- 0:01Stu does America.
- 0:06Follow the show on YouTube,
- 0:07YouTube.com/Sudo America for new episodes every,
- 0:12uh,
- 0:12most days,
- 0:13whenever I decide to show up.
- 0:14How about that?
- 0:15Rob Eno is here to dissect the,
- 0:16uh,
- 0:17GOP's special election loss in Texas from the weekend.
- 0:19Got a few more hypocrisies from the Grammy Awards to mock,
- 0:24including,
- 0:24uh,
- 0:25a figure that I,
- 0:26you might not have known was there,
- 0:27but you need to know about it.
- 0:29It's unbelievable.
- 0:30We're gonna start though by doing the most political Super Bowl ever.
- 0:33Uh,
- 0:34if you missed,
- 0:34uh,
- 0:35this particular,
- 0:35uh,
- 0:36I guess this show yesterday or maybe last week's radio show,
- 0:40we announced,
- 0:41uh,
- 0:41I'm,
- 0:41I'm leaving the radio show.
- 0:42Uh,
- 0:43this is my second day not doing it,
- 0:44which feels really,
- 0:45really weird because it's been my entire adult life
- 0:48doing that show,
- 0:49uh,
- 0:49but I am not doing it anymore.
- 0:50With Glenn,
- 0:51at least on a day to day basis,
- 0:53and I'm going to be moving on to something else.
- 0:55I started my own company.
- 0:57It revolves in the world of sort of prediction markets.
- 0:59If you haven't followed any of this stuff,
- 1:01they're sort of new on the scene,
- 1:02and it gives you a chance to
- 1:05a couple of different things.
- 1:06Number one,
- 1:07if you want to participate in the markets,
- 1:09basically you can go in there and they'll give you a question.
- 1:11Uh,
- 1:11you get a yes or no answer,
- 1:13and you can invest as to whether you think it's going to be a yes or a no,
- 1:16maybe make some money.
- 1:17Uh,
- 1:17if you're an idiot,
- 1:18uh,
- 1:19then the opposite,
- 1:20uh,
- 1:20or you can get lucky,
- 1:21I guess,
- 1:21if you're an idiot,
- 1:22but,
- 1:22but generally speaking,
- 1:23if you know what's going to come,
- 1:24uh,
- 1:24next,
- 1:25you can maybe profit and maybe
- 1:27lose some money if you don't.
- 1:28That's kind of the way those things work.
- 1:29The second part of it,
- 1:30and probably the more important part of it,
- 1:32is they have kind of a little crystallization of the truth.
- 1:35They're able to kind of shine a light,
- 1:37uh,
- 1:37take out the opinion of everybody,
- 1:38what everyone wants to happen.
- 1:40Instead distill what people really believe is going to happen.
- 1:44So they're really,
- 1:45they're really interesting.
- 1:46There is a controversy around them.
- 1:48By the way,
- 1:48if you want to join us on this little mission,
- 1:50it's predictableshow.com,
- 1:51one of the ways that we're going to use this,
- 1:54these markets and all this information and have deep dives into data and our
- 1:57own election markets and everything else to
- 1:59try to understand what's going to happen.
- 2:01Uh,
- 2:01into the election into 2026,
- 2:03uh,
- 2:03if you get on board there,
- 2:05predictableShow.com
- 2:06with your email,
- 2:07uh,
- 2:07if you just,
- 2:07uh,
- 2:08sign up,
- 2:08uh,
- 2:08with your email,
- 2:09you'll get a free 2026 Senate preview that's gonna go out a
- 2:12little bit later this week once everyone kind of gets on board.
- 2:15Uh,
- 2:15the launch has been really incredible.
- 2:16I gotta say,
- 2:17if you are one of the people that's already gone over and signed up,
- 2:19thank you so much,
- 2:20because honestly it was.
- 2:21We didn't know how that was going to turn out.
- 2:23We had no idea if people were gonna be interested in this.
- 2:25I know I'm a nerd,
- 2:26I know I'm a loser,
- 2:27I know I'm a uh uh uh,
- 2:28you know,
- 2:28I like to look at charts all the time.
- 2:29I wasn't sure
- 2:31how many of you would want to,
- 2:32and the fact that you're
- 2:33there in such large
- 2:34numbers already.
- 2:35It's really encouraging and honestly,
- 2:37I,
- 2:38I really appreciate it.
- 2:38I can't say enough about it.
- 2:40But
- 2:40if you want to get on board and kind of bored,
- 2:42either you just want to get really
- 2:43reliable election information that you're not gonna get
- 2:46anywhere else,
- 2:47go to predictableShow.com.
- 2:48And if you're thinking,
- 2:49hey,
- 2:49you know,
- 2:50I gotta,
- 2:50I gotta,
- 2:51I wanna take the kids to Disney World next year,
- 2:53uh,
- 2:54maybe I could pay for some of that.
- 2:55I want to try to make a little profit in the markets as well.
- 2:59We're not a financial advice show,
- 3:00but we're going to do our best to try to hook you up with some
- 3:03some good,
- 3:05good ways to think about how to get into these markets
- 3:07and maybe to make some profit off of them as well.
- 3:09So it's predictableshow.com.
- 3:11Thanks so much for joining on.
- 3:12There is a A story about the prediction markets today as it relates to the Super Bowl.
- 3:15Calci and Poly Market,
- 3:16those are the two big players,
- 3:18the biggest players I guess in
- 3:19the space right now,
- 3:20they're launching a Super Bowl ad markets and insider trading alarms follow.
- 3:24Now
- 3:25this is something that there's a lot of conversation
- 3:27about whether insider trading is a big problem.
- 3:30It depends on what you're looking at,
- 3:32right?
- 3:32Like some people don't like it because they're thinking,
- 3:34oh well,
- 3:34someone might go in there and make this big profit off of something.
- 3:37If you're looking at prediction markets though as an engine of truth,
- 3:41you know,
- 3:41the insider trading stuff is actually can be a feature,
- 3:45not a bug,
- 3:45right?
- 3:45You want people who know the information.
- 3:48Putting their money on the line,
- 3:49uh,
- 3:50so that we can get a better picture as
- 3:52the American public of what that information is.
- 3:54So there's a big controversy going on there.
- 3:57Super Bowl ad markets are interesting because
- 3:59you can have information on that.
- 4:00If you work at,
- 4:01you know,
- 4:01McDonald's and you know they're running an ad during the Super Bowl,
- 4:04you might have a little.
- 4:05Maybe you try to make a little profit off of that.
- 4:08Now that is very much frowned upon,
- 4:10you should know,
- 4:11and these are regulated markets,
- 4:12so you probably don't want to do that if that happens to be you,
- 4:16as that is not that is prohibited activity on these markets,
- 4:19but it's tough to catch,
- 4:21so they're working through all of that.
- 4:23And all that seems just so quaint compared to the politics
- 4:27that will be going on in the Super Bowl,
- 4:29because this might be the most political Super Bowl
- 4:31ever.
- 4:32We've had many years before,
- 4:34particularly if you think back to like the Colin Kaepernick years,
- 4:36not the one year he lucked into actually going to the Super Bowl,
- 4:39it's a whole different story,
- 4:40but I'm talking about the years
- 4:41afterward where he was known
- 4:42for taking a knee
- 4:44over and over and over again
- 4:46to say how evil the United States is.
- 4:49Uh,
- 4:49that's not something that's well reflected in,
- 4:52uh,
- 4:52the players,
- 4:53honestly,
- 4:53in the league.
- 4:54If you look at this,
- 4:55we talked about it,
- 4:56um,
- 4:57uh,
- 4:57what was it a few weeks ago.
- 4:58Players in the NFL and the Major League Baseball and in hockey,
- 5:02relatively split,
- 5:03honestly,
- 5:03between Republicans and Democrats.
- 5:05Hockey and baseball even more Republican.
- 5:07Um,
- 5:08the,
- 5:08I think the most balanced league of all of the leagues is actually the NFL
- 5:13as to what
- 5:14political parties people are in.
- 5:15I think it leaned a little bit Democrat,
- 5:17but not overwhelmingly.
- 5:18Uh,
- 5:18but you're gonna get some politics,
- 5:20I think,
- 5:21in the Super Bowl.
- 5:21AP writes this story.
- 5:23Don't tune into the Super Bowl hoping for a break
- 5:25from politics,
- 5:26because God forbid we get a break.
- 5:28God forbid we get a break.
- 5:29One of the things I like about prediction markets is,
- 5:31you know,
- 5:31they're going to continue to
- 5:33berate us with politics no matter what we do.
- 5:35Might as well profit off of it a little bit.
- 5:37As I've said,
- 5:38uh,
- 5:38a few times,
- 5:39uh,
- 5:39you know,
- 5:40politicians have been making money off,
- 5:41off,
- 5:41off of us for a really long time.
- 5:43It's kind of time that we turn the tables on them,
- 5:45make some money off of them,
- 5:47because that is honestly.
- 5:48The way I think about this sometimes,
- 5:49I'm so annoyed by getting all their stupid text messages,
- 5:52uh,
- 5:53that I'm,
- 5:53I'm ready to turn the tables.
- 5:55But the NFL is facing pressure against the ahead
- 5:57of Sunday's game between the Seahawks and Patriots,
- 5:59take a more explicit stance against the Trump administration's aggressive
- 6:03immigration enforcement.
- 6:04Again,
- 6:04it's the thing of the day.
- 6:06Whether you cared about immigration last week.
- 6:07Totally separate.
- 6:08It doesn't matter.
- 6:10It just now it's the thing of the day,
- 6:11so now you have to talk about it.
- 6:12You have to comment on it.
- 6:14Now,
- 6:14of course we've been commenting on immigration the entire time because
- 6:16we found it important even when others didn't care about it.
- 6:19That's the difference between people who actually
- 6:21think about the future of the country
- 6:23on an ongoing basis and people who are on social media a lot.
- 6:27If you're a celebrity and you're getting lots of people saying,
- 6:29hey,
- 6:30how come you're not saying something about this?
- 6:32You get enough of those and all of a sudden you start saying something about this.
- 6:34That's not how I operate,
- 6:35it's not how you operate,
- 6:37but it is how our,
- 6:38uh,
- 6:38pop culture world
- 6:39seems to operate.
- 6:40More than 184,000 people have signed a petition calling
- 6:42on the league to denounce the potential presence of
- 6:45ice at the Super Bowl,
- 6:47which is being held at Levi's Stadium.
- 6:49In the San Francisco Bay Area.
- 6:51Important to note,
- 6:52the San Francisco Bay Area is not San Francisco.
- 6:55It is Santa Clara,
- 6:57which is going to take me at least 90 minutes to get to,
- 7:00uh,
- 7:00from,
- 7:01uh,
- 7:01San Francisco.
- 7:02So I just want to point that out.
- 7:03Uh,
- 7:04can you build the stadium somewhat near the city?
- 7:06I mean,
- 7:06I,
- 7:07it doesn't have to be in the city,
- 7:08but can,
- 7:08can it be,
- 7:09can it be like
- 7:10within a short plane flight.
- 7:12Anyway,
- 7:13uh,
- 7:13the,
- 7:13uh,
- 7:13liberal group MoveOn's plans to deliver a petition to New York City,
- 7:17uh,
- 7:17headquarters on
- 7:18Tuesday.
- 7:19Uh,
- 7:19MoveOn,
- 7:20by the way,
- 7:20uh,
- 7:20an organization that started in the late 90s
- 7:23to get people to move on
- 7:25from the Monica Lewinsky scandal,
- 7:27and they still somehow exist.
- 7:30Once again,
- 7:31I call on them to move on.
- 7:33Because,
- 7:34uh,
- 7:35does,
- 7:35and they have
- 7:36any impact.
- 7:37I mean,
- 7:37can you imagine,
- 7:38I mean,
- 7:38uh,
- 7:38do you ever think about the person,
- 7:40the,
- 7:40the empty life you must have
- 7:43to not only work at an organization like that,
- 7:45but to take your hard earned dollars and donate it to MoveOn.org?
- 7:50Can you imagine doing that with your life?
- 7:54Bizarre.
- 7:54Anyway,
- 7:54uh,
- 7:55no plans for ICE immigration enforcement at Super Bowl sources say.
- 7:58So once again,
- 7:58this is a totally manufactured controversy.
- 8:01I mean,
- 8:01there was talk about it,
- 8:02to be fair,
- 8:02I guess a long time ago.
- 8:03There was talk at the,
- 8:05at the very beginning of the Trump administration,
- 8:06oh,
- 8:06maybe there's gonna be ICE at the Super Bowl,
- 8:08and when Bad Bunny was named,
- 8:10people were like,
- 8:10oh gosh,
- 8:11is Bad Bunny gonna get arrested?
- 8:12I don't think he's a citizen,
- 8:13or at least legally here.
- 8:14I don't even.
- 8:15No,
- 8:15honestly,
- 8:16nor do I care,
- 8:16frankly,
- 8:17about Bad Bunny in any way.
- 8:18Uh,
- 8:18the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement
- 8:21has no plans to conduct immigration operations at the Super Bowl.
- 8:23Two people familiar with the security arrangements said on Monday.
- 8:26Security at Sunday's game in Santa Clara,
- 8:28uh,
- 8:28that is not near San Francisco,
- 8:30by the way,
- 8:30that will lead,
- 8:31uh,
- 8:31the Seattle Seahawks.
- 8:32Actually,
- 8:32Seattle is closer
- 8:34to San Francisco than the game will be.
- 8:36I just want to make sure people know that,
- 8:38uh,
- 8:38face off against the New England Patriots.
- 8:39Actually,
- 8:40New England is also closer.
- 8:43To San Francisco than the game will be.
- 8:45Uh,
- 8:45it was going to be consistent with past Super Bowls,
- 8:48which,
- 8:48by the way,
- 8:48if you've never been to a Super Bowl,
- 8:50uh,
- 8:50you know,
- 8:50look,
- 8:51I understand that.
- 8:52You know,
- 8:52I'm going to my 20th consecutive Super Bowl this year,
- 8:54so I mean,
- 8:55you know,
- 8:55that's just me.
- 8:56That's just me.
- 8:5621st overall,
- 8:57I should point out,
- 8:58but
- 8:5820th consecutive Super Bowl.
- 9:00I will say,
- 9:02security pretty significant.
- 9:03I don't think you need ice there.
- 9:04Uh,
- 9:05you can't,
- 9:05you can't get anywhere close to the game,
- 9:07frankly,
- 9:07if,
- 9:08if for any reason.
- 9:09It is a lot of security.
- 9:11It's a lot of security going on at the game,
- 9:14and I,
- 9:15I don't,
- 9:15like,
- 9:15I don't even know how it would operate in an area like this.
- 9:18Now there are areas around the Super Bowl where lots of people gather.
- 9:22There's a lot of security at those as well,
- 9:24but maybe there'd be,
- 9:26I,
- 9:26I don't know,
- 9:26it's,
- 9:27it doesn't seem like a tourist area would be the type of thing that I would thrive in,
- 9:33right?
- 9:33Like what you're looking for when you're ICE,
- 9:35you're looking for people around the residents,
- 9:36around their workplaces.
- 9:38Uh,
- 9:38you know,
- 9:39this is just a bunch of tourists getting together,
- 9:41uh,
- 9:41so it doesn't make much sense.
- 9:42Anyway,
- 9:42asked about ICE enforcement operations,
- 9:44Sunday's game,
- 9:45Roger Goodell,
- 9:45he's the commissioner of the,
- 9:46of the NFL,
- 9:47said the league was working with local,
- 9:49state,
- 9:49and federal law enforcement to make sure it's a safe environment.
- 9:51The Federal government is a big part of that,
- 9:53including the,
- 9:53uh,
- 9:53this administration and every other administration before that.
- 9:56Yeah,
- 9:56you want to make sure that everything's safe there,
- 9:58so you don't have,
- 9:59uh,
- 9:59a high profile catastrophe.
- 10:02And I will say,
- 10:02you know,
- 10:02after major
- 10:04terrorist threats,
- 10:05I mean,
- 10:05back in.
- 10:06Uh,
- 10:07you know,
- 10:07uh,
- 10:08following 2001,
- 10:09I wasn't there at those immediately after,
- 10:11but there have been many incidents over the years when wars were going on or
- 10:15there's a significant threat or,
- 10:16uh,
- 10:17you know,
- 10:17I even went to the post-COVID one,
- 10:19which was the weirdest thing I've ever been to in my entire life,
- 10:22surrounded by a bunch of people
- 10:24who were not people.
- 10:25They were made out of cardboard.
- 10:27It was a very strange thing,
- 10:29but
- 10:29security is
- 10:30always at the top.
- 10:31I mean they really do a good job.
- 10:33In fact,
- 10:34over the years it's really improved.
- 10:36As far as like the experience,
- 10:37I remember one of the first years going,
- 10:39you know,
- 10:39really long lines and it felt like you took forever to get in and
- 10:43You really felt the security.
- 10:44It's improved so much now that you,
- 10:46you just kind of walk right in.
- 10:47Uh,
- 10:47now you're,
- 10:48you don't walk in and not get security.
- 10:50I mean,
- 10:50the,
- 10:50the lines move so quickly.
- 10:51They have so many lines and
- 10:53all the technology that's there,
- 10:54so it's,
- 10:54they've improved that vastly.
- 10:56I mean,
- 10:56Goodell,
- 10:57people bash Goodell all the time.
- 10:58I'm not a Goodell hater like most people are.
- 11:00The league has been incredibly successful,
- 11:03uh,
- 11:03you know,
- 11:04again,
- 11:04there's been stuff that of course I disagree with as well as a fan
- 11:07and as an.
- 11:08But generally speaking,
- 11:09it's hard to bash the guy's performance.
- 11:11Uh,
- 11:12his job is to make the NFL lots of money.
- 11:14He's done that.
- 11:15It's still incredibly popular.
- 11:17All the times people have told me,
- 11:18I'm not gonna watch anymore.
- 11:19Really?
- 11:20Well,
- 11:20the ratings keep going up.
- 11:21I don't know who those people are.
- 11:22They keep watching
- 11:23over and over and over and over again.
- 11:25Uh,
- 11:26Goodell believes Bad Bunny understands
- 11:28Super Bowl,
- 11:29uh,
- 11:30platform and is meant,
- 11:31uh,
- 11:31that is meant to
- 11:33unite.
- 11:34Amid ICE outcry,
- 11:36uh,
- 11:37let's listen to Roger Goodell discussing
- 11:39all of this.
- 11:41Um,
- 11:41Bad Bunny made a pretty clear anti-ice statement at the Grammys last night.
- 11:45Um,
- 11:47what are you expecting in terms of
- 11:49political statement,
- 11:50whether that's from Bad Bunny or
- 11:52Green Day or any of the other performers?
- 11:54I think everybody in,
- 11:55listen,
- 11:55Bad Bunny was,
- 11:56is,
- 11:57and I,
- 11:57I think that was demonstrated last night,
- 12:00one of the great artists in the world,
- 12:02um,
- 12:02and that's one of the reasons we chose him.
- 12:05But the other reason is he understood the platform he
- 12:07was on and that this platform is used to unite people
- 12:11and to be able to bring people together
- 12:13with their creativity,
- 12:14with their talents,
- 12:16and to be able to use this moment to do that.
- 12:18And I think artists in the past have done that.
- 12:21I think
- 12:21Bad Bunny understands that and I think he'll have a great performance.
- 12:25It's such a funny thing to watch,
- 12:27uh,
- 12:28theoretically serious people have a serious
- 12:31conversation about someone named Bad Bunny.
- 12:35It's just,
- 12:36uh,
- 12:36it's just such a strange world we live in.
- 12:38And I will say,
- 12:39of course,
- 12:39you know,
- 12:39obviously we all know that Grammy things happen.
- 12:41Bad Bunny uses Grammy Award win
- 12:43to protest Ice,
- 12:44accepting the award for Best Musica Urbana Album,
- 12:47which by the way,
- 12:48uh,
- 12:49I was nominated for but did not win.
- 12:51So.
- 12:53Yet again,
- 12:54right?
- 12:55Always the bridesmaid.
- 12:57Uh,
- 12:57anyway,
- 12:57uh,
- 12:57Bad Bunny began his speech by saying,
- 12:59before I say thanks to God,
- 13:00I'm gonna say ice Out,
- 13:01which is just one of the most it is so
- 13:05per you say
- 13:06Bad Bunny is not American,
- 13:07Is that what you're saying?
- 13:08He's the most American-American of all time.
- 13:12He's putting politics ahead of God.
- 13:14Perfect.
- 13:16Absolutely chef's kiss,
- 13:18Bad Bunny.
- 13:19Awesome.
- 13:20You've nailed the American culture
- 13:22perfectly.
- 13:23Before I say thanks to God,
- 13:24I want to make an uninformed,
- 13:26idiotic comment about politics.
- 13:28Gosh,
- 13:28if that isn't the most perfect thing.
- 13:30I mean,
- 13:31this guy is,
- 13:32uh,
- 13:32he's draped in the flag for all I'm concerned.
- 13:36Unbelievable.
- 13:37Uh,
- 13:37before I say thanks to God,
- 13:38I'm gonna say ice out,
- 13:39the crowd inside the show which took place,
- 13:41overwhelmingly responded
- 13:43with cheers to that.
- 13:44They were like,
- 13:45yes,
- 13:45God isn't first,
- 13:46thank,
- 13:47thank God that God isn't first.
- 13:49According to what was heard on the telecast,
- 13:51we're not savage,
- 13:51we're not.
- 13:52Animals,
- 13:52we're not aliens,
- 13:53we are humans and we are Americans.
- 13:55Now if you are an American,
- 13:57you'll be surprised to hear we have no interest in removing you.
- 14:00Now I will say there are some people annoying enough for me to want to remove them,
- 14:04like for example,
- 14:05the cast of The View,
- 14:07but that doesn't mean I'm going to do it.
- 14:09They are legally allowed to be here,
- 14:11then they are legally allowed to be here.
- 14:12If they are not,
- 14:13this is where we,
- 14:14this is where we separate because I think we both agree on that.
- 14:17Now I will say,
- 14:18would you try to deport Donald Trump if you had the ability,
- 14:21we all know you would,
- 14:22but generally speaking,
- 14:23if you're allowed to be here,
- 14:25people agree you're allowed to be here.
- 14:26The question and the difficulty in this particular issue occurs
- 14:30when you talk about people who are not legally allowed to be here.
- 14:33Our side says if you're not illegally,
- 14:36if you're not legally allowed to be here,
- 14:37you need to leave.
- 14:39Your side says if you're not legally allowed to be here,
- 14:42you get to stay.
- 14:43That's the difference.
- 14:45That's the big separation point.
- 14:47That's what you're protesting for,
- 14:49and I will say most of the people that we're removing
- 14:52are people who have committed additional crimes
- 14:54outside of the one we're already discussing,
- 14:57uh,
- 14:57rape,
- 14:58uh,
- 14:58you know,
- 14:59murder,
- 15:00uh,
- 15:00fraud,
- 15:01forgery,
- 15:02all sorts of different things.
- 15:05But the difference in our positions is that people are
- 15:09illegal.
- 15:10Illegal.
- 15:12Not legally allowed to be here.
- 15:14We say they shouldn't stay,
- 15:16you say they should.
- 15:18We,
- 15:18let's just argue on the merits for once,
- 15:20wouldn't that be nice?
- 15:21Anyway,
- 15:21um,
- 15:23after getting all the applause for saying,
- 15:25thank God,
- 15:252nd,
- 15:263rd,
- 15:264th,
- 15:26whichever position you want to put them in,
- 15:28uh,
- 15:29he,
- 15:29Bad Bunny continued,
- 15:30I know it's
- 15:31tough to not
- 15:32hate on these.
- 15:34I know it's tough not to hate on these days.
- 15:41I'm not really sure what that means,
- 15:42and I was thinking sometimes we get
- 15:44con
- 15:47con contaminnaos.
- 15:48And I don't know how to say that in English.
- 15:51Again,
- 15:51this is not his first language,
- 15:52and
- 15:53you might say,
- 15:53Stu,
- 15:54the way you're reading,
- 15:54it seems like it's not your first language either.
- 15:57But I don't know what he's talking about.
- 15:58He says,
- 15:59uh,
- 15:59hate gets more powerful with hate.
- 16:01The only thing that gets more powerful than hate is love,
- 16:04so please,
- 16:05we need to be different.
- 16:06If we fight,
- 16:07we have to do it with love.
- 16:08And you've seen the love,
- 16:09uh,
- 16:10of course,
- 16:10shown to the president
- 16:11over the years.
- 16:13Many times expressed with flying metal.
- 16:16Out of the barrel
- 16:17of a weapon.
- 16:18So,
- 16:19that was
- 16:20super lovely,
- 16:21wasn't it?
- 16:22Green Day,
- 16:23by,
- 16:23you're like,
- 16:23ah,
- 16:24we don't want politics,
- 16:25let's add Green Day to the show.
- 16:28Green Day,
- 16:29Super Bowl performance,
- 16:30rumors swirl,
- 16:31details highly confidential.
- 16:32Green Day will kick off a big game
- 16:34February 8th
- 16:35with an opening ceremony before the Seattle
- 16:38Seahawks and New England Patriots square off.
- 16:40Given the group's
- 16:41common political messaging and their songs,
- 16:42many wonder whether it could be part of their agenda this time around.
- 16:45I,
- 16:45I will be shocked if Green Day,
- 16:48cause Green Day's in a different position.
- 16:49Bad Bunny.
- 16:50I mean,
- 16:50look,
- 16:51Bad Bunny is not,
- 16:52I,
- 16:52I don't
- 16:53listen to Bad Bunny.
- 16:53I don't know any of the songs of Bad Bunny,
- 16:55and you might say,
- 16:55oh gosh,
- 16:56well,
- 16:56of course you don't.
- 16:57Look at you.
- 16:58And that's true.
- 16:59Um,
- 16:59but I mean,
- 16:59you know,
- 17:00he is,
- 17:00he was the number one,
- 17:03most streamed artist in the world on Spotify last year.
- 17:07For the year,
- 17:08above Taylor Swift.
- 17:09This is not an obscure artist,
- 17:11he's a massively,
- 17:12uh,
- 17:13influential artist.
- 17:14Um,
- 17:15and so,
- 17:15you know,
- 17:16but he's also at the peak of his career.
- 17:18Right?
- 17:18And when you're at the peak of your career,
- 17:19you're thinking about your legacy,
- 17:21you're thinking about all the millions of dollars that are coming in,
- 17:24you're thinking about your tours and all the things that you could build.
- 17:27Green Day's in a totally different position.
- 17:29Now,
- 17:29if you look about,
- 17:30uh,
- 17:30you know,
- 17:31I don't know,
- 17:31late 90s Green Day,
- 17:33if they were at the Super Bowl,
- 17:34yeah,
- 17:34they'd do their songs and they'd be excited to get that sort of audience.
- 17:37I mean that ended
- 17:38what,
- 17:39you know,
- 17:39during George W.
- 17:40Bush's term.
- 17:41They don't,
- 17:41they're out there now just trying to be political superstars.
- 17:45You know,
- 17:46their brains are not exactly fully developed here,
- 17:48or at least have been
- 17:50they've been deformed
- 17:51uh by
- 17:52God only knows how many drugs or whatever else they've been putting in their bodies.
- 17:56But the point is,
- 17:58I mean,
- 17:58their,
- 17:58their opinions might be dumb,
- 17:59but they really think they're important.
- 18:02So I will be shocked,
- 18:03at the very least,
- 18:03we don't have anti-ice pins or something like that,
- 18:06but
- 18:07probably more than that from Green Day.
- 18:08I'll be shocked if they do not go to more than that.
- 18:10By the way,
- 18:11uh,
- 18:11their most renowned political song is American Idiot.
- 18:14This is where they called all of us idiots,
- 18:15if you might remember.
- 18:16They even previously changed the the lyrics of
- 18:18that famous tune to avow the MAGA agenda.
- 18:21Now you wanna talk about creat creativity
- 18:23at its core.
- 18:25Don't wanna be an American idiot.
- 18:26Uh,
- 18:27don't want to be
- 18:28with that MAA agenda.
- 18:30Mm,
- 18:31gosh,
- 18:33what artists.
- 18:35Almost to the Bad Bunny level,
- 18:36almost.
- 18:37Um,
- 18:37but
- 18:38anyway,
- 18:38they're gonna be there.
- 18:38So the point is,
- 18:39if you're not expecting politics,
- 18:40if you don't think you don't want politics here,
- 18:42probably gonna be a tough road.
- 18:43I would just say at the very least,
- 18:45skip the halftime show.
- 18:47By the way,
- 18:48I'll be doing the same.
- 18:50I will be at a concession stand.
- 18:53Or urinating
- 18:55Those two things are very possible during the Bad Bunny performance with Green Day,
- 18:59just in case you were wondering,
- 19:00uh,
- 19:00Trump is skipping the Super Bowl.
- 19:02Uh,
- 19:02it's smart,
- 19:02I think.
- 19:03Uh,
- 19:03he said,
- 19:04uh,
- 19:04he was not pleased that Bad Bunny and recently announced Green Day,
- 19:08both of whom
- 19:08are critics of the president,
- 19:09will entertain the widely watched,
- 19:11uh,
- 19:11championship in San Francisco.
- 19:13I'm anti-hem.
- 19:15I,
- 19:15I think it's a terrible choice.
- 19:17All it does is sow hatred.
- 19:18Terrible,
- 19:19the president said.
- 19:20Uh,
- 19:20but the musicians aren't his reason for skipping the game.
- 19:22The reason is,
- 19:23it's too far away.
- 19:25Uh,
- 19:26you know,
- 19:26if it was a little bit shorter,
- 19:27he would go.
- 19:27I will say.
- 19:29He's coming from Washington DC,
- 19:30which technically is closer to the game
- 19:32than from where I will be coming from,
- 19:33which is downtown San Francisco.
- 19:35So I want to make that,
- 19:36uh,
- 19:36clear.
- 19:37By the way,
- 19:37uh,
- 19:38a fascinating survey just to hit here before we leave.
- 19:40How do NFL players
- 19:41feel about Bad Bunny playing the Super Bowl halftime show?
- 19:44And most of them,
- 19:44uh,
- 19:45like it.
- 19:45Again,
- 19:46they're,
- 19:46it's a Democratic leaning audience,
- 19:47but you'll see not overwhelmingly so,
- 19:4958 to 41 is the percentage that most people liked it.
- 19:53Again,
- 19:53it's 58 players,
- 19:55but
- 19:56more,
- 19:57more interesting.
- 19:58Was who they really wanted to play.
- 20:01What's their dream Super Bowl?
- 20:03They could have anybody
- 20:04at the Super Bowl,
- 20:05who would they pick?
- 20:06Are you ready for this list?
- 20:08Number 1,
- 20:08Michael Jackson,
- 20:10who is,
- 20:11uh,
- 20:11I don't know if you know this,
- 20:12dead.
- 20:13Also an accused pedophile.
- 20:15OK,
- 20:16so Michael Jackson,
- 20:17#1.
- 20:182,
- 20:18Drake.
- 20:20Last year's Super Bowl performance was just a
- 20:23musical accusation of Drake being a pedophile.
- 20:27That was last year's Super Bowl show.
- 20:30Number 3,
- 20:31Beyonce.
- 20:31OK,
- 20:32I don't have anything really to say about Beyonce,
- 20:34other than,
- 20:35I,
- 20:35you know,
- 20:36I
- 20:36don't care about her at all,
- 20:37but OK,
- 20:38Beyonce may be understandable.
- 20:39Number 4,
- 20:40Chris Brown?
- 20:42Isn't he convicted of domestic assault?
- 20:45Uh,
- 20:45he's had some rough
- 20:47go of it,
- 20:47that Chris Brown.
- 20:48That's,
- 20:49he's on the list.
- 20:50And then Travis Scott,
- 20:52who,
- 20:52uh,
- 20:53most famously performed,
- 20:54like people,
- 20:55didn't people die in the crowd?
- 20:57What?
- 20:58We've got multiple pedophiles potentially on the list,
- 21:01people beating up women.
- 21:03I mean,
- 21:04I'm surprised R.
- 21:05Kelly and P.
- 21:06Diddy.
- 21:06I'm surprised they didn't request Jeffrey Epstein to perform.
- 21:11Kind of listen to this.
- 21:12By the way,
- 21:12there's only one man
- 21:14who should be performing
- 21:16at the Super Bowl.
- 21:17One,
- 21:18there's only one right answer to this.
- 21:20And the one right answer is
- 21:22Weird Al Yankovic.
- 21:24100% should be
- 21:26the Super Bowl performer.
- 21:28He should come out,
- 21:29he should kick Bad Bunny off the stage,
- 21:32and it should be him
- 21:33and his accordion,
- 21:35and that's it.
- 21:37That's my stance.
- 21:38I would support a constitutional amendment that required
- 21:42Weird Al to be the Super Bowl entertainment
- 21:44every single year.
- 21:45That's just me,
- 21:46but I will say,
- 21:48you wanna talk about a uniting event in this country.
- 21:51Weird Al coming out there.
- 21:53And just,
- 21:53you know.
- 21:55In full fat suit,
- 21:57doing fat.
- 21:58You'd get a little bit of Michael Jackson,
- 22:00uh,
- 22:00but also,
- 22:01uh,
- 22:01it would be the greatest halftime show of all time.
- 22:03I'm just pointing it out there.
- 22:04I don't know if Rob Eno's gonna
- 22:06agree with that particular analysis,
- 22:08but
- 22:08he does have,
- 22:09uh,
- 22:09uh,
- 22:09certainly a rooting interest in the Super Bowl,
- 22:11uh,
- 22:12and also,
- 22:12I've been watching,
- 22:13uh,
- 22:13some really important elections here in,
- 22:16uh,
- 22:16Texas.
- 22:16We're gonna go into that.
- 22:18Uh,
- 22:18if he can,
- 22:19if he,
- 22:20if he still comes,
- 22:20I'm hoping he still comes after my Weird Al Yankovic recommendation,
- 22:23but he'll be here
- 22:24next.
- 22:35Alright,
- 22:35let's talk,
- 22:35uh,
- 22:36CBD.
- 22:36People who use it,
- 22:37uh,
- 22:38find a way to have their system kind of settle down a little bit.
- 22:41They like it,
- 22:42and because,
- 22:43uh,
- 22:44you know,
- 22:44you sometimes you can get in
- 22:45go,
- 22:45go,
- 22:46go,

- 22:46go,
- 22:46go,

- 24:21Joined once again by Rob Eno,
- 24:22managing editor of Blaze News,
- 24:24who,
- 24:25uh,
- 24:26is blinging,
- 24:27uh,
- 24:28today with his 6 Super Bowl rings.
- 24:30You didn't even notice you had them on,
- 24:31did you?
- 24:32I,
- 24:32I didn't know.
- 24:32You know,
- 24:33they just,
- 24:33you know,
- 24:34just,
- 24:34I'm working,
- 24:35I'm typing,
- 24:35I'm,
- 24:36you know,
- 24:36getting the work done.
- 24:37How loud is the typing?
- 24:38Is it like they're clanging together constantly.
- 24:43Congratulations,
- 24:43by the way,
- 24:44your team is in the Super Bowl,
- 24:45a big Patriots fan.
- 24:46I am gonna go see them.
- 24:47I,
- 24:47I,
- 24:48you know,
- 24:48I haven't decided yet who I'm rooting for.
- 24:50It's a weird thing for me
- 24:51because I,
- 24:52I'm not a Patriots fan by any means.
- 24:53And
- 24:54when Brady was there,
- 24:55I legitimately hated them.
- 24:57You know,
- 24:57but I like Drake May and,
- 24:59and I,
- 24:59you know,
- 24:59I kind of like Mike Vrabel.
- 25:01I like,
- 25:01yeah,
- 25:02Vrabel's cool.
- 25:02Like I,
- 25:03I don't dislike them this year and I don't dislike the,
- 25:05the Seahawks.
- 25:06I'm kind of just going into this,
- 25:07I don't know how I'm gonna feel,
- 25:08honestly.
- 25:08I,
- 25:09I,
- 25:09I think that we got the ultimate bulletin board material today.
- 25:13Um,
- 25:13because the Pro Football Hall of Fame voters did not vote in Belichick as they did,
- 25:17I mean,
- 25:18uh,
- 25:18Kraft,
- 25:19as they didn't vote in Belichick.
- 25:21So that is the ultimate bulletin,
- 25:23you know,
- 25:23we've got to win one for Mr.
- 25:24Kraft as a consolation prize for not getting into the.
- 25:28Pro Football Hall of Fame.
- 25:29It is unbelievable.
- 25:30I mean,
- 25:30especially Belichick not getting in,
- 25:31it's completely absurd.
- 25:33Although I did read a couple of the,
- 25:34um,
- 25:35we'll get onto the important news to get to,
- 25:37but they,
- 25:37they,
- 25:37we did get,
- 25:38I did read one of the.
- 25:39Uh,
- 25:39voters and their,
- 25:41their explanation for it,
- 25:42which was
- 25:43basically we're limited to a certain amount of people we can vote for,
- 25:46and these other guys were gonna fall off the ballot if we didn't vote for him.
- 25:48That's why we went that direction.
- 25:50I mean that makes me feel a little bit better than just like
- 25:51they just decided to spite Bill Belichick because they didn't like him.
- 25:55He obviously deserves to be in the Hall of Fame in the,
- 25:57on the first ballot,
- 25:58quite,
- 25:58quite clearly.
- 25:59Yeah,
- 25:59I think they'll be voting rules changes and things because of this.
- 26:02It makes sense.
- 26:02It makes sense.
- 26:03OK,
- 26:03let me move on to,
- 26:04uh,
- 26:04a different kind of voting.
- 26:05A voting that also didn't go all that well,
- 26:08uh,
- 26:08frankly,
- 26:08this week in the state of Texas.
- 26:10A big,
- 26:11uh,
- 26:11race,
- 26:12and it was all over the place in this particular area.
- 26:14Um,
- 26:15and it was a race where
- 26:17the,
- 26:18where Donald Trump in 2024
- 26:20won this,
- 26:20uh,
- 26:21area by 17 points.
- 26:23Then there was a special election for the Texas State Senate.
- 26:27And you know,
- 26:28Republicans obviously hoping that they could win.
- 26:30This went to
- 26:31when the election happened,
- 26:32it went to a runoff.
- 26:33The runoff just happened this week
- 26:35and the results were pretty surprising.
- 26:37Yeah,
- 26:37lost by 17 points.
- 26:39Yes,
- 26:3914 I think it was.
- 26:41The reason it happened is Republican.
- 26:43We should just be clear to set this Republican lost by 14
- 26:46in a district that Trump had won previously by 17.
- 26:49So you know,
- 26:5031 point swing,
- 26:51obviously kind of shaking the foundations a little
- 26:54bit of the Republicans here in Texas,
- 26:55right?
- 26:55And the Republican
- 26:57won the race last November.
- 27:01Or two Novembers ago in 20 or actually 2022 was the last election
- 27:04won that race by
- 27:07Um,
- 27:07I believe it was 20 points.
- 27:10So,
- 27:10you know,
- 27:10it,
- 27:11it is,
- 27:11it had been solidly a Republican district for 30 years.
- 27:14Now,
- 27:14in the grand scheme of.
- 27:16Texas politics,
- 27:17it doesn't matter
- 27:18because Texas only holds a session once
- 27:21every 2 years,
- 27:23a legislative session once every 2 years.
- 27:25It might be a reason why we don't get a lot of crazy laws that take away our freedoms,
- 27:28because they only meet once every 2 years,
- 27:30but then there are
- 27:31special,
- 27:32um,
- 27:33sessions that get called for certain
- 27:35items,
- 27:36um,
- 27:37and now Abbott is probably,
- 27:39he,
- 27:40he may call one,
- 27:40but if Abbott doesn't call a special election,
- 27:43or.
- 27:43Special session of the legislature this year.
- 27:45This guy will be sworn in
- 27:46and never cast a vote.
- 27:48It's just comical.
- 27:49It's why a lot of people didn't care that much about it,
- 27:51frankly.
- 27:52I mean,
- 27:52it was not,
- 27:53uh,
- 27:53people were talking about it,
- 27:54but it was not the central focus of an election
- 27:56like of everyone's attention as an election usually is,
- 27:59right?
- 27:59And there was an ice storm.
- 28:00People didn't go out and vote.
- 28:02Um,
- 28:02115,000 people voted in the November
- 28:05initial election.
- 28:07Uh,
- 28:07nobody got 50%,
- 28:08so they had this special election.
- 28:10In,
- 28:11um,
- 28:11at the,
- 28:11at the end of
- 28:13January,
- 28:13beginning,
- 28:14actually end of January,
- 28:15um,
- 28:16January 31st,
- 28:17and 95,000 people.
- 28:19So fewer people voted
- 28:20in this election than voted in the last election.
- 28:22But what it is,
- 28:24is these leftist groups across the country are looking for
- 28:27momentum,
- 28:28right?
- 28:28So veterans,
- 28:30um,
- 28:31vets,
- 28:32vote vets,
- 28:33um,
- 28:34a Soros-backed group
- 28:35threw $500,000 in this
- 28:38state Senate special election.
- 28:40The Republican guy who might not ever vote on anything
- 28:44for a person who may never actually attend a session.
- 28:47They spent $500,000 to win the race and,
- 28:50and the Republican spent $70,000,000
- 28:53and the candidate,
- 28:55the,
- 28:55the Democratic candidate himself
- 28:56spent
- 28:57$50,000
- 28:58but I've talked to people,
- 28:59um,
- 29:00so spending about equal about equal,
- 29:02right,
- 29:03um,
- 29:04I've talked to people here.
- 29:05People just didn't even know about it.
- 29:07So that is a,
- 29:07a failure of the Republican Party of Texas.
- 29:10And
- 29:11the Republican candidate,
- 29:13what did you spend your $740,000 on?
- 29:16It obviously wasn't get out the vote.
- 29:18Yeah,
- 29:18it's interesting because,
- 29:19uh,
- 29:21being,
- 29:21uh,
- 29:22you know,
- 29:23I,
- 29:23I,
- 29:23I'm just
- 29:24constantly berated with texts over these votes.
- 29:27Honestly,
- 29:27it's so frustrating.
- 29:28I've said many times,
- 29:28like I,
- 29:29if you text me,
- 29:30I'm not going to vote for you.
- 29:30I for sure refuse.
- 29:32Now,
- 29:32unfortunately,
- 29:33everybody texts me,
- 29:33so I,
- 29:34I can't.
- 29:34Make that a real rule,
- 29:36uh,
- 29:36but like
- 29:37I hate it.
- 29:38I hate getting texts about these things.
- 29:39I will say it didn't seem like I got a bunch leading up to this election.
- 29:42Didn't seem like there was as much of an effort to get.
- 29:45Is there somebody that knocked on your door,
- 29:47right?
- 29:48I wouldn't have answered it if they did.
- 29:49But did you get a ton of mail?
- 29:50No,
- 29:51right?
- 29:51Like that's the thing is
- 29:52get,
- 29:52and that's what the Democrats,
- 29:54because they know what they're doing,
- 29:55spent their money on.
- 29:56I mean,
- 29:57we've got our,
- 29:57our friend Cliff Maloney.
- 29:59Who,
- 29:59who runs the um the ballot chasers in Pennsylvania,
- 30:02and he goes and they go door to door.
- 30:04Did you send in your ballot?
- 30:05Did you send in your ballot?
- 30:06Did you send in your ballot?
- 30:07That's what the Democrats are good at.
- 30:09And in a race like this,
- 30:10that's a small race,
- 30:11they're able to do that,
- 30:13and then they get momentum,
- 30:14right?
- 30:15Donald Trump
- 30:16is about 1% point
- 30:18below where Barack Obama was at this point,
- 30:21his presidency,
- 30:22his approval rating.
- 30:23And I remember,
- 30:24and that was 2010.
- 30:26Well,
- 30:26in 2010,
- 30:26I still lived in Massachusetts,
- 30:28and we shocked the world
- 30:30by winning the Kennedy seat
- 30:32with Scott Brown.
- 30:33And what that did is that put a shot in the arm.
- 30:38For Republicans nationwide,
- 30:40and momentum builds upon momentum.
- 30:42Yes,
- 30:42this race doesn't matter in Texas,
- 30:44right?
- 30:44Like,
- 30:45like,
- 30:45it,
- 30:45it,
- 30:45there's still an 18 to 12
- 30:48supermajority of the,
- 30:49the Texas Senate,
- 30:50right?
- 30:51And this seat will probably revert back in a regular
- 30:55election year.
- 30:56With low propensity voters to a Republican,
- 30:58right,
- 30:58because it is an extremely Republican district,
- 31:01right?
- 31:01But
- 31:02what it allows the Democratic Party to do is fundraise off it.
- 31:05Look,
- 31:06we flipped a 30-year Senate district in.
- 31:09This
- 31:10state,
- 31:11people hate Donald Trump.
- 31:13Republicans are going to turn and vote for us.
- 31:14Independents are going to turn and vote for us.
- 31:16Send us money,
- 31:16send us money,
- 31:17send us money.
- 31:18Now the Democratic Party,
- 31:19I don't know if you saw that came out yesterday,
- 31:21the Democratic Party has about 14.5 million,
- 31:23maybe 15 million cash on hand,
- 31:25and the Republican Party has well over 9 million.
- 31:2790,000,
- 31:2790 million,
- 31:28right?
- 31:2890,000 doesn't sound 90 million,
- 31:3090 million.
- 31:31So,
- 31:31so,
- 31:32you know,
- 31:32there,
- 31:33but again,
- 31:33it's the outside groups that come in where all the spending is,
- 31:37and they're the ones that understand
- 31:39the vote for vets.
- 31:40I,
- 31:40I don't know what they spent their money on.
- 31:41I'm gonna go look,
- 31:43but they could have just spent their money on door knockers.
- 31:45People going door to door to bring out
- 31:47low propensity Democratic voters.
- 31:50The guy's a union organizer.
- 31:52He understands this organizing stuff,
- 31:55and,
- 31:55and it's,
- 31:56I think it's shame on the Texas Democrat or the Texas Republican Party
- 31:59for not taking this seriously because it looks like
- 32:02they didn't and they got their pants beat.
- 32:04Here's a tweet from Vote Vets.
- 32:05Vote Vets is proud to have backed a veteran,
- 32:07uh,
- 32:07Taylor Remmett.
- 32:09Uh,
- 32:09with an over $500,000 investment,
- 32:12uh,
- 32:12in one of 2026's biggest surprises,
- 32:13flipping a Republican plus 17 district,
- 32:16uh,
- 32:17to,
- 32:17uh,
- 32:17to the,
- 32:18to the blue side,
- 32:19they,
- 32:19and they highlight this from The New York Times
- 32:22in an upset that Republican,
- 32:23uh,
- 32:23that,
- 32:24that,
- 32:24uh,
- 32:25rattled,
- 32:26sorry,
- 32:26it's very small print,
- 32:27uh,
- 32:28Republicans in Texas and beyond,
- 32:30a Democrat decisively won a state legislative special,
- 32:32special election.
- 32:34There's a lot of asterisks around this,
- 32:35right?
- 32:35Like,
- 32:36I,
- 32:36I think,
- 32:37uh,
- 32:37you can look at this and say,
- 32:38look,
- 32:39special elections are,
- 32:39are often weird.
- 32:40They're often not the indicator that we think they're going
- 32:43to be when it comes to a regular election.
- 32:45I think that's on the table.
- 32:46Uh,
- 32:46I think you're right,
- 32:47like there wasn't as much attention around this particular election.
- 32:50Doesn't really make that much of a difference in most,
- 32:53uh,
- 32:53circumstances,
- 32:54uh,
- 32:55at least in the short term.
- 32:56But,
- 32:56you know,
- 32:56when you're,
- 32:57uh,
- 32:57an incumbent,
- 32:58you've got some,
- 32:59uh,
- 32:59that,
- 32:59you know,
- 32:59he may hold that,
- 33:00he may hold that district going forward.
- 33:03I guess
- 33:04we have to sit here and look at like what the larger question is,
- 33:06right?
- 33:072026 is right around the corner.
- 33:10And I think this should
- 33:13just like it probably will rally Democrats to be excited.
- 33:17I hope it does
- 33:18scare the living hell out of Republicans.
- 33:20I think it should.
- 33:21I think that's a good thing.
- 33:23I think it does,
- 33:24and you know,
- 33:25the party needs to realize
- 33:26that they need.
- 33:27to door knock.
- 33:28They need to go door to door like
- 33:30Cliff Maloney did in New Hampshire in in Pennsylvania
- 33:33to help Donald Trump win Pennsylvania this year.
- 33:35You've got to go.
- 33:37You,
- 33:37you have to have people go and talk to people they know and bring them out to the polls.
- 33:41That's how Democrats win elections.
- 33:44And
- 33:45it especially with these mail-in ballots and all of these,
- 33:48all of these sorts of things,
- 33:49you can know if somebody votes.
- 33:51And you can go and say,
- 33:52hey,
- 33:52you haven't sent in your ballot yet,
- 33:53and people get,
- 33:54how do you know that I haven't sent in my ballot because,
- 33:55well,
- 33:56because it's public record,
- 33:56and you haven't sent in your ballot yet,
- 33:58so could you please send in your ballot?
- 34:00We know you have one.
- 34:01We know you haven't sent it in.
- 34:02Please send it in.
- 34:03I would,
- 34:03I,
- 34:04I don't understand why that information is public.
- 34:05I,
- 34:06I,
- 34:06I don't like it.
- 34:06I think it's because
- 34:08poli politicians want.
- 34:10This ability they want to be able to harass you.
- 34:13They want and they don't,
- 34:14they don't care about your privacy.
- 34:16They want to be able to harass you whenever they
- 34:17can and spend their money as efficiently as possible.
- 34:19It's good for elections and good for campaigns,
- 34:21but I don't know why that's good for an average citizen.
- 34:23Do you know why you get all those texts?
- 34:25Yeah,
- 34:25well,
- 34:25right,
- 34:25even though they harass.
- 34:26So let me let me do let me do a public service announcement to everybody.
- 34:31If you get a text from a politician June.
- 34:33Not reply stop.
- 34:35That just tells them that you are human
- 34:37and they have
- 34:39opted themselves out of canned spam email legislation
- 34:42and out of the texting legislation.
- 34:45So for political purposes,
- 34:46you can't get taken off a list because it's not the
- 34:49law that you have to be taken off a list.
- 34:51It's incredible.
- 34:52All these,
- 34:52all these laws when it comes around politics are formed so the
- 34:55politicians get the benefit of the doubt on all of them.
- 34:57You know,
- 34:57it's not about you and your like they,
- 34:59they'll be happy to protect you against some evil
- 35:02person trying to sell you something,
- 35:03right?
- 35:04But when it's them and they want your money,
- 35:06well then they get all the rights in the world to do whatever they want,
- 35:09uh,
- 35:10it's,
- 35:10uh,
- 35:10I think it's honestly something
- 35:13if.
- 35:13If there was a politician out there arguing that that should stop,
- 35:16I would be all about it because it really should.
- 35:18I mean,
- 35:19but that's just,
- 35:19this is typical politics.
- 35:20So what do you take from this?
- 35:21Do you,
- 35:22do you like,
- 35:23looking forward,
- 35:23I will say,
- 35:24as a person looking at this stuff all the time,
- 35:26you know,
- 35:26we,
- 35:27you know,
- 35:27my new thing is with prediction markets like.
- 35:29I look at the 2026 race with real trepidation
- 35:32about what the Republicans are going to do there.
- 35:34I mean,
- 35:34I,
- 35:34you know,
- 35:34you know,
- 35:35history tells us,
- 35:36uh,
- 35:36the House is likely gone even if they're in
- 35:39a good position and everything was going perfectly,
- 35:41and I don't think it's been as tragic as the media makes it out to be.
- 35:44Obviously they make it sound like nobody supports Donald Trump or Republicans,
- 35:47that's not true.
- 35:49But this is a dangerous election.
- 35:50I mean,
- 35:50there's a real,
- 35:51real possibility that this stuff goes out the window.
- 35:53It's a very,
- 35:54very narrow
- 35:55House majority.
- 35:56We know that.
- 35:56One seat now,
- 35:57one seat.
- 35:58I know that we've done a bunch of redistricting
- 36:00and we think that that's gonna work and,
- 36:01and help,
- 36:02but the Democrats have done it too.
- 36:04Um,
- 36:05I,
- 36:05I know,
- 36:06but one of the things that you look at is,
- 36:08I think the Democrats are only up like 4% with registered voters.
- 36:13Which we know is a metric that tends to lean Democratic
- 36:18and it's not huge,
- 36:19um,
- 36:20you know,
- 36:20people hate Democrats more than they hate Republicans,
- 36:23I think.
- 36:24So there's that.
- 36:24I mean,
- 36:25I think that that this election is everybody hates everybody and
- 36:29who are we going to vote for aiming high as usual,
- 36:31uh,
- 36:31top of the notch.
- 36:32Who,
- 36:32who can we get in there that we hate slightly less,
- 36:35but I think that this is the narrative setting,
- 36:37right?
- 36:37The Democrats are going to fundraise on it.
- 36:39It's.
- 36:40Going to give them momentum,
- 36:42which is why I said this weekend that there is no way to sugarcoat this.
- 36:46This is bad.
- 36:47This is epically bad.
- 36:48This is not good.
- 36:50This is not a storyline that we needed
- 36:54to come out of this race.
- 36:55Yeah,
- 36:56it really is an amazing,
- 36:58amazing result,
- 36:59and you know,
- 36:59you hate to see it because,
- 37:00you know,
- 37:01the Democrats are happy,
- 37:02and I hate to see that.
- 37:03Um,
- 37:04uh,
- 37:04before you go,
- 37:04final score prediction.
- 37:05What do we got?
- 37:06Um.
- 37:07I think the Patriots are going to win by 3.
- 37:09I don't know what the final score will be.
- 37:11I have watched.
- 37:13Yeah,
- 37:13I,
- 37:13I've watched so many Madden
- 37:15simulations of this thing.
- 37:16Like,
- 37:17like,
- 37:17like that,
- 37:17that's like my thing now.
- 37:18Like I,
- 37:18I spend my time watching Madden simulations,
- 37:20right?
- 37:21And there's dozens of them,
- 37:22and they all end up with one score.
- 37:25It all,
- 37:25and I think it's gonna be a 1 score game.
- 37:27I think the defense,
- 37:28I think it's gonna be a low scoring game because I think the defense on both sides
- 37:32is gonna be fantastic.
- 37:33I mean.
- 37:35If he wins,
- 37:35he's gonna,
- 37:35what,
- 37:36the first person to
- 37:37face like
- 37:384 top
- 37:397 defenses
- 37:41in the history of the playoffs,
- 37:42right?
- 37:43Like,
- 37:43like that,
- 37:43that is gonna be,
- 37:44and the Patriots have been
- 37:46a lights out defense
- 37:47in this playoffs.
- 37:48You know,
- 37:48I,
- 37:48I love the after action.
- 37:50Oh,
- 37:50no,
- 37:51CJ Stroud is gonna kill the Patriots.
- 37:53Oh no,
- 37:53he had an off game.
- 37:54No,
- 37:54no,
- 37:54he ran into the Patriots' defense.
- 37:57So,
- 37:57so did,
- 37:57so did Justin Herbert,
- 37:59and so did
- 38:00Jarrett Stidham,
- 38:00and I think Bo Nix would have too.
- 38:02Yeah,
- 38:02I mean,
- 38:03yeah,
- 38:04and,
- 38:04and,
- 38:04and not to mention in that weather,
- 38:05I don't think anyone's doing anything anyway.
- 38:07All right,
- 38:07uh,
- 38:07Rob Eno,
- 38:08managing editor of Blaze News,
- 38:09six-time Super Bowl winner,
- 38:11uh,
- 38:12sort of
- 38:13in a way.
- 38:14Uh,
- 38:15Rob,
- 38:15thanks so much for coming on.
- 38:16Thanks for having me on.
- 38:25I have a lot of important news,
- 38:27uh,
- 38:27to get to here and I wanna get to all of it.
- 38:29Uh,
- 38:29Texas Senate candidate James Tallarico's campaign is roiled
- 38:33as he denies referring to his ex-rival as a mediocre black man.
- 38:37Talking about Colin Allred is the,
- 38:39uh,
- 38:39guy.
- 38:40Uh,
- 38:40now,
- 38:41look,
- 38:41there's very little disagreement that he is mediocre.
- 38:45Uh,
- 38:45so that's there.
- 38:46The question is,
- 38:47can you,
- 38:47can you,
- 38:48uh,
- 38:48are you a racist for pointing out that he's also black,
- 38:51which I think,
- 38:52I mean,
- 38:52he
- 38:53kind of ran part of his campaign,
- 38:56making sure that you noted,
- 38:57uh,
- 38:58that he was a minority
- 38:59candidate.
- 39:00Um,
- 39:01however,
- 39:01uh,
- 39:03some people would say that maybe that's not racist.
- 39:04I disagree.
- 39:05Uh,
- 39:06because I love my girl Jasmine Crockett.
- 39:08So,
- 39:09anything pro- Jasmine,
- 39:10anything that's good for Jasmine,
- 39:11I agree with.
- 39:13So James Tallarico,
- 39:14racist.
- 39:16Confirmed,
- 39:17even though he's denying it.
- 39:18Uh,
- 39:18Trump,
- 39:19uh,
- 39:20is calling on,
- 39:20uh,
- 39:21Republicans to nationalize future elections.
- 39:23Boys and girls,
- 39:25no.
- 39:27President Trump has done a lot of good things,
- 39:28we've noted that many,
- 39:29many times.
- 39:30Terrible,
- 39:31terrible,
- 39:32terrible idea.
- 39:32We should not nationalize,
- 39:34uh,
- 39:35elections.
- 39:36Bad.
- 39:37Also
- 39:38completely prohibited by the Constitution.
- 39:40This is not a questionable thing.
- 39:42uh,
- 39:43Republicans certainly can't take over elections,
- 39:45but.
- 39:46I might note to many of you,
- 39:48uh,
- 39:49think of the alternative here,
- 39:51if Democrats do it.
- 39:52By the way,
- 39:52they had a bill,
- 39:53it was called HR1.
- 39:55It was their highest priority item to nationalize elections.
- 39:58They really want that to occur.
- 40:01Uh,
- 40:02no,
- 40:03no,
- 40:03no,
- 40:03no,
- 40:03no,
- 40:04no,
- 40:04not good for security,
- 40:05terrible for security,
- 40:06terrible for everything,
- 40:07so we do not want that.
- 40:08Let me give you another
- 40:09terrible idea.
- 40:11This one comes from Jeanine Pirro,
- 40:13again,
- 40:14done some good things.
- 40:16This is not accurate.
- 40:18Trump Ali Pro threatens jail for anyone bringing a gun to Washington DC.
- 40:23Quote,
- 40:23you bring a gun into this district,
- 40:25count on going to jail.
- 40:27Now,
- 40:28again,
- 40:28I'm sure as a person who,
- 40:30by the way,
- 40:31has had a,
- 40:31you know,
- 40:32she had a,
- 40:33this is not a Fox News commentator.
- 40:35She had a long history in law enforcement before she was ever on Fox News.
- 40:38I'm sure she was just
- 40:39shorthanding this and not,
- 40:41um,
- 40:42enunciating the actual rule,
- 40:44because,
- 40:44uh,
- 40:44of course,
- 40:45this is true.
- 40:46She says,
- 40:46I don't care if you have a license in another district,
- 40:48I don't care if you're a law-abiding gun owner somewhere else.
- 40:50Um,
- 40:51again,
- 40:52There are laws you have to follow,
- 40:53of course,
- 40:54in Washington DC they are more strict than they are in other areas.
- 40:56That does not mean that you cannot bring a gun there,
- 40:59you can.
- 40:59Um,
- 41:00you just have to be very,
- 41:00very careful.
- 41:01I wouldn't advise it because,
- 41:03especially when they're,
- 41:03when the Republicans have that attitude,
- 41:05I would not advise it.
- 41:07But,
- 41:07uh,
- 41:08you know,
- 41:08there is a constitution that is in place,
- 41:10to be clear.
- 41:11Billie Eilish called out on stolen land,
- 41:13Grammy comments
- 41:14while owning a million dollars mansion.
- 41:16I would
- 41:17probably argue it's probably more than just a million dollars,
- 41:20but.
- 41:20Uh,
- 41:21kind of bizarre because I don't know how,
- 41:23like when you're buying the real estate,
- 41:26you might know it was on stolen land,
- 41:28so you're just as guilty as all the evil ICE agents apparently.
- 41:32And,
- 41:33uh,
- 41:33a bizarre attendee at the Grammys,
- 41:35yes,
- 41:38Katanji Brown Jackson?
- 41:39Yes,
- 41:40Katanji Brown Jackson was at the ice,
- 41:42uh at the anti-Ice Grammys after inventing,
- 41:44uh,
- 41:44scandals about her colleagues.
- 41:46Uh,
- 41:46that's not the most important thing.
- 41:47The most important thing is why would KBJ be at the Grammys?
- 41:51And
- 41:51I will tell you,
- 41:51there's only one legitimate answer to that question.
- 41:54When this song finally,
- 41:56when justice finally happens,
- 41:59and this song wins
- 42:01for,
- 42:01uh,
- 42:02multiple Grammys,
- 42:031020,
- 42:0450 Grammys,
- 42:05remember this classic.
- 42:07Jack.
- 42:08And
- 42:09she
- 42:09is for real.
- 42:11Never
- 42:12had a just as quiet like her,
- 42:14she's a.
- 42:15Defender
- 42:17jack.
- 42:18And she is for real.
- 42:32Andre Brown Jackson
- 42:34She is for real.
- 42:37Fred judged at the circuit court and the trial court,
- 42:41she knows the score.
- 42:42The town Jackson.
- 42:44She
- 42:44is for
- 42:45real.
- 42:46Many a day has gone by with no black female voice.
- 42:49Want the most qualified?
- 42:50KBJ's a clear choice.
- 42:52Clerk at all three levels of the judiciary.
- 42:54That's way more than can be said for Miss Amy Coney.
- 42:56Barrett pushed it faster than Cancun Cruz when he fled,
- 42:59so spare us all that bull like you thought we'd forget.
- 43:02KBJ is the GOAT.
- 43:03Oh,
- 43:03you want an explanation?
- 43:04Let's look at how much they all did before the nominations.
- 43:07KBJ's is of experience.
- 43:08She judged by 8.9.
- 43:09Yeah,
- 43:09that's more than Thomas Roberts,
- 43:10Kagan,
- 43:11and Barrett combined.
- 43:15Wow.
- 43:16You might say,
- 43:16hey,
- 43:17why did you just play that again?
- 43:18Well,
- 43:18um,
- 43:19it wasn't.
- 43:19I,
- 43:19we didn't just play it again,
- 43:20I was just listening to it in the break and it just came,
- 43:22uh,
- 43:22we just left it on.
- 43:23Um,
- 43:24anyway,
- 43:24uh,
- 43:24so remember that song,
- 43:25it'll be in your head all day.
- 43:27And when you think of that song,
