Spokane’s Garland Art Alley is getting a vibrant new addition: a massive 8x8-foot mosaic mural made of 350 hand-painted tiles, each just $20 to create. Anyone — kids, seniors, artists, or beginners — can paint their own tile (family-friendly, no politics) and see it become part of a stunning public artwork at 2nd Wind Espresso.
