- 0:00Speaker 1: Celebrity news.
- 0:01Speaker 2: You like that guy?
- 0:03Speaker 3: Alrighty croat Nat has a hit of celebrity news. What's
- 0:05Speaker 3: going on?
- 0:06Speaker 1: Did you watch Married at First Site this year?
- 0:07Speaker 2: Oh?
- 0:08Speaker 3: I did?
- 0:08Speaker 1: Oh, Brooklyn, you did too?
- 0:10Speaker 3: I always watch it.
- 0:11Speaker 4: Jaya from Married at First Sight she was like the
- 0:13Speaker 4: biggest character of the season, the most controversial, the mean girl,
- 0:16Speaker 4: if you will. She has just confirmed that she's pregnant
- 0:19Speaker 4: with her boyfriend. So she has a ten year old daughter, Willa,
- 0:23Speaker 4: who she spoke about a lot on the show like
- 0:24Speaker 4: she seems to be a very caring and attentive mother,
- 0:27Speaker 4: even though she had other issues, I'd say, but yes,
- 0:30Speaker 4: she's since found love after leaving the show with a
- 0:33Speaker 4: guy who was on some Stan reality show called Love
- 0:36Speaker 4: Triangle back in twenty twenty three. His name's Alan. He
- 0:38Speaker 4: looks a lot younger than her, but he's actually only
- 0:41Speaker 4: a year younger than her. But if you see them
- 0:43Speaker 4: side by side, yeah, it looks like he's in his
- 0:45Speaker 4: twenties and she's in her late thirties. But yeah, very
- 0:47Speaker 4: close in age. And yeah, they have confirmed they're twelve
- 0:49Speaker 4: weeks a long due in January twenty twenty sevenths. That's
- 0:53Speaker 4: all the mass fan Allen good on them finding Love,
- 0:56Speaker 4: but not.
- 0:56Speaker 1: On the Shelan looks like a nice young g It
- 1:00Speaker 1: does look like he looks like Alarican doesn't as much.
- 1:04Speaker 1: He looks like the funny guy.
- 1:06Speaker 3: So yeah, good for her, you guys.
- 1:09Speaker 4: And Kelly Clarkson just months ago announced the end of
- 1:13Speaker 4: The Kelly Clarkson Show, which actually rated really well. I
- 1:16Speaker 4: think when Ellen was still on, Kelly Clarkson ended up
- 1:19Speaker 4: overtaking her in the ratings before Ellen like pulled her show.
- 1:23Speaker 4: So she was doing really well, but she decided it
- 1:24Speaker 4: wasn't for her, and that show has wrapped up and
- 1:27Speaker 4: she was doing her Vagus residency and she stopped the
- 1:29Speaker 4: performance to talk about the fact that she says she
- 1:32Speaker 4: was fired from the NBC.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Take a listen. I would get fired at NBC, but
- 1:36Speaker 1: I don't work there anymore.
- 1:37Speaker 4: Can I sad? Fun show?
- 1:40Speaker 2: It is funny. You go to those HR meetings, you're
- 1:42Speaker 2: like nobody on the road last it's just a different world.
- 1:47Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:48Speaker 4: She's talked about sorry being hypothetically fired. She says she
- 1:50Speaker 4: can't be fired because she doesn't work there anymore, but
- 1:53Speaker 4: it is like even for her then it's the HR
- 1:56Speaker 4: meeting when you walk into it and you know it's
- 1:59Speaker 4: about to happen.
- 2:00Speaker 1: I've never been fired.
- 2:01Speaker 3: I don't know you no, I have.
- 2:03Speaker 4: I know I've got fired from Akas when I was younger,
- 2:05Speaker 4: but I've never been fired from a like since leaving school,
- 2:07Speaker 4: from a proper job.
- 2:08Speaker 2: I don't think you could get fired these days, like
- 2:10Speaker 2: you have to have warning after warning, Like you can't
- 2:13Speaker 2: just get fired like that, right.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Everyone's made redundant? Can you get fired fired? Like get out?
- 2:18Speaker 2: Well, I think there's obviously like the serious offenses that yeah, yeah.
- 2:24Speaker 3: I haven't contracts paid out, which is fired?
- 2:27Speaker 1: That's redundant. I'd say more, say, well.
- 2:28Speaker 3: It's we're not using you on this show anymore, but
- 2:31Speaker 3: you signed a contract, so here's your.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Just don't come to work anymore. We'll still pay you.
- 2:36Speaker 3: That's worse than being fired. Well, gardening leave was one
- 2:38Speaker 3: of them, like literally it was.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Why do they call it that? Gardening leave is so
- 2:42Speaker 1: good because you go home to your gardening.
- 2:43Speaker 3: Yes, I wasn't allowed to work for anyone else, but
- 2:45Speaker 3: I wasn't allowed to come in.
- 2:46Speaker 4: Yeah, but why is a gardening leave because you're doing
- 2:49Speaker 4: the gardening?
- 2:50Speaker 1: That's so old?
- 2:51Speaker 2: Is redundancy is when they're basically they let go of
- 2:55Speaker 2: you because they're not replacing that role.
- 2:57Speaker 4: Right they say, They say, yeah, it's always the tricky
- 3:01Speaker 4: way of getting out of things, but that is the
- 3:03Speaker 4: legal reason they're supposed to say that role is no
- 3:06Speaker 4: longer required.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Therefore, unfortunately, because you're in that role. Yeah, it's not you,
- 3:10Speaker 1: it's the job.
- 3:11Speaker 3: It happened on.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I had it happen once back when I was
- 3:14Speaker 2: working in advertising in the advertising house, I was working
- 3:19Speaker 2: in the TV production department. I was a producer, and
- 3:22Speaker 2: they actually made the whole TV department redundant.
- 3:26Speaker 3: That hurts less, doesn't it.
- 3:28Speaker 2: I mean, it's still hurt a lot because I love
- 3:30Speaker 2: that job, but I didn't take it as.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Personally as I was else. I want to hear from
- 3:35Speaker 1: someone who's been fired. That feels so dramatic.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Doesn't it kind of scot it over the fact that
- 3:39Speaker 3: you were fired from.
- 3:41Speaker 1: That fifteen you do, I think? Guys?
- 3:45Speaker 4: No, I think I like, well, me and my friends
- 3:47Speaker 4: used to muck up there because we all worked there.
- 3:49Speaker 4: And then I think, I like, ate a burger during
- 3:52Speaker 4: shift or something because we've been working like fourteen hours.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Back to back.
- 3:55Speaker 1: No, meal breaks and stuff like that.
- 3:56Speaker 4: Yeah, so like, I'm what, you're bigger days, I don't know,
- 4:02Speaker 4: my key, you ask a fourteen hour shift a skinny person.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Still, what are you suggesting? Oh so you're.
- 4:11Speaker 4: Saying for fourteen hours you didn't get what it was
- 4:15Speaker 4: like it was like eight hours into it or something
- 4:18Speaker 4: and we were all waiting and.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Then like, I don't know, you had to steal a hamburger.
- 4:22Speaker 4: Still, oh my god, I want to get bogged down
- 4:24Speaker 4: and this. So, yes, when you're at macas, if the
- 4:26Speaker 4: box drops on the ground the burger doesn't fall out,
- 4:28Speaker 4: you're not allowed to serve it because it's safety and stuff.
- 4:31Speaker 4: So if that happens, you're kind of like in between
- 4:33Speaker 4: serving customers and stuff, and you just put the box
- 4:35Speaker 4: to the side. And then one of my friends was like, oh, like,
- 4:38Speaker 4: we haven't eaten friges.
- 4:39Speaker 1: I just had to bite that burger. Do you want one?
- 4:40Speaker 4: And I was like yeah, And then they fired you
- 4:42Speaker 4: for that because we've been there for like a month.
- 4:44Speaker 3: You're not allowed to eat on the job there then.
- 4:47Speaker 1: I mean probably not.
- 4:48Speaker 4: When you're behind the counter and everyone's there and you're
- 4:50Speaker 4: just like eating, you want.
- 4:51Speaker 1: To see you and all your friends are like eating
- 4:54Speaker 1: and stuff having it looks unprofessional. Six nuggets to you,
- 4:57Speaker 1: Two nuggets for me.
