- 0:01Hello, I'm Derek Stellas from Sea Watch, and I'm here to
- 0:05present you our solution, which is watch as a service.
- 0:09The watch is a device to communicate between employees in
- 0:13a store. You can compare it like with a
- 0:15walkie-talkie, but then much nicer.
- 0:18It's around the wrist, not in your pocket or on your belt.
- 0:23Every employee in the store can arrive, pick a watch and look
- 0:27for the name. Look for his name.
- 0:29So once they log into the watch, let me check.
- 0:35So here I'm logging in Eddie, I'm giving a spin code now Eddie
- 0:46is logged on. Eddie sees who else is logged on
- 0:50with the watch and now Eddie can start sending messages, for
- 0:55example to me. Can you go to the reception
- 0:58please? This arrives here, and this
- 1:03arrives in audio, but also converted to to text.
- 1:08So the idea is that this way employees can communicate, don't
- 1:13have to walk around in the store to find each other to ask
- 1:17something, they can just ask the question quickly.
- 1:20They don't lose so much time. So that's why we say we don't
- 1:24sell watches, we sell time. And you don't buy the watch, you
- 1:28rent it. And all included even repairs,
- 1:32chargers, Everything is included for a fee per month.
- 1:35How much, just quickly? How many?
- 1:37How long does the battery last in the day?
- 1:39The battery life of the watch is certainly 10 to 12 hours during
- 1:44a day, so it's surely enough for a full shift in the evening.
- 1:48You put the watch on the charger, and then during the
- 1:51night the watch can recharge. But a full charge actually takes
- 1:56only 80 minutes. So in the morning someone can
- 1:59pick it up, it's fully charged and can work the whole shift,
- 2:03later put it back. Got you.
- 2:05OK. And then in terms of your actual
- 2:08use cases that you're demoing at the show, you've shown audio
- 2:12communication like a push to talk.
- 2:14Is that the launch sort of products or other areas you're
- 2:19gonna go into for use cases? At this moment we focus on push
- 2:23to talk applications, so which means communication between
- 2:27employees. A second application that we
- 2:30have is where the customer can at a certain department in the
- 2:34store, for example the wine and alcohol can ask for assistance
- 2:38or advice and then push on a tablet and this request then
- 2:42goes to the watches of those specialists who can explain
- 2:46something about wine. So that's the second application
- 2:49is the customer that asks for assistance directly to those
- 2:53people who can give it. We're thinking of other links to
- 2:58other systems and other technologies like task
- 3:00management like connecting it to self checkout cashiers where
- 3:05there is assistance needed in case of some incidents.
- 3:09Also connecting it to technologies like refrigerators
- 3:13if the temperature is not okay or bottle collecting machines.
- 3:18If they are almost full and someone needs to empty them, so
- 3:22the watch is a way to make a collected team in your store.
- 3:25Your employees are connected, but the first main application
- 3:29is communication, so you don't lose time to walk around to look
- 3:33for each other and you can work more efficient.
- 3:37Perfect. And then how many concurrent
- 3:39users can you have? The number of users is
- 3:41indefinite because. The watches are connected
- 3:45through SIM card and 4G to the cloud and or through Wi-Fi.
- 3:51So we have either four or four or 5G or Wi-Fi.
- 3:55They're connected to the cloud and it's in the cloud that the
- 3:58transcription from speech to text happens and then it sends
- 4:01back to the watch or watches of the receivers because we can
- 4:05also send watches, sorry messages to groups of people.
- 4:10We can also send messages to groups of people, so not only
- 4:13individuals, we can also. That's another feature indicate.
- 4:19Now I have a break. So my colleagues see that I have
- 4:22a break and they leave me alone for a while until I have my
- 4:25finish my coffee. When I'm done, I say break
- 4:28finished and then they know I'm available again.
- 4:30So it's a it's a way to to let your team know what you're doing
- 4:35and if you're available to come out and help.
- 4:38And I appreciate obviously the integration into other parts of
- 4:42a retailer's environment. Have you got any integrations
- 4:45with anyone else at the moment? At the moment we're doing pilot
- 4:48tests with integrations because we have an API and other systems
- 4:54can send messages through our API to the watch so, but we're
- 4:58doing just pilot tests in some stores with some some retailers
- 5:03at this. Point and how do people find out
- 5:05more? Where are you based?
- 5:06How do they get more information on you?
- 5:08The company is based in Poland. There is a development, but we
- 5:13are now setting up an organization of sales
- 5:16representatives, resellers throughout Europe and our
- 5:20website is just see the watch. So there you can find much more
- 5:24about the watch and you can ask for assistance, not less.
- 5:29Brilliant. Thank you.
