- 0:05Speaker 1: leewa guest host the Mark Simone Show on sevent ten WOAR.
- 0:16Speaker 2: As I continue on here in my substitution role for
- 0:20Speaker 2: my new found friend and station seven to ten WOAR,
- 0:25Speaker 2: which I hope will be all of yours, substituting for
- 0:29Speaker 2: the best guy in talk radio in the trich State area,
- 0:32Speaker 2: bar Non Mark Simone. I mean, he's a smooth operator.
- 0:38Speaker 2: And I'll be with you until January second, the day
- 0:42Speaker 2: after the ball drops, you know, I'm in Times Square
- 0:46Speaker 2: with the Guardian Angels. And then the next day we'll
- 0:48Speaker 2: see about the inauguration of Jorhanmandami with Bernie the out
- 0:53Speaker 2: the Coca Sanders standing there in city Hall. Look a
- 0:57Speaker 2: lot to deal with coming up to deal with you
- 1:00Speaker 2: here and now, because is he who's on the boards
- 1:05Speaker 2: formerly a refugee from WABC, used to be always broadcasting
- 1:09Speaker 2: Curtis No more, it's always booked bashing Curtis so good,
- 1:14Speaker 2: good that you hear? Is he much better place? And
- 1:18Speaker 2: as you know from my many years of broadcasting, whenever
- 1:21Speaker 2: the temperatures would get below freezing, I would have a
- 1:25Speaker 2: phrase that was taught to me by my father Chester,
- 1:29Speaker 2: who grew up in the Chicago area right off of
- 1:33Speaker 2: Lake Michigan, when there were real winters with real snow
- 1:38Speaker 2: storms twenty foot more before we had global warming and
- 1:44Speaker 2: climate change. I know a lot of you it's a
- 1:47Speaker 2: fake fake. It's not fake global warming and climate change.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Let me tell you something. It is not fake. But
- 1:53Speaker 2: no hawk is talking. Now, you're not city. I've heard
- 1:59Speaker 2: that phrase over the years. What does that mean? The
- 2:02Speaker 2: hawk is talking? Actually came out of Chicago South Side,
- 2:06Speaker 2: where my dad was from, and his family on the
- 2:09Speaker 2: polar side of my family forty six in Rockwell. I
- 2:13Speaker 2: actually spent four years going up there from ages one
- 2:16Speaker 2: to five and then came back to Brooklyn. But the
- 2:21Speaker 2: hawk was talking, I think was first said by Louis Armstrong.
- 2:27Speaker 2: That's right, play that horn. Louis from North Corona in Queens,
- 2:33Speaker 2: right opposite where Tony Bennet grew up. The crooner from Estoria,
- 2:37Speaker 2: the estorya kid. Yeah, oh they got him. You see
- 2:39Speaker 2: him near the house of Louis Armstrong. But Louis Armstrong
- 2:44Speaker 2: would come into the South Side black jazz clubs frequented
- 2:49Speaker 2: by whites and blacks, interracial crowd and because it felt
- 2:53Speaker 2: like it was forty degrees below zero wind chill fact
- 2:56Speaker 2: up because the winds were coming off of Lake Michigan.
- 3:02Speaker 2: He would say, the hawk is talking because his lips
- 3:06Speaker 2: which is so frozen. Like the other performers, they tell
- 3:09Speaker 2: you basically, it's gonna take like five or ten minutes
- 3:12Speaker 2: from my lips to unfreeze, so I could be able
- 3:16Speaker 2: to play that horn now, which probably didn't know, or
- 3:19Speaker 2: maybe some of you knew that Louis Armstrong probably consumed
- 3:26Speaker 2: and inhaled and exhaled more reef for more marijuana than
- 3:30Speaker 2: anybody else during the jazz era. That's what he was knowing.
- 3:33Speaker 2: In fact, he would actually shotgun you through the horn,
- 3:39Speaker 2: which meant basically he would inhale it and then exhale
- 3:41Speaker 2: it through the horn and right into your schnazola. Long
- 3:45Speaker 2: before the nineteen sixties, peace, Love and happiness, Haye Ashbury
- 3:50Speaker 2: Woodstock half a million strong up the New York State
- 3:54Speaker 2: through it. Yeah, a long time before the era that
- 3:58Speaker 2: we called the counterculture. I grew up in the ear
- 4:01Speaker 2: of the hippies, era of the Hippies. Well, anyway, the
- 4:05Speaker 2: hawk is talking, and it reminded me at the times
- 4:09Speaker 2: we would go visit the Polish side of the family.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Christmas Easter. My dad had put everybody in the fifty
- 4:18Speaker 2: four Ford station wagon Old Betsy, you know, whitewall tires,
- 4:23Speaker 2: wood panels, and we'd be going through all different areas.
- 4:27Speaker 2: I mean, we ended up going across Phillipsburg from Jersey,
- 4:30Speaker 2: across the bridge through Easton, which was the home of
- 4:35Speaker 2: Larry Holmes world champion heavyweight. Obviously not back in the
- 4:41Speaker 2: early sixties when we were riding through there. And then
- 4:43Speaker 2: I remember Allentown and Bethlehem had the US Steel plant
- 4:46Speaker 2: going now it's a casino, and we go through Pittsburgh
- 4:50Speaker 2: three ships round the clock on an orange plume would
- 4:53Speaker 2: hang over the city because of all the steel mills.
- 4:57Speaker 2: And then eventually through Gary, Indiana, the South Chicago, the
- 5:01Speaker 2: steel mills there, going three shifts right into Chicago itself.
- 5:06Speaker 2: That's when Steele was king in the United States. Now
- 5:09Speaker 2: you have US Steel partly owned by the Japanese partnerly
- 5:13Speaker 2: owned by the United States the Trump administration to keep
- 5:17Speaker 2: all that steel being made here, right, boy, that's a throwback.
- 5:21Speaker 2: And I remember we'd go out to the sleep With compound.
- 5:24Speaker 2: By then they were out in Lockport, which was between
- 5:28Speaker 2: Joliet had that walled prison there in Chicago, and they
- 5:33Speaker 2: had the subdivisions, and my job was to go out
- 5:37Speaker 2: and slap the hogs. Oh yeah, slap the hogs after
- 5:41Speaker 2: the feed for the family. And I learned there were
- 5:45Speaker 2: the two of the smartest animals ever, the hogs, the
- 5:49Speaker 2: pigs and the crows who were out there in the cornfields,
- 5:53Speaker 2: you know, with these scarecrows trying to scam away. My dad,
- 5:56Speaker 2: in fact, when he was young, had Jimmy the crow
- 5:59Speaker 2: that was his pet. It would fly with him to
- 6:02Speaker 2: and from school to Sherman Park in his public school,
- 6:05Speaker 2: and he would wait there on the windowsill until my
- 6:08Speaker 2: dad was ready to walk home again to the south side.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Forty six and Rockwell, that's a little bit of that
- 6:14Speaker 2: side issue. But let's talk about this storm warning and
- 6:19Speaker 2: the fact that many of you are you know, well,
- 6:23Speaker 2: you gotta sort of go back in time to remember
- 6:26Speaker 2: when heavy snowfalls were common and now it's an exception
- 6:32Speaker 2: to the rule. And I've always said, why is it
- 6:35Speaker 2: different now? I say global warming, climate change. Look what's
- 6:38Speaker 2: happening in southern California there, It's like a tsunami has
- 6:43Speaker 2: hit the area. But oh no, no, it's of course
- 6:46Speaker 2: not you know, Okay, you could have your opinion. I
- 6:49Speaker 2: have my opinion. But I remember it'd be like fourteen
- 6:54Speaker 2: sixteen foot of snow had to go out, put the
- 6:58Speaker 2: chains on the tires, know, the buses, the klang klang huge,
- 7:04Speaker 2: I mean, the sanitation bulldozers would push the snow all
- 7:10Speaker 2: to an area, you know, almost like a mount rushmore
- 7:13Speaker 2: there on the corners. You don't have that anymore. And
- 7:16Speaker 2: it's interesting as we were hearing these forecasts, because Nancy
- 7:21Speaker 2: was driving me all through the tri state area visiting
- 7:24Speaker 2: her relatives. Uh and uh. Also, oh, some interesting information
- 7:31Speaker 2: I picked up at a copper crow remember as the
- 7:34Speaker 2: crow flies. That's on Broadway and Olmony Capitol Land. What
- 7:39Speaker 2: is that is the crow flies? It's the most direct
- 7:41Speaker 2: straight line distance between two places. Yep, a great place, Coppler.
- 7:46Speaker 2: And man, did I learn a lot about how Republicans
- 7:51Speaker 2: are throwing the party under the bus that will not
- 7:56Speaker 2: have those chains, those old iron chains at all. No, no,
- 8:00Speaker 2: no no, but thrown under the bus with as you know,
- 8:04Speaker 2: Alice Stephonic leaving the race. Oh that's gonna be operation
- 8:09Speaker 2: hush hush much much. You're not gonna want to miss
- 8:11Speaker 2: it because I'm connecting all the dots as I worked
- 8:15Speaker 2: my way through troy Almanies, connected the Hamilton Hill, all
- 8:22Speaker 2: these places again with the predictions where snow. You know
- 8:27Speaker 2: snow is coming. What I said as the crow flies,
- 8:31Speaker 2: a lot of crows up there, smart animals, smart birds
- 8:37Speaker 2: and anyway, I said to myself, Wow. And then people
- 8:41Speaker 2: coming up to me, no matter where I was, because
- 8:43Speaker 2: obviously I'm wearing the red butray, the red Satine jacket,
- 8:46Speaker 2: and they're giving me all kinds of information about what
- 8:49Speaker 2: I should be doing with my life. Yeah, is he
- 8:51Speaker 2: I'm up there in Capitol len oh Man, you should
- 8:53Speaker 2: be on WG wire. I heard you on WO off
- 8:56Speaker 2: and watch someone. I said, why would I want to
- 8:58Speaker 2: be on WGY A ten big station up there in Albany.
- 9:02Speaker 2: But I'm not coming up here at Albany. I spent
- 9:05Speaker 2: time in the South End in Aubury, Hilm. I'm not
- 9:07Speaker 2: coming up to Albany. And then on my way down
- 9:12Speaker 2: at one of those rest stops in the New York
- 9:14Speaker 2: State through a way you know, before we hit Marwall.
- 9:16Speaker 2: You know, we went from Rockland and then into New
- 9:19Speaker 2: Jersey and nown threw Fortney over the GW bridge and
- 9:22Speaker 2: I looked up and there was Eric Adams, a swaggerman
- 9:26Speaker 2: with no plans, apartment that he's lived in for years,
- 9:29Speaker 2: you know, with his what is no his boo, his beard,
- 9:33Speaker 2: Tracy and then the other girl friend, the weightlifter underneath
- 9:36Speaker 2: apartment twenty two eighth. I'm not gonna give you the address,
- 9:39Speaker 2: and I said to myself, man, I've come full circle.
- 9:43Speaker 2: And then as we finally get into the apartment, it's
- 9:47Speaker 2: in the wee hours in the morning. And what does
- 9:49Speaker 2: my wife do? Nancy the best thing that ever happened
- 9:53Speaker 2: to me. She starts binge watching The Office, you know,
- 9:58Speaker 2: the show from Scratton, New Jersey with Steve Carell as
- 10:02Speaker 2: Michael and Dwight and Jim. And she's got on the
- 10:06Speaker 2: episode which is I guess you'd call it the snowball
- 10:09Speaker 2: episode Classy Christmas, in which the whole concept is it's
- 10:14Speaker 2: not a real snowfall if it's just a dusting of snow.
- 10:21Speaker 2: Oh man, if you haven't seen this, you gotta you
- 10:23Speaker 2: gotta watch that episode. Well, one of my favorite TV shows. Again,
- 10:28Speaker 2: Nancy loves to binge watch, you know, as we come
- 10:31Speaker 2: into New Year's I'll be very busy, as I always am,
- 10:34Speaker 2: but uh never busy enough to miss Rod shirling in
- 10:38Speaker 2: the Twilight Zone and the non stop showing of some
- 10:42Speaker 2: of the greatest TV programs of all time. Speaking of
- 10:45Speaker 2: upstate New York state, if he was from Beington, New York,
- 10:48Speaker 2: Day finally put up a statue to his honor in
- 10:50Speaker 2: the park. Dep Boy, I'm moving in a lot of
- 10:54Speaker 2: different directions here, because a true snow snowfall is determined
- 11:01Speaker 2: by whether you can make snowballs, whether it's packing snow,
- 11:04Speaker 2: because if it's too light, you can't make a snowfall.
- 11:07Speaker 2: Even if there's some accumulation, it's all about packing snow.
- 11:13Speaker 2: And already you heard the news reports are there. They're
- 11:16Speaker 2: moving out there with all the rock salt. They're spreading
- 11:20Speaker 2: it in advance. Why why you know is he where
- 11:22Speaker 2: the rock salt comes from? Do you have any idea
- 11:26Speaker 2: underneath Detroit? When I was in Detroit, they have canyons
- 11:31Speaker 2: under ground in which they are mining salt rock salt
- 11:37Speaker 2: now for de icing, But back then when I first
- 11:40Speaker 2: saw it, leather, food, processing, all things underneath Detroit, thousand
- 11:45Speaker 2: feet down, I don't know if people will where are
- 11:48Speaker 2: that That's where the salt comes from. And I'm saying,
- 11:51Speaker 2: why are you gonna throw salt on the ground. First
- 11:54Speaker 2: of all, it's gonna eat up the as fork. Then
- 11:56Speaker 2: you're gonna have potholes of the size of lunar craters.
- 12:01Speaker 2: And then while you're driving along they already hate drivers
- 12:04Speaker 2: in so many places, especially New York City. Now you're undercarriage,
- 12:09Speaker 2: is gonna be thrown out all of a sudden, Your
- 12:12Speaker 2: bull bearings will need adjustment, your trott will end up
- 12:17Speaker 2: sort of becoming bent into shape. You have to end
- 12:20Speaker 2: up in a fender bended shop. And a lot of
- 12:22Speaker 2: that has to do with it's sparing rock salt to ride.
- 12:25Speaker 2: Why not do what they do it up in Wisconsin
- 12:27Speaker 2: where they're used to actual snow or for lake mission
- 12:31Speaker 2: in Milwaukee. Is they spread a combination of beats, yeah, beats,
- 12:39Speaker 2: a brine or a cheese brine so that it doesn't
- 12:45Speaker 2: end up destroying the asphalt and creating those potholes which
- 12:49Speaker 2: become lunar craters. And by the way, then the deer
- 12:53Speaker 2: come out. That's the other problem in Wisconsin. The deer
- 12:56Speaker 2: come out and they want to lick up the beats
- 12:58Speaker 2: and the cheese offs, the asphalt, and boy, we saw
- 13:04Speaker 2: a lot of deer on all way down coming from
- 13:07Speaker 2: Capital Land last night. And I know for some of
- 13:11Speaker 2: you you look at deer as if it's agent Orange
- 13:14Speaker 2: in hooves, because they eat up everything like a pac
- 13:18Speaker 2: Man packed woman. Don't say that to my wife, Nancy,
- 13:22Speaker 2: Oh my god, you'd be going to war with her. Hey. Look,
- 13:25Speaker 2: that's just a little thumbnail sketch where I was and
- 13:31Speaker 2: what we were doing as a family. And also the
- 13:36Speaker 2: information that I learned on this lie hush hush, much
- 13:39Speaker 2: mush about how key Republicans are working in tandem to
- 13:45Speaker 2: destroy the Republican Party as we know it in New
- 13:50Speaker 2: York State, New York City and actually turn it into
- 13:54Speaker 2: a wing of the old moderate Democratic Party. Well, you
- 13:58Speaker 2: don't want to go anywhere, alright? Are you gonna go anywhere?
- 14:02Speaker 2: All this information that I'm bringing to you, Like Paul Revere,
- 14:06Speaker 2: I'm warning you in advance, doing all the groundwork, and
- 14:10Speaker 2: now it's on your place to be. Seven ten War
- 14:15Speaker 2: our favorite radio station in the SLIWA household. And yeah,
- 14:18Speaker 2: our cats love listening to it too, The Voice of
- 14:22Speaker 2: New York. The numbers eight hundred three two one zero
- 14:25Speaker 2: seven ten. That's eight hundred three to two one zero
- 14:30Speaker 2: seven ten. The Pulse of New York.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Now on the Voice of New York, Curtis Sleewall guest
- 14:37Speaker 1: host from marximon on seven ten war.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Let's talk about it being the pulse of the tri
- 14:47Speaker 2: state area. That's where I was in the last forty
- 14:50Speaker 2: eight hours, since I was talking to all of U
- 14:52Speaker 2: s ubstooting for Mark and Gary was with the orange cone. Hell,
- 14:59Speaker 2: you know, if you driving around, they got the orange cones,
- 15:02Speaker 2: and they got the orange barrels there with the reflector
- 15:08Speaker 2: tape so you could see it at night. And you
- 15:10Speaker 2: say to yourself, that's symptomatic of the problems that we
- 15:15Speaker 2: have with our infrastructure wherever you see those through out Pennsylvania,
- 15:19Speaker 2: New Jersey, upstate New York, wherever we went here in
- 15:23Speaker 2: New York City. And Nancy had the responsibility to drive,
- 15:28Speaker 2: believe it or not. I don't have a driver's license.
- 15:31Speaker 2: I've driven before when I was a teenager. You know,
- 15:35Speaker 2: it took to test, obviously, no problem. The written part
- 15:39Speaker 2: problem was parallel parking. I had long hair at the time.
- 15:43Speaker 2: My cousin Lenny Beams me on Chino said, hey, just
- 15:47Speaker 2: put a twenty. Just put a twenty there right right,
- 15:50Speaker 2: so that the instructor could see it. You'll pass. I
- 15:54Speaker 2: wasn't going to bribe the instructor. And he did not
- 15:57Speaker 2: like long hair. He attributed it or you must be
- 15:59Speaker 2: a hip, must be part of the anti war movement.
- 16:03Speaker 2: And every time it would get to the parallel parking stage,
- 16:06Speaker 2: I would flub it. No license, but I drove for years,
- 16:09Speaker 2: but I don't drive now. So my wife asked to
- 16:12Speaker 2: do all the driving, and all she asked for all
- 16:16Speaker 2: she needs, Like for so many of you listening wherever
- 16:21Speaker 2: you are, even throughout the world as you're listening, is
- 16:24Speaker 2: seven to ten WR because I know you are. You're
- 16:27Speaker 2: contacting me. Oh, listening to it in Shanghai. That was interesting.
- 16:34Speaker 2: But anyway, my wife, she just needs a good cup cool.
- 16:39Speaker 2: So yesterday, as you know, a lot of places that
- 16:41Speaker 2: closed for Christmas, the only time of the year they closed,
- 16:46Speaker 2: And we're at a Starbucks and all places Troy, New York.
- 16:50Speaker 2: It's open and not far from Russell Stage College, great,
- 16:55Speaker 2: great college. Yeah, and were you in there like an hour?
- 17:00Speaker 2: Just get a cup colfee and like, I'm not gonna
- 17:05Speaker 2: complain my wife, Nancy. She's doing all the driving, but
- 17:08Speaker 2: it's like an hour for a cup coolfee. We could
- 17:11Speaker 2: have gone to one of the gas stations and she goes,
- 17:15Speaker 2: I ain't drinking gas station coffee, No way. And we
- 17:19Speaker 2: waited an hour and Nancy got her coffee in Oh,
- 17:25Speaker 2: it was like a mood elevator without that coffee. Lookout,
- 17:29Speaker 2: you're like like Sybil, multiple personalities, I mean, quite ease,
- 17:35Speaker 2: and I'm sure there are a lot of people out
- 17:36Speaker 2: there the same way. But she got that cup of octane,
- 17:39Speaker 2: that coffee, and she was good to go, and we
- 17:42Speaker 2: continued on our way. But there's fear, fright and hysteria
- 17:47Speaker 2: over the coming snow. And I'm saying it's as we
- 17:52Speaker 2: talk about now the segue into Zora and Mandami being
- 17:56Speaker 2: sworn in as mayor. And I know a lot of
- 17:57Speaker 2: you are moaning and groaning, and you you can't get
- 18:00Speaker 2: over the election. He won the election. Get used to it.
- 18:05Speaker 2: If he does good, the city does good, we all
- 18:08Speaker 2: do good, the state does good, America does good. But
- 18:12Speaker 2: for some of you, you want the guy to crash
- 18:14Speaker 2: and burn. I mean every step of the way. Look
- 18:16Speaker 2: that's your thing, but I'll tell you this, one of
- 18:20Speaker 2: those litmus tests used to be not just in Chicago,
- 18:24Speaker 2: where my dad would take us during the holidays to
- 18:27Speaker 2: visit that side of the family, and I remember there
- 18:29Speaker 2: was a Mayor Blandict there. He didn't get the snow up,
- 18:31Speaker 2: and guess what, he lost the election in a primary
- 18:35Speaker 2: to Mayor Jane Burn simply because he couldn't get the
- 18:38Speaker 2: snow up. Had that happened in New York City? John
- 18:42Speaker 2: Lindsay Forest Hills, Oh, the mounds of snow, and he
- 18:48Speaker 2: lost the Republican line to run for reelection in sixty
- 18:51Speaker 2: nine and one on the Liberal line instead because of
- 18:53Speaker 2: the miracle mets of sixty nine winning and him claiming
- 18:57Speaker 2: he was a lifelong med fan, of which he couldn't
- 18:59Speaker 2: be like life long at that time. I only came
- 19:01Speaker 2: around since the early sixties. But typical political form, he
- 19:05Speaker 2: lied and he rode that to victory. But the point
- 19:09Speaker 2: being is with the snows. I remember Rudy Giuliani getting elected,
- 19:15Speaker 2: and I had campaigned with him when he lost first
- 19:17Speaker 2: against David Dinkins I eighty nine and then when he
- 19:20Speaker 2: won ninety three, and that first two years he had
- 19:26Speaker 2: more snow than I ever saw before. In fact, it
- 19:28Speaker 2: was that one which I think it was like h
- 19:32Speaker 2: January twentieth, if I'm gonna remembering nineteen ninety six, so
- 19:37Speaker 2: like maybe the second year of his mayoralty at thirty
- 19:40Speaker 2: inches in Staten Island, they were twenty inches here in
- 19:43Speaker 2: the city. They were using like salt everywhere. It was
- 19:46Speaker 2: like eleven storms that clobbered us in that year alone.
- 19:49Speaker 2: I remember it, and you say to yourself, we don't
- 19:53Speaker 2: have that now, And so you ask yourself, well, why
- 19:57Speaker 2: don't we have that. We're not talking about back into
- 20:01Speaker 2: the sixties or the seventies as I began this program,
- 20:07Speaker 2: right back to nineteen ninety six and a series of snowstorms,
- 20:12Speaker 2: and now we don't have them anymore. And unfortunately Eric
- 20:16Speaker 2: Adams is still the mayor. Is he in any country today?
- 20:20Speaker 2: Is he in Switzerland? Is he in the Caribbean? Western?
- 20:22Speaker 2: Who knows that taxpayers expense? And who cares? But the
- 20:26Speaker 2: city claims they're ready, they got all the rock salt ready,
- 20:30Speaker 2: They're already putting a little salt out into the asphalt.
- 20:34Speaker 2: And I'm saying to myself, man, that's gonna eat up
- 20:38Speaker 2: you go along that FDR driver is already a mess.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Right you go south from forty second Street the FTERR Drive,
- 20:44Speaker 2: you're going down past Houston Street a mess. It's like
- 20:48Speaker 2: lunar crater. Hell, nobody fixes it, and this will make
- 20:53Speaker 2: it that much worse. But oh my god, people are
- 20:57Speaker 2: ready to hunker down. How will we survive?
- 20:59Speaker 3: What?
- 21:00Speaker 2: Four inches six inches maybe eight inches? Imagine when it
- 21:04Speaker 2: was regular twenty inches thirty inches. Oh, so much to
- 21:10Speaker 2: reminisce about, but so much to talk about, because it's
- 21:13Speaker 2: really your turn to be heard. That that's really what
- 21:17Speaker 2: talk radio is about. And I'm gonna give you all
- 21:20Speaker 2: an opportunity on my newfound station on what I hope
- 21:24Speaker 2: will be yours. Listen to station seven ten wor to participate.
- 21:28Speaker 2: So is you gotta be ready? You're multitasking here this morning.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten. That's eight
- 21:40Speaker 2: hundred three two one zero seven ten. And by the way,
- 21:43Speaker 2: if you're stun god, you know, if you drank too
- 21:46Speaker 2: much of the eggnog they was spiked, Hey, don't bother
- 21:50Speaker 2: call it because I can talk my way to the
- 21:54Speaker 2: break of dawn. As you know, I said, boy, what
- 21:58Speaker 2: a great Christmas present to be able to do it
- 22:00Speaker 2: here on seventy ten, wor to all of you in
- 22:06Speaker 2: the Tri State area. Beyond number it's one eight hundred
- 22:09Speaker 2: three two one zero seven ten. That's one eight hundred
- 22:12Speaker 2: three two one zero seven ten. And up next, a
- 22:17Speaker 2: bunch of brothers who were handling those orange cones last
- 22:21Speaker 2: night told me I should be doing something else. Yeah,
- 22:24Speaker 2: everybody's an expert out there. Everybody tells me I voted
- 22:27Speaker 2: for you. How'd you vote for me in Hamilton Hill
- 22:30Speaker 2: in Schenectady. Oh, well, I would have voted for you
- 22:34Speaker 2: if I was in the city. You cocka down, you Pinocchio.
- 22:37Speaker 2: You're lying. I know you want to make me feel better.
- 22:41Speaker 2: But some of the brothers is he were telling me
- 22:43Speaker 2: what I should be doing with my life now. Everybody
- 22:48Speaker 2: is a program director, everybody is a soothsayer. Everybody wants
- 22:53Speaker 2: to tell me what I should be doing here. Uh,
- 22:58Speaker 2: when in fact, you couldn't have been more hopelessly wrong.
- 23:04Speaker 2: What eight hundred three to one zero seventen.
- 23:07Speaker 1: The Voice that fights for New York literally Curtis Sleewalk
- 23:12Speaker 1: guest host for Mark Simone on sevent ten.
- 23:15Speaker 2: Woor oh, you don't want to miss it. As I
- 23:22Speaker 2: was up in the Capitol Land area for the Christmas
- 23:27Speaker 2: holiday to be with Nancy and her family members. Also
- 23:29Speaker 2: is doing some side work getting information about how the
- 23:34Speaker 2: Republican leadership has thrown the party under the bus, this
- 23:39Speaker 2: time against Congresswoman at least stophonic for Kathy the Grifter Hockel,
- 23:46Speaker 2: who was in New York City meeting with key Republicans
- 23:50Speaker 2: lining them up because it's all about following the money.
- 23:55Speaker 2: It's all about follow the money. Oh, I learned a
- 23:58Speaker 2: lot at the Copper Crow right there on Broadway in Almany.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Remember as the crow flies cool and by the way,
- 24:06Speaker 2: the hawk is talking out there, So we'll talk about
- 24:09Speaker 2: this hysteria and fear and is sweeping the area because
- 24:14Speaker 2: oh my god, there might be six to eight ten
- 24:16Speaker 2: inches maybe more of snow. And I'm saying to myself, boy,
- 24:21Speaker 2: he used to be that all the time as we
- 24:24Speaker 2: would approach the new year. But let's go to the
- 24:26Speaker 2: phones right now, and it's Rob Who's calling from Montclair,
- 24:31Speaker 2: New Jersey. Your turn to be heard? He on seven
- 24:35Speaker 2: to ten WR Rob.
- 24:37Speaker 4: Hey, Curtis. During that campaign, I heard you maligned a lot,
- 24:43Speaker 4: and I told my friends, you know, I know one
- 24:46Speaker 4: thing about this guy, and it tells me everything about him.
- 24:49Speaker 4: I teach you the school when Montclair Montclair State University,
- 24:53Speaker 4: and many many years ago, you came with. I guess
- 24:56Speaker 4: it was a WABC basketball team to play the local people.
- 25:00Speaker 4: You probably don't even remember. Well, you got there really
- 25:03Speaker 4: early and I was going to teach a class and
- 25:06Speaker 4: I recognized you, and I said, Curtis, could you speak
- 25:09Speaker 4: to my class. You came, you spoke to him, You
- 25:13Speaker 4: answered questions. You were as sweet as kind as a
- 25:17Speaker 4: person could be. And that tells me everything I need
- 25:19Speaker 4: to know about you.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Wow. And you remember, and I remember, we got beat
- 25:24Speaker 2: badly the leader of the team at that point basketball team,
- 25:29Speaker 2: because I was known for my sharp elbows. You got
- 25:32Speaker 2: into the paint. I was going to put a herding
- 25:34Speaker 2: on your kidneys and your ribs. Don't come into the paint.
- 25:38Speaker 2: You better be shooting from three point range. Was Mitch Dolan,
- 25:43Speaker 2: who was the general manager and Grandpoopa of all the
- 25:47Speaker 2: stations at that time over at WABC, and that guy
- 25:52Speaker 2: was a sharp shooter from the outside. He used to
- 25:54Speaker 2: call him, Hey, you know, he's like the six man
- 25:57Speaker 2: off the bench. He come in boom in a knock.
- 26:00Speaker 2: A fewback oh, I remember those memories. That was good, Rob,
- 26:05Speaker 2: that was good. Let's go if we can to Ellen,
- 26:10Speaker 2: who's calling also from New Jersey. Your turn to be
- 26:13Speaker 2: heard here at seven to ten wor Ellen.
- 26:16Speaker 5: Hi, Curtis. I am so thrilled to speak with you,
- 26:19Speaker 5: and so thrilled that you're back on the air. I've
- 26:22Speaker 5: listened to you for so many years with Angels in
- 26:24Speaker 5: the Morning and Curtis and Coolbe and then of course
- 26:28Speaker 5: I got very little sleep because I was listening to
- 26:30Speaker 5: on the weekends overnight on that other station, in additional
- 26:34Speaker 5: listening to your friend Frank overnight also. But I wanted
- 26:39Speaker 5: to ask you something about your father. It's been bothering
- 26:42Speaker 5: me for years. Do you happen to know if your
- 26:45Speaker 5: father was a member of the National Maritime Union.
- 26:48Speaker 2: YEP, for close to fifty years he was a delegate.
- 26:53Speaker 2: He would actually go to battle with the trustees and
- 26:58Speaker 2: the lead of the National Maritime Union who was corrupt?
- 27:03Speaker 2: Joe Kern, I know.
- 27:05Speaker 5: And the reason I'm asking is because for years my
- 27:08Speaker 5: father had had a wholesale optical business and then he
- 27:14Speaker 5: lost it and he wound up working for the National
- 27:17Speaker 5: Maritime Union in that building where all the seamen would
- 27:20Speaker 5: come for their medical needs. And I worked there in
- 27:22Speaker 5: the summers, so chances are I sore your father I
- 27:25Speaker 5: met your father?
- 27:26Speaker 2: Oh yeah. And plus back then, you'd have to shape
- 27:29Speaker 2: up for work. So I'd go with my dad and
- 27:32Speaker 2: he'd have to shape up. He was a boson at
- 27:34Speaker 2: that time, which is like an equivalent of his sergeant.
- 27:37Speaker 2: You know, he's part of the union, National Maritime Union,
- 27:40Speaker 2: but really a part of management. Also you can't win
- 27:43Speaker 2: for it, and he'd have to shape up like everyone
- 27:46Speaker 2: else to catch a ship that was going out right
- 27:49Speaker 2: near Fourteenth Street where you had the National Maritime Union headquarters.
- 27:54Speaker 2: And it's that building that makes it look like it's
- 27:57Speaker 2: the side of a passenger ship with all those windows.
- 28:02Speaker 2: No longer obviously National Maritime Union. But boy, tremendous stories
- 28:06Speaker 2: that my dad would tell me when he would come home.
- 28:08Speaker 2: He'd be shipped out eight months a year, at home
- 28:11Speaker 2: four months a year, and to make ancillary income, he'd
- 28:16Speaker 2: go out there because he was a master craftsman, and
- 28:20Speaker 2: he worked for my cousin Joey g to teach from
- 28:22Speaker 2: Howard beat you at a construction firm in order so
- 28:26Speaker 2: that me my older sister a leader, my younger sister
- 28:29Speaker 2: Maria to get all the things that we wanted or
- 28:33Speaker 2: didn't want, like my mother forcing me to play the
- 28:36Speaker 2: piano for four years. I hated that every second of
- 28:39Speaker 2: the day that I played. And then when it was
- 28:43Speaker 2: time for my recital at a nearby synagogue in Canarsi,
- 28:46Speaker 2: I was playing rockmanin Off on the stage. My younger
- 28:50Speaker 2: sister Maria had played, made every mistake in the world,
- 28:53Speaker 2: got a standing ovation, didn't bother her. My oldest sister
- 28:56Speaker 2: are very accomplished pianist, and I played rockmano Off. Half
- 29:00Speaker 2: way through is He I forgot where I was. I
- 29:03Speaker 2: walked away from the piano and never came back to
- 29:06Speaker 2: play the piano again. I hated that my friends should
- 29:11Speaker 2: be outside. Hey, come on, Curtis, gotta practice my piano. Really,
- 29:18Speaker 2: are you a mama Luke? Look as my mom and
- 29:22Speaker 2: dad said, as long as we pay the bills here
- 29:25Speaker 2: and you're living under our roof in our house, you'll
- 29:28Speaker 2: follow our rules. Or hey, you're welcome to hit the
- 29:31Speaker 2: highway out there. See how difficult life is. Oh what
- 29:36Speaker 2: what great role models they were. They're no longer with
- 29:40Speaker 2: us anyway. Let's go to Glenn who was calling from
- 29:43Speaker 2: New Jersey. Your turn to be heard here on seven
- 29:47Speaker 2: ten wo R Gun.
- 29:50Speaker 6: Goodbody. Curtis over at the other station there, Greg Kelly
- 29:54Speaker 6: has been disparaging you incredible For the first hour of
- 30:00Speaker 6: his show. He spoke nothing about anything but Curtis and Curtis, Curtis, that,
- 30:09Speaker 6: and so forth. He's a loser. And I had to
- 30:12Speaker 6: call in and tell and tell Greg that he and
- 30:20Speaker 6: w R O you a debt of gratitude for giving
- 30:23Speaker 6: one hour of free publicity because I mentioned to him
- 30:29Speaker 6: two quotes. T. T. Barham said, famously, any publicity is
- 30:34Speaker 6: good publicity, and Oscar Wilde said, the only thing in
- 30:39Speaker 6: the world worse than being talked about is not being
- 30:42Speaker 6: talked about.
- 30:42Speaker 2: I gotta tell you, Glenn, so you know Greg Kelly
- 30:47Speaker 2: never comes prepared for a show. That's why you would
- 30:49Speaker 2: listen to Mark Simon. That would be his show prep.
- 30:52Speaker 2: You would actually admit that I'm listening to Mark and
- 30:54Speaker 2: then taking notes. He has no Mark to listen to.
- 30:57Speaker 2: He hates listening to me and gives him something to
- 31:01Speaker 2: talk about because he'd always run out of steam. That's
- 31:04Speaker 2: why they had me in the bullpen. You better jump
- 31:06Speaker 2: in there with Greg. He's growing, he's running out of
- 31:09Speaker 2: things to talk about because he didn't do his show prep.
- 31:14Speaker 2: You just don't come on the air and think think
- 31:17Speaker 2: you're gonna be able to do talk radio. Oh no, oh, Bob,
- 31:19Speaker 2: by the way, a suggest for me by a work
- 31:22Speaker 2: coup at the MDA coming up, You're never gonna Oh, yes,
- 31:26Speaker 2: you might actually conceive it. This you don't want to
- 31:28Speaker 2: go anywhere, And I'll tell you the true nitty gritty
- 31:32Speaker 2: secret of what's going on behind the scenes as the
- 31:35Speaker 2: Republican leadership in New York State now, as they did
- 31:38Speaker 2: in New York City, are selling out to moderate Democrats,
- 31:43Speaker 2: and they did it against elist Dephonic Now More with.
- 31:47Speaker 1: New York's iconic straight shooter Curtis Leewah guest hosting from
- 31:53Speaker 1: Mark Simone on seven ten.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Woo No. I came out of the subway this morning.
- 32:00Speaker 2: I always do with the MTA money taking agency. Some
- 32:03Speaker 2: workers they're the brothers, and they were telling me everybody
- 32:07Speaker 2: is giving me advice. Yo, man, you should be on
- 32:09Speaker 2: Hot ninety seven. More gangs, more drugs, more dry bites.
- 32:12Speaker 2: No no, no, no no. Apparently they had a show
- 32:15Speaker 2: that got wiped out. Hebro in the morning. I only
- 32:19Speaker 2: knew the one guy there, Peter Rosenberg. But hey, that's
- 32:23Speaker 2: tough times. I get that, but I ain't. I'm not
- 32:25Speaker 2: doing hip hop Rightio and Jo while we heard you
- 32:29Speaker 2: on charlamagnea God the Breakfast Glove. Yeah, during the campaign,
- 32:33Speaker 2: and I could kick it with people about hip hop
- 32:36Speaker 2: in the streets, no doubt about it. By the way,
- 32:39Speaker 2: I see, iHeart products Charlemagne that got signed up rebooted
- 32:43Speaker 2: for like Aaron Judge money. Hey, he deserves me. He
- 32:47Speaker 2: told the great story how his wife took him to
- 32:52Speaker 2: his first internship. He didn't have a car, he didn't
- 32:54Speaker 2: have a nickel diamond penny to his name at a
- 32:56Speaker 2: radio station and had to drive him to him from
- 32:59Speaker 2: the job. Well, the rest is history. And then the
- 33:04Speaker 2: brothers were saying, you saw Nicki MINAJATOI yeah, man, she
- 33:07Speaker 2: was attacking the Muslims for killing Christians in Nigeria. And
- 33:12Speaker 2: the President heard it and he responded, I say, you
- 33:16Speaker 2: don't really think that. Trump responded to Nicki Minajati, Well,
- 33:21Speaker 2: we come back right here on your new place to
- 33:23Speaker 2: be seven ten war.
- 33:26Speaker 1: Now the Red Beret has returned to radio. Curtis Leewall
- 33:31Speaker 1: guest host The Mark Simone Show on sevent tenor.
- 33:40Speaker 2: After spending so much time in the Tri State area
- 33:45Speaker 2: during the Christmas holidays, visiting Nancy's part of the family.
- 33:49Speaker 2: By the way, she's busy working the phones this morning
- 33:53Speaker 2: now that we're back, making sure that folks are caring
- 33:57Speaker 2: for their ferral cats, those who live doors, making sure
- 34:01Speaker 2: you have those houses out there to protect him from
- 34:05Speaker 2: the inclement weather. That's what my wife, Nancy does, with
- 34:08Speaker 2: so many other mostly women, but some men, who rescue
- 34:13Speaker 2: animals in distress. So she's busy, busy, busy. So was
- 34:19Speaker 2: Nicki Minajatois. I got to discuss it because in the
- 34:24Speaker 2: aftermath of that Turning Point gathering they had yearly in Phoenix,
- 34:30Speaker 2: and Charlie Kirk was alive, now hosted by his wife
- 34:34Speaker 2: after he got assassinated, and some interesting characters who showed up,
- 34:39Speaker 2: two of whom I know, we'll talk about it later,
- 34:41Speaker 2: Ben Shapiro and Tucker Carlson, but most of them I
- 34:45Speaker 2: really don't know. I couldn't understand why Russell Brand would
- 34:50Speaker 2: be there, by the way, charged with two more rapes
- 34:54Speaker 2: since he appeared there in England. We'll discuss that later on,
- 34:59Speaker 2: but out on the stage hand in hand with Erika
- 35:03Speaker 2: Kirk was Nicki Minajhaty and I'm here all the conspirators
- 35:11Speaker 2: conspiratory talk out there, said oh oh, Nicki Minajatoy. You
- 35:15Speaker 2: know she was talking about Christians under attack in Nigeria
- 35:18Speaker 2: by Muslim extremists, pokoharam isis all of that true? And
- 35:25Speaker 2: by her making this like a key point using her
- 35:29Speaker 2: public platform, it certainly may have been like the accelerant
- 35:35Speaker 2: to President Donald Trump to actually go in there and
- 35:39Speaker 2: take them out, which apparently he did over the Christmas
- 35:44Speaker 2: holiday with the cooperation of the Leader of Nigeria. And
- 35:51Speaker 2: many people were saying, yeah, yeah, yeah. When Nicki Minajatoy
- 35:54Speaker 2: was on that stage with Erika Kirk and was praising
- 35:58Speaker 2: the president, is yeah yeah, even though we're the cool kids, Erica,
- 36:03Speaker 2: the real role models for young men, Donald Trump, And
- 36:08Speaker 2: then she called JD. Vance the assassin. I ain't quite
- 36:14Speaker 2: get that. Maybe somebody out there knows. It was very
- 36:18Speaker 2: confusing to me. But then again, Nicki Minajetois, the rapes,
- 36:24Speaker 2: the hip hop queen, has always confused me. And no,
- 36:30Speaker 2: I don't think that her talk of this issue was
- 36:34Speaker 2: the catalyst to have the President of the United States
- 36:37Speaker 2: launch a Christmas Night airstrike on compounds of Isis and Bocahram,
- 36:44Speaker 2: who have kidnapped school children before, mostly girls, have killed
- 36:50Speaker 2: many Christians worshiping as that sectarian violence continues in the
- 36:56Speaker 2: most well the wealthiest country in all of Africa, just
- 37:02Speaker 2: because of the oil reserves in Nigeria and also one
- 37:04Speaker 2: of the most corrupt, there's no doubt about it. We'll
- 37:06Speaker 2: get into all of that. But what I remember a
- 37:09Speaker 2: Nicki Minajah toy is that she went to Fiorello H.
- 37:13Speaker 2: LaGuardia High School. Oh yeah, School of Performing Arts and
- 37:18Speaker 2: Izzy if I remember correctly. Maybe you'll have to nourish
- 37:22Speaker 2: my memory. You know. Her hip hop classics were say
- 37:26Speaker 2: so win again. What that would appear appeal to Donald Trump? Right,
- 37:33Speaker 2: we're winning, We're winning. And Super Freaky Girl, which was
- 37:37Speaker 2: really a takeoff. If you remember up there in Orchard Park,
- 37:44Speaker 2: in the land of Kathy the Grifter HOCl that's where
- 37:49Speaker 2: the Buffalo Bills used to have their old stadium when O. J.
- 37:52Speaker 2: Simpson was the star, and now they have the News Stadium,
- 37:58Speaker 2: which is in Orchard Park not far from Rick James. Oh.
- 38:01Speaker 2: He had his campaign upound there and the Mary Jane girls, remember,
- 38:05Speaker 2: and who came up there and gave up a year
- 38:06Speaker 2: of his life to get a number one hit song.
- 38:09Speaker 2: Party all the time, Eddie Murphy, Yeah, as they were
- 38:12Speaker 2: doing lines. There's no doubt about it. But Rick James,
- 38:16Speaker 2: he came up remember super freak. See, that's why people
- 38:21Speaker 2: think that I could do hip hop radio. Ain't happening.
- 38:25Speaker 2: I may know a lot about it, but it ain't.
- 38:29Speaker 2: Ain't no way, but it can certainly hit on this
- 38:33Speaker 2: because there are some people who were trying to connect
- 38:35Speaker 2: the dots and saying Nicki Minajatoi, he has this epiphany.
- 38:41Speaker 2: She announces how horrible it is. It is the Muslim
- 38:45Speaker 2: extremists from Boko Haram, and isis kidnapping and killing Christians
- 38:51Speaker 2: and burning down churches at his shoe, and that something
- 38:56Speaker 2: has to be done about it. And then all of
- 38:58Speaker 2: a sudden, somehow there was the the the trifecta, so
- 39:03Speaker 2: to speak. So it went from Nicki Minajatoi to Erika
- 39:07Speaker 2: Kirk who went out on the stage with her, and
- 39:12Speaker 2: then all of a sudden, President Donald Trump, who had
- 39:15Speaker 2: commented on that, decided to light those terrorist camps up
- 39:21Speaker 2: on Christmas night, which apparently he did. And you say
- 39:27Speaker 2: to yourself, could there be a connection there. I don't
- 39:32Speaker 2: think so. But in this day and age of the influencers,
- 39:36Speaker 2: I don't know what they influence. They influenced Maghan Hud
- 39:39Speaker 2: nothing Bupkis. But you know these self appointed influencers are
- 39:44Speaker 2: already making this correlation. But remember, this is an opportunity
- 39:49Speaker 2: for all of you to get involved with what For
- 39:52Speaker 2: some of you, I'm sure it's your newfound station for
- 39:55Speaker 2: talk seven to ten wor By being hurt because that's
- 39:59Speaker 2: always been a part of my thirty five years in
- 40:01Speaker 2: talk radio. I love taking calls. I treat the callers
- 40:05Speaker 2: like it's a mosh pit, whether you're a friend of
- 40:08Speaker 2: full When I died, right in our numbers eight hundred
- 40:11Speaker 2: three two one zero seven ten, that's eight hundred three
- 40:14Speaker 2: to two one zero seven ten. So they're having this
- 40:18Speaker 2: massive gathering as had every year for a turning point.
- 40:23Speaker 2: Charlie Kirk would host it when he was alive. After
- 40:25Speaker 2: being assassinated, his wife Erica, has taken on the duties.
- 40:31Speaker 2: I never really paid attention to it, obviously, like the
- 40:34Speaker 2: rest of you, we're hearing more about it this time.
- 40:38Speaker 2: And what I couldn't understand. It's like, how is it
- 40:42Speaker 2: they had Russell Brand up there. Now, for those of
- 40:46Speaker 2: you whom may not know Russell Brand, he was married to.
- 40:52Speaker 2: I just kissed the girl, Katy Perry for a while.
- 40:54Speaker 2: Obviously it didn't work out. He went his way, she
- 40:58Speaker 2: went hers. So he's up on the stage and I'm
- 41:00Speaker 2: watching him at turning point and he's talking about how yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 41:06Speaker 2: I'm no longer with Katie. I really love her. Okay,
- 41:10Speaker 2: those are all the right things. And you know I
- 41:11Speaker 2: didn't object when she was with Orlando Bloom. I didn't
- 41:15Speaker 2: even know you get to weigh in any longer, but
- 41:18Speaker 2: he did. But now that she's with Justin Trudeau Junior,
- 41:22Speaker 2: that globalist stooge, and the crowd went't crazy. And what
- 41:25Speaker 2: I'm saying, what the hell is this guy doing on
- 41:28Speaker 2: the stage. He was already accused in England of like
- 41:32Speaker 2: five rapes and sexual assault, and since his appearance there,
- 41:37Speaker 2: two more counts have been added on. He claims he's
- 41:42Speaker 2: a sex addict, but he never raped anybody. Yeah sure, right, okay,
- 41:47Speaker 2: you'll have your day in court over there. I've been
- 41:49Speaker 2: in the old Bailey, the old old Barey after I
- 41:52Speaker 2: got stabbed in Wandsworth in the South end of London
- 41:54Speaker 2: while organizing the Guardian Angels and a Council of State.
- 42:00Speaker 2: Part of that is when they stitched me up, I figured,
- 42:03Speaker 2: how the hell am I gonna pay this bill? I
- 42:06Speaker 2: don't have up Back then it was the pound, those
- 42:08Speaker 2: sterling hey, the sterling pound. I don't have any money.
- 42:13Speaker 2: They said, mate, you're lucky. As I went to the
- 42:15Speaker 2: casualty ward to get stitched up. This is national healthcare service.
- 42:19Speaker 2: You don't have to pass it. But I'm an American. Yeah,
- 42:21Speaker 2: we could tell that you don't have to pay. Let's see,
- 42:25Speaker 2: I'm off on a bit of attention. But Russell Bran
- 42:27Speaker 2: clearly a brit He's made his mark as comedian. I've
- 42:32Speaker 2: seen him on YouTube, he's been on radio over there,
- 42:35Speaker 2: you know, the BBC one, two, three, four, whatever. But
- 42:40Speaker 2: I don't know how the hell he made the cut.
- 42:43Speaker 2: Is this the kind of role model you want? You're
- 42:45Speaker 2: talking about all the right kind of role models. I
- 42:50Speaker 2: just said, I can't figure that one out. Maybe somebody
- 42:53Speaker 2: out there can help connect the dots for me. At
- 42:57Speaker 2: one eight hundred three to one zero seven ten, So
- 43:00Speaker 2: you got NICKI minajatoag Uh, you got Russell Brand and
- 43:07Speaker 2: a whole bunch of others, But the only really two
- 43:09Speaker 2: that I knew who were featured there was Ben Shapiro
- 43:15Speaker 2: basically torched all of his adversaries on the conservative right.
- 43:19Speaker 2: I mean, he laid down verbal napalm to the Canvas
- 43:24Speaker 2: Owens of the world, the Tucker Colson's of the world,
- 43:28Speaker 2: the Megan Kelly's of the world, and of course Nazi
- 43:30Speaker 2: boy Nicki Flantez. He just he laid out rhetorical napalm.
- 43:39Speaker 2: And then of course it was Tucker Carlson. He spoke
- 43:42Speaker 2: in reaction to what Ben Shapiro had said about him
- 43:46Speaker 2: earlier in that day in Phoenix, and uh, I'm gonna
- 43:53Speaker 2: share with you my personal experiences with both, because again
- 43:57Speaker 2: I never knew Nicki minajatois, though supposedly the Influenzias has
- 44:03Speaker 2: said her talk about the attacks against Christian Christians in
- 44:10Speaker 2: Nigeria by Muslim extremists is what propelled the president actually
- 44:15Speaker 2: fire up those Tomahawk missiles offshore and battleships that he's
- 44:20Speaker 2: going to want a name after himself when they come
- 44:23Speaker 2: out of the dry dock. Oh that's coming up. Milton Bradley.
- 44:26Speaker 2: Remember Remember that was the game you wanted for Christmas,
- 44:29Speaker 2: Milton Bradley Battleship. There didn't have Tomahawk missiles at that time. Wow.
- 44:40Speaker 2: And I think there's somehow a connection there, somehow. Nicki
- 44:45Speaker 2: Minaj talked about it and the President did something about it. Well, look,
- 44:49Speaker 2: you fired them up. The ISIS terrorists in Syria in
- 44:54Speaker 2: their camps because they had killed the Americans National guardsmen
- 45:00Speaker 2: from believe it was Arkansas to the point Arkansas, Oklahoma. And
- 45:08Speaker 2: I get that. I know our troops are poised right
- 45:13Speaker 2: outside of Venezuela to be flying in there and bombing
- 45:18Speaker 2: areas that were claiming is where drug manufacturing is taking
- 45:22Speaker 2: place by Maduro. I wonder about that. I don't trust government.
- 45:27Speaker 2: I never had, whether it's Democrats or Republicans, because we
- 45:31Speaker 2: have been told so much about wars. We have gotten
- 45:34Speaker 2: involved in LBJ, the Gulf of Tonkin resolution so good
- 45:40Speaker 2: that the Pentagon papers revealed what really was going on.
- 45:46Speaker 2: LBJ and others created that rationale to continue with the
- 45:50Speaker 2: carnage in Vietnam. And Daniel Elsburg deserved a salute and
- 45:55Speaker 2: instead he was attacked viciously. He was whistle blower. This
- 46:00Speaker 2: is what they do, the whistle blowers, and then the
- 46:02Speaker 2: weapons are massed destruction. You know that Dick Cheney told
- 46:05Speaker 2: us is the reason we had to invade Saddam Hussein
- 46:08Speaker 2: in Iraq? How did that work out? And how we
- 46:11Speaker 2: took out Momar Kadaffi in Libya because at the time
- 46:16Speaker 2: the Secretary of State Hillary decided we needed to fire
- 46:21Speaker 2: them up, take out Momar Kadaffi. How did that work out?
- 46:26Speaker 2: What a mess that is now? But oh oh no,
- 46:31Speaker 2: they never apologized and there's never apology. We made a mistake.
- 46:34Speaker 2: I'm sorry, it was wrong. No before John, So when
- 46:41Speaker 2: we come back, I'll tell you a little bit about
- 46:43Speaker 2: what they know about Ben Shapiro, who I've been in
- 46:45Speaker 2: his company, and Tucker Carlson, who I've been in this company.
- 46:48Speaker 2: The others I really haven't been. I don't want to
- 46:51Speaker 2: surmise what's going on in their minds. How all the
- 46:56Speaker 2: furniture is arranged in the wrong rooms for some like
- 47:00Speaker 2: Candice Owens by Nazi boy, Nikki Fuentes and others. But
- 47:06Speaker 2: I can't tell you about the people that I know.
- 47:11Speaker 2: And then you you'll be the determiner because it's your
- 47:15Speaker 2: turn to be heard here at what should be a
- 47:17Speaker 2: Newfound radio station seven ten wor at eight hundred three
- 47:22Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten. That's eight hundred three two
- 47:26Speaker 2: one zero seven ten Street Smart Straight Talk.
- 47:31Speaker 1: Curtis leewa guest host for Mark Simone on sevent ten war.
- 47:39Speaker 2: So I see Vladimir Zelenski never seems to be in
- 47:43Speaker 2: the Ukraine any longer, either in Europe or other parts.
- 47:47Speaker 2: Nina negotiated piece now his ideas to have a DMC.
- 47:50Speaker 2: I think it's a good idea. He's going to be
- 47:53Speaker 2: down in Mari Lago with President Donald Trump and probably
- 48:00Speaker 2: Trump's team trying to dot the eyes and cross the
- 48:04Speaker 2: tea on his peace plan. He'll be in mari Lago
- 48:07Speaker 2: on Sunday. But the interesting thing is about Manage Chatouage
- 48:16Speaker 2: as I call her, and no doubt one of your
- 48:22Speaker 2: favorites is he Nicki Minaje sort of while triggering the
- 48:26Speaker 2: President to fire off those Tomahawk missiles into deep into Nigeria.
- 48:35Speaker 2: The training camps for Isis and Boca Haram for burning
- 48:39Speaker 2: down Christian churches and kidnapping and killing sometimes the women,
- 48:44Speaker 2: the young women. We'll deal with that. But now let's
- 48:48Speaker 2: deal with what I had talked about Ben Shapiro, who clearly,
- 48:54Speaker 2: with his appearance at turning Point, decided to drop verbal
- 48:58Speaker 2: napalm on Candic and Carlson, Megan Kelly and those who
- 49:03Speaker 2: would differ from him politically in terms of his conservative event.
- 49:08Speaker 2: He is pro Zelenski. I know he interviewed Zelensky on
- 49:12Speaker 2: his podcast pro BB pro Israel. A Orthodox Jew and
- 49:18Speaker 2: he is a practitioner. He is a true believer, and
- 49:22Speaker 2: he's taken on many on the right who clearly do
- 49:26Speaker 2: not support Zelensky or the Ukraine, or support BB in
- 49:30Speaker 2: Israel and have been labeled anti Semites in many respects
- 49:35Speaker 2: for doing that. It's Candice Owen, Tucker Carlson, let's talk
- 49:39Speaker 2: about Ben Shapiro. First. I first met Ben Shapiro over
- 49:43Speaker 2: at AM ninety seventy the answer when I was doing
- 49:45Speaker 2: mornings in Hasberg Heights, New Jersey, a placebo city that
- 49:50Speaker 2: I never saw anybody come in and out of their
- 49:52Speaker 2: house and where I had to walk up the hill
- 49:55Speaker 2: after doing morning drive and go to the boulevard. That's right,
- 50:00Speaker 2: it's not even aname to it is he You're from Jersey.
- 50:03Speaker 2: The boulevard in order to catch the New Jersey Transit
- 50:07Speaker 2: bus back to the Port Authority and then walk over
- 50:10Speaker 2: to the Pennsylvania Hotel to do afternoon drive there. What
- 50:15Speaker 2: was so interesting is that Benjapiro was there and he
- 50:21Speaker 2: was doing a simulcast with the station, the Salem Radio station.
- 50:27Speaker 2: He was like, I think, co hosting at that time
- 50:30Speaker 2: in LA and management there said hey, he's got to
- 50:34Speaker 2: get to New York City. Will you take him back
- 50:36Speaker 2: to New York City. Certainly we had a great conversation.
- 50:39Speaker 2: We went to downtown Newark, took the Path train from
- 50:44Speaker 2: Newark Tense station, and he said, Hey, Curtis, I'm just
- 50:48Speaker 2: going in the men's room and I saw man guys
- 50:52Speaker 2: iph indicating him. Man. I mean, it was like Christmas
- 50:55Speaker 2: come early for them. He was like a walking atm
- 50:58Speaker 2: They were going to rob him, no doubt about it.
- 51:00Speaker 2: And I could feel it right in the marrow of
- 51:02Speaker 2: my bones. So I walk into the men's room and
- 51:03Speaker 2: I say, Yo, you see that guy there. Don't even
- 51:08Speaker 2: think about it. Oh, no, Curtis, and don't even think
- 51:11Speaker 2: about it that I had a great conversation on the
- 51:13Speaker 2: Path training into the city. He was going to visit
- 51:15Speaker 2: some friends and he talked to me about his philosophy,
- 51:20Speaker 2: and at that time he would ghost write books for
- 51:23Speaker 2: some well known people. I won't reveal to you who
- 51:25Speaker 2: they are, who claim they write their own books. And
- 51:28Speaker 2: he said, yeah. It was a way to accumulate resource
- 51:32Speaker 2: because one day he wanted to have his own vehicle,
- 51:37Speaker 2: which became the Daily Wire. So apparently he got paid.
- 51:41Speaker 2: Quite why, I said, what don't you, Ben, don't you
- 51:43Speaker 2: object to the fact that others are taking credit for
- 51:46Speaker 2: what you wrote? He goes, the money's good and it'll
- 51:49Speaker 2: help me achieve my mission, which clearly a dick. So
- 51:53Speaker 2: that's Ben Shapiro. Now Turk Carlson, on the other hand,
- 51:57Speaker 2: I remember meeting. It was I think two thousand and five,
- 52:01Speaker 2: two thousand and six. He was over. He was over
- 52:04Speaker 2: at MSNBC. Yeah, he was a liberal back then. He
- 52:08Speaker 2: was a moderating water bow Tie had the show at night,
- 52:11Speaker 2: nine pm, and he was going on vacation with his
- 52:14Speaker 2: family and he and the producer of this said, Curtis,
- 52:17Speaker 2: could you substitute for me for the week? Now, this
- 52:20Speaker 2: is before MSNBC what you know now to the far left.
- 52:25Speaker 2: But it was pretty pretty liberal, pretty progressive. I think
- 52:28Speaker 2: it was called Tucker on MSNBC. I said, sure, no problem,
- 52:32Speaker 2: So I came over and I did the guest hosting.
- 52:36Speaker 2: Day number one went well. Day number two I was
- 52:39Speaker 2: interviewing Rachel Meadow was not yet on MSNBC. She was
- 52:44Speaker 2: part of Air America at that time, which was the
- 52:47Speaker 2: liberal progressive way of trying to have talk radio outlet
- 52:52Speaker 2: across the nation that had basically liberal progressive values. A
- 52:57Speaker 2: nice try just say. Didn't entertain enough, and they didn't
- 53:01Speaker 2: have enough advertising because it was so busy bashing people
- 53:04Speaker 2: who might have advertised that her show she was on.
- 53:10Speaker 2: It was called Unfiltered. I remember listening to it. You
- 53:12Speaker 2: couldn't listen to it. It was Rachel Maddow obviously not
- 53:15Speaker 2: doing show prep, and Chuck d of Public Enemy, Oh
- 53:18Speaker 2: my god, he didn't know show prep. You see, if
- 53:21Speaker 2: you're gonna do good talk radio, for every hour you're
- 53:23Speaker 2: on the air, you have to do two hours of
- 53:25Speaker 2: show prep. Two hours you cheat on the audience. It's
- 53:29Speaker 2: gonna be obvious. And so that wasn't very good talk radio.
- 53:33Speaker 2: Now they had out Frank and I remember I've seen
- 53:35Speaker 2: him on the Upper West Side outside of Fairways on Broadway. Recently,
- 53:38Speaker 2: Randy Rhoades, Ronnie Reagan, Yeah, son of Ronald Reagan. It
- 53:43Speaker 2: was Jerry Springer. He was on there wild remember Randy Roads,
- 53:47Speaker 2: who's the other person. RFK Junior was on there. This
- 53:51Speaker 2: is before the big Maha movement. But anyway, talker was
- 53:56Speaker 2: very liberal, a moderate, and then he went from MSNBC
- 54:01Speaker 2: to CNN moderate. Then he went to Fox News Channel
- 54:05Speaker 2: replaced O'Reilly. Now he's more conservative, more of a libertarian
- 54:11Speaker 2: now that he does his own podcast. He has been
- 54:16Speaker 2: labeled the anti Semite of the year because he questions
- 54:23Speaker 2: our relationship with Israel. He seems very friendly to the
- 54:29Speaker 2: Gulf regions, especially Qatar, and so now he's been labeled
- 54:35Speaker 2: the anti Semite of the year. Now the question is,
- 54:40Speaker 2: are these true idea logues or as I've told you
- 54:45Speaker 2: for years if you followed me, many of them are
- 54:48Speaker 2: actors and actresses, their teesmians. They could easily win an
- 54:51Speaker 2: Academy Award winning performance if you pay him enough. They'll
- 54:54Speaker 2: say what you want. But some of you get all
- 54:57Speaker 2: in a tizzy and a ladder. Oh my god, what
- 55:00Speaker 2: did they say? Trust me? It's all for clicks for
- 55:06Speaker 2: many of them. For many of them, they are true believers.
- 55:08Speaker 2: But for some of them, they could just as easily
- 55:12Speaker 2: take one position or another if the price was right,
- 55:15Speaker 2: you know, like Eric Adams the price was right. I
- 55:19Speaker 2: think it was like twenty mil for him to drop
- 55:21Speaker 2: out of the race to run for me. I think
- 55:24Speaker 2: you know, if you listen to the Grapevine anyway, I numbers.
- 55:28Speaker 2: This is the time for all of you to be
- 55:30Speaker 2: hurt at what should be your newfound station that you're
- 55:35Speaker 2: listening to seven to ten w orwhen I was up
- 55:37Speaker 2: in Albany and Rensseilli and Schenectady and Troy for the
- 55:43Speaker 2: holiday to be with Nancy's relatives and to do a
- 55:47Speaker 2: operation Hush Hush Mush much to find out why Republican
- 55:50Speaker 2: leadership has thrown at least to phonic under the bus.
- 55:54Speaker 2: Oh I did that at the Copper Crow on Broadway.
- 56:00Speaker 2: Am I gonna be shared that with you? You don't
- 56:02Speaker 2: want to go anywhere, but your time, your time to
- 56:06Speaker 2: be hurt whatever it is that's on your mind. In
- 56:09Speaker 2: the words of my mentoring radio the great Bob Grant,
- 56:12Speaker 2: who had two different stints here at w O War
- 56:15Speaker 2: during his long illustrious career eight hundred three two one
- 56:20Speaker 2: zero seven ten. That's eight hundred three two one zero
- 56:25Speaker 2: seven ten. And also tell me how the world will
- 56:28Speaker 2: end when Bernie the outa Kakha Sande squares in zoron
- 56:33Speaker 2: Mandami twelve noon from City Hall, January first, when he
- 56:37Speaker 2: officially becomes the new mayor of the City of New York.
- 56:40Speaker 2: Can you explain to me how it's all over? I mean,
- 56:43Speaker 2: we've had horrible mayors, Comrade builde Blasio, the part time
- 56:46Speaker 2: mayor of the Dope from Park Slope, smoking Maui Wowie
- 56:49Speaker 2: and Hindu Kush with his grift to wife Charlene, Eric
- 56:52Speaker 2: Adams swagger man with no plan getting wine dined in
- 56:56Speaker 2: pocket line and yet everyone, Oh my god, it's gonna
- 56:58Speaker 2: be the end a moment. I'm on it. Yeah, Yo,
- 57:02Speaker 2: come on, this is Curtis Slee. What you're talking to
- 57:05Speaker 2: This Curtis is talk radio with street crag.
- 57:09Speaker 1: Literally Curtis Leewad joined seven ten wor to guess os
- 57:14Speaker 1: for Mark zamof.
- 57:18Speaker 2: Now it's turned your turn to be heard here at
- 57:22Speaker 2: seven ten war should be your place to be reb
- 57:26Speaker 2: You got your talk radio before you can forget about it.
- 57:30Speaker 2: Keep it right here. Anyway, Let's go if we can
- 57:34Speaker 2: to Allen, who's first up in the queue calling from Pennsylvania.
- 57:39Speaker 2: Your turn to be heard here at seven ten war Alan.
- 57:43Speaker 7: Happy in a healthy media, My brother from another mother.
- 57:47Speaker 7: And I gotta tell you that I got to meet
- 57:50Speaker 7: you in nineteen eighty four for the first time. And uh,
- 57:54Speaker 7: whenever I think of the gladiator door at the College
- 57:59Speaker 7: seat and how few gladiators have walked through that door,
- 58:05Speaker 7: You're a gladiator in my book. Many people get to
- 58:08Speaker 7: be in the arena, but fewer gladiators, and I commend
- 58:13Speaker 7: you for that. I think you're an incredible New Yorker
- 58:16Speaker 7: and someone that deserves great thanks from people that have
- 58:20Speaker 7: followed him. As long as.
- 58:22Speaker 2: I have the first I'll tell you what. I'll tell
- 58:24Speaker 2: you what, Ellen, Slowly I turned, step by step. Nineteen
- 58:28Speaker 2: eighty four. That was the year the subway gunman Bernard
- 58:32Speaker 2: gets remember that was right before Christmas, in which while
- 58:37Speaker 2: writing downtown on the Number two train to join his
- 58:41Speaker 2: nerdy wonky friends talking about the recent edition of Popular Mechanics,
- 58:46Speaker 2: he ended up shooting. Let me see if I can
- 58:48Speaker 2: remember Barry Allen, Troy Knty, James Ramsoor and Daryl Kaby
- 58:56Speaker 2: writing two books about that They've written two books about
- 59:00Speaker 2: that that are coming out, and now they all want
- 59:02Speaker 2: my opinion. Since I was there side by side knowing
- 59:09Speaker 2: what all the intricate details I see. That's why you
- 59:11Speaker 2: got to listen. Because whether it happened before, or whether
- 59:15Speaker 2: it's happening now, or there are rumors about the future
- 59:19Speaker 2: with I'll share with you towards the end of this
- 59:22Speaker 2: show on twelve, you don't want to go anywhere, and
- 59:24Speaker 2: continue to do so as I substitute for Mark Simon
- 59:28Speaker 2: after the dropping of the ball, the welcoming in and
- 59:31Speaker 2: the New York Year, the swearing inns are on Mondami
- 59:34Speaker 2: and obviously I'll be here till January second. But I
- 59:39Speaker 2: love being a gladiator. The question is who's better as
- 59:43Speaker 2: a gladiator, Russell Crowe or Denzel Your turn to be heard?
- 59:51Speaker 2: Let's go if we can to Bob, who's patiently waiting
- 59:54Speaker 2: on the line from Long Island. Your turn to be
- 59:56Speaker 2: heard here at seven to ten wr.
- 59:59Speaker 3: Hey is Bob Hey? I want to let you know
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: you're totally wrong about your snowfall. Statements of the earlier
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: part of the show, the snowy swiners we've had in
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: New York of occur since two thousand and if you
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: recall in twenty fifteen, we had sixty consecutive days of
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: one is a more snow on the ground in Central Park,
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: which was a record. So you're saying that way back
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: when those mountains of snow with the snowy swinters, You're
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: actually absolutely wrong. Oh hoasly checked Central Park records.
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: Hold on, shake Bob, you know what records I check?
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: How many times you had to put on my goloshes
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: in order to get out there and go to the snow.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: So you're telling me that what we're hearing all this
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: fear of fright in hysteria about this snow fall might
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: be four, six, eight inches or more, that it's comparable
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: to what was happening when I.
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: Curtis just checked the Central Park weather records.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: When I want to check Central Park weather records, how
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: about my glotchis how about how many times I was
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: out there? You were going to compare this to when
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: you were growing up nineteen ninety six, Rudy Giuliani eleven snowstorms,
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: twenty inches of snow in the city, thirty in Staten Island. Really,
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: I say, the reason when I'm having these kinds of
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: snowfalls any longer. See, this is what bugs people because
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: I believe in global warming and climate change. Oh my god,
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: how could you say that? Well, because I believe it's true.
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: I'm sure many of you think it's fake. Well guess what,
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: it's not fake. That's good to Jackie is calling from Pennsylvania.
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: Your turn to be heard? He at what should be
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: your newfound station seven ten war.
- 1:01:55Speaker 8: Oh yes it is, Curtis High. I am born and
- 1:01:59Speaker 8: raised in the You could take the kid out of
- 1:02:01Speaker 8: the Bronx, but you can't take the Bronx out of
- 1:02:03Speaker 8: the kids.
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: Now.
- 1:02:04Speaker 8: I'm a big, big fan of yours, Curtis. Were you
- 1:02:07Speaker 8: aware that Greg Kelly during the Democrat Democratic Primary was
- 1:02:14Speaker 8: asking people to vote for Mendanni because he hated Cuomo?
- 1:02:19Speaker 8: Were you aware of that? And you know I called
- 1:02:22Speaker 8: him after the November election and I brought that up
- 1:02:25Speaker 8: to him and he was taken back. My husband is
- 1:02:28Speaker 8: a witness to this, and he goes, well, I have
- 1:02:30Speaker 8: a right to change my mind, and I'm like, what
- 1:02:34Speaker 8: a phony?
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: Curtis again, Oh yes, And he said it over and
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: over again during the Democratic primary. Greg Kelly, who never
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: does show prep, who knows nothing, about politics, and in fact,
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: he'll tell that to his audience. He goes, I really
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: don't know anything about politician, and then for the next
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: three hours he'll tell you everything he doesn't know. But
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: you're right. All during the Democratic primary he was encouraging
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: the listeners, which is his right to vote for Zorhanmandami
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: and not for Angewl Cmo. He called Andrew Cormo the
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: Prince of darkness constantly and rightfully so talked about the
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: fifteen thousand elderly who died as a result of his
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: executive orders during the lockdown and pandemic. And then, boy,
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: you talk about a pivot in shift. All of a sudden,
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: he was a Cuomo sexual. He couldn't get enough of
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: Angewel Crmo, and there's a reason for that. Again, don't
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: take these people seriously, Jackie. They are like actors and actresses.
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: If they're given their script, their lines, they're talking points,
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: they can because this is what they believe and understand
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: this to all listeners, whether it's talksho hosts, hostesses, whether
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: it's politicians, Democrats or Republicans, they believe that you're all sheep,
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: that you're stupid. I've been in many conversations where I've
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: defended people because I trust people. I don't trust politicians.
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: I don't trust talk show hosts. I just don't because
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: I've known them. And what they'll do is they'll say, oh,
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: you don't trust uh, don't trust them. They won't remember
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: what you said five seconds ago, five minutes ago, five
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: weeks ago, five days ago, five months ago. They need
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: sheeap burdise like us. And Greg Kelly is a perfect example.
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: Come on, he never listened to talk radio going up.
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: You knew that h Garden City, Long Island, tough guy
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: out there right protected by his daddy. Was a great guy.
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: Ray Kelly longest serving police commissioner, but not a talk
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: radio guy. Maybe talk TV, talk radio. No, he just
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: he runs out of gas and he doesn't want you
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: to remember what he was saying during the Democratic primary.
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: And as much as I hate, I loathe, I despise
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: Andrew evilized Cuomo. Hey, Andrew, I send them you prove
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: your us fat chiem and you are what happened to him.
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: He's hanging out there in the Hamptons, slid back under
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: the rock, you know, dystopian as he is hanging out
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: with his billionaire millionaire friends. And this guy Greg Kelly
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: was actually telling everyone to vote for Johan Mandami. Hey,
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: by the way, you know who else was telling him
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: during the Democratic primary that he chose not to run
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: in Eric Adams Swagerman with no plan. Yeah, him and
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: his Jewish advisor in city hall, manage and the rest
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: were telling members of the Orthodox and Ha city community, Hey,
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: a vote for Zoran Mandami in the Democratic primary is
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: a vote so that Eric Adams can get back into
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: the race and it'll knockout Andrew cormol. Right. They're fake, phony,
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: fraud lymph the keysies. And the reason that a lot
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: of people don't want my voice to be heard is
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: I know where all their bones are buried, and who
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: buried them, and who was that Gavon who had called
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: before they would say, oh no, you know, the snowfall
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: is the same as get that out of here. I'm
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: having flashbacks right now. I went to a Catholic school
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: for a while. Saint Matthew's Irish actually Josephite nuns. Irish
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: nuns told me that I had to repeat that Saint
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: Brendan the navigator discovering the New world that was on
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: Eastern parkla Utica Avenue, and because they all lived in
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: the convent, you had to get to school. They don't
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: have that any longer. By the way, the cardinal is gone,
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: dole it ooh fo, thank god, did not like that
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: guy closed all these Catholic schools. And by the way,
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: how much the parishian is having to pay for all
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: these sexual assault charges by priests against kids. I mean, god,
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: he didn't deal with it. Maybe the new guy will
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: this place to be seven to ten wor don't go anywhere,
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: because I'm going to tell you what I learned up
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: in Albany. How Republican leaders are now siding with who
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: they call moderate Democrats to beat socialists. Oh yeah, right
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: across the board, right across the board. The destruction of
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: the Republican Party, the Party of Lincoln as we know it.
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: The Berets back.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: Curtis leewa guest host The Mark Simone Show on seven
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: to ten.
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: Woo oh, I am back from Capitol Land the Copper Crow,
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: where I learned so much about how Republican leadership is
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: trying to destroy the Republican Party in New York State
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: and New York City for the benefit of what they
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: call moderate Democrats to fight against socialist Democrats. Now you
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: saw they knocked at Lease stefanic out. I'll give you
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: more details on Monday. And apparently there's a move of
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: foot to help the Schmucker puts Chuck e Chi Schumer
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: if he decides to run for re election, the lowest
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: rated elected official in the nation. Now, yep, because they're
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: saying a Republican can't win and a fear AOC all
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: out crazy Alexandrio Cassio Cortes, leader of the Socialists of America, Well,
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: I'll be at a Republican meeting on Sunday in which
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: I will be discussing this with a lot of upset
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: Republicans who are saying, how come we're always supporting Democrats? Now,
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: why are we ruining the opportunity for a superstar like
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: atleast the Phonic and hinting that maybe we should support
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: the schmucker puts Chucky Chief Chumer. Hey, i'll tell you
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: more Monday, ten to twelve. Don't go anywhere, keep it
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: right here on seven to ten, wor
