what I can't see. M hm does
- 59:19ray. I'm gonna talk to you real quick. So I know I probably
- 59:25said this to you that PG and father howld I want them to meet,
- 59:32but I'm also scared for the meet He kind of just likest that. Yeah,
- 59:40So I normally, as if a final thought talk about a lot today,
- 59:52give it to us about a lot today, and we give the space
- 59:57for I guess to you know, if there was one final thought that you
- 59:59would like to leave the listeners, what would you like? What would you
- 1:00:02like to see? Okay, yes, the final thought. Don't be afraid
- 1:00:09to look in the mirror. What you see is real, embrace it,
- 1:00:15love it, and commit to being better. If you become the best version
- 1:00:20of you there's no competition ever in that game. You shine regardless. Just
- 1:00:25be the best version of you, y'all. I'm smiling like I'm just silent
- 1:00:35because I just love I love I love Father. That was so good.
- 1:00:43This whole conversation was good. I was not expecting to go here, and
- 1:00:46I know that anything that happens on just as the podcast is needed. Whatever
- 1:00:51conversation, however, the Lord Holy Spirit. You know, I don't tell
- 1:00:54y'all this before. How you asked the quin how you can have a good
- 1:00:58conversation. I literally before, Like even Desiray was like, hey, what're
- 1:01:01you gonna be talking about? I said, I feel like I can go
- 1:01:04two ways with this, and she said, well, you know how you
- 1:01:07do. You'll say that you're talking about this, and the Holy Spirit give
- 1:01:09you something else and you start going down. It happens every time, So
- 1:01:15I don't prepare questions. I don't like, I literally don't. I've learned
- 1:01:17not to even fight against it because it goes a completely different way and God
- 1:01:22highlights where he needs to highlight. So I'm I'm grateful for you. I
- 1:01:24think the I could say on the behalf of my community, thank you so
- 1:01:28much for the push. Thank you so much for seeing the broken crane,
- 1:01:30and that part makes me thank you so much for allowing me to be me.
- 1:01:38But also I thank god that you had the sight something that was in
- 1:01:44me was something that you could identify with so we can continue to do our
- 1:01:49relationship and so I love you like real hard. You know what I want
- 1:01:52people to do, It's a shameless plug. Go ahead. I want to
- 1:01:57become sponsors of the show. That what I wanted to do. They asked
- 1:02:01me what can they do? I hear people saying what can I do?
- 1:02:04What can I do? What can I do? I want to become a
- 1:02:06sponsor of the show. That's what I wanted to do. If y'all want
- 1:02:09to do anything for me, become a sponsor of the show. Because if
- 1:02:15we recognize the real prophetic is not seeing what's seen, is seen, where
- 1:02:23something is going and getting in on it before it gets there. That's how
- 1:02:27people do well in the stock market. That's why we need to recognize where
- 1:02:30this is going. And if people recognize where this is going, may be
- 1:02:34wise to get in on it before it get there. Okay, because once
- 1:02:37we get there, the values to hiw you can't afford me no more.
- 1:02:43So if I would you, I become an original investor, and then it's
- 1:02:49a difference because one hundred twenty years ago, people who would have put ten
- 1:02:53dollars in an apple would be millionaires. Right now, ten dollars an apple
- 1:02:58will get you nothing. So we need to see where something's going before it
- 1:03:01gets there, sponsoring invest in it so that when it is there. That's
- 1:03:07all I'm telling people said this with a smile. Yes, yes, I'm
- 1:03:13swelling so hard right now. I love, I love y'all. This is
- 1:03:17my father Howell, and I am so grateful that he's all here. And
- 1:03:22I didn't tell her to do that, y'all. I didn't. He does
- 1:03:23what he wants to do, okay, and so I'm grateful for you that
- 1:03:28the assigned your assigned seat is available on Amazon. We will definitely put that
- 1:03:36down. Christian tea Howell dot com. It's available there. He has teaching
- 1:03:40coaching available availability there, y'all. If y'all think this was something, y'all
- 1:03:45just we gonna have to pick up the book. We have to pick up
- 1:03:47a book and read it. Thank you. That's what people. They might
- 1:03:52let me come back. You are like we had already talked about that this
- 1:03:54is not this is not the last time y'all gonna see him. We made
- 1:03:58it through this one this way, y'all. Thank you so much for listening,
- 1:04:04Thank you for watching. Until next time, Remember life could be much
- 1:04:10more simple if you just asked, thank you for tuning in to this week's
- 1:04:18episode. Since you've made it this far, you might as well connect with
- 1:04:23us on all social media platforms at the Jessica S. Smith. I know
- 1:04:28I won't see you back until next week, but until then, remember to
- 1:04:32love always yourself and always say thank God for one another day. Hey,
- 1:04:42hey, I know we could be another way. Hey, pray thank God
- 1:04:47for another day. Hey hey, I'm just thankfu for another day. Hey
- 1:04:57hey another day? Oh, another day wise, another day to get it
- 1:05:01right, another day to rise up, another day living, another day.
- 1:05:04We loved ones. I always remember holding down for a ball one yup
