Teen Suspect Planned Library Attack
An 18-year-old suspect with autism, Bradley Scott Sayer, allegedly meticulously planned and executed a deadly shooting at a Chico library, killing two people and injuring a child before attempting to set the building ablaze. Prosecutors say he was inspired by online mass shooting fan pages and used weapons belonging to his father. Sayer, now held without bail, appeared in court for arraignment and confessed to intending suicide.
