- 0:04Speaker 1: Welcome back to Artists on artists on artists on artists.
- 0:07Speaker 1: You've heard them, but have you seen them?
- 0:09Speaker 2: This week we're talking to voice.
- 0:11Speaker 3: Artists, dubbing, looping, voice extras, voice matching. These are all
- 0:18Speaker 3: things that fall under the category of voice artists. Dubbing
- 0:22Speaker 3: being dubbing the lines from a foreign language into English,
- 0:26Speaker 3: looping being filling the background of a scene with necessary walla, walla,
- 0:31Speaker 3: and voice matching being matching a celebrity's voice so they
- 0:35Speaker 3: don't have to pay the celebrity.
- 0:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 0:37Speaker 3: I can't believe I described all of those.
- 0:39Speaker 5: I can't believe you did either. Let's sit back, pull
- 0:43Speaker 5: up your mic and listen in. How is everyone today?
- 0:50Speaker 2: Yes, very well, thank you, Yeah, thank you.
- 0:53Speaker 6: It's so doing awesome today, guys.
- 0:56Speaker 7: So great to see everyone uh here and the great
- 1:00Speaker 7: about this industry.
- 1:02Speaker 8: In run room because sometimes we have to be separated out.
- 1:05Speaker 4: In the Yeah. I'm so used to having you guys
- 1:09Speaker 4: in my in the cans or in the headphone.
- 1:11Speaker 5: Yeah I know, but I don't know who's headphones for
- 1:18Speaker 5: you at home, and she'll do that, so you can
- 1:20Speaker 5: just say.
- 1:21Speaker 4: That it is so strange to be near a camera.
- 1:24Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I keep smiling.
- 1:27Speaker 2: I know that.
- 1:29Speaker 6: I know this is a lot.
- 1:31Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:32Speaker 5: Yeah, you're good side. I think it's it's your left,
- 1:34Speaker 5: my left.
- 1:35Speaker 9: Okay, well, I will say that I've been doing so.
- 1:42Speaker 2: But the cameras are over there, so.
- 1:45Speaker 8: I would consider that you're extreme left.
- 1:46Speaker 2: You a kind of your moderate left. Yes, that's perfect.
- 1:52Speaker 9: I've been doing well and I.
- 1:55Speaker 6: Found that natural.
- 1:56Speaker 2: That's awesome.
- 1:58Speaker 9: God, it really is crazy.
- 1:59Speaker 4: Are you not on camera?
- 2:01Speaker 7: You should be hosting like a Good Morning America or something.
- 2:05Speaker 9: Good Morning America.
- 2:08Speaker 2: That's perfect.
- 2:09Speaker 9: I think America likes to be side eyed. I think
- 2:11Speaker 9: I could once I get too old for the voice work,
- 2:14Speaker 9: because you get croaky at a certain.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Yes, don't even bring it up. I'm scared.
- 2:18Speaker 6: I know I am so.
- 2:19Speaker 7: But a voice artist I was talking to got the
- 2:22Speaker 7: croak and it happened like at the stroke of midnight, and.
- 2:26Speaker 5: It's like a linebacker breaking their a c L Yeah, dono.
- 2:30Speaker 2: I don't know if you.
- 2:31Speaker 4: Guys know about this, but you guys, do you guys
- 2:33Speaker 4: know Glenn Dunlevy.
- 2:35Speaker 5: Don't tell me he has a well no, but he.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Goes to the Czech Republic and he gets stem cells
- 2:42Speaker 4: in his throat and he sounds he sounds like a baby.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Is that where the accent's coming from? Though it does
- 2:47Speaker 3: feel like he's developing it.
- 2:48Speaker 4: It might be he does spend a lot of time there.
- 2:51Speaker 4: But apparently it works. And I'm not saying that I
- 2:53Speaker 4: would do it. But I'm also not so what a liar?
- 2:56Speaker 5: He told me he had a cat he was visiting.
- 2:58Speaker 8: I'll tell you what.
- 2:59Speaker 9: No, this is the cat thing. If you've got a
- 3:02Speaker 9: young enough cats sperm and you gargle it, it will
- 3:07Speaker 9: change the cellular makeup of your Trade's true.
- 3:11Speaker 5: But I've heard it. I've heard it.
- 3:13Speaker 8: I don't like young cat sperm. I'm just gonna get
- 3:16Speaker 8: on record and say it.
- 3:17Speaker 9: Oh, it's not about like And no, I don't eat
- 3:18Speaker 9: it for I guess.
- 3:19Speaker 5: You're not doing it because you want to know it's
- 3:21Speaker 5: to avoid I won't.
- 3:24Speaker 3: Okay, Wow, this has been awesome already. I would say,
- 3:28Speaker 3: why don't we just go around? Because I know people
- 3:30Speaker 3: are so familiar with our voices, but I don't know
- 3:33Speaker 3: if they're familiar with our faces, So why don't we
- 3:36Speaker 3: just go around and introduce ourselves. I'll start. My name
- 3:40Speaker 3: is Dax Baxter. I do a lot of dubbing. You
- 3:45Speaker 3: might know me from sinking in the whole Jiu Jitsu.
- 3:50Speaker 3: It's this new anime coming to Netflix, and I of
- 3:53Speaker 3: course play kouba Ya, this warrior samurai ninja who finally
- 3:58Speaker 3: breaks the norms out of high school. And I'm really
- 4:02Speaker 3: stoked about it.
- 4:03Speaker 8: It's awesome. I mean, since I've known you, you've been
- 4:05Speaker 8: obsessed with Japanese culture.
- 4:07Speaker 2: I love.
- 4:11Speaker 3: I love Japanese culture. I love it so much. Sometimes
- 4:15Speaker 3: I wish, you know, sometimes I.
- 4:18Speaker 6: Just wish, I wish, But why don't you finish the sentence?
- 4:22Speaker 3: I just wish, you know, wish. But this is so nice,
- 4:28Speaker 3: and I'm so privileged and honored and guided into this work.
- 4:32Speaker 3: And I'm just so happy that I have an experience
- 4:35Speaker 3: and an ability to dub some amazing animes coming to America,
- 4:39Speaker 3: you know, be the bridge from Japan to America.
- 4:43Speaker 9: Have you met the Japanese actor who voices it originally?
- 4:47Speaker 5: That's a great question.
- 4:48Speaker 2: No, No, I haven't.
- 4:49Speaker 3: But I've reached out on Instagram and I've used a
- 4:52Speaker 3: lot of Google Translate to try to like start something,
- 4:54Speaker 3: but they haven't said anything.
- 4:56Speaker 2: But yeah, have you.
- 4:57Speaker 9: Met your actor? No? Yeah, I don't watch cartoons, So
- 5:07Speaker 9: it's anime.
- 5:08Speaker 2: This is not a cartoon.
- 5:11Speaker 9: Sorry, America.
- 5:13Speaker 3: It's just it's just different. It's just different than they're
- 5:15Speaker 3: not cartoons.
- 5:16Speaker 9: Is it not animated, then it is animated, so it's
- 5:19Speaker 9: a cartoon.
- 5:20Speaker 3: No, it's not a cartoon. Well, it's actually based on manga,
- 5:22Speaker 3: so it's like different. The cartoons actually have no base frame.
- 5:25Speaker 3: They're not based on anything. That it's not like based
- 5:27Speaker 3: on anything.
- 5:27Speaker 9: I'm pretty sure The Little Mermaid was based on a
- 5:30Speaker 9: Hans Christian Anderson novel about a mermaid.
- 5:33Speaker 5: Yeah, that was here we go.
- 5:34Speaker 4: Can I just I'm sorry. I feel like we're all
- 5:37Speaker 4: sensing the tension since you guys broke up. It's been
- 5:40Speaker 4: very we'll talk about it. We'll talk awkward and I mean, know,
- 5:44Speaker 4: we're a group. We're the Loop group.
- 5:45Speaker 9: This is how we were dated. This is the same like,
- 5:48Speaker 9: this is the same, the exact same energy.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Guys.
- 5:51Speaker 5: Know, we split up into two separate group text Let's
- 5:53Speaker 5: be honest, right, I mean, the main one still exists,
- 5:56Speaker 5: but there's one mostly evites.
- 5:59Speaker 7: Yeah, and we are seated in the group text that
- 6:03Speaker 7: was divided. We have your group text, the Funny Bunnies
- 6:07Speaker 7: and your group text I don't know what you call
- 6:09Speaker 7: it because I am not doing.
- 6:10Speaker 3: It, but we call it katsunori. It's so fun.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Came up. I came up with that. I don't know
- 6:16Speaker 2: how to change the title of the group text.
- 6:19Speaker 4: We honestly, guys, we this is I mean, we might
- 6:21Speaker 4: as well just er it here. We communicate on world
- 6:24Speaker 4: just so that you guys don't rule.
- 6:29Speaker 9: Do you feel like there's a messaging app in wordle
- 6:33Speaker 9: there is?
- 6:34Speaker 4: You can you can respond to people a chat.
- 6:37Speaker 7: Oh, that would be so much easier because I've just
- 6:39Speaker 7: been trying to communicate through the words I choose in
- 6:42Speaker 7: the world, like help or breakfast.
- 6:45Speaker 6: If I want to get munch with it, I'm your
- 6:47Speaker 6: question mark.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Yeah, none of those are five letters, so it's really
- 6:51Speaker 3: hard to do.
- 6:51Speaker 6: And so I'm playing it wrong. I knew I was
- 6:53Speaker 6: playing it wrong.
- 6:55Speaker 4: But I guess I guess what I'm saying is like,
- 6:57Speaker 4: you know, it's I'd rather you guys just get it
- 7:00Speaker 4: all out because it is affecting and.
- 7:02Speaker 3: We feel like we have and we feel like there's this.
- 7:04Speaker 9: Is what you feel that you will if you hadn't,
- 7:07Speaker 9: if you hadn't unfriended me on venmo, I don't think
- 7:10Speaker 9: any of this would have gone.
- 7:11Speaker 5: As far as speaking of Vemo. That's how we communicate,
- 7:14Speaker 5: That's correct.
- 7:15Speaker 2: We talk on Venmo.
- 7:15Speaker 8: We send each other one set back and forth.
- 7:17Speaker 9: Yeah, for your thoughts, yes, wow, yeah.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Sometimes a request to him too. Yeah, what do you
- 7:26Speaker 2: think about this request? Petty?
- 7:29Speaker 5: Hi, guys, my name is Miranda, Miranda Scott, and I
- 7:36Speaker 5: I don't I guess I will say from the group,
- 7:38Speaker 5: I'm basically known as the Queen of Walla. Back in
- 7:42Speaker 5: high school, my high school bully came up to me
- 7:45Speaker 5: and said, everything you say is so basic. It's so
- 7:47Speaker 5: easy to tune it out. It sounds like nothing. And
- 7:50Speaker 5: I heard that weapon and I turned it into my gift, right,
- 7:55Speaker 5: So I yeah, I don't know. I'm just like a
- 7:57Speaker 5: girl I grew up in Resita and I explain wala is,
- 8:02Speaker 5: Oh yeah, wala is just usually background noise that the
- 8:07Speaker 5: background actors are usually saying. If they need to go
- 8:10Speaker 5: in there and make the space feel denser, maybe if
- 8:12Speaker 5: they want the coffee shop to feel like there's a
- 8:14Speaker 5: lot of life around it or something, they'll have us
- 8:17Speaker 5: come in or dub Walla on top of.
- 8:19Speaker 2: It, like like this is a crazy thing. About film.
- 8:21Speaker 3: It's like you see a coffee shop and like you
- 8:23Speaker 3: think everybody's talking that coffee shop, but they're not miilming. Yeah,
- 8:26Speaker 3: they're not mic and they're not making any noise.
- 8:28Speaker 4: Oh yeah, if you're on set, you'll see how mean
- 8:30Speaker 4: they are to those extras.
- 8:32Speaker 9: If they make any well, and they're telling them to
- 8:34Speaker 9: say peas and carrots, which has two s's, it's problematic.
- 8:38Speaker 9: I mean, pee carrot be fine.
- 8:40Speaker 5: Goodness gracious.
- 8:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:42Speaker 5: So I get in there and I just say what
- 8:44Speaker 5: my bully said, basic stuff. I just get in there
- 8:47Speaker 5: and talk about I don't know, tomatoes, the smell of
- 8:52Speaker 5: my coffee in the morning, how are you you know?
- 8:54Speaker 8: It's just like so good because when you start doing it,
- 8:56Speaker 8: I want to hear anything else.
- 8:57Speaker 5: Yeah, that's exactly what my say.
- 9:01Speaker 6: It makes me go, did I miss something?
- 9:02Speaker 8: Oh?
- 9:03Speaker 6: Did I miss something?
- 9:03Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 9:04Speaker 5: My husband I can't get him, Like every time he
- 9:06Speaker 5: z owns out and he's like and we're working on him,
- 9:08Speaker 5: trying to like just like hear me a little bit
- 9:11Speaker 5: so crazy.
- 9:12Speaker 1: He keeps posting on Facebook, You've gone missing, and then
- 9:14Speaker 1: he's like, oh, never mind, she's in the living room.
- 9:16Speaker 5: Yeah, And I'm just like do eggs over EASi or
- 9:18Speaker 5: scrambled yeah out anyway, I'm happy to be here.
- 9:22Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 9:23Speaker 5: Sorry if I'm boring.
- 9:24Speaker 2: In advance, No, no, not at all.
- 9:26Speaker 5: No, I know my brand.
- 9:27Speaker 4: It's fun to I'm glad that we cross world, you know.
- 9:30Speaker 4: And as you guys know, some of this the voice
- 9:32Speaker 4: stuff can get so territorial and contentious, and I'm just
- 9:35Speaker 4: happy that we're all yeah here together.
- 9:38Speaker 5: Yeah, because if one of you guys, one of you
- 9:40Speaker 5: big legends came into the wall of space, I would
- 9:42Speaker 5: get a little cats like that's my territory.
- 9:46Speaker 7: Well, and I don't mean to start to tur four
- 9:48Speaker 7: with you.
- 9:48Speaker 6: Oh you know, okay, I'll I'll take this cue.
- 9:52Speaker 7: I'm my name is Rolf Hanson, and I uh I
- 9:56Speaker 7: do a walla walla not in your world, but for
- 9:59Speaker 7: uh unsavory background characters so so sort of henchmen, goons
- 10:05Speaker 7: like mafia guys who are sort of up to no good.
- 10:08Speaker 7: I do the sort of rumblings of people who are
- 10:11Speaker 7: applotting or scheming.
- 10:13Speaker 6: Or like should we take them out?
- 10:14Speaker 3: Should we kill him?
- 10:15Speaker 7: Stuff like that, But it can't be so distracting that
- 10:18Speaker 7: the main tough guy gets overshotted.
- 10:21Speaker 3: And this is the crazy thing about this specific kind
- 10:24Speaker 3: of genre you're in. I honestly cannot think of one
- 10:27Speaker 3: situation where benchmen are talking in the background.
- 10:31Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's been slow.
- 10:33Speaker 6: It's been slow. I will admit it's been quite slow
- 10:36Speaker 6: for the past.
- 10:37Speaker 7: I've been in this for forty years at this point,
- 10:40Speaker 7: and it's it ebbs and flows. You know, sometimes there
- 10:44Speaker 7: will be a big movie, the Irishman. I will be
- 10:47Speaker 7: in the back, Barry. I got to come in a
- 10:50Speaker 7: couple of times.
- 10:51Speaker 3: So those guys, to those guys, yeah, yeah, well correct me,
- 10:56Speaker 3: but you do you started in Europe, and Europe that's
- 10:59Speaker 3: more of a story, is the background.
- 11:02Speaker 4: Don't get caught up so much with the main characters,
- 11:04Speaker 4: and we it's.
- 11:05Speaker 6: A collectivism versus individualism.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Right, Well, that's all those European movies where there's henchmen.
- 11:10Speaker 1: They're all smoking cigarettes and talking and having conversations.
- 11:13Speaker 4: I didn't know there was a Swedish mafia until I
- 11:14Speaker 4: started watching.
- 11:16Speaker 5: And I'm sad that you said things need to pick up,
- 11:20Speaker 5: because I mean, I'm slammed. I played girl, lady girl
- 11:23Speaker 5: with a bag, Lady lady with a lamp, like I'm
- 11:27Speaker 5: doing a lot of that stuff. And I wish for
- 11:30Speaker 5: you that there were more henchmen in the back of
- 11:32Speaker 5: just like I don't know, an episode of sex sivees
- 11:34Speaker 5: of college girls.
- 11:34Speaker 7: You know what I mean, like pitching, you know these
- 11:36Speaker 7: other shows, and sometimes I go to you know, I've
- 11:39Speaker 7: branched into reality.
- 11:40Speaker 6: I've said HGTV.
- 11:42Speaker 7: I've I've sat down with them and I've said, hey,
- 11:44Speaker 7: why don't you put some some evil guys in the
- 11:45Speaker 7: back of the house. Why don't you put some evil
- 11:48Speaker 7: guys in there and just see what happens, you know,
- 11:50Speaker 7: And then sometimes it works, you know. I got in
- 11:53Speaker 7: the background of Ike Harley and it it was awesome.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Congrats.
- 11:59Speaker 6: That was ago, was a while ago.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Yeah, but the original, the.
- 12:05Speaker 6: Original, the original still a job. I talk to them.
- 12:10Speaker 2: It's gone, it's gone.
- 12:11Speaker 7: Shoot, shoot, gosh, darn. That'd be a good email for
- 12:15Speaker 7: me to have, anyway.
- 12:17Speaker 2: I think would be good for me to have.
- 12:20Speaker 6: Yeah, I wish I had that email. Oh, it'd be awesome.
- 12:26Speaker 6: But it's great to be here with you all.
- 12:29Speaker 9: Yeah. Oh, I'm as you all know, Glass l Boloney
- 12:33Speaker 9: and Miss Boloney, Miss Bolooney. I love to beat the
- 12:38Speaker 9: Bolooney in any sandwich. Yeah, funny, I did okay, And
- 12:43Speaker 9: as we know, I I specialize and I am listen.
- 12:48Speaker 9: Work is slow. I'm branching out, but I usually do
- 12:50Speaker 9: anything from sex sounds to supernatural sounds. You know, I'm
- 12:55Speaker 9: really in the.
- 12:55Speaker 5: Ethereal or sex, supernatural sex.
- 12:59Speaker 9: I've done so much of that. I'm sure everyone has
- 13:02Speaker 9: seen Ghostbusters. In the scene where dan Akroyd got sucked off,
- 13:06Speaker 9: I made those ghosts sounds and that Yeah you really did.
- 13:11Speaker 4: I'm sorry. I know you get this all the time,
- 13:12Speaker 4: but could we hear a little bit of that?
- 13:14Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 13:14Speaker 9: Do you want specifically from that movie? Yeah?
- 13:16Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
- 13:25Speaker 4: Are you both people?
- 13:28Speaker 9: So I'm forgetting you're newer to the industry, but you
- 13:32Speaker 9: have to go a little over the top because you
- 13:34Speaker 9: have to realize the dialogue is going to be over right.
- 13:37Speaker 4: No, I didn't know if Thatroyd ghost ghosts.
- 13:41Speaker 5: Okay, Yeah, yeah, okay, that sounded awesome.
- 13:44Speaker 9: Thank you, thank you.
- 13:45Speaker 1: And it's just like yesterday, because I know you've had
- 13:48Speaker 1: You've been sitting on that sound, so yeah, it's amazing
- 13:50Speaker 1: you could pull it out.
- 13:51Speaker 9: Yeah yeah, I keep thinking it's going to come back.
- 13:54Speaker 9: But there's just not that many supernatural blow jobs and movies.
- 14:00Speaker 6: It's hard to get in there on Avenue for us
- 14:03Speaker 6: to be like, what about this? And I think that's
- 14:05Speaker 6: a problem.
- 14:05Speaker 2: I've got this sound. Why don't we do this sound right?
- 14:08Speaker 4: Right?
- 14:09Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 14:09Speaker 4: Yeah, Well, I'm large garnet. I am newer to this.
- 14:14Speaker 4: As you know. I used to be on camera, but
- 14:16Speaker 4: I don't know if you guys know, I had a
- 14:19Speaker 4: scooter accident and I scraped most of my face off. Yeah,
- 14:23Speaker 4: and so I'm no longer in front of the camera,
- 14:25Speaker 4: but you know, I'm still I love the industry. I
- 14:27Speaker 4: love the business, and I found I found that, you know,
- 14:30Speaker 4: like this, as the world gets more compartmentalized, It's actually
- 14:34Speaker 4: worked for me because I specialize in Walla but like food,
- 14:39Speaker 4: Walla specific the bite, the bite and crowd crow stuff.
- 14:44Speaker 3: I do a lot of Oh come, I just give
- 14:45Speaker 3: us a little taste of your specialty.
- 14:47Speaker 9: I was gonna, Okay, you can tell what food he's biting. Yeah,
- 14:53Speaker 9: let's guess pudding.
- 14:58Speaker 6: Yeah, shut up up, Way to.
- 15:00Speaker 5: Another one, b l t Yeah but he had a cold.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Yeah, yess that.
- 15:09Speaker 4: That fat the last piece of fat. Yeah, baker, you
- 15:14Speaker 4: can hear it.
- 15:14Speaker 2: One more?
- 15:18Speaker 5: Oh, Burger, Burger, big Burger.
- 15:23Speaker 4: Actually I tricked you. That was actually in a nineteen
- 15:27Speaker 4: fifties frat movie where I swallowed a goldfish. Yeah, okay, Yeah.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Can I just say about your accent, we're also sorry
- 15:38Speaker 1: that happened to you.
- 15:39Speaker 2: And about your face. Why hasn't it healed?
- 15:42Speaker 4: You know, I'm not I actually I'm not sure I
- 15:46Speaker 4: am because I'm like, I'm a go getter and the
- 15:49Speaker 4: doctor said to rest, but I just don't have any
- 15:51Speaker 4: quit in me, so I just keep getting up there.
- 15:53Speaker 4: I got new headshots, oh before you healed. Oh, And honestly,
- 15:59Speaker 4: I got new hatch, I feel, but I got a
- 16:01Speaker 4: little bit of work from that, and so now I
- 16:02Speaker 4: kind of feel.
- 16:03Speaker 9: Like your face intentionally to make sure you don't have
- 16:07Speaker 9: to get new headshots.
- 16:08Speaker 4: Well no, I'm saying it's like a good luck charm.
- 16:10Speaker 4: Like I got some work because I love I love
- 16:13Speaker 4: being behind the camera. I love being behind the mic,
- 16:15Speaker 4: but like if I could be in front of the cameragan,
- 16:17Speaker 4: I got some work as a tree. I heard talking tree, Yeah,
- 16:22Speaker 4: scrapped up.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that new like ya show. Yeah, where the
- 16:26Speaker 3: kids talk to the tree.
- 16:27Speaker 4: The kids doctor tree. It's the environmental it's the climate.
- 16:29Speaker 4: Climate is so important Yeah.
- 16:31Speaker 5: Yeah. Weren't you on that episode of nine one one
- 16:34Speaker 5: with the man's faces tree bark? Yeah, because of an accident.
- 16:38Speaker 4: Yeah, this case of the guy in Thailand he had
- 16:41Speaker 4: like the tree man.
- 16:43Speaker 5: See, there's stories to be told with your instruments.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Yeah. But anyway, I love I love being you know, uh,
- 16:51Speaker 4: what do you call it? You guys call yourself micers
- 16:53Speaker 4: Mike Votis voice servant.
- 16:55Speaker 6: Yeah, dub guys. This is what I've always preferred.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Little doobies.
- 17:01Speaker 4: Hey, you're dub. I'm smart.
- 17:04Speaker 9: I call myself mikey Mike.
- 17:07Speaker 2: That's really funny because I came up with that.
- 17:09Speaker 9: Okay, I don't. I think we were both joking around
- 17:12Speaker 9: and there was a build of things. It was I
- 17:14Speaker 9: felt like, I felt like, I'm sure. I always felt
- 17:17Speaker 9: like it's just crazy.
- 17:18Speaker 5: Any momentum we build as a group, it's just shot
- 17:20Speaker 5: right down.
- 17:21Speaker 6: Anyone want to switch seats? I feel like you guys
- 17:23Speaker 6: are too close together.
- 17:24Speaker 3: Might be I think we're good, Like there's like, no,
- 17:28Speaker 3: we don't have any bad blood.
- 17:30Speaker 9: Great about you?
- 17:30Speaker 2: Me too, I feel great.
- 17:31Speaker 9: I feel like as good as I ever did about you.
- 17:33Speaker 4: Literally, just like I have a question to stop this.
- 17:38Speaker 4: What is the craziest request that you guys have gotten
- 17:43Speaker 4: on a gig go getting to.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Throw myself in there, and I with my intro out
- 17:47Speaker 1: real quick too, just my name is a scuzzy bar,
- 17:50Speaker 1: and uh this is pertaining to it. I am the
- 17:54Speaker 1: guy that usually throws out that eight R line in
- 17:58Speaker 1: a large group of people. Were one guy, I shout
- 18:00Speaker 1: something over everybody else, like I hope the cat's okay,
- 18:04Speaker 1: you know, something like that. Yeah, and they had me
- 18:07Speaker 1: kind of throw a bunch of lines out. Uh.
- 18:10Speaker 2: For some other movies they didn't quite make it.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I I did a thing in the Revenant where there's
- 18:15Speaker 1: a big crowd and they had Leonardo walk in and he.
- 18:20Speaker 8: Uh, he looked really shitty.
- 18:22Speaker 2: And I was supposed to be a fur trader that said,
- 18:26Speaker 2: what's up with that fucking guy?
- 18:29Speaker 1: Oh, sons of phones wanted it in the edit and
- 18:34Speaker 1: and what they realized.
- 18:36Speaker 8: I tried it, and then Alfonso said, I think I
- 18:39Speaker 8: need to take a break and so so.
- 18:43Speaker 2: So it didn't end up working at you.
- 18:46Speaker 4: So I'm is it true that originally that bear attack
- 18:48Speaker 4: scene was a crowd scene. There's a bunch of people.
- 18:50Speaker 8: Yeah, they took a lot of work away from some
- 18:53Speaker 8: good people that day.
- 18:54Speaker 1: It was supposed to be uh, Leonardo DiCaprio wrestling twenty
- 18:59Speaker 1: five guys, and we filmed it and everything, and Leo
- 19:03Speaker 1: was so funny and we had a whoopee cushion joke too.
- 19:07Speaker 1: There's a blooper that I really wish they would show,
- 19:09Speaker 1: but they took it all out and.
- 19:11Speaker 4: They didn't include the blooper that really as silly as
- 19:14Speaker 4: everybody says, so it seems like such a goofball.
- 19:16Speaker 2: He's so funny.
- 19:17Speaker 8: He comes in, he says, Hi, my name is Meatball Sandwich.
- 19:20Speaker 5: But that's not his name.
- 19:22Speaker 2: It's funny stuff like that, you know.
- 19:24Speaker 9: I bet that's what he uses when he checks into hotels.
- 19:29Speaker 5: First po box must be meat Sandwich. I loved your
- 19:32Speaker 5: work in most recent Wicked. Weren't you the one that
- 19:35Speaker 5: went look it's Glinda. That was amazing because I feel
- 19:39Speaker 5: as if you bounce between comedy and drama.
- 19:42Speaker 4: I do.
- 19:42Speaker 1: I can do it all because I throw in one
- 19:44Speaker 1: line and so, and I am asking for writing credit
- 19:46Speaker 1: because I'm coming up with these Oh are you getting them?
- 19:48Speaker 2: Are not getting them? I'm not getting them? And it's tough.
- 19:52Speaker 1: You know, you got to sit in that studio and
- 19:54Speaker 1: it's big, and you see the screen and it's boop
- 19:56Speaker 1: boop poop, and then you say your thing and those
- 19:59Speaker 1: boot boop poops tap me into another world.
- 20:01Speaker 9: I just got anxiety when you even said them. I know.
- 20:04Speaker 2: Sorry, can I.
- 20:06Speaker 9: Confess something? I have the yips when it comes to
- 20:10Speaker 9: the boobs. I might have to. I mean, I've been
- 20:18Speaker 9: I told you like I've I've been desperate. I've been
- 20:20Speaker 9: gargling cat seemen. Like I don't I get so freaked
- 20:23Speaker 9: out that I'm and I'm just a hair of a
- 20:26Speaker 9: second off now I got fired my last job.
- 20:31Speaker 8: Well, these kids are so fast they jump on there, They're.
- 20:34Speaker 9: So fast, and all the chats between and I'm like,
- 20:37Speaker 9: how are you not in character? I mean, you know me,
- 20:39Speaker 9: I really, you know, like you get you talk about this,
- 20:44Speaker 9: but like I I'm not. I'm not pretending to be
- 20:47Speaker 9: someone else's character. I'm that character. I'm committing. And so
- 20:52Speaker 9: seeing these kids just make jokes and do bits between
- 20:55Speaker 9: you know, sound takes, and then and then the the
- 20:57Speaker 9: beeps come and then they're just right there.
- 21:00Speaker 4: I got to say, in your defense, I don't like
- 21:01Speaker 4: how those kids tease you for getting coming in character
- 21:05Speaker 4: as all of the different I.
- 21:06Speaker 3: Feel like they're reading you apart so awful, gen Z.
- 21:09Speaker 5: They don't understand when someone tries, i'd say.
- 21:11Speaker 4: You know what, you know he shows up to a
- 21:15Speaker 4: gig with suitcases and steamer trunks of costumes and feather
- 21:18Speaker 4: bows and elbow gloves and big hats A pro product.
- 21:23Speaker 2: Yeah pro Yeah.
- 21:24Speaker 5: Well, I'm having a sane place like work hazard where
- 21:28Speaker 5: I'm a workplace problem where all of a sudden, guys,
- 21:32Speaker 5: I don't know about you. I'm getting lonely in the
- 21:35Speaker 5: room in the box. Can I keep going? Can you
- 21:38Speaker 5: guys come in here? I keep getting the audio engineer
- 21:42Speaker 5: to come in there. And maybe that's because my husband
- 21:44Speaker 5: falls asleep at the sound of my voice. But like
- 21:46Speaker 5: I just would love a little human companionship.
- 21:49Speaker 9: Right, can you well?
- 21:50Speaker 7: Do you ever bring in because one time they let
- 21:52Speaker 7: me bring in my emotional support cat. Do you ever
- 21:56Speaker 7: request an he's eleven eleven eleven year old cat?
- 22:01Speaker 6: So he brought him much too old?
- 22:04Speaker 5: You brought him in the booth?
- 22:06Speaker 9: Well?
- 22:07Speaker 6: He he does? I know my neighbors Cat is pregnant.
- 22:10Speaker 6: I could hook you guys up if you.
- 22:11Speaker 9: Want, absolutely, I'll let you bat. I'll let you know,
- 22:14Speaker 9: and they'll be up for adoption six months later.
- 22:18Speaker 2: This is rough to hear. That is stuff.
- 22:21Speaker 6: You know, I love my cat. It's a shame to
- 22:23Speaker 6: think of anything, and it's pleasurable for them.
- 22:25Speaker 9: Listen, is it? I am?
- 22:27Speaker 1: I am?
- 22:28Speaker 9: This is s B S C A stuff.
- 22:36Speaker 6: I am just a C A forty where it's super safe.
- 22:42Speaker 4: You can also use cat semen as a as a
- 22:44Speaker 4: sunscreen association.
- 22:49Speaker 5: Yes a yeah, yeah, no, I've heard that about the
- 22:54Speaker 5: sunscreen under your eye for cat semens. Oh yeah, it
- 22:56Speaker 5: works really best on like really fragile skin.
- 22:59Speaker 9: God, I'm wasting some much.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Okay, what were we talking?
- 23:03Speaker 4: Well, you're just oh yeah, yeah, you brought your cat
- 23:07Speaker 4: in the booth.
- 23:08Speaker 6: You know, I brought my cat in the booth.
- 23:09Speaker 7: Of that I thought was basically it made He added
- 23:12Speaker 7: a couple evil meals here and there.
- 23:14Speaker 6: I begged for it to make the cut, but it didn't.
- 23:15Speaker 9: Oh was this Austin Powers?
- 23:17Speaker 6: This was Austin Powers?
- 23:18Speaker 4: Yes, person, because I heard about somebody who brought a
- 23:22Speaker 4: cat in the booth and then there was a studio dog.
- 23:25Speaker 2: Oh my cap just still alive.
- 23:28Speaker 9: Don't tell me I did. I made an a sound,
- 23:32Speaker 9: but I didn't connect what dots we were connecting.
- 23:34Speaker 5: I thought there was a studio dog, and when a
- 23:38Speaker 5: group of voice actors will go.
- 23:39Speaker 9: Oh, you join it, of course I'm a looper at Hart.
- 23:42Speaker 5: Come on.
- 23:43Speaker 4: Yeah, there was a studio dog, which would have been
- 23:45Speaker 4: so bad. But there was a rafter mouse.
- 23:48Speaker 2: No I heard.
- 23:50Speaker 3: They ended up using those sounds for the New Star Wars. Yeah,
- 23:54Speaker 3: for one of the robots.
- 23:55Speaker 5: And that's these that's these engineers. They hear a sound,
- 23:57Speaker 5: they're going to use it.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm gonna say it's prett clear. I'm like this.
- 24:01Speaker 2: A robot starts talking and they're like, what do you think?
- 24:03Speaker 4: G GT And it's like, yeah, that primal, terrifying sound
- 24:08Speaker 4: of like this is not this is bad.
- 24:10Speaker 5: Do you guys feel safe at all? Sometimes I know
- 24:12Speaker 5: they're rolling And I picked up a call for my
- 24:14Speaker 5: son and they used it in something and I'm here,
- 24:16Speaker 5: I am on the phone.
- 24:17Speaker 2: You know what you got to worry about?
- 24:18Speaker 1: R and B artists they use phone calls a lot,
- 24:21Speaker 1: and they'll put it in the beginning and you'd never know.
- 24:24Speaker 2: And you'll hear someone go, hey girl, how are you doing?
- 24:26Speaker 2: And I'll get a I'll get a phone call sometimes
- 24:28Speaker 2: because they like my voice.
- 24:29Speaker 9: Oh and that's a private conversation.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Yeah, and I'll be thrown into an R and B song.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Oh yes.
- 24:33Speaker 5: I picked up a call from my son and they
- 24:36Speaker 5: used it in some dubstep drop like before the beat drop,
- 24:39Speaker 5: and I went, what you're gay? Came out of the
- 24:44Speaker 5: clock on the phone.
- 24:45Speaker 2: You gotta watch out for the Fredagins. The fred Agains
- 24:47Speaker 2: are coming for us.

- 25:21Speaker 2: I have been into it. Thank you so much for
- 25:24Speaker 2: asking it.
- 25:25Speaker 3: I played Age of Empires too as the Japanese and
- 25:28Speaker 3: I just loved what they were doing.
- 25:30Speaker 4: It's not a perf thing like rivers Cuomo like you
- 25:33Speaker 4: will only date Asian.
- 25:35Speaker 3: Girls, No, no, no, oh, clearly it's not a perfe
- 25:41Speaker 3: it's not a perf thing. It's not a perf thing.

- 25:46Speaker 3: I just wish.
- 25:47Speaker 2: I just wish.
- 25:48Speaker 3: I just wish.
- 25:48Speaker 2: I just wish.
- 25:49Speaker 4: And you never once asked you to dress like a
- 25:53Speaker 4: sailor moon or getting.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Like a you might have.
- 25:55Speaker 9: You just kept saying, I wish I could. I never
- 25:57Speaker 9: knew what was going to come next, and I won't say,
- 25:59Speaker 9: and I can't.
- 25:59Speaker 2: I don't.
- 26:00Speaker 9: I don't like reading people's minds. Of the biggest problems
- 26:03Speaker 9: in our relationship. You said you'd go, I just wish,
- 26:06Speaker 9: and then I'd be like filling in the end of
- 26:09Speaker 9: the sentence. And I never got it right.
- 26:11Speaker 3: You never figured it out. You never figured it out.
- 26:14Speaker 3: But yeah, so that's exactly what I would do, and
- 26:16Speaker 3: that's what I would actually.
- 26:18Speaker 5: I would I wouldn't get close to Arika law if
- 26:20Speaker 5: if there was a gun to mine. Really, have you
- 26:23Speaker 5: ever put one of those things on A metal director
- 26:26Speaker 5: brought those things through a TSA Prejeck remembered, there's stuff
- 26:32Speaker 5: in there. It lights up like a natural.
- 26:34Speaker 4: The commercials they're blowing that big horn.
- 26:37Speaker 2: Yeah, and you think which usually means natural.
- 26:39Speaker 5: Yeah, protest too much.
- 26:41Speaker 6: It means metal, means lots of metal.
- 26:44Speaker 5: And they're really pushing like natural natural, but no, that
- 26:48Speaker 5: thing will light up like the Empire state.
- 26:51Speaker 4: What is that called the sailor's friend or the you
- 26:54Speaker 4: know that that really nasty throat one fisherman's.
- 26:58Speaker 5: Fisherman's I I I freeze little ice cubes of chlorine.
- 27:02Speaker 5: Suck on that really and then.
- 27:06Speaker 2: Chlorine yes, oh no, and it freezes.
- 27:10Speaker 6: It has a ice cube ten and sand pools freeze.
- 27:13Speaker 5: Everything freezes, so so every single thing I don't want to.
- 27:17Speaker 6: Get into.
- 27:19Speaker 2: Pools don't freeze. That wasn't that. There's really no way
- 27:24Speaker 2: to test that.
- 27:25Speaker 4: I'm trying to think of where cold enough.
- 27:28Speaker 2: I just can't think of a place.
- 27:29Speaker 5: And this is why we've seen I've seen it.
- 27:33Speaker 6: If you have come to Scandinavia, you.
- 27:36Speaker 1: Stole my pool water, replaced it with tap water. That's
- 27:38Speaker 1: why it froze. You need to give me my pool water.
- 27:41Speaker 6: That show me the ring can water.
- 27:45Speaker 5: Sometimes I think we blame you too for the divide
- 27:47Speaker 5: in our group, and I think it's these well.
- 27:49Speaker 9: And I didn't say anything when we started talking about
- 27:51Speaker 9: group threads, but can we admit that we do have six?
- 27:54Speaker 9: We have six and there's one person missing from every
- 27:56Speaker 9: single Yes, yes, yes, we'll.
- 27:57Speaker 2: Talk about it.
- 27:58Speaker 3: Do you just know when you're not getting the text messages?
- 28:01Speaker 3: You know they're talking about the worst.
- 28:04Speaker 7: When you put out like a hilarious joke or a
- 28:07Speaker 7: sort of gift that's very funny, and you don't get
- 28:09Speaker 7: a response for about thirty seconds, and you know they're
- 28:12Speaker 7: on the other threads calling me a loser or dingbat
- 28:15Speaker 7: or whatever.
- 28:16Speaker 1: Walk when I I leave it for three minutes and
- 28:18Speaker 1: I throw all my phone across the room and say
- 28:19Speaker 1: I'll look at it in three hours.
- 28:21Speaker 6: And that's very stressful.
- 28:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I'll be honest. I started another one where I
- 28:26Speaker 4: play all you guys.
- 28:29Speaker 5: It's just.
- 28:31Speaker 4: Names different. No, I have you guys just as like
- 28:34Speaker 4: as an ideal and you're.
- 28:36Speaker 9: Doing voice memos of our voices. Are you trying to
- 28:38Speaker 9: take our job?
- 28:39Speaker 7: No?
- 28:39Speaker 4: No, No, it's just text. I'm just texting fan fiction.
- 28:44Speaker 9: Is that.
- 28:49Speaker 5: Oh my god, you're yibs. They're going away. You just
- 28:53Speaker 5: have to channel this.
- 28:54Speaker 9: Oh my god, I need more sexuality in the room.
- 28:57Speaker 4: That Carrie Bracha broad Shaw.
- 29:02Speaker 9: I did a Carrie Broadshow. It was not a licensed
- 29:06Speaker 9: Sex and the City remake, and I was Carrie Broadshaw.
- 29:10Speaker 2: Yeah they could.
- 29:12Speaker 5: They can't get the right yeah and carry Broadshaws opposed
- 29:16Speaker 5: to Bradshaw. It's if she was on the lower east side, right.
- 29:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:25Speaker 8: Is good.
- 29:33Speaker 10: Mister b was a big fox. It was quite a
- 29:36Speaker 10: big very cool. Yeah, the Bug is moving to Versailles.
- 29:46Speaker 10: Really great show.
- 29:48Speaker 1: I wanted to break something up. I thought it would
- 29:50Speaker 1: be really fun here we go for the audience at home.
- 29:53Speaker 1: I mean we talked about it before.
- 29:55Speaker 4: We're a big loop group.
- 29:56Speaker 2: We've done a lot of.
- 29:57Speaker 1: Movies and I wanted to see if maybe we could
- 29:59Speaker 1: tap in into a couple loops. We've done different locations,
- 30:03Speaker 1: different backgrounds, coffee shops.
- 30:07Speaker 2: To do. Maybe we just jump in.
- 30:09Speaker 6: Here's some I know. We we did our recent job.
- 30:12Speaker 2: The all.
- 30:25Speaker 6: The let's run it back Sam All again.
- 30:30Speaker 7: No, we should pull up the clip of and they
- 30:33Speaker 7: probably won't want us to release this, but this is
- 30:35Speaker 7: the unaired footage of we all did wall on those
- 30:39Speaker 7: faun't and there's a bunch of you know, the village
- 30:44Speaker 7: scene where the Lily Rose Depp and the the no
- 30:49Speaker 7: not she isn't there, her husband is there and there
- 30:52Speaker 7: he is on his way to meet those Faratu and
- 30:54Speaker 7: it's this sort of terrifying medieval village.
- 30:57Speaker 6: But originally they wanted a lot more medieval chat.
- 31:00Speaker 5: And this will be fun. Why don't we play the original,
- 31:05Speaker 5: the mixed, the final, and then we could isolate each
- 31:08Speaker 5: of one of our tracks. So let's do the We'll
- 31:11Speaker 5: play that clip. I think you guys will hear that. Yeah, great,
- 31:14Speaker 5: and then we'll do our individuals, all right, sometimes okay,
- 31:39Speaker 5: before we start to watch the movie, let's now play
- 31:43Speaker 5: each one of our individual isolated tracks.
- 31:48Speaker 4: I need hey, I need lots of ay, I.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Need lots of hay.
- 31:53Speaker 1: I need.
- 31:55Speaker 4: Liam Neeson was in the background. I didn't realize that
- 31:59Speaker 4: you that was what you said.
- 32:04Speaker 2: Sounds a lot like.
- 32:08Speaker 8: Matching for Liam whenever he does the new commercials.
- 32:11Speaker 5: But I do love your walla wall. It's always talking
- 32:13Speaker 5: about actors you love.
- 32:15Speaker 2: It's so risky. Okay, let's see, but JA should the
- 32:22Speaker 2: other day.
- 32:23Speaker 4: He's much taller than you would expect.
- 32:27Speaker 2: I love it.
- 32:27Speaker 9: It's such a style. You have a real you have
- 32:29Speaker 9: a real fingerprint in your Yeah.
- 32:31Speaker 2: Just so funny.
- 32:32Speaker 1: You thought Alexander is taller than you thought it would
- 32:34Speaker 1: be yeah, well, don't you think that he's going to
- 32:36Speaker 1: be have to be.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Almost that.
- 32:44Speaker 5: I guess I'll play mind. Then I guess this tomato
- 32:50Speaker 5: feels like it is ripe. But sometimes I'm like, what
- 32:54Speaker 5: is a ripe tomato versus.
- 32:55Speaker 9: Just it's your turn to start? What it's your turn
- 32:59Speaker 9: to start? Oh?
- 33:00Speaker 5: That was me doing it.
- 33:03Speaker 2: This is why you're so amazing the.
- 33:06Speaker 6: Room and you'll miss it.
- 33:09Speaker 2: I think, Wow, Radio, it's perfect.
- 33:14Speaker 4: I cannot believe your husband doesn't like you.
- 33:17Speaker 2: This is like, it is crazy.
- 33:18Speaker 5: The other day, would a star shine so bright if
- 33:21Speaker 5: it wasn't in the dark. I'm the dark. Oh my god,
- 33:26Speaker 5: that's kind of like a shooting star is only like
- 33:29Speaker 5: I have to be. I have to let someone shine
- 33:33Speaker 5: really bright by being really bland.
- 33:36Speaker 4: Oh you're the dark. Okay, I thought you were a.
- 33:39Speaker 5: Star, right, I just like, listen America. I'm doing walla,
- 33:44Speaker 5: walla behind America, Frer doing that monologue in Barbie, And
- 33:49Speaker 5: by being so bland, I do believe I am making
- 33:52Speaker 5: her a star. And maybe that's a weird framing. I
- 33:54Speaker 5: used to just get through you and.
- 33:56Speaker 7: Your husband at dinner parties. It's crazy because he will
- 33:59Speaker 7: be telling the gregarious loud.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Story, such a character.
- 34:02Speaker 7: He's a businessman. He you know, he makes a lot
- 34:05Speaker 7: of deals. He makes a lot of friends, knows a
- 34:06Speaker 7: lot of people. So he's on these long and big
- 34:10Speaker 7: grand stories. Commands the room and you're sitting there behind him, going.
- 34:15Speaker 4: Well, speaking of os rot to, your husband is quite
- 34:17Speaker 4: a bit older than you, right, Oh, I.
- 34:18Speaker 5: Mean how much older is he? We have a forty
- 34:26Speaker 5: six year age gap?
- 34:27Speaker 2: Wow, I don't want to do the math.
- 34:30Speaker 5: Okay, I'm too I'm far too bland to do math.
- 34:34Speaker 2: You don't want to add years your own birthday?
- 34:37Speaker 5: No, but I'll say the age gap, that's it. But no, Yeah,
- 34:41Speaker 5: let's hear yours.
- 34:42Speaker 3: Okay, Yeah, we can play mine at any time. Sense
- 34:47Speaker 3: you meet me at the stavern?
- 34:49Speaker 2: How could you do that? Sense? I thought I trusted you?
- 34:52Speaker 2: How about this four side has full on the wench.
- 34:58Speaker 6: You went into the genre towards the end there, and.
- 35:01Speaker 5: You're happy in the mix in the final final, and
- 35:04Speaker 5: I can't.
- 35:04Speaker 2: I can't believe they can.
- 35:05Speaker 3: Sometimes I'll say things with the hope that they'll cut them,
- 35:08Speaker 3: but just to like push it, because like people think
- 35:10Speaker 3: we're always trying to be so quiet, But I always say,
- 35:14Speaker 3: you've got to be loud enough so that they can't
- 35:17Speaker 3: hear you.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Yes, yes, be big enough for the room goes. It's
- 35:23Speaker 2: like when you have a fake ID. You can't act like.
- 35:27Speaker 8: It's exciting to be in a bar. It's just another
- 35:29Speaker 8: day in a bar.
- 35:30Speaker 7: Yes, that's so sad when a nineteen year old comes
- 35:34Speaker 7: in and he has to pretend he's not excited to.
- 35:36Speaker 6: Order a moto.
- 35:39Speaker 2: Criminal.
- 35:41Speaker 5: I can't wait to hear yours. I can't wait to
- 35:44Speaker 5: hear yours.
- 35:45Speaker 9: All right, well you know, just understand I'm overcoming something.
- 35:48Speaker 5: Yes, yes, because to be honest, I was shocked they
- 35:50Speaker 5: booked you on the gig.
- 35:51Speaker 3: So peopep peep peep peep.
- 36:10Speaker 9: Shot with cream please, and don't change anything about my
- 36:19Speaker 9: order unless you have the strawberry cream syrup, and then
- 36:21Speaker 9: I would take some of that.
- 36:25Speaker 2: Mister. That's such an old medieval tavern thing.
- 36:30Speaker 5: Strawberry creample were saying.
- 36:33Speaker 7: And it's interesting I heard that they used the first
- 36:35Speaker 7: half of your sort of like like pained breathing in
- 36:39Speaker 7: part of Lily Rol's Depths choking scene.
- 36:42Speaker 5: Did you get a bump for that?

- 38:32Speaker 6: so I sorked about to bed intensions.
- 38:36Speaker 7: Yeah yeah, I'm sorry fucking unsavory character.
- 38:40Speaker 6: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, this is not good of what
- 38:44Speaker 6: I'm doing.
- 38:45Speaker 5: No way, I'm a bad guy.
- 38:50Speaker 9: Doctor evil.
- 38:52Speaker 4: I love to that that. The subtext is not there's
- 38:55Speaker 4: no sub in the subtext.
- 38:56Speaker 6: It's just very time and background and walla walla. There's
- 39:00Speaker 6: no time for subtext.
- 39:01Speaker 2: We don't know about movies.
- 39:03Speaker 3: Whenever there's a back guy in the background, bad guy
- 39:05Speaker 3: in the background, they're usually trying to explain to an
- 39:07Speaker 3: extra that.
- 39:08Speaker 2: They're the bad guy. Right, they're very forward with their action.
- 39:12Speaker 5: Yeah, because there's no like, there's no hiding in walla walla, right,
- 39:15Speaker 5: there's no secrets. It's you have bad intentions, Like you
- 39:19Speaker 5: don't hear bad guys at the front say that kind
- 39:21Speaker 5: of stuff.
- 39:21Speaker 9: No, and it's subliminal you know, the audience doesn't know
- 39:23Speaker 9: they're hearing these words, but they are going something's amiss.
- 39:28Speaker 9: You think it's the score, but it's really the walla wala.
- 39:31Speaker 4: Well you you told me the audience is dumb.
- 39:33Speaker 3: The audience is really You keep on set, you keep
- 39:35Speaker 3: posting that.
- 39:36Speaker 9: Yeah, the audience is really stupid.
- 39:38Speaker 4: You have to spoon feed the this slop.
- 39:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:44Speaker 5: I think you're a bad look for the Loop community,
- 39:46Speaker 5: the Loop group because every everyone, I mean every Deadline article,
- 39:49Speaker 5: you you repost it and you say the audience is dumb.
- 39:52Speaker 5: That's me back there doing that voice.
- 39:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:54Speaker 9: And I've never been recognized. I have twelve followers, you know,
- 39:59Speaker 9: on Instagram, Twitter combined, that's on Twitter. Are never never
- 40:02Speaker 9: going to leave, never gonna leave.
- 40:04Speaker 4: This is such a it's so funny. You mentioned that
- 40:06Speaker 4: I got recognized the other day.
- 40:08Speaker 2: You did, I was.
- 40:09Speaker 4: I was no, no, I was I was drinking or
- 40:12Speaker 4: eating soup, drinking slurping soup and somebody right there and
- 40:17Speaker 4: they said, are you in bosh? And I said no,
- 40:22Speaker 4: but you know what the bosh when he goes to canters. Yeah, yeah,
- 40:25Speaker 4: I was doing the I was doing the soup loop
- 40:28Speaker 4: at that and I could not know you.
- 40:31Speaker 1: I mean this time that guy sound I bet that
- 40:33Speaker 1: guy is like a criminal investigator or something that seems
- 40:36Speaker 1: like maybe a Sherlock Home style.
- 40:38Speaker 5: Somebody was like following you a little. Maybe maybe I
- 40:41Speaker 5: mean your work when Matthew McConaughey is eating that lobster
- 40:44Speaker 5: in Failure to Launch. Yeah, I think I would be
- 40:48Speaker 5: able to recognize you if I heard that.
- 40:50Speaker 2: Also, I mean even the elephant in the room Dennis
- 40:54Speaker 2: Quaid's shrimp in.
- 40:55Speaker 9: The elf in the room.
- 40:59Speaker 2: No, I said the elephant.
- 41:01Speaker 9: Elf, because I'm like elf better. If there were an
- 41:05Speaker 9: elf in the room, I'd be so much more likely
- 41:08Speaker 9: to get to it than an elephant.
- 41:11Speaker 5: Speaking of the elephant elf on the shelf in the room, Yeah, well,
- 41:16Speaker 5: thank you for that.
- 41:17Speaker 4: I am pretty proud of that.
- 41:19Speaker 2: I did the It Takes take.
- 41:21Speaker 5: Let's hear it.
- 41:22Speaker 4: This was This was like Fincher Takes.
- 41:27Speaker 5: Or the director.
- 41:29Speaker 2: That was me.
- 41:30Speaker 4: I wanted to get it right. I wanted to get
- 41:32Speaker 4: it right.
- 41:32Speaker 2: What was getting it right for you? Does it come
- 41:35Speaker 2: for the body? Does it come for your head?
- 41:36Speaker 4: Are you? I wanted to get a piece stuck in
- 41:38Speaker 4: my esophagus so you could hear if you listen, there's
- 41:41Speaker 4: a little flap. It's a shrimp. So it's sort of
- 41:48Speaker 4: like you get that resonant kind of like double uh
- 41:53Speaker 4: usual sound and uh And that's how I got it. Yeah,
- 41:58Speaker 4: Dennis Quaid, great guy, great guy. I've heard very chill,
- 42:03Speaker 4: very chill.
- 42:04Speaker 3: He was he there helping you with the with the
- 42:07Speaker 3: Loop group and in the studio he.
- 42:10Speaker 2: Did it for you in person.
- 42:12Speaker 7: Yeah, on Twitter too, never leaving yea, you know, and
- 42:16Speaker 7: Dennis quite just hanging out on the toys.
- 42:19Speaker 9: There's almost no one else between besides that's left. Yeah,
- 42:22Speaker 9: just you guys, just me and Dennis.
- 42:24Speaker 2: Yeah, people who hate the audience.
- 42:26Speaker 5: You ever feel like your stomach is also your instrument,
- 42:30Speaker 5: like as in like what you're eating is kind of
- 42:32Speaker 5: a diet, like like I'm curious if that affects you
- 42:35Speaker 5: on the day to day that what you're consuming sometimes
- 42:37Speaker 5: it's like a lot of shrimps.
- 42:38Speaker 4: Well, yeah, for sure. I mean I've learned too that
- 42:42Speaker 4: you know, you know about gut health and that your
- 42:44Speaker 4: your stomach is another brain. So by extension, there's a
- 42:49Speaker 4: mouth there too. Yeah, and specific it makes a lot
- 42:52Speaker 4: of sense to thinking about your belly button mouth, your
- 42:54Speaker 4: belly button is a mouth, So a lot of my
- 42:57Speaker 4: stuff comes from No, your assholes, your asshole, because your asshole.
- 43:03Speaker 9: Isn't your mouth, So isn't it your mouth of the stomach?
- 43:06Speaker 9: Am I what am I missing?
- 43:08Speaker 2: Mouth one? Mouth mouth to belly button? Asshole?
- 43:11Speaker 5: Asshole?
- 43:12Speaker 4: Assholes are just assholes throats, so.
- 43:16Speaker 6: There's no asshole between mouth one and mouth too.
- 43:20Speaker 4: That's right?
- 43:20Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, asshole door?
- 43:25Speaker 4: Well the armpit is there? Ethra of your torso interesting?
- 43:30Speaker 6: I don't believe that's true.
- 43:32Speaker 2: Yeah, thinking about it, is your yeah, and your.
- 43:37Speaker 4: Neck is the taint of your head and your chest,
- 43:42Speaker 4: and I.
- 43:42Speaker 5: Say your atoms apple is your clip?
- 43:45Speaker 3: Yes?
- 43:46Speaker 4: Yes, about.
- 43:50Speaker 2: Speaking of speaking of, speaking of, speaking of.
- 43:56Speaker 4: Got there they're redoing Deep Throat and some of us
- 44:00Speaker 4: are involved in that project.
- 44:03Speaker 6: It's me.
- 44:10Speaker 9: I thought the way you looked at me, tell me
- 44:14Speaker 9: i'd gotten Oh are all of you involved except me?
- 44:19Speaker 6: Well, yeah, some of us are sworn. I saw you
- 44:23Speaker 6: on the call.
- 44:23Speaker 9: She no, it did not happen.
- 44:25Speaker 6: Are any of us ever saw the call sheet?
- 44:28Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 44:28Speaker 6: I guess that's true. I guess we get sort of
- 44:30Speaker 6: like an email. Sometimes they make up a fake call
- 44:33Speaker 6: sheet just for me to make me feel happy. And
- 44:35Speaker 6: I think it's nice when they do.
- 44:36Speaker 9: That's sweet.
- 44:36Speaker 4: I get guys, guys, we should just tell them. If
- 44:39Speaker 4: they don't take us all, then they we won't do it.
- 44:42Speaker 2: Right, Let's do it. I mean, well, let's talk about it.
- 44:44Speaker 1: I mean, you know, that was a very uh incredible
- 44:48Speaker 1: film from the late sixties early seventies, very important film,
- 44:53Speaker 1: and uh, they're remaking it, and uh it is porno
- 44:57Speaker 1: esque and we've done a lot of looping for and
- 45:00Speaker 1: so I would.
- 45:01Speaker 2: Love to play if we want.
- 45:03Speaker 5: But it feels wrong that you weren't it, does I mean,
- 45:05Speaker 5: that's my specialty.
- 45:07Speaker 9: Yeah, your rate, I mean I keep lowering it.
- 45:13Speaker 4: You send it, you know what, Let's make Let's make
- 45:17Speaker 4: my tape right now, submission tape, Okay, and.
- 45:23Speaker 9: Then and then if they say no, she's out, you
- 45:26Speaker 9: guys are all.
- 45:27Speaker 5: Walking, and we'll say that's what you think is best.
- 45:29Speaker 2: Yeah, if that's what.
- 45:29Speaker 9: You want, I think so, yeah, I think union is strong.
- 45:32Speaker 4: You can think about it.
- 45:33Speaker 5: We'll think about like maybe possibly telling them to remove
- 45:36Speaker 5: my files.
- 45:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 45:40Speaker 3: I just like remember like when we were going through it,
- 45:42Speaker 3: like you did a lot without me, So I'm like
- 45:44Speaker 3: just wondering. It's just like funny. It's just like funny.
- 45:46Speaker 3: How like when you flip it like that, it's just funny.
- 45:50Speaker 3: I think, right, it's just silly.
- 45:52Speaker 5: Let's make your tape. Let's do it.
- 45:56Speaker 9: I haven't read the material.
- 45:57Speaker 2: Oh shoot, and you don't need to.
- 46:00Speaker 6: Well from memory, it's a lot of.
- 46:03Speaker 3: All all yeah, yeah, I'll just give you this premise
- 46:06Speaker 3: of Deep Throat.
- 46:07Speaker 9: I know it's about Richard Nixon.
- 46:09Speaker 2: So that was the article.
- 46:10Speaker 4: No after that was that was the informant, right was
- 46:15Speaker 4: with the most the first sort of popular porn movie.
- 46:19Speaker 4: And the premise was was that this woman I'm getting
- 46:22Speaker 4: emotional talking about it's a lot to you, a lot
- 46:25Speaker 4: to me that this woman has a clip in her
- 46:29Speaker 4: throat and so that when she gets deep throated, it's
- 46:33Speaker 4: like very stimulating to her because it's one of the
- 46:36Speaker 4: first Richard Nixon.
- 46:40Speaker 9: Okay, see, I wonder if this is why I didn't
- 46:43Speaker 9: book it. I'm thinking because I did his speech, I
- 46:48Speaker 9: did his resign resignation.
- 46:54Speaker 4: You could work that into this audition.
- 46:56Speaker 2: You could use the.
- 46:57Speaker 5: Yeah, because honestly, with walla wall we all know this,
- 47:01Speaker 5: the words don't matter the words, So use this resignation,
- 47:04Speaker 5: use his records signation.
- 47:05Speaker 4: It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter, It doesn't matter.
- 47:10Speaker 6: You know what, do it?
- 47:11Speaker 4: Okay, you want to be beeped in or you do it?
- 47:15Speaker 2: You got this, okay, Okay, I can't cope. I just care.
- 47:27Speaker 4: I'm gonna flick her.
- 47:30Speaker 9: Oh my fellow Americans, Oh, I know what I did
- 47:34Speaker 9: was wrong? Oh what's the water and letting it through
- 47:37Speaker 9: the gate when I really shouldn't have.
- 47:40Speaker 13: Oh oh oh, but that I could go back, I would, oh,
- 47:45Speaker 13: oh that woman, just to see what happened.
- 47:53Speaker 4: Do you know what a deep throat is, Elsa?
- 47:56Speaker 2: Do you know what Richard Nixon did?
- 47:59Speaker 6: This is the the water.
- 48:02Speaker 8: I remember my parents used to tell me when Richard
- 48:04Speaker 8: Dixon said, Oh, but I wish I could.
- 48:05Speaker 2: Go back experience then, yeah, the water gates.
- 48:14Speaker 4: This is one of the few times that the biz
- 48:16Speaker 4: might have gotten it right.
- 48:17Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 48:18Speaker 5: I hate to say.
- 48:19Speaker 6: I would love to rally against the men. You know
- 48:22Speaker 6: they cast the wrong man.
- 48:23Speaker 9: But this is why you have to send source material.
- 48:26Speaker 9: I'm just saying, you know, you know me, I get
- 48:28Speaker 9: into things.
- 48:30Speaker 5: But you have other chef coming up. I'm curious what
- 48:31Speaker 5: everyone else has coming down.
- 48:33Speaker 2: That's a really good question.
- 48:34Speaker 3: Telling the loophole, Uh, well, I have some exciting news.
- 48:38Speaker 3: I'm actually dubbing three more Japanese to American animes. Uh,
- 48:43Speaker 3: Schoolgirl and Schoolboy. Kiss is coming to Netflix. Yep, oh no,
- 48:49Speaker 3: my underwear is coming to Netflix. I play the legendary
- 48:54Speaker 3: icon Carf Carf, And of course there's Big Sore Small Ninja,
- 49:01Speaker 3: which is actually huge in Japan right now. And I
- 49:05Speaker 3: play the big Sword. Big Sword talks. He's kind of
- 49:09Speaker 3: like this funny, villainous bad guy.
- 49:13Speaker 2: Okay, thank you. I was so hoping that.
- 49:19Speaker 3: So you think you know it all, Kobe Ashi, Well,
- 49:24Speaker 3: I'd like to see you try. I'm a big sword.
- 49:28Speaker 3: You think you can carry me, you're just a small ninja. Well, okay,
- 49:33Speaker 3: here we go. No that's not everything. I have a
- 49:38Speaker 3: past too.
- 49:39Speaker 2: Okay, had fun. Yeah, they cast the laugh.
- 49:45Speaker 3: Yeah, they love my laugh. They say the laugh is
- 49:49Speaker 3: so perfect for the genre. My line reads are missing.
- 49:52Speaker 5: Because it sounds like it sounds like you're having a
- 49:55Speaker 5: great time.
- 49:56Speaker 2: I'm having.
- 49:58Speaker 3: And I wish and I wit and I wish and
- 50:01Speaker 3: I just wish I could.
- 50:03Speaker 2: And I wish you just added to its huge. You

- 55:36Speaker 9: which I often do, it makes a couple next to me,
- 55:39Speaker 9: and I can feel that they're self conscious. I will
- 55:42Speaker 9: have a conversation with somebody that's you know, not there,

- 56:52Speaker 3: Or your mother.
- 56:53Speaker 9: But I wasn't dead. I was simply doing an important
