Tulsa police faced a terrifying standoff Friday when a man wanted for child sex abuse charges brandished a crossbow at officers during a domestic disturbance call. Twenty-eight-year-old Christopher Pope, with a history of child-related offenses including possession of child pornography and felony abuse charges, allegedly pointed the weapon at deputies before they fired in self-defense.
