Real and REMAX are finalizing their merger by August 24th to form the Real REMAX Group, with Tamir Poleg as CEO and Jenna Rozenblat stepping in as president. Amy Somerville, a former REMAX exec, will lead as COO, while Ravi Jani, Pritesh Damani, and Abigail Lee retain key roles. Alexandra Lumpkin and Leah Jenkins take on legal and accounting leadership, and Don Kottick stays on from REMAX Canada.
