British PM appoints former defense secretary Healey as finance chief
British Prime Minister Andy Burnham has formed a new cabinet, appointing former Defense Secretary John Healey as Chancellor of the Exchequer. Ed Miliband was appointed foreign secretary, while Shabana Mahmood remained home secretary.
