- 0:00Welcome to Performance Driven Living, the podcast where we question everything.
- 0:05We don't tip to around tough topics, we walk right into them, not to provoke, but to
- 0:11get closer to what's real.
- 0:13You might not agree with everything you hear, and that's okay.
- 0:17The show isn't about being right, it's about being real.
- 0:20These conversations are meant to stretch your thinking, challenge assumptions, and spark
- 0:25something deeper.
- 0:26The views shared are those of our guests and may not reflect those of the host or team.
- 0:32And while we dive deep into health, performance, and transformation, this is not medical advice.
- 0:38Talk to your doctor before making changes to your health or lifestyle.
- 0:42Take what lands, leave what doesn't, but whatever you do, don't stop questioning.
- 0:56We are here on the Performance Driven Living podcast, and I'm your host, Mark Young.
- 0:59And I am joined today by two people that fascinate me.
- 1:03I'm not going to lie.
- 1:04They're interesting people because every time I talk to them, I learn something new.
- 1:08And that's the goal of this entire show, is that I learn new things.
- 1:12So I am joined by Christine and Henry Schmidt.
- 1:15And they are the founders of a company called Vision Body.
- 1:18And I always say that the producers do such a better job of putting your intro together
- 1:21than I could ever do.
- 1:23So I'm going to read what they said.
- 1:24They are the innovators behind Vision Body, a revolutionary wearable EMS training system
- 1:30that's reshaping how we think about movement, fitness, and recovery from Olympic athletes
- 1:35to everyday wellness warriors.
- 1:37Vision Body is helping people activate their full physical potential.
- 1:42And I'm learning even deeper things about this as we've kind of chatted before we started
- 1:46recording about how this happens because I think, I mean, you're wearing one of these
- 1:50right now, Christine.
- 1:51Yeah.
- 1:52You're wearing this suit that looks like a jump suit, right?
- 1:56Like she's walking around like she's Mr.
- 1:57a Miss Olympia here with her with her spandex suit on.
- 2:02But this is different.
- 2:04Like I think we've all seen some of the like a lot of gyms lately have been starting to
- 2:08do this EMS type training for high output and so on and so forth.
- 2:13And I'm curious without product pitching Vision Body specifically, what is it that you guys
- 2:21see?
- 2:22Because you're you're a different way of training.
- 2:24You're still training, but it's a different way of training.
- 2:27And Henri tells me that if I use one of these suits, don't call them for two, three days
- 2:30because I'm going to hate him because I'm going to hurt.
- 2:34But but here's the reality like it's it's just it's a different type of training and
- 2:38I want to get into like all the other things it does and what's different about this from
- 2:43other things.
- 2:44But unpack what what is EMS like explain EMS to us.
- 2:49Okay, so I think that is your is is your speciality.
- 2:53Okay.
- 2:54I will I will come later with a story because it came over from Germany I like to explain
- 3:00a little bit.
- 3:01Okay.
- 3:02The growing about in Germany and in Europe and and and now finally EMS arrived here in
- 3:11the USA.
- 3:12About twenty years.
- 3:13Not twenty years, so I just go back later.
- 3:17What happened in Germany as I said it arrived now in USA and and the good thing is that
- 3:24the Americans have a very fine understanding for technology that they go much more into
- 3:30deep and and ask questions what I what I like very much.
- 3:35So especially for us with our special technology and the background and the frequencies what
- 3:40we have is a big opportunity to grow in the USA.
- 3:44But it means in question.
- 3:46So what is EMS?
- 3:47Yeah.
- 3:48So EMS means electromagnetic stimulation.
- 3:51But we do a little bit more or a lot more than just simple EMS.
- 3:56So electromagnetic stimulation means that you stimulate your muscles through the skin
- 4:02on on the surface.
- 4:04But additionally we just because we use low and middle frequency we not only stimulate
- 4:10but also activate the muscles and go really deep.
- 4:14So we just call it frequency cocktail with a frequency cocktails of low and middle frequency.
- 4:23We can really simulate different different type of muscle activity like strengths and neurons,
- 4:29fat burning, deep tissue massage, anti-cellulite and also rehab programs like acute pain, chronic
- 4:36pain and muscle response.
- 4:39So it's called medical electricity and we always say that it's meanwhile working on your
- 4:48summer body.
- 4:49Additionally we have a lot of positive side effects that you get rid of back pain, incontinence,
- 4:57postatic issues, we help with osteoporosis because for example the astronauts using this
- 5:03technology for a while because for them one thing to maintain the muscle but also the
- 5:13bone density is critical.
- 5:15So with this type of frequency combinations we go really deep and maintain the muscles
- 5:22which is crucial and we will explain that this is all about life otherwise without muscle
- 5:28we just existing but with our technology you really can activate the cells and go deep.
- 5:39So we give a 98% coverage on the body with these built in electrodes so we can have not
- 5:47only with muscle maintenance but longevity, cell activation, anti-aging, skin tightening,
- 5:56so tons of things we could list it for hours.
- 5:59Sure, so this idea of electro-muscle stimulation just to make sure that I understand it, anybody
- 6:05listening understands it's like is this like a shock that's happening to the body like
- 6:10because that's just questions that are going to people says like do I get stung every
- 6:13time this triggers?
- 6:14It's a shortcut, you know this is how the body works, it's nothing new because normally
- 6:19the brain gives electrical signal today, this is how we move, this is how we speak function
- 6:25so we just do a shortcut because through the skin directly we can get this result even
- 6:34if you have any communication issue between the brain and certain body parts.
- 6:40So it's coming from medical, you believe or not but it's more than 2000 years old when
- 6:46the first doctor figured out that electro-stimulation can activate for example paralyzed body parts
- 6:55so the doctor of Cesar Claudio figured out that electrical ray fishes with that electrical
- 7:04signal can activate paralyzed body parts, it was quite barbaric because they just put
- 7:10the patient in a pool with these fishes and that was really shocking and he also treated
- 7:23the Cesar whenever he had headache, put the ray fish on the head on the back and this
- 7:31is how it started, so it's nothing new, I know it looks fancy.
- 7:36We're slowly hanging on this booster handle bars, this was shocking, what we are doing
- 7:42is not shocking so we have different kind of opportunities in the system where you can
- 7:49implement how you ramp up the impulse, what you get to the body and the main thing is what
- 7:58we are behind and the gym, so a lot of trainers doing it not, they are just doing static training,
- 8:09they let people stand on the same place, just hold it and go against the impulse, we believe in
- 8:16impulse, yes, impulse has to be and it has to be field plus movement, because without the
- 8:25movement you don't get the results you really want, so this is what we are doing, so you have
- 8:31different kind of opportunities, how the impulse is ramping up and my first, I never will forget
- 8:40my first experience, I think it's 30 years ago in Germany when the first machine came out,
- 8:46the German engineer made it and his sense guy put me on and hit me on my stomach,
- 8:55I was thinking, the horse is hitting me every time when the impulse is coming, this is all over,
- 9:03the technology is far more better, I remember years ago there was a TV commercial that was out
- 9:13and I remember order in one, I was probably in my 20s and it was one of those bands,
- 9:18there was a band and it had the little things in it and you could wear it at work, you said
- 9:22it at your desk and get an airport down, it was just, yeah, I'm not a big fan, only low
- 9:31frequency because it's irritating and can be paid, so you turn it up to the highest setting and
- 9:38your thing, that's just what you do, one is good, two is better, yeah and that's painful, if you use
- 9:44low-amid frequency combination then it's really a nice small feeling, intense of course,
- 9:51but in this suit with the 24 electrodes you can really, as Henry said, you can really set the
- 9:57intensity as you want different level on the chest, more on the glutes and step by step during
- 10:02the 20 minute training, you just ramp it up step by step, we have all different resistance,
- 10:11we have all different feeling with electricity, so every person has, there is no magic number,
- 10:20every person has to figure out what is the balance, and why we just back to the story, Henry
- 10:27mentioned that he had this experience 30 years ago, so why we developed this product,
- 10:32it sounds easy, yeah, we just decided to make it, but we had to because we really believe in
- 10:39frequency, I was, I was very sick 35 years ago and I started to discover what is wrong in my
- 10:49body with the bio resonance machine, so and after I figured out what's wrong, they fixed me,
- 10:58so that was the first very interesting experience, how frequency can help, and from that moment it was
- 11:06I was very interested and then this fashion started with the whole body machines, I was,
- 11:14I was very interested at all, that sounds good, then you can also do much more than just healing
- 11:20with those type of frequency, so muscle is the key, then sounds good, and then I'm interested
- 11:29to dive deeper, but we didn't find any free system where you, as Henry said, you know, in these
- 11:39gyms we did that jacket with the cables, they do just static training because they hook to a machine
- 11:45and no movement, but we believe in muscle and training, so we were like we don't want to say
- 11:51people that oh you don't have to move, just comment 20 minutes and then you are done, we wanted to
- 11:57have something that can boost any kind of workout, so you can go to the gym, you can jog, you can do
- 12:03whatever you want, but on a clever healthy way, because what you do with EMS, in reduced time,
- 12:11increase efficiency and meanwhile you prevent your joints, because you don't need heavy weights,
- 12:16you work against the stimulation, so when you increase the intensity, it feels like you have
- 12:22200 pounds in your hand, so we started to look around, but nobody had something what we
- 12:29visioned, so there was no other chance, we had to, and I come from the gym business, I come from
- 12:34the gym business, I had a gym, but you were a bodybuilder, yeah, bodybuilder, yeah not a bodybuilder,
- 12:39and never went on the big stages, I had some gyms in Germany and worked as a consultant,
- 12:51and I was on stage when I was 20, 21, but I was huge, but I was huge, as this time, so
- 13:02and I made all the big guys in gold gym, and so it was a very wonderful time as this time, but we saw
- 13:11the scene what is going on, and they only trained one or two people at the same time, and all in
- 13:17this wet jacket, all in the big machines with big buttons and you couldn't move, so the idea
- 13:25was to create something completely different, new thinking, new technology, new everything,
- 13:37so also to help the people, because new solutions, also to help the people, because when you
- 13:43lay in bed, for example, you lose everything, you lose all the muscles, because you don't move,
- 13:50because you don't contract them, and what we saw is that for example if you train the muscles
- 13:58in laying position, the hard weight is not going up, so you can keep them alive, I didn't know
- 14:07that this will help me 30 years later, almost not 30 years later, 20 years later when EMS came
- 14:19out, and we started this journey in 2014 when we found this company and came out with the first
- 14:28machine, so it helped me now a lot, because I lost a lot of weight, because I was very sick, but
- 14:35I'm coming back stronger than ever, so this is how life goes, you know.
- 14:41Well, so I want to talk on that topic for a moment, because I don't think that there's,
- 14:47well, how do I say, in the ozemic world that we live in, we're literally 20% of the U.S.
- 14:53population is taking some form of GLP1 Agust, right, like 20% of the country, which by the way,
- 15:00I'm glad 20% of the country is actually trying to lose weight, because we're an obese population,
- 15:05so at least they're doing something, but one of the biggest side effects that we're seeing is that
- 15:10people who are taking these GLP1s in appetite suppressants, and you know, they could be doing
- 15:16burbering and probably getting the same thing, but they're feeling that it's prescribed it's probably
- 15:20more effective, but nevertheless one of the things that's happening is I've watched people I know
- 15:26who have dropped 60, 70, 80 pounds taking these weight loss drugs. The problem is is they're with
- 15:33a renaway to nothing because they're losing all muscle mass, partly because they're so fatigued,
- 15:40that they can't even do a workout, to be honest with you, but the brain fog and all of the other
- 15:46stuff that's just coming from malnutrition because they've just stopped eating. Now that being said,
- 15:51that's a fast forward to where I'm going with muscle loss because people who are doing nothing and
- 15:56not even eating are clearly experiencing muscle loss, but statistically and correct me if my
- 16:02number is wrong, sometimes I just make things up and everybody nods, but statistically after the
- 16:08age of 30, you lose 10% of your muscle mass every year anyways. Yes, and the good thing is that we
- 16:15created the fast track to muscles. Yeah, this is what we wanted, the fast track. So you are almost
- 16:27quicker with your 20 minutes workout than to go into the gym. And all the ozampic, whatever it
- 16:37means to the people, it really gives them the kick, okay, for a better life and hopefully with
- 16:44this kick, what they get, they create a better lifestyle. But without muscle training, you choke,
- 16:51you can't keep it. Muscles are the biggest organ. Muscles are everything. Muscles burn fat. Yeah,
- 16:58not cardio is burning fat. Muscles are burning fat. This is the most important thing and muscle
- 17:05keeps the organs in the body going, yeah, and help and help the results of the ozampic injections
- 17:14to get even better and long lasting. Muscles is longevity without this, no chance. And the
- 17:24singers that what I'm telling to our clients and they understand it very well, we all get older,
- 17:31meanwhile, because we have better medicine, we get pills, we get everything, we all get older,
- 17:38but and we live longer, but this is not a life. This is existing longer. Correct. This is existing
- 17:46longer, because if you can't move, it's not a life if you're laying bad, but what should you do?
- 17:52What's to be the order? No, you need to move, you want to go out, you want to talk to people,
- 17:58you want to have a social life. So you need especially your core muscles, legs, glutes, abs,
- 18:05everything to move around, to talk to people, to be able to enjoy life. And this is what we also
- 18:12want to give. And this is surely the most right now, maybe somebody else will come over something
- 18:21else, but this is surely the most effective way to train your body in a short time and have
- 18:28the best results. And this is what we wanted to create. Absolutely. And so where I was going was
- 18:34this idea that, you know, we're losing 10% of our muscle mass every year or every decade
- 18:39after 30 anyways, and I'm turning 50 in a minute. And you know, I get 61 in a minute.
- 18:46Well, here you go. And it's like, tomorrow, you said, oh, mine's actually weeks away. So you win.
- 18:52But this idea that like turning 50, that means I've just by definition lost 20% of my muscle mass.
- 18:57And as, and I have no intention of slowing down, but you talk about this concept of longevity is
- 19:04not about length but quality. No, that longevity is living a thriving life, hopefully a long one,
- 19:11but a thriving one so long as we're here. And, and I see people like, what is the statistic that
- 19:18that I want to say? It's like 90% of people who fall and break a hip are dead within two years. Like
- 19:23it's it's like literally you fall and break a hip, you're gone. This is a signal. That's why we made this
- 19:32the frequency cocktail because it's also tight in the bones. And because if you get older and you
- 19:38and you break your bone in the in the hip, you are dead, you go to hospital and you are done. And,
- 19:43and, and, and, and, and one thing is clear in this whole, I love this biohacking scene and I love
- 19:50this longevity scene because they understand what muscles and the body is doing and what you can do
- 19:57with it. But you can take a lot of pills a whole day. If you don't train your muscles, you won't
- 20:05have the chance for longer life and for for a life quality for healthy life. You need to pick
- 20:12up everything. Yes, it's just at the end of the day. So I showed you that lady, doctor over 60.
- 20:18She tried everything, Ozanpe, Manjaro, local freezing and so on. Yes, she had
- 20:27result for a certain period of time. But you know, if you stop the treatment and you don't continue,
- 20:34don't maintain the type of lifestyle. Do you don't change your habits? You don't start to train
- 20:39and eat properly. It comes back. So it's just a long short term fix. So after why she realized,
- 20:48okay, she, she has to train. This is how she found us. And I showed you the picture that from
- 20:55XL size, really big. A lot of extra weight, how to say it. A lot of Europeans describe
- 21:03Americans. She was XL size. But now she's wearing an S suit. And you know, it was, she went
- 21:16on to M in six months. It's really amazing result. And it's, you know, if you collect that fat
- 21:26in 60 years to get rid of it in six months, it's an amazing result. But it's not only about the
- 21:32weight loss she, you saw on the picture, she's so toned and looking like never before. She's a,
- 21:38a new person, shiny. She got back her confidence and she feels good and wearing short dresses
- 21:46and, and back to life again. And this is, this is the key, you know, this is what you look like.
- 21:52That's right. You know, you completely, you give back the life quality, not only just
- 21:59well. So when we think about this type of workout, right? So a lot of people associate,
- 22:05and I kind of want to steer a little bit because we can think about it's a great workout. You put
- 22:09on muscle. And I would say too many people associate muscle with aesthetics, right? We work out
- 22:14for aesthetics. You know, why? Because I want to look good naked. Like at the end of the day,
- 22:18that's why most people go to the same thing. Absolutely. I want to look good at the beach. You
- 22:22mentioned, you know, I'm working for my summer body. But it's a very vanity driven goal for most
- 22:29people who are going to the gym. When in reality, I would say in the longevity space, going to go
- 22:36into the gym is living a quality life longer. It's not about aesthetics. Now, the, the, the by
- 22:41product is they look better anyways. Like I say, these biohack conferences are like the sexiest,
- 22:45most beautiful conferences you're ever going to attend. Because like everybody looks great. Like,
- 22:50you walk around and it's like, and everybody looks like a movie star around here. Because
- 22:54everybody takes care of themselves. Everybody just is in good shape. But what what I want to go
- 23:00go back to a little bit is that I'm sure using using an EMS suit is going to do a lot for aesthetics.
- 23:06Because as you mentioned, not only are you going to build muscle, you're going to tighten skin.
- 23:10You're going to, you know, end up with a better aesthetic all the way around. But more importantly,
- 23:17being able to build lean muscle in the body is ultimately what burns fat.
- 23:23Yes. That lean muscle is what's what's learning the fat. So people that are trying to lose the fat
- 23:29and also losing muscle doing it, that it's one step forward, two steps back. Yeah. Yeah.
- 23:34Yeah, a lot of especially female asking that, yeah, but I don't want to look like a bodybuilder.
- 23:40I don't want to be big and I was always making them sure that don't worry. We make lean muscle
- 23:47and you need the strength training because without muscle, you won't burn fat. And they look
- 23:55amazing after a couple of sessions because what they do, we just hold them. The muscle has the
- 24:02memory. So we just we just build them back and and and tone them. But we don't do hypertrophy.
- 24:09And part of the reason why you know, with no loose skin is because you got muscle underneath it
- 24:15when the muscle grows, the skin tightens, right? That's just pretty normal. And it's also cell
- 24:20activation, as I said. So we renew the cells. So as a side effect, yeah, of course, your skin is
- 24:28getting younger, getting the elasticity back. Also your hair is growing faster. So, you know,
- 24:38with stimulation, you stimulate your whole body on every level. So it's really
- 24:43whole body biohacking because you simply do anti-aging meanwhile. Yes. And the main point is
- 24:50and the main point is we don't hitting your joints. You know, you need, you need heavy weights to
- 24:55to normally to to reach your goals to to get muscles growing. We don't need this. We use
- 25:05the impulse in a stronger way. You feel it and you you after the third training, you love it.
- 25:12Yeah. So like like a third pound weight feels like a seven pound. Yes. You get you get used to it
- 25:16after two, three trainings and then you don't miss it. And but but you don't hit your joints.
- 25:22So the injuries are not coming and and and you protect your your knees, you protect your elbows
- 25:30very important. A shoulder very very important. That's why we made the shoulder
- 25:37electrodes now new. Now we working with a doctor in Houston.
- 25:45He made a study about coughs training. So we put the calves in after he made this
- 25:52study. So this proves that you lose even more weight if you train the calves.
- 26:01But very interesting. So we you have everything. You have your whole gym wherever you go.
- 26:09And rehab center and rehab center and then. So what if you were to just wear it while you were
- 26:13out walking? Yes. Wonderful. I worked the dogs with it. Yeah. Sometimes we just walk the dogs
- 26:18latent as walking the dogs wearing the suit and you're getting a full body workout.
- 26:22Yeah. Of course, we use a different program. So as a non-stop movement, we use the
- 26:27continuous program. So you get the stimulation. So it feels like when you're walking in a flat
- 26:31floor, it feels like you're hiking because you you're walking against the stimulation. So it
- 26:36just make you're walking harder. So of course you you you you really do a muscle activation
- 26:43simple dog walk. So crazy. Yeah. I'm like squads. Then every every hundred yards, I make 10
- 26:49squads. Boop going. Yeah. And you mentioned performance. So it's proved by study that if you use
- 26:58our algorithmous stimulation, you can increase strengths and endurance with 25, 30 percent,
- 27:04which is huge. And even pro athletes using this technology in in in Europe because that this
- 27:13is how the Russians won the most medals in the 70s that they were already using this technology.
- 27:19And not only for rehab, also for also for for improve the performance and additionally,
- 27:28you know, if you implement this technology in your daily training routine, then you can prevent
- 27:35injury because if you're with this, you you don't build strong and heavy muscle, what you do with
- 27:46with heavy weights, you you still quite flexible and and you have the speed and the and the
- 27:57and you move doing your treatment, you know, and and and don't hit the joints, especially the
- 28:03knees. Yeah. If you if you for example, if you have athletes preseason, they should they should
- 28:10really train the legs and and the muscles around the knees. You can't reach this with with heavy
- 28:19weights. It's it's not possible, but here you will have effects as crazy by a Munich for for
- 28:26example, in Germany, a big soccer team is is is is training with this and some others. Really
- 28:32crazy. So let me ask you, you've mentioned to me, we had talked for a moment about ALS. Okay,
- 28:37that's Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, which is Lou Gehrig's disease as many people know it.
- 28:43And with with with ALS, knowing a lot about this already because of friends and a client of mine
- 28:51that that works with ALS and and specifically Deanna Tadone is an ALS patient. Now most people who
- 28:57have ALS are pretty much given a three year life sentence and they're gone. Yeah. Yes.
- 29:01Yeah. And it's a very under researched disease, typically because it's not a big population of
- 29:06people who have it. And part of the reason they assume that under 50,000 people in the United
- 29:10States actually have ALS, but part of the reason is because they keep dying so that number keeps
- 29:15replenishing. Yeah. Now, ALS itself just to set up a conversation is a is a disease in which a
- 29:23bacteria similar to Lyme disease called Borrelia, typically is present in ALS patients and that
- 29:30bacteria is it's living off of the energy that exists at a cellular level, which is causing
- 29:37muscle atrophy. You mentioned that you actually have used one of these this vision body suits
- 29:46for someone who has ALS and we're actually seeing that person with increased mobility.
- 29:52Yeah, absolutely. So again, this is coming from the medical field for a long time. So it's not
- 30:01just a fancy fitness product. It's a medical rehab, frequency therapy, what we're using in Europe,
- 30:13sadly not on a level as we should, but step by step, I hope it will change through this biohacking
- 30:21and longevity exposed and it makes us so happy. So what happened? A friend of mine from high
- 30:31school got ALS and we tried to convince him to use the suit. He was still able to move so we
- 30:38thought he can jump in in this version and do training and maintain the muscles. But
- 30:46doctors didn't know what it is, so they were like, oh, better not, don't mess up the
- 30:51medical system. It wasn't a good idea because what can happen, the maximum that it doesn't help,
- 31:01but nothing wrong, we just simply do a shortcut and mimic what we originally, how we
- 31:08exist and how we function. So he reached the level that sadly he was on a breathing machine,
- 31:15feeding tubes, just just living, laying in a hospital, only the eyes were moving.
- 31:22So really little kids at home and the wife called me that, yeah, we reached the moment that they
- 31:28want to switch off the machines because they say it's not a life anymore and they can't bring
- 31:34him back. So she was like, can you send me a set? I want to give a try before we say goodbye.
- 31:41And we were like, yeah, of course you don't say no, but how have we put him in in this suit?
- 31:49So we already had our own factory, so we made a special suit for him with zippers on the
- 31:55shoulder, on the front, so they could wrap him in. It happened during worst timing ever,
- 32:01it was happened during COVID, of course. So even the rehab specialist couldn't visit him anymore.
- 32:07So she did, the wife did everything. She signed all the documents that for her own risk.
- 32:13She wants to keep him alive and try this. Long story short, in three months, she was able to
- 32:20build back the muscle on a way. Gently, of course, not like we do with fitness,
- 32:25that it's 20 minutes, strength training. She used the certain in every two hours for a couple
- 32:32of minutes, not to burn his energy, but stimulate all the muscles. So step by step, in three months,
- 32:41he was able to go home, sit up again, eat again, breathe again, talk again. And this is, you know,
- 32:48the kids with a school and having the kids with the school, they just got into the best high school,
- 32:55the twins. He's still there, celebrating it. It was five years ago. He's still at home.
- 33:02Of course, we can't heal ALS or MS or any neurogymology.
- 33:07Five agents, the symptoms. But we give back the life quality because we can build back those
- 33:13muscles what they lose. You know, people think that this is muscle. No, this is heavy function,
- 33:17how we speak, how we eat, how we breathe. And you realize it when you're already losing
- 33:23these functions. So for us, it was, we believe in this technology and we know how powerful it is,
- 33:31but even for us, it was really a, oh, I'm still have goosebumps when I'm talking about it,
- 33:35because it was such a powerful proof that even if somebody is just laying in our suit and
- 33:43getting the right frequencies, we can make kind of magic. Well, and I'm thinking rehab centers,
- 33:52like my aunt had fallen and broken her hip, but it was a slip on ice. I mean, I mentioned earlier,
- 33:58though, like hip fractures normally lead to death, but the reason isn't because the hip fracture
- 34:03can kill you. Usually the reason is because the person has lost so much muscle that the hip fracture
- 34:09is actually because of the muscle loss. It's a symptom of the muscle loss. It's not the hip fracture
- 34:15that killed you. Just the hip fractures, because you didn't have enough muscle to hold yourself
- 34:19up anymore and you're just deteriorated. Plus, additionally, the bone density is also an issue
- 34:25over 67 days. So you never recover. I know my mother is 80 and she fell last year and had several
- 34:34broken ankle shoulder and so on. We did rehab on her and now she's like new. She's without any
- 34:43surgery. She's back on track. Yeah, I'm like, why wouldn't anybody want to do this if you're going
- 34:50through some? I mean, obviously, diseases like ALS or Lyme disease or something along those lines
- 34:55that actually is causing muscle atrophy. This would be an amazing way to reverse or counteract some
- 35:02of that. Cancer loss. In every case, they don't die from ALS or cancer, they die because they
- 35:10lose the muscles and they're not able to function anymore. I'm going to say this. The medical
- 35:15community tells people you can have a cough and they're like bed rest. I'm not feeling bed rest.
- 35:21I'm pregnant. Bed rest. Why is everybody being assigned to a bed rather than how about some
- 35:27sunlight and activity? Get out and walk in the sun. Quit turning the lights off and staying in
- 35:33the bed all the time. Very important. Sun is a very important thing, but why is there telling
- 35:38that you in an cancer center, you can eat sugar or you eat whatever you want? I have a pregnant
- 35:45who just had a double mastectomy after having breast cancer and everything else and I was out in
- 35:50Phoenix and super smart. She's a college professor at Arizona State University and I was out there
- 35:56for a conference and we went hiking while I was out there and she was like oh well I can only
- 36:01hike it this time of day and this time of day because I'm not allowed to be near the sun and
- 36:06and I'm like and there's part of me and it's like I'm not an MD. But I think anybody who is downstairs
- 36:13at the conference right now probably gives as good medical advice as most. But you should be
- 36:21on the sun. Vitamin D is so. I'm thrilled that she's out hiking. Even ahead of schedule because
- 36:29they told her she had to wait 60 days from her last chemo treatment to even go hike and I'm like why?
- 36:35But she was like that's been about 50 days. I'm feeling good. Let's do it and I'm like okay she
- 36:40but I can only do it after 5 o'clock because then the sun's down and I'm like and she's like I don't
- 36:46want to get hot but she's like I can't be in the sun and I'm like but it's so good. Like we
- 36:51literally have taken away this. I had a friend of mine recently who was hospitalized because he had
- 36:56so many gastrointestinal issues like he was he's got like some extreme GI issues and I went
- 37:04in to visit him at the hospital and while I'm sitting there chatting with him they brought him
- 37:07in his dinner. But his dinner is you know you got to peel back your processed things for this and
- 37:15it's the worst meal you can possibly imagine. He got sugar chocolate bar during the chemo just
- 37:23enjoy his good for the soul. Great and like in chemotherapy like my grandmother died of lung cancer
- 37:29and you know and it was trying to even convince her and eventually it was like well you know if you
- 37:34don't you make your own choices this is your care not mine but it was like all she wanted was
- 37:40sugar and then the doctors kept telling her to just put the sugar it'll keep the weight on you.
- 37:46Yeah this is what they tell you. They were so happy when I was not so deep in this there was
- 37:53just in the beginning one and a half years ago and I got my first treatment they told me always
- 37:58keep your keep your weight you have to keep your weight don't lose weight don't lose weight
- 38:02and then after my first chemo and I could smell again after my first naked head cancer
- 38:08when I went to the lung cancer they told me you need to eat you need to eat what we did
- 38:16we went to cheesecake factory I had a cheesecake double whipped cream thousand four hundred thousand
- 38:22four hundred calories the doctor was so proud of me it wasn't most wrong thing what I ever done
- 38:27you know and then and then it spreaded around so I went very deep very very deep into into
- 38:38holistic things plus the workout additionally in the suit to this and it changed totally so
- 38:46so these cancer feeds on sugar yeah that's the most important thing they were like sorry we tried
- 38:51everything we don't know why it's spreading I was like how interesting you did a biopsy of
- 38:57course it's spreading but the three months ago they said no I think it's over you have
- 39:03couple of years left because we can't stop the the growth of the two two more and now three
- 39:09months later now he's too more free because he did everything on a different holistic yeah good for
- 39:16you so yeah so bad bad bad but it's also the training you know it's also the training because
- 39:22um mentally it makes you strong and he talks the body and he talks about it and he talks about it
- 39:27the circulation and the heat and the and the heat and the training is is very good to
- 39:33to to and to do this thing is because you need to shock the cells if you have cancer you need to
- 39:42shock the cells with training and you can with all these electrodes you have a very good chance to
- 39:50target the the cells and the tumors in the body and then you shock them and then with a right
- 39:59with the right food I'm completely green for example no sugar on a complete keto
- 40:09plus some medicaments and so on what I'm taking you really can shock the tumors to
- 40:15can shocks the cancer cells and they and they die well and you can stimulate a topology in your
- 40:20body and hopefully it's very yeah yeah yeah no that stuff's amazing guys like it's I love learning
- 40:27about the CMS and I told you like I I wanted to try the suit at the life conference we were out
- 40:32and I did so so I absolutely need one of these things if you were to give one thing as why are
- 40:38you different from other things that are on the market just succinctly what what is that defining
- 40:43thing that just makes you different from other yeah so this is the science behind low and
- 40:49middle frequency combination as I said if you use only low frequency it's like a tense machine
- 40:56you you stimulate the surface you reach a certain level of muscles and always on the same
- 41:02way because you use the same frequency always so after a while first of all you get used to it
- 41:08second it's it's more for yeah you you can't develop muscles but originally it was for
- 41:17pain therapy so you block the pain but you don't fix exactly the issue so with low
- 41:23and middle frequency what is happening we not only stimulate but also activate as I said earlier
- 41:28and we can fix really the communication meanwhile between the brain and the body so we have really
- 41:34amazing results with those who sitting in wheelchair and you know they get the descendants that you
- 41:40know you will never walk again and suddenly using the technology step-by-step we can we can build
- 41:48back these routes maybe not that way but new new routes you know with these selectivation no
- 41:55plasticity and the amazing is also that nobody else is able right now to put low and middle
- 42:03frequency in a wireless foam in a small box and transported it from the controller into into this
- 42:10you so normally you need a big machine and cables and so on and where is he here yeah this is
- 42:16our brain that's all the technology 160 components you are complete free in ECG reading motion tracker
- 42:26they have tons of clever things in this tiny device so my my passion is of course not the summer
- 42:36body but the rehab aspect and it's really nice to see that for example we just donated a
- 42:42rehab system to a ballerina who got paralyzed none from neck and they said she won't walk
- 42:51again and I was there when we did the third training with her I delivered her own personal jacket
- 43:01and we used the same that rapper and version because of course she was completely paralyzed
- 43:09after this session she was able to stand up I have the video so this is the really beautiful
- 43:16part of it is literally just bringing muscle back to life and yeah and we found the fast
- 43:23wreck you don't need hours for it makes no sense to overdose it so yeah you're doing it just one
- 43:30you know it's if you build back the muscle you still yeah you have the muscle but you still not
- 43:36able to move if you have any spinal cord injury and so on and and we are I'm so happy that we
- 43:43met this in this rehab specialist who was treating my ALS friend but was not allowed to go to the
- 43:50hospital during COVID but after after he he went home she she reached me out and she was like
- 43:58Christina I don't know what you have but I know that frequency can do magic I want to work with you so
- 44:05she she threw with her we went deeper into the ALS MS spinal cord injury journey so she's
- 44:15preparing now some studies and but for me most importantly it's it's beautiful see that
- 44:21that that people start to walk and it's exciting because like you're not just looking at it from
- 44:27an aesthetic standpoint you're not just building muscles so people look prettier like no this is
- 44:31literally you're you're helping with rehab you you are doing that I mean people are getting great
- 44:36bodies from it and they're yes part of that getting a great body is a psychological well-being right
- 44:41it's a person who's like the lady you showed me the photos of it's she feels better about herself
- 44:46which is changing her social engagement which is the energy she's bringing into a room is changing
- 44:51all the relationships around her it's it's a domino effect right in the next step if I find the right
- 45:00doctor for it I want to work with kids you know with overweighted kids yeah I believe if they have
- 45:10a fast result you don't have to train them very hard but we have to train the muscles with them
- 45:18short time if they get the first kick there be there will be much more open to change your life
- 45:26yeah I just want to give them a kick because kids they grow up overweight and I was an overweight
- 45:32kid and it's like and and I'll tell you like the mindset shift that this isn't the way life needs to be
- 45:37but here's where where where sickness starts yeah you know you you implemented when when you are
- 45:45young it's totally good this is the thing so we have to so we have to go so we have to start the
- 45:52treatments or the the mind-setting when they are young and if absolutely if the parents are not
- 45:57able to we we should put them in a special tool what helps them to get to get a result like
- 46:05it and have fun with it and then they are willing to do it by themselves so and we don't hit the
- 46:10joins so we just say we can't so it's a mindset just to find the right partners and then maybe
- 46:18a study study with kids this would be very interesting the results will be amazing yeah I love all
- 46:25of that guys thank you so much for joining today I want to point you out down in the show notes
- 46:29you'll actually see all the links to vision body and the EMS science that they're using which is
- 46:35different from what else is on the market this is again low and mid-level frequencies that are
- 46:41that are doing this I can't wait to try this suit I've been wanting to for a while so I need to
- 46:45get one of these things to be honest with you because I'm going to do it for aesthetics but
- 46:49they also I want to make sure that I'm actually building muscle as I age here so guys thank you
- 46:53so much for joining us we'll put all of the links and everything down in the show notes and then
- 46:57any of the copied any of the things if you want to use it it's all free for you and social media
- 47:01and whatnot we appreciate that and we will catch you on the next episode of performance driven
- 47:15you
