- 0:00I was at the movies with my boyfriend and passed out when we were leaving the movie.
- 0:03Passed out several times, like on the way to the vehicle.
- 0:06So he meets my mom on the interstate.
- 0:08She takes me to the hospital.
- 0:09They put me in.
- 0:10They do all these tests.
- 0:10And they couldn't figure out why I was passing out.
- 0:12We get connected with a lady that did muscle testing or applied kinesiology.
- 0:16My mom takes me up there, and she tells us this.
- 0:18So your grandmother had a stroke on the plane.
- 0:19You landed in St. Thomas.
- 0:21The doctor was just talking about you have diabetes.
- 0:23How are you managing that?
- 0:25And she says, I take a medication that helps manage it.
- 0:27She's 80.
- 0:28Her blood work looks great.
- 0:29But this medical doctor told her that if you ground it for 15 minutes a day, it could reverse your diabetes.
- 0:34Yes.
- 0:35And that blew you away.
- 0:36A medical, it's a medical doctor.
- 0:37Did the doctor say why?
- 0:39No, it's interesting that she says that because... As a mom, you have... We all have these fears, these concerns.
- 0:44If there is one that bothers you the most and that you could help with, what would that be?
- 0:48You hire your doctor.
- 0:49If they won't answer your questions, you just fire them and find another one.
- 0:53A lot of doctor's offices, like, if you opt out of vaccinations, they're going to make you leave because...
- 1:01LaCrista, welcome to the show.
- 1:02It's a pleasure to have you here.
- 1:05You have a great heart.
- 1:06You're a nurse, so all nurses.
- 1:08My wife is a nurse as well, geriatric nurse, and biggest heart.
- 1:13Loves people, loves helping, loves serving, and I'm so happy that you're using that gift in the natural health field and able to share it on today's show.
- 1:24probably have a story as to why you shifted.
- 1:27I would love to hear that.
- 1:28So my story actually started when I was 17.
- 1:31I was at the movies with my boyfriend and passed out when we were leaving the movie.
- 1:35Mm-hmm.
- 1:36Passed out several times, like on the way to the vehicle.
- 1:39And so he, you know, meets my mom on the interstate.
- 1:42She takes me to the hospital.
- 1:43They put me in.
- 1:44They do all these tests.
- 1:45And like as soon as they would like start to raise the head of the bed, like I would pass out.
- 1:50Oh, my gosh.
- 1:51And so they were they couldn't figure out why I was passing out.
- 1:54So they do all these tests and they're like, everything's normal, you know?
- 1:58So you weren't adapting probably.
- 2:00Right.
- 2:00So my nervous system like was not turning on and off, you know, sympathetic and parasympathetic like it needed to.
- 2:07And so... And pumping blood.
- 2:08So you wouldn't get oxygen until you passed out.
- 2:10It's like a thyroid issue maybe.
- 2:12So I go to...
- 2:14They basically tell my mom like, if you can get her to the car without her passing out, you can take her home.
- 2:17Oh, that's so sweet of that.
- 2:18Yeah, so nice.
- 2:19So...
- 2:21She's so young, she doesn't have anything wrong with her.
- 2:23I just had a friend, side story, he went to the doctor a couple of times, giftology, brings tears to my eyes.
- 2:29He's just a beautiful family.
- 2:31And he went to the doctor, he was passing out.
- 2:34He was actually, just went for a hike and he told the doctor, nothing wrong with you, you're fine.
- 2:40And this, you know, I'm not blaming the doctors, I'm just saying like...
- 2:43If you know that something's wrong with you and they say go home, maybe you shouldn't, right?
- 2:49You got to listen to your intuition.
- 2:51Family vacation.
- 2:53Passed out and died.
- 2:54Oh, my gosh.
- 2:55You know, my age, you know, maybe a little bit younger.
- 2:58So not even 50, I don't think.
- 3:00And sweet, sweet little family.
- 3:03And they've been through hell and back and had a great life and now he's gone.
- 3:08So if you are passing out these stories, don't just say, hey, you know, we'll be okay.
- 3:14Just get back in the car and get home.
- 3:15You'll be fine.
- 3:16Okay.
- 3:16Yeah, I mean, the symptoms are like alarm bells going off, like your body's trying to tell you something's wrong, right?
- 3:22So we get connected with a lady that did muscle testing or applied kinesiology.
- 3:28My mom takes me up there and she tells us, like, there's a gas leak in your house.
- 3:32My mom's like, wouldn't everybody be sick if we have a gas leak?
- 3:35Fast forward years later, we find out I have MTHFR mutation.
- 3:38That's probably played a role in why I was the only one that was sick.
- 3:40But sure enough.
- 3:42She actually tested that?
- 3:43So she tested, muscle tested you for a gas leak?
- 3:46So I think there was a chemical that showed up that, you know, she was like, I think this is coming from a gas leak.
- 3:51So there was one.
- 3:53So she asked you to test if there's a chemical in your home or something.
- 3:56She was asking your body through kinesiology.
- 3:59Now, this has been 20 years ago.
- 4:01So I don't know exactly her methods.
- 4:03But she knew, like whatever it was, it could have been a chemical she put on your body, you know, something.
- 4:08But that's amazing.
- 4:10Yeah.
- 4:10It literally could use applied kinesiology to determine that, you know, that's mind blowing.
- 4:16Yeah.
- 4:16And so, I mean, I was the only one that was sick and everybody else was fine.
- 4:20So she puts me on a detox.
- 4:22I think I also had candida in my stomach.
- 4:24And so she gave me just a homeopathic, you know, fungus detox and I was better.
- 4:30Did they find a leak in the home?
- 4:32Yes.
- 4:32Yes.
- 4:32Yes.
- 4:33I just want to make sure.
- 4:34It was a slow leak, but I mean, obviously without me being able to detox efficiently, that's why I was sick.
- 4:39And so everybody else was able to get it out of their system, you know, at a decent rate, but I wasn't.
- 4:44An important point I want to bring to the audience is that when you're smaller or your detox pathways, MTHFR, right?
- 4:51You can't get it out faster.
- 4:52You were smaller.
- 4:54Probably the smallest in the home.
- 4:56I was 17, but I was not very big.
- 4:59Yeah.
- 4:59I mean, you're probably 17.
- 5:00I mean, looking at you now, you're probably were 110 pounds.
- 5:03Yeah, about 110, 115, I think.
- 5:04Yeah.
- 5:05So you don't have the ability to store as many of those toxins away because those toxins are coming in.
- 5:11You're trying to your body tries to get rid of them.
- 5:12If it can't get rid of them, it's trying to push out through its skin.
- 5:15It's throwing them into fat store into storage.
- 5:18And when those toxins can't be processed properly, they cause disease, dysfunction, hormone dysregulation, and death, right?
- 5:28That can happen if you can't move them out quick enough.
- 5:30And it could be a small amount that can kill you.
- 5:33That's all it takes.
- 5:34There can be that slow leak.
- 5:35So it was building up in your body.
- 5:37You're not able to get rid of it.
- 5:38And you started passing out.
- 5:40It probably didn't, that leak was probably happening.
- 5:41It could have been happening for years.
- 5:43Right, yeah.
- 5:43Yeah.
- 5:45start overflowing your bucket of your body to you start expressing symptoms.
- 5:49So it definitely wasn't thyroid.
- 5:51No.
- 5:52Well, you know, that might've played a role.
- 5:54I don't know.
- 5:54I mean, we, you're talking about all the toxins being stored, like, you know, the MTHFR mutation, you know, there's the 1298 and the 677, there's two different kinds, depending on which one you have and whether it's a single or double mutation, like your detoxification can be decreased by 80%.
- 6:09And so that can make a huge difference where someone has, you know, 100 percent methylation, they're methylating fine and somebody's 80 percent reduced.
- 6:15That makes a big difference.
- 6:16And that definitely wasn't the only toxin.
- 6:18I mean, as growing up, I had all my shots growing up.
- 6:21I mean, that wasn't a thing not to vaccinate your kids.
- 6:24So at all of those, we ate, you know, macaroni and cheese, hamburger helper, hot dogs, you know, make a great meal.
- 6:31I was raised on TV.
- 6:33I bought that stuff.
- 6:34Yeah.
- 6:34I mean, that's like I made it for myself after school.
- 6:37Yeah, we just ate a lot of processed food.
- 6:39You know, we had all the antibiotics.
- 6:41Like, I wasn't—natural health or holistic health was not really a thing 20 years ago for people.
- 6:46Like, most people just went to the doctor and did what they said.
- 6:48And so there was a lot, I think, that looking back that compounded on that.
- 6:53I don't think it was just the one thing.
- 6:54I think that was probably, like, my tipping point where, like, my toxic bucket flowed over and my body was like, we can't handle all this, you know?
- 7:00So—
- 7:01I detoxed from that and I was good for about 10 years.
- 7:06Got diagnosed with lupus, rheumatoid arthritis.
- 7:10And that's one of those things where I tell people like,
- 7:13It's a diagnosis is just an umbrella that they put over your symptoms that makes sense for them to be able to say you have XYZ.
- 7:20And so I don't believe that I had any of that.
- 7:23I had through muscle testing again.
- 7:27Everything flared up because I got pregnant and I stopped taking my medication because I couldn't take it when I was pregnant.
- 7:32And I just got bad really fast.
- 7:34I couldn't take my steroids and things that I took to keep it under control.
- 7:38Yeah, to keep the fire, you know, unnaturally keep the fire down, not stopping the fire, the source of the fire.
- 7:43Right.
- 7:43So you're, you know, putting water on the fire, but it's not putting it completely out.
- 7:48Were you a nurse at the time?
- 7:50Yes.
- 7:50So that's part of the reason I always say I was just drinking the Kool-Aid, you know, that's all I knew.
- 7:54But I did know enough at that point that I had stepped out of putting my hands on clients and I was working in an office setting and working from home.
- 8:02And I knew because I'd worked in labor and delivery that I did not.
- 8:06I have four children, so I knew that this one I did not want to have in the hospital.
- 8:11So my midwife came to the house for my appointment.
- 8:14Saw the condition that I was in and sent me to a muscle testing practitioner again.
- 8:17Ten years later, you know, a different practitioner.
- 8:20And she found like a flu virus that had settled in my spleen that was basically causing my body to, you know, attack itself.
- 8:26And I don't even remember having the flu.
- 8:28That was just the thing that I remember her telling me.
- 8:31I'm like, this is really weird.
- 8:32Like, I didn't have the flu.
- 8:34You know, looking back, it was probably a flu shot.
- 8:37Probably because, you know, I was working in the health space and that was just something that we just did what they told us to do.
- 8:43And I got better really quickly.
- 8:47And I was like, what is this?
- 8:48Like twice I thought I was going to die.
- 8:50And this is what saved me both times.
- 8:53So that's amazing.
- 8:54So they use muscle testing to identify a likely leak in your home.
- 8:59And there was.
- 9:00Second time, they use muscle testing to identify a virus in your spleen, which is your immune system.
- 9:09Yeah.
- 9:10One of your greatest immune system organs.
- 9:11I mean, if something attacks your spleen, most likely you're going to develop autoimmune eventually.
- 9:16Your body's going to attack itself.
- 9:17Yeah.
- 9:18So then you took a supplement.
- 9:20Mm-hmm.
- 9:21that was able to maybe not get rid of it completely, but knock that virus down.
- 9:25You know, viruses are all through us.
- 9:27And, you know, I have Lyme spirochetes.
- 9:30If you sample my body, sample my microbiome, I have them.
- 9:34They just have never taken over.
- 9:34And I found that out later as well.
- 9:36So I do.
- 9:36I mean, I have some of that as well.
- 9:38And so I do do, you know, a Lyme protocol a couple times a year to keep that knocked down.
- 9:42So later on, years later, I found out I had that.
- 9:44So use a natural like herb or something to... That was part of it.
- 9:47And that's what I tell people.
- 9:48That's just part of the process.
- 9:50I was completely gluten-free and dairy-free for my entire pregnancy.
- 9:53Knocking that inflammation down.
- 9:54Yeah, and I had to.
- 9:55I mean, I'm like, we drink raw milk and all kinds of stuff now.
- 9:58But at that time, my body could not handle any of that.
- 10:01So very like AIP type diet, anti-inflammatory diet.
- 10:06And...
- 10:07changed my whole life.
- 10:10All of our shampoo, conditioner, soap, you start opening your eyes to this, and it's like, everything I put on my body is toxic.
- 10:17Everything's wrecking my hormones.
- 10:18Everything's causing inflammation.
- 10:19Everything is leading to my toxic bucket overflowing.
- 10:22And what does that look like next time?
- 10:24Is it going to be cancer next time?
- 10:25What is it going to be?
- 10:27And knowing now, I learn things every day.
- 10:30So just people using toxic personal care products is going to knock down their mitochondria function to where...
- 10:37disease can develop.
- 10:38And so I had to change everything at that time.
- 10:41I started taking my kids to get detox from all their, you know, my older two kids, they're 17 and 19.
- 10:49Now they had all their shots till they were seven and nine.
- 10:52So I took them to my practitioner and,
- 10:54And got, you know, we started the vaccine detox with them.
- 10:57They came off of all their medication.
- 10:58They were doing two allergy shots a week, each one of them.
- 11:02Eye drops, inhalers, nose spray, like, you know, singular Zertek, Claritin, everything.
- 11:08You name it.
- 11:08I mean, they were taking.
- 11:09It's 17 years old.
- 11:11No, my kids at that time were seven and nine.
- 11:13Oh, my gosh.
- 11:14Six and eight or seven and nine.
- 11:15That many drugs at seven and nine?
- 11:16Oh, yeah.
- 11:16I mean, they looked like, my daughter looked like she had been decked in the eyes.
- 11:19Like, her eyes were black all the time.
- 11:21And they had eczema, asthma.
- 11:24We were doing palmacort nebulizer treatments every single night, like, as a preventative so that they didn't have asthma attacks.
- 11:30I didn't know that these are vaccine injuries.
- 11:32So I found that out later when I get them tested.
- 11:34One of them was toxic with formaldehyde.
- 11:36One of them was toxic with mercury.
- 11:39So we put them on, you know, and they're kids.
- 11:41Kids bounce back so fast, you know.
- 11:42I would say like six or eight months.
- 11:44They were off of everything.
- 11:45And my daughter has not been to the doctor since then.
- 11:49So we were actually looking because we're Native American.
- 11:52So if we need anything in, you know, Oklahoma, we go to the nation.
- 11:55So they call it, you know, the nation at Chicksaw Hospital.
- 11:59And so—
- 12:00So long story short, she's adopted.
- 12:02So she at 18, you know, they they don't get to go anymore when they're 18 because they're an adult.
- 12:07So they see them as pediatrics.
- 12:09So I called just to see, like, when's the last time that she was seen?
- 12:12And she was like nine.
- 12:14And so she turned 18.
- 12:15She's 19 now.
- 12:15She still hasn't been.
- 12:16So she hasn't been to the doctor in like 10 years.
- 12:18Like she hasn't even I don't even recall her being sick.
- 12:22in that long.
- 12:23I think my son, he's 17.
- 12:24He's ran a fever twice, like probably like flu or, you know, some kind of bug.
- 12:29And it lasted less than 24 hours since then.
- 12:31I mean, they're just so healthy.
- 12:33And so, um, and then I have two younger kids now.
- 12:36And so I say, I have my own little control study.
- 12:39Like my older two were vaccinated.
- 12:41I know how sick they were.
- 12:41My younger two, like hardly ever get sick.
- 12:43And if they do, it's like fever less than 24 hours.
- 12:45Like my younger two have never had Tylenol, Motrin, steroids, antibiotics, nothing.
- 12:49And they're five
- 12:51So same, 13, nine and three, all girls, never, never a med.
- 12:56I mean, there's natural ways to do things.
- 12:59And I always say, you know, God designed our bodies to do things for a reason.
- 13:04And I don't know why or at what point people started freaking out about a fever, you know, because I'm like, yeah.
- 13:11you gotta let it go, you know, let it run its course.
- 13:13And people are like, at what point do you give Tylenol?
- 13:15I'm like, we don't even own a thermometer.
- 13:17It drives my mother crazy, you know?
- 13:19I'm like, they're not gonna, you know, they're not gonna burn up.
- 13:21We give them calcium lactate.
- 13:23No, there's a whole theory with that.
- 13:24And you know, how your body warms up to pull calcium from your bones to activate your white blood cells.
- 13:29So if you give this specific form, calcium lactate powder, or in the capsule form, it gives the body the calcium it needs to prevent the body from trying to pull calcium from the brain, which would cause febrile seizures.
- 13:40So that's a really great tip.
- 13:42And those things that like information that I didn't know, so I get excited.
- 13:47So you can give a specific form.
- 13:49So if your kid has a fever, you can give a specific form of calcium that can help prevent febrile seizures.
- 13:55Yeah, so the form that I use is from Standard Process, calcium lactate.
- 13:59It comes in a tablet and a powder.
- 14:02So the powder, obviously I don't mix it with water because most water has like, you know, fluoride or chlorine in it, which will bind to that.
- 14:09So distilled water or an organic juice or whatever your kid, you know, will drink, warm it up a little bit and dissolve the powder in it.
- 14:16And then you can cool it back down and give it to them to drink.
- 14:18Or if they can swallow a tablet, you can give that to them.
- 14:20I always say you can't overdose on it.
- 14:22So when my kids are sick, they get like massive amounts of that because it will lower their – it won't knock their fever out.
- 14:27But it gives the body the calcium it needs to activate the white blood cells so that your body doesn't have to get so hot to pull that calcium.
- 14:34So it keeps it manageable, you know.
- 14:36So essentially when you're getting a fever, that's driving calcium out so that you can activate your white blood cells.
- 14:42Mm-hmm.
- 14:43It's one of the mechanisms.
- 14:44I mean, the fever— Did you learn that in nursing school?
- 14:45Did you know that?
- 14:46I don't think I learned anything that I actually use, you know, in nursing school.
- 14:51But, no, I just learned that through when you get into the holistic health space, I feel like you learn something every day.
- 14:57So that was something—standard process.
- 14:59You know, they do a lot of trainings, and that's one of the supplement lines that I use.
- 15:02And so they have really good educators.
- 15:04That was one thing that I learned through them.
- 15:06But—
- 15:07That's all I've used is calcium lactate and then homeopathics, you know, just they have a bunch on Amazon, you know, Highlands and a bunch of other brands that are homeopathic fever reducers.
- 15:18Besides that, and like, you know, cool baths and things like that, my kids have never burn up from a fever.
- 15:23I always say you sit in a hot tub at 104 degrees, so.
- 15:26Yeah.
- 15:26And some kids naturally run higher fevers.
- 15:28Right.
- 15:28I've seen my, you know, some daughters can really run a high fever and the ones that run the high fever.
- 15:34get over the sickness so quickly.
- 15:36If it's a lower fever, it drags on.
- 15:39It's like they're good during the day, but then they go to sleep at night and spike a fever.
- 15:42Yeah.
- 15:43I have one of those.
- 15:44It'll go for like a couple nights, fine during the day, low grade temp at night, and then they are fine, but they never slow down.
- 15:50They just keep going.
- 15:51So as long as they're talking to me and they're not delirious...
- 15:55And, and they're, and they're running that, you know, um, that high fever.
- 15:58I'm like, babe, and it's scary, right?
- 16:00Yeah.
- 16:00But you trust the body.
- 16:02Um, and there's a time and a place for an emergency, but we just watch the baby.
- 16:05Are they, they coherent or they, you know, the child and just making sure.
- 16:09And sometimes they're starting to go and you're getting nervous and then, and then they snap out of it or they fall asleep.
- 16:15Yeah.
- 16:16Um, and they rest and they wake up and I'm hungry, daddy.
- 16:19And I'm like, what?
- 16:19What?
- 16:20So this is the first time my daughter got sick.
- 16:23So she's seven, seven and a half was right after I had my son.
- 16:26He was like two weeks old.
- 16:28And so she got what I think is probably rotavirus, you know?
- 16:32So she was like diarrhea and vomiting all over the house for like five days.
- 16:37And I'm just like, what is happening?
- 16:39How long is this going to last?
- 16:40That's the only time she's been sick longer than 24 hours.
- 16:42That one time, of course, you know, I have this newborn and, um,
- 16:47I remember the last day that she was sick, I was sitting on the couch and I got my stethoscope out and my pulse ox out because I was like, her heart rate is so fast.
- 16:57Like she's breathing so fast.
- 16:58I was like, she's getting dehydrated.
- 17:00And I was like, when she wakes up, I'm going to take her to the ER just so they can give her some fluids because this has been going on for so long just so we can, you know, get her hydrated.
- 17:07Because anytime she drink anything, you just come back up.
- 17:09Yeah.
- 17:09Smart.
- 17:09Smart.
- 17:10her heart rate was very irregular.
- 17:12And so I panicked a little bit.
- 17:14It's just like five years ago.
- 17:16But every time she has a fever, now I know her heart rate goes up and it's irregular.
- 17:21Cause I ended up at one point, um, she had to go in for, I think she had a fish hook in her foot.
- 17:28So the only time she's been, I think the fish hook in her foot and staples in her head.
- 17:30So if you're going to get hurt, it's going to be a fish hook.
- 17:33Cause I love fishing.
- 17:34So that means she's out there in nature.
- 17:36Yeah, but they told me, I asked them about that when we were there, and they said they see that with a lot of kids that run high fevers, irregular heart rate, but they don't do anything about it.
- 17:45So when the fever comes down, the heart rate's regular, but she did fall asleep.
- 17:48Like you said, I ended up dozing off on the couch with her.
- 17:51We wake up, no fever, and she wants a drink and something to eat.
- 17:55And I'm like, oh, we came out on the other side.
- 17:57Yeah, five days later.
- 17:58Yeah, five days later.
- 17:59Now it's your turn to— Right.
- 18:01And it's funny, like when your kids are sick, you don't get sick.
- 18:04But as soon as your body's like—
- 18:06It's strong.
- 18:07Yeah.
- 18:07And then as soon as your kid gets well, then you get sick.
- 18:13And then as soon as my wife gets well, then I get sick.
- 18:15You know, it's always like this.
- 18:17Yeah.
- 18:17It's almost like it's designed.
- 18:18I think our brains are smart.
- 18:19Like I need to be there for my wife.
- 18:21Like I have to be strong right now.
- 18:22I'm going to take care of the kids because she's sick and then she'll get better.
- 18:26And then I'm down.
- 18:27Right.
- 18:27You think y'all are passing it around?
- 18:30I don't know.
- 18:31What are your thoughts on terrain theory, germ theory?
- 18:34Are you familiar with that?
- 18:35I'm not really worried about those things.
- 18:37Like, I'm not, you know, I mean, I wash my hands, right, to lessen the load, right, because there's load theory.
- 18:43Yeah.
- 18:44But I, you know, I think getting sick strengthens your immune system.
- 18:47Yeah.
- 18:47You know, and that makes you stronger.
- 18:50each time and it trains your immune system.
- 18:51There's good science on that too.
- 18:53Like kids that get sick more often, farms, right?
- 18:56Expose to more stuff, way less chance of developing, you know, cancer and stuff like that.
- 19:00So I, you know, you don't want to avoid germs.
- 19:02There's a cancer research with treating the fevers or treating infections with antibiotics, I believe.
- 19:08So bacteria are the body's natural or nature's natural biodegraders.
- 19:14So when you get like, you know, a fever, bacterial infection, they're giving a kid an antibiotic to kill that bacteria.
- 19:23The bacteria is not able to clean up whatever dead tissues in the body.
- 19:27When there's that dead tissue and it will, you know,
- 19:32cause inflammation.
- 19:33And it's, there's a study that shows by treating these infections with antibiotics and not allowing the bacteria, you know, supporting the body through natural means and allowing the bacteria to clean up what it's trying to do and knocking it down with antibiotic is raising the rate of childhood cancers.
- 19:48Because it's leaving dead tissue and inflammation in the body where the body would naturally clean that up with a fever and a little bit of bacteria because these bacteria, your body will create bacteria and create, you know, candida to eat heavy metals and things like your things will pleomorph into what you need them to do.
- 20:04That's why.
- 20:04All of this stuff's in our body, just whether or not it's pathogenic or not.
- 20:09But that's a really interesting study that treating infections with antibiotics in kids, knocking everything down with antibiotics is actually raising the rate of childhood cancers because of the dead tissue and inflammation that it's leaving behind.
- 20:20This is another one of those things I didn't know.
- 20:21Yeah.
- 20:22Thanks for sharing that.
- 20:22That's a beautiful one.
- 20:25Yeah.
- 20:25So you became a nurse and you had some babies.
- 20:29You had the two with the non-holistic, more medically driven lifestyle to now holistic lifestyle.
- 20:39And you've seen this massive difference.
- 20:41Did my own study.
- 20:42Yeah.
- 20:42Did your own little... Yeah.
- 20:44And this personal experience is powerful.
- 20:46A lot of people can blow that off.
- 20:47But this is a mama who cares deeply about her children.
- 20:52And you even adopt it.
- 20:54Right?
- 20:56When someone shares something like that, I always say, be open.
- 20:59You might, you know, come from a medical background and listen to this and be like, that's all boohoo.
- 21:03You know, this gal's crazy.
- 21:06You know, she should, you know, and you get threatened.
- 21:08They should, for doing that, you should not even be able to raise children.
- 21:12Are you kidding me?
- 21:13People...
- 21:15will say like, you shouldn't even be practicing.
- 21:16Yeah.
- 21:16You're a nurse.
- 21:17Yeah.
- 21:17Yeah.
- 21:17So, so there are a lot of people that'll be like, I can't believe you're a medical professional and you're not recommending vaccines.
- 21:22And like two days ago I got called a baby killer on Facebook because I commented on a post that wasn't even saying, don't do the vitamin K. It was just educating on vitamin K, um, that the reason babies are born with low vitamin K is so that stem cells can get to all the areas of injury that they get.
- 21:41that they get as they come through the birth canal or even in a C-section, like they, you know, their little bodies are being smashed.
- 21:47And so the thin blood allows the body to get stem cells where it needs to go to heal the body.
- 21:52And so that's another part of God's design.
- 21:54Like we, they were born with low vitamin K for a reason.
- 21:57And that post was just educating on that.
- 21:59And there were a lot of nurses and nurse practitioners that were agreeing and commenting, you know, and this lady just came in and was like,
- 22:06No medical professional should recommend that.
- 22:08Your bad advice is killing babies.
- 22:10I'm like, there's not even advice here.
- 22:11We're just educating why vitamin K is low when they're born, you know, and to let the body work.
- 22:15And so people get real heated, you know, with no background, no research.
- 22:19They just...
- 22:21automatically think that without doing any research, they want to follow what Western medicine recommends.
- 22:28And I just tell people, do your own research.
- 22:30It doesn't take a lot.
- 22:31You know, I've got a whole thing.
- 22:33I just hit one button on my phone.
- 22:34I have it all saved to some people just like a list of resources and documentaries and podcasts to listen to because...
- 22:41People just don't know that they need to literally question everything.
- 22:45You need to question the antibiotics and the vaccines and the food you're eating and the shampoo you're using and the cleaning products.
- 22:50Like everything, everything needs to be changed.
- 22:54If you haven't had your, if you haven't went down that rabbit hole yet, your whole life probably needs to be turned upside down, you know?
- 23:01And it's not hard.
- 23:02It sounds scary to people, but I'm like, just change one thing at a time, you know?
- 23:06Every time you go to the store.
- 23:06One thing a month, one thing a week, and it becomes fun.
- 23:08Yes, yeah.
- 23:09Like the subtitle of my book is how to thrive in an everything is toxic world because you can.
- 23:16And because everyone says everything is toxic, yes.
- 23:18But when you start lessening load from the sources of toxicity, learning effective detox pathways, like getting outside and moving and sweating, great detox doesn't cost you a thing.
- 23:29Movement, getting your kids outside, grounding.
- 23:32I have individuals...
- 23:34And it's great.
- 23:35I don't mind if they disagree, but they're like, Warren, you've talked about a lot of great stuff here, but this grounding thing is just, you've gone too far.
- 23:42I'm like, honestly, I feel like this is the most science-based thing I could share with you, like, because there's tons of research on this and electric fields and-
- 23:51magnetic fields affecting your health.
- 23:52And you can measure it.
- 23:52There's devices to actually measure it.
- 23:54We are electric and light, right?
- 23:56And so... A doctor told my grandmother in St. John, she had a stroke on the plane on the way to St. John on our vacation a couple months ago.
- 24:03So she gets put in this facility that was not great, you know, because it's an island, it's an old hospital.
- 24:08But the doctors were all travel doctors.
- 24:10And so they were like following European standards and doing things.
- 24:12So I was really impressed with that.
- 24:14And one of the doctors came in and said, you know, do you take anything for your diabetes?
- 24:18And she was like, yeah, I just
- 24:21it's managed pretty well.
- 24:22Like I don't have any issues.
- 24:23My lab works really good.
- 24:24I mean, she's 80 and her lab work looks great.
- 24:26Like nothing's even off on her labs.
- 24:29And she goes, I think that, you know, if you would just ground every day for 10 or 15 minutes that you would reverse your diabetes.
- 24:36And I'm like,
- 24:38So your grandmother had a stroke on the plane.
- 24:40You landed in St. Thomas.
- 24:42The doctor was just talking about you have diabetes.
- 24:45How are you managing that?
- 24:47And she says, I take a medication that helps manage it.
- 24:50She's 80.
- 24:50Her blood work looks great.
- 24:52But this medical doctor told her that if you ground it for 15 minutes a day, it could reverse your diabetes.
- 24:58Yes.
- 25:00I love that.
- 25:02I mean, I wasn't there.
- 25:03My mom's texting me.
- 25:03It's a medical doctor, right?
- 25:05And I'm like, shut up.
- 25:06No way.
- 25:07She's like, yeah.
- 25:08She's like, the facility's terrible, but the doctors are not from here.
- 25:11They're like, you know, travel doctors.
- 25:12She's like, doctors are great.
- 25:13And I'm like, okay.
- 25:14Did the doctor say why?
- 25:16No, I don't think they gave her any context.
- 25:18But my grandma, it's so, it's interesting.
- 25:20Did she start grounding?
- 25:21No, it's interesting that she says that because I've never, my grandmother will not walk
- 25:26across the room without house shoes on.
- 25:28Like, she's like, my feet just hurt if I don't have shoes on.
- 25:30So in my 37 years of life, I don't think I've ever seen her walk barefoot.
- 25:35Like, even in the house, she stands up out of bed and slides her feet in her house shoes.
- 25:39And so I'm like, just sit on the edge of your porch, put your feet in the grass.
- 25:41And she's like, oh, my feet hurt.
- 25:43I don't want to do that.
- 25:44You know, she's had super sensitive feet.
- 25:46So no, she hasn't.
- 25:47I'm working on trying to get her a grounding sheet for her bed.
- 25:49So I think that, see if that will do the same.
- 25:52But I haven't even seen.
- 25:54Grounding.
- 25:55and I've talked to some electrical engineers and electricians and masters electricians.
- 26:01And if you have an electric field in your bedroom, right.
- 26:06And you have a grounding sheet, that electric field is going to find you and it's going to go out because you're completing the circuit.
- 26:13So you become a grounding rod.
- 26:15So interesting.
- 26:17Now, if you're, if you're far enough away, you're,
- 26:19you know, a good, they say seven feet, but say four feet, that field's not going to be strong, but it's going to find you.
- 26:26Like, just imagine like this field's coming out and it's, it's moving.
- 26:31You put something that's grounding and go, and it's going to want to go.
- 26:35So some say, and I agree that if you ground in an electric field, you're not going to get the benefit.
- 26:42Right.
- 26:43That's interesting.
- 26:43It's not going to nullify it off because you're getting – the electric fields are going to find you and you become the grounding ground.
- 26:48So it actually makes it worse?
- 26:49Some would agree.
- 26:50Like there's no real studies, but the studies talk about it.
- 26:53I mean it makes sense.
- 26:54It's called electrical hygiene, grounding and not a clean field.
- 26:59It says may not –
- 27:01it could cause damage or it may nullify the effect is kind of what the study said.
- 27:05And I always thought that, and experts told me that, I mean, don't ground in a dirty electric field and bad hygiene, bad electrical hygiene.
- 27:14And I just didn't wanna believe it.
- 27:16I'm like, there's gotta be a study on this.
- 27:17This makes sense.
- 27:18And I did find one.
- 27:20Interesting.
- 27:20That cautioned, you know, about grounding in bad electrical hygiene.
- 27:25So that's just something I would, you know, it's something you didn't know.
- 27:28I didn't know that.
- 27:29So I want to pass that on to you.
- 27:30It makes sense though.
- 27:31So I literally, when I'm, so what I do, because I have a concrete floor home, is that when I'm near my electric fields,
- 27:39when I'm working with my computer screens and, you know, all the toxins, I mean, I've eliminated as much as the electric fields as I possibly can, but I wear rubber shoes because I don't want that finding me and all that voltage going through me.
- 27:53And those positive ions collect on your body like a battery.
- 27:58And that's why you need to get outside and you discharge all that and you load back up
- 28:04with antioxidant rich, beautiful as God intended, through nature or hugging a tree or touching a dog, right?
- 28:13Cause the dogs run around, they'll discharge, right?
- 28:16They'll, that's why pets can make you healthy too.
- 28:19Cause they're a little, they go out, discharge all the bad stuff, come back in.
- 28:23Bring you the good stuff.
- 28:24Bring you the good stuff and you'll discharge onto them.
- 28:26It's like a battery exchange.
- 28:28Interesting.
- 28:29So, you know, it's powerful and I'm,
- 28:33they probably read that research.
- 28:35I think it's linked to anti-inflammatory, it's anti-pain, antioxidant, you know?
- 28:42And so therefore, diabetes would be amazing to see if we did a grounding experience on diabetics.
- 28:49Maybe I'm gonna look that up.
- 28:51Yeah, start a little study group.
- 28:53I bet I'll be crazy again, right?
- 28:55It's like, you know, I mean, what do you mean?
- 28:58Put your feet on the grass.
- 28:59Lower your blood sugar.
- 29:00Yeah.
- 29:01So I love that you're a mom that is bold enough to stand up for your intuition, that what you knew in your heart, this can't be right.
- 29:09You had two children that suffered and you're like, no more, I'm gonna make some shifts.
- 29:14I'm gonna try something different.
- 29:15You have two,
- 29:17younger babies that didn't go through unnecessary, I believe, unnecessary medical interventions.
- 29:23They didn't have to have causing side effects and symptoms for more over-the-counter drugs that can lead to prescription drugs that is a...
- 29:33you know, is leading to a lot of the death and disease that we see in our culture today.
- 29:38You've seen the difference when you go to Europe, you know, a European doctor who understands some of the traditional medicinal philosophies that have been around for millennia.
- 29:50This isn't woo-woo, it's just, we haven't put it into the books
- 29:54that some, let's say the truth, some white male wrote up that not necessarily knew what he was doing, but he knew how to drive medication and drugs.
- 30:04That's not healing.
- 30:06but it does drive economy, right?
- 30:09It does, that's why they ask you the vaccines.
- 30:12These are all upsells.
- 30:13I like to think of them as upsells.
- 30:15Would you like fries with that?
- 30:17Would you like a vaccine with that?
- 30:18Well, you need your flu shot.
- 30:19Oh wait, you need your tendonitis shot.
- 30:21You need this shot.
- 30:22You need this test, that test, right?
- 30:28It goes on and on.
- 30:29And it's not even the best blood work.
- 30:30And the real blood work, you have to have a specialist
- 30:34And your insurance isn't going to cover the stuff that's going to give you the answers, you know, like the Lyme testing and all of that.
- 30:39And some of it you can.
- 30:40Like there was a – I met with an old school doc that knew about Lyme and mold.
- 30:46He started in 1995.
- 30:47That's like 10 – he was doing that stuff before I got sick or, you know, I got sick in 2004, but I didn't start –
- 30:56looking at a natural health answers to late 2005 and into 2006.
- 31:02Yeah.
- 31:02And he was doing this stuff way before that.
- 31:04But you can get some of these interleukin tests, MSH, VIP, these upper hypothalas, pituitary dysregulated hormones, and your insurance will cover it.
- 31:13If they know how to order it.
- 31:14If they know how to order it, they get crazy.
- 31:16And they're like, I don't know the code.
- 31:18Like what code do I put on here?
- 31:20Here.
- 31:20Yeah.
- 31:20Here's the codes.
- 31:21Here's the codes.
- 31:23Fibromyalgia that covers everything, right?
- 31:25Yeah.
- 31:25Any kind of inflammation.
- 31:27So I'm so proud that you're a strong woman and mama that's willing to take some heat to dig deep and to question what you've been told in the medical community.
- 31:41And it's not, hey, that's what they believe.
- 31:43That's great.
- 31:43But it's okay to question it.
- 31:45Right.
- 31:45When is it not okay?
- 31:47If someone's doing something wrong to you, right?
- 31:49Think about it.
- 31:50You're being abused.
- 31:51And not to question it.
- 31:53They're literally abusing your body, but it's okay.
- 31:55You're in an abusive relationship and you don't question it.
- 31:59You just accept it as normal.
- 32:00Is that okay?
- 32:01No.
- 32:02And that's why I tell people like you hire your doctor.
- 32:05So if you don't like...
- 32:06If they won't answer your questions, you just fire them and find another one.
- 32:11A lot of doctor's offices, like if you opt out of vaccinations, they're going to make you leave because they want to hit a certain percentage of fully vaccinated because they do get kickbacks.
- 32:22They get bonuses.
- 32:24If you're 80% vaccinated, you get more per patient from these insurance companies and you get a chunk.
- 32:30And people are like, oh, no, that's not a thing.
- 32:32That is a thing.
- 32:33You know, there's stuff everywhere, you know, through the insurance companies that show you're going to get more.
- 32:39And so that's a lot of the times why they'll make you leave their office because you're messing up their percentage.
- 32:44So in the name of health, they say that, well, the more people you would give vaccination to, they're going to say, well, they're going to be healthier and have less disease, which some studies are now showing that are not the case.
- 32:59Yeah.
- 33:00But let's talk about the math of that.
- 33:03It's very inexpensive to create a vaccination.
- 33:06I mean, not the trials, it's lots of money.
- 33:08I get it, right?
- 33:10We won't get into that.
- 33:11I don't wanna go too deep down this rabbit hole because I know that we could, especially you.
- 33:15You're very outspoken about it and get a lot of slack for that.
- 33:20And again, taking on something you believe in, I mean, that's hard, right?
- 33:24That's hard to do.
- 33:25It's hard to stand different, right?
- 33:27But it's,
- 33:28Once it's created and approved, it's very inexpensive.
- 33:31The profit margins, like if you buy a supplement, it could be marked up four times, some clothes, 10 times.
- 33:37I think it goes, don't quote me on this, but I think it might be 100x what it costs to produce it.
- 33:43Now, maybe they're getting, they're saying it's a research and development, but...
- 33:47So the more you sell, the more you pay off, you know, the R&D, you know, the research and development, the clinical trials.
- 33:54So it's a very high profit margin.
- 33:56Oh, yeah.
- 33:56So I think that's probably a bigger driver.
- 34:00Why?
- 34:01Because surgeries and hospitals aren't how many people did we help today or a machine that you bought or an X-ray machine.
- 34:09They're not like how many people did you help with this machine?
- 34:11It's like we have a payment to make.
- 34:13We have an overhead.
- 34:14Yeah.
- 34:15How many surgeries are you doing?
- 34:16I can't run this hospital without it.
- 34:19So this is what drives the healthcare decisions instead of how can I truly help you, educate you on how your body naturally heals and how to invest into that.
- 34:30That doesn't keep the hospitals open, unfortunately.
- 34:33Well, the cost, you know, the profit margin on the vaccines is not the vaccine alone.
- 34:37They're creating chronic illness in these kids that's feeding their pockets for decades.
- 34:43So the research is showing, you know, vaccinated kids are more likely to have, you know, chronic disease like diabetes and obesity.
- 34:51And they're more prone to ear infections and strep throat.
- 34:53And then they have their tonsils out and they've lost, you know.
- 34:56Like I always tell people when you get something cut out, like that does play a part, like your gallbladder, your tonsils.
- 35:01Like, so they're getting these things removed, setting them up for, you know, issues later.
- 35:05But there's so many studies on vax versus unvax.
- 35:08People are like, there's not, well, there's not any through the CDC, but there's like Dr. Brian Hooker wrote a book, you know, Let the Science Speak on vax versus unvax.
- 35:15There's like over a hundred studies that show that unvaccinated kids are healthier.
- 35:21And like I said, they're less prone to the common things that kids get like eczema and strep throat and ear infections and that sort of thing.
- 35:28And less likely to develop chronic disease.
- 35:31We have like it's over 50 percent of children are diagnosed with some kind of chronic disease.
- 35:37And, you know, 20 years ago, that wasn't so.
- 35:40That wasn't.
- 35:41It was like 20 percent or something.
- 35:43I have to get the numbers, but very low.
- 35:46And the vaccine schedule has quadrupled in the last 20 years.
- 35:50So I think I got like somewhere between 12 and 16 vaccines total.
- 35:56I mean, now there's like over 70 on the childhood vaccination schedule.
- 35:59So a huge difference in what they're getting.
- 36:02And, you know, people say, well, I got all my shots and I'm fine.
- 36:04Well, you didn't get the same shots that you're giving your child.
- 36:06I can promise you that.
- 36:07Like you didn't get that many.
- 36:08Yeah.
- 36:09And a lot of them at the same time, there's research on that.
- 36:11It's just like the frequency at the time.
- 36:14And I go with this little, think about a baby's toxic bucket, right?
- 36:17Yeah.
- 36:17It can't handle so much and it could have the MTHFR, you know, and a lot of the, I think, isn't it?
- 36:24What's the percentage of autistic kids that have that gene dysregulation?
- 36:28It's pretty high.
- 36:28It is high.
- 36:29I don't know the exact number, but...
- 36:30So they can't process...
- 36:31There's toxins in there to stimulate the immune system.
- 36:33They put in formaldehyde.
- 36:34They put in certain viruses and adjuvants, correct?
- 36:38Yes.
- 36:38And so...
- 36:40their body might not be able to handle all that, especially all at once.
- 36:45And it just can throw them into autoimmune or set them up for autoimmune.
- 36:52We do need to think about this, you know, as a society and not boo-hoo us versus them.
- 36:57Let's have a conversation about it.
- 37:00Let's talk to all the moms that have seen the difference like you have.
- 37:04Oh, but it's just your two people, but you're a mom, you have a voice.
- 37:08Yeah.
- 37:09You have value.
- 37:10You're bright.
- 37:11You're a nurse.
- 37:12You've read studies.
- 37:13You know how to read studies.
- 37:14You've sacrificed.
- 37:16You have something to offer this world.
- 37:18And you know it.
- 37:19LaCrista, you know it, right?
- 37:21And so do I.
- 37:23And...
- 37:24But you're not—but they've silenced it, especially during those years.
- 37:31Right.
- 37:32They silenced an opposition.
- 37:35And I want people to have the freedom to oppose any point of view because it brings out balance.
- 37:43Because some people go too far one way and so too far the other.
- 37:46They throw the baby out with the bathwater.
- 37:48But you can learn from anybody.
- 37:49I'll learn from anybody.
- 37:50If you want to sit down on this couch and tell me about—
- 37:53some vaccines that show some viable research behind them, share it with me, I'd love to learn, right?
- 38:00Just let's go, like, it doesn't matter to me.
- 38:02I'm not gonna get upset, right?
- 38:04Now a mom who's had a normal child and now a child that they've lost communication with, I mean, come on.
- 38:12That mom's gonna be pissed for quite some time.
- 38:14So, and she's gonna probably speak out a little bit differently than I would, right?
- 38:18So I'm not saying it's okay to react.
- 38:21Or someone who didn't use medication and they lost a child.
- 38:24Like that's another story, right?
- 38:26And they're mad at this other person because they didn't, because you know you could lose your child because they had this virus.
- 38:32And if they would have had this, you know, so there's – but eventually once you come down out of the emotion –
- 38:38And you're not reacting.
- 38:40And we're actually receiving information again.
- 38:42We're not throwing up these walls, these blocks to information, which we all do.
- 38:47And I still have them.
- 38:48I notice when blocks come up and I quickly breathe through it.
- 38:52And I'm like, wow, I really disagree with this person.
- 38:54But...
- 38:55I'm just going to ask them more questions and learn from them and not judge it.
- 38:59And just let's see what this human who has value, right?
- 39:05No matter who you are, has something to share.
- 39:07And I'm so blessed that you're sharing these bombs of wisdom, right?
- 39:12For other moms to...
- 39:14To give it a try.
- 39:15Like, let's, let's look, let's, let's be a little brave.
- 39:18Let's hold hands.
- 39:20Follow you on Instagram, you know, and Facebook and, and learn from you.
- 39:23Cause you've been down this path for a while.
- 39:25Yeah.
- 39:26I mean, I agree with you.
- 39:27Like I always say, like eat the meat and throw out the bones.
- 39:29Like you can learn something from almost every conversation.
- 39:32It doesn't mean you have to agree.
- 39:34Sometimes it just solidifies your stance of what you do believe.
- 39:38But, um, yeah.
- 39:39Yeah, I mean, I do feel like I speak out more about it because, I mean, in the office, I hear the stories from the moms.
- 39:47It's like my kid was saying mama and dada and walking.
- 39:50And then now they're sitting in their crib crying, banging their head up against the rails of the crib.
- 39:56And my doctor is telling me that.
- 39:59It's not from the shot, but they're like, within 24 hours, this happened, all this regression.
- 40:04And so I get to talk to those moms and work with them.
- 40:07And it's hard not to get a little bit angry, you know?
- 40:11And so— When you see a mom—
- 40:14Losing connection with the greatest gift that I think to any human.
- 40:20Because they listened to someone that they trusted, who also most of the time, I won't speak for all doctors, but most doctors and nurse practitioners are not educated on vaccinations.
- 40:31They're told what the schedule is and they're told to push them and to give them that they give immunity.
- 40:35And that's really it.
- 40:36They're not when you ask them what's in it.
- 40:40Most of them can't tell you.
- 40:42And or how it works, maybe.
- 40:44Yeah.
- 40:44And when you ask them for the, you know, the vaccine insert, which I always tell people to, they always give them like a one page handout.
- 40:49I'm like, that's not it.
- 40:51the vaccine inserts like this long, you know, and most of them are like, we can't give that to you or I don't know where to find that.
- 40:57Or, you know, ask them why certain parts of the vaccine insert are limited.
- 41:02Like ask your doctor these questions.
- 41:03Like if they can answer that and they give you good feedback and you go home and you research and you feel like you need to give these to your kids, then that's your call.
- 41:08But informed consent.
- 41:11Doctors are not informing.
- 41:13these parents, what their options are, what these vaccines actually do, what the side effects are.
- 41:19Even outside of autism, you're looking at vaccine injuries, like I said, like eczema or delayed speech.
- 41:25You know, there's so many things that it can cause later on that parents aren't educated on so that they can make the decision what's best for their kids.
- 41:35I mean, there are some people who do the research and they decide to
- 41:38go ahead and give their kids shots.
- 41:40And that's their call.
- 41:41I've had close friends like that.
- 41:42They've eliminated some and they found some efficacy with, with a few and that's what they did.
- 41:46And guess what?
- 41:47We're still very close friends.
- 41:49Have them over for dinner.
- 41:50Yeah.
- 41:50You know, it's like, you know, it's not, it's the.
- 41:53Agree to disagree.
- 41:54Yeah.
- 41:54So it's, it's a personal choice.
- 41:58Yeah.
- 41:58So this has been a wonderful conversation.
- 42:01So do you have any more of those like sweet, you know, things you can tell mamas out there that they can do with their children to improve their health and get them outside in the sunshine grounding?
- 42:11What have you seen raising your children, all of them now?
- 42:15you know, even the ones that were, that were had health challenges and the healthy ones, what are some of the things you've seen?
- 42:21And plus with helping a lot of families, some of the big needle movers, some of the things that really help these children come back online, cognitively, energy wise, balancing them, strengthening their immune system.
- 42:33All these kids are back in school.
- 42:34There's, there's viruses flying around or viruses all through here.
- 42:38We're
- 42:42I have a lot of people ask me, like, what's the best multivitamin or immune booster for my kids?
- 42:46And I always say detox.
- 42:47Detox is the best immune booster because the higher your toxic load, the lower your immune system is.
- 42:52So just getting taking care of the things that they're putting their hands on every day.
- 42:58What soap you're using?
- 42:59What, you know, are you washing their clothes in Tide?
- 43:02You know, is the school using, you know, Lysol all over their desk and that sort of thing?
- 43:06And changing their diet.
- 43:07You know, if you eat sugar, it's lowering your immune system for like something like six to ten hours afterwards or something like that.
- 43:13So if you're feeding them donuts for breakfast, then...
- 43:15That's why they're getting sick all day because their immune system's down.
- 43:18And so changing the things that you can control, like changing their diet and getting them detoxed, you know, getting some of those toxins out of their system, you know, looking for the signs of MTHFR mutation.
- 43:28So that's another thing that I know that I have that caused some of my problems.
- 43:31So I do always tell people to check for that.
- 43:33I mean, the signs in a kid are, you know, tongue tie, lip tie, stork bites, sacral dimples, things like that.
- 43:39You know, if your kid has those, you might want to test them.
- 43:41I mean, it's a pretty affordable test for the MTHFR test.
- 43:44So four signs.
- 43:47How many are there?
- 43:48Four or five?
- 43:48Oh, there's several.
- 43:49Those are just the main ones I can think of.
- 43:50Okay, so the main signs that your child might have, the MTHFR gene mutation.
- 43:56So some of the major signs that your child may have the MTHFR gene mutation are...
- 44:02Tongue tie.
- 44:03Tongue tie.
- 44:04Or tongue or lope tie.
- 44:05A sacral dimple.
- 44:06Sacral dimple.
- 44:07Oh, the sugar bug vein between, they have a little blue vein that comes across their nose.
- 44:12A stork bite.
- 44:13What's a stork bite?
- 44:14Stork bites those little, those red spots that some kids will get, like sometimes on their head or on the back of their neck or on their back.
- 44:21Does it go away?
- 44:23Sometimes they grow out of them.
- 44:24Yeah.
- 44:24So, yeah.
- 44:25So the sugar bug vein, the balloon vein that goes across their nose or the stork bite, tongue or lip tie or sacral dimple are sometimes some of the most common things that we see.
- 44:34So if your kid has one or even multiple of those, I would recommend getting them checked because—
- 44:41Getting them on like methylated B vitamin to help their detoxification pathways could be huge for them.
- 44:48I had a little girl that she was sick all the time and we did the test.
- 44:52She did have it.
- 44:54We found out that two days a week after school, she was going to her grandmother's and her grandmother –
- 44:59um, had mold in her basement.
- 45:01And so she wasn't able to detox that.
- 45:04So, um, we put her on methylated B vitamins detoxed and they actually like, they weren't able to remediate at the time.
- 45:09So they just shut the basement off and put, you know, plastic, plastic up and did the best that they could and air purifiers and all the things.
- 45:15And, um, she's doing great, but she was getting respiratory stuff like all the time and catching everything at school.
- 45:21And, you know, we just had to figure out like the, you know, mycotoxins were really lowering her immune system on top of MTHFR and she just had, you know, no resistance at all.
- 45:32So.
- 45:33That's a, it's another great share, right?
- 45:35If your kids don't detox well, have that MTHFR gene mutation, which my mom has, which I have, I methylate and it changes my world.
- 45:44Oh yeah.
- 45:45It makes me so much stronger, right?
- 45:47Yeah.
- 45:48Yeah.
- 45:48I can handle so much more stress because stress causes toxins, endotoxins in your body.
- 45:54But I'm less chemically sensitive.
- 45:57If I wanted to drink alcohol, which I rarely do, I can actually have a drink and I feel fine, right?
- 46:02Because I can't detox alcohol.
- 46:03So I'm like...
- 46:05it's another great reason for me not to drink alcohol.
- 46:07Not only is it a poison, but I, you know, it's, you're trying, I try to like decrease my toxic load and here I am purposely poisoning myself.
- 46:16I mean, maybe for like, uh, some sort of rite of passage, or if someone wants me to share like some sort of therapy session, maybe, you know, an alcohol induced, you know, um,
- 46:26Heart opening experiment.
- 46:27I don't know, but I just don't find value in it anymore.
- 46:31Right.
- 46:31It doesn't add value to my life.
- 46:33If it's taking me further from God, from nature, I'm just, I'm not into it.
- 46:37Right.
- 46:37Yeah.
- 46:38So there might, someone might come, I could change my mind though.
- 46:40They're like, Warren, I have this...
- 46:42All you need is like two shots of tequila and we're going to sit down and we're going to sit down and we're going to, you know, I just found out that, you know, I have trauma from my mom got cancer.
- 46:52I just realized that by through doing podcasts, it just like came back to me.
- 46:55That's also when the bottom fell out for me.
- 46:58Right.
- 46:59And so maybe, you know, I'm just playing that I could go back and remove that trauma and be healthier and.
- 47:04turn off that MTHFR gene mutation, you know, with epigenetics.
- 47:10But that's a huge share, right?
- 47:11And I think that moms and dads and families that are out there and you see some of those signs, the vein, the dimples.
- 47:23My kids have dimples, but no sacral dimples.
- 47:25But why is that?
- 47:26So the MTHFR gene kind of travels with those genetic expressions of those...
- 47:34of a sacral dimple, of a tongue tie?
- 47:36Yeah, I don't know.
- 47:37Or is it just how if you have that gene, those things kind of happen because your body doesn't develop?
- 47:42So that's just always been the signs that we've looked for.
- 47:48It would be interesting to see, like you said,
- 47:50How do those things develop in these kids?
- 47:52Like, is that are those genetics tied together?
- 47:54So I haven't actually seen the study on that, but that would be interesting.
- 47:58Those are just things we look for.
- 47:59And if I am doing consultation and the kid has multiple, you know, the parents like, yeah, they were born.
- 48:03You know, we had to do a tongue tie release and all of this stuff.
- 48:06I'm like, OK, let's go ahead and test for MTHFR just to make sure because we're going to be, you know, trying all the things.
- 48:12But if they're not methylating, we're not going to get anywhere.
- 48:16No, it's so important.
- 48:17It's so important.
- 48:18I agree 100%.
- 48:19And I love what you shared is that if you detox, it really turns back on their immune system.
- 48:27Mercury is so immunosuppressive.
- 48:29A lot of these toxins are immunosuppressive.
- 48:31Their mold is massively immunosuppressive.
- 48:35And the studies are just replete.
- 48:37You could throw them up all day long on how immunosuppressive toxins are in our body yet.
- 48:43We allow, we outlaw 11 in our cosmetic products here in the United States.
- 48:48They outlaw over 2,500 in Europe.
- 48:51Yeah.
- 48:51So maybe if we outlawed and they just redid them with the act, the cosmetic something act, right?
- 48:58And they didn't pull, they didn't outlaw any more.
- 49:01They have to tell you what's on.
- 49:03They did some labeling laws, but they still did not get rid of these toxic immunosuppressive products.
- 49:09hormone disrupting, endocrine disrupting, obesity, genetic toxins.
- 49:14And everyone's buying it because that's what's on TV and that's what they can afford.
- 49:17And that's sponsoring the show.
- 49:19People are like, it's just a little bit.
- 49:20I'm like, well, is there just a little bit in my perfume?
- 49:23A little bit?
- 49:23I'm like, a little bit in your shampoo and your conditioner and your body wash and your deodorant and your face cream and your breakfast and your lunch and your dinner and your water.
- 49:29You know, if you're not filtering your...
- 49:31It's literally a little bit...
- 49:33constantly.
- 49:34And that's where the problem comes in.
- 49:36Death by a thousand cuts.
- 49:38A lot of them in the podcast, that's what they say.
- 49:40It's like, you know, you can, you, it'll still get you and it still bioaccumulates.
- 49:43And we know, everybody knows how the body works.
- 49:46Right.
- 49:47And if it's overwhelmed, even if you're anesthesia, right.
- 49:50If you're, you're getting that chemical, they have to keep it up.
- 49:53They keep you knocked out.
- 49:54It stores into your fat.
- 49:55And then afterwards it comes out.
- 49:57Right.
- 49:57And you feel sick and you detox it.
- 49:59And, you know,
- 50:00So we know how the body works and processes toxins and it can't handle it.
- 50:04It can handle – if you're healthy and you're clean, you can handle a little bit, right?
- 50:09Your body can handle normal, natural amounts.
- 50:12But if it's overwhelming, it's just going to store it and it's going to lead to immunosuppression and everything else.
- 50:19It's not –
- 50:20It's easy math.
- 50:22You know, this is first grade math we're doing here.
- 50:24So speaking of toxins, if I have these five pillars and I always like to go down the toxic ingestion, inhalation, absorption, skin, mindset, frequencies we talked about with electrical magnetic fields, EMF, in those areas, what would be one of the biggest toxins you think we should avoid?
- 50:46Like which area?
- 50:47Yeah, any area, any toxin, anytime.
- 50:52We're talking about all the things.
- 50:54You can name more.
- 50:54It doesn't matter.
- 50:55Just share your heart.
- 50:56Yeah, I mean, through our, like, when I'm working with clients, that's one thing that we try to do over time is making small changes because they're all important.
- 51:04Yeah.
- 51:05And I always tell people, like, it's not, it seems overwhelming, but it doesn't change your day to day.
- 51:09Like, swap your Folgers for a mold-free organic coffee.
- 51:13You're still drinking coffee.
- 51:13You're just buying a different product, you know?
- 51:15And there's lots of brands now.
- 51:16Yeah.
- 51:17And a buddy is just releasing another one.
- 51:18I'm like, another one?
- 51:19I'm like, well.
- 51:20Yeah.
- 51:20Yeah, you're still using deodorant.
- 51:22Mold-free coffee must be good, yeah.
- 51:23You're still using deodorant.
- 51:24Just buy a clean brand, you know?
- 51:26It's not as overwhelming as people think.
- 51:29You know, take a couple months, and as you run out of something, replace it with something better.
- 51:33And cleaning products—there's just—there's so many options now.
- 51:37People are like, what do you use?
- 51:38I'm like, I don't know.
- 51:39What I'm using this month may not be the same because something new might come out, and I want to try it.
- 51:43So many companies are coming out with clean options.
- 51:46I mean, they're everywhere.
- 51:47Yeah.
- 51:48So it's getting to the point where it's like, there's not really an excuse anymore.
- 51:52You can even buy halfway decent stuff at Walmart these days, you know?
- 51:55So it's just little changes.
- 51:59And it's not even changes.
- 52:00It's swaps is what I like to call it.
- 52:02Swapping this for that makes a huge difference.
- 52:05If you swap to clean water, you put an air purifier in your house, you change out your coffee and your personal care products and your cleaning products, like that's going to make a huge difference.
- 52:14Huge toxic load reduction.
- 52:16Huge.
- 52:16That's beautiful.
- 52:18And then my favorite question, this can go anywhere, right?
- 52:22But as a mom, we all have these fears, these concerns that are impacting humanity.
- 52:32If there is one that bothers you the most and that you could help with, what would that be?
- 52:36Like we talked about before, I think vaccinations are the biggest thing.
- 52:40And I am in a pretty small community and I've seen the shift in our community.
- 52:44You know, like even people that work at the school, we're like, we're getting so many vaccine waivers.
- 52:48And I'm like, yay, you know, I think that's the biggest thing is in the medical system in general, is for people to actually question what they're doing to their kid and like,
- 53:00If you're going to a well visit, why are you going?
- 53:01Because I can measure your kid and tell you that they're on track.
- 53:06If they're giving them an antibiotic, what's it for?
- 53:07A lot of times they're giving it and they haven't even confirmed that it's bacterial.
- 53:10Even if it is, there's all these studies that show some of these natural antibiotics are way more powerful than penicillin.
- 53:17So questioning everything and researching everything that you do to yourself and that you put in your kid and...
- 53:25And ultimately, it's reducing the toxic load and letting our body do what it was designed to do.
- 53:32Yeah, beautifully said.
- 53:33And so if folks want to learn more from you, how can they find you, La Christa?
- 53:37So I'm on Instagram at La Christa Odell.
- 53:40And then our website is nativewellnessllc.com.
- 53:43Nice, Native Wellness.
- 53:44What is your, I'm curious, what is your heritage?
- 53:47I'm Native American, so I'm Choctaw.
- 53:48Well, do you know?
- 53:49What is it?
- 53:50Choctaw.
- 53:50Choctaw.
- 53:51Yeah.
- 53:51I love it.
- 53:52Well, thank you.
- 53:53Yeah.
- 53:53I mean, and let's just go there for one second, right?
- 53:57Native Americans connected to the planet, right?
- 54:02Yeah.
- 54:03Native medicines, they knew what stuff was for over thousands of years, right?
- 54:09Learning how to use nature to heal, to heal your heart, and then...
- 54:16Here we go.
- 54:17The industrial complex shows up.
- 54:19And so I honor your heritage and it's beautiful.
- 54:25And thank you.
- 54:26And I'm sorry.
- 54:28Right.
- 54:28It just, it breaks my heart.
- 54:30You know, I mean, it's such a beautiful, beautiful way to live.
- 54:36Yeah.
- 54:36And I aspire to that.
- 54:38Like, I wish we could go back.
- 54:39We can't.
- 54:40Yeah.
- 54:40Yeah.
- 54:41Unless, you know, you're of means and you can go buy a place in the woods, right?
- 54:44We can't.
- 54:45We're here.

- 54:49We lost a lot of those natural processes with the buffalo and the regeneration and the grass growing deeper than the ceiling, right?

- 55:00Yeah.
- 55:00Nail to toe.
- 55:02We wouldn't have...
- 55:04what we have today.
- 55:05We wouldn't have the separation because we're disconnected.
- 55:08And they were so connected.
- 55:10And I hope through your work, you bring that back.
- 55:16Yeah, that's the goal.
- 55:17Yeah.
- 55:18Thank you.
- 55:19Yeah, thanks for having me.
