She's currently in remission, but she's having some conflications from some UM, some

of her treatments that she's had. UM. But she's doing fine. UM.

I did get a chance to text with her earlier. UM. She

is doing better. She had get some things taken care of. UM.

So tonight we're gonna be playing a clip of her UM show where she had

but she'll never be gone in the spirit. Her spirit will live on,

two weeks ago on May fourth. I got a reverse to on my sentence

on the forty twenty. I gave back forty four years. I had a

seventy year sentence. So what they basically did was they just consolidated. I

mean they I had three consecutive sentences of twenty five twenty five and twenty,

which adds up to seventy and they consolidated all of the sentences concurrently to give

me time serve. So I walked out on May fourth. I've been out
13:09
two weeks. Hit the ground running, I am. I'm currently working with

the Guilty Project. I'm the director of Legislative Policy. I went to a

couple of rallies over We went to the Clean Slate rally last week. Earlier

this week we went to the Earntime Credit the Second Look at I've been um,

you know, just just collaborating with some senators that that I have relationships

that I had build relationships with while I was in prison, Julius Salazar,

Zell Nor Myrie, Eddie Gibbs, Latrese Walker. So we're just basically working

on I'm working with the CCA Community Center for Alternatives and we just basically we're

just trying to implement some legislative change. I don't have a job technically yet,

a paying job, but I'm working on it all right. But it's

cool. The support, I mean, the support has been amazing. Family

has been amazing. Fashion came to get me, Blaze came to get me.

Um Bush, Derek Hamilton was in the courtroom for me. I mean,

it's just been it's just been huge. I still don't have an ID

card yet. UM, so I actually have a jail, a jail,

a prison I D card. So but you know I'm here, I'm alive,

I'm breathing. You know, you live every day, but you die

being released from prison and getting the opportunity for a second chance. So hats

thinking about I seen I hadn't really been paying attention, but I've seen some

some people from up in my area that um had passed away. Um,

she created created something. The way I tell people all the time,

it's not about material stuff. It's not about material stuff. It's about those

things that you can remember somebody when they go right, things that will carry

you on. See all these TikTok she made, her coming on and doing

that show her being a part of what we're doing. These memories, that's

right, stuff that can't nobody replace. Right. They can replace these.

They can take away the TV, they can take away the books, they

can take away all this stuff, but they can't take away a memory that

you got in here and in your heart can take So that's why I keep

telling people the importance of creating a legacy. See, we haven't a lot

of us hadn't grasped what legacy is. Because see when people keep talking about

legacy. Hey, I always wanting to talk about money and that you can

pass on to somebody else. What about the memories? M that because y'all

see what they're doing to money. That's see what they're doing to to to

books, to see they're going to all this this, this, this,

this seizable this this this the stuff that you can hold in your hand,

the physical stuff, but it's the stuff that's in your heart to regard.

for the opportunity that we had to share with her mom and to get to

know her mom. That I tell you it was truly honor. I thank

God that we I thank God that we had created a family. And uh

family. We are a family. We love each other, and like the

tree said, she said, we got sisters and brothers and aunts and uncles

and cousins and we all here together. Right. We can't be there physically,

on each other and get on here and talk and say how are you today,

good today, And just be honest and and just be there for each other.

people all the time, it's not the blood that makes you family, No,

it's not. It's the love, because I would say love drawls,

love is kind, love is me, So that that those are the things

that that I love a kid. You know, I'm grateful that, you

know, God softening my heart because I tell you there was a time when

this wouldn't have been happening, you know, But I thank God for renewing

me, for transforming me, for for for for just giving me a second

chance, a third chance, a fourth, fifth chance, you know what

I'm saying. To be able to even be that vessel, to be able

to do that, you know, I just I thank him and and for

you guys even in trusting me with the vision, because if y'all didn't trust

the vision, we wouldn't be here, We wouldn't even be a similar we

wouldn't even be coming together. We wouldn't even have the opportunity to be there

for one another. Right. So it's it's all of us, and this

right here is just an example of how God brings people together from all walks

of life and at the right time you need are all of us together.

We came in at different times and we came in, but we all came

together for just this season that we're in right now, because God knew that

had a listening ear and heard it. And not only did they have a

see us doing like a lot of the stuff that people see me on and

on as long as y'all they might have to to give me to night.

But I tell you, when God move, he moved a lot of the
