- 0:44Speaker 2: It really is.
- 0:45Speaker 4: Some's back, baby, it is. It's been a couple of
- 0:48Speaker 4: weeks here, but we're back. It's blue bird here in
- 0:51Speaker 4: Auckland twenty five degrees. I know how people out there
- 0:53Speaker 4: love to hear about it. Pretty bloody stoke, to be
- 0:56Speaker 4: honest with you, pretty bloody stuff.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Very stoked. Are you going, Keezy?
- 1:00Speaker 3: I'm happy as Larry as well, Jace. So it is
- 1:03Speaker 3: a lovely day here in Awkward. I hope it's the
- 1:05Speaker 3: same wherever you are listening.
- 1:06Speaker 4: I'd just like to give an update on that We're
- 1:08Speaker 4: just going to pull one out of the hat today.
- 1:09Speaker 4: It's hook a ticker hooker ticker, mostly cloudy with showers
- 1:13Speaker 4: and whisterlies. Hi have twenty love thirty.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a shithouse.
- 1:17Speaker 4: That's not great.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Can I make an observation, Keezy?
- 1:22Speaker 3: You do every single show at about four oh three,
- 1:24Speaker 3: so why not.
- 1:26Speaker 2: I get the feeling and you can correct me if
- 1:28Speaker 2: I'm wrong here that you're beginning to copy old Hoity
- 1:32Speaker 2: Jay's fashion stuff. Yeah, you know, sort of the collar
- 1:37Speaker 2: spoke of their short sleeve collared shits and they're quite wacky.
- 1:42Speaker 2: They're quite sort of old Manish, very aka.
- 1:46Speaker 3: Hoy j you just call yourself old manish. I'm guilty, Jase,
- 1:50Speaker 3: I'm copying your style.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I love it.
- 1:53Speaker 3: In fact, I spent most of last night googling where
- 1:56Speaker 3: do I buy turkey shirts? Because you're wearing one today? Yes,
- 1:59Speaker 3: and I'm very jealousy. Can I try that one on?
- 2:01Speaker 2: Yeah? Sure man, you can. We will have a swap
- 2:03Speaker 2: during the show. How does that sound sounds?
- 2:05Speaker 4: Great?
- 2:05Speaker 2: Man? Speaking of the show, what's coming up, Mogi? What's
- 2:11Speaker 2: happening on the Big Show with Old mogis.
- 2:14Speaker 4: The massive rock and roll interviews continue. We've got Joel
- 2:17Speaker 4: from Lab joining us later on. Also, I've got a
- 2:21Speaker 4: bone to big fellas. Oh, I bought somebody a very
- 2:24Speaker 4: very special Christmas present and they've thrown it in my face.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Disgrace.
- 2:28Speaker 4: What's a bone to pick? And we'll be talking about
- 2:30Speaker 4: later that later on, coming up next fellas, coming up next. Oh,
- 2:35Speaker 4: Keysy has noticed that whatdye is the Man of a
- 2:38Speaker 4: thousand faces. Yeah, has got yet another doppel ganger out there,
- 2:42Speaker 4: and this one is the most accurate years.
- 2:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Whatever.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Here's Green Day, the Hidarchy Big Show weekdays from four
- 2:51Speaker 1: on Radio Hdarchy.
- 2:52Speaker 2: The Verve There on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this
- 2:55Speaker 2: Susday afternoon. The time is four to sixteen, which means
- 2:59Speaker 2: it's time for.
- 3:01Speaker 4: Pole now.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Just before we get into the Big Pole, Fellers, I
- 3:10Speaker 3: said it sounded like it was a terrible day on
- 3:11Speaker 3: the hook tacker. Matt has texted from the hooker saying
- 3:14Speaker 3: it's actually sunny and very warm down there.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Yeah, good crayfish there a fellows.
- 3:20Speaker 3: Totally hm hmm. I wanted the Big Pole today because
- 3:25Speaker 3: I had a startling revelation the other night. I then
- 3:30Speaker 3: sent it to Pugs and he laugh reacted for quite
- 3:34Speaker 3: a while and then agreed with me. The revelation is
- 3:38Speaker 3: that Hoidi j looks like a certain person from film
- 3:41Speaker 3: and television.
- 3:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Now, God, I've been told that about a million times.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Yeah, And like we've had our share of sort of
- 3:48Speaker 3: doppel gangers over the years. You know, for example, Hoggle
- 3:52Speaker 3: from Labyrinth, which was one of the little what are
- 3:54Speaker 3: they called little goblin things, goblin, I don't know whatever,
- 3:59Speaker 3: the little weird things that were hanging out with David Bowie.
- 4:02Speaker 3: One of them looks just like Jason. We've also had
- 4:08Speaker 3: other ones too, Apparently Mowgi looks like Michael Fassbender, which
- 4:11Speaker 3: I don't which I don't really see, and Bert from
- 4:15Speaker 3: Sesame Street totally, and we've all got topple gamers. But
- 4:19Speaker 3: this one I think is the most accurate we've ever had.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Now what everyone listening, if it is safe to do so,
- 4:27Speaker 3: to get out their phone, open your Internet browser and
- 4:31Speaker 3: type in Parker from Thunderbirds, Parker from Thunderbirds, who was
- 4:45Speaker 3: Lady penelopees chauffeur and Butler. So accurate, wouldn't you agree more?
- 4:53Speaker 3: When I saw it, I was shocked. Yeah, I mean,
- 4:58Speaker 3: there's something about it. Obviously it's him and puppet form.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right.
- 5:03Speaker 4: It doesn't look exactly like Chase, but there is an
- 5:06Speaker 4: absolute similarity. It's undeniable. Yeah, it's amazing.
- 5:09Speaker 3: It is like the structure of the face, like the
- 5:12Speaker 3: size of the what's it called the eyes, and the
- 5:17Speaker 3: honker as well. Obviously it just it looks so similar
- 5:20Speaker 3: to you, Jays. I cannot believe it.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I felt a bone to pick.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Okay, I get a bone a bit.
- 5:28Speaker 2: I've been compared to many, many, many things in my
- 5:32Speaker 2: time because I have an every man face. I was
- 5:35Speaker 2: at once told that that I have an every man face,
- 5:39Speaker 2: I had.
- 5:39Speaker 4: An equine face.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I was also told I had a face that was
- 5:46Speaker 2: well lived in whatever that means. I mean, I don't
- 5:50Speaker 2: know what that means. And you know, I'll take these
- 5:52Speaker 2: comparisons on the chin. Yeah, because the acc is guilty
- 5:56Speaker 2: of this as well, comparing me to a lot of
- 5:59Speaker 2: other people. But I draw the line at Parker from Thunderbirds.
- 6:04Speaker 2: There is not one iota, not a skirri of similarity
- 6:10Speaker 2: between Hoidy j and Parker from Thunderbears, not one tiny feature.
- 6:18Speaker 4: I think the easiest way to solve it is the
- 6:20Speaker 4: big pot you know it, Does Jays look like Parker
- 6:23Speaker 4: from Thunderbirirds? Yes or no?
- 6:25Speaker 3: I was gonna say yes or yes, but sure, yes
- 6:27Speaker 3: or no because it's just so accurate and then we'll
- 6:29Speaker 3: know yeaheah yeah. You can also give your feedback three
- 6:31Speaker 3: four eight three once again, get your phone out type
- 6:33Speaker 3: and Parker from Thunderbirds and just be gobsmacked by the
- 6:38Speaker 3: fact that you're not looking at a photo of Hoidy.
- 6:40Speaker 4: J Now a slightly older version of HOODI j I'll
- 6:42Speaker 4: give you that totally not.
- 6:43Speaker 3: You now, Jason. And also I don't know why you're
- 6:46Speaker 3: all up in arms like he is a heroic character,
- 6:48Speaker 3: like he saves the day on Thunderbirds so many times.
- 6:51Speaker 2: He's a puppet show fur Keasy.
- 6:56Speaker 3: Head to the Hdacke Big Show Instagram story. You can
- 6:58Speaker 3: vote there does Hoardi j look like Parker from Thunderbirds?
- 7:01Speaker 4: The other thing that seals it is his nickname is Nosy.
- 7:05Speaker 4: His nickname is Nosy Nosey Parker.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Here's the offspring, The hold.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Archy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keyzy. Tune in
- 7:16Speaker 1: week days at four on Radio hold G Hard.
- 7:19Speaker 2: There on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show. This Tuesday afternoon,
- 7:23Speaker 2: the time being twenty six minutes past four o'clock.
- 7:26Speaker 3: If you've just joined us, get your phone out and
- 7:28Speaker 3: go down't go to the Internet Explorer there or whatever
- 7:32Speaker 3: you're running and Explorer or Google Chrome or whatever the
- 7:35Speaker 3: hell you've got, and type in Parker from Thunderbirds, because
- 7:39Speaker 3: that we've just realized is exactly what Hoidy J looks like.
- 7:43Speaker 3: We're also running a poll up on the Instagram where
- 7:46Speaker 3: you can actually vote on this yes, because it.
- 7:52Speaker 2: So if they say yes, I am Parking.
- 7:55Speaker 4: From you're saying that you don't look like him. But
- 7:57Speaker 4: if they say that you do, then you do the
- 8:00Speaker 4: new one hundred percent.
- 8:01Speaker 2: There is not the slightest resumem.
- 8:04Speaker 4: Whole result where they say you do, then you one
- 8:07Speaker 4: hundred percent looks like yeah.
- 8:09Speaker 3: And the text, I mean, they just they're just backing
- 8:11Speaker 3: it up really huge. Yes, one hundred percent from Malcolm.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Oh my god, yes, Parker, so so accurate. Come on, man,
- 8:17Speaker 3: that's from your wife, John says Parker. Yes, looks exactly
- 8:21Speaker 3: the same, Dave says Parker.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Yep.
- 8:24Speaker 3: Especially the legs and the way he walks. That's him
- 8:29Speaker 3: for sure. In a couple of years and there's one
- 8:31Speaker 3: here though, that does say sorry. Those bulges scream the no.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you.
- 8:35Speaker 3: They do.
- 8:35Speaker 4: So that's one one thing.
- 8:38Speaker 3: The rest of the Papa very much, Haughty Jay. The
- 8:40Speaker 3: crazy thing is too. We just looked up some old
- 8:43Speaker 3: footage of Thunderbirds Jays and you even sound like him.
- 8:47Speaker 6: Check this out, indeed, belid it the very debul treasure too.
- 8:53Speaker 6: Shall I turn off the ship Belody?
- 8:58Speaker 4: Come on, man, he's got the same dulcet tones as
- 9:02Speaker 4: old Hod Jay.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Actually you've just thrown out to me Mogi. Yeah, I
- 9:06Speaker 2: would argue. I would argue, Mogi looks more like Parker
- 9:11Speaker 2: than me. Nice try, I would ark you, MOI looks
- 9:16Speaker 2: more like park all you like? Fortunately, No, it's cast.
- 9:24Speaker 4: Can I just hear him say Melady again?
- 9:27Speaker 6: Melady?
- 9:28Speaker 3: Did you say it now?
- 9:29Speaker 2: Jason Melody?
- 9:33Speaker 3: It is official. Have your say up at the Hudaky
- 9:37Speaker 3: Big Show Instagram. Just looking at the pole now, Jas,
- 9:41Speaker 3: We're going to just put the pole up. It's been
- 9:42Speaker 3: up for less than ten minutes. It's already at ninety
- 9:44Speaker 3: seven percent.
- 9:47Speaker 1: The Hiarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune
- 9:51Speaker 1: in four.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Thank you, thank you very much, Thank you, Nirvana there
- 9:58Speaker 2: on the Radio Hodaki Big Show. This Suesday afternoon thirty
- 10:01Speaker 2: six past four o'clock.
- 10:02Speaker 3: Fellas is a brand new summer festival happening up in Auckland.
- 10:06Speaker 3: It is happening in the twenty first of Fair, which
- 10:08Speaker 3: is a Saturday, and it's going to be happening at
- 10:10Speaker 3: the iconic Manuka Doctor Arena where the tennis was held
- 10:12Speaker 3: over summer. Yes, it is called Center Court Sounds and
- 10:16Speaker 3: we've got the opportunity for you and three mates to
- 10:18Speaker 3: head along to that along with the Hoducky team if
- 10:20Speaker 3: you are keen to see a whole lot of great
- 10:22Speaker 3: bands including No Cigar Bag Raiders Sarching and it's going
- 10:24Speaker 3: to be more added as well. Tixa with Sounds to
- 10:27Speaker 3: three four eight three and once again that could be
- 10:29Speaker 3: you and three mates.
- 10:30Speaker 2: I am actually pretty keen on that, Actually, Keezy, could
- 10:32Speaker 2: you log me in for that lot?
- 10:34Speaker 3: You?
- 10:34Speaker 2: Yeah, just lock me. Just tell the relevant authorities.
- 10:38Speaker 3: That you want me to call the police and log
- 10:40Speaker 3: you into the Famburn.
- 10:41Speaker 2: That I'm going to come along now, I fuld it's
- 10:42Speaker 2: got a bit of a little favor to ask of you.
- 10:44Speaker 2: If you don't mind, I'm going to be moving in
- 10:47Speaker 2: a couple of days, my wife and I have realized,
- 10:50Speaker 2: oh absolute horror, that we don't have a lot of
- 10:52Speaker 2: space my girls, who you know, the three of them
- 10:56Speaker 2: are overseas now. They've left all their shit with us,
- 11:00Speaker 2: and I know that you guys will have your own space.
- 11:02Speaker 2: You are Mogi and Keysy and Pegs. And I'm thinking
- 11:05Speaker 2: if we can just sort of break it up between
- 11:07Speaker 2: the three of you, that I might be able to
- 11:10Speaker 2: store some stuff at your place.
- 11:12Speaker 4: For a little while. Right, kind of stuff we're talking about, Well.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Because you guys know me so well, I'm comfortable about
- 11:20Speaker 2: talking about this on here. We've got a sex toy box.
- 11:23Speaker 3: I don't want my house.
- 11:25Speaker 2: And I don't you're going to need those, Yeah, we
- 11:27Speaker 2: will need those, but I don't want the movers to
- 11:29Speaker 2: see our sex toys. Why so, can I keep those
- 11:32Speaker 2: at your place for a little while so you can just.
- 11:34Speaker 4: Put them in the back of your car, couldn't you
- 11:36Speaker 4: Just feels like you'd be met It's right, not moving
- 11:39Speaker 4: the cutlery, they wouldn't fit.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Yeah, you're right, because you're not talking boxes, right, Mogi,
- 11:46Speaker 3: I know you can't still those at my house?
- 11:48Speaker 2: Well, just anything. I mean, we've got a few old folks,
- 11:51Speaker 2: you know, just mistilling our stuff that was sitting in
- 11:54Speaker 2: the cupboards that we don't know what to do with it.
- 11:56Speaker 2: There's no storage where we're going, and I thought, well,
- 11:59Speaker 2: maybe the fellers can man, because I don't want to
- 12:01Speaker 2: go to the expense of, you know, hiring storage when
- 12:04Speaker 2: I've got three buddies, yeah, three backbones as mates, and
- 12:08Speaker 2: I'm sure like give it in your garage, Kezy, we
- 12:11Speaker 2: could put some stuff there.
- 12:12Speaker 4: A lot of space out there. Actually I haven't got
- 12:15Speaker 4: I haven't got a garage in my house, which is
- 12:17Speaker 4: a real it's a nuisance. But in this case, God,
- 12:20Speaker 4: it's worked out well. But Kezy has got so much space.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Actually, you do bang on about your garage a lot, key,
- 12:26Speaker 2: would you mind if because my lawnmer don't need it,
- 12:30Speaker 2: my weed eat it, don't need it, my hoe don't
- 12:34Speaker 2: need it. All of my gardening tools things like that.
- 12:38Speaker 2: I mean, I've got no place with them in my
- 12:39Speaker 2: new place. Okay, can I put them over at yours? Kezy?
- 12:43Speaker 3: First of all, why are you keeping that stuff?
- 12:45Speaker 2: Well? Because I still want to maintain the property.
- 12:48Speaker 3: State at the property in the garden sheet or something.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Because the new people are like, nah, I want to
- 12:52Speaker 2: bar of that. We want our own space.
- 12:55Speaker 3: And I was like, okay, okay, I will, I will No,
- 13:00Speaker 3: I will look after a small amount of stuff. For example,
- 13:04Speaker 3: if you get to gather up all your comedy shirts
- 13:06Speaker 3: and put them in a box, I will look after that,
- 13:09Speaker 3: because I think it'd be quite funny when my friends
- 13:11Speaker 3: come around a bit of chick out.
- 13:12Speaker 4: Do you interest up like check out from Thunderbearts come
- 13:15Speaker 4: on Magie.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Although I don't really fit them, they'll be probably be
- 13:17Speaker 3: more like a puppet show.
- 13:19Speaker 2: What I was thinking, like, for example, with a box
- 13:22Speaker 2: of sex toys. Yeah, pud seems like the obvious choice there,
- 13:25Speaker 2: but I don't mind getting mixed up with his Yeah
- 13:28Speaker 2: you know what I mean. And you know, being in
- 13:30Speaker 2: the throws a passionate game hang about what the hell's
- 13:32Speaker 2: this thing?
- 13:33Speaker 4: You almost need to keep those in a deep phraeze
- 13:35Speaker 4: because they'll be reaking absolutely honkin Tom Pitty.
- 13:45Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio hodark.
- 13:49Speaker 2: Is indeed jet there on the Radio Hodarky Big Show.
- 13:52Speaker 2: This Suesday afternoon, the time for forty seven.
- 13:55Speaker 3: Just before you get to TV chat Fellas, someone has
- 13:57Speaker 3: texted here a good point. Are Ari Hoidy j moving house?
- 14:00Speaker 3: You moved to an apartment?
- 14:01Speaker 2: Yes?
- 14:02Speaker 3: Do you get a car park?
- 14:03Speaker 2: Yes?
- 14:04Speaker 3: Okay, of course he'll be able to park Lady Penelope's
- 14:06Speaker 3: giant pink limo there because he looks like parking from Thunderbirds.
- 14:13Speaker 3: If you've just joined us anyway, here's tevy chair.
- 14:16Speaker 2: What's on the telly with Mike? Yes, fellas, I watched
- 14:24Speaker 2: last night.
- 14:27Speaker 4: The last episodes of the long Way Home series, which
- 14:31Speaker 4: is you and McGregor, him and as mate Charlie Boorman.
- 14:34Speaker 4: His father was John Borman Jace who directed Deliverance right, yes,
- 14:38Speaker 4: many others. He's still alive ninety two years old. Jeez,
- 14:41Speaker 4: looks it looks awful. God, he doesn't look good. Key,
- 14:44Speaker 4: he's going to tell you what actually Deliverance? You know
- 14:47Speaker 4: who Jace looks like?
- 14:49Speaker 2: Come on, man, and this one.
- 14:52Speaker 4: So they've done a bunch of these series and it's
- 14:55Speaker 4: where him and as mate Charlie go around the world
- 14:58Speaker 4: on motorbikes. They did the Long Way Around in two
- 15:01Speaker 4: thousand and four, which is where they went from London
- 15:03Speaker 4: to New York. They went east via Europe, Asia and Alaska,
- 15:06Speaker 4: a bit of a long ride then the Long Way
- 15:09Speaker 4: Down in two thousand and seven they went from Scotland
- 15:11Speaker 4: to Cape Town, a lot of Africa, and that one
- 15:13Speaker 4: in there Chazy. They did the Long Way Up in
- 15:16Speaker 4: twenty twenty, which was from Argentina to Los Angeles. That
- 15:18Speaker 4: was on Electric Harley's. Then this one. They've gone from
- 15:22Speaker 4: the UK and sort of up through Norway and Switzerland
- 15:28Speaker 4: and all sorts, down through France and back home again.
- 15:31Speaker 4: It's just there my motorbikes, sort of visiting local people.
- 15:33Speaker 4: They have little events that they go to that have
- 15:35Speaker 4: been teed up by production whatever its other motorbike shops
- 15:38Speaker 4: or or tourism things that they do, pure pure joy.
- 15:43Speaker 4: It is a great show. It just really really well made.
- 15:47Speaker 4: It makes you go god, people are awesome. You get
- 15:50Speaker 4: all this other bad news that comes through and you're like, oh,
- 15:52Speaker 4: people suck. But then when you actually see just normal
- 15:54Speaker 4: everyday people, people rule, it made me so happy. It's
- 15:58Speaker 4: such a great show. It there's five bus all the way.
- 16:01Speaker 4: I just absolutely love. It's on Apple TV. I've finished
- 16:04Speaker 4: it now. I'm not going to go back to the
- 16:06Speaker 4: start and watch Long Way Around from two thousand and
- 16:08Speaker 4: four and work my way back through it. Keezy or
- 16:09Speaker 4: love it. Yeah, your missus will love it. Anybody would
- 16:12Speaker 4: love it. It is a travel show, so you know which
- 16:15Speaker 4: is good. It's not too hard on you. But the
- 16:17Speaker 4: places that they go to are absolutely unbelievable. It's amazing.
- 16:20Speaker 3: And so it's the Long Way Around on Apple TV.
- 16:23Speaker 3: They've got all the seasons on there, but one I
- 16:26Speaker 3: just watched was A Long Way Home, Long Way Home,
- 16:28Speaker 3: And this is like, because one of my dreams, and
- 16:30Speaker 3: I'm still trying to talk my wife around to this
- 16:32Speaker 3: because she's terrified. Yeahs doing like an international trip where
- 16:36Speaker 3: I basically get a motorbike and ride it across the
- 16:38Speaker 3: country or do something like that. Yeah, I'd absolutely love
- 16:41Speaker 3: to do it. But the thing I was worried about
- 16:43Speaker 3: is because you said they do have a few crashes
- 16:45Speaker 3: and things along the way. Do you reckon it'll make
- 16:46Speaker 3: her even more worried.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Or the ones that they have that haven't been bad
- 16:50Speaker 2: haven't been bad.
- 16:50Speaker 4: One of the guys has had two absolutely horrendous crashes,
- 16:54Speaker 4: So maybe skip that, but on the thing, not on this,
- 16:57Speaker 4: but prior to do it, like at other times, he's
- 17:00Speaker 4: been riding bikes on his wife. So yeah, but then
- 17:03Speaker 4: people who have care, christ is Gey. What are you
- 17:04Speaker 4: gonna do?
- 17:05Speaker 3: What are you do? What am I gonna do?
- 17:07Speaker 2: I worry about you too, Keezy and the thing is
- 17:12Speaker 2: show driven. The thing is Keezy. With your little motorbike there,
- 17:17Speaker 2: stop to every top speed at fifty k it would
- 17:21Speaker 2: take you for ever.
- 17:26Speaker 3: Everything I own cannot be little. Okay, my motorbike is
- 17:29Speaker 3: not little. It's not big, though, it's very sensible.
- 17:32Speaker 2: I think, Yeah, good stuff.
- 17:33Speaker 3: I was gonna invite you on the road trip, Jose.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Okay, I'll ride, bitch.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Sure if you want to roade, bitch. That's good.
- 17:40Speaker 2: What have you been watching great staff?
- 17:41Speaker 3: Well?
- 17:42Speaker 2: I went home last night and I said, Darling, my love,
- 17:45Speaker 2: did you call her? Did you call her? Belowdy es?
- 17:52Speaker 2: I said, we were. We were like, what should we watch?
- 17:56Speaker 2: And I said, oh, Moogie had an idea shoe it's
- 18:00Speaker 2: cool on TV and Z Plus, and so we went
- 18:04Speaker 2: and found Sherward Shearwood and to my surprise, we went, oh,
- 18:10Speaker 2: we've watched this. Yeah, we watched the first series. There's
- 18:13Speaker 2: now two series, and we enjoyed the first series. It's
- 18:16Speaker 2: kind of a coal mining town. There's a bit of
- 18:19Speaker 2: crime going on. A really good cast of actors. You're
- 18:22Speaker 2: kind of who's who were British acting? Really we're we
- 18:26Speaker 2: actually really enjoyed that there's a season two. We started
- 18:29Speaker 2: season two last night. Bloody good, really really good. How
- 18:32Speaker 2: many eyps did you get in two whips? And they
- 18:36Speaker 2: were like, yeah, no solid, this is very solid stuff
- 18:39Speaker 2: and it's called Sherwood. Sherwood on TV and Z plus
- 18:42Speaker 2: three point eight busy.
- 18:44Speaker 4: How good are the actors that they've got though? You
- 18:45Speaker 4: just what we're talking about the other day. You just
- 18:47Speaker 4: believe that they are the people's real.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Yes, and they've got some new characters that have come
- 18:52Speaker 2: in from the last one and that's right. Be good.
- 18:56Speaker 3: I didn't watch anything fell as we had guess over,
- 18:58Speaker 3: including a six month old, but we'll get into that
- 19:01Speaker 3: after five.
- 19:02Speaker 2: How good His audio slave.
- 19:06Speaker 1: The Holdiche Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy tune

- 19:14Speaker 2: going along? Tickety boo, you are listening to the Big
- 19:17Speaker 2: Show brought to you by.
- 19:18Speaker 3: Reburg Hear serving good times and good food dining or
- 19:22Speaker 3: take away Reburger today.
- 19:24Speaker 6: Who do you belid it? The very depul treasure truth.
- 19:29Speaker 6: Shall I turn off the set below?
- 19:33Speaker 2: Shall I turn off the what?
- 19:34Speaker 4: I don't know?
- 19:35Speaker 3: You tell me? Man, you said it, Oh, turn off?
- 19:38Speaker 4: I thought he t TV sire. That's weird. I've never
- 19:41Speaker 4: heard it called that.
- 19:42Speaker 2: If you're wondering the context of that. Keys, He's had
- 19:46Speaker 2: this ridiculous idea that I look exactly like Parker from Thunderbirds.
- 19:53Speaker 2: So go on our Instagram account and have your sign
- 19:56Speaker 2: I don't see a single resemblance between me in Parker.
- 20:01Speaker 3: It's hard to look at things from the first person's perspective, Jason,
- 20:04Speaker 3: But for me and Mogi looking from the outside, I mean,
- 20:07Speaker 3: it's it's uncanny.
- 20:08Speaker 4: Well, we'll let the audience do the talking. You know,
- 20:10Speaker 4: I'm staying out of it. I get the feeling that
- 20:14Speaker 4: you're that you're offended by this, Jason. I don't want
- 20:17Speaker 4: to twist the knife. That's that's for sure. So we'll
- 20:20Speaker 4: just let the audience out there do it via the
- 20:22Speaker 4: vote and by all means, because the text on three
- 20:24Speaker 4: four eight three let us know what you reckon.
- 20:26Speaker 3: Can I just say on this you are offended by
- 20:29Speaker 3: this for some reason?
- 20:30Speaker 2: No, not at all. But I just don't see the resemblance, right,
- 20:33Speaker 2: I can see them in the past or other like
- 20:36Speaker 2: I was compared to Jackie Chan and if you actually
- 20:39Speaker 2: go into just it's Chen Jackie Chan. Sorry, and I
- 20:44Speaker 2: could see that. I mean, okay, I can see that. Yeah,
- 20:48Speaker 2: but Parker, you know in Hoggle from Labyrinth. Okay, okay, look,
- 20:56Speaker 2: I'm not happy about it, Geezy, but can I can
- 20:59Speaker 2: go Okay, here he is, you know that weird guy
- 21:03Speaker 2: with the tattoo on his forehead that the New Zealand
- 21:06Speaker 2: who was bush Man or something? I can't remember right,
- 21:11Speaker 2: maybe what?
- 21:13Speaker 3: So look because this is an interesting so people have,
- 21:16Speaker 3: people have texting on three four eight three, and it's
- 21:18Speaker 3: an interesting point they've raised. People have only heard your voice,
- 21:22Speaker 3: you know what I mean, And now they can, you know,
- 21:25Speaker 3: put a face to the voice by googling Parker from Thunderbirds.
- 21:29Speaker 3: And now you can imagine that Parker's talking while you're
- 21:31Speaker 3: listening to the radio.
- 21:32Speaker 4: And can you put a voice to the face for them?
- 21:34Speaker 3: Kezy as well, someone here says, I assumed you look
- 21:38Speaker 3: like the mad Butcher based on your voice alone.
- 21:45Speaker 4: That's a problem.
- 21:46Speaker 3: But now they know that you look like Parker from Thunderbirds. Honestly,
- 21:49Speaker 3: when I'm listening to a radio show or a podcast.
- 21:51Speaker 3: I like to know what they look like and the
- 21:54Speaker 3: thing about I'm just looking that is out there.
- 22:00Speaker 4: Okay, doesn't there any even Wes those loopy sort of
- 22:02Speaker 4: shirts that you're accustomed to.
- 22:04Speaker 3: But Jason is happy with that, but not park it.
- 22:07Speaker 2: I'm not happy with it. Keasy, I can just say
- 22:12Speaker 2: that I can see you're very tiny.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Have you your eyes there?
- 22:18Speaker 2: There's a food fighters.
- 22:20Speaker 1: The Hichy Big Show week days from four on Radio Hodaky.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Sh They're on the Radio Hodaki Big Show this Tuesday afternoon.
- 22:31Speaker 2: The time is fifteen minutes last five o'clock. It's definitely
- 22:35Speaker 2: it's got me throbbing.
- 22:37Speaker 3: That one is my throble tomorrow getting in there.
- 22:39Speaker 4: Wow, that's it. That's a sweet one. Done then Keeses one, Yep,
- 22:42Speaker 4: done and dusted.
- 22:44Speaker 3: Hey fails. Last night I had some good friends come
- 22:46Speaker 3: up and stay with us. They're staying over from christ Church.
- 22:49Speaker 3: Five nights, five nights, five nights in Auckland, a lot
- 22:53Speaker 3: of nights. How much a night are zero? Oh no,
- 22:57Speaker 3: no we're not. We're not charging anything. I mean they're
- 22:58Speaker 3: borrowing our car, stay with picked them up from the
- 23:00Speaker 3: airport on your anniversary. Now the anniversary, we've bought heaps
- 23:04Speaker 3: of food for them. So yeah, I mean it's just
- 23:07Speaker 3: that you picked them up from the airport, didn't you.
- 23:09Speaker 3: Yea last night at about nine thirty p sweet Is,
- 23:13Speaker 3: I was asleep, you're asleep. I had just had rushed
- 23:16Speaker 3: out of our anniversary. Didn't had to skipt it, dashed out.
- 23:20Speaker 3: But they have with them a six month old baby
- 23:23Speaker 3: human baby.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Beats me whether they just find it they had six
- 23:30Speaker 2: months old.
- 23:31Speaker 3: With them, the baby.
- 23:32Speaker 2: Yeah, oh no, no it's left behind the plane or something.
- 23:35Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, it was there.
- 23:36Speaker 4: It's the baby.
- 23:37Speaker 3: Right, she was able to have freaked me out if it
- 23:40Speaker 3: wasn't mine to freaked me out. And it is this,
- 23:43Speaker 3: you know. And it was the first time I've ever
- 23:45Speaker 3: had a baby saying at my house before. Right now,
- 23:49Speaker 3: you guys did give me some good advice, you know,
- 23:50Speaker 3: put down newspaper where the baby's going to sleep, leave
- 23:53Speaker 3: out a bottle of lollies, put a give them a screen.
- 23:55Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, definitely, you've got to have a screen.
- 23:58Speaker 3: Yeah. So we just got my got n iPad, so
- 24:00Speaker 3: we just had that and fall full brightness. Yeah, and
- 24:03Speaker 3: we just put on an old like German bassed concert
- 24:05Speaker 3: with heaps of lights and stuff.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's that's that's just a prodigy. Yeah it was.
- 24:10Speaker 3: It was a bit of prodigy. It was actually a pendulum.
- 24:13Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, good.
- 24:14Speaker 3: Anyway, Yeah, I was interested because to rage, no, that's rock.
- 24:22Speaker 3: But it's gonna play raging as the machine to a
- 24:24Speaker 3: baby jays come on scrillics. Yes, But the interesting thing
- 24:29Speaker 3: was that baby didn't make any noise during the night,
- 24:33Speaker 3: slipt right through to about eight am, didn't cry. I
- 24:37Speaker 3: still don't know what she sounds like when she cries. Yes,
- 24:42Speaker 3: really interesting, bag. What do you mean the secrets out?
- 24:46Speaker 4: Well, well, now you know that babies are a piece
- 24:50Speaker 4: of but are yeh, that's what I said. What you
- 24:54Speaker 4: want is for people to think it's hard. You're sort
- 24:56Speaker 4: of bang on as a as appearing about how hard
- 24:58Speaker 4: it is. So people, you know, I give you petty
- 25:01Speaker 4: and feel sorry for you, et cetera. But the reality
- 25:04Speaker 4: is there's nothing easier than having children.
- 25:08Speaker 2: See, oh wow, I had four easy.
- 25:10Speaker 4: I have four because they have four if it was hard.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Yeah, and in fifteen twenty years at that at home,
- 25:17Speaker 2: not a peep.
- 25:19Speaker 3: Right, Okay, So this whole parenting thing.
- 25:21Speaker 2: No tears, nothing, just smiling happy, Yeah, continually.
- 25:28Speaker 4: In control of their own emotions absolutely and able to
- 25:30Speaker 4: communicate those emotions effectively, effectively and efficiently.
- 25:34Speaker 2: Yes.
- 25:34Speaker 3: And also winter change the airy nothing in there yeah, yes.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Fifteen twenty years my girls at home never any peas.
- 25:45Speaker 3: So yeah, it just sort of had me thinking, like,
- 25:47Speaker 3: you know, maybe you make because I've been very not
- 25:50Speaker 3: against having children, but it's very much something I've.
- 25:52Speaker 4: Been trying to having children.
- 25:53Speaker 3: Just yeah, but now I'm like, let's have been planning it. Listen,
- 25:57Speaker 3: do you know I.
- 25:57Speaker 4: Haven't been.
- 25:59Speaker 3: You You got to stop this rumor, all right, it's
- 26:01Speaker 3: getting out of head.
- 26:02Speaker 4: Oh yeah, rumor.
- 26:02Speaker 2: Sorry, Yeah, it's a rumor. Don't don't tell anyone. Yeah,
- 26:07Speaker 2: Mum's the word.
- 26:09Speaker 3: It's not The.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hdarky.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Piggy Pop There on the Radio Hodarky Big Show this
- 26:18Speaker 2: Thursday afternoon. The Fire at the Time five twenty six.
- 26:21Speaker 5: Five Sex and eight men, men, men, men, men, men, men, men, men, men, men, men, men, men, men, men, men, men,
- 26:30Speaker 5: men men.
- 26:36Speaker 4: One and a half movies Do Do Do Do Doog?
- 26:41Speaker 3: What's MOGGI? What's one and a half Mogi's.
- 26:44Speaker 4: That's where I talk about little adventures I've had with
- 26:47Speaker 4: my daughter. Moggi MANOGHI. Let's know, we haven't done one
- 26:50Speaker 4: of these for a well, no, initially so over Chris
- 26:54Speaker 4: Maas there. You know how you got to give the
- 26:56Speaker 4: Gathers presents apparently, so yeah, she really wants had some
- 27:00Speaker 4: roller skates.
- 27:01Speaker 2: Cool.
- 27:02Speaker 4: Yeah, and my concern was that we would get them
- 27:06Speaker 4: for her and then she would never ever ever use
- 27:10Speaker 4: them because my consumer was I was. I said to
- 27:12Speaker 4: the wife, there I see is in a very easy
- 27:15Speaker 4: chill to sco relaxed. I said, if she gets a skateboard,
- 27:19Speaker 4: good as gold, I can teach you how to do that.
- 27:21Speaker 4: I don't know how to roller skate, I said, do
- 27:23Speaker 4: you know how to roll skate? No?
- 27:25Speaker 3: Right, so how's she going to learn how to roller skate? Well,
- 27:28Speaker 3: very good point, thank you. I remember getting roller blades.
- 27:43Speaker 3: How a roller blades funnier than rollerskape? Come on, this
- 27:50Speaker 3: is this is not funny enough to derail this year.
- 27:54Speaker 3: I got some roller blades when I was younger, and
- 27:57Speaker 3: my mom and dad didn't know how to do it,
- 27:59Speaker 3: but I learned how to do it without videos or
- 28:02Speaker 3: you know, I just learned because I was a kid,
- 28:04Speaker 3: and kids just figure it out. Yeah, roller blades.
- 28:10Speaker 4: Well, you're desperate to be cool at that stage, weren't
- 28:12Speaker 4: your Harold?
- 28:12Speaker 2: Were you those sex?
- 28:14Speaker 4: Wow?
- 28:14Speaker 2: Sex?
- 28:14Speaker 4: You on your rollerblades out there.
- 28:16Speaker 2: And they let you outside on roller blades.
- 28:19Speaker 4: The plantation around the I forgot.
- 28:22Speaker 3: I grew up on an avocado plantation. One of the
- 28:25Speaker 3: servants knew how to do it, and he taught me
- 28:28Speaker 3: how to do it.
- 28:28Speaker 4: See that's the thing I think that helps anyway, that
- 28:30Speaker 4: was my concern. Teasy. Well, anyway, she went down they
- 28:34Speaker 4: had they had during the school holidays, which are going
- 28:36Speaker 4: for another eight years, they had something gone down at
- 28:39Speaker 4: the local park here, and she went down there and
- 28:41Speaker 4: you know, like a new you know the common phrases
- 28:44Speaker 4: like a newborn giraffe just falling all like the tricky
- 28:48Speaker 4: bloody things. And my daughter's only sort of six six
- 28:51Speaker 4: and a half. Anyway, you just sort of got to
- 28:54Speaker 4: hold their hands as they go on this is what
- 28:56Speaker 4: the fellow was doing there, and sort of make him
- 28:58Speaker 4: very sure that you just go with your your stock.
- 29:00Speaker 4: The thing is on the front toes here, those are
- 29:01Speaker 4: all knobsy, whatever those things are. And then after time,
- 29:07Speaker 4: you've just got to let them go. Then you hold
- 29:08Speaker 4: their hats and then sort of just push them off
- 29:10Speaker 4: and that before they don't know, they don't sort of
- 29:12Speaker 4: realize that you're not holding and supporting them. Well, within
- 29:16Speaker 4: about thirty or forty seconds have been released by the teacher,
- 29:20Speaker 4: she was doing nine to forty years on the half
- 29:22Speaker 4: pipe down there. Wow, absolutely unbelievable backflips, grinds, rock and
- 29:30Speaker 4: rolls with a rollerblade. Yeah, well no, no, no, she's
- 29:33Speaker 4: sort of loser. Roller skates.
- 29:35Speaker 3: Okay, sorry, roller blades are cooler than roller skates.
- 29:40Speaker 4: We're going to have to do another pole on this
- 29:43Speaker 4: because I don't think they are. Now I think your parents,
- 29:47Speaker 4: don't you that because they found such on the side
- 29:50Speaker 4: of the road, tell me shit, right, So anyway, yeah,
- 29:53Speaker 4: as it turns out, she's an absolute natural and uh yeah,
- 29:58Speaker 4: there's potential there that she's going to be going to
- 30:00Speaker 4: the Olympics.
- 30:01Speaker 2: Wow this year you should say that.
- 30:04Speaker 3: Actually, isn't it the Winter Olympics?
- 30:06Speaker 2: Because I recall getting my one of my little ones
- 30:11Speaker 2: some roller skates you know, have that bang on it, chick,
- 30:15Speaker 2: can you dead? And I was like, okay, so I
- 30:21Speaker 2: bought her some roller skates, and I took it down
- 30:23Speaker 2: to the local park there and held her hand and
- 30:27Speaker 2: I was holding her hats and then finally just released
- 30:30Speaker 2: her into the wild. As they say, face planted immediately
- 30:34Speaker 2: knocked her fore front, teeth out, bloody blood, person out everywhere.
- 30:40Speaker 4: Oh well, could have been worse man, she could have
- 30:43Speaker 4: been on roller blades.
- 30:47Speaker 3: Joel from L A B.
- 30:49Speaker 1: The Hierarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio
- 30:52Speaker 1: Hurdarchy is.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Indeed, we'z are there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show,
- 30:56Speaker 2: this glorious Thursday afternoon, and our musical guests continue. We
- 31:01Speaker 2: had a musical guest yesterday. We've got another one today.
- 31:04Speaker 2: It's a man himself, Joel from L A B. Good
- 31:06Speaker 2: a Joel, what do you want?
- 31:09Speaker 4: Everything? Money?
- 31:10Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 31:11Speaker 5: Woman?
- 31:11Speaker 7: Yeah, what's up with those two?
- 31:14Speaker 4: That's a good stuff.
- 31:15Speaker 7: That's a bit of a contradictional things.
- 31:17Speaker 2: I mean, but you're in a massively successful band, you
- 31:20Speaker 2: must be rolling in it.
- 31:21Speaker 8: Man and money as well, very hard, yeah, you know,
- 31:30Speaker 8: like fast cars and yeah, well I got myself a
- 31:33Speaker 8: car the other day.
- 31:33Speaker 4: Did you get what'd you go for? I've got a
- 31:35Speaker 4: teeter two thousand and three. It's an absolute ripper.
- 31:38Speaker 7: Yeah, I got a ranger, did you yeah?
- 31:40Speaker 4: On that buzz Yeah, that's good though.
- 31:43Speaker 7: Yeah, it does the trick done middle Gray coning.
- 31:47Speaker 2: Good.
- 31:48Speaker 3: Did you buy that from the Ford Dealership and at
- 31:50Speaker 3: the Mount there?
- 31:51Speaker 2: Yes?
- 31:51Speaker 3: Yeah, my brother works there, does he?
- 31:53Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 31:53Speaker 3: Yeah, he said the new range of terrible.
- 31:57Speaker 2: Good. What's been going on, John? Have you been doing
- 32:00Speaker 2: anything over the summer? I haven't been paying attention ready
- 32:03Speaker 2: to be honest, fair enough.
- 32:06Speaker 7: You had a few shows, Yeah, yeah, played played rhythm
- 32:09Speaker 7: and vines.
- 32:11Speaker 4: That man, there was another passing down with rain and
- 32:15Speaker 4: that it was all good.
- 32:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 32:16Speaker 9: We played day two when everyone had their gun boots
- 32:18Speaker 9: and then and then we kind of you know, the
- 32:20Speaker 9: sun came out and we did the sunset slot.
- 32:22Speaker 2: Oh ma, she was pumping.
- 32:24Speaker 4: Caddy was over there and now I'm a fan of his,
- 32:26Speaker 4: but it would have been It's difficult for me to
- 32:29Speaker 4: get in there as a as an elder gentleman. It's
- 32:31Speaker 4: a weird look having me roaming around the camping ground.
- 32:34Speaker 4: People think it's a bit weird. How did he go?
- 32:36Speaker 4: Did you catch it?
- 32:37Speaker 5: No?
- 32:37Speaker 9: We were literally in and out, played show and then
- 32:39Speaker 9: played another show the next day.
- 32:40Speaker 2: So where else did you play?
- 32:43Speaker 7: We played at the Bowl in Taducky.
- 32:45Speaker 3: That's a good spot, man. Are you seriously plugged so
- 32:48Speaker 3: many gigs at the Bowl in.
- 32:53Speaker 2: Isn't it?
- 32:53Speaker 3: It's the Bowl of Brooklyn.
- 32:54Speaker 2: Brooklyn sounds good.

- 33:37Speaker 4: their first gig because in fifteen years or so.
- 33:39Speaker 9: Fifteen years, yeah, they were huge in the day they were.
- 33:44Speaker 4: Yeah, you just packed it up.
- 33:46Speaker 9: Yeah, I think they have retired about six times and yeah,
- 33:49Speaker 9: right another show, Yeah, yeah.
- 33:51Speaker 2: The bank. Yeah. Yeah. That's the difficulty with retiring, isn't it.
- 33:55Speaker 2: You're retiring and then you go, Now, what am I
- 33:56Speaker 2: going to do? You know what I mean? How am
- 33:59Speaker 2: I going to fill my time? Yeah? You know, I'll
- 34:02Speaker 2: tell you what. Let's go to tune. What one was it? Keasy?
- 34:05Speaker 3: We're going to shoot on You from Lab, which we've
- 34:07Speaker 3: actually played on the playliffs for a week a wee
- 34:09Speaker 3: while there. What is shoot on you about, Joel? Because
- 34:11Speaker 3: the way Jace says shoot on you makes it sound
- 34:13Speaker 3: like it's dirty.
- 34:14Speaker 7: Yeah, look, it's not about that.
- 34:17Speaker 9: The lyricers pull out my gun and shoot on you
- 34:20Speaker 9: and you take that as you will.
- 34:21Speaker 2: Jason, Well, I'm certainly taking certainly got a few visits
- 34:25Speaker 2: visuals in my mind here, Joel as I'm thinking about it.
- 34:29Speaker 2: Should we pump it out? What the song?
- 34:33Speaker 3: Or is that a proposition? Here's Lab Shoot.
- 34:35Speaker 1: On You The hod Archy Big Show week days from
- 34:39Speaker 1: four on Radio hood.
- 34:40Speaker 2: IQQ feelers Shoot on You La B. Speaking of which,
- 34:44Speaker 2: we've got Joel from the band here with us. So
- 34:46Speaker 2: what's the band being up with apart from up to
- 34:49Speaker 2: I should say, apart from gigs and so forth, here
- 34:51Speaker 2: getting another album in the max. What's been happening?
- 34:54Speaker 9: Yeah, that's that's the plan this year, man, We're going
- 34:56Speaker 9: to hit the studio and get amongst nice.
- 34:58Speaker 3: Can I guess the name of it?
- 35:01Speaker 2: Yep?
- 35:02Speaker 7: Toto seven?
- 35:03Speaker 3: Really because you have to five? Isn't it would be
- 35:10Speaker 3: Holy Ship? At any point?
- 35:11Speaker 6: Are you?
- 35:11Speaker 3: Are you regretting the naming convention?
- 35:13Speaker 9: Well, look, it's just chapters, just like Harry Potter bro
- 35:16Speaker 9: and just like straight up the Gats one through seven.
- 35:19Speaker 9: Maybe maybe we go to ten. I don't know, but
- 35:22Speaker 9: maybe we should change it up. Hey, look, if you've
- 35:23Speaker 9: got any suggestions, folks, fire them.
- 35:25Speaker 3: Through three four eight three is the text number. How
- 35:29Speaker 3: you guys going as a band?
- 35:29Speaker 2: Man?
- 35:30Speaker 3: You still enjoy working together?
- 35:31Speaker 2: Yes? What?
- 35:34Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 35:35Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 35:35Speaker 2: Hang on? It was a real pause there. Yeah, it
- 35:39Speaker 2: was like, yes, well, because.
- 35:42Speaker 3: We talked about this yesterday. We had Liz from the
- 35:44Speaker 3: Beths and Legend, who's an absolute legitd lovely, and we
- 35:47Speaker 3: were talking about how some bands they have a falling
- 35:49Speaker 3: out then they stop and the other bands can go
- 35:50Speaker 3: on for a long time. Alib you guys been going
- 35:52Speaker 3: for a while as well. You guys are still.
- 35:54Speaker 7: Close to a decade now.
- 35:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:55Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, we're good man, like we're you know, everyone's
- 35:58Speaker 9: at different stages of life.
- 36:00Speaker 7: Yeah, that's the thing, you know.
- 36:01Speaker 9: Yeah one of our one of our boys is you know,
- 36:04Speaker 9: running a gym at home, and and so it's like,
- 36:08Speaker 9: you know, everyone's busy doing other stuff as well as MBV.
- 36:11Speaker 9: It's not just our lives, you know. We're at one
- 36:14Speaker 9: point it was yes, that's all we did.
- 36:16Speaker 3: And that's four years and that's how you get the
- 36:18Speaker 3: band started.
- 36:19Speaker 7: Yeah, so now it's at that point we were kind
- 36:20Speaker 7: of like, you know, just.
- 36:21Speaker 2: Yea, that's a good thing. Though, I reckon seriously, other
- 36:25Speaker 2: things going on in your life, so it's not just
- 36:27Speaker 2: your soul focused, I mean creatively. Do you feel like
- 36:31Speaker 2: you've changed direction much from where you started off to
- 36:34Speaker 2: where you are now? Yeah? Sure, that was a good question.
- 36:37Speaker 7: Are you getting serious?
- 36:39Speaker 2: I know it was a bit too serious.
- 36:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 36:43Speaker 9: It definitely has evolved, and I think the sound is
- 36:46Speaker 9: kind of you know that that first album was was
- 36:49Speaker 9: raw and up the guts, heats of solos and you know,
- 36:52Speaker 9: quite quite full on, and then it kind of softened
- 36:54Speaker 9: a bit and we've definitely tried so many things we
- 36:56Speaker 9: had strings on albums, had you know, all sorts of
- 36:59Speaker 9: different flavors, I guess, and moving forward, we want to
- 37:02Speaker 9: kind of go back to that.
- 37:03Speaker 7: Oh yeah, that'll be the misses.
- 37:07Speaker 4: You're asking about getting more chips. Yes, what was it
- 37:13Speaker 4: saying you've tried lots of different things on your own,
- 37:15Speaker 4: including strings?
- 37:16Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, so kind of moving forward, we always try
- 37:19Speaker 9: and bring a new element and you know some kind.
- 37:20Speaker 2: Of yeah, man, well you have to keep it new,
- 37:22Speaker 2: you know what I mean, otherwise you don't get excited
- 37:24Speaker 2: about it.
- 37:24Speaker 9: And they're going, like with the time apart and time off,
- 37:27Speaker 9: it's good to kind of refuel creatively and come back
- 37:29Speaker 9: to the drawing board with some stuff.
- 37:30Speaker 3: You know, Yes, what are your what are your songs?
- 37:33Speaker 3: Mister Reggae? Literally is a bit there where you're just
- 37:35Speaker 3: breaking it down on like all these different instruments. You're
- 37:37Speaker 3: putting a bit like hockey tongk's having piano and stuff
- 37:39Speaker 3: like that, so that you guys just test and stuff
- 37:41Speaker 3: out totally.
- 37:42Speaker 9: We just come up like that's a that's actually a
- 37:44Speaker 9: cover of a Hawaiian reggae song.
- 37:46Speaker 7: Really, and the boys, the Chors Boys used to play.
- 37:48Speaker 2: It back in the day.
- 37:49Speaker 9: Really, it's just like a warm up kind of I
- 37:51Speaker 9: had idea, yeah, yeah, and then we kind of made
- 37:54Speaker 9: that arrangement and checked the solo in there and changed
- 37:57Speaker 9: it up.
- 37:58Speaker 3: You guys are playing with stand This is actually my
- 38:01Speaker 3: This is like right in my wheelhouse, to be honest,
- 38:04Speaker 3: L A B. And then you've got stan Walker. My
- 38:05Speaker 3: missus will be happy about that. I can't sing stan
- 38:08Speaker 3: Walker what you were saying? Off Holy you got nes
- 38:18Speaker 3: and Mystic playing a Radna is playing as well to hear,
- 38:21Speaker 3: and that's happening. Trust threna out of fields if you
- 38:23Speaker 3: do want to. It's loop dot co dot n Z.
- 38:25Speaker 3: So hell of a cast man.
- 38:26Speaker 7: Yeah, we're looking forward to men.
- 38:27Speaker 9: It's the first time we've played in Auckland in like
- 38:29Speaker 9: four years as well to Trust before.
- 38:32Speaker 2: For Kezy and I, that's our homehood. Yeah man, any good?
- 38:36Speaker 7: What's the good pie?
- 38:39Speaker 2: The baby? We go? Yeah?
- 38:40Speaker 4: That man. They buy all their pies in town and
- 38:43Speaker 4: then they get out home and they lock all the doors.
- 38:45Speaker 4: I saying, it's shocking out the Yeah, man, that's what
- 38:49Speaker 4: Jason is just about to move into the city. He
- 38:50Speaker 4: hates it.
- 38:51Speaker 2: Yeah, that's true, man, it's true. Well, I mean it's
- 38:54Speaker 2: backbone out west, it's backbone.
- 38:57Speaker 4: So it doesn't suit Jason at all. You's got to
- 38:58Speaker 4: get into town. He's going to go.
- 39:00Speaker 2: And I certainly wouldn't walk the streets man of west Auckland,
- 39:05Speaker 2: and she wanted to.

- 42:21Speaker 4: doesn't like cats. She likes this one. Yes, yeah, I'm
- 42:24Speaker 4: really enjoy it.
- 42:24Speaker 3: How does Grandma Sue feel about the cat's name?
- 42:28Speaker 4: Look, I've had to cover that up a little bit, right,
- 42:32Speaker 4: but you know, it is what it is. When I
- 42:33Speaker 4: told her that we came up with the name, you know,
- 42:37Speaker 4: but cher Chris. Yeah, and it was not it was
- 42:40Speaker 4: not my call. It was a binding referendum. It was,
- 42:42Speaker 4: you know, from a big pole.
- 42:44Speaker 3: She completely understood, right, Okay, yeah, speaking of the big
- 42:48Speaker 3: pole actually in binding referendums. Up next, the results of

- 44:33Speaker 2: Not really?
- 44:36Speaker 3: Okay? Blackhawk says it's him, Billy says that's a visual
- 44:41Speaker 3: confirmation on Hoidigs. But Michael says Parker is taller, which
- 44:46Speaker 3: I think is insulting. Yeah, who's who's his lady Penelope.
- 44:52Speaker 3: Then who's your lady Penelope? Would it be your wife?
- 44:55Speaker 2: My wife?
- 44:58Speaker 3: Ha ha backbone Sis sirs Cape Produce, which I believe
- 45:05Speaker 3: is an exporter of premium New Zealand produce. So they

- 45:17Speaker 4: it's going to be up.
- 45:18Speaker 3: And what did we say? The threshold was? Was above
- 45:21Speaker 3: fifty percent? Well, I think it should be a minimum
- 45:23Speaker 3: of sexty for a for a binding referendum. Okay, And
- 45:26Speaker 3: what do you do if it's over ninety? What's that?
- 45:29Speaker 3: Then you have to get a tattoo. You have to
- 45:31Speaker 3: get a teto.
- 45:33Speaker 2: Of Parker whereabouts?
- 45:35Speaker 3: I don't know, man, I don't know.
- 45:37Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 45:38Speaker 3: The result is forty j ninety five percent of everyone
- 45:40Speaker 3: thinks you look like Parker from Thunderbirds.
- 45:44Speaker 4: As a result of all time ever it is.
- 45:48Speaker 2: Yeah, so well, why are you so down on this?
- 45:53Speaker 3: Jason? He's such a legend. Just listen to him, man,

- 46:11Speaker 3: Like a cooler person from Thunderbirds you wanted to be
- 46:14Speaker 3: or what is it, man.
- 46:15Speaker 2: I'm trying. There was of course Lady Penelope. Yeah, I'd

- 46:31Speaker 3: here with the big glasses. And then you had Virgil
- 46:35Speaker 3: Virgil I think was he the old guy who ran
- 46:37Speaker 3: the island and they were all his sons or something
- 46:39Speaker 3: like that and daughters. And then you had what, Jase,
- 46:42Speaker 3: what was your favorite thunderbird?
- 46:43Speaker 4: Man?
- 46:44Speaker 3: I was before my time Kezy Thunderbirds was watching that?
- 46:48Speaker 2: Yeah, wow, you know it's before my time.
- 46:51Speaker 3: Come on, man, I was a big Thunderbird two guy.

- 46:57Speaker 4: a bit freaky. I found the puppet's a bit freaky.
- 47:00Speaker 4: It was always the puppets.

- 47:11Speaker 4: You must have who was who was the worst one.
- 47:16Speaker 2: Of Thunderbirds out.
- 47:18Speaker 4: Of same Street or you know all the muppets, which
- 47:22Speaker 4: was the one that freaked you out the most.

- 47:27Speaker 3: Really, he's the drummer right, Oh no, I.
- 47:32Speaker 2: Tell you who it was the one that used to
- 47:34Speaker 2: freak me out. Was the Swedish scientist guy?
- 47:38Speaker 4: Was it the Swedish shaer for the scientists that had
- 47:40Speaker 4: no eyeballs?
- 47:41Speaker 2: The scientists had no Yeah, actually, now that I think
- 47:44Speaker 2: about it, maybe.
- 47:48Speaker 4: Speaker Baker, Yeah, Baker as well. Yeah, Yeaker was assistant.
- 47:55Speaker 3: Yes, actually, question Jase, would you rather look like Parker
- 47:58Speaker 3: from Thunderbirds or gone Zo from Sesame Street or the
- 48:02Speaker 3: muppets just out of here? Like? Which one would you
- 48:05Speaker 3: rather look like?
- 48:06Speaker 1: We'll do that tomorrow the Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from

- 50:24Speaker 4: went along. They send us a photo of them having
- 50:26Speaker 4: a great time in joining the basketball and the drinks

- 52:02Speaker 2: Do you think it was so controversial Fellas that we
- 52:05Speaker 2: need to scrub that podcast?
- 52:07Speaker 3: What do you mean scrub it just to remove it
- 52:09Speaker 3: from the history books. I don't know if you can.
- 52:12Speaker 4: No, man, we've already talked about it on the old radio.
- 52:15Speaker 2: We could stay behind after the shaded down to another one.
- 52:19Speaker 2: I mean, if it's causing that much offense.
- 52:21Speaker 3: Well, now Pugs has beaped it, we've put a disclaimer.
- 52:25Speaker 3: There's nothing more we can do.
- 52:26Speaker 4: The only other thing we can do, in which we
