Sleep In Heavenly Peace Arrives in Lafayette | Lafayette Louisiana News
Sleep In Heavenly Peace is rolling out a new chapter in Lafayette, building beds for kids who can’t afford them—no skills needed, just hands and hearts. Started in 2012, this nationwide movement now has 400+ chapters and is expanding locally to serve families in the 75001 zip code first. Volunteers build beds from scratch at community events, while others help with fundraising or delivery. The biggest need right now? “Bed in a Bag” donations—easy to order online and shipped directly to their Lafayette hub. Your contribution means a child sleeps safe and sound.
