- 1:35Speaker 2: maga mouth of the world and it's great to be
- 1:37Speaker 2: with you. Root from America dot Com is my website
- 1:39Speaker 2: and you can email me anytime. Wayne Root at gmail
- 1:42Speaker 2: dot com, waynerootgmail dot com. So you know, to me,
- 1:46Speaker 2: the number one issue in the world is not the
- 1:48Speaker 2: war in Iran, or the conflict in Iran, whatever you
- 1:50Speaker 2: want to call it. It's the Save Act. Because that's
- 1:53Speaker 2: the only way to save Americans, save the midterms, and
- 1:56Speaker 2: save the Republican Party. We've got to pass the Save Act.
- 1:59Speaker 2: And so I wrote this commentary this morning, and here
- 2:02Speaker 2: it is. Does MAGA want to win the midterms and
- 2:05Speaker 2: save America? Does MAGA want to pass the Save Act?
- 2:09Speaker 2: Here's how to do it. Hint, think two for the
- 2:13Speaker 2: price of one. Despite the lies, rhetoric, and propaganda we
- 2:17Speaker 2: all hear in the biased mainstream media, President Trump is
- 2:20Speaker 2: not only popular, he's in the perfect position to win
- 2:24Speaker 2: the midterms if we can pass the infamous Save Act,
- 2:29Speaker 2: the Save Act. That's the whole kitchen sink, the whole Enshalada,
- 2:34Speaker 2: the whole kitten kaboodle, the whole ball game. It's all
- 2:37Speaker 2: wrapped up in the Save Act. And Poles prove we
- 2:40Speaker 2: have the support, we have support and momentum on our side.
- 2:43Speaker 2: You might not hear these favorable poles in the media,
- 2:47Speaker 2: but here they are. You hear them on War Zone
- 2:49Speaker 2: Live from the waynstream media. President Trump's favorability with his
- 2:53Speaker 2: base is the highest in modern history, meaning his base
- 2:56Speaker 2: loves and trusts him. Who says that. CNN's data expert
- 3:00Speaker 2: Harry Enton, who reports and I quote, Republicans love Donald
- 3:04Speaker 2: Trump more than any president's own party supporters have ever
- 3:07Speaker 2: loved their president at this particular point. How about the
- 3:11Speaker 2: war in Iran? Over ninety percent of MAGA voters back
- 3:15Speaker 2: Operation Epic Fury. Even more remarkable, ninety three percent of
- 3:19Speaker 2: MAGA voters approve of the United States alliance with Israel. Sorry,
- 3:23Speaker 2: Tucker and Candice and Marjorie Taylor Green, but you all
- 3:27Speaker 2: failed big time, clearly. All your hate and hot air
- 3:30Speaker 2: didn't move the needle one inch over Israel. Your attempts
- 3:34Speaker 2: to divide MAGA and demonize Jews in Israel failed miserably.
- 3:39Speaker 2: But nothing is more important to the American people than
- 3:41Speaker 2: Voter ID. Virtually everyone supports Voter ID, including huge majority
- 3:47Speaker 2: of Democrats. Harvard Capps Harris polling shows eighty one percent
- 3:52Speaker 2: support for Voter ID, including seventy percent of Democrats. Pew
- 3:57Speaker 2: Research shows eighty three percent support for voter ID, including
- 4:01Speaker 2: huge majorities of Blacks, Whites, and Latinos. Gallup shows eighty
- 4:05Speaker 2: four percent support voter ID while eighty three percent support
- 4:10Speaker 2: proof of citizenship to vote. Rasmusen shows seventy five percent
- 4:15Speaker 2: support for voter ID. Their polls also show more support
- 4:19Speaker 2: for ICE than the Democrat Party. So the stars relying
- 4:23Speaker 2: that everything is coming up aces. Trump is in the
- 4:26Speaker 2: driver's seat, Republicans are in the driver's seat, and the
- 4:29Speaker 2: Save Act is the most popular election reform in history.
- 4:33Speaker 2: So what's the problem. Well, now we get to the
- 4:35Speaker 2: fly in the ointment. The GOP Senate is filled with
- 4:38Speaker 2: rat fink bribes, bought off rhino cowards, snakes, and traders.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Many of, not most of the GOP Senators, even with
- 4:46Speaker 2: the wind blowing at one hundred and fifty miles per
- 4:48Speaker 2: hour at their backs, don't really want to pass the
- 4:51Speaker 2: Save Act. Senators claim that we now might have the
- 4:55Speaker 2: votes to suspend the filibuster and pass the Save Act.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Might Do you believe them? Would you bet your life
- 5:01Speaker 2: on that? Would you bet your last dollar on that?
- 5:04Speaker 2: These spineless and corrupt Rhino clowns and sad sacks always
- 5:09Speaker 2: find a way to snatch a defeat from the jaws
- 5:11Speaker 2: of victory. What my gut tells me is the GOP
- 5:14Speaker 2: Senate will either fail at the last minute or they
- 5:16Speaker 2: will stall, stallstall until the clock runs out and bragg
- 5:19Speaker 2: They gave it their best shot. Anyone want to bet
- 5:22Speaker 2: so if it happens to pass, great, But we can't
- 5:26Speaker 2: count on the Save Act passing the GOP Senate. We
- 5:29Speaker 2: need two simultaneous options to be in motion at once,
- 5:33Speaker 2: a kind of fail safe option. President Trump should defeat
- 5:37Speaker 2: the rhinos at their own game by signing his Executive
- 5:41Speaker 2: Order for Election Integrity right now. His version of the
- 5:44Speaker 2: Save Act make it simultaneous, put even more pressure on
- 5:48Speaker 2: the GOP Senate to act. Because our real enemy here
- 5:51Speaker 2: is time. We are running out of time before the midterms.
- 5:55Speaker 2: We know there will be legal challenges by Democrats i e.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Marxist traders trying to steal elections. They can open borders,
- 6:03Speaker 2: change the demographics of the electorate, and destroy our country.
- 6:06Speaker 2: If President Trump waits for the Senate and it never happens,
- 6:10Speaker 2: it will be too late. Too much time will go by,
- 6:13Speaker 2: and with court challenges, the Save Act will never be
- 6:16Speaker 2: in place before the midterms. Every minute counts. If court
- 6:21Speaker 2: challenges stop the Save Act from being in place before
- 6:24Speaker 2: the midterms, Democrats will cheat the biggest ever. They will
- 6:29Speaker 2: cheat to the max. They will steal the midterms, and
- 6:34Speaker 2: then the Trump presidency is over the next two years,
- 6:37Speaker 2: not only will Trump be unable to pass a bill,
- 6:40Speaker 2: but his administration will be bogged down by NonStop investigations
- 6:43Speaker 2: and impeachments. The smart move is for President Trump to
- 6:46Speaker 2: sign his EO Executive Order version of the Save Act
- 6:51Speaker 2: right now, so no matter if the Senate passes it
- 6:54Speaker 2: or not, there's still enough time for court challenges and
- 6:57Speaker 2: ultimately a final Supreme Court ruling. I've spoken to one
- 7:01Speaker 2: of America's foremost experts on this issue, John Goodman. He
- 7:05Speaker 2: believes a Trump EO would actually be better than the
- 7:08Speaker 2: Senate passing the Save Act. Why first, because Trump's EO
- 7:13Speaker 2: will have stricter limits on mail in ballots. While voter
- 7:17Speaker 2: ID and PROFO of citizenship proof of citizenship are certainly
- 7:21Speaker 2: very important, Goodman says, eliminating mail in ballots is far
- 7:25Speaker 2: more important. The EO will fully eliminate the fraudulent use
- 7:30Speaker 2: of mail in ballots, replacing them with already constitutionally approved
- 7:34Speaker 2: apps and tee ballots, a completely different thing, only used
- 7:38Speaker 2: to allow, only allowed to be used by the elderly, disabled,
- 7:42Speaker 2: or oversees military voters. That's the way it's supposed to be.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Not anyone's allowed to use a mail in ballot. This
- 7:48Speaker 2: is precisely how Democrats are using illegal aliens to steal elections.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Voter ID and proof of citizenship alone don't stop this
- 7:57Speaker 2: form of voter fraud simply because million legals are voting
- 8:00Speaker 2: by mail in ballot without ever leaving their homes. Trump's
- 8:04Speaker 2: EO will solve this issue once and for all. John
- 8:08Speaker 2: Goodman also believes the Save Act, either a law passed
- 8:10Speaker 2: by Congress or a Trump EO, we'll have an ironclad
- 8:14Speaker 2: one hundred percent chance of being affirmed by the Supreme Court.
- 8:18Speaker 2: And he bases that on three provision three provisions of
- 8:23Speaker 2: our US Constitution and at nineteen ninety five Supreme Court
- 8:27Speaker 2: ruling entitled US Term Limits versus Thornton, and Goodman says
- 8:32Speaker 2: the Supremes will find it impossible to overturn the Save Act.
- 8:37Speaker 2: The issue was already decided by this nineteen ninety five
- 8:40Speaker 2: ruling by the Supreme Court and by our US Constitution.
- 8:43Speaker 2: The Supreme Court rarely ever in history has overturned their
- 8:45Speaker 2: own rulings, let alone the US Constitution. So if we
- 8:50Speaker 2: get the Save Act across the finish line in any form,
- 8:54Speaker 2: we will win at the Supreme Court. Therefore, the real
- 8:56Speaker 2: issue is did we leave ourselves enough time for court
- 9:01Speaker 2: challenges and a Supreme Court ruling. That's the whole ballgame.
- 9:06Speaker 2: So President Trump, please act now pass your EO version
- 9:09Speaker 2: simultaneously while the GOP Senate tries to pass their version.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Let's get on two paths to victory and get them
- 9:17Speaker 2: both on record while there is still time for multiple
- 9:21Speaker 2: court rulings and appeals, plus an expediated ruling by the
- 9:25Speaker 2: Supreme Court. That's the path to ensure victory in the midterms.
- 9:31Speaker 2: Two for the price of one. So to summon up
- 9:35Speaker 2: cliff notes, John Goodman is the expert, and he says
- 9:38Speaker 2: we will absolutely win at the Supreme Court with either
- 9:41Speaker 2: of the Save Act or Trump's EO version of the
- 9:44Speaker 2: Save Act. We just got to get it to the
- 9:46Speaker 2: Supreme Court quick enough. So first the Democrats got to sue.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Then a court's got a rule. Then probably there's an appeal,
- 9:52Speaker 2: then that court's got a rule, and then you got
- 9:54Speaker 2: to ask for an expediated ruling to the Supreme Court.
- 9:57Speaker 2: If you don't leave enough time to do that, then
- 9:59Speaker 2: it will never be in place before the midterms. So
- 10:02Speaker 2: don't wait for the US Senate. That could take days,
- 10:04Speaker 2: that could take weeks, that could be never. Probably the
- 10:08Speaker 2: odds are never could have passed the Save Act. But
- 10:11Speaker 2: if they do, they'll stall, install, install, and kind of
- 10:14Speaker 2: run out the clock. And so maybe they'll pass it,
- 10:17Speaker 2: and it'll be July, and that's too late for all
- 10:19Speaker 2: the court challenges and the Supreme Court to do an
- 10:22Speaker 2: expediated ruling. You gotta pass it now, so right now, simultaneously,
- 10:27Speaker 2: Trump CEO end fight for that Save Act in Congress
- 10:31Speaker 2: and we'll see which one gets through. And so late
- 10:35Speaker 2: breaking news after I wrote all this, the Save America
- 10:38Speaker 2: Act finally gets us long away to debate. It'll be
- 10:41Speaker 2: brought to the floor as soon as late today for
- 10:44Speaker 2: robust debate over voter ID legislation that President Trump calls
- 10:48Speaker 2: the number one priority. So it'll be brought as a
- 10:52Speaker 2: message from the House of Procedure that requires a simple
- 10:55Speaker 2: majority vote to begin debate, but leaves the sixty vote
- 10:59Speaker 2: thresholding place for its final passage, which means it'll never pass.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Do you understand the game they're playing Without killing the filibuster,
- 11:09Speaker 2: it'll never pass. Here's an article GLP prepares to continue
- 11:14Speaker 2: their streak of disappointing their voters with the Save Act
- 11:18Speaker 2: Kabuki theater. I'll reach that when you get back, because
- 11:21Speaker 2: it's true, this kabuki theater. They never intended to pass it.
- 11:26Speaker 2: John Thune is not gonna pass it. Mitch McConnell is
- 11:30Speaker 2: not gonna pass it. Tom Tillis is not gonna pass it.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Lisa Murkowski is not gonna pass it. These are bad people.
- 11:37Speaker 2: These are not Republicans. They may have an RF dinnor name,
- 11:40Speaker 2: but they're Democrats. They're rhinos. They're no good. Hi, I'm

- 14:05Speaker 2: took forty years to piece together as forty thousand acre
- 14:09Speaker 2: giant gas discovery. It's estimated to contain up to six
- 14:12Speaker 2: trillion cubic feet of gas, with a management Foregas projecting

- 14:19Speaker 2: million cubic feet per day of natural gas. This is
- 14:23Speaker 2: how we empower the AI future of America with clean

- 15:05Speaker 2: Dwayne Delarute, a couple of things. This article about the
- 15:09Speaker 2: Save Act. GOP prepares to continue their streak of disappointing
- 15:12Speaker 2: their voters with Save Act kabuki theater. It says, you're
- 15:17Speaker 2: the Republican Party, will countort itself into pretzels, finding reasons
- 15:21Speaker 2: not to get it done. The culprits this time Senators
- 15:24Speaker 2: Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, John Curtis of Utah, Lisa Murkowski
- 15:28Speaker 2: of Alaska, and Tom Tillis of North Carolina. Four Republicans,
- 15:33Speaker 2: four votes. The majority cannot afford to lose, and just
- 15:36Speaker 2: like that, the math falls apart. You're not gonna get
- 15:38Speaker 2: their votes. So let's say you get two of their
- 15:41Speaker 2: votes not enough. Let's say get three of them not enough.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Cal who's one? Federman's not foreign anymore? Do you realize
- 15:47Speaker 2: that John Frederman said he was all for voter idea.
- 15:49Speaker 2: Now he says he's not for the Save Act. And
- 15:52Speaker 2: the reason why, if I read it correctly, is he says,
- 15:55Speaker 2: why are you involving yourself with mail in balloting? Ah See,
- 15:59Speaker 2: there's scam. If you say, I'll go with voter ID
- 16:02Speaker 2: but not mail in balloting problems, we don't want to
- 16:04Speaker 2: take away mail in balloting. That's because actually voter ID
- 16:07Speaker 2: doesn't completely stop the problem. Mail in balloting is how
- 16:11Speaker 2: you get millions of illegals to vote. They never leave
- 16:13Speaker 2: their house and someone fills in their form for them.
- 16:16Speaker 2: The whole thing is about scam. Mail in balloting is
- 16:19Speaker 2: how dead people vote, homeless people vote. Mail in balloting
- 16:22Speaker 2: is how criminals vote. Mail in balloting is illegal. John Goodman,
- 16:26Speaker 2: the election expert I spoke to, says he doesn't even
- 16:29Speaker 2: think it should be in the legislation. It should be
- 16:31Speaker 2: a separate piece of legislation because mail in balloting was
- 16:35Speaker 2: never legal and it has never been legalized. Mail in balloting
- 16:39Speaker 2: was an emergency measure put in by states during the
- 16:42Speaker 2: twenty twenty COVID epidemic or pandemic, and it's never been
- 16:49Speaker 2: approved by the United States Constitution. It's not a law.
- 16:51Speaker 2: You don't need to include it in this legislation. Needed
- 16:54Speaker 2: is separate thing that codifies that we have epsdy ballots,
- 16:57Speaker 2: not mail in ballots, two different things, completely different. No
- 17:01Speaker 2: one should be allowed to vote from home unless you're sick, disabled, elderly,
- 17:06Speaker 2: or you're in the United States military overseas. Other than that,
- 17:09Speaker 2: you can't have mail in ballots. And so when John
- 17:14Speaker 2: Goodman says, you know that it will absolutely be approved
- 17:17Speaker 2: by the Supreme Court based on a nineteen ninety five
- 17:19Speaker 2: Scotis ruling, he says, he just sent me this text
- 17:22Speaker 2: and the break because I guess he's watching. Your fans
- 17:24Speaker 2: will probably ask you what in the nineteen ninety five
- 17:27Speaker 2: Supreme Court ruling is the key to saving Trump's EO
- 17:30Speaker 2: if Trump turns the Save Act into an Executive Order EO.
- 17:34Speaker 2: I thought it was important for me to supply you
- 17:35Speaker 2: with that answer. I wasn't going to send you a
- 17:38Speaker 2: whole book from the entire majority written decision. But this
- 17:41Speaker 2: is directly related to the states powers concerning elections to
- 17:45Speaker 2: Democrats say they can do this because Article one, Section
- 17:49Speaker 2: four is the election clause. It says states control the date, place,
- 17:54Speaker 2: and manner of elections. But what does matter mean? The
- 17:58Speaker 2: attached Scotis decision defines that what manners means and says
- 18:04Speaker 2: the framers, in reference to the elections clause, intended the
- 18:07Speaker 2: state's powers to be procedural only, and then you can
- 18:11Speaker 2: read from there the highlighted parts no brainer, there's no
- 18:15Speaker 2: gray area, irrefutable. So, in other words, he's saying the
- 18:18Speaker 2: Constitution and the nineteen ninety five Supreme Court ruling says
- 18:23Speaker 2: the states don't get to decide election law. They only
- 18:26Speaker 2: have They can decide procedure, how you carry it out,
- 18:29Speaker 2: but they don't get to decide election law. The federal
- 18:32Speaker 2: government does. So, he says Wayne, I wouldn't be wasting
- 18:36Speaker 2: anyone's time with a pipe dream or opinions or some
- 18:39Speaker 2: dumbass expert who says, I think if we do this,
- 18:42Speaker 2: and this, maybe everything for me one hundred percent constitutional law.
- 18:47Speaker 2: And the Scotish ruling, Donald Trump's EO is in good
- 18:50Speaker 2: shape if it ever has time to get to the
- 18:52Speaker 2: Supreme Court So the question is do you have time
- 18:54Speaker 2: to get to the Supreme Court, And the answer is
- 18:56Speaker 2: you better sign it now this week. Every day you
- 19:00Speaker 2: wait another day that we might be short of the
- 19:04Speaker 2: midterms getting it approved. Here's another article, voter ide as,
- 19:07Speaker 2: massive public support, patar, Do you realize they have nothing
- 19:11Speaker 2: in front of me massive public support? Why is Congress
- 19:15Speaker 2: standing in the way? Well, that's a good question. With
- 19:17Speaker 2: eighty percent agree in everything, can you give me one
- 19:19Speaker 2: peep where it's not? I have no idea. So with
- 19:28Speaker 2: eighty percent support, eighty percent support from everyone, blacks, whites, Latinos, independence, Democrat, Republicans, men, women,
- 19:41Speaker 2: it doesn't matter other than communist traders. Everybody supports voter
- 19:46Speaker 2: id Everyone in America supports it. So why are four
- 19:50Speaker 2: Republicans refusing to support it? I know why all the
- 19:53Speaker 2: Democrats are. They're all communist traders. Why are four Republicans? Ah,
- 19:58Speaker 2: because they're communist traders masquerading as Republicans. That's what Mitch

- 22:17Speaker 2: the UK Daily Mail right now. We're actually call it
- 22:19Speaker 2: the Daily Mail. Supreme Court's top judge is who's chilling
- 22:22Speaker 2: warning as Trump targets judges and says the Supreme Court's
- 22:27Speaker 2: no good. And I agree with them. None of them
- 22:29Speaker 2: are any good. They're all bad, but they're all sticking together.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Not the Supreme Court. All judges. There are judges that
- 22:36Speaker 2: Trump attacked. You know. All they do, they're traders and
- 22:39Speaker 2: they send they grab people that are in El Salvador.
- 22:42Speaker 2: They want to send them back. They don't want anybody
- 22:44Speaker 2: to leave. They're on the side of the gangs, the
- 22:47Speaker 2: MS thirteen gangbangers, the drug deal is, the drug traffickers,
- 22:51Speaker 2: the Mexican drug cartels, murderers. And when Trump criticize them,
- 22:56Speaker 2: the judge says, oh, don't worry, we now know the
- 22:58Speaker 2: Supreme Court has our back. Standing up to Donald Trump. Yeah,
- 23:01Speaker 2: you're right, you're all sticking together. You're all deep state,
- 23:04Speaker 2: DC swamp, communist frauds on the bribed right, owned lock
- 23:10Speaker 2: stock and barrel by the bad guys. All you play
- 23:13Speaker 2: in for the same team, and an ain't America. Let

- 25:26Speaker 2: Welcome to the show.
- 25:28Speaker 8: Wayne, Thanks for having me. I appreciate it.
- 25:30Speaker 2: Lots going on, A lot's going on. I'm looking at
- 25:33Speaker 2: this text because you sent a text about this, this
- 25:38Speaker 2: new situation with James O'Keefe, and why don't you tell
- 25:42Speaker 2: us about it? Because this is breaking news that I
- 25:43Speaker 2: didn't even know about. I guess he has broken the
- 25:45Speaker 2: story by the way, he's proving things that I talked
- 25:49Speaker 2: about in twenty sixteen, my friend, a really bright, professional,
- 25:56Speaker 2: wealthy Jewish guy from New York was arrested and convicted
- 26:02Speaker 2: of some sort of crime. Whatever he did, he went
- 26:04Speaker 2: to prison. He became a jailhouse lawyer. He got out
- 26:07Speaker 2: of prison. He came to me and he said, Wayne,
- 26:10Speaker 2: I don't know how to tell you this, but all
- 26:11Speaker 2: the elections are stolen. I said, what do you mean.
- 26:13Speaker 2: He says, I'm a jailhouse lawyer, right. I represented all
- 26:16Speaker 2: these con men and they all told me how the
- 26:18Speaker 2: homeless people are being paid to vote in California out
- 26:22Speaker 2: of certain missions, and they not only vote once, but
- 26:25Speaker 2: they vote in California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado. That's why all
- 26:29Speaker 2: the states are being stolen. In the Southwest. They've got
- 26:33Speaker 2: you scammed man. Now, he couldn't prove it. He told
- 26:36Speaker 2: me about it. I said it on the air. No
- 26:38Speaker 2: one did anything about it, he said, the mission in
- 26:40Speaker 2: downtown Los Angeles can't prove it. So nothing ever happened.
- 26:45Speaker 2: The GOP never does anything. Sounds like James O'Keefe might
- 26:48Speaker 2: have just proved it. Tell me what happened.
- 26:51Speaker 4: Yeah, he has, so Fox I think sort of tried
- 26:54Speaker 4: to scoop him.
- 26:54Speaker 8: On this.
- 26:55Speaker 9: Yesterday they ran a piece about.
- 26:57Speaker 4: Homeless people in uh in California and LA who were being.
- 27:02Speaker 9: Paid five bucks a pop to sign ballot.
- 27:06Speaker 4: Petitions to get new issues on the ballots, and so I.
- 27:12Speaker 9: Think Fox kind of tried to scoop him on that.
- 27:14Speaker 4: And then today a couple of hours ago, o'keef dropped
- 27:18Speaker 4: a massive it's a thirty minute video that is essentially
- 27:23Speaker 4: nothing but him going in posing as a homeless person
- 27:27Speaker 4: and being given opportunities to sign ballot petitions for cash
- 27:35Speaker 4: for cigarettes.
- 27:36Speaker 8: For booze, booze anywhere.
- 27:39Speaker 4: I didn't see Booze on the list, but I haven't
- 27:41Speaker 4: watched the entire video yet.
- 27:43Speaker 2: Half of them, I bet it's Booze. Garrett See's Booze. They're
- 27:46Speaker 2: all drunks. Yeah.
- 27:48Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 27:48Speaker 9: So he goes and he's talking James.
- 27:51Speaker 4: O'keeff trying to blend in with homeless people is fantastic,
- 27:55Speaker 4: And he's wearing this kind of homeless get up and
- 27:56Speaker 4: limping around and it's watched the video just for that.
- 28:00Speaker 4: Western just tweeted it out or just posted it on X.
- 28:02Speaker 4: So go to Western Journal X and you can take
- 28:05Speaker 4: a look at it there. But o'keef connected with a
- 28:10Speaker 4: number of these homeless people and they told him what
- 28:12Speaker 4: was going on. Oh yeah, man, I make a grand
- 28:15Speaker 4: a day, brand a day, one thousand dollars a day
- 28:20Speaker 4: signing ballot petitions. And when you go in to sign
- 28:24Speaker 4: the ballot petition, they'll immediately ask.
- 28:26Speaker 8: You what are you registered to vote?
- 28:28Speaker 4: Because it doesn't matter if you're not or no, I'm
- 28:29Speaker 4: not registered to vote. Oh well here let me register
- 28:32Speaker 4: you to vote.
- 28:33Speaker 2: Well, I don't really.
- 28:34Speaker 4: Have I don't have an address. I will you just
- 28:37Speaker 4: make up a dress put down that you live on
- 28:39Speaker 4: Pinocchio Avenue, actual example, Praichio Avenue.
- 28:43Speaker 2: This is jen hit. Lawyer buddy told me. This is
- 28:46Speaker 2: exactly what he warned me about in twenty sixteen.
- 28:49Speaker 9: So here's the deal.
- 28:50Speaker 4: Here's what shows that this is actually true and the
- 28:53Speaker 4: scale is massive. O'keef's video was so thorough that within
- 28:58Speaker 4: about an hour, Gavin Newsom's office came out and called
- 29:04Speaker 4: for investigations and prosecution.
- 29:08Speaker 9: The LA Secretary of State did the same.
- 29:10Speaker 2: Of the Secretary of the Homeless sor of James O'Keefe.
- 29:15Speaker 4: Who are they, Gonnapros, not of O'Keefe, not of O'Keefe
- 29:17Speaker 4: of The Perfect I had to do surprise, I was
- 29:19Speaker 4: kicking too, like we've surprised play out before.
- 29:23Speaker 9: No this and the LA County Attorney came out as well.
- 29:26Speaker 4: They are all calling for prosecution of the people involved
- 29:31Speaker 4: in this. In these homeless people, they don't even know
- 29:34Speaker 4: what they're signing, and it's fascinating O'Keefe. So some of
- 29:39Speaker 4: these petitions were to change the minimum wage for hotel
- 29:43Speaker 4: and hospitality work thirty dollars an hour. These are things
- 29:50Speaker 4: that and I don't want to mention the companies allegedly
- 29:53Speaker 4: involved in this because I don't have proof yet. But
- 29:57Speaker 4: this is absolutely massive. It underpins, it underlays all of
- 30:03Speaker 4: what we've been saying, what you were saying, to go
- 30:05Speaker 4: back to twenty sixteen, there is a massive problem with
- 30:09Speaker 4: fake voter registration that the homeless people are being used
- 30:13Speaker 4: and exploited there.
- 30:15Speaker 9: So we know what's happening here.
- 30:17Speaker 4: You pay a homeless person one hundred bucks to sign
- 30:21Speaker 4: ten separate petitions, what did you just do?
- 30:25Speaker 9: You gave that homeless.
- 30:26Speaker 4: Person one hundred dollars to go by fentanyl, So this
- 30:30Speaker 4: is essentially trading fentanyl for votes. It is absolutely despicable,
- 30:39Speaker 4: and it's funny. These are not conservative issues that are
- 30:43Speaker 4: that they're being asked to support.
- 30:45Speaker 2: Oh no, no, no, no, no, yeah.
- 30:47Speaker 4: These are big corporate issues or they're leftist issues.
- 30:50Speaker 8: These are not maga issues. So we know.
- 30:52Speaker 2: By and by the way, by the way, Josh, I
- 30:55Speaker 2: saw that in Colorado, the state of Colorado fentyl uses
- 30:58Speaker 2: up by like eighteen percent in the last year. And
- 31:02Speaker 2: you know, you know, none of them are being sent
- 31:03Speaker 2: to prison, and the dealers are being sent to prison,
- 31:06Speaker 2: and the illegals are being said to prison in MS
- 31:08Speaker 2: thirteen's not being sent to prison in Colorado. But Tina Peters,
- 31:11Speaker 2: the gold Star Mom was seventeen two, right. I mean,
- 31:15Speaker 2: it's so amazing who they want to put in prison.
- 31:17Speaker 2: That's why I'm surprised when you said Gavin Newsome issued
- 31:20Speaker 2: a press release. I thought he was gonna prosecute James
- 31:23Speaker 2: O'Keefe for breaking the story. That's what I figured they would.
- 31:26Speaker 4: Say, you know, I did, That's exactly what I thought originally.
- 31:30Speaker 4: By the way you brought up Tina Peters, I don't
- 31:32Speaker 4: know if you know this. There was a remember she
- 31:35Speaker 4: made election information available to third parties who were trying
- 31:40Speaker 4: to confirm whether or not there was voter fraud. From that,
- 31:43Speaker 4: she was sent us to ten years. She's I think
- 31:45Speaker 4: seventy something now. They said us her to ten years
- 31:47Speaker 4: sixty nine at the time. Maybe at the same time,
- 31:51Speaker 4: there was a Colorado man who voted illegally.
- 31:56Speaker 8: Wayne. They gave him for many days in jail.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Oh, I'm surprised because I know, listen, the Democrat governor,
- 32:05Speaker 2: who's a horrible person, but even he admitted that he's
- 32:08Speaker 2: thinking about releasing her because one of his buddies, someone
- 32:11Speaker 2: he knows, was convicted of basically the same felony as her,
- 32:15Speaker 2: and that guy got probation. He didn't get twenty days
- 32:17Speaker 2: in jail. He got nothing she got. I believe night,
- 32:20Speaker 2: by the way, to be exactly, I believe they gave
- 32:21Speaker 2: her nine years. I don't think it was ten. I
- 32:24Speaker 2: think it was nine years. But so what nine years,
- 32:27Speaker 2: five years, ten years. You're a sixty nine year old
- 32:30Speaker 2: grandmother or gold star mom.
- 32:32Speaker 8: You're dead, it's your dad.
- 32:34Speaker 2: You're probably gonna die in prison. It's a death.
- 32:36Speaker 8: Tiers justice justice system.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Two tier justice. These judges are all so bad. Trump
- 32:42Speaker 2: hates them. I hate them, You hate them. I can't
- 32:44Speaker 2: stand these judges, even the ones with R after their name.
- 32:47Speaker 2: It doesn't matter. Look at the senators are after their name.
- 32:50Speaker 2: They're not going to pass the Save Act. They're all frauds.
- 32:54Speaker 2: We'll be right back more with Josh Manny will grab
- 32:56Speaker 2: you for another segment. Editor at Large at the Western Journal,

- 36:51Speaker 2: Stores the sponsor this segment. It is part two of
- 36:53Speaker 2: our interview SEGMO Josh Manning. By the way, I should
- 36:56Speaker 2: probably start mentioning this every day on the show. I
- 36:58Speaker 2: just found out listen and I was complaining, you know,
- 37:01Speaker 2: because my show Real America's Voice TV network, they moved
- 37:04Speaker 2: me from noon eastern to one o'clock eastern. And I
- 37:09Speaker 2: was complaining simply because people did not find me there.
- 37:12Speaker 2: They were all like, where are you? You're not there?
- 37:13Speaker 2: Where are you? And people were getting lost, they didn't
- 37:16Speaker 2: know where to go. They Real America's Voice just moved
- 37:18Speaker 2: me back to noon. So starting this Saturday, the show
- 37:22Speaker 2: is at noon eastern, nine am Pacific. It's right back
- 37:25Speaker 2: to its old time. They listen to me, shows you
- 37:28Speaker 2: what good people they are. Had one conversation with the
- 37:31Speaker 2: wonderful founder and owner of the network and he agreed
- 37:33Speaker 2: with me, and they flip flopped my show and I'm
- 37:35Speaker 2: right back to noon eastern on Saturdays, right after Steve
- 37:38Speaker 2: Bannon's War Room, noon eastern, nine am Pacific, in its
- 37:42Speaker 2: old time slot, and we'll move forward at that time forevermore,
- 37:45Speaker 2: no changes. So that was good news. I just got
- 37:48Speaker 2: so anyway, and that was my thing. I just thought
- 37:51Speaker 2: people were confused after being in the same place for
- 37:53Speaker 2: almost four years, why change now? So we were on
- 37:56Speaker 2: a different time for two weeks and now we're flopping

- 40:13Speaker 2: All right, Josh Manning Western Journal dot com, let's talk
- 40:17Speaker 2: about some other big stories. So Democrats shilling for a
- 40:20Speaker 2: ran against President Trump, Iranian security raping women so badly
- 40:25Speaker 2: that they need colostomy bags and possible hysterectomies. Where did
- 40:30Speaker 2: you get this story? I never heard that these are
- 40:33Speaker 2: gang rape stories. I soon horrible.
- 40:36Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, gang rape, torture rape. Essentially, it is absolutely horrific.
- 40:42Speaker 4: So if anybody was paying attention to joy Reid, which
- 40:45Speaker 4: I hope you weren't, but if anyone was, earlier in
- 40:48Speaker 4: the week she was talking about how America is only
- 40:52Speaker 4: marginally better than Iran in the way it treats women. Well,
- 40:56Speaker 4: let's talk about how Iran treats women. Yeah, We've got
- 40:59Speaker 4: reporting all on the ground in Iran that two nurses
- 41:04Speaker 4: were captured by Iranian security forces. They had been aiding protesters.
- 41:09Speaker 4: They had not necessarily been protesting by.
- 41:11Speaker 2: Themselves prosed assume, right, who'd been injured.
- 41:15Speaker 4: Exactly, so, providing medical care to them, right, And these
- 41:19Speaker 4: women were both arrested. They were I don't I don't
- 41:23Speaker 4: know how much I can say on your air here,
- 41:25Speaker 4: but they were they were such a way that, yeah,
- 41:30Speaker 4: in such a way that they required colostomy bags afterward.
- 41:34Speaker 4: In other words, these these Iranian men literally raped the
- 41:37Speaker 4: blank out of them.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Uh.
- 41:40Speaker 4: And not only did they do that, they also raped
- 41:44Speaker 4: them in a more conventional way, but so violently that
- 41:48Speaker 4: one of them had significant damage to uterus and had
- 41:51Speaker 4: to have two surgeries.
- 41:52Speaker 2: There.
- 41:53Speaker 4: You can only presume that if they can't correct the
- 41:55Speaker 4: problems they'll have to conduct a hysterectomy on her. That woman,
- 41:58Speaker 4: by the way, has had to be restrained in the
- 42:01Speaker 4: hospital because she wants to kill herself. She went into
- 42:05Speaker 4: surgery asking the one please just let her die. And
- 42:10Speaker 4: since she's come out and come out from under the anesthesia,
- 42:13Speaker 4: they've had to they've had to strap her arms to the.
- 42:15Speaker 2: Side of It's hard to believe that much evils that much,
- 42:18Speaker 2: that much evil is in the world. And just think
- 42:20Speaker 2: if Joe, if Joe Biden or Obama had bombed Duran
- 42:25Speaker 2: to save the people that were being murdered by their
- 42:27Speaker 2: own government and this kind of story, they'd call them
- 42:30Speaker 2: the greatest heroes ever for saving women. But Trump does
- 42:34Speaker 2: it and nobody cares. Oh, the gas price is gonna
- 42:38Speaker 2: go up. Oh my god, the United States is bombing again.
- 42:41Speaker 2: Trump promised no wars.
- 42:42Speaker 8: Wars.
- 42:43Speaker 2: Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Marjorie Taylor Green, Megan Kelly, screw
- 42:48Speaker 2: them all. They're all idiots, They're all fools. They're all tools,
- 42:52Speaker 2: is what they are of the Iranian Government's all right,
- 42:55Speaker 2: we got to run. Josh, thank you for passing on
- 42:58Speaker 2: that story. It's a horrible story, but we needed to
- 43:01Speaker 2: hear it, and I had not heard it before. Josh
