A 42-year-old woman in Roy, Washington, went on a terrifying rampage after allegedly attacking her own mother with a gardening handsaw while naked. Escaping in a pickup truck, she nearly ran over her mom and a neighbor, then fled into a high-speed police chase — narrowly missing an officer deploying spike strips before being stopped by a PIT maneuver.
