A 63-year-old man from Lincoln County, Oregon, Richard Brotherton, has been sentenced to two years and four months for luring a minor — a crime he was convicted of in July. Arrested in March after a sexually graphic conversation with an undercover officer posing as a teen, Brotherton’s photo is now being circulated by the Lincoln City Police Department to identify any other potential victims.
