- 0:48Speaker 3: maintenance for the hostess with the mostess and yeah, we're
- 0:53Speaker 3: now we're gonna bail before it gets dark and come
- 0:57Speaker 3: back home because the neighbors in the hood put together
- 1:00Speaker 3: some serious fireworks and I do not want to leave
- 1:02Speaker 3: the dog at home alone. Oh man, yes, that's traumatizing.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what, we should actually probably talk to
- 1:08Speaker 2: a vet about why at some point dogs freak out
- 1:13Speaker 2: when it comes to fireworks, because that's no joke.
- 1:16Speaker 4: As we close in on the fourth of.
- 1:17Speaker 3: July, why are you feeling good?
- 1:18Speaker 2: I'm feeling great today because I discovered this place in
- 1:22Speaker 2: glenn Burnie over the weekend. I didn't talk about it
- 1:24Speaker 2: earlier because we had other things to get into, but
- 1:27Speaker 2: it's called Crabtown, USA, and now it's.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Like, see, I wonder what they served.
- 1:32Speaker 2: That's right, Well, it seems like a hole in the
- 1:34Speaker 2: wall in glenn Burnie. My significant other really wanted to
- 1:37Speaker 2: go there. She'd been dropping hints about it, and then
- 1:41Speaker 2: you know, we ended up going. But let me tell you,
- 1:43Speaker 2: this place is great when it comes to food. But
- 1:47Speaker 2: what makes them even better is that they have a
- 1:49Speaker 2: vintage full arcade loaded with games from like the eighties
- 1:54Speaker 2: when we were kids begging our parents to let us
- 1:58Speaker 2: have more dollars so we can go get the change
- 2:01Speaker 2: out of the change machine and play pac Man and
- 2:04Speaker 2: Dig Doug and Miss pac Man and Mario Brothers and
- 2:07Speaker 2: Super Mario Brothers, Pole Position, all these games. Chili, I've
- 2:12Speaker 2: got video. I couldn't believe it.
- 2:13Speaker 3: Oh that's good.
- 2:14Speaker 2: It was like unreal. I have to go back to
- 2:17Speaker 2: glenn Burnie to play the games. I didn't even realize.
- 2:20Speaker 2: I thought it was like, you know, one of those
- 2:21Speaker 2: game rooms was just a few games. Oh no, this
- 2:25Speaker 2: thing needs to be in a movie.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Oh my goodness.
- 2:27Speaker 4: I mean it was unbelievable.

- 6:42Speaker 3: we get our producer Crash in here and the three
- 6:45Speaker 3: of us can answer this question to see how close
- 6:48Speaker 3: this supposed research really is.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Come on down that's next. Stay with us.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Your favorite color apparently reveals much about your personality. Let's
- 6:57Speaker 2: dig in Toby and Chilly in the morning. It's ninety
- 6:59Speaker 2: seven point one and watch FM comes from a list
- 7:01Speaker 2: it's been floating around the internet. Apparently they did some
- 7:04Speaker 2: research and this is what they found.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Here are the options. You have yellow, blue, red, turquoise, pink, green, purple,
- 7:12Speaker 3: or orange. And let's start with our producer, Crash. Of
- 7:15Speaker 3: those colors, which is your favorite turquoise? Supposedly, your mind
- 7:19Speaker 3: is a constant fountain of great ideas, and others gravitate
- 7:22Speaker 3: to you when your own mental reserves are running low.
- 7:25Speaker 3: And of the entire spectrum of personalities, you're the least
- 7:29Speaker 3: likely to cheat on your mate.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Considering I just saw his anniversary photos on Instagram, I
- 7:34Speaker 2: would say cheating is the furthest thing from his mind.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Which then would make this accurate. Do you identify with
- 7:40Speaker 3: this color's analysis? Yeah, okay, that's close.
- 7:44Speaker 2: You embrace the turquoise there, Crash, super producer of all things.
- 7:48Speaker 4: Yes, and chili your color.
- 7:50Speaker 3: I'm going to go with blue here.
- 7:53Speaker 2: Oh, I would tell you that you have a wonderful,
- 7:55Speaker 2: lively imagination. If I were the doctors and therapists behind
- 7:59Speaker 2: this study. You're not afraid to trust it. You tend
- 8:02Speaker 2: to set lofty, reach for the sky goals and find
- 8:05Speaker 2: creative ways to reach them. Chili, would you say that
- 8:08Speaker 2: that is true for you and your love of the
- 8:11Speaker 2: color blue?
- 8:11Speaker 3: I would say I have a lively imagination. I don't
- 8:14Speaker 3: know if I always reach my sky high goals. You
- 8:18Speaker 3: know I do my best, But okay, sure, I'll take that.
- 8:21Speaker 3: I'd say that's about fifty percent right right on? And
- 8:23Speaker 3: what is your favorite color?
- 8:24Speaker 4: Purple?
- 8:25Speaker 3: There, Chili, there's a good chance your psychic Toby well,
- 8:28Speaker 3: at the very least, your intuition often baffles and amazes
- 8:31Speaker 3: your friends. You often have feelings about things that turn
- 8:35Speaker 3: out to be right. Oh, you're centered and always remain
- 8:38Speaker 3: calm no matter what calamities go on around you.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Well, I don't know about always remaining calm. Sometimes I'd
- 8:44Speaker 2: like to thank my doctor for my prescription that keeps
- 8:47Speaker 2: me pretty calm these days. But I will say this,
- 8:49Speaker 2: if I'm psychic, I'm gonna pull that Miss Cleo card
- 8:52Speaker 2: minus the lawsuits and illegal activity that she got popped for.
- 8:56Speaker 4: And no, maybe I'll start a side hustle.
- 8:59Speaker 6: This is more of an into a thing, and I
- 9:00Speaker 6: believe that is accurate about you. Really, Yes, that I
- 9:03Speaker 6: have some sort of weird intuition. Oh lord, what sort
- 9:07Speaker 6: of accurate intuition? Is that what they call it?
- 9:10Speaker 2: Yes?
- 9:10Speaker 4: Oh, I just thought it was luck.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Well, if you want to read the colors and what
- 9:14Speaker 2: they say about your personality, please direct your attention this

- 13:27Speaker 3: like from nine am to four pm kind of thing.
- 13:30Speaker 3: I never was sent to or did any kind of
- 13:34Speaker 3: summer camp growing up. Like we just played outside with
- 13:37Speaker 3: all our neighborhood friends. No day camp, no nothing. We
- 13:40Speaker 3: would literally just play outside with the kids. I don't
- 13:42Speaker 3: think it was that common in my circle. I mean,
- 13:45Speaker 3: and I grew up in Vienna. Maybe back then there
- 13:46Speaker 3: was always a parent at home or something. But you
- 13:49Speaker 3: from Texas did you do summer camps?
- 13:52Speaker 2: Did the day camp thing? And I did the sleep
- 13:54Speaker 2: away camp thing. Really, the sleep away camp thing was
- 13:58Speaker 2: very very interesting.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Why are you saying it like that?
- 14:01Speaker 2: Well, because it was you away from home, and you
- 14:04Speaker 2: without the comforts of you know, and protections of home.
- 14:07Speaker 2: It was unfamiliar. Mom wasn't there to save the day,
- 14:09Speaker 2: nor was dad. You just kind of had to roll
- 14:12Speaker 2: with whatever life brought your way.
- 14:13Speaker 3: It was the craziest thing that life brought your way
- 14:15Speaker 3: while you were away.
- 14:16Speaker 4: Uh. It had rained really badly.
- 14:18Speaker 2: There was a big mud bug by the river, the
- 14:21Speaker 2: Guadalupe River, I believe, and we played in that mud
- 14:24Speaker 2: bug and then I went home and I guess I
- 14:27Speaker 2: got bit by a spider or something in that mud
- 14:29Speaker 2: bug because my uh, I forget what it was in
- 14:32Speaker 2: my arm or something just totally swelled up.
- 14:35Speaker 3: Wow, you ended up like in the hospital for that.
- 14:38Speaker 2: Or oh, I ended up having to go to the
- 14:39Speaker 2: doctor and get on some sort of antibiotic for playing
- 14:43Speaker 2: in the mud. Playing in the mud. Oh, and it
- 14:45Speaker 2: was deep mud too. It was like easily three feet
- 14:48Speaker 2: of mud.
- 14:49Speaker 3: To get quick sad.
- 14:50Speaker 4: It was, it really was, and it was cool.
- 14:52Speaker 2: And when the counselors around have you had there, they
- 14:55Speaker 2: were watching us play in the mud.
- 14:58Speaker 4: It was what it was. Then we went when we
- 15:00Speaker 4: washed off.
- 15:00Speaker 2: In the river and then got out and went back
- 15:03Speaker 2: to the camp and had to take showers and get clean.
- 15:06Speaker 2: But nonetheless, let's.
- 15:07Speaker 3: See if anybody can top that story of being bitten
- 15:10Speaker 3: by a spider.
- 15:11Speaker 2: While rolling around like a big rooting in the mud.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Ninety seven point one washchef m we're Toby and Chilly

- 15:40Speaker 2: Tell us what yours are this morning.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Jason, thanks so much for making us a part of
- 15:45Speaker 3: your day in Waldor So.
- 15:47Speaker 4: What happened to you?
- 15:48Speaker 3: I got pants in the middle of everybody pants. Yeah,
- 15:52Speaker 3: that's I think when somebody pulls your pants down, right. Oh,
- 15:57Speaker 3: so we were playing at the playground for all the
- 15:59Speaker 3: kids before you come up and just pull my shorts down.
- 16:02Speaker 7: In front of everybody.
- 16:04Speaker 3: I had the reddest face and I.
- 16:05Speaker 8: Was in very and did you say anything to them?
- 16:08Speaker 5: I kind of just tried to ignore it and tried
- 16:11Speaker 5: to make the best of the situation.
- 16:12Speaker 4: Sometimes it's all you can do.
- 16:14Speaker 3: Well. I hope you were able to recover from that.
- 16:16Speaker 3: Everybody did laugh, but I was like, you know what, it.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Was funny and now it's a good memory that you've
- 16:21Speaker 2: just shared with well, all five people listening this morning, Jason,
- 16:26Speaker 2: thank you for sharing that with us and for feeling
- 16:28Speaker 2: comfortable enough to tell us about the time that you
- 16:30Speaker 2: had your pants pulled down at camp. You handled it
- 16:33Speaker 2: so well. Melissa in Ashburn, Good morning, Summer camp memory.
- 16:37Speaker 4: What's up?
- 16:38Speaker 8: Well? I was in third or fourth grade. I was
- 16:41Speaker 8: going to the summer Girl Scout camp. One of my
- 16:43Speaker 8: friends fell asleep chewing on a glowsed.
- 16:47Speaker 4: Wow.
- 16:47Speaker 3: That can't be good.
- 16:49Speaker 5: She woke up in patient something and it just happened
- 16:53Speaker 5: for her. Whole mouth was glowing.
- 16:55Speaker 3: Did she panic? What did you guys do?
- 16:57Speaker 8: One of the girls had to go get the gross

- 23:16Speaker 3: Yeah, Meghan, who listens to the show, is worried that
- 23:19Speaker 3: her relationship might be in trouble. She's going to share
- 23:21Speaker 3: what happened with her boyfriend recently that led to her
- 23:24Speaker 3: questioning his commitment to her.
- 23:27Speaker 2: One of the things that we do that I love
- 23:28Speaker 2: the most is we listen to things that are on
- 23:30Speaker 2: your mind, and then when you ask, we offer some advice,
- 23:35Speaker 2: a little bit of group therapy, as it were with
- 23:37Speaker 2: ninety seven point one wash FM, Toby and Chilly in
- 23:40Speaker 2: the Morning. Megan and Alexandria, you've got something you want
- 23:43Speaker 2: to run by the class this morn and go ahead?
- 23:45Speaker 4: You good?
- 23:46Speaker 3: I'm okay, Well that doesn't sound very convincing. What's on
- 23:49Speaker 3: your mind? What's up?
- 23:50Speaker 9: I just want to know if I should be worried
- 23:53Speaker 9: and freaking out about this. But I've been with my
- 23:56Speaker 9: boyfriend for a year now and the company summer party,
- 24:01Speaker 9: he didn't make me his plus one and he's going.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Solow Okay, so he's going solo to a work party.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Why does that bother you?
- 24:09Speaker 9: He didn't include me, and it's just weird, Like, I'm
- 24:13Speaker 9: your girlfriend. You know you're allowed to bring a plus one?
- 24:16Speaker 3: What are you worried? It means like is.
- 24:18Speaker 9: He dating somebody? Or's he interested in somebody at work
- 24:22Speaker 9: that he doesn't want me to know about. It's just weird.
- 24:24Speaker 3: So what's your question for us today?
- 24:26Speaker 9: I don't know. I don't know if I'm overreacting, you know,
- 24:30Speaker 9: if he's just keeping work and personal life separate. But
- 24:33Speaker 9: it doesn't feel like that.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Well, this is why I would pause and say to you,
- 24:37Speaker 2: feelings aren't wrong, they're not right, they just start. But
- 24:39Speaker 2: I'm just curious where these feelings are coming from, because
- 24:43Speaker 2: clearly you have like there's a trust thing going on.
- 24:47Speaker 2: I don't know what it is or where it's coming from.
- 24:50Speaker 2: But for whatever reason, you're thinking about this from a
- 24:53Speaker 2: very negative point of view, I would tell you I
- 24:55Speaker 2: don't think that you have anything to worry about. Maybe
- 24:57Speaker 2: he's just made a decision to want to do this
- 25:01Speaker 2: work related thing on his own.
- 25:03Speaker 4: Chilli your thoughts.
- 25:04Speaker 3: I think that you need to ask him because clearly
- 25:07Speaker 3: this is on your mind, and he may have a
- 25:09Speaker 3: very good reason for not bringing you along. And yeah,
- 25:13Speaker 3: it may not be the truth that he shares with you,
- 25:15Speaker 3: but you're going to probably be able to tell if
- 25:17Speaker 3: he's being honest in that moment. And if you've been
- 25:20Speaker 3: together a year, if you've never met any of his coworkers,
- 25:24Speaker 3: he probably wants to keep that part of his life
- 25:26Speaker 3: separate and that's okay too.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Yeah, well, Meghan, let's ask the class for some thoughts.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Eight six, six, nine, two, seven, forty three sixty one.
- 25:34Speaker 2: What do you think about Megan's situation? Should she be
- 25:38Speaker 2: concerned that she wasn't invited to this work party? Is
- 25:41Speaker 2: she overthinking the fact that she wasn't invited to this
- 25:45Speaker 2: work party? And everything's fine? Tell us what's on your
- 25:47Speaker 2: mind so we can help Megan get through this together.

- 29:54Speaker 2: Good morning, Tyler, what do you think of this situation?
- 29:58Speaker 2: What advice would you offer.
- 29:59Speaker 10: Yeah, a year in I think that she is right
- 30:03Speaker 10: that he's not taking it seriously. But I would say
- 30:05Speaker 10: that shouldn't end the relationship, Like she should bring this
- 30:08Speaker 10: up to him and she should say, hey, like after
- 30:11Speaker 10: a year, that's not cool. And you know, get the
- 30:14Speaker 10: reason why I want to give this guy the out.
- 30:16Speaker 10: I want to give him the benefit of doubt.
- 30:17Speaker 3: What do you think some valid reasons could be here.
- 30:20Speaker 10: Maybe it's just that it was going to be like
- 30:22Speaker 10: way too many you know, corporate stiffs or whatever, and
- 30:27Speaker 10: she kind of he wanted to like spare her from that.
- 30:30Speaker 10: But if it was like or families or something, and
- 30:33Speaker 10: maybe thought he was going to kind of like intimidate her.
- 30:36Speaker 4: With all of that. I hope the guy has a
- 30:38Speaker 4: good excuse.
- 30:39Speaker 10: I'm sure he has one, But I do agree with
- 30:41Speaker 10: her that, yeah, that after a year, that is something
- 30:44Speaker 10: that should he should have taken.
- 30:46Speaker 7: Her for sure.
- 30:47Speaker 2: Right on, Tyler, thank you for jumping in this morning.
- 30:50Speaker 2: Ye now to Arlington Jin your advice. What would you

- 30:55Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, I would break up with him or
- 30:58Speaker 3: threaten to break up with him, just to get the
- 31:00Speaker 3: truth because there's something else here.
- 31:02Speaker 9: Like, why wouldn't you invite the.
- 31:04Speaker 3: Person you've been with for a year to the work party.
- 31:07Speaker 3: That's something weird with that. So either he's hiding something
- 31:10Speaker 3: from her or he just doesn't want to take her
- 31:12Speaker 3: to the party.
- 31:13Speaker 7: Yeah, exactly, So either way it's bad, all.
