Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: If I go to get plastic surgery for something in my body, if I don't do any of the work, or if I don't actually truly feel beautiful, that is not gonna do anything.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: Not gonna do anything.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna create the sexy within because sexy is actually a frequency and vibration, I believe, within.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: It's that essence of just it is.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: And it's fucking love.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: It's spicy and it's juicy.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: And it's not because my legs look this way or my breasts just fall this way.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: It's like none of that matters.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: It is just this being.
- 0:51SPEAKER_02: Please understand we are not therapists.
- 0:54SPEAKER_02: We are simply sharing from our own journey and experience.
- 0:58SPEAKER_02: Welcome back to the erotic spirit podcast.
- 1:01SPEAKER_02: My name is Angela Shelby.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: And I'm Jenna Lee.
- 1:04SPEAKER_02: And today we're talking about what if everything you learned about sexy is wrong.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, what if?
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: What if everything you learned and what is being out there as hypersexualization, if that is actually manipulating what you believe about sexy and sexuality and sex?
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: Stick around and find out.
- 1:30SPEAKER_02: Oof.
- 1:31SPEAKER_02: So I when I started on this journey of being an advocate for sexuality in general, it all started from my own stuff and you know, sexually repressed culture of Catholicism and being really a sexual person and strapped into that culture.
- 1:55SPEAKER_02: And it was looking for a way out of that and redefining what sex was for me.
- 2:03SPEAKER_02: And in meditation, I got this message that sex has a soul, that the energy of sex has a soul.
- 2:14SPEAKER_02: And that so much of what we do is such a disservice to that soul.
- 2:22SPEAKER_02: And I was like, well, that's so interesting.
- 2:25SPEAKER_02: So I started paying attention to what does sexuality a disservice, in my opinion.
- 2:33SPEAKER_02: And what is real sex?
- 2:36SPEAKER_02: What is real sexuality for me?
- 2:38SPEAKER_02: What is my opinion on that?
- 2:41SPEAKER_02: What is my feeling on that?
- 2:44SPEAKER_02: And in my journey, I realized that hypersexualization is not sex.
- 2:51SPEAKER_02: That hypersexualization and like the media and our culture in general and how it's used to sell stuff has really nothing to do with real sex at all.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 3:05SPEAKER_02: And real sexuality at all.
- 3:09SPEAKER_02: And that it's kind of like this strange animal that has grown out of our sexual weirdness.
- 3:18SPEAKER_02: And the sexual weirdness that we find ourselves in as a culture, because we have all this hypersexualization.
- 3:30SPEAKER_02: Um, from cars to perfume to soda to like you name it.
- 3:35SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 3:35SPEAKER_02: We use it.
- 3:37SPEAKER_02: And yet it's not okay to directly talk about sex.
- 3:41SPEAKER_02: It's not okay to talk about like the ins and outs of sex or the reality of sex or what real intimacy is like or what real sexual experiences are like, just real sex for humanity.
- 3:57SPEAKER_02: And so it's like this weird fantasy has grown out of it.
- 4:02SPEAKER_02: And it's allowed, it's allowed people who want to manipulate us into buying what they have or looking at what they have.
- 4:16SPEAKER_02: It's allowed them to define what sexy is for us.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 4:20SPEAKER_02: Uh without ever actually really addressing the heart of sex.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 4:27SPEAKER_02: It's so it's it's like this weird, I don't know, this weird fantasy lamination that's like slapped over society.
- 4:36SPEAKER_02: It's the weirdest thing.
- 4:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 4:38SPEAKER_02: Like I don't look at commercials the same at all anymore.
- 4:41SPEAKER_02: Like it's this pure fantasy, and it's not even like real sex or real connection in any way, shape, or form.
- 4:47SPEAKER_02: Like now that for me, I've touched the soul of sex for myself and that energy, that just awesomeness, I'm like, what the fuck is this?
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: There is there's such a truth to the psychology of marketing.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: I learned it as I went to college for uh business concentration marketing, and all these classes talk about the psychology of what is being sold out there.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: So when we talk about, you touched on all the gold nuggets, literally, of we don't talk about sex as a society, it's taboo.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: And yet, in the marketing, in the psychology, you get into the subconscious of someone who they they want this life.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: And they touch on it, and then there's this car with this sexy woman, and the opportunity that if you buy the car, you get the life with this sexy woman and this the beautiful sex and all the stuff with it.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: And what is happening is the psychology behind is pulling on these strings of this taboo topic that no one talks about out in the open as much.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: Now, I know we're bringing conversations out, but they're not.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: And so it's like we're gonna tug on these strings.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: Oh, this is in the subconscious, we're gonna pull it out.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: This is the life you get.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: We're gonna give you this belief system.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: And then meanwhile, you get the car.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: Did your life really change?
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 6:19SPEAKER_02: It's like if you if you buy this car, if you get this perfume, you will have free sexual expression.
- 6:26SPEAKER_02: You will be sexy.
- 6:27SPEAKER_02: This part of yourself that you're not allowed to talk about.
- 6:31SPEAKER_02: It will, it will happen.
- 6:33SPEAKER_02: You will, you will magically change and transform if you do this, if you buy this.
- 6:40SPEAKER_02: Like that's a load of shit.
- 6:42SPEAKER_02: You like we know it, but it's the it's that you like you said, pulling on those subconscious strings.
- 6:50SPEAKER_02: And if we're feeling sexually free, like we can just be our sexual selves, that's not gonna matter.
- 6:57SPEAKER_02: It takes, it takes the power away.
- 6:59SPEAKER_02: So there's a very invested interest into keeping what we think is sexual out of our own hands and out of uh the realm of actual connection and reality, uh, and defining for people what sexy is.
- 7:20SPEAKER_02: And I it wasn't until I went on my own personal journey of what sexy is that I really started to see how manipulated we are and how much that goes on, and how much we are being told this is what sexy is, this is what attractive is, this is how you have to be in order for you to be a sexually free person, to accept that part of yourself.
- 7:50SPEAKER_02: You have to look a certain way.
- 7:52SPEAKER_02: This is how you'll be desirable, and then it will fix everything.
- 7:55SPEAKER_02: If you're desirable like this, oh, it will fix everything for you.
- 7:59SPEAKER_02: And then you get there and it's like, well, this is fixed fucking nothing.
- 8:04SPEAKER_02: Nothing has been fixed.
- 8:05SPEAKER_02: Zero fixes, zero fixes, and so then it's like, oh, well, it must have been faulty there, and then we do it again.
- 8:11SPEAKER_02: We allow it to reel us in again, and it's like, when do we stop allowing outside circumstances to define what is sexy for us?
- 8:21SPEAKER_02: And in fact, a lot of the time, I mean, it's taken a long time for me to realize that it's outside circumstances that I was allowing to determine what sexy was for me.
- 8:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 8:32SPEAKER_02: And it's like, well, what do I think is sexy for me?
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: This is a really big part, I think, of it is this outside piece.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: So it's the the value that these things are, they're pulling on the subconscious of what we haven't already processed.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: So if I have not processed that something outside of me is not actually my value, if I have not said that this car I haven't worked through these things, are not my value, that my value is here.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: And then I watch something that's actually the psychology of what a lot of people have not, a lot of people have not moved through those things.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: So now I'm telling you what's sexy.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: Now I'm telling you all these things, and these belief systems are pulling on that.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: And so then I go by it and I'm trying to play that loop out in some way, that loop of validation that something outside of me is going to prove that I am sexy, that I can have this life, that I have the money in the car, so my sex life will look exactly like this and how they told me it was gonna look.
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: Someone's not actually really thinking that, but the stories are being played out there and the hypersexualization is out there, and they know what they're doing.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: Like these companies know exactly what they're doing.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: I learned it in college.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: They they are pulling on our heartstrings and what we want, what they are projecting that we should show up as.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: And so that's where the truth of sex and sexuality and sexy starts to get distorted.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: It's not actually even truth, it's now just perceptions of all this soup and then all the unprocessed trauma too that cycles through that because we're not even talking about sex.
- 10:27SPEAKER_02: Nope, because we're not talking about it.
- 10:29SPEAKER_02: You can't talk about any of it, which is just insane.
- 10:35SPEAKER_02: But I think it's crazy that you learn that in college.
- 10:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: That it's taught.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's literally taught.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: Like there's psychology.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: You want to know exactly uh any for selling anything.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: It's not just commercials, it's like the product, this is what it it has, and this is you know who the demographics are, and this is exactly their lifestyles, but also, yes, like what are their beliefs?
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: What are their patterns?
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: And how do I uh sell them this?
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: You know, sell them that it's gonna they don't say fix them, but right, how do I sell it to them because they they need it?
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: Because they how do we make them know that they, you know, how do we force this that they need this?
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: How do we convince them that they need this?
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 11:19unknown: Yeah.
- 11:19SPEAKER_02: Which, and I don't think I don't think this is a conscious, how can we screw people over and make them feel terrible about themselves?
- 11:28SPEAKER_02: I don't think that is the mindset necessarily, but it's like it's the fallout.
- 11:34SPEAKER_02: It's how can we control these people to buy what we want?
- 11:39SPEAKER_02: We believe in our product, we think it'll help them, but how can we convince them that they need it?
- 11:44SPEAKER_02: And then I think it goes into those gray areas of, you know, we're gonna make them believe that it will make them sexy, or that they need to lose 50 pounds, or that they have to have lips this big, or they have to have this much money or this car to be, you know, their sexual selves.
- 12:05SPEAKER_02: And when reality, that has nothing to do with sex.
- 12:09SPEAKER_02: Like the idea of it has nothing to do with sex, and what is really sexy.
- 12:15SPEAKER_02: The sad part is is because of that whole human consciousness collective, if you can make enough people believe it, it steers the conscious collective, the energy of the planet.
- 12:27SPEAKER_02: And what again, the energy of the the quality of the energy we project is the quality of the energy we receive.
- 12:35SPEAKER_02: If you have enough people projecting that this is what beauty is, this is what you have to have.
- 12:44SPEAKER_02: This is not attainable because a lot of like the standards.
- 12:47SPEAKER_02: I mean, I'm a nurse, I've seen human bodies in all ways and all shapes.
- 12:52SPEAKER_02: Those standards are like a fraction of the population.
- 12:58SPEAKER_02: A fraction.
- 12:59SPEAKER_02: Their human body has so much variation, and all of it is beautiful.
- 13:04SPEAKER_02: Happy bodies are what are attractive, happy bodies.
- 13:08SPEAKER_02: So when you have enough people believing that this is the gold standard, and then you have enough people seeing that I don't meet that standard, it creates this huge, again, gap of shame, gap of lack.
- 13:25SPEAKER_02: Putting people in that state, we've talked about shame, shame is his handle.
- 13:29SPEAKER_02: You can grab it and steer anyone any way you want, because all you have to say is you know what?
- 13:35SPEAKER_02: If you do this, it will fix you.
- 13:38SPEAKER_02: You know, you grab their shame.
- 13:40SPEAKER_02: This will fix you.
- 13:41SPEAKER_02: Here you go.
- 13:42unknown: Yeah.
- 13:42SPEAKER_02: So and in the human consciousness collective, then you have this huge feeling of lack in so many people, huge feeling of shame in so many people that goes out into the universe and it creates more lack.
- 13:58SPEAKER_02: So overall, it's such a disservice to all of us, yeah.
- 14:03SPEAKER_02: To human to the human collective, but we don't see it that way.
- 14:07SPEAKER_02: It's just it's just selling the car.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: And it's sex sell, sexy sells.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: And when I hear, I mean, I've heard marketing conversations around like sex sells, and it's just it's really interesting because you talk, you can talk about it in a marketing meeting, but then you you can't talk about it at a dinner table with friends, right?
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: And have actually true conversations around things, but then we're using it to sell.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: And then there's the the sexy behind it, and then there's uh what you touched on with the shame.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: So if I'm seeing this out there, and now there's some part of me that is not accepting myself because this projection here of this is what sexy looks like, and I don't meet that.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: I don't meet anywhere, I don't look like any of that.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: And now, how am I supposed to feel about myself?
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: Now there is an opportunity to invite and sit in that uncomfortableness, but they're part of this conversation is also bringing an awareness to there's such a pull on the subconscious with these things so that we just become aware, become aware of how we feel in these experiences around marketing of products and around the hypersexualization that is already out there, become aware of that and sit with what we, what I feel is sexy, sit with that and drop into that.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: Not I need to have the car and the perfume or get the plastic surgery.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: And there's nothing to say to any of these things.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: You want to have these things because you want to have them, beautiful.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: But if I go to get plastic surgery for something in my body, if I don't do any of the work or if I don't actually truly feel beautiful, that is not gonna do anything.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: Not gonna do anything, it's not gonna create the sexy within because sexy is actually a frequency and vibration, I believe, within.
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: It's that essence of just it is, it's freaking love, it's spicy and it's juicy.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: And it's not because my legs look this way or my breasts are just fall this way.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: It's like none of that shit matters.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: None of it matters, it is just this being.
- 16:28SPEAKER_02: It's it's it's you being in touch with yourself and what you think is sexy.
- 16:34SPEAKER_02: And uh I would uh love for more people to shift the focus that way.
- 16:41SPEAKER_02: Like, what do you think is sexy for you?
- 16:45SPEAKER_02: And if the answer is I don't know, great.
- 16:49SPEAKER_02: Excellent time to go exploring.
- 16:51SPEAKER_02: Excellent time to be like, uh if I could define sexy for me, what would that be?
- 16:58SPEAKER_02: I mean, for somebody it might be, I'm gonna wear a burlap sack.
- 17:01SPEAKER_02: I think that's totally sexy.
- 17:02SPEAKER_02: You can see through it, it's great.
- 17:04SPEAKER_02: This this really came home to me how different cultures define what is sexy, what I've dated outside my culture.
- 17:16SPEAKER_02: And stuff I'm like, there's like I would never have thought of like, you know, that piece of clothing is sexy, but my partner's like, damn, I love that.
- 17:24SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, really?
- 17:26SPEAKER_02: Okay, yeah, and it's culture, it's what we were taught.
- 17:32SPEAKER_02: So the fun part, if I'm in touch, like with my authentic self, with my being, what do I think is sexy?
- 17:40SPEAKER_02: How much fun could that be?
- 17:42SPEAKER_02: Like, and it takes our power back when we do that.
- 17:46SPEAKER_02: It it doesn't, it gets rid of shame automatically because how can I screw up what I think is sexy?
- 17:53SPEAKER_02: I can't, and it changes, and it's going to change as I change, and my my body changes and where I'm at in life, and it's an ongoing creative project, not stamped on me that it must be this way, you have to fit this mold, you can only fit it between these ages, you have to stay young.
- 18:15SPEAKER_02: You know, it just what is it like?
- 18:19SPEAKER_02: Well, I, you know, I've my body's changed.
- 18:23SPEAKER_02: What's sexy for me now?
- 18:25SPEAKER_02: What do I think is sexy now?
- 18:27SPEAKER_02: So, this awesome podcast is sponsored by Enlightened Energy Works.
- 18:32SPEAKER_02: Would you like to meet your spirit guides or build a deeper connection with them?
- 18:37SPEAKER_02: If so, I have an online self-guided course with simple exercises and recommendations to help you build your connection with your spirit guides in your own way and at your own pace.
- 18:52SPEAKER_02: If you're interested, please check it out at www.angelashelby.com or click the link in the show notes.
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: I love how you said creative project because we're talking about sexy, but then it really all it's all relative when you look at sexual energy and it's all this essence of just of like really for me dropping in the body and this creativity, which is just sexual energy, which is this life force energy, and it just is all it's all flowing.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: So this energy is just beautiful essence of connection, all that is and oneness and how I want to show up.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: And how I may want to show up in this moment is could be different than 10 minutes from now, or like an hour from now, or next month.
- 19:39SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 19:39SPEAKER_02: It's creative energy, it's creative energy.
- 19:42SPEAKER_02: What was sexy 10 minutes ago may not feel sexy anymore.
- 19:46SPEAKER_02: Yes, it can change, yeah, but it's that defining it for ourselves instead of what somebody told me on a fucking commercial or what you know I learned in church what sexy is, or just anybody, anybody telling me what sexy is anymore.
- 20:05SPEAKER_02: It's like, not to me.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and it's beautiful if if you feel that way too, like, great, just let that be you.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna do my thing over here.
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: And we can have two sexies that are just as equal, but they look different.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: That's just the name of the game.
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: We're all pieces floating in the raft here, and then my raft's gonna be over here, and you're gonna be over there, and maybe we bump, maybe we don't, and we're just gonna be.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 20:32SPEAKER_02: The other thing that really gets me about how materialistically sexuality and sexy is defined in this culture is there are so many things that are just unbelievably sexy, that are invisible, that have, you know, their qualities in people.
- 20:55SPEAKER_02: Like for me, competence.
- 20:57SPEAKER_02: Competence is one of the most sexy things in existence.
- 21:01SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 21:01SPEAKER_02: I don't care if it's you know, somebody fixing the plumbing.
- 21:07SPEAKER_02: Like if you are competent at what you do and you're like a master of it, it's like, damn, hello.
- 21:14SPEAKER_02: But that's not something you can sell.
- 21:18SPEAKER_02: So it's not what is portrayed as being culturally, culturally sexy.
- 21:24SPEAKER_02: And there's like that's the real, like gritty, good stuff that you can sink yourself into.
- 21:32SPEAKER_02: It's the invisible stuff, it's not the tan, it's not the materialistic stuff.
- 21:38SPEAKER_00: Which is goes back to energy and like how you feel.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: So if someone is competent, or you know, for me, it's depth and mental stimulation and conversation.
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: I'm not a surface level gal anymore.
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna be like, I mean, I have talked about the weather and really meant it, but I mean, I get in deep real quick, and if you like it or don't, you know, but then someone who joins.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: And meets in that way.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: It's like fucking sexy.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: Like we just dropped into this other multi-universe over there.
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: And we just birthed a fucking prophecy of something.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, thank you.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: This is beautiful.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: This is fucking juicy and sexy.
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: And it's energy.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: It's energy flowing of truth.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: Truth through the body that's resonating through presence in the moment where it's just allowing and surrender of all that I am.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: And it's like, I'm just that's just dropping in hot and heavy right now.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 22:34SPEAKER_00: Bingo.
- 22:35SPEAKER_02: And yeah, and in those moments, like age falls away.
- 22:40SPEAKER_02: The extra 10 pounds falls away.
- 22:43SPEAKER_02: I have been around absolutely beautiful gold standard, just model quality people, and they open their mouth and they become the most unattractive person in the room.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:57SPEAKER_02: Based on what's coming out of them.
- 22:59SPEAKER_02: And I've had the opposite happen where I've seen someone, I am not attracted to you at all.
- 23:05SPEAKER_02: And they open their mouth and I'm like, damn.
- 23:08SPEAKER_03: Hello.
- 23:09SPEAKER_03: Hi.
- 23:10SPEAKER_02: So it's that it's so hard to define what is traditionally sexy when you are in real life.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 23:19SPEAKER_02: And so I I would like, if anybody watches this, that's my tech, that would be my takeaway.
- 23:26SPEAKER_02: You determine for you what is sexy in your life, not what you've been taught.
- 23:31SPEAKER_02: Like take, take the sexy challenge.
- 23:34SPEAKER_02: Decide what is sexy for you, not what everyone else thinks is sexy.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: Oh, I like that.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: Take the sexy challenge.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: Oh my God, I love that.
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: Uh, I would say my my takeaway, it's just it's very similar.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: Very, it's just very similar.
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: It's it's life and presence and love and joy and juicy, and just allow myself to embody those qualities that I find is sexy.
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: Embody that and show up sexy in my essence, and allow the mirrors of that to just unfold around.
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: Every time I do that, more and more I do that and drop in.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: I'm just seeing the beauty and sexiness of everyone fall in real deep.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, damn, we all fucking sexy in here.
- 24:27SPEAKER_00: Yes, I love it.
- 24:29SPEAKER_01: That's awesome.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 24:32SPEAKER_00: So, and I wanted to share.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: I know this is our uh we were doing our takeaways, but I wanted to share, and I just I didn't know how to bring it in, but we're this is our last episode filming together.
- 24:46SPEAKER_01: Yes, it is.
- 24:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I I want this is maybe more of a me moment.
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: I mean, not so much as a business transition of like, hey, this is what to expect next time.
- 24:57SPEAKER_00: Like you're you're just gonna see me up here.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: But I wanted to just share in how much I've really enjoyed filming with you, like for the last year.
- 25:10SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 25:10SPEAKER_00: It's been and for people that don't know, I don't whatever you feel comfortable sharing, we're just in transition out in your life.
- 25:18SPEAKER_02: And I am, I'm moving, I'm moving uh to a different part of the country, so it will make sitting down here doing this on a regular basis really hard.
- 25:28SPEAKER_02: But yeah, I'm I'm feeling called to the Pacific Northwest, so it's going to be an adventure for sure.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 25:36SPEAKER_02: But I'm so happy that like you're taking the reins and it's gonna continue to be awesomeness.
- 25:42SPEAKER_02: And I'm really excited to see where you take this.
- 25:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's been a journey with us at the very beginning.
- 25:51SPEAKER_00: We won't get into it.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: So, you know, we've talked about and touch about it, and just it's just evolved.
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: It just evolved from our own journeys and our own learnings, and then we've evolved and things have happened, and then we grew closer, and we like just sharing the depths of ourselves, like just and accepting all of ourselves, but being able to uh share that with someone.
- 26:13SPEAKER_00: It's just it was more than like just doing a podcast.
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: I mean, you're we were soul sisters and friends before the podcast, but it's like more than just sitting down to just talk about what we're gonna talk about in the next podcast.
- 26:26SPEAKER_00: It's been about like this is life, this is like what what's moving through, and we get to make the magic together, and it's like been the most joyous part of um my life here.
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: So I appreciate you.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: I appreciate you.
- 26:42SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 26:42SPEAKER_01: I am deeply grateful for you.
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: Oh and this this has been an adventure.
- 26:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah, truly an adventure never expected to take, but yes, yeah.
