- 0:00They can now demonstrably prove irrefutably not just to them, to
- 0:04the world. They got America by the balls.
- 0:07They've got both straights closed.
- 0:08We held all the cards. Now our guys are begging for
- 0:11meetings. It was panic because they
- 0:13realized you had gone up against an adversary.
- 0:16You had grossly miscalculated. Now what took them by surprise?
- 0:21They have the Liberation Day announcement on, I believe April
- 0:242nd. A week later, they had to fold.
- 0:29Now they didn't characterize it as folding.
- 0:31They characterize it as we're going to pause the liberation
- 0:35day. They paused it.
- 0:36To give everybody a chance to come negotiate during more
- 0:38favorable. The terror.
- 0:39Pause the deliberation day tariffs, except against China,
- 0:43because it was always the cripple China.
- 0:46We're not going to pause them, but everybody else, we're going
- 0:48to pause. Now.
- 0:48Why did they pause? Because in the aftermath of the
- 0:51Liberation Day tariffs, you had a unique event where you had a
- 0:57precipitous drop in the equity markets, S&P, Dow Jones, NASDAQ,
- 1:03likewise a drop in the value of the dollar.
- 1:06More importantly, foreign countries started dumping our
- 1:09bonds. And when you dump the bonds, the
- 1:14yield rises. It's an inverse relationship.
- 1:17So this is a week or so right there, right after.
- 1:21Seven days after initiating Liberation Day tariffs.
- 1:24We start having all these bond issues.
- 1:25When you start having issues with our sovereign debt, because
- 1:29remember we have to refinance 8 to 10 trillion, our interest
- 1:33rates shot up to 4.5. We backed up, we called it a
- 1:38pause. Now, what's nice about Trump
- 1:41that's different about Trump than anybody else is he goes off
- 1:45message and whereas a a White House with a little bit more
- 1:51discipline messaging would stay on point, well, he gets the
- 1:55freelancing. Off the beat, when he gets to
- 1:57freelancing, he gets. He'll actually tell you what
- 1:59happened. The bond market is very tricky.
- 2:01I was watching it, but if you look at it now, it's beautiful.
- 2:05Well, I thought that people were jumping a little bit out of
- 2:09line. They were getting Yippy, you
- 2:11know, they were getting a little bit Yippy, a little bit afraid.
- 2:14Unlike these champions, because we have a big job to do.
- 2:18No other president would have done what I did.
- 2:20No other president, I know the presidents, they wouldn't have
- 2:22done it and it had to be done. What was happening to us on
- 2:25trade, not only with China, but China was by far the biggest
- 2:29abuser in history. And so now as you can just see
- 2:32with the president right there, he says clearly bond market got
- 2:36a little Yippy, Yippy well. Which is him off course, Which
- 2:42is him? Him.
- 2:43Freelancing and he's projecting. And now he actually reveals that
- 2:50it wasn't necessarily just a pause because we were
- 2:52magnanimous. The bond market got a little
- 2:55Yippy. Well, our adversaries took note.
- 3:02The mighty American empire cannot withstand interest rates
- 3:08under bonds and 10 year bond above 4.5.
- 3:14It's like being in a fight. If you're in the middle of a
- 3:16fight and you've got a broken rib, you don't want your
- 3:18adversary to know that he's not going to work on the body.
- 3:22You can't let your adversary know what's the break point.
- 3:27Well, everybody saw 4.5 under tenure.
- 3:32Well, it turns out that Achilles does have a vulnerability, that
- 3:35that star does have a vulnerability.
- 3:37In order for you to be able to bring the American government to
- 3:40fold, you have to be able to trigger a sovereign debt crisis.
- 3:46China was already prepared. Iran was already prepared.
- 3:53So after we initiate Liberation Day, a week later, we pause,
- 4:00remember Trump said. And when we put into tariffs,
- 4:04anybody retaliates, we're going to double them.
- 4:08So at the top of the chart, 67% for for China.
- 4:13China says fuck you will match your tariff or tariff.
- 4:17Now the boys in Washington got whoa, whoa.
- 4:19They got into their feelings like how dare you guys think.
- 4:22Now I see this is where they don't have St. smarts.
- 4:24When you banking on your adversary to do something and
- 4:27they do the exact opposite. At that point you got to back up
- 4:30because you've made a miscalculation.
- 4:32Why are they so confident? Because they knew what they had
- 4:38single point of failure. The law guys and the NBA guys
- 4:43and the Wall Street guys didn't realize the Chinese nerds with
- 4:47the engineering degrees had found the vulnerability.
- 4:51And so when they match US tariff for tariff, Trump, Trump double
- 4:54S it. And he says fuck it, we'll
- 4:56double it too. Then Trump says we're going to
- 4:59decouple from your economy. He said, fine, we'll decouple
- 5:01too. We're going to put export
- 5:02controls on you, Bob. Oh, they played their Trump
- 5:06card. They control the production of
- 5:10rare earth metals and magnets. American industrial capacity
- 5:14requires these critical inputs from China.
- 5:17Auto manufacturing bomb. As soon as they played that card
- 5:22within literally a short period, I'm talking like within a couple
- 5:25of weeks, Ford has to start idling plants.
- 5:29The Ford CEO comes to Washington.
- 5:31Sir, we can't build trucks. Unless we get these critical
- 5:34inputs from China. All four employees are going to
- 5:38be off work. Here comes the CEO from GM,
- 5:41where we can't build cars. Here comes the CEO for Boeing.
- 5:44We can't build planes. Comes Raytheon.
- 5:47Raytheon, Lockheed Martin. You can't build submarines.
- 5:49You can't build F35. You can't build missiles.
- 5:51You can't build cars. You can't build computer chips.
- 5:55That's a single point of failure.
- 5:57So that's when Trump, that's when China went bam,
- 5:59motherfucker. You want to play?
- 6:01We've been rating for this since 18 right into our trap and this
- 6:06is how you know that the Trump that Trump is being advised by
- 6:08people who don't understand and lack St. smarts.
- 6:12It's because you don't start a fight with somebody who's in a
- 6:16position to cripple you. Like if you and your neighbor
- 6:20dislike each other. He did contentious relationship.
- 6:26Well, if you show if you come home 1 evening and as you're
- 6:29making your way to the front door, you see your neighbor out
- 6:30front. He's drunk as fuck and he's
- 6:32holding a shotgun. That's not the time to provoke
- 6:34him. No, no.
- 6:37Well, when our leadership advised the president, just like
- 6:42Biden made mistakes because he was poorly advised, you know the
- 6:45heck of a job Biden instances. Same thing with Trump because
- 6:50he's led to believe no one would dare retaliate.
- 6:52So when they put the Liberation Day tariffs, China retaliates.
- 6:56Tariff for tariff, decoupling, export control, once the CEO
- 7:02say, hey, look, we're going to have massive unemployment
- 7:05because we have to idle all the plants.
- 7:06But we know what happened when you have massive unemployment.
- 7:10What happened during the pandemic, What happened during
- 7:13the great financial crisis? In the great financial crisis,
- 7:16you had a lot a a spike in unemployment.
- 7:20When you have a spike in unemployment, what that does is
- 7:22those people are no longer able to work, that they can't make
- 7:24their mortgage payments, they can't make their car payments,
- 7:27they can't make their credit card payments.
- 7:28So by restricting the critical inputs, China's going to do
- 7:31what? Trigger a banking crisis.
- 7:33When you trigger a banking crisis, the feds got to step in
- 7:35and start printing fucking money.
- 7:37When you start printing money, what's it going to do?
- 7:38Spike inflation. You spike inflation.
- 7:40What happens? Foreign bondholders do what?
- 7:42Dump the bonds. They can trigger a sovereign
- 7:45debt crisis simply by withholding the critical inputs.
- 7:48So they hold, they withhold their precious metals and their
- 7:51magnets. And.
- 7:53And it's an absolute avalanche. So we go from being we held all
- 7:57the cards to now our guys are begging for meetings, literally
- 8:01like our Treasury Department guys crashed a meeting between
- 8:04the Chinese and another European country.
- 8:05Like please just give us a minute, Sir.
- 8:07Give us a minute. Yeah.
- 8:09Of course it was. They didn't portray it that way,
- 8:11of course. No.
- 8:12But in reality, that's what happened.
- 8:14It was panic because they realized you had gone up against
- 8:17an adversary you had grossly miscalculated, and so if your
- 8:21plan was to cripple their, to create leverage over them to
- 8:25force them to come back within the dollar denominated financial
- 8:27order, strangle the fuck and Chinese currency maneuvers you
- 8:31guys are doing. It blew up.
- 8:34They can now demonstrably prove irrefutably not just to them, to
- 8:39the world. They got America by the balls.
- 8:44Absolutely they do. So then we caved.
- 8:47That was in May of 25. They didn't characterize it as a
- 8:51cave. We caved.
- 8:53We had a meeting in October in Korea.
- 8:56Trump flies to Korea. Now, in between these two
- 9:00circumstances, after entering into the deal in May, we double
- 9:06cross them. China.
- 9:09We try to pull another stunt. We're at the last minute, we add
- 9:13a bunch of Chinese companies to a list of companies that aren't
- 9:19allowed to do business with American entities.
- 9:21Now China's like, OK, you know what?
- 9:23We are not only going to embargo the rare earth to the United
- 9:29States, we are putting in a new licensing mechanism every
- 9:34country in the world for them to buy our rare earth.
- 9:38Now keep in mind, for you to build Patriot missiles, you need
- 9:44Chinese Earths. 80% of the weapon systems in the American
- 9:47military cannot be built without Chinese earths.
- 9:53Gallium is a critical mineral, critical metal used in the
- 9:56production of some of these systems.
- 9:59China produces 99% of it. Of the gallium.
- 10:02You can't build, so how do you start a fight with the guy when
- 10:05you know? That this guy controls the
- 10:10production of your military. Instruments.
- 10:12That's how you know that the president's being misadvised,
- 10:15whether whether it's Trump, whether it's Biden.
- 10:17Well, he obviously knows all this shit now, right?
- 10:19Whoa, He learned afterwards. Yeah, yeah, they got religion.
- 10:21That's when they got religion. And so then Trump actually.
- 10:24So this is like the. Like October 25.
- 10:27October 25. So they pulled this time this
- 10:29summer, they they now the Chinese put in this new export
- 10:32licensing regime. They say any company or any rare
- 10:37earth that has dual purposes can't go to America at all.
- 10:42In fact, we're not even selling it to none of them, America's
- 10:44allies, because we don't, we don't trust that you're going to
- 10:46give it to them, right? Because that's what we did with
- 10:48the chips. You can't get the
- 10:50state-of-the-art computer chips. They said, fine, we won't give
- 10:53you the state-of-the-art for earths.
- 10:56Meanwhile, they've put a ton of money since 08, since 18 to
- 10:59developing their own chip production capacity.
- 11:02This is another one of the blow UPS in a minute.
- 11:05And so now we're saying, OK, fine, well, we'll make a deal
- 11:08with you. Remember in October 25, Trump
- 11:10even said, you know what? We've entered into the deal.
- 11:12They're going to sell us the rare earths.
- 11:13We're going to sell them the state-of-the-art chips.
- 11:15The whole thing was to stop them from getting the chips.
- 11:17Now he's like, you know what? Give them the chips.
- 11:19Yeah, no problem when that's when they started out.
- 11:22You know who has the leverage, right?
- 11:25You start the fight and you end up giving them what they want.
- 11:29So now things go very poorly for us in this circumstance right
- 11:34here the next October 25. October 25.
- 11:37We essentially fold on the trade war with respect to China.
- 11:43Everybody else, we won. UK rolled over, Europe rolled
- 11:49over. Sure, we've had a little bit of
- 11:51contentions with Canada. Yeah, I think that a little
- 11:53dicey with India, but nobody bucked the way China did because
- 11:58China was waiting and had the trap.
- 12:02And they've been setting that trap since 18, they've.
- 12:03Been setting that trap since 18. Because we when we fucked him
- 12:06over in. 18 when we sucker punched him in 18.
- 12:08So. November the Trump
- 12:09administration releases their new defense strategy, which is
- 12:12where essentially he calls, they characterize it as the Don Rd.
- 12:14doctrine. And what it means is
- 12:17essentially, Trump has stated unequivocally, we control the
- 12:22Western Hemisphere. All commerce conducted by a
- 12:29country in the Western Hemisphere will be done in a
- 12:31manner consistent with US National Security interest.
- 12:34Now, right during this time period, they start bombing the
- 12:35boats in Venezuela, these bad narcos in Venezuela.
- 12:41Bad drug guys. Now, yes, Venezuela is a
- 12:44creating this begins in the summer of 25.
- 12:47And I go on numerous other podcasts and they're like, what
- 12:50are they doing that they're setting them up?
- 12:52Nothing to fucking drugs. They're setting them up now.
- 12:56He can either. Had Maduro came out and said,
- 12:58you know what, we're going to price all our oil sales to China
- 13:02and dollar denominated transactions, Trump would have
- 13:05welcomed Venezuela back into the community of nations.
- 13:07Yep, that would have controlled the guy's destiny.
- 13:09He would have been a puppet. He'd he'd have been, he'd have
- 13:11been. You're on Team USA.
- 13:12We don't care about the drug trafficking.
- 13:13Trade your oil in dollars, we're good.
- 13:15We're good flood China would. Trade your oil in Chinese, we're
- 13:18going to replace you. You, you're going to get, I mean
- 13:20pretty much. That it's kind of much that
- 13:21simple. That's it.
- 13:22That's right. Trade your oil and U.S. dollars,
- 13:26you're good. This is why the the circumstance
- 13:29in October of 25 is the event that is well they use the term
- 13:36material. It's the event of such
- 13:39significance that it changes everything going forward.
- 13:44We had lost a trade war after we had tried to strangle a country
- 13:51to leverage them to follow what we want, and it turns out that
- 13:54they at any given time can cripple us.
- 13:56So now we go into panic mode. So was that Liberation day,
- 13:59Pete? One of the biggest fuck ups
- 14:01we've ever. Only with respect to how it was
- 14:03handled with China. Right, you know, but but
- 14:05inevitable. Everybody else know it was
- 14:06great, no. No, but I'm saying China is They
- 14:09own us. We're their bitch.
- 14:11And we, and we and we. Put them in the fucking chest.
- 14:13Here's the thing, head, if you're going to get into a fight
- 14:16with them, I'm not saying that their goal of doing this is
- 14:19isn't right. Like the last thing I want to
- 14:22see is a Chinese currency because it's going to destroy
- 14:23our economy. But if you're going to start a
- 14:26fight with them, then you have to, on the front end, spend a
- 14:29year stockpiling all of the critical minerals because in the
- 14:34event you do get into a fight and they you want to, they don't
- 14:37back down. You got to stockpile.
- 14:39Of this, you have to obviate their threat because they have a
- 14:42single point of failure. You have to neutralize that
- 14:44threat. But we went into it with hubris.
- 14:47They would never dare retaliate. The guy who's never been in a
- 14:49fight. The Yale grad.
- 14:51The Yale guy, the Harvard Law School guy, how many serious
- 14:53fights has he been in in his life?
- 14:55None. How many knife fights?
- 14:56How many gun fights? None.
- 14:58Well, he's assuming they wouldn't dare punch back.
- 15:02Look, this isn't a debating society at Yale.
- 15:06This is an existential challenge to something that is for them,
- 15:11the basis of their economy. Survival.
- 15:13Our economy is a survival. Like this is not a game.
- 15:17This is real world. Shit, this is the exercise of
- 15:20power at the first level. Like this is first order
- 15:25business. This is the winner of this wins
- 15:29dominates. Wins, and the loser of this
- 15:33loses. The loser of this becomes the
- 15:35other ones vassal, and you're going to be supporting the very
- 15:38mechanism that's used. And so for us, we had it for 50
- 15:42years, then it's losing and we got to force them back.
- 15:45Well, once we lost the war with the trade war with China, we, it
- 15:49didn't mean our guys stopped. They just had to come up with a
- 15:52alternate plan. So instead of taking on China
- 15:55directly, let's attack them indirectly by knocking out the
- 15:59legs from their three pillars, Iran, Venezuela and Russia.
- 16:04And Russia. So we that's why we continue the
- 16:07war in Ukraine. Well, no.
- 16:09So now this isn't November. They announced a new strategy in
- 16:12December. There was an event that takes
- 16:14place that hasn't been really reported a lot in the United.
- 16:16States and well, most of what you've been saying is not been
- 16:18reported. That's why it's so fucking
- 16:19brilliant. OK.
- 16:20And so in, do you know, the US maintained this fiction that
- 16:25we're going to try to help the Russians and Ukrainians.
- 16:27We're going to resolve this thing.
- 16:28We're going to be the neutral arbitrator.
- 16:29In fact, we had a meeting in in Anchorage, AK.
- 16:32Well, first of all, we're the ones shooting the missiles like
- 16:38the Russians. We could we.
- 16:39Could stop this real easy, but just stop shooting the fucking
- 16:42missile. So, like, you know, you're going
- 16:43to persuade Zelensky. Well, look, just take our guys
- 16:46out. Or stop sending them.
- 16:49Shit. So you, you were maintaining
- 16:50this fiction that we're trying to help the two parties, when in
- 16:53reality, Ukraine is a proxy war. Now, up until October 25, it was
- 17:00just essentially greed. We want to break up Russia.
- 17:04We want to either get them to sell their oil in dollars or
- 17:06better yet, even break up the country and we can loot it.
- 17:10After October 25, it now became part of Team China.
- 17:14We have to decapitate. One of the three legs.
- 17:17Big Russian leadership. Three legs, right?
- 17:19Yes, it's one of. The big ones.
- 17:22Trump had been having these conversations with Putin
- 17:24throughout the summer. In autumn, with respect to the
- 17:26Anchorage discussion in December, the Trump
- 17:34administration made arrangements to have December 25, December 25
- 17:38to have a conversation with Putin, and Putin was supposed to
- 17:43be at one of his alternate residences.
- 17:45Now he can. Russia's at war with Ukraine.
- 17:47So the movement of the Russian leadership, just like the
- 17:49movement of the Ukrainian leadership is.
- 17:52Constantly changing. Constantly changing and
- 17:54confidential. Well, there was supposed to be a
- 17:57scheduled phone call between Trump and Putin, and it was
- 18:02scheduled for Putin to call Trump at a residence in Valdai,
- 18:06which is a city in Russia. The Americans knew where Putin
- 18:11was going to be at that day. At 2:00, there's going to be a
- 18:13call. Don't tell me we fucking double
- 18:17crossed them. Somehow drones from Ukraine.
- 18:24Why don't we know about this? Came that because the American
- 18:27government has denied that they were involved in this attack.
- 18:30Drones from Ukraine just happened to come to the Voldai
- 18:37residence. Now they didn't hit because you
- 18:40had Russians. Anti Russian.
- 18:42Mission so they were able to shoot down the drones.
- 18:44But they but drones were coming. The Russians recovered the
- 18:48drones. They accessed the information.
- 18:54The information had to come from the Americans.
- 18:56How'd they know the Ukrainians knew where Putin was going to be
- 18:58at? So now the Russians bring that
- 19:01information to the Americans, CIA and the State Department
- 19:04said. Hey.
- 19:06What about this shit? You guys trying to hit Boone?
- 19:09That's not us. No, no, no, no.
- 19:11It was just a drone attack. That was the first that did
- 19:15decapitation strikes. That was the first attempt.
- 19:17Attempt they missed. Grow.
- 19:20Oh my God. OK, so now in October.
- 19:23We lose this is this is mind. Blowing in October, we lose the
- 19:26trade war, right? We activate, activate the Bravo
- 19:30plan because Alpha didn't work. Phase one, decapitate Putin, use
- 19:37our proxies to do it. We didn't do it.
- 19:39The problem is they knew where to hit the guy at that came from
- 19:42you because only you guys knew where he was supposed to be at.
- 19:47So we got Russia at. 1 So we shoot in the we put our now.
- 19:51Is Russia still mad as fuck about this?
- 19:54Russia don't. There's they don't we reserve
- 19:56the right? We got 1 coming right we.
- 19:58Already owe you for the missiles, now you're trying to
- 20:02decapitate. That's the game we're playing.
- 20:05All right. And Putin's a bad motherfucker,
- 20:07isn't? He he's, you know, KGB, but you
- 20:09know, the American, the, the Russians.
- 20:11Probably more trained than Trump.
- 20:13The Not at building golf courses.
- 20:16Well, no, but I'm talking about fucking warfare.
- 20:19Then making sure that, you know, the brakes on people's cars go
- 20:22out. I'm sure Mr. Putin's very
- 20:25talented. A few weeks later, decapitation
- 20:28strike #2. Babu, Venezuela.
- 20:30They going to Venezuela? We get that one.
- 20:32That was a success. Now it wasn't the military
- 20:36success that's been characterized because we bribed
- 20:38everybody and you didn't know. And what's interesting is like
- 20:42in the run up, this is how you know what?
- 20:43Nothing to do with drugs, because in the run up to the
- 20:47operation to capture Maduro, there was a lot of public
- 20:52posturing by the US government that that's not the legally
- 20:56recognized government because we don't recognize the Maduro
- 20:58regime as legitimate. There was an election and we're
- 21:01claiming that another person, a woman named Machado, won the
- 21:04election and you're saying that Maduro stole it, so he was
- 21:07illegitimately in power. That's why we can go into the
- 21:10country and we claim it's not an act of war, because if you
- 21:13invade another country. It's an act of.
- 21:15War to kidnap the president. It's an act of war.
- 21:18Now to the rest of the world, this is bullshit because the
- 21:20rest of the world, most of the presidents aren't legitimate.
- 21:24Right. Including ours, I mean.
- 21:25The guy in Saudi Arabia hasn't been elected, you know, the guy
- 21:29in Kuwait hasn't been elected. There's a lot of illegitimate.
- 21:31Leaders and currently in our country, we're fighting over the
- 21:332020 election. Well, I mean, there's a.
- 21:35Me saying that's that's common the.
- 21:37Legitimacy of a president doesn't turn on or, you know,
- 21:42whether he's the leader of the country doesn't turn on whether
- 21:44or not he was democratically elected.
- 21:45Correct. And so the rest of the world
- 21:48knows, OK, you're full of shit. You're using the drugs as a
- 21:51pretext. It's because now what if China
- 21:55says, you know what, we're going to go kidnap the Taiwan
- 21:57president. He wants to go for deliberation.
- 22:00We're going to we're going to call him AT word in the drug
- 22:02dealer. We wouldn't accept that.
- 22:04No. So now, now watch China, of
- 22:08course, knows what's going on. You just took a decapitation
- 22:11strike at Russia. The Russians told the Chinese.
- 22:14You're not going to believe what these fucking Americans did,
- 22:15right? They tried to set up fucking
- 22:17Putin and we shot down the drones.
- 22:19And then when we gave the information to the American,
- 22:22they got the drones. Here you go.
- 22:24Yeah, re extract, here's your drones back.
- 22:26Yeah, and here. And here's that Intel you got in
- 22:28there. That heck came from you.
- 22:30That where our guy was going to be at what particular time?
- 22:32Because you're motherfucker. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 22:35no. OK, yeah, no problem.
- 22:37Big misunderstanding. So then they of course let the
- 22:40Chinese know, hey, this is what they're doing.
- 22:43Then you go and you snatch up Maduro.
- 22:45What do we? Do with him.
- 22:47He's still in jail. He's running trial.
- 22:48And this is how you know what one it had nothing to do with
- 22:50drug trafficking because they snatch up Maduro, but they don't
- 22:54install Machado, the one that we claimed was democratically
- 22:57elected. They put, they put Maduro's vice
- 22:59in. There they want the vice
- 23:00president in there, the woman, the woman who was actually the
- 23:03one behind the drug trafficking. Maduro's the president of the
- 23:05country. He doesn't meet with Narcos, but
- 23:07you need someone who's a representative of the country,
- 23:10who has the stature and the authority to speak on behalf of
- 23:12that. We'll let your loads come
- 23:13through. We're going to want this much.
- 23:14Give us 300 per kilo, whatever the arrangement was.
- 23:17Much like Mexico. Exactly same day that Venezuela
- 23:21took the Mexican model. And so, and these meetings will
- 23:25take place in either the Mexican, like the cartel guys
- 23:27going to Venezuela or they all meet for, you know, a little
- 23:30holiday in Cuba. And so there's actually the
- 23:34majority of the DEA reporting on the Venezuelan drug activity,
- 23:37for which there was a lot. I mean, it was substantial.
- 23:41The woman that's in power today, Delci Rodriguez, she was the
- 23:44point person. So we remove Maduro and put in
- 23:48the real drug trafficker because we got leverage over her.
- 23:51And she'll do what we want. Because she can easily be
- 23:54indicted. And if she doesn't do what we
- 23:56say, delta forces come snatch her up, put her in the cell next
- 23:59to her buddy Maduro. So as soon as she takes office,
- 24:02what does she do? She says I'm going to start
- 24:04selling all our oil in American dollars.
- 24:07How amazing how that all went down.
- 24:10And we agree because here's the thing, the oil producing
- 24:13countries of the world are the countries that have surpluses.
- 24:18Like there's very, we run deficits, most countries run
- 24:20deficits. Well, the countries that have
- 24:21surpluses are the countries that are producing the commodities.
- 24:25And so the three largest oil producing countries outside of
- 24:30dollar denominated system were Russia, Venezuela and Iran.
- 24:33These were China's bedrock. Of their new.
- 24:36Financial of their financial they're parallel financial
- 24:38architecture. Well, now you take out Venezuela
- 24:41and they agree to start pricing it in dollars.
- 24:44Trump the day after, the day after they snatched up my
- 24:47doodle, he gives a famous speech where he says, look, I'm not
- 24:50trying to harm China. We're not going to deprive China
- 24:53of the oil. We want China to buy more oil.
- 24:56We want to pay for all. We want China to buy all the oil
- 24:59from Venezuela because it's in U.S. dollar, because that means
- 25:02China is going to have to stockpile all their money in
- 25:04U.S. Treasury bonds.
- 25:07So you knock out the Venezuela peg and you offer to sell them.
- 25:11Hey, we're going to sell you all the oil you want.
- 25:12You're just going to pay for them in dollars.
- 25:14They didn't say to pay for them in dollars part.
- 25:16So we like you said, it was a four part system.
- 25:18The first one is Russia. Which we didn't know about till
- 25:21you sneak that one on me last minute, Pete.
- 25:23Yeah, I didn't want to tell. You about it?
- 25:24Yeah, you can't. Yeah, I knew 2 and 3.
- 25:26Two is Venezuela. 2 is Venezuela. 3 is what we're going
- 25:29through right now, which we're going to get, we're going to
- 25:31get. You about to get to right now,
- 25:32so now you've got the second one.
- 25:33Of course, with Venezuela successful, we put in the sock
- 25:36puppet. We trade new oil in dollars.
- 25:38Yeah. And if keeping their surplus,
- 25:40they're running all their money through the United States, we're
- 25:42actually holding their money in custody.
- 25:43So their oil gets sold, we hold the money, then they come to us
- 25:46and say, hey, can we get money for hospitals?
- 25:47Can we get money for roads? Oh, we're doing that.
- 25:49Yeah, man. Yeah, we claimed.
- 25:52We've we've claimed. Look.
- 25:53That's not legal. Is it we are no longer following
- 25:56the rules based on international order.
- 25:58We are now mafia style economics.
- 26:02OK. And so now the United States, of
- 26:03course, is today the we now possess the world's largest,
- 26:10allegedly the world's largest known proven oil reserves.
- 26:14We keep it parked in the American colony formerly known
- 26:16as the government or the country of Venezuela.
- 26:18That's now our country. We own it.
- 26:20That's pretty much us. That's us now.
- 26:22Is that going to change with the new administration or you think
- 26:24that's? All because the woman that won
- 26:27the presidency, Michelle, she keeps trying to get into the
- 26:29country. We're blocking her.
- 26:32We don't want her in there. We don't want the damn do gooder
- 26:34going in there wrecking our action.
- 26:35We got it good with Rodriguez. She's our girl in Caracas.
- 26:37We don't care if she's a narco. Yeah, stay the fuck out of
- 26:40there. Then get out of there.
- 26:40You got this one. She wants to get into it because
- 26:42if she gets into the country, then we have to return their
- 26:44assets. We have to relinquish control of
- 26:45their oil. No, keep the drug dealer in
- 26:49there, because what's more important is that we keep them
- 26:51within our system and give us access to all that oil and all
- 26:54that money. And so we'll probably keep her
- 26:58in office forever. Until someone else comes along
- 27:00and done something stupid. Maduro gets knocked off in
- 27:04January. Yep.
- 27:06Here comes the guy from Israel, Netanyahu.
- 27:09Bibi Netanyahu. Now, look, and it's been
- 27:14publicly reported. In fact, I believe Bibi himself
- 27:17is publicly indicated. And we know from Secretary of
- 27:19State Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State John Kerry, we know
- 27:23from political figures in the United States across both sides
- 27:26of the aisle for 30 plus years, every year this man comes to the
- 27:29United States and every year he asks us to attack Iran.
- 27:34Baby, baby every year. Now the year, you know, the
- 27:38summer before we did the Maduro operation, Phoebe went and
- 27:44started bombing Iran like he does all the time.
- 27:46He, he, he, they do the silliness over there.
- 27:47They call it mowing the lawn. We don't have anything to do
- 27:50with it until. Recently, but on this one, we
- 27:51went along with it. You know what, we're going to
- 27:53put an end to this bullshit with the nuclear program.
- 27:55We're going to bomb the installation.
- 27:56So our B2 bombers go over there, they drop the bunking bust and
- 27:58bombs and it according to Mr. Trump, we obliterated it, set it
- 28:02back decades. It's not an issue.
- 28:04So going into January 26th, the Iran nuclear issue is off the
- 28:09table. BB comes and says we need to
- 28:14bomb him because his pretext has been the nuclear program, but
- 28:19it's been obliterated. Just like we use the drug
- 28:21trafficking to gin up excuses to go into Venezuela.
- 28:23He's using the nuclear program, but we've already destroyed it.
- 28:27So he's coming in saying we're reconstituting, it's going to be
- 28:29ready in two weeks. Well, we already knew that was
- 28:33bullshit. This man has been saying the
- 28:35same damn thing for 30 fucking years.
- 28:37Why did we go along with attacking him now as opposed to
- 28:41two years ago or four years or four years or during Trump's
- 28:44first term? Well, we didn't do so because
- 28:48for the first time, we had lost a trade war and we were
- 28:53vulnerable. China had demonstrated they
- 28:57could cripple our economy. We had to break the pillars
- 29:01underlying Chinese financial architecture.
- 29:03Now, of course, the Americans know, Hey, Bebe's coming.
- 29:05What's he going to say? Yeah, this fucking jacket is
- 29:06going to go to war again. Well, we knew he was going to
- 29:10ask for it this time. We said, you know what, Bebe?
- 29:12We're going to help you. We'll do it.
- 29:15You take the lead. That's how you know they set up
- 29:19BB. He thinks he's manipulating us.
- 29:22Trump played this guy, so BB thinks he's.
- 29:25Finally getting what he wanted. For 30 years I've been trying to
- 29:27persuade him. To let them know that these
- 29:29mother fuckers got your right uranium rich.
- 29:31Whatever the hell bullshit is. You know what, baby?
- 29:32You're right. Because BB's saying we're going
- 29:34to do regime change because they want to do regime change.
- 29:36Yeah, BB wants the. The war to break up the country,
- 29:39our model with Russia, they want to do with.
- 29:41Iran. So BB thinks we're rolling in
- 29:42there. To help him to help.
- 29:44Him when we knew. So he was going to come in and
- 29:46ask him and say, you know what, tell this Jackass we'll go along
- 29:48with it this time. But really, we need them to
- 29:51trade their oil and U.S. dollars.
- 29:54So we need to put a sock puppet in there, right?
- 29:56So that means. Because they're not.
- 29:57Because they're not going to go. We need to have.
- 29:59We need the Chinese system. They're on Team China, so we
- 30:02need to decapitate them. But we didn't take a shot at
- 30:05Ukraine, at Russia. We had our sock puppets in
- 30:07Ukraine do it. So now we tell the sock puppets
- 30:10in Israel, we'll back you up, but you take out the
- 30:16decapitation strikes. And so on February 28th through
- 30:20they have the little sham negotiations in the run up to
- 30:23it, we're in the middle of negotiations acting like we're
- 30:26interested. On February 28th we hit him with
- 30:29the Pearl Harbor. In the middle of negotiations,
- 30:32we surprise attack him. Oh, so February 28th wasn't in,
- 30:35I mean that they, we were negotiating a good faith with
- 30:38him. Right, there was never any good
- 30:39faith negotiations. We were negotiating.
- 30:40With we're just negotiating to get them to lull themselves into
- 30:42a false sense of security. And so they actually offered,
- 30:44according to the diplomats involved in those negotiating,
- 30:47they offered to dismantle the entire enrichment program.
- 30:49That's how you know what, nothing to do with nuclear.
- 30:50They said, OK, we'll just stop enriching entirely.
- 30:53It still wasn't good enough because our goal was never to
- 30:56stop enrichment. We had to decapitate that
- 30:59government and install a sock puppet because we had to get
- 31:01them out of Team China to get them back within the dollar
- 31:03denominated financial order. That's that's the difference
- 31:07between 25 and the previous 30 years.
- 31:10Every year Netanyahu asked for this.
- 31:12Every year we turn the guy down. It's only after we lost the
- 31:15trade war with China and now we had to go with Plan B.
- 31:18Well, and they flipped from U.S. dollar to the China Instrument.
- 31:22Now, yes. And so we knew he was going to
- 31:25come ask us and we said, you know what, we'll do it this
- 31:27time. You take the lead.
- 31:29And you know that for two reasons.
- 31:30One, because one, it was the Israelis that killed the Supreme
- 31:34Leader Hamani. They had, they're the ones that
- 31:38in their initial, they did the initial bombing run.
- 31:40They came in first. They kill the supreme leader.
- 31:45About 40 of the government's leaders like some of the cabinet
- 31:49level officers. Those were all Israel based
- 31:51supposed. To yeah, No, no, they didn't.
- 31:53They admitted they did it. They were not supposed.
- 31:55They initiated the strike and they took out some of the
- 32:00leadership. Not all of it, of course.
- 32:02And of course you had the Mosaic defense, so you had the 31
- 32:06independent provinces anyway. Which they were ready for.
- 32:11Our boys got just like we got outplayed by the Chinese
- 32:14engineers. Now we're about to walk into the
- 32:17trap because remember, Iran's been preparing for this for 23
- 32:20years. So the Israelis come in, bomb,
- 32:26decapitation, strike our Secretary of State Rubio, House
- 32:33Speaker Mike Johnson. They come in and play it off
- 32:36like, well, we had no choice to go in there because the Israelis
- 32:40were going to take the lead. And we knew that if they bombed
- 32:42them, the Iranians are going to counter strike us.
- 32:44So we had to follow Israel. You think a country of 9 million
- 32:49people can force us to do something we don't want to do?
- 32:53If we didn't want them to do it, Trump would just tell him stand
- 32:55down. He's had no problem telling him
- 32:56to stand down before. In the middle of this war, when
- 33:00Netanyahu bombed one of the Iranian oil facilities, Trump
- 33:02came on TV. He said, whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 33:03We had nothing to do with that. I'm ordering Netanyahu to stand
- 33:05down. He stand down.
- 33:08He stood down. We didn't tell him to stand down
- 33:11because we wanted him to do it. Now he's thinking he's
- 33:13manipulating us. In reality, we're like, oh,
- 33:15yeah, yeah, you know what? We're going to help you out this
- 33:16time. We really care about your
- 33:18peoples. We hear about your country
- 33:19survival. Netanyahu just got tricked out.
- 33:23He takes the lead. They unalive a bunch of the
- 33:25leadership. Our Secretary of State comes out
- 33:29and immediately puts it on them. On Israel.
- 33:32On Israel, we had to follow them in.
- 33:33They told us at the last minute. You don't think they would clear
- 33:35that with us months earlier? We just found out a couple of
- 33:38days earlier. You guys knew the whole fucking
- 33:39time they were doing it. We were negotiating in bad
- 33:41faith, but we wanted to maintain the pretense.
- 33:44We had to follow them in because these are the guys that took the
- 33:46lead. China knows what's going on,
- 33:52Russia knows what's going on, Iran knows what's going on.
- 33:56So when they hit, boom boom, boom boom.
- 34:00Remember first day devastating decomposition strikes caught
- 34:03them. Total sucker punch operation was
- 34:06a massive success. Load them into a false sense of
- 34:08security, crushed them but didn't get it's supposed to be a
- 34:11four day, 96 hour air campaign. They had miscalculated one.
- 34:17They didn't understand their adversary.
- 34:19Yes, in the past, Iran didn't retaliate because they're
- 34:23they're leaders. We had never attacked our
- 34:24leadership. We blew up a base.
- 34:28Maybe you analyzed some scientists.
- 34:31But now you're putting the regime up against the wall and
- 34:34they know it's got nothing to do with the nuclear dust because
- 34:36they offered to give it all to you and you turned it down and
- 34:39you bomb. So it's a regime change.
- 34:42It's a regime change operation. You're trying to remove us, so
- 34:46when you put your adversary up against the wall.
- 34:48You put and you wanted your own sock puppet in there.
- 34:50You wanted to know it because a few days later, well, first of
- 34:52all, you put the adversary up against the wall with nothing
- 34:56left to lose. And if as you've gotten older,
- 35:00I've gotten older in life, one thing we men should know by the
- 35:03time you know, you're a little bit of lived experience.
- 35:08Never put someone up against the wall without a way out.
- 35:12Especially somebody who has nothing to lose.
- 35:14Especially somebody who has nothing to lose and they have
- 35:19engineers that have identified single points of failure.
- 35:22They weren't standing there just holding their Dick asking for a
- 35:25favor or something. Like no pal, they were.
- 35:27They were shocked at the beginning.
- 35:28They weren't a bunch of goat herders from Afghanistan.
- 35:31The goaters from Afghanistan were still able to outsmart the
- 35:33harbor guys riding in the mountains, but these guys took
- 35:36it to an entirely different level.
- 35:39So then when we do the decapitation strike, they're in
- 35:42full shock mode. Like they know, oh shit, this is
- 35:46this is what we've been planning for.
- 35:49Activate the doomsday scenario essentially.
- 35:53Well, two things happen. Trump comes out publicly and
- 35:56says the only thing he's going to accept is unconditional
- 36:00surrender. And he said he's going to pick
- 36:04the next Iranian president. He's going to select the supreme
- 36:08leader and he says the son of the old one, he's not acceptable
- 36:12to me. So he confirms it's a regime
- 36:15change operation. Iran's got nothing left to lose.
- 36:22We had miscalculated the nature of the adversary.
- 36:25But more importantly, not only was it an existential fight for
- 36:28Iran, but it's also an existential fight for Russia and
- 36:31China. That's the bigger picture.
- 36:35And we failed to appreciate the nature of the relationship
- 36:38between them because the moment we start doing remember day one
- 36:43bombing, day 2 bombing, it's just bombing, bombing, bombing,
- 36:46Then all of a sudden, a few days into it, they start retaliating.
- 36:54Kind of caught us by surprise a little bit, didn't it?
- 36:56Well, they were able to reach out to their friends.
- 37:01Ivan showed up. Remember Americans, we told you.
- 37:06Oh, you got 1 coming? Well, he reserved the right to
- 37:08respond. We owe you all them American
- 37:12missiles going into Moscow. So he trying to.
- 37:17Take out trying to take out Putin.
- 37:18Not just them, for two years they've been firing rockets into
- 37:21fucking Russia at this point. Civilian infrastructure, schools
- 37:25getting blown up. We don't get, we don't hear the
- 37:27reporting in the United States. It's Ukrainians are in engaging
- 37:32in a very dishonorable form of warfare because they're
- 37:38desperate. And so the Russians show up.
- 37:44They tell their buddy, hey, Ali, step aside, Ivan's here.
- 37:49We're going to go hunting rabbits.
- 37:53And so now you've got Iranian missiles built with Russian
- 37:57technology. And just like we have American
- 38:00civilian contractors in Ukraine, you've got Russian civilian
- 38:05contractors in Iran. And so when the Iranian and the
- 38:09Russians and the Iranian say, well, you know, we need
- 38:10state-of-the-art updated information.
- 38:13So the Russian picks up the phone and he calls his buddy in
- 38:16Shanghai. Hey, Wang Yi, I've been here.
- 38:20I'm helping Ollie. We're hunting rabbits.
- 38:24Give us the coordinates on all the targeting information we
- 38:26need. Well, you got this base over
- 38:29here, this base over here, you got the Chinese satellites.
- 38:32Next thing you know, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, they start
- 38:35blowing up our fucking bases. This is how you knew They
- 38:39totally miscalculated the adversary.
- 38:42There wasn't any defense capability to run our bases.
- 38:44There was one video where it's like these drones, you could see
- 38:49it coming in and you can hear it's like the high pitched
- 38:51sound. It's like a fucking lawn mower
- 38:52engine strapped pulls up one of our buildings.
- 38:59You could have fucking kids out with shotguns, right?
- 39:01Like they're like they're, they're hunting pheasants or
- 39:03something. Like what the how?
- 39:04How are these? How are these getting through?
- 39:05It's because we didn't anticipate the fight back.
- 39:08They didn't expect them to fight back.
- 39:09It's the guys from Harvard Law School.
- 39:10They wouldn't dare retaliate. Hell, when you're, if you aren't
- 39:15alive, another man's daughters, he'll decapitate your mother and
- 39:19feed her to you. Absolutely.
- 39:22What the hell is wrong with you? You think that this is what the
- 39:25nonsense are present? I'm not excusing Trump, but he
- 39:28wasn't told you're fighting Russia, China and Iran because
- 39:34that's what you are. That's what you're doing.
- 39:35Yeah, Because they know what we're doing.
- 39:37Because they know we took the shot at Russia, they know we
- 39:39took Maduro, and we know it's a decapitation strike against
- 39:42Iran. It's all hands on deck for them.
- 39:45And we fucked with China in 18. And the year before, we had the
- 39:48trade war with them, and they knew that didn't work.
- 39:49So that is how they're responding.
- 39:51We went into trade war. You guys don't stop.
- 39:53You just come at us a different way.
- 39:55So they're going to repay the favor.
- 39:56The Russians are going to repay the favor.
- 39:58But we got two of the we got two of the most powerful countries
- 40:01that are using Iran as their proxy.
- 40:03Well, here's the problem. Sorry, Yes, now they're using
- 40:06Iran as their proxy, but they're Iranian engineers.
- 40:09They identified the three points of single points of failure.
- 40:12The first is the Strait of Hormuz.
- 40:14The reason why the Strait of Hormuz is a weapon is because it
- 40:18controls approximately 25% of the world's energy, an enormous
- 40:22amount of the world's oil, and more importantly, an enormous
- 40:26amount of what's called the middle distillates.
- 40:30This is gasoline. This is kerosene used for jet
- 40:33fuel. Well, they're not allowing any
- 40:37of that to leave. Also, like urea with respect to
- 40:44fertilizers, sulfur, helium, can't make computer chips
- 40:48without helium. Qatar's the second largest
- 40:51producer of helium in the world. And so these Middle Eastern
- 40:56countries, these Gulf Arab countries, you've got literally
- 41:00thousands of ships trapped in the Gulf, in the Persian Gulf.
- 41:06They can't leave. Well, the American economy
- 41:11requires the movement of money. If there's no economic activity,
- 41:18there's no money cycling through the Ponzi.
- 41:21So by strangling, closing off the straight, they're cutting
- 41:24off the financing. Now the American government is
- 41:28like, whoa, whoa, hold on a second.
- 41:29They're doing the same thing the Chinese are doing.
- 41:32They're talking to sovereign debt market.
- 41:34You cause a spike in the price of oil, you're going to cause a
- 41:36spike in price of inflation. As inflation goes up, it's going
- 41:39to impact those domestic product you're going to have, you're
- 41:42going to have less economic activity.
- 41:43You're going to blow out debt to GDP.
- 41:45You're going to turn around and have foreign bond holders start
- 41:47dumping the bonds. The users are going to shoot up
- 41:49sovereign debt market. Back to that.
- 41:53Well, they found the Death Star's vulnerability, so now
- 41:57they weaponize the Gulf. Any ships coming through, they
- 42:01put missiles in them. So now for 40 days we're bombing
- 42:05them. We bombed a living hell out of
- 42:08these guys for 40 fucking days to get back the straight.
- 42:13We couldn't take it. So then we enter into this,
- 42:18well, we're going to put in place a, a, what do they call
- 42:20it? The blockade?
- 42:22Right, the naval blockade. Because the first step, then
- 42:25because of initially it was decapitation strike, we're going
- 42:27to put in the new president. Trump's going to select
- 42:29everybody. Once that didn't work, then our
- 42:33guys really whoa, whoa, holy shit.
- 42:34We're vulnerable. Like we're into this thing.
- 42:37They can cripple our fucking economy because they can take
- 42:40the critical input we need for our markets.
- 42:42Money most important. Secondly, not only is it
- 42:47reducing the the gross domestic product, putting all that at
- 42:51risk, you also have the fact that those Arab countries, they
- 42:55generate billions of dollars in surplus.
- 42:57Well, all that money gets invested in our markets.
- 42:59So now remember, the Saudis are going to put a trillion dollars
- 43:02in. They're going to build data
- 43:03centers. All this bullshit they were
- 43:04going to build. They're not making any of that
- 43:06money. Yeah, they can't invest it if
- 43:09they're not making. It they're not making it.
- 43:10So now all the money that comes in from the oil producers isn't
- 43:14coming into the American Ponzi. All the money that's being used
- 43:17by other countries to buy well, they got to start getting money
- 43:21for Russian oil. Well, Russia doesn't take
- 43:24dollars. That's right, they're part of
- 43:26the new Chinese financial. Now you got to go buy gold, take
- 43:29it to China, trade it for Chinese yuan.
- 43:32So now the very thing we're trying to do, we incentivize the
- 43:36opposite. You're strengthening China's
- 43:41system. And unless we get Iran to give
- 43:44up that straight, we're not going to be able to stop.
- 43:49That so. So now that's the first of the.
- 43:52That's the first. That's the first.
- 43:53Got two more. OK, well here's the thing.
- 43:56You had to 40 days of bombing add to blockade.
- 43:59We entered a memorandum of understanding. 18 days later we
- 44:03double cross it. We breached a memorandum of
- 44:06understanding. But we blame it on them.
- 44:08Yeah, of course we blame it on them.
- 44:11That's the first I've heard that we've actually.
- 44:12Yeah, of course, we double crossed it.
- 44:14And so, because if you look at the well, first of all, the
- 44:17agreement was first paragraph, Israel has to get out of
- 44:23Lebanon. We assured them that we were
- 44:26going to protect Lebanon's territorial integrity and their
- 44:28sovereignty. They never followed with that.
- 44:31As soon as we signed a deal, Israel started bombing more.
- 44:33So that's done. So then the 5th clause is that
- 44:36we agree that for 60 days like the the Iran's going to be
- 44:40responsible for administering the Strait and that we agree for
- 44:4360 days they're not going to charge a fee, not that they're
- 44:47never going to charge a fee for 60 days, they're not going to
- 44:50charge a fee. What that means on day 61?
- 44:53They can start. Charging.
- 44:54They can start charging fees. So we start running boats out.
- 44:58And now keep in mind, everybody's loading up at this
- 45:00point because Iran is taking all their boats, filling them up,
- 45:03sending them to China. But the Iranians are smart.
- 45:07They fill up the boats, take them out of the Gulf, take it
- 45:11through the straight, take it to the port of the out in the
- 45:14middle of the Indian Ocean, rendezvous with their Chinese
- 45:17ships and transfer them at sea, and then go back and double up.
- 45:20They're flooding the market to China with oil because China is
- 45:25restocking. See, as they're they're holding
- 45:27the straight, attacking our markets, the device they're
- 45:31using is the sovereign debt market.
- 45:32But what the panic is that the availability of oil is
- 45:37decreasing like no boats are coming out of the straight.
- 45:40Now Saudi Arabia has a second escape valve over on the other
- 45:44side with the Red Sea going through Yambu.
- 45:48We're about to talk that about that one in a minute.
- 45:50But for right now, other than that Yambu relief valve, we've
- 45:55gone from 20 million barrels of oil coming out today to just a
- 45:58few million a week. Really.
- 46:03So now in order to keep that cushion in place because we
- 46:08don't want the price of oil to skyrocket.
- 46:10Like it is. Well, in reality, it has.
- 46:13See, here in the United States, the government's manipulating
- 46:15the paper markets, the future market.
- 46:17Well, if you're in Malaysia or in Singapore and you're buying
- 46:20oil, you're paying $140 a barrel to get that off the boat on
- 46:24paper. When you watch on television,
- 46:26oh, it's under $80 a barrel. That's a future contract.
- 46:30You're going to receive it in three months at $80 a barrel.
- 46:34Today's price is $140. And so to cushion that
- 46:39differential, the US has what's called a strategic petroleum
- 46:42reserve. We have, you know, this huge
- 46:44stockpile of oil that we have just in case of an emergency.
- 46:47So we've been literally pumping out our oil from the reserve to
- 46:51keep our prices from exploding. Even though they have exploded
- 46:55somewhat. Well, we've been able to keep it
- 46:57under control because we have a large reserve and we've been
- 46:59helping our allies. Well, the problem is, and this
- 47:04is what the engineers knew. The Iranian engineer.
- 47:07Iranian engineers knew that OK, well you guys are going to run
- 47:11out of oil in about mid August. Their goal was to fight the mid
- 47:17August. They were prepared to fight for
- 47:19two years. But they had to get to mid
- 47:21August for. Us to an oil crisis.
- 47:25Well, we're we're there, Pete. So are you saying we're going to
- 47:29have? Let's get we're almost there
- 47:31right now. So they said, OK, lo, if you
- 47:33guys want to give us a memorandum of understanding,
- 47:35we'll go along with that because now they're going to re up their
- 47:38money, help their buddies in China who by the way are
- 47:41supplying them with the fuel for the Rockets, supplying them with
- 47:44the in. China is probably they're.
- 47:46They're flooding in supplies. I mean their their economy is
- 47:49probably better than it ever has been.
- 47:50They're they're flooding in supplies.
- 47:51The Russians are bringing this stuff to the Caspian Sea.
- 47:54It's just massive support for Iran at this point.
- 47:57Now, for whatever reason, our politicians are pretending, no,
- 48:02no, no, Russia's not involved, China's not involved.
- 48:04Well, just recently there was a big publication in the New York
- 48:06Times talking about how shortly after the war began, the
- 48:11American government was shocked because they were able to
- 48:13destroy like 15 bases. We had 15 bases destroyed.
- 48:18Our guys were leaving the bases, taking up positions in hotels in
- 48:23Dubai, and then the Iranians are bombing the fucking hotels
- 48:25because they knew the Americans were there.
- 48:27They weren't targeting civilian hotels.
- 48:29They were targeting the civilian hotels where the Americans were
- 48:32staying at after they fled the bases.
- 48:34They were targeting Americans. Oh, yeah, of course.
- 48:36And so now the Times revealed that in addition to their
- 48:39ability to destroy bases, which caught us completely by
- 48:43surprise, they even knew the location of a secret CIA
- 48:46facility that they put a fucking rocket into.
- 48:50And that's when they're like, OK, they're being helped.
- 48:52By China, I mean China and Russia and Russia, absolutely.
- 48:56They they wouldn't have known. But they didn't want to play
- 48:58that card. So now it wasn't that's not too
- 49:01fact. It was at the I think it was
- 49:02like the NATO summer, some, some event, the G7 just happened
- 49:04recently where Rubio spoke with Lavrov and demanded to know, are
- 49:09you guys helping the Iranians? What?
- 49:10And of course, the Russians are like, no, we're men of peace.
- 49:16We're here to be an honest broker, to help craft a
- 49:19settlement. Like, why would you ask them
- 49:23that question? No, you already know the answer
- 49:26to the question. You know, my great, my, I'm not
- 49:29my great. My grandfather used to always
- 49:30say, never ask a question you already know the answer to.
- 49:34You know the answer. And so that's like a snapshot.
- 49:40Like our guys are panicking and they're asking a question that
- 49:44they already know what the answer is.
- 49:45Like, that's insanity, pal. You're making you know.
- 49:48So where do we go from here? Well, the problem is, so now
- 49:53here we go. So they destroy all the bases
- 49:55around the Persian Gulf. Then they start moving because
- 49:58one of their demands is you're going to leave the Middle East.
- 50:01So they blow up the bases in Qatar, they blow up the bases in
- 50:04Abu Dhabi, they blow up the bases.
- 50:05They blow up ours. Iran's blowing up ours.
- 50:08We have like 15 to 20 bases that are either completely destroyed
- 50:12or non serviceable at this point.
- 50:14So you got the war for 40 days, blockade, MOU, 18 days later we
- 50:19double cross. He was like double crossing.
- 50:24Your word's no good. You already broke the DO and 18
- 50:27with the previous nuclear agreement.
- 50:29Now you're breaking this deal. Now stop doing your dumb shit.
- 50:32Because we were trying to sneak ships out, but they start firing
- 50:36into the ships because we have to get that oil out.
- 50:41They're restricting. They're saying, hey, we control
- 50:43the straight, we're not going to charge for 60 days, but they're
- 50:45restricting the movement. They're not allowing 130 because
- 50:48it's not in their interest to let everybody top off their
- 50:51reserves. So they're slow walking them
- 50:54while tripling theirs. Their boats are going, Chinese
- 51:00boats are coming in. They, they, they sold a shit ton
- 51:02of fucking oil. And so we're, of course, we're
- 51:06not happy. And of course we had no
- 51:07intention of ever following this deal anyway.
- 51:09And then later on, subsequently we've had leaders come forward
- 51:12and say, yeah, we entered into that just to, you know, get a
- 51:14little bit of breathing room. In fact, after we signed MOU,
- 51:19when Trump was questioned, here's another instance of him
- 51:21actually telling the truth, which he goes off script.
- 51:25And Sir, when he was asked, like, Sir, you entered into that
- 51:28agreement, I think it was on June 17th, and he said I had to
- 51:32sign that agreement to get the oil flowing because I do not
- 51:39want to be a president that's responsible for a depression.
- 51:45I always said I don't want to be a president with a depression on
- 51:51his on his resume. I don't want to be Herbert
- 51:55Hoover. Unguarded moment of candor.
- 51:58Do you freaking out you think? Oh, he's in full panic mode.
- 52:00If you read the reports that he's screaming, yelling, he's
- 52:03going nuts at his advisors. How'd you get me into the
- 52:05situation? Oh, yeah, I know he's been.
- 52:08Oh, yeah, he's crazy. So he he.
- 52:09Knows that he got, he got, he got bad into.
- 52:12Yeah. So we just, you know, he like,
- 52:15I'm not trying to suggest his his judgement.
- 52:17I'm not saying that his decision was reasonable, but it's not
- 52:20unreasonable for him to say, hey, pal, like he was led to
- 52:24believe that the government of Iran is deeply unpopular in the
- 52:27country. We've all been told that for
- 52:29decades. How unpopular they are.
- 52:31Well, when they had the burial for the supreme leader, supreme
- 52:35leader that was unalived. It was like a multi day process.
- 52:40Like the whole protocols are particular for that faith.
- 52:45They had 45 million people attend this man services.
- 52:4845,000,000. 45 million people in the middle of summer in Iran in
- 52:55110° weather, dressed in black. While they're being attacked.
- 53:00No, it was. This was a break in the.
- 53:03In the attack, yes, because of that.
- 53:05No, no, there wasn't enough because of that.
- 53:06But just because we had entered into, do you remember we stopped
- 53:09the break, then we're in the blockade, and then you got the
- 53:11MOU. And so when they had the
- 53:12services, there was a suspension in million.
- 53:17And according to the reports, even Trump turned to his advisor
- 53:20and said, hey, I thought you guys told me he was unpopular.
- 53:23There ain't going to be 45 million people at Trump's
- 53:25funeral. No there.
- 53:27Wasn't 45 million people at Reagan's funeral?
- 53:29You can't get 45,000,000 Americans to do anything other
- 53:31than watch the Super Bowl, much less than in 110° weather,
- 53:36dressed in black in the middle of summary.
- 53:38You know what they're all yelling?
- 53:38One word, revenge. That's all they want, revenge
- 53:46because they know the American government wasn't able.
- 53:50To take them out. To take the street, that's a
- 53:52single point of failure. And the more they squeeze, the
- 53:55less money come into the American Ponzi.
- 53:57And if the American money doesn't, that money doesn't
- 53:59strictly into the American capital markets and a crater our
- 54:03economy. And once we hit tank bottom,
- 54:08meaning we're not going to be able to pump any more of the oil
- 54:12that's in there for serviceable. There's going to still be oil in
- 54:14there, but that's the oil that these are huge salt caverns.
- 54:19And so there's going to be a baseline of oil which is
- 54:22tainted. We're we're approaching that
- 54:27what's referred to as tank bottom.
- 54:28Once that tank bottom hits, our oil price doesn't go from 80.
- 54:31You mean our in our reserves? In our reserves, it's going to
- 54:34go from 80 to the Singapore price 140.
- 54:39And gas is going to go $10 a gallon.
- 54:40It'll go 650 diesel, you know, $8.
- 54:45You think that's where we're headed?
- 54:47If we hit tank bottom. How close are we to tank bottom?
- 54:51Projections around mid August. That's now.
- 54:54He says it may be, you know, projections are projections.
- 54:56So let's say early September. It was supposed to be anywhere
- 54:59between early August, early September.
- 55:02So let's just give a plus or month.
- 55:03We're close 2-3 weeks. We're close.
- 55:05Fucking desperation at this point and the longer it goes on
- 55:10the stronger their leverage becomes.
- 55:13And they just want to kick the can down the road.
- 55:15The longer they. Go the longer they delay.
- 55:16And then they get to midterms. Well, yeah.
- 55:18Well, that's. A.
- 55:20A whole nother. Issue that for some reason the
- 55:23the the media focusing on like that's not that they, their plan
- 55:26had nothing to do with the midterms.
- 55:29They've got a two year plan. They're prepared to fight and
- 55:32hold. In fact, they just announced a
- 55:34couple days ago we're not even going to negotiate with Trump.
- 55:37We'll talk to the next president.
- 55:39Oh, they said that. They gave their list of demands
- 55:41last week to Trump and said, look, we want all our money,
- 55:44like the 100 billion that you guys are holding of our money.
- 55:46We want our money. You're going to remove all the
- 55:48sanctions. You're going to let us try, you
- 55:50know, trade in our oil. You're going to recognize that
- 55:52we controlled a straight. We're going to be permitted to
- 55:55issue tolls, they call them service fees.
- 55:58You're going to remove all your bases and you're not going to
- 56:01ever attack again in Lebanon, US, Yemen or Palestine.
- 56:07Well, and Trump, you know, being that fucking megalomania that he
- 56:10is like fuck you of. Course he said OK then.
- 56:13Then he said I'm issuing my demands.
- 56:15They're like, OK, we're not even talking to you for the rest of
- 56:18your term. So when people in the United
- 56:21States here that we're, we're negotiating with the Iranians,
- 56:23but we are not talking to him again.
- 56:27Until he's done. Or until they send us our 100
- 56:30billion up front, no more. We're going to take your word
- 56:34for it. We want 100 billion to talk, not
- 56:38to open the straight. To talk about opening the
- 56:40straight. We want the 100 billion, all the
- 56:43sanctions removed. So now up until about 2 1/2
- 56:47weeks ago, the Saudis had that safety valve on the side going
- 56:51through the Yambu area in Saudi Arabia.
- 56:55And they're going to go to what's the Baba and Deb
- 56:57straight, which is the Red Sea straight.
- 57:00Well, Iran's partners, their allies are the Houthis in Yemen.
- 57:06So just as pressure is increasing on the Americans
- 57:12because you've got all this leverage accruing, see, it's not
- 57:14us so much because we have our petroleum reserve.
- 57:18Japan is in a full financial crisis.
- 57:20U.S. government is bailing off Japan right now because Japan
- 57:24imports 98% of their fuel from the Persian Gulf.
- 57:28They're fucked. Japan is our largest creditor.
- 57:30They have over a trillion dollars worth of American bonds.
- 57:34They're paying the 100 and forty $150.00 a barrel if they can get
- 57:38it. So what they have to do is they
- 57:42have to raise capital to raise capital.
- 57:44What do they got to do? Sell our bonds.
- 57:48You sell our bonds triggers A sovereign debt crisis.
- 57:51So now the government is saying, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, don't
- 57:52sell our bonds. We'll let you give us back our
- 57:55bonds and we'll loan you that money value and we'll use our
- 57:59bonds as collateral. The way you're talking to me
- 58:01right now, Pete, is it sounds like we're fucked, like we're
- 58:06fucked they. Spend less than 1% on their
- 58:11military and we do. Who?
- 58:14Iran. Oh yeah.
- 58:15We are now in month six of a four day, 96 hour air campaign.
- 58:21You have any doubt how weak of a position this is?
- 58:24And they're strangling our markets by depriving our allies
- 58:29who buy our bonds of the necessary capital.
- 58:33They can, They can't be invested in our money.
- 58:34They got to come up with money to buy the fuel.
- 58:37Now if you want to go buy them from Russia, you can go Japan no
- 58:39problem, but you got to go to China.
- 58:43Well, and you got to use our currency.
- 58:44And then Iran says now that we've taken control of the
- 58:47Strait, we are charging tolls and you have to pay for them in
- 58:52Chinese currency. And and the Chinese finance but.
- 58:54If you want a discount, we'll give you a discount if you buy
- 58:57the oil in Chinese currency. And they are weaponizing our
- 59:03doubt. That's why we can't leave at
- 59:04this point. We're in after.
- 59:06The So let's get to that. Let's get to, let's get to that
- 59:08point. We're in, we're in.
- 59:09At some point we're going to have to invade.
- 59:11Oh, hold on, that's a whole nother.
- 59:12Well, hold on. So we're in.
- 59:14We're in. You can't.
- 59:15You can't let Iran control the world economy like that because
- 59:17it'll cripple us and give China the fucking power.
- 59:19So let's get to the second. Well, first of all, you got the
- 59:20second straight. Just as leverage is accruing in
- 59:24favor of Iran, what do they do? They activate their allies, the
- 59:27Houthis, start firing missiles into the fucking Saudi oil
- 59:30facilities on the red seaside. Boom, boom, boom.
- 59:34Now the Saudis gave them an opportunity and the Hootie's
- 59:41capitalized on it. And so they still, right now,
- 59:45there's no ships come. There's no Saudi ships allowed
- 59:47to come out of the Red Sea. They're blowing up Saudi ships.
- 59:51Remember 2 weeks ago or about 10 days ago, Trump said any more
- 59:54attacks on ships is going to be resulting in US blowing up a
- 59:56bridge or a power station and we're going to hold Iran
- 59:59responsible for any Hootie attacks.
- 1:00:01Iran's blown up like 8 or 9 ships.
- 1:00:03We ain't done nothing. The fucking Red The Hootie's are
- 1:00:05blowing up ships, but they got ships on fire.
- 1:00:09The Hootie's. Are not only stopping the Saudis
- 1:00:12from sending, that means that's another 6,000,000 off the line.
- 1:00:16Well, Saudi Arabia is effectively not able to sell any
- 1:00:19oil. That means none of that Saudi
- 1:00:22money is coming into the United States for our bond market.
- 1:00:24That means none of that Saudi fuel is going to Asia to help
- 1:00:26Japan to, you know, to get the fuel to the countries that need
- 1:00:31the fuel, strangling economic activity, strangling our access
- 1:00:36to capital. Then the Houthis escalate and
- 1:00:39they take two of the Iranian missiles.
- 1:00:40These are Iranian missiles and these are Iranians in Yemen
- 1:00:44firing the missiles. They put two missiles into one
- 1:00:46of the oil refineries, but they don't hit the important part.
- 1:00:49They just hit like, like the janitorial closet, like they hit
- 1:00:52the complex. But just let them know we can
- 1:00:54put this. Right there in the tank.
- 1:00:57This is the most sophisticated oil refinery on the planet.
- 1:01:03The Houthis in 20 minutes, if they decide to do so and take it
- 1:01:08offline, they just put 3 or 4 rockets right into that fucking
- 1:01:10thing. So now you've got panic.
- 1:01:14Not here, because we're being, we're being, we're being
- 1:01:17shielded from all this information, but from the rest
- 1:01:19of the world. They're like.
- 1:01:20Hold on though, Pete. They've got both.
- 1:01:22Iran's got both straights closed.
- 1:01:24So, but we should be panicking. We should be panicking.
- 1:01:27Because the government can't afford to have you panic,
- 1:01:29because then it's going to be an enormous.
- 1:01:30Strike but I mean, if people were to tell the truth, like
- 1:01:32you're telling walking us through this whole process
- 1:01:36dating back to, you know, our first attempt on Putin, which we
- 1:01:39didn't know about to, you know, to didn't get in Venezuela.
- 1:01:42The third the third person you got to go get is who they're
- 1:01:45what going to now they miscalculate it and you tell us
- 1:01:49right now that we're absolutely borderline fucked on our oil
- 1:01:53reserves and that none of this has been disseminated to the
- 1:01:56American and then that and the and the standard legacy media.
- 1:01:59You're the only person that I've heard say any of this.
- 1:02:01It all makes sense. I know you're, I know you're
- 1:02:03very well read. Because you have to.
- 1:02:05And and so, but hold on so. The only way to win.
- 1:02:08Is to, is to, is to, is to. Either cut a deal, but it's
- 1:02:13going to be a deal on their terms, which is an enormous
- 1:02:17humiliation for the United States.
- 1:02:18Yes. Which means you're essentially
- 1:02:22cementing the Chinese financial order.
- 1:02:25Yeah, it's just inconceivable this is what happened.
- 1:02:29Like the only alternative realistically is after the
- 1:02:31election ground invasion, but that's where they activate #2
- 1:02:37and #3 We're about to get there. But first understand they've got
- 1:02:40both straights closed. No Arab oils coming out of.
- 1:02:44They've they've orchestrated the first prong, it's jackpot
- 1:02:46brilliantly. Yes, that's right.
- 1:02:48And now, so now we're in this. OK, well, we're going to hold
- 1:02:51off. Remember, we were going to do,
- 1:02:52we've had 70 times. We're going to destroy the
- 1:02:53civilization. We're going to blow up
- 1:02:55everything. We're going to do this.
- 1:02:56Why hasn't he done it? I don't know.
- 1:03:00Few weeks ago he said if any attacks on any more ships where
- 1:03:02every ship that gets hit, we're going to take out a bridge.
- 1:03:04Why haven't they done it? Because now that he knows the
- 1:03:09first single point of failure, they realize what the 2nd and
- 1:03:12the third are the second point of failure.
- 1:03:15Single point of failure is every one of those oil refineries are
- 1:03:23completely unguarded. We don't have any interceptors.
- 1:03:29Remember at the beginning they shot off their 1992 models, got
- 1:03:32us to use up all our good stuff. We're just naked.
- 1:03:36They're blowing up our bases at will.
- 1:03:39We can't defend our bases. We can't defend the Saudi oil
- 1:03:42refineries. If they fire rockets into them
- 1:03:47refineries, you'll never get oil out of there again.
- 1:03:50I mean, five years down the road and this isn't next week, We're
- 1:03:54going to fix it. This is this needs to.
- 1:03:56Be this is a 8910 year project to rebuild all the refineries.
- 1:04:04They've already said if you attack our civilian
- 1:04:06infrastructure, we are taking offline.
- 1:04:08They've made the threat already. Every oil refinery in the Middle
- 1:04:12East, Saudi Arabia, UAE, the gas fields in Qatar, across the
- 1:04:19board, there will be no energy infrastructure left.
- 1:04:22And the missiles, Ivan Wang Yi, Iranian engineers.
- 1:04:28So they've got the jackpot with the two straights and they got
- 1:04:31the gun to our leadership's head saying make your move.
- 1:04:35We blow up all the oil refineries.
- 1:04:38That's the base. That's the backbone of your
- 1:04:40Petro dollar. Saudi Arabia is the back.
- 1:04:45Plus all the Gulf Arab countries.
- 1:04:46But if you destroyed oil infrastructure, there's no Petro
- 1:04:49dollar left. They can not only crash, crash
- 1:04:53the American sovereign debt market, they can take away
- 1:04:55dollar hegemony. Because if you remove the Gulf
- 1:04:58Arab infrastructure, there's only two places you're going to
- 1:05:00be getting oil at scale, the Americans or Russia.
- 1:05:04Half the world's going to have to go completely on Team China.
- 1:05:07So that's going to result in a massive dumping of our bonds,
- 1:05:12massive hyperinflation. The Fed's gonna have to step in,
- 1:05:14start monitoring. They're gonna have to just print
- 1:05:16money and monetize the fucking debt.
- 1:05:17At that point, it's going to be the end of the American system
- 1:05:22as we know it. Say goodbye to the American
- 1:05:24system with somewhat free market capitalism.
- 1:05:26Say hello to the new system, which will be capitalism with
- 1:05:29Chinese characteristics. If the supreme leader of Iran
- 1:05:33wakes up tomorrow and says, you know what?
- 1:05:35I'm tired of this bullshit, send that word to my 31 field
- 1:05:38commanders. Fire for effect within three
- 1:05:41hours. The American economy is dead.
- 1:05:43That's how fragile it is, and that's how uninformed we are.
- 1:05:47That's why you've had 7 threats. We're going to do this, we're
- 1:05:50going to do this. We're going to do this.
- 1:05:51We didn't do it. What do we do, Bud?
- 1:05:55Like, what do we do if I was to like Pete, if you were in
- 1:05:58charge? What you do, what I would do, I
- 1:06:01think you'd have to. Look, I'm not saying you don't
- 1:06:05go to the son of a bitches later on.
- 1:06:07I'm in the Iranian's got something coming right now.
- 1:06:11Bernie jackpot. We we crow.
- 1:06:14We signed a little bit a little bit of humble pie and you make
- 1:06:17make you know you, you look, once you come in with here, take
- 1:06:21take a 30 million, $30 billion deposit like they know you're
- 1:06:24serious. Now let's look no tolls.
- 1:06:27We'll give you this we'll give you the remember that that
- 1:06:29agreement they were having a $300 billion reconstruction
- 1:06:31fund. If we had no intention of giving
- 1:06:34them 300 billion, no, now they're saying we want the 300
- 1:06:37billion plus the 100. Million.
- 1:06:39Now they can call the chip in. Plus free passage, plus you
- 1:06:43recognize our right to toll and then so now we.
- 1:06:48May only told those that that trade in the US dollar and the
- 1:06:51US dollar and if you trade on the Chinese financial.
- 1:06:53We'll give you a break. Maybe no toll.
- 1:06:55So, you know, at this point it's like, OK, you know what, we may.
- 1:06:57Have. I mean, that's an absolute
- 1:06:58fucking. Shit show.
- 1:06:59That's a jackpot room. That's why I'm so fucking
- 1:07:01infuriated that, you know, you've got people providing the
- 1:07:04quality of advice that they are like, hey, I'm not again, we're
- 1:07:08not making excuses for Trump, but I'm convinced he was not
- 1:07:12told this because he is not that reckless to think that you put
- 1:07:18him in a like, he has a very high survival instinct.
- 1:07:21Yes, that's if anything, he's extraordinary at his own
- 1:07:25interests and this is not in his interest.
- 1:07:27So how soon is this coming, you think?
- 1:07:30Well, you hit tank bottom. I think bottom is scheduled for
- 1:07:34mid August. Early September, early
- 1:07:35September, at some point you're going to run out of oil.
- 1:07:37I mean, like you hear people saying, well, we got Venezuela.
- 1:07:40Well, first of all, Venezuela, you know, here in the United
- 1:07:44States, we have a problem in that most of the refineries on
- 1:07:47the Gulf Coast are not created to deal with the oil we produce
- 1:07:52in the US Like we produce a certain type of oil called sweet
- 1:07:55like crude. Well, our oil refineries use
- 1:07:58sour crude. This is the stuff that comes out
- 1:08:01of the Middle East. So although we are energy
- 1:08:04producers in that, but we export oil and import 5 million of
- 1:08:09barrels a day. So we can't take our oil and run
- 1:08:12it through our plants. The wrong oil.
- 1:08:15You can't take a 45 caliber and put it in a 9mm.
- 1:08:20You have to build new plants. Now they do have the correct one
- 1:08:23down in Venezuela, but Venezuela is a 10 year project.
- 1:08:27You got to build roads, you got to build railroad, you got to
- 1:08:29build. We got a decrepit infrastructure
- 1:08:31over there. Now let me ask you a question,
- 1:08:33Pete. Do you think if we were to cut a
- 1:08:36deal that we have to cut that makes us look stupid or
- 1:08:40whatever, Whatever deal we need to cut to get out of this
- 1:08:42bullshit, do you think we will keep score?
- 1:08:46Oh, yeah, of course they're going today.
- 1:08:47You're going to get these sons of bitches.
- 1:08:48Like, I mean, that's. But at this point, it's a
- 1:08:50tactical retreat. And when you have to insulate it
- 1:08:52on the front end, yeah, first of all, you're going to have to
- 1:08:55create alternate routes to get the oil out of the Middle East.
- 1:08:58You're going to have to have a tremendous amount of air
- 1:09:03defenses around those refineries.
- 1:09:06That's where they really messed up.
- 1:09:08So you have to have alternate transport, air defenses.
- 1:09:12We have to build up a much larger reserve or now that we
- 1:09:14have Venezuela, fine, but it has to be fully developed.
- 1:09:17That way we can insulate it. Like you said, it's a it's a 5
- 1:09:19detained. Project in your project Plus,
- 1:09:21don't forget, in order for us to build up our missiles, we have
- 1:09:24to get the rare earths from China.
- 1:09:25We're China. We're not selling you any of
- 1:09:26them. So now we're building the rare
- 1:09:27earth capacity. But the problem we have is kind
- 1:09:31of dominates. the US produces every year 170 mining engineers,
- 1:09:40kind of produces 20 times that every year.
- 1:09:43So if you're going to build up a capacity, you're talking this is
- 1:09:47a 10 year project. Now the US government's
- 1:09:49scrambling. They're taking ownership
- 1:09:50interest in different mining countries, all companies all
- 1:09:52over the world. But for you to be able to build
- 1:09:55up that capacity, you're talking realistically five years.
- 1:09:59So we talked about your opinion is to cut a deal, keep score in
- 1:10:05your head. Or no the alternate plan?
- 1:10:07Well, yeah, I was going to ask you.
- 1:10:08If you can engineer a CIA type toppling the government from
- 1:10:15inside, but you're not going to, you're not going to have a
- 1:10:19regime change, just a change of regime leadership with the
- 1:10:25understanding that will give you guys your money.
- 1:10:27Just get the foot off the pedal on the straight.
- 1:10:31And do they would that? Yeah.
- 1:10:33Does it come with a caveat that you need to go back to the US
- 1:10:35currency? Well, that.
- 1:10:37That's that's what we got ourselves in this whole.
- 1:10:39Fucking mess. Begin with that.
- 1:10:41Now you're just talking numbers at this point.
- 1:10:44We went from ostensibly to nuclear dust and freeing the
- 1:10:48Iranian people and ballistic missiles and proxy.
- 1:10:51Now it's just please open up the straight.
- 1:10:53Please. And here's a whole bunch of
- 1:10:55cash. Yeah.
- 1:10:56And maybe we can negotiate. You go back to the US.
- 1:10:58Dollar maybe, but but. That's going to piss off China
- 1:11:00and they're the one that kept they they're the one that's
- 1:11:03giving you this strength. We can, you can, you can make a
- 1:11:06deal with them, say look, you know, your deals with China
- 1:11:08would be in Chinese currency with us.
- 1:11:09We got your 100 billion. We'll, we'll work something out
- 1:11:12with you and give you access to the money.
- 1:11:13But it's so that's number two. So then that's the the third
- 1:11:15alternative is invasion. And what happens then?
- 1:11:21It's it's us walking into a circumstance where an
- 1:11:25adversary's been preparing for it for 23 years, 24 years.
- 1:11:28It'll be bad. Well, it's it's mountainous
- 1:11:30terrain. And is it?
- 1:11:33Afghanistan. I mean, I'm sorry, is it
- 1:11:35Afghanistan on steroids? Well, you know, because it.
- 1:11:38Because they're not a bunch of goat.
- 1:11:39Hurts they're not just that about that but don't understand
- 1:11:41Iran is a country that's the size of Western Europe.
- 1:11:45It's got 90 million people. It's not a small country, it's
- 1:11:52enormous and it's mountainous. And so yes, we can go in there
- 1:11:59and try to take control of the straight, you know, just let's
- 1:12:03say we're going to go in for the 1st 200 miles.
- 1:12:05But the problem is the Rockets far are, you know, they fly
- 1:12:09farther than 200 miles. So if you're 400 miles away, you
- 1:12:11can still put rockets into the damn straight or you got a bunch
- 1:12:14of you just have teenagers out there with the, the hand control
- 1:12:17or the FPV drones. You don't need the sophisticated
- 1:12:21drones. You could have the, the, you
- 1:12:22know, the 15 year old, they're just.
- 1:12:25So. And so you know, it's going to
- 1:12:28so it it, it becomes like a mission creep.
- 1:12:30We're going to go in and we're going to take the coastline.
- 1:12:32Then you got to go a little bit further, then you got to go a
- 1:12:34little bit further and your next thing you know, just the full
- 1:12:36fucking. You're not even close to where
- 1:12:37the where the Supreme Leader is. Well, not just that they're all
- 1:12:40underground bunkers at this point, but you've got the people
- 1:12:42that want to come in from, they want to persuade the Kurds to
- 1:12:46come in, the Iranian Kurds. So I think, I think we do one or
- 1:12:50two things in closing, I think we either send the CIA guy in.
- 1:12:55Put the duffel bags of cash. Well, no.
- 1:12:57And to to kill the Supreme leader in in like a in like a a
- 1:13:01hitman kind of deal. Just pay some from the inside if
- 1:13:04you're going to destabilize it. Just people.
- 1:13:06There's like, there's a lot of people that want to be supreme
- 1:13:08leaders. There's a lot of people that
- 1:13:10want to be the president. Like you just got to find the
- 1:13:12right guy with the right incentive structure.
- 1:13:14Or. Or you cut.
- 1:13:17The humiliated deal and we. Only because it would be the the
- 1:13:22momentum in Washington, from my sense is that they want.
- 1:13:27A deal? No, they want ground forces.
- 1:13:28Would your opinion be that that's the worst option you
- 1:13:31could go with right now? Well, it's the worst option for
- 1:13:35the 19 year olds and. The people that might get
- 1:13:38drafted. The guys not drafted, the guys
- 1:13:39are gonna go have to do the fighting.
- 1:13:41It's one thing to be some you think we could bring back, some
- 1:13:43could. Make us bring back the draft.
- 1:13:45I don't know about that. I just know that it's not going
- 1:13:48to be, put it this way, it's going to require a lot more
- 1:13:50personnel than Iraq because don't forget they have a million
- 1:13:54people in their army. That's not the IRG.
- 1:13:57They got a million fighters. And that's not every swinging
- 1:14:01Dick in Iran that they're going to load also.
- 1:14:03Just the registered. One, those are, those are the
- 1:14:05soldiers. Then you've got like the
- 1:14:08hardcore guys like the IRGC couple, 100,000 of those guys.
- 1:14:11Those guys are, you know, they're the regime, they're,
- 1:14:13they're fighting to the last man.
- 1:14:16And so the smarter plays actually find someone you can do
- 1:14:18business with, duffel bags of cash.
- 1:14:21Hopefully they can destabilize from within.
- 1:14:24Isn't an amazing Pete how we've gone from a position of strength
- 1:14:27to now almost desperation if you were to report this accurately
- 1:14:30the way you did walk us through this entire chain of events, how
- 1:14:34it started with the trying to take it out Putin going to
- 1:14:37Venezuela. Now we're now we're in Iran, you
- 1:14:40know, and, and, and is there a fourth?
- 1:14:44We got one more really quick. We do have one really quick, but
- 1:14:46here's the last part about this one.
- 1:14:47So we got the first one is the straight, that's the slow
- 1:14:49strangle. The second one, they just
- 1:14:52firebomb all the oil refineries, the storage facilities and the
- 1:14:56ports completely unprotected. That's a 8101520 year
- 1:15:02reconstruction project. That catastrophic consequence
- 1:15:09for the American economy #3 they destroy all desalina tion
- 1:15:15plants. And so when we threatened, we
- 1:15:17hit one of the desalina tion plants or Iran hit a desalina
- 1:15:20tion plant in Kuwait and then the electric generation facility
- 1:15:24next to it that produces the energy necessary to run the
- 1:15:26plant. They blew that up.
- 1:15:28But they only got like 1/2 a dozen plants in all of Kuwait.
- 1:15:30And. They already took out.
- 1:15:31They took out one of them and he said next time we take out two.
- 1:15:34The last time we take out all the remaining 3, 10 million
- 1:15:37Kuwaitis have to leave the country, 25,000,000 Saudis have
- 1:15:40to leave. You can have mass migration.
- 1:15:42We're not going to be able to generate any money.
- 1:15:43You got to have water. You can't live without water.
- 1:15:46You're going to have 100 million Arabs leaving the Gulf if
- 1:15:50tomorrow morning Iran decides you know what, take out the
- 1:15:52fucking like. You said like supreme leader
- 1:15:54wakes up, he had a bad night. He says fuck it, just.
- 1:15:56Do it. Just do it.
- 1:15:57And that's how close it is. That's how close it is.
- 1:15:59And that that threat has been conveyed saying look, you
- 1:16:01destroy us. They've already.
- 1:16:02Taken. That one, they put it right in
- 1:16:04the middle of that thing. And now of course, like, hey,
- 1:16:06you know what, maybe you stand for you guys to leave.
- 1:16:08That's why when we had our plans just recently, we were going to
- 1:16:11have this new massive escalation.
- 1:16:12We're going back in. The Saudi guy, MBS contacted
- 1:16:16Trump and said, no, you're not going to use our airspace.
- 1:16:21Don't do this. There's been even rumors that
- 1:16:24they threatened to withhold money.
- 1:16:26Saudi. Yeah.
- 1:16:27Because Saudi can say, you know, we'll just start selling Saudi.
- 1:16:29'S huge in our American economy. Well, then they're like, you're
- 1:16:31not going to jeopardize our oil refineries.
- 1:16:34Or your bullshit. You know, like, this is a great
- 1:16:36idea. We went along with it on the
- 1:16:37front end, but it's not working. Make a deal.
- 1:16:41Well, they want us to make a deal.
- 1:16:42Saudi, of course, all the Europe states at this point wanted to
- 1:16:44make a deal. In fact, yesterday's Wall Street
- 1:16:45Journal, it has an article saying that the Arab states have
- 1:16:48recognized that they're conceding Iran controls the
- 1:16:50street. That is not something that's
- 1:16:53support. We had that.
- 1:16:54We don't have any more. Well, if they agreed and if they
- 1:16:58accept. What are we fighting for?
- 1:17:00But then that's going to That's the problem, because now we
- 1:17:02don't we. Don't get our oil from there,
- 1:17:03they get theirs. We don't need to like why we
- 1:17:06fucking fuck fighting their war. So what's #4?
- 1:17:09When China pulled their stunt with the rarirts we recognize,
- 1:17:13uh oh, we're vulnerable. Well, right after we lost the
- 1:17:18trade war, the United States government issues its new
- 1:17:21defense doctrine and they put on the list of critical materials
- 1:17:27like the critical minerals, critical industrial component
- 1:17:30type list. Silver.
- 1:17:31Silver's the most important industrial metal and we are
- 1:17:37dependent upon importing silver. Now China both directly and
- 1:17:43indirectly control 70% of the production to silver.
- 1:17:48We're vulnerable not just with the rare earths, not just with
- 1:17:51the galliums, but we're vulnerable selves.
- 1:17:54But silver. Now the world's largest producer
- 1:17:59of silver is Mexico. So when we came into office in
- 1:18:04January 25, we started putting the rules in place, 50% tariffs
- 1:18:11on China, no electric vehicles. They're not going to come in
- 1:18:15through the back. Door our rules in New Mexico.
- 1:18:16In New Mexico, and when we lost the trade war, we put silver on
- 1:18:20the critical list. Well, we've already made it
- 1:18:23clear to Mexico that your natural resources now belong to
- 1:18:29us. You're going to sell those
- 1:18:33resources in a manner consistent with US National Security
- 1:18:35interests, and you're going to price them in our currency.
- 1:18:37If not, Delta Force is going to come see you because you're all
- 1:18:40fucking narcos. Then we'll get the drug trade
- 1:18:42again. We'll, we'll, we'll, we'll gin
- 1:18:44up. We'll gin up.
- 1:18:44The the. Drug again.
- 1:18:46Because you got a lot of it. So now the because we have
- 1:18:49Mexico, we can withstand. Is Mexico save on our ass right
- 1:18:55now? Well, Mexico is a critical ally
- 1:18:58in our ability. Well, whether or not they're
- 1:19:00allies, they're forced to play ball.
- 1:19:03But because of that enormous pool of silver that they're able
- 1:19:07to come out of Mexico, it'll insulate us in case China
- 1:19:10embargoes us on silver. They can focus on the rare
- 1:19:12earths. At least we can insulate
- 1:19:14ourselves with silver. With respect to the silver
- 1:19:18production in Mexico, there's one fly in the ointment.
- 1:19:24The Mexican government agrees. Don't worry, gringos, we got
- 1:19:28your back with the silver. However, the silver mining, the
- 1:19:33mining industry in general in Mexico has had a problem,
- 1:19:37particularly over the course of the last decade, where they have
- 1:19:41been getting extorted by drug cartels, in particularly to a
- 1:19:49lesser extent Sinaloa, but much more so Jalisco New Generation.
- 1:19:53Jalisco New Generation, of course, is the most powerful
- 1:19:55cartel currently in Mexico, and it has been known for the better
- 1:20:01part of a decade that Jalisco has been extorting the mining
- 1:20:05interests now up until the trade war with China.
- 1:20:09We didn't care because silver's a worldwide commodities, the
- 1:20:12market's the market and you're just buying it and we.
- 1:20:14Don't need it to flank or insulate China.
- 1:20:16That's right. And so like it wasn't a non
- 1:20:18issue. It's it's Mexico's issue.
- 1:20:20It's it's, it's a Mexican issue. And so but it was dramatic type
- 1:20:25of activity. And so for instance, if you have
- 1:20:30a mining company in and the problem for the for the silver
- 1:20:35miners is that they're located in states like Jokan, Jalisco,
- 1:20:40you know, Zacatecas, this is cartel territory like Jalisco
- 1:20:46dominant their own backyard. Backyard.
- 1:20:48Yeah, huge. And so let's say it's a mining,
- 1:20:51a silver mining interest in Zacatecas claims that they
- 1:20:55produced 20 million ounces of silver that year, dug it,
- 1:21:00processed it, the entire spectrum of activity.
- 1:21:04Well, they didn't do 20 million. They did 27 million.
- 1:21:10And cartel clipped them. Cartel took their 25%.
- 1:21:15So that's what the problem they have in Mexico right now with
- 1:21:17regards to. And so now you have a cartel, at
- 1:21:21least a new generation that's taxing.
- 1:21:25Silver miners. The mining interest, and they're
- 1:21:28doing it every step along the value chain.
- 1:21:30They're extorting it from the mining company, they're
- 1:21:32extorting it from the transportation company, they're
- 1:21:34extorting it from the refining company.
- 1:21:39Some of these RIP offs have been enormous.
- 1:21:41There was one case where there was reportedly 200 tons.
- 1:21:47Of silver taken. Silver and gold.
- 1:21:49So for instance, if it was gold, you're talking a multi billion
- 1:21:52dollar RIP off. If it's silver, multiple $100
- 1:21:55million RIP off. See now in Mexico, of course,
- 1:21:59the companies aren't really losing the money.
- 1:22:01I'm convinced that, you know, the the cartel representative
- 1:22:05comes and says, hey, we need 1/3, we're taking our one third
- 1:22:08off the top or the company is going to be like, OK, well we
- 1:22:12got the audit the books 27,000,000.
- 1:22:15OK, yeah, yeah, no problem. Take 9 million of our silver, 9
- 1:22:20million oz. Well, they tip off the guys when
- 1:22:26the trucks are transporting them.
- 1:22:29So who takes the loss? The insurance company.
- 1:22:32Not the Silver Company. So from the silver like data,
- 1:22:35the people that are getting cracked are essentially the
- 1:22:37insurance companies. So everybody's incentivized.
- 1:22:41Our tell guys are making their money, miners are making their
- 1:22:44money. Like it's, it's, it's just that
- 1:22:47it's just the standard operating procedure.
- 1:22:49Well, it became an issue once silver becomes a critical metal
- 1:22:52and once we're trapped in this trade war with China.
- 1:22:55And they demonstrated they can cripple our economy by a single
- 1:22:58point of failure with the rare earths and the critical inputs.
- 1:23:02And So what we did is we said, OK, we need all of silver coming
- 1:23:05out of Mexico. And we can't allow these
- 1:23:09clippings, scum get, you know, narcos, these traffickers to RIP
- 1:23:15off our silver because we need that silver to be able to
- 1:23:17produce. So do we have them on the radar?
- 1:23:19I mean, have we, have we addressed this problem?
- 1:23:21This problem was addressed like right?
- 1:23:23And so you had the Decemberist strike.
- 1:23:25Russia modern day issues. Yeah.
- 1:23:27So in February, in January you had the Maduro strike.
- 1:23:30Then in the end of February you had to strike against Iran.
- 1:23:33Well, in between they decapitated the strike on the
- 1:23:36head of Julius New Generation Elemento.
- 1:23:40That was a highly publicized strike in Mexico.
- 1:23:44Did we get them? American Information and Intel
- 1:23:48and it's been reported that an American operation like we put
- 1:23:50it together, like the team that took them just came from the.
- 1:23:53US to go there, but we got them. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:23:54Did it stop the clipping of the silver?
- 1:23:55Well, we don't know if it stopped the clipping, because
- 1:23:57here's the problem. Not only were they stealing the
- 1:23:58silver, but when they sell the silver, like it's not like
- 1:24:03they're stealing selling. They're not stealing the silver
- 1:24:05and then selling it to the Americans.
- 1:24:07They were stealing the silver. They sell it to the Chinese.
- 1:24:09So now as though here the United States has put an embargo on
- 1:24:12goods going to China, we're not letting any Mexican silver go to
- 1:24:14China. We need every scrap for
- 1:24:15ourselves. But you don't know what the
- 1:24:17cartel's doing. But you have no control.
- 1:24:19While the Mexican government won't ship it, you're not going
- 1:24:21to be able to control what the cartel does.
- 1:24:22So the cartels are the ones ripping off.
- 1:24:24They're taking the 25 percent, 30% of the silver, turning
- 1:24:28around, selling it themselves, breaking our embargo, selling it
- 1:24:31to China. Did we get that cartel guy and
- 1:24:34take him to AUS prison? Oh, he's dead.
- 1:24:35Oh, he's dead. Done, done.
- 1:24:38That's how we do things when we really want things done.
- 1:24:40Yeah, plus not it's a shot across the bottle.
- 1:24:43To the rest of the cartel. Stop fucking with the mining
- 1:24:45interests. Stay in your narcos lane and
- 1:24:49then quit fucking with the silver.
- 1:24:50Get rid of the Fanny, right? Stay the hell away from the from
- 1:24:54the mining, especially the silver.
- 1:24:56We're actually more. We're actually that'll fuck with
- 1:24:58us more. Than yeah, you you will not
- 1:25:00allow all. The weed, all the, all the weed
- 1:25:02and coke you want. Keep the Finney and the silver
- 1:25:05and we're good. Yeah, we'll let you fucking
- 1:25:07operate, right. That's kind of how it works.
- 1:25:09I mean the government, I mean like our our other podcasts that
- 1:25:12we did, Pete, you know, we've established that the Mexican
- 1:25:14government's been in the drug. Business doctor eyeballs in it
- 1:25:1770 years, Trump said. It's saying, you know,
- 1:25:19intolerable alliance. I mean, he wasn't incorrect.
- 1:25:21No, no. It's just, he revealed.
- 1:25:23It was one of those blurt outs again.
- 1:25:24What? That was a deliberate shot
- 1:25:25because that's when the Mexican government panicked.
- 1:25:28How dare he say something like that?
- 1:25:29Like what are you talking about? Of course, but the attack on
- 1:25:32Menchel was. And again, I don't want people
- 1:25:37saying he's just saying that now.
- 1:25:39I had a podcast 6 days before they struck Menchel.
- 1:25:44I think it was on Borderland, that platform.
- 1:25:47And then they had to call me right back after because I said,
- 1:25:49look man, this guy's days are number.
- 1:25:51He's done. And so they call you back and
- 1:25:52go. Pete, How the fuck?
- 1:25:53Like 2 weeks later they call me back bro.
- 1:25:55Six days later they got him. I said of course once you under.
- 1:25:57Pete, are you you part of the cartel?
- 1:25:58Pete, he's like, really like, no, they said all the comments.
- 1:26:00He's working for the CIA. You are you're ACIA operative.
- 1:26:03Like a fucking plant like but no if you understand.
- 1:26:05Them actor that would don't you wish you were acia operative
- 1:26:08life would be way easier wouldn't.
- 1:26:09It it would have saved 25 years out of prison.
- 1:26:11But yeah, once you understand the the threat posed by the
- 1:26:15Chinese parallel architecture, you knew what was going to
- 1:26:17happen. There had to be an attack on
- 1:26:18Russia. There had to be an attack on
- 1:26:20Venezuela. There had to be an attack on
- 1:26:22Iran and stop them pesky cartel guys from stealing the silver.
- 1:26:27Take that guy out. And they did and they took him
- 1:26:29out. Those are the four, that's the
- 1:26:30four front strategy that the American government implemented
- 1:26:34subsequent to losing the trade war, which is why obviously Iran
- 1:26:40went, you know, we've had tactical success, strategic
- 1:26:43failure. Venezuela was just success all
- 1:26:46the way across the board. Russia, very, very, very bad
- 1:26:50situation with failure. Yeah, which caused.
- 1:26:52A shitstorm long term. Caused a shitstorm long term
- 1:26:55because now they made sure to repay the favor.
- 1:26:57And Iran is still to be determined.
- 1:27:00But it's as of right now you can say it's strategic failure,
- 1:27:03tactical success. And you know, you got to watch
- 1:27:05out because if you destroy, you know, the moment the troops hit,
- 1:27:09like they keep saying we're going to invade Carg Island.
- 1:27:11Everybody said moment you, your boots touch the ground.
- 1:27:16Bye bye Saudi Arabia desal. Bye bye Saudi Arabia or oil
- 1:27:21refineries. Hello to 100 million Arabs
- 1:27:23trying to find a new place to live.
- 1:27:25Yeah, because you got no fucking water and no fuel and no energy
- 1:27:28coming out and more poorly crater the western economies.
- 1:27:32And hello to the US dollar failing.
- 1:27:35That would be the end of dollar hegemony at that point.
- 1:27:39You didn't hear any of this shit anywhere else except right here,
- 1:27:43broken down so brilliantly and strategically by Pete.
- 1:27:48And it's just, you know, Pete, In closing, the one thing that I
- 1:27:52find amazing about all of this is it's all factual.
- 1:27:56It's all researched, it's all well read, but none of it's
- 1:28:00being reported because of our legacy media.
- 1:28:03And I don't know why, but everything that you've said is
- 1:28:05so important and it's so factual, but is just not being
- 1:28:11reported. I don't understand.
- 1:28:13When you find yourself in a circumstance, you know,
- 1:28:15sometimes you got to be able to back up and at this point it's
- 1:28:18going to require a little measure of.
- 1:28:21Humble pie, so to speak. Humble pie and more importantly,
- 1:28:24you know, you have to be able to anticipate your adversaries
- 1:28:28moves. Like I said, the guys with the
- 1:28:31Harvard and we take a lot of shots at them and they're like I
- 1:28:33said, we're stipulating patriotic Americans, super
- 1:28:36smart, highly intelligent, no fucking St. smarts.
- 1:28:39When you're going to start a war with somebody that can cripple
- 1:28:41your economy, you have to insulate yourself, stockpile
- 1:28:45under earth build like build the fucking missile defenses around
- 1:28:49the refineries. Like what are you people in
- 1:28:51here? You put 20 fucking bases in the
- 1:28:53Middle East thinking we're safe. No, you gave them targets.
- 1:28:56Eat Rossini, my friend. God, if you're not a fan by now,
- 1:28:59I don't know what it'll take. We'll see you next episode.
