- 0:14Speaker 1: No lower lo. Welcome to the Naughty but Nice House
- 0:18Speaker 1: storm Shooter. It's Monday morning and we have a ton
- 0:21Speaker 1: of gossip news to get into it, So let's jump
- 0:24Speaker 1: into the show. What time is it, my friends? It
- 0:26Speaker 1: is tea time. Before we start, officially, we got to
- 0:30Speaker 1: talk about the World Cup halftime. So Tom Cruise was
- 0:33Speaker 1: there plugging his movie. I think it's fair to say
- 0:37Speaker 1: Shakira stole the entire show. Jennifer Hudson just brilliant. Justin
- 0:42Speaker 1: Bieberg got serious but maybe at the wrong moment. And Madonna,
- 0:46Speaker 1: my girl Madonna. Oh so Tom Tom looked like he
- 0:50Speaker 1: hadn't slept. It was quite weird, wasn't it. He got
- 0:53Speaker 1: on the field and he gave this sort of log
- 0:56Speaker 1: speech about peace and football and nothing makes sense to me.
- 1:01Speaker 1: I have a story of right now on my sub
- 1:04Speaker 1: stag that calls it a Ted talk. It felt like
- 1:08Speaker 1: he was given a Ted talk to the nation. Then
- 1:11Speaker 1: the Fox announcer really got to the point. They plugged
- 1:14Speaker 1: his movie Digger. Now, if Tom wants this movie to
- 1:18Speaker 1: be taken seriously, he does. He's meant to be brilliant
- 1:21Speaker 1: in this movie. He's gotta find a better way to
- 1:25Speaker 1: promote it because I think this looks a desperate all. Okay,
- 1:30Speaker 1: what happened to Madonna? So instead of singing like a
- 1:33Speaker 1: prayer that was the rumor she was going to do
- 1:35Speaker 1: like a prayer or vague common two monster hits, two
- 1:39Speaker 1: songs that you wanna hear over and over and they
- 1:42Speaker 1: always work. They would have the eighty ninety thousand people
- 1:47Speaker 1: in the stadium dancing and singing. Instead, she did music
- 1:52Speaker 1: which is about the bourgeoisie, and she sang in front
- 1:57Speaker 1: of some of the richest people the world who had
- 2:01Speaker 1: paid tens of thousands of dollars to watch the match,
- 2:04Speaker 1: So the song made no sense to me. It was
- 2:06Speaker 1: also very very short. She opened that the whole halftime extravaganza,
- 2:13Speaker 1: but she shot it in the garage, so she wasn't
- 2:16Speaker 1: even on the pitch on the field. I know people
- 2:19Speaker 1: who were there, they never saw Madonna, and I think
- 2:22Speaker 1: it was all pre recorded. And I think too, let's
- 2:25Speaker 1: be honest, I think she was lip syncing. So Madonna, Oh,
- 2:29Speaker 1: what a wasted opportunity. Just In Bieber, I thought, now
- 2:33Speaker 1: he sang Hallelujah and he did it with just an
- 2:36Speaker 1: acoustic guitar. It's just him singing, Wow, you forget how
- 2:41Speaker 1: talented he is. He really has the chops, he really
- 2:44Speaker 1: has the talent. He pulled it off. Unfortunately, it was
- 2:48Speaker 1: the wrong song for the wrong room. When you have
- 2:52Speaker 1: a crowd that big, when you have an event that
- 2:55Speaker 1: full of energy of excitement, you don't want to bring
- 2:59Speaker 1: it down a notch with a really depressing ballad. I
- 3:02Speaker 1: love a ballad, I do. My husband has written many
- 3:05Speaker 1: great ballads, but the song that made him famous is
- 3:08Speaker 1: an up tempo song. You cannot beat a dance song,
- 3:12Speaker 1: a song that people can get up and shake their
- 3:14Speaker 1: bottoms too. So justin I think you picked the wrong song,
- 3:17Speaker 1: but you did remind us how talented you are. Okay,
- 3:21Speaker 1: Dudamel the conductor. You might not know him as a
- 3:24Speaker 1: classical conductor. He's been called the new Leonard Bernstein. Tricking
- 3:27Speaker 1: idea to have him there. But I thought that whole
- 3:29Speaker 1: segment was a bit of a mess. And then do
- 3:32Speaker 1: you know what did work? I'm trying to be positive.
- 3:34Speaker 1: My goodness, we're a positive show. Jennifer Hudson, what a
- 3:38Speaker 1: vision in white. And she just stood there and she
- 3:42Speaker 1: sang the BA Jesus out of the national anthem. Her pipes,
- 3:48Speaker 1: My goodness, can she sing just phenomenal. And then we've
- 3:53Speaker 1: got to say, Shakira stole the show. So after Madonna's
- 3:57Speaker 1: weak introduction, really shot in a maybe not her fault.
- 4:02Speaker 1: She should have been on the field doing vogue, doing
- 4:05Speaker 1: like a prayer, but she shot this song in an
- 4:08Speaker 1: underground garage where she was on the back of a car,
- 4:11Speaker 1: and it was such an odd choice for Madonna. She
- 4:13Speaker 1: normally does not get that stuff wrong, but she did
- 4:16Speaker 1: that night last night. And then Justin Bieber was very dramatic,
- 4:19Speaker 1: but it was an odd choice too. The very dramatic
- 4:22Speaker 1: ballad Shakira came out and she gave. She gave the
- 4:27Speaker 1: crowd exactly what they wanted. It was high energy, it
- 4:33Speaker 1: was high fashion, it was dancing. It was pitched perfect, thrilling, sexy,
- 4:40Speaker 1: heartfelt Shakira, Thank goodness you were there. Ah, did you
- 4:46Speaker 1: enjoy it? Let me know what you think. I'm so
- 4:48Speaker 1: glad they've started to do this. I love a halftime show,
- 4:51Speaker 1: I really really did, and I love talking about it.
- 4:54Speaker 1: So let me know if you disagree. I know I'm
- 4:55Speaker 1: gonna upset some Madonna fans out there. I love Madonna.
- 4:58Speaker 1: She's the Queen. But I've seen her at her very
- 5:00Speaker 1: best and this wasn't her best, and I wanted her
- 5:03Speaker 1: to be her best. And I think a lot of
- 5:05Speaker 1: it too his song choice, Let's jump into the show.
- 5:08Speaker 1: So Harry and Meghan their royal reunion with the King
- 5:11Speaker 1: and the Queen wasn't very warm. There's a note report
- 5:15Speaker 1: out by Christopher Anderson, a really great royal writer out
- 5:18Speaker 1: of the UK, who said the private gathering at high
- 5:21Speaker 1: Road House wasn't exactly warm and fuzzy, suggesting that tensions
- 5:26Speaker 1: beneath the surface certainly did not disappear. Dir He called
- 5:31Speaker 1: her a villain. He went after Camilla in his book.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Google it today. If you've got the book, go back
- 5:37Speaker 1: and revisit the book. I bought his book and I
- 5:40Speaker 1: read it page after page, cover to cover, and the
- 5:44Speaker 1: part that was the most shocking was how brutal he
- 5:47Speaker 1: was about Camilla. He said she sacrificed him on an
- 5:51Speaker 1: altar of publicity to get better press for himself. That
- 5:55Speaker 1: stuff doesn't go away when you've said something, you've said it. However,
- 5:59Speaker 1: once she put something in writing, it is there for ever, forever.
- 6:05Speaker 1: So this meeting was not warm and fuzzy. I'm reading
- 6:08Speaker 1: some headlines that Harry and Meghan wan not true. Nothing
- 6:13Speaker 1: has changed. They've not got their security back, they're not
- 6:16Speaker 1: part time royals. They don't have a date to see
- 6:18Speaker 1: each other again. It was a meeting. I'm glad it happened,
- 6:21Speaker 1: but it has not changed their jobs. It hopefully has
- 6:25Speaker 1: changed their relationship as a family. But they're two different things,
- 6:28Speaker 1: aren't they. Anybody that's ever worked in a family business
- 6:31Speaker 1: will tell you that Charles wants a relationship with his son,
- 6:34Speaker 1: But I don't know if there's a place for him
- 6:36Speaker 1: in the institution anymore. I'm going to have a speak
- 6:40Speaker 1: story breaking on my sub set today telling you what
- 6:42Speaker 1: William and Meghan want. They want the part time royal status.
- 6:48Speaker 1: They want to be royals. They want all the perks
- 6:51Speaker 1: of being royals, but they also want to be allowed
- 6:54Speaker 1: to do their side projects, to do podcasts, to do Netflix,
- 6:57Speaker 1: to sell jam to earn money, and so they want
- 7:00Speaker 1: the royal coffers. They want the royal money, but they
- 7:02Speaker 1: also want to make their own money. And they have
- 7:05Speaker 1: figured out very very quickly. It's took them only a
- 7:09Speaker 1: few years to know that without that royal status, all
- 7:12Speaker 1: the side projects, the jams, the podcasts, the TV shows,
- 7:15Speaker 1: they don't work. We're not interested in them if they're
- 7:18Speaker 1: not royal. The only thing interesting about Harry and Meghan
- 7:21Speaker 1: is the thing they've been running away from, which is
- 7:23Speaker 1: the royal family. So they have figured that out as
- 7:26Speaker 1: a brand. They've sat down. If you are the company
- 7:28Speaker 1: and something's not working, you get consultants, you sit down,
- 7:31Speaker 1: you figure out what is not working. They've worked out
- 7:34Speaker 1: that everything started to fall apart when they stepped back
- 7:38Speaker 1: from the family. So they want to get back in
- 7:40Speaker 1: the family, but not for the family's sake. They're not
- 7:43Speaker 1: missing the family terribly. I'm sure there is some emotions there,
- 7:47Speaker 1: but what this is is a business move. They want
- 7:50Speaker 1: to be part time Royals and then they can make
- 7:52Speaker 1: a lot of money in the private sector. You'll remember
- 7:57Speaker 1: the Queen said no for this, absolute not not gonna work.
- 8:02Speaker 1: The king's much softer. I don't want to say he's
- 8:05Speaker 1: a weak man. He's a good man, but he doesn't
- 8:07Speaker 1: have a spine of steel like his mommy did. And
- 8:12Speaker 1: so maybe maybe they think that they'll be able to
- 8:15Speaker 1: convince the dad. Try convincing Camilla. He wrote about her
- 8:21Speaker 1: in his book Can You believe what. It's just. Oh,
- 8:25Speaker 1: I don't know how he's got the the hotspur to
- 8:29Speaker 1: show up in a rubed sit with her or which
- 8:32Speaker 1: brings us to our whole question of the day. Harry
- 8:35Speaker 1: and Megan's royal reunion was not warm? Are you surprised?
- 8:41Speaker 1: Did you think? Did they think that they'd walk into
- 8:44Speaker 1: High Grove House and get a big hug? Hello, we've
- 8:48Speaker 1: missed you? How are you? Kissy? Kissy? Kissy? No, what
- 8:52Speaker 1: did they think? Vote on a Twitter page at Naughty
- 8:57Speaker 1: Nice rob Go vote on a Facebook page Nordy, Josip
- 9:02Speaker 1: and mis. Sure to check back to Amaro to hear
- 9:05Speaker 1: your results. Okay, moving along, Ricky Jervevas, I have trouble
- 9:09Speaker 1: saying that last name Javares Javivas. You know who I mean,
- 9:14Speaker 1: and he's British. I should have that right by now.
- 9:16Speaker 1: It's been years. Ricky refuses to apologize for his comedy,
- 9:20Speaker 1: so he is not changing his act for anybody. He
- 9:23Speaker 1: did a new interview with the BBC and he said
- 9:25Speaker 1: I don't care if I offend. He adds too that
- 9:27Speaker 1: the backlash often makes the joke even funnier. Now, the
- 9:30Speaker 1: comedian said he has no interest in softening his jokes
- 9:34Speaker 1: to avoid offending audiences. He argues he never sets out
- 9:39Speaker 1: to provoke really, but accept that someone will always take offense.
- 9:44Speaker 1: What do you think about this one. I do not
- 9:47Speaker 1: want to offend people. I'm not like him. My DNA
- 9:51Speaker 1: were just built differently. We're not the same, So I
- 9:56Speaker 1: would hate to offend. I know I do sometimes. I
- 9:59Speaker 1: know I say stuff, but people don't agree with I know.
- 10:02Speaker 1: I've criticized celebrities, royals that you really really like, and
- 10:06Speaker 1: we think that these people are our friends. So sometimes
- 10:08Speaker 1: we take it a little bit too personally. But jokes, comedians,
- 10:13Speaker 1: Now you all know. One of my dear friends was
- 10:15Speaker 1: Joan Rivers. She really changed my career. She believed in
- 10:17Speaker 1: me before anybody else did, are on TV or in
- 10:20Speaker 1: the business. So Joan, I'm sending you oh my love.
- 10:23Speaker 1: I love John Rivers. I love a lover of love,
- 10:25Speaker 1: John Rivers. She could say some really outrageous things and
- 10:29Speaker 1: I accepted them because I loved Joan. I don't love Ricky,
- 10:32Speaker 1: and so when he says cruel things, I think they're cruelty.
- 10:35Speaker 1: I just said it. I didn't say funny things with Joan.
- 10:37Speaker 1: I would have said when Joan says funny things. I
- 10:40Speaker 1: don't think they're cruel. I didn't even give Ricky then
- 10:43Speaker 1: the benefit of the doubt. I just said when he
- 10:45Speaker 1: says cruel things because I don't like him. I don't
- 10:48Speaker 1: love him like I love Joan. So I think if
- 10:51Speaker 1: you love the comedian, you let them say it. If
- 10:54Speaker 1: you don't like them, then you think it's offensive. Now,
- 10:57Speaker 1: there's certainly things that can be said that just so outrageous.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Those roasts, oh my goodness, they're a little too rough
- 11:04Speaker 1: for me. Politics is a little too rough for me.
- 11:07Speaker 1: I'm already but nice. I do like to be nice,
- 11:10Speaker 1: I really really do. Sometimes I pull my punches with
- 11:13Speaker 1: my reporting. If I find out something that's just too
- 11:16Speaker 1: awful or too sad, I try to say it in
- 11:18Speaker 1: a nice way. I really do. I am a reporter
- 11:22Speaker 1: and it is my job to tell the truth, and
- 11:24Speaker 1: I take that very seriously. But you can tell the
- 11:27Speaker 1: truth in a way that's not vile. You don't have
- 11:30Speaker 1: to be nasty, do you anybody that reads my substack,
- 11:33Speaker 1: I hope you agree with me. It's naughty, it's nice,
- 11:37Speaker 1: It's full of gossip, but it's not mean. Perez used
- 11:40Speaker 1: to do that. I don't think he does it as
- 11:41Speaker 1: much anymore. But when Perez Hilton started, I was a publicist.
- 11:45Speaker 1: I was not in the journalism. I was not in
- 11:47Speaker 1: the gossip business back then. In fact, I was on
- 11:49Speaker 1: the opposite side of the cory, and I was protecting
- 11:51Speaker 1: celebrities from people like Perez. He was too mean. He
- 11:55Speaker 1: was just too mean for me. Ricky a little mean.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Where are you on, Ricky? Somebody who is not mean
- 12:01Speaker 1: and can certainly tell a very funny joke. Kelly Clarkson,
- 12:05Speaker 1: she was in Vegas since she was joking that NBC
- 12:07Speaker 1: cannot fire her anymore. So she has her residency in Vegas,
- 12:11Speaker 1: and she quote quipped quote I would get fired by
- 12:15Speaker 1: NBC for something that she left, but I don't work
- 12:18Speaker 1: there anymore. You would never, ever, ever do anything to
- 12:22Speaker 1: get fired at NBC. Her crew loved her. Everybody that
- 12:25Speaker 1: did the show absolutely loved her. I've been backstage at
- 12:28Speaker 1: that show a few times. It's a really, really lovely place.
- 12:32Speaker 1: You can tell when you walk into a bar, a home,
- 12:36Speaker 1: a TV show, You feel the volubes, don't you. You
- 12:39Speaker 1: know if you're in a cool place, you know you're
- 12:41Speaker 1: in a fun place. When I used to go to
- 12:43Speaker 1: the Ellen show. I knew it was miserable just pulling
- 12:45Speaker 1: up in the car park. In the parking lot, everyone
- 12:48Speaker 1: was nasty. When you walked into the studio, backstage, the
- 12:52Speaker 1: dressing rooms, everybody was walking on eggshells. And it's because
- 12:56Speaker 1: they were all frightened of Ellen. And the reason they
- 12:58Speaker 1: were frightened of Ellen is she was I am monster.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Do you know who else has that? Jimmy Fallon? It
- 13:04Speaker 1: is not a happy show. When you go to the
- 13:06Speaker 1: Jimmy Fallon show, all you are walking on eggshells. The
- 13:11Speaker 1: nicest set that I've been on in a while is GMA.
- 13:15Speaker 1: I did GMA when my book came out. What was
- 13:17Speaker 1: that the end of April and so a couple of
- 13:19Speaker 1: months ago. My goodness, what a great environment. You walk
- 13:23Speaker 1: in security, take you to the makeup room. Everybody in
- 13:27Speaker 1: hair and makeup is smiling, and that you bump into
- 13:29Speaker 1: celebrities Michael Strahan, George Stephanopolis, it's just the most amazing place.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Tamer and hallworks there, all the ladies that the view
- 13:36Speaker 1: work there, and it's just buzzing with positive energy. You
- 13:40Speaker 1: can tell. You can tell Carey's show was a d lighter.
- 13:45Speaker 1: I think she's gonna miss it, but now she said
- 13:47Speaker 1: she can spend more time focused on her children. Oh,
- 13:50Speaker 1: I love her. Adam Sandler's role at Taylor Swift and
- 13:54Speaker 1: Travis Kelsey's wedding left guests stunned. So I've been talking now,
- 13:58Speaker 1: it's been about a couple of weeks since they got married,
- 14:01Speaker 1: and I've been talking to more people who attended, and
- 14:03Speaker 1: they said when Adam walked out to officiate the ceremony,
- 14:07Speaker 1: everybody burst out laughing. They thought it was a comedy bit.
- 14:12Speaker 1: They thought he was doing that as a joke, and
- 14:15Speaker 1: then quickly everybody realized, oh my goodness, this is real.
- 14:19Speaker 1: It's unusual, isn't it. This wedding I slam and got
- 14:22Speaker 1: my head completely around it. The Taylor that I think
- 14:25Speaker 1: we all thought we knew that we loved wouldn't have
- 14:28Speaker 1: had this type of wedding. So maybe we just don't
- 14:30Speaker 1: know Taylor that well. Maybe this was Travis's influence. I
- 14:34Speaker 1: know they wanted some celebrity who represented Travis, because let's
- 14:38Speaker 1: be honest, every other celebrity was there for Taylor. They
- 14:41Speaker 1: were friends. They are friends to Adam Sandler and Travis
- 14:45Speaker 1: did a movie together, so that was I think to
- 14:47Speaker 1: sort of say you're part of this too, but everybody
- 14:50Speaker 1: started to laugh. Not a good look at all. There's
- 14:55Speaker 1: something about that wedding that's comical, isn't it? Now? Looking back,
- 14:59Speaker 1: I'm not angry, I'm not happy. I'm just like, oh
- 15:02Speaker 1: my goodness, it was ridiculous. I think that's where the
- 15:07Speaker 1: guests signed out too. Oh there's nothing worse, isn't there
- 15:09Speaker 1: that people laughing at you? Or I do want to
- 15:11Speaker 1: be cruel, and I want to cruel, but that wedding
- 15:13Speaker 1: was so odd. Who gets married at Madison Square? Dirty garden?
- 15:18Speaker 1: It's an awfully dirty place. People in New York don't
- 15:21Speaker 1: want to go anywhere near it unless your favorite pop
- 15:24Speaker 1: star is performing. Not getting married there. Okay, we're going
- 15:27Speaker 1: to take a quick, cheeky break and we will be
- 15:30Speaker 1: right back. Welcome back to that or do that? Nice?
- 15:33Speaker 1: Am your house? God shooter, Hey, let's get to the polls.
- 15:37Speaker 1: The dud du Lasher we talked about, really frighteningly, a
- 15:43Speaker 1: crazed intruder who was hunting for l Roca, and they
- 15:47Speaker 1: stormed the Today Show. They got into the show, They
- 15:50Speaker 1: didn't get onto the set, but they did get into
- 15:52Speaker 1: where the stairwell. Is I know that place very well?
- 15:55Speaker 1: Should security be fired? Ninety percent said yes, they have been.
- 15:58Speaker 1: One security person has been fired. Now there is an
- 16:01Speaker 1: overhaul of security at NBC to figure out and to
- 16:05Speaker 1: make sure this never ever happens again. And now it's
- 16:10Speaker 1: time for a Nicest of the Day and nicest of
- 16:15Speaker 1: the day. Andy Cohen goes Instagram official with his boyfriend
- 16:19Speaker 1: Kevin Sebawski. Oh that's a cute name. So Andy is
- 16:22Speaker 1: taking the romance with Kevin to the next level by
- 16:25Speaker 1: making it Instagram official. Math you know anything about Andy,
- 16:28Speaker 1: He lives for social media. He has millions of followers.
- 16:31Speaker 1: He has more people follow him listen to him on
- 16:33Speaker 1: social media than on his TV show. Honestly, he's got
- 16:36Speaker 1: a massive social media presence. So to pop Kevin up there,
- 16:39Speaker 1: it's a big deal. He shared a photograph of them smiling.
- 16:42Speaker 1: It was a recent date night. They've been together now
- 16:45Speaker 1: over a year. They met at a Fourth of July
- 16:48Speaker 1: party and he said they still have not had a fight.
- 16:51Speaker 1: And he calls him strong and smart and kind, and
- 16:54Speaker 1: reveals too that he's even got close with Andy's two children.
- 16:58Speaker 1: So a big deal here. Wishing them the best. I'd love.
- 17:01Speaker 1: I love love. I want everyone to find some happiness,
- 17:03Speaker 1: find a little bit of love. Kevin seems like a
- 17:06Speaker 1: really nice guy, and he's tricky and is not an
- 17:08Speaker 1: easy person. So I hope Kevin knows that too. Andy'd
- 17:12Speaker 1: be nice being nice. Don't introduce him to those housewives.
- 17:18Speaker 1: That's always the kiss of death. If I introduce you
- 17:21Speaker 1: to those a warful housewives, it's not good. So far,
- 17:23Speaker 1: he's kept them away. He's kept Kevin away from all
- 17:26Speaker 1: those ladies who he has introduced him to. And this
- 17:28Speaker 1: is why you know that this is serious. Is his
- 17:31Speaker 1: famous friends Kelly Ripper, Sarah, Jessica Parker, Anderson Cooper. And
- 17:35Speaker 1: I'm told they all love him. What a cute couple.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Beautiful beautiful picture. Hey, don't forget to vote on today's
- 17:41Speaker 1: Paul go to ad Twitter page at Naughty Nice rab.

- 17:48Speaker 1: woman fuzzy. Ah, you're surprised. I don't think I am.

- 18:18Speaker 1: It's this relationship that they have and how toxic it
- 18:21Speaker 1: really is. The Sun feels like he has to go
- 18:23Speaker 1: on the internet to defend his mom. It was a
- 18:25Speaker 1: really crazy, crazy rumor that Brittany had been cloned. He's
- 18:30Speaker 1: nineteen years old, and it feels the need to address this.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Ignore it, my friend. If you're going to start responding
- 18:36Speaker 1: to everything said about Brittany on the internet, your head's
- 18:39Speaker 1: going to explode. It's too complicated. This is one of
- 18:42Speaker 1: the reasons that the Suns begged Brittany to stay off
- 18:46Speaker 1: Stay off social media. Start posting those wacky videos where
- 18:50Speaker 1: she's half naked dancing with knives. Don't do it because
- 18:54Speaker 1: that provokes comments, and comments provokes feelings in these young men,
- 19:00Speaker 1: and they want to defend their mom, when in the
- 19:03Speaker 1: process they just make the story even bigger. Makes me
- 19:07Speaker 1: so sad. This relationship, the situation, and what is the day.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Let's end with a moment of rub you rub you
- 19:14Speaker 1: rub your a rub for twenty minutes. Will you give
- 19:15Speaker 1: you all the celebrity news, but for a moment, just
- 19:18Speaker 1: a moment, We're a little bit more serious. The gap
- 19:21Speaker 1: between who you are and who you want to be
- 19:25Speaker 1: is filled by things you don't feel like doing. Let
- 19:29Speaker 1: me explain. Anyone can take action when they're excited, but
- 19:33Speaker 1: growth happens when you're tired, when you're uncomfortable, when you're
- 19:38Speaker 1: tempted to quit, and you choose to keep going anywhere.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Discipline isn't about feeling inspired now. It's about honoring the
- 19:48Speaker 1: promises you made to yourself. When you don't feel inspired,
- 19:52Speaker 1: every workout, every difficult conversation, the early mornings, the extra
- 19:56Speaker 1: effort that you need to do. That is where you
- 20:01Speaker 1: are going to change your life. Your future is shaped
- 20:06Speaker 1: less by how you feel today and more by what
- 20:10Speaker 1: you do despite those feelings. I wake up this morning
- 20:15Speaker 1: a little bit groggy, and so I went out last
- 20:17Speaker 1: night with Bruce and some friends for another birthday dinner.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Thank you, Thank you, thank you. Wake up this morning
- 20:21Speaker 1: little groggy. Didn't feel like going for a walk, didn't
- 20:24Speaker 1: feel like recording your show, didn't feel like jumping in
- 20:27Speaker 1: and so I forced myself to do it and now
- 20:30Speaker 1: I feel great. Hey, that is it for today. Thank
- 20:33Speaker 1: you so much for listening to the Naughty but Nice
- 20:36Speaker 1: with Rob and Nortise. You're the co host to day.
