- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: On Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: If you are planning a trip to see the Roman Coliseum, don't be surprised if you run into a scene like this.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: Those prayers are actually protests, hundreds of Muslims openly demonstrating against the latest crackdown by the Italian government.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_00]: Stigma at the very end of this video because we're going to see how the nation of Italy is leading the fight to restore their national and religious sovereignty and how they're inspiring more and more Europeans to rise up and defend Christian civilization once and for all.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your patron professor here to help you make sense of the madness with breaking news and analysis.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_00]: You're not going to get anywhere else, so you know what to do.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_00]: If you've been with this channel for a while, you already know Europe has been on a nationalist
- 1:21[SPEAKER_00]: culturally assertive trajectory for some time, where more and more scholars are indeed openly recognizing and admitting that the so-called far-right, the radical right has actually gone increasingly mainstream throughout the continent.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: Now we've talked about Switzerland's national berca band, passed by referendum.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_00]: We've talked about Austria, shutting down seven mosques,
- 1:46[SPEAKER_00]: In a single day, an expelling dozens of Turkish funded moms.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_00]: We've talked about Denmark criminalizing foreign donations to Moss from countries like Qatar and Saudi Arabia and Turkey, and we've talked about France closing dozens of mosques banning the Abayah and now criminalizing what they call entryism outright.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_00]: But what just happened in Italy?
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: is a different kind of story because this wasn't really about extremism or foreign funding or hidden terror network.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_00]: It was about something even more basic, a legal loophole that most Italian administrations ignored.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_00]: until now.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_00]: In Morphalcone, a town of about 30,000 people in Italy's Northeastern coast, home to Fincanteare, one of the largest shipyards in Europe, roughly a third of the population is foreign born.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_00]: Many of them Bangladesh, she Muslim laborers, who came to build cruise ships.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_00]: Now, for years, two converted commercial buildings in town, functioned in practice as mosques.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: used every Friday for prayer, even though under Italian zoning laws, they were never classified license or inspected as a formal house of worship.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: Now, what makes this even more interesting is that Islam has no, it's called indezza.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's a formal legal agreement between the state and a religious organization with the Italian state.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_00]: Catholicism as one, Judaism has one, several Protestant-Dutton denominations have one.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_00]: Islam does not technically speaking.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_00]: Islam is not a formally recognized religion in Italy.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: It is not a legally recognized religion, which means there's no streamlined legal path for a mosque in Italy to become a fully recognized religious building the way a church or a synagogue can.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: what happened instead all across the country was that Muslim communities quietly rented out old factories, garages, shop fronts.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_00]: They paid their local business taxes just like anyone else and they just simply called them prayer rooms.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_00]: Tax like a business treated by the town is nothing more than a business, never granted the protections of an actual house of worship.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_00]: That's the loophole,
- 4:14[SPEAKER_00]: That is, until November of 2023, when Mulfout Gone's mayor on a Maria Cassint of the Nationalist Populous Lega Party decided she was done pretending it didn't exist.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_00]: She ordered the closure of both centers, citing violations of urban planning codes, governing commercial use buildings along with public safety concerns about occupancy and fire exits.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_00]: Now, because since they didn't frame this as a religious ban, she framed it as a basic code enforcement, the same standard that will apply to any unlicensed assembly hall in Italy,
- 4:58[SPEAKER_00]: Zoning law simply does not permit converting a commercial unit into a religious building without going through the proper process.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: Now, predictably this blew up, right?
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: Protests broke out with crowds estimated at one point of about 8,000 people at their peak.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_00]: Muslim workers banned from praying inside, moved their Friday prayers, first to a privately own construction site then to a concrete parking lot, hundreds of men kneeling on pavement in the open air, the case dragged through Italian courts for nearly three years, and then finally, just weeks ago, literally days ago, July 31st.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_00]: Italy's highest administrative court sitting in full-planarization issued with Italian media called a historic ruling.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_00]: They definitively rejected the appeal of the Darus Islamic cultural center, and they sided with the city of Mount Mount Cornet once and for all simply put Muslims in Italy do not have a right to any building precise because they are not illegally recognised religion in Italy.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: And what happened next?
- 6:15[SPEAKER_00]: was nothing short of a domino effect throughout the entire nation that will absolutely below you away.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_00]: Are you feeling the whip-lash in the markets of light, right?
- 6:27[SPEAKER_00]: We're seeing record volatility and wild swings in the economy?
- 6:31[SPEAKER_00]: If you're like most hardworking patriots, you know, salary professional, a career person or a small business owner, you're probably exhausted by it all.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_00]: Your purchasing power is going to continue to shrink, which is exactly why when I'm about to tell you is so important.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: What if you could flip the script?
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: What if this extreme market movement is actually presenting unique and powerful money-making opportunities that everyday folks can take advantage of, just like the elites do?
- 7:02[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine having a simple proven step-by-step system.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_00]: something that's specifically designed to be learned by regular people with busy laws, something you could actually picture yourself doing just minutes a day that puts you in a position to take advantage of the very same opportunities the elites have when they've always kept it to themselves.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_00]: Now I know what you might be thinking, you know, I was frankly skeptical about it myself.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_00]: We've all been conditioned to believe that taking control of our own financial destiny is just to risky or that you have to be some Wall Street Insider to make it work.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_00]: But the truth is, once you understand how to harness this volatility.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: this is the best business in the world.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_00]: And you can do it from the comfort of your own.

- 9:32[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go get it together.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_00]: Malphalconi wasn't an isolated case, it was the opening domino, so in Massafra down in Pulea, police shut down another unlicensed mosque on July 28, after an inspection turned up overcrowding, mold, blocked emergency exits, and flammable carpeting laid right next to heaters.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: In Milan, a mosque on Via Cavalcante had been fighting eviction for 12
- 10:02[SPEAKER_00]: straight years before it was finally definitively closed just days ago.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_00]: The brothers of Italy officials publicly credited the George Maloney government directly, saying Rome is standing in the front row in defense of Italians against Islam.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: And in the city of Padua,
- 10:22[SPEAKER_00]: The leg-a-party formally filed a legal complaint July against the city's own mayor accusing him of dragging his feet on enforcing a mosque closure order that had been issued all the way back in October of 2025.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_00]: So what you're watching isn't one mayor and one shipyard town.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: It's a coordinated nationwide reckoning with a legal gap that Islamic communities had been operating inside of for over a decade.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_00]: A gap that George Maloney's own government is now closing straight from the halls of Rome.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_00]: They're making it absolutely clear.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_00]: that a faith with no formal legal status and Italy cannot simply write its own rules by occupying commercial real estate for a decade and then calling it settled law.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: And it's not just Italy taking these measures.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_00]: The Greek government has launched a sweeping crackdown targeting roughly 60 unlicensed illegal moss across Athens and the wider Attica Basin, and deporting the people running them.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_00]: Under a new law operating an unauthorized religious site is now a criminal offense carrying two to six months in prison, very steep fines, and any foreign national court running one of these illegal sites automatically loses their residence permit and faces permanent deportation.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_00]: Athens is home to somewhere between 200, 300,000 Muslims with dozens of illegal mosques bringing up in basements, apartments, warehouses completely outside government control.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_00]: These are the mosques that the government is shutting down right now across Athens.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_00]: And authorities are explicitly linking this crack down
- 12:06[SPEAKER_00]: to national security.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: Siding concerns over extremist ideologies infiltrating these unregulated spaces.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_00]: Now, Austria did this back in 2018.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: They shut down seven mosques in a single announcement and threatened to expel up to 60 imams tied to the Turkish state all under a 2015 law that banned foreign funding of Muslim clergy outright.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_00]: Denmark, when even further,
- 12:32[SPEAKER_00]: They passed a law on 2021 that lets the government blacklist specific foreign donors like Cateri Royals or Saudi entities, Kuwaiti Nationals, and criminalizes any mosque that takes their money.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_00]: Germany has banned entire Islamic networks outright including the Hamburg Islamic Center and its affiliated Shia mosques in 2024 over alleged Iranian regime ties and has blocked connections.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_00]: as we've covered several times on this channel, just move to criminalize what they call entryism.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_00]: The deliberate, coordinated infiltration of schools, city councils, and public institutions by Islamist networks in order to subvert the French state.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: But you put it all together and you begin to see continent-wide movement known as civilizational populism, a worldwide phenomenon where more and more populations are openly championing and defending their own unique cultures, customs and traditions against a feckless globalist elite who sold out their national sovereignty for their own political and economic gain.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_00]: nation after nation in Europe is refusing to allow Islamic institutions to operate in a permanent legal graze on taxed influence on regulated funding on license buildings simply because nobody wrote the rules down clearly enough the first time.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_00]: That's the story in Rome, Athens, Vienna, Copenhagen, Paris, and Berlin, they're all writing at the same time, each in their own language, each with their own legal tools, a Western civilization uprising, deciding all at once that tolerance does not mean the absence of rules, or even more importantly, the surrender of their civilization.
