A shooting erupted on First Street in Albany on May 22nd, leaving cops with shell casings and a 28-year-old man rushed to the hospital with a leg wound. Investigators later identified a second shooter — 29-year-old Nayquan Joseph — who allegedly fired during the incident. Joseph was arrested on July 2nd, charged with reckless endangerment and illegal weapon possession, and is currently jailed while authorities continue their probe into the full scope of that chaotic day.
