- 0:23Speaker 3: This is the Woody Show.
- 0:26Speaker 4: Insensitivity Training.
- 0:37Speaker 5: Class is now in session.
- 0:40Speaker 4: M H.
- 0:43Speaker 5: Happy Friday, everybody, It is the Woody Show. I am Menace.
- 0:50Speaker 5: We are joined by Gina. We're joined by Greg. We're
- 0:53Speaker 5: joined by Borgan, Yo Sea Bass. We have boards, we
- 0:56Speaker 5: have Menji, we have Tyler, we are have on and
- 1:01Speaker 5: we we're missing Woody and we're also missing Sammy. People
- 1:07Speaker 5: have been asking where Sammy. Yeah, and Sammy. Yeah, she's
- 1:12Speaker 5: been at a wedding in Hawaii. So not her. That's
- 1:16Speaker 5: for her seven days. Apparently she was just knitting in
- 1:21Speaker 5: the bank. Did she say she was part of the
- 1:23Speaker 5: wedding party. I think so, okay, because that would make
- 1:26Speaker 5: sense on how many days she's been gone or I
- 1:29Speaker 5: don't know. I never found that out. But anyway, girls
- 1:32Speaker 5: ridiculous like things they do. Yeah, there's a lot of
- 1:35Speaker 5: pre parties all that kind of stuff. Ready, Yeah, But
- 1:38Speaker 5: the biggest news is Woody is not here because he
- 1:41Speaker 5: is finally receiving his airplane. Finally. It's been weeks and weeks,
- 1:46Speaker 5: weeks and weeks that he's been waiting for this airplane,
- 1:49Speaker 5: so he had to go pick it up. And I'm
- 1:52Speaker 5: sure he's like over the moon about this.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Somebody had texted in, how do you pick up a plane?
- 1:57Speaker 5: You go through it and then you fly in to
- 2:00Speaker 5: where you're going. And he has acknowledged this before. This
- 2:05Speaker 5: was the plane that I actually showed him years ago,
- 2:08Speaker 5: because it's a plane that has a parachute on it,
- 2:13Speaker 5: and because his wife, you know, didn't let him go
- 2:16Speaker 5: get his bious license forever, like oh, we have kids,
- 2:18Speaker 5: we have kids, you know whatever, you know, something happens. Yeah,
- 2:23Speaker 5: but I said, I'll go, dude, show her this plane
- 2:25Speaker 5: that has this parashute. And then so now he's gonna
- 2:29Speaker 5: go pick it up right now. So that's why he's
- 2:31Speaker 5: not on the show today. So we're just gonna be
- 2:33Speaker 5: hanging out on this Friday, all of us together. And
- 2:37Speaker 5: last Saturday, I went to my very first NASCAR race,
- 2:41Speaker 5: really first ever because I I've been to a bunch
- 2:44Speaker 5: of F one races fancy because yeah, I'm super fancy,
- 2:47Speaker 5: and yes, it was a very different experience from F
- 2:50Speaker 5: one at NASCAR. And while I was there, I did
- 2:54Speaker 5: a game will they know it? Well, it's it's an
- 2:59Speaker 5: original game that I came up with and copyright here
- 3:02Speaker 5: on the Woody Show, where I asked a series of
- 3:05Speaker 5: questions to people and you have to guess will they
- 3:09Speaker 5: know the answer to that question?
- 3:10Speaker 2: Oh, so you don't have to answer it, You have
- 3:11Speaker 2: to guess if they will.
- 3:12Speaker 5: Yeah, so you guys, Yeah, do you guys want to
- 3:15Speaker 5: play that game? You got to chat? All right? Now,
- 3:18Speaker 5: let's hear from this person first. His name is Alan,
- 3:21Speaker 5: and Alan was at the race twelve hours before the
- 3:25Speaker 5: race started. So see you here early today? Yes, we are, Yeah,
- 3:28Speaker 5: you're ready for the races or what?
- 3:30Speaker 2: Yeah, we'd like to get early.
- 3:31Speaker 5: What's your thoughts on Dale Earnhardt?
- 3:34Speaker 2: Great driver?
- 3:34Speaker 5: A lot of people say he just performed the Pitt
- 3:36Speaker 5: maneuver right at the end and that's how he won races.
- 3:38Speaker 5: You agree or disagree on that?
- 3:40Speaker 2: No, the way you run the races was the users
- 3:42Speaker 2: right from bumper to take the other guy out.
- 3:43Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, the pitt maneuver exactly.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:46Speaker 5: Yeah, he was really good at that, Yeah, spitting people out.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Yeah, and he saw a lot of drivers that followed
- 3:52Speaker 2: after him the same maneuver. Yeah.
- 3:54Speaker 5: So Alan, you can tell is a typical NASCAR fan. Yeah,
- 3:59Speaker 5: apparently doesn't know what the pitt maneuver is, right, Yeah,
- 4:02Speaker 5: so I broke it down for him. So I'm going
- 4:04Speaker 5: to give him this first question here, you guys, hear it.
- 4:07Speaker 5: You tell me. Do you think he'll know the answer
- 4:09Speaker 5: to this question? Can you name the artist that is
- 4:11Speaker 5: performing at the super Bowl this year?
- 4:14Speaker 2: No? Good question.
- 4:16Speaker 6: I don't think there's any way he will come up
- 4:18Speaker 6: with the name.
- 4:19Speaker 5: Now here's the thing.
- 4:19Speaker 7: This would be noted that Menace is at this the
- 4:21Speaker 7: Las Vegas Motor Speedway, right, so this is not Atlanta, Talladega, Tennessee,
- 4:28Speaker 7: or anything like that.
- 4:28Speaker 3: But he's clearly not a local. Yah, because he sounds
- 4:33Speaker 3: like someone from Vegas.
- 4:35Speaker 2: You know what. He probably heard about it in the
- 4:37Speaker 2: news but then didn't commit it to memory.
- 4:39Speaker 8: So he's gonna say like some kind of animal like
- 4:41Speaker 8: that mad rabbit.
- 4:42Speaker 2: I'm gonna say, no, he won't not, No, No, he's not.
- 4:45Speaker 5: All right? Is that the official answer? Yeah? Oh that's right.
- 4:48Speaker 2: We need a group answer.
- 4:49Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 4:49Speaker 6: I think it's no.
- 4:50Speaker 5: I say no, okay, Yeah, we're all saying no, okay,
- 4:53Speaker 5: all right, here's the answer. Can you name the artist
- 4:56Speaker 5: that is performing at the super Bowl this year?
- 4:59Speaker 2: Can I?
- 5:00Speaker 5: I asked we could change it maybe, Oh you want
- 5:03Speaker 5: a different artist, yes, please, Okay, but can you mean
- 5:05Speaker 5: the artists?
- 5:06Speaker 2: Oh that's a name a bad bunny.
- 5:08Speaker 5: Wow, you're not a fan.
- 5:10Speaker 2: I'm not a fan.
- 5:11Speaker 5: If they don't sing in English, probably didn't go over
- 5:15Speaker 5: very well around here.
- 5:16Speaker 2: No, not really.
- 5:21Speaker 3: It's because of the controversy.
- 5:23Speaker 5: He's in the know. He pays attention to the news.
- 5:26Speaker 7: And by the way, when you show up like you
- 5:27Speaker 7: showed up with other tracks, you show up days in advance.
- 5:29Speaker 7: So then I have a NASCAR race. The camp out
- 5:31Speaker 7: is five, six, seven days.
- 5:32Speaker 5: Yeah, people are already like barbecuing early in the morning
- 5:34Speaker 5: and stuff.
- 5:35Speaker 7: It's fun, but it's also day three. I'm sitting outside
- 5:39Speaker 7: my trailer again waiting there we go.
- 5:41Speaker 3: I'm also wondering if this whole like not a US
- 5:43Speaker 3: citizen thing is just gender because he's not hot. Because
- 5:47Speaker 3: Shakira was a halftime show.
- 5:49Speaker 6: She's not a citizen.
- 5:51Speaker 5: You know, it's crazy he is.
- 5:54Speaker 7: I think it is more about the fact that none
- 5:56Speaker 7: of his hits are in English, Like, yeah, yeah, that's it,
- 5:59Speaker 7: I can understand.
- 6:00Speaker 2: And you're seeing it in the news too. A lot.
- 6:02Speaker 2: It's more trying to get your I L G B
- 6:05Speaker 2: t Q kind of behavior.
- 6:07Speaker 5: Yeah, they're trying to shoehorn that into.
- 6:10Speaker 2: It's a handful of stuff.
- 6:11Speaker 5: Yeah, whatever. People, they just want people to, you know,
- 6:14Speaker 5: bitch back and forth about about it. Stuff that doesn't matter.
- 6:17Speaker 5: All right, Okay, here's the next question. Will he know
- 6:20Speaker 5: the answer? Can you name the movie or a son
- 6:24Speaker 5: and a mother kiss?
- 6:26Speaker 8: Okay, he might name a few.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Kiss thrones.
- 6:36Speaker 6: I mean, is there one famous movie?
- 6:38Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 6:38Speaker 5: I think very famous movie Son and Mother. Let's go
- 6:43Speaker 5: with yeah, is it?
- 6:45Speaker 7: Are you? Are you trying to ask him questions like
- 6:47Speaker 7: this to to rile up NASCAR fans on.
- 6:49Speaker 5: Account of in breeding menace? I know what you're This
- 6:54Speaker 5: is a super famous movie. Guarantee you all.
- 6:58Speaker 8: You have seen somen of Us. Know I'm gonna say
- 7:00Speaker 8: he doesn't know Odysseus.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, we're going no right now.
- 7:05Speaker 5: Okay, that's your answer. Okay, here we go. Can you
- 7:08Speaker 5: name the movie where a son and a mother kiss?
- 7:14Speaker 2: No? I can't. I have no idea.
- 7:17Speaker 5: What's your favorite movie?
- 7:19Speaker 2: Dancers with wolves about eighteen times? I can't worry. I
- 7:26Speaker 2: can't even wear it out on my disc. Yeah.
- 7:29Speaker 5: Yeah, And the answer is back to the future. Okay,
- 7:36Speaker 5: never seen it.
- 7:37Speaker 7: Got a list of some of the people that have
- 7:38Speaker 7: performed at a recent NASCAR events. Second Wise, we got
- 7:42Speaker 7: Ludacris thirtieth special, right, yeah, somebody, Nate's a lot of
- 7:47Speaker 7: country sending guys, Nate Smith, Kelly Tucker, Corey Ken, Zach Top,
- 7:51Speaker 7: Nelly's in there, Okay, Yeah, I had Pitbull and Matchbox twenty.
- 7:55Speaker 5: Alright, good, good, all right, I have one more question
- 7:59Speaker 5: for you here we go. Can you name the name
- 8:03Speaker 5: of Taylor Swift's latest album?
- 8:07Speaker 6: This is when I'm torn?
- 8:08Speaker 5: Will say no.
- 8:10Speaker 8: He's in the know with the news.
- 8:12Speaker 3: Though, and that might be like his girl, you know,
- 8:18Speaker 3: or he could have a daughter that's a Swift.
- 8:20Speaker 5: He dances with wolves.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Guy, this is I don't know.
- 8:24Speaker 3: I feel like we shouldn't. I feel like we shouldn't
- 8:26Speaker 3: count him out on this.
- 8:27Speaker 8: I'm gonna be crazy. I'll say he knows I will too.
- 8:30Speaker 3: Okay, I'm here on no Island.
- 8:33Speaker 5: Okay, I've been out voted in my mind this whole time.
- 8:35Speaker 5: So all right, can you name the name of Taylor
- 8:40Speaker 5: Swift's latest album, show Girl something pretty?
- 8:50Speaker 3: I'm willing to give that to him.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Yeah, the Life of a show Girl.
- 8:53Speaker 5: Yeah, we're super fan.
- 8:57Speaker 7: Yeah, we get it. You love Taylor so performing the
- 9:01Speaker 7: Guy's performed at Charlotte. The band Hairball, Oh, Hairball, I'd
- 9:06Speaker 7: like to hear that, which is an arena rock tribute band.
- 9:09Speaker 5: Yeah. Again, very different from F one where they have
- 9:13Speaker 5: like ed m artists and stuff like that. Sorry, there's
- 9:15Speaker 5: no Hairball in the system here. I will be a
- 9:18Speaker 5: F one actually this weekend and Austin F one, so
- 9:22Speaker 5: if I see you there. A lot of listeners are
- 9:24Speaker 5: reached out to me asking me if there was going
- 9:25Speaker 5: to be a meet up. But if anybody is listening
- 9:31Speaker 5: and they have paddock access, please reach out to me
- 9:33Speaker 5: at mens on Instagram m E N A c E.

- 9:40Speaker 5: of cool content from the show on there for you

- 9:54Speaker 5: boo ha ha is back. It's part of my birthday month.

- 10:11Speaker 5: I'll love to see you there.
- 10:13Speaker 2: What is here? Well, welcome back to the Woody Show
- 10:17Speaker 2: on a Friday morning. Today is a National Clean your
- 10:21Speaker 2: Virtual Desktop Day.
- 10:23Speaker 5: Thank you woo.
- 10:24Speaker 2: He's not here, but he has got to do that.
- 10:25Speaker 2: He has ten thousand icons on his computer. Gives me anxiety.
- 10:29Speaker 3: He's super crazy like that.
- 10:32Speaker 2: No, look at his desktop. National pasta Day today. Rip.
- 10:36Speaker 2: It's also Black Poetry Day today, so we've got to
- 10:38Speaker 2: get von in here. Loud shirt day. And it's National
- 10:43Speaker 2: Mammography Day.
- 10:45Speaker 3: What is like, get your boobies, iney, get a breast example, Yeah,
- 10:49Speaker 3: I do need MAMOGRAPHYBI.
- 10:53Speaker 6: You haven't done that, have you?
- 10:54Speaker 10: No?
- 10:54Speaker 8: I'm too young.
- 10:55Speaker 3: I need Thank you?
- 10:57Speaker 2: And then menace. It was today. Inineteen eighty nine, that
- 11:01Speaker 2: huge seven point one earthquake in the Bay area of California.
- 11:05Speaker 5: I was therefore lived through and you were there.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Yep, disrupted the World Series. Yeah, pretty crazy and.
- 11:11Speaker 5: Called the World Series earthquake and told devastation. Luckily I
- 11:15Speaker 5: was in the middle of the field when that happened,
- 11:17Speaker 5: and dirt was shooting out of the ground like a movie.
- 11:19Speaker 5: Is crazy.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Do you know what I was doing during it?
- 11:21Speaker 5: What?
- 11:22Speaker 2: Watching The Brady Bunch? Thank you? And then the TV cutout? Pissed?
- 11:29Speaker 8: Remember what episode it was?
- 11:30Speaker 2: I don't, I don't would be fun. But speaking of entertainment,
- 11:33Speaker 2: menace has got to look at that.
- 11:35Speaker 5: Yes I do. And unfortunately, guys, it doesn't look like
- 11:38Speaker 5: we're gonna get any more Tron movies now. The Tron
- 11:42Speaker 5: movie though, just to even break, just to break even,
- 11:45Speaker 5: had to make eighty million dollars at the box office,
- 11:48Speaker 5: and currently it sits at thirty seven million dollars. But
- 11:52Speaker 5: I'll say this, keep the rollercoaster at the theme parks
- 11:55Speaker 5: because that rules. And Greg, I think you might actually
- 11:58Speaker 5: like this one because it's a motorcycle. Is this a motorcycles? Motorcycles?
- 12:01Speaker 2: Al right?
- 12:02Speaker 5: Cool? I got to try it for the first time
- 12:04Speaker 5: in Shanghai, that's where they put it first. But now
- 12:07Speaker 5: it's available in Florida. I say bring it to all
- 12:09Speaker 5: the parts because the least the ride rules, maybe the
- 12:13Speaker 5: movie not so much.
- 12:14Speaker 6: Do you go upside down?
- 12:15Speaker 5: Yes?
- 12:18Speaker 2: Yeah? But do it? Yeah?
- 12:19Speaker 5: Do it? Other movies that we might get though, is
- 12:23Speaker 5: new Jetson's starring Jim Carrey live action?
- 12:27Speaker 2: Right?
- 12:28Speaker 5: Yeah, so this is gonna be live action. Of course.
- 12:30Speaker 5: The Jetsons, you know, this came out in nineteen sixty two. Oh,
- 12:34Speaker 5: animated series. We actually had a Jetsons movie that was
- 12:38Speaker 5: and that was animated in the nineties, so you went
- 12:41Speaker 5: to the theater.
- 12:41Speaker 7: It was weird because my family was not a theater family,
- 12:45Speaker 7: I think on principle, but for some reason, I think
- 12:46Speaker 7: we were visiting my cousins in New York and The
- 12:49Speaker 7: Jetsons was out, and that's.
- 12:50Speaker 5: When we went to go see.
- 12:51Speaker 11: I was it.
- 12:51Speaker 5: What was your review? It was fine. I do find
- 12:55Speaker 5: this kind of odd, though, because I worshiped Jim Jim Carrey.
- 12:59Speaker 5: I love them, Yeah, but I find it odd because
- 13:02Speaker 5: you know how he's like super artsy and all that
- 13:04Speaker 5: kind of stuff. Dude. Anyway, I would think that he
- 13:07Speaker 5: would make more movies like Internal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind,
- 13:11Speaker 5: or like did you ever watch his TV series Kidding
- 13:15Speaker 5: that was on. It was very artsy and I loved it, yeah,
- 13:19Speaker 5: and trippy and stuff like Dying. Yeah, I would think
- 13:22Speaker 5: that he would make more stuff like that instead of
- 13:24Speaker 5: you know, song the Hedgehog.
- 13:25Speaker 3: You know what, Jetson's Steve Martin made all those cheaper
- 13:28Speaker 3: by the dozen movies.
- 13:29Speaker 6: He has artwork to buy. Jim needs a little.
- 13:32Speaker 5: Cash because these are making a billion dollars.
- 13:34Speaker 12: Jim actually said that he does the song at the
- 13:36Speaker 12: Hedgehog movies for his kids because his kids are a
- 13:38Speaker 12: big fan of the franchise. And he said he really
- 13:41Speaker 12: didn't want to do acting much anymore anyways, and he said, Okay,
- 13:44Speaker 12: I'll do this for you guys.
- 13:46Speaker 3: What kept him going to this was anyone asking for
- 13:48Speaker 3: the Jetsons. It's been a while since that's been on
- 13:50Speaker 3: anyone's radar.
- 13:51Speaker 12: Somebody was said, the same, best song of the Hedgehog.
- 13:52Speaker 12: But look how awesome that out? It was massive? Awesome,
- 13:55Speaker 12: all right, awesome?
- 13:56Speaker 5: Okay, Well how about this? Did you see? This been
- 14:00Speaker 5: floating around the internet for a couple of days and
- 14:03Speaker 5: we haven't mentioned it, So I'm just gonna give it
- 14:05Speaker 5: a quick mention. Did you see that Kim Kardashians skims
- 14:08Speaker 5: brand came out with those new underwear that have pubic
- 14:12Speaker 5: hair on it?
- 14:14Speaker 6: That was real?
- 14:15Speaker 5: Yeah, it is, It's absolutely real.
- 14:17Speaker 8: They're only like thirty five bucks and they're only.
- 14:19Speaker 5: Only thirty five dollars.
- 14:21Speaker 8: That's cheap for Kim K style.
- 14:23Speaker 3: Remember her last bra had the nips in it.
- 14:25Speaker 6: Right, this is the next day, and.
- 14:26Speaker 5: I'm absolutely convinced that she just comes out with these
- 14:29Speaker 5: certain products just to get people talking about the brand.
- 14:32Speaker 5: So you'll go to the website and.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Gift.
- 14:35Speaker 8: Yes it is. I looked it up on the website yesterday.
- 14:37Speaker 2: All right.
- 14:38Speaker 5: You see, I'm obsessed with pairs.
- 14:40Speaker 8: They come in ginger like they have blonde and then
- 14:43Speaker 8: let me.
- 14:44Speaker 5: Be let's let's explain exactly what this is.
- 14:45Speaker 7: These are like song style underwear with a it's not
- 14:50Speaker 7: pubes like poke it up f underneath.
- 14:52Speaker 5: Yeah, it's full bush.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:54Speaker 5: Yes. Unfortunately it's currently sold out.
- 14:57Speaker 8: Because I got them all yesterday and.
- 15:00Speaker 5: They sold it on the four x size gross Tyler
- 15:05Speaker 5: stop on the wait list. Okay, what's that? Tyler says, Yes,
- 15:09Speaker 5: he bought those at the back. Tyler, Yeah tell us.
- 15:13Speaker 5: All right, did you see that former Good Morning America
- 15:17Speaker 5: hosts t J. Holmes and Amy Robot. Oh yeah, they
- 15:21Speaker 5: got they got engaged. They're podcasting. Thank you, heart radio
- 15:27Speaker 5: companies paying those two weeks morons.
- 15:30Speaker 8: They're just a lesson. You never let the man you're
- 15:32Speaker 8: with keep you from the man you could be with.
- 15:34Speaker 5: Damn your eyes open. Always be looking for greener pastures.
- 15:41Speaker 6: Guys who said that's never commit.
- 15:45Speaker 9: Right right?
- 15:45Speaker 5: Always alone. I've never had a time too old. Yeah,
- 15:50Speaker 5: I always try to one up.
- 15:51Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 15:51Speaker 8: I mean they're happy.
- 15:55Speaker 5: Yeah, I guess so. And check out their podcasts available
- 15:58Speaker 5: on Iart Just not okay, geez dude, all right, well,
- 16:03Speaker 5: I will say I looked at our current ranking rankings
- 16:06Speaker 5: on the top one hundred iHeartRadio podcasts, and The Woody
- 16:10Speaker 5: Show is sitting at thirty nice on there ahead, and
- 16:15Speaker 5: I have not seen Amy and TJ on the top.
- 16:19Speaker 5: I'm to say we're doing pretty good. That's amazing, all right.
- 16:22Speaker 5: I have seen them on the charts before, so maybe
- 16:24Speaker 5: they just didn't have an episode out.
- 16:26Speaker 9: Maybe.
- 16:26Speaker 5: All right, are you big? Are you a big fan

- 17:01Speaker 5: I'm getting it. Well, what he will love This is

- 18:29Speaker 5: I've ever met, and he wouldn't expect that at all. Yeah,
- 18:33Speaker 5: shout out to Chris Kirkpatrick, Regal boy.
- 18:36Speaker 2: That guy. We're age twins. He's fifty four, sad Mike

- 19:10Speaker 2: a whopping one thousand, two and eighty three really nice

- 19:20Speaker 2: Shades of Asian Play Nice lending out her Labia.
- 19:24Speaker 8: I remember him and that you have to give it back.
- 19:26Speaker 12: Though.
- 19:26Speaker 2: He appeared in a Skip Class and spank Ass and
- 19:30Speaker 2: then Gina. He also starred in Wimpy Pathetic Guys don't
- 19:35Speaker 2: get to bang their wives.
- 19:36Speaker 5: I will say this. He looks like he's like a
- 19:39Speaker 5: finance bro. He does not look at a star. He
- 19:41Speaker 5: looks like a thirty five year old venture capitalist.
- 19:45Speaker 2: So does it make you want to see him do
- 19:46Speaker 2: porn even more because it's not obvious.
- 19:50Speaker 8: Universify line in the grocery store next to you and
- 19:53Speaker 8: you would never know.
- 19:54Speaker 5: Yeah, though question.
- 19:58Speaker 2: On his Twitter especially well, Happy birthday to Logan Piercy
- 20:01Speaker 2: is thirty five years old today. That's your Parna birthday,
- 20:04Speaker 2: that's your celebrity birthday.
- 20:05Speaker 5: Poems on his website, Oh god, this is National Poem Day.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Ray that Black Poetry Day.
- 20:15Speaker 5: It's the Woody Show. And you keep on listening. You're
- 20:19Speaker 5: trying to get those dodgers tickets the stadium box suitet tickets.
- 20:23Speaker 11: Is that the.
- 20:24Speaker 5: Official title of it? I know we said a billion times,
- 20:27Speaker 5: but I haven't, like committed to memory. But our friend
- 20:31Speaker 5: Tyler works here on the show now, and my favorite
- 20:34Speaker 5: baseball fun fact is that Tyler actually has a tattoo
- 20:38Speaker 5: from his little league team. And guess what, guys, he
- 20:42Speaker 5: never even played on the team.
- 20:43Speaker 10: So yeah, sost So why would you have a tattoo
- 20:52Speaker 10: of a little league team for a team that you
- 20:55Speaker 10: never even played on?
- 20:56Speaker 4: Okay, so it was the logo of the little league.
- 21:00Speaker 4: Me and my family were a.
- 21:01Speaker 2: Part of it.
- 21:02Speaker 4: But at the time it meant two things. It was
- 21:07Speaker 4: more for my family's share love shared baseball, so was.
- 21:10Speaker 5: That their legacy but I wouldn't know.
- 21:12Speaker 4: Also, I put it because the WS for wood, and
- 21:15Speaker 4: then on my other wrist I have the Angels old
- 21:17Speaker 4: logo with the c A. So I kind of looked
- 21:20Speaker 4: at it and it was like, Okay, don't forget where
- 21:22Speaker 4: you started, you started, but I will, I will say,
- 21:26Speaker 4: looking back on it, it is incredibly stupid and I
- 21:28Speaker 4: want to cover both of them up.
- 21:29Speaker 2: So Okay, I'm glad you said that caveat because I
- 21:32Speaker 2: was born in New York, and I don't think I'll
- 21:34Speaker 2: ever forget that. I don't need like an n Y
- 21:37Speaker 2: on my risk. Yeah this was I.
- 21:40Speaker 4: Think these were like almost ten years ago.
- 21:42Speaker 3: But Tyler's like ride or die for his family, and
- 21:44Speaker 3: I respect.
- 21:45Speaker 5: That as opposed to grig you're not at all.
- 21:48Speaker 2: I don't have a tattoo with my swim team logo.
- 21:55Speaker 7: Touched on is I'm so glad that Tyler having reached
- 21:59Speaker 7: such such heights. We'll never forget where he came from.
- 22:03Speaker 5: So Tyler keeping it. Yeah, yeah, so you have four brothers,
- 22:08Speaker 5: I have five, five brothers. Yeah, I always forget about
- 22:10Speaker 5: the fifth one. Now, they played, right, So what did
- 22:14Speaker 5: you do? You work concessions? Right, So I coached one
- 22:18Speaker 5: of the teams.
- 22:19Speaker 4: I did a lot of the they were like six seven.
- 22:25Speaker 4: You know, we're all figuring it out at.
- 22:26Speaker 5: That basically, at that age, it's just run. It's like
- 22:28Speaker 5: running the right swing. Because I think he was you
- 22:33Speaker 5: did groundskeeping though.
- 22:34Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, so I did that a little bit.
- 22:36Speaker 5: That was cool. I think he shoehorns the uh no.
- 22:38Speaker 4: I did. I legitimately managed my younger brothers single a
- 22:42Speaker 4: baseball team for like one game, No for the season.
- 22:46Speaker 4: For the season because that coach needed to help. It
- 22:47Speaker 4: was all over the place.
- 22:48Speaker 7: So technically a professional baseball team single a.
- 22:52Speaker 5: This is not we're out of the little league now.
- 22:54Speaker 2: Keeping it in the family essentially. Did you ever go
- 22:57Speaker 2: out to dinner as a family like and have like
- 22:59Speaker 2: do you have a sizzler tattoo?
- 23:02Speaker 12: Oh?
- 23:03Speaker 5: You enjoyed those after the game parties though?
- 23:05Speaker 2: Right?
- 23:05Speaker 5: They always have the pizza parties.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:07Speaker 4: Where would you go? There was lamp Post pizza over
- 23:11Speaker 4: in Lamarada.
- 23:12Speaker 2: There's a tattoo? Wait?
- 23:13Speaker 4: Yeah, personally I liked three alarm a little bit more.
- 23:18Speaker 5: Yeah, but no, you need to get the one for
- 23:20Speaker 5: r I P dude, Pizza Mania that burned coming back.
- 23:25Speaker 5: I didn't hear about this.
- 23:26Speaker 4: Yeah, so we don't need.
- 23:26Speaker 8: To do it the tattoo.
- 23:28Speaker 5: Yeah, well you do like a little juices thing where
- 23:31Speaker 5: it's moving the stone.
- 23:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:32Speaker 5: So, and people don't know I'm whittier. Pizza Mania burnt down, right,
- 23:36Speaker 5: and that I mean, how long has that thing that
- 23:39Speaker 5: burnt down?
- 23:40Speaker 4: Just over a year ago? It was open, Oh god,
- 23:43Speaker 4: it was open for at least I think thirty years. Yeah,
- 23:46Speaker 4: so people were devast It was actually pretty sad. It
- 23:49Speaker 4: was like a real community staple used to hire a
- 23:52Speaker 4: bunch of high school kids, like that would be their
- 23:54Speaker 4: summer job.
- 23:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:55Speaker 5: Now, do you have any update on the Peico? What
- 24:00Speaker 5: is it the pico? Shaky's that burned? I do not
- 24:03Speaker 5: have a pizza.
- 24:06Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 24:07Speaker 4: But the last side checked that place still closed off,
- 24:10Speaker 4: still fenced off. We I don't know if that's ever
- 24:12Speaker 4: coming back.
- 24:13Speaker 12: But you're bringing up tattoos of Tyler a pizza one.
- 24:15Speaker 12: Here he has a pizza Now is his stupidest tattoo
- 24:20Speaker 12: the angle that it's on. And and here's the thing,
- 24:21Speaker 12: Tyler's gonna say, I hate them, gonna cover them up.
- 24:23Speaker 12: He's never covering up.
- 24:24Speaker 5: No, no, no, So the pizza one sting that rule? Now, Gina,
- 24:28Speaker 5: when you first met Tyler and he saw that pizza tattoo,
- 24:31Speaker 5: oh I know you're married.
- 24:33Speaker 3: But I fell in love. Yeah, I legitimately was like,
- 24:36Speaker 3: what steak can I move to? Will they recognize the threatle.
- 24:39Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna throw a photo of it
- 24:42Speaker 5: so people can see how dumb it is on our
- 24:44Speaker 5: Instagram story show.
- 24:46Speaker 4: So I will never forget. We're out at a bar,
- 24:49Speaker 4: like maybe a couple of weeks after I got this
- 24:51Speaker 4: thing right, and we were doing some kind of show
- 24:54Speaker 4: event for when I was here back then, like six
- 24:56Speaker 4: years ago. So I go up to the bar and
- 24:59Speaker 4: a buddy of mine is next to me, and Brett
- 25:02Speaker 4: remembers this because he was there.
- 25:03Speaker 5: Well, he used to work on the show. His name
- 25:05Speaker 5: was I Rocky sound with.
- 25:06Speaker 4: Yes, yes, yes. So he's standing next to me. Bartender
- 25:10Speaker 4: goes up to me and she's like, Oh, I really
- 25:12Speaker 4: like your tattoo. And she's hot, right, So I'm like, okay,
- 25:15Speaker 4: this kind of let me see if I can work this.
- 25:18Speaker 4: Yeah exactly, She's like, oh, I really like your tattoo.
- 25:21Speaker 4: I'm like, oh, thank you so much. Whatever she says.
- 25:24Speaker 4: I have a thing for stupid tattoos.
- 25:28Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 25:29Speaker 4: Eric immediately started laughing and just laughed. I'm like, I'm
- 25:31Speaker 4: just graying, walking away.
- 25:32Speaker 5: I'm good. It sounds like something Morgan would say, take
- 25:35Speaker 5: it where you can hear it. Where does the story go? Though?
- 25:37Speaker 5: That's that's because I was just done.
- 25:39Speaker 4: I was like, oh, but the confidence.
- 25:41Speaker 8: Level was that picky.
- 25:42Speaker 5: No, the confidence level was not there yet. You can't
- 25:46Speaker 5: be any level. It wasn't.
- 25:48Speaker 4: It wasn't about being picky at that time, it was
- 25:50Speaker 4: just like, well the confidence is shot, We're.
- 25:52Speaker 8: Done takes, She's into whatever it is.
- 25:56Speaker 5: You realize that six years later Tyler fumbled something. I
- 26:00Speaker 5: don't believe it. Anyways, Well, thank you for listening to
- 26:03Speaker 5: The Woody Show. This is yeah, it's the Woody Show.
- 26:10Speaker 5: It's a menace, it's Greg, it's Gina, it's organ at
- 26:14Speaker 5: Sea Bass, it's words spawn. Do you even have a
- 26:18Speaker 5: dumb ass siler here? And Sammy, she's at a wedding.
- 26:23Speaker 6: She's an assignment.
- 26:24Speaker 5: Yeah, in Hawaii? And what are you picking up an
- 26:27Speaker 5: airplane that he purchased? So we're we're still here on
- 26:31Speaker 5: her friday? Now?
- 26:33Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 26:34Speaker 5: What to pick up an airplane? That's not an every
- 26:36Speaker 5: day Yeah yeah, I mean it's like buying a car.
- 26:39Speaker 5: Not a big deal. So, uh, we're gonna go into
- 26:42Speaker 5: this next segment though, and it's Sea Bass on your Side.
- 26:45Speaker 5: It's listed as that am I an a Hole? Sort
- 26:49Speaker 5: of rebrand the am I an a Hole? To Sea
- 26:52Speaker 5: Best on your Side?
- 26:53Speaker 2: Because Us for Justice?
- 26:54Speaker 5: Hold on, should we even do this segment because people
- 26:57Speaker 5: say they already have the answer. Well, that's why we're
- 26:59Speaker 5: rebranding it is.
- 27:01Speaker 2: I don't like that rebranding whatsoever.
- 27:03Speaker 7: Now, So a lot what I do as far as
- 27:06Speaker 7: reporting things and trying, is in the effort of making
- 27:09Speaker 7: the world a better place.
- 27:11Speaker 5: I want it, of course selfishly for myself.
- 27:13Speaker 7: I want things to be better, like oh, I don't know,
- 27:15Speaker 7: a homeless person not running between cars and screaming at
- 27:17Speaker 7: the sky during a rush hour, but also the smaller stuff.
- 27:22Speaker 7: And this is a continuation of that, but not locally
- 27:25Speaker 7: at my at my complex, but out in the wild,
- 27:28Speaker 7: which is why I was like, maybe am I am
- 27:31Speaker 7: I going too far? Which is why I even bring
- 27:33Speaker 7: this up to begin.
- 27:33Speaker 3: With, because I, like you said, this is the benefit
- 27:35Speaker 3: of society.
- 27:36Speaker 7: Not just yourself, right right right. I'm not trying of course.
- 27:39Speaker 7: I guess lex Luthor thought he was trying to make
- 27:40Speaker 7: the world a better.
- 27:41Speaker 2: Place to be.
- 27:42Speaker 5: Yeah, so this is a gym stuff as usual. High five.
- 27:46Speaker 7: And Morgan actually might want to chime in on this
- 27:48Speaker 7: a bit because it involves her. I love Planet Fitness.
- 27:52Speaker 7: I've been to probably two hundred Planet fitnesses around the
- 27:54Speaker 7: country or not, because they're great, They're everywhere, They're easy
- 27:57Speaker 7: to stop, been convenient, god forbid, not a sponsor, but
- 28:00Speaker 7: could be.
- 28:01Speaker 5: Yeah, does their showers have curtains.
- 28:04Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, especially the newer ones. They like door doors.
- 28:07Speaker 2: Is that a factor for you minutes?
- 28:09Speaker 5: That's kind of the yeah, TERMINI Well it was with
- 28:12Speaker 5: twenty four Hour Fitness because when I would go to
- 28:14Speaker 5: twenty four Hour Fitness in San Francisco, they had no curtains,
- 28:19Speaker 5: but when I went to Salt Lake City they had currents.
- 28:22Speaker 5: I'm like, they have say that's a bath house, sex clubs.
- 28:27Speaker 2: No, well, then my high school was a bath house.
- 28:31Speaker 7: Yeah, that's that's a cleanliness, et cetera. Because I've never
- 28:35Speaker 7: been to a public gym outside of I guess YMCA
- 28:37Speaker 7: when I was a kid. Hey anyway, So the point
- 28:39Speaker 7: is I was at a plant fitness, one of many,
- 28:41Speaker 7: and they have kind of an open area where you
- 28:43Speaker 7: can stretch and do whatever. And I noticed two guys Morgan.
- 28:47Speaker 7: One guy had boxing gloves on.
- 28:48Speaker 8: Ah cool, but not the place.
- 28:50Speaker 5: Yeah, well that's my point. Yeah, I had focus mits
- 28:52Speaker 5: for folks who'd know those are those paths. They are
- 28:54Speaker 5: like big, flat maybe ten inches by twelve inches and
- 28:58Speaker 5: the idage go just hit him and.
- 29:01Speaker 8: It's loud if you're doing that. Yeah, when you're not
- 29:03Speaker 8: at a boxing.
- 29:04Speaker 5: Point exactly sluts, smack smacks, you know, it's fake leather
- 29:09Speaker 5: on fake leather.
- 29:09Speaker 7: Yeah, And at first I thought, I honestly thought, at first, oh,
- 29:12Speaker 7: this Planet Fitness does boxing training, because every Planet Fitness does,
- 29:16Speaker 7: like has on the half hour ebbs or cardio or
- 29:19Speaker 7: you know, they have a little you know that no
- 29:20Speaker 7: one ever uses. But they do have technically group training available.
- 29:24Speaker 7: So I walk up to the front and I'm looking
- 29:26Speaker 7: at this guy and I'm like, I looked at the
- 29:27Speaker 7: person and the guy who's boxing, like, Oh, that's not
- 29:29Speaker 7: a personal trainer. These are just two guys screwing around
- 29:31Speaker 7: making noise. So I go up to the front, of course,
- 29:35Speaker 7: but I listen to no I phrased this. I go, oh,
- 29:39Speaker 7: you guys are doing boxing training now, that's so awesome.
- 29:42Speaker 5: Wait wait, so you did that to the person at
- 29:44Speaker 5: the desk, and.
- 29:46Speaker 7: People never, unless it's exceptional situation, do I confront the
- 29:50Speaker 7: actual person?
- 29:51Speaker 5: Now?
- 29:52Speaker 8: Did they look like they could beat you up? Were
- 29:53Speaker 8: you scared of them?
- 29:54Speaker 5: Of course not, but.
- 29:56Speaker 13: You look.
- 30:00Speaker 5: But also that goes back to my point, is I, uh,
- 30:02Speaker 5: two glances, I'm like, Oh, that's not an actual trainer.
- 30:05Speaker 7: That's not actual. These are just two guys screwing around. Yeah,
- 30:08Speaker 7: exactly right, Bro, you can tell you can tell the
- 30:10Speaker 7: pros so, but I did it so passive, aggressively to
- 30:12Speaker 7: the to the stupid teenager up front.
- 30:14Speaker 5: Now, oh my god, you guys are that's great? Can
- 30:16Speaker 5: I join in on the boxing trainings? Like what we
- 30:18Speaker 5: don't have? What? Because it was around that he couldn't
- 30:20Speaker 5: see where they were, Ye, got it?
- 30:22Speaker 7: And like, oh, there's two guys with you know, gloves
- 30:25Speaker 7: and pads over there, you know, not sparring, but training
- 30:30Speaker 7: like I thought. I thought, I was excited for a
- 30:32Speaker 7: second that you guys offered boxing.
- 30:34Speaker 5: Yeah, but do you know officially if that's against the rules. Yes,
- 30:38Speaker 5: personal training is against the rules, which I had to
- 30:40Speaker 5: report two people for my gym yesterday, of course.
- 30:43Speaker 3: And you're assuming too that they brought the gloves, yeah,
- 30:48Speaker 3: unless this was some revolutionary twenty second century planet fitness.
- 30:52Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 30:52Speaker 8: And I think they even have a rule now you
- 30:54Speaker 8: can't have backpacks on the floor that they always had
- 30:56Speaker 8: that rule, Yes, and they should have never even brought.
- 30:57Speaker 5: People for that too. Don't even wow much time on it.
- 31:01Speaker 5: Just makes sure you know, the seonnager has no idea
- 31:04Speaker 5: what you're talking about.
- 31:05Speaker 7: Right, I said, oh, He's like, yeah, we don't. It's
- 31:06Speaker 7: like there's some guys over there with pads and he's like,
- 31:08Speaker 7: what what over in like the free the open area
- 31:11Speaker 7: over there, there's two guys, you know, training.
- 31:13Speaker 5: You can't hear that from over here. That's what I heard,
- 31:16Speaker 5: And I was excited at first.
- 31:17Speaker 7: That was so happy, and he's like, Oh no, we're
- 31:21Speaker 7: not supposed to do that.
- 31:21Speaker 5: It's like, oh that's too bad. Oh well, I guess
- 31:23Speaker 5: you got to go tell them the stops, and then
- 31:26Speaker 5: I really wish you had personal boxing training. Did he
- 31:29Speaker 5: go tell? Indeed?
- 31:30Speaker 2: He did.
- 31:30Speaker 5: Wow.
- 31:31Speaker 7: They're always unfortunately, they're always, you know, teenagers talking to adults.
- 31:35Speaker 5: They're always so like meek, like yeah yeah, people like
- 31:40Speaker 5: forgot how to talk to people.
- 31:41Speaker 8: They're just young employees, especially.
- 31:43Speaker 5: When it's confrontation. I can get back into that. My
- 31:47Speaker 5: own puts the vacation of America the United States.
- 31:50Speaker 7: So the reason I even ask if this is an
- 31:52Speaker 7: the whole thing is number one, like Morgan said, it's noisy,
- 31:54Speaker 7: it takes up space and so on and so forth.
- 31:57Speaker 7: But these guys weren't really hurting anybody else there out
- 32:00Speaker 7: of the way. You know, a lot of times you
- 32:01Speaker 7: see personal traders that got four different stations set up.
- 32:04Speaker 5: And there's it.
- 32:04Speaker 7: They're just taking out these people can't walk through there's Yeah,
- 32:08Speaker 7: that's why I even ask. This is on your side parentheesason.
- 32:11Speaker 3: Okay, but here's the question, was formerly, did you say
- 32:14Speaker 3: something specifically because the noise was so disruptive or because
- 32:18Speaker 3: you just policy pammed and knew they weren't supposed to
- 32:21Speaker 3: be doing that, well, no other reason.
- 32:22Speaker 5: That's why I bring it up, Lisa, Wow, Yeah, you
- 32:29Speaker 5: know is because yes I noticed the noise, but I
- 32:33Speaker 5: wasn't in that area as much. I might have spent
- 32:35Speaker 5: thirty seconds over there. You're not wearing headphones.
- 32:38Speaker 7: I have my my gym headphones are the same as
- 32:42Speaker 7: my airplane headphones. I have one ear butt in so
- 32:44Speaker 7: I can listen to books. But I'm otherwise open to
- 32:47Speaker 7: the environment.
- 32:48Speaker 8: I'm not always ready.
- 32:49Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, swivel metal just in case something that text
- 32:54Speaker 5: in two two nine eight seven. If Sea Bass is
- 32:57Speaker 5: an a hole, because I mean it was more than
- 32:59Speaker 5: they were. There's a it's really bothering you not real?
- 33:01Speaker 5: Are you again? Like what Gina is saying or Lisa
- 33:04Speaker 5: is saying, yeah, Like, uh, you just want to You
- 33:07Speaker 5: knew it is against the rules, so you just want
- 33:09Speaker 5: to get more of the principle.
- 33:10Speaker 7: It's more of the you let the camel's nose under
- 33:13Speaker 7: the tent and assume the whole camel's inside, because I
- 33:16Speaker 7: do know and I saw it against Yeah, it's actually
- 33:18Speaker 7: older than all of us. Oh, you let them out.
- 33:22Speaker 7: You let personal traders set up with all their equipment
- 33:24Speaker 7: on their garbage. Eventually you no one can get any
- 33:27Speaker 7: to anything. I guess because I see it happen all
- 33:28Speaker 7: the time of they've got mats and it was just
- 33:31Speaker 7: two guys because they're just standing up.
- 33:32Speaker 5: One guy's got to pass the other guy. It doesn't. So, yeah,
- 33:34Speaker 5: you're right.
- 33:34Speaker 7: That's why I bring it up, mant because it was
- 33:36Speaker 7: more I know where this goes, as opposed to it
- 33:39Speaker 7: actually directly affecting me.
- 33:40Speaker 5: I figure, is this one that you go to regularly
- 33:43Speaker 5: in this location? Yeah, it is.
- 33:44Speaker 2: So here's a probably obvious question. Clearly, they're inside the
- 33:48Speaker 2: planet fitness. You have to be a member to be there, correct,
- 33:51Speaker 2: or you could be a guest if you have a guest,
- 33:53Speaker 2: because you can get so at least one of them
- 33:54Speaker 2: is a member.
- 33:55Speaker 7: Right, That's how the personal trainers get through the doors
- 33:57Speaker 7: like they're the mental gas for twenty five bucks. And
- 33:59Speaker 7: then here's my guest, aka the guy that doesn't belong here,
- 34:02Speaker 7: And I'm you know.
- 34:03Speaker 2: So, is it totally obvious in these situations that he
- 34:06Speaker 2: is charging the guy he's with to train him or
- 34:11Speaker 2: do you think they're just friends? Like I mean, I
- 34:13Speaker 2: kind of need to know more to me in this case.
- 34:15Speaker 7: That's okay, Greg, In this case, because he didn't look
- 34:18Speaker 7: like an actual boxing trainer, you might be more correct.
- 34:20Speaker 7: It might just be too but who has nobody has,
- 34:23Speaker 7: No dude owns focus myths unless you do something boxing wise, okay,
- 34:27Speaker 7: and that's just not a thing you have.
- 34:28Speaker 5: You just do that out in the park, you know.
- 34:30Speaker 2: You know you don't do that in a gym, do you.
- 34:33Speaker 5: Well, they have explicit signs no personal do that in
- 34:36Speaker 5: a regular gym. Now that's also true. People don't.
- 34:39Speaker 2: You might not know.
- 34:40Speaker 5: We talk about it on the air here and there.
- 34:41Speaker 5: But Morgan, you go almost every day and do this. Yeah,
- 34:45Speaker 5: so you go to an actual boxing gym?
- 34:47Speaker 8: Yes, And so I guess I'll start by answering the
- 34:50Speaker 8: question because I would never go to a Planet Fitness
- 34:52Speaker 8: or any other place and do mitwork or even take
- 34:55Speaker 8: my gloves or even shadow box because it's just lame. Yeah,
- 34:59Speaker 8: it's kind of laming out of place.
- 35:00Speaker 7: Except for one maybe shout out the planet Fit Fitness
- 35:03Speaker 7: in Denton, Texas.
- 35:04Speaker 5: They have they brand new giant heavy bags in the
- 35:08Speaker 5: back Morgan.
- 35:08Speaker 8: If they have that, then right, but this is not
- 35:10Speaker 8: that place. She's correct, So, Sea Bass, you are not
- 35:13Speaker 8: the a hole here. I think honestly, I would have
- 35:17Speaker 8: maybe said something to it would have been annoying and
- 35:19Speaker 8: distracting and just literally like Mina said, take it outside.
- 35:23Speaker 8: You can go to the parking lot and do that.
- 35:24Speaker 3: But they're not, like they're not doing it in between treadmills.
- 35:28Speaker 6: They're out of the way.
- 35:30Speaker 5: Yes, go somewhere else, right, you should if you're But
- 35:32Speaker 5: if you're over there, Gina, Lisa, if you're over there
- 35:35Speaker 5: in that area, which is not like stretching the yoga,
- 35:36Speaker 5: if you're trying to do yoga over there, is that's
- 35:39Speaker 5: gonna that's gonna suff for you. Again, Sea best on
- 35:42Speaker 5: your side. Oh okay, yeah, you're changing the well little
- 35:46Speaker 5: by little.
- 35:46Speaker 7: But see that's the thing is that what I've noticed
- 35:48Speaker 7: about all these things that I do that? Are you
- 35:50Speaker 7: know on the line kareny as they say, is that
- 35:54Speaker 7: people say, oh if it bothers somebody. But people are
- 35:57Speaker 7: are so meek and they're just used to not getting
- 36:00Speaker 7: results when they point out flaws and systems or nothing's
- 36:04Speaker 7: not working properly, snowballs.
- 36:06Speaker 5: You've trained us to give up, that's true. Your poor
- 36:08Speaker 5: customer service has trained us not to say anything like, oh,
- 36:11Speaker 5: well it's not working. If I report it, nothing's going
- 36:12Speaker 5: to happen.
- 36:13Speaker 2: So who cares? That's a good point. What would Japan do?
- 36:19Speaker 5: Because that's their society.
- 36:21Speaker 2: Because I was tempted to say that you are the
- 36:22Speaker 2: a hole because quote it doesn't affect you, why do
- 36:26Speaker 2: you care? But I see your point because it makes
- 36:30Speaker 2: me think of people that set up stuff to sell
- 36:33Speaker 2: on the street, fruit food whatever.
- 36:36Speaker 5: I saw fake laboobos on the street the other day.
- 36:38Speaker 2: Nice, which I get it. You're trying to make a living,
- 36:41Speaker 2: you're trying to do your thing is everybody and everybody is.
- 36:44Speaker 2: But you're setting up a fruit stand in somebody's driveway. Essentially,
- 36:49Speaker 2: that's not cool. It's not okay. So if there is
- 36:52Speaker 2: a rule that says you can't do personal training in
- 36:54Speaker 2: a gym, and that's what this guy is doing. You
- 36:56Speaker 2: could make the argument, Look, man, he's a trainer, he's
- 36:59Speaker 2: just trying to make a living. Do it in the park,
- 37:01Speaker 2: do it somewhere else. I say, you're not the It's.
- 37:04Speaker 8: Kind of like say he had a basketball and they're
- 37:06Speaker 8: in they're bouncing the basketball around like it's just a
- 37:08Speaker 8: different sport. It's not the place.
- 37:10Speaker 7: Not the place, especially for that kind of noise. But again,
- 37:13Speaker 7: I've been doing this for quite a while. I called
- 37:14Speaker 7: two personal trainers in my gym yesterday I saw and
- 37:17Speaker 7: again they put they had the mat out and the
- 37:19Speaker 7: walkway people can't get around. But also about complaining, which
- 37:22Speaker 7: again I'm very good at, is I was going to use.
- 37:24Speaker 7: I'm trying to set up a little get together high place.
- 37:26Speaker 5: Greg over it. We have a little.
- 37:28Speaker 7: Fireplace after a fireplace. Not only does the fire nott work,
- 37:31Speaker 7: the TV that's out there doesn't work.
- 37:34Speaker 2: And you're paying for that, right, you're paying for that.
- 37:35Speaker 5: And people say, well how and so I sent the
- 37:37Speaker 5: message in and they'll say, and there's no remote here,
- 37:39Speaker 5: I can't turn this thing on, et cetera. Well, we'll
- 37:41Speaker 5: go back to our security footage and see when exactly.
- 37:43Speaker 5: This started probably months ago, right right, What does that matter?
- 37:48Speaker 7: How about no, how about hey, thanks for bringing this
- 37:49Speaker 7: to our attention. We're going to fix it right away.
- 37:51Speaker 7: Something that you paid for it. Blah blah blah blah blah.
- 37:53Speaker 7: But again, they've trained your incompetence, as the menaces said,
- 37:56Speaker 7: for years now, Bad Customer Service has trained us not
- 37:59Speaker 7: to even mention it.
- 37:59Speaker 5: Just yeah, well, I guess that's broken forever. Well, that's
- 38:02Speaker 5: why I always go to the top, because I wouldn't
- 38:03Speaker 5: even be dealing with the local person. I'll be finding
- 38:06Speaker 5: who the president is on LinkedIn for real. So uh,
- 38:10Speaker 5: I don't know. I think we all agree that you're
- 38:12Speaker 5: not the A hole, but the audience might think different.
- 38:14Speaker 5: There keep on texting in two to nine eight.
- 38:16Speaker 3: Seven that some say, some say no, and some say
- 38:19Speaker 3: code Karen and Captain Ahole.
- 38:21Speaker 5: Okay, see that's what That's why I'm very careful about
- 38:24Speaker 5: all this. But we'll come back to that. Yeah, now, Greg,
- 38:27Speaker 5: I know you have a story and it might be
- 38:29Speaker 5: like you're an a whole.
- 38:30Speaker 14: I don't know.
- 38:31Speaker 5: We'll find out. I don't know, we'll find out. We're
- 38:33Speaker 5: gonna we're gonna find out. Coming up the Woody Show.
- 38:39Speaker 1: We'll be right there, the Woody Shoe Shoe.
- 38:44Speaker 5: Yeah, it's Friday, so what do a show? It's Menace
- 38:48Speaker 5: in Woody is out today. But we've been on this
- 38:52Speaker 5: topic of am I an a hole? And that was
- 38:55Speaker 5: with Sea Bass. Now, Greg, you said you had a
- 38:58Speaker 5: story to share with him everybody, and am I misrepresenting
- 39:02Speaker 5: it that it's a am I an a whole?
- 39:04Speaker 10: Story?
- 39:04Speaker 2: A little bit? Yes, I'm because if being an a
- 39:07Speaker 2: hole means you want justice and legal action, then you're
- 39:12Speaker 2: just an ahole.
- 39:14Speaker 4: Okay.
- 39:14Speaker 2: So if you want things to be the way they're
- 39:15Speaker 2: supposed to be, yet there, you're an a whole.
- 39:18Speaker 5: So okay, But.
- 39:19Speaker 2: No, I mean the question is correct, am I the
- 39:21Speaker 2: a hole? I'll give you the floor. I told Gina
- 39:24Speaker 2: this story already and you were quite incredulous. I mean
- 39:28Speaker 2: the reaction I got.
- 39:29Speaker 3: It's hard not to be on Greg, on your side
- 39:32Speaker 3: on the right, okay, Okay, So but we challenge you
- 39:34Speaker 3: to see it differently.
- 39:35Speaker 2: Yeah. So I have had this issue and I've brought
- 39:38Speaker 2: it up many times where I go. I go to
- 39:40Speaker 2: the grocery store on a daily basis because I hate
- 39:42Speaker 2: to stock up.
- 39:43Speaker 5: Right like old people do because they have nothing else
- 39:45Speaker 5: to do with their life.
- 39:46Speaker 2: Yes, that's the point of going to the grocery stores
- 39:48Speaker 2: because I have nothing to do.
- 39:49Speaker 5: Nothing and uh old people do that, right.
- 39:52Speaker 2: And I'm old. So I'm at the grocery store all
- 39:54Speaker 2: the time. And as I've told you in the past,
- 39:56Speaker 2: I have a problem with they ring up the wrong price.
- 40:00Speaker 2: You onn stent Lee.
- 40:02Speaker 5: You talk about this all the time, and I go
- 40:06Speaker 5: out to stores and I feel like I never have issue.
- 40:11Speaker 3: Because nobody else notices it is.
- 40:14Speaker 5: This a produce thing, primarily.
- 40:15Speaker 2: Greg, it's produce, it's birthday cakes, it's dog food. Which
- 40:21Speaker 2: is this case?
- 40:22Speaker 5: Okay, not to stop you down, just real quick, I
- 40:24Speaker 5: just want to survey the room. You guys go to stores, right,
- 40:27Speaker 5: do you find this to be a major issue of
- 40:30Speaker 5: having the prices be different when they get rung up?
- 40:34Speaker 12: I will say yes about maybe twenty percent of the time, okay,
- 40:38Speaker 12: because either there's like a promo that somebody doesn't realize,
- 40:42Speaker 12: or maybe there's a different ad or something rings up differently.
- 40:45Speaker 12: It's not on the computer system. But the thing is,
- 40:47Speaker 12: the cashiers really don't care you all.
- 40:48Speaker 5: I only have that issue when I don't put in
- 40:50Speaker 5: my member code or something like that, and then the
- 40:53Speaker 5: price is different, right anybody else?
- 40:55Speaker 3: I think of the time, you're just ringing it up
- 40:57Speaker 3: and moving along and you don't notice.
- 40:59Speaker 2: Okay, The reason I noticed is because it happens to
- 41:02Speaker 2: me one hundred percent of the I mean, I'm talking
- 41:05Speaker 2: hundred percent of And is it small you know dollar amounts? Yes,
- 41:10Speaker 2: that's not the point. It's the principle, right. So a
- 41:14Speaker 2: couple recent examples, and you mentioned produce sea bass. It
- 41:17Speaker 2: says like green onions ninety nine cents or whatever. It
- 41:19Speaker 2: rings up a dollar nine. It's only a dime. I
- 41:22Speaker 2: get it. But it's my dime. It's not your dime.
- 41:25Speaker 2: Garlic two for a dollar. That would make how many
- 41:29Speaker 2: garlics for fifty cents? One? Right? Half a dollar? Fifty cents?
- 41:32Speaker 2: It rings up fifty nine cents is fifty nine cents
- 41:35Speaker 2: half of a dollar?
- 41:36Speaker 5: I don't think so.
- 41:38Speaker 2: So I usually make my dog's food, but I would
- 41:42Speaker 2: get lazy sometimes and I'll buy one of those bags
- 41:44Speaker 2: of food. It's like a big bag. It's the multi
- 41:47Speaker 2: protein recipe. Refrigerated medicine. What does this price tag say?
- 41:52Speaker 5: Twenty dollars and ninety nine cents.
- 41:53Speaker 2: Twenty dollars and ninety nine cents exactly. So I buy
- 41:56Speaker 2: the dog food. It rings up twenty one ninety nine.
- 42:00Speaker 2: So I called the cashier over and I'm at the
- 42:02Speaker 2: self checkout, and I said, hey, this rang up wrong.
- 42:04Speaker 2: It's supposed to be twenty ninety nine, not twenty one
- 42:07Speaker 2: ninety nine. And they said, okay, I'll fix that. It
- 42:09Speaker 2: happened again, Okay, I'll fix that. So the third time
- 42:13Speaker 2: I do this, I knew in advance it's gonna ring
- 42:16Speaker 2: up wrong. Right, So I take a photo that I
- 42:19Speaker 2: just showed you of the price today, right, And I'm
- 42:22Speaker 2: about to go to self checkout. And as I told Gina,
- 42:26Speaker 2: before I go to self checkout, I google the owner
- 42:30Speaker 2: of this grocery chain and their policy what happens if
- 42:35Speaker 2: a price rings up wrong? And they have a policy,
- 42:39Speaker 2: according to them, not according to me. According to them,
- 42:43Speaker 2: if a price rings up incorrectly too high, you get
- 42:47Speaker 2: that item for free.
- 42:49Speaker 5: I've heard that, right, heard that you should be getting free,
- 42:52Speaker 5: So I should be getting a free back and dog food, right.
- 42:55Speaker 2: So I go up. It rings up twenty one ninety nine, nice,
- 42:59Speaker 2: and in my head like, I'm good.
- 43:02Speaker 5: Dog food for twenty bucks rip.
- 43:06Speaker 2: So I call him over and I said, hey, this
- 43:08Speaker 2: rang up wrong. And he said, okay, I'll take the
- 43:10Speaker 2: dollar off. And I said, you know what, I actually
- 43:12Speaker 2: just looked up your policy and I'm supposed to get
- 43:13Speaker 2: it for free. And he said, yeah, you can talk
- 43:16Speaker 2: to a manager if you want. Okay, Yes, I said, sure,
- 43:19Speaker 2: I'll do that. So I finished the transaction, I pay
- 43:22Speaker 2: for it.
- 43:22Speaker 3: I go to the manager, strap in everybody and I.
- 43:26Speaker 2: Said, yeah, Hi, you might recognize me. I'm here seven days.
- 43:29Speaker 8: A week, pictures on the wall.
- 43:33Speaker 2: Oh, yes, you know. I'm a weirdo.
- 43:35Speaker 5: I thought you were here.
- 43:35Speaker 2: Sorry, And I said, look, I rang up this dog
- 43:40Speaker 2: food for and it rang up wrong. And I looked
- 43:43Speaker 2: up your store policy and it says if something rings
- 43:45Speaker 2: up too high, you get that item for free. Yep,
- 43:49Speaker 2: and I quote, I quote, yeah, we don't do that,
- 43:52Speaker 2: no more.
- 43:53Speaker 5: We don't do that no more.
- 43:55Speaker 13: Now.
- 43:56Speaker 5: This is a policy that you pulled up on their
- 43:58Speaker 5: current website on the moment.
- 44:00Speaker 2: The most current one I could find. Yes, And they
- 44:02Speaker 2: also had it on their Twitter, this is our policy.
- 44:05Speaker 2: They had it on the website.
- 44:06Speaker 5: Very proud of this policy.
- 44:07Speaker 7: Yeah, they want to sure, they want it because they're
- 44:09Speaker 7: trying to build, you know, exactly.
- 44:13Speaker 2: So I said, okay, am I misunderstanding. You have a policy,
- 44:17Speaker 2: but you don't follow the policy. Yeah, we don't do
- 44:20Speaker 2: that no more. And I said, okay, wait, you don't
- 44:22Speaker 2: have anymore. First of all, why when did this policy stop?
- 44:27Speaker 2: I don't know, And I said, so is it not effective? Yeah?
- 44:31Speaker 5: We did.
- 44:32Speaker 2: We don't do that no more. And I said, uh, okay,
- 44:34Speaker 2: So I don't get the item for free, even though
- 44:37Speaker 2: your policy says I do. And she noticed what the
- 44:40Speaker 2: item was, a twenty one dollars bag of dog food,
- 44:43Speaker 2: and she said, we're not going to give you that
- 44:45Speaker 2: for free. So if it was if it was a
- 44:50Speaker 2: fifty cent thing a garlic, you would, But if it's
- 44:53Speaker 2: a twenty one dollars bag of dog.
- 44:54Speaker 3: Food, you want to Yeah, your highness side and know
- 44:57Speaker 3: you decide.
- 44:58Speaker 2: Right, So take it one step further, I said, fitt,
- 45:02Speaker 2: I don't want to stand here anymore. You know, I leave, Well,
- 45:05Speaker 2: you bow down. I called the one eight hundred number
- 45:10Speaker 2: and I asked them, what is your current policy about
- 45:14Speaker 2: ringing up a price? Wrong? I couldn't if you had
- 45:18Speaker 2: a gun to my head tell you what. They explained
- 45:20Speaker 2: to me they could. They didn't even know it made sense.
- 45:24Speaker 5: Surprised you find a human being.
- 45:26Speaker 2: Yeah, oh that was another ordeal in itself. I cannot
- 45:30Speaker 2: figure out if this is the current policy or not.
- 45:34Speaker 2: The people at the people that at the place that
- 45:36Speaker 2: owns this chain didn't even understand what I was talking about.
- 45:40Speaker 2: I said, I need to know your policy if it
- 45:42Speaker 2: rings up wrong, and I'm looking out for the world.
- 45:45Speaker 2: This is illegally update their website.
- 45:48Speaker 3: This is full class action worthy.
- 45:49Speaker 2: Yeah, I told the manager, I said, you know that Lowe's,
- 45:52Speaker 2: the home improvement store, recently got fined five million bucks
- 45:57Speaker 2: for doing just this thing, and then a grocery chain
- 46:01Speaker 2: in another part of the state just got fined three
- 46:04Speaker 2: million dollars for doing just this same thing. And she said,
- 46:09Speaker 2: I hope that doesn't happen here. And I ended with, well,
- 46:14Speaker 2: it's going to older. You just got served. So what
- 46:19Speaker 2: do you think.
- 46:20Speaker 5: Well, on double chat, I look to be fair, I
- 46:23Speaker 5: would need to see the website myself, just a confirm.
- 46:27Speaker 7: I'm looking at it right now. In fact, like Greg said,
- 46:29Speaker 7: they even made a point to tweet this out right.
- 46:32Speaker 5: This is the last time I was tweeted. How long
- 46:34Speaker 5: two years ago was a tweet, okay.
- 46:36Speaker 2: But they haven't revised it that When did they publicly
- 46:38Speaker 2: say we changed it? Or when did they publicly tweet
- 46:41Speaker 2: we don't do that no more.
- 46:44Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't care about Twitter because again, yeah, that
- 46:46Speaker 5: could be an old tweet, but I would like to
- 46:48Speaker 5: see their actual website and double confirm. Yeah, me too,
- 46:52Speaker 5: that is this is a current policy. I mean, did
- 46:55Speaker 5: they at least give you offer a dollar.
- 46:57Speaker 2: They took they corrected the price, okay, which you got
- 47:00Speaker 2: your ship. I got the dollar off, right, So go through.
- 47:03Speaker 8: That every time. It is so damnoy.
- 47:06Speaker 2: And with the weird thing too. About a week later
- 47:08Speaker 2: needed more dog food, Mario went and got it. They
- 47:11Speaker 2: rang it up wrong again. So even then they they
- 47:13Speaker 2: know I have anything.
- 47:16Speaker 5: This is the current policy where you get items for free,
- 47:18Speaker 5: because then it would just be the free grocery store.
- 47:21Speaker 2: Oh my god, I would go even I would go
- 47:23Speaker 2: eight days.
- 47:24Speaker 8: Does this always happened to you at the same story.
- 47:26Speaker 5: Yeah, Now it goes back to my original question, does
- 47:29Speaker 5: this happen to everybody? Because it might just be this
- 47:31Speaker 5: location because soundly from the management, it might be a location.
- 47:35Speaker 2: It might be a location.
- 47:37Speaker 3: I have breaking news I'm looking at one of those
- 47:41Speaker 3: websites that you know, consumer report type websites, and apparently
- 47:46Speaker 3: this chain does this all the time everywhere allegedly.
- 47:52Speaker 5: Okay again, I need to see their actual website and
- 47:56Speaker 5: read it from myself to see if it's a current
- 47:57Speaker 5: put either way, they didn't.
- 47:59Speaker 6: Sound like just your low.
- 48:00Speaker 7: This sounds like a nation, which is strange because you
- 48:02Speaker 7: see there are people that go through with guns and
- 48:04Speaker 7: are checking prices like that's a daily, a big.
- 48:09Speaker 5: Big deal to make sure everything was current.
- 48:11Speaker 2: And that was one of the excuses. She said that
- 48:13Speaker 2: the woman who does the price checks only works one
- 48:18Speaker 2: day a week. And we're really understand, I said, really,
- 48:21Speaker 2: because this has been going on.
- 48:24Speaker 5: From what I'm paying, I should be paying for the worker. Yeah, right,
- 48:27Speaker 5: for real, you need to.
- 48:28Speaker 8: Do a little test and go buy more things and
- 48:31Speaker 8: see at what price that rule still applies. Like will
- 48:34Speaker 8: they give you the garlic for free?
- 48:37Speaker 5: We're some texts that they probably have it in the
- 48:38Speaker 5: store somewhere if you look around. Yeah, probably all right,
- 48:41Speaker 5: Well keep on texting in be a part of it.
- 48:44Speaker 5: Is Greg and Ahole two two nine eight seven.
- 48:47Speaker 12: Uh.
- 48:47Speaker 5: Actually, since you guys are bringing it up, I had
- 48:49Speaker 5: something happened to me last night that I think I
- 48:52Speaker 5: should share. Oh good, I know apparently, Or am I
- 48:57Speaker 5: doing the right thing? Actually, you know what, let me
- 49:00Speaker 5: ask you? Was I being extra? That's going to be
- 49:03Speaker 5: the question two to nine eight seven. Uh, well, we'll
- 49:07Speaker 5: get to that in a bit. It is the Woody Showy,
- 49:09Speaker 5: but you were.
- 49:10Speaker 3: Here now now it is show.
- 49:15Speaker 5: It's the Woody Show. It's a Friday morning. Woody is
- 49:19Speaker 5: not here today, so we're all filling in and we've
- 49:22Speaker 5: been asking people is Greg gory Ahl when it comes
- 49:25Speaker 5: to his grocery situation where prices are off? And people
- 49:29Speaker 5: have been texting right now two to nine eighty seven,
- 49:32Speaker 5: and was Greg being extra by going to the management
- 49:36Speaker 5: And most people are saying about policies? What are people saying?
- 49:39Speaker 2: Most people are saying, no, not the a whole. You
- 49:43Speaker 2: are a room full of a hole. So everybody's getting
- 49:47Speaker 2: people saying this happens to be all the time. He
- 49:49Speaker 2: is not the a hole. He is the sass hole
- 49:52Speaker 2: I like now, not an a hole for that. If
- 49:55Speaker 2: he shorted the store a dollar, they would say he
- 49:57Speaker 2: stole the food.
- 49:58Speaker 3: That's exactly hell.
- 50:00Speaker 2: No, Greg is not the a hole. When I worked
- 50:02Speaker 2: at a grocery store. We had to do this all
- 50:05Speaker 2: the time, make sure that items were priced correctly. This
- 50:07Speaker 2: is straight up false advertiser.
- 50:09Speaker 3: If you the one dollar, you would be tased.
- 50:11Speaker 6: And zip tied in the parking lot.
- 50:13Speaker 5: Perhaps this is ridiculous. Yeah, well, I have a quick story,
- 50:18Speaker 5: real quick, and it happened to me last night. Now
- 50:21Speaker 5: I want to know if I am an a whole
- 50:23Speaker 5: or was I be an extra. So I wanted to
- 50:25Speaker 5: get a haircut really bad. And I usually go to
- 50:28Speaker 5: Floyd's in north Ridge. And the reason I'm I'm shoting
- 50:32Speaker 5: out the certain location because this is they are franchised,
- 50:35Speaker 5: so not it's not all the same owners for all
- 50:36Speaker 5: the locations. So I look up on the website and
- 50:39Speaker 5: it said available time six fifteen. I go, oh, that's
- 50:43Speaker 5: kind of late. I still got to do my late
- 50:44Speaker 5: night monologue, which we're gonna be doing up next. I
- 50:48Speaker 5: gotta write this, I gotta get some sleep, all this
- 50:50Speaker 5: kind of stuff. But I took the appointment. I showed
- 50:54Speaker 5: up at six fifteen and then they told me your
- 50:58Speaker 5: barber is late. They're gonna be a half hour late.
- 51:01Speaker 5: Oh man, damn, that really puts me behind. But I
- 51:05Speaker 5: guess I'll I'll stay here for a half hour. So
- 51:08Speaker 5: it's six forty five. Guess who is not there for barber? Right?
- 51:13Speaker 5: Another barber freeze up because she just finished somebody, and
- 51:19Speaker 5: now there was another customer in there. She took the
- 51:22Speaker 5: other customer, who I'm guessing had an appointment with her,
- 51:25Speaker 5: but she saw me sit in there for a half hour.
- 51:29Speaker 5: She knows. I talked to her like, hey, I would
- 51:32Speaker 5: like to get a haircut. I'm kind of in a
- 51:34Speaker 5: bind here, took the other customer. Anyways, I waited till
- 51:38Speaker 5: seven o'clock. The barber is still not there. You've been
- 51:42Speaker 5: sitting at this place for forty five minutes, told me.
- 51:47Speaker 5: Then It's totally not me. But I was like, okay,
- 51:49Speaker 5: maybe i can try to write some of the monologue
- 51:51Speaker 5: while I'm waiting or whatever, which I couldn't because I
- 51:54Speaker 5: was upset, as am I being extra at this point,
- 51:59Speaker 5: because you know me of getting on the LinkedIn and
- 52:01Speaker 5: so I found the president of the company of Floyd's
- 52:05Speaker 5: on LinkedIn, and I also found her personal cell phone
- 52:09Speaker 5: number and and I texted her and I said, hey,
- 52:14Speaker 5: my barber is late. That was assigned to me, And
- 52:17Speaker 5: there was a free barber, but they passed me up?
- 52:20Speaker 5: Is that you know protocol that personal cell phone? Or yeah?
- 52:26Speaker 5: Or should that or should that barber of taking me? Well,
- 52:31Speaker 5: it should have been the late story man. Yeah. Uh.
- 52:35Speaker 5: The president has not texted me back yet, but I
- 52:37Speaker 5: know for sure it's her number because I have a
- 52:39Speaker 5: thing where I can reverse the number and see.
- 52:41Speaker 2: Who it is.
- 52:42Speaker 5: And it was because she was because she was in
- 52:45Speaker 5: She lives in another state, so it was late when
- 52:48Speaker 5: I texted her, so she has not hit me back yet.
- 52:52Speaker 5: But was am I the A hole.
- 52:56Speaker 15: Even though I waited forty five minutes and they passed
- 52:58Speaker 15: me up and they had a bar extra bar barber,
- 53:03Speaker 15: the bartender and barber that could take any flustered or
- 53:08Speaker 15: am I being extra?
- 53:09Speaker 5: Is two different things?
- 53:10Speaker 6: Yeah, they're different.
- 53:10Speaker 3: I don't think you're the A whole. I do think
- 53:12Speaker 3: you're one thousand percent extra.
- 53:15Speaker 8: Okay, Yeah, you're definitely extra.
- 53:16Speaker 3: The barber is the a hole for not showing up
- 53:18Speaker 3: and they're well those kind of places are notoriously like Yeah,
- 53:21Speaker 3: I don't know, man.
- 53:22Speaker 5: Y Yeah, Okay, Now going back to like if you
- 53:26Speaker 5: if I just like didn't do anything, I didn't reach
- 53:29Speaker 5: out to the president of the company. You're bitch. Yeah, like,
- 53:33Speaker 5: I mean what changes do then they know? Okay, I
- 53:38Speaker 5: cannot be on time ever.
- 53:39Speaker 3: I mean you're definitely blocked and on a list.
- 53:42Speaker 5: Now yeah, good point.
- 53:43Speaker 2: So did you just end up leaving?
- 53:45Speaker 5: Yeah, I just end up leaving and then shout out
- 53:46Speaker 5: to Members International and Mission Hills, California. I went and
- 53:52Speaker 5: got a haircut there and they were awesome. So Members International,
- 53:56Speaker 5: check them out, California.
- 53:59Speaker 8: Everything you had just gone.
- 54:01Speaker 5: We just got a haircut because I had to get
- 54:03Speaker 5: to bed and I have to do my late my
- 54:05Speaker 5: late night monologuee them all flushed, definitely extra.
- 54:08Speaker 2: Okay, ted extra All right.
- 54:10Speaker 5: Well, coming up next is my late night monologue, and
- 54:13Speaker 5: I'm sure it's gonna be great because I'm on no
- 54:15Speaker 5: sleep and I barely had time to write it. But
- 54:17Speaker 5: we're gonna try to have some fun together. It is
- 54:19Speaker 5: the Woody Show.
- 54:23Speaker 2: He's our Missile Now show. It is The Woody Show
- 54:27Speaker 2: on a Friday, and a lot of people are still
- 54:29Speaker 2: texting where's Woody?
- 54:30Speaker 5: Where is he?
- 54:31Speaker 2: It's got the day off today. He's going to be
- 54:32Speaker 2: back on Monday. Uh. It is a Friday, and it's
- 54:35Speaker 2: a special Friday because menace is going to grace us
- 54:40Speaker 2: with his late night monologue. Weekend reviews always good. I
- 54:45Speaker 2: hope you got a diaper on kind of the peeing
- 54:49Speaker 2: on front of the peeing from the laughter.
- 54:52Speaker 5: And here, well, this week, Eminem became a grandfather again.
- 55:03Speaker 5: This is crazy. It's like, Morgan, you can be this
- 55:05Speaker 5: baby's great grandmother. Morgan is so old Sean Connery would
- 55:12Speaker 5: help her across the street. And he's dead.
- 55:15Speaker 8: Oh no, I'm sensing a theme here already.
- 55:18Speaker 5: Yeah, last week, get it because he's dead.
- 55:22Speaker 2: All right?
- 55:23Speaker 5: Last week we gotta take a tour Jay Leno's garage,
- 55:26Speaker 5: and Greg was cracking up Jay with a ton of jokes.
- 55:29Speaker 5: And but you didn't share that one joke, Greg, that
- 55:31Speaker 5: one you know you remember that one right?
- 55:33Speaker 2: Oh, the one about the dude in the Soviet Union
- 55:36Speaker 2: buying a car.
- 55:37Speaker 5: No no no, or the dots one no no no.
- 55:40Speaker 5: That other one has said check my oil and all
- 55:42Speaker 5: Joe and your carburetor? Did you forget the best one
- 55:48Speaker 5: guy talking about Maybe that was more of a statement
- 55:52Speaker 5: not a joke, but I don't know. I thought it
- 55:54Speaker 5: was funny. All right, Obesie rates are down in America,
- 55:59Speaker 5: and it's like Oh really, they invented a magical shot
- 56:01Speaker 5: that keeps everybody from eating. Now everyone's skinny, crazy, Right,

- 56:08Speaker 5: And Greg, is it a ravenous whorey? Next thing, you know,
- 56:13Speaker 5: you're gonna be one thing least to another. Yeah, all right.
- 56:19Speaker 5: A founding member of the band Kiss has died.
- 56:22Speaker 6: Yeah.

- 59:01Speaker 3: Yeah, I think we're all okay with that dictator of
- 59:04Speaker 3: North Caria.
- 59:06Speaker 5: He loves basketball. It can't be that bad. Bright anyways, disagree.
- 59:14Speaker 5: Coming up, we have fail stories and this could have
- 59:16Speaker 5: been a starting off the fail segment. And yesterday we
- 59:22Speaker 5: did have a fail when we're trying to get the
- 59:24Speaker 5: delivery guy to come upstairs and give him some gift
- 59:28Speaker 5: cards and spin the wheel. But we will be doing
- 59:30Speaker 5: that later on this morning. We're gonna try it again.
- 59:33Speaker 5: It is a driver appreciation week here on The Woody Show.

- 59:46Speaker 5: the Woody Show on Instagram. And yeah, if you're just
- 59:49Speaker 5: tuning in the first time. This week, we have a
- 59:52Speaker 5: delivery driver come by the building and we try to

- 59:58Speaker 5: gift cards up and they can win hundreds of dollars.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: Yeah and guaranteed.
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: Yeah. And we had three people come up already and
- 1:00:04Speaker 5: then we had one fail yesterday. But coming up next
- 1:00:07Speaker 5: is the Friday Fail stories on The Woody Show. What
- 1:00:11Speaker 5: he is not here today? He is picking up a plane.
- 1:00:13Speaker 5: I don't want to just say he's off Greg because
- 1:00:15Speaker 5: the conspiracy Yeah, yeah, reddit comes, Oh my god, what

- 1:00:32Speaker 5: it's the Woody Show. It's Friday wood He is picking
- 1:00:36Speaker 5: up his plane and flying back to our studio, Lucky
- 1:00:39Speaker 5: and maybe he'll park it outside.
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: We can check it out. That'll be awesome.
- 1:00:42Speaker 5: Do it, buzz by an.
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: With him to get back. I think he does.
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: He does.
- 1:00:47Speaker 5: Yeah, he's out. And then f Y, you are listening
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: for almost Monday to try to win some Dodgers tickets.
- 1:00:53Speaker 5: But right now we are going to do Friday fail stories.
- 1:00:57Speaker 5: We're well, we'll attempt to do it without and uh,
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: we've already had a couple of failed stories this morning,
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: Like me doing the monologue.
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: Kicked it off, right.
- 1:01:07Speaker 5: I think it was fun. Yeah, it was. It was
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: all right. And Greg, are you gonna help read the
- 1:01:12Speaker 5: stories today? I won't.
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: I won't only help, I'll just read them.
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: Okay, thank god.
- 1:01:19Speaker 8: Yeah, so we know what we're supposed to sing.
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: Yeah, of course, don't worry, Morgan, we got this. The
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: only thing we're not going to fail.
- 1:01:26Speaker 5: Walk in.
- 1:01:31Speaker 4: I don't remember them, remember.
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: The gig stink in? Oh bega ultra gigantic, uber, enormous massive.
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: Alright, so it was like a menace solo.
- 1:01:58Speaker 5: Yeah, you know what one what he says, Oh, that
- 1:02:01Speaker 5: was great. That was I never know when it was
- 1:02:02Speaker 5: great or not.
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: This one was not great.
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: Yeah, they all kind of sound not great.
- 1:02:11Speaker 6: Had a little pepper on it.
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: We'll start over in North Carolina. A dog, little duke,
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: and just chilling at home when its owner was out
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: for the day.
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: Uh.
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: The owner just happens to be a firefighter, and he
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: got an alert on his phone that there was a
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: fire at the house. Now you're asking yourself, how did
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: this fire start? Well, the dog had found a lithium battery,
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: brought it over to the rug and started playing with
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: it like it was some sort of chew toy. Bit
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: into it and when he did, the battery caught fire
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: and it ignited. Now luckily, I guess, so nobody was hurt.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: The dog is okay as well. Firefighters are warning people
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: to be extra careful with those lithium batteries.
- 1:02:51Speaker 3: It turns out if yeah, you might.
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: Catch I didn't know that happened either. Uh, this is
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: a funny one. I saw a photo of this in
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: the news. A cop in California out on patrol noticed
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: a car drive by and everything looked normal at first,
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: but then he realized something was not quite right, got
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: the driver to pull over, took a closer look, and
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: figured it all out. So not only was the license
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: plate fake, it was hand drawn, and the cop this
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: is not the first time we've heard it's definitely not.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: That's a bigger problem than no license plate at all.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: And the screams like, uh, pulled me over. Yeah, board,
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: So the cop pulled the driver over, and that's when
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: the driver explained that they tried to make it look legit,
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: and they even drew a little d MV website at
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: the bottom this thing. It almost looked real. I did
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: a pretty good job of it for a homemade license plate.
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: Now the kicker is that the plate number and the
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: tags are legit. This is for that car. It's just
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: hand drawn. But the driver lost the actual license plate,
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: didn't want to pay for a replacement, so he drew
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: up this DIY paper.
- 1:04:00Speaker 6: I get this.
- 1:04:01Speaker 8: I get where he was going.
- 1:04:02Speaker 5: This might be something greig gory thing, I think, actually
- 1:04:05Speaker 5: I get it.
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: But how do you lose a license plate?
- 1:04:10Speaker 8: Well, it's just put it fell off somewhere.
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: Yeah, And also.
- 1:04:13Speaker 8: We don't know he could have been driving around for
- 1:04:15Speaker 8: a long time with this fake one. Did it say
- 1:04:17Speaker 8: how long he'd been on the streets.
- 1:04:19Speaker 5: Probably the first time, doesn't get a warning. By the way,
- 1:04:22Speaker 5: you never notice anything with certain areas with license plates.
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: Because there's this one area that I go and I
- 1:04:27Speaker 5: hang out in uh in the Coachella Valley. They're all
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: about to sparkly license plate like covers.
- 1:04:33Speaker 8: That makes sense.
- 1:04:34Speaker 5: And then I heard I was reading an article in Vegas.
- 1:04:38Speaker 5: They're straight up about like not having any license plates
- 1:04:41Speaker 5: at all. They're just driving around like crazy with no license.
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: You're just asking to get pulled over. That's the thing.
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: There's certain areas where they just don't pull you over
- 1:04:49Speaker 7: like this stuff, which meant have pulled for the longest
- 1:04:51Speaker 7: time with his he had paper plates or whatever.
- 1:04:53Speaker 5: Yeah, dude, I was going over bridges not paying for years.
- 1:04:58Speaker 5: There are certain states where that just would not fly.
- 1:05:00Speaker 5: You'd be less than a day, you'd be screwed, but
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: not in certain places. Yeah, it's crazy.
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: Well, in this case, the cop was not taking the excuse.
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: He slapped the guy with a two hundred dollars fine
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: and just an FYI, it would have only cost twenty
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: seven dollars to get the actual new plate. Okay, he
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: wanted money and now he was paying two hundred bucks.
- 1:05:20Speaker 5: It's like a billion dollars.
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: Billion dollars. Also, in the lead up to this year's
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: Holy War college football game between Utah and BYU fans
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: or button heads online and one guy took it way
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: too far. So in a back and forth Twitter exchange,
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: one BYU fan said he would be at the game
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: and that any Utah fan he saw was dead and
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: followed it up with quote mark my words. And then
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: another fan told him to log off, and the guy
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: responded by saying, quote anyone wearing red on Saturday is
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: getting shot.
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: Okay, So bound down saw Men.
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: Got reported to the police, but not before the man
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: doubled down on his threat by saying people should come
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: to the stadium and quote, enjoy a bullet to the head,
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: bring your kids. Toy was not.
- 1:06:05Speaker 5: Stopping, idiot, I can't say that.
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: So cops tracked this nut job down. He got arrested,
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: and he was taken to fail.
- 1:06:12Speaker 5: Jim didn't even get to watch the sale. He represented
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: his team well you.
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: Know, yeah, and scared bright. It worked, and then finally
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: this seventy year old dude finally had his lifelong secret
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: come out. And the secret was no menace. Not that
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: he's gay, that's always a good one, not that he
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: had an affair in some sort of secret family. His
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: secret was that he was a millionaire. Oh now, he
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: became a millionaire faking being blind so he could cash
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: in on disability payments. He actually did get declared blind
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: over fifty years ago after this work accident, and he
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: collected over a million bucks in disability ever since that.
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: But authorities got wind of what was happening. I guess
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: they got some sort of tips, so they followed this
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: guy around, recorded him, caught him faking his blindness after
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: they saw him doing yard work, including using tools that
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: would be mega dangerous if you were actually blind. He
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: was also seen carefully checking produce at the grocery store
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: before buying it. So they followed the guy around for
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: two months before finally collecting enough evidence to bust him.
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: The dude got arrested and indicted for fraud against the state.
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: I fail.
- 1:07:22Speaker 5: Now that sounds like not a fil It sounds like
- 1:07:25Speaker 5: he made a million dollars and had few years of
- 1:07:27Speaker 5: great time and it was making a rain. That sounds
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: pretty cool. Remember when Stevie Wonder walked into our office
- 1:07:33Speaker 5: by himself, I do, and asked where the bathroom was
- 1:07:36Speaker 5: I do. I'm just saying there's a lot of conspiracy
- 1:07:38Speaker 5: and there's a lot of videos out there.
- 1:07:40Speaker 6: Yeah somebody sound driving?
- 1:07:42Speaker 5: Yeah yeah yeah. He would do that to people that
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: come over to his house. It's like, let's gool in
- 1:07:47Speaker 5: my car and listen to some music. A video out
- 1:07:51Speaker 5: there somewhere where he cashes microphone.
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, it doesn't mean he's he sees nothing
- 1:07:56Speaker 3: but you know, nothingness, but he's probably pretty blank.
- 1:07:59Speaker 8: Yeah yeah, find out.
- 1:08:01Speaker 5: Yeah, one day the truth will come out. Stevie. You're
- 1:08:04Speaker 5: listening to the Woody Show. Wood he is actually picking
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: up his airplane. So if you keep on texting and
- 1:08:09Speaker 5: where what he is at? Also, Sammy, she's out at
- 1:08:12Speaker 5: a wedding in Maui. Yeah, yeah, just having a good
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: old time. They're getting married or getting married maybe yeah, Elope, Elope?
- 1:08:20Speaker 5: Is it? Elope? Elope? Yeah? I never understand what that is.
- 1:08:25Speaker 5: That is that when you just get married not tell anybody.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: Yeah, and liked what you did this, Yes, yeah, but
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: that was just I had that plan because I want
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: to have a big party after and I want everybody
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: to show up.
- 1:08:36Speaker 5: And I figured, like, oh, they're already married, they're not
- 1:08:38Speaker 5: going to come.
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:08:38Speaker 12: But eloping means like your parents aren't even there, and
- 1:08:40Speaker 12: I think at least your spouse's parents were there.
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: Right, here's a les question. Do you plan to elope
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: or is it kind of a spur of the moment thing.
- 1:08:48Speaker 3: I think you can plan to a lobe you do? Yeah, okay, kidnapped.
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: Without saying names. I have a friend who is getting
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: married and told us recently that we're eloping next year.
- 1:08:59Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: I thought it means you're just going off alone to
- 1:09:02Speaker 3: get married.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: Is it implied that it's a secret.
- 1:09:06Speaker 7: I will say this, Greg, I think you're correct. The
- 1:09:08Speaker 7: traditional meaning of a LOPE does have undercurrents of secrecy,
- 1:09:13Speaker 7: and especially without parental consent, like a shotgun situation.
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: I think it's almost a spur of the moment.
- 1:09:18Speaker 5: Thing these days.
- 1:09:19Speaker 3: I think it just means like, oh, we're going to
- 1:09:21Speaker 3: LOPE in Mexico next year.
- 1:09:23Speaker 6: It's just going to be us.
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: So it's kind of changed, yeah for sure.
- 1:09:26Speaker 5: Or maybe they're like Greg on the secret and he's
- 1:09:28Speaker 5: the only one that knows that.
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: Maybe I didn't think you planned it. I thought it
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: was just like, you know what, let's get married tonight.
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: And they used to say, like you put a ladder
- 1:09:36Speaker 3: up and she climbed out of her window and they eloped,
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: Like I don't think that's a thing anymore.
- 1:09:43Speaker 5: Well, anyways, they're not here. It's the woody shell more.
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: Woody do is that?
- 1:09:49Speaker 5: Who am I?
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: The shop piece of news this morning that I saw
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: and is kind of everywhere. Ace Fralia Kiss died Oh no,
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: a starchild And if I read it right, apparently he
- 1:10:02Speaker 2: tripped and fell, hid his head in a studio, then
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: had a brain bleed and was on life support. But
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: I think the trip and fall happened, not yesterday or anything.
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: I think it was wild again.
- 1:10:14Speaker 5: You know, it takes a while sometimes, Okay, I mean
- 1:10:17Speaker 5: I hate my head in Mexico a couple of years ago.
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: They're still suffering from that.
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: That's crazy.
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: Has anybody met him in the past.
- 1:10:26Speaker 6: I've met him. He was super weird but very nice.
- 1:10:30Speaker 3: And remember that rumor, like from our childhood that he
- 1:10:33Speaker 3: was living under a bridge or was that Peter Chris.
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: It might have been everybody freak. Might have been both, right,
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: because they both kind of had a fall from grace.
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: Then they had that reunion.
- 1:10:43Speaker 3: Yeah, that was short, and then that was done.
- 1:10:45Speaker 5: And then there was like two kiss bands right like
- 1:10:47Speaker 5: he was in one of them.
- 1:10:49Speaker 12: He was doing the East Freely Band, which is like
- 1:10:51Speaker 12: a version of it. And then Geane and Paul got upset, surprising,
- 1:10:55Speaker 12: you know, because they're douches. Yeah, well, Paul's a douche. Sorry,
- 1:10:58Speaker 12: Paul's the juice.
- 1:11:00Speaker 6: It is super fun interaction.
- 1:11:01Speaker 12: He was the most pretentious person I've ever had walked
- 1:11:03Speaker 12: through a studio. Paul odd but nice. He came up
- 1:11:06Speaker 12: to me and he was sorry.
- 1:11:07Speaker 2: Jean.
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: Jean was very nice. He came up to me and
- 1:11:09Speaker 5: was like, Oh, nice to meet you. So what band
- 1:11:12Speaker 5: are you in?
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: Not in a band. Yeah you, oh you look like this.
- 1:11:17Speaker 5: You're not a band. I understand like non band man,
- 1:11:20Speaker 5: I don't okay, cool, Look at the other guy, Paul, Yeah,
- 1:11:23Speaker 5: douchee all right, but a man?
- 1:11:26Speaker 12: Yeah, Ace though, Man, everybody that's ever met Ace from
- 1:11:29Speaker 12: the music world has said he's just was a sweetheartt
- 1:11:32Speaker 12: of a person in an awesome talented guy.
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: Well that kind of sucks. IV Yeah, all right.
- 1:11:36Speaker 5: P S.
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: Freeley l A sports? What's uh?

- 1:11:52Speaker 5: They beat the Brewers yesterday. That's a live round the
- 1:11:55Speaker 5: center field. That's down clip a ship here, Tom Smith,
- 1:11:58Speaker 5: Felix got a great ard.
- 1:12:00Speaker 4: It's cut off in time, Tony up.
- 1:12:03Speaker 5: Then the doctors a fuck.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: We gotta shout out Tyler Glass Now he pitched his
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: ass off again yesterday.
- 1:12:10Speaker 4: Dodgers are looking to complete the sweep.
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: The brooms will be out tonight at Chavez Ravine.
- 1:12:14Speaker 4: Otani is on the mound.
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: That is a five thirty start, But Mookie Betts knows
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: the job isn't done yet.
- 1:12:20Speaker 5: Honestly, I have zero emotions we're up.
- 1:12:23Speaker 12: But you know why, Kobe said, his job's not done,
- 1:12:25Speaker 12: so we got to keep going and just keep a
- 1:12:29Speaker 12: fine pressure.
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: That's right, Mookie, love that Mamba mentality. Catch all the

- 1:13:30Speaker 2: off to pick up his plane, but coming off of
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: a night where the Steelers lost the Bengals.
- 1:13:35Speaker 5: No teams right, brutal and Craig. I think we might
- 1:13:44Speaker 5: have color ninety eight right now, I hope. So hello,
- 1:13:48Speaker 5: who's this Hi?
- 1:13:50Speaker 13: My name is a Nahi Nahi?

- 1:13:55Speaker 1: Up?
- 1:13:55Speaker 5: Blame to California, upland, Well, check this out, a Nahi.
- 1:13:59Speaker 5: You're going to Alter ego, No Dodgers, He's going to
- 1:14:04Speaker 5: do better.
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: That's Dodgers madness.
- 1:14:10Speaker 5: You can just confuse me by doing the whole setup of.
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: The well because almost Monday is going to be there,
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: but now he's going to be at Dodgers tomorrow.
- 1:14:18Speaker 5: Are confusing things, guys?
- 1:14:20Speaker 8: Sorry?
- 1:14:20Speaker 5: Not he perfect.
- 1:14:22Speaker 6: I think she's even having what she wanted.
- 1:14:23Speaker 5: It's more of a rare ticket at this point. You
- 1:14:25Speaker 5: know what you're going to Alter's.
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: Changed his mind. Yeah, if there's a game five tomorrow,
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: that's where you're gonna be.
- 1:14:32Speaker 3: You'll be there in the club seats. The free food,
- 1:14:34Speaker 3: the great views. It's gonna be a great time. And
- 1:14:37Speaker 3: guess what if they win and if they sweep, then
- 1:14:40Speaker 3: we all win. So either way for a loss.
- 1:14:45Speaker 5: Are you ready for a loss in? Nahi? Are you
- 1:14:47Speaker 5: a true fee?
- 1:14:49Speaker 3: See we love her, love her even more?
- 1:14:51Speaker 5: Okay, but.
- 1:14:55Speaker 3: Great job getting through and he and love trying.
- 1:14:59Speaker 5: To get to altered ego.
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: All right, congrats Nahi.
- 1:15:04Speaker 5: All right, Well we're just you know, appiling on the
- 1:15:07Speaker 5: Friday fail stories. We might have another fail coming up
- 1:15:11Speaker 5: because we're going to do the delivery appreciation week and
- 1:15:15Speaker 5: we're gonna try to get another delivery driver to come
- 1:15:17Speaker 5: upstairs and spin the wheel for prizes. But you want
- 1:15:21Speaker 5: to do like some prep this time around.
- 1:15:23Speaker 7: I think this might help. I do think this is
- 1:15:24Speaker 7: a great little fun game we do for this week.
- 1:15:27Speaker 7: It's a fun thing and helping out, helping out people
- 1:15:29Speaker 7: who don't make a ton of money. I was again,
- 1:15:31Speaker 7: I was a food delivery driver. But as we some
- 1:15:33Speaker 7: people were predicted, there are issues with translation. Sometimes we
- 1:15:38Speaker 7: had a language barrier multiple times just in our week
- 1:15:40Speaker 7: of doing this, we've had that problem. So I chose Spanish, Armenian, Japanese, Chinese,
- 1:15:46Speaker 7: Portuguese and Russian. Okay, and I prettied you had a
- 1:15:49Speaker 7: little cheat sheet, so that menace you can if they
- 1:15:52Speaker 7: have if they don't speak English very well, you can
- 1:15:54Speaker 7: speak to them in their native tongue.
- 1:15:57Speaker 13: But I don't know.
- 1:15:58Speaker 5: And this is this is what the I'll give you
- 1:16:00Speaker 5: the it's supposed to say, is hi. I work for
- 1:16:02Speaker 5: a radio station.
- 1:16:03Speaker 7: Upstairs, we're giving away gift cards worth a lot of
- 1:16:06Speaker 7: money to delivery drivers. Please follow me upstairs and you
- 1:16:09Speaker 7: can win a big product.
- 1:16:10Speaker 3: Please.
- 1:16:12Speaker 5: That's not suchy at all. Well, that's why you have
- 1:16:15Speaker 5: Morgan there, So there's a one involved.
- 1:16:17Speaker 7: Yeah, so menace, you don't want to do that off
- 1:16:20Speaker 7: the cuffs now, don't cold read this right right right now,
- 1:16:22Speaker 7: But there are thanks to the fine people at groc
- 1:16:25Speaker 7: Elon love you. They provide a Romanized meaning in the
- 1:16:29Speaker 7: Romance or Latin script the words for you there, so
- 1:16:33Speaker 7: you don't have to read Armenian Japanese transliteration right exactly? So, uh,
- 1:16:38Speaker 7: I think we Armenian was our issue yesterday, right mens? Yeah,
- 1:16:41Speaker 7: so why don't we try that one? So you want
- 1:16:43Speaker 7: only read that middle column that says romanized translation.
- 1:16:48Speaker 5: Yeah, and uh yeah, So this is again a high.
- 1:16:50Speaker 5: I work at a radio station upstairs. I'll start with
- 1:16:52Speaker 5: that first sentence.
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: I wonder if you could even read the English sentence.

- 1:18:04Speaker 5: for the Chinese. No, no way, no, I want him
- 1:18:06Speaker 5: to do Armenian.
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: Oh, there's no way.
- 1:18:09Speaker 5: But the Romans version the middle one, okay.

- 1:18:30Speaker 5: So why are you throwing a Russian accident on it.
- 1:18:34Speaker 3: Sixty six just texted in I'm Armenian. Are we sure
- 1:18:36Speaker 3: menace wasn't reading whatever language the minions speaking.
- 1:18:40Speaker 2: Wow, this is borderline impossible.
- 1:18:42Speaker 5: Oh please we got that? I like that maybe pointing
- 1:18:45Speaker 5: at it.
- 1:18:46Speaker 7: Yes, yeah, has the original language. Middle column has the
- 1:18:52Speaker 7: English the Romance version. The right column has the English.
- 1:18:56Speaker 7: This is really good that what they do they retranslate
- 1:18:58Speaker 7: what they give you so that you can see because
- 1:19:01Speaker 7: it's not not gonna be.
- 1:19:01Speaker 5: Perfect, of course, but you can see.
- 1:19:03Speaker 7: Oh, I'm I'm being a little clunky, but it's it's
- 1:19:05Speaker 7: it's verifying that you're saying what you think you mean?
- 1:19:08Speaker 6: Why don't why don't we give Spanish a try?
- 1:19:11Speaker 2: I think should give Japanese a try?
- 1:19:14Speaker 5: Yeah, Japanese. You can do Chinese after me? Okay, okay,
- 1:19:17Speaker 5: So yeah, this is a higher ork thradio station. Upstairs,
- 1:19:22Speaker 5: kyoko de hat all right, I imasu no problem. That
- 1:19:27Speaker 5: was actually we're giving away high value gift cars to
- 1:19:30Speaker 5: deliver drivers shit dozo, which is please please follow me upstairs,
- 1:19:44Speaker 5: dozousi ka. The problem is we don't have anybody speaks
- 1:19:50Speaker 5: Japanese then know it like even sounds good? Well, Oka,
- 1:19:52Speaker 5: let's go to the Chinese in the minus back page there, Okay,
- 1:19:55Speaker 5: I have been to China. Yeah, and he loves the
- 1:19:57Speaker 5: Chinese people, he loves their government. Everyone should definitely go
- 1:20:02Speaker 5: visit China. It's fun, all right, uhn how okay?
- 1:20:08Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:20:09Speaker 5: Uh oo zan lo shang d guadobo di nati going bazoomba?
- 1:20:23Speaker 5: And then one says woman was does that actually say women?
- 1:20:28Speaker 3: It says let's get a little little exc So the
- 1:20:31Speaker 3: problem with this is every every sound you make in
- 1:20:34Speaker 3: Chinese and Mandarin is a different word.
- 1:20:37Speaker 6: So you have to do the in like like you
- 1:20:39Speaker 6: have to. You have to know what the intonations are.
- 1:20:41Speaker 6: Really lean into that.
- 1:20:43Speaker 5: We could have been super smart and bought the new AirPods.
- 1:20:48Speaker 7: I do appreciate, Uh there's new AirPods for that, but like,
- 1:20:51Speaker 7: that's only them coming at you, that's not you going
- 1:20:54Speaker 7: back at them.
- 1:20:54Speaker 5: Yeah, but no, we could have bought two pairs.
- 1:20:59Speaker 8: Drive put holes and follow me upstairs.
- 1:21:03Speaker 5: You'll get one though, because what is for the next driver? No,
- 1:21:07Speaker 5: we could have bought more.
- 1:21:08Speaker 8: I like that we're figuring this out.
- 1:21:11Speaker 5: I'm sure we can afford a couple of air pods.
- 1:21:14Speaker 5: If I were doing this in real time, I would do.
- 1:21:16Speaker 7: I would do the translation or the Google Buds, which
- 1:21:18Speaker 7: have been doing this for years androids. I would do
- 1:21:21Speaker 7: that and then hook it up to some sort of
- 1:21:23Speaker 7: tablet on my chest so that because as your as
- 1:21:26Speaker 7: your because like those the Google as you're speaking in English,
- 1:21:30Speaker 7: you could set that from English to whatever and it'll
- 1:21:32Speaker 7: type out essentially what you say. I did that with
- 1:21:34Speaker 7: a lady who speaks to Portuguese a while ago. It
- 1:21:37Speaker 7: was pretty damn good. Almost real times.
- 1:21:39Speaker 5: See, we're workshopping this. I was talking about this the
- 1:21:41Speaker 5: other day. I'm like, I'm really enjoying this delivery segment
- 1:21:45Speaker 5: and I don't think it should just be this week.
- 1:21:46Speaker 5: I think we should just like do it random times
- 1:21:50Speaker 5: and then maybe, you know, we can come up with
- 1:21:52Speaker 5: this whole suit idea that.
- 1:21:55Speaker 7: Or we can have like Double Deer style stunts for
- 1:21:57Speaker 7: them too, or the ice cream with us stairs the
- 1:22:02Speaker 7: big blow up pool has a gift card. The guy's
- 1:22:05Speaker 7: walking up, he's like, oh, check it out, and you
- 1:22:07Speaker 7: know how et cetera, et cetera. Yeah, and then he's
- 1:22:09Speaker 7: like one hundred dollars yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, and that
- 1:22:11Speaker 7: tosses it in the shaving cream.
- 1:22:15Speaker 6: Yeah, Aliztard for the Eight says I'm Chinese.
- 1:22:17Speaker 3: Hello was the only thing I understood.
- 1:22:25Speaker 5: Shout out.
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: Morgan makes a good point. I'm glad we're figuring this
- 1:22:28Speaker 2: out on.
- 1:22:31Speaker 5: That's how we do it. I mean, you live and
- 1:22:33Speaker 5: you learn.
- 1:22:34Speaker 2: That's true.
- 1:22:36Speaker 5: The biggest issue.
- 1:22:37Speaker 8: Yeah, well we're doing it though.
- 1:22:38Speaker 5: Yeah, we're killing it apparently. Well, we'll find out if
- 1:22:42Speaker 5: we can get driver number five to come upstairs pretty soon.
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: He's on his way right now.
- 1:22:47Speaker 7: To finish strong follow Does his name give us any
- 1:22:49Speaker 7: kind of clue what his ethnicity?
- 1:22:53Speaker 5: Edmund?
- 1:22:53Speaker 7: Okay, it could be or Spanish, yeah, bal British guy.
- 1:23:00Speaker 5: Yeah, Edmund right there, yeah, right there. You see that's
- 1:23:03Speaker 5: not how It could also be an English englishization some
- 1:23:06Speaker 5: other right.
- 1:23:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:23:07Speaker 5: His real name could be Todd or something. We met
- 1:23:10Speaker 5: someone from South Korea the other day. His name is
- 1:23:12Speaker 5: Bob Yep. True. All right, Well, you're listening to the
- 1:23:15Speaker 5: wood Show. Woody is off today. He is picking up
- 1:23:18Speaker 5: his airplane. Sammy is in Hawaii, but we're holding down
- 1:23:21Speaker 5: the fort here and still doing a bunch of giveaways
- 1:23:23Speaker 5: like the Dodgers and Alter Ego, and coming up next,
- 1:23:27Speaker 5: we're gonna find out can we get driver number five
- 1:23:30Speaker 5: to come upstairs the Woody Show.
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: It is The Woody Show. It's a Friday morning, and
- 1:23:37Speaker 2: it's day five. I should mention Woody is out today.
- 1:23:40Speaker 2: He's picking up his plane. He'll be back Monday.
- 1:23:42Speaker 3: Uh.
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: It's day five of Delivery driver Appreciation Week on The
- 1:23:46Speaker 2: Woody Show. So we've been having menace order stuff which
- 1:23:49Speaker 2: everybody benefits from fattening week. Donuto belt I forgot to
- 1:23:56Speaker 2: ask you, Madas, what is you order today?
- 1:23:59Speaker 5: Today? I ordered Jack in a Box?
- 1:24:03Speaker 14: Yeah, a variety of Jack in a Box items. And
- 1:24:06Speaker 14: I think I see the delivery driver.
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: He's like on the other side of the property.
- 1:24:11Speaker 5: He's walking towards me.
- 1:24:12Speaker 14: Oh, he looks like he's a professional. He has a
- 1:24:15Speaker 14: hot bag and everything. He's slowly walking towards him, trying
- 1:24:20Speaker 14: to get him to walk closer to me because it's
- 1:24:23Speaker 14: closer to the door. It's harder to say no when
- 1:24:25Speaker 14: it the doors right there. But oh yeah, So, uh,
- 1:24:31Speaker 14: what's up man? How are you doing today?
- 1:24:33Speaker 4: We're doing a driver.
- 1:24:34Speaker 14: Appreciation week right now where Yeah, we're a radio station
- 1:24:38Speaker 14: and uh, we have people go up and spin prizes
- 1:24:41Speaker 14: to win hundreds of dollars. Well, we will love for
- 1:24:44Speaker 14: you to come upstairs and we'll get it. You're a
- 1:24:46Speaker 14: guaranteed to win more money right now, and I'll and
- 1:24:49Speaker 14: I'll tip you big.
- 1:24:50Speaker 5: I swear you want to go. Yeah, all right, he's down.
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: Just one.
- 1:24:54Speaker 5: Yeah, awesome, I swear to God.
- 1:24:57Speaker 14: Spin prizes, dude, you gotta have fun, all right, success,
- 1:25:01Speaker 14: all right, westairs, Okay, so still some time right up?
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: Okay, come upstairs, we'll spin and win. In the meantime,
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: I want to I think that we've become so jaded
- 1:25:11Speaker 2: when it comes to deliveries. As you know, I'm new
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: new ish to Amazon. I was like an instant Amazon added,
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: but it's an expert to Greg, and I'm a new
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: expert at it. But we're so jaded because two days
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: ago I wanted to order some gas pedal covers. Okay,
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: so they look like they're stainless steel thing. So I
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: got these gas pedal covers, right. I ordered them at
- 1:25:39Speaker 2: I don't know, five six pm, and I got that
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: four to eight am the next day. Window. Yeah, and
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: so I'm here at work, my ring doorbell goes off
- 1:25:48Speaker 2: and there's Amazon with my gas pedal covers. And you
- 1:25:51Speaker 2: really got to stop and think what a miracle.
- 1:25:54Speaker 6: It's insane, Like.
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: How jaded are we that you have something that you
- 1:25:58Speaker 2: didn't really knew if it exists? And then there it
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: is at your door, well less than twelve hours.
- 1:26:03Speaker 3: Later, that exactly, And I think the shaded part comes in.
- 1:26:06Speaker 3: It's like, oh man, this is gonna take three days.
- 1:26:08Speaker 3: Like that's when we become mega a hole totally. And
- 1:26:12Speaker 3: that's the thing I'm all about Amazon. I'm all about
- 1:26:14Speaker 3: those boxes and envelopes coming to the door. And here's
- 1:26:17Speaker 3: why I don't think I deserve any crap for it,
- 1:26:19Speaker 3: because if I go to the store, I'm gonna spend
- 1:26:21Speaker 3: another three hundred dollars on impulse buys that I didn't need.
- 1:26:24Speaker 6: So might as well just get the one thing I
- 1:26:25Speaker 6: need from Amazon.
- 1:26:26Speaker 3: Oh oh, we have a special guest. Welcome in.
- 1:26:32Speaker 5: Follow him over there, over there, yes, follow him over
- 1:26:34Speaker 5: the man in black.
- 1:26:35Speaker 3: Hey there, what's what's your name?
- 1:26:37Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't worry, No, he's a friend that he admin.
- 1:26:39Speaker 12: Hi.
- 1:26:39Speaker 5: Yeah, come on, don't be afraid.
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: You can yeah. Perfect.
- 1:26:45Speaker 5: He doesn't want to put the food menace?
- 1:26:46Speaker 2: Oh yeah here yeah, just put it down and then
- 1:26:50Speaker 2: the wheel.
- 1:26:51Speaker 5: Your job is easy.
- 1:26:52Speaker 6: You just go over there, to that wheel.
- 1:26:54Speaker 4: Yeah, it's fine.
- 1:26:55Speaker 6: Move over menace, so we can get that wheel here.
- 1:26:57Speaker 3: Okay, spend it to you.
- 1:26:59Speaker 6: It's been bill toward you and win a prize. Give
- 1:27:04Speaker 6: it a big, big spin, big spin.
- 1:27:06Speaker 5: Yes, that's what.
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: I like to see, medicine. Would he give you their
- 1:27:11Speaker 2: gift cards? We haven't.
- 1:27:12Speaker 5: Okay, here we go. This thing is going to go
- 1:27:15Speaker 5: all day. It is a thick, girthy spin.
- 1:27:17Speaker 6: That was a really incredible spin. You go take a
- 1:27:20Speaker 6: smoke break.
- 1:27:22Speaker 5: All right, it's.
- 1:27:27Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: This could be the best spin in the history of
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: the wheel, truly.
- 1:27:31Speaker 5: All right, big.
- 1:27:32Speaker 3: Box, let's go.
- 1:27:35Speaker 16: And two hundred.
- 1:27:47Speaker 3: Dollars visa gift card. Edmund, that's our biggest win of
- 1:27:50Speaker 3: the week.
- 1:27:51Speaker 5: Where are you from, Edmund?
- 1:27:54Speaker 4: Armenia?
- 1:27:55Speaker 5: Oh we have a translation for you, Edmund in a
- 1:27:58Speaker 5: in Armenian? All right, him but yest and verve vi
- 1:28:03Speaker 5: radio yakam talis inc Shot build our juge rachmanvarol during
- 1:28:10Speaker 5: and Evan, I'm going to give you another tip of
- 1:28:18Speaker 5: two hundred dollars. So you just made.
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: Awesome a happy delivery driver appreciation week. Yeah, and we
- 1:28:26Speaker 3: got food.
- 1:28:27Speaker 6: This is a win win all around.
- 1:28:28Speaker 5: To finish the week, give your gift cards and then
- 1:28:33Speaker 5: we have to make sure you sign in that.
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: Because he came in the building because you were just
- 1:28:36Speaker 7: make him go out the back door loading you don't
- 1:28:40Speaker 7: know we have this is not our security guards followed
- 1:28:42Speaker 7: by any means awesome, thank you so much. But the
- 1:28:44Speaker 7: management here at the station a number of years ago
- 1:28:47Speaker 7: is decided to say that every person who comes in
- 1:28:48Speaker 7: through the front door has to sign in.
- 1:28:50Speaker 5: And this has included up Dave Roll from the Kevin Smith,
- 1:28:55Speaker 5: like Rivers Cuomo from the Weezer, like people who are
- 1:28:59Speaker 5: mega famous and who don't need to be pulling out
- 1:29:01Speaker 5: their ID to show this is not again.
- 1:29:03Speaker 2: They are cracking down on that.
- 1:29:04Speaker 5: Well, that's what Mena is saying right now. Is the
- 1:29:06Speaker 5: is they're letting him run in with this delivery driver.
- 1:29:08Speaker 5: But I always gott to sign again. Not their fault
- 1:29:10Speaker 5: they're being told they have to do no. No is
- 1:29:12Speaker 5: their fault. Is their fault. I am, I am. I
- 1:29:15Speaker 5: have a problem one of the security guards.
- 1:29:16Speaker 12: I know everybody loves him, but I have a problem
- 1:29:18Speaker 12: with him because I got into argument with him because
- 1:29:21Speaker 12: uh Menji had just started on the Woody Show right
- 1:29:23Speaker 12: he was with us all day long he was supposed
- 1:29:26Speaker 12: to get his key card, didn't get it yet, and
- 1:29:28Speaker 12: then he goes outside really quick, comes back in and said, no,
- 1:29:32Speaker 12: he needs to sign it.
- 1:29:33Speaker 5: No he doesn't, he works here.
- 1:29:36Speaker 3: Have the men in black mind to raise him?
- 1:29:38Speaker 5: No, he said he needs to sign I said, no,
- 1:29:40Speaker 5: he works here. Let him in what he needs us.
- 1:29:42Speaker 2: We gotta go.
- 1:29:43Speaker 5: Sorry, it's company policy, he needs to come in. Well
- 1:29:46Speaker 5: you know what. You know what also is company polsey
- 1:29:47Speaker 5: that you don't take pictures with all celebrities to come.
- 1:29:49Speaker 3: Through the village are trying to kiss them. I don't believe.
- 1:29:52Speaker 5: Look I don't. I don't crap on the working man
- 1:29:54Speaker 5: like you guys do. Yeah. Sure, okay, but we have
- 1:29:57Speaker 5: a work around which is used the back exactly. My
- 1:30:00Speaker 5: uh my worst experience though, it had to be where
- 1:30:02Speaker 5: we used to work at greg Oh for sure. That's
- 1:30:05Speaker 5: like you would go in every day and they act
- 1:30:07Speaker 5: like they didn't know who you were.
- 1:30:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I worked there fourteen years. I forgot my ID
- 1:30:12Speaker 2: or what do you call it, the security card to
- 1:30:15Speaker 2: get in one time and he said, uh, no, you
- 1:30:18Speaker 2: go in. I'm like, I have worked here for over
- 1:30:20Speaker 2: a decade.
- 1:30:21Speaker 6: We have a shift in fifteen minutes.
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: And then meanwhile, we would have John Random show up
- 1:30:25Speaker 2: with god knows what in a box and he said, yeah, hey,
- 1:30:28Speaker 2: I have something for the Woody Show. Oh, I'll bring
- 1:30:30Speaker 2: you up. And then we're looking at the studio windows.
- 1:30:34Speaker 2: Random guy with a box.
- 1:30:36Speaker 5: It's crazy.
- 1:30:36Speaker 3: And for security, are we talking about the same guy
- 1:30:38Speaker 3: that goes.
- 1:30:39Speaker 11: Yes, he's nice, he's very nice. Yeah, but he still
- 1:30:44Speaker 11: calls me like yeah, like he calls me darling, sweetheart.
- 1:30:46Speaker 11: I'm like, okay, that's that's also against some rules here, Okay, stop.
- 1:30:50Speaker 5: I hate all right, well do we go to break
- 1:30:54Speaker 5: right now? I'm sorry, I've been flustered time. I guess
- 1:30:56Speaker 5: I could share one more story. What I was locked
- 1:30:58Speaker 5: out of my office on a weekend at are old
- 1:31:00Speaker 5: place and the security guard goes, oh, sorry, I can't
- 1:31:04Speaker 5: let you in because, uh, the universal key my boss,
- 1:31:08Speaker 5: like duck, tapes it to the wall and he knows
- 1:31:10Speaker 5: when I peel it off, so I'm not allowed to
- 1:31:13Speaker 5: take it off. I go, I think that's what it's
- 1:31:15Speaker 5: used for. When I walked down my office, it was
- 1:31:17Speaker 5: still the keys to my house in my car. He goes, no, sorry,
- 1:31:20Speaker 5: I can't do it, and I go, all right, well,
- 1:31:22Speaker 5: I'm just going to break the door with a hammer,
- 1:31:25Speaker 5: and he goes, okay. So I emailed my boss and go, hey, dude,
- 1:31:28Speaker 5: the guys don't let me in. It's the key to
- 1:31:30Speaker 5: my house. I'm breaking the door. And then so I
- 1:31:32Speaker 5: broke the door and they never fixed it for like
- 1:31:35Speaker 5: four years before I left him. Come work here? What
- 1:31:38Speaker 5: you do handle? I just like, hit it, Okay, you can,
- 1:31:44Speaker 5: warned him.
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: He said, yeah, I'm gonna do this.
- 1:31:46Speaker 12: I also, like the great said he worked at his
- 1:31:47Speaker 12: last job for fourteen years or one previous job, and
- 1:31:50Speaker 12: people didn't know him.
- 1:31:50Speaker 5: People still don't know us here.
- 1:31:52Speaker 3: Oh no, yeah, still to this point, people don't know
- 1:31:54Speaker 3: us as of yesterday. I had upper management look at
- 1:31:56Speaker 3: me and just walk away.
- 1:31:57Speaker 5: Yeah, they said, Lisa, it's the Woody Show. It's Friday,
- 1:32:14Speaker 5: Woody not here today picking up an airplane? You know,
- 1:32:17Speaker 5: no big deal?
- 1:32:18Speaker 4: How you do?
- 1:32:18Speaker 5: I keep on asking him, like, where's going to be
- 1:32:21Speaker 5: the first place you're gonna fly? Doesn't give me an answer,
- 1:32:24Speaker 5: and I keep on giving him destinations because there's a
- 1:32:26Speaker 5: place called Harris Ranch I want him to go to.
- 1:32:29Speaker 5: I'm like, dude, I want I want to go get
- 1:32:32Speaker 5: some steaks at Harris Ranch, and they have a little
- 1:32:34Speaker 5: airport right in front of it.
- 1:32:35Speaker 3: But I don't think he cares where he goes as
- 1:32:37Speaker 3: long as he's in the sky.
- 1:32:38Speaker 5: Yeah, because I want him to get out there and
- 1:32:41Speaker 5: go experience all these other cool places. Because you know,
- 1:32:43Speaker 5: he's not a really big traveler. He has the spots
- 1:32:46Speaker 5: that he goes to, but now he's going to be
- 1:32:48Speaker 5: all over the place.
- 1:32:49Speaker 2: My problem is going to be how much how far
- 1:32:53Speaker 2: can I kick the can down the road when he says,
- 1:32:55Speaker 2: you guys want to fly somewhere, and I have to
- 1:32:57Speaker 2: like make up more stories that I can.
- 1:33:00Speaker 5: The first one said I'll go up with you.
- 1:33:02Speaker 2: I did say that.
- 1:33:05Speaker 5: It's called lip service menace, okay, mega line, because I
- 1:33:09Speaker 5: was shocked when you said that I'll go up with you.
- 1:33:10Speaker 2: I don't want to do it. I trust him, but
- 1:33:12Speaker 2: I don't want to go.
- 1:33:13Speaker 5: Did Greg say it with a little bit of a
- 1:33:14Speaker 5: smile and a little bit of a gleam in he
- 1:33:17Speaker 5: looks serious. So he's picking up a plane and Sammy
- 1:33:21Speaker 5: is in Hawaii. So people are asking Texas to two
- 1:33:24Speaker 5: ninety seventy four and be involved with the show. But
- 1:33:26Speaker 5: right now we're gonna play do you d u i Q?
- 1:33:29Speaker 5: Do you IQ?
- 1:33:31Speaker 4: It is all right, so.
- 1:33:34Speaker 5: The eu IQ is played. But that's how we do this,
- 1:33:37Speaker 5: Seabas hitting these streets, finding drunk people, asking them just
- 1:33:40Speaker 5: the easiest questions in the world, and then you played
- 1:33:42Speaker 5: the d u IQ at home by guessing not what
- 1:33:44Speaker 5: the answer to the question is because everyone knows that
- 1:33:46Speaker 5: duh easy. You guess is this person so drunk that
- 1:33:49Speaker 5: they wait? Well, they will know the answer, will they
- 1:33:51Speaker 5: not know the answer? So if you guess whether they
- 1:33:53Speaker 5: know it correctly, two times out of.
- 1:33:54Speaker 2: Three you win.
- 1:33:56Speaker 5: And uh, we got on the line, who menace? Who
- 1:33:59Speaker 5: do we have Robert? Okay, we have Robert online? Hey,
- 1:34:04Speaker 5: Robert going on? Where are you from? Robert Noice? Shout
- 1:34:09Speaker 5: out to Promona, Romona and just a little Sie, just
- 1:34:14Speaker 5: a little side thing. I'm gonna be playing against dumb
- 1:34:17Speaker 5: ass Tyler today.
- 1:34:18Speaker 7: Right, So we got regular ass minutes versus dumbass Tyler.
- 1:34:21Speaker 7: They are completely sober, but they are of lesser knowledge means,
- 1:34:28Speaker 7: so they will be playing with our drunk Elisa, who
- 1:34:31Speaker 7: I talked to here, She's gonna tell us about what
- 1:34:32Speaker 7: she's been drinking in her plans for where the food
- 1:34:35Speaker 7: at afterwards.
- 1:34:36Speaker 12: All right, I feel so drunk because all this I've
- 1:34:39Speaker 12: been drinking.
- 1:34:40Speaker 5: Right now, can you give me an idea? What kind
- 1:34:42Speaker 5: of alcohol was it?
- 1:34:43Speaker 10: Maybe like mica audios?
- 1:34:48Speaker 5: And what are you gonna do when you get home tonight? Well,
- 1:34:50Speaker 5: you know, I'm tell you a big nap and I'm gonna.
- 1:34:54Speaker 3: Eat a hamburger?
- 1:34:55Speaker 5: What are your favorite topics for your hamburger? To me?
- 1:35:01Speaker 3: Lettuce?
- 1:35:05Speaker 5: Mayo?
- 1:35:06Speaker 8: Lettuce? Did I say it already?
- 1:35:10Speaker 5: Double lettuce?
- 1:35:11Speaker 8: She just drunk or high as well?
- 1:35:13Speaker 5: No, that's the audios Like I used to have a
- 1:35:15Speaker 5: three audios rule. It's like one all right, and then
- 1:35:19Speaker 5: two your buzz, and then three you're pretty much. So
- 1:35:21Speaker 5: that is the West Coast version of the Long Island
- 1:35:24Speaker 5: ice too. That what I haven't lived.
- 1:35:28Speaker 6: Yeah, I had never.
- 1:35:28Speaker 5: Heard of it.
- 1:35:29Speaker 4: I should have followed that rule, because one night I had.
- 1:35:31Speaker 3: Eight Oh my god, I got it.
- 1:35:34Speaker 5: Locked out that the night I remember possibly. Oh there's
- 1:35:39Speaker 5: a bad one, all right, very bad? All right, Alissa.
- 1:35:42Speaker 7: So again, Robert on the phone, you don't have to
- 1:35:44Speaker 7: know whether Menace and dumbass Tyler get the answers, right.
- 1:35:46Speaker 7: You just guess on Alyssa and we'll start with question
- 1:35:49Speaker 7: number one, your.
- 1:35:51Speaker 17: Eyes perceived light and color through a series of rods
- 1:35:53Speaker 17: and what rods?
- 1:35:56Speaker 7: And dumbas Tyler obviously just write your answer is playing
- 1:36:00Speaker 7: on the side too well, just for fun, I'll give
- 1:36:02Speaker 7: Morgan credit.
- 1:36:03Speaker 8: She's I don't want to answer. Uh, that's dumbas Tyler's job.
- 1:36:07Speaker 6: Just for knowledge, Yeah, just to see what you know, Morgan.
- 1:36:09Speaker 7: It would be if there were a high school made
- 1:36:12Speaker 7: up of menaces and Tyler's and Sammy's, Morgan would be
- 1:36:15Speaker 7: the advanced placement class.
- 1:36:16Speaker 5: I'm a little worried about no way because listeners. No way,
- 1:36:20Speaker 5: because listeners have been calling Morgan out saying.
- 1:36:23Speaker 2: That she.
- 1:36:25Speaker 8: As 's soaking this compliment.
- 1:36:28Speaker 5: We'll play We'll play along.
- 1:36:29Speaker 7: You guys, your answers down, so around the room real
- 1:36:32Speaker 7: quick for the benefit of Robert, greg and Gina, et cetera.
- 1:36:36Speaker 7: Do you think Alyssa our audios and Hamburger girl?
- 1:36:41Speaker 2: Okay, Alyssa, sorry, I'm chewing. Absolutely not, absolutely not. She
- 1:36:46Speaker 2: can let us normally. I don't even look at Menace
- 1:36:49Speaker 2: when he answers that, so because a lot of you
- 1:36:51Speaker 2: will look at to Gauge. I did look at Tyler,
- 1:36:55Speaker 2: and he seemed to write down a full sentence. So
- 1:36:58Speaker 2: I'm gonna say no to Tyler, like I couldn't take
- 1:37:01Speaker 2: you that long to write that, and then, you know what,
- 1:37:04Speaker 2: no to everybody except Morgan.
- 1:37:06Speaker 8: All right, all right, I don't want to answer all
- 1:37:08Speaker 8: that guys, Just for me.
- 1:37:10Speaker 4: Robert, just for you.
- 1:37:10Speaker 5: Do you think Alyssa, our drunk will get the answer correct? Well,
- 1:37:14Speaker 5: I didn't even hear the question, so you know it's
- 1:37:17Speaker 5: not feeding down properly. Question one more time? The question
- 1:37:20Speaker 5: their first question, your.
- 1:37:21Speaker 17: Eyes perceived light and color through a series of rods
- 1:37:24Speaker 17: and what?
- 1:37:25Speaker 6: Yeah, this is it.
- 1:37:26Speaker 3: This is a know all around all right, yeah, alright,
- 1:37:32Speaker 3: and I'm sober and I'm sober, all right.
- 1:37:35Speaker 7: All right, well here's your answer. Well, first off, right,
- 1:37:38Speaker 7: let's you know, I will start with dumb, asked Tyler.
- 1:37:41Speaker 7: Rod's and what prisms? Rods and prisms?
- 1:37:44Speaker 5: Okay, pupils and pupils and Morgan.
- 1:37:50Speaker 8: So I first wrote beams and then I did a
- 1:37:52Speaker 8: slash and I wrote prisms as well.
- 1:37:54Speaker 6: Oh my god, rods.
- 1:37:55Speaker 8: And beams kind of sounds familiar.
- 1:37:57Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, I'm glad I got it. I'm glad
- 1:37:59Speaker 3: I guess correctly. Presence, right, Rods and cones.
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: I heard and cones in.
- 1:38:07Speaker 5: The fourth grade.
- 1:38:08Speaker 7: Third grade anyway, Well, they don't count, obviously, but does
- 1:38:12Speaker 7: does Alyssa are drunk?
- 1:38:13Speaker 5: Does she get the answer correct?
- 1:38:14Speaker 17: Your eyes perceive light and color through a series of
- 1:38:17Speaker 17: rods and what colors?
- 1:38:27Speaker 3: Miss Penny here, I did not get it right, Robert,
- 1:38:30Speaker 3: so much fun? Right one for Robert?
- 1:38:34Speaker 4: All right?
- 1:38:35Speaker 5: So and no points for anybody so far? Shout out.
- 1:38:40Speaker 5: Let's go see question number two for your d u.
- 1:38:42Speaker 17: I Q Cupid gets people to fall in love by
- 1:38:45Speaker 17: hitting them with what All.
- 1:38:47Speaker 5: Right, this should be massively on.
- 1:38:50Speaker 6: I believe I'm saying.
- 1:38:52Speaker 3: I'm going all yes, quadruple yes.
- 1:38:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I was kind of thinking that. Listen to though,
- 1:38:59Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, let's go quadruple yet.
- 1:39:01Speaker 6: I think we I think it can be done.
- 1:39:03Speaker 8: I'm not even writing it down. I'm gonna raw dog
- 1:39:05Speaker 8: it from my mouth. Okay, that's how confident I am.
- 1:39:08Speaker 7: All Right, Robert on the phone, do you think our
- 1:39:10Speaker 7: drunk Alyssa? That's all you gotta care about? Will Alyssa
- 1:39:12Speaker 7: know the correct answer to Cupid and what he uses?
- 1:39:17Speaker 5: Even a drunk person should know this, So I'm going
- 1:39:19Speaker 5: to all right, that's risky. I'm saying no. All right, Robert, all.
- 1:39:25Speaker 7: Right, well our question, but we'll start we'll say morgan
- 1:39:28Speaker 7: till the end. We'll start with menace. This time Cupid
- 1:39:30Speaker 7: uses a narrow dummice.
- 1:39:33Speaker 4: Tyler uses an arrow. But to cover my bases, I
- 1:39:35Speaker 4: put Cupid's bow and arrow.
- 1:39:37Speaker 5: Oh wow, look at out smartening you dean Robin Hood.
- 1:39:47Speaker 8: I assume you My answer is bow and arrow.
- 1:39:50Speaker 7: Let's find out yes, is in the room. Will Alyssa
- 1:39:54Speaker 7: give us a yes as well? For the point.
- 1:39:56Speaker 17: Cupid gets people to fall in love by hitting them.
- 1:39:58Speaker 3: With what with the stick?
- 1:40:03Speaker 6: What does he hap on the end of his stick?
- 1:40:05Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:40:06Speaker 5: Triangle? It's a triangle, though I don't know what that means?
- 1:40:11Speaker 2: Stupid?
- 1:40:12Speaker 5: What that means? I was like, how could he say?
- 1:40:20Speaker 5: I try to give her every opportunity to get back
- 1:40:23Speaker 5: on the train. She kept running away.
- 1:40:25Speaker 9: Oh my god?
- 1:40:26Speaker 6: All right, well Robert's still in the game.
- 1:40:27Speaker 7: Yes, you have one final question, Robert, to our tunk Alyssa,
- 1:40:32Speaker 7: here's your question, number three.
- 1:40:35Speaker 5: Ordinally what number century are we in right now? So
- 1:40:39Speaker 5: again ordinally as opposed and I'll give you a clue.
- 1:40:42Speaker 5: You know that ordinally as opposed to cardinally guys got
- 1:40:47Speaker 5: sober during this ordinately, that's all. It's a tough word
- 1:40:49Speaker 5: ordinally as opposed to cardinally.
- 1:40:52Speaker 8: Can we just leave that word out?
- 1:40:54Speaker 6: Yes, you can.
- 1:40:56Speaker 5: It does make It makes sense. What century are we
- 1:40:59Speaker 5: in right now? Ordinally?
- 1:41:00Speaker 6: Just what century are we in right now? He's trying
- 1:41:03Speaker 6: to say sea best come on.
- 1:41:04Speaker 7: No, no, no, this is that's specifically asked ordinally whatever it
- 1:41:10Speaker 7: doesn't its not going.
- 1:41:11Speaker 2: To get it, all right, Okay, that's throwing me up.
- 1:41:15Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean anyone would know this, right, guys ordinately
- 1:41:18Speaker 7: versus cardinally.
- 1:41:20Speaker 2: I'm going to say yes to everybody except Melissa.
- 1:41:26Speaker 3: Okay, I'm going to say, just to mix things up,
- 1:41:31Speaker 3: no to Morgan, no to Menace, yes to Tyler, and
- 1:41:37Speaker 3: no to Alissa.
- 1:41:38Speaker 5: Tyler looks confident.
- 1:41:40Speaker 8: It's that chain he's wearing.
- 1:41:41Speaker 3: A Yeah, it's a chain.
- 1:41:42Speaker 5: It hypnotizes me listening, Robert, Will you think? I mean
- 1:41:48Speaker 5: she couldn't get the arrow?
- 1:41:49Speaker 2: So I'm gonna say.
- 1:41:49Speaker 5: No, there you go. All right, let's go around room,
- 1:41:52Speaker 5: starting with the start with Morgan. This time twenty first century,
- 1:41:56Speaker 5: twenty first century, Mass, twenty first century.
- 1:42:00Speaker 4: Now, this is where I think the trick is. It's
- 1:42:02Speaker 4: the twentieth century, because I don't think you count the
- 1:42:05Speaker 4: first one because it would be like year zero to
- 1:42:07Speaker 4: year one hundred.
- 1:42:08Speaker 5: You have, you've walked your way into the wrong answer. There,
- 1:42:13Speaker 5: trying to help you out. That's why in the nineteen
- 1:42:17Speaker 5: hundreds it was twentieth century.
- 1:42:19Speaker 2: Fat.
- 1:42:19Speaker 3: Yeah, I was trying to help I said, just forget
- 1:42:22Speaker 3: that part.
- 1:42:23Speaker 8: So Menison and I are right, that's correct.
- 1:42:25Speaker 3: Yeah, I like weird heads out though also, well, I
- 1:42:29Speaker 3: don't know the Romans.
- 1:42:30Speaker 5: Isn't there like two hundred years missing? Aren't they like
- 1:42:33Speaker 5: going back and forth about that, Like the Romans like
- 1:42:36Speaker 5: actually changed the years?
- 1:42:38Speaker 6: Are you talking of the Mayans?
- 1:42:40Speaker 12: No?
- 1:42:40Speaker 5: No, No, like they because they want to seem more powerful,
- 1:42:43Speaker 5: they want to erase a certain amount of history. So
- 1:42:46Speaker 5: there's like this argument that we're actually living in the
- 1:42:48Speaker 5: eighteen hundreds or something. We'll have to come back to
- 1:42:50Speaker 5: that one matter. Yeah, so yeah, but again the Robert
- 1:42:54Speaker 5: guest know, for Alyssa, let's find out ordinally what number
- 1:42:58Speaker 5: century are.
- 1:42:59Speaker 2: We in right now?
- 1:43:01Speaker 5: It's gonna happen this year? Do you think, like you
- 1:43:03Speaker 5: to predict what's gonna happen?
- 1:43:04Speaker 16: You know what, I think I'm gonna get my job.
- 1:43:06Speaker 5: I'm getting a new car.
- 1:43:09Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 1:43:10Speaker 8: I'm gonna do something.
- 1:43:11Speaker 5: Am I.
- 1:43:17Speaker 4: I see why this chick is drinking so much.
- 1:43:20Speaker 5: I'd like outlook, get a job. Yeah, I'll do something.
- 1:43:23Speaker 8: This is my year.
- 1:43:24Speaker 5: Yeah, I just don't trink those audiolses though.
- 1:43:26Speaker 3: All right, congratulations robbery. Yeah, you will get yourself a
- 1:43:30Speaker 3: fancy fine prize. That was a very tough game. Well
- 1:43:34Speaker 3: except for the cupids stick question. Yeah, but well done. Swer.
- 1:43:39Speaker 2: Yes, Wait, so what's the difference between ordinarly and ordinally?
- 1:43:43Speaker 5: So? I think the order of things right here? Oh?
- 1:43:46Speaker 2: Yes, google, because I had a debate with a friend
- 1:43:49Speaker 2: of mine who just would not accept the fact that
- 1:43:51Speaker 2: there was no year zero. So when everybody freaked out
- 1:43:54Speaker 2: in the year two thousand and said, oh my god,
- 1:43:56Speaker 2: it's a new millennium, No it's not. It started in
- 1:43:58Speaker 2: two thousand and one. No year zero.
- 1:44:01Speaker 5: Is that targets Tyler's arguments along those lines. Yeah, like
- 1:44:06Speaker 5: order is in the order of things.
- 1:44:07Speaker 7: So the first century Cardinal's just one, two, three, four, five, six, seven.
- 1:44:11Speaker 5: Oh so I had it backwards exactly, Okay.
- 1:44:13Speaker 6: But I like where your head was at you were
- 1:44:15Speaker 6: trying to think about it.
- 1:44:15Speaker 5: Yeah, because I know a big old nogging. It's a
- 1:44:18Speaker 5: size eight by the way.
- 1:44:19Speaker 12: Yeah, they told you to write down on a piece
- 1:44:21Speaker 12: of paper. You literally have paper from you?
- 1:44:23Speaker 5: Like, where do I write it?
- 1:44:24Speaker 4: Zok?
- 1:44:26Speaker 5: At that as you got flustered, Okay, you don't have to.
- 1:44:29Speaker 3: Oh my god, this has gotten really angry. Let's take
- 1:44:31Speaker 3: a quick break.
- 1:44:33Speaker 2: Tyler.
- 1:44:34Speaker 5: I like Menace because I don't think he even knows
- 1:44:37Speaker 5: he's funny books. I mean, how much are they when
- 1:44:41Speaker 5: you say words and it just happens to be Now?
- 1:44:47Speaker 5: Can you help me with the pronunciation of this.
- 1:44:51Speaker 2: Show?
- 1:44:56Speaker 5: And who do we have on the phone right here?
- 1:44:59Speaker 5: More you?
- 1:45:00Speaker 12: Oh?
- 1:45:00Speaker 8: This is Cameron Cameron?
- 1:45:02Speaker 5: All right, Cameron? Hello, Hey, how's it going? What do
- 1:45:06Speaker 5: you show? Where are you from, Cameron?
- 1:45:10Speaker 2: I'm from Los Angeles right now, I'm in Rolling Heights
- 1:45:13Speaker 2: calling from work.
- 1:45:13Speaker 5: Hell yeah, nice. What do you do for a living? Oh?
- 1:45:17Speaker 2: Right now, you know, I'm building some tubs, some luxury
- 1:45:20Speaker 2: walking back.
- 1:45:20Speaker 5: To Oh yeah, you're speaking great love language right now.
- 1:45:26Speaker 2: Need one of these walking tubs.
- 1:45:28Speaker 5: Especially, it's probably gonna want to do sex with you
- 1:45:29Speaker 5: after We're going to put you on hold. But you
- 1:45:31Speaker 5: are the winner.
- 1:45:32Speaker 4: Yeah, hey, I appreciate it.
- 1:45:34Speaker 2: I've been trying to get through forever.
- 1:45:36Speaker 3: Well here you are.
- 1:45:37Speaker 2: Yeah, nice, thank you so much.
- 1:45:40Speaker 5: All right, Greg, tell him what he want.
- 1:45:45Speaker 2: Greg, He's got the tickets to the Dodgers Game five
- 1:45:48Speaker 2: if it goes to Game five tomorrow. The club box seats,
- 1:45:51Speaker 2: not just your run of the mill seats.
- 1:45:53Speaker 4: Yeah, this is the.
- 1:45:54Speaker 5: Club box and the great view you hear about it.
- 1:45:59Speaker 2: That's okay.
- 1:46:01Speaker 5: I just want to make sure we've got that all correct.
- 1:46:04Speaker 7: But congratulations came congratulations Because it's Menas's birthday month.
- 1:46:09Speaker 5: He should be in charge of stuff today exactly.
- 1:46:11Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 1:46:11Speaker 5: Yeah, a good idea. So you're agreed, Yeah, I am, okay.
- 1:46:17Speaker 5: I don't know what's wrong with everybody. Are we supposed
